The 50 best American restaurants in Vienna

Very cute American diner. We went in with families for dinner. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food were served in generous portion. We all loved it. We were asked if we'd like to tip, it's not mandatory. But we had great experience, so why not? Shame the indoor table setting isn't designed to host people more than 4/5 people, we are a bigger group, so seating was a bit uncomfortable.

After a long day sightseeing ending in the Haus de Meeres we found this diner right next door. Service was fantastic, we started with milkshakes and beer to cool down, then went for fries and then we got takeaway to eat at night in the hotel. Everything was perfect and tasty. I can't recommend it enough.

I didn’t come expecting to have authentic American food, because we aren’t in the US, but this spot came relatively close! When we got there an hour before close they told us they didn’t have any burgers left, that was okay I’ll try one next time. We got two shakes and an order of the corn dogs. The shakes were a bit disappointed, they were not made with ice cream or frozen shake mix but instead I think just milk and maybe some heavy cream. The flavors were good though I quite enjoyed the cinnamon roll and the strawberry flavors, but to put it plainly we were drinking strawberry-flavored milk instead of a strawberry shake. The corn dog has a great flavor too, but the batter was too thick it should be a bit lighter (add a touch of baking powder) to give you the fluffiness it needs. Everything was nice though and our server was very kind. The vibe of the diner is very tasteful, like a 50s style diner and I love that you can smell and see the cook preparing the dishes. It is very foreigner-centric but a great place to hangout for anyone looking for a casual bite to eat. *I am a professional chef and wouldn’t mind offering some private menu consultation for you to achieve that authentic American flavor🙂

Fantastic American-style dinner. Me and a friend craved some massive burgers and got exactly what we wanted without them being too greasy or fatty. Food looked and tasted great and afterwards we ordered milkshakes (I prefer the vanilla over the banana one).

Burgers were nice. Pretty classic taste. Nothing to complain about. Fried chicken wings and legs were truly good. I would have prefered draft beer. Interior like in U.S. movie. Service very kind and easy-going. When they tell you it's spicy, it is.

Nice and quick service with a nice little diner atmosphere. The size of the burger was great but the patty meat was a bit bland. Good size for price ratio though. Good place for a quick burger and fries.

Awesome time at Hard Rock Cafe Vienna. Miguel was the best server and really made the whole visit special. Our husky got treated like a total VIP too. Cool vibe with some unique memorabilia you don’t see at other Hard Rocks. I didn't really enjoy the original smash burger unfortunately but the New York burger was excellent. Definitely worth a stop.

The food was absolutely perfect – classic Hard Rock flavors with perfectly cooked dishes and fresh ingredients. But the highlight was the wonderful welcome from our hostess, Tsveti! She was incredibly sweet, smiling, and professional, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere was fantastic and the service – top-notch! We’ll definitely be back. Hard Rock Cafe Vienna, just a short walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, delivers the classic Hard Rock vibe — energetic, music-themed décor, solid burgers, and friendly service. It’s lively but not overwhelming, with a good mix of locals and tourists. Prices are moderate for the area, and the cocktails and memorabilia make it a fun, reliable stop near the city center.

We were happy to find a place with gluten-free options, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was good with great music and plenty of interesting memorabilia to look at. However, the food we ordered was quite greasy and felt a bit overpriced for what it was. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we probably wouldn’t rush back

We love visiting Hard Rock Cafes all over the world basically for 2 reasons. First, great ambiance, second veg options. This one was located right in heart of lively pedestrian zone. We started with white wine and nachos with avocado. Normally we order veg burger, but this time nachos were so filling that we just could not order anything else. The service was great. When we entered, they allowed us to look entire space and then gave us the table of our choice. Our server was very efficient and polite. Keep it up !!

Sam our host and rest is of the staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Food service very quick, well presented and was good.

By far the best and most juicy burgers in Vienna. Plus, it comes with fries and sauce, always. I recommend the fire fries as well. The burger patty is very big and fits the bun perfectly, which you don’t get with many other burger places

Although the food was good, and their mayonnaise is really good, the establishment is not customer friendly. While there are free taps in all over Vienna, they charge for tap water and they put 10% service fee on top of the bill but we did not see any indication of that in the menu. Maybe it was written somewhere but it was not visible to us. It is a decent food, not a great restaurant

We eat here on a Friday evening on our way to our Airbnb, and as you can guess we didn’t have a reservation for any place, and found this gem! 😍 incredible burger, nice atmosphere, friendly staff who were really helpful to find place for our stroller and luggage. I will definitely come back!

After a few days in Switzerland, I’ve finally got a real burger that actually tasty from here. Bun was soft and juicy, fries is crunchy and good mayo. Cant ask for more

The place was extremely loud — we had to shout just to hear each other. That was the only downside. On the bright side, the food was excellent! The salad was huge, and the black burger was incredibly tasty. The music matched the atmosphere perfectly, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. If only the noise level had been more manageable, it would’ve been a perfect experience.

I am addicted to this place. Great burgers (double cheeseburger and pulled pork burger) and sweet potatoes. The prices are very reasonable and the beer is good. The rock music makes it even better. The staff is friendly. There is also a discount with Vienna City Card which is great.

The food was delicious and our waiter was very kind. The food came out super quick, and it was delicious! They had many different things to choose from for all different diets, whether that be vegetarian, vegan, or meat lover!! My family had a great experience here, and we hope to come again during our stay in Vienna <3

Amazing rock music bar. Not too loud so you can still talk but just enough so you feel it in your bones. I must’ve watched 10 top 10 must see bar videos about Vienna and this wasn’t listed. Not sure why but I loved it. Definitely a must see.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came for the rock, stayed for the fries. I had a burger and fries at Addicted to Rock — the burger was doing its best impression of a one-hit wonder: forgettable after the first bite. But the fries? Absolute headliner. Crispy, golden, and probably the most emotionally supportive part of my meal. Service was fine, vibes were loud (as expected), and while my taste buds weren’t exactly stage-diving with joy, they weren’t booing either. Would I come back? Maybe just for the fries — and to give the burger a second chance at fame. 🤘🍟🍔

This is the perfect place for a rock/metal fan. Great atmosphere, good music and amazing food and drinks. The bartenders are nice and helpful. I would recommend the bar.

The location is stunning! Quite unique for Vienna as there is a large outdoor area with bridges,koi fish, turtles and it just looks like a beautiful Chinese garden. The food is quite nice too with a big selection of dishes for a rather big price as well. The staff is what made me sure that I will absolutely never come here again. Our waiters were by far the rudest waiters I have ever come across in Vienna (and that’s a big accomplishment as most Viennese waiters tend to be unfriendly anyway). From the second we entered that restaurant we felt like we had done something wrong because we were treated like absolute crap. One waiter in particular was beyond words. He was condescending, passive aggressive and even managed to play stupid when we told him off for his behavior. My son wanted a juice which I had to order seven times before it finally arrived. It’s a never again from us!

So far, perhaps the best Chinese restaurant we have ever been to. The atmosphere is genuinely pleasant. The service is authentic, the waiters are kind and attentive. The food was excellent and authentic to Asian cuisine, truly some of the best I have ever had - the jiaozi dumplings in spicy sauce sent my taste buds to heaven, truly delicious. The prices are very pleasant and not at all excessive, especially for the quality of food. We will definitely return here, and we definitely recommend a visit.

Best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to so far. Very fun and nice treatment from the staff and the food had rich deep flavor and felt very authentic. And so did the surroundings with the ponds and Chinese architecture.

The atmosphere and surroundings is great, especially the pond with Koi fish. Food is very expensive for me so I haven't tasted much but. I had 4 dumpling for 6.5e which tasted average. Other food was greasy. The service doesn't know English so it was difficult to communicate.

We were eating the dishes we ordered when a server brought us two soup. We thought it was included with our dishes, so we started eating it. Later, another waitress came over, got annoyed with us, and said we hadn’t ordered it. In the end, they made us pay for the soup. When paying, they also pressured us to leave a bigger tip, which felt very uncomfortable. The rice was dry, and if you’re expecting authentic spicy flavors like in Sichuan, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The plates and bowls are extremely dirty, one of them still have left over rice from the previous customer, when we asked to change the plates, the waiter just dumped a new plates on the table and was very rude. In addition, the food was filled with msg, and when we were paying for our bill, 3 items that we didn’t order was on the bill.

This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Vienna. Especially in the summer! The food is great and there is a lot to choose from. There also seems to be an authentic Szechuan selection of food. I even saw a page labeled „for Chinese” patrons. Everything I tried has been fresh and appetizing.

We were drawn in by the cozy terrace, but the experience was downhill from there. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, my husband had lasagna. Both dishes tasted like they came straight from a supermarket: cheap ingredients, no flavor, poorly presented. The lasagna wasn’t even properly heated. I asked for room temperature juice, was ignored, and got the most basic store-bought kind. We’ve both worked in restaurants and never seen such careless food and service. Felt completely cheated. Won’t return and don’t recommend.

The food in general is good, but Penne was too spicy for me (even though I initially asked for a mild option and was agreed). The waiter kindly changed it for me to a non spicy version, but then it was too salty! 😁🤷🏻‍♀️ My friend had Lasagne, and she was happy with it, though! 👍🏻 we weren't offered any water for the table, etc!

Lovely place, nice patio. Definitely recommended when visiting Vienna. The staff seemed well versed in English. We had pasta and risotto. It kinda looked like it had already got some love from a heating lamp but this didn't diminish the taste.

Trattoria Margareta offers a nice menu with classic italian dishes and pizzas. The also offer a weekly lunch menu for a good price but as we asked for it they told us it was sold out (at 1pm) and they offered us something similar instead. We choose two pastas from the normal menu with two drinks. The food was good in general. Hot at the table and didn’t take too long. Our problem was the Pomodoro Pasta which was very very spicy. I don’t think that fact was stated in the menu so they should warn you about it. We had to change plates between us because my wife could not eat the spicy pomodoro pasta. The Carbonara was pretty good. For us one or two slices of bread would have been a very nice addition but it was not offered. The service was good in general.

The burgers were, as always, delicious, and the service was good. The place is pet-friendly, which is a nice touch. It’s usually very busy, which speaks to its popularity. However, the sauce bar was empty and not very clean, and the bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning as they were quite dirty. Maybe they should consider hiring cleaning staff to keep the place in better condition. Overall, great food, but they definitely need to work on cleanliness.

It was a pretty good experience but not quite excellent. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a regular for example. It was quite late so the service was a little slower. Eventually the hamburger was great, and the view to the street is awesome, pretty good experience.

Le Burger delivers a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. The mocktails are the true stars here the pina colada with strawberry is a unique and delightful twist that blends creamy and fruity flavors perfectly. While the burger itself is average and could use a bit more flair, the overall visit is elevated by the friendly and welcoming staff. Service is impressively quick, and the team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Nice place to seat and take a dinner I like that it's dark in there it makes everything cozier. Nice and helpful waiter , the food was delicious. Thestarter was very good even though I do not like tapas. Yummy and juicy meat especially with the dijon mustard and the sauce (forgot the namn of the sauce) as well as the fries also crispy and tasty.

Excellent quality, friendly, quick and fast service. The Uruguay angus stake was just 10/10 (medium rare) . Highly recommended place. I give 4 stares for the Atmosphere , because it was a bit noisy inside when its full of people and everybody is talking obviously, so for me it took a little bit from the charm. This is one of the best steak places in Vienna for many many years. The consistency over the years is amazing. In contrast to El Gaucho and other known steak houses this place you never get dissappointed. The service is also always super friendly. We love coming in in casual wear and never get treated differently. Highly recommended! Bring some cash though quality requires $$$

A lot of things gone wrong with this place. First being their food and service. Yuca frites which are Cassava fries and tostones that came after one hour of wait , we ordered at 7:07pm , the food reached us at 8:10pm , the Salt was drizzled generously enough on the fries that will burn your mouth . Tostones were nice , the green sauce that came with it extremely salty . Nachos were decent , veggies quesadillas no flavour , worse disappointment was the chicken arepa . I asked them spicy , what came was a spicy sauce with it which they charge for , which was again extremely salty , inedibly salty , arepa dough clearly uncooked and dough was raw . I had to just eat the unflavoured schredded chicken inside the arepa to fill my stomach . Burrito again full of cheese and no flavour no proper seasoning in the stuffing . The only best part of the whole meal was their tres leches cake and cocktails . The gin gemlet was really well done . Which is why I am giving it a two instead of one . Everything was delayed except cocktails came on time.

There were not enough staff & we waited an hour for our food. That being said the one waiter who was working was super friendly & apologetic which we appreciated. The cocktails were great but sadly the food average.

The space is nice but a bit outdated. I had the Arepa Veggie and I found it lacking spice. The bread was really thin at some places and really thick and dry at others. I was expecting the vegetables to be somehow spiced but it was very plane. The waitresses were very nice and accommodating. I was there for a stand up comedy open mic night. It was an interesting experience but the comedians aren’t very experienced.

Pitty, what happened with on of best vegan burger. now with some strange bacon taste, even if there is no bacon in it. Bread is also different, more plastic taste, like cheap white bread. Time to search for alternatives. No more swing burger. First time ever we could not eat it. Half of it left. Pitty. We ordered combo (burger with Pommes and cola), as usual. Big disappoinment What happened with best vegan burger in Europe? We used to be "Stammgast" here, since they opened their first local, I think it was in 1070, close to Zieglergasse subway station. Now some 10, 12 years ago it is gone with wind. Because of stakeholders? higher margin?

So good and so filling! Went for a vegan bacon burger with coleslaw and it was great. Coleslaw portions are quite large though so I couldn't finish it all, perhaps order just one to share if you have a companion. The place is also quite small, nothing mindblowing but cute nonetheless. Vegan restaurants are always very much appreciated!

I had the truffle mayo burger and really good for a vegan burger! Love the concept that u can get unlimited drinks. In the end it’s fast food but would rather go here than McDonalds.

Maybe the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. I honestly regret giving it to my children. The taste was worse than McDonald’s, and the quality of the meat was extremely poor. I was supposed to be eating beef, but I have no idea what kind of burger that really was — the quality was terrible, and I ended up with stomach pain afterward. My daughter’s burger even came burned. I honestly don’t understand why the ratings here are so high.

Great Burger joint . Didn't want to have burgers when out travelling but read a bunch of good reviews. Was not disappointed. We got the bacon cheese Burger and a fire roasted chicken . Both the meats were delicious. Tried the cheese ring which covered the Burger in melted cheese. Lucky we tried was worth the experience. Staff were friendly and food was served quick . I was here with colleagues. I have been here before and tried different things. This time was the best time: the chicken nuggets and the mozzarella sticks as well as the strawberry-banana shake were very good.

A great place and a 10/10 experience! The only downside is that they don't have much variety when it comes to Smash Burgers. But the ones they do have are incredible! We ordered the Farmhouse and the Hotline Five House. The service was very friendly and fast, as well as empathetic towards tourists, making an effort to help us understand. The food was delicious. It was prepared very quickly and was perfect! I hope to return to Vienna so I can go back!

The loaded fries was not bad. However, eating the vegan patty in the burger was a punishment. It felt too processed and definitely not worth the price.

Food is not really tasty, especially the cotlette was very dry, but the bread is good. The drinks are infinite and the toilet is free and clean. So overall: drinks are 👍 service + wc 👍 the burger 😟

Wonderful experience. Had a meal each. Easy to order. Friendly staff. Full vegan menu so no need to worry about contamination. Even have a live board up with statistics of animals and Co2 saved. Maybe the fast food restaurants could take note of that. A bit pricey for a full meal but was definitely worth it in the end. Had a burger meal and wrap meal. Refillable drinks. Decent food, if you are looking for burger and chicken sandwich analogs. Their tater tots are not good, so I would avoid them if you like more US-style tots. I love the concept of reusable cups and unlimited refills on drinks

The first time they brought me a winter burger with extremely tough meat, the second time they brought me mashed potatoes with fried meat, I have never eaten a disgusting burger like that.

Went in Sep 2019. Nice place for a burger and it was not crowded when I went for a weekday dinner. As with many eateries in Vienna, they don't have an English menu (even tho they're serving western food). Took a while to decipher the meaning of some German words in the menu. Had a cheeseburger, fries (called pommes in German) and a Pepsi. The food was cooked upon order so it was served hot. Cheeseburger was quite good, fries was average. Saw that they have a good weekday lunch deal (see photo) which is a good deal but I'm unsure if it's still ongoing now. I'd definitely come back if I'm back in Vienna.

One of the best fast food burgers in town. I’m going there once a week since I’m working close by. Very friendly staff and fast service. The Butcher burger is my favorite - tasty bacon, delicious dressing, good size. The fries are also nice and very crispy. They even kept up their good service during Covid-19 lockdowns. Prices vary between 8 to 12 Euro. There is a daily special deal for 9,99 Euro including a burger, coles law salad and fries.

My vegan burger wasn't that special, the other ones were delicious! In general the service was fast, the staff were kind and it was a nice place to enjoy your meal.

Nice place with Japanese Peruvian Nikkei cuisine which I didn't know existed till I visited here. The food and ambience was good and the staff friendly. The price was a bit steep.

A top restaurant in all regards. The waiter was among the kindest I have ever experienced in my life - kind and ready to recommend a dish or two. They have a wide selection of foods and drinks from the former USSR. All the dishes were not only authentic, but at the same time high quality and well prepared. Portion sizes are very reasonable for the price. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and themed around russia - it teleports you straight to those Muscovian winter nights. Would totally recommend this restaurant! Will come here again when I'm in Vienna!

If they serve you the wrong dish of 2 similar, they just tell you it's the same like the one you ordered, and maybe you get some spices... It would be more professional to exchange it. Otherwise the food is great.

From the Russian perspective this place is quite weird (interior, service etc.), gave me soviet-kindergarten kind of vibes, like in some bizarre dream. Even though the food was good, portions were indeed quite small/overpriced plus we got charged 8€(!) for a bit of bread and a small amount of salad which was brought to our table right away without saying anything.

Although food was good, the staff was very unpolite and apart from the fact that we were charged €15 for the table, we ordered two plates for two people and got charged SIX plates for two... that is just disregarding! Very very unprofessional staff and watch out for the overcharging! Would highly NOT recommend!

I have been to Churrascaria a few times and as professed lover of meat dishes in all shapes and colors, I have to state that this restaurant is meat-lover's heaven. Meat is traditionally served Brazilian style, namely freshly cut at your table from the skewer to your dish. They serve (at least) 12 different kinds of meat - from sausage to t-bone-steak (yes, also T-bone-steaks can be attached to a skewer), everything of good quality and tasting good. One of the highlights is, in my opinion, beef scalloped with Parmesan - you have to try that! The procedure begins when you first get something from the rich buffet. Buffet also includes delicious food, for example a traditional Brazilian stew, also salads are very good. However, I do not recommend to eat too much from buffet, as there is a lot of meat being served (as already mentioned, at least 12 different kinds) and this is, after all, the reason, why someone visits a restaurant like the Currascaria. Also, side orders are served from time to time. Service is friendly and always good for a joke. Only criticism I can come up with, is the ambience. It has the charm of a bus station. Please note, that Churrascaria will close by the end of June 2016 at the current location, but they are looking for a new one. Edit #1: they found a new place at Rechte Wienzeile 21, 1040 Vienna. haven't been there yet, but sure as hell, will try it out. Edit #2: Have been there and I can more or less confirm my privious comments. I cannot confirm some comments here that quality is low now or that not all 12 sorts of meat would be served. Also the staff was nothing I could complain about. We have been there only once though, 3 people and overall not many guests there. However, the ambience is even worse now and definitely nothing that invites you to stay longer. Also, the prices increased, rather dramatically to EUR 35 (from previous EUR 28, if I remember correctly). At last, some comments on the recent echo in media regards the cancellation policy: Churrascaria is no a la carte restaurant. Meat is bought and prepared according to the bookings. In my opinion is absolutely reasonable to demand a cancellation charge, even up to 100% of the price, even you do not show up or want to cancel the reservation a day before. However, whereas the cancellation policy was clearly visible in the previous booking system (via homepage), the current system (booking via e-mail) does not show this anymore, not even in the booking confirmation. That is indeed a no go. I just read that they will close on July 2nd, 2017, allegedly due to the negative press because of the cancellation policy. Too bad. One of my favorite places closing...

Restaurant is quite without soul I'd say. The salad buffet is not impressive and regarding the meat they start with really cheap piece of meat to fill you up then they finish when everybody is full with a filet of course.. In overall it's just an all you can eat of meat, don't see the Brazilian side here.

Great quality beef burgers, friendly service, and good ambiance and decor. I'm celiac, so the burger was served in iceberg lettuce. Perfect. There are families, couples, kids, young and old. Highly recommend.

Le Burger is a must visit when you are in Vienna. the food was extremely good. We came as a group of three and was seated within 10 minutes after waiting in a short queue. The staff did there job well and took our order in good time to allow us to read the menu. The fries were good. The sauces are free and unlimited which was fantastic for us. we all had the "Rudolf Burger", which went down very well. The Pulled Venison was cooked perfectly to give an excellent flavour. the cranberries gave a good sweetness to the meat and to top it off the mustard mayo, and all there sauces, was brilliant. The Le Burger House Beer is also a must try, perfect beer for a burger. Overall, a very good burger restaurant and a must visit for any foodie.

Great place for a nice dinner .. cocktails, pasta burger, steaks of great quality .. people are very friendly.. the prices are at the upper limit - most of the appetizer ( especially the baguette and the shrimps) are not worth being ordered- nothing special in taste, too expensive and the shrimps are not „stripped“... the sweet finish is perfect - though the ice cream should be available in a smaller portion (it feels wrong to not finish the nice stuff) .. the athmosphere is perfect -Even though there are hundreds of places the tables are distributed so that you still feel comfortable and „alone“.. take care to align with friends beforehand as the telephone signal might be disrupted..

Nice place to go for steak if you like an upscale fast-food atmosphere. They have dry aged meat presented in a vitrin. Other food, like lasagne for example, is simply horrible. Staff is very accommodating but a bit confused at times. It's a great place to come with your hungry children.

All vegan fast food restaurant with burgers, wraps, salads, cakes, beverages. Everything delicious in combination with a nice and clean ambient. Easy to reach and open every day from 11am - 10pm makes it very easy to get your takeout almost anytime. Staff is fast and smooth. Here we are in Vienna! After visiting the church, one dish we absolutely had to try was Vienna’s famous schnitzel. We found this restaurant right next to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and it did not disappoint. The service was top-notch—staff were attentive, helpful with the menu, and the food arrived quickly. Their schnitzel was perfectly done—crispy on the outside, yet soft and juicy inside. Not surprising at all, given the quality of everything here! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back on my next visit.

The best meal we had in Vienna. The dishes are rich in flavour，well balanced and nicely cooked The staffs here are very friendly，and provide good help. We enjoyed the fried onion rings，the garlic cream soup and the Asian ribs very much. The meat is not so chewy compared to other restaurants we visited before in Vienna，and the onion rings are so crispy。 The garlic cream sopu is distinguished。The flavor of garlic is obviously but not strong。I think you can still kiss the lady after this soup. A "must eat" in the central Vienna。

We stumbled upon Sparky’s while wandering Vienna. It was delightful! They have a diverse menu, but each dish we ordered was delicious. The service was fast and kind.

Good steakhouse and convenient location near Karlskirche! The steak was cooked nicely and I loved the herb butter and garlic bread. Steamed vegetables were quite mushy and a little bland, but honestly I did not mind as the other parts of the dish were very well-seasoned. We also ordered a strawberry ice cream for dessert and it was super fresh! Good for people with peanut and tree nut allergies.

Everything here is a solid 5 stars — from the steaks and kids’ menu to the atmosphere and service. The service, in particular, is impressively fast and far exceeds typical Viennese standards. The comfortable booths make it easy for our little one to enjoy the meal, and the staff’s warm, welcoming attitude adds to the experience. Considering the excellent price-to-quality ratio, the steaks are outstanding. Our child always receives crayons and a coloring sheet, which makes the waiting time fly by in the most cheerful way.

The workers were nice, and the food was very good. We felt like it was for some point hard to catch the waiter attention but other than that it's recommended to try their fillet!

Quality of meat was quite good. Nevertheless, the way it was cooked was a bit odd. Tasted like burned - like the gril was not super clean. Besides, the service was nice, and the waiters were super polite. The restaurant was big and was quite empty so the vibe was a bit weird but in general good.

Mel's Diner was one of the highlights of my Vienna trip, I found this place through online food blogs and recommendations and it really did not disappoint, it was one of the best food places I visited in Vienna and definitely the best place for burgers! Burgers were really juicy and delicious, fries were thick, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, atmosphere and ambience was very nice with relaxed and beautiful interior design as well as a good variety of food on the menu!

I only had 100ml of one which was over 8% and tasted like 4%. Would recommend the staff add 'Magic at midnight at Mel's Diner' by Luke Spiller (lead singer of The Struts) to their playlist. It is a 'banger', just like this venue!

I visited Mel's Diner yesterday for the first time and I had a blast. I came alone and sat down at the bar, the bartenders offered great service and recommend to me their favorite beers (one was better than the next). A must visit for all lovers of good beer and better conversation. I will definitely come again.

This place is famous for the variety of beers that they offer. Seating can be challenging during evening and you might have to wait, we were lucky to have a window type bar seating available on entry. Food: Cheese and meat Platter It was delicious, enough for 2 people and well worth the money and time spent on tasting different beers. Beers: Too many to count, check pics for the variety that we ordered as per our taste. Service: Decent and quick, once you have the attention from waiting staff (strangely inefficient), you ll get your order quickly and seamlessly. Overall a place you should definitely visit if you love beer.

Ordered a classic bio burger with cheddar and sweet potatoes. One of the best burgers in years, no jokes. The service is super nice and active, they offer you a small drink as welcome, which is refreshing. Real, juicy meat perfectly cooked (choose medium if you wanna live a dream). The bread will literally melt in your mouth. The ketchup in the burger must have some secrets in the recipe, too good. The mayo for the fries was a bit oily and anonymous, next time I will ask for their ketchup. 100% recommended place.

We visited this restaurant as a party of two and spent €58.70 in total. We ordered a Chilli Burger with double meat, fries, a melange coffee, a chocolate-caramel cake, an iced cinnamon macchiato with whipped cream, a salad with fries, beef, and sauce, a 0.3L beer, and a cheesecake. For dessert, I would definitely recommend it – the cake was delicious, and the iced coffee was very good. The melange tasted more like a cappuccino, so perhaps there was a mix-up. Service, however, left something to be desired. When our meals arrived, the staff forgot to bring cutlery, and we had to ask for it. They also forgot the coffee that was included in the set, and we had to remind them again at the bill payment stage – we eventually got it. The atmosphere is fine for a city center location, but nothing particularly special. Overall, the restaurant is decent, but not enough for me to recommend it further

What a fantastic experience my family and I had at Peter Pane! It was our final meal before heading to the airport, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect way to end a wonderful holiday. Popped in on an autumn weekday hoping for lots of baked goods but unfortunately no baking available when we were there. Stopped for a coffee which was pleasant and well made. Staff were friendly and effective. Nice vibe about the place, but not really what we’re we expecting given the name. Maybe better at a weekend, but don’t expect a bakery.

Most irresponsible receptionists, would write the billing address wrong despite giving displaying a printed copy of address, wouldnt change the wrong address, no one at desk at 4 am and have to catch a flight at 8 am good that I paid earlier but the receipt had adress wrong and it is a pre invoice receipt not actual one, just horribly irresponsible. Actual receipt will be given on checkout it and daid that "someone will be at the desk always“ despite crlearly mentioning time of the checkout during the payment. In the whole very disappointed in the way receptionists are in here. very disappointed paying while paying the bill, stayed for 9 nights, booked smart category for all the 9 nights and I get a call on the day of checkin that smart category is overbooked, would you be willing to stay in the air streamer (trailer) for 1 night, I thought it would be good to experience the air streamer trailer for a night and it sucked. Right next to the busy road, though the trailer interior is cosy, the road is noisy and who baths in a bath tub where you can hear people talking outside. And worse of all only a complementary drink for the downgrade and no REDUCTION in the fare. Well, to me the company pays the bill so I had nothing to gain from the reduction but this is so cheap. I have no idea how both smart and trailer have same price in the first place and trailer is not considered a downgrade. For those who plan on staying long in the hotel know that the smart category has no wardrobe in room and washing clothes is pricy, no access to washing machines. Other than that the hotel has a good bread options in breakfast. The interiors are good in the restaurant and also in the room but the roof of the room has a kind of unfinished look. Maybe meant to be quirky. The locatiom very accessible.

The stuff we’re super nice The staff was very friendly and quick. We ordered a vegetable omelet but accidentally received one with meat. When we asked to replace it, they brought us a new one within just a few minutes, and with a smile. We also had French toast, which was delicious, and the coffee was great too. For the forth time going there only for buffer breakfast. Very diverse and very kind staff. Their slogan is to be friendly and not wearing ties which makes it more comfortable and pleasant time eating there. The lady making omelets is super nice and make perfect omelets. Everyone and everything there is in the way it should be. There use to be a fresh orange juicer and they replaced it with something else which I don't think if that's freshly squeezed oranges and would be better to bring that juicer back. Price is also reasonable 26€ per person Timing is quite perfect for you to reach there anytime for breakfast

An oasis in the city. We were touring the botanical gardens around the corner and we're hoping for a sandwich to satisfy our growing pangs of hunger. This was the closest spot. What a delightful discovery! I had a lovely tuna melt which came with a little side salad and chips. I quenched my thirst with a bottle of sparkling water and relaxed with the house sparkling white. The service was perfect and the atmosphere was whimsical and restful. I would love to try the hotel the next time I am in Vienna. You should venture away from the busy ringestrasse and tourist sites to experience this little gem of a restaurant.

As a muslim, i want to give some opinions to my other fellow muslim bros and sisters. Place sells alcohol so of you are sensitive about that you can skip here but i am not so here i am. Place is amazing. It has a fixed menu for different times of the day and everything costs pretty normal for vienna. If you are vegan/vejetarian or avoiding meat (like me for obvious reasons) the fixed menu does not give a lot of choice, at least for lunch menu that i can say. Coffee is amazing and i adore good quality coffee. The theme is warm and chill, music is amazing. But it was a bit dark inside for 2pm (it was cloudy). And lastly the service personel was so kind and easygoing. I do not know his name but thank you so much! At last, as a reccomendation for lunch, i had mozarella tomato panini and a double espresso. IT WAS PERFECT. It is a great lunch/brunch place for my fellow muslims, strongly recommend.

As we wanted to sit on another place we were told that the table are reserved. But even after eating, (approx.90mins), as we left, the table was still vacant. Food was not really special. I had Spareribs & Wings, they were kinda dry like it was cooked day before and just warmed. The serving of the side dish fried potatoes are too much. On the nice side, our waiter was friendly.

We reached this restaurant inside westfield on weekdays at about 12:30pm. 50% of the tables were occupied. Table service for ordering and serving within 10 minutes upon ordering. Sweet American pork ribs small serving was, in fact, too big for us small eaters. But, it was delicious. Every inch was well grilled. The potato was a great compliment and taste special. 4 stars Beer was great when take along with the pork ribs Total bill for 2 persons' very full lunch at €25.

The burger is a bit different The Crispy Chicken Burger was excellent. The Chili Cheeseburger was very good too. The Mama's Burger had too much Bearnaise sauce, that dripped all over. There was an issue with both beef burgers. I ordered mine to be done Medium, and so it was inside. The outside however, was crusty (with both beef burgers)!! Maybe it's their style, and that's why people come (the place was completely full), but I have never tasted any burger with a crusty meat outside. Their service was something extraordinary. It was the most attentive and efficient service I've ever had!!

Shockingly quick. The fastest of any Restaurant we have been to in Vienna. Waiter was fantastic. Steaks done perfectly, served with a wedge of grilled corn on the cob. We ordered to sides. The Roasted Cauliflower was award winning. The creamed spinach seemed under done. But edible. Wine was amazing. This place rocks. Reservation process seemed unnecessary on a Wednesday evening 7 ish. This steak restaurant was really great and so glad I found this. I was looking for affordable steak in Vienna and booked a table here for our trip. The restaurant itself was great, good vibes and nice decor. The staff were really nice and helpful. The flat iron steak was perfect and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to grab steak in Vienna.

Worst dry aged rib eye I’ve ever had. When I asked the manager why it’s so tough and hard to chew he told me not to ask because he’s been working in steak restaurants for 10 years. I thought dry aged rib eyes were meant to be more tender so I asked. He told me to be quiet and don’t question and that dry aged is meant to be tougher and harder to eat. Not a great experience and I have eaten at all the best steak restaurants in the world.

We ordered classic burger and veggie burger it tasted good. They can do a better job with the fries. Also tap water cost like 2,5€ which i consider a lot!

Burgers Bar has come a long way since they first started, and every time I visit, they offer a wider variety of burgers (and now Mexican dishes) and drinks. They offer have themed specials like the “Greek Burger” which has tzatziki, or one of their classic and one of our personal favourite - JCB burger. What I like about this place is that there are options for different dietary requirements, such as a “naked burger” for those on a low-carb or gluten free diet, or the amount of veggie options- the spinach enchiladas was delicious. The venue gives off a chill, dark student/sports vibe with a combination of wooden swivel chairs and padded seating to form a booth. They do have an outside space on a decking for the summer which is much in contrast to the indoor seating area. I enjoy coming here for the relaxed atmosphere and a good burger to chill with friends.

We ordered here 3 items - classic burger, quesadilla Ronchero and the soup - and if we ordered just the burger, I would give it 3 stars max. The patty was well done, we were not asked how we wanted it, which normally would mean that the meat is not fresh enough to eat it half-raw. Moreover, it tasted just ok, we would not go back here for the burger. However, I really liked my soup (which was rich and flavourful) and the quesadilla, plus the portions were pretty big.

Just avoid this place. I have no freaking clue how they achieved a 4+ star review??? The only decent thing were the fires, although served pretty cold and the service was very friendly and quick. Let's get to the burger. The bread was dry, probably because it's sat pretoasted for some time under the food warmer. The JCB sauce tasted nice, but that's the only thing good about the burger. The star of the burger is supposed to be the patty, which was a pure abomination. Since this place is not very central I came a long way and wanted to eat the best they have to offer. Let's not forget, this place is on several top 10 lists for the best burger in Vienna and had some attention in social media, so one expects a super delicious burger. I was very excited and ordered the wagyu beef burger for 21.9€ (fries and cocktail sauce included), which was supposed to be the best they have to offer. I noticed immediately the unnatural sharp edges on the patty, which usually an indicator it has been deep frozen (which was confirmed by the waiter in the end). The patty was EXTREMELY dry...like not a single drop of juice/fat. I wanted to complain immediately, but when I realised this cannot get any better, as it's frozen minced meat I jest ate it as fast as possible because I was hungry as hell. Dear foodies, please please please don't ever visit this place at least not because of the burgers.

Lovely meal, some excellent wines especially the Grüner Veltliner. It is quite an expensive meal but the wagyu tartare made it all worth it!

We sat outside and its down a quiet side street so atmosphere was lovely. Staff were extremely attentive. Food was amazing. Portions were big although price was a little expensive (to be expected in Vienna city centre). Ingredients were great so still good value.

They changed menu and probably the chef. It used to be better. Now there are no burgers, ribs are worse, most of the stuff is very fatty and oily. There are no options like gluten free bread etc. However service is very nice, waiters are kind. Tartar is still tasty, even though I think that wagyu for tartar is a waste of good meat, but I am no expert on tartar.

The wagyu beef tartare was great. A lot of different flavors that all came together for a really good appetizer. I wasn't as happy with the brisket, I expected a lot more pepper and more smoke for Texas style, it seems like it was rather overcooked compared to what I'm used to. That being said, it's the second best bbq I've had in Europe. The broccoli was my favorite side, with the coleslaw having a lot of dressing and not as much cabbage. The service was very friendly and spoke English as well. It was a nice restaurant, too. Worth it to go back and try the short rib next time!

Good food and very friendly service. I popped in early on a Saturday evening on my own as a solo traveller whilst visiting family in Vienna who had left me to attend a kids party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a small portion of brisket served with chimmichurri, a broccoli side, sweet potato fries, and to finish a brownie and a glass of local Riesling. Portions are quite modest but the food was delicious.

It was nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Service was really nice and accommodating. Food was okay. The ribs were a bit too salty, beef fries tasted like regular fries in my opinion (there's supposed to be beef fat poured over it but I couldn't taste it). I do wish the portions would be bigger for the price you pay.... we had ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Pulled pork and brisket were fine. Would recommend those 2 if you like to go and try out the restaurant.

You can just look at the mozarella (it’s on the top of the burger) and understand what a quality of food you can expect. The burger was dry, mozarella old and meat was also old and without taste.

I went there yesterday with my family and it was not a good experience overall. Food: Good as usual. I had a planted burger, but the system to customize the burger is not good. In the "patty" option during the customization process you can select the number of "extra" patties, but if you select "1" is NOT a double burger, it is a single one. The word "extra" for them really means "total number". I am not sure whether this is also the case for the other burgers, but when I asked the staff they confirmed this illogical issue. Toilet: It is not acceptable that you have to pay 0.5€ to use the toilet, and moreover you have to pay EVERY time. If you paid once and you could use the toilet as many times as you need it would be ok for me, but what food place charges you for using the restroom? Atmosphere: While we were eating the toilet turnstile got stuck and a staff member had to go fix it (I saw this because we were sitting in front of the toilet entrance). After he fixed it, the hit the turnstile with his hand and cursed in German. He then proceeded to go inside the kitchen and when he went out he kicked one of the food signs. I do not need to say that this is beyond any proper behavior, even more considering he was a member of the staff. I would never go back to this place.

You have to fire the short guy from the cashier! I just paid 20 euro for my lunch and I can’t even go to the bathroom without paying? If that was a rule I could be ok with this: 5 minutes ago a girl asked him to go and he “kindly” opened her the door. So disgusting, never coming back.

Disappointing Experience at a Central Vienna Location Despite being in a prime location, this Burger King felt neglected and poorly maintained. The self-ordering kiosks were out of service, and the digital menu screens were blank. Instead, a paper menu with very limited options was taped to the counter hardly what you'd expect from a major fast-food chain. Another letdown: access to the restroom (WC) wasn’t included or reimbursed, even for paying customers. Overall, this branch fell short compared to Burger King locations in other cities, both in terms of service and atmosphere.

It's a nice place for outdoor seating, but rather on the pricey side. The burgers cost about 14 euro, without fries, and are rather small. Fries cost an additional 5 Euro without sauce and are very small portions. I would say about 15 fries. Sauce costs 1.20 euro. For a mediocre and small burger with a very small fries portion and sauce, paying over 20 euro in such a place is in my opinion definitely too much. Will not be visiting again, except for only drinks.

A very cool place in the middle of University campus - perfect for chilling with friends over drinks when the weather is warm! They have burgers, wraps, sausages, and salads. The staff is super friendly :)

This place isn't what it used to be. They don't show the games on the big screen anymore. Also, the manager (I think) is quite unfriendly. It is best to skip this place with that kind of attitude.

We went there for drinks after a hot summer's day and as soon as you enter the campus it cools down. The Salettl has a great selection of drinks and staff is super friendly. We haven't tried food, but it looked very nice as well.

Great atmosphere, very chill place with great food and good music. The server Isabella was very attentive. They have vegan options as well (I ordered a vegan burger) and the drinks are very good (really liked the watermelon drink).

We went here to get a real good burger after just arriving to Vienna. We didn't get that, but what we did get was excellent service and f*ing outstanding appetizers. The place is neatly located, has both smoking and non smoking seats, seems fresh and well kept. The staff was just amazing, they helped with menu translation, didn't hesitate to customize the orders and even recommended a nice schnitzel place. The problem is the burger. It just doesn't cut it. The meat is unfortunately really tasteless, and to cover that it was drowned in salsa instead. What was good though: the cheeseballs and chicken wings. Outstanding. If you’re close to the Donaukanal and fancy a burger and some craft beers, Smokey’s could be a solid choice. Their menu is small, and don’t expect many options for vegetarians, but that’s not the point. The point is well made burgers, a wide selection of sauces and a couple local brews. However, despite the attention to quality ingredients and well made burgers, the meat itself always fails to wow me. It tastes as basic as any other burger, and anything ordered other than “well done” ends up being raw. It’s worth a shot, as your mileage may vary, but it hasn’t impressed me even after multiple visits.

Fast, friendly service & great burgers: huge petty, done exactly as ordered altogether with fresh ingredients. They don't have fancy new variations like other burger joints in Vienna do & rather stick to the classics, but hey - never change a running system I guess. In my opinion the best Viennese burger place I have been to yet.

The food is decent, and I really enjoy the variety of sauces. That said, the drinks were disappointing; the soda tasted watered down and lacked any real fizz. Unfortunately, the overall experience was brought down by the staff, who seemed rude and disinterested, as if they didn’t want to be there. It made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming.

I arrived during rush hour. I ordered a Lord Bacon and a “firework” burger. I did not get the lord bacon burger as advertised. In the menu picture I saw loads of bacon on the burger, but when I got my burger I only had about 2 slices of bacon. The firework burger tasted the same as the lord bacon... only difference is that the firework burger comes with a chili pepper on the side... Overall taste of the burger was above average - better than McDonalds that’s for sure - nevertheless, I have had better burgers. It’s worth a try and the occasional indulgence.

I must say that I had the most enjoyable experience at Burgerista! I tried their new Avocad'ista Cheese burger and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors was on point, and I couldn't get enough of it. The fries were a standout as well – they were so flavorful and fresh. The variety of sauces they offer perfectly complemented the meal. And speaking of drinks, their lemonades were just as perfect as the burgers! I'll definitely be returning for more of their mouthwatering offerings. If you're looking for a great burger joint, Burgerista Wien SCS is the place to be!

A nice place with good burgers (don't even think about to go further to McDonald's), good atmosphere. There are six sauces on each table - the apple BBQ may sound strange, but IMHO it's the best there. Kid's menu (three small burgers) is the best idea I've seen so far! They accept Visa and MasterCard as well. Probably I had bad luck, but the cashier was rude. Hope it was just a bad day for him.

Delicious Burgers of every possible taste. Highly recommend if you are at SCS. When you order they give you like a chip with the number and when the order is ready is makes a noice, vibrates to notify you.

Super place to have some really tasty burgers

Very good burger with the potential to be astonishing. The caramelized onion was second to none, the cheddar really stood out - clear sign of quality raw material here. The bun was all you can ask for, capable of handling the generous filling. The only down side were the patties: lacking flavour and texture, I constructively want to say that going higher on pepper and higher on fat in the meat blend, would allow for a better crust, and a super enjoyable bite. But all in all, a very good specimen. The location seems top for spring and summertime, indeed. Need to come back to try their crispy chicken as well.

If you’re craving a great burger in Vienna, this spot is a no-brainer. I recommend opting for the double cheeseburger: the meat is thin and crispy around the edges but packs great flavour. 🍔❤️

Waited one hour (literally) for 4 burgers and fried. Absolutely do NOT understand how this is sustainable. When we complained to the staff at the counter, they said they were doing their best. Worrying if that is the case, especially since there were not even that many people waiting...

This used to be the best burger in Vienna .. but i ordered today and everything was different the meat was different… the fries were soggy.. and instead of the cocktail sauce they used to put in the burger they replaced that with ketchup… honestly this was the worst burger i ate in a long time hopefully the other location still makes them the same as before… I definetly won’t order from this location again..

I have been to Kvetch several times in the 2nd district, and it is my favourite burger place in Vienna.

I recently visited Hawider and the experience was great 👍🏼 The Tartufo vegetarian burger was excellent with the fries accompanying it. The taste and the presentation were perfect 👌🏼 one of the best vegetarian burger I’ve had. Their signature gin and tonic complete the great experience!

One of most best places where I have been visit few times. Service is excellent and food is something what I enjoyed a lot. I can easily recommend this place for peoples who like good food and good drinks. And what was stunnishing was number of burger options. More than 20 burger types.

Went there to celebrate my third year in Vienna, I can only say has been love at first sight! Ok beers are overall a bit more expensive but you can find such a great selection I was so curious I couldn't stop trying new ones! Also food is nice! burger are huge and super tasty bread was a little bit cold for my taste but hey, that's really nothing compared to the experience I had. Side note they have some table games you can enjoy while having fun with your friends/ family!

This is a recommended place for burgers?! Perhaps another example of Viennes Food Mediocrity. Let's start with what was good: the sauces that claimed to be spicy were actually spicy! They were also tasty and the chips were nice too. Otherwise, nothing to rave about. The service was on the verge of antisocial, the music was vile (women hating rap is not my idea of a pleasant background for dinner, strangely), the bun was dry and the burger (though no one asked, I requested it Medium) was well done plus. If you don't care about such things, as long as your food has a lot of sauces and condiments, I guess that's the place for you.

Disappointing shrinkflation. Used to get the beyond meat burger weekly when I lived near the old 1070 location. It was better than their burgers...big, thick, flavorful. Now a barely there, tasteless calorieless nothing for 17 eur. 👎 👎 Update: I went weekly in '21/22 to the 1070 location and the patties were NOT what I was served now. I would have gone back still for a regular burger, but I guess I will find an alternative in the neighborhood.

Trendy venue with friendly service. I went for the double cheeseburger which was €9.90. The dijonaise was a bit overpowering for me giving the burger a horseradishy aftertaste. Lots of great drink options. I’d recommend this over Rinderwahn.

Huge, delicious, and organic grass fed burgers. Other options are also on the menu, but I had the burger, which was so good and juicy. They make their own sauces. We tried their home made “curry ketchup” which tasted fantastic. We kept asking for more - best thing ever! Definitely coming back when in Vienna next time.

A restaurant on a secluded street. It's worth stopping by and it would be good to make a table reservation. The place is really cozy and clean! We came to eat a good steak and that's what we got! The steak was really good and tasty and properly fried! There were really many options for side dishes! My Brussels sprouts were overcooked and the fried potatoes were perhaps too dry! but it came with 3 different sauces and they were good! all in all, tasty food and great value for money!

What a cool steak house. Gives the vibe of a casual dining steakhouse back in the States. service was a bit overwhelmed but still very polite and friendly. prices are FANTASTIC portions were huge and everything was very delicious. the onion rings are super! steaks were meaty and tender. great steak restaurant

Nice Western atmosphere will get you in the mood for a juicy steak and some beans. And that’s exactly what you’re getting here - big serving sizes, lots of meat and other food items that make you feel like you’re back in the Wild West. Their steak is decent, and the ribs are okay. Where Rocky Docky shines is their sides, however. A large selection of classic and special sides to share, devour alone or take back home will satisfy every taste and fulfill every wish. Top it off with a large beer and you’ll happily return some other time for more meat, beans and booze.

This KFC has a spacious setup with plenty of seating and clean toilets. However, the food was just okay. The chicken was dripping oil, and some pieces were overcooked. Staff behavior was disappointing, coming across as arrogant and unfriendly. Overall, a decent place for a quick meal, but the experience could be much better with improved food quality and service.

Rude staff and horrible service. Supervisor all he cared about his smoke break while staff were just rude to customers. They just threw a half soda and tissue papers and pushed the tray with the order number. no care at all! Dirty tables and trays left behind no clean up! KFC franchise needs to look at this location and see the drop in standards.

I was here January 2024 and here are my observation: a. Clean and organized fast food. b. Staff's are friendly and helpful c. Techy environment d. Fast service e. You have to pay the paper bag worth 0.20 Euro The only negative remark is: how come that the budget meal is unavailable esp if the fast food is a well-known worldwide?

I went with my family and this place is mostly better than other restaurants in the area and all workers were kind especially Davinder and the seating tables were spacious and more bigger than most restaurants I have visited around the world keep up this rating KFC .

Not enough staff, so there was a lot of rubbish on the tables that hadn't been cleared, plus it took ages to get the food. I know the location is prime with many tourists but thats why we need more people to handle the load. These videos are the proof of a worker pressure of finishing the orders.

Good quality burger on a tasty bun. I had the bacon burger priced at 9.80 with some fries (not included) that were topped with cheese. The fries were of good quality. I don't think they were prepared properly though, because they had absorbed a lot of oil. You can also get a custom burger where you choose the bun, the burger and the toppings. Very nice. It's a small place with a fast food feel but not in a bad way. The small terrace is also excellent for drinking a beer. When you're near you should definitely get one of their burgers!

Not the worst steak I've had in Vienna but definitely the worst restaurant calling itself steakhouse. They got an impressive menue of I guess over 15 burgers with even more impressive names... But they just look like a complete mess. I had the tbone steak and ordered it medium. It tasted bland and boring. It looked like it was boiled?! As a side you get three potatoes and a totally wilted salad. Usually when the steak is good I don't need any sauce to compliment it, but it was just necessary to order some. After asking twice for some sauce and being told that all they have is BBQ I got some. The service was incompetent but kind. The homepage is an even greater mess, the menue as well. Offering breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm while the opening hours start at 12?!? And reserving a table I wasn't even asked for my name?! Summing up: just don't! Waste of money

I am not sure where to start: the staff was friendly but didn’t seem to be fully trained yet which was getting annoying in the end (I am still waiting for my Ketchup). The food was quite the let-down too because it looked promising and all but didn‘t taste the part. We also got our orders served quite muddled, the burgers came first and by the time we finished them our friends got their steaks. You get your burgers with fries (tasted boring) and a tiny salad (tasted like tooth paste, thanks to the mint which obviously was with the salad for quite a long time, otherwise it wouldn’t have tasted that way), but you aren’t able to but extra salt or pepper on it because there are no muffineers put on the table when you get your order. The menu isn‘t very well structured, it is not clear if and what you get or can have with your steak, there are no sauces enlisted, there are no starters available,....so albeit the food isn‘t that terrible, the overall package is very disappointing. Maybe they‘ll be able to fix it in the near future...

We saw the restaurant empty on a Saturday night probably due to the bad weather but decided to go in anyway. The place opened 2 months ago and seems to be family run. Service was super friendly and OMG the meat. Seriously. Unbelievable Fiorentinas and the choice of dry aged meat is also impressive. If you love meat you're going to love this place and you will want to come back. The local wine selection (they do serve Italian wine) wasn't extremely rich, but who cares when you can enjoy the best meat you've had in years?

For burgerlovers highly recommend! I found it pretty occasionally, the location is actually impossible to miss, near the metro station, but comfy either way. I ordered blue cheese burger (cause I´m super cheese fan) and was totally delighted. I guess I was waiting 5-7 mn or smth so it was quick, tasty and personal was also nice. Will definitely come round to taste a steak!

Very unpolite and unfriendly staff. The information in the menu does not resemble the reality. It says you get a salad and fries to every burger. But I was told that it does not fit to my burger, so I will not get one. After I kindly asked for it twice, I got it with an unfriendly comment from a waiter. Instead of cranberry sauce, there was a lot of very sweet apricot marmelade in the burgers and in my friend’s burger there was no sign of a bacon, despite of the fact she ordered a burger with a bacon. In the end we found one piece of it in the size 0,5x0,5 cm. No rucola in the burgers, although it was written in the menu... The burger bun was some kind of cheap bun you usually buy in the supermatkers... all in all, not very satisfied with burgers and quite offended by the waiter’s answers and comments on our polite questions. The little salad on the side was pretty tasty on the contrary. Maybe it was just not their best day, but I would not come to eat there again.

Good burgers, enthusiastic staff. If you like burger bros, you'll like this too. Unsure about price value, but if you're not stingy like I am it's an overall pleasant experience.

Relatively new and nice restaurant. Personal is friendly and ready to answer any question. Quality of meat is also at quite good level
