Fortune JP Palace, Mysore is an upscale hotel offering a luxurious stay with beautifully adorned sandalwood furnishings that showcase the grandeur of the City of Palaces. The hotel features three restaurants, including a rooftop restaurant with spectacular views, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and meeting/event spaces. With amenities like laundry service, 24-hour assistance, and kid-friendly facilities, this resort caters to all your needs.
Excellent stay experience. In room dining was also very good. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. In room dining was great. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Staff is courteous, special thanks to Ms. Polaki, our expert stewardess. Overall an excellent stay and experience. Kudos to the hotel staff and team.
Uday S — Google review
I recently stayed at Fortune JP Palace, Mysore for 3 days on a business trip. The hotel maintains good cleanliness in both rooms and common areas. The food was enjoyable, with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner. The property itself is showing its age and would benefit from a full renovation. Some renovation work is ongoing, which can be a disturbance during the day if you plan to rest, though nights are quiet. Check-in and check-out were quick. Room service was efficient — I requested cutlery and later a bucket and mug, both were provided without delay. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay, though not exceptional given the condition of the property and ongoing work.

Affordable Luxury & a Memorable Dasara Stay in the Heart of Mysore! We had always dreamed of experiencing the magical Dasara festival in Mysore, and our stay at Fortune JP Palace made that dream absolutely perfect. This beautiful, well-maintained 4-star property is set in a grand, palatial building and offers a luxurious experience that is incredible value for money. Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring major tourist attractions, especially for soaking in the famous Dasara lights around the palace area. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The front desk is responsive and operates round the clock, which is very reassuring. Whether it was the service in the restaurant or in the room, the team was always attentive and prompt. A special mention to the housekeeping staff who were exceptionally efficient and kept our room pristine. The complimentary breakfast buffet, was the perfect start to our days of sightseeing. Little conveniences like the efficient valet car parking service added to the seamless and hassle-free experience. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying and comfortable. If you're looking for a place that combines classic elegance with modern comfort and outstanding service without breaking the bank, Fortune JP Palace is the perfect choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mysore, especially during the festive season!

Stay from 23-10-2025 to 25-10-2025- The food temperature was consistently off not just once, but during both dinner and breakfast. Hot dishes were served almost cold, and nothing felt freshly prepared. For a place that claims to offer good hospitality, this is completely unacceptable. It clearly shows a serious lack of kitchen management and quality control. When guests pay good prices, the least they can expect is properly heated and fresh food. Unfortunately, that was missing throughout my stay. Definitely not worth recommending until they fix this basic issue.
Govinda D — Google review
I recently stayed at Hotel JP Palace in Mysore and overall, it was a mixed experience. While the location of the hotel is quite convenient—close to major attractions and easily accessible—the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The fittings in the room were old and in need of maintenance. The bathroom mirror had lost its back polish, which gave it an unclean appearance, and the commode fitting was loose, making it uncomfortable to sit. The TV and cable service were also outdated and offered very limited entertainment options. On a positive note, the service staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, which made the stay more pleasant. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and well-prepared, and this was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. In terms of pricing, I found it to be just okay overall. However, the rates were noticeably higher over the weekend, which might not offer the best value for money considering the room conditions. With some renovation and modernization, the hotel could provide a much better experience. Until then, I’d say it’s good for short stays primarily due to its location and staff, but the rooms need serious attention.
Atul K — Google review
I recently stayed at Fortune JP Palace in Mysore, and the experience was truly commendable. The hotel offered a pleasant hillside view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about its location is the convenience, whether it’s the palace, the local market, or the Jaganmohan Museum, every major spot is just a 2–3 km ride away. The area felt very safe, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby to explore the local cuisine. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the standard check-in time was 2 pm, they were considerate enough to allow me to check in at 12:30 pm when I arrived early. On the day of checkout, the staff were thoughtful enough to check if I had taken my lunch before leaving, which showed their genuine care for guests. The ambience was lovely. It has an old-world charm that reflects luxury and royalty, making the name "Palace" feel very apt. In a city like Mysore, getting the chance to stay in such a grand setting at a reasonable price was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Fortune JP Palace @ Mysore, for making my stay memorable.
Sangeetha P — Google review
Liked the location.. it's peaceful but still possible to reach City centre in 10 mins drive. Rooms were large enough and well maintained. Washrooms looked somewhat run down but still nicer than lodges or budget hotels. It's 15 mins walk to Devraja market or railway station, so be cautious when taking auto, as they always start with 200 for smallest distance, if u take it outside the hotel. One can walk few meters to nearby traffic circle and then bargain better. Also Philomena church can be walkable on a pleasant day/eve. So recommend to take an experience rather than Auto to rush. Best part is breakfast included price around 6k is fair for one night is just fair. Perhaps it was dussehra time. Even Ginger being 3 star had prices like 4.5k. So any price lower would be a great value for money and a premium experience. What I did not like is the TV was non smart and perhaps 40 inches size only with some local cable dth system. Any premium hotel should upgrade by 2025 as earlier stayed in Ginger and they had smaller 32 tv but we can watch YouTube as per liking.
N P — Google review
The property location was good. Room was comfortable, neat and cozy. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Though the property was bit old they are trying to maintain it but the tag ITC doesn’t work. Housekeeping was ok. There was a nice swimming pool, as we didn’t use it no comments on its quality. In the restaurant the food options are fair enough. Certain items were exceptional but certain items were nowhere to its taste as it should be. The restaurant staff were concentrating only on cleaning the plates and table. They very much lack in supporting the guests. Welcome drink was good but later we could see the drinks were filled in the glasses and kept open in one side of the lobby. Parking assist was good. Luggage handling was also good. Sure to visit again.

Nestled in the popular Agrahara area, Royal Orchid Metropole Mysore offers a range of services and amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel features elegant rooms with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. Guests can unwind at the fitness center, outdoor pool, or enjoy a relaxing massage in the lush garden.
This hotel was the highlight of the trip. Wonderful spacious and very comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Great service from the front desk and the restaurant staff. Lovely spacious interior courtyard for alfresco dining or on those chilly mornings enjoy the generous buffet breakfast in the dining room. At dinner the volcano brownie was my favourite dessert!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Orchid Metropolis Hotel in Mysore, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly guided to a beautifully maintained and spacious room that offered both comfort and elegance. The interiors were modern yet cozy, with all amenities thoughtfully provided to ensure a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the dining experience. The in-house restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, blending local flavors with international cuisine. The breakfast spread was especially impressive, offering fresh and flavorful options to start the day right. The hotel’s location was another advantage, conveniently situated close to major attractions in Mysore, which made exploring the city very easy. After a long day of sightseeing, the serene ambiance and excellent housekeeping at the hotel made it the perfect retreat. Overall, my stay at Royal Orchid Metropolis Hotel exceeded expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mysore, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to returning on my next trip.

We stayed overnite. The place is boutique hotel with really courteous staff. The rooms were well maintained. The bathroom definitely requires renovation with chips cmg of and bathtub having cracks. Definitely not a 5 star hotel plus not value for money. Gym is poorly maintained with treadmill not working. Good breakfast spread & centrally located is the pros. Will recommend only for short overnite stay.
Sony A — Google review
“The Royal Orchid Metropole is a true gem of Mysore! This heritage property beautifully blends colonial-era charm with modern comforts. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by grand architecture, elegant interiors, and a serene ambiance. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and many have balconies overlooking the lush gardens. The staff is warm and attentive, making your stay truly comfortable. Gym needs some modernisation, need more weights. Maintenance on rooms needs to be done.
Sugesh D — Google review
+ Very convenient location - Staff is courteous in general, but the basics of hospitality are lost on them. - Service is glacial at best. - coordination between staff is non existent Money not well spent. Location is the only good thing about this place. I hope the management realizes that the infrastructure needs a lot of repair and upkeem and staff needs a lot more training.
Swaroop H — Google review
A quaint hotel reminiscent of guest houses. The staff were kind and attentive and the property was well kept in line with the period's charms. The breakfast buffet was quite well stocked. Only downside was that the bathrooms in both the rooms we had booked for our family were a bit rough.
Aditya G — Google review
Hotel Royal Orchid Metropole has elegant colonial façade, lush courtyard dining area, tastefully designed room interiors, and inviting poolside ambiance. Built in the 1920s by the Wadiyar dynasty to host British guests, it blends regal heritage aesthetics with modern comforts and features around 30 rooms and suites. Room features include bathtubs, in-room safes, work desks, tea/coffee makers, minibars, high-speed Wi‑Fi, TV. The property boasts multiple restaurants and high tea lounge. The central location of the hotel is an added advantage for the tourists.

Good stay The stay was very good. We felt comfortable from the entrance of the hotel. They have maintained that heritage ambience and also to mention the service of the staff seems to be professional. Powsthina was very helpful at the time of check in and check out. Also the restaurant staff were very kind and attentive. I will visit again soon. Thanks

Grand Mercure Mysore is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Mysore, offering 146 cozy rooms and suites. The property features top-notch amenities including a rooftop pool, gym, spa, and kids play area. Guests can enjoy dining at the all-day restaurant and rooftop eatery with stunning city views. I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Mysore, and it was a really good experience overall. The hotel is well-located in the city, so getting to popular places like Mysore Palace and Chamundi Hills was very easy. It’s in a central area, which made getting around quite convenient whether by car or auto. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The bed was soft and cozy, so I slept well every night. The bathroom was clean with all the basic things you need. It really felt like a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. What stood out most for me was the service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Whether it was room service, front desk, or restaurant staff, everyone seemed genuinely interested in making sure guests were comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite good as well, with a decent variety of options. The overall vibe of the hotel is professional but still warm and welcoming. Overall, I’d say Grand Mercure Mysore is a great option if you’re visiting the city—clean rooms, great service, and a perfect location. It offers everything you’d expect from a good hotel without any hassle.

Pros: The rooms are good, washrooms are tidy & well equipped. There is a small kids play area near to the dining room. Buffet breakfast was good. An excellent spacious pool on rooftop, a gym and a spa which is serene and calm. Gym is well maintained. There is a relaxing area near the pool. There is a small bar and restaurant on ground floor. Also There is valet parking. Cons: Rooms are with few stains here and there in carpet, armchair and on the bed linen. There is no pool/garden view room as the location is admist the city. One of the two lift was out of service when we stayed. We had to wait for 15mins every time to use the lift. The buffet food (breakfast) taste was excellent and quite satisfying. Except the place is highly crowded to accommodate all the people in a compact dine-in room. Had to wait for 15-20 mins to get into a table for breakfast. On top of it, there was fruit flies everywhere on the fruits and desserts. I hope the management will look into the cleanliness part while serving food like buffets. Finally, the check in process/waiting time was more than 20mins. Also The wifi didn't connect when we checked in and the room key didnt work properly. We called the front desk like 4-5times to rectify the same. Everytime someone picks up the phone and say we will look into it and nothing happens. Even after 4 calls. The front desk can speed up the process on the above issues. Overall, a good stay cation for holidays.

Grand Mercure Hotel - A Truly Wonderful Experience! This hotel is simply amazing! The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming. The food is delicious and full of flavor, making every meal a treat. On the sixth floor, there's a spa, gym, and swimming pool with a beautiful city view - truly relaxing and refreshing. Everything here feels elegant yet affordable, offering great comfort at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay with luxury, taste, and peace all in one place!*

The service was the highlight of our stay. excellent staff very attentive and courteous and the breakfast buffet had a good spread. Some items were average like the breads but overall excellent spread of dishes and loved the coffee/tea counter 👍 The rooms though are a bit tired in need of a renovation/update was disappointed wouldn’t say it’s 5star at all more a 3 star and didn’t look like it’s pictures on booking .com. Also felt that the volume of the music in the dining hall was a bit too loud.
Reuben P — Google review
A nice, modern and western style hotel. The rooms were fairly clean and the series was good. Some staff were very helpful and even helped me purchase a bus ticket when I wasn't able to. Other staff had a very poor grasp of English and made it difficult to communicate my needs with them. Simple requests like finding the offered yoga classes in the morning were a challenge. The attention to detail in cleaning could use a little more effort in the rooms too if being picky

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore is a luxurious property with stunning architecture and modern amenities. The hotel offers elegant rooms with individual climate control and picturesque views of the Chamundi Hills. Guests can enjoy dining at two restaurants, Spring and Mysouth, offering global and South Indian cuisine respectively. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, a gym, and complimentary parking.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience at Radisson Hotel! My stay at the Radisson Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The rooms were elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window added a touch of calm luxury to the whole experience. The dining options were fantastic — breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices, and the restaurant staff were always attentive and friendly. I also appreciated the hotel’s focus on cleanliness and modern amenities, which made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Whether it was the seamless check-in, the serene pool area, or the prompt room service, every aspect of my stay reflected Radisson’s world-class hospitality. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay — can’t wait to return!

The best thing about Radisson Blu is their Staff. They are very cordial, warm and everything best about the place. We stayed at the hotel with family and had a wonderful experience. The food spread, in Spring is great. The taste and quality of food is delicious, the ambience is impeccable and staff, the Staff are the super stars! I would highly recommend all to visit and experience it all for yourself.

Hotel is great for its comfort and hospitality. The room was well equipped and spacious. Mattress was very comfortable. Staff at front desk were very courteous and quick in process. Breakfast is a good spread with good options for both veg and non-veg. Live dosa, paranta and eggs counter also available. Dinner at Simplysouth was also very delicious and good sufficient portions. Plenty of parking available at the basement(shared with adjacent Shopping mall)
AVINASH K — Google review
The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean, tidy, and quite roomy. All amenities and toiletries were available, and the cleanliness was excellent. Upon entering the hotel, we received a warm welcome and a welcome drink, which was self-serve. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. In terms of location, it’s on the main road, and Mysore Zoo is about 900 meters away, within walking distance. Other attractions are also easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, from vegetarian to non-vegetarian, and healthy choices as well. You could enjoy your breakfast by the swimming pool, with live counters serving freshly made dishes. The rooms were comfortable, and the view from the balcony included a beautiful sight of Mysore Palace. The bed was large, and the room also had a sofa and table.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Exceptional Hospitality – Made Our Diwali Special!** We had a booking issue that we only realized after reaching the hotel—turns out only one room was confirmed instead of two, and since it was the Diwali season, all good hotels in the area were fully booked. Naturally, we were quite stressed, but the team at **Radisson** handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. While they didn’t have another room available, they went out of their way to **upgrade us to a suite**, which was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. This thoughtful gesture turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a truly memorable Diwali celebration. The suite was clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for the occasion. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their prompt support and genuine hospitality. We’re so grateful for how you handled everything—**highly recommended** for anyone looking for great service and a team that truly care for guest

The Dasara decor brought the festive feeling loved it, the most luxurious hotel in Mysore - overlooking the Race Course and Chamundi Hills - both look stunning from the window, I have stayed in Radisson Blu, Mysore multiple times Locationally, it cannot be any better, close to many attractions Cozy and spacious rooms with a nice view. Pretty clean toilets and a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, with live counters as well, It's a 5 star rated hotel and worth paying it. Go ahead. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for luxury stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu. Our spacious room was impeccably maintained and equipped with modern amenities. The complimentary upgrade to a suite was a lovely surprise. The buffet dinner was exceptional and great value. While the breakfast spread was somewhat limited, overall, our experience was outstanding. Spa services were also very good. The staff at Radisson Blu were exceptionally polite and humble. However, we did experience a minor issue during dinner when a family nearby ignored the non-smoking policy, making us uncomfortable with our 3-year-old child present. Despite the staff's efforts to address the issue, the family continued to smoke. We were impressed that the manager personally apologized for the incident the next morning and assured us that measures would be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Mysore.
Poorna — Google review
The hotel’s ambience is impressive and gives a grand first impression. However, the absence of basic amenities like a comb or shower cap was disappointing—especially for a property of this standard. The most underwhelming aspect was the food. Despite the wide spread, both the buffet and à la carte dishes were bland and served cold, which is unacceptable for the price and reputation of a 4 or 5-star hotel. Overall, it felt more like a business hotel than a true luxury experience

From the moment we arrived, the experience was delightful, starting with welcome drinks and a thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits and cookies in our room. The complimentary hi-tea in the evening was a nice surprise, and the food was quite good. The resort features a massive swimming pool and a superb, well-maintained indoor games facility—perfect for relaxation and recreation. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was well-prepared. The lush greenery all around added to the peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect retreat. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Roopa Elite is a modern city center hotel with relaxed rooms, a rooftop restaurant, outdoor pool, and spa. The staff is known for being incredibly friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities are nicely done, spacious, and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is tasty with various options available. Room service is always on time. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
We stayed at Hotel Roopa Elite during our Mysore trip and had a very comfortable and satisfying experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet yet accessible part of the city — ideal for both sightseeing and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was that the hotel staff graciously upgraded one of our Emerald rooms to a Ruby room free of cost, which was a pleasant surprise. The Ruby room was more spacious, well-furnished, and added that extra bit of comfort we truly appreciated, especially while traveling with senior citizens and a child. The housekeeping was prompt, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was highly impressive. The front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Another bonus was the in-house restaurant, which provided delicious meals and excellent service — especially thanks to staff members like Ankita and Babai who ensured we felt at home. Overall, Roopa Elite offered us great value for money and a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend it to families looking for a peaceful and comfortable hotel in Mysore.
Prantik M — Google review
We had an outstanding 3-night, 4-day stay at Roopa Elite with a family group of 20, and everything from service to food was excellent. Kundan, the manager, was extremely polite and accommodating, arranging early check-ins and late check-outs to match our relatives’ odd arrival times from abroad. Moorty, the F&B manager, ensured every dining experience was perfect and made us feel truly cared for. Rooms were spotless, room service was quick, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight—especially at night. The breakfast buffet was amazing (don’t miss their halwas), and every dish we tried was delicious, with standouts like Seer Fish Fry, Chicken Lollipop, Mutton Curries, and Gobi Manchurian. The chef even prepared a special Elaneer Payasam (coconut dessert) on request. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently courteous, and guests staying here get an extra discount on rooftop food orders. Clean, classy, and affordable, Roopa Elite fully deserves its top ranking and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mysore.

It is located in a calm and non noisy neighborhood. Surrounded by mostly residential properties and many restaurants within 5 mins walking. Staff is helpful and offered me an early check-in. The overall ambiance in rooms and outside is soothing. Linens and toiletries are of decent quality. Perhaps the lighting near the door can be improved. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor (buffet) serving Indian and continental complimented by lush green view. A small rooftop swimming pool is also there for a quick dip on a sunny day.

Room hygiene was well maintained and the staffs were very friendly and approachable. Nothing special about the location, however, the place is calm and decent. They refresh the towels and clean the room daily even if you are opting for 3-4 days stay which is not very common in this budget. Overall much recommended.
Shree H — Google review
We booked one Emerald category room for 2 nights. The room interior was nice, but unfortunately the basic amenities were disappointing: 1. No napkin was provided in the bathroom at day one. 2. The hairdryer was not working. 3. There was no bucket or mug in the bathroom. 4. Although hot water was available, the flow was very low. I had booked this hotel based on the positive Google reviews, but my experience turned out to be below expectations. The only positive aspect was the in-house restaurant, which was good.
Gaurav M — Google review
Excellent hospitality l. We booked this hotel last minute, and they were very accommodating of our requests. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty, overall vibe of the place is calm and inviting. The view from our room wasn’t the best- an under construction building, everything else was really good. They also have a nice little boutique store offering mysore silk sarees at a decent rate
Aparajita R — Google review
We booked the room through Agoda.we got a room on 3rd floor. The washroom was very stinky.lights near the washroom was not working. We tried to call the reception , ever after checking it no one came to fix. Bed was very bad, with pillows too thick and hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Unbearable stay as there is no ventilation present in the room and bathroom was horribly smelling. They took a good price for the room and service was horribly bad. One plate french toast took 45 mins for them to prepare.
Bushra A — Google review
We had a standard double room. From 11 pm one they started to prepare the bankwit hall right above the room moving furniture around. Sleeping was not possible. Staff is also rude. Says not our problem if you can't sleep. In the morning at 7 am they started again with the noise. No compensation for this inconvenience at all, rude staff and bad understanding of service. avoid the place!

Hotel Heritage Inn in Mysore offers simply furnished rooms and an unfussy restaurant with parking. The hotel's location makes it convenient for exploring the city's diverse culinary scene, including South Indian, North Indian, and international cuisines. Guests have praised the hotel for its understated comfort, charm, and attentive staff who provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The budget-friendly accommodation is conveniently located near JSS Hospital and various attractions in Mysore.
When you stay in this affordable premium hotel, you don't have to hunt for those instagram restaurants for lunch/dinner. These guys serve brilliant food every single time. The room service is also at par with global 5 stars. They don't hesitate to help with extra linen at any time. Rooms are comfortable and hotel is situated near prominent Fish Aquarium. The head of staff assisting us with buffets was Mr. Ram, who went beyond fixed menu to serve our kiddo.

We stayed here for 2 days on 24th and 25th April 2025 on Mysore Tour. We are from Chennai. I found them through Google search. Firstly We were waiting for 20’mins to find the person in the reception to check in. About the hotel: It’s a Very Average Hotel, Poor Hospitality, Security person in safari suit dress sits in the reception gives a weird look on the guests, he shows his attitude seems like we are staying on his charity, very disrespectful to the guest. Room Charges are high with a queen bed room for 3 adult and 1 kid though they provide an extra bed. It became conjusted once the bed arrived. They said it’s a deluxe room but it’s an average room, bathroom with just 2:2 feet for shower which is pathetic and uncomfortable to stand and bath. No fan only AC. No Hair Dryer. Everything has to be called out with the reception to get. Complimentary breakfast is pathetic, idlies are dried already, very average taste. I recommend the staffs and security to have a smile on their faces instead giving a weird look if someone comes from other state. This hotel has to improve a lot in terms of hospitality and reduce its prices for its tiny rooms.
Karthikeyan R — Google review
Rooms have no fans. This creates an issue if we r with kids. We had to keep the fan mode in ac on, but that's not sufficient. So back on cool mode. Mysore child and me caught fever due to this. Also if u wash any clothes, they won't dry due to no fans. Bathrooms r too tiny. And always stinking near the sink area. Bathrooms r very untidy. Walls inside, glass doors, aren't clean too. Bathrooms r never scrubbed I believe. Bed side lamps were dusty too. And we had no windows. They were there but we couldn't access. Hence ventilation was a big problem plus no fans 😣. Service was good. Location is good too.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience staying at Heritage Hotel in Mysore. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. They helped us in arranging an extra bed and they also arranged me with an extra fan because we wanted the room extra cold. The location was perfect — close to key attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and the attention to detail in the hospitality. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mysore! I’d definitely stay here again.

Not recommending it. Rooms was big but Ac seriously needs servicing. It was not cooling at all. Room service and hotel staff behaviour was rude and bad. Booked for 3 people but everything from coffee mug, glasses or towels they are giving for 2. In case for asking for more you have to face rude behaviour of staff and you need to call multiple times for these things. Regarding location it's too far from city. The Parklane Hotel in Mysore offers comfortable and bright rooms, a restaurant with a beer garden, and an outdoor pool. It is conveniently located just 200 meters away from the renowned Mysore Palace, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The hotel's facilities include parking, a bar, and food options. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the city center and the bus stand.
I would surely rate it 5 star in every aspect. First of all the location is perfect, very close by to the palace. The ambiance is top-notch. Right from the time of entry to reception to the common areas, everything is so beautifully done. There are multiple fun games for kids and family, photo booths in the common areas, adding to the charm. Rooms are spacious, clean enough, modified based on current needs. Couldn’t taste their food. They do have enough parking for about 5-6 cars. I will surely stay again here.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to the Palace and city center. Their on-site restaurant, the Beer Garden, offers a great selection of beers and delicious food. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the kids’ play area near the lobby—our children had a great time. A fantastic family-friendly stay that I highly recommend.

Went for dinner at Parkland Hotel, Mysore with family and had a nice time. The food was good and the service was decent. However, the place feels old—especially the washrooms, which are in need of an upgrade. Overall, a pleasant dining experience but the property could use some renovations.

service :Excellent Food : Little costly but good in taste . Room comfort : I booked comfort room, room size is very small , just 10* 10 sq ft, without any facilities like wardrobe or coffee table, even they have luxury room available but that also I think to deserve the room quality. If you worry about room size and room quality , don’t prefer this hotel, But, good one for transit stay from Coorg or Wayanad. Swimming pool : good, nicely prepared with artificial waterfalls , but added to much chlorine . Others : Denied to provide comb and ear buds which we requested . Overall experience : satisfied based on their good service .

This a budget hotel with all the amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, selfie props and a very nice restaurant, beer garden. Room was decent and swimming pool is kept clean. The main advantage is location which is very close to all the main attractions of the town.
Paras M — Google review
Absolute gem of a place. Its located in the heart of the city near the Mysore palace. But in spite of that it is in a quiet neighbourhood with mostly hotels in that lane. At the very outset you are greeted by friendly security who'll help you with your bags and help in parking as well. As you enter the place the vibe is great. It seems like a 5 star hotel with it's circular design and aesthetically placed props and paintings. The rooms are sufficiently big. The bathroom was also spacious. They have all the amenities you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Kettle, toiletries, mini fridge, TV, a very comfy bed. The staff is polite and professional. I couldn't get Kesari bath during my stay here, but whatever else I ordered was absolutely delicious. The in-house bar is also fantastic. Overall a cool place to stay in the middle of Mysore.

It is so unfortunate that while the staff in the hotel were friendly, the staff in their gift shop are atrocious. They are mannerless and utterly disgraceful. I had gotten a pair of earring hardly a month back and a stone fell out. My husband who visited again kindly requested the person if they could fix it. This horrible shopkeeper treated him disrespectfully and didn't offer any solutions. Horrible service, and terrible product.

I'm writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with a refund. I cancelled my booking on the 12th of last month and received confirmation of the refund amount. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I haven't received the refund. After posting a negative review, the hotel requested I remove it in exchange for a refund within 30 days, which I did. It's now been 30 days, and I'm yet to receive the refund. Their lack of communication and delayed refund process is unacceptable. I urge immediate attention to this matter. Very poor

Found the price on a very higher side compared to the size of the room and bed size. We booked it for 6500 inr per night for 2 days and it wasn't worth for the amount we spent. The only good part was the location of the hotel.
Ritika A — Google review
The hotel was very modern and well equipped and has a good vegetarian restaurant. There is a great restobar next door so all in all a great place to stay. Only issue is that the rooms are tiny and there is no balcony. Also the prices were very high but that could be because we visited during the independence day long weekend of 2025.However, they charged us for a towel that was muddy because it was 'misused'. Mysore has no footpaths towels can get muddy.

What a great hidden little gem. The gardens are well maintained and it's centrally located. Food was good and the amenities were of high standard. The place is not that big but has everything required for a quiet retreat. Staff members are super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Mixed Experience: Good Ambiance/Beautiful environment, Average Stay, Poor Service The Village Resort in Mysore offers a decent environment with well-maintained lawns and enjoyable outdoor/indoor games & swimming pool as well. These aspects definitely contribute to a relaxing stay. However, our room was average in terms of comfort and amenities. The most disappointing aspect was the service at the restaurant. The staff exhibited a rather unusual and unpleasant attitude, which significantly impacted our dining experience. Overall, while the resort has potential, the poor service from the restaurant staff significantly detracts from the overall experience.
Navaneethabalan K — Google review
Decent experience. We stayed in the jumbo suite which was quite spacious. Everything in the room and bathroom are pretty old but neatly maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. But lunch at the restaurant was average. Service was fine. Overall it is a 4 star property which felt like a 3 star.

Beautiful place. Well located. Clean rooms. Very relaxing environment with lots of open green space. Can have better South Indian food - but then there are quite a few popular South Indian restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and look forward to visit again.

Management needs to bring this hotel to 21st Century, there is no kids menu and kids food is also charged in the same way with others. Card payment not accepted. Except for bigger rooms and good gardens you can’t expect anything good.

We stayed two nights in what appeared to be a 4 or 5-star resort (₹10k per night for a penthouse), but the experience was disappointing. No welcome drink, disposable slippers, hairdryer, or basic snacks in the room – things even budget hotels offer. The room wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival; floors were dirty and linens unchanged. The North Indian food we tried was subpar, and surprisingly, there were no local Mysore or South Indian dishes on the menu. Overall, it is not worth the price – poor value for money.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! My experience at Hotel Southern Star Mysore was truly exceptional. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained with every comfort you could ask for. The location is perfect — close to the Palace and other attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet with its wide variety and authentic South Indian flavors. The staff deserves special appreciation for their courteous and attentive service — they made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mysore!

This is more a 3 star hotel than 5 star. The electricity power cut over 5 times in one night (including the hotel wifi which is centralized, so it wasn't just my room - I checked with other guests as well). Room was ok but basic toiletries were bare minimum. The breakfast buffet was poorly maintained as they had to seat some guests outside and food was not refilled in time. Also the breakfast is very very basic - not 5 star standard at all. Twice I called reception for something and they said they would call me back but never did. I think the bones and structure are good but management is very poor. Two star reviews because the staff was friendly and polite. I wish I had stayed somewhere else for the price. Definitely not worth it.

Southern Star Hotel in Mysore offers one of the better function halls in the city. The halls are spacious, well-carpeted, and suitable for weddings, receptions, and conferences. Location is central, making it easy for guests to reach, and the added benefit is that accommodation is available within the same property. The staff is professional and cooperative, and event coordination is generally smooth. Catering service is decent with both veg and non-veg options, though quality can vary depending on the menu. Décor and arrangements are flexible, with the option to bring in outside decorators. Some areas of improvement include consistency in food quality and better attention to cleanliness in certain corners. Parking space can also get a bit tight during large events. Overall, a good choice for medium to large gatherings if you want a central venue with hotel facilities attached.

We visited here for 5 nyts. First the hotel is at the centre of city. Everything so easy from here. The rooms are also excellent. Hotel is not that big but it is very good. The manager Punit helped us in breakfast everyday. We wanted jain food so he use to provide us quickly with our choice. He helped us in every way .Then the spa manager Anup was also very good. He helped me in providing extra 15 mins service of spa. The rooms were excellently serviced by room service boy Kakachang. He was so good in his behaviour and excellent rooms were ready when we arrived back at hotel. They gave us early check in at 7 clock in morning when our flight was preponed. But one thing i didnt like is the Gst difference the did not refund me . As i booked before gst rate cut and my booking was after gst rate cut. They could have saved me lot of money as i was there for 5 nyts

We stayed at the superior room for one night. The room was clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good quality, offering a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near several major attractions. Overall, I had a positive stay, but some aspects of the hotel fell short of the five-star standard I expected. Firstly, there was no welcome drink provided, which I thought was typical for a hotel of that rating. Secondly, while ample parking was available, finding a designated spot for guests was challenging especially when parking gets taken by visitors visiting attached restaurant. The room was clean overall, but I found some minor dust in the edges. For our triple occupancy, they gave us an extra bed, but they forgot to provide the extra toiletries and towel. Overall a decent experience for the price, good to experience the place once.

My stay at Souther Star was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of exploring. Housekeeping was attentive and maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. The staff in the restaurant were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making dining a delightful experience. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysuru!

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and hygiene standards are good. However, I was quite disappointed with the restaurant service. There was hardly anyone available to assist, and the staff seemed uninterested in engaging with guests. During the buffet, starters were not served unless we personally went and asked for them. The same issue continued during breakfast — the staff showed no interest for live counter and preferred that guests simply eat what was already laid out. Overall, the service was below expectations, especially considering the high prices.

The location was super convenient, too, with the train station and scooter rentals just a stone's throw away. We'd definitely recommend this place for its great service and awesome amenities.

I booked a suit and got a double bed. Over the call I confirmed before even going there, the last mentioned King sized bed.(attaching photos for reference) it was so uncomfortable. The refrigerator they gave doesn’t even cool a small water bottle. TV provided. Doesn’t turn on or have a modem or anything (attached photos) the bed sheets are also too old. No toiletries provided. I had to call up in the morning for the same . No shower separator

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and accessible. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant stay. The service and staff were courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the food was of average quality—nothing special, just okay. The bathroom was also average, and I was a bit concerned to learn that they use recycled water in the bathroom, which might not sit well with everyone. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're prioritizing location and service over luxury or dining quality.

This is one of the best option with budget friendly rooms and multiple location access within minumum distance range from this hotel. The extra benefit is the pure veg restaurant of this hotel. Staff behaviour is superb and we liked the hospitality here. Food taste is also good. Morning complimentary breakfast options has variety of south indian dishes which was great in taste too. Rooms are cozy and has different city views.

Perfect choice for family stay. Close to tourist spots and just 100mts away from Forum mall. Excellent service. They do have interconnect rooms which is suitable and comfortable for family stay just like they were for us. They just need to improve the food quality. Rest all good. 9 out of 10. That -1 is for food taste.

Hotel has cancelled the booking without informing, very pathetic and non-professional hotel staff on reaching the property. Rather than sorting the issue and re-instating the booking, they asked my family to move out. This happens only when a hotel is praised by lot of people and degrade their services eventually. In the worst case scenario, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Susmita R — Google review
The property is in a good location, close to Nexus Mall and Mysuru town. While the reception area is well-maintained, the rooms and common areas are not properly maintained. The building is old, and although the bathroom was cleaned, fixtures like the commode and shower area appear worn out. Car parking is limited, and only vegetarian food is served. Room cleanliness was below expectations. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had very limited options and the taste was disappointing.
Selestin M — Google review
The hotel is neat and service was very professional. Food was good👍🏼. Kishore from the Front desk was polite and work extra mile for customer satisfaction. Only thing that has to change is the Hotel should give/post/publish direct contact number of the Hotel, not some lengthy IVR call sessions.

Excellent stay' Receptionist was friendly allowed us to keep our luggages at lawn even after check out without any charges, i forgot my helmet at hotel in a hurry staff helps us to return it to concernes Hotel staff also good and this was the my best stay in Mysore. Couples will enjoy taking photos at terrace ❤️

Good place at a great price. Most of the time goes outside exploring the city, so spending heavily for a room doesn't really make sense & this is a great place if you want to stay at budget prices. The rooms are clean & kept tidy. Washrooms are clean. Location is in the center of the city making all the places very accessible. People are good. Allowed us to keep our bags & sit in the reception area for a few hours despite checking out. Personally, the services provided to us were a bit slow & rooms were a bit small; thus, 4 stars. Overall, a good place for a brief stay!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Mysore. The accommodation was far below expectations and did not resemble what was shown online. The air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms, and despite raising the issue, there was no resolution. There was also no hot water available either in the morning or late at night, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff seemed untrained and unresponsive, adding to the overall frustration. In my opinion, this was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against booking this hotel
Ravi S — Google review
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the excellent service provided by the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, polite, and highly professional. They handled check-in smoothly, provided helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions, and were always available with a friendly attitude whenever I had questions. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended Tejas

Had a decent stay @Aishwarya Residency. Rooms were fine and bathroom was decent. Located in a narrow alley, parking available underground. Water bottles are chargeable (Rs. 50) which they ask at the time of check-out.

Perfect place to stay. Room is clean and the service is good. The terrace setup is nice. The manager, Mr. Adnan, is so nice and he is very much helpful.

The hotel is not suitable for families at all. The moment you walk in, you're hit by a strong cigarette smell, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. We had booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given a queen instead. No proper play area or facilities for children either. The staff seemed indifferent and not welcoming. Won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

It offers 70 well-equipped, spacious rooms, free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and a fine dining restaurant called Pinxx. The hotel also features banquet halls for events. Guests have praised the helpful staff and quick assistance provided during emergencies. The complimentary breakfast is highly recommended for its tasty and varied options.
It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. I was regularly visiting this hotel for last 3 years and It is my third time and they never disappoint me. The room's which they provided is always clean and hygiene. I liked the locality also the road is very spacious and calm. Forget to mention about buffet breakfast everything is yummy and best.

Absolutely comfortable stay at convenient location in Mysore. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was pleasant. Rooms are clean and neat. Room cleaning service is good. Breakfast buffet has variety to chose from. Parking can be an issue during peak weekends as the space is limited. Helping staff were gracious, so was security staff. Would recommend this place if you are coming to Mysore for few days. Not sure about lunch and dinner as we didn't try it.
Veerabhadra H — Google review
I had high expectations from this stay but was left quite disappointed with the room arrangement and service. I had specifically paid extra for a king bed room, but what I was provided was essentially two single beds pushed together. This is not a proper king bed and defeats the purpose of paying extra — if this was the case, I could have simply booked a cheaper single room and joined the beds myself. To add to the inconvenience, I was woken up at 6:30 AM and asked to move my car because their valet was late for work. Such disruptions compromise the comfort and rest one expects at a hotel. That said, I must mention that the reception staff were courteous and helpful whenever I had queries — but unfortunately, this positive aspect did not make up for the shortcomings in the stay experience. For the price paid, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency in room descriptions as well as service reliability for future guests.
Nishanth N — Google review
Food is below average. You tell them make it non spicy and they will make sure it is over spicy. The food served in the restaurant is really tasteless and we pointed it out too in one of the visits but there is no change. On one of our recent visits the chicken at the buffet was absolutely rotten and we complained, there were so many school children present too , the chef came and saw and agreed to it but the same chicken was fed to the students and other guests at the buffet, it wasn't changed. We could see the school kids too discussing how the chicken was smelling like rotten fish. On every visit they asked for exact change from us while settling bills on checkout. Despite our request they were stubborn and insistent for the same. As a hotel and as a merchant it is their duty to keep exact change for the guests. All this is enough to put off frequently visiting guests like us and we have struck it off from our list for future visits!!

Stayed is regenta central for one night. The stay was comfortable. We had lunch and dinner at hotel restaurant. The taste was ok.... not really good. Room service for snacks in the evening was delayed by one hrs. And they are really not prepared to prepare snacks.... whatever we order... it's not available. Do not order any snacks here. The breakfast next day morning was atleast good. Overall ok stay... but not worth the money spending for four star hotel.

Rooms are nice, clean hygiene, but they need to improve on services. Parking is an issue, they didn't allow our vehicle to park inside. We have to argue with them to get car inside. Food quality is nice, but again they need to focus on services. We got excellent services in gujrat but in Karnataka, they seems average.

Hotel Golden Riviera is located in the heart of Mysore, just a short drive from popular attractions like Basappa Memorial Hospital and Folklore Museum. The hotel offers convenient amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a banquet hall, and a restaurant where guests can enjoy satisfying meals. The rooms are described as comfortable and clean, with excellent room service and polite staff. Guests also appreciate the fulsome breakfast options and exceptional hospitality from staff members like Nandini.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and ended up having breakfast here for three days in a row. After our first meal, we knew there was no need to look anywhere else. The food was consistently delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. Cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority, which made us feel very comfortable dining here. What truly stood out was the staff friendly, attentive, and always serving with a smile, making us feel welcome every single time. The service was quick and efficient, yet warm and personal. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, the perfect way to start the day. A wonderful find, we’re so glad we discovered this place. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

This place offers ambient space and the staff is very friendly. It has to be the best Andhra Meals I've ever had and the fact that everything is served hot and is unlimited makes it even better. Variety of curries and kosambaris. I loved the bhindi fry and pappu with rice. They also provide pudina buttermilk. They definitely don't hurry in serving you. They give you enough time to eat slowly. We didn't try pizza but definitely it smelt great !

First it looks all good but then? 1. Rooms are very congested 2. Service is very pathetic. Glass , towel , Nepkin not in room. After asking also few things come after 1 hr and rest don't even come 3. Food is tasty but not available from the menu given 4. No service given after 10 pm in room 5. No Hindi channel. 6. Manager is so rude that he didn't even answer you properly, if once called for service he will not receive the same call again 7. They are more interested in their restaurant business rather then room stay business
Pinkal S — Google review
Stayed in the hotel over the weekend. Everything looks good at first. But the room was very congested, bathroom was very tiny. The towels were old. The room was directly above the restaurant so we could hear the dishes being cleaned, mixer and cooker sounds. For a 3-star restaurant, there should be proper parking. Only open parking on the road side is available. Only positive side was the nice service by the staff. Location is good but it can't help the obvious flaws. Will not recommend.
Sapphire M — Google review
It's a good hotel if you need to crash for the night before moving on the next day. Rooms are clean, but tiny (deluxe room) - what was concerning is how low the ceiling, and hence fan was - could be hazardous. Staff is polite, and restaurant serves good food options. There is also a pizzaria on first floor. Parking is limited, max 2-3 cars. Mostly you will end up parking on the roadside. I will visit this hotel, if I need to be in the general vicity of this hotel, as it is economical and offers good food options in one place. For visiting various tourist places, I would look for something more centrally located.
Anni C — Google review
- Visited this restaurant recently and found it to be a great vegetarian dining spot. - The ambiance was clean, simple, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxed meal. - We ordered roti, curry, a starter platter, tea, and soda. - The food was served fresh and looked appetizing. - The starter platter stood out with a nice mix of textures and spices. - The roti was soft and paired well with the curry. Thought the curry quality was quite less. - The tea was refreshing, and the soda added a light touch to the meal. - Staff members were courteous and service was quick. - Overall, the food was tasty, filling, and satisfying. - Would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good vegetarian choice.

I have been staying in this hote since 2006. lts a very old hotel which has not been upgraded for a long time except for some rooms. The management has changed now and have improved their restaurant. The hotel staff are courteous like in the past. The location is great and has ample car parking space. Despite these positives, the rooms are not worth the pricing which is pretty high and inconsistent for a corporate traveller. They need to upgrade the rooms badly or reduce the prices. The hotel does not deserve a three star rating as claimed in different sites. It can be a premium lodge in the best case scenario. There are many hotels that offer much better quality rooms at similar prices.
Sridhar R — Google review
Dear Kings Kourt Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent removal of the pool table from your sports bar. The pool table was a significant source of entertainment and contributed greatly to the lively and engaging atmosphere that my friends and I enjoyed. Since its removal, we've noticed a decline in the sports bar's ambiance, which has impacted our decision to visit as frequently as we used to. We sincerely request that you consider reinstalling the pool table to restore the vibrant, entertaining environment that we all appreciated. This small change could bring back the unique charm of your sports bar and encourage many of your regular patrons to return. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response...

An Old good hotel in the city's heart near Mysuru city Railway Station. Very spacious rooms with a delicious breakfast, with a different menu each day. The courteous staff make the guests' stay a pleasant one. A good maintenance is required to bring back the old glory of this property.

Very Old Hotel. Rooms are not clean. Curtains and dirty. Bath place no facility of keeping soap and shampoo. Handling customers must be improved. Not satisfactory overall.

We went for lunch and The food was average and the service was extremely slow and poorly managed. We had ordered soup, starters, main course items, and curd rice. However, the sequence of serving was completely off — soup was served first, followed immediately by curd rice, then the main course, and only later did the starters arrive. Despite repeatedly following up with the staff, the service remained unresponsive and disorganized. There was no clear communication on when the remaining items would be served. Only when we asked to cancel the pending dishes did they finally bring the food. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience.

Very very ordinary hotel with higher price. The only +ve is it's location & great breakfast. Rooms are very very medicore and old style. No basic amitnities like Kettle available. Fungi smell all over. Dirty bedsheets, linens, towels, torn screens. Poor sleep quality. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I want to share my own experience. Worst hotel in hospitality world I have experienced. We booked 2 rooms in advance as we were 2 families each with 2 adults n 1 kid 10 years each . During checkin They came up with new thing that we need to book based on no of people not no of rooms. They asked us extra money for 1 adult each room . Later they also charged separately for mattress .. in general families will have 2 adults and kids I don't know how these people come up with new irrelevant and nonsense logic . Staff is really not courteous and helpful . Don't trust them they will never give u alternative or try to help u ..instead just their greed will reflect in every mannerism .we asked for normal water for room in morning and they sent a bottled water .. we gave back in reception with sealed cap and they billed it again telling us not acceptable.. Please do not prefer it anyday .. they will just spoil your mood for vacation with these petty things with weird nonsense logics .This behavior is totaly unacceptable in hotel stays at tourist locations like Mysuru

Regenta Central Javaji in Mysore offers an extraordinary experience with its warm hospitality and enchanting ambience. The spacious and well-maintained rooms provide a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment, making it an excellent place for a family vacation. The helpful and friendly staff, along with the commendable service, ensure a great overall stay experience. Despite being a little away from the city center, the location is good with wide roads and not much crowding.
A superb hotel, the best place we stayed in South India. Rooms were beautiful. The restaurant was excellent with a huge variety of delicious food for breakfast. Staff were generally excellent, and made a nice display on our bed to celebrate our anniversary. The gym was great. The rooftop pool was nice. The PlayStation in the lobby was a nice touch. The large grass pitch (wedding venue!) was ideal for football and cricket for the kids. Only two bits of feedback - the Spa gave me a bad massage (too much oil, room too cold, some weird steam bath concept that was poorly explained) and guests should get a confirmed price to avoid conflict. And the music pumped into the corridors? Please only do that 0900-20:00? I could hear it from my bed and it woke me up both morning. 😖

Clean and well kept hotel, friendly staff and excellent amenities. Right from the front desk staff to room service and cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a premium suite and had a mixed experience. Pros - Suite room was very spacious with a great view. They provided a folding bed for 3rd adult. Washroom was big and shower water pressure was good, with hot water available. Staff was friendly and respectable. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. Cons - The Jacuzzi was not working which was a big disappointment. They asked for time to get it fixed but couldn't get it fixed. Corridors looked clean but had unpleasant smell. Swimming water was very cold and there was no provision to heat it.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The receptionist deserves a special shoutout - always helpful, polite, and welcoming with a bright smile. Dining service was excellent; they delivered baby food whenever requested, and the quality of the food was really good. The valet was prompt and perfect. Room service was top-notch - from neatly making the beds to refilling water, everything was done with great attention to detail. The only downside was the loud music from the 6th floor, which disturbed our sleep for two nights. Apart from that, everything else was flawless. Would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service and hospitality!

Our room was near the elevator and music played until 10 pm over the speakers by the hotel. I think they need to lower the volume or switch off. Breakfast was good. Infinity pool is small but good. Room was clean

The property features accommodation with amenities such as a garden, free private parking, shared lounge, and terrace. Additionally, it provides services like a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, and room service along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring cultural venues in Mysuru.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms had all the necessary facilities and were very clean. They have tried to reduce plastic and have consciously kept things in the room to avoid plastic. Wildlife theme was good and enjoyed by my kids. Breakfast was awesome. We stayed for 4 days and there were lots of options every day. Overall, good, family friendly hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. I would definitely go back if I visit Mysore again.
Dhivya D — Google review
We stayed for 2 days and it was comfortable. It is located in quaint surroundings, approx 7-8 kms from Mysore Palace and Mysore zoo. It is located near residential area and hence more suitable for a family stay (I'd assume partying loud would not be allowed). They have ample parking (but not all vehicles can have covered parking). The staff is very courteous. The best part is breakfast buffet which is simple but very tasty. Rooms are big but bathrooms are a bit small. Also, rooms lack cupboard and refrigerator. We paid around Rs. 5500 per day so I'd say it is high on prices. These are small issues but in no way a deal breaker.
Puneet J — Google review
Very tranquil and quiet place. All the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. They made sure our stay was very pleasant. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Food and Coffee from the cafe/restaurant is quite good and you wouldn't need to travel elsewhere to eat. The only minus is, I don't think this is a 4 star hotel as presented by Google and other places.
Nihal V — Google review
Don't let the "4-star" label fool you at Safari Quest. While the staff is genuinely helpful and the rooms are impressively large, the hotel struggles with basic food quality and amenities. For example, breakfast was a chaotic, lengthy wait for untasty dishes. The washrooms are also very basic, offering just shampoo and shower gel – definitely bring your own toothbrush and paste.

Staying at this resort was such a lovely experience. The rooms had a simple charm, with beautiful paintings that added to the homely vibe. They were also super airy, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer—always polite and quick to help with anything. With facilities like parking, a café, and a spa all on-site, everything was so convenient. Plus, it was great value for money, and they made sure I felt completely taken care of. Definitely a place worth staying at!

We recently hosted a birthday party for our child and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The venue was perfect for our small gathering around 50 peoples, providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. The decorations were beautifully done, and the ambiance was just right for a memorable celebration. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made a significant difference. Navaneeth, was incredibly accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the event. All staffs deserves special praise for exceptional planning and coordination. They all are attentive, responsive, and ensured that every aspect of the party was executed flawlessly. From the delicious food to the seamless service, everything was top-notch. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our child's birthday. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so special!
Manjunatha S — Google review
The stay was good, room was hygienic. Only thing I was sad is the food service. The welcome drink was mentioned and we reached by 8 pm, and they said welcome drink is only available if you checkin at 1 pm. And then they prepared lemon juice in just 2 min. Also, morning buffet was unlimited and until 10:30. We were there by 10, and there is no dosa, idli was cold, no proper juice. Etc

Clean and Spacious rooms - Clean sheets, beds, door mats & clean restrooms. 24/7 hot water (not solar). Family friendly. Service is top-notch, the hotel staff sets high standards with their exceptional hospitality. Kudos to Amarnath, Indra, Shankar, Tejaswini and Kitchen staff. Music collection was nice, ambience is great, simple yet elegant. Food was delicious, and the service was quick. The room names are authentic and well thought theme and design overall. They have a great library (core zone), and aquarium as well. The clean and well maintained aquarium hints on the maintenance of the place overall. Well kept place. Keep it up.

Mysore Palace, a stunning Indo-Saracenic architectural marvel completed in 1912, boasts a grand durbar hall and hosts weekly illuminations. The palace is famous for the traditional Dasara procession, Jamboo Savari, featuring a decorated elephant carrying the idol of Goddess Chamundeshwari during Vijaya Dashami. This centuries-old celebration was initiated by Raja Wodeyar in 1610 and has continued uninterrupted.
A palace well maintained by the Mysuru Royal Family. Clean space with history and stories hidden in every corner. Beautiful intricate designs to be seen everywhere. Worth visiting. There are food stall and ample space to store luggage with safety. Entry fee charged for adults ₹100.

An architectural gem of Karnataka! Mysore Palace is truly a must-visit destination that perfectly blends royal heritage and stunning design. The intricate carvings, majestic halls, and rich history reflect the grandeur of the Wodeyar dynasty. The palace is well-maintained, and the evening illumination is absolutely breathtaking — it feels like stepping into a fairytale! A royal experience during Dasara! We visited Mysore Palace in the evening during the Dasara festival, and it was absolutely magical. The entire palace was glowing with lights, and the sunset made the view even more breathtaking. The atmosphere was festive, vibrant, and full of energy — a perfect blend of tradition and celebration. The palace grounds were clean and well-organized, and the staff managed the crowd efficiently. A must-visit place if you’re in Mysuru, especially during Dasara evenings — it truly showcases the royal charm of Karnataka!

What a beautiful palace. Lived up to my expectations. We went a little late in the evening after sunset but made it right on time for the light show and story telling. Some people walked off half way through cause without visuals it was hard to connect the dots in the storyline but the Palace lighting was beautiful. Really enjoyed it.

Among all the historical palaces I’ve explored, none compare to the breathtaking grandeur of Mysore Palace. Its true magic unfolds during the Dussehra festival, when tradition and splendor come alive. If you’re a history buff with a passion for travel, this gem belongs on your must-visit list.
Deepak P — Google review
If you’re in Mysuru, the palace is definitely worth a visit. It offers a rich blend of royal heritage, architecture and spectacle (especially when lit at night). For best experience: go earlier in the day or just before evening illumination, allow 2–3 hours, and try to avoid the peak crowds.

Mysore Palace,a stunning blend of history, architecture, and royal grandeur. The intricate carvings, vibrant stained glass, and majestic domes showcase the rich heritage of the Wadiyar dynasty. Whether visited by day or illuminated at night, the palace feels truly regal and awe-inspiring. It’s well maintained, and the audio guide adds great context to the experience. A must-visit landmark that beautifully captures the essence of Karnataka’s royal legacy. Recommendations:- 1.Buy tickets at WhatsApp to avoid long line 2.Avoide visiting on weekends & Holidays

Great view of palace inside. Enjoyed the place, things kept on display. The internal architecture, design of material are commendable. One improvement is they charged additional rs 50/- for seeing the tipus asana which need not charged.

St. Philomena's Cathedral, located in Mysore, is a stunning neo-gothic church with soaring twin spires and intricate stained glass windows depicting the Christ era. Built between 1933-1941, it was inspired by the Cologne Cathedral in Germany. The church houses a relic of Saint Philomena obtained in 1926 and features a candlelit prayer room that offers solace to visitors.
I visited this church recently, and it left me feeling uplifted. The serene ambience, well-maintained premises, and the peaceful aura make it a wonderful place for spiritual reflection. Ambience & Atmosphere: Quiet, clean, and beautifully cared for. The architecture, both interior and exterior, reflects reverence, simplicity, and charm. Natural lighting and greenery add to the calm. Worship / Service Experience: Warm and welcoming congregation. The sermons and prayers felt genuine, inclusive, and spiritually enriching. Good acoustics and sound quality ensured everything was clear. Facilities: Comfortable seating, well-kept grounds, clean restrooms, and smooth access make the experience pleasant. The volunteers and staff are helpful and courteous. A perfect place for anyone seeking peace, community fellowship, or a moment to pause and reconnect spiritually. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors.

Peaceful and spiritual start to the day! Visited St. Joseph’s Cathedral in the morning, and it was such a calm and beautiful experience. The church’s architecture is stunning — tall spires, detailed glasswork, and a serene interior that fills you with peace. The morning sunlight through the stained glass created a divine atmosphere. The surroundings were clean and quiet, making it a perfect spot for prayer or reflection. A must-visit place in Mysuru for anyone seeking a moment of peace and beauty.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Great place. Huge building. No entry fees. They will charge nominal fee for your footwear and bags. It has very nice infrastructure to take pictures. All the famous places in mysuru are at walking distance from church.

This is one of the best Cathedrals in Karnataka. Situated very near to Mysore Palace, it's a must visit place if you go to Mysore. The architecture is gorgeous. Though it is very crowded almost every time, you can still find inner peace in the praying hall looking towards Jesus, who is blessing us with all his love.
Abhishek G — Google review
This is indeed one of the most wonderful shrine I have ever visited. The entire place so was so clean and divine. They had a counter to store our baggages and foot wears. Yes, we are not suppose to enter the premises with foot wears. So please be prepared for that. Overall a great place to visit for divine grace

St. Philomena’s Church left me speechless the moment I entered. The tall twin towers, peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning stained glass inside create a truly divine feeling. It’s not just a church — it’s a place where architecture meets silence and faith. You can feel the history and calmness all around. A perfect spot to sit quietly, breathe, and feel at peace. ✨⛪

St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Mysore is a truly peaceful and beautiful place of worship. The stunning Gothic-style architecture, tall spires, and colorful stained-glass windows create a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The church is well maintained, clean, and surrounded by a calm environment that’s perfect for prayer and reflection. Sunday Mass is conducted in multiple languages, making it welcoming for everyone. The interiors are simple yet elegant, and the choir adds to the divine experience. Located near the DC office, it’s easy to find and definitely worth visiting whether you’re religious or just love historic architecture. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

St. Philomena’s Cathedral is one of the best peaceful place in Mysore. The tall twin spires are stunning, and the inside is just as beautiful with colorful stained glass windows and calm vibes. It’s a nice spot to sit quietly, take in the architecture, or click some great photos. In the evening, when the church lights up, it looks even more magical. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Mysore. Best time to visit is I prefer morning or evening.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and at the best location. The package included breakfast and lunch/dinner. The later is mostly not available during weekdays due to less occupancy which i guess they should keep optional therfore. Food is okay, breakfast is elaborate with many veg options. Staff is attentive and polite. Room service and other needs improvement...

I visited the same place in 2020 and it was a great experience that time, the food was really amazing in 2020. Visited again in July 2025 with good memories of 2020, but the food remain a pain point. Tried to find out the reason for food quality degradation, got to know that this hotel was managed by Radissons Group in 2020, but the management has changed to Nile Group for last couple of years, and they have not paid enough attention to the food. We visited Mysore from Bangalore just to enjoy Mysore weather and good food at the hotel, but were utterly disappointed. The Nile Group should hire good chefs and provide fine dine experience to the guests.

Amazing food and such a good ambience.. Friendly front office staff gave us some good guidance on shopping.. The rooms are so well maintained.. I have given 4 stars because the lock of some rooms were not working despite repeated requests and that took a little of our time.. We were a group of 15 people and we really enjoyed their swimming pool and amazing breakfast with very good coffee.. located in the center of the city it is very easily accessible to a lot of other food joints.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very comfortable, spacious, and more than enough in every way. The staff were extremely well trained, attentive, and made the experience seamless. The swimming pool was spotless and comfortable, adding to the relaxing environment. The highlight for me was the larger-than-life breakfast – everything was delicious, with fresh pooris, dosas, and omelettes served hot at the table on request. One small detail that stood out was the service — when I requested a blanket, it arrived within a minute. God speed to such efficiency! If I had to make just one suggestion, it would be to have a clearer board/signage on the main road to make the hotel easier to locate. Beyond that, everything was perfect. Overall, this property offers great value, and I would love to stay again — at this hotel or any property from the same group.

This hotel delivered one of the worst services I have ever experienced, with Manager Mr. Ashok being the primary reason—his repeated false promises and deliberate misinformation make it clear this establishment is unfit to host any corporate event. His unprofessional behavior and dishonesty do not just reflect poor management but actively damage the hotel’s credibility. It is unacceptable for a managerial representative to mislead guests so blatantly, and I strongly warn other organizations against considering this venue for professional gatherings. The lack of accountability and basic hospitality standards is appalling.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the Dasara celebrations in Mysore. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers that really added to the peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommend it if you're visiting Mysore!
Musafir H — Google review
It's a very old property. Very less maintained. Basic privacy like curtains, proper windows, locker are not available at rooms. You have to stay in fear all the time. No clue who in the world will keep a plain glass window next to a corridor where people walk very frequently with no curtains. I did not see much of CCTVs as well. The pics are mostly edited like blurring the floors, cracks, algae on the building. I had planned for staycation. But it's a total mess. Their WiFi is very much speed with 600 kbps. They have a bath tub, but no bubble bath or any bathing solutions available, no hair cap, no hair dryer. Basic things like pipe fittings are not proper. Shower is broken. Dirty water, dirty towels , dirty quilts. Only good thing is that, staffs are very friendly and polite. They are too much polite that they acknowledge all the feedbacks and said we will take care of these. But I came to stay and not critic. Overall it's a horror house with very good staff. I paid 6k per night for this and regret every penny.

We had a very unfortunate and unsafe experience during our stay at Green Hotel, Mysore. To our shock, we spotted a snake inside the room, which was extremely distressing and posed a serious safety risk—especially since we were holidaying with a young child. Although the hotel management did offer to shift us to a room in the palace wing, we had to decline due to our deep safety concerns after such an incident. A hotel stay should foremost ensure the safety and peace of mind of its guests. Sadly, this experience left us feeling anxious and unsafe, and we cannot recommend this place for families

Serene place. Quiet. You can hear birds and insects- something that you don’t get in the city these days. Away from the hustle- gives you the calm sense. Malgudi cafe is a must try. Prompt Customer service at the cafe. Will definitely stay for a longer period. Maintained the old building as is without too many changes to give the ‘palace vibe’. Neat and clean

The Green Hotel, located in a truly amazing setting, is a gem that beautifully combines heritage with comfort. The moment you step in, you’re welcomed by the old-world charm of a palace—every corner of this place speaks of royalty and elegance. The lush greenery all around adds a serene touch, making it the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. If you’ve ever dreamt of experiencing how the kings once lived, this is definitely the place to be. The hotel is not only well-maintained but also offers a delightful culinary experience. Their signature Malgudi coffee and biryani are easily the best in town and an absolute must-try. For those who love a continental spread, their menu will not disappoint. From perfectly made sandwiches, pastas, and fish & fries to heavenly pies and buttery croissants, every dish here is prepared with great care. The property stays open till 11:30 PM, giving you ample time to soak in its royal charm. Whether you’re there for a relaxed stay, a peaceful evening coffee, or a hearty meal, the Green Hotel offers an unforgettable experience. ⭐ Highly recommended for heritage lovers and food enthusiasts alike!

The Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel in Mysore is a luxurious accommodation set in a 20th-century palace. Located on the outskirts of the royal city, it offers a unique experience with its splendid Italianate palazzo and landscaped gardens. The hotel boasts elegant marble floors, exquisite carpets, and regal rosewood furniture, creating an atmosphere of grandeur. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as an outdoor pool, spa facilities, and access to recreational activities like tennis and golf.
We stayed at this "palace" and it was an experience. It's old but maintained, with a colonial-era vibe. The staff's super nice, and the greenery around is chill. But, the rooms need some TLC - leaky bathroom fixtures, chipped furniture, and a wonky TV. For the price, we expected more. The pool and garden view were highlights, though. Food was a pleasant surprise, especially breakfast. Kudos to the management for marketing it as a 3-star; our expectations were just right. Worth a visit, but maybe not the splurge.
Chintan — Google review
We spent an enjoyable two nights at the Lalitha Mahal Palace. We found the hotel to be charming, especially the well maintained public rooms. Yes, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a little 'tired' but to me that was represented in the room rate. The rooms were spacious and clean and we liked the balcony overlooking the pool and garden. We very much liked the staff, especially in the dining room where we found them very helpful. We got out and about using Autos which are great for getting around Mysuru. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel and there was a very good choice for breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.

Horrible maintained by jungle lodges. The palace is so beautiful but the rooms are really bad. The bedspread is torn. Bathrooms need a huge upgrade. Really disappointed. I am sure the Maharaja would be very disappointed too. Very sad to see this in Namma Mysuru. I came with much enthusiasm to show my American friends the palace. They were so impressed by the architecture. I wish you could upgrade the room and make unstated much better for all of us

Overall it’s a good place to stay. There is one BIG drawback that the hotel management should look into (Jungle Resorts). The hotel allows buy non residents to buy 100 rupees ticket and roam around the hotel (lobby and garden area and near swimming pool as well ) which destroys the exclusivity for someone who pays 8-9 k per day to wait in que for taking pictures and always being surrounded by big crowd the moment you step out of room. This is the only reason, I will not recommend anyone

My recent stay at HOTEL SANDESH THE PRINCE during a official visit was a great experience. During the entire stay the best thing I enjoyed is their hospitality. Rooms were Big & Spacious, with a fully equipped minibar & other amenities. The in-house resturant has a large spread of breakfast. Food served during the dinner was also very delicious.

We stayed in their most expensive room the suite and it was a pathetic experience. The rooms are old and falling apart. The fan looked like it will fall anytime, The mini fridge was not working and no one attended despite calling them. No hot water, bed sheets are old and not clean. The towels in the toilet were not clean, the toilet it self was unclean. When I tried to complain to the front desk the lady just rudely pointed me to a feedback form. Went for breakfast and the staff was just not able to manage the crowd, tables were dirty. For a premium price the overall experience was very poor. It certainly is not a 4 star as advertised at best a 2.5 or 3 star hotel

I stayed in Hotel Sandesh The Prince last December for a day and it was a very good experience. Rooms and services are very good and the rate was also not that high. There is a pool available there and have pool side tables for enjoying the food. Restaurant available in the ground floor and the complementary breakfast was really very good. The breakfast buffet had a lot of items and the quality also was nice.

The hotel is really good. We enjoyed the hospitality and the service there. Everyone in the team is helpful. They are quick with any complaint or query. There's a spa, swimmy pool , cafe, restaurants and pub at the campus. There's one private silk emporium as well. The in-room food service food taste and quality maybe improved for Indian taste as well. But overall it was good. The housekeeping staff were highly professional. We also took the spa service there. Aromatherapy. But it was our first time getting spa done, so I'm not the best person to review it. There was a offer when we took this service. If you're there for holiday, I would recommend to take help of the travel desk. The travel desk team will suggest you the best package. They will work according to your wishes. The prices are also reasonable based on the quality service we recived.

One of the most underrated hotels on booking.com, and Agoda. But they are a 10/10. Quick service, yummy food, helpful and kind staff, a great gym with an exceptional yoga teacher and personal trainer, this place is a gem. I almost told all my friends about the service, and asked them to book here for their next vacation. I left my iPhone charger in the room, and they couriered it to our home. One of the greatest hotels to stay. I stayed there for 6 days and had a lot of fun.
Latha K — Google review
In an age where business hotels often prioritize profit over comfort, Hotel Sandesh stands out by reviving the charm of old-fashioned hospitality—at a budget-friendly price. The hotel is family-friendly and one of the few places where a high-quality extra bed was provided without any hassle or additional charge. The property also features a pleasant swimming pool area. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, and the hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions in Mysuru. The food is excellent, and the morning buffet breakfast is a highlight not to be missed. On the downside, the hotel does have a few old-school quirks, such as charging for bottled water. However, you can simply walk across the street to purchase your own.

Located centrally in Mysore, it offers terrace rooms with views of the Chamundi hills. The resort features an outdoor pool, spa, playground, and terrace dining. Guests can enjoy amenities such as 24-hour assistance, air conditioning, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and free parking.
I am writing this review with deep appreciation and gratitude for the professionalism, commitment, and hospitality of the Windflower Mysore Team Windflower Mysore was our home for five days, from 4th to 8th August, during our group booking for 45 people, including 35 students. The property is an oasis, sprawling 20+ acres in the heart of Mysore. The space gave us a window to plan indoor/in-house engagements whenever monsoons made it challenging to step out for our planned programs. The rooms are spacious, with state-of-the-art facilities, soothing aesthetics, and beautifully designed balconies with good views. The restaurant is huge with calming interiors surrounded by lush greenery. From the moment we arrived until check-out, every requirement was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Mr. Mujaid and his team at the front desk ensured that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Mr. Venkatesh, the chef at the restaurant, went the extra mile to adapt the menu to suit the palates of our teenagers and constantly sought feedback to make each meal better. Mr. Balu was always courteous and welcoming, ensuring that our dining experience was a pleasure. Mr. Aiyappa stood out for his attentiveness—rearranging rooms when we needed additional rooms/accommodating last-minute cancellations, and remaining vigilant about the safety of our students (on multiple occasions, he contacted our team in the middle of the night to alert us and keep a watch out for students who stepped out of their rooms). And finally, my heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr. Giri, who patiently addressed our inquiries, coordinated seamlessly with his team, and personally ensured that we were well taken care of. Thank you for making our stay truly special. Looking forward to many more like this ~ Nandini Cholraju

The resort is located right next to Police Commissioner office and all the sight seeing places are hardly 2 KMs away from there. Property is very beautiful. Staff is very cordial. Rooms are huge and very spacious. One of the great experiences were spending time with their African Parrot. Ducks moving around freely adds to the beauty of the Property. The food was also amazing. Breakfast spread was great.

Beautiful ambience with a lovely atmosphere with view of Chamundi hills and very friendly staff. Our stay was very comfortable. The manager, Mr. Mujahid was ready to help with anything and everything. Malatesh (bell boy), and chaitra at the front office have been a great help with everything. Overall, amazing experience!

1 star is lacking because of below reasons during my stay experience 1. During check-in and check-out, there is no person who can help with the luggage 2. For any room service asks/requests atleast you need to make a call minimum 2-3 times 3. Little dusty rooms, not so worst

Windflower Resort, Mysore – Honest Review (Family Stay) Pros: Food Quality: Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The spread had good variety – Indian, continental, and kid-friendly options. Food was tasty and fresh. Dining Staff: The restaurant staff was polite and helpful, a rare positive in the overall experience. Swimming Pool: Clean and well-maintained. The waterfall feature looked nice, though we didn’t use the pool. Ducks in the Central Water Body: Adds a unique charm. Ducks walking around the property were a nice sight, especially for kids. Cons: Check-in Experience: Cold and unwelcoming. No basic courtesies like a smile, let alone a welcome drink. Room Allocation: Despite requesting nearby rooms for elderly parents, rooms were given far apart. Aging Property: Rooms and infrastructure clearly show signs of aging. Doors, windows creak; locks and switches may not work; beds not very comfortable. Linen Quality: Towels and bed linen were average at best. Extra towels provided were stained and unusable. Cleanliness: The central pond looked dirty. Some views from the room were unpleasant due to broken wood and poor upkeep. Renovation Work: Ongoing, though not directly affecting our room. Could be noisy if staying closer to that area. Staff Attitude (Except Dining): Most staff across the resort seemed disinterested and unapproachable. Overall: The Windflower Mysore, which was once a great place (we had stayed here before), but it’s now run-down and in need of a major upgrade. Food remains a highlight, but the rest of the experience doesn't match up. Hopefully, post-renovation, it regains its earlier charm – with better upkeep and more welcoming service.

We spent a night here with family and had a lovely time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. Loved the large rooms, which are ideal for relaxing. The resort has the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and a serene atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again:)

This is a nice place for sure as they have good breakfast and really good rooms! But what I did not like was first thing this place is not worth the money! As we did not have access to the pool (understandable sometimes due to maintenance) but games - bad TT n pool table I must say! Also they made us wait for an hour and half for lunch and they later said that our lunch was served to someone else! It might be that this kind of occurrence happens rarely! But we did face a lot of inconvenience for the money we paid! Hence this rating! Others might have experienced better, so decide and read reviews and take your call..!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Windflower Resorts Mysore. The place is so beautiful and surrounded by so much green which is soothing. The rooms itself were so spacious. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff did a fabulous job with a simple decor we requested. The service was prompt. We loved the sightings of so many birds and swan and duck in the property. Definitely perfect for kids and adults alike.

Hotel Mayura Hoysala Mysuru is a modest hotel with simple rooms, a garden, restaurant, and bar. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like hot water and AC. The hotel's location is fantastic with ample car parking space available. While the in-house restaurant offers okay food options, there are more choices nearby.
The staffs were courteous and friendly. It's a government run hotel maintained very well, yet can be improved. We had the opportunity to celebrate 79th independence day along with them. It's very near to Mysore railway station in a walkable distance.
Arun K — Google review
Receptionist lady Champaka is very polite and only thing good with hotel. Except that it's not worth the price paid for. Food is pathetic and they are meant to serve only when any government officials are there. 10:40 pm I requested for something in dinner and rudely denied that kitchen is closed. Then I saw till 12:30 they are cooking and serving food outside in open place to a family, definitely some official which they are trying to make happy. We were with kids and they almost slept hungry as outside food we ordered was not that good. To resturant folks, stop this attitude, I paid for it and expect a good service and you are bound by that, do not bend rules for anyone everyone is a valuable guest and should get the service.

Hotel Mayura Hoysala is a great stay in Mysuru – clean and spacious rooms, excellent location near the palace and bus/railway station, and very courteous staff. The in-house restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable prices. Perfect choice for families and tourists.

Hotel Mayura is located at an excellent point at the Centre of the city, with most of the spots within very close vicinity. The hotel looks very nice from outside. But when you enter the rooms, you find lack of maintenance in everything. Rooms must have been decent when they were new, but now the floor papers are dirty, washroom locks broken, commode seats broken, no upgradation in toilet fittings, stained washrooms, no tea kit provided, even we had to ask for towels. No room service, restaurant has very limited options available, although food was tasty.

Spacious room. Available in single bed to 8 beds in single room. 8 adults can stay in single room like dormitory. But these details are not specified in aggregator apps. Have to be very carful about beds details in a room. Else will be landed with 8 beds for 4 person happened to me. Rooms are clean but old. I stayed in ground floor and found cockroaches in bathroom and wardrobe. Location wise close to Mysore palace. Amble space is available for parking from small car to bus. Breakfast is affordable and good. No need to go out if breakfast is not included. Overall this hotel is value for money. But not luxurious

I chose this hotel for it's great location. You can walk down from the the Railway station and then to my place of work. The property looks inviting - a heritage building, clean yard and a nice garden. But the rooms are a let down. It's ok for a shower and breakfast, but not worth the price for an overnight stay
HARI V — Google review
We booked non-AC rooms, but they were located outside the main premise .. The building shown in the photos only has AC rooms; the non-AC ones were separate and quite different from what was advertised. There was no service available in the room — it felt more like staying in a dharamshala. When I asked for drinking water, they refused and started arguing.. staffs were drunk. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe in this building, as there were many men loitering around. The only positive is that the rooms were cheap, but I had booked this hotel based on the pictures, and the reality was very disappointing.

⭐ Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Hotel! This hotel is a complete disaster and not at all worth the money. The whole place runs like a sarkari office – staff have no sense of responsibility and zero hospitality. Staff: Extremely careless. Restaurant staff are arrogant and unfriendly. Nobody bothers to help. Rooms & Facilities: Rooms are overpriced for the poor quality offered. No Wi-Fi connectivity, no room service, and even the room extension phone wasn’t working. Environment: Open bars everywhere, making it totally unfit for families. Feels more like a drinking lodge than a hotel. Food: The only average part – food is not overpriced, but the arrogant behavior of restaurant staff ruins the experience. Overall: Overpriced rooms, careless management, and an unfriendly atmosphere. Absolutely not recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Better to stay anywhere else than waste your money here.

Hotel Lok Sagar in Mysore offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is known for its outstanding hospitality, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and suitable for families, while the vegetarian restaurant provides homely meals. Located in the historic city center of Mysore, it's an ideal choice for those looking to explore the nearby attractions such as Mysuru Palace.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lok Sagar and I must say, it was an experience worth writing about. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. Their warm hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the food. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options — from fresh fruits and local specialties. The on-site restaurant also exceeded expectations, serving flavorful dishes with high-quality ingredients. The staff was always attentive and more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences or special requests. Especially the staff Lakshmi and Mahendra What stood out the most, though, was the genuine warmth of the service. Whether it was the concierge offering local recommendations, the servers checking in with a smile, or housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable, the attention to detail was consistent and heartfelt. Overall, Lok Sagar delivered an exceptional experience. The combination of delicious cuisine and outstanding hospitality makes it a place I would gladly return to — and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Stayed for a day. The staffs are very hospitable. The room we got had some issue with the air conditioning. It took more than 2 hours from them to finally understand that the ac was not working and finally they gave us another room. The rooms are small. They offer a free breakfast buffet from 8:15 am to 10 am. But by 9:30 almost everything got over. The hotel doesn't have a parking space. We have to park our vehicles on the road side. The hotel is very close to almost all prime locations.

Overall it was a pleasant stay there.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and the morning staff were very helpful. The food and service in the evening were a different matter. The waiter was rude, not listening to what we wanted and talking over us. The parotta was inedible. A special mention to Lakshmi on reception who was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Budget-friendly suite with excellent service! We stayed here recently and were thoroughly impressed. The receptionist, Pavan, was super friendly and helpful. We initially booked Aishwarya Suits for two days but ended up extending our stay, and it turned out to be a good decision. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, with easy access to several quality restaurants offering both veg and non-veg options. A special mention to Mr. Veerendra Prasad at the front desk—he was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. One area where the hotel could improve is by offering packaged drinking water and complementary hot beverage sachets in the room, which are standard in many places. Overall, a good stay and worth considering for a convenient, well-connected place in the area.
Khadija C — Google review
The rooms were quite good. However, the staff were completely useless and very lazy. When we asked for drinking water the staff said they only provide complimentary jug not water. We requested bathroom towels several times, but they never gave us any. They finally gave them only after we asked in frustration. The bedsheets and pillow covers in the bedroom were torn and unhygienic If we ignore the behavior of the staff, the stay was otherwise good. I will not suggest this stay

Very good hotel. Rooms are super clean and service is top notch. Bedsheets are clean and bathrooms are well maintained and disinfectant. Parking space is limited but they guide you really well to park your vehicle. Located in the middle of the city with easy convenience for restaurants nearby. Budget stay for travellers. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would surely recommend Aishwarya suites for family.

The rooms were nice, and the hotel's location was convenient for visiting tourist attractions. We stayed in a non-air-conditioned room for 1600 for two days. Areas for improvement: Parking: The lack of parking was a significant issue. I had to park on the footpath in front of the hotel, which was inconvenient and resulted in my car becoming soiled with bird droppings. Please replace bedsheets and blankets; the ones we currently have are soiled.

I was quite dissatisfied with my stay. The attached photos demonstrate the issues I experienced. The fan speed was fixed, so I was unable to adjust it. Additionally, I found cockroaches in the room, which was very concerning.

Shine Residency is a hotel located in Mysore, just 1.7 kilometers from the city center and 7.9 kilometers from GRS Fantasy Park. The hotel offers various amenities including parking, a bar, wifi, and food services. Guests have praised the spacious and clean rooms as well as the cleanliness of the bathrooms which match the property's photos. The in-house dining facility serves delicious food while the large parking area and lawn add to its appeal. Despite being 4.
We stayed here for one night and had a very good experience. Although the residency is currently under renovation, it did not affect our stay at all. The room was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Service was very professional. The pleasant fragrance throughout the place added to the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Many guests consistently praise the hotel for its clean and well-maintained rooms, bathrooms, and overall property. * Friendly and Cooperative Staff: The staff is frequently mentioned as being polite, helpful, and attentive, providing good hospitality. * Spacious Rooms: A common positive comment is that the rooms are large and comfortable, offering good value for the price. * Good Value for Money: Guests feel that the hotel provides a comfortable stay at an affordable and budget-friendly price. * Peaceful Environment: The location, while slightly away from the city center, is often noted for being calm and peaceful, which is great for a relaxing stay. * Parking: The availability of ample parking space is a definite plus for guests traveling with their own vehicles. * Good Food: The complimentary breakfast is often highlighted as being delicious and filling, and some reviews mention good food in general, though this is also a point of criticism for some. Areas for Improvement (Potential Cons): * Location: While some appreciate the peaceful location, others note that it's a bit far from the main city center and major attractions, making a personal vehicle or taxi necessary for getting around. * Food and Dining: This is a mixed bag. While some reviews praise the food, others mention that the menu is limited, the taste needs improvement, or that there is a lack of an on-site restaurant. There are also a few reports of long wait times for breakfast. * Room Condition: A few reviews mention that the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and better lighting. Some also had issues with the condition of linens and towels. * Appliances and Service: A small number of guests have reported issues with things like non-working Wi-Fi or other room appliances, and slow service response from staff on some occasions. Overall Impression: Hotel Shine Residency seems to be a solid choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable stay in Mysore. The friendly staff and spacious rooms are frequently praised, making it a good option, especially for families and those with their own transportation. The main potential drawbacks are its slightly removed location and some inconsistencies with the food and dining options.

I recently stayed at Shine Residency and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. The staff was courteous and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, especially if you’re looking for nearby shops or eateries. Room service was timely, and the food quality was decent. A good budget-friendly option for a short stay.

Rooms are good and well maintained. The bed is cosy and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with necessary toiletries. Towels and linens are clean and fresh. The hotel is right next to the St. Philomena's Church, which makes it a great location. Apparently, all A/C rooms have only one remote. Had to bargain to get a remote for ourselves. And the A/C is set at 25 °C with no option to increase or decrease the cooling. No hot water in the bathroom even at 10:30 am. The water wasn't cold, that's all. No complimentary water bottle given, although they gave RO water in a jug. Overall, a decent place for a night's stay if managed to get a good deal.

Room size is appropriate, location is also good. 3 people can sleep in the room comfortably. No hot water facility in the rooms during cloudy days as they have solar water heater 😜. In addition to this, They have an arrogant receptionist doesn’t know how to treat the customers. He seems to be thinking customers are fools. Better avoid this place if you are paying premium price.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to the following issues: AC in the room was not switched on and the remote was not provided. No reception number was available on the landline phone. Towels were not provided despite repeated requests; I had to personally go to the reception to collect them. The TV in the room was not recharged and had no channels available. Staff, particularly during the night, were inattentive and unhelpful. Blankets provided were dirty and not dry-washed. While the room itself was clean, the overall service and guest care were unsatisfactory. I request you to address these concerns so that future guests do not face the same experience.

I had the most disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived. No hot water and staffs were not responding on time. They have not provided the essential things which they have to provide us. I booked Triple room as I had 2 kids as I was in mysore for a day and had the worst experience of my life. I paid 5.5k for 1 night stay and the room was very congested and the AC didn't worked. There is no kettle for make got water and they didnot provide me hot water, even asking multiple times(I needed it for my kids, milk). Also pathetic parking even online they claim parking space, it's basement parking where hardly 3 cars can be parked. They even won't give complimentary water, flush was not working. The worst most part was on bed we saw many cockroaches at night and had remove them.

During my recent stay at Regalia Inn and Suites, I had the opportunity to explore various aspects of this charming hotel. Nestled on the main road in Ambedkar Mohalla, its location is quite convenient for travelers. However, parking can be a bit tricky due to limited basement space; street parking is available nearby. I spent five nights here with my family and kids across three rooms. The accommodations were impressively clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything remained tidy.
Rooms are well worth the price, Service is also good but the location is Lil bit far from the city but it's good.... had reached here at 5:00 AM but still they woke up and gave service
Vishwas R — Google review
The room had all the basic amenities. They have smart TV which was great at this budget. Water bottle is not provided as per room occupancy and it's one bottle per day as complimentary. We had some issues with bed linen, however, the staffs were really helpful and they did a great job as per our request. The staffs were helpful and polite right from the reception to HK and at breakfast. Breakfast was limited (4-5 items) but they can accommodate your request, that was the best part. Ginger tea was amazing. Thank you!

A budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a comfortable place to rest and refuel during their journey. They also had a good breakfast menu

Good hotel at city center location. Neat clean, spacious rooms with good room service. Complementary breakfast is also pretty good. Overall we had a good time during our stay at Regalia Hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in 3 rooms with family and kids. Rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. They do room cleaning everyday after 12 pm. Staffs and room boys are well behaved and obidient. Perticularly hotel manager Mr Girish is a very cooperative and nice gentleman. They have complementary bf only if included but provide good tea anytime. For fooding there is one nice Udupi Grace nearby which provide delicious southindian food at resonable price and room delivery to regalia hotel also.

Good budgeted hotel at the center of the city. Good atmosphere and cleanliness. Ideally they should start their own kitchen services. Rest all is good.

Must recommend hotel for your stay. Rooms, service and the staff behaviour is great. Complimentary breakfast food was of great value both in terms of taste and quality. They don't have in-house restaurant however, you can order from one of the nearby restaurants where they have tie ups. I would advise you to step out or do Zomato or Swiggy. Hotel does provide curtalry.

Hotel Preethi International is a relaxed hotel located in Mysore City Centre, just 300 meters from Vyshak Inn. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious foods at the on-site restaurant, which serves Indian, Chinese, and continental cuisine. The location is convenient for accessing prime places in the city, with easy access to bike rentals and transportation hubs like the bus stand and railway station.
A very good hotel with 4 wheeler parking located in main area. Most of the tourist locations are very nearby. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Hotel rooms have all the amenities and have good views. Food is very tasty and quantity also very good. Room and entire property are very neat and clean.

1. Not recommended. 2. Staff is not professional. 3. Nobody bothered to take us to the third floor. We found our own way with our luggages. 4. Our room key was not working. We were stood up for 20 mins. Then given another room. That room also had same problem. 5. Restaurant is also not professional. I saw with my own eyes, one of the waiters licking his finger while going for serving. Also, when we ordered lunch, after the first serve, we asked for more chapathis. We are told there is no more chapathis left in kitchen. I understood that we were late for lunch, around 3pm. But they should not take lunch orders in the first place if they have very limited chapathis or any other items left. Very unprofessional. AVERAGE experience.

The hotel was good we had a 2night stay there, what I did not like was that there was no bucket, mug and doormat in the bathroom, which are like basic things. The food was okay not that great, what I liked the best is the cleanliness and it is located in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at Preethi International and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant. There are just a few areas that could use some improvement. The hot water in the bathroom was not as warm as expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but it was only available after 7:30 AM, which might be a bit late for guests with early schedules. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow, which made it a bit difficult to get work done.

I called and reserve this hotel for certain rate. The receptionist asked me to what’s app the details and he will send the scanner for advance payment. No response for 2 hours and I called them 3 times to let them know that I want to book. When they know that I am serious about booking and this is the last minute , they increased the rate. When i said , this is the not the rate promised , the guy at front desk rudely said - if you want the room pay or else we have others waiting

The Vivaana hotel in Mysore offers comfortable and private rooms with satellite TVs, kettles, and private bathrooms with toiletries. The a la carte breakfast is generous and includes vegetarian options. Set in a striking building in a central location, Vivaana assures guests a comfortable stay.
The rooms are clean and spacious. All the necessary items like AC, TV, WIFI, and room service are available. The food is also good here. Thanks to Mr. Swami for taking care of all our food cravings. The hotel is strategically located at the centre of important tourist destinations. We are happy with the service during our stay.

100% recommended if you want to ruin your Mysore trip—whether for leisure or for business. The rooms are good and a lot of the staff are nice, but God, those two receptionists (a man and a woman)! They'll treat you like a POS and will not communicate the tariff in a written manner, creating last-minute confusion and dues, and you'll end up paying more. Even if you're on a 10-day stay, they will call you every single day after you've left for work or travel to pay the due amount, as if you're a thief or an economic fugitive. Rooms are good, however, not cleaned properly—at times not cleaned at all, or cleaned after five reminders. The common areas are well maintained, but you'll not feel comfortable going out after being treated so "warmly." PLEASE DO NOT TRUST OTHER REVIEWS ARE THEY'RE ALL FAKE.
Riya Y — Google review
We had booked this place via MMT Once we reached we were shown very small room and asked to pay extra for upgrade This is a trick they use to make money. There is a board in hotel saying if any mischief or fraud - u can call some number. Interestingly that number also doesn’t pick up. All are intermingled. I don’t know they are making money among staff without sharing their with owners or if owners have got a new style of making money. I mean they list x price online and once we go - they asked extra money. Whatever we had to pay extra. We had reached late evening with family and our booking was prepaid so we did not have explore other places. The infra in terms of cleanliness etc are ok. The room service is terrible. The reception guys don’t pass messages to each other or act like if they don’t know. We had to follow many times for extra bed. We ordered tea but it was never served We asking if they have a feedback book- they did some acting to search and later told us to send review online if we want. Sharing for general awareness. Those who read can hopefully get saved from this experience
Amit S — Google review
We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The bedding, including the sheets, seemed really old—probably not changed in years—which made the room feel a bit neglected. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned before our checkout either, which was disappointing. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which made it hard to relax. Getting hot water took a long time, and we had to waste a lot of cold water before it finally turned warm—not ideal. Surprisingly, there was no tea, coffee, or milk provided in the room—just a kettle. Even basic drinking water wasn’t complimentary. Also, housekeeping didn’t clean the room unless we physically went and asked. The “make my room” button on the wall seemed to be just for show. On the positive side, the internet was working well during our stay, which was helpful. Overall, it felt like a very average place.
Sini P — Google review
The hotel rooms are neat and decent basically of 2 sizes. The small ones are mentioned 300 soft but they are way too small. The bigger ones are decent size. The location is in very difficult location full of godown and steel shops. If you go there by car it will be tough time in traffic. Secondly the service there is very laggy and slow. Food is available at the terrace level but the hygiene is question mark.
Simply C — Google review
The rooms are small and neat. Even the bathrooms are neat. I would give it 4 stars out of 5. Comfortable bed. There is hot water. They have room service. The food from the in-house restaurant is very delicious. The staff at the restaurant of the 4th floor is very good. They have a swimming pool on the terrace. Need to climb stairs after reaching the 4th floor to go to the swimming pool. The check in took time. It wasn't quick. The location is correct. The car parking is very down. Need to be careful if you have a sedan car or 2 wheel drive car. It will touch while taking the car out.

Very bad room smell especially I had booked non smoking room which has bad smoke smell. All of got food poisoning after having lunch in the hotel In photos everything is looking good but in reality it is difficult Highly recommended to not stay with family here.

The worst hotel experience. Issues: - Pathetic room service. The room was stinking cigarette, we asked for room freshner. They never turned up. - Terrible food service. They bought just tea 2 hours after ordering. Same with food. - RATS. They wont let you sleep in the night unless you are a heavy sleeper. - 10 feet road. 2 cars can't cross each other. - Bloody parking. Got a scratch on my car by parking roadside as there is no dedicated parking for more than 3 cars. You have to park roadside.

Hotel Aditya is a budget-friendly vegetarian restaurant located near the Metagalli bus stop, offering delicious South Indian breakfast options. Despite its simple interiors, the food is highly recommended for its tasty Bisi Bele Bhaath, pakodas, masala dosa, and parota. The prices are minimal and worth it for the quality of food served. Additionally, it provides ample parking space for two-wheelers and accepts digital payment methods like Paytm and Google Pay.

This a quick bite place where in you get good and tasty food. Although the book cannot be judged by its cover similarly the hotel may not be that good in terms of interiors & other sophistication stuff but this is really good with taste. They make good Bisi Bele Bhaath and pakodas as well. The prices are minimal and worth the food. Good for South Indian breakfast. Quiet good space for parking 2 wheelers. Paytm Google pay accepted. Quick delivery.

It's a budget friendly veg restaurant very next to metagalli bus stop. We ate masala dosa and parota, i was good. Parota was very flat, it could be crushed to give layer. The kurma, chatni and sambar served actually tasted very good. I costed 80rs and totally worth it. I would totally recommend this place for those who are looking for veg restaurant at low budget.

The hotel offers a range of room options and features convenient amenities such as parking, WiFi, a coffee shop, and a restaurant. Guests have praised the hotel for its homelike atmosphere and customer-friendly management.
Ideal location for those who are on a business trip. City bus stand is just 5 mins away. Railway station is about 1.5km away. Best Street for shopping is Devaraja URS road, which is just 5 mins from this hotel. Food - I always had their breakfast. Piping hot dosas, sambhar and chutney was my favourite. Their beverages like tea and boost are also good. Not much on choice but whatever food they serve is always delicious and fresh.

Overall stay was just okay.. Toilets were not very hygienic. No proper lunch available at restaurant and definitely not recommended for vegetarian or Jain traveller. Only good part is the rooms being available at cheap rates during holiday season. For 1 day stay this would be fine.

We happened to get stuck in Mysuru due to rain. We had to stay for couple of more days. We all decided to save up on stay and food and find an affordable place. This hotel is very near to Mysore palace, city bus stand, art gallery and main shopping street Devaraja URS road. We were surprised to see one big room with 3 large size beds, 2 toilets and baths, ac, good quality linen and enough space for luggage. 8 of us could comfortably stay and that too for just 3600 rs per night. Breakfast was not included in this. We tried their authentic bisibele Baath, idli and podi ghee dosa. It was awesome. Although the ambiance of the dining area wasn't great, but if the food is good nothing else matters. One afternoon it started pouring heavily and we couldn't go out for siteseeing. We asked for options they have for lunch and supper. Surprisingly in this 2 star economy hotel, they have an elaborated menu. Excellent hand tossed pizza, realy tasty Mushroom Bruchhetta, good Indian style Chinese food and my personal favorite was their dhaba style chicken kebab masala with puffed up fulkas. Sometimes greater pleasure comes your way when you expect the least one. This 2 day stay at this very old hotel was indeed a memorable experience.

We had experienced the Room was clean a bit then in one bathroom the flush wasn't working in it And the cost of the Room for 2 days is 3600 Rs and the service they provided was Good

Cant give lower than 1 star. Also looks like this property has paid reviews done. Which is misguiding. The real experience is worst than the positive and negative reviews combined. As mentioned in earlier review if you book online you get the worst treatment. It was my mistake to not consider that review. The least quality room is provided to whoever comes with an online booking. And even if you come directly for rooms you will not find it worthy place. Unhygenic and foul smelling rooms. Not to mention that non functional AC was mentioned in reviews 1 year ago and same is the condition today as well. On top of it the fan is making generator like sounds.

The hotel Aadya Elite is located in a prime area with comfortable and spacious room options. They do not have their own restaurant, but you can order food from nearby eateries which is decent.
Hotel Aadya Elite is a wonderful stay overall. Though the outside doesn’t say much, the inside was neat, spacious, and cozy with everything we needed. We were four, including parents, and got a double bedroom that was spacious and well-kept. The place had useful basics like a kettle, clean towels, toiletries, and a nice washroom. Even though we booked at the last minute, the person in charge quickly arranged a comfortable room for us without any trouble. Located in Vijayanagar Mysore, this locality is calm with spacious roadside parking. Even though it's 7KM from Mysore palace it takes 10 mins to reach. The morning breakfast wasn’t included but still tasted nice — especially the tea, coffee, and toast. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. If you are looking for a budget friendly service apartment with basic facilities, this one is for you. Only one small tip: a clear sign at the entrance would make it easier to find the reception. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and budget-friendly stay.

A Hidden Gem – Highly Recommended 1. This stay was exceptional. While the exterior may not reveal much, the interiors are a pleasant surprise — spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. The value for money is impressive, and it's clear the management has kept pricing very reasonable. 2. The photos very much matched with our POV on visiting the property. 3. The staff were outstanding — always helpful, polite, and professional. I witnessed their consistent service not just with us, but with other guests as well. 4. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay. 5. Suggestion: It would be helpful to have a sign or guide at the building entrance, as locating the reception was a bit unclear initially.

Terrible place to stay. Please don’t do it. The rooms are super filthy, with roaches and the heat doesn’t allow to breathe. The electricity is off most of the time so not even fun or light working. No hot water. Shady neighborhood ( not so close to attractive part of the city ), plus the common scam with no change of money. Instead of 1200 I paid 1500 because they never got me change. Super annoying to deal with nonsense like that.

I recently stayed at Big Banian Hotel for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room, we found that it had not been properly cleaned; every nook and corner was covered in dust. Additionally, the hotel staff informed us that hot water was available 24/7, but we experienced no hot water from 8 AM until 12:30 PM. Despite being promised that hot water would be provided in 15 minutes, we were left waiting for hours and had to bathe in cold water. All other customers also very disappointed about this. We didn't even get to have our breakfast, and when I asked for a partial refund, the owner dismissed the issue as trivial and refused to offer any compensation. After much discussion, he reluctantly refunded only ₹200, even though we paid ₹2200 for this terrible stay. When we raised these concerns with the owner, he was completely indifferent and unhelpful. In fact, when I mentioned leaving a negative review, his response was, "You can put the reviews if you want." Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unresponsive management made our stay extremely unpleasant.
Brundanand B — Google review
Imagine a business taking a moral position about who is allowed to sleep together! This hotel makes a very clear point in their correspondence that unmarried couples will be refused with no refund - like we're living in the 1800s. How primitive. They also demand full upfront payment, but not by any convenient means. No, foreigners need to make an international bank transfer! Reading the reviews I can see it's because they are a terrible hotel and don't care so they'll keep your money with no third party to arbiter. You can't see the room first or anything. So shady. Canceling booking.
Kurnujmas — Google review
I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel, and I strongly advise against visiting. The cleanliness was absolutely lacking, with the bathroom in particular being very unclean. There was no hot water available during my stay, which made things even worse. Additionally, the service was poor, and to make matters worse, the owner was rude and unprofessional when addressing my concerns. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone..

It is conveniently located in Mysore City Centre, just steps away from Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens. The hotel provides Wi-Fi and breakfast for guests. While the basement parking space may be a bit challenging for new drivers, the rooms are spacious and clean with efficient air conditioning. The staff offers excellent service and the breakfast spread is delicious with various options to choose from.
Great experience at this place! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very supportive. They even allowed us to check in early and kept our luggage safe for a few hours after checkout. Rooms are spacious, 24/7 Hot shower facility, kettle provided for hot drinking water, TV, Toothbrush kit, Bath towel etc etc... I'm impressed.

Worst Checkout Experience – Unacceptable Staff Behavior Note to As someone who travels frequently, I’ve stayed in all kinds of places — but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. At check-in, we were warmly greeted by a professional and courteous lady at the front desk. It gave us a positive first impression. Unfortunately, that goodwill was completely destroyed at checkout. A staff member named Achayan was shockingly rude and aggressive. In front of my children, he raised his voice and behaved in a way that was not only disrespectful but downright unprofessional. showing no basic courtesy or sense of hospitality. I seriously considered confronting him, but chose to walk away for the sake of my kids. No guest should ever be treated like this, especially in front of their family. Hospitality is about respect — and this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management. I strongly urge the hotel to train their staff on how to speak to guests, or they will keep losing business. Be warned — this is not a place I would recommend, and I will never return.

This hotel is women friendly. Check in time was 11AM if you went after 10AM then there will be no extra payment for early check in. It is safe for women. One road end was a zoo and another end was a palace It is a really nice place to stay. The washroom is also good . It is the same as shown in the hotel photos

Pros :- 1. Located at a prime spot - walkable distance to both palace and zoo and many other locations. 2. Excellent hospitality by the staff. 3. Rooms are modern and well designed. 4. Hot water is available 24x7. 5. Outside food is allowed. Cons :- 1. Bedsheet and bath towel had a few stains. 2. Hand shower was leaking. 3. Bathroom door didn't lock properly.

Your hotel is very well located and stay was amazing but the receptionist is the worst i have ever seen better replace this guy as soon as possible he is the one that is fair, on the older side around 50years, folds his right shirt and not the left shirt sleeve. he is rude and very unprofession, you are going to keep receiving bad reviews until this guy works for you. This person thinks he can get away with his attitude as customers are just a one time stay at the hotel. If any of you guys reading this review have faced the same issue with this person please speak up and let the owners know he is the reason for the hotel getting the bad reviews.

A decent hotel to stay near Mysore palace and Zoo. Walking distance to both the places. Room was ok. Not big size but can accommodate family of 4 easily. Room and toilet were clean. Parking is a bit problem. There is a limited space underground parking available. No restaurant but room services are available.

Family Suite: The place was neat and clean, when we took family suite The blankets were fresh, towels (we always carry our own, so cant comment), requried shampoo/body wash was kept avaialble. Door and Room Mats: Recommend to add few more, as the dust is carried inside Service: There is an opportunity for service to be improved. A Coffee was never served, unless untill we came to reception, and repeated the order that was placed on the phone from room. Finally instead of coffee they served TEA. :-) Location: Its not ideal, as the place is away from major tourist places, however considering entire mysore can be covered in to 20 to 30 min;s this place can be considered

We checked in around 5 pm on Sunday and was met with a lady at the reception who was very friendly and sweet, But while checking out, there was a guy by name ACHAYAN who was simply outright rude and angry . Checking out was early in the morning, please look into this matter as that person was rude for just no reason, We just asked if restaurant services was there But the answer we got shocked us, as there were 2 small children as well!

The air-conditioned rooms feature comfortable furnishings and private bathrooms with free toiletries.
They have very spacious rooms, clean and quiet. Worth the price, booked Le Executive room for 2k from Goibibo. There is a big breakfast and lunch place in the ground floor of the hotel. Room service was nice, overall a nice hotel if you are coming with friends, family or your girlfriend.

WORST HOTEL EVER I have no idea how they call themselves 3 star hotel There is NO PARKING, customers need to park on the road The room is DIRTY, wardrobe wood is damp and smelling Bathroom is UNHYGIENIC , tiles are broken..they have used the wall tiles on the bathroom floor which makes is slippery and dangerous, cigarette smell from the bathroom exhaust area Bathroom exhaust doesn’t work and smells like its not cleaned for weeks Not one wall in the room or the hotel is clean…there is leaking issues in the whole hotel and smells damp every time. Room phone was not working Completely overpriced(5k), not worth 1k even. I saw the images on booking .com and thought its a good hotel but was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED when i saw the state of the hotel, online images are fake. The staff doesn’t even talk properly or only talk HINDI and are not professional at all.

There's is nothing to like. Dirty hotel, uncleaned bed spread, third rated service, no parking, bathroom is terrible, towels are rough, bucket is dirty. Difficult to express. In total a third class property. Terrible noise from both inside by grown up guest kids who had no manners and outside from the street and traffic. No internet was working and there was no one to help. Please dot give fake reviews and guest fall for it Never book this place please . There are better hotels for these prices in mysore. Bed spreaders werr torn and dirty

The rooms were clean. But the service was not upto the mark. All the facilities listed were not provided. No coffee/tea maker. No toiletries were provided. Hangers/clothes rack were not present in the bathroom.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The service is absolutely horrendous- the cleanliness, the incompetency of the staff, you name it. It's absolutely not worth the amount of money they charge. Never going back

A Big Thank You to Le Oak Inn, Mysore! We had booked 4 rooms at Le Oak Inn, Mysore, for our family trip from Wayanad and made an advance payment. However, due to unforeseen travel constraints—particularly the Bandipur forest checkpoint closing at 9 PM—we were unable to reach Mysore in time. Locals in Wayanad advised us against late-night travel through the forest route, and we decided to stay back for the night. When we informed the Le Oak Inn staff about the situation, they were incredibly understanding and cooperative. To our surprise and relief, they even refunded our advance payment and wished us a safe journey. Such thoughtfulness and customer-first attitude are rare to come by. We truly appreciate their professionalism and warm approach. Our family is definitely looking forward to staying at Le Oak Inn in the future!

The Olive Shine is a hotel with two room options. It has parking, wifi, and food. Guests can book without a credit card.
I would not give even 1 star to this place. It was one of the worst stay i have ever experienced. We had to stay one day because we paid and the amount was not refundable. I wouldn't even want to take bath there and so had to shift to an other stay next day. There is no maintenance no proper staff at all in this place. The stairs can give u an idea of how long this place isn't cleaned from. Rooms are not Maintained. If it can't be maintained not sure why is it opened. Looked like rooms have never been moped. I really hope they can atleast keep the rooms and building clean if they can't do anything else. We booked this place by mistake and really regretted our decision. I really hope the management can look into the reviews and make some changes in maintenance.
Neethu C — Google review
The rooms were very stinky and suffocating. I could hardly breadth even after spraying room fresheners. I vacated in an hour and requested for refund. But the building managers refused to refund and I had to let go and look for a different property for that stay
Shubha S — Google review
I’m unsatisfied. The hotel manager gave 2nd floor even after mentioning that the guests will be senior citizen people. I thought lift is there so it’s ok , but lift was out of service for long time. He promised he will provide GF room next morning. But there were two other reception people (one was a lady) who takes care instead of manager absence. Since he didn’t convey the situation to them, I have to explain things again and talk over phone to the manager again. So instead of morning they gave a room in the evening but it was not so clean as previous room especially the commode in room 104 GF. Adding to that, TV doesn’t work also. Since the maid didn’t come that day, the receptionist guy (Boy) cleaned the room and that didn’t went well. He just flushed the commode and said it’s clean now. So we didn’t opt for the GF room and vacated the next day. Rating for the place is 3.9/5 which they have hung at the reception wall but it’s not that worth. And payment cost while checking out is again ridiculous. He said we need to pay for one more day since we said for 3 days. It was not ethical to do so is what I can say. Nothing else.

The Female Manager misbehaved when I complained against 8 hours delay in providing drinking water and hotel room cleaning - When I asked for money refund she diverted me to talk to Agoda, which has a policy of no refund for this hotel. I regret wasting my INR 16000+ for this disgusting experience at hotel where I have daily ask hotel staff to even pick up rotting garbage from outside the room. Hope someday this hotel is closed from operation from doing unhygienic operation and duping on the name of hospitality. They are running hotel like an illegal hospital in a remote village where they can't get drinking water for hours! & When I asked for her senior she evaded by saying that the person is in Dubai (CCTV camera images can confirm her lies)- what a liar... The hotel is owned by OYO group! She should be fired immediately by the management. Not worth more than Rs 500 per day given this sham of hospitality!

no proper maintenance, no clean and hygenic. No AC remote, no fan regulator to adjust fan speed, bad condition of mattress, small bed. Looks like i caught in wrong place. We check-in around 10pm morning 7am we left the room. One of the worst stay ever

I recently stayed at this lodge, and it was a nightmare. I lost 8,000 during my visit, and the staff was completely unhelpful. When I reported the incident, they acted indifferent and offered no support or assistance. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. It’s hard to believe a place like this can operate without taking any responsibility for guest safety. Save yourself the stress and look for accommodations elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money!

I recently stayed at Super Collection O 18543 The Olive Shine for three nights, booking three rooms for my family. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share our disappointing stay. Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, it was evident that the rooms had not been properly cleaned. We found belongings from previous guests still in the cupboards, indicating a lack of thorough housekeeping. The bedsheets were stained and appeared not to have been changed prior to our check-in. Additionally, the bathrooms were filthy, with visible dirt and grime. Pest Problems: Our stay was further marred by the presence of various pests. There were numerous mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even bedbugs in the rooms. This not only made our stay uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and health. Overall Experience: Given the state of the rooms, I cannot recommend Super Collection O 18543 The Olive Shine, especially for families. The lack of cleanliness and the pest infestation made our stay highly unpleasant. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. Rating: 1/5

Nirvana Yoga Shala in Mysore offers a transformative experience for yoga enthusiasts. The supportive and kind-hearted Guruji Shashi ensures that every student's satisfaction and well-being are prioritized. The school organizes special events like celebrating Iranian Nowrous, adding cultural richness to the experience. With experienced teachers, peaceful surroundings, and clean facilities, it provides an ideal environment for learning Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga.
Recently completed my YTTC 200hours from Nirvana. The accommodation is the highlight of this place, private rooms, beautifully planned meals. Coming to the program, the teachers were all very knowledgeable and had a lot of wisdom to share. The daily practice with different teachers really instilled in us different ways to teach and help others while teaching. Will 100% recommend this place for yoga training, or even a simple yoga vacation. It's absolutely worth it.

I spent three months at Nirvana Yoga Shala, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough. The yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes were excellent, led by highly qualified and friendly teachers. The staff who take care of the shala are incredibly warm and helpful. The food was amazing, the accommodation clean and comfortable, and the location absolutely perfect. Thank you, Nirvana, for an unforgettable three months!

Nirvana yoga shala has been one of my favorite yoga retreats. Guruji Shashi shared so much invaluable wisdom that will help me on this journey we call life. I stayed in Nirvana shala with Pratika poovaiah who answered any questions or needs with such warmth it’s like I was staying with my aunty. Dheerendra Nakhate was the man ! Anything you needed any hour he was there to assist. The food was delicious and always prepared on time. I took a few ashtanga classes with Karthik. I was a little hesitant since i normally take hatha but he made it approachable and has excellent hands on assists that gave you that little extra push without crossing your limits. Now i save the best for last Miss Yashika she is a gem I wanted to take her home with me! I would start my day taking her hatha classes and finish with pranayama walking out with ananda in my heart. Would definitely recommend this shala to all 💚

I completed my ashtanga training in Nirvana in 2023 and it was beyond my expectations.I stayed for 3 month at Nirvana and studied under Karthik who is an exceptional teacher! During my stay I really enjoyed the sound healing sessions and meditations led by Shashi Ji, and it helped me get deeper into meditation. This year I signed up for the online Prenatal and Postnatal yoga training with Ms Yashika, and it was so great. I learned so much and she is an excellent teacher, very easy to communicate with and with an intelligent lovely spirit. I would highly recommend any woman to do this training as it teaches you so much about being a woman and the beautiful journey of pregnancy and motherhood whether you are a mother or not <3 The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was healthy and good. I loved the yoga halls that we practiced swell. Thank you all at Nirvana I hope to come back soon!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Nirvana Yoga Shala, a yoga school dedicated to training future teachers. Although the program was online, I felt fully engaged and connected throughout the entire journey. The structure of the course was rich and well-balanced, offering deep insights into both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. I especially appreciated the practical classes in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and meditation, which were both challenging and grounding. The philosophy and anatomy lessons were equally valuable, helping me understand yoga from a broader and more integrated perspective. The pranayama classes were particularly powerful — intense yet deeply beneficial for my spiritual well-being. They brought a profound sense of clarity and inner calm that supported me throughout the training. What truly made the difference for me were the highly knowledgeable and empathetic teachers, who created a warm and supportive learning environment. Their passion and dedication were evident in every session. Even in an online format, Nirvana Yoga Shala managed to build a strong sense of community and presence. I felt seen, supported, and inspired every step of the way. A special thank you goes to the Hatha Yoga teacher and school coordinator, who kept in regular contact with me both online and by phone. Their availability, kindness, and guidance helped me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout the course. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone looking for a deep, authentic, and transformative yoga teacher training experience. – Patrizia

If you're on the lookout for a cozy and laid-back accommodation, look no further than Sonder. Nestled in one of Mysore's most charming neighborhoods, this hostel offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. With free Wi-Fi and parking, plus access to a shared kitchen and terrace, it’s perfect for those who enjoy socializing or whipping up their own meals.
The place is pretty good for lazy travellers, it is a very peaceful place, the facilities and amenities are available at pretty cheap price for the backpackers example laundry service is for pretty cheap for a entire load of clothes. The person who runs this place is very friendly, the breakfast is included in the price, and to be honest the breakfast is top notch. Amazing food apart from this the beds are clean, cleaning services for wash room or rooms is just a talk away. The location is good in a very posh locality, good 3km walk to mysore Palace it's safe and sound for women travelers as well. Must visit for backpackers. Over all I would rate this hostel at a very high rating.

Sonder hostel has been designed very well for a backpacker hostel. It gives you a feel like you’re in a different world and the place as a whole is very nice. The best part is it’s interiors, the sayings and descriptions on the walls and Ofcourse the huge backyard full of greenery ❤️ The folks who run the place are also very chill and liberal. They give you your personal space but at the same time are willing to help whenever needed. Great place to stay! Highly recommended.

This really is the place to be in Mysore. Slightly less known than the other hostels which makes it even more low key and special. The location is ideal and quiet. The premise is absolutely beautiful; seriously, that garden blew my mind. The beds are incredible. The staff is even more incredible. Prices are great. Breakfast every morning was great too plus (small detail) they have a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, a blender, 4 hobs, etc... Honestly, as a backpacker or aspiring yogi I'd say look no further!

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food was cooked with a lot of love and served with a smile. They have kept the premises very clean even though it is an old building. We were a group of 6 girls and we had a great time at the hostel. There were quite a few common areas which almost resembled a shack and helped in uplifting our holiday mood. It was a great stay at Sonder’s mysore.

The property owner is humble and so is his spouse. They allowed us to check-in 2 hours early. You are treated like a family member. The property owner stood at the gate until our car moved. He waved his hand to say bye, that was a nice gesture. The area is calm, car parking is excellent. You get clean towels, complimentary soaps and shampoos. The door lock in the bathroom and main door is difficult to manage. locking and unlocking the door was difficult. since this room didn’t have AC, I had to use the ceiling fan and keep all the windows open. during the night, there were mosquitoes because I kept the windows open. the mosquito repellent in the room didn’t have the refill and so we couldn’t use it. The room had split beds but we were a family of 3 and so it was difficult to sleep on the split beds. The beds were not cushiony. I expected a Queen size soft bed like how traditional hotels provide. Overall, it was good but definitely not Excellent. They can improve their service provided these critical points are taken care of.

It is neither a hotel nor a proper homestay. The room is good, but there is no service from the owner's side. For food one has to order from Zomato. There is an electric kettle but no tea bags or coffee pouch or milk powder provided. When asked, the owner said that we have to make the arrangements ourselves. The room did not even have mosquito repellent. We could not sleep during the night because of mosquito menace.
