We went to Roys cafe for dinner on New Year’s Eve . It is a small café which is under construction. We ordered garlic mushrooms and lemon and herb chicken as appetizers. They were nice and tasty. After that we ordered 2 coffees , 1 Virgin mojito which was refreshing . We also ordered peri peri paneer which was good. In the end we ordered a veg farmer market pizza. In my opinion food was good and it was a nice laid back place to chill out. Service was great as they were really polite. The place did not hit that much in atmosphere compared to other cafes.

The food is not only aesthetically pleasing but also flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere is peaceful and staff is polite. It has two sitting areas, one in the garden area and the other upstairs, both have different menus.

Roys Cafe in Mysore may look a bit dated from the outside and inside, but don’t let that fool you—the food here is outstanding! We enjoyed one of the best virgin mojitos, and the coffee was top-notch. The pasta was incredibly delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. While I wouldn’t recommend the burger, as it didn’t quite meet the mark, everything else was fantastic. The cafe also has clean bathrooms and a designated smoking area on the ground floor, which adds to the convenience. Street parking is available, and prices are very reasonable, making it a great value. Overall, Roys Cafe is definitely worth a visit for its quality food and affordable prices. Plus, they accept payment through EazyDiner, adding to the convenience for diners.

Really nice cafe to visit. Food and ambience are great. There's a cute doggo too, if you love dogs. There are games available for playing while you wait for your food. Nice rooftop seating.

Smoked Lamb shank is just amazing, very soft and young meat, Also want to thank very welcoming and professional staff, for making us feel special. The atmosphere is peaceful, stylish and lots of nature around!

1. The food is decent and so is the service. But the place was extremely smokey. We were there for an hour maybe and our hair and clothes were smelling like smoke. It was kinda uncomfortable. 2. The food was good. I would recommend their pastas. Actually I would recommend any of their Italian offerings. 3. I also ordered the noodle soup. The quantity was less. The quantity was actually miniscule. You wouldn't be full. But the taste is surprisingly good. Just know that your hunger won't be satisfied. 4. Their ice teas are pretty good. You can actually taste the fresh brewed tea. 5. Their prices are slightly on the higher side. 6. They have a dedicated smoking zone downstairs. Overall a good place. If I were to go again I would go for brunch. Good to go here once in a while.

Roy's Cafe is a beautiful restaurant. It's chill and mellow, its perfect for the times you want to layback, hangout with a couple friends, and even good for work/studying. Their menu is quite simple but each item is worth trying! There is both vegetarian and non vegetarian options, and staff is friendly too. Prices can be a bit expensive but the quality is worth it.

The place is great for hangouts, especially when you want the feeling of a home. Sitting on the floor is usually uncomfortable for a few people but itd all about the experience.

This was my second visit to Sutra Bistaro, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy good food. I ordered peri peri french fries, fried rice, noodles, and chili basil crispy corn, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the quality was consistent with my first visit. Highly recommend it for a satisfying dining experience..

The environment of the cafe is really good. You have to go inside without shoes and sit on the floor, as there is no table seating inside. If you do not like to sit on the floor, tables and chairs are available too. The whole cafe is full of young teenagers and couples, where you can easily find a little love and romance. Let’s talk about the food now: It was awesome! 👍 5/5. All the dishes were really full of taste and joy; even a simple garlic bread was really juicy. Also, you will find books inside, which indicates that you can spend plenty of time with food. Parking is easily available, so you do not need to worry about that either.

A cute place for dates and dinner. You can either be seated in the normal tables and chair or opt for sitting on mattress. Food is good. The babycorn manchurian was yum. Heavens Garden pizza could be better.

I had a great experience at The Old House The pizzas are a must have. The espresso tonic coffee is really good as well. Also tried the pistachio rose raspberry cake - pretty good. The warm service and friendly staff were the cherry on top. Highly recommended.

Visited Old House Café in Mysuru today, and it was such a delightful experience! The place has a warm, cozy vibe — perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. We tried their pizza, pasta, and peach iced tea, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, making every bite worth it. But the real highlight of the visit was their pumpkin carrot cake — soft, moist, and full of comforting, homemade flavor. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend this café if you’re looking for great food, good ambiance, and something sweet to remember.

We went on diwali. It was packed, but got seating in 5 mins or so. Ambience and vibe: 5/5. Very cozy, happening and open. The sourdough pizzas are a must. We wanted a little more spice, so drizzled some of that inhouse chilli oil. We ordered verdue misti, had marinara sauce. It was so fresh and light. Loved the cook on the crust. Mushroom bites: the bites itself was super crispy, well seasoned and did not feel oily. The side that they have with this was slightly sweet, but we couldn't taste much of it because the seasoning on the mushroom crisps were salty and spicy as is. The side/dip didn't offer the relief we thought it would. The gelato: tasted more milky than berry. The cone was slightly more caramelized but went well with the milkyness of the gelato. Gelatos are usually so creamy, but due to the freezing: this one had crystalised. So missed that creamy mouth feel. Hazelnut gluten free dessert: the creme was too rich and dense. The cake itself, since it was gluten free, missed that moisture. Felt we could have been able to taste the chocolate and hazelnut better if the dessert didn't feel so dry. But overall, food tastes fresh and yum. I saw the brioche loaf and had to pack it. Fluffy ✨ total bill was around 2k. It was a nice lunch with brilliant service. Must visit. Because of these small Lil things, I have rated food as 4/5.

Oh My! So glad I got a chance to visit Oh! (The Old House) Cafè at Mysore! The ambience is super cozy, and takes us back in time to those old bunglow days and the grandeur! The food was delicious! Went with my boss and a colleague for dinner, had Masala Mafia Pasta and it was Oh so yummy! Their Heaven's 11 pizza was a delight, thin crust, soft,chewy and melt in the mouth cheese with veggie toppings were just right! We couldn't try their desserts, but their sorbet options are great! Loved it! And Oh, their service is excellent - ever smiling faces, warm gestures and prompt service is worth the money! And their "Captain Harish" is exceptional! So friendly, pro active and Patient! I Will be back here, soon!!!

Old House Café is such a charming spot in Mysore — the vibe is warm, rustic, and perfect for a leisurely meal. I tried their Turkish eggs, fresh salad, sandwich, and the classic English breakfast — everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully plated. The Turkish eggs were creamy and flavorful, the salad crisp and refreshing, and the sandwich had just the right balance of texture and taste. The English breakfast was hearty and satisfying — a perfect start to the day. Service was friendly and attentive and the ambiance makes you want to linger a little longer over your coffee. A must-visit for anyone who loves good food in a relaxed, cozy setting.

We had dinner here. The ambience is lovely and definitely the highlight of the place, making up a bit for the very average food. The Mediterranean pasta was watery and completely lacked flavour, while the lamington was dry and stale. Would not recommend it for the food, but it is a nice spot if you just want to enjoy the atmosphere and have an overpriced drink.

One of my favourite places to eat in Mysore. Great place for vegan options and healthy alternatives. All the food is freshly prepared with high quality ingredients and taste delicious. Particularly enjoyed the vegan apple pie, pesto pasta and coffees.

The vibe is right and the food is delicious. Relaxing The smoothie I had was SUPERB, with spirulina and chia, and delicious array of fruits. There is like two pages of smoothie options, so it will take me some time to try them. ☺️ I also had the oatmeal, which was a beautiful presentation for a simple dish. ✨ Looking around, I see they also have a very nice artisan bakery, with a whole menu to choose from, about half of which must be pre-ordered, and baked fresh. Their sourdough is naturally fermented, without added yeast (even the pizza). I am curious to try the organic ragi loaf! 😋 As a health conscious vegan, I am very happy to have stopped in, and will return! One thing I would love to see added to the menu is a ragi porridge, as an alternative to the oatmeal. Thank you for the beautiful breakfast!

Such a beautiful and good people out here who works , they customize the cake for me same day gave the delivery , I visited 5-6 bakery in mysore before this place not able to find guilt free Cake, use all natural sugars with dates good quality and a healthy cake. I must say you should try. I also try the Mysore Pak made with organic besan, desi ghee and jaggery everything I tried here I don’t feel guilty about it glad I found this place 🙏🏻

A gokulam classic that I'm happy to say has maintained its excellence. Their thali is in my opinion the best in the area. Delicious and wholesome. The smoothies are rich and well done. The pizza pesto is fab! Lovely food, great fresh flavours and wonderful service. At times food can take time, just some times as it is made fresh.

Absolutely loved our lunch at Frosting in Mysore! The ambiance is cozy and charming — perfect for a relaxed afternoon. A must Go place if you visit Mysore! Authentic , quality & delicious food. The staff was amazing 🤩 Must try and recommend Lasagna , their pizzas 🍕 , apple 🍎 crumble and lotus cream cheese ! Dropped by this cafe for a quick coffee — and walked out ₹600 lighter, just for 2 cup! 😅 Yep, a bit pricey for just coffee, but the ambience totally slaps . Artsy walls, moody lighting, and that “I read poetry on weekends kind of vibe — super classy and Instagram-worthy. Didn’t try the food, but heard they’ve got wood-fired pizzas and craft beer that could easily make you stay longer than planned (or until your wallet begs you to leave). Perfect spot if you're feeling a little bougie and want a quiet escape for brunch, breakfast, or just pretending you’re in a European café. Will I come back? Maybe. Will my bank account cry? My girlfriend visited here and had garlic bread, which was just okay in terms of taste and presentation. However, three hours after consuming it, she started experiencing stomach pain, which is concerning. Please ensure the products are properly checked before serving them to customers. She likes sizzling brownies and will visit next time-hopefully, they will be served better!

Ordered a Signature Cold Coffee, and they served a disgusting mix of cheap chocolate syrup and milk with ZERO coffee in it. Complained, and the staff made it worse by adding artificial coffee concentrate to the same used cup—completely undrinkable. The staff member Jeevan was an absolute nightmare—yelling at us like a local thug in front of other customers, showing zero professionalism or basic courtesy. Instead of fixing the issue, he behaved aggressively, leaving us humiliated. Emailed CCD with all the details, and guess what? Weeks later, still no resolution, no follow-up, nothing! If this is their service standard, they’re destroying their reputation. Avoid this outlet if you value your Money and Dignity.

Visited this place when I wanted to do some office work during my tour. The place is really great to sit and relax. It’s spacious and has good number of seating arrangements with proper plug points for charging your gadgets. Ambiance is great and they have got amazing playlist, Beverages are as usual, just ordered cold chocolate, it’s kinda good. Staff is very genuine and friendly, they helped me right from the selection of drink till my setting up my work station. If you are in Mysore and need to attend some meetings, this is the best place for you, Wi-Fi is free but it comes with the limit of data usage

Ordered a Signature Cold Coffee, expecting a rich, espresso based drink, but instead got a watery, sugary mess, clearly made with cheap flavoured coffee (not real espresso) and loaded with artificial chocolate syrup. It tasted like sweetened milk with zero coffee flavor. When we politely complained, the staff, especially a guy named Jeevan, he didn’t even remake the drink, instead he just dumped some artificial coffee concentrate into the same used cup and shoved it back at us! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. But the worst part? Jeevan started YELLING at us like some local thug, humiliating us in front of other customers instead of fixing the issue. No apology, no refund, just pure arrogance. We emailed CCD’s customer care with all the details, but weeks later, NO RESPONSE, NO ACTION. If this is how they treat paying customers, this brand deserves to SHUT DOWN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET if you expect real coffee or basic decency. They serve fake, flavour-based coffee, rude employee, unprofessional staff, and ignore complaints. Worst café experience ever!

Cafe Coffee day was nice venu it was really cool and the place was so relaxing and refreshing and there not so much rush so it will be peaceful and even they play the song which we ask. And the service was to nice and and worker co-ordinate was perfectly. They even interact in kannada so that it will be more comfortable to interact.cafe coffee day was clean and the place was full with good fragrance and even the place and the employers was too hygienic . And the place was so colourful and with beautiful lights it was picturesque place. And the restroom was to Clean and safe and the odor was goodThe coffee was too good and hot. The aroma of the coffee was great. The balance between the coffee powder and the milk was amazing and they provide you suger so that we can add how much we need even they have sugar fee also not only the coffee they even have dish like burger, sandwich,cakes ect. Cafe Good Vibes is one among the oldest and underrated cafes in mysuru. Serving limited variety of cuisine like pastas, pizza, sandwiches etc. at reasonable and pocket friendly price. Their Alfredo Pasta is to die for and the best🤌🏼.

Café Good Vibes has some really good food—flavorful and well-prepared. However, the ambience could use some improvement. Especially during the rainy season, the place doesn’t feel very clean or well-maintained, which takes away from the overall experience. Worth a visit for the food, but don’t expect a spotless setting.

The restaurant is not how it seems from outside. First of all since the seated area is outside they need to please do something about the mosquitoes coz I got a bite. Otherwise it's just a normal Italian cuisine place. I ordered Lemon ice tea, coffee and garlic bread. The garlic bread was not at all crispy. We had to make them add lemon to lemon ice tea. The decoration was good but not well maintained. Overall if u stay nearby it's a good choice but don't visit from far away.

Good restaurant but they won't allow cakes or any outside food, even for b'day celebration. They charge 200INR. That's one downside of it. Except that food is so good and tasty also good matches Indian taste and served quiet quickly. Price is quiet good for that quantity and quality of the food,A bunch of friends with low budget can afford it. Also they could have kept two or three branches in Mysore.

When we first visited Kapoor's cafe it was new and the food was very tasty. But we got disappointed with the taste of curries when we went there recently. All the curries were salty. The only thing we liked in food was phulka. But the service is good and the staff are also good. Hope they look into the taste part of their food items carefully from now on...

We recently had dinner at Kapoor Cafe. The ambience was quite nice, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, we felt that the pricing did not match the food quality and quantity. The portions were smaller than expected, and the taste didn’t quite justify the cost. While the experience was decent overall, we believe there’s room for improvement in terms of value for money.

They provide you option of charpai, if you find chair and table too comfortable to sit on... 🤭 Menu card is quite elaborate, and warn you that "spice is in their BLOOD!" Let me reassure you that this is a "pure veg" restaurant, and you better take their warning seriously, if your tummy is not made out of cast iron. I would like to come here often, as long as my credit card company keeps my credit limit decent😜

Chakra Café is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and relaxing music that makes it a perfect spot to unwind. Sri Chakra House Cafe is a very silent, aesthetic cafe with parking. The food items are very healthy and have vegan options too. Its quite cozy and picture-esque inside.

A peaceful place, with extremely kind welcoming people. There’s a friendly vibe when you walk in. The foods amazingly healthy and a treat to the taste buds and your body as well. The pricing is reasonable, the ambience is comfortable ( you have on the floor and on the chair seating options available) The hosts are lovely. Add on you have free Wifi as well. They have off the menu specials as well available on days.

Cozy café with great vibes and good food Loved the strong filter coffee — perfectly brewed! The dates & walnut cake was soft and delicious. We also tried the pizza, which was fresh and flavorful. The place offers on point aesthetics and food that needs major work! The staff is really warm and inviting however the food fails miserably! As seen in the attached photos, the place offers a heritage vibe with thick white walls and sun plays hide and seek through the window crevices ! If only they could lift their food game! Now to the main focus area of food, we had ordered two portions of English Breakfast, one portion of Asian Chicken Sandwich and two Mysore Filter coffee. To start with the sandwich, the filling was sufficient, however it was extremely salty! The English breakfast had less quantity and awful food. The sausages were served cold, the salami was wet, the mushroom did not have any taste, the breads were served without butter and the baked beans were over the top sweet. Only one sunny side up was served and that too was burnt! The only positive in our order was the Apple pie, which was really good!

Visited this quaint cafe on a Saturday morning for coffee and breakfast. The ambiance was calm and welcoming, a nice spot to unwind. We initially wanted to order sandwiches, but unfortunately, the bread hadn’t been baked yet. Several other menu items were also unavailable, so we settled for filter coffee, mocha, and a brownie. The coffee was good, but the brownie was quite disappointing. It was dry and tasted a bit stale, possibly a day or two old. Service was also on the slower side, so I’d recommend visiting only if you’re not in a hurry.

From the outside, this place resembles a mini palace. The ground floor serves as the café, while the upper floors are used for stays. It’s located inside the Green Hotel, but there are no boards or clear signs on the road, which makes it a little hard to find. The ambience and environment are excellent – 5/5. The food is good as well, though slightly on the expensive side.

I honestly didn’t think my experience would turn out so great. I wanted to have pasta and I didn’t see pink sauce pasta in the menu so I asked the staff and they said they can do it.I have been in Mysore for 11 years and has had pasta in most of the places I go and this was the most fabulous pasta I have had. We had apple pie that was so marvellous it still makes me want it. Although we had filter coffee and Darjeeling tea, the pasta was the main star of that evening. When I left my review with the chef, her face glowed up with a smile. Not like the smile that we see but with a smile of kid getting a chocolate. Even though the building is old and peaceful this cafe surely does give a new experience

Great for slow mornings and brunches. The courtyard with greenery was splendid. Tried the Korean garlic bun, flan and latte. Enjoyed all of them. 10/10 beautiful area with a well maintained garden. Interiors Worthy of the yesteryear palace

Reminds me of something dead trying to be revived. A perfect place where quality is inversely proportional to cost. ( bad quality high price ) The pizza was bland , wrong sauce and flavorless. My kids (3 and 5) took four bites and that was it. Watermelon salad I ordered had more seeds to take out which consumed half of our time. Mysore filter coffee was good but we made sure to tell staff what type of coffee we expect. Place has good ambience where you can sip coffee and read a book. Not a place to go with kids if you expect good food. The jackfruit cake was the only savior .

Lovely little cafe tucked away in Gokulam. The coffee is very good, as is the service. Seating is quite limited and this place can be very popular. Plant-based mylks available at a surcharge.

Loved the flat white and latte at Minimal Coffee Roasters! The flat white was smooth and velvety with just the right espresso-milk balance, and the latte felt creamy and well-crafted. Absolutely delicious espresso, the best I've tried in India! The flat white with oat milk is also scrumptious, so smooth and creamy! Its “The coffee Spot” for yogis/non-yogis around gokulam. And it has best cappuccino around period. Best ever Baristas super friendly. Its easily one of the lamdmarks of the area and must visit coffee shop.

The excellent staff service rather than the food defines the place . Though the food was also very good. Mr Raj went out of his way to make us feel welcome . Mr Balraj and Mr Gangadhar served us with speed and a smile also offered their recommendations Bhindi was excellent Steamed Rice sub par and did NOT meet expectations as it was not Basmati. A high end restaurant this should be offered at a minimum Tadka Dal was v good My friends rated the Mutton Biryani and Chicken Malai Kebabs 8 / 10 so great job done guys. However the mutton in the biryani was just adequate for one person so have an option in the menu for adding extra mutton pieces at a higher price On the whole, we had a lovely afternoon an enjoyed our lunch

3 stars Oyster Bay, Mysore – Great Ambience, But Food & Service Fell Short Visited Oyster Bay recently and had mixed feelings. The highlight was definitely the ambience – I chose to sit in the garden area at night, and the vibe was really pleasant. The outdoor lighting, greenery, and open-air setup create a calm and cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxed conversations or a casual evening out. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the expectations. The flavors felt underwhelming, and the overall presentation wasn’t impressive either. For a place with such a lovely setting, I was hoping for something more refined and satisfying on the culinary side. The service was quite slow and lacked attentiveness. It took a while for the staff to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. It’s a beautiful space, especially for evening visits, but there's definitely room for improvement in both food quality and customer service. Would recommend it more for the ambience than the dining experience.

Nice ambience. Food was good and service was excellent. Staff was very courteous and responsive. Even though the property is nice, washrooms are least maintained. The taps are broken, and don’t think that cost much to get it replaced.

Ambience is the only best part of the restaurant. 👍 We ordered Chicken Satay, American Chopsuey and Chilli Garlic Noodles. 😋 Chicken Satay had a fishy odor, i mean quite literally. It was good only because of the sauce that they gave with it. 🐟🍗 American Chopsuey should be in the desserts section, as the chopsuey sauce was too sweet. We had to mix the sauce from the Satay to give it some depth in flavor. 🫤 Chilli Garlic Noodles was kinda good. It was spicy, but I couldn't taste any Garlic. So, it's just Chilli Noodles. 🌶✅️🧄❌️ Not to forget the fishy odor again. 🐟 Are they using some used fish oil or something? Service was okay, just one waiter looking after everything. Not sure why. 🤷‍♂️ Overall, the experience was decent. 😐 I could have given a 3 star, but for the price and the Fine Dining vibe that they going with, I can't be generous.

It's a nice fine dining restaurant with a good Ambience and green atmosphere. Food: Prawn soup:5* Tandoori chilli chicken: 4* Fish Tawas and rawa fry: 5* Mutton chops: taste was good but the mutton was hard and fibrous. Good Biriyani. We had our wedding and reception here and we absolutely loved it! The food is top notch! All of our guests loved the afternoon banana leaf meal, and our evening reception had lot of local delicacies. The venue is also so beautiful - the architecture and greenery makes it perfect for an outdoor event. Highly recommend checking out this place if you’re considering an event big or small!

Overpriced place with rude staff this is my 1 liner about this place. The staff was so rude and we finally started getting service when we told them that we were leaving for JP restaurant nearby. Before this everyone was just rude and we had to fight for even the basic things. Please don't operate a place if you cannot manage it. The buffet had very few items for the cost, for example they did not even have a non veg main course curry item and the remaining food also was finished and we had to ask for food every few minutes. Don't get alcohol here, it is just too overpriced. A pint of Budweiser costs 525Rs approx. We went here for our 5th year anniversary and it was ruined. In the end they did give us a complimentary cake that we requested them through zomato and we had to argue with them since no one was ready to even listen to us to get it. The place obviously looks great in photos but my personal choice will be to never go there. We spent a total 8400Rs approx here for 4 people and every penny was a waste of money

Beautiful interiors and well lit. dinner spread is good and they have a good lot of seating. Service was pretty prompt too and they had a good number for staff. open space is there too for outdoor seating. Their biryani and chicken is the best. desserts were okayish , coffee ice cream and rasgulla were good.

We were staying at the Grand Mercure hence decided to have dinner here since it's in same same property. The food was over all very good and most of the items tasted good. The only issue which turned down the overall experience was the service where they were not quick to get the Roti /Naan and it took more than 15 mins. Also the starters were cold and when asked to get it warmed they were done to last only a few minutes. The guys waiters were good and co-operative but the service was slow. We also had breakfast at same place which was little better experience. Also the beverages charges were too costly for dinner hence due to this reason it is better to visit any other nearby places.

The food is tasty and thank you chefs' Pradip and Samraj. You both are always welcoming us so nicely. Giving us food suggestion to try. My experience during the stat at the hotel and the Food i had at Lauppu Buffet was very average. I have read reviews of awesome buffet of this hotel but i was disappointed when i had it . Literally 2 or 3 items were saviour. Buffet rush is like crazy for such average taste. Cocktails from the Bar were ok not great. What disappointed further was inspite of the room being centrally AC it was crazy hot . I had to ask 2 times if ac was working. I was told because of the crowd but then then the ac needed to be cranked up to make the surroundings cool. U cant enjoy a buffet sweating . Can you believe outside seating was cooler then the ac seating. Ordered Steam rice and Daal fry/tadka for dad and i was told it wud be made seperately. But it was the same mushy rice and the daal from the buffet. At an exorbitant 700 plus gst for 2 dishes that was not expected. Dinner cost us almost 5k with cocktails and it was not value for money. Breakfast was included in our booking. Both days apart from 2 3 items everything was repeated. Scrambled eggs had egg shell in it , juice was tasteless. Sunny side up egg was oily. Ordered but never got the dosa. Getting a seat was tough and it was a chaos during both breakfast and dinner buffets. Their non veg and veg thali was on the list during our visit as seen and influenced by a huge food blogger but after the 1st night we decided not to have meals in the hotel. Google says its a 5 star property but the food and arrangements are that of 3 star. May be becos of rush during the long weekend but nevertheless food being the most important part of stay for me and specially booking the room becos of the food review I was very disappointed. Rooms . Room was very small . We were 3 people and booked the room seeing the pics in the website which looked huge. Even for 2 people room was smaller than other star property i stayed in. For 14k for 2 nights and 3 days i found the deal not value for money. Definitely didnt meet my expectations.

I am extremely pleased with La Uppu, which is situated in Grand Mercure Hotel…I had the egg noodles, rice and even some Thai green curry. they adjusted everything specially for me, by making the noodles spicy and reducing the quantity of veggies. I never seemed to like Thai green curry, but for the first time when I had it here, I absolutely loved the taste and they also knew to serve me the gravy.. their observation and attention to detail was what made this stay the most memorable..I would like to specifically point out Ms Himankhi, who was specially nice to me and knew exactly what I wanted! I would like to meet her again in the future and thank you for hearing me out….

Excellent atmosphere and varieties of cuisine, ambrosial taste. Wonderful welcoming staff especially want to mention Jivan, for his excellent support. A must for outsider who are looking for wonderful stay and dine in.

I won't recommend the place if food is the only thing you are looking for. The food is decent, and can even feel overpriced for the taste. The vibe of the place is really good. Although, the staff is really cooperative and humble, their service is slow. Restrooms are hygienic as expected at such a place. North Indian food is not recommended at all. Fish dishes are highly recommended. Try to avoid paneer ones. The paneer didn't feel as good as expected.

This restaurant has my heart for many years now. Though the food seems expensive, the ambience here, the staff, live singing and music along with birthday wishes for the day melts us. We visited for my wife's birthday this time. She was made to feel even more special with their complimentary cake, wishes from the staff, singer. Kids enjoyed a lot here with a scooter on display, a cart to take pics on, the swans and play area. Loved our visit this time after many years, maybe more than a decade.

The property is huge and has an amazing view. It's also full of greenery. They have a big menu, and the food is clean and hygienic. The staff is really polite. They only had forks and spoons on the table, which is understandable considering the kind of food we order. But we had a friend from London with us who was struggling with the spoon. The staff was super nice and brought him a knife without us even asking. That's five-star service!

Good ambience and good service. However, we faced sanitation issue at restaurant due to house flies - that too large in numbers. We couldn’t actually enjoy the atmosphere as we were busy getting rid of house flies from our food and our baby. They could have easily taken measures to control the flies, however staffs accepting the presence of flies was quite surprising. How could you enjoy the food and place, if flies were sitting all over you table, food, clothes and everywhere?

Le Olive Garden was very good. It was like the American Olive Garden and you should try the place. There was various peoples from kerala to all over India. I ate Mac and Chese From Le Olive Garden. And it was a Chef's kiss. That's all I have to say.

Little disappointed that they don't have a la carte on weekends. Aside from that, it's was a great experience. The buffet did not disappoint. They had a nice selection of dishes covering a variety of cuisines.....soups, salads, Indian curries and breads, Chinese main courses, etc. The rasam was a blessing for my cold and sore throat. The gulab jamun tart was my favourite in the desert selection 😍. Oh and the panipuri cart in the courtyard was a nice touch. This was our second visit to this place and I am looking forward to discovering more good times and great food on the trail of the tiger 🐅

Alright, it’s my mistake that I came to have lunch with my family even after reading few comments which will reflects in my experience as well. 1. Veg starters is a joke. Deep fried items, you can taste the stale oil on it. 2. Welcome drink have chilli so it’s depends if you like it or not. 3. Non veg starters are also oily items 4. Main course are very rich in crème or oil Which makes you feel heavy in first bite, most likely you will not go for second round. 5. Salads are sad 6. Papad are not crispy 7. Staffs keep forgetting the orders(table) 8. Chaat items are without salt, no taste 9. Dessert items are old and not of decent quality Overall for the amount you pay it’s not worth it. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the Dasara celebrations in Mysore. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers that really added to the peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommend it if you're visiting Mysore!

It's a very old property. Very less maintained. Basic privacy like curtains, proper windows, locker are not available at rooms. You have to stay in fear all the time. No clue who in the world will keep a plain glass window next to a corridor where people walk very frequently with no curtains. I did not see much of CCTVs as well. The pics are mostly edited like blurring the floors, cracks, algae on the building. I had planned for staycation. But it's a total mess. Their WiFi is very much speed with 600 kbps. They have a bath tub, but no bubble bath or any bathing solutions available, no hair cap, no hair dryer. Basic things like pipe fittings are not proper. Shower is broken. Dirty water, dirty towels , dirty quilts. Only good thing is that, staffs are very friendly and polite. They are too much polite that they acknowledge all the feedbacks and said we will take care of these. But I came to stay and not critic. Overall it's a horror house with very good staff. I paid 6k per night for this and regret every penny.

We had a very unfortunate and unsafe experience during our stay at Green Hotel, Mysore. To our shock, we spotted a snake inside the room, which was extremely distressing and posed a serious safety risk—especially since we were holidaying with a young child. Although the hotel management did offer to shift us to a room in the palace wing, we had to decline due to our deep safety concerns after such an incident. A hotel stay should foremost ensure the safety and peace of mind of its guests. Sadly, this experience left us feeling anxious and unsafe, and we cannot recommend this place for families

Serene place. Quiet. You can hear birds and insects- something that you don’t get in the city these days. Away from the hustle- gives you the calm sense. Malgudi cafe is a must try. Prompt Customer service at the cafe. Will definitely stay for a longer period. Maintained the old building as is without too many changes to give the ‘palace vibe’. Neat and clean

We spent an enjoyable two nights at the Lalitha Mahal Palace. We found the hotel to be charming, especially the well maintained public rooms. Yes, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a little 'tired' but to me that was represented in the room rate. The rooms were spacious and clean and we liked the balcony overlooking the pool and garden. We very much liked the staff, especially in the dining room where we found them very helpful. We got out and about using Autos which are great for getting around Mysuru. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel and there was a very good choice for breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.

Location, building is best. Its a Grand beautiful palace. Deluxe Rooms are ok ok. Old Furniture and old rusty look. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping is not up to mark. Needs improvement. One can stay here to have a palace experience at reasonable cost

A beautiful palace of our maharajas which is now converted into a posh hotel. Located on the way to chamundi hills, the beautiful palace and it's sorroundings will take you to other world for sure. Mysore itself is a wonderful place. And this Lalitha Mahal is CHERRY ON THE CAKE.

Horrible maintained by jungle lodges. The palace is so beautiful but the rooms are really bad. The bedspread is torn. Bathrooms need a huge upgrade. Really disappointed. I am sure the Maharaja would be very disappointed too. Very sad to see this in Namma Mysuru. I came with much enthusiasm to show my American friends the palace. They were so impressed by the architecture. I wish you could upgrade the room and make unstated much better for all of us

Overall it’s a good place to stay. There is one BIG drawback that the hotel management should look into (Jungle Resorts). The hotel allows buy non residents to buy 100 rupees ticket and roam around the hotel (lobby and garden area and near swimming pool as well ) which destroys the exclusivity for someone who pays 8-9 k per day to wait in que for taking pictures and always being surrounded by big crowd the moment you step out of room. This is the only reason, I will not recommend anyone

The entry fee for visitors is ₹100 per person, which I found to be very reasonable considering what we got in return. Not only did we gain access to this stunning palace, but we also received complimentary tea or coffee and biscuits that we could claim inside by showing our tickets. The palace itself is a photographer's dream! With its magnificent architecture and beautiful surroundings, we were able to capture some truly stunning photos without the hassle of large crowds. In fact, it was quite peaceful compared to other tourist spots, allowing us to enjoy our time and take our time with the photography. We had a fantastic time exploring the palace and indulging in the complimentary snacks. The combination of beautiful scenery, fewer visitors, and a relaxed atmosphere made our visit to Lalitha Palace Mahal truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a picturesque spot in Mysore where you can take great photos without the crowds, I highly recommend making a stop here!

And don’t miss their Ginger Lemon Tea — it’s refreshing, soothing, and a perfect end to the meal. The ambiance is cozy and clean, with a traditional North Indian touch. I went for lunch and ordered paneer paratha, but it was too salty. The staff had no proper communication with customers — it almost felt like we came for free food. Personally, I didn’t like the vibe; it doesn’t feel like a proper restaurant or hotel, more like a hostel. You will find other good North Indian restaurants in this area, so overall this place was disappointing for me.

We had a disappointing experience during our visit. The owner was quite rude and not at all welcoming to customers. We were asked to place our order even before getting a seat, which was unexpected. It’s a self-service setup, where customers need to collect their food from the counter and are also expected to return the plates after eating. However, this was not clearly communicated anywhere. What made us feel uncomfortable was that the owner cleared the plates for other customers, but ignored ours, which felt disrespectful and left us feeling insulted. A little more clarity and courtesy would definitely improve the experience for future visitors.

We stayed overnite. The place is boutique hotel with really courteous staff. The rooms were well maintained. The bathroom definitely requires renovation with chips cmg of and bathtub having cracks. Definitely not a 5 star hotel plus not value for money. Gym is poorly maintained with treadmill not working. Good breakfast spread & centrally located is the pros. Will recommend only for short overnite stay.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip. Wonderful spacious and very comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Great service from the front desk and the restaurant staff. Lovely spacious interior courtyard for alfresco dining or on those chilly mornings enjoy the generous buffet breakfast in the dining room. At dinner the volcano brownie was my favourite dessert!

Visited high tea cafe over the weekend and was truly impressed by the sheer royalty of the ambience and the warm hospitality. We ordered the Veg Grilled Sandwich and Special Bombay Toast, both served with French fries and a side salad. Also tried the Chocolate Milkshake. The taste and quantity were definitely worth the price. The milkshake was mildly sweet, which I appreciated, though I felt it could have been a bit thicker. Overall, it’s a lovely spot—great for both dates and quality family time.

I recently visited Cuppa Redefined at the Mall of Mysore, and unfortunately, it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. Let’s start with the positives — because yes, there were a few. The atmosphere was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The space feels fresh, clean, and cozy, with lots of attention given to lighting and seating. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to sit down and stay for a while. But sadly, that’s where the good things stop. Now, the food was a mixed bag. My daughter ordered the pasta, and I’ll give credit where it’s due — it was excellent, a solid 10/10. Creamy, flavorful, and cooked just right. But the moment we tasted the burger, everything went downhill. It was soggy, poorly presented, and frankly, unacceptable. A burger should never taste like it’s been sitting in a box too long. This one was limp and lifeless. Just based on that one dish, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It honestly soured the entire experience. I also tried the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was just okay. It tasted more like a basic iced latte and didn’t have the bold, deep flavor Vietnamese coffee is known for. It also lacked enough ice, which made it lukewarm halfway through. Now let’s talk about the menu — a real headache. Instead of a physical menu or a simple digital version, they’ve opted for a clunky web browser format that is awkward to scroll through. It’s not user-friendly, and it feels like an afterthought rather than something designed with the customer in mind. The service was another major disappointment. For most of our time there, we felt unattended to. Our server was barely around, and when we did need assistance, there was no one in sight. It felt like we were just left to figure everything out ourselves. All in all, while the place may look appealing at first glance, the experience just doesn’t live up to the promise. A restaurant needs more than nice furniture and lights to succeed — attentive service, consistent food quality, and a better ordering system matter so much more. We left feeling let down, especially because we had high hopes when we walked in. Sadly, this one was all style and not enough substance. Not worth a return visit.

Pasta 10/10 Burger 2/10 I would not recommend this restaurant just because of this burger, soggy and unacceptable. Vietnamese iced coffee: 4/5 Tastes like a regular iced latte, definitely not as strong as it should be, also wasn’t served with enough ice. Menu: 4/10 design was awkward and uncomfortable, sucks to scroll through a web browser to choose your food. Service: 3/10 left to be desired, we felt unattended to and the attendant was gone for the majority of our meal. Atmosphere: 9/10 definitely a very pleasant and beautiful restaurant.

I really don't know what's the hype about this place. Went there to have Deep Dish Pizza but it wasn't available. This place is located in a narrow side lobby outside the mall. The place has a lot of flies and generally felt unhygienic. We ordered for 3 burgers and 2 chocolate shakes which cost us more than ₹1900. So not only was the experience/ food mediocre but the cost was not justified as well! Never going back there. Have been to the Cuppa branch in HSR, Bangalore - and they were far better in terms of both food and experience.

The place was empty when we went in. It was also the day of Varamahalaxmi, and I think they were grossly understaffed. The servers were painfully absent, and I reckon they had some temps in place as the people who were serving us were not wearing the Cuppa uniform. They also did not know much of the menu, and we had to go back and forth on basic things like setting a table with cutlery, bringing in water glasses and water, etc. We ordered quite a number of brunch items. The food was OKAY, not worth going back to. The eggs Benedict took 35 minutes to be prepared, and I realised after I got it that it may be as they kept messing it up. The Benedict eggs were overcooked, but I had waited 45 minutes by that time and didn't want to wait more. I just ate as much as I could. The pancakes were very dry, and no amount of butter or syrup would revive that thing. I seriously believe it may have been due to staff issues, and I hope to go back and give them one more try to see if there is any change. So maybe somewhere in the future, you may see an updated review if they manage to redeem themselves.

We were the first group of people who bombarded this place around 11:30 am. Still we enjoyed delicious & filling breakfast. Everything was good but didn’t match the flavours and taste of authentic items. Kudos for being close enough & being amazingly gud at customer service. My best was the protein plate which I didn’t take the photo as I got super busy eating it . Infact it’s a big portion but enough for gym lovers. Plate was colourful as right amount of veggies , meat & carbohydrates were served.

I had the worst experience at cuppa redefined. We visited on sunday afternoon and they did not have cheese, Nutella, fish fingers and what not. They did not disable these options on the online menu and only told us after the order was placed. When we asked to cancel the order, they said the preparation has already started. Pancakes were marked veg but had egg in it. Every dish we tried, veg or non veg was burnt and dry. When we complained, they said that they are understaffed and exhausted. Service was also poor and we left the place with a bitter taste

Good ambience and needed for a quick getaway or to chill at Mysore. Interiors are very well done with lovely graffiti. Their Chicken tandoori is their best seller and one of the best I've had at Mysore. Fries were good enough. LIT was okayish with not much flavour. Raja special peanuts were good too. Decent prices too and light on the pocket.

This place is the worst to have food. Taste quality isn't good and they charge a lot of money which is completely a big waste. I say people never to take the lime juice, because all I got was the plain water with little amount of sugar and lime, as to they use it for garnishing. Ice cream here is also never an option to eat. This was our second visit. The coffee was good and strong. Most of the items we had was of good taste and made. My friend loved chocolate donut and I loved egg puffs. It’s a perfect spot for evening coffee and snacks. Also, a good hangout place if you need some fresh air.

Stayed here for 2 days in September 2025. I was aware of Ginger brand and expecting more. But this is average hotel. Located around 1km from railway station. Not crowdy area. No shops, restaurants etc near hotel. We need to walk for 7-8 min for restaurant or shops. Hotel rooms are OK. Not great feeling. Need to improve cleanliness and room amenities. Hot water available for 24 hours. Only 1 half liter drinking water bootle was provided.Later when we asked, they gave additional. Overall OK. I would give 3/5.

Good front office and service staff. Sarthak from Front office was specifically very helpful. Great location. Generous parking facilities.Property is quite dated. Noisy exhaust, jaded fixtures temper what otherwise would have been a great experience. Staff are responsive, but mostly reactive. For the price a customer pays, it is reasonable if a customer expects better experience and value. Hope this feedback helps management achieve the same.

My family and I reached 10:30pm - right at close of their dinner service. However, they were very accommodative, taking final orders and thankfully keeping dinner service open till we finished. This was specially appreciated as I travel with my elderly mother and 2 small kids. Special call out to Bala for the same. The location is good and staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are decent and check-in/out quite simple and hassle-free. Found the rooms to be on smaller side. Parking is a mite difficult on busy days, though still within campus. The gym is quite frankly in state of neglect/disrepair. Would still visit again- as none are deal breakers for me, and they have a winning staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my recent family visit. Rooms: Rooms are small in size. Bathroom had some smell and muddy water was coming. Looks like they missed pre inspection of the room before guest checking. But they have fixed issues quickly. Room had AC, fridge, Kettle. They have cleaned room everyday. Staff: looks professional Breakfast: with good options and quality Parking: ample of parking. I guess they can accommodate 30-40 cars

We just went there for the coffee and the coffee was extremely good. Coffee at this place in the morning is so pleasant. It has nice ambience both inside and outside. Felt so calm just sitting there. And the staff here are very nice and responsive. They have very nice croissants and breads. Would definitely suggest the freshly brewed coffee to the people.

While the place seems to be gaining a lot of attention, my experience with three items was mixed. First, the almond croissant was truly outstanding—definitely one of the best I've ever had! On the other hand, the fried chicken burger was a bit disappointing. The flavor was just okay, and I felt it didn’t justify the price. The spaghetti with shredded chicken also left something to be desired, as it tasted quite bland. Overall, I likely wouldn’t return just for the food or services. However, I might consider coming back to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere, especially when meeting up with my friends from Mysore.

I loved SAPA Sourdough & Pastry. It was such a lovely experience that me and my family visited it twice within a week. In fact on 4th & 5th October 2025. In totality, we ended up spending almost 5K but every paisa was worth spending here. This is one of those places that you just can't stop loving. The staff was Amazing with a capital A! The vibe, environment, the feel, everything was wonderful. Karan eho served us food on both occasions, gave us the best recommendations for food and drinks. So good that even my daughter loved the food here. I just stood up in front of the counter and admired their bakery processes & food for five minutes before realizing i might've made the bakery lady chef a bit uncomfortable. So i removed myself immediately and apologized. But the whole staff was very very cute, polite and loving. I agree that the place is highly over prized and too much costly. But sometimes, when you're visiting the town for a vacation and end up visiting such a lovely place, you make lifelong memories. Like Karan! You can't forget him. He even remembered our order from the first day, and claimed that he even knew how much the bill was. My point is that this is a lovely place.

Was extremely disappointed by this place, seemed understaffed. No water given until asked No cutlery at all. No condiments( salt, pepper, ketchup) We ordered burgers, which came with 6 fries and was served cold and was a sloppy mess. Could not eat it, had to leave and go elsewhere for dinner. It does have potential to be a nice place, it looks cute and the one staff that was there was pleasant. Unfortunate.

The place has a really good ambience which is vintage and rustic. The wait time for food was a bit long even though we were the only crowd in the whole restaurant. The staff are polite and friendly. The Chicken Double Trouble burger was amazing. And their newly launched Chicken Steak with Grilled Veggies and Mashed Potatoes was a blast to munch on. Absolutely delicious taste and would definitely recommend these two dishes here. There’s good choices of music that’s played on overhead speakers.

A Very unique kind of Ambience you will find in Mysuru. You will fall in love with the place. The taste of the food was also good. The ambience is relaxing. The place feels like a nice getaway. The menu is okayish. They also organize events, which are not even worth the money. We were charged 3k for a couple of helium balloons, worth 200 and paper props worth 300 bucks. The flowers that were promised were apparently invisible ones. The decor mainly included plants and a table cloth. It was very disappointing.

Ordered chicken club sandwich, chicken salad, chilli chicken and pasta. The chicken items were pretty good, only the chicken in the salad could have been slightly more. They had a white sauce or red sauce pasta, but since we wanted a mix, they actually custom made it for us and it tasted excellent! The quality was good and quantity too. Would definitely visit this place especially during evenings as they have outdoor seating and a good ambience. They have ample parking space too.

I have ordered from zamato "I’m extremely disappointed with the chocolate cake I received. It had a terrible smell, like it was spoiled or made with bad ingredients. This is completely unacceptable from a professional bakery. You seriously need to check your quality control. I expect a full refund or replacement immediate.

The taste of cakes are excellent no doubt. The way they handle customers initially seemed fine... But on getting delivery it seemed one of the cakes was badly done and in hurry... Even after placing the order 4 days before and calling 4 hours before the pick up! I had to cut sorry face to the one who was supposed to cut it with happiness.. I feel sad after paying 1.8k for a cake... I wanted them to be the best cakes... I wouldn't go back...

This is one of the blissful places I found in Mysuru. The environment is sooo calming and the peace you can feel. We ordered Babycorn Manchurian, Cortoda, and doppi espresso. It was reasonable price and better taste. You can also leave your footwear outside and sit inside, can read their books from the selves, can enjoy the call atmosphere with some relaxation to your brain. 🧠

I have been coming to eat at Santosha for several years, before and after they changed locations, and have never stopped enjoying the peaceful and homey atmosphere, delicious food, and hospitality. There are several new cafes in Gokulam, but of all of them, Santosha offers the most nourishing South Indian thali. For the price, they offer many more vegetables and items, and it tastes like fresh clean home cooked food every single time. It is by far the best thali option in all of Gokulam. They have several other items on the menu that are delicious. This place should definitely not be overlooked or the programs that they offer to the public for free.

Pros: The rooms are good, washrooms are tidy & well equipped. There is a small kids play area near to the dining room. Buffet breakfast was good. An excellent spacious pool on rooftop, a gym and a spa which is serene and calm. Gym is well maintained. There is a relaxing area near the pool. There is a small bar and restaurant on ground floor. Also There is valet parking. Cons: Rooms are with few stains here and there in carpet, armchair and on the bed linen. There is no pool/garden view room as the location is admist the city. One of the two lift was out of service when we stayed. We had to wait for 15mins every time to use the lift. The buffet food (breakfast) taste was excellent and quite satisfying. Except the place is highly crowded to accommodate all the people in a compact dine-in room. Had to wait for 15-20 mins to get into a table for breakfast. On top of it, there was fruit flies everywhere on the fruits and desserts. I hope the management will look into the cleanliness part while serving food like buffets. Finally,the check in process/waiting time was more than 20mins. Also The wifi didn't connect when we checked in and the room key didnt work properly. We called the front desk like 4-5times to rectify the same. Everytime someone picks up the phone and say we will look into it and nothing happens. Even after 4 calls. The front desk can speed up the process on the above issues. Overall, a good stay cation for holidays.

The service was the highlight of our stay. excellent staff very attentive and courteous and the breakfast buffet had a good spread. Some items were average like the breads but overall excellent spread of dishes and loved the coffee/tea counter 👍 The rooms though are a bit tired in need of a renovation/update was disappointed wouldn’t say it’s 5star at all more a 3 star and didn’t look like it’s pictures on booking .com. Also felt that the volume of the music in the dining hall was a bit too loud.

A nice, modern and western style hotel. The rooms were fairly clean and the series was good. Some staff were very helpful and even helped me purchase a bus ticket when I wasn't able to. Other staff had a very poor grasp of English and made it difficult to communicate my needs with them. Simple requests like finding the offered yoga classes in the morning were a challenge. The attention to detail in cleaning could use a little more effort in the rooms too if being picky

It s a wonderful experience with Grand Mercure. The reception desk staff is very polite, patient and understanding. Ms Liviya has beed very helpful and supportive. All services are very good. Ms Hemangi who is at the restaurant has been very kind and jovial and wonderful with my kids. Food is excellent! I highly recommend Grand Mercure in Mysuru.

Food here is genuinely good. We arrived a little early, so most of the items weren’t ready yet — but whatever was available turned out to be really tasty. I especially liked the coffee ☕, it was fresh and had a great flavour. Service is polite, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re nearby. It’s a bit tucked away in the interiors, so you might need to rely on Google Maps for directions.

They don't give you the menu card when you ask for it as they don't want you to see their exorbitant prices. Basic North Indian thali cost ₹200. Rotis were made of full maida. When we asked regarding that, the staff was proud to argue that they use only maida here for rotis. The rice they gave in the thali was drenched in oil. We couldn't even eat 1 spoon of rice. Dal was full watery. The management is too self righteous to admit anything. Overall, this was the worst thali i had in my life.

This place was good, we really liked the hospitality of the staff & owner uncle. As we dont know Kannada we conversed in english with the owner uncle. He was asking for order and ensured food served to us on time. I personally recommend idly and Methu vadai which was too good. Little over priced, but it was very neat & hygiene more like home cooked food.

Horrible experience ! I am sorry to write this but this was the most disastrous place I have ever been , first thing was we walked in at 4 pm all hungry and there was nothing but Chinese starters and that too limited and with very limited veg options we ended up ordering very basic gobi and baby corn manchurian and trust me it was the worst I have had. There was no garnishings on the manchurian and that was literally dipped in the tomato ketchup and absolutely puking taste ! I sincerely do not recommend this place even if you are dying of hunger . The service was horrible and kept on making us wait Trust me I feel roadside food has better taste and better service , just attaching the food pic for reference

Visited The Roost recently and I have to say, the ambience is absolutely lovely. The place has a warm, rustic charm that makes you want to linger a little longer. Whether you're catching up with friends or just unwinding, the setting really sets the mood right. That said, the food didn’t quite live up to the vibe. We tried a few dishes, and honestly, most of them fell short of expectations. The flavors were underwhelming, and presentation didn’t do much to help either. The only saving grace was the chicken lollypop—it was definitely better than the rest. Would I go back? Maybe for the ambience and a drink, but I’d think twice before ordering a full meal again.

i have been in Mysore for past 2years how come I have missed it i don't know, that was a lovely place where u can get food for all age groups from 2years to 70years, we had cream of Tomato 🍅 it was yummy, malai broccoli, Thai Curry with Rice. they charge u for the takeaway packing. One of the good rooftop cafes located in Mysuru, would recommend trying Paneer munchies , and had also ordered Veg Garlic Noodles with Manchurian Sauce, Mushroom veg sizzler platter, and Mojito's . This cafe just feels like home! Best part of this place you can spend as much time as you need relaxing without any disturbance! I usually drop here after a long ride and relax for 2-3 hours enjoying their food & drinks. The ambience is raw & rustic with impressive ceiling art and well maintained garden area outside. You'll get many seating options in here. But, I personally like the inside one. The service is to the point and focused towards giving more privacy to you. So, of you need to order, you might have to call the Steward personally. I really admire the way they serve here. I usually order veg burger combo which includes a single patty burger, fries & about 300ml coke. Burger was tasty, fries were just being fries... I find the combo meals to be value for money comparitively. They do accept cards & UPI for payments. The hygiene factor is good all over the place. We stop here after a family day trip to Mysore zoo on a cloudy day in May 2025. We reached there around 3 pm and it was only us. Staff and Owner are very good and polite. Ambiance is cosy, green landscaped and nice. We ordered Pizzas, Pasta, cold coffee, shakes, fries, burgers and each item is very fresh, delicious and served hot. Looks very hygienic and clean place as well. Washrooms while okay can be little better with access and cleanliness. Overall a great place for stop-over break on Mysore to Bengaluru journey

A very calm place ideal for a break during long drive or ride. They have some mini games as well to replenish energy. The food is good and reasonable in pricing. The best thing about this place is that it is very relaxing as there is plenty of plants placed and maintained very well.

We went at midnight which as a good atmosphere with plenty of area for roaming and the service also was fantastic with polite servicemen with easily accessible menu card with many options for food. The pizza we tried there was good with a reasonable price. The place as party halls too with advance booking it will be a go through place for parties. Old Place converted to a chocolate factory and a cafe . Nice and cozy ambience. Loved their chocolates. The chocolates are kept on display and also for tasting . The place is beautiful to spend some alone time. It's like an oasis in the middle of the city. The brews are great, hot chocolate is the one of the finest in the city. It's in an old house that is not super picture friendly. The food is not great, serving sizes are small, everything seems dry and aged. The taste needs to improve a lot compared to drinks they serve

It is a peaceful place with some amazing brews. One of my favorite is hot chocolate. Even the mocha is amazing. Do visit their exclusive variety of chocolates. Never ever in my entire life have I had to consume such obnoxious bs in the name of artisan chocolate. Whoever thought that half cooked brocolli with chocolate sauce was a good idea? An unsweetened watered down ice chocolate and a tasteless, thin, shaken frappe, and some brocollies later, I honestly have no words. This for sure has to be some kind of social experiment to serve the people horrendous food with vintage ambience and great service, and see how they react. Please avoid this "fancy" place when you visit Mysore.

The pastry counter is creative but occasionally uneven. Our cheese-pineapple scone sounded intriguing yet landed a bit flat, missing the buttery lift you expect from a scone. Still, the staff were quick to note the feedback and offered a brownie sample on the house—classic small-town hospitality. Prices feel fair for bean-to-bar quality (coffees ₹180-₹250; pastries ₹120-₹180). Add in reliable Wi-Fi and shelves stacked with award-winning chocolate bars to sample or gift, and it’s easy to see why locals treat this spot like a second living room. Despite the occasional pastry miss, I’ll be back for the mocha, chilled Americano and the relaxed, heritage vibe that makes Naviluna uniquely Mysuru.

Very over hyped place and not worth paying so much for. The hot chocolate was like watered down chocolate milk, the brioche and carrot cake were dry and bad. The only nice thing about the place is the old house that it’s set up in. Would not recommend at all. There are much better cafes with better food in Mysore.

I am excited! This is my first live review!! I am reviewing as I wait for my daughter to finish her delicious chocolate fudge. Casual, outdoorish ambiance, pretty elaborate menu, yummy taste, very reasonable price.......all these are 5 star materials. But one thing I am stumped by is provision of simple wooden games in every table!! Something that was desperately needed to take attention of my daughter away from mobile phone!

Do try a sandwich and even the French fries had more quantity good for friends and family.

Ambience is good to hangout with friends and family. Items served here almost matches the taste of authentic Maharashtrian vada pav and sabudaana vada. The pav in the pav bhaji is served just with butter topping but not shallow roasted both sides. Classic mumbai toast was quite a disappointment with quantity n size. Most famous mango mastani is yummy, sweet ripe mangoes used is of good quality. Atmosphere can be improved with table fans as it was very hot even in the evenings. Our overall experience was good and please visit here with patience as the place is crowded most of the time.

I have tried Mango mastani and some of the other lunch and snacks items. Mango mastani is a trap...juice they made up with different verity of mango which taste sour (kaccha), garnish mango 4-5 small cubes are sweet. All are overpriced and service is utter worst...and they take lot of time to serve. And students are always occupied here and no proper place management. I recommend don't come with the family here

The ambience is inviting and airy. The vada pav and dabeli we had was average and had potential to improve. Mango mastani was very good with ripe mango pieces and pulpy mango. We had visited to taste variety of vada pav, but later got to know that dabeli and thetcha vada pav are available as snacks. Lunch menu is available as well.

A decent place to have a snack with friends and family. Visited a couple of times, and taste was inconsistent. Items which were good the first time around didn't taste the same the next time, though it was not too bad. But would still recommend this.

Decent Ambience, quality food in tranquil area. I have visited this place for 3 times till now with my friends, and tasted mango mastani, vada pav, pav bhaji, veg paratha, paneer manchurian, veg noodles, paneer noodles and schezwan noodles, peri peri fries, chocolate icecream shake and much more. It was all absolutely scrumptious.

‼️CAUTION - On weekend’s it’s only Buffets, No in house service, we didn’t know that, and were not informed by any of the staff as well, hence were quite disappointed. Overall the ambience was quite breathtaking, something that would’ve made the buffet worth it, but there was a heavy lack of Non - Veg Options, limited to only 3 items, out of which one was fish, and no chicken main course as well. The food overall was quite mid, but slightly disappointed for the hefty price tag of a 1000 per person.

We recently visited Lalitha Mahal Palace with family, carrying high expectations given the reputation and heritage of the place. Unfortunately, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was very poor nowhere close to what one would expect from such a prestigious location. On top of that, the serving time was ridiculously slow, making the entire meal frustrating and unenjoyable. It felt like the staff was completely unprepared and indifferent to guest satisfaction.It felt like we were paying a premium for garbage. Overall, a very poor experience, and we would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Not upto the mark at all. I was there with big expectations but food was a huge turn off. None of the dishes served felt fresh; they lacked taste and texture. I only liked the ambience but that was again a disappointment as there was a very mouldy stench all over. I couldn't accept the fact that such a place would serve poor food. Adding to that, the waiters didn't help serve food on our plates, they just placed the dish on the table and left, leaving us feeling lost and not handled well.

The ambiance is surely amazing , but the food is not upto it. The food is very average and have visited for evening snacks and they hardly have any options. Better to pay the entry fee and just utilise that for coffee here to see the grand palace. It’s not worth trying food here.

This cafe shop is located inside Hotel Sandesh, the Prince. The cafe shop is elegant and attractive. Elite people from far and near throng to this coffee shop round the clock. The staffs are cordial and the service is very good. The cost of the items are a bit expensive, but it is worth the taste of the items served in the shop. The seating arrangement is also very good that makes the sipping of the coffee a good experience to remember for long time.

This coffee cafe is indoor of "sandesh the prince" hotel. I'd ordered veg Sandwich which is the best ever sandwiches I'd had in my life😍. The sandwich here is luxurious to its best and worth a penny. But I'd also regret of ordering tomato soup😒. I'd paid 750 for both which is costly but the sandwiches are to die for.

Its a cafe in a fancy-a$$ hotel. And they underline that in their prices... French fries 200, Pizzas 350..so far ok, right? Just wait :-)... Fish finger 550, plain dosa 250, vegetable puff 200!!! Lol... I ordered a mix fruit sundae, all it had was apples and musk melon. Yes, musk melon! Sure you can use this place if you are short of air and need coffee to breathe... But hey, there is a CCD very nearby too! :-) two stars for its ambience..

Hospitality at its worst . The steward doesn't even respond to you . Worst place to have pizza for sure . They ask whts pizza seasoning is to us . Never try it at all.. Word from the wise .

Worst coffee I had in a while :/ tasted like instant coffee. Beautiful Atmosphere and polite service though. I don't suggest the black coffee.
