Typhoon Texas Waterpark in Katy, Texas is a spacious and lively destination offering an array of attractions for visitors of all ages. From thrilling serpentine water slides to a relaxing lazy river for tubing, the park boasts numerous pools, wave pool, water playgrounds, and splash pads. Guests can also enjoy dining at the restaurants or sipping on drinks at the bar while soaking up the sun. The park hosts various events throughout the year including musical concerts.
Absolutely ADORABLE 🤩🥰 My daughter couldn't get enough of the water attractions right from the gate. She got scared about going through "the snake pit" by herself so, momma got into it and I LOVED IT so much that I went 3 times. I could have kept going but, I wanted to take in everything. I think, yeah, you can see everything in one day but you really need more than one day to experience everything. I saw men running under the water pouring down from the big bow like kids. It was beautiful. And ouch, I forgot to take a picture of the pizza itself but I got us a pizza (half pepperoni and half cheese) and it was so big and fluffy and cheesy, I heard people comment on it as they passed by. A brave man asked if I got extra for like cheese, for it to be that cheesy..I said nah. It was just that big, fluffy, cheesy and tasty so yeah, recommend. I loved today. So much. 5PM came too early. Also, shout out to the teens working through summer here. They were kind with questions and patient with directions. Got me a free mother's day entry. It is $37 for an adult I think. They search bags at the gate for food, and water as they aren't allowed. They sell those inside along with bikinis 👙 for everyone. Also there are enough floaters and life jackets even though the rush and mass of people may have you believing otherwise. Just patience.

Amazing Day at the Waterpark! We had an incredible time! The park was super clean, well-organized, and had something for everyone — from thrilling slides to relaxing lazy rivers. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of lifeguards, which made us feel really safe. We loved the wave pool and the kids’ area was perfect. Food options were decent , a little bit expensive . The best option is to join as a member. You only pay once and can visit anytime without paying again.

Nice waterpark next to Katy Mills mall. no food allowed. they have lots of restaurants to choose from. I like how they have cabanas everywhere in each section. Bathrooms were clean and nicely tiles. Ok lazy river..lots of ridws. 2 kiddie sections. Lines were not too long at the major rides. Loves rhe vintage vehicles spread out over the property. A good amount of floaties. Waves pool by the stage area. Lots of cool features in this watee park.

I came to Typhoon Texas Waterpark in Katy few weeks ago. I really liked it and I wanted to go back. But I can't afford paying $40 again. I missed the final summer day last Monday for $20 admission. Oh well, until next year. I wish the lazy river was longer, tho.

We visited Typhoon Texas as part of our family vacation. We purchased Pogo Passes to help make the vacation planning easier. Highly recommend Typhoon Texas! My kids loved the shaved ice stand by the wave pool, unlimited drink refills with the souvenir cup, and all of the slides. My daughters were nervous to ride The Typhoon, but had a blast doing so!
Katie K — Google review
This was great fun but you need a full day to enjoy all slides and pools. The changing rooms were clean and pool areas clean. There are lockers available at $25 (ouch) but you can open and close it all day long.
Paul F — Google review
My grandkids and I have memberships they pay for themselves. My grandson birthday 🎂 Party was there in one of the cabanas the hostess was great. We had a great time.

Really great water park and super convenient if you're on Houston's West side. The season pass is a great deal for a city with hot summers and not a lot of outdoor, kid friendly attractions when kids are out of school.

If you're on the hunt for a thrilling indoor adventure in Houston, look no further than Houston Funplex! This expansive entertainment hub is packed with excitement across two stories, featuring everything from bowling alleys and roller skating rinks to go-kart tracks and VR simulators. Perfect for families, it offers a variety of activities that cater to all ages—kids can bounce around in inflatable play areas or enjoy bumper cars while adults relax at the sports bar.
I've been regularly coming to the Funplex since the 2000s when I was a child. This place has resonated with me deeply. It has a unique and weird architecture (weird in the best way), with an unmatched ambience and fun activities in each corner. Quite frankly, just walking around is a nice time in itself. I look forward to the Funplex reopening - thank you for so many memories, big liminal playground! I took these pictures with an old camera, but they're from 2024.

I do not have a lot of happy memories as a kid. But the few times I went here way back in the late 80s are happy memories. I still remember holding the laser tag gun running through the misty dark room and shooting the robots that would light up on the wall. The ropes and ladder room with endless adventure and imagination. So sorry to hear it has closed, I hope someone has the money and is willing to invest to keep it going.

I took my daughters to this place this past Sunday and it really wasn’t worth it. The outside is super dirty and building can’t possibly be up to code. You can tell it was a nice place when it first opened but the current owners don’t care. In the arcade only a few games worked, the skating ring was the best part. They have rides that you can get on but they were outdated and there were no attendants. The place feels like a big ball of germs, touching anything makes you feel dirty. The bowling alley was nice but not it’s in a corner and is easily missed. I didn’t trust the food because the ordering counter was dirty, machines haven’t been cleaned or whipped down. It was a no for me. The staff want friendly, very nonchalant, poor hygiene/super musty and had attitudes. I will say except for the ticket lady at the front and the young men that ran the skating ring. I drive from Katy thinking to try a new place but that drive wasn’t worth it. Save your money because it is expensive and you can’t comfortably enjoy anything!!

Paid for my sons birthday party, booked in the crystal room. Party area was not ready for a half hour after the time we booked. Several of the fun attractions are not working as well which was a bummer. The manager, not sure his name, was more than helpful in getting us accommodated and expediting our wristbands and game cards. It looks a bit run down but we had a great time. Communication seems like it could be better, along with some aesthetic touch ups. There’s an obvious abundance of maintenance work that could be implemented to brighten the place up. Pizza for the party was good, our hostess was pleasant and helpful as well. We had a great time all in all.
Michael R — Google review
Fun little spot to go to when you have free time with the kids. The roller rink was extremely chill and relaxing, as well as the bowling alley. Since it was a weekday, there weren't very many people there, so it was the perfect time to go.
Iani P — Google review
We had a blast going to this place. The kids loved it, very affordable, we got the 20$ wristbands that allow all but 3 attractions. Everything is indoors, which was perfect considering that it was 100 plus degrees outside. There was a lot to do there, bowling , skating, arcade games, play areas, Farris wheel, trampoline jump, bumper cars, and more. The lines were very small while we were there. What a great place for all ages. Has a bar in it for adults, they have food there. We will definitely be visiting again.
Jaison T — Google review
This place needs some TLC. Lots of arcade games aren't working. Ferris wheel attendant is very slow and could use some help to expedite the seating. He was working really hard and seem tiered. Not many options to eat. I visited on March 21. This place has seen better days. Card wasn't accumulating points for the ride and arcade combos plane.
Rohit — Google review
If you read my reviews you would know that I am usually positive and tend to try to always be so. But our experience at the funplex was such a disappointment. I truly hope the owners take a good look at these reviews and try to make some changes. The place was overpriced and half of the games didn’t work. The kids went from game to game not able to play any games they wanted. A ticket to fiesta Texas is cheaper and 100x a better value. The 20 signs at the counter that said “no refunds” was the first red flag. The place is run down and the workers are mostly rude and obviously untrained. This place could be something with better management

Kemah Boardwalk is a family-friendly amusement park featuring classic rides such as a wooden roller coaster and a two-story carousel. Located near Kemah Boardwalk Marina, visitors can capture picturesque scenes of various vessels, from yachts to fishing boats. The boardwalk comes alive at night with vibrant lights and thrilling attractions like roller coasters and Ferris wheels, making it an ideal setting for photography enthusiasts to experiment with low-light or long-exposure shots.
Wonderful Octoberfest with kids and families showing up around 2. It was much less crowded around 12. The $28 dollar wrist band is great if you are just riding. Not all of our party rode rides, so it is very nice not having to buy a full ticket price. Offers a lot of games, etc. love being able to sit next to the canal and watching the boats drive by before they enter the bay. There are lots of seats, but do wish they had more in the shade. Several great restaurants with a few snack food trucks on the boardwalk.

This amusement park is beautifully designed and located right by the sea, which gives it a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The whole park has a strong Spanish character, which adds to its charm and authenticity. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, offering a variety of food options — and many with great views. The rides and attractions are a lot of fun, well-maintained, and offer something for all ages. Whether you’re into adrenaline-pumping roller coasters or more relaxed experiences, there’s something here for everyone. Prices are relatively affordable, especially considering the quality and variety the park offers. All in all, a fantastic day out — fun, scenic, and very Spanish in the best way!

Great place to spend a day with the family or a date. Lots of fun things to do and you can even get a tour in a boat 😵‍💫. They have a nice Hotel there you can stay and different restaurants with all kinds of food. The parking ticket is 15 dollars and the whole day pass was like 30 which is the best option. The roller coaster is insane 🤣 so much fun.

Kemah Boardwalk is one of the most vibrant and fun destinations along the Texas Gulf Coast. It perfectly blends great food, family entertainment, and a relaxing seaside vibe. The boardwalk is beautifully set by the water, offering stunning views, cool sea breezes, and plenty of spots to unwind or snap photos. There’s something for everyone here from thrilling rides and arcade games to waterfront dining and live music. The restaurants, especially the seafood spots, serve fresh and flavorful meals, and the overall atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple, Kemah Boardwalk guarantees a memorable experience filled with energy, laughter, and beautiful coastal charm. A must visit place for both locals and tourists looking for fun, good food, and a true Texas waterfront experience

Kemah boardwalk is so exciting and magical. So many rides to go on. the restaurants are fabulous. we've eaten at all of them. Beast os such a high energy speed boat ride. We have to spend alone full day there everytime we go on vacation !
Mary L — Google review
While it looked like it could have been super fun back in the day there was basically nothing open and it was basically dead. We were there at about 3pm on a Friday and was surprised at everything being closed up. Stopped into the aquarium for a quick bite and it was good but otherwise disappointed.
Brittany M — Google review
Our 1st time here, personally I was quite excited. The weather afforded us cool breezes, we arrived 11:45ish for scheduled noon opening and after walking around, having lunch the rides were just opening. When we left at 1:30 there was only one shop open. Totally disappointed! Don't know if this happens on a regular basis but I don't think we'll be driving an hour for this.

Kemah Boardwalk is a perfect family-friendly destination packed with fun and entertainment for all ages! From live music to exciting acrobatic shows, there’s always something happening. Enjoy one of the best dining experiences by the beach, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Kids will love the carnival rides, splash pad during the summer, and the charming train that circles the boardwalk and even passes through some restaurants. Parking is paid, and weekends tend to get busy—so plan ahead!

Hurricane Harbor Splashtown is a popular water amusement park that offers a wide range of attractions suitable for all age groups. In addition to its thrilling water slides and lazy river, the park provides entertainment for the whole family. Visitors can enjoy various adrenaline-pumping rides and activities, as well as indulge in delicious American cuisine at the onsite restaurants. The park caters to both children and adults, offering an array of experiences from adventurous rides to opportunities for relaxation.
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is an awesome place to cool off, have fun, and enjoy a full day of water adventures. From adrenaline-pumping slides to relaxing rivers and wave pools, the park has something for every kind of thrill seeker and water lover. The park was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of shaded spots to rest. The rides were exciting, and the staff helped make the experience even better. Everyone we encountered was friendly, but one employee really stood out—Tayla. She went above and beyond to make sure guests were safe, informed, and having a great time. Her positive energy and professionalism truly made an impression. Huge thanks to Tayla for being a fantastic part of our day! Whether you’re with family or friends, Hurricane Harbor is definitely worth the visit. We’ll be back!
Timothy B — Google review
It doesn’t open until 11am. Google says 9am but that is incorrect. Three slides were down so we missed out on those. They closed all slides, wave pool and jungle gym two hours after being there because they said lightning was spotted 5-10 miles away. We did however buy the “all day dining package” and I believe it’s worthy as everything cost $16-20 per food item. With the pass you can get one food item every 90 minutes and it also comes with an all day refillable drink and you can refill it every 15 minutes. We enjoyed the time we had but wish we got to experience more rides.
Ashlea G — Google review
Caution: Double-Check the Hours Before You Go! *Long post alert* Before planning your visit to Hurricane Harbor, I highly recommend calling the park directly to confirm their hours of operation. Unfortunately, both the website and Google listed opening times that were two hours earlier than when the park actually opened. This caused a lot of frustration for my family and several other guests who arrived early, only to be turned away and told to wait. On the bright side, the security staff was very professional and understanding. The guard who spoke with us mentioned this happens quite often, and he kindly suggested some nearby restaurants where we could pass the time. The Good Stuff: Once inside, my friends and family had a fantastic time! There are plenty of rides and attractions to keep everyone entertained, from the youngest kids to adults. The staff throughout the park were friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed by the lifeguards—they were attentive and clearly took their responsibilities seriously. A Few Downsides: Prices inside the park are quite high, though that’s pretty standard for theme parks. The initial inconvenience with the posted hours put a damper on the start of our day. Overall, while the experience was mixed due to the confusion about opening hours and the high prices, we still made some great memories. And at the end of the day, those memories are priceless!
LaRael D — Google review
So the park is actually quite nice. I'm a little disappointed as a person who owns a pass that works for both Cedar, Fair, and Six Flags, and it's kind of misleading. There's no way for you to buy an all park meal and drink pass for Six Flags without paying for a another season pass, even though you already have one that works at both park chains through Cedar Point, it's a glitch. They need to fix ASAP. Also, they didn't open up the 2 highest tallest slides until more than half the day was gone. They said it was maintenance, but it was clear. There wasn't enough people there to justify having 2 employees standing up there. So those of us that came early instead of later in the day didn't have an opportunity to enjoy those slides. Another issue it seems like a petty money grab that they don't provide inner tubes free of charge for their lazy river. You have to walk in it. I've never heard of a lazy river where you have to pay to get an inner tube.
TJ B — Google review
Hurricane Harbor is good park and there are many good water rides. Only problem I see is every time I visit the park there are at least 2 to 3 rides which are partially closed or fully closed. We also visited Tidal Cafe and employee over there are friendly and helped customizing the food request, I want to thanks *Nevaeh T* she did took care of our order. Since many years this park has not changed and lazy river is not good at all compare to other water parks. New rides addition should be done and upgrades are much needed in this park.
Jagmeet C — Google review
Definitely a great family place. Wouldn’t recommend a major holiday lol but we still had a great time. It wasn’t packed but busy. Great food. Great service. Life guards are on duty but you need to keep an eye out for your own children of you can.

Today I brought my son to the waterpark for the first time. My son has some Disabilities and so I did some major planning to make this trip, right. I will say that over the phone was very hard to get through to anybody, but once I got to the park. The staff was absolutely amazing! I didn’t struggle with the check-in through security with his medical equipment or dietary needs. Had a small hiccup, but Officer Bryan cleared it up quickly. They also made my son feel very special and gave him a security hat and a badge and a patch. My cabana host was extremely sweet to us getting any information we needed. I believe her name was Kcj. The lifeguards made my job easier at any attraction we went to by making sure my son’s wheelchair was take care of while we were in the water. Everybody was very accommodating about how to get around in certain areas with his chair. The staff continuously checked on us. Officer Bryan Came to check on us more than once. Even as we were leaving the park the staff was making sure that we were good from start to finish.
Angel J — Google review
We bought season passes for the kiddos because Mondays we are off and have done this for a few years. I understand that the weather has been weird but even on the days where the weather is great, the park has been closed. I haven’t been able to use my pass at all this year and 4 times we’ve driven up to the park for it to be closed. Other families are waiting and including today, the park is closed! Y’all were supposed to be open at 9. It’s after 1030 and people are leaving while we sit here waiting, now impatiently. No updates given either. At this point we need a full refund for not being able to use our passes. The summer is halfway over! A waste of drive time and money!

From expansive open jump areas to foam pits where you can dive in without a care, there's something for every thrill-seeker.
Brought my baby here on Friday. I used a Groupon, came with a $5 game card and 1 hour of play for $12. #notsponsored Nice, clean facility, with friendly and attentive staff. The place was quite empty for a Friday afternoon. I would come back!

I take my ten year old often. Young kids work here and they are all pretty chill. My son loves hooping on the trampoline and dunking (or trying). Only suggestion would be to watch the dodge ball pit if you have a younger/smaller sized child. Mine tends to get picked on but that’s not the facilities fault. The staff could intervene but that’s probably hard to manage kids lol. We love the concession stand. A lot of the equipment in the arcade section doesn’t work. I counted 11 “temporarily out of service arcade machines” last visit 5/10/25 The air hockey works and that’s fun. There is usually a Groupon floating around for an hour jump pass pretty affordable.

Very entertaining for my kid as he loves dunking and playing basketball, very cheap as well!

This place is huge & exactly what I needed to take my full-of-energy children in. Today was our first (a weekday) time coming & it was very quiet. My kids enjoyed having all that space to jump as much as they wanted. I forgot to take a pic of it but they have a toddler area where the littlest can jump without having to worry about accidents with big kids. They have good options for the kids to have fun. Definitely coming back soon.

My kids love trampoline parks, so we have been to quite a few. And while I wouldn't say that this was the best one we've seen (the foam pit was closed and the look and feel of the basketball trampoline was just off) the kids had fun, which is the important thing.
Abraham M — Google review
This location does not compare to the Beaumont location that has so much more to offer. They only have three jumping areas available. One is a big area with the trampolines that feel like they need maintenance and you're going to fall through the ground. They are very thin and also have holes in them. It says everywhere around the place play at your own risk and I was scared to jump. The staff was very nice and helpful. The point system at the arcade is off and multiple customers were waiting in line to complain about it and I think this is something that has happened for a while and they have not fixed and they didn't make much of an effort to do anything about it either. The air hockey needs some maintenance because the puck does not glide. You have to hit it with all your strength if you want it to go just a few inches.
RaSheMa — Google review
Very nice place to bring your kids and have fun. They have an arcade, bull riding, dodgeball, basketball, and more fun activities! Reasonably priced and great service. Great for birthdays of all ages including adults. They do have jump guards that watch the jumping areas to make it safe and fun at the same time. If you're reading this, be sure to check their website for rules such as no jeans, etc.
Jay S — Google review
This place is super dirty. The equipment and trampolines the kids jump on need to be updated, sanatized, and cleaned. They do not sell food, only snacks. For the price that we’re paying to jump and for the expensive games they can update the place or at least clean it up. A lot of the equipment was run down.

Downtown Aquarium in Houston is not just a massive aquarium with fish, sharks, touch pools, and educational displays. It's also an adventure spot with a Ferris wheel, aquatic carousel, and Shark Voyage adventure train. This sprawling sea life attraction houses 300 underwater species and is popular among visitors of all ages. It's often included in city-wide tours due to its appeal to families with kids.
Loved coming here with my friend :) it was my first time coming to an aquarium! I didn't expect the rides but it was a wonderful addition to it! Not to mention they had more than just fish which was surprising to me and my friend! We had such a blast :D
Meko — Google review
The Downtown Aquarium in Houston was an okay experience overall, but it definitely feels outdated compared to other attractions in the city. While the aquarium itself has some interesting exhibits and a few unique displays, the layout and design seem old and in need of a refresh. It didn’t have that “wow” factor I was expecting for the price. One of the biggest downsides was the cost—not just the admission, but the parking. The parking fees are pretty steep and honestly feel unreasonable for the location. That added cost makes the whole experience feel less worth it, especially if you’re bringing a family. The rides are a nice touch, but again, they feel a little old and not as exciting as you might hope. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a positive, and the aquarium is clean and well-maintained. However, for what you pay, the value just isn’t quite there. Overall, it’s fine for a one-time visit, especially if you have kids who will enjoy seeing the fish and a few animals. But between the outdated vibe and the expensive parking, I can’t say I’d rush back anytime soon.

Perfect escape from the heat, with cool sights, education, and a nostalgic fun atmosphere. My husband likes animals and I love rides so this felt like something we both could enjoy during our Houston trip. Because we were already a little tired from all of the other things we were doing on the trip, this felt like something that wouldn't be overwhelming to enjoy. I was right. The size of this is small so it can be enjoyed in 2 - 3 hours. There are rides outside and breaks from the heat with all the aquariums inside. Plus the decor, music selections, and friendly staff, made me feel generally happy while we were there. Like we had gone to a good place in the late 90s. It was sweet.
Teemaree — Google review
This place was a hidden gem! We went on a Sunday morning and were able to see every exhibit and attraction with no waiting time. It’s is super affordable & teachers are free with ID! My kids were able to see and feed animals I never thought they would be able to.
Danielle ( — Google review
The Downtown Aquarium was a nice experience overall, but it does feel a bit old and the rides are limited. We didn’t see the white tiger — only the regular one — but it was still nice to see. It’s worth visiting once, but I recommend buying the tickets through Pogo Pass — it’s a much better deal.
Alya A — Google review
The downtime aquarium is a 2-minute walk from post market. I grabbed a bite to eat at Post market and parked at Post market then walked to the aquarium. It was fairly quick. The parking at the aquarium is $15. Valet parking is $18. I only wanted to go to the aquarium to experience it. For Friday, the ticket was a little less than $19. I completed the entire aquarium in 20 minutes. There were many different fish. Also there was a tarantula and a few tortoises. They state that they house for 4 tigers however I only saw one. Most likely I showed up during feeding time. All in all, for one person who only wants to go to the aquarium, it is not worth it. I truly felt like I wasted $20 just to walk through a small area and see some fish. Compared to spending $25 at the Houston National Science Museum. If you are going to attend the aquarium and visit the parks, then purchasing a $25 all-day pass would be better money spent.

Was really nice for me and my little one, the aquarium has a unique blend of sea life exhibits, amusement rides, and dining surrounded by underwater views. It’s a fun and visually exciting spot, especially for kids and families. i highly recommend!!!

Brought my niece today and she had a blast! I love the huge toddler/kids area, she was entertained all day. Price was reasonable as well. I paid for an hour and a half which was plenty of time for a three year old. Definitely will be returning!
Jasmin H — Google review
This place is not for one year olds. There is nothing substantial to do. Only to get into the pile of balls. Also, an air-conditioner was blowing the air with a lot of force perpendicular to the children, unacceptable. In general, the employees were a bit indifferent. I wouldn't go back for $18/hour.

From my personal experience it’s a great place, my boys love it we go during the weekday to avoid the crowds. The employees are always so nice & the place is always clean and kept up to date. Worth the drive!

$147 for 4 people with the mandatory grip socks for 2 hours. The kids were so tired that they crashed out in the car on the ride home.

I loved taking my son to this place, up until today. While I was jumping on one of the squares near the basketball hoop, a metal spring went flying and hit my thumb. I'm not sure if it was from the square space I was jumping on or if it flew over from somewhere else, but whenever I looked at the spring it looked like the metal part literally broke apart and left a jagged edge. The manager was there that day, and whenever I brought it to her attention, she didn't seem to do anything about it. I would assume you'd normally go and check it out and make sure it's safe to keep jumping over there, or section it off temporarily in order to prevent anyone else from possibly getting hurt- but nope. I left there worried about all the kids still jumping around near that area, and now I'm concerned. I'm grateful it hit me and not one of the little kids- like, that could seriously take an eyeball out. Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be taking my son back there anytime soon until something is done about it. Which is such a shame, because we really did like that place a lot. :/ **I wanted to add, I'm not upset over the incident itself. Those freak incidents happen. It’s the lack of follow up by the manager that's the issue. I don't want ice, I want someone to go make sure it's safe for others to keep jumping.**

I had my daughters birthday party here and regretted every second of it. They had an attitude with me ask well as my guests and were extremely rude. No assistance whatsoever, when I originally called to ask before booking I asked if we would get assistance from someone to decorate the area we got and was told yes. The lady that gave me tape (because that's all the assistance we received) continuously rolled her eyes.
Karina S — Google review
Today was our first time going here. It was for a birthday party. My daughter played for one hour and then they ate pizza and sang happing birthday for 30 minutes of the second hour. And then the rest 30 minutes she played. They have everything here from batting cages to a section where toddlers and preschoolers can play. It’s a very fun place for kids of all ages. They’re very clean and the customer service is good too. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s not a place closer to my house which is in the southeast side 45south and beltway. We have to drive an hour away. Other than that I love this place and will definitely recommend.

We attended a birthday party on 12/15/24 around noon for a 4 year old. Several parents and I were standing near the purple table (in picture) talking and monitoring our 4 yo and under children on this climbing structure. Next thing we know, my 4 yo daughter was on the top of the green slide (red arrow in picture) outside the safety netting. We have no idea how she got up there. She’s not strong enough or coordinated enough to climb from the bottom up especially without anyone noticing. We safely got her down (she was covered in dust) and informed staff. One staff member briefly went into the structure to see if there were any gaps in the netting in which he said there were none. I would highly suggest looking this equipment over and possibly reviewing cameras to see how she got on the top of this slide. I’d hate for another child to get seriously injured. The place was also filthy including the women’s bathroom at the far back of the facility while staff sat on their phones.

We have gone to this place many times over the course of a year hoping they will improve but every time we go something else is broken. The clinging area has duct tape everywhere as a fix for the ropes, video games controllers don’t work, the interactive jumping games don’t work, the basketball game that keeps score doesn’t work, and the toddler area with toys has very few toys and they are filthy. This place is holding on by a thread. They removed the swing in the ninja area. Very disappointing.

I promised my daughter that I’d take her to the trampoline park on her day off from school, and I chose to take her to iRise. I was able to check-in on Yelp which saved me 20% off. With the 20% off and purchasing trampoline socks, it was $20.30/per person to jump for 1hour 😲. We went around 12-1 on Monday and we were the only people there which was awesome. We were able to have the entire facility to ourselves for about 40 minutes until other visitors arrived. She had fun jumping and I did too. The facility was decent but it did kinda smell like feet or a locker room 😆. My nose is extra sensitive so maybe it was just my nose. 😆 The white guy up front that help us was very polite and got us set up quickly to jump. *****Tips***** 1).Checkin in Yelp to possibly save 20%. 2). Buy or bring your own trampoline socks or pay $3.50 /pair for theirs. 3) Leave valuables at home or you can rent a locker from the facility.

I had an amazing experience at Irise after my daughter's party plans at Flip n Fun fell through due to a storm that caused a power outage. The manager, Leslie, and Tom were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us at the last minute. They were able to squeeze us in for a party even though it was a tight schedule, and they made sure everything went smoothly. The staff provided an exceptional experience for my family and guests, making it a memorable day despite the initial setback. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Summary: Sadat and his team made my child's birthday a hit! From the cleanliness of the facility, the attentiveness of staff, and the great condition of the jump attractions, the party was a success! We used the upstairs area where we hosted right under 40 ppl (18 children). The space allows you to see almost the entire play area, it was well lit, very clean and spacious. We The only negative about the upstairs is that there is no elevator, so our guests with disabilities could not go upstairs and attend the party. They stayed down at the play area below and watched the children from below. A balloon Arch was provided for an additional$75, bringing the cost of the space rental, pizzas and drinks, wrist bands for 15, 3 hrs of play time and complimentary socks to under $800 (one large bounce house is around $400, having many activities was money well spent). They gave us 8 6ft tables to use (we used 6 for eating, 1 for gifts, 1 for food). There is, also, about 25 bar stools around the edge of the upstairs area for looking onto the play area. We did use the fans we brought; 1 big one was already upstairs, but we brought small hand ones and a big one to run to keep it cool upstairs. We would definitely go back and may still get the upstairs room, just because the view was outstanding!!! Thanks again to Sadat and his staff, this was a Great time!

I had a party for my granddaughter here on April 7th, she turned 10, it was amazing. Thomas, Leslie and Michelle helped with anything I needed. It was a hello kitty themed party, I love the location, because its secluded. I would have a party here again, Thanks again.

We just had our daughters 6th birthday party Friday (8/18) for 4 hours (3 hour party 1 hour to set up) here and it was such a good time!!! Lesly was so helpful in booking a week prior to our event she gave us a tour of the whole place & explained the different packages throughly so we would know what to expect. The day of the event Michelle was our host and was so welcoming! Even the young man at the concession stand was willing to help! Pizza was great for the kids and I love that they announce over the intercom when it was time for pizza and then again for cake! Also another perk is most places like this do not let u tape things on the wall and this place did. Also for a small fee they let u bring in your own food which in hind sight saves u money! We booked upstairs (heat rises) and they provided extra fans just incase it got too hot. There was plenty of room upstairs (8 tables more than 36 chairs not including we had 2 bar areas with more seating available) Overall a great experience!! Highly recommend!

I went for the last hour with my family of course it was our first time, having said that we noticed 4 people were playing in the VR game area. Us thinking it was a group of friends or family we waited patiently our turn. These were Employees taking up Game Time from Their Customers!!!! We asked if they were still available for playing they said they were already closed! Our family paid and missed out on what we came for bc their employees don't care about their paying customers service!!! They played up to Closing! Extremely disappointed in the facility!! And Management in charge!! I need someone to reach out for this poor experience

0 complaints. I took my family before the rush of people came in and was a great time. This was around 1230. Around 2pm forget about it, way too many people lol. I think it depends on what you like as well. Regardless staff walks around constantly to ensure safety and the facility is really clean. Would return. Decent prices as well.

This place was not what I was expecting. The staff were okay. Half of the games did not work, but it still took my credits, the food was cold and there was hair in it. The only good type of entertainment was the laser tag and some portions of the trampoline park. The activities I wanted to do weren't available until Saturday. It's good place to get out of the house, but would it be the first I'd recommend? Probably not.

Hermann Park Railroad is a popular attraction for train and boat rides, perfect for a weekend adventure with your family. The 14-minute journey takes you around Hermann Park, departing from Kinder Station every 20-25 minutes. While some visitors prefer the faster gas train over the electric one, the latter provides a leisurely tour of attractions like the zoo, Sam Houston statues, and the medical center.
It’s a lush oasis in the middle of the city thanks to the latest investments and upgrades made to the train, the Japanese garden, the museums, the new play ground with $1.00 carousel ride!! Looking forward to the completion of the event pavilion at the Houston Zoo. The Elephant installation this month is amazing.

The train ride is $7 on weekends and holidays for adults. A good ride around the park for kids and families for about 15-20 min with halts in various locations. People can take ride multiple rides with same ticket within same day. Besides train ride what to say more about Herman park, great place for family time, picnic time, trail walks and good restrooms and parking

You pay $6 and it's an all day until 6:00 p.m. it has three stops there's a stop to the museum the second stop is by the Carousel and the other stop is by Rice University,, I'm not sure if it's in that order but I do know the first stop is the museum.. it is fun to go out with your little ones, my baby girl and I we enjoyed our day.
Patty G — Google review
The train is fun. It doesn't cost much and you get a brief tour of the park. The track is much shorter now. It also stopped twice for the pickup locations. The train was full, but we still stopped in front of the other hopeful, would be passengers for 5-10 mins. Still its something to do and if you have kids, they'll love it.

Space Center Houston is an educational facility that showcases the history of U.S. space travel through various exhibits, tours, and attractions. One of its highlights is the meticulously restored Mission Control, offering a glimpse into how it looked during the 1969 moon landing. Visitors can take a 90-minute tram tour to explore Rocket Park and NASA facilities where space missions are planned and trained for. The center also features a gallery of flown spacecraft and provides insights into space-related questions.
An unforgettable experience at NASA Johnson Space Center! Touching a real moon rock in the Starship Gallery was a surreal moment, connecting me to the Apollo missions’ incredible history. The 2 PM Mission Control Tour was the highlight—standing in the room where Apollo 11 made history and learning about current ISS operations was mind-blowing. The Artemis program and Mission Mars exhibits sparked so much excitement for humanity’s future on the moon and beyond. The Saturn V rocket at Rocket Park is a must-see—its sheer size is awe-inspiring! Despite a tight 4-hour visit (arrived at 12:30), every minute was packed with wonder. Highly recommend for anyone curious about space exploration. Tip: Book the Mission Control Tour early and wear comfy shoes for walking!
Charles Z — Google review
This overall visit was underwhelming and way too expensive for what you see. The tram tours are pretty boring, especially the one that goes to the astronaut training facility. Once you arrive, you go up to a hallway where you just stare through the glass at nothing very exciting and the guide doesn’t know much or give much narrative. They say each tour lasts an hour but that is simply not true. It’s more like 10 minutes shuttling and 10 -15 minutes inside, then the rest is spent loading into the tram and waiting to depart/return. The tram where you pay additional (Mission Control) was slightly more interesting, but so not worth the cost. I’m pretty sure you can Google everything here from the comfort of your home for free and you can learn about things in more detail. The workers here appear unknowledgeable with no real clue about anything. And, if you go in the gift shop, prepare to be followed around and watched like a hawk. It was SO obvious that we were being profiled so we left without purchasing any of that overpriced crap that we might have purchased otherwise because we CAN! However, we saw no sense in throwing away our money here. Also, DO NOT waste your money on the VR Space walk simulator. Terrible experience and you will immediately regret it! Might as well wad up your cash and throw it in the trash because that’s what you will feel like you did when all is said and done. You will feel robbed from this whole experience.

Space Center Houston is an incredible place, one of those spots that makes you feel both small and inspired at the same time. The exhibits are fascinating and full of real artifacts from NASA’s missions, not just replicas. You can see actual spacecraft, touch a piece of the moon, and learn about everything from early Apollo missions to the latest space innovations. The tram tour is a must, it takes you to NASA’s Johnson Space Center, where you can see real astronaut training areas and mission control. It feels surreal to stand where history happened. The staff and guides are passionate and full of knowledge, always happy to answer questions and share fun facts. Everything is well organized, clean, and family-friendly. Whether you’re into science, history, or just curious about space, it’s a place that pulls you in and keeps you amazed. Plan to spend a few hours, there’s so much to explore and every part is worth it.

Great day out, if you like space travel. This is really a tourist trap but still very interesting and, tickets are reasonabley priced. Bit of a shock to also have to pay for parking, everyone us going to arrive by car why mot build this into the price? This would also stop confused people struggling to pay online! Food was pretty good if expensive, no worse than other theme parks. Paid $10 for a virtual reality experience. Not very long but incredible! Some of the outdoor exibits are showing some age but, still a great day out. I expect that the Xmas lights there were putting up will be spectacular!

Amazing day out… Last December we spent a whole day at NASA’s Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center with our friends. We reserved our timeslot online. This place serves as an inspiration and educational resources for all ages to learn about past and future space missions. The exhibits, NASA tram tour, historic sites like the Independence Plaza and Rocket Park are praiseful. We appreciate seeing the real artifacts, including spacesuits, spacecraft, and lunar samples. We also tried the motion simulator ride which has an additional fee and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The food court is clean and provides a selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We also found our ideal NASA souvenir from their gift shop. Although we couldn’t secure a spot for the Historic Mission Control tour due to its limited availability, we would certainly return to take this tour.

So my travel goal has been to go to every Space Center in the US. So far, I've been to here and the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This Space Center is awesome and it was a really enjoyable experience. Tickets here are surprisingly reasonable in price. Actually, all the pricing was really solid even for being a major attraction. I really enjoyed that they had a bunch of different tours inside as well as a bunch of films to watch. I was bummed that mission control was under construction when I was there, but I still got to see the bulk of the space center in the day I was there. I feel like you would need at least 5 hours to see most of the space center, but I feel like at least 2 days would be best. I highly recommend it; it's definitely worth seeing if you're in Houston and want to explore outside the city.

Visiting Space Center Houston was an absolutely incredible experience! The highlight of my visit was the unique opportunity to meet and talk with astronaut Jeremy Hansen, who will be part of the Artemis II mission next year. It was truly inspiring. What impressed me the most was being able to see the real testing facilities and witness up close the enormous size of the rockets that once went to the Moon. Standing next to such historic and powerful machines was simply breathtaking. This visit was sensational — a perfect combination of inspiration, knowledge, and awe. A must-see for anyone interested in space and exploration!

It's also family-friendly, with plenty of engaging activities for kids, and the gift shop has some unique space-themed souvenirs. Plan to spend at least half a day here to fully explore. Highly recor d for both tourists and locals!

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is an expansive indoor facility that offers a wide range of activities such as trampolining, go-karting, indoor skydiving, and more. It's a popular destination for people of all ages due to its diverse array of games and attractions. Visitors have praised it as an ideal location for birthday celebrations and family outings, providing entertainment for both young children and teenagers.
My kids enjoy there. There are two main things to do 1. Go kart and 2. zip line, But nothing much for very young kids below 2-3 years and nothing much for grown up teens. Staff is pleasant and helpful. My 8 year old enjoys a lot and gets free pizza slice every time he goes there. Overall great fun for kids of his age.

My kids really enjoy this place. My daughter prefers jumping world over here because it's more of a trampoline park. Urban air has more amenities such as, go karts, zip line, rock walls, and laser tag. There are party rooms to rent or tables for birthdays, which I would assume are cheaper than the room.

We spent a ton of money at this place. Our locker which we paid for wouldn’t open. About 30min later no manager ever showed up. We had to FORCE it open. We are visiting out of town and not please with this place when something so simple was impossible to take care of by staff. The girl up front kept calling someone and no one showed up with us very unprofessional when a manger should be in every shift. Be aware of your things in your locker and if it gets stuck good luck!

We had my Grandson Quincy's 10th birthday party here. Everything was good. For a first-timer, it felt a little rushed because the party was for 2 hours. The kids played for an hour and then ate pizza, had cake, and the birthday boy opened presents and gave thanks for the last few minutes. However, we did take advantage of the play all day by getting another table and staying another hour. With the lottery tickets he got for his birthday we will be back.

Took my son for a Saturday of fun. He loved it. Everything here is pretty affordable and the staff were happy to help with issues on 2 out of all the games we played. Go karts are fun but we didn’t get to try mini golf due to the rain so next time that’s first.

We were in town to spend some time with out adult kids. This stop was a last minute decision and man did we have a good time! The staff are all over the top great service.. we went to ride the carts and play mini golf. We did that as well as the arcade then decided to try the laser tag not thinking we would really get into it with all of us being older but holy heck was that fun. It was a real toss up between the laser tag and the F1 carts as to which was the best. We will definitely be back the next time we come to town to see the kids! Thank you so much for all the happy and helpful staff!

Very nice spot to hangout with the fam. Arcade, go-karts, mini golfing, and pool tables. They even have a trivia spot for everyone to play. The place is very clean and cool, and many options to play in the arcade area. The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall recommend this spot.

The place is great, fun for all ages. The staff was friendly for the most part until I got Joe. When I purchased 10 ride tickets, I was told they were suitable for 90 days. Since I arrived at 9 pm, I thought it was a good deal. Joe did not stamp my extra tickets and said that the tickets are only good for the same day. How can we buy bundle tickets if they only suit one day? Their loss, if I come back, I would probably continue spending, right? And if I don't, I just gave them free money, but I would still be a happy customer. We won't come back, but be aware of bundle tickets.

The Houston Zoo sprawls across 55 acres and is home to over 6,000 animals showcased in natural habitat-style exhibits. Visitors can observe a diverse range of creatures including tigers, cheetahs, elephants, gorillas, orangutans, warthogs, and sea lions. The zoo offers engaging experiences such as daily feedings and the opportunity to interact with giraffes.
I visited the Houston Zoo and was very impressed 🌟. The territory is huge and beautifully maintained 🌳, with lots of greenery and nice walking paths 🚶‍♂️. There are truly many animals here 🐘🦒🦓, the enclosures are spacious, and it’s clear they are well cared for. I especially enjoyed watching the giraffes 🦒 and elephants 🐘. A special highlight was seeing the bald eagles 🦅 — the symbol of America 🇺🇸. There are two of them here, and they sit under the open sky, which makes the encounter even more impressive. There’s also an aquarium with marine life 🐠, an area with birds 🦜, and sections with rare species. For children, this place is a real paradise 👧🧒 — full of educational areas, games, and activities. The staff is friendly and always ready to help 🙌. The cafés and rest areas are convenient 🍔🥤, so you can grab a snack and enjoy the view. Parking is available nearby 🚗, and the location right in Hermann Park makes the zoo even more attractive. Overall, it’s one of the best zoos in the USA 🇺🇸, and I highly recommend visiting with the whole family 💯.

The Houston Zoo is a beautiful and well-kept place to visit any time of year. There’s a great variety of animals, shaded walking paths, and plenty of spots to relax or grab a snack. It’s especially perfect for families and nature lovers. Just a heads-up for winter visits — some animals may not be out due to the cold, so you might miss a few exhibits. Still, there’s always plenty to see and enjoy. We’ve been in different seasons and always have a great time! Highly recommend for a fun and educational day out in Houston.
Daniela G — Google review
This zoo is so nice! There is a ton of shade on the walkways, and the exhibits for the animals were pretty spacious compared to other zoos. They had drainage issues in the aquatic area when we went this past weekend so the penguin exhibit was closed unfortunately. The capybaras were definitely the highlight for me. You do need to purchase your tickets online prior.
Heather B — Google review
It's a fairly decent sized zoo, there always seems to be something they're updating & maintaining. The staff is friendly & informative, there's several shady areas that help with super hot & humid days. It's not our family favorite zoo, but it is the closest and therefore we do visit several times a year. We still have not been in the children's area, so no feedback on that, but there does seem to be quite a lot under construction at this time of year. A big plus is all the beautiful landscaping which is well maintained & there always seems to be something in bloom.
Caroline W — Google review
Very calm and a nice place to visit with families. The zoo was maintained at all times, the food was also good inside. The lemonade was so good and it was so much compared to other portion sizes. I would always come back here for a good family time for sure.
Rahatul I — Google review
I am not a big fan of zoos, but Houston Zoo's mission on conservation is so prominent in all that they do that the zoo felt less like a jail for animals and more like what a zoo really should be! Thank you for making my trip to Houston more memorable than it usually is! There are loads of animals to see and also loads of activities. Make sure you go early in the morning. The zoo is pretty big. We made it through in under 3 hours and made it to almost all the exhibits.
Christa F — Google review
It was such a great experience! We usually don’t go to Zoos but it was fun and nice to see different type of animals that close. Also, at the beginning there is a guy who take nice photos you might try! Little elephant was my favorite.

An unforgettable family experience! The Houston Zoo is a fantastic place, perfect for families of all ages. We had a wonderful time exploring the wide variety of animals — from majestic elephants to playful monkeys. One of the highlights was definitely the carousel — such a beautiful and magical experience, especially for the kids. We absolutely loved it! If you’re visiting during summer, I highly recommend wearing sunscreen and choosing your visiting hours wisely to avoid the peak heat. Despite the weather, the zoo is well-maintained, clean, and filled with educational and entertaining exhibits. Five stars, no doubt. Highly recommended for families looking to enjoy a fun, educational, and memorable day together.

The Children's Museum Houston is a vibrant family-friendly destination located in the heart of Houston's Museum District. With 90,000 square feet of space, it offers a wide range of interactive exhibits designed to spark children's creativity and curiosity. From the Bubble Lab to the Tot Spot, there are plenty of hands-on activities for kids to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
We had the most fun at the Children’s Museum Houston with our 7-year-old. From the moment we walked in, the energy and creativity of the space were contagious. One of her favorite parts was the mini market and kitchen area — such a charming little setup where kids could shop, cook, and play together. It was absolutely adorable watching them collaborate and laugh while pretending to run their own store. Every corner of the museum felt like it was built with curiosity and joy in mind. It was a perfect mix of learning and play, and we loved seeing how much our daughter engaged with everything. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, interactive, and memory-making day out!

When I arrived, I was told at the front desk that wagons aren’t allowed due to policy. I was really upset at first because it meant I had to carry my baby for three hours while also managing my toddler. Thankfully, the staff were very kind—they offered to hold my wagon for me this one time and even gave me a complimentary entry ticket to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that gesture and it left me with a positive impression of their customer service. Aside from that, I absolutely loved this place—honestly, I think I enjoyed it even more than my toddler did! There’s such an incredible variety of things to do. They have a mini H-E-B market that feels so realistic, plus areas for architecture and interior design, an ambulance and police car, hands-on sections for physics and chemistry, a dedicated infant and breastfeeding room, and so much more. Outdoors, there are musical instruments and even a splash pad, which I thought was such a fun touch. My dad was visiting Houston, so I brought him along, and it ended up being such a wonderful experience for both him and my kids. I only wish there were a place like this in Cypress—I’d definitely become a member! I took a day off during the week to go in order to avoid traffic and a crowd.

Always a good time and it’s going to be busy pretty much anytime you go. It is designed for it to be busy. Parking garage is super convenient at $12 and just across the street. Walking and parking free at McGovern’s garden is free but can be hard to catch. Kids love the kid town, the science spot, water flow works, and all the hands on activities. Don’t feel bad you don’t see the whole place before the kids wear out. It’s practically impossible to do it all.
Sarah M — Google review
I recently visited the museum for the BOOSEUM, what a fun filled experience. All the employees were dressed in full costume. They handed the kids a bag with a map to areas that would have candy for the kids and they zip through their educational areas! So much cool props and lots of activities from interactive to self paced coloring. My kids had a amazing time we can’t wait to go back.

My daughter and her cousins had a great time here. So much to do! Inside and outside activities. The gift shop or the little restaurant isn’t over priced either. Very clean, staff was every where and super educational.

Good news: Members get free parking at the Children’s Museum during spring break. Bad news: The parking lot fills up quickly during this time. I recommend allowing at least three hours for your visit. The newly updated Game Quest area is a great spot to sit down and play. If the weather is nice, the outdoor water play area is also a fun option.

Celebrated my Son's birthday at the Children's museum and the staff was amazing highly recommended for birthdayes an fun the Room was the perfect size!! My Son loved it 💙
Navid C — Google review
This place could keep a child busy for weeks, so it’s hard to experience everything in one day. There is so much to see and to do and to learn! I think every inch of this place is a learning opportunity for children, but even as an adult, I’m not too proud to say that I learned some new things myself! 😁 Children are able to actually see and touch and truly experience everything up close and personal. Imaginations will run wild in this place! It was so much fun watching kids learn and discover new things while having such a great time. The adults were right in there doing activities with the kids and having just as much fun. You could probably come every day of the week for a month and never have the exact same experience. As much as I loved it, I know that children enjoy it even more. The children’s Museum is definitely worth the price of admission! It’s the perfect place to have fun and make memories with your children.

Pirates Bay Waterpark is a smaller, yet comprehensive seasonal attraction in the Houston area that offers visitors a variety of water-based activities. Covering three acres, the park features wave pools, waterslides reaching up to 50 feet high, kids' play areas and a lazy river. Additionally, there are other attractions such as the flow rider and Ninja Cross course which challenge visitors' athleticism over water surfaces. The park caters to both adults and children alike with its range of fun-filled activities.
We had an awesome time! The negative reviews did worry me, but I did not have issues. Slides were fun, as was the wave pool and lazy river. We got a locker for $8 for the day (worth it) lifeguards were attentive and the staff was friendly. I did not experience the same situation as the negative reviews on here. I did not go on the weekend though
Holly R — Google review
This was our first time ever going to Pirates Bay. It was a Monday. We were there from about 1230 - 330. Unfortunately I will probably never be coming back. Out of all the slides they had only 3 slides were operational when we went. The lazy river had maybe 20 or so tubes for use and of course people were hanging onto them. Other guest were using life jackets to lay on for floating. Which made it worse cause I couldn't even find a life jacket for my grandkids. The 2 life jacket racks were completely empty.Only 2 concession stands were open that I seen. We purchased a souvenir cup. It was only after we purchased it that only one concession stand had different drink options. The one towards the front the worker said they had water at that location. They had no lemonade or sodas. I understand during the week having to cut back cause of staffing issues but this was ridiculous.

We had a great time at Pirates Bay! The kids had a blast, and I was surprised there was no wait even though it was a holiday and the last day of the season. The only downside was that several slides were closed due to limited staff, which I wish I had known ahead of time—we probably would’ve picked another day. Still, the atmosphere was fun and the time we spent there was well worth it! 🌊🎢

First time here and loved it! Very clean and inviting. Lots of lifeguards and crew on the grounds. Get the $7 refill wrist band! Food is great and reasonably priced. We will be back! Big and little slides for ALL ages. Water is not over 4ft in swim areas so that is nice with kids!
Kellie ( — Google review
They did not have enough inner tubes out for everyone. Only two slides were open before the weather turned and they had to shut it down until it passed. (Weather was not their fault so no points taken away for that.) Above all, we had a good time. Next time they just need to have cubes more readily available for everyone.

Revised review... Another reviewer took the words out my mouth. "This was our third time ever going to Pirates Bay. The prior two visits were almost 7-8 years ago and enjoyed the park. This time It was Wednesday 8/7/2025. We were there from about 11:50 - 4:30. Unfortunately I will probably never be coming back. Out of all the slides they had only 2 slides operational when we went. The surf attraction was also inoperative. The lazy river had maybe 20 or so tubes for use and of course people were hanging onto them. Glad we arrived slightly early or would not have had a table to sit or life jacket for the little one. I always pack a lunch and bring a cooler with drinks. Highly recommend. Was also upset they charge a additional $30 for you to bring in your cooler now.. Worse time ever at a water park. Yeah I don't know if I will visit again.
Shawn — Google review
I had one of the worst experiences here, beginning with the lifeguard, who was extremely rude. She showed no politeness whatsoever and constantly yelled at everyone as if the customers were animals. On at least four occasions, I felt very uncomfortable with the way she addressed people. There is a clear difference between giving warnings or speaking respectfully and simply shouting at customers. I will not be returning.

Traders Village Houston is a massive outdoor flea market that stands out as one of the city's most prominent attractions. Honestly disgusting. this place clearly supports animal cruelty as it is simply allowed to happen. Birds are squashed like sardines in small rusty cages, Hardly enough food and water, same with rabbits and other critters. All baking in the humid Houston heat However is allowing this is inhumane - For those without moral fiber, the food is also overpriced beyond reason if that matters more to you

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Our family of four walked to dine on a Friday night around 9 pm. There were about 4 other tables dining and around 10 people playing pool. Not busy at all. We ordered two beers and two sodas. After 15 minutes of waiting on our drinks, the server came over and said, "Uh, uh, im sorry, im still waiting on the bartender to pour your drinks. Five minutes later, a different server brought over the two sodas, which apparently came from the fountain machine, which was not the bartenders responsibility. We kept peeking behind us to see if the bartender had started working on our beers, but all we saw was him constantly checking his phone and giving the same two customers sitting at the bar refill after refill. After 30 minutes of waiting time total our beers finally came out. Our food arrived about 15 minutes after our drinks. Our beef "nachos" had no more than 2 tablespoons of cheese on the entire dish. Worst nachos of my life. I've had better nachos at high school football games. We informed the waitres, and she kindly brought another 2 tablespoons of cheese out for us..... this was the most horrible dining experience/service/food of my life. I had come here a few years ago and had a bad experience, but it wasn't this bad. This place is going down the toilet. Oh, I almost forgot. No soap whatsoever in the ladies' powder room... Also, we won 1,000 points on a game and was never credited to our card. Please, do yourself a favor and don't ever dine here. I promise you'll be very disappointed.

It was a lot of fun just spending time with my grand daughter on her 21st birthday. I had so much fun as a season adult of 68 years old. There is no age limit on having fun. The game machines were very accommodating

We came out to celebrate my son‘s birthday. We had a problem booking because online it does not give you the option to add adults. Then when we finally talked to someone about booking, she explained that they had tables that seated a certain amount of children (under 18) that would not accommodate adults. Now I know not everyone comes there with their toddler if you’re coming there for teenagers you’ll probably get a different experience. They booked a room for us because of the amount of people we were having come. I didn’t get overcharged for the room, but when we showed up, they were not prepared for us, even though we booked a week in advance, and our host provided by them was gone more often than not because they put too much on her plate. The room they gave us had no silverware, no napkins, no trash cans. All it had was table cloths chairs, plates, and cups you had to walk out of the bar to the other side of the location for the fountain drinks then when they Started us late. She also tried to rush us out of the room before our time was out. The next objective was the one hour bowling. Then we found out 20 minutes later that the bowling Lanes were down due to a power outage (Obviously, they have no control over that) So they let us stay in the room for an hour longer and they gave us extra playing cards as a little bit of a compensation. They changed the lanes that we were supposed to be bowling on without telling us so we also didn’t get on our lanes at the right time. All around terrible experience!

Yesterday I went to a company event, which is our holiday party. I loved everything about the place, I played arcade games and went bowling with my co-workers. We really enjoyed the experience and overall a great atmosphere. The only downside was the bland tasting food, I had the chicken, Macaroni and potato salad. I have never tasted something so bland I had to imagine eating fried chicken so I could eat something. The potato salad tasted like mustard and nothing else, I thought I was drinking from a Mustard bottle. The macaroni was horrible the breading was the only thing good, the cheese tasted like water and milk with hints of salt.

I rented a private room for my child and a few friends to enjoy a morning at the trampoline park. The facilities were clean and in good condition. We arrived at open and were one of the first to enter. We were quickly shown the party room. When I paid I was asked if I wanted to tip. I shared that I was leaving a tip as it is customary, but felt there was room for improvement from our room attendant. I was unhappy with the response I received from the manager checking me out. I shared my experience when I completed the post visit survey. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within a day of sharing my feedback from a senior manager named Ashely. Ashley was kind, empathetic, professional and reasonable. She turned a mediocre experience into an outstanding experience. I will return because of Ashley.

I recently visited Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park and had a blast! The atmosphere is energetic and fun, perfect for families and kids. The park is clean and well-maintained, making it a safe and enjoyable place to spend the day. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exciting indoor adventure!

don’t be fooled by the Google pictures those are from when they first opened it seems! It looks old and run down now. There was duct Tape on a lot of equipment, almost too many things were taped up, ripped mats, and torn up foam in general. The ball pit barely had any balls in it because they were mostly flat. There was exposed springs and there was only ONE PERSON on staff walking around watching the kids. I know they’re supposed to be assigned to different zones but they needed more staff to supervise the children after i saw some kids go behind zip tied signs and underneath one of the smaller trampolines. It didn’t look safe. Until they replace everything ripped up and torn apart I won’t be coming back to urban air. I’ve seen better from other parks and I didn’t post all the pictures and videos I had due to privacy of other children.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better! The whole place is clean and well-maintained, and there’s a good variety of activities for kids. The food is okay—not amazing, but it does the job if you get hungry during your visit. Overall, a fun and positive place to spend the day!

We had my daughter’s birthday here and I was not happy. I found myself having to need things that should have been brought. My host was never around. Employees are not wanting to do their job. Pizza took forever and we needed to hurry up and eat cause it came late and our time was about to be up. Luckily my child didn’t notice the trouble I was going through. Also noticed that the place doesn’t bring down the table and chairs when they open during the week. Some kids were chasing each other and almost tipped the chair over onto my daughters.

I've been coming to this location since it opened and I like how they try to keep it clean, neat and have a friendly staff. However after a long break I returned and was unpleasantly surprised. There are lots of deflated balls in the pool at the obstacle course. The obstacle wall has no padding, making kids to land on the wood as they hop from one to another. No staff memebers around trampolines to fix the paddings, and monitor kids in 8 &under area, or any other age restricted areas. You can do better, Urban air.

Cosmic Air Adventure Park & Arcade in Houston, TX is an exciting destination for families and visitors of all ages. The park offers a wide variety of activities including go-karts, mini-golf, bumper boats, trampolines, obstacle courses, climbing walls and an expansive arcade. Children can safely explore designated play areas while the whole family can bond over outdoor activities.
We've been here a few times now and my kids love it! I love that they have some things in which other locations and etc does not such as the spider web thing where they have to climb all the way up or down through it. They also have an area for the much smaller kids like toddlers. The pizza was decent priced and huge. They have a seating area and massage chairs. The restrooms were clean as well. Overall, great place!

If you’re looking for an affordable and family-friendly outing, Cosmic Adventure is a great option! It’s a cute little spot that wasn’t overly crowded, and the kids had a fantastic time. While it may not be as high-end as some of the other trampoline parks in the Houston area, it still offers plenty of fun for the price. The location isn’t the most central, but it’s a great budget-friendly choice for a day of play. I was recommended this place, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience! Would I go back? For a quick and affordable outing with the kids, absolutely!

It’s really sad to see when a customers who are obviously disgruntled leave bad reviews and have friends do so as well and claim the racism against a company . This is not only a wonderfully diverse company but customer friendly . My family and I who are proud members of the African community have been coming here all summer. Not only is the store clean but the staff is 90% African and represents the culture of Houston. Cosmic air please continue doing what you’ve been doing and don’t let someone with a grudge continue to make false allegations . Our family loves this place !!! The place is fun the prices are great and the new claw games are awesome!! 👏

I was scared to throw my child birthday here after reading some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did we had a great experience with the person that was helping us out he came every 15 mins to check up on us. I guess it just depends who you get or how you treat them. We got the birthday room and it was really spacious, pizza was ok. Overall we had a good experience. Kids had lots of fun (:

Cosmic Air Humble is hands down the best family entertainment spot in the area! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. The facility is super clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference when you’re bringing kids. There’s something for everyone here — from trampolines and dodgeball to the arcade and party rooms. It’s the perfect place for birthday parties, family outings, or just letting the kids burn some energy. The manager Deion was visible, helpful, and you can tell the staff really cares about creating a safe, fun environment. Highly recommend Cosmic Air Humble if you’re looking for a fun, exciting, and safe experience for the whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

Geronimo Adventure Park is a 13-acre outdoor park located near TC Jester and Kuykendall. It offers 16 zip lines across three sky trails, as well as ground activities such as axe throwing, a rock climbing wall, a giant seesaw, a balance challenge, and a ninja obstacle course. Visitors can also find souvenirs and rent phone cases at the park. The staff is helpful and friendly.
We had so much fun at Geronimo! The zip lines and courses are challenging but doable. Our 9 year old daughter had no issues and had a blast! Helpful staff and easy check in process and training. Definitely recommend!
Helen E — Google review
Great outdoor experiences but the biggest draw back for me is their water and ice policies. For water refill, you use the washing trough where people wash up after using the restroom. If you want ice in your drink, it's $.50. Their whole attraction is outdoor play, which is awesome. In my opinion, more effort should go into how they make water available.

We went with with my three boys (12, 6, 1 ). The 12 and 6 got on the zipline courses and had a blast. The staff were so helpful, encouraging and friendly that we never felt a moment of hesitation letting our kids take part in this rather risky adventurous activity. The 1 yr old too had a blast playing with the life size Tetris and connect fours in the well maintained lawn. An overall memorable family outing just 30 mins from Katy. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to park staff for making it so friendly and memorable. God bless!

What a hidden gem! Tucked away but SO conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ropes course is self guided which I loved. It allowed us to move at our own pace and the course was not too busy. There are plenty of walking trails below the ropes course that allowed family to watch comfortably. The concessions were nice and fairly priced. I would also like to mention the restroom situation here. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and convenience of them. Very family friendly and we will happily return!

I went on a Saturday afternoon with two friends and we booked the Ground School + Zipline + Challenge Course combo. The safety briefing was quick but thorough, and the staff helped calm my nerves since it was my first time ziplining. I loved the high ropes challenge—especially the swinging steps—and the zipline part felt like flying! We spent around 3 hours there, and it was totally worth it. Wear comfy clothes and bring water!

Dig World, situated in Katy, Texas, is an amusement park with a construction theme. The park offers children the opportunity to operate and ride on various heavy construction equipment. Visitors can expect a two-hour experience where they can handle the machines themselves, although there may be queues during busy times. It's recommended to plan for the weather as most activities are outdoors. Additionally, there is a gift shop on-site and waivers must be completed in advance.
Although this has been open, apparently three years, I only heard about it recently. Apparently it appeared on an episode of Shark Tank. I did not know that and I still have not seen that episode. That being said, I took my oldest grandson and youngest son to visit. When I looked it up on Google maps I was a little underwhelmed to learn that it was located in the parking lot of the Katy Mills mall. However, let me put your mind at ease, it is actually a perfect location in my opinion. It looks like a construction site! It doesn’t look like an amusement park. And being located at the mall means that it is close to many different places to eat and shop. Dig world had restrooms, water, fountains, a misting station, and a shaded sitting area in addition to an air-conditioned gift shop. All of those things work together to keep you cool in the heat of summer. Apparently, while I was there, I briefly spoke to the man that I learned was the founder and owner. He just seemed to be working and was very polite and helpful. In fact, all of the employees were polite and helpful when we were there. My six-year-old grandson was in hog heaven, or should I say CAT heaven? Being able to sit in a real excavator and dig in the dirt was a dream come true. He has been fascinated with earth moving equipment for all six years of his time on earth. And then being able to sit in excavators that were set up to put a golf ball, pick up safety cones, pick up Lego blocks, we’re all a blast for him. Although he was tall enough to drive the equipment himself for the activities that involved a machine that was driving along the path he wanted me to drive it while he sat on my lap. And that was something that we were allowed to do. It was something very unexpected and yet very dream fulfilling. I love the fact that it speaks highly of construction and trade roles and normalizes working with this equipment. Whether my grandson goes on in life to be in this field or not remains to be seen. But what I have seen is that this was money well spent and time well spent together as a family. I highly recommend this. I will add as a final note. I saw many groups of adults. Who were there seemingly without children, enjoying operating the equipment as well.

10/10 recommend!!! We came for special needs night with our autistic son, and had the best time! So many things for him and us to do. The bathrooms were clean and the misting station was so nice to have. But the staff, THE STAFF!! From the SECOND we walked through the gate we were greeted with kind, helpful, accommodating staff. Every single person had a smile on their face and were so kind to us. Not one moment did I feel like our family was being judged, which is a lot for a special needs mom. Thank you guys for hosting this night. We will definitely be back!

Visited for my son’s birthday and we had a blast. The staff were nice and helpful and we got to ride many rides over and over again. My son loves construction vehicles and he had a BLAST. Even the adults were having fun using the equipment. We will return soon. Thank you Dig World!

My kids had a blast! My 8yo boy was able to pretty much do everything by himself. My 5yo daughter needed assistance but mostly just because she wasn’t tall enough to reach pedals. She still had a blast. Our 2yo was able to sit in our laps and participate in most of the activities too. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Today I celebrated my birthday at Dig World. You might say what's the big deal. I have a physical disability. I called earlier this week to explain my physical disability. I wanted to experience the gem mining station as well as the heavy machinery. They were patient with me, and took their time to assist me as I stepped on to the heavy machinery. They also placed a stool at the gem mining station so I could enjoy. I had a wonderful time.

We took our son to Dig World in Katy for his birthday since he’s absolutely obsessed with construction vehicles and it turned out to be one of the best birthday experiences ever! Our family of four had such a blast exploring and riding the different attractions. We made a reservation for Friday at 10 a.m. (they close at noon), and honestly, we were worried two hours wouldn’t be enough time, but it was perfect! There was no wait when we checked in, and we were able to enjoy every single ride and activity without feeling rushed. Our son couldn’t get enough of the excavators, happily digging up dirt like a real construction worker, while our daughter, who isn’t usually a fan of construction vehicles, had a fantastic time on the Boom Lift, tossing balls from high up in the air. Seeing both of them having so much fun made it extra special for us. We also learned the story behind the park, which was so heartwarming and made us appreciate the place even more. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly loved what they do, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back to Katy and visit Dig World again. It’s a must-visit spot for families with kids who love to dig, drive, and build!

Me and my 4 year old had a great time! No matter the hot houston weather- all the employees at every station were polite, friendly and smiled at my little one. He asked for high fives and a smile- and he got that from all of them. If he’s smiling, I’m happy. Clean, organized and fun. Second time there and same great attitude from all the staff. If you haven’t been- go!

Excellent Road Test Experience! I recently took my DPS authorized road test at Astroworld driving Academy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Hope and Kennis were my examiners, and they were both incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Their calm and supportive demeanor really helped ease my nerves, making the test much less stressful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Astroworld driving Academy to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment for their road test!

I went to take a quick road test, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to driving. They made everything easy to understand, and even let me know what to improve in the future with my driving, even though I passed the test. Overall, great place!

Kennis conducted my initial interview, road test instructions and test itself. Upon entering the office I was welcomed and immediately felt reassured I was in the right place. I researched and called many places and was unsure of how this process worked. He was thorough and explained every detail. Being a person who suffers from anxiety he alleviated all anxiety. After explaining my option we proceeded to the road test. His instructions were precise and clear. At no point did I feel like I was being graded more that I was being accompanied by a friend on a drive to a present destination. I highly recommend Astroworld Driving School and Kennis for your new driver or if you are like me and attaining your license for the first time in many years. Great job! Thank you for being apart of such a huge milestone in my life.

Having been on many carousels at different zoos and parks throughout the United States, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of this carousel. Houstonians FC, formerly known for its iconic rides like the Texas Cyclone, Greezed Lightnin', and Excalibur, held a special place in the hearts of locals for many years. However, almost two decades ago, these beloved attractions disappeared from the scene, leaving behind memories of laughter, screams, and even tears.
They don't care about the kids, berate them and attempt to humiliate them. Spent several years there and things got progressively worse. When we raised the issues with the club director, he chose to side with the team coach because they went to college together. Bear in mind, our concerns were never regarding playing time or position on the squad. They also felt it was necessary to put the blame squarely on a 12 yr old. Little to no results as a team. If you're a supposed tough/screamer of a coach and you get no results as a team, then you're not much of a coach. You're just screaming at young girls. Club football is competitive, we were always aware and my child worked hard, made sacrifices and played the majority of the minutes at her position. Funny thing is after the horrible experience we visited other local clubs and noticed these clubs treating their players with respect AND coaching them effectively as a team. These other teams actually win matches and their players grow and further their love of the game. My kid grew to hate the sport altogether. From the administrative point, when we chose to leave the club a prorated refund was offered, we never asked for it nor expected it. Of course they wouldn't return calls or emails for months. Suddenly when governmental agencies were included in the communication, I received a prompt response within hours.
