Most of the products are delicious, fresh and of a higher quality than other rival chain bakeries! My only criticism is of the Chelsea buns (at all Parsons branches, not just Bath Road). The last few times I have bought them, they've been dry, almost stale tasting and lacking much fruit or any flavour. Even butter couldn't make them edible.
