Liked the place, used aerial tramway while climbing up, awesome views, nice church, bit crowded though, due to it decided to walk down instead of waiting in the queue for tram. There are small shops available all the way down for snaks & drinks.

I highly recommend going in the morning and buying tickets in advance online. I went at 10:00 on a weekday, and saved about 20 minutes by skipping the ticket line. When I came down around 11:30, the lines were so long, even if you bought tickets in advance you would still be waiting. This is the only tourist attraction in Colombia I’ve done without vendors hassling the whole time. There is a barricade by the entrance, so once you cross it they’ll leave you alone. There are a handful on the hiking trail, but they are not aggressive at all. This can be a very spiritual experience. There was a church having mass when I went, are there is a Way of the Cross. If you are religious at all, I would encourage you to lean into it and use this time for reflection and worship. If not, you can definitely skip all of the religious stuff. It should go without saying, but it’s 3100m/10,000ft in elevation, so if you live at sea level, be prepared for a very strenuous walk. But there are restaurants and food vendors, so if you need to take a break and get some food or drink, you can.

Highly recommend! Visited on a Saturday afternoon in October and barely had to wait. Took the tram up and the gondola down — I’d definitely suggest that combo. By the time we came down around 5 p.m., there was a long line for the gondola going up. I actually wish I’d planned to walk down; once at the top, I realized it would’ve been a beautiful route. There’s also a lovely church up there with several services throughout the day, very welcoming atmosphere.

Really enjoyed Monserrate. Cable car was fun and walking down trail took some time and our legs were certainly feeling it the next day. But it was a enjoyable long scenic trail. Make sure to buy advance tickets to avoid long lines. No need to worry about times since no one checks. Just have pre paid tickets. The only warning we can give is DO NOT under any circumstances eat at those small restaurants after local shops. We got terribly sick later in day. Yes, they have amazing views but the food not only made us sick but was horrible, and not fresh. ONLY eat at the 2 main restaurants to avoid any problems. You have been warned!

Sure the view is amazing and the area offers beautiful bird walks and a nice Cafe Santa Clara! But: 1) they close the stairs down at 4.15pm so you have to take one of the other options. 2) they close the funicular at the same time which means an hour in line on the weekend. Or... Go to Santa Clara and have a drink and watch birds until the line shrinks after 17:30.

Worth the drive, although you must pay attention to how the navigation takes you to the parking lot. The view is great, there’s also a bunch of places to get coffee and a bite.

Anyone coming to Bogotá should go to Zona T. And Zona Rosa more specifically. Great shopping and restaurants are around here. During my trip, i traveled to Zona T at least 3 times. Plenty to see. From international brands to the unique brands that you won't find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Shopping zone with fancy shops and restaurants. Easy to get transportantion to go there and come back. I especially went there (twice)for the famous restaurant Andres Carne de Res (wich is inside of a shopping center). Superb!

It's a fine place to get authentic Peruvian food! I had a super jalea as appetizer and rice with seafood for main course. Their flavours were really good!! It's better to go with two or three people and get dishes to share altogether since they're really big. Kind of expensive but it's worth it. Es un excelente lugar para comer auténtica comida peruana. De entrada pedí una super jalea deliciosa y almorcé un arroz de mariscos! Es mejor ir en combo para pedir platos y compartir porque son gigantes! Costosito pero lo vale.

The restaurant, settings, and service are nice. I like the live broadcast of the kitchen. However, the food is a little bit under my expectations because it's a nice restaurant. The steak is sort of overcooked, salad is a bit salty, the desert is a bit too sweet. I realize it could be my personal preference or features of the Columbia food.

Unfortunately they don’t know what medium is. When I ordered a steak (strip loin I was told), the first flag should have been the waiter recommended well done. I asked medium. It came well done and hard to chew. It was not a good quality loin. I refused it. They brought a replacement, a little bit more tender but definitely not medium (see picture). The place is expensive and prides on good quality cooking, which was not supported by the dish. My companion asked crab cakes. They were dry.

The food here was not executed well. The service was good and the ambiance was great. We started with the spring roll to start which I thought was excellent. The main however was very lacking. We had the pork and calamari with risotto on bottom. I appreciate the portion was large as many portions in Colombia are large but the dish lacked flavor and was too salty. Conceptually I see what they were going for but this dish didn’t taste very good. The dish had too much salty and the sauce was very heavy seemingly as through it went with a different dish. The risotto also was overcooked and had more the texture of rice than traditional risotto. The calamari itself also was a bit undercooked and rubbery. The extreme amount of salt and lack of cook on the calamari which made it fishy caused us to order a lot of water to wash it down. What bothered me very much was water here was $4/18,000 COP per 333 centileter bottle. We needed 3 to wash down the extremely salty dish and the total cost was 52,000 COP or $12x This is absurd. While the staff was courteous this price for water is ridiculous at a restaurant of this quality. To have a mouse boug and be a Michelin star contender while charging patrons this much is absurd. We are fortunate to be from New York and able to afford this but it’s heartbreaking to know three small glasses of water are the same cost as a full rotisserie chicken meal. The desert we had was decent but lacked any elevation. Overall I think the staff is nice but the lack of execution on the entree was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or if visiting Colombia. It is not good enough for this price point.

Be careful! The alcohol is ridiculously expensive. We paid 250k for one cup of Hennessy cognac. Food is good and worth the price. Service can be much better. They did not respect any of the wishes we added to the reservation.

Enjoyed the ambience and service was great but didn’t really enjoy the food that much. The flat breads are extremely hard and the queso was just so hard and chewy. The palm hearts dish was nice. The habanero sauce saved the food a bit as it wasn’t the most tasteful. Dessert was ok. Would try once but wouldn’t return.

My husband and I visited in May 2024 and ordered some cocktails as well as a chicken dish, pasta and roasted vegetables. Fantastic atmosphere.

First time I saw my cousin in a long time, he recommend this place. He is his kid's teacher and got us in, no problem. Food was AMAZING! Dishes al a carte, sides extra. Carpachio and Strip steak were amazing. Open kitchen, recommend the side room by the bathrooms for a more romantic experience.

I had an idea when I came to this restaurant a few years ago and I thought it was a great experience. I decided to go back, but had a poor experience. Now you are charged extra $80 thousand pesos just to sit by the view. They haven't really invested in remodeling the place in years so it's pretty old and deteriorated. I thought the food was good, but not really. I ordered the lamb and it was like boiled and served over polenta which took all the sauce away. We also got the beef ribs and it was only one rib that was hard. The potatoes were not fully cooked and when we sent them back we got a cesar salad and they even didn't chop the lettuce, but it had the stem. They don't have any sodas or rum, so you are pretty much forced into ordering wine. This was a pretty expensive and not very good experience.

Perhaps the worst service I have experienced in my life and disappointingly this happened when we were trying to enjoy a nice lunch to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday. We came to Restaurante Casa San Isidro filled with excitement to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday with her family. We had travelled to Bogotá especially for the occasion. From start to finish we were let down time and time again by the poor service. We had booked through the WhatsApp displayed on the website to dine at 1.30pm and upon arriving at the station to get the cable cars to the restaurant we were told we didn't have a reservation, despite showing them the messages we had received in the chat which stated it was booked. When we arrived the staff were unhelpful, I had bought a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for her birthday so she brought them with her to get photos at the restaurant and Monseratte. Despite there being noticeably not enough space on the table for the flowers alongside the plates the staff didn't offer to take them for her temporarily or to place them next to the table. After being shown to a table, we still had no water brought to the table 20 minutes after arriving. We had to ask for the waiter to bring the water to the table. The bread was not brought out before the mains but with the mains because they had clearly forgotten to bring it out beforehand as a starter. The staff didn't notice that we had drank all of our water and needed to be asked twice to bring more water to the table. I asked if it would be possible for one of the members of staff to bring a special desert as we were there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. This was not included as a gift and we were charged for this on the bill. We were not asked if we wanted to tip and the tip had already been added to the bill so I asked for it to removed. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone and if I heard of someone wanting to go I'd recommend them to go elsewhere.

After spending a few hours walking around the top of the mountain and enjoying the beautiful views, we stopped for lunch at this delightful little high-end restaurant for a delicious lunch. The choices from the menu all looked excellent, and it was hard to pick. After 4 days of exploring Bogota, this was my favorite restaurant of them all. Stunning views while enjoying amazing white wine.

We had a fantastic lunch. Great service, I half remember his name Octavia because it was real service not an investment in him telling us about how great he is. He had answers to our questions about the restaurant, service, food, and more. Because it was Semana Santa they didn't have beef so I guess I will have to return! We had 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, the table side dessert (I do recommend), and an entree to go. Basically our entire diet that day was San Isidro. I cannot recommend enough the three cheese mushrooms and the french onion soup. The salmon with red fruit salsa and chicken fettuccine were great. I say this knowing how typical chicken fettucine is, but in a restaurant like this they really step it up. I don't recommend the mediterannean salad nor the 6 type of fish fettucine. The 80k for the view is 100% worth it. You, your family, and your partner will not forget such a unique experience any time soon. I imagine any bad review here is bitter people who couldn't safely afford to eat at such a luxurious restaurant.

High quality, and high class restaurant! This French-themed locale is catered to provide an incredible experience with exceptional ambiance and service. The multi-lingual staff can help provide options and service to cater to anyone’s taste. Menu items include several delicacies as well as local customary foods. The French styles and atmosphere create an wonderful environment for a high class meal. Dress code is enforced, and shorts/casual jackets are not acceptable attire.

Easily one of the BEST restaurants I have ever been too! I could have ordered everything on the menu! The espresso martini was truly amazing!! The crab dip was very good. So was the salmon tartare. Also had the steak which was very good. And the roast beef sliders were good too! I would not recommend the octopus taco!

We had an early flight home the next day so we ate very early. That meant that the restaurant was very very quiet, however we really enjoyed our meal. The setting is really beautiful, and the menu is quite innovative. The dishes are made for sharing. We started with mushrooms in a balsamic reduction and a light cheese sauce with caramelized walnuts. Next up was burrata over orzo with pesto with blueberries and cashews. Our final course was pork belly on a white bean stew. We were full by that point, so no dessert!

If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience, this is your place! It’s a coursed meal with wine or NA drink pairings in a beautiful dining room with one course up in their “garden area” by the smoker. The food and wine was spectacular and the service was exceptional. It felt like a Michelin star experience. I highly recommend!

Prudencia was a really good experience for some fine dining with local flavours. They serve a fixed daily menu ensuring the most fresh dishes. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable. We got 7 dishes which were all very delicious. Some were inside and some outside with the cooks preparing it on the open fire in your sight. If you’re looking for a food experience in Bogota, this is a must visit.

OMG this is our favourite meal in Bogotá so far! What makes them stand out is how deeply it’s anchored in wood fire and fermentation. Every dish carries a subtle smokiness or brightness that feels both primal and refined. The owners have built their menu around showcasing unique ingredients from small farmers and producers, and that sense of care really comes through on the plate 🫶 Meals are served in both the indoor dining room and the outdoor space. Our favourite being the tree hut-like terrace, which feels almost magical. The environment is casual and welcoming, more like dining at a friend’s house. They’re only open for lunch, and it’s worth planning your day around it. Prudencia is thoughtful, generous, and god damn delicious. They go by a set menu which changes frequently.

Such an interesting experience. The exterior is clean and super discreet, hiding a very well decorated space where food is the main star. We really enjoyed our experience, the food was great and the staff was professional but not uptight. It's a fixed-menu restaurant, so have that in mind.

We had the 7 course tasting menu at Prudencia to celebrate my husband’s master’s degree, and it was absolutely worth it. Every dish felt thoughtful, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. I came with all my family for lunch. We have been coming for years. Menu items are less now, but we were able to eat and enjoy your evening together. The views of the city are superb, and the service was great. Somewhat pricey though.

Place has amazing potential. Beautiful views! Lack quality of flavor in most plates. Ceviche was very good but the paella, carne and 3 lobster tail combo was a huge disappointment. Drinks were good, Service was also okay, they lack structure of assigned tables for the waiters. They are also pricy but that wouldn’t be an issue if the food was delicious.

Excellent views and great food. Seafood at its best. We had the ceviche to share and the seafood BBQ. We also tried the grilled salmon and it was delicious. The octopus was tender and tasty. I initially doubted because I lived in Spain and I visited Portugal and I have never found seafood as good elsewhere. I was pleasently surprised. The wine pairing was on the spot too. Prices are not that high compared to the US or Canada, but it's definitely high end for the locals. The service is excellent too. Colombians are very educated and kind in general. I highly recommend this spot. I would definitely come back to this place.

I love this restaurant. I took away one srar for food because they only have two dishes for me. .. a chicken dush and a salmon dish. But if you are in Bogota it is worth the experience. 5 stars.

It's the place where you go only for a view, its fancy turning restaurant with amazing view. Service bad, too slow and ignoring. Food is so disappointing, stay a way from pulpo. Deserts are not good either. Its really disappointing, if they would put a more efforts with food and service it could be a great place.

Very good steak restaurant, with a lot of different options. Prepared very well, perfectly according to the requested finish. Also the wine options are quite extensive en fairly priced. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Mainly due to the beautiful building and decoration. Staff is very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience.

I got the T-bone steak. Comes woth potato wedges and salad. Very tasty! They also let us use the WIFI so that we could uber back to the hotel after. Nice little park nearby. Vanessa, our waitress was attentive and made sure that we were always taken care of. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful experience at T Bone! The food was excellent! The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The drinks were just as good, and everything came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, even though we only spoke a little Spanish. They made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

The bread for the table was warm and there were two types of butter. We ordered drinks, crab croquettes, and the Burger. I've had burgers all over the WORLD...their burger was the BEST I've ever had! The maple syrup and pepper combination gave it a unique contrast that was absolutely delicious. The decor and ambiance are perfect for a romantic evening dinner. Ample outdoor seating as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Superb! Very good Spanish cuisine. The vibe in this place is very cozy and romantic. The drinks and food were very good. Classic old school service. I was really impressed. The only down side was that there is no door at the entrance, so it can get cold inside of the restaurant which is a bummer. Also lighting can be a little too dark. I will definitely be back again.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and was a little disappointed with the experience. I mentioned to the server that it was my birthday, and while she acknowledged it, nothing really happened. Before we left, I had to ask again about the birthday dessert. It might not seem like a big thing, but those small details are what make guests feel special and encourage us to come back for future celebrations. A little extra attention can turn a regular dinner into a memorable one. Hopefully, next time the team can focus more on those touches.

Tremendous restaurant, sophisticated and with a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Kinda noisy but it was very crowded. I suppose it is better to make a reservation . I was alone so I found a place at the bar. Very well located, in a plaza with other very well known restaurants and a beautiful hotel, the EK Hotel Bogota. I was looking for a rack of lamb and I found it. Simply delicious. I also ordered a Tuna Tiradito. They offered also a bread with pate and it was also delicious. Finish with a espresso. Service was perfect also. Strongly recommended.

Very handsome and modern restaurant. Ambiance and architecture are outstanding. Drinks are great and the bar is a nice spot to chill out and share with friends. Food is good but not great. Artichokes are a good option. The chocolate dessert is totally worth it. Service is friendly and professional but still not enough. Needs and extra effort. This a pricey place so you expect the best and still not there.

My first time in this restaurant and I loved it. It is a little bit pricey but quality and service are absolutely worth it. The pig Gyozas and the Gamberro's ceviche were my course plates and I complement it with a an amazing cheesecake with blackberry ice cream.

Great spanish type dishes 🥘 . Try the Rabo de Toro. Its more or less my 5th time here. It a restaurant than keeps a great consistency in its dishes. I recommend the Pulpo Parrilla its a great option for starters. Although being a spanish concept restaurant the Patatas Bravas went too modern concept and lost the real taste. Main dishes for sure the Rabo de Toro, Salmon Bowl and the Prawn Bowl. If you like Kale order a side dish of Kale. For dessert I reccomend the Pantxineta. Also why not have some Tito’s Mules and enjoy a sunny afternoon.

Came with 10 people ordered rib eye all the orders were wrong my steak was cold the manager spoke English didn't come to help the server with translating and didn't want to take any feedback from people spending so much money on wine and steak.

Honestly, there was NOTHING special about this place, their food or their service. We were visiting Bogota as part of our honeymoon and planned a few nice dinners in which this was one of them, or so we thought. Food was not tasty, the drinks were simply frozen slush that looked pretty but tasted bland. I was confused as to the good reviews since it was so bad that my husband (that has a sweet tooth) decided he would rather go home than spend one more penny on dessert. So sorry we spent a night out at this place. Don't waste your money.

Great roof top, but the menu only have 8 options and mostly hamburgers. The service is pretty bad, they misguide all the ORDERS. And the prices aren't according to the plates.

I got in late (11pm) to my hotel, Click Clack, in bogota, Colombia. I needed a place to eat and the hotel staff recommended that I try their rooftop bar which was open until midnight on a Friday. The music was loud, the drinks were flowing and tasty and the food was yummy and on point. I wanted only one drink and ended up with a few of the Apache margaritas since I was having so much fun. They definitely helped me sleep. I also had the beef loin sandwich which hit the spot. Perfect portion and I was so surprised how fresh and yummy it was. Best of all the staff were all super friendly and tried their best to make me feel at home with their as much English as possible. The guests were both local and cosmopolitan visitors from out of town. They were lively and eclectic. It was a lively night and I didn’t get back to my room until way after 2am. I highly recommend.

Something different around Park 93. A rooftop with a good view, on top of a hotel building. Burgers and cocktails are good. There is DJ in house.

The views were pretty good, but sadly I was requested to sit at the bar since I was alone. I had a yummy cocktail and a beer. The staff were fun and attentive (except the girl who shoed me away from the table I tried to sit at).

Called to make a reservation… they tell me I don’t need one, just come and have a seat! I get there and all the tables are reserved.. had to sit at the bar which was ok.. Music was way too loud, lots of annoying little girls yelling their brains out. Overpriced drinks, overpriced food. Only good thing was the view!

Excellent rooftop bar hidden away in the Click clack hotel. Great views, burgers are fantastic and fun drinks. And the atmosphere, while small, is much more relaxed than some of the touristy bars like Corona Vista.

The food was amazing! We had the endive salad and asparagus for appetizers and I had the pesto pasta for my main course. The ingredients we're fresh and the pasta and pesto were homemade. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was beautiful. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Bogotá!

I am overdue on a review of this place. I found this place when I first moved to bogota and fell in love with the space, the ambiance and the food. Do make reservations, cocktail menu is amazing, customer service is always attentive and they complementary. What I most enjoy is that they have their classic dishes but always are offering other options based on the season. I miss it and can’t wait to go back, but I can also recommend their delivery menu which also provides that good service and eclectic options.

Nice environment and ambience. Food was ok with good styles but taste didn’t impress. I had the tomato salad first and it was the best dish of the meal. The crudo was tasting a little fishy (prob due to mackerel?) and the seasoning was too much and salty for a crudo dish; texture was good though. Then I had the grilled prawns and it was good but not sure about the mayo sauce. The seafood pasta was too salty, and the noodles weren’t elastic but a bit “powder-y”. The cocktail (pacific dry) was okay. The non-alcoholic drink Jamaica was actually very delicious. As a seafood restaurant the seafood was the worst part of the meal unfortunately. Portion is on the smaller side so one may need 3-4 dishes.

Aside from waiting for more than 25 minutes at our table with no one serving us until I waved someone down the rest was OK. The restaurant was not even full when we were seated. Decoration and view was nice though.

The food was okay. The place is overhyped because of the aesthetic. The food presentation is amazing but most of the stuff were stale, or chewy. I made the reservation using google and they were unable to find me. The lady downstairs was not difficult to accommodate me, but the host upstairs was. I would just go here for drinks and enjoy the view. Omg the server took forever to take our order. I believe we waited 30+ mins.

Other than the food being a little bit on the cooler side and the rice somewhat undercooked, it was pretty good. Place gets pretty packed so I would recommend making reservations.

The drinks were super refreshing, and the view of the city is beautiful—definitely a highlight. The atmosphere is lively, though it was a bit too loud for me personally. Some people might enjoy the energy, but I prefer a slightly quieter setting. It’s also a little dark inside—we ended up asking for a small lamp to better see our food. Still, the customer service was very nice, and overall, it was a great dining experience!

We ordered the carbonara with lomo and a filet a milanesa, both were very good. The beverages are really expensive, but I think worth the experience. The view is great!

Decided to stop by this restaurant while visiting Monserrate. The interior decor and views were amazing and the food was good. The service was however, poor with the wait staff appearing to be annoyed most the time! Regardless, glad to have checked out this place!

Pretty exterior and entrance . Interior is very meh. Service is good . Appetizer was nice , not what I expected. The meal the beef was super tough… i don’t know but it was probably the worse prep of that cut ever ; it was so overcook that I think it’s suppose to be skirt steak but maybe flank steak? The sauce needed a little more pop (acid or salt). It was the toughest steak I ever had a little better than beef jerky. I regret finishing the dish as it feels heavy but certainly 1 appetizer and 1 main dish is enough. I don’t have the bill yet but it likely to be 100,000 cop plus after. There certainly was more affordable options on the menu so definitely could dine for like 50,000 per person if frugal. The hike up closes at 1 pm (I came too late to hike up). I probably just get another dish but I probably still come because I thought the entrance was cute.

Beautiful bar in the park. Fast and friendly service. A lot of different options for a coffee, thee or refreshment during a day visit of the park. We only had a coffee and a thee, but the portion and quality was very good. Staff is very friendly.

This was an amazing place to spend a couple of days in Bogotá. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff was exceptional— they made recommendations, beautifully decorated our room for our anniversary, booked spa services like massages and facials, and found a yoga mat for me to use during my stay (and even offered a private room for me to do yoga in). When we took the hotel bikes out, they found us helmets and bike locks to use and made sure to point us in the right direction. The snacks were delicious, and all the food was great and fresh. They'd thought through details like leaving sunscreen out for guests to use (which saved us on one occasion) and adding hot water bottles to our bed. We also used their transportation services at arrival and checkout, and they were in constant communication with the drivers to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. And none of this even gets at the hotel's design, which is incredible and done with an expert eye. Can't wait to come back, thank you for everything.

I stayed at Casa Legado for 3 nights with 11 friends and we all thought it was incredible! Because of our group size, we booked the entire "Newphew's House" side of the hotel out, which was perfect for a party of our size. The common areas are beautiful and cozy and everyone was satisfied with their rooms. The hotel is also in a fantastic location where there are a lot of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. The hotel was extremely communicative before arrival and went above and beyond to help us book dinners and transportation. What made the stay truly special was the impeccable and friendly service of all of the staff. Service was extremely attentive and warm. My whole group would not stop raving about how incredible all of the staff were during our stay. Also, the complimentary breakfast must be mentioned - everyone thought it was delicious! I'm so glad I booked Casa Legado over other lodging options in the area and I hope I return to Bogotá one day so I can stay there again!

My family and I spent Christmas in Bogota and are so happy we were able to stay at Casa Legado. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is so warm, helpful and kind. There were sweet personal touches and surprises throughout our stay that made it so special. Staff members - especially Sara - went above and beyond to help us plan a perfect trip. The owner, Helena, personally cooked an amazing Christmas dinner for 14 guests staying at the hotel and it was delicious. She also treated my daughter with such kindness and respect - my little one keeps asking when we can return and see Helena and her sweet pup Eugenio again. You really feel like you are at home at Casa Legado - the care the staff puts into every aspect of your stay is amazing. It's clearly a labor of love.

What a find! This is one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It’s wonderfully welcoming and warm and delightful. There are so many small touches that ooze generosity - from the tea trolley to the snacks fridge and the communal lounge rooms. Highly recommend staying here, it will make your Bogota visit.

Absolutely charming BnB type hotel. From the moment we booked, through to the end of the trip, the ladies were attentive and caring in their communication. The room was lovely, the balcony and hammock were awesome. The sitting rooms and courtyards were equally charming. The breakfast was good and the tropical fruits left in our room the first night were a lovely touch. The hot water bottles in the bed were a welcome surprise. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, nor did the (very comfy) bathtub hold water very well but these issues were minor and easy to overlook. The location couldn’t be better. It’s on a quiet side street with plenty of nightlife and great restaurants very close by and within easy walking distance in several directions. The recommended tour company (Hansa Tours) and tour guide (we had Juan) were also outstanding. Bravo Zulu Casa Legado. We’ll be back.
