There is a long strip leading up to the monument that is in the roundabout. It is a nice area to walk around, gets very busy at night with people walking around and kids roller blading.

The Independence Monument in Phnom Penh is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Built in 1958 to celebrate Cambodia’s independence from French colonial rule, it stands tall and proud in the center of a busy roundabout — shaped like a lotus flower, inspired by Angkor Wat architecture.
While you can’t go inside, it’s still worth stopping by — especially during the day when the area is calmer and traffic lighter. At night, it’s beautifully lit, but also more crowded.
There’s a nice park area around it where locals relax, jog, or sit in the shade. A good photo spot, a piece of history, and a peaceful moment in the middle of Phnom Penh’s buzz.

I brought myself to run from home, located on street 197 across from BKK, to Wat Butom garden to participate in “Viksit Bharat Run 2025”, which is a Sunday challenge to boost my motivation to move on 🏃♀️
Clean, large square. Public toilets available for a fee. Lots of fun going on in the evening. People dance and play games. The very bad air is very stressful, though.
Absolutely beautiful wat. Friendly people, even let me look inside a newly constructed pair of Pagodas that wasn't open to the public yet.
In one of the temples, there is a wax figure or mummy of a monk...I am thoroughly unsure about if it is actually wax or a real human being. Went there 2 times and still wasn't sure. 🤣🙈
Wat Botum Park is an ideal destination for weekends or leisure time. The park offers ample space for walking, running, skating, biking, dancing, and various other activities. Wat Phnom Daun Penh is a captivating Buddhist temple that stands as the tallest religious structure in Phnom Penh, with its origins dating back to 1373. This iconic site is steeped in legend, particularly the tale of a wealthy woman named Penh who discovered four bronze Buddha statues floating down the Mekong River. To honor these sacred relics, she constructed an artificial hill—Phnom—which ultimately gave the city its name.
Lovely temple / park that only costs $1 per person to enter. Highly recommend adding this temple to your things to do in Phnom Penh.
The park also has a lovely cafe / souvenir shops inside - loads of lovely statues and wooden figurines.

The price is $1 for foreigners. The place is pleasant to walk around, you can get to the temple at the top. Many sculptures to admire! Can be done in less than 1 hour.
A visit to Cambodia has to include thus amazing site - absolutely stunning, and my second visit. Some 19/20 years on there is little change - other than the amount of tourists !! Seeing the sunrise behind the temple is superb, but arriving at any time is just as good. Allow at least a couple of hours to walk round, climb the steps to look across the temple, meet local people etc there's toilets on site, local stalls, food etc. There are numerous other temples well worth visiting around here. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with an amazing history.
This is a Buddhist temple in the centre of Phnom Penh on top of a small hill. You can get great views of the city from here. Wat Phnom has a height of 46 meters. The pagoda is named after Lady Penh from the story of the discovery of the four Buddha statues and one Vishnu statue. There are a stupa, pagoda and temple at the site
Beautiful temple to visit while in Phnom Penh. The price of entry for foreigners is only $1 per person and definitely worth the price. The grounds are beautiful and not over crowded. Definitely recommend drinking plenty of water as there is a moderate hill to climb to get to the temple. Overall, one of the best attractions visited while in Phnom Penh.

It is worth a visit to Wat Phnom if you are in central Phnom Penh. It is the starting for all major highways in Cambodia as well as the legendary origin stories of our city. Even the name Phnom Penh, literally "the hill of Lady Penh", reinforces the centrality of Wat Phnom, as this pagoda is the hill that Lady Penh built to honour 4 Buddhist statues that miraculous floated down the river to her.
Whether you believe the stories or not, come see the altars dedicated to Lady Penh adjacent to a Buddhist temple (a nice mixing of Buddhism and traditional shamanism).
The pagoda grounds also feature a statue representing the return of Battambang and Siem Reap from Thailand to Cambodia, a reminder that the current Thai-Khmer problems are certainly not the first instance of friction between the two nations.

There are a lot of cultural performances in the pagoda stage so check the schedule to see if anything is going on during your visit.
Also, during Khmer New Year in April, this pagoda is the epicenter of music, dancing and water fighting for the whole of PP.
Went on a Sunday at around 5.30pm. They told me to put the $1 in a box, and no tickets were issued. Other than that, place was nice, beautiful buildings, and sunset was super awesome. Spent around 1hr and 10mins to take multiple photos.

Cleanliness deserves special mention: all pools were crystal clear, changing rooms spotless, and the entire park meticulously maintained. The staff regularly checked and cleaned facilities throughout our visit.
Safety was clearly a priority, with attentive lifeguards stationed at every attraction who were both vigilant and friendly. The park wasn't overcrowded despite visiting during peak season, which made for shorter queues and a more relaxed experience.
Food options were diverse and surprisingly good quality for a water park. We particularly enjoyed the grilled options and fresh salads. Prices were reasonable considering the venue type.
Staff members were exceptionally helpful, from the friendly welcome at reception to assistance with lockers and directions around the park. When my daughter lost her bracelet, a staff member went above and beyond to help us find it.
The park layout is well-designed with plenty of shaded seating areas and loungers available. We appreciated the clearly marked maps throughout the facility.
Parking was ample and included in the admission price, which itself offered excellent value for a full day of entertainment. Their online booking system was seamless and offered a slight discount.
For anyone considering a visit - arrive early, bring sunscreen, and plan to spend the whole day to fully enjoy all attractions. Garden City Water Park has become our new summer tradition and we're already planning our return visit!

Good place to visit. Family friendly. But the kitchen counter top up needs some training on how to communicate properly with guest.
Food abit expensive. But overall experience is ok.
Their website suggests that they have something for everyone yet the deepest pool they had was 100cm. They did have a 180cm one that you couldn’t swim in only jump in. So if you are an adult there isn’t anything to do here, its pretty much only for kids and babies as well as the parents who stand next to the kids. The staff was kind that’s the only reason i gave 2 stars. Also recommend buying tickets online since its cheaper.
A bit pricy, but when we got to the big slides could see why it was worth the price. The slides were super fun! If you're not going to do the slides, not worth it, however it is a very nice place to play with kids. Super roomy and has tons of play areas and other slides
great variety of slides and play area. the food at the food court is also delicious and decently priced.
recommend that you wear swimwear that doesn't have zipper or pocket in the back so that you can enjoy all the rides and activities. also bring footwear since the concrete will be hot during the day. however, they are quite strict about sunglasses, hat, watch, footwear, and phone on many rides. I recommend read their FAQ page on their website.

It was a very nice water park, had various slides and a wave pool, plus a lazy river.
However most attractions don’t open until like 11:30am-12:30pm, so coming early wastes a lot of your time.
The wave pool is a scam, not a single wave was witnessed. Most of the slides need 2 people, so as a solo traveler it was a bit limited.
It’s a Sunday and there’s not many people around which is strange for a water park at the least.
But the rides I did go on were good

I have been going to this water park for 5 years now. It used to be brilliant. The decline is incredible. I went 4 months ago and noticed all the slides were no longer slidey. I got stuck in a few of them and had to crawl out! Went again yesterday hoping this would have been fixed. But it was worse. I don't know anything about flume maintenance but surely they need to be cleaned and have some sort of water treatment to keep the friction. I don't believe anything in this park has ever been cleaned. The water was dirty. The floor of the wave pool is badly damaged and needs replaced. Saw two staff members sleeping at there food kiosk! And the ones who were awake had a terrible attitude.
I used to love this water park and hope it can be returned to what it used to be. Surely they must clean/fix the slides and take proper care of the place. Otherwise there is just no point in going.

A lovely buddhist temple sitting at the heart of Phnom Penh. Monks actively live and practice here. Entrance is free but please be quiet while roaming the temple ground to avoid distracting the people in prayer.
A quiet temple in the middle of the city, free of entrance. The temple is located within a monastery. There are active Buddhist monks living there. It's little place of calm and relaxing in the otherwise buzzing city.

I had the pleasure of visiting Wat Langka during my recent trip to Cambodia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This beautiful temple is steeped in history and culture, and it was amazing to see all of the intricate details and artwork that make it so unique.
The temple grounds are peaceful and serene, and the lush greenery that surrounds the temple creates a wonderful atmosphere that is perfect for meditation and reflection. The architecture of the temple is simply breathtaking, with stunning carvings and decorations that showcase the incredible skill of the artisans who created them.
The highlight of my visit to Wat Langka was definitely the opportunity to speak with some of the monks who live and work there. They were so welcoming and friendly, and I learned so much about their way of life and the teachings of Buddhism. It was a truly enlightening experience that I will never forget.

The purpose why we went there was to attend mediation with the monks but there was none when we arrived. Nevertheless I will give it 3 stars because going there is free. No entrance fee.
They have this time to meditate with the monks on selected days. If I am not mistaken, MONDAYS-SATURDAYS 5pm to 7pm. Sorry, I forgot to write down the schedule. No meditation on Sunday. We went there Sunday so we had no luck. Anyway, the architecture is beautiful. It's just near Independence Monument so if you have spare time you can just stop by to have a picture taken and continue with the rest of your tour.
Wat Langka is near Independence Monument. This is a small pagoda with a very nice Buddhist temple inside. There is not much to see for locals. There is no entry fee so why not visit one more temple if you are touring around the city.

A small but beautiful park in Koh Pich area of central Phnom Penh, Coconut Park is a great place to take a few photos with the greenery and fruit trees or walk out the back of the garden to get some shots along the Bassac River

In the middle of the city but the place get a fresh feeling of green and windy from river. It’s best for hang out as family/ friends or chilling alone.

Once, I went there without any plan. This is a good spot for a picnic with a small bunch of food, but I bought sth to eat there because they have an event. I ate the donut, and the drinks are so good. They have a place for skateboarding in the garden. And also they allow us to bring our pet to play there, interesting place.
Natural green 💚 park with cool events happening every week and lots of doggos to see and pet. 🛑 There's a rule to no bringing outside food or drink 🛑. There's a cafe inside with coffee, boba and tea and food are available inside as there's another restaurant cafe with Lego shop.

Located within a park, at the centre of it in fact for this statue. The surrounding was well-kept and clean when I visited. Some drawbacks were that I saw people sleeping beside the statue when I visited at night. The place looked better in the night time with all the lightings.
This statue is inside a joggers park. The area is well maintained, clean and beautiful.
It is a free entry to visit the statue and the park.
Evening is ideal to visit this place to avoid heat and enjoy beautiful lighting in the area.

It was not crowded in the morning but would gain its crowd by noon. Bought my tickets online, checked-in and got my wristbands in just couple minutes.
You can also top up some balance to your wristbands right at the entrance for you to buy food, drinks or any additional attraction fee later. Another top-up booth will be available at the food stall area as well, in case you missed the first one.
There are toilets, resting spots, benches, shades and booths accessible almost everywhere. They also have a train (with a fee) for you to hop on if you can’t or choose not to walk.
There are variety of animals to see, observe and/or interact with. There are multiple shows throughout the day. Best is you could spend the whole day. It is a great experience for children. I love that everything is so accessible, available to grab, seating areas with shades almost everywhere that accommodate both young people and adults.
P.S. you can even go there by the city bus that cost only 1500r (~0.4$) per person. It’s so convenient and affordable.
Please be open-minded, patient, and respectful. The people there are amazing—very friendly and helpful, despite possible language barriers. So, reciprocate the great hospitality they show you.

Crocodiles are beaten and left with rotting fungal infections. Baby animals have their mouths taped shut so tourists can pose with them. Orangutans are paraded in bikinis, forced to perform humiliating tricks for crowds. Elephants, wounded and shackled, are lined up for rides. Tigers are whipped into jumping through flaming hoops.
This isn’t entertainment, it’s an endless cycle of abuse. Every ticket sold funds more suffering. We owe it to these beautiful animals to choose compassion over cruelty. Doing better starts with each of us.
Quite literally the best zoo I have been to in my life and I have been to zoos from Europe to Africa to Australia. The sheer amount of different things you come across and the ingenuity in the shows. I loved all of it. It was so quiet and you could do everything without a crowd. I took so many great pictures and saw shows I’ve never seen anywhere else and never will probably. A lot of people have problems with some of it especially with the monkeys but I remind myself rule of Cambodia applies. I don’t live there and don’t always know the circumstances. To me it looks like the staff take a lot of time to train the animals and genuinely enjoy doing it! This is a genuine must do in Cambodia !

Phnom Penh Safari is actually a zoo. Quite far from the city center, it is still worth it if you have kids. There are giraffes, tigers, deers , crocodiles, bears, etc. It is not a big zoo, but quite enough and clean.

Very nice and relaxing and cool to see the animals. The circuses offer a lot of entertainment. There are 2 problems, one is the price, the food shops are fine but the price to take pictures with exotic animals or even hold one. Two, a lot of animals are not seen in the cages or missing, like the animal is no where to be found. But overall, is fine.

PH Euro Park is a really nice spot for walking, relaxing, and taking photos. The whole area has a European-style design with mini landmarks, colorful buildings, and a calm atmosphere — perfect for Instagram shots!
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around (like Starbucks and The Pizza Company), so it’s a good place to chill with friends or family. Entry is free, which is great.
It can get a bit crowded in the evenings and weekends, and it’s quite hot during the day — best time to visit is late afternoon or sunset when the lights come on.
Overall, a beautiful, clean, and modern park — highly recommended if you’re in Phnom Penh! 🌿📸✨
An incredibly beautiful park, the atmosphere here is created in a completely European style. The atmosphere at night was much more interesting, which was captivating. A great place to spend a great time, especially Brown Cafe.
I'm not sure if this place was built and failed or if it's not finished being built yet, but it appears unfinished... or empty compared to the vision i imagine produced the place. Made to represent parts of Europe (hence the name), with scale(?!?I think!?!) famous buildings from around the world. The massive, humongous "great hall" dwarfed everything else in the complex, and there were"no entry" signs that stopped us having a look inside. There was a Sydney Opera House, an Arch de Triomph, an Eiffel Tower, and several other buildings in the style of the Dutch, and a representation of the canals of Venice, including a gondola. Beautiful gardens, some shaded areas. No cost to get in which was a change, but it seemed most of the buildings housed restaurants that were not open while I was there. I would also suggest some sort of labels on the buildings so i would know what i was looking at!
Oh, and the manmade waterfall was sweet!
It's a great place to visit, perfect for kids, friends, family and every corner is instagramable. If you want your social media to be flooded with good pics, go here!

One of the best kids park in Phnom Penh. The park is huge and has a lot of places to go and explore, and you can have a lot of fun just alone. Mostly, the rides and places are kid-friendly and easy to access. The only scary part is the glass bridge in which you have to climb using the ropes attached to the top, and to get down you can either ride the loop slide or climb back down. The structure is strong but kinda scary. There are food stands inside the park and for an affordable price. There is also a night market and an ice cream truck, and the price here is cheap. Overall, a good family and kids park with a good atmosphere. Theres even a snow place outside too.

It is very close to Eden shopping mall in the center part of Phnom Penh. There is a wide range of Asian street food such as Chinese, Korean, Cambodian and Thai. The price of most food items here is just more or less 2.50$.

Unfortunately, old local habits catch up here also very fast and, wherever you go, you'll get your ears destroyed by guys like this one who will shout in loudspeakers for hours, interrupting his torrent of insanity by seconds of cheap boum boum sort of music, up,down, up, down - for hours long.
And when you think you can escape by going to their night market next door another clone of the same sort will be waiting for you to accompany your meal.
If you keep those nuisances, don't expect any foreigner to visit your park any second time.
They charge only kids for weekdays (Mon to Fri).
For mother and father are free entry, and also can bring some food without additional charging.

A food court with local delicacies (Flavours of Cambodia) is located on 4th floor. A Starbuck cafe is located at the ground floor & a cinema on the highest floor. Fully air-conditioned centre. Good place to seek refuge from Cambodia afternoon sun..

Kool place! It’s definitely gotten busier since last year. There aren't many restaurants, and the food court is a bit overpriced. There's also an empty Pizzy Company location above. We went to watch a movie, and it was a pretty kool experience. Afterward, my wife grabbed her coffee fix downstairs at Starbucks.

Bad security service moto parking! I go gym in Sorya since 2020 until now I keep to go there for gym ! But today at 6:30 pm 09,09,25 I have a bad experience with the guy security service at the parking moto because my phone was finished balance I didn’t know because when I was at the gym club we used WiFi so after gym when I move out at the parking I can’t use my ABA and in my bag I have only 50$ and I give it to him I said if you have change you take this he refused to take it so he block me a few minutes I ask him can I go and I will bring back he still make it difficult for just 1000r lol and after that he said he need to call his boss for that issue what the hell it just for 1000r he make so much difficult….you think I will cheat for 1000r? guys please check your security service it bad after this month I will stop my gym there I gonna change to another place!
There is a movie theater, Starbucks, but the clothes and shoes are outdated and pricey. Most of the shops were also closed or under renovation. The supermarket, though, was good. Most of the products came from Thailand.
Sorya shopping mall is the first modern shopping center in Phnom Penh, capital city of Cambodia which official opening in 2002. There are many stores are selling clothes, shoe, watch, etc. It’s a beauty shopping mall with a great design which remind me old memory.

The Riverside Park in Phnom Penh is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful river views. A hidden gem in Phnom Penh - had a good pool day here. Pool access is free if you spend more than $5 on food or drink - which is easy to accomplish. It’s not crowded or too busy - but we went on a Monday and there was good availability. Would recommend for a visit. Pool is always a great temperature being that it is a shallow pool at 1.2 meters deep, very large area so no crowding problem.
Food and drink orders must be +$5 per person as this accounts for the free swimming, but ordering is easy and a a lot of variety so staying for +2 hours is so easy to eat , swim and relax. No outside food or drink allowed and no necessary as not overly expensive here. $3.50 beers and $5 spirits just don’t buy the bottle for +$80 bourbon bottle.
Staff are friendly and service time is reasonable. Order food first then swim and cool down. No one is hurried out of their lounge so can stay for a few hours. Can reserve a lounge space for +4 people. Weekends are usually very busy, but weekdays usually no problem getting a good spot.
Great place to while away an afternoon. We went on a Friday afternoon, plenty of vacant seating areas available. The pool is big with clean water and great to cool down in. Food and drinks are a little bit expensive but as long as you spend $5 per person there is no charge to swim. Towels are $1 each to rent. Staff friendly and efficient. In all a excellent place to chill out and swim. Recommended 👍

I was looking for a relax day after Tuol sleng prison museum and killing fields. This was a “free entry” if you spend $5 on drinks or food. I got a sangria and fruit plate for $7 or $8 Overpriced compared to markets. But I’d pay to use the facility. So worth it in my opinion.

The park features life-sized animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar, providing an exciting experience for kids. Visitors can learn about each species and their unique characteristics, as well as when they became extinct. The park also offers an indoor playground with separate tickets available. It's a great place to visit with children, offering both entertainment and education.
I want to thank the person who built this beautiful dinosaur park! You did a wonderful job and it’s very kind that you allow people to come here for free! We enjoyed the morning here with grandparents and grandchildren all having a good time.

I absolutely loved this park. Thank you for making it 😄 I imagine it's equally fun for families and dino- nerds such as yours truly. 🤓 (Bong!) It's is laid out with care and knowledge, with enough (literal) space between the learning and the fun having, the scary and the beautiful... Two rivers, a vulcano, a waterfall, paddle boats, a ferris wheel, a stage, hell, even an ice skating rank. Bronze placards with updated information, stone walled bridges, and paths walking us through (millions of years) the 3 dinosaur periods. A plethora of activities for everyone. To me it was wonderful seeing both the largest mammal to ever exist (as far as we know) - the Argentinosaurus - in real size- as well as smaller and lesser known species such as Oliorotitan (duck billed dinosaur with no known relatives from late Jura) #represented! I was the only visitor on a Thursday morning- and I had no clue where or how to buy a ticket - I asked, but staff didn't understand me 🥺one of the staff was so nice, he even went go- carting with me 😅 and oh boy did he slay. If any of the managers of the park read this: please 🙏 notify me - because I would like to come back and pay for my visit!!
Our family had a fun time at Dinosaur Park Phnom Penh. Entry was free, and we enjoyed walking around seeing the animatronic dinosaurs roaring and moving. Our son loved riding a couple of the dinosaurs, and we also tried the paid rides like the flying dinosaur and bumper cars.
We spent a couple of hours exploring the different dinosaurs, fossils, and even the volcano — overall a good experience. Sadly, we learned from the staff that this was the park’s last day open. They’re still deciding whether to renovate or completely change the concept.
It was our first visit, and it’s sad it may also be our last. I hope they bring it back with some innovations to make it even more family-friendly, with fun for both kids and parents.

We went there again after our first nice visit 4 month ago. Me and my 5 year old son. This time we didnt liked it as well. All attractions and rides were closed. The dome with playground closed. Converted into a soccer field. The gardner set all under water , mud on the paths. You couldnt walk around as you dont have rubber boots ! Screws and nails lying around everywhere. Not that child safety .Still ok , but now its overpriced . I complained about it at the exit but nobody cares. We won`t go there again . We were the only visitors . If they want to close the park they are on a good way ! Before charge entrance fee they should inform the guests ! Fraud

Koh Pich also known as Diamond Island, well located on the river side where Mekong river & Tonle-Sap river merge together. Koh Pich is a mesmerizing place to visit, it is in Phnom Penh, but you will be in a different world once you go there. The colonial architect is incredible. It's also known as Diamond Island. The are places where you can chill and spend your day.
An excellent place for commercial and accommodation. It has Thearher, MICE, F&B outlet, clubs and sky-bars and expo venue.

Odom Garden is a temporary public space that offers various amenities such as swings, a dog enclosure, wet play areas, and plenty of shaded spots with trees. There's also a coffee shop called Botanic in the middle of the park. It's an ideal place to visit with children and pets. The atmosphere is refreshing and cool due to the surrounding tree canopies. Additionally, there's a fitness path, Japanese foot bath, and simple playground available.

To the corner of the park is the dogs playground area. The atmosphere is cool refreshing and just makes your morning. It doesn't matter what time of day you go the area will be cool by the surrounding trees canopies. The coffee shop area is reasonably price and it turns into a beer Garden in the evening.
However this place will be torn down and turn into a condo very soon. So please come and enjoy the park before that.

Green place in Phnom Penh CBD although later it would be developed as two high rise building (office & condo). You can take some rest and enjoy view of nice big trees, sip a glass of beer while watching some other people’s dogs play in the dog run area which was set specially for the dog.
It is one of my favorite outdoor area that I like in Phnom Penh. The place is so nice and quite relaxing. It is good to come during weekend since sometimes they have weekend market. If you have a dog, you can bring them there becoz it has a space for dog to run around.
We visited Odom’s Farmers Market and it was absolutely lovely. Some delicious food stalls and some really beautiful local handicraft stalls really made it a perfect way to spend the afternoon.

A lovely shaded green space with seats and tables, simple playground and fitness path, dog run, and Japanese foot bath. During non-outbreak times, this venue is host to many activities, including a very popular “farmer’s market’” showcasing all sorts of business in Phnom Penh.
Today at 9:30 am, it is very quiet. There are a few maintenance staff milling about and just a couple green-seekers and dog-walkers. However, as usual, Teacher Jessica has been spotted by one of her many students. (Kids are always shocked to see me outside of my usual teaching venues.)
Located directly across from Chip Mong Noro Mall, this is the future site of towering office and living complex.

Specifically, the staff is super unfriendly. Many requests go unattended. What’s more, the big bungalow is reserved for big groups. So if you want a bungalow in the waterfall areas, forget about it if you have only 3-4 people in the group. Food is mediocre at best. Their fried chicken wasn’t fried at all. It was first boiled and then lightly fried on the outside. The chef must have forgotten to put salt in their food.
All in all, avoid this restaurant. Do not support their way of treating customers just another figure. Hope things will improve. Thanks.

I’ve been returning to The Bale Phnom Penh every year since 2018, and it remains my favorite place to disconnect.

The riverside in Phnom Penh is a nice spot to experience local life. People gather along the bank to enjoy local street food, relax, and do outdoor activities. It’s lively, and you’ll see many birds being fed by visitors.
There are also boat tours if you want to see the river from a different perspective. It can get quite hot on a sunny day, though, so it’s best to go in the early morning or evening. It would be even better if there were more greenery along the river, but overall, it’s a pleasant place to stroll and soak in the atmosphere.
The Riverside is a nice area of sidewalk along the Tonle Sap River where it meets the Mekong. You can walk from the ferry port and the posh hotels, past the Royal Palace and the National auditorium, past the historically significant and beautiful Wat Ounalom and Kandal Market, down to the less compelling (in my opinion) Night Market and finally to Wat Phnom, the traditional origin point of Phnom Penh.
Along the way, you will pass all kinds of hotels and international restaurants, some delicious, some not so, but all expensive. You will likely see fortune tellers, Buddhist bird sellers (you can buy and release the birds to gain merit), pleasure boat hawkers and some beggars.
Walking the riverside is an experience
On weekends, the road is closed down and the whole area becomes a "pedestrian paradise" complete with street food and performances.

Generally speaking, Cambodia is a safe country and PP is a safe city but......
if you do run into any trouble, the riverside is where it is most likely to happen. Take reasonable precautions against pickpockets and avoid the riverside in the middle of the night, especially if drunk from visiting one of the neighbouring bars.

The shop is organized and clean. The 1st floor is a small museum, but I can see the owners love what they are doing. I bought the special source for my family and myself. The herbal tea, you must test the cold one. It’s really good.
The lady in the shop is well trained and not to pushing. I really enjoy my shopping there. Hope some day I can have chance to visit your farm.

La Plantation is a true gem if you love pepper and spices in general. Very tasty products - my favourite ones being the green salt pepper and long pepper leather. They’ve recently released incredible sauces and infusions - all of which I loved. Make sure to visit their farm in Kampot and their Phnom Penh outpost is a great way to buy more of their products before flying back home! Their store is beautiful and make sure to visit their museum in the 1st floor! 💚
We had the most incredible time here, above all thanks to the lovely, lovely staff working there. Two young French women were extremely welcoming and clearly well versed in the going ons of the operation. It was all of our favourite days in Cambodia so far. You must go !

I mean sure you do understand what the statue is when you look into the photos but the name really pokes a lot. Yeah that's about it. It's still good, go walk around it or pray to it or something.

Kids Park at Aeon Mall Phnom Penh is part of a chain of indoor playgrounds located in various malls across the city. Visitors have noted that the facility can get busy but not overly crowded, providing ample space for children to play. The friendly staff and well-maintained play area add to the positive experience for both kids and parents.
My friend and I brought our children (ages 4, 3, and 1) here on a Tuesday afternoon and they all had really fun playing for more than 2 hours. There was so much to do that they never got bored. As time passed, the place became busier, but not too crowded. Some of the older children were playing too rough and were not sharing spaces, but our children still had a great time. I felt safe allowing the older children to play even when I couldn’t see them, because the equipment was well padded and there was only one entrance/exit, where my husband and my friend sat talking while I played with my baby. There were 3 friendly staff at the entrance. There were some drinks and snacks for sale. We only paid $3/child and the baby was free. Also, they required children to wear socks and they provide to those who do not bring. There was 1 sign posted that adults were not permitted in the ball pits; otherwise, I believe adults were permitted on the equipment with their children if they desired.

First of all, make sure you’ve come to the right place. There’s two kids play areas in the same building. This is on the 1st floor (1 floor up from ground level) and there’s another on the 2nd floor. Equipment wise this was alright but the lack of stir conditioning made it difficult to enjoy our time both for the kids and the adults minding them.
Recently moved to a new location just across from where it used to be, so still on the second floor at Aeon Mall 1. Not a bad place for kids to play whilst the parents shop. Some fun things like slides and ball pools, climbing stuff etc... And of course looks of toys and kids stuff for sale...

Beautiful small to medium size park at Diamond (Koh Pich) Island, with good natural balance. Nice place to attend any events with family & kids. Recently we have visited to enjoy Indian food festival & experience was amazing.
The place is outstanding especially if you are a nature lover. It is surrounded by lots of trees and plants which makes the area airy. There's also a variety of foods and drinks you can consume if you're a food lover though it's a little bit pricey. There's also a bench and hats around the area. Perfect for a family picnic or just a little getaway with your friends. I preferred to go there at night time coz' I love to see the decorated light everywhere. The staff is kind and the place is clean. A must-try place to create memories.
Surprisingly a well-hidden park on Diamond Island. The park gives the impression of long-abandoned garden like in some kind of apocalyptic novel or movie. But exactly because of it, the park has its charms with deserted trails, overgrown flora and dipalited statues. Plenty of places to sit in the shadow of trees and relax in a surrounding silence.
