This is my first visit after their renovation. The place looks great! There are prenty of seats. The salsa bar is available. I love the house salsa. Quesadilla was delicious. Chips with guacamole was perfect for appetizers.

One of my favorite Mexican places in bkk! I love the tacos here, enjoy it every time I come back. Oh, and you must get the guacamole, it is AMAZING! They now have a sauce bar, such salsa, chile Verde, and many more! The restuarant is located in Mahatun building, if you're driving you can park inside the area and get parking stamp at the restaurant.

Classic American-Mexican place in Bangkok. It has been around for 15 years now and serves all the Mexican classics you’d expect: tacos, enchiladas, burritos, nachos, etc. you can choose different proteins for almost all the dishes. One of the highlights is the dip station, offering a fun range of flavors from mild and fruity to bold and fiery. The lighting could be a touch cozier, but the atmosphere remains pleasant. Portions are generous, though prices are on the higher side.ä

I used to come when newly opened, when Abel was the Chef, was great.. then I am not sure but quality went down.. stopped coming when the salsa bar was removed, after few years just back today and what a pleasant surprise, newly renovated, staff is really good, food is as well (tried all signature tacos) and the best is that Salsa Bar is back, thank you!! Really enjoyed it! Horchata ice cream was wow too!

First time here and not disappointed. I would call them comfort Mexican food (something like an El Torito in the US). I had their combination plate and it was a hefty portion at a great value. I got to enjoy some of it the next day. Nicely decorated with some really cool Mexican items. Margaritas went down too easy and felt them the next day. Staff was great and the owner was in the place and came to our table for a few words. Google maps a little vague on access, but you can get there via Soi 17 as well as 19. Definitely hit the spot and took care of my Mexican Food fix.

The location was great and easy to get to, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was inviting and the Nachos were the best we've ever had! Highly recommended!

The beef tacos with cheese were the star of the show for me. I also enjoyed the carnitas. I think those are the two go to proteins here. The green salsa is a must as well. I would absolutely come back and get the carnitas and beef tacos. Good corn and flour tortillas as well.

I grew up near the Mexican border in Texas, and can be a bit of a Mexican food snob. Was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's more Baja than Tex-Mex, but still really good. My girl got nachos, and I got street tacos, and both were great. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I love The Missing Burro, it is a regular date night spot for us. As big fans of Mexican food, we can vouch that the flavours are bold, fresh and authentic. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed so far. Not to mention the margarita pitchers that are the perfect accompaniment to the food. Everything is priced fairly given the imported and high-quality ingredients. And the owners are so warm and welcoming, and are bringing Mexico straight to Bangkok! The staff is attentive and the vibe is lively and cosy. We have been frequenting The Missing Burro for the last 3 years since we first moved to Bangkok and would recommend it highly to everyone who likes authentic Mexican cuisine!

A pure gem tucked down an alley with an outside garden and cozy indoor seating as well. The food was delicious! Spiced with authenticity and every bite was savored ! We want to return and basically eat through the menu as it was oh so difficult to choose. We especially loved the carnitas ~ moist with a deep undertone seasoning that was truly mouthwatering! Hard to describe how savory and satisfying ~ pure yum! Thank you to the incredibly attentive staff for our truly enjoyable dinner! The best!

Super authentic mexican restaurant, the menu has items that you rarely see in typical mexican bars/ restos. The tampiqueña con enchiladas was phenomenal, the tacos and quesadillas are fresh. They make the tortillas in house which makes a huge difference. Definitely try the Tres Leches cake, literally a 10/10 dessert. Cocktails are tasty, and staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place, will be back again and again!

Really good Mexican food. Love the Saturday Taco special was more than you can eat. I have a house in San Miguel de Allende Mexico so I can tell you this very authentic in the Margaritas were great. Staff was fantastic and very attentive. Jessie was awesome and explained all the specials to include their buffet on another day. Definitely try to send her section.

We have been coming to the Mexicano for possibly ten years. Being a repeat customer is testament to consistent food quality, service, and great value. We had the buffet brunch with free flow margarita, and had wonderful conversations with the team, especially Ms. Jesse and Chef Russel!

Went for brunch and thought it was great for the price. The food was tasty- especially the grilled red meat and made-to-order tacos. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Only downside was that as it got later, some dishes on the buffet weren't getting refilled unless you asked, and even then, they brought out a few pieces which other ppl were waiting for the same thing. The grilled shrimps didn't really stand out. Nice variety overall, and the refillable margaritas were fun (just not very strong)

We had fresh guacamole, juicy Pinchos de Camarones (grilled prawns with garlic, coriander, and chili), fish tacos, quesadillas, and finished with churros dipped in chocolate sauce, served with vanilla ice cream. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the warm hospitality of the staff. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. The prices are pocket-friendly! Highly recommended :)

Sitting under the patio lighted roof adjacent to the swimming pool provided excellent views of the skyline & background lighted buildings. To our surprise, there was a live 2 person band that sang relaxing well known tunes. Notable was our wedding dance song from 37 years ago, as well as current popular songs from Bruno Mars . I felt like dancing! 💕 Service: Our original plan was to have a poolside drink & dinner elsewhere, however; Jessie was so pleasant & interesting to converse with that we lost track of time & stayed for dinner. My husband had a shredded beef burrito which was satisfying & a good portion size.

Authentic Mexican food right in the center of Sukhumvit. The food was great, cocktails were fantastic and really well-thought, Lucas was a fantastic waiter! The restaurant happened to be right inside our hotel, which was a very nice addition. Would definitely come back!

I was actually shocked over how good the food is. As Mexican that grew up in San Francisco’s mission district I am very picky about tacos. They even have a very good burger. Now with the good things said. The taste of such good food is ruined by all the cigar smoke. A restaurant/cigar bar is not a good combination if you don’t want your palate tainted. All the meats they served were great except the pork. Extremely dry and stringy. And the pina colada was tasty but should have been blended not just the drink with full ice cubes in it. As it melts it separates the drink from itself.

Excellent Mexican cuisine and a lovely chill atmosphere at The Slanted Taco. I ordered the hard shell tacos with avocado, followed by the apple crumble. Both were delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Lots of vegetarian & vegan options. Both locals and tourists seem to eat here and the decor/seating area was really nice and relaxed. Staff were also very friendly.

Excellent Mexican food in Bangkok! I don't know how more authentic you can get without having Mama turning out tortillas in the kitchen. But, this place started with amigos chefs and they certainly trained these Thai chef what Mexican food is all about. The food is piping hot and delicious. Coming from the great American Southwest with family both sides of the border I have to say Slanted Taco is my kind of place for caliente Mexican​ food.

The tacos are pretty good, the meat portion on the tacos are large, tortillas are really good! The queso fundito thing was OK. It had a ton of chorizo in it, too much!! More chorizo than cheese. Pretty good tacos overall. Not super authentic, you may find the tortillas a little on the heavy side. Guacamole was very nice, rice and beans tasty and drinks were strong. My only big grief with the place is the prices. It goes up really fast and that’s considering we had the 2 for 1 deal on the day we went. Not sure it’s worth going when that deal is not in effect or that bill will creep up at lot more...

I was impressed with the quality of the food served at the Slanted Taco! The deco of the place was rustic and urban with accents of Lucha Libre and their catchy names of characters accompanied by fast paced latin music. Roast Chicken taco was juicy and had a little spice to it whereas the Pork Carnitas taco had that crispy crust and tender meat which hits the spot. I love that they hand make their masa harina tortilla hence it being close to authentic. Rice and Refried beans were pretty well done as they weren't too dry. Tortilla chips were well salted and very fresh as they fry up batches as you order hence it's got that crunch! I visited on a slow tuesday afternoon hence the service by staff was very meticulous. I had thoroughly enjoyed my time, would totally give this place another go when I'm back!

We've tried many of the Mexican restaurants in Bangkok and La Lupita holds up well. My favourite dish that we ordered was the shrimp quesadilla, followed by the fish tacos. I would have preferred the beef taco to be ground beef, but still enjoyed it. The sauces provided were excellent and had a real kick which I loved. My only issue is 255 baht for a Corona beer in my view is too much. My regular place charges 140 baht. Overall I would recommend.

Pang has been amazing every time I visit either La Lupita or Revolutio, truly five-star service. She always recognizes me no matter which group I come with. The food is great, and the vibes are perfect for winding down after work. Will definitely be back again. P.S. Mike is also 🔥

BEST Mexican food I’ve had in Bangkok, after trying a few places around town! Loved the mango margarita - strong, sweet & spicy rim on the glass :) come during happy hours for buy one get one! We tried 4 menu items & very happy with the portion size, freshness (hot! Cooked to order), and authentic flavors. Only nit is that my shrimp burrito could use some acid/tartness so I asked for spices of lime, which they were happy to provide. Be careful, the red salsa they give you is HOT! Chef Pedo hails from Mexico & Sue at the front are friendly & helpful with the menu. English & Spanish spoken here too :) Keep up the great job!

One of the few authentic Mexican places I’ve found here in Bangkok. My favorite is shrimp tacos with its sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp. And the best of it all is the atmosphere and the music. Would recommend anyone who loves Mexican food!

Delicious. I’ve been in Bangkok for almost a year, and I didn’t realize how much I missed real Mexican food until we came to La Lupita. The margaritas were strong and refreshing, the guac was super fresh, and the tacos — especially the birria and carnitas — tasted like home. We also had a torta loaded with juicy meat and guac. Every bite hit. So glad I finally found this place. Easily a new favorite.

Portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side but taste wise not bad at all! Great vibes and love the buy 1 get 1 free happy hour.

Had such a good time at this Mexican spot! The staff were super nice and welcoming – they kept checking on us, but not in an annoying way. Service felt fast and friendly, which made everything easy. The drinks were on point – loved the margarita, really smooth and tasty. Cocktails looked great too, and the beer was cold just the way it should be. Overall, chill vibes, good service, and yummy drinks. Totally a place I’d come back to hang out with friends. 🍹🌮

The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful, especially Amir, who gave us great tips on how to play pool on the second floor. The staff on the first floor also gave us great advice and were very attentive to our food. I highly recommend the quesadillas here, the meat and side dishes were amazing. If you like fancy drinks, I recommend the second floor, which has a unique fancy menu.

So very disappointed on how little chicken was in the burrito the cooks put inside. Never again, looked huge but left very upset that they sell me a chicken burrito that was stuffed with 2 tablespoons of chicken and stuffed with rice, corn and beans. Worst meal this entire 60 days in Thailand. Always returned to his establishments as I support the big boss Greg good nature and helping hand to the Thai community. Today in BKK there are now many excellent Mexican establishments. So choose wisely!

Star ratings are what we call “For the birds” Cannot believe everything you read. I ordered the breakfast combo and it was awesome. I cleaned my plate. Also had coffee, orange juice and water. I ate everything so quick I forgot to photograph it for this review, but it was picture Perfect. Food and service we’re both excellent and will definitely return. This has been my 3rd time coming here and it's some of the nicest, freshest food in the area. Because I'm gluten and dairy intolerant it can make it quite difficult to know where to eat. When I seen that they had options for vegans, I had to come. Although I'm not vegan it allowed me to have a burrito bowl full of veggies, rice and beans, topped with chipotle chicken and vegan cheese. I have a big appetite but for the average person eating a burrito bowl you could easily save half and have it for dinner or a midnight snack. The restaurant itself is bright and open, nice and cool with good aircon. And the staff are so friendly and attentive. 3rd time here and I'll likely be back tomorrow. I can't get enough. Highly recommend! ❤️

I don't even know what to say, they surprised me. The enchiladas, their tortillas were great, the refried beans perfect, the mexican rice really good. The chips fresh and tasty. The guacamole no shortcomings, it more avocados than tomatoes, not like other places that cheap-out. I'll definitely be coming back here when in the country.

I housed these tacos! Dang! I'm from the west coast of the states so I'm pretty well versed on delicious Mexican food. Let me tell you! The birria tacos were to LIVE for!!! Perfectly scrumptious! The Verde was perfection and the heat of the roja was like lightning. Truly one of the best (non Thai) meals I've had in Thailand! Treat yourself! Yum!!

They didn't have everything on the menu available and that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Chain restaurant in Bangkok, but if you love tacos like I do you should check this place out. This restaurant is located in the Megabagna shopping mall. And mega is a great description for this mall. I tried all of the tacos except for the fish. Everything was excellent. I'll definitely return, recommend to all taco lovers and I'm going to visit other restaurants in the chain.

Good place if you crave for Mexican food. Service was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was good similar to Silom branch but without the dipping sauce station.

First impression: Tried the Quesa Birria tacos. They were decent. A lil light on the cheese, I would have liked more of the "Quesa". The meat was mostly good. I did get one bite of connective tissue instead of meat. The consomé was decent. A lil lite on flavor and seasoning. Space was clean, brightly lit, open and exposed to the rest of the immediate area. Not an amazing first impression, but if you're craving tacos... It's worth a taste.

Amazing birria quesadilla. A little on the pricier side but it's filling. Only downside is the restaurant feels a bit too open and exposed which repel some customers, but the food is great.

Good chain Mexican for Thailand. Celebrating cinco de mayo today with some good food. Chips and guac were good. The veggie fajitas had tomatoes in it which killed it for me but there are good veggie options. Salsa was ok but I would come back.

Read reviews & saw the views and knew I had to book a table. So glad I did. We had great service from Reindeer, very personable and on top of everything. We had two cold apps, two hot apps, and a main dish - everything was delicious, but the standouts were the crab quesadilla and the beef birria tamal. Absolutely exceptional. If you’re a gin drinker, the Dry Martini GDL is a great choice and it’s got a little kick to it. Will definitely return next time I’m in Bangkok.

The food is great — rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But since every dish is quite indulgent, having too many at once can feel a bit heavy. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is excellent, with a superb view of Bangkok from the top of the Mahanakhon building. It’s a little on the pricey side for the portion size, but overall a good dining experience.

The second time here, the tables are half empty but we have to wait for waiter for some time. Food are good especially desserts. Good vibes. Recommend for sunset and you can have access for 360 degree view up top. A lot of restriction for stuffs you can bring up there, better check in advance.

Ojo let’s go! What an inspired choice to celebrate my recent birthday at the much celebrated and Michelin awarded Ojo. The fun begins with the elevator ride up to the 75th floor, which reminded us of the Empire State experience. Stepping out of the lift the magnificent 360 degree view of Bangkok hits you first, then the stunning interiors of the restaurant. Modern, quirky, refined, and classy are the adjectives that spring to mind. Then onto the food. The four of us enjoyed the 2 course lunch deal ordering two lamb dishes, ceviche, grilled fish, pork ribs, and a mushroom quesadilla. This was Mexican food, but not as you would expect, the Ojo dishes are modern, clean, beautifully cooked, and presented. Having enjoyed lamb Barbacoa at the famous South Philly Barbacoa last year, the Mojo version was better in our opinion. Intense flavor and super tender - it was our favorite. We also loved the attentive service, great music, and relaxed atmosphere - it is a great combination and I’m already looking forward to a return visit.

I had an amazing experience at OJO Bangkok two years ago and was really excited to return — but this visit fell short. Service was surprisingly cold and inattentive. It took too long just to get our water poured on arrival, and our empty plates sat uncleared for quite a while, even with staff walking by and noticing. The food was okay — portions were fine, but it didn’t wow me like before. The seafood aguachile didn’t seem super fresh, and I ended up with a slight stomach ache afterward. We also qualified for the skywalk offer based on our bill, but were never invited or told why it wasn’t extended to us. That was disappointing. The interior, once vibrant, now feels a bit tired and could use a refresh. Still a great view and Instagram-worthy setting, but the overall experience has lost the charm it once had. Hope it improves again

This spot is definitely on the pricier side, but you’re paying for more than just the food — the atmosphere, interior design, and views are truly breathtaking. The entrance alone feels like walking into a piece of art, and the city skyline backdrop is worth a visit on its own. Cocktails were beautiful and well-crafted, both visually and in flavor. The food was good — interesting takes on Mexican dishes with their own unique twist but still kept the fundamentals. But don’t be coming here for authentic Mexican because it’s not. Portions are decent for sharing, though not overly large. The atmosphere was smooth and relaxed, perfect for a night out where you want to enjoy both conversation and aesthetics. The staff were lovely and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a great place if you’re looking for an elevated dining experience with stunning visuals. We ordered the Baja soft tacos and beef burritos, and both were fantastic! The tacos were incredibly flavorful and light, perfectly seasoned and easy to enjoy. The beef burrito came in a generous portion, definitely enough for two, and packed with delicious, authentic ingredients. The frozen margarita deserves a special mention. Strong, refreshing, and top-notch! The atmosphere is charming and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!

I would die for Mexican food! To find good Mexican places is like finding heaven on earth. This place is a truck under the condominium but don’t let the location tell you “no” to visit. It’s worth every minutes. The fish taco here is PHENOMENAL. The fish is one thing but the seasoning and herbs that comes with extreme amount (but perfect for a bite ofc) elevates the taste and satisfaction for you in every bite. Another banger is Loaded Nachos. This one is my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE. i could have endless amount of their sour cream and guacamole. If you come to this place, you have to order it twice because one won’t be enough.

A hidden gem in the mid of Sukumvit Rd. Food is fast and very good. You have choices of beef, chicken, pulled pork for stuffing. One of the best Nachos in town. Taco, Quesadilla is a must. Salad bowl is fresh and nice. Also, don't forget the Grilled Chess with pulled pork. Will have to return again. A delicious Mexican food joint.

Our beef tacos, chicken burrito, guacamole with chips, and frozen margarita were excellent, high-quality, and authentic. I love the little soup that comes with the beef tacos; so tasty. It's a food truck, so the atmosphere is humble but also cozy, relaxed, and charming.

I’d like to share my honest experience. My first visit was back in May 2022, and I recently returned this July with high expectations, as I had always wanted to come back. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since then. While the food quality in terms of presentation remains consistent, the flavor did not meet the standard I remembered. The birria, in particular, was quite bland and lacked the richness and depth it once had—we couldn’t even finish it. The service was acceptable, though it would have been appreciated if staff had offered to assist in moving our plates indoors when it started to rain. Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to my first experience, which is a shame given how much I had looked forward to returning. PS: The first 6 photos are from my 2022 visit. This is one of the best Mexican places in BKK. Price is affordable and food is phenomenal. Must try : Beef Birria Tacos, with extremely juicy and tender braised beef, dipped in that nice consommé… Baja fish tacos were also nice and with the price of only 240 baht? (sorry if im wrong) was price worthy and the fish was delicious. The Churros was probably one of the best churros ive ever had IN MY LIFE. Crispy crust and wonderful caramel sauce, delicious. Went there on 12.9.2025, this is a must try Mexican when you’re in Bangkok.

The food was delicious, though a bit salty, which seems to be consistent across the menu and other branches. The quality of the salad mix could use some improvement, as a few of the leaves were brown. However, the staff were attentive and proactive, even asking for feedback on the meal—something you don’t often experience in Thailand. Service was quick and efficient overall.

This was probably the best food ever!! The fish tacos and enchiladas are amazing. Love the unlimited salsa bar and chips. When it's your birthday they even give you a free main meal AND a slice of cake of your choice. The staff and the manager Ric, are super friendly and helpful. 100% recommend this place. This place sucks big time. It's "fusion twist" on Mexican cuisine doesn't work - the result of the combinations are as weird as the places' name. The guacamole with pomegranate on top was a warning sign and the flow of weird disfunctional meals continued. Most probably the worst food in the hood ever.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, making the whole experience even more special. If you want to experience the essence of Gaggan’s cuisine in a more relaxed setting, this is the place to visit. What a great dining experience! The menu is well thought through. Service is excellent. Starting from introduction, story telling, recommendation and dish explanation. All practiced to perfection. Food combinations are unique while individual flavours are bound to bold traditional flavours. Indian and Mexican are a great match. Service took excellent care of our kids as well and they really loved the evening. There is a huge wine selection but don't miss out on some of the amazing cocktails as well. We will be back! Absolutely loved it here! I was so nervous about the Indian Mexican fusion as it’s not often I find a fusion restaurant that is any good. But we had such a great time and the tacos are wonderful. The fried Kingfish was absolutely wonderful. I would go back just for that. Service was lovely. Restaurant itself is a delight. You should go here for sure.

A unique fusion between Mexican and Indian cuisine. (And everything inbetween;) So Bangkok doesn’t have to mean Thai food, I spent one of the evenings at "Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh", a Mexican-Indian fusion restaurant creating what they call 'fantasy cuisine' . Great vibe, good food and nice wine and drinks! This is comfort food served with some really interesting wines and cocktails/mocktails. The interior is very welcoming and it’s like a happy place visiting here. We shared food and starters, I really recommend that.

The experience of dining at the restaurant is good with a nice story to start with. The cuisine is a fusion between Indian & Mexican food. The best dish that we enjoyed was the grilled cured king fish with a spicy sauce. Tacos were nice, the paneer sandwich was too sweet for our liking. They have a good drink & wine selection. The thing that mildly irked us is that the walkway to the restaurant on the first floor is next to the drinks bar & when it’s raining, guests walking up could cause water droplets or dust settle on the glasses. It’s on the expensive side (2k THB pp with drinks) but the world famous Gaggan is in the ground floor, so you’re in august company!

We had the slow roasted beef tacos, fish tacos and chipotle tacos, with an original margarita. Everything was delicious. I was impressed with the authenticity of the tacos. As a Los Angeles native these tacos reminded me of home. I will be back when I’m in the area. The restaurant is adjacent to W District and in a hostel run by a Dane and his Thai family.

This little cute Mexican restaurant is actually the lobby of a hostel, but decorates really nicely with music. Should be a good hangout place. As I have been traveling in Thailand for over three weeks already, I am craving for western food... We ordered Vegetables taco(2 stars), Stir fried pepper & onion (4 stars), Chicken Burrito (3 stars).The dishes presented beautifully but are not authentic Mexican so I'm disappointed. Although we were given a 20% off coupon, we will not come back. To be honest,this restaurant seems overrated. But if you don't insist on authentic Mexican taste it's OK .

I used to dine here regularly for years, but I hadn't visited in about a year, and it's clear the place has changed. It was once a family-run business, but now it seems to have new ownership. The vibe has shifted, and the restaurant feels busier than before, which is clearly a good sign for the business though it no longer has the same personal, family-oriented charm it once did. While the atmosphere has changed, the food is still decent and enjoyable.

If you’re lookin for typical American Mexican such as nachos supreme, chips with salsa and guacamole, or huge stuffed burritos, then this is NOT the place for you. But if you want a more authentic Mexican, then this is a decwnt choice. They have an apparently revamped menu from what it appears they had before with a very streamlined number of dishes. Like other Mexican restaurants in Thailand, tacos are small and come in a set of three. They serve complementary potato chips (not the typical tortilla chips and salsa). And the quesadillas are served in a corn tortilla with just guacamole and mozzarella in mini sizes. The margaritas are good (though oddly served with a straw despite requests for no straw) and hey have a good and varied beer selection. They are typical Thailand expensive for Mexican food and you’ll have to order appetizers to complement your main to not leave hungry. Some reconfiguration on pricing and portion size would help bring this restaurant to the top.

Very disappointing. The quesadillas were just pieces of cheese on small soggy nachos. The enchiladas were also places on extremely small soggy nachos. The burrito we ordered tasted ok if you managed to get a bite of anything else besides the flour tortilla. Staff was not too bad. It would have been nice if the foreign owners/workers said "hello" or "thank you", but they said nothing. Honestly, I wouldn't have complained if the prices weren't so high, but paying 200-300 baht per dish for poor quality food was very frustrating. Even the pictures on Google aren't the same as what they give you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Really sad to see the current state of this place. Was really one of my favorites in the area but the food and drink quality has dropped significantly. The burritos are now quite soggy and basically just filled with melted cheese and a few pieces of meat. The meat quality is chewy and tough texture too. The chilaquiles were also a former favorite but now they taste microwaved despite the homemade nature of the chips. Recommendation to the owner would be to bring back the quality of the food, attention to detail and fresh margaritas that were there six months ago. The place has such great potential.

Located in the top left corner of basement of The Commons. this place got recommended by a Mexican Chef who lives in Bangkok. the menu is very mexican and offers some modern options. but avoids going into the sauce-filled american version. several dishes come in spicy versions so make sure to watch out for that when ordering. my only caveat is that the tacos only come in corn tortillas and I generally prefer the softer flour tortillas (if well made - which is impossible to find in Bangkok)

I love Mexican and I have tried many authentic Mexican food but this place was disappointing two times I tried. The Commons is the spot I go very often whether it is for cup of coffee while chit chatting with friends, enjoying finger foods while chugging great selection of beer, or enjoying a great brunch with a cold white wine. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you are hungry, just order a It's Always Sunny In PH pizza next door or great fusion Bahn Mi sandwich. Staffs were nice but this place is not worth your money.

The most authentic Mexican food I've eaten oddly enough it was in Thailand. Good food, classic clean flavors but the portions are like tapas style. It is very close to western prices but definitely worth the price.

We've been here many times and the food and service as well as the drinks have always been great. A more exhaustive menu would be awesome but what they have is really tasty! The only reason I give them four stars as opposed to five is because even if we ask for the appetizer to come out first, it tends to come out with the entree or even last! Which is the Thai way ... so I can't really be upset with them... We've just decided that we will order our food slowly and as we go! Will be coming back... Again and again and...

The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is as a Southern Californian I can't give the Mexican food five stars. The food was genough on its own, and it's a different flavor from what you're getting daily here in Bangkok, but it's not spiced accurately to be Mexican food. I don't mean spicy, I mean there are particular spices that are used on meats, and there was just a a generic quality to the taste of the beef for instance. I mean don't get me wrong a lot of Americans would make the exact same meal. I'm just saying that whoever is making this food is not a Mexican expat! The place is embedded in a hostel so it's a little bit of a party environment. Totally mellow in the day when I was there, but there was a lot of that kind of 'we're about to get mad drunk' vibe going on as it's heading into evening. If you want a change of pace or flavor I would recommend this place, it's a good change, just not authentic Mexican.

Authentic or not, amazing place to get your Taco Tuesday on. Recommend the combination plate (2-3 tacos, quesadilla and drink) for around 350 to 400 baht; great selection of tacos at such a great price. Note that they do not accept card so you need to have some cash on you. Unfortunately taking one star off atmosphere because bthe restaurant is attached to a party hostel and I don't enjoy mixing my taco Tuesday with the Weed Boys (just my opinion). Also, outdoors means no AC but there were plenty of fans.

This is by far some of the best and tastiest Mexican food I’ve ever tried, it’s comparable to the food in Mexico! Flavours were perfect and the menu had a great range of items on it. It’s a small place with a few tables inside revolution hostel, the staff were lovely and I left feeling full. Can’t wait to go back!

I've had inferior Tacos in Mexico and California. Is it better than Mexico and California? No, of course not. But it isn't Taco Bell and they have spicy Pico De Gallo and Salsa de Molcajete. I got the set for like 460 Baht with 3 tacos, a quesadilla and a beer. They put enough meat on the tacos for it to be 6 tacos or more. Make sure you put both salsas and lime 🍋‍🟩 on your tacos! 🌮 Yes you get full and satisfied. I'm Mexican and I recommend you come have a taco if you want Mexican in Bangkok.

The best mexican restaurant in Bangkok. The Australian Beef taco and Al Pastore Taco are absolutely excellent, we always get chips and guacamole too. Everytime I come to Bangkok me and my gf always make a point of eating here.. usually more than once.

The service was solid, with two different staff members checking in on us throughout the meal, ensuring we were well taken care of. I opted for the steak quesadilla, and while I initially expected the sour cream and other toppings to be served on the side, they were actually cooked right into the quesadilla. I was a bit unsure at first, but once I took a bite, I was pleasantly surprised—it was a flavorful, well-executed quesadilla. The Burrini was another highlight; the tortilla was crispy with a satisfying flavor. Do note, though, it has a bit of a spicy kick, so if you’re sensitive to heat, I’d recommend sticking with the quesadilla instead. The chips and salsa are worth mentioning—one of the salsas packs a decent kick, while another has a real punch. The thick tortilla chips have a sturdy, Frito-like texture, however were a bit stale. And to top it all off, the view was quite lovely, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your meal.

Excellent tex-mex food for a carby cheesy feast. Complimentary chips on arrival. The enchiladas are massive. The portions seem generous in general. They have good strawberry margaritas. The owner is a friendly young American and the service is good. A nice long counter for sitting at if you come alone. The restaurant is a converted shop house and a little frayed around the edges but I liked that. The toilets are the only big letdown and could be cleaner. There is no designated parking for the restaurant. They charge 5% rather than 10% service fee. Fair prices all round. Recommended.

The kitchen is a bit dirty and I have found unwanted objects (metal etc) in my food however, the food taste is ok but the menu is limited, the drinks/local beers are expensive for the venue. Service is ok but I feel it would benefit from listening to feedback ( for example no apology for a metal strip being found in the food) but it is a quiet chilled out place.

This place has the best food ive ever had, and remember... ITS VEGAN! if I could I would give 10 stars. I loved the entrance with the stairs to the seating area. The atmosphere was cool and I loved the plant growing from the long table. The decoration was also amazing. The food selection was actually really diverse, and I couldn't decide what to get because they all sounded good! The staff was super friendly and immediately asked if we had any allergies. Food was SUPER GOOD. And I'll definitely come back. (Sandy may just be the best waiter there is. Go Sandy!) this is a must try if you're in Bangkok.

I had the pleasure of having lunch here on 9/1/25. As soon as I walked through the door the experience began, before even heading up the stairs. This place is furnished uniquely and the art compliments the aesthetic they are aiming for. The menu is nice blend of earthy & comfort food - plenty of juices, smoothies, salads and bowls alongside pizza & burgers. I had the Chili Bao Bao, Caesar Salad, and an Acai blend smoothie. All of it was delicious and presented wonderfully. The staff was kind and made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend you add this establishment to your food tour or regular rotation of eateries.

Great variety of food, high quality food. I enjoyed the Vegan mopping , truffle dumpling and katsu curry. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the truffle pasta. Good location too. Only thing was the Restaraunt was super hot inside.

The ambience is really nice. There is a lot of stairs and I didn’t see an elevator. Also they really need a fan because the AC wasn’t really working or maybe it was turned off. There is free parking in the back. We used to eatigo and it was really annoying because there are some items that aren’t allowed and it isn’t marked so they should just get a separate menu or make a disallowed list. Desserts aren’t included. If you want crunchy noodles with your Khao Soi, please ask in advance, because mine were too soggy. Also, the cow soy is small, but yummy. The appetizer was a bit small, but it was really good, especially dipped in the curry sauce. The curry thing was very tasty and a good portion and if you don’t like the onions, maybe they can substitute it for something else. I would definitely return. I think this place is mostly Farangs

I had high hopes for this place. The reviews are very positive. It is quite expensive for what you get. They charge taxes on top of the advertised prices and then they overcharged on the taxes as well. It took a while to sort it out but eventually it was done. The pizza was ok. Probably won't go back.

Amazing! The vegan pizzas 9’ and 12’ margaritas were super yummy, the crust was at its point. We also have the sneakers bar for dessert super creamy and delicious. Totally recommend it either you are vegan or not. Vegan pizza, truffle and pistachio smoothie were very good

Amazing vegan katsu curry! I had passed by this place many times but since it doesn’t look open on the ground floor, always thought this place must be closed or unpopular. But I decided to try it once I saw the good reviews. I went alone as I’m just staying in Bangkok for a few days as a visitor. Wow, the menu had so much variety, all very health conscious dishes that I’d like!! I tried the Katsu curry after seeing good reviews. It was sooo good! I also loved it had rice berry, so the dish wasn’t just vegan but had superfood. I can’t wait to try other dishes next time.

I got my Mexican fix here—finally! The tacos at Molino really reminded me of Mexico City: bold flavors, great textures, and clearly made with care. Highlights for me were the birria and the truffle mushroom tacos, but honestly everything we tried was solid. The margaritas are fun (the mango chili one especially) and the vibe is colorful and lively, with music that keeps the energy high. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Only drawback is that portions are on the smaller side and prices are closer to premium, so it’s not cheap eats. Still, for authentic-tasting tacos in Bangkok with a great atmosphere, Molino delivers.

The atmosphere and service were great. The food, however, is questionable. I ordered birria and shrimp tacos, grilled baby corn, and horchata. Everything was sour, from the consommé that came with the birria to the salsa on the baby corn and shrimp tacos. I have had decent Mexican food, but never a bad one until now. The only thing that saved my meal was the horchata. To whoever wrote a good review saying the food was good, you were indeed lucky.

As I have to try everyday something new when I come to BKK I come to Molino (ok and I was a bit lazy). As I was unsure of all the option I took the 690 all you can eat offer. The first round with the recommendations arrived quickly. I wasn’t a big fan of the corn tortillas as they broke quickly and added a heavy stuffing to the stomache. So for the second round I choose more from the flour option (eggplant and shrimp). My personal favorite was the shrimp version. The taste of most are quite good but personally I think it was sometime to much stuffing (hard to eat with hands). Other sides would also help to improve (not so the 3 provided once). Overall no repeat.

My friend and I went to Molino to have some authentic Mexican food that was vegan. Molino superbly made us traditional Mexican food that they had veganised while adhering to our many food allergies. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were super welcoming and the owner spent time to let us know which vegan cheese they use and ensured that all of our requests were met. We are looking forward to going back to eat their yummy food again and see their Mexican band.

The staff were so friendly! We got (3 people) a large guacamole nacho, fried chicken and chicken tacos to share the tacos and guacamole were amazing and chicken was good but nothing too special overall would come again and very affordable prices

I am Mexican and I visited Molino, they have the Mexican style but doesn’t tastes completely like Mexican tacos! But is a good place if you really miss tacos :) Drinks were sooooo good! 👍🏼 ⭐️ excelent service, I think it’s a little bit expensive comparing to the prices in Bangkok!

Excellent mexican food and drinks in a great atmosphere. There were even a few Mexican-Thai fusion options. I sat at the bar for food and drinks and had great exchanges with the friendly staff who made great recommendations and even threw in a few freebies so I could sample more of their cocktails offering. Highly recommended.

This has the look and feel of a nice casual Mexican restaurant but is more of a hi-so Mexican, particularly with their pricing. They are located in an easy to miss soi in Ari. They have a good size parking lot next to the restaurant. They have a small menu but they do their food well. Tacos come in sets of three with your choice of flour or corn tortilla. They served complementary chips with their five variants of salsa ranging from spicy to sweet. Their chips are crisp and freshly fried. Food is reasonably priced for the quality of preparation and taste. The one issue is the beer prices are completely skewed to be ridiculously expensive. The main beer they offer is all imported from the brewery Mikkeller. Compared to any other craft brew restaurant which offer huge selections of crafts, the 300 baht-ish for 1/3 of a pint of this craft is crazy. Pretty much the best drink to try here is the margarita which is a bit under 300 baht for 200 ml and tasty.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tacos here. We ordered fried fish and shrimp tacos and the fish ones are especially flavorful. I agree with many comments that food and drinks are quite expensive here. Good news is there's a Tacos Tuesday when you get 50 THB off of any tacos and some beer on taps are 150 THB. Beers surprised/disappointed us the most. It's only 1/3 of a pint, meaning very little, even though they are great beers. So Tuesday makes sense when it's just 150 THB instead of 250-ish. Margarita is excellent. Service is decent. Friendly staff and good ambience.

Loved their tacos! Of course they have great beers there also! The chef seemed very passionated about his foods so that's pretty good! Loved it here, all staffs speak english here and they are all very nice. I would have to go back there when i visit Thailand in the future!

Great place to enjoy mikkellers. Foods are a bit pricey for Bangkok but definitely tasty.

Mexican restaurants in Bangkok tend to be overpriced and not particularly good, and though TacoChela is still on the pricey side, the food is great. The beer selection is also good, though it's craft beer hence quite expensive. Definitely worth checking out, though it would be great if they had a cheaper drink option along the fancy beers.

Stunning flavours and big portions guaranteed! No one speaks English but that just enhances the Bangkok experience. Big beers are 75 and it opens until late. 100% recommended.

For three years now, that I visit Bangkok, Every time I stay at the same nearby hotel. I always eat here — many times already. The same people are around, though I’m not sure they recognize me. The place is simple and pleasant; it’s nice to sit by the street. Many people come here every evening, and for good reason — the food is truly excellent and the prices are great. Som Tam worth dying for! I almost passed out because it was so spicy, but it was worth the pain. The food is excellent, especially the Pad Krapao was out of this world. Restaurant seems very authentic and the staff is very kind. 10/10!

Looking for food after the rain and this place is only 3 minutes away from our guesthouse. Friendly staff, one of their staff understand English well, and quick service. Cheaper than mookata in indonesia (with more meat and more delicious broth + dipping sauce). They have a lot of other dishes to sell as well, including Thai salad (somtum etc). Overall good experience! Try this place!

Everything is amazing. The location is so wonky and quirky, I love it! Cholos food is always spot on. The loaded nachos are my most favorite thing ever! Whenever I want GOOD loaded nachos I always order from Cholos. The pork burria was delicious. The chicken tinga taco is one of my favorite. I'm sad I got full, because their Baja taco fish is my usual order, and I didn't get to eat it this time. It's fine though, I'll visit again sooooooon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bonus - sweet staff!

Small indoor dining but nice balcony setting for Cholos in Charoen Krung. Though there are a lot of mosquitos this time of year. Elotes for appetizer was refreshing along with the chipotle mayo. Fish tacos were great! But just a tad too big to eat, causing many of the ingredients to fall out. Birria burrito is as expected, no wow factor. Last but not least, the flan was a nice ending to the meal. Service crew was friendly and recommended dishes. Clean toilet across the resto. Wish there was parking.

The Mexican food is great and the staff if very friendly. I recommend having some Baja fish tacos in the outside seating during the evening. It's just a really nice setting. Also, I enjoyed the birria tacos as well

Just went to the cake shop at the oposite side of the road, and I am looking for an afternoon snack. Saw from google they have a amazing looking fish taco and I wanted to give it a try. It's not dissapointing at all. It's a huge fish taco. Flavourful. Absolutely worth the price. Will come back to try other foods!

From the reviews I decided on fish tacos which were huge. You can order extra tortillas for 30฿/each. The prices are a bit high, but that’s understandable since it’s a specialty food here. Overall, the ambience and food were great. The customer service could’ve been slightly better, but overall I recommend coming here.

One of the most impressive Asian restaurants I have ever been to! Sorn is truly exceptional in preserving the authenticity of traditional Thai cuisine while adding a subtle touch of modern creativity in the presentation. Each dish is a masterpiece with beautiful plating and mouth-watering flavors that perfectly balance the essence of Thai taste. The team takes great care in selecting high-quality local ingredients and blends them harmoniously from one dish to the next. Every bite showcases the diversity and depth of Thailand’s culinary heritage, elevated to a fine-dining level without losing its soul. I honestly cannot find enough words to praise them. The best I can say is that if you are a food lover, you simply must experience Sorn for yourself.

Let’s start with the experience. First off, there are not enough parking spaces at the restaurant (which is totally understandable, considering that Bangkok has that issue). However, their advice was to park at a hotel nearby, where they provide a shuttle (golf cart) pick-up and return. The parking at this place is THB50 an hour, which indeed isn’t much when you are paying for such an expensive meal. However, it was a little disappointing that a michelin star restaurant does not provide valet services and cover the parking cost since the whole entire experience is already so pricey. It felt a bit “cheap”. When we entered the restaurant, we were taken to the second floor. I wish they would showcase their restaurant a bit and let us see the open/live kitchen. It felt like they were in a hurry to seat us and get us seated and eating. I hardly saw anything downstairs so i felt like i missed a larger part of the beautiful restaurant. The service is not very personalized and warm. It felt a little “cold” to be frank. It seemed like the staff were just reciting the dishes and not really creating a connection with the guests. Since Thailand is such a warm service country, this felt far from that. The dishes were presented in a professional manner but it almost felt memorized and robot-like. This was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. The food started off amazing. I absolutely loved the first segment until the main dishes. They were carefully crafted and made “with love”. You can really taste the flavours. The main dishes were great, dont get me wrong, but it just wasn’t up to par with the start. It felt like we were just getting “homey” dishes and not as exciting/WOW as the beginning. Perhaps they started off so strong that our expectations were so high. All in all, the food was amazing and flavourful. I absolutely loved tasting all the dishes.

Amazing Southern Thai Food I’m Thai, but I was surprised to try so many new ingredients I’ve never had before. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. Every dish was delicious, and I ended up eating way too much—in a good way! The service was great. We went on a rainy day and took the BTS. They picked us up from Sukhumvit 26 close to BTS and even gave us towels and shawls to stay dry and warm. Really thoughtful! The price is totally worth it for a 3-star Michelin meal. The only downside was that the table next to us was a bit loud, so it was a bit hard to hear the staff explain the dishes. But overall, it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent, but honestly I would expect more from a 3 starred. In all fairness, everything was cooked to perfection and the taste was on point. It’s rather spicy, so if you cannot handle spice, make sure you let them know early on. Service was good, not perfect though. I like the fact that they sanitise the loo every time someone uses it. However, the service was not in point yet, and the food, although very good, doesn’t feel like it’s “value for money”and have not had anything I felt like it’s new or “surprise, guess we are paying for the stars. One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had - especially coming from a 3 Michelin star restaurant. We found a hair in the in the second course, the cold abalone. To make things worse, there was no apology or explanation from the head chef himself. Even though, he visited the tables nearby, he kept avoiding our table after the incident. Later we found one of the soup cups was chipped, which was concerning for a restaurant of this standard. Only at the end did the manager and sous chef approached us to address the incident and offered us a complimentary drink. It was “the best they could do.” they said The service staffs were, however, absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and professional. They did their best to make the night better. Overall, the incident management and the attention to customer feelings were far below the standard expected from a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

This Taco Bell has the advantage of staying open late, which is great for night owls. The food is tasty, and the option to refill your drink is a nice perk. However, the service could be better, as the pricing and menu options aren’t explained clearly. The choices also felt a bit limited. Additionally, the prices are quite high and the portions are rather small, making it less worth the value compared to similar options. Overall, it’s decent for a late-night meal, but there’s room for improvement.

This is a good Taco Bell location in Bangkok, with a medium sized dining room. The menu is good, with decent options that are very similar to ones in the US. The taco was made with care and you are allowed a refill for your drink. The chocodilla was essentially Nutella in a tortilla so not really worth it. The prices are also relatively high compared to other options.

I paid 534 baht on 2 taco suprimes and a XL beefy cheesy burrito and got only 2 hot sauces. Please do better. Edit: after eating my food, the burrito was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It’s really disappointing especially spending so much on a delivered order.

The food is good and nice but the service is abysmal. The staff was disinterested in serving me and looked like she was so done. The taco combo was good there was a hard and soft taco and the chips tasted great. But the service has to improve. Really impressed with vegetarian selection and the food but the service has a lot of flaws.

My first visit to a Taco Bell since moving to Thailand almost three years ago! Tastes pretty much as I remember it back in the US. I had two crunchy beef tacos, two soft beef tacos, a chicken quesadilla, which came with a side of spicy french fries, and a Coke with unlimited refills. Came to about $14 USD. That seems to be about the same price that these items would have cost me back in the US. It was a nice treat. It was very busy with carry out orders, so it took 20 minutes to get my food. That seemed a bit ridiculous for a Taco Bell.

Mexican cuisine is one of my top 5 favorite cuisines! Am very happy that “Delia” is in the Bangkok gastronomy map👏 Thanks to Chef Gaby and Chef Diego and the team for bringing Mexican flavors to Bangkok. I love the interior and decor! It’s chic and stylish. It makes me feel that am sitting somewhere in Mexico City. We enjoyed homemade corn tortillas and all the dishes we ordered were full of details, elegantly presented and very flavorful. The portions are very small and a bit overpriced but we enjoyed the experience at Delia😍 Service is very good. Staffs are friendly and English speaking. We will definitely return!

I had a great experience eating at Delia! The atmosphere was warm and lively, with colorful decor and great music that really set the mood. Tacos, tostada and pastor were fresh and full of flavor. Overall a good experience. Was recommended by a friend and upon trying a few dishes, I can see why! But we went as a bigger group and I found the food relatively hard to share. So my recommendation would be to go in a smaller group or for a date. Loved the area the restaurant was located in, so that really adds to the ambiance.

Probably the best overall experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Both food and service were amazing. We sat at the bar with a look directly into the kitchen. Walking into the restaurant I felt stressed and tired, when I left my mood was a 100 times better. So I definitely recommend it! Food: As it was “dia de los muertes” there was a special menu. When we told the waiter that we eat pescetarian he talked to the chef to see how they could tweak some dishes. The food is classical Mexican food and tasted delicious. Everything is fresh and prepared quickly. Experience: Service is beyond friendly. Chefs bring their food and describe it to you. What made the restaurant special to me was the mood of the people. The chef was joyfully dancing behind the stove. Staff was chatting and laughing. The bar keepers kept making new drinks for their colleagues when they did not prepare some for guests. You could just really feel that the team is enjoying themselves. To me that was visible during every interaction with them. After the food the bar personal drank a tequila shot and a high ball with us on the house. If I wasn’t living at the other end of the world I would become a regular!

After living in Bangkok for nearly a decade I can confidently say this is the best Mexican restaurant in Bangkok by far!!!! I nearly cried over the crispy cheese on the Quesadilla and pork jowl on the Al Pastor. Everything we ordered was amazing — you won't be disappointed with whatever dish you order. This place was great! I loved that you could choose between light, medium, and dark roast for a latte. The soy milk and orange juice were so good. The best part? The baristas were so kind!! Definitely recommend.

I first saw this place in a BK Asia City website list and immediately added it to my own list of must visit restaurants. I’m from the southwestern USA where I was lucky enough to eat great Mexican food my entire life. So, I will boldly state that I’m somewhat a connoisseur of tacos. I ordered three soft tacos wrapped ever so snugly in corn tortillas. One of each of the following: pork carnitas, grilled chicken, and chipotle chicken. Carnitas has always been my favorite, but in this case the pork was a little dry and salty. The grilled chicken was also dry and room temperature. The chipotle tasted the best and was a proper temperature. 🌮 The corn tortillas are made fresh in-house and were a nice change compared to other places in the area. 🌶 They have many salsas to choose from. I chose a medium salsa, which was excellent. ‼️ This is a walk up place where you order at the window. There’s no seating inside and only one small table on the sidewalk. I didn’t know this when I went so I was a little disappointed from the moment I arrived. Also, the table was already being used so I had to get my food to go. Although the nice couple there did offer me one of the seats. ❗️Service was a little slow because they are making everything fresh and there’s only one cook and a small stove. They were really friendly and helpful and are fluent English speakers. 💰💰💰 the tacos are 110฿ + VAT each which includes three veggie toppings and salsa. If you’re in the area and craving something other than Thai food, then stop at the window and order up some tacos. It definitely won’t be a bad experience here. I hope that the owner of this place realizes what's going on. I went with friends. The place was not busy, but it took over 45 mins for the food. Food is overpriced, very bland and quality is not the same as before when they had a tiny place....very disappointed. I ordered chips and guacamole THB 250. What We got is the oily chips with sad looking guacamole. My friend ordered pork al pastor main course (THB 420), but they forgot his order (over an hour) plus the pork was so dry and overcooked. Really not worth the money. I felt bad because I convinced them to come. Please do some improvements.

Just had 3 delicious corn soft tacos. The best one for me was the one with lamb. Must try. The sauces that came with the tacos are also great. The prices are a bit high in my opinion.. But probably you cannot make them that good without great ingredients.. Which are not that cheap in Bkk.

As a resident of San Antonio Texas, we look for decent Mexican food wherever we go. This place came highly recommended so we decided to give it a shot. We arrived around 5:30pm and ordered margaritas right away. THEY ONLY HAD ONE SHOT OF TEQUILA LEFT! That should have been our sign not to eat there. We ordered the chips and queso and they weren’t that bad. The queso was a little sour cream tasting but still edible, the bad part was we got a billion chips and two tablespoons of queso. We ordered the carne asada grilled plate which looked great on their menu but was only enough to feed an infant. There was literally two spoonfuls of rice and beans. The plate was 90% lettuce. The meat was overly marinated with spices. Not tasty at all, and as a meat lover I couldn’t finish what little meat they gave me. My wife ordered the enchiladas Rojas but they were out of ground beef so she ordered the carne asada. She didn’t like them but I thought they were decently edible. The sauce is nice and spicy but they overload it with cheese! Where was this cheese when I ordered the queso!!!!!! Of course they don’t serve enchiladas with rice and beans so we ordered rice and beans and got rice and soup. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe it’s a new owner or something, but it’s a no go for us. The picture is after I raked all the lettuce off.

A Great place for Mexican food and it will be expanding into a full Restaurant and drinks area from 19th December 2020. Definitely has potential to be a great hidden gem in this area! Chips and guacamole were great, the chips were hot and salty and just hit the spot! Tacos were delicious and I'd love to come back and try more of the menu! Staff were excellent and super helpful as well.

I honestly had such a bad experience staying here, and I feel like people should know. From the very first day, the way we were treated was awful. It felt like they didn’t want us there. The staff was so rude to us, and I couldn’t help but feel it was because we’re Asian. When other foreigners came in, they were greeted with a big smile and a cheerful “hello,” but for us, it was just rude looks and a bad attitude. The mornings were unbearable too. It was so noisy every single day. My friend stayed in a room on the first floor and told me she couldn’t sleep because the owner’s child kept shouting loudly all the time. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the guests’ comfort. One thing that really upset me was when my boyfriend was smoking in a public space near the restaurant next door (not even in front of the hotel). The owner came out and rudely told him to stop, saying her son was playing upstairs. I mean, come on! He wasn’t even near the hotel. It was a public area! To top it all off, the room was terrible. They gave us an extra bed that was disgusting—it had hair and dust all over the mattress. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable, so it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Honestly, this place isn’t worth your money or the frustration. The way we were treated and the overall experience was just awful. I’d never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Not suitable especially for long stays and there some kinda racism to some ethnicity (me burmese) That owner talk differently as soon as they see foreign people , we were there talking bout the room with them and the way they talked is so disrespectful but when there were European look alike foreigners coming , that lady start talking in sweet voice and stuff ! Rooms look like a jail , what is that corner thing in the room (didn’t make sense) ! I was not allowed to smoke inside so i went outside smoking in front of hotel , that lady come talked to me not to smoke even outside like what? I smoked on the street which is obviously outside and she said her kid inside like just bring your kid inside, i smoke outside now u can’t tell me where to smoke ! Fix your attitude ! Your kid is not my kid ! I will keep smoking no matter what cuz i am outside not inside the hotel

Absolutely a great hotel to stay in. I have the private suite that was facing the street but no sound came into the room. AC was good. Shower was good. Staff was amazing. On top they have a rooftop bar with good food, drinks and wonderful view.

We got a really cheap room so I didn’t expect it to be nice, but other than no window it was awesome. Very clean, big bathroom, helpful service desk, and great location on one of the less busy streets near khaosan road

Multiple issues with this location. - Family got multiple bug bites. Not sure from mosquitoes or something else. - Lobby is not open 24 seven. You don’t even have access to it during the day unless you call them and ask. - No microwave or hot water available. - Difficult to get English speaking service. All the said, they will not issue a refund for the remaining days. We’re leaving anyways and disputing it with our credit card company.

Had a very short stay, it's too short to give a good review, but the room was small but comfortable with bunk bed. Refundable security deposit of 1000THB. The interior of the hotel goes well with the name of the hotel. It's like a spy, detective, Sherlock Homes like feeling everywhere.

The best ceviche I have ever had. Period. It has a mildly sweet mango taste and the seafood is nicely ground, not too fine and not too big so that it scoops perfectly on a chip. Like WOW! Noob tip: Fuse the leftover guac and red sauce from tacos or another meal by pouring a little of each onto a Ceviche laden tortilla chip...you're welcome :) Shrimp Tacos - I think I've only ever had shrimp tacos this good twice in my life but these may have edged those out. It's interesting this place is called "El Hefe" (The Boss), because that's exactly how I would describe this food in summary. Boss level.

Had delicious mushroom tinga tacos and vegan chicken tacos! There is a good vegan menu with a variety of options. Food was served very quickly and very friendly staff. We will be back!

We went to this place due to the great reviews here on Google Maps. Sadly, very disappointed in the food, especially for the price. Then there's the "rounding" charge at the end. I am born and raised in Southern California, so you know where my comparison is coming from. Being Thailand for a couple years now, my bar isn't very high when it comes to Mexican food. Now for the review. 1st, they have a digital only menu. You scan a QR code to bring up their website with the menu. If you want to view the descriptions of the plates, you have to create an account with whatever service they are using for their digital menu. No thank you. Then we start noticing the prices. Wow! Very expensive. Even the Mexican food in Phuket isn't this expensive. But, I figured, maybe the food is super good with big portions. Nope, wrong on both. My classic burrito with beef wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It had no flavor. Now, the green and orange sauces were actually really good. Thank goodness those are served on the side. The burrito was very small. My girlfriend had the Buffalo chicken tacos. Though, not as flavorless as the classic burrito, definitely not worth the price. Then there is the bottle of water. 45 baht for one regular bottle of water! Are we in a club? That's insane! This is a tiny hole in the wall. How are they charging 45 baht? Again, even in phuket, where everything is known to be more expensive than everywhere else in thailand, water is usually 20 baht. Then the icing on the cake. We get the bill and there is a "rounding" charge of .95 baht. You charge me .95 baht to even the bill out to double zero? When the amount after the period is .50 or higher, then you round up. Not when it's .05. I know a lot of you will argue, it's less than 1 baht. Chill. I can argue back, it's only .05 baht. And that's not the point. It's the principle. The food was super expensive, not good, water was price gouged, left very hungry, and then you cant even eat the .05? And why is the customer on the hook for that extra charge? Never going to this place again. For the price I paid for two people, I could have had a very nice meal somewhere else. I would not recommend. Ps. The positive I will give this place, the staff was very nice and attentive. For the prices this place charges, I really hope they are paying their staff VERY well.

Their salsa is a nice mix. Too bad their quesadilla is too small to fit salsa in. The guacamole set comes with a set of either banana chips or corn chips. Both can be ordered since they allow one free set extra. We added a little bit of chili green sauce to make it more tasty. But the chili green sauce in bottle is not as spicy as expected.

Maybe one of the best Mexican experiences in Bangkok in terms of the food and margaritas. The ambiance is poor. You can sit outside as well but usually the street and BTS noise makes that not relaxing. You should try the guacamole made at your table and a classic margarita. Both are good. Various dishes stand out like the beef but don't expect to much. If you live in Bangkok this place is great. If you just visit and have it better at home, don't go. Overall not cheap, if not a bit overpriced. The buy 1 get 1 free for cocktails is welcomed by me since one margarita is never enough. Still the bill usually is quite high for Bangkok circumstance. I still go regularly and would recommend this place under the mentioned conditions.

This place claims to have the best margaritas, but they actually do. I've tried margaritas at dozens of places worldwide, and these are by far the best. The food is delicious, with great presentation. They have tons of vegetarian options, including the baked beans. I loved that, because restaurant beans are rarely vegetarian. They have over two hundred kinds of tequila. It's expensive, usually ten to twenty bucks a glass, but it's the only place in Thailand to get most of these delicious tequilas. Their house tequila is El Jimador, a good 100% agave tequila, which is what they make the margaritas out of. Service is pretty good. The servers speak awesome English. This place reminds me of a deluxe restaurant in Mexico City, but without the cockroaches.

Good Mexican food in town. Guacamole was cooked right in front of you and it was very tasty. Several kinds of Tacos, which were delicious. My husband and I enjoyed the food here very much. There was a bar of varieties of drinks here too. It's in Groove section, Central World. If you love Mexican food, you should try.

I was very fortunate to stumble across this fantastic coffee shop whilst visiting the area. The shop front is very well presented and they offer a wide variety of drinks selection. Staff were friendly and efficient with my order. As a Melbourne local it's great to see coffee culture expanding into other cities around the world.
