Nous avons découvert le concept de Loola il y a environ 3 ans maintenant… Nous avons été conquis les premières fois! Cependant, nous avons vite remarqué que la qualité des produits dépendaient d’une fois à l’autre: il arrive que les produits « transpirent » dans leur pot à notre arrivée (les pots dans les frigos sont bien trop remplis et « débordent » ce qui empêche un bon refroidissement des ingrédients). Sur le moment même nous n’y avions pas prêter plus attention que cela mais nous avons très mal digéré la pizza ensuite! Nous n’y sommes donc plus retournés pendant quelques temps… Nous avons refait le test quelques mois plus tard.. Au moment de nous servir du fromage Fontina, nous remarquons des taches vertes sur celui-ci!!! Nous indiquons ceci au vendeur qui essaie de le frotter et ca ne part pas! Il appelle son collègue qui nous prétend que c’est du gorgonzola (qui se trouve de l’autre coté du bac!). Nous avons refusé de continuer notre commande et sommes partis. Nous avons retesté l’expérience cette semaine.. Cette fois-ci les produits semblaient corrects à la vue et nous avons bien mangé. La qualité fluctue vraiment fortement d’une fois à l’autre… Le rapport qualité prix était assez correct mais nous avons remarqué à notre dernière visite que certains ingrédients augmentent le prix d’1€ par ingrédient (c’est excessif pour la quantité sur une pizza!). Le personne n’est jamais le même, il y a un grand turnover qui nous empêche de donner un avis sur celui-ci. Bref, pour nous Loola était super au début mais la qualité a fortement diminué.
