McDonald's is a well-established fast-food chain famous for its burgers and fries. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Mysore railway station and offers efficient customer service with minimal waiting time. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide great suggestions. There is ample parking space available for both cars and scooters within the same compound as an HP petrol pump.

Disappointing Experience – Uncooked Burger & No Refund
Ordered a burger from McDonald’s via Swiggy, and to my shock, it arrived completely uncooked. The patty was raw and inedible. I immediately reached out to Swiggy support, expecting a resolution, but they refused to process a refund or replacement.
This is completely unacceptable for a well-known brand like McDonald’s and a platform like Swiggy. Food safety should be a priority, yet neither the restaurant nor Swiggy took responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the service—will think twice before ordering again!
Nice place to spend a family time or even hangout with your buddies. Veg and non - veg food available. Co - operating staff. You will spend a minimum of ½ hr at the place. Cars parking have to be seen n done. 2 wheelers have a proper facility. Food is served hot and cold drinks are served cold.
Seating arrangement are on the ground floor and first floor. It's a self-order and self-service/table-service place.

Polar Bear is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. They have a wide variety of flavors and prices that won't break the bank. The staff is always pleasant and well behaved, making it an enjoyable experience each time you visit.
I had to make sure my relative from north India tastes the best icecream in Mysore.
Chose polar bear.
We ordered death by chocolate and I must say , it was one of the best I've had.
The browine was perfectly baked ( u could feel the sponge texture) and when eaten with icecream & chocolate syrup 🤤 magic happened.
My relative kept talking about it even after she left home.

Sorbet : Guava Chilli & Alphonso mango chilli , tasted just like the fruit.

We went to try the famous Death by Chocolate, but honestly didn’t enjoy it much. The hot chocolate was also a bit disappointing.
I had high hopes when I visited Polar Bear in Jayalakshmipur, but this turned out to be a complete disaster. The Tangy Mango Vanilla was a flavor nightmare more like artificial syrup mixed with bland vanilla. The Mango Mastani tasted stale and watery, with zero richness or real mango flavor. And don’t even get me started on the Mango Malai it was a mushy, oversweet mess that felt like it had been sitting out for days.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful mango desserts, this is NOT the place. I expected summer delight and got chemical-tasting disappointment. Never going back
I have been visiting Polar bear for many years now and their quality and service hasn't changed at all. One of the best places to find varieties of Ice Creams and Sundae. Tried Choco Brownie Fudge which was served with a brownie and 2 small scoops of chocolate icecream with cream on top and chocolate sauce. The red velvet icecream scoops are a must try and the cookies and cream was also good. They have a pleasant ambience where there's both an indoor and outdoor seating area. Their service was amazing as all the staff were polite and humble. They have table service as well.
Polar Bear Ice Cream offers a strong lineup of flavors, and they do the classics very well. The Chocozilla creamy flavor with real specks of vanilla, while their chocolate fudge ripple is deeply indulgent. The prizes are worth it and taste is wonderfull

The variety of ice cream is good, the taste and pricing is also pretty decent. The only thing is all the time I've visited there will only be one person at the counter and the ordering of the ice cream will get slow if there's more than 1 customer. Plus there is no hand wash facility to wash your hands after eating the ice cream.
Outlet serves icecream on weight basis, price for 100 gm is 112 rupees. Best thing is we can have how much we want in our cup/ cone and also variety of flavours in a single cup only. Toppings are also available and for that also they charge on weight basis.
Careful while adding toppings into ur cup as it weighs more. Also they serve icecream cake and chocolates. Price for chocolates is Rs 148/100 gm.

Been visiting from some time now. I love the customizing options and the hot chocolate option they have! Absolutely love it & one of my favorites! Don't see that in other ice cream shops. Other than that their chocolates are also too good! Haven't tried the cakes yet but I guess even that'll be good like others. Finally their shakes! One of the best milkshakes I've had till date on par with Keventers I can say. You can add more scoops to get more flavor and taste but the milk quantity is limited. Even if you pay extra they won't give more. Overall a great place to visit and satisfy your sweet cravings
The ice cream is good, but the staffs behaviour is worst not trained they don't have basic knowledge on service industry and courtesy. Very arrogant and rude. I strongly recommend not to visit this place worst staff
Awesome ! Yes it's costly and but it's better in taste too. I find that that staff is kinda not aware about their own Ice cream. When I asked if the cone was waffle cone the person replied that it's plastic cone, 😅 so I had to ask him please show we to witch he showed me a waffle cone 😅😅 and yes the ice creams and sundaes are awesome !

And was rude to me and my kids and family which has not only made our family outing a bad experience but also hurt our feelings. Even after they making mistakes in our orders . - Salted Caramel
- Kaju Malai
All flavours tasted well but Bourbon Whisky stood out with it's unique flavour imitating the Original name.

Not comparable with the corner house DBC. The vanilla ice cream was way too sweet. Irrespective, plenty of space for hanging out. Decent ambiance. Service was good as well.
The ice cream variety is really good. The taste of ice cream feels very rich. The ambience is really good to hang out with group of friends. We tried avocado, bourbon whiskey and Spanish delight. It was really good. Additionally we ordered brownie, but it was not good. It felt like the brownie was very old. Try to just enjoy the ice cream don’t buy additional chocolate cake or bromine. It costed us 410 rupees for 3 scoop of ice cream and brownie.
Decent place to have snacks and desserts. The pricing is average, however for few items like fries they should increase the quantity they serve!
We tried multiple things - peri peri fries, jalapeno poppers, Mango mastani, banana split, chilli cheese sandwich, out of which sandwich and banana split were the best!
Fries quantity was very less so we had to order again. Overall a decent place with good ambience.

Frosti is mainly known for ice cream parlour as i can see different flavoured icecream all ready to provide based on one's choice . Must visit !!

They have wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from, and also some short eats to munch on. Lady over the cash counter is really nice person and very friendly in nature. They also have diabetic friendly ice cream as well, but just the Vanilla flavour.

Came here for a mango milkshake. I asked it for takeaway and they gave me a takeaway cup that’s about half the size of their standard milkshake glass and they still charged me the same amount as for a full portion. The milkshake was average, it was too sweet because of the extra and unnecessary syrup.

I just ordered home 2 thick shakes from Baskin-Robbins mall of mysore which is just 2 kms from my home on a food delivery app, gold medal ribon shake and lotus biscoff super duper thick shake and both are ₹265 each. The shakes are absolutely watery and not even 100ml each very very disappointed never going to order anything again from them.

The Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut Sundae was a highlight, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth. While there's room for improvement in service consistency, the positives outweigh the negatives.
Overall, I'd give Baskin Robbins at the Mall of Mysore 4 stars. It's a great spot for ice cream lovers, and I'd definitely visit again!

*Title:* Beware of Fake GST Charges!
I recently visited [Baskin Robbin * Mall of Mysore*] and was shocked to see that they were charging 18% GST on my food bill, despite the fact that the GST rate for food is actually [correct GST rate,is on food5%]. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they seemed evasive and uncooperative.
Not only is this a clear case of overcharging, but it's also a violation of consumer rights. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty in billing, especially when it comes to taxes.
I would advise others to be cautious when dining at [Baskin Robbins] and to carefully review their bills before paying. It's unacceptable for businesses to take advantage of customers by charging fake taxes.

It is an official franchise of Amul icecreams. They have turned it into a cafe which is a great combination.
Besides Amul icecreams and other products which are good as always, their sandwichs, parathas and pizzas which are made using Amul milk products are a tasty addition.
The staff is kind and friendly.
Great customer service. Delicious ice creams and chocolates. Must visit place if you are in Mysuru, looks great after renovation.
A very bright and homely place …the food here is delicious and fresh …
Good renovation for seating. Tried Sandwiches and Gudbed, new taste compared to other outlet. I visit mainly for these 2 tastes. I also liked the Bhel puri they customize and prepare. Amul exclusive for chocolates and other Amul items I get there with new mfg date. Good staff and owner suggests to try out their new options and are open to feed back. Happy to visit because they prepare and give Sandwiches as per my request. Good going guys
It's a small place where they provide snacks and icecreams here , a good place to spend time with friends for a chitchat convo. Overall food is ok
Clean place. As the parlour is newly opened though we find very less variety of packed icecreams. Hoping for the shop to expand the varieties. Customer friendly staff and owner. Online payments and even Cards are accepted here. Overall experience was very great.
