Very very nice people here, they went above and beyond to accommodate us with a larger group and not all there at once. Food took a bit to come out and was ok, bacon had a weird metal griddle taste to it unfortunately, because it looked so good. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Forgot to ask for the hash browns to be more done unfortunately, they always come out barely cooked when done this way and it's a bummer. Bunch of raw potato's in the middle with a thin layer of perfectly cooked on the outside. Server was as attentive as she could be with how busy she was it seemed but we did some waiting for a couple things.

Solid diner, probably the best I've had in Midland. I only tend to get omelettes or salads, and almost always the "Greek" offering of either. I do wish getting egg whites instead of whole eggs was not such a significant upcharge ($3 if I recall correctly), but I reckon that might be standard restaurant protocol. Service is always great. Staff is very friendly. The place can get very packed, and gets pretty dang loud. I wish they had one more bathroom (they have one male and one female), as there is usually a wait. It would be nice if there was a wall separating the outdoor seating from the busy road, because the traffic is VERY loud, making outdoor seating a bit of a drag, but that might not be an option.

Really good food at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and was quick service. Perfect for before work meal.

Have moved back to Michigan and knew of Lasko's, but had not eaten here. Have been in today and several days prior. Food is hot and quickly served. The staff is very friendly and greeted every time I walk in. I sit at the counter and can watch how it all goes down. A well oiled machine as they say. The portions are large, so you either need to come in hungry or as for a to-go box. The soups are delicious and go well with any sandwich, just hard to decide which one! They do get busy at lunchtime so you may have to wait for a seat, that is especially true on Saturday. The wait is definitely worth it.

My favorites to order are the super chicken bacon melt and chicken caesar salad. My kids love the strawberry waffles. French fries are always hot and crispy!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Lasko’s this morning. I paid nearly $15 for three over-easy eggs, three pieces of bacon, two pieces of toast, and a soda — which would have been fine if the service had matched the price. As soon as I sat down, the waitress asked if I was ready to order before I even had a chance to settle in. Her attitude and energy were unpleasant from the start. I was waiting for my car to be done, so I was taking my time eating, but while I was taking a bite, she turned around and asked, “Do you want a box for that so you can take it to go?” It felt rude and rushed, and the entire interaction made me really uncomfortable. Between the poor service and how unwelcoming the atmosphere felt, I couldn’t even finish my meal. I won’t be going back.

Food was great, service was fast. Tori is a great waitress. Definitely a great place to stop for breakfast.

Feels kind of like a cafeteria which is no problem. Food was reasonably priced however it was bland. I ordered the Philly steak with pepper jack instead of Swiss…not very exciting. It came with brew fries which were supposed to be battered, seasoned fries but didn’t taste like much. Was hoping for something better as the parking lot was very full… but was left wanting.

Stopped in during a power outage in our area and the place was packed. Despite the crowd, service was quick and efficient. The onion rings with tempura batter were really good, definitely a shareable portion. But the standout dish was the tempura-battered mushrooms, wow! Crispy, flavorful, and also a big portion you’ll want to share. It’s definitely a lot of greasy comfort food, but absolutely worth it.

The food here is really great—I’ve come a couple of times and usually enjoy it. On my last visit, though, the service fell short. It was a busy Friday night, and we had a newer waitress. I ordered a 16oz steak with a Caesar salad, and my boyfriend ordered a burger and fries. I forgot to mention how I wanted my steak cooked, and she didn’t ask. When the steak came, it was well done, which isn’t my preference. When I mentioned it, her response felt a bit condescending: ‘If customers don’t say how they want it cooked, we always put it in as well done. Maybe next time we’ll both remember.’ On top of that, my Caesar salad never arrived. While I understand it was hectic, these small details really affect the dining experience. I still tipped well and appreciated her effort, but I’ll be hesitant to choose this spot over others in the future.

I'm a creature of habit and I'm not very big on crowds so Im a return customer for takeout and I have enjoyed the BULLY'S wet burrito and my favorite is the pick four combo. You can select from about six items and I usually get mozzarella sticks onion rings chicken tenders and potato skins with the appropriate condiments. The potato skins are like a mini baked potato with melted cheddar cheese and bacon 🥰 which goes great with sour cream. I'm not much for onions but the onion rings are fantastic. Mozzarella sticks are deliciously breaded and you can easily Master a 4 inch cheese pull. Chicken tenders are always juicy and nicely breaded and go well with the all-time favorite ranch dressing. Bartenders are always prompt and the service is excellent. Waitresses are always easy on the eyes lively and ready to serve. They have a few games in a large screen TV for entertainment, bar tables and large group tables are available as well. A local favorite but if you're from out of town try them out you'll be pleased with your visit.

This is a fantastic restaurant. It has one of the best club sandwiches I've ever had. The staff has always been so friendly and welcoming, and the management team is second to none. Thank you for being such a great representation of what local businesses are all about.

I want to kick myself for not getting any pics but the food was amazing! 6 of us and all of our food came out together, so nobody had to wait at all. It's a restaurant/bar and I've never had bad service here. Worth the trip!

We ordered in person and we were told it would be a half hour for food. It ended up being 49 minutes. They said it is better to order online, you get better service. They have a nice atmosphere. They have a good location and a great foundation for all of the makings of a good restaurant experience. There was a very smiley person taking our order, which was awesome! The inefficiency after this point is what stands out to our group, unfortunately.

Food and drinks are fantastic, made right in front of you. Wide variety as well. Very reasonably priced, and generous portion sizes. Definitely putting this on my list of spots to frequent.

Crepes are great! The Sweet Frenchman is delicious, not too sweet. The strawberries despite being out of season are flavorful as well. The atmosphere inside is very nice and it wasn’t too busy. Staff is very friendly and helpful :)

Very disappointing. Mediocre crepes, lousy service. Ordered two crepes. Counter guy didn't tell us they didn't have the ingredients for the sweet one, then they just forgot about it and when asked at first said only one crepe ordered, tho the receipt for $30 was obviously for two. The other one was supposed to have raspberry compote, but had maybe 1/8 teaspoon in the entire large crepe -virtually no raspberry flavor. And no one asked how we liked our food, though they had plenty of time for chatting behind the counter.

Very nice casual dining; both inside and patio seating available. Pet friendly seating on the patio. They offer a variety of both savory and sweet crepes. We got one of each and shared which was plenty for us. Belle’s beast was a vegetarian option and the Banberry was our sweet option. Both were delicious!! We would have given 5 stars if not for the slightly longer wait which may be fine if you just want to relax and visit. Was told 30 min wait, they were moderately busy, but ended being closer to an hour. Pro tip: you could order ahead and dine in or take it to go. There are lots of parks nearby.

Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant!!! We came today on Mother’s Day and we’re fully expecting it could be a very busy day, and while it was busy, we were informed of wait times and got our coffee right away to have while we waited for our food. We found it was such a cool and relaxing place to hang and it was completely worth the wait!!! So amazing!!! Our group was confident it would be worth the wait and it so was!!! Can’t wait to come back again soon!

I got the Steak and eggs and my husband enjoyed the meat lovers omelette. Service is always very friendly. Definitely recommend for breakfast. We took home cinnamon rolls for the kids who gave them two thumbs up!

Wow! Soooo friendly. We were greeted and seated right away. The blueberry pancakes were delicious- lots of fresh blueberries. And - this is so important- the pancakes did not arrive with a giant melty scoop of mystery fake butter! The best bacon I had at a restaurant. Crisp, not burnt or chewy. Yum!

We were greeted upon arriving and had a table immediately with smiles. Coffee was hot and delicious. Food was incredible and service was excellent. Will come back for the service and food.

Food is great, but they don't let you just relax, read the paper and eat breakfast. Every 30 seconds someone is coming by asking if you need something. I don't know if that's good or bad service. Personal preference, I guess. It was annoying to me. Probably because they had 6 servers and 2 tables. Need to feel like they're doing something, I suppose.

My husband was very happy with his Chili and Grilled Cheese. My Ruben was a 7 because there was very little corn beef and the bread a bit over buttered. The server was dry brooming when we arrived and she continued as we sat down. She started having conversation with us while still brooming. I thought she was the cleaner. After putting the broom away, she came over and asked what we wanted to drink. It took about 10 minutes to get the water and coffee. The food arrived very quickly. However, we had to ask for more coffee. She gave us the bottom of the pot but we were not offered the fresh coffee because she vanished! The other waitress was very good serving the only other table of guests. I will not go back because the service was very poor and yo ur certainly should not continue cleaning the floor next to your customers.

Absolutely love this place! Visited one day passing through and the staff and atmosphere is very nice! I love the wall decorations and how clean they keep their restaurant!! I definitely recommend visiting here.

M’s Cafe is a great little spot for breakfast in Midland. Food is great, so are the people. If you are looking for a breakfast place with fast efficient service with amazing food, this is the place !

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast, and it was our first time at this establishment. Our waitress, Melissa, was very friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly, the portions were big, and it was hot and delicious! We both agreed that we'd go back!

This place is great! It’s total diner atmosphere. One sip of the coffee brings about an enormous sense of nostalgia. We came for a late breakfast and it was not disappointing. These were literally the best biscuits and sausage gravy that I’ve ever had anywhere. All the food was top notch. My only sense of regret came as I was leaving. One of the other customers had ordered chili cheese dogs and as the waitress walked by with them, all I could think was, “I wish I was already hungry for lunch.” Oh well. I’ll get them next time. I would highly recommend stopping in at M’s Cafe if you’re in Midland Michigan.

Hit this cafe on our way up north, so worth it! Fast, friendly and the food was delicious! My 11yr old son still talks about his steak burrito. We will definitely visit when head that way again!

The food was your average diner food, but enjoyable! Great for families. The atmosphere reminded me of a family meetup. Minimal decorations but overall clean, and i was met with a wiped table and the smiling face of our waitress.

Our waitress seemed irritated by our presence. The people next to us received excellent service compared to us. They received their menus right away, their server was friendly and fast moving. Too bad we didn’t have her. We had the opposite experience. Too bad too because I really wanted to love this place.

When we walked in the door they had a sign that said seat yourself so my friend and I started to find a seat the waitresses were rude and loud in letting us know we had to wait to be seated ....then when we ordered our food I asked to substitute something they couldn't do that ..well I have done it every time I have come here before don't know what changed I would have paid the upcharge she didn't say that ... SMH !!! They are very very rude and there is no need to be that way ever

The atmosphere is modern and calm. I go here when I need some peace. I order the latte with oat milk and add vanilla and hazelnut syrup 2 sugars. The muffins are delicious, always my go to place. The employees are friendly and kind. Just in love with this place. Keep up the good work Love Oak. Like coffee, love thy neighbor.

We made a stop here on a girls trip and it was so good I had to stop back in again in the morning. I think the gentleman that helped us was Ryan, he was great and incredibly patient and kind with our boisterous little group. Also, the vibes were right. Plants everywhere, tons of space indoor and out where you can be as secluded or together as you wish. If I lived nearby I would be here twice a week.

Literally the cutest cafe I think I've been to in the area!! Atmosphere was perfect; the art and rooms were adorable. I got the "stars hollow"-- very scrumptioussss The art and quotes everywhere were also very inspiring 🫶

Good coffee, friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere to chat with friends or even do some work. We were visiting Midland for a niece's graduation. We visited Live Oak Twice during our stay. They have a large selection of coffees that they roast themselves. Unlike a major chain, their coffee doesn't taste like burnt beans. The coffee had a nice flavor, with a strong finish that isn't bitter. Their syrups are also made in house. For the ones we tried, they were delicious. Not sugary sweet, so you can actually decern the various flavors. There was a board with the staff's choices, one being a Cinnamon and Brown Sugar, my partner enjoyed it and it was fantastic when she let me try it. I had both the Caramel Latte and Macchiato. I was pleased with both. Even though we didn't get any, they had a good selection of Gluten Free options. The food is also made in house, meaning that they make these gluten free options on their own. Unlike many other chains and local shops that don't have any Gluten Free options, even if they are resold versions of major brands. That shows a care for those in the community that either for medical reasons or by choice eat Gluten Free. The environment in the shop is warm and inviting. Whether you are having a conversation with friends, reading a book, or trying to work on your laptop you'll find an area for you. The staff was friendlier than what I expect from a coffee shop. Usually they will great you, but they're more about getting your order and moving on to the next customer. The staff here would answer questions and where informative. Surprisingly, many of them were knowledgeable not only about the coffee, but the business itself. Do not sleep on Live Oak Coffee. You'll regret it.

Great spot, great creative vibe in the whole building. But I feel like the coffee used tastes different. Not bad, just more bland than it once was. Not worth the price now. Food is okay, but mostly reheated stuff. The NoNonsense Bars are good, but pricey for what they are. Pastries are always tasty and the seasonal menu is always worth a look. One of a few places that has kombucha on tap. If I had a refillable mug for that, then I might sit there all day sometimes. It is a very nice place to sit and be creative.

Great atmosphere. Smooth and flavorful drip coffee. Lots of different places to sit and each one has a unique and relaxing feel. This is a must stop, the baristas were inviting and friendly. A great place inside and out. Ample parking and appears to be extremely inviting to the community. Great place!

All I can say is, “where is the meat?” The Coconut Macroon was not much bigger than a 50 cent piece. I was disappointed! The Mexican Street corn was good. That was it. It was delivery, I can’t comment on atmosphere or service.

First off, I ordered this to brighten my work day in the middle of an "outbreak" and guess what... it worked!! They were very respectful and packed my dairy allergy order separate from my co-workers', put an allergen warning and made the most amazing dairy free Mediterranean veggie + sandwich! The perfect answer to a very intense few days.

I’ve only been to this location a couple of times but it seems great! I went through drive thru and didn’t have to wait long at all. The cashier was kind and they got my food to me quickly. Probably the best batch of Panera I’ve had! Send my thanks to the line :)

I'm honestly really disappointed. 5 different employees walked by me this morning. None of them acknowledged me, greeted me, nor wouldn't even look at me. I was waiting for an order. There were no customers in the store when I first arrived. A few people came in and were getting their orders. After waiting 20 minutes I went over to an employee who was making food by herself. I could tell she was frustrated and upset, and I dont blame her. She helped me and apologized, but it wasn't her fault. She even took out the other food another employee put in the bag to make sure the rest of the food order was bagged correctly, because he didn't care. She clearly cares. She deserves a raise, hell a management position. She deserves to be recongized. Do better Panera.

$32.93 for a “Pick two” and a bowl for lunch (no drinks). Asked for it to go, but gave us dine-in. Wasn’t given a spoon for the soup. My bowl had quite a few pieces of white/brown/woody lettuce. Way too pricey for what we got in my opinion… almost makes me wonder if I was charged correctly? Over $16 each?!

We were gifted a Bob Evans giftcard for Christmas and decided to dine in at the Midland location. We were promptly seated. Customer Service was great. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Our food order was taken, and brought out in a timely manner. The food was great. We ordered the Fish Fry Platter and Southwest Avocado Omelet. Will be going back again! Sorry about the photos, we dug in first. Taking a picture came as an afterthought because the food looked so good!

Typically this place is 4 out of 5 but on 8/4/25 @10:30 I ordered “rise n shine” eggs over easy, sadly my sausage patties were overcooked and dried out (old) same with the potatoes , crusty and dried top and bottom (old) my eggs were cooked hard . Hard to believe kitchen set this plate under the heat strip and obviously the waitress disregarded your quality policies ( I’m sure there is one ) and set it on my table

Everything was great! Good and service were fantastic. We love the Turkey, mashed and stuffing. Everything was hot, fresh and plentiful. We took a banana nut bread for breakfast tomorrow:)

I've never given a poor review to a restaurant until tonight. After reviewing the restaurant promotions here in Midland, Michigan, I chose to treat my guest to Bob Evans "NEW THIS SEASON Dinner for Two your choice of two starters, two entrees, a dessert to share and a basket of freshly baked rolls. $25.99" A lovely photograph ("1 month ago") accompanied the text. But when we arrived, our waitress informed us the menu was new, and that offers was no longer available. In my opinion, a summer promotion entitled "NEW THIS SEASON" should not expire in July! Dinner August 3, 2025

Stopped in a few days ago. The food was almost decent — had some fried chicken that started leaking what looked like white sauce or water. Not exactly what you expect when you crack into crispy skin. Service was okay, but overall, this meal left me more reflective than full

Your new chicken salad recipe is not good. Loved your old chicken salad. This didn't even taste like chicken salad. Weird stuff in it! Bob Evans is still my favorite restaurant. Please return to your old recipe.

If I could give less than one star I would!!! Fernando Rojas the manager was so rude!!! My wife ordered 1 pumpkin cold brew and it took over 20 minutes! Other people came in after we did and ordered more elaborate drinks and they walked out 10 minutes before we did but he acted like he knew them and gave them preferential treatment. I called the district manager Stephen Orsini and he never even responded! Stay away from this location And I will be contacting their corporate officers as well

It will always bother me to see other orders come up for customers who ordered after me. Suddenly I was the only one waiting for an order. I asked about it, and the barrister said that she had not pulled my order yet. Everyone was serviced before me. I got a credit from my order. I wanted our coffees, by I don’t like being treated like crap. At the very least, someone could have apologized. But I think they are trained to not apologize. Starbucks doesn’t have to apologize, maybe. I love their coffee, but today, I hate their service.

This particular location is always so freakin SLOW buuuttttt my orders are never messed up (unlike experiences I've had multiple times elsewhere)

I often stop by this location to buy my coffee and croissants on my way to work. Unfortunately this is the second time I ordered croissants and ask for toasted to make sure are warm but they gave me it cold inside so no matter if I ask extra warm or toasted they gave me warm outside but cold inside so I am not sure if they don’t care or it depends on the barista.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had a 45 minute wait for each customer. Only one person making drinks who was new. The rest of them were CLEANING while there were 15+ customers waiting

I truly love this place but today I ordered what I usually do and asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich to which I was told “the salt and pepper you can do yourself”. I’ve ordered the same thing from here every time I come in and that was a first. I work out on the field so it’s not really convenient for me, THE CUSTOMER, to have to take apart the sandwich in my car and do what she could have EASILY done when preparing the sandwich. Ridiculous. Especially since I’ve never had an issue with this in the past.

We have been to five different BABS in the state and this is by far most disappointing. On three occasions we have gotten bagels to go, only to find when we got home that at least one was missing. We have also called to provide feedback and gotten an apology but clearly nothing is improving. This last visit was a “one more chance” after staying away a couple months….and it happened again. There wont be a call to the store this time. We just aren’t going anymore.

I had a delicious BLT bagel sandwich today-highly recommended!! And the staff was so kind, helpful and friendly! Restaurant and restrooms were clean. A+ experience!

Always pick n up a few bagles when in town. We miss our store in bay city. Love the jalapeño bagles. My wife onky can eat a limited choice but they Re always gone when we get there.

Great bagels and cream cheese or smears. I do love their sandwiches as well. Use whatever bagel you want and there is usually always a specialty cream cheese. Added some pictures of their menu 😸

They Messed up my order so make sure everything is correct. Customer service is not good at all, and they are rude.

They did a great job with their donut assortment for my request, as it was for kids. However, their pumpkin spice iced latte, awful- almost stale, and there was blue on the inside of the top of my drink…? Person taking the order wasn’t friendly… maybe a trainee that lacks customer service skills (especially on a bright, happy Sunday!)… Also, no kind of pumpkin taste whatsoever… I couldn’t finish the medium because it was making my stomach turn. Additionally, the cream on top is not like whipped cream, it is hard - strange texture and taste- leaves a film on the roof of your mouth and teeth. Eek. I would recommend getting coffee elsewhere. If you won’t let one person with a poor attitude (person taking the order at the intercom) affect your mood or YOUR happy day, you could get your donuts here! :-) hope this helps!

I would say they have poor service but using the word service would be overstating. Quite simply I had what appeared to be an off bag of chips. I simply asked to swap them out with a donut and the girl said you don’t get to swap them out just because you don’t like them that’s not how this works. I am sure they’re fine. Seriously terrible service and as you can see the consistent poor reviews we all should stop coming here so maybe a business who cares can go in its place.

My go to breakfast place, the breakfast wraps are awesome! Love the coffee, I'm not a fancy coffee drinker. The new blueberry donut is awesome. Cinnamon rolls and apple fritters are my back ups. My order is usually right. So that's a plus!

We came in here and they were nice, but it was noon and we ended up leaving without buying any donuts because they hadn't baked any more from the morning and they were out of most everything. My kids were pretty disappointed. But we took them to a nice bakery across the street so it worked out.

Went in the morning for breakfast and ordered inside at the front. The whole staff seems rude and very unorganized. Running around like no one knows their job. Took my order and didn’t give me my receipt or say anything afterwards just turned around and walked away. Then the manager snaps at me when I try to grab my receipt off the printer. Then you guys just yell out what people ordered instead of a name or order number. Do you think people don’t order the same thing and this wont cause confusion?? It also ensures the that nobody moves out the way after they order, they just crowd around the front and wait for their food. Also putting little Jesus figurines in the tip jar is pretty low. Just future reference, I dont care what you say, I’ll grab my own receipt every time if you don’t hand it to me after my order, so maybe learn to do you job correctly so the customer doesn’t have to do it for you.

Should have learned my lesson years ago. But this place is absolutely the worst. After driving over 25 minutes across town to pick it up and then driving back again, I realized they gave me someone else’s order in my bag. I didn’t think I had to unwrap my sandwich to check it, but I guess I should have known better. When I’ve tried to call they do not pick up the phone. I’m not wasting another hour driving back-and-forth in gas for a sandwich. Completely unacceptable guys.

I’ve been coming here religiously for about 10-12 months now. I wish I could express how many times I’ve had to drive back through the drive through, go inside, or just flat out leave after getting my coffee. Then there’s some days I’m forced to not care about my money being literally wasted because no matter how long the line is, it’s impossible to get through in a reasonable amount of time. I get the SAME coffee every time, and it’s a serious surprise when it tastes the way it’s supposed to. You’ll never get consistency from this location which is hands down the most frustrating thing as an avid coffee drinker. Mind you, I’m a manager at a fast food location as well, so I understand hiccups and mistakes happen, especially when a place is busy. It’s why I kept going. It’s why I gave it grace for so long. I feel very apologetic for the employees because it’s 100% poor management and poor training for this location. It’s bad when the customer is telling the employees what does, and what does not go in certain coffees. I don’t even know why people keep entertaining this business. You’ll save more money going to bigby and buying their expensive coffees, because at least they’re consistent and your getting what you actually asked and paid for. Sorry, but todays mess up was officially my last straw.

I come in almost everyday, just checked and last month, I spent more than $200 just at this location alone. I decided to try something new today and got the Peanut Butter Crunch bowl, it was absolutely disgusting. I should have stuck with what I know, after a few bites I tried returning or getting a credit towards something else, whichever was more convenient for them. That’s when I was told that there’s no refunds or credits allowed. I already know I’m paying for over priced food, so I think you should at least help someone out if they don’t like what they’ve ordered. I blame the greedy owner of this establishment. I will not be returning to give you any more of my money. As far as my refund, I was trying to give you an opportunity to keep a happy customer. But I’ll just dispute the charges on my card and get the refund that way.

The food went downhill big time! I ordered a cheese quesadilla, but where is the cheese 2 of my co-workers ordered the mixed berry yogurts, it's their usual. This same time I got my cheeseless quesadillas their yogurts looked like these pictured below

Food was good. The server behind the counter insisted that she could not put our phone number in at the time of checking out. We have traveled across this country to many tropical smoothes and this is the ONLY ONE that apparently could not or have the capacity nor capability to type in our phone number to get the points. We are.not able to log into the app to transfer the points that way. Said this to the girl at the register. Still insisted we go to the app and do it that way. Asked what name to put on the order. Said it pretty clear. She still didn't listen to that and typed in a name that WAS NOT what I said. My request is that if you don't know something about your job make sure you find someone who does. Side note. Someone who I'm guessing was the manager was pulling ceiling tiles off the ceiling over customers as they ate while dust and dirt dropped to the ground. Not good...not good at all.

Unfortunately, I got a chunky smoothie and it's pretty unbearable. Staff was friendly but when you dont blend a smoothie all the way its pretty nasty. If I wanted to chew pinapple I would just eat fresh pinapple. Very disappointed

Had no idea that you could substitute with plant based chicken ! Very exciting discovery. Will definitely come more often to try it again

We love this location. The employees are friendly and consistent and they really seem to care about the quality of food. They are courteous and this is the best tropical smoothie we have ever been to.

Amy consistently does a fabulous job-she is so friendly and efficient. Our smash burgers were delicious-grilled to perfection. The sides were fresh and delicious, too.

This was a once a Great Place to Eat and have a Drink before a Loons game or Summer Evening. Took the Liquor and Beer out. Then shortened hours and menu. It would tarnish Midlands Family Image by having Adults Drinking and Having Fun Downtown at night.

Had some good salads early on, but I have had so many negative experiences that I will not return. This is cafeteria food (and not a good cafeteria). I do feel bad that they are handcuffed by a lack of a kitchen, but they need to figure out how to offer a good product or sell to someone else who can.

Planning to stop for a quick to go order only to find that hours listed online were not the actual hours it was open. Bummer.

Friendliest staff, reasonably priced, extremely clean and bright and excellent food - especially for Lacto-Vegetarians and Vegans. If you want to eat something full of flavor, be sure to try their Southwest dishes (Flatbread, Panini and Salad). It is mouthwatering good. If you like things spicy, they can modify the menu items a bit to make it more spicy. Also, their soups are great - especially Broccoli-Cheddar soup. I visit this place often.

Staff is great but despite the branding this is a coffee house that sells Starbucks coffee but isn't a Starbucks.

This place is always closed they don’t even keep bankers hours.

Really nice McDonald's in the Midland area. We stopped for a bathroom while driving up north and decided to get something while we were there. The lobby and bathrooms were kept very clean. The cashier and the staff were all very friendly. We ordered a Happy Meal to split just to get something small. The fries and nuggets were HOT, so they were fresh and delicious. It's still McDonald's so you aren't coming here for quality food. You're here for fast and cheap, which this location absolutely delivered on. The additional bonus that the food was hot and fresh was a nice win .

Went here once and probably won't come back. Food was fast. I ordered a large fry only. But they were cold and hard to chew. 2/10 won't recommend.

I placed an order on the McDonald's app at 7:25 am from my phone. I got there at 7:31am parked in Spot 5. My app asked me if I had arrived o clicked the yes button and put in which parking spot I was in. Got the usual order will be out to you in 2-5 mins message. I waited and waited no order coming out. It is now 7:50 and I have to be to work at 8 am. So I call the McDonald's store using the handy number that was on the confirmation email for my order. They have no record of my order. I tell them the order number and what time order was placed the spot I'm in and what was on the order. I get the answer again they can't find a record on their end of my order so a guy finally comes out with a bag and asks to see my app order which I show him as well as my email confirmation. He says are you sure it's the Waldo Rd McDonalds and I point to the address on the order confirmation and then on the app. Yes it is!. He said well I didn't get paid for this order. I checky banking app and the money has already been debited from my account for the amount matching my order confirmation email. And say, Yes you did. I got an snarky look and the bag was handed over a long with my coffee which was not even filled up all the way. I open the bag on the way to work which by now I am running late too. One of my sausage burritos was not even in a wrapper! I grabbed it because hey I waited sooooo long, and I was starving. I bite into it and immediately spit it out..my egg is frozen in the middle!! Seriously!! This McDonald's I am done with!

Drive thru line was very quick to go through even though I had over a 30 dollar order. Food was made fresh as i was ordering and came out within 3 minutes. Everything was delicious and customer service was excellent. I will go to this McDonald's over hemlock from now on. Good job.

Worst ever! We waited over 20 minutes expecting hot food but NOPE!

This morning 4/27/2023 I ordered food for my boys and wife and I. What is going on with this steak bagel? The first photo is mine, wife’s was the same, second photo is McDonald’s photo, and the third a real photo of one that’s made properly. My steak bagel has this tiny egg, tiny steak, no sauce, no onions, overdone bagel, missing the extra slice of cheese on egg. What is the deal? They’re going to remake it tomorrow morning, but if it’s made the same I’d rather be refunded. I’ve had many orders screwed up, and I get it, it can be swamped, I normally don’t want to write a negative review, but when my money is constantly being wasted it’s an issue. They screwed up an order a long time ago, and took my address and said I’d be getting compensation in the mail, I never received anything and that must’ve been a year ago or so. Am I ever going to get it????

I got two different drinks not full. It’s ridiculous to go through the drive through and have to go back inside to fill my drinks that should’ve BEEN full when handed to me. SMH. It’s not like the workers can’t SEE the drinks are not full.

The evening crew/closing crew. Everything out the window is fresh, hot and delicious. The best value on the menu is a large Double QPC with bacon. Best fast food in Midland. Be prepared to wait. All orders are 100% cooked to order. It's worth the wait. Keep up the great work.

Don't go to this McDonald's if you play the monopoly game they take the stickers off of large cups when you get a frappe and say the frappes don't get a sticker which is a lie every large frappe I have got from Gladwin, West Branch and the McDonald's on Eastman have them on the cup!! Looks like employees are just taking them off and keeping them for themselves!!

Ordered two happy meals, four mc chickens, a 20 piece and four fries for our family. We only ever received the happy meals when going through the app for delivery. Driver was rude and clearly didn’t pay attention to the amount of bags our order had. Never received our food and McDonalds is attempting to refund us for the missing items with the next 5-6 business days….had no options to ensure that we would get our food without reordering again and hoping that this doesn’t happen again!

Husband and I have gone thru drive thru about 5× in the past 2 wks and and so far they haven't given us any mistaken orders like what usually happens every single time at any other McDonalds, and the employees have been so friendly. This McDonalds will get recommended highly from me every time.

This place is great, always lots of kids for my son to play with at the playplace. But the playplace looks like it has never been cleaned or maintained. It needs a good washing.

Hopefully the owner understands that its illegal to continue to advertise certain foods or drinks, and then not sell them at all, and ontop of that refuse to give refunds and instead try to offer something else or tell you youre out of luck.

I go to this Burger King all the time on Saginaw Road in Midland Michigan. I asked for a large fry, and I asked if it was possible that a couple onion rings be tossed on top, and that I was willing to pay whatever it may cost. She said that it was no problem, and that she wasn't going to charge me. Now I understand, and am grateful that she was willing to do this for me at no cost, but that does not take away what I ordered. So my large fry is half-full, and I have six onion rings. I'm happy with everything, except for the fact that my large fry was half full, and the sweet and sour sauce I asked for, was not in my bag. Zesty sauce was in my bag.

They got my $4.30 oreo shake completely wrong instead of just making it right never wasting my time with that staff the burger was alright nothing special but left feeling very disrespected

If I could leave no stars I would. This particular Burger King is horrible, cold fries, sloppy Burger & the manager is written. Sure they remade my fries, but then the Burger was cold. I'll travel farther next time I want a burger & fries. Plus, I drive past this place daily & I see why they're never busy.

Dining in. Pleases and thank yous from the staff would be nice when they hear pleases and thank yous from customers. Also, ketchup packets not covered in sticky gunk would be an improvement.

So when you go to Burger King and order a melt, what you expect is cheese and your bread to be toasted. Well I live 25 min from this place and when I got home with my dinner what I got was not toasted and no cheese I had to put my own cheese on it. So I called and it rang and rang nobody answered twice. I will not be visiting this place again

Ordered 2 hamburgers only ketchup got them plain. Was suppose to get marina sauce for cheese fries got yukky ranch. It was terrible.

This McDonald's speciality is quick serving n late serving. Even at the late night if u have cravings of French fries they'll serve u hot... by the way this McDonald's ice-cream never disappoint me saying out of order. I think u'll see this in v few places n i love McDonald's caramel coffee.

Worse McDonald’s ever. Parking is horrible. Took 26 minutes to get food inside. Then the worker yelled at me and said it was not her fault. Never going back again. No apology for waiting so long. Also no refills available. All drinks behind counter.

After waiting almost 15 min. For a mobile order I was served a raw quarter pounder. (Photo) submitted Amongst the stock photos they fill the site with to make you think that’s what you’re getting. I Didn’t notice it was raw until I was a couple bites in and thought the meat seemed chewy. I’m disgusted right now and praying I don’t get sick.

Called ahead to see if they had the toy my kid wanted more than anything for her birthday. They said that’s what they are currently giving out and to swing through and get a happy meal. I’m there 5 minutes later. Order 3 happy meals just for my kids to get a different toy. Wasted trip and $25… not to mention the slips for the burgers were correct but the actual toppings were wrong. I have a very sad birthday girl. Now to over pay for it on eBay…

I often have a terrible experience with this location, some of the folks are great, others are rude. From half full drinks, to extra condiments that I pay for but NEVER receive. This place is a mess. Here's my $1.90 soda that isn't even full.

We came 10 minutes before the lobby closed and they were already telling us they were going to lock the doors and locked us inside. Were super rude and trying to rush us out the door. Even followed us to the door to lock it. I understand in fast food you have times to close the lobby but when there are still customers in the lobby it’s unacceptable. Me and my husband both work in customer service and this is extremely disrespectful and disappointing. HR needs to look into this immediately.

I don’t know how the food quality is there because the service sucked. They weren’t busy, the manager was well aware that I was standing at the counter waiting to order. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting before I walked out….

Service was way too slow. You need to re-organize. For being a fast food establishment, the service was slow from the time you ordered until you received your order and all I ordered was a children's burger. I asked for a packet of mustard and what I received was a to go ice cream cup with a dob of mustard on the lid, what a waste of money. Plus your servers did not look happy at all. I don't think I will be going back there any time soon. That place need some serious help.

Drive thru is always slow, I had a mobile order, was told a total when I pulled to the window for the guy behind me. I couldn’t really understand the person at the window, but I think he was rattling off the other persons order and then I heard mobile order and I said yes! I had the mobile order. The food was prepared wrong, (Picture posted) with the other photos because i couldn’t figure out to just add it to the review) it was served ice cold. Not sure what’s up with BK’s fries, they’re tough, dry & nasty. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances and my money, but I’m over it now. I guess the days of “Have it Your Way” and companies caring about service and quality are gone.

Waited 20 minutes in the right drive through lane behind one car whose order wasn't being taken while three different cars ordered in the left drive through lane. Pulled up to order and waited again while two more cars ordered in the other lane. Someone finally offered to take my order for two ice cream cones. And then told me the ice cream machine was broken. Wasted 30 minutes of my day trying to order ice cream. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. They could at least put out a sign when there's no ice cream. And what in the world is up with not taking orders from both lanes?! I truly never want to go back.

So I went in later in the night so I understand maybe not being the happiest with me as a customer however I was not impressed with the service here. I never usually write reviews but this felt necessary. I had a pretty large online order and to start when I went to pick it up I was told they “couldn’t make my shake because the shake machine is down for the night.” I work in the food service industry myself and I know exactly what that means, they already cleaned it and don’t want to do it again. This I feel is unacceptable, I know how it is to close at places and you should not be able to shut things down that early for your convience. Moving on, then they proceed to forget my cheesy tots with my order. Yes when I pulled back through they gave them to me however when I went back to eat my food I came to find that they didn’t even put the sauces in my bag. To top everything off my boyfriend simply asked for no tomatoes on his wrap and still got them. I’m pretty upset with this visit hopefully this can be fixed

I waited forever for my meal. Everything was cold. There was no one else around but myself and 2 ppl behind me. The childs apple juice is not 100% juice . It's definitely nasty.

Everything that was ordered was given. Nothing missing. We had a variety of items. Had ice cream cones and dishes of ice cream afterwards... Everything was good.

I’ve given this place so many chances and every time it disappoints me even more. Today I waited at the speaker for eight minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Then I waited at the window for another eight minutes. I was thinking because of the long way that my sandwich would be fresh. Wrong. It’s like they wrapped it up sat on it and stuck it in the microwave for 10 minutes. I’m not sure how this place stays in business with being so terrible.

I've gone inside to order food on my lunch break from my work place many times and no one comes to take your order , you have to wait until they notice you. There's nothing you can do until they notice you . Not fair to the customer . The bigger complaint is the cabatta bread turkey sandwich. Turkey tasted stale and could only stand to eat half , went back and said something about it to the worker and the response was " Well we - freshly - slice daily" sorry ! That's how complaints get handled there . Okay ☹️

This place always has great quality food and fast service. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the speaker in the drive thru area doesn't work very well. The employees had a very hard time understanding me and I suspect that a lot of reviews containing complaints about "wrong orders" are a result of bad speaker quality. The employees do a great job here but the speaker means that mistakes are bound to happen. I will adjust this review to 5 stars once the speaker issues have been addressed.

5 Stars to the team working today. I got the Acai Nutella Bowl just after a truck came in with more supplies.. OMG! Thank you! Food is a comfort for me and stress has been hitting hard. Thank you for making my day a little more brighter on a rainy day! ❤️

I love the one on State st. in michigan. Bcuz they make your smoothie thick n the wraps are worth your money.

Our smoothies were great! However the young lady working must not have liked her job very well...she was very short with the interaction and not polite.

Terrible customer service. I could hear several employees in the back talking about inappropriate things and swearing. When I was trying to order one of them came out looked at me and walked back to talk with her friends. Just unacceptable.

Coffee's Good, But the Pastries Fell Flat Just swung by Chef Sergey's this month, curious to see what it's like now, though I missed its opening buzz. Honestly? It was a bit of a disappointment, despite a few bright spots. The real letdown for me was the pastries. Most of what I tried was either dry or seriously lacking in flavor. It's tough to recommend them. The only one that stood out, and I'd maybe consider getting again, was the Ukrainian cake. The bread was just okay, nothing to write home about. However, the coffee was the clear winner here. It's pretty good and surprisingly strong for Midland, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, while the coffee might tempt me back, the general experience was a miss. As of this month, it feels like they need to do some serious work, especially on their pastries.

I am delighted to share that my initial visit today was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the raspberry lemonade and the delicious sourdough loaf, both of which I would rate a perfect 10 out of 10!

I stopped by to pick up some bread and was delighted by Sergey's warm, crunchy French baguettes. They are absolutely delicious. The Ukrainian cake is hands down the best I’ve tried in Michigan. Highly recommend this spot to all my friends!

I went yesterday for the first time and tried a few of their desserts and everything was SO delicious, the atmosphere was very modern and welcoming and the service was wonderful! Will be coming back again!!! The tirimisu and the Ukrainian cake were by far my favorite

Awesome place with delicious goodies. The turkey and cheese croissant was yummy.. the pesto sandwich was delicious and the mushroom soup tasty.

It was our 2nd visit to this little gem in our city. My wife and I are both certain this is the only way to start our Sunday. I cannot write enough about everything we have sampled thus far- the sourdough bread, the Basque cheesecake, the sandwiches and the ‘to die for drip coffee’. However what makes the difference is the smile, the warmth of the staff and the overall environment that fosters a welcome. That is from the heart and it is that which makes the difference. I absolutely recommend this paradise. Thank you to the entire team at Chef Sergey’s Bakery that makes a day so special…

I live in Canada, but visit Midland often because I have family there. I am a pastry chef, so I love this place for its from-scratch pastries! Everything I have tried is delicious. My favourite is the peanut butter caramel cookie 😋 My only problem with this place is the customer service. I’ve been in I believe 3 times since they’ve opened and I’ve never felt welcome or appreciated for spending my hard-earned money at this business. I’ve worked strictly at small businesses throughout my life and I know how important customer service is to a place. I don’t believe I’ve ever been helped by one of the owners, so I would advise them to maybe have a talk with their employees about being a bit friendlier. Maybe they’re tired and stressed out from a busy day, but after 3 visits with similarly bad experiences, they should try to figure out a solution for their attitudes. I also want to say that because I’ve worked in restaurants and bakeries my whole life, I know problem customers, and I am not one. I try to be as quick and easy as possible when I go anywhere because I know how it is.

Not only do they have 4 employees that were just standing around. The food is absolutely disgusting!! I placed an online order, they messed up 3 different things. Although I went through the drive thru, I still had to go in. I know all fast food isn't the greatest. But this is the worst food I have EVER got from a taco bell. Most were inedible, a waste of money 😡😡 I forgot the stupid look on one of the cooks faces - no customer service at all

Walked inside to order food and they tell me they will not take my order but when im done ordering on the kiosk to come up and pay. You was right there TAKE MY ORDER. I just walked out and went too burger king which had GREAT SERVICE and a PERSON take my order...

I got to the drive through for a mobile order and the employee said they were all out of food and I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for my food. I was the only one there, absolutely unacceptable and they should get new management if they can’t be organized enough to be able to put together a taco and burrito then clearly something is seriously wrong.

Order screen is awful super slow and very confusing. Food took forever it is a beautiful Taco Bell but seems a but much for the little bit of dining area it actually has but overall not to bad. Not a fan off the dollar menu chicken quesadilla replacement to much sauce taste different not good at all.

First time I experienced AI taking my order. Was really weird and cold feeling the screen was burnt out so it kept flashing and I couldn’t read it to choose what I wanted to order which was very annoying. I ordered a chicken Cantina bowl fresco style through the AI ordering system, the human that made it messed up and definitely put cheese sour cream and Cantina chicken chicken on the bowl. I usually don’t eat fast food but we were in a crunch and on the road. We waited in line a long time too,big waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. The employees are standing around talking while the lobby looks like bomb went off. There was an actual whole soft taco on the floor by the drink station that god only knows how long had been sitting there.

Finally a taco bell place that puts MORE than a mini teaspoon of meat, 3 pieces of shredded cheese and a sprinkling of lettuce. Tacos and burrito was fully loaded and had excellent flavor. Give this taco bell a try, they are worth it.
