We love this hotel and have stayed many times over the years. Service is consistently excellent and the breakfast and evening buffets are amazing. Airport transfers are seamless. The rooms / suites are a little old but in great condition and incredibly comfortable.

We stayed in a balcony room with amazing view - I could sit there all day and just watch the river! Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, a highlight was the superb hotel boat service. Would definitely return if visiting Bangkok & would recommend this hotel to family & friends. We are so glad we chose to stay Riverside, it’s the perfect spot.

The only reason I’m giving this property four stars is because it’s clearly dated- it is hard to hide. While the rooms are impeccably clean, it’s hard to hide the fact that they haven’t been updated since 1998. A lot of the fixtures have aged remarkably well, while others haven’t. Take for instance the bathroom- the green marble is still fashionable enough that I could conceivable see myself decorating my own place similarly. But why is there still a DVD player in the entertainment center? Why couldn’t ownership quietly replace buttons in the room, telephones, or updating rhe control panels next to the bed? Those seems like simply, easy lifts that would draw one’s attention away from the fact that the sofa is probably close to 26 years old. That being said; you can’t beat the location and there are tons of small extras that make this feel like the five-star hotel it is. I’ve only seen a slot for a shoe shine at one other hotel I’ve stayed at- it’s free by the way; the toiletries, the soaps in the shower, the fruit platter on arrival, the umbrellas, the daily chocolates in the room from housekeeping all help to distract from the fact that this hotel needs a facelift. Clean, crisp, excellent soft product. It’s hard to understand why the ownership group doesn’t prioritize this property while bringing the rest of its assets into 2025.

Riverside location and fantastic service makes for this a highly recommended place to recover from a bit of jet lag. The pool area with happy hour from 4-6pm each afternoon was a highlight. The rooms haven’t been updated for a while (some reviews say since 1998) however the high quality furniture and fittings have lasted very well; yes some of the technology was dated (the cathode ray tube TV in the bathroom in particular) but it was not a problem and we all felt that we’d had a luxurious introduction to Bangkok. Would come back.

Wasn't that great service as much as I 've heard. One room of two I'vebooked was not ready when I check in. Guessing full occupation made the staff tired and no energy to welcome the guests. Considering the high price compare to others, Will not come again. Amenities have not much varieties. Only essential goods and shower equipments are not easy to use, somewhat annoying. But the interior and tone & manner of the hotel seems novel and dignified.

It's 5 stars GUARANTEED! But it's supposed to be 6! Well rooms were better than St Regis and the plugs are user friendly now. However, staffs looked demoralized. Jester was gone. Last order was 2230(1030PM). Being in Thonburi was a BIG DISADVANTAGE! It's not that easy to cross!

I would say that this is the buffet that I highly recommend if you are a tourist who is wanting to taste Thai food all at once. This is the place that’s cover it all. I love how the food taste. It is delicious. The quality is well accepted. It is authentic Thai place. If you can get a good bargain 50% off the price is a bit high but more acceptable if no discount. They also have sushi bar, salad, bar, and seafood bar included. One thing I love is the service all the staff are very nice. The drinks like you can order coffee or tea unlimited not one each also I have a juice bar, Thai tea, Thai coffee, and fruit juice. Go and try the place is so nice to sit in when you go alone you don’t feel alone because you are welcomed.

Having returned to Praya Kitchen after a couple of years, I was curious to see whether it still lived up to its strong reputation. The answer is somewhat mixed. While certain elements remain outstanding—especially the quality of meat and seafood—some of the previous highlights have quietly disappeared, and with them, a bit of the charm that once made this buffet stand out. Let’s start with what still works well. The buffet includes a beautifully curated meat station with chilled Australian Wagyu cuts—ribeye, chuck roll, picanha, flank steak—all well-marbled and grilled to order. Lamb chops and other premium cuts are also on offer, clearly showcasing the restaurant’s continued commitment to high-quality sourcing. The seafood selection is equally generous, featuring Korean oysters on ice, river prawns, blue crab, and even live lobsters cooked fresh with your choice of sauce. These stations alone provide excellent value for the 1,250 THB net price (with discount). The service remains a strong point. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, and the dining area is well-maintained, airy, and inviting. We were fortunate to be seated by the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which offered a striking view of Bangkok’s skyline at dusk—an added touch that elevated the overall ambience and made the evening feel special. That said, there were some disappointing changes compared to previous visits. The once-popular sushi station, where chefs prepared nigiri and rolls on demand, has been removed. Instead, guests now find a much simpler display of pre-prepared items like octopus, crab sticks, and tamago—perfectly fine, but lacking the freshness and presentation flair of the earlier setup. A similar trend was noticeable in the dessert section. Previously, it featured local favourites like mango sticky rice and crème brûlée. This time, the selection leaned toward Western-style cakes and sweets—red velvet, brownies, honey citrus cake. While attractive and competently made, they didn’t quite capture the same sense of variety or surprise. One charming new addition was the DIY virgin mojito station with fresh mint, fruit, soda, and lime syrup—an interactive and refreshing touch, especially for younger guests or those skipping alcohol. Overall, Praya Kitchen still offers good value and a high standard of food, particularly if you prioritise seafood and grilled meats. Yet for returning guests, there’s a noticeable scaling back of some of the details that previously made the experience feel more curated and locally grounded. A few small restorations—like the sushi chef or traditional Thai sweets—could easily bring it back to its earlier form. As it stands, it’s still a very pleasant place to dine, especially with those skyline views, but perhaps not quite as memorable as it once was.

Amazing seafood buffet at the Marriott Surawongse in Bangkok! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by tanks full of live, fresh seafood. You can pick what you want and have it cooked your way — super fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Drinks are included in the price, which is a big plus. No need to order anything extra. Great quality, great service, and a very satisfying experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Saturday night buffet was amazing — a full-on seafood feast! However, it’s not particularly kid-friendly. There was carbonara available, but not much else for young children except desserts. Unlike most Marriott restaurants where kids under 5 or 6 eat free buffet, here kids aged 3 and up are charged half price. Top recommendations: Grilled river prawns, blue crabs, tom yum with river prawns, the beef. Minus one star for the lack of communication — we confirmed a reservation with the front desk with specific details, but the restaurant was not informed at all.

I tried the breakfast set at Praya Kitchen for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the variety. There were Thai dishes, udon, and even sourdough bread—all of which were delicious. There were plenty of drink options, and the juice was also very good. I received a warm welcome and great recommendations from Khun Pavika. I’d definitely love to come back!

I happen to be at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse for a business conventional meeting early morning. So, with a plenty of time I have, I swing by the Praya Kitchen for breakfast. Beyond my expectation, the Kitchen has an exceptionally wide variety of international menu. The welcoming staff at the front is very friendly and attentive. I would like to thank Khun Cha-Aim for her top hospitality and service-mind attitudes that simply make the Kitchen shines even much brighter. Other than Ms Cha-Aim, I cannot find anyone intends to wait or checking to see how I am doing - may be just because this place is a self-service buffet. I would like to see smiles or hear some greetings from other staff members. The other thing is that no one come to take care of my finished plates. Food are well prepared and served hot. Seating is plenty. Check my photos for food and stuff. Overall I rated this Kitchen one of Bangkok stars for breakfast.

I had such a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan. The service is truly impeccable – the staff notice all the little details, from opening the taxi door, holding the entrance door, to assisting with luggage. At breakfast, the service crew were extremely attentive; I had a little flu and they kindly passed me tissues without me even asking – such thoughtful hospitality. The room may be a little dated, but it is very clean and well-maintained. Amenities are complete and ensure a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable – directly linked to the skywalk, making it so easy to shop or get around the city conveniently. Overall, a fantastic stay with service that really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hyatt in Bangkok for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond from check-in to checkout — super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast buffet had a ton of delicious options, and the rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Location was also great — close to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bangkok!

It is a great hotel overall, the location is perfect, staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are not the biggest but with decent space. Feels a bit old, but decent, usually Grand Hyatt feels old. Facilities in the hotel are great, breakfast was great and dinner good enough. I tried oysters and smelt like spoiled fish so I avoided eating eat, the only downside. Housekeeping was extremely nice and went way further, anytime we had a request they provided the goods quickly and they took nice care of my clothes when they did the room. It was a young guy that I don't remember his name but thank you very much. I hope I can return there soon!

It was great staying here in a very comfortable room with great views and excellent service at every level of the hotel. Location is superb l The food, service, and ambiance in their Erawan Tea Room was also outstanding. I loved stopping into the Erawan Shrine every day to watch the goings-on.

had a wonderful stay at grand hyatt erawan bangkok. located in the center of the town. their service were so professional and incredible. we got some problem and they really assist us to solve it since theres a language barrier. all the facilities were great including breakfast. we got a cookie also at our room for compliment. such a pleasant stay here.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok for their excellent service and also I loved their breakfast especially noodles with dumplings. Staff is friendly and prompt. However, cleaning of rooms need to improve but staff is very prompt and fast to rectify. So overall 9.9/10 🩷

One of the most famous premium buffets in Bangkok. It's definitely worth a visit - especially if you like fresh seafood and premium quality meat. Most dishes are freshly made in front of your eyes. At each station station, there are super friendly chefs ready to help you out with any questions you have. The service was always attentive, constantly removing empty plates from our table and serving free water. The food itself is incredibly good, well prepared, well seasoned and always on point. You'll find at Goji Kitchen+Bar anything you wish for. We went to the buffet at one of latest time slots. So, we hadn't had enough time to try everything out. Even at late evening the restaurant still seemed packed. Oftentimes also with larger groups celebrating. So the noise level was quiet high. But it didn't bother us too much. Though the price is quiet high, it's definitely worth it! We will definitely visit again.

Came by for the weekday (mon-thur) dinner promo via eatigo (max 50%). Do note that the eatigo price is still subject to service charge and taxes. With the promotion it's a super good deal. For dinner they included water, coffee and tea. The restaurant was pretty large but it really does get quite cold and my tolerance is considered high. It was not very crowded on a wed night when I was there. Service staff was excellent. They were friendly, polite and proactive with service. Glasses were refilled, plates were frequently cleared. Each table had a box of napkins to use as well. Food selection was great. There was fresh seafood bar and also a oyster bar. Sashimi and sushi bar, pan seared jumbo scallops, steak meats section, cold cuts, salad, huge selection of dessert, on top of the cakes and pastries u get at an international buffet, they had also a mango sticky rice section and also a self serve kind of ice kachang (where they have mixed canned fruit, jelly etc) bar. Had a great time feasting!

Goji is the second best Buffet in bangkok in terms of quality and taste right behind Copper. But Goji is the best Buffet in terms of value in the entire world. Get a 50% on Eatigo and you can enjoy all of this for a low price of 900 baht.

Had dinner at Goji Kitchen, an unlimited-time buffet from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. Wide selection of Thai, Indian, Western, Japanese, and Chinese dishes, plus desserts, fruits, and salads. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. Reasonable price, and they also have private rooms for up to 10 people, ideal for team dinners or small celebrations. Highly recommended!

First time trying this place. The food is incredible! Hospitality to food to atmosphere. I don't have anything to pick on. Love the sashimi, the ravioli, the lobster bisque, the lamb, the dim sum, the cheesecake and many more. Highly recommend this place if you need to impress family members.

Huge variety of food. 5 different choices of oysters, four different sashimi, a ton of sushi, rock lobster, crab etc. All super fresh and delicious. Presentation was perfect. However the ambience is quite cold - no personality no decoration. When it gets full it gets quite noisy.

One of the best buffet restaurant in hotel for me. All foods were served in good quality and delicious. The grilled steak station was the best. Beef steak was perfectly grilled in medium rare and crust. Sashimi was served in good grade. Worth to come back here.

The hotel is strategically located in Siam Square near shops, malls, train, and many more. We were checked in quick. The rooms were clean and adequate. However, there’s a confusing difference between standard to premium rooms. We were luckily entitled to an upgrade (subject to availability) because of ACCOR gold but the room we got seemed very similar to the basic one. It took so many confusing promises and talking to 3 diff people before we were accommodated properly. When we finally got upgraded to a better room (on the premium floors), we were told we can have the room but not the benefits. No premium lounge and whatever else came with it. Alright then. Honestly, if the upgrade wasn’t available, I would’ve been happy to keep our room - but we were told it was and, a promise and arrangements have been made to do the transfer. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There’s also an ACCOR table but no one is sat there most of the time. A lady saw me waiting to be accommodated but it took a while and me asking “Is there anyone in charge of this table?” before she walked over to help. Just 😅🙃😒so frustrating.

They spoiled me, to say the least. They knew my bday's coming up so they prepared surprises in my room. My entire room is squeaky clean---i have allergies so my body can easily tell. Used both robes---didn't get itchy from dust, nor any of the towels and linens. Pool water wasn't moldy, rather clear. They were soooo prompt with my requests!!! Mind you I stayed there for 4nights, they were consistent. Location of the hotel is so perfect as it is in the middle of all the tourist spots and food places, even laundry. Convenient!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square! The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Abdl-Iyad Biw, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Staying here now at for couple of days. Location is fantastic, close to everything. Which is super plus point. Check in experience was super fast. Plus point. However, cleanliness could have been better, stayed in many Novotel chain, this is below the others unfortunately. - Tables, walls,bed a bit outdated with many scratches. Like worn-out. - Glass looking outside looked like hadn't been cleaned for ages. - Rain Shower 🚿 didn't work - Cooler fridge didn't work Surely looking for improvements to make the stay more comfortable for next visit.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the service was really great. Location is also good, near all the shopping malls and just a short walk to siam bts station. Only thing I did not like was the soundproofing of the rooms. As the corridor was not carpeted, you could literally hear everyone walking by, rolling their luggages along, and the slamming of doors. So if you are a light sleeper like me, you may not be able to get much rest.

The facial expressions of the front desk employee suggested a severe lack of welcome, making us feel as though we were an inconvenience or seeking complimentary accommodation, which is entirely unacceptable for a high-end hotel. • Disposal of Personal Belongings in the Lobby: During the check-in process, I placed some newly purchased food (more than half-full) and a beverage from ICONSIAM on a lobby table. A staff member (who was not the person handling my check-in, but was present in the lobby area) subsequently took and disposed of these items. While some were eventually returned, the staff member who returned them showed a visible look of annoyance, implying that the situation was a hassle. Crucially, no apology was offered for discarding my personal property. The staff member's demeanor was generally unaccommodating and lacked the polished, welcoming standard expected of a 5-star hotel. • Key Card/Lift Access Issue: When my room key card failed to grant access to the lift floor, a staff member was required to fix it. After the fix, the staff member simply returned the card and expected me to walk away and test it myself, rather than taking the final step of walking with me to confirm the key was fully functional. This demonstrated a lack of completeness in service resolution. • Delayed Bell Service for Check-out: When attempting to check out with a substantial amount of luggage, I called for bell service assistance. The wait was so prolonged that I eventually had to carry the bags down myself. I only informed the staff about the remaining items afterwards to be transported. Issues with Room and Hotel Facilities • Room Condition: The room felt noticeably dated. Specifically, there were visible signs of wear and tear, including cracked wood on the closet. In the bathroom, one of the faucet handles spun freely, though the tap was still functional. • In-Room Beverage Policy: I was explicitly warned about charges for all in-room consumables, including tea and coffee. This is highly unusual for a 5-star hotel, as standard tea and coffee amenities are typically complimentary. Due to the ambiguity and my reluctance to spend time confirming this odd policy, I chose not to consume any of the provided items. Conclusion Throughout my stay, the overall feeling was that while some individual staff members were pleasant, the inconsistent service and poor attitude of others created an unwelcome atmosphere. When compared to the high room rate (which included an added breakfast for the second room), the experience felt significantly overpriced and more aligned with a 3-star property. I expect a prompt investigation into these service lapses, particularly regarding the staff training on guest interaction and handling of personal property. I look forward to your concrete response on how you intend to address these issues.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect for an extended stay. The Iconsiam mall is just steps away. I very much enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. It had the best variety of any hotel in Bangkok. The room was spotless and well appointed. Housekeeping was wonderfully responsive. Basic included wifi speeds were good enough for streaming YouTube videos, but not 4k. You can upgrade to faster service for a modest fee. On-site gym did not disappoint. I will definitely be back.

This is one of our favorite hotel in Bangkok. We always stay here every time when we visit Thailand. It’s located right by the Jaopraya River and next to the Icon Siam Mall. It’s so convenient for us just to walk to the mall and grab something to eat or shopping. Not only that, the breakfast is phenomenally huge and tasty. In the afternoon, we had a tea time. But I wish they could have the set like a few years ago. Other than that, the service was really nice. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the whole time while we stayed. Only one thing I would like to give some comment about is that they should have a slope path for strollers or wheelchair in front of the hotel instead of stairs. It would be more convenient for people who have babies with strollers to walk out to the street. However, they provide a taxi service if you need one to the airport, costing 600 baht. We are looking forward coming back again.

Our 6 night stay was nothing short of sensational. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. We stayed for my husband's 50th Birthday and the staff couldn't be of anymore assistance to ensure his birthday was special. (Thank you to our room staff who decorated the bed with rose petals - Happy 50th Birthday. You did an amazing job!!! ) They provided us with a lovely connecting king executive room as booked, and ensured the room was decorated on his birthday, providing a complimentary mini smash cake. The staff in the executive lounge were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Palmi, Wink, Film, Gan & Pong (sorry if I've spelt the names incorrectly) ensured we had a lovely stay and assisted us when required. Our stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok was perfect. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the Ale House was also great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well for drinks and night city & river views. The location was perfect, being in the city but located on the river allowed a feeling of relaxation. The pool was also a highlight of our stay. The complimentary boat that took you across the river to the ferries and BTS was a great service. We would definitely book and stay here again. Thank you for a prefect stay. Sad to be leaving today...

We stayed at this hotel for a week during our Asia trip, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The concierge service was exceptional, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely place with great service. Every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the attentive care, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights - Oct 23-26, 2025. Beautiful, clean modern hi-rise hotel. Amazing views. Breakfast was the best! Great location! I am lifetime Diamond with Hilton (and Marriott) and this hotel was probably one of the top 3 properties I have ever stayed in my life. Very close to impressive mall. Easy access to cross river all-day, every-day. Executive lounge on 3rd floor was beyond hospitable. Can’t say enough good about this hotel!!

Though I could see some age of this hotel, nevertheless everything spotted on. The location is insane by the river and just right next to Iconsiam, the staffs are very friendly and attentive too. Only hoping the breakfast can be better, for me it's a bit like 3 to 4 star level, however no complaints at this price I enjoyed the spa service as well. I was serviced by therapist Nam (if spelled correctly) for 90min Thai massage. The whole process is very pleasant and I did feel relaxed after the session. She paid attention to the pressure points which are in need of more care. Thank you very much

Dining at The Seafood Cafe and Restaurant this evening has been very enjoyable. We ordered the set menu for 3 where you pick a dish from each section and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The grilled lobster in garlic butter was a showstopper. It was huge and the meat was chunky and tender. It’s a classic dish and was perfectly prepared. The crab fried rice was so good with chunks of crab meat on top. We also ordered the crab with pepper sauce which was perfectly prepared as well as the jumbo prawn coated in almonds. My paradise punch mocktail was very cutely presented and came with a mini goblet of grapes. Our dessert was mango with sticky rice which was highly recommended by our waitress. She was so right and was happy we ordered it. We’re so glad we had our dinner here, the food was amazing, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the prawns weren’t deveined!Every one had a visible intestinal tract, which was really off-putting. It’s a shame, because the flavours and presentation were otherwise excellent. Proper cleaning of prawns should be standard in a kitchen of this calibre

A great escape from the busy streets of Yao Warat. Found this great eating place serving Thai cuisine nested at one of the lanes beside the main road. We had the crab meat curry and fried oyster omelette. The crab meat was succulent and curry flavourful though not on point. But for the cost of the dish, it’s still considered worthy. The crisps on the fried oyster omelette was on point but a tad short of oysters. Overall a great place to tuck in for a decent filling meal.

Read a lot of good reviews and decided to come here to try these shrimps. They were row inside . Also ordered pad Thai and calamari - nothing was good by the taste and after these shrimps to be honest was scared to eat already.

Amazing food especially during our first night in Bangkok. We found this restaurant during a quick google search of places around China town and were so glad we went here. There was A/C, clean toilets and best of all….amazing food. I’m so glad that I went here with a group of people as we were able to try many dishes on the menu. Highly recommend!

We've been here twice now. Food is excellent, service is outstanding. The only issue is the beds. They're old, springy and uncomfortable. Location is amazing, easy walk to the train and 5 minute walk to Victory monument with tones of food options. We booked the Luxury Escapes package both times with access to the business lounge and the cocktails and service in the business lounge are second to none. The spa leaves a bit to be desired but overall the staff make up for it.

Only slight nitpick is the TV which is not a Smart TV so you have to bring your own TV stick if you want to use YouTube or Netflix, etc. Breakfast is superb. Lots of options ranging from Western, Mediterranean, Indian, and of course, Thai cuisine. Amenities are really nice - gym, pool, bars, conference rooms, lounges. No complaints there, not even a nitpick. There are lots of places to visit and things to do around the area. There’s a park just beside the hotel where you can run and do park things. The location is absolutely perfect for those who come to Bangkok to do shopping, as it is right in the Siam area. The Siam skytrain station is also a nice 10 minutes walk (most of the walking can be done indoor inside the Siam Paragon mall). The gym and the swimming pool are conveniently located and well-maintained. A pleasant break from the city feel. The only inconvenience, definitely not related to the hotel itself, are the huge traffic jams around this part of the city. Will be happy to return soon!

Upon contacting the reception, I was informed that the local agent’s office had canceled my booking and issued a refund. A mere 3-5 mins will bring us to the platinum wholesale fashion mall where they sell very competitive & trendy clothings. The hotel also provides free ride to the Siam Paragon where we can ventured to the livery and trendy Siam Square & Discovery areas with lots of options for international food. We landed in the evening tired with young children in tow..The entire check-in process was smooth, swift and the reception staff were eloquent & friendly! We were greeted by a fairly large 2 bedrooms suite with full sized fridge with complimentary drinks EVERYDAY, washing machine, microwave, cooking hob & pots! The cleanliness is outstanding and they gave us free cookies & sweets during every housekeeping session, Kudos to the housekeeping team! The best part is they provide luxurious PanPuri series in the bathrooms! The breakfast is so good with international options that we will wake up no matter how tired..Overall we had a fantastic stay and my son cried on the day we left! We are definitely looking forward to our next stay with Chatrium!

Centrally located, walking distance to all the major malls in the area and closed to train station as well! Rooms are good sized and well maintained. They gave us a wrong room upon check -in but was quick to change to our bigger room upon us calling. The pool was nice and the gym was very well equiped. We've been here before and would not hesitate to visit again.

Overall, we got 2 bedroom apartment which had an amazing view. Aside from the view here the things that went WRONG: 1- Attitude of staff “ managers “ and senior supervisors was quite bad. 2- For the price we paid, there are no wardrobes enough for 2 bedroom apartment size which shall take up to 4 ppl . They is literally 1 small wardrobes which barely fits 1 person’s clothes ( not even ). 3- My family got sick & we have asked for a doctor to visit our wing, they brought unqualified crew to examine them. When my sister asked to see the registration & card of the nurse to confirm she’s been treated by a real medical crew, they refused to confirm. Also the doctor was quite late, she arrived after 2 hours. When we asked to cancel the service , they asked about payment instead of trying to help us with our situation. The manager/senior supervisor who came to help ( sister & her child were both vomiting & in a serious condition). The staff of the hotel seriously failed to handle this case. 4- While it’s nice to have an advance device on the room to coordinate with room service, you should keep in mind that some of your guests are old and they are used to using normal phone to dial for help/ask for room dining. Some can’t txt or coordinate via advance technology. 5- breakfast has wide variety. However, majority of the food was tasteless. It’s like you cook quantities & forget about the quality. Junior staff who helped us were great they tried their best but food quality need to improve. Also you need to ensure dishes are not smelly ! I swear all of the dishes my family picked up were quite smelly. In addition , glasses smells which means hygiene is not a priority for you guys. There needs to be some respect to different religions, for example pork food is being place with other food. There can be a special section to that provided lots of your guest from what I noticed are Muslims. 6- Any room service orders takes no less than 1 hour to reach. This was the case everyday for 8 days we stayed there. So not convent if your child is hungry or you need to eat or snack quickly. Overall I hope that they’ll improve and take above into consideration. It’s a shame that you have the best location yet the worst service when it comes to senior staff. No respect to guest. We came wanting to enjoy our long over due

I recently had dinner at Great Harbor Buffet in Bangkok and overall, it was a delightful experience. The **food was truly amazing**, with a good variety of choices that made the buffet well worth the 2,500 baht price. The environment is very nice and upscale, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxed dinner. However, there was one moment that slightly spoiled the experience. While we were in the middle of eating, the cashier approached us to ask if we had paid yet. We explained we were told to be seated first and pay later, but he kindly insisted we pay immediately—even though I was still chewing my food. I mentioned, "It's not like we will run away without paying," which felt a bit awkward in such an otherwise classy setting. Despite this odd moment, I would still recommend Great Harbor Buffet for the excellent food and stylish environment. Hopefully, the service flow can be smoothed out to fully match the high standard of the dining experience.

Went here with my family to celebrate my grandma's 70th birthday. There is a wide selection of seafood, oysters, mussels, prawn, lobsters, sushi, sashimi, western such as chicken chop, beef steak, burgers, and Chinese cuisine such as soups, dim sum, dumplings, as well as desserts, mango sticky rice, cakes, toast, and ice cream etc. We all ate until very full, there was a 2hours time limit but we all finished in around 1 and a half to 1 and 45mins. The pricing is also quite affordable and worth it for the amount of food we took.

We came for dinner — three vegetarian girls who, for religious reasons, also cannot eat meat or chicken. Before entering and paying, I asked if it’s possible to cook fish separately, without contact with meat or chicken and with separate utensils. They said yes, so I paid and entered. When I asked the chef to cook the fish on a clean pan and not to use the same utensils as for meat, he didn’t understand me and called the receptionist. We tried to explain again, but she started laughing and told the chefs that we were “like pigs eating.” We asked her what was funny, but she ignored us and kept talking and laughing with the staff in Thai. We told her angrily that it was disrespectful and unprofessional! We asked to cancel, and she went to the front desk, spoke with her partner, and kept laughing and mocking us. It was a really humiliating experience! She was rude and disrespectful — not only to our religion but also to us as people. Shame on the place that employs her! I really don’t recommend this restaurant — the staff are rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The place is disrespectful, unpleasant, and humiliating to guests!

Best no.2 in Bangkok with very cheap price comparing to what we get. No.1 is Goji hehe 😛 All staffs are best service mind, polite, kind. Foods are amazing all we loved 🥰 Sushi, Sashimi, Steak, Pasta, Salad, Japanese, International also Thai foods. Best of best❤️

Fantastic restaurant. We had the lunchtime buffet and were not disappointed. Not the largest selection of dishes, but everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The FOH staff were extremely efficient and incredibly friendly. All in all, this was an experience that we hope to repeat soon.

What a place !!! We happened to casually walk in for Thai food, obviously on recommendation. Trust me, in addition to food, the restaurant is worth visiting for their presentation, furniture, paintings, art effects and beautifully designed place. Absolutely stunning !!! I wish we had more appetite to try from their wonderful menu and their preparation outdoes everything.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service! Had a great experience staying here — the room was clean, cozy, and the staff were all very friendly. Really good Mexican food. Love the Saturday Taco special was more than you can eat. I have a house in San Miguel de Allende Mexico so I can tell you this very authentic in the Margaritas were great. Staff was fantastic and very attentive. Jessie was awesome and explained all the specials to include their buffet on another day. Definitely try to send her section.

We have been coming to the Mexicano for possibly ten years. Being a repeat customer is testament to consistent food quality, service, and great value. We had the buffet brunch with free flow margarita, and had wonderful conversations with the team, especially Ms. Jesse and Chef Russel!

Went for brunch and thought it was great for the price. The food was tasty- especially the grilled red meat and made-to-order tacos. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Only downside was that as it got later, some dishes on the buffet weren't getting refilled unless you asked, and even then, they brought out a few pieces which other ppl were waiting for the same thing. The grilled shrimps didn't really stand out. Nice variety overall, and the refillable margaritas were fun (just not very strong)

We had fresh guacamole, juicy Pinchos de Camarones (grilled prawns with garlic, coriander, and chili), fish tacos, quesadillas, and finished with churros dipped in chocolate sauce, served with vanilla ice cream. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the warm hospitality of the staff. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. The prices are pocket-friendly! Highly recommended :)

Sitting under the patio lighted roof adjacent to the swimming pool provided excellent views of the skyline & background lighted buildings. To our surprise, there was a live 2 person band that sang relaxing well known tunes. Notable was our wedding dance song from 37 years ago, as well as current popular songs from Bruno Mars . I felt like dancing! 💕 Service: Our original plan was to have a poolside drink & dinner elsewhere, however; Jessie was so pleasant & interesting to converse with that we lost track of time & stayed for dinner. Thank you Jessie for your kindness, helpfulness & genuine curiosity in cultural experiences, norms & sharing with us. Food: I had 3 shredded beef tacos that were delicious & topping on the side. My husband had a shredded beef burrito which was satisfying & a good portion size.

A-m-a-z-i-n-g food!! Everything was fantastic, forget everything you’ve tasted in the western countries, this is something different. A word of advice though, three chicken stews are really good and fresh but not too different from other restaurants, I would recommend the other dishes for a more wow experience. Terrific Indian Restaurant with 8 years of Michelin Guide to back it up. Good atmosphere and service. We came for Sunday Brunch Buffet that only available on the weekend 11 am to 3 pm. You can still order A la carte menu but for small group buffet is the way to go. Although you will get a limited menu but you can try many dishes as the serving is adjust according to the number of people on the table. The food was good. The seasoning was not too heavy (not too salty) and most of them are cooked to order except for appertizer such as Pani Puri and Biryani. The buffet dose not included water but it included indian herbal drink and dessert. Their Ice Cream is really good. At the end of the meal we ordered Ayurvedic herbal tea to help with the digestion as Indian food tend to be on the heavy side. Great choice to introduce someone to the Indian cuisine and Long time fan alike.

Just celebrated a birthday dinner here. They serve amazing and delicious food. Cheese nan is a must and their home-made chicken curry goes well with nan. Raan is also soft and tender. Staffs are great at their services, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. We have a great time here and definitely are coming back 🙏🏻

Our stay at The St. Regis Bangkok was memorable, thanks in large part to our butler, “Bruce”. He was incredibly impressive – smart, attentive, and spoke fluent English. His professionalism elevated our entire experience and left us with a very positive impression of the hotel as a whole. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. The swimming pool was surprisingly small – it felt more like a children’s pool, and even with just 2~3 people, it already felt crowded. The water was also extremely cold, which made it difficult to enjoy a swim. It’s a shame, because the pool staff were so friendly and welcoming. We also tried the buffet, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the price. Still, what stood out most was the consistently excellent service from every member of the staff. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression, and despite a few shortcomings, we’ll remember this hotel for the way we were treated.

Rooms are nice but the light switches aren't working properly. We could only keep the restroom lights and one lamp light on. The hallway getting to the rooms smells damp and moldy. The room itself was fine. The doorman team was always nice and playful. Made it feel more genuine. They were the best team and most memorable. When it rained, they even covered us with umbrellas and also grabbed all our stuff from the trunk. Star of our experience. Thank you! It's prime spot on prime street, expect crazy taxi times getting in and out if using car instead of motorcycle during peak hours. Great if walking. We had one special request for later check out for 1 additional hour that was denied. It would have really helped us and we tried to convey it was important. The one time we actually requested something, St Regis didn't pull through. So much for "5" star hotel. NO thank you! You want to stand out and go above and beyond, not nothing will set you apart if you can't do these little things that cost you nothing. You'll just be like any other hotel. So tell me, why should we stay here again if nothing sets you apart from Waldorf?

Our stay at The St. Regis Bangkok was exceptional as always. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast. Housekeeping did an amazing job, and the thoughtful touch of setting up a little tent for my kids in the room made the experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious — especially the avocado egg toast and the sticky mango rice! The hotel’s connection to the BTS is incredibly convenient, and having Zuma for fine dining on-site is definitely a plus. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly hospitality — highly recommended!

We had little hiccup while checking in for the room. There was administrative error that charged us no show and cancelled our reservation in the system. The lady and her manager soon realized it and started to work on our reservation. It took a lot longer than the normal process, but the customer service team were apologetic and offered us upgrade. Butler was very helpful with getting the room ready and preparing our meal. I still enjoyed my bangkok St.Regis experience , looking forward to the third visit here.

While I didn't stay overnight, I attended a meeting and an event here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, incredibly convenient with a direct walkway to the BTS Ratchadamri station. The view from the event space was spectacular, offering a beautiful panorama of the sunset over the golf course and the glittering city lights.

This year, We didn’t travel abroad or plan a big trip — just wanted a peaceful, meaningful anniversary. We stayed (Oct.12-14) in a beautiful river-view room, where the Chao Phraya reflected the morning light so softly. As members, we received complimentary breakfast which made the stay extra relaxing. When we entered the room, a red heart-shaped chocolate cake and a sweet handwritten card were waiting — such a lovely touch. Breakfast at The Verandah was delightful — open-kitchen egg station, fresh cold-pressed juices, and whole coconuts by the river. The calm breeze, sunlight, and gentle sound of boats made everything feel timeless. Lunch at Lord Jim’s was equally impressive — fresh seafood and a surprise anniversary chocolate cake from the team. A small but meaningful gesture that made our day even more special. Parking is across the street from the main building, so valet service is much more convenient. Sometimes, true luxury isn’t about going far — it’s about being in a place that cares with heart. Quiet, graceful, and unforgettable. 🌿

Best hotel choice for a romantic getaway. We were greeted with very attentive service and luxury. Great view from our room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, and helpful staff. There is a boat that shuttles across the river every half hour to Icon Siam and the spa and hotel restaurant. Dinner options and breakfast were all very delicious with a wide variety. Will definitely return next time we are in Bangkok.

Our dining experience at Verandah restaurant, for which we had a 7 PM reservation at a river table, presented a few areas for improvement. While the food and service were commendable, the placement of our table in the outdoor area, necessitated by light rain, led to an unfortunate experience. First of all, our new table was placed in the middle of the restaurant. During our reservation call, it was confirmed that we would be seated at the riverfront. This should also be taken into account if you have to replace your guest. The second and bigger issue was the persistent smell of mosquito coils, which caused discomfort, specifically a stinging sensation in my nose. Despite my attempts to disregard the issue, the smell was unavoidable. Upon settling the bill, I requested that the staff remove the coils due to the issue. The staff member initially indicated that our table also had coils, but I explained the difference in direction. The staff member then offered to remove the coils. Is the management of the restaurant not aware of the fact that there are odorless mosquito coils available as well? I trust that this feedback will reach the appropriate management, including the owner, director, or manager. I kindly request that the restaurant consider the needs of customers with sensitivities to smoke or mosquito coil odors.

The hotel is currently celebrating its 150th anniversary, and you can truly feel the rich history at every turn. Despite its long legacy, the property is beautifully maintained, and I particularly appreciated how they have managed to preserve the classic "old-world" style throughout, creating a timeless atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of the team I encountered was not only professional but also warm, friendly, and utterly attentive, making me feel valued every step of the way. I was fortunate to be assigned a corner room with stunning views of the river that stretched as far as the eye could see. The room itself was incredibly spacious, featuring a cosy sofa by the expansive windows and a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The bathroom and walk-in closet were beautifully designed, providing all the comforts I could ask for. A huge thank you to the Housekeeping and Butler teams for their exceptional efforts in ensuring everything was perfect. The Verandah, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, was a particular highlight. Situated along the river, it offers a serene setting, and I particularly enjoyed their Thai dishes, fresh, flavourful, and expertly prepared. It is a wonderful spot to sip wine and watch the activity on the river, with every person who attended to us displaying impeccable service. I could not resist visiting the Bamboo Bar daily, one of the most fun and unique cocktail menus I have ever come across. The team here is incredibly warm and remembers your preferences, which adds a lovely personal touch to each visit. A special shout-out to Scott, whose passion behind the bar is infectious and made each cocktail experience even more enjoyable. I must also mention the pool team. I had a brief window one afternoon to escape to the pool, and although the rain soon arrived, the experience was still delightful. The pool staff treated me to a delicious ice cream with local toppings, a thoughtful touch that made a rainy day special. For those visiting, do not miss the chance to dine at "The China House", one of the hotel’s newer restaurants. The Dim Sum at lunch is fantastic, and the variety of other dishes offered was equally impressive. It is certainly on my list for next time. A visit to the Oriental Spa is an absolute must. After a scenic boat ride across the river, you are transported into an oasis of tranquility. My friend and I had treatments here, and while she chose an oil massage, I opted for a Thai massage. At first, I thought I might be "killed" by the intensity, but by the end, I truly felt reborn, a remarkable experience! A huge thank you to Tassenne and Supaporn, who gave us one of the best massages we have ever had. Overall a great stay. The hotel is old luxury, the lobby bar is great with cabaret style music at night, very relaxing with a variety of cocktail options. The pool and pool staff was the highlight, so attentive and friendly. We also had access to the Horizon Lounge which we enjoyed for breakfast and Happy Hour. However when we entered the Horizon Lounge as normal on our last morning, we were more casually dressed for a travel day to the north (sneakers and shorts), we were met with judgement from a female staff member, who followed us and asked us our room number. She also asked if we had been before, that she hadn't seen us. We hadn't received this experience the other 5-6 times we had visited the Lounge. She didn't say anything specific but we were made feel like we didn't belong there which was unfortunate as we had a lovely experience with the other staff we encountered there. Other than this, the experience was lovely, it's a great hotel.

Right on the river side; the location of the hotel cant get better. Right from the checkin till the time we left the hotel, everything was perfect. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast, by the river side had good variety as can be expected from a hotel of this stature. The gym was very well equipped and the attached steam and sauna was a bonus. The roooms were tidy, though regular dry cleaning of carpets is required. You get complimentary hourly boat ride to ICONSIAM, which i feel should be more frequent, like Mandarin oriental. We took horizon river cruise which was also very pleasurable indeed.

Our stay here again was marked by the exceptional service we received in the Horizon Club Lounge on check in through to check out. Khun Walita was with us all the way during our 4 day stay. Our Horizon River View Suite with panoramic wrap around balcony overlooking the wonderful Chaophraya was immaculately prepared for us and well maintained throughout. The staff could not do more to make us feel at home.

The room was larger than I imagined, and I was really impressed by the view and the spacious bathroom! The breakfast had a great variety, and even though it was just a one night stay, it was a great experience. The receptionist Mr.AE provided excellent service. I’ll definitely come back again!

Theses days, when bigger corporations start buying and holding hotels, you can have a lot of surprises. However, i was pleased to say that the services were perfect on all the aspects of our time at Shangri-La Bangkok. Want to say a special thanks to all the room cleaners, who are working hard to always ensure everything is never missing day after day. Great location by a skytrain station and a river boat jetty. Several good bars and restaurants within walking distance and taxi or tuc tuc. The Shangri-La is fantastic with great facilities and the staff are just wonderful, couldn't be more cheerful, polite and welcoming. Can't wait for our next visit

Beautiful and elegant hotel by chao praya river. Very artsy and detailed. Very shangri-la ish. Stayed at krungthap wing which has private balcony facing the river. Room was big and comfortable. Near bts, sathorn pier. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Had dinner at Laem Charoen in Bangkok to compare their offerings and taste with their outlets in Kuala Lumpur. As expected, they have an extensive menu with many more great tasting seafood dishes and desserts. They also have set menus where you can select your combination of dishes, similar to KL. We opted for the 5 dish combo : 1. Deep Fried Seabass with signature Aromatic Fish Sauce 2. Stir Fried Kailan with Oyster Sauce 3. Papaya Salad with Raw Salmon 4. Fried Shrimps and Egg with Tamarind Sauce 5. Stir Fried Chilli Crab Meat and Shrimps with Creamy Omelette. The Signature Seabass had a crispy exterior, succulent and flavourful flesh, the hallmark of well-cooked seafood ! The aromatic fish sauce elevated the dish to a whole new level. The freshness of the salmon, crunchiness of the papaya slices, flavourful spicy sauce, crunchy peanuts made for a truly unforgettable tasty experience. The Fried prawns with egg and tamarind was a great combo. The prawns (not shrimps as they called it !) were of a decent size, fried to perfection with semi hard boiled and lightly fried eggs with tangy, slightly sweet tamarind sauce. The stir fried chilli crab meat and shrimp with creamy omelette is a mouth-watering combination. The richness of the crab and shrimp, the kick from the chilli and the creaminess of the omelette was a fantastic flavourful experience for the taste buds. For dessert, the Taro dumplings in coconut milk was simply perfect! The dining experience at Laem Charoen Seafood in Bangkok is definitely a step up from their outlets in KL ! A must try !

The curry crab meat was good. Phad Thai is QQ. The tum yum soup is spicy beyond human consumption. I usually eat chilli padi so spicy food is no problem for me. This soup is way beyond spicy and we did not make any special request nor were we asked for spice level when we ordered. When we highlighted to the staff, they do not know what to do. They just stared blankly at us. In the end we asked for some water and was given a small bowl of water. Last photo shows the amount of chilli in the soup.

The restaurant was nice and had a good atmosphere. The service was slow and you had to call the staff a few times to get attention. The food was ok with not much to shout about. Only thing good was the taste was not too sweet or salty.

A wonderful restaurant! I really enjoyed the Tom Yum soup, the fried shrimp and squid, as well as the fried rice. I tried the most delicious curry crab with white rice—it’s a must-try! Don’t miss the fried sea bass dish; it’s incredibly tasty. And finally, make sure to order their special lobster dish. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food, the service is good, and the staff are friendly.

We really enjoyed the dinner. Everything we ordered was good, the deep fried sea bass, the squid with Thai chili paste and the tom yum fried rice. The lime juice and the Thai milk tea was especially good as well.

Not the first time here, but probably the last. Crab with vermicelli, crab is too well cooked till the roe and meat were dried and tasteless. Sea bass in soy sauce, the meat is so soggy and you can tell it is not fresh.

I love love love the fried sea bass here! The rest of the menu is also great but the fish is what I keep coming back to.

If you find good fusion food style with good cake in Bangkok, I think Audrey will be one of the best choices. This branch (Sukhumvit) provide private rooms for your party. Moreover here also have vegetarian menu. You can park at the parking lot behind the restaurant, and you can stamp the ticket for free.

This was my second visit to Albricias, and it completely changed my impression. The first time felt just so-so, but this time the food and service were truly outstanding. Som, Ked, and Tar took such great care of us, introducing the dishes and ingredients with warmth and professionalism. The food quality and presentation were perfect. Some dishes were a little too flavorful for our taste, but the portioning was well-designed and balanced. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and absolutely worth every baht.

Great fine dining restaurant. Every dishes are so good. And Hungry Hub also have good promotion.

Super disappointing shabu. The fried dishes and sushi side dishes were okay but the conveyor options were terrible. Lots of repeats and the better items hardly ever came out and you can’t request unless you get a more expensive menu. Staff were very unhelpful and floor was super greasy and slippery. Wouldn’t come back again.

All you can eat hotpot for 429 per person (standard). Order through QR code. Four kinds of meat: pork, pork belly, beef hanami (?). The pork and beef was noticeably of cheap cut, hard and wooden. The hanami had a distinct bovine flavor. Pork belly was nice. All meats came frozen. Included in the price is drinks, sushi, some fried foods and ice cream. The sushi smelled off, so I didn’t dare try it. There’s a belt by the tables that serves everything else in the package on a buffet basis. Again, not everything seemed fresh and was a bit reluctant to try it all. Keep in mind that the meat servings are small and they are a bit slow-served, so order more at a time. E.g. «1» order of beef = 3 slices. Waiters speak basic english. All in all, not the best hotpot place I’ve been to. Left feeling a bit worried about food poisoning and generally unsatisfied.

A good concept, decent price, but they pack up way too early before closing time so choices were limited. No tea or drinks left. When you order they give you multiple portions. The place is a little run down, but the menu was alright.

Been a while since I have been back at shabushi. Came on a Monday with not many people dining in, ordered the platinum seafood level where you get river prawns, salmon, and mussels along with everything else they offer. Everything is ok for what it is, there are a few flies flying around and found a hair in the seaweed salad so sanitation can be improved. The softserve vanilla icecream here though is rich and full of milky flavor, really good.

All you can eat Japanese hot pot at 419 Thai. Good place for one person. There are a lot of choice for the food. However, you need to finish it in 75 minutes. The quality of food is average. The shrimp was not good. You can also have shushi as well.

Good place to go to for shabu and sushi. The conveyor belt made it easy and convenient as you just grab what you want for the shabu shabu. Good selection of meat and veggies. There is a separate table for sushi and tempura which was also delicious. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Just dropped by Aqua Bar after hearing about their revamped cocktail menu, and I’m so glad I did. The space is stunning—lush greenery, koi pond, and that perfect mix of chill and classy. Everything felt thoughtful and inventive, without being too over-the-top. Plus, the service was warm and attentive—shoutout to the team for making the night feel special. If you’re into cocktails that surprise and delight, Aqua Bar is a must-visit. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

This bar is located in a great spot in the heart of Bangkok. The surrounding greenery and water create a refreshing and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous enough to serve three or four people comfortably. The bar offered a wide variety of drinks, including wine, beer, cocktails, whiskey, and many more. All of the drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. Jazz music was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the singer’s voice and the band’s performance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive.

A cozy live music bar, perfect for a relaxing night out. The drinks are well crafted, and the friendly staff and singer (Aom and the band!) really help make the evening enjoyable.

A nice place at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, you can enjoy bites from their kitchen and selected food from the restaurants at the hotel. Wine was good, Sliders were tasty but the chicken wings were not having any buffalo sauce but they deducted the related price from the Bill. You can enjoy drinks, music and usually bands or singers are performing there.

Best place to hang out with friend and family, Ryan is the best Bar Manager who always take care of all the guest, and Vee Bartender is so cute with warm hospitality Energetic atmosphere, amazing service, delicious food, best Cocktail menu with many options. Inside the Anantara Siam Hotel. Through the grand lobby and to the left into the courtyard is Aqua Bar. A wonderful Koi pond and live singer. Wasn’t impressed with the food, especially for the price, I’d still to just drinks. But there is another restaurant on site. Walking distance from BTS and a few other 5 star hotels within walking distance (Grand Erawan and St. Regis) You could spend A LOT of money on rooms, wine and meals on this Soi $$$$ But they are all beautiful, service is above average (but never 5 star) and everything priced at maximum.

Was there on Saturday night when Ardawan and his band were playing. It looks more of restaurant to me than a bar. Can still talk in normal voice without any shouting. Very spacey and big.

I stayed at The Landmark Bangkok for six days and five nights, mainly for a tailor-made suit trip. Before coming, I researched Rajawongse Clothier and Crown Tailors, and looked for a hotel nearby. Among hotels of similar or higher class, The Landmark Bangkok offered the best value. Upon check-in, we were informed that our room included access to the Executive Lounge with several privileges (as shown in the photo). The breakfast was excellent — delicious, plentiful, and with a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. During our stay, we also enjoyed complimentary laundry for two pieces per day (a total of 10 pieces for 5 nights). Every evening, guests can enjoy the complimentary evening cocktail, which also includes a light buffet. Since we are vegetarians, most of the food at the buffet wasn’t suitable for us. However, the Swiss executive chef kindly prepared special vegetarian dishes for us every evening. They were not only delicious but also featured a different menu each day. I highly recommend The Landmark Bangkok, especially if you can book a room with Executive Lounge access — it’s truly worth it. The only minor downside was that the window soundproofing wasn’t very good.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Bangkok. Excellent location, you will get everything just for the 3 minutes to 5 minutes walk. Very helpful, humble and professional staff, specially receptionist "PRAEW". She always ready to help you with smile. She should be a supervisor. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Been staying every year at The Lamdmark for over twenty years now . This hotel is really home from home for me , the staff , the rooms , the service , everything and an always perfect , and extremely good value , you get a lot for your money . I’ve just stayed there for over a month on a business trip , and everything was absolutely faultless as usual . Thank you as always to everyone at the Landmark . I’ll be back in end of January / February .

My partner and I, make any decisions for any DimSum restaurants some where is good in Bangkok and convenient friendly access. Then it was showing up this restaurant. Food: it is incredible test and ingredients. Am not a big fan of Chinese food. However the DimSum menu really interesting foe me as of varieties of food to choose. We were ordered many dishes but not the whole menu. We were ordered just the one want to eat. Shrimp 🍤 menu as of ingredients really good and size of each Shrimps really big one for one bite. All ingredients were fresh and really tasty with good skills of cooking process. It was really nice presentation in each nest . The food in each menu that we aet really delicious and yummy. Excellent choice of ingredients. Especially the special menu that need to ordered is. Wonton fried with cheese 🧀 really meet and over expectations. Really good meals for our lunch. Service: Excellent as of Hotel culture service. Can't comment. Location: Excellent is inside the city and easy access to local transportation and walkable to others. Really recommend.

The food is very delicious, the staff is good, the atmosphere is okay. On Saturdays and Sundays, there are quite a few people, so it will be a bit more lively. There is a private area with a large table that can seat many people.

For salmon or sashimi is great. All fresh and variety is good. All perfect for a Japanese buffet. Personal opinion: If you gonna eat exceed 3000 thb (100 usd) it would be better to find some a la cart restaurant with higher quality product. (Doesn’t mean this one bad or normal, it is premium but that the”one-type” restaurant such as sushi, meat or Thai food. we could get much better quality. The buffet for this price for me is good, I am happy with it but I thought that if I am spend this much on the buffet I should go for high quality restaurants for an high quality meal and we might even gonna eat cheaper than this buffet price and we full.

We came here almost by accident - we just really wanted sushi. And we didn't regret it. Moreover, this is probably one of the best places with the "all you can eat" concept. The freshest sashimi, especially the tuna. Sushi. Various hot dishes. Past soup. Dumplings. Gyoza. Delicious tea. And finally - Japanese sugar melon, very tasty ice cream and other desserts. My husband said that the Americano here was the most delicious on our entire trip. Some dishes are presented as a buffet. Some are ordered through the app using a QR code. Drinks are ordered from the bartender. Please note that the price is indicated without taxes and service. Child for half price. A pleasant dinner in an exquisite setting brought pleasure to our whole family.

2nd time here bought buffet packs from hungryhub staff instruction and and services were clear and the attitude was good. Food was easy to order via QR code at the table or you can scan it at the buffet line.

Surprised. Went to sushiro the day before and had a better experience here. Price for the lowest buffet is well worth it. Salmon and fish was all premium. Great selection and options. Loved the desserts too! Hagan das Icecream and yuzu pannacotta was great!

Good place for a Japanese all you can eat restaurant. Prices start at ฿1065.00 per person. For 2 people the cost is about $67.63 including 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Food is delicious but most items are made to order. You can use the card on the table for scanning the tablet to order the food or use your own personal cellphone. I suggest using the tablets at the restaurant to order the food. It's easier to order. So many items to choose from including fresh oysters. The price is a bit high but the food is worth it.

I tried A la carte menu instead of having a lunch buffet. Unfortunately, i have to agree with other reviewers that the quality of food is really not in line with its price level. In my opinion, in Japanese cuisines, the quality of rice is very important, but somehow the rice in the Sushi and the grilled eel was overcooked as if they put too much water when cooking rice. Maybe it only happened during my visit, but I think they should pay attention to the rice. Also the rice was not warm enough (almost cold) to be served with the grilled eel. Maybe they should really pay attention to reviews of customers. I saw many people queuing at a Japanese restaurant, which is right next to this restaurant. It kind of made me think if I chose a wrong restaurant. Nevertheless, the ingredients were fresh.

It is my fourth time coming to cooper, it was one of my highlights in Bangkok trip. I love the vibe. I love the decorations. Although it’s a bit expensive for a dinner which cost around 2000 baht. However, I think most of the dishes are delivered beyond expectations. That’s why I always come back and enjoy the food and drinks. I come back to this further away location as it’s cheaper than the other branches. Definitely one of the experience about remember on time !

The staff operates like clockwork incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. Honestly, I’ve never experienced service this good in my entire life. I was seated right away, and every staff member spoke fluent English. The food was phenomenal beautifully prepared and served almost instantly. Most of the time, the dishes reached my table before I did, and whenever I left for even a minute, the plates were cleared like magic.This restaurant is a solid 10/10 an absolute must-visit in Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is like a food haven and you will be drown with luxurious food and desserts. First of all, you need to book a you will be allocated a specific two hour slots. Once you are there, you have to check-in with the receptionist and you will the be assigned to a table. They have almost 10 different types of buffet menu for you to choose from. From unlimited caviar to unlimited foie gras depending on your preference. Each station set up is big and they really handle the food well. We tried almost everything and most of their food was spot on. The only set back is, you might not be able to eat so much (haha) anyway love it and will be back for more

Went there for side by side dining with my wife as written in remark. First, they place me face to face. Then, they realised and politely changed my seat. The food and service is phenomenal. We even got a cake as gift from them too. Even though we are the last table to leave, they still serve us well. Felt so happy for our anniversary dinner. Best buffet I have so far in my life. I visited this Korean BBQ restaurant with friends, and overall it was a good experience. The price is reasonable, and the atmosphere is friendly—perfect for a chill dinner. There’s a huge variety of food to choose from, although some items were unavailable during our visit, probably because we went quite late. The service was okay, and the ventilator worked to some extent, though the smoke smell still lingered a bit. A frank review of mine: KBBQ is the best Korean BBQ restaurant for me in terms of food quality, staff, and atmosphere. They serve aged pork, which is my favorite. There are also self-service ice cream and coffee machines available. The staff are very attentive and always quick to change the grill for you. Overall, we are very satisfied with KBBQ and highly recommend everyone to come and try their food. It’s conveniently located between Sukhumvit Soi 13 and 15, making it easy to visit.

Fantastic Korean BBQ at KBQQ Asok! KBQQ in Asok is an absolute gem for Korean BBQ lovers. The variety of dishes anre impressive from juicy marinated beef to flavorful pork belly and fresh seafood, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The banchan were plentiful and constantly refilled. What really stood out was the amazing service, the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. For the quality and amount of food you get, the price is very reasonable. Great atmosphere, great food, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back for another feast!

The korean food offer here is beyond expectation. The aged pork meat is tender, juicy and very delicious!!. All side dishes are freshly prepared and great taste. There are vearity of side dishes to choose from ranging from kimchi soup to fried oba leaves. The service is excellent. The grills are change regularly. The atmosphere is great with good ventilation. We will definetely come back again.

We also appreciated the Club Lounge, both for its excellent service and delicious food. A special shout-out to the General Manager, Sammy Carolus. We met him at the Club Lounge, and he kindly asked if my 6-year-old daughter was happy with her meal. He even offered to have the chef prepare something she would enjoy. We didn’t end up ordering anything special, but the gesture alone spoke volumes about the level of customer care at this hotel. Lovely hotel that is a sanctuary. Everything works and the rooms are large for a city hotel. The breakfast is a great spread with a mix of international and local dishes. It is connected to the BTS station via the mall, so you need to go out of the building and take the escalator next to the nightclub to get to the bridge. Do note the location is rather seedy though.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Banyan Tree Bangkok and would highly recommend it. The positives far outweighed the minor negatives. We were upgraded from a standard room to a massive suite (Room 2403), which was a fantastic surprise and made our stay feel very special. The bed was very good for sleep as it was the right amount of soft for a side sleeper like myself, and the club package was a great decision, making the stay convenient with easy access to breakfast and drinks. The service was truly incredible; the reception team, in particular, was extremely helpful when I lost my wallet, going to great lengths to help me get it back. We had a small maintenance issue with the bathtub which was quickly fixed, and it took a little while to get the AC temperature right on the first night. Despite the small hiccups, the quality of the room and the outstanding service made this a five-star experience.

Arrival: We were warmly assisted upon arrival, and our luggage was sent directly to our room. Since we booked through Luxury Escapes, we were escorted to the Executive Lounge on Level 19, where we were offered welcome drinks and canapés — a lovely touch to start our stay. During the Stay: Our room was serviced daily with fresh towels, fruit amenities, and a thoughtful welcome token each night. A big thank-you to the housekeeping team of Banyan Tree for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Room: The room was spacious and clean. Although some areas, especially the bathroom, felt a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast: The continental breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Took the Saffron cruise for wife's birthday. Boarded the boat at 7pm and finished dinner by 9.15pm over a 4 course Thai fusion meal. After dinner we proceeded up on the deck for another half an hour to view the beautiful evening scenes. Waited by Khun Lek who was very attentive and helpful with taking beautiful photos for us. Food was surprisingly filling and very beautifully and deliciously prepared. Amazing environment.. of course helped by the windy weather. Highly recommended.

We originally planned to go to another rooftop bar, but it was full — and we’re so glad it was, because that’s how we ended up at Vertigo! 😊 The staff were amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the location is absolutely perfect. Honest review after 10 nights at Banyan Tree Bangkok I stayed for 10 nights at the Banyan Tree Bangkok in the Executive area. The staff in the Executive Lounge on the 19th floor were truly excellent – well trained, attentive and very professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel doesn’t quite meet that standard. The property feels rather dated. The rooms are old, and soundproofing is poor – you can clearly hear doors slamming from other rooms along the corridor. Everything is still very analogue: the QR codes lead to Google documents, but you can’t actually order or book anything online. Even scheduling a massage has to be done by phone. Communication is also weak. There’s no written or digital guest information about breakfast, afternoon tea or hotel services – everything is explained verbally at check-in, which is not ideal after a long flight. The pool area is small but nicely designed. Sadly, the service there was a real disappointment. There’s nothing better than relaxing by the pool with a drink, but there’s simply no service. Staff walk around adjusting cushions instead of approaching guests. I ordered coffee twice and never received it – I finally had to go down to the Executive Lounge myself to get one and bring it back. It’s a shame, because the pool itself could be a real highlight. The rooftop bar is beautiful and worth a visit, but there are even better options in Bangkok. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and polite, but service quality varies and training seems inconsistent. Check-out was, unfortunately, another low point. You simply pay and that’s it – no farewell gesture, no coffee offer, no sense of closure or warmth. Even though it was breakfast time and I had a transfer arranged, nobody asked if I wanted a coffee to go. Other hotels do this much better, and such small gestures make a big difference. Overall, for the price level, the value just isn’t there anymore. The service, rooms and digital experience don’t match what you’d expect from a five-star property. With renovation, better communication and more consistent training, Banyan Tree Bangkok could easily become amazing again – but right now, it’s simply not worth the price.

Thanks to the handsome Korean staff, Jinho, we were able to finish our Thailand trip perfectly. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, I suddenly realized that I had lost my passport. I was very worried and didn’t know what to do, but Jinho noticed right away and took action immediately. He contacted the previous hotel we had stayed at and helped me get my passport back safely. I was so relieved and grateful for his quick and caring help. I have stayed at many five stars hotels before, but this was the first time I experienced such thoughtful and detailed service during check-in. He was very kind and professional and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel truly comfortable and welcomed. This is what a real five stars hotel should be like. Clean Stay with Great Service My recent stay at this hotel was highly pleasant, primarily due to its nice, clean, and hygienic environment. The rooms located on the top floor of the Sky Wing are truly excellent and offered a superior experience. The breakfast was generally good, though I noted a few areas for improvement. As a vegetarian, I found the options for meat-free dishes limited, and overall, the food could be more tasty. A major highlight of the service was the front desk staff. They were exceptionally helpful and cooperative, with Mr. Ton deserving special mention for his outstanding assistance. The excellent service made up for the minor shortcomings in the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff.

Great hotel in a central location! The Ambassador is about a 5 or so minute walk from the Nana BTS station and probably 10-15 minutes from the Asok station should you choose to walk further. Breakfast is decent, with a good selection of proteins, pastries, and beverages. The room was in good shape but the mattress is a little too firm for my liking. Still the quality of the room was fine and the housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and hardworking! The cost of the laundry/dry cleaning service is a bit too expensive but luckily the Ambassador also has access to Sukhumvit Soi 13 with a bunch more shops and a laundromat. Very pleased with my stay, thank you Ambassador team for making it a great experience!

I have had a wonderful experience at The Ambassador, Bangkok. The hotel’s is located close to public transport, happening restaurants and bars (including vegetarian and vegan restaurants) and local markets. The rooms and service are value for money. Most of all, the hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. Experience Manager Mr. Troy in particular was kind enough to accommodate me in my last minute request to extend my stay even after the hotel was fully booked. I could not shift hotels due to my circumstances and this was my only option. Mr. Troy was sympathetic to my circumstances and went above and beyond to make an exception for me for which I am very thankful! I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

I checked in to the Ambassador Hotel this morning and was greeted by Mr. Ton at reception and Mr. Boom, the manager. Their service was absolutely exceptional from the moment I arrived. I politely asked if I could upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, and not only did they give me a fantastic price, but it was the way they handled it that really stood out. They made me feel genuinely valued and looked after — something you don’t experience often these days. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it continues to impress me every single visit. It’s one of the best hotels in the area, and the staff truly make the difference. Great location, close to everything you need. So many different kind of restaurant and bar nearby short walk away. Between Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza, beer bars and clubs close to. Public transport close. Grand lobby, nice pool. Room was sizable, but very outdated. Bed was good. Door to the hallway has very bad noise reduction, could easily hear a guy taking a shower. Late discounted price was ok, I would probably choose an another hotel nearby with the same price next time.

Great location, very close to Nana BTS. Walkable distances to Nana Plaza, Nana Street, Terminal 21 mall, Soi Cowboi. Plenty of food options from street food to fine dine restaurants, etc. I’ve stayed only in Sky Wing always and the rooms are plenty big, very spacious. They have a nightclub on the property, a massage place and restaurant which are all very good with exceptional services.

The service of this Hotel is one of the best I have ever seen. Quick, efficient, polite. The rooms are clean and whatever you need to Hotel will find a way to help. Perfect place for shopping in MBK. The staff is amazing!! The rooms are ok. For a 5 star hotel very simple. They have a filter for the tap water that you can drink. I tried and was strange so I had to buy my own water. They should offer both. Bottled water and this filtered tap water. Where missing some details in the room but at the end was all very clean. Inside and outside. The staff is doing a very good and hard job and always with a big smile and very helpful. The pool and the gym are amazing. The best hotel gym I have seen here in Thailand. Breakfast was also good. A bit noisy the restaurant.

Excellent service. The hotel is priced way above my income bracket to pay for a room such as this, but mum was paying so who in their right mind would say no? I am unable to find any negative points in which to refer back on, and all I can say is that it was too good that I did not want to leave. I took all the tea bags and coffee sachets from the room, and may have slipped some more into my bag at the all you can eat breakfast buffet, which I will say was definitely on-point. No, I do not feel guilty about taking the tea bags or coffee. If it were not a criminal offense, I would have also taken the bed along with the pillows, but alas you cannot walk out of a hotel with these and expect not to be asked questions. I was somewhat perplexed however, as I seriously wanted to take the shampoo and other creams you provided to us in the bathroom, however, they were presented in such a manner that I could not make an accurate judgement as to whether they are for the sole purpose of use during one’s temporary residence in your fine establishment or if I was welcomed to slip them into my carry-on. I chose to take the precaution not to leave in handcuffs, so that other people of my class may experience the majestic as much as I did (and the last thing I want is to go from a 5-Star hotel where you feel pampered to the sort of free accommodation you get at the government’s pleasure). For Muslim tourists, you can go from lobby on 6th floor to the mall 5th floor. They got many varieties of halal food. And its delicious too. Hotel room is beautiful snd view is great. Loving the hotel and service is good! Probably just thais and their warm welcome. But love my stay here. Convenient to everywhere as it's very strategic place. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. On our last day, my wife unfortunately came down with food poisoning just before our flight home. The hotel team was incredibly kind and responsive — they quickly arranged for a doctor to come to our room and even extended our checkout time till 4 PM so she could rest before heading to the airport. Since my stay at this hotel in Hong Kong two weeks before, didn't live up to my expectations. I decided to try the one in Bangkok this time. I really love the hotel's backyard green garden very comfortable. Hotel’s relaxed vibe makes me feel so at ease and right at home. I'm also quite fond of the restaurants and bars here 👍 – they're wonderful, incredibly comfortable, the food is delicious, and even the same drinks taste better here than at other places. The staff are truly professional. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I received excellent service. Ms. Tina assisted me with check-in, and given my nasal allergies, they had proactively placed an air purifier in my room. However, that evening, I was still affected by the fragrance in the room. But the bedding was very comfortable – though the pillow was a bit too soft for my liking. I discussed the fragrance issue with the housekeeping staff, and they promptly replaced all the relevant items. What's more, their manager showed genuine concern and followed up in a very professional manner – I was truly touched. At the very least, it was clear they were taking my feedback seriously. The fitness center and pool on the 3rd floor are fantastic, fitness centre’s equipment complete, they also offer a rich variety of classes, with different fitness sessions every day. Today I joined Coach Winner’s step aerobics class and really enjoyed it. Even though I was the only participant, Coach Winner still taught with great dedication and attention to detail. I had a fantastic time — thank you, Coach! Also, the staff at the fitness center front desk are very professional. When I didn’t know how to use equipment and asked for help, he assisted me very patiently and expertly — truly impressive. and the poolside bar is excellent as well. The staff there are very enthusiastic, and I absolutely adore the pink-themed elements – they're totally my style. I really love the hotel’s stylish and youthful vibe — it almost feels like I wish I’d discovered it sooner. I’m thoroughly enjoying my time here! Seeing how happy the employees are here made my stay even more enjoyable 🥳.

Kimpton Maa Lai has to be my best 5 star stay in past few years of travel. We were checked in promptly and they managed to upgrade the room too. Spacious room with a huge bathroom! The amenities, welcome snacks, complimentary happy hour elevated our experience. The bed was so comfortable that we passed out and missed our plans for dinner at Ms. Jigger lol. But the 24/7 service was amazing. The breakfast had so many options but since I prefer vegeterian, I could not try a lot of things. The staff was so helpful and fluent in English. Top notch service, amazing staff!

This is by far THE best Hotel I've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived it was a special experience. Tina from the Front Desk took tremendously good care of us to get us a wonderful room and made sure that our friends, who arrived later, get one with an even better view. The beds are so comfy and the interior design is so beautiful - this is true modern luxury. The Roof Top terrace had a spectacular view over Bangkok and also a very attentive staff that took care of us. Ms. Jigger the Restaurant and Ruby the Bar blew us away with it's food and drink quality. Wonderful location, in a quiet district with many convenience stores and malls around. When coming back to Bangkok this will be my go to place. Thank you so much!

One of the most memorable stay we had here. The staff are the kindest people and very generous. We had a late check out and they offered to extend the time and also helped us with local site seeing, luggage assistance and transportations. We really enjoyed our stay here from rooms, to the community walk space, to breakfast. All in all I would recommend this place to everyone who visits Bangkok as it’s located centrally and therefore has easy access to everywhere - including airport (30min only!) + the people here are just super kind and that’s a cherry on top!

My second stay at this hotel, and I still love the overall vibe. The lush garden surroundings and the neighborhood itself are really pleasant, even though it’s about a 10-minute walk to the bts station. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient — special thanks to Tina and the front desk team for their outstanding service and the speed at which all requests and questions were handled. The housekeeping as well is impeccable. However, my room this time was disappointing. I was placed on the 39th floor, just below Bar Yard, and could clearly hear music and furniture being moved. I could even smell food coming through one night, which is surprising and a bit disappointing for a hotel of this level. That said, the amenities are excellent, the pool has an amazing view, the breakfast selection is impressive, and Bar Yard serves great cocktails and tasty snacks. If you choose to stay here, I recommend requesting a room between the 10th and 20th floors — the views are great and it’s much quieter.

This was our second stay at the Kimpton in Bangkok, and just like the first time, it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and full of great vibes. We had a midnight flight home, and the hotel really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until it was time to leave. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. My favorite Hotel in Bangkok exceptional in every way I have been visiting Bangkok for over 20 years and have stayed in most of the city’s renowned five-star hotels. Yet none have impressed me quite like the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, which has truly become my favorite place to stay in this vibrant city. What makes the Kimpton Maa-Lai so unique is its young, creative spirit combined with an unwavering sense of luxury and hospitality. While I also appreciate the classic elegance of the Mandarin Oriental, these two hotels are worlds apart the Kimpton stands out for its modern philosophy, refreshing atmosphere, and heartfelt service. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right between Sukhumvit and Lumpini park, surrounded by a charming garden oasis that feels almost unreal in the middle of Bangkok. The breakfast is an absolute highlight, diverse, international, and full of culinary creativity that reflects the hotel’s global flair. What truly defines the Kimpton Maa-Lai, however, is its people. During my recent stay, i encountered an unexpected issue with a duplicate booking I had mistakenly made through an external agency. The reservation was technically non-refundable, yet the team went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation with genuine care and understanding. My heartfelt thanks go especially to Miss Mi and Miss Ploy, who handled everything with such professionalism and kindness, ensuring the matter was settled smoothly and in my favor. I stayed at InterContinental Bangkok for 2 nights to celebrate my anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the very beginning, I received a warm and genuine welcome from K. Eyes and the Club InterContinental team (apologies for not remembering all their names). Every staff member I encountered throughout my stay was exceptionally kind, polite, and professional. The room was beautifully decorated with a complimentary cake, and I also enjoyed the Club InterContinental, which offers breakfast, high tea, and happy hour with excellent food and drinks. The main breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of Thai and Asian dishes. A highlight was the complimentary “Ratchaprasong Spiritual Day” tour arranged by the concierge team, The tour lasted about an hour and included visits to 5 shrines around the hotel area. A big thank you to K. Da for being our wonderful guide, and special thanks to K. May, K. Koch, K. Aon, and K. Peach for making this such a meaningful and unforgettable experience. I am truly impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail at InterContinental Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and very much look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great experience here, was 1st time staying at an intercontinental hotel and it didn't disappoint at all. I previously organised to have flowers bought to room As it was my partners birthday, but Rainy(GRO team) went further, while we waited she gave us complementary drinks, she also upgraded our room to king suite room, which was fantastic. The next day after being out for the day, we came back to the room again with a cake for my partners birthday. Would definitely stay here again. Is well worth it.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at this hotel! Everything is great except that the Bed is abit too soft for us and the view for our room is not nice. Hotel arranged surprise decoration on our bed with flowers as we were there to celebrate our anniverary. They even gave us fruits and sweet potato chips. Ms Varinporn who assist with our check-in is helpful. Their Bell Team staff are also all very helpful and careful with our luggages and boxes. Mr Natipoom and his other colleague (sorry i didnt get his name) even helped me with weighing and tying up all my boxes. Ms May from conceirge team even went the extra mile to help contact LV shops to check on availability of a LV bag we are interested to get. Absolute great service and team who work harmoniously. Hope to stay with them again and may we get a room with better view.

Found this hotel by error but it turned out to be a blessing. First off all, the check in was smooth and great. Khun Pond at the desk was super sweet, helpful and caring. He checked me in with a big smile (1 am) and was energetic and humble. A great asset to this hotel. The lobby is grand and huge. The rooms were nice but a bit dated, however, it was kept clean. The room service in the hotel was out standing, by Kiss and others. Always serving or bringing in anything with a big smile which made my day :) the Room was made very quick and house keeping did a good job. In the end, the gym was state of the art. Amazing fitness equipment with a huge pool. For a gym buff like me it was a dream :) overall, I highly recommend this hotel for people who are traveling esp on work trips.

I had a good stay at the hotel. I was given a welcome drink during check-in, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. When I entered my room, I found a welcome letter along with a slice of cake and a macaron. The receptionist mentioned that my room had been upgraded. The room had a view of the swimming pool, and I also loved that it received natural light from the window. It was spacious and clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I was also able to use the hotel's gym and swimming pool, both of which were great. The hotel is in a good location, with a convenience store and night market nearby.

It is high time to write this review Was there in April for a week. Situated on prime location—main road. Welcoming staff. It has a huge lobby area. Rooms are spacious, for me—it is bit outdated. Just one plug point which is far away from bed. Had to extension cord from reception. The washroom is good, retro look. The massage facilities are good, needs prior booking. I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was a highlight — Khun Mac and Earncha took excellent care of us during afternoon tea and evening cocktails, which made our stay very enjoyable. One small issue was that the fire alarm in my room went off unexpectedly. The situation was handled, and I was moved to another room after requesting, but the process felt a little slow and could have been smoother. Overall, I truly appreciated the warm hospitality, especially in the lounge, and I would be happy to stay again.

Had a great stay at Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada ! The rooms are big and spacious and greeted with a big and elegant chandelier in the lobby with nice warm lightings in the lift ! Comes with a nice bathtub in the room perfect for relaxation (even though i dint use it) 😂 . The concierge team is so helpful and show such great hospitality during our stay ! They greeted every guest and remembered my name every time i enter and leave the hotel too ! During my stay , i had some issue with my room and the team responded quickly and help me out with my issue ! Kuddos to Ms Beam who is so attentive and pay attention to details to our needs and concerns during our stay. The location of the hotel is situated 3 mins walk away from the mrt station and 15 mins walk away from Jodd Fair (wonderful right) also 5 mins walk away from Ganesha shrine. Overall we had a really good stay , and will be back to stay at Swissotel when we are in Bangkok ❤️

It's the perfect hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time, and we were lucky that the staff could find an available room for us, which had a beautiful view of the park. Since we arrived, the staff at the lobby, the butlers, maids, staff in the Sala, the breakfast, the spa, fitness, and the living room have been lovely and are well-served! The staff at the lobby provided us with a wedding anniversary cake and a rose. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is lovely with local Chiang Mai tiles and a nice speaker. The BYREDO products have a good smell. We really love it. The sauna is really nice. At the Sala, I appreciate that they serve just water, which makes us feel good. Also, breakfast includes a variety of foods, and all of them are delicious. We also love jazz both on Saturday afternoon and on Saturday night❤️. We don't see any mistakes from them, and we are happy to be there. Thank you so much for taking care of the staff well; that’s why they take care of us very well, too! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I was lucky hotel allowed me to use my 5 night suite upgrade and stayed in a beautiful luxury suite. It was marvelous, spacious and clean. We had the best time. All the staff at this hotel was super friendly and went above and beyond in everything they did at the bell desk, front desk, housekeeping, library bar, breakfast at both restaurant and Thai restaurant. The buffet breakfast and breakfast at Rossini were grand and delicious. Wide selection of variety selections to choose from. The fruits were so fresh and tasty. Thai restaurant staff were so accommodating and helpful. We were so impressed with the hospitality and warmest received. We will definitely stay there again. Everyone should try this hotel. It’s gorgeous, classy and comfortable.

Our stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, safe, and genuinely welcomed. The morning security guard deserves special recognition — he always looked out for us, especially when we took our dog out. It completely made my day and showed how deeply the team cares about their guests. At The Sala, MJ and Meena took such good care of us every time we went. Their warmth, energy, and kindness set the perfect tone for the day. This was our very first week ever in Bangkok, and because of the incredible staff here, it felt like home. And for a lovely little touch outside the hotel — there’s a Thai-style crepe stand with savory fillings right by the entrance. We stayed at this Hotel for four days and had a really pleasant experience. The location was excellent and convenient, and all the staff we met were kind and professional. The breakfast was great, the room was comfortable, and the overall service made our stay very relaxing. My parents especially enjoyed their time here. I just had a Sunday brunch here at The living room restaurant. Very impressed with a huge selection of food, fresh seafood especially Boston lobster’s claws , Thai , Chinese and this week Arabian dishes to try. If you are a buffet lover, this is your place. Don’t forget to have enough room for the desserts, Tiramisu, ice cream, cotton candy, crepe or even honey toast to enjoy. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
