Duluth Coffee Company is a beloved morning spot in Downtown Duluth, known for its freshly roasted and brewed coffee made from globally sourced beans. The owner, Eric Faust, and his team are dedicated to building sustainable and fair relationships with the farmers who grow their coffee. What started as roasting coffee in a garage has now grown into a thriving business that stays true to its mission of sourcing, roasting, and crafting coffee with integrity.
Great coffee indeed! Party of 2, order: cappuccino and Latte The latte art was really pretty and the cream on top was very smooth. Please stop by here on our way from Duluth to Gooseberry Falls and it was a perfect stop to grab a little drink.
Esther M — Google review
If you’re in Duluth you simply must have a coffee or hot chocolate at this charming little independent coffee shop. I drink Star****s, not by choice but by default. Occasionally I get out of downtown Dallas and try other (and by ‘other’ I mean better) coffee shops. This one is outstanding! They roast their own beans here and it not only creates an irresistible aroma but also adds to the already-interesting decor. No distracting bakery or panini’s - just really good coffee. There’s a bakery just doors away. This coffee is so good I don’t need to put raw sugar in it. I only started using sugar to mask the burnt taste in that other nameless but annoyingly ubiquitous coffee place.
Ron O — Google review
I loved the atmosphere! The smells of fresh coffee that filled the air was wonderful as well! Tried their butter & pumpkin zenith blend coffee. The maple latte was smooth as well.
Clarissa M — Google review
Great coffee. Great food! This place is popular so get here early or be prepared to wait for your food. Totally worth it!
Noah B — Google review
I had a pleasant experience, they even let me use my own cup, the first time; the mocha was tasty. The second time I was window licking my way around downtown this morning and accidentally made it to Duluth coffee company 10 minutes early, as listening to fiddler on the roof songs. Unawares I was early, I spotted a worker opening the door with a key, and jestfully I asked when the coffee would be hot. “In ten minutes,” he replied. I checked my watch, and alas, the joke was on me. Excited, as I noticed I had time to relax and take in the commotion of morning whilst finishing my cigarette, I strolled down the block a ways and noticed another coffee sign across the street, with its neon “open” shining in the window. Happy to give second patronage to the DCC, I walked back as the worker was unlocking the outdoor seating, I helped myself to a chair and sat down, offering to place it where he wished when they opened. He replied, “I would prefer you smoked somewhere else.” Happily I walked down the street and enjoyed the coffee at the new place, with an extensive pastry menu.

A great atmosphere, delicious food, and hearty coffee. They have good gluten free options and super friendly service!

After my visit today I just had to leave a review. I recently found out that I’m allergic to dairy, so when my barista told me today that all of the syrups they make in house are DAIRY FREE I was so excited! Not only did I get a delicious drink, I experienced fantastic service, and I got to have my first pumpkin spice latte of the season. It absolutely made my day and it tasted delicious. I love being greeted by baristas with considerate, understanding, friendly faces!
Niika C — Google review
Second time ordering via website. We replaced CubanCoffeeQueen Rooster coffee from the Keys for DCC. Cost effective. Different tastes. So- No companies sell DCC in the “kilo” size and flavor we love-past Hinkley that I can find. So we are paying top dollar for a great cup of coffee. We had an issue with delivery and someone at the DCC customer support. BUT TODAY we received a sealed nondamaged box and a full bag of beans! We are happy with the outcome just unneeded verbiage trying to get it. Happy Coffee drinkers here.

Coffee shop
Cafe
Amity Coffee, located in Duluth's Lakeside neighborhood, has been a beloved spot since its opening in 2014. This cozy and welcoming coffee shop offers a selection of locally roasted coffees from various companies, including Duluth Coffee Roasters and Fika Coffee. The classic small-town coffee shop vibes are enhanced by earthy colors, numerous plants, and a colorful chalkboard menu. In addition to great coffee and pastries, Amity also serves a quality lunch menu.
Good local coffee shop on the east side of Duluth. Strangely, I think this is the only coffee shop down on this end of town. Glad it’s there and that they have tasty coffee. It is a pleasant, smaller shop, with a good “vibe” that goes between being quiet and very full. Parking is on Superior street, which can get a little full with all the other adjacent businesses. Tasty treats, some food, good coffee (from Duluth Coffee) Highly recommended.
Cap’n E — Google review
Fun atmosphere, but got an iced chai latte and it was pretty bad. There was no “tea” element… just iced milk with a little cinnamon. Very disappointing. My husband got a peach shake and it was alright.
Tali N — Google review
High quality espresso, properly pulled, and a great atmosphere along with it. The barista‘s were patient and kind. Excited for my next trip to Duluth so I can stop in again!
Brenna S — Google review
This spot became my new favorite when visiting Duluth. The coffee was so good. My wife and I purchased a classic caramel latte and the fall season special, the cinnamon apple latte. The flavors were incredibly balanced and tasted like it was made in shoppe, which they are. The next day we came in and tried their pumpkin spice latte, I am not going to lie, the best PSL we've ever had. The baristas were super helpful and friendly, it created a great atmosphere. This will be a staple for us from now on.
Erik Q — Google review
If you follow me, you know that I go to a locally owned coffee shop anytime I travel. I have been to coffee shops all across the US and this one in East Duluth ranks up there with the best. I got a dirty chi and it was fantastic. The place itself is small but unique and respects all who come.
Brian K — Google review
Such a great spot with great vibes. The baked goods are always delicious and the iced latte was perfect. Easy choice to kick back and get some work done mid week. Be aware it’s a small space however, and seating can be scarce.
Chelsie H — Google review
Have never been disappointed here! The coffee is always delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and peaceful and the staff are always prompt and friendly! 100% recommend for everyone!

Place was slammed on a Saturday… got the last two quiches 😝 and the fresh pecan rolls. The service was 💯 outstanding.. and the dude who makes the lattes is a real pro! Awesome place

Coffee shop
Nestled in the vibrant Lincoln Park District, 190 Coffee and Tea is a delightful gem that has quickly made its mark on Duluth's coffee scene since opening in 2021. Founded by local enthusiast Corey Roysdown, this charming café occupies a cozy spot within the Enger Lofts building, just across from Bent Paddle taproom. The interior boasts an inviting blend of exposed brick and hardwood accents, adorned with art from talented local artists.
What a cool shop. Great atmosphere, and absolutely superb coffee. I tried a few varieties of their pour-over. The Kenya and Tanzania were lovely. We brought some of the Tanzanian beans home.
Daniel S — Google review
190 Degrees is such a gem of a coffee shop. The space has amazing vibes: modern, full of plants, and flooded with light from big windows. They also feature lots of cute local items for sale, which adds to the charm. The coffee is excellent, especially with their house-made syrups, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A spot that feels both stylish and inviting, definitely worth checking out.
Chloe — Google review
I originally was headed to Duluth Folk School to get some work done for the day but they were closed at 3 pm, so me ending up at 190 was truly a happy accident, as Bob Ross says. Little did I know it would be such a delight! It was a perfect place to work and chill, with plenty of outlets, and places to sit to enjoy the vibes + beautiful summer weather with the windows open. Jake (a barista of 11 years, and it shows!) and Evan were an absolute treat to engage with and I throughly enjoyed my time there. The coffee wasn’t so bad either 😉
Devin J — Google review
My wife and I got a mocha and pumpkin spice latte. Their latte art and is good and tastes really good as well. Fun spot to hit up if you’re in the Duluth area.
Brock B — Google review
It was absolutely beautiful aesthetically. Great coffee. Friendly staff! Also great place to check out unique artists work! Would definitely recommend and will return. Came out from Manitoba Canada.
Sarah B — Google review
the best coffee in Duluth! My family and I moved to Texas 5 years back, and everytime we visit we get a coffee every morning from only 190. Beautiful plants and everyone’s so sweet:)
Zaria A — Google review
Wonderful coffee shop!!! This is my absolute FAVORITE cafe ANYWHERE! I live in the cities and I've made the 2-4 hour trip up here 4 times now just to come to this cafe and enjoy the scenery!! The drinks they offer here are super delicious, but the staff is the best part! They're so kind and fun! They have a social media account that they run where they post all of their community stuff and it seems so fun. I would absolutely love to be a regular here and will be once I move to Duluth in several years haha! This place is always so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Cozy and fun. Their garage door is open during warmer weather and its so nice. The cafe is located in a shopping strip so there are bathrooms right next to the cafe that are super clean and nice! I couldn't say enough good things about this place because of how great it is. My list goes on forever.

Tucked away at 1336 W Arrowhead Rd in Duluth, MN, Perk Place Coffeehouse is a delightful family-owned establishment that radiates warmth and charm. As you step inside, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee from Duluth Coffee Co. envelops you, creating an ideal atmosphere for a relaxing afternoon or a productive work session. This cozy haven offers an all-day breakfast menu featuring fluffy pancakes and hearty sandwiches alongside a full espresso bar and refreshing fruit smoothies.
A very nice place took my mom there. She lives nearby. Good variety, coffee the egg bakes are wonderful nice service and timely
Jim M — Google review
This is a hidden gem in the Kenwood Shopping Center! Perk Place has a very unassuming appearance from the outside, but once you open the door you're greeted with a waft of baked goods, the aroma of coffee and people enjoying each other's company. There is a fireplace in the front, but sadly it was not operating eventhough it was -4° outside. The interior has muted lighting and colors and a good amount of tables to enjoy the fare. This is definitely a gathering spot for people, they stay awhile. We ordered a Lighthouse Latte which was the BEST coffee I've ever had, and I've had coffee in Europe. The Ham, cheese and bacon panini was over-priced in my opinion for what you get, but it was very good. We also had the grilled cheese and tomato soup, which was a small serving for the price. The soup however was fantastic! Lots of herbs and cream and it tasted homemade. The grilled cheese was just ok. The cookies and cream Frappuccino was excellent. Service was fast and courteous and there was plenty of room between the tables for my wheelchair. This is the kind of place you want to come back to and try everything on the menu. We can't wait to go back and try some of the baked goods.
Jo J — Google review
I like coming here for coffee and they do know how to make espresso drinks very well. I like supporting a local business too. But this is probably the third time that I was very disappointed with the food, so I just won’t eat here anymore. The $10 tuna sandwich was sad and pathetic. Hardly any tuna, no lettuce or tomato, and tasted like cheap supermarket bread. Looked like something from a gas station.
Wendy S — Google review
I was really disappointed with my order. I came in expecting a fresh fruit smoothie, but what I got was more like a milkshake with fruit, and it didn’t taste good at all. It wasn’t what I thought I was paying for, and I hate wasting food, but even after offering it to friends, nobody could drink it. On top of that, the sandwich was dry and had a freezer-burnt taste. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I won’t be coming back. Honestly, you’d be better off grabbing something from Starbucks or even McDonald’s
Mehyar A — Google review
I had quite a bit of a time before we were waited on. Coffee was very nice, legit. Husband got the egg, bake said it was absolutely fabulous. Sausage was okay... I got the egg sandwich and it was quite tasty. It says it's a croissant, but it doesn't taste or look like a croissant, for 1 thung it is square. It's more like a laminated bun of some sort, but it was really good.
Debbie P — Google review
The employees are wonderful, the cafe is cute, I cant speak on the food since I havent tried, but their coffee always tastes burnt. Otherwise everything else is chill.
Anna H — Google review
Nice classic coffee shop in a strip mall. Good espresso drinks, tasty food, easy parking. Strip mall coffee shops never look like much from the outside and this one’s wrapper is no different. But PPV is worth going to. A good place to get coffee and a good place to hang out.
Cap’n E — Google review
Perk Place has good coffee for all their drinks, except the cold press. Not my favorite flavor profile straight black. They use Duluth Coffee Co roasted coffee for their drinks. Atmosphere is decent, but not really memorable, just cafe. I think some of the food is pretty good, but some of it it a tad salty for me. I think that's just a personal taste thing, so try it for yourself. I do really like their curry chicken sandwich. It's on point flavor wise. If you need a quick cup before you get on your way, the wait, even when busy, is short. Great espresso and latte's!

Nestled in the charming Lincoln Park Craft District of Duluth, Dovetail Cafe & Marketplace is a warm and inviting space that offers a delightful blend of artisanal food, coffee, and beer. As part of the Duluth Folk School, this cafe aims to foster connections within the community through various weekly events such as Cribbage Night and Open Mic sessions.
The quiche was amazing! I've only had quiche once before, but this blew me away with how good it was. And the side salad that comes with it has such a good dressing that pairs perfectly with the quiche to balance the meal out. I got the meat quiche which was perfect, my partner got the veggie one, and although still good it wasn't as good as the meat one in my opinion, it may have needed more salt or something. I had a dirty chai here and it was one of the best I've ever had, they've got some really good espresso. Service was by no means bad, it just wasn't the friendliest, great food and drinks though
Ethan D — Google review
Great food, very cool and laid back atmosphere. You order, pick a seat and they bring you the food and you bus the dishes. There's so much to look at and explore. The staff are very kind. The drinks are delicious, we ordered mocha and an iced chocolate Chai latte. They are spendy but it's all local and natural ingredients and a small business so it is worth it!
Samanthia W — Google review
Very good and fast service for a busy Sunday morning. The man who helped us (possibly the owner?) was exceptionally kind and it really brightened our morning 😊 I got the vegan Valhalla and it was very good! My only complaint would be that it was a little cold but I didn't mind. The sauce and tofu were great! I also got a iced latte with raspberry syrup and oat milk that was incredible. The building itself is very charming with a lot of other products you can buy. The sense of community in the space is very nice.
Kirian C — Google review
Interesting place for sure. The food and the coffee were delicious. Took a bit for us to get our food but nothing terrible. Atmosphere is a mixed bag. Very interesting decor and what not due to the fact that the place doubles as some sort of school but the seating is tough because people just seem to sit anywhere, like a single taking up a table that could fit 5-6, etc.
Ccm T — Google review
Lovely cafe with delicious handcrafted beverages and an unforgettable, duluth-vibed atmosphere. Calling all chai lovers! This is YOUR coffee shop stop. Best chai I've ever had, the mix of spices was truly unique and warming.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind, the manager always says hello, and the coffee is always good. If you're hungry you'll also enjoy a great meal as well. Of all places in Duluth, this is one of the main places I've been to that actually feels like a community. Events, learning, and conversations happen here.

A true gem in Duluth. I come to this cafe nearly every time I'm around. It's my favorite to just chill out in. Love the laid back vibe, lovely wood, and cool aesthetic. Employees are very polite and helpful, and know how to make a good Latte. ☕

Yellow Bike Coffee is a community-oriented coffee shop with locations in Duluth Heights and the historic Fitgers Complex. They donate eight percent of proceeds from their Hero Roasts to local organizations, embodying the belief that everyone is in this together. The new location near the mall offers a spacious environment with high ceilings and ample parking, making it perfect for studying or hanging out. They offer a variety of lunch and breakfast options, including homemade scones at discounted prices.
Very neat shop tucked away off the Main Street - but the house coffee was delicious! And plenty of options to choose from on the menu. Ordered a blueberry scone as well, so good!
Jon R — Google review
Cool place with great vibes. Ordered a breve Maple latte and a breve Carmel latte. Overall good but milk to espresso ratios were way off.. drinks were way too milky. Would come back and try again tho.
Bam T — Google review
A pleasant, quaint coffee shop just a short walk from the airport (unfortunately, they don't seem to like sidewalks in this area). It is in an office park, but the inside is beautiful, and they have a back patio that was very nice. I ordered a large (20 ounce; they only offer 12 and 20)) medium/dark blend that was excellent, but I was feeling the caffeine jitters after only drinking half. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, and choice of bacon, sausage, or ham on a bagel) and it was good (generous portion of ham, but the bagel is not comparable to what I am used to on the east coast). I finished off the order with a blueberry lemon scone that is delicious. Definitely a place to stop in either arriving or before departing from the Duluth airport.
Jason W — Google review
Finally found a best coffee shop in Duluth. YB has been already popular in the Fitger’s shop, but this location near the mall is pretty new(6-7 month old), much spacious with high ceilings and easier to park! They have variety of lunch or breakfast menus so it seems like they have more people around lunch time. Perfect place for studying for they’re generous on outlets 😇 but don’t forget trying their homemade scones when you get hungry. Day old ones are 50% off - $2, but still crunchy and fresh. They are too good not to take a bite before taking pics. Honestly I don’t want this shop to be too popular but I had to share what’s goooood. P.S. My husband loved this shop!!
Grace S — Google review
Stopped here on our way through town. Possibly the best scones I’ve ever had and they had 2 single origin drip coffees available. Great food, great coffee!
Blake A — Google review
Really like this location to sit down and work or relax. The Airpark isn’t the most ideal area but it is quiet and still accessible by bike if you don’t want to drive. Their coffee is really good. I always enjoy their winter specialties and chai too but my only complaint is they only do 12oz or 20oz, where is the 16oz?
Zane Z — Google review
Unfortunately they are having staffing issues and had to close early. The loft area did not have working lights. But the workers on were lovely

The cafe offers an array of delectable homemade dishes, excellent coffee selections, and local beers and wines. Throughout the week, there are various engaging events such as Open Mic nights on Wednesdays for aspiring performers to showcase their talents.
Awesome place! I’d heard of it before, but hadn’t had a chance to go until now. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They had my favorite root beer, and delicious scones, reasonably priced. The coffee was exactly how I liked it. Great decor. Also, as a performer there, I do appreciate when venues know how to run sound (always a rarity in live music). I will certainly be back.

Tasty scone, long wait for a flat white. There were a little less than half the tables taken when I walked in. I was greeted and placed my order within seconds of arrival. The wait for my coffee was not as quick however. Had time to eat nearly my whole scone, often wondering what order was being called as the young barista announced was order before my own with a low conversational voice, one which had you wondering if you heard them correctly or if there were already ten people waiting on orders ahead of you in queue. The flat white was fine. The scone was pretty good (blueberry). The vibe is relaxed while disorganized, there was plenty of coffee shop chatter and cozy corner readers.

good mix of coffee and pastries. I only needed coffee but they did have available. It’s on a busy street and I missed it since the trees were in the way. But I stopped in for some coffee. I ordered the Foglifter and it tasted very good.

Have stopped in here a few times for coffee to go, finally had time to come sit down. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and sizable. The coffee was even better in person getting to sit down and enjoy it sip by sip. If you like little hole in the wall places this is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee without being bothered. The people are always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect way to start the morning on a day off. I would day the only downside is finding parking when it's busy in the area.

Got naughty fish sandwich which was great. London fog latte was delicious too. Would highly recommend.

A great locally owned cafe. Great vibe with lots of art displayed on the walls. It was my first time and as soon as I took my first step in, I knew this was a place many locals would make frequent visits to talk, connect, and relax. Their latte and a cinnamon scone was excellent.

Lovely find! The matcha latte was wonderful and my partner loved the Velvet Hammer. I had the grilled cheese (added some proteins to it) and it came with a homemade goddess veggie dip. The dip was incredible!

Nestled in the port town of Duluth, Minnesota, At Sara's Table Chester Creek Cafe offers a farm-to-table menu with international influences in a charming setting. The cafe serves eclectic new American cuisine with options ranging from vegan granola for breakfast to Baileys Irish Cream frosted cupcakes for dessert.
The French toast was so good! The atmosphere was so cute on the cafe side! Light and airy and very cutesy. We were sat on the bar side and it was also cute just kind of a darker aesthetic! Our server was very nice and you could tell she loved her job! She was very insightful about menu items and helped some of my friends decide what to order!

Amazing atmosphere, great food, great service, reasonable prices! What more can you ask! We went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning and there was like a 5 min wait for the patio (we had a dog with us). The service was awesome! And the food was just as good! I got the pancake and my wife got the eggs florantine( I think) and it was just what we were looking for!

Visiting Duluth, eat like a local here. It’s locally owned, an eclectic atmosphere with outstanding service and food. The homemade cherry Danish was flaky and buttery. Two of us shared the Cowboy Hash. It was flavorful with tender chunks of brisket with a delightful Harissa sauce. So good! You will love it here.
Suzanne D — Google review
Cowboy hash was delicious. The brisket in it was awesome, I only wish the eggs were less hard. The bread and jam really were a surprising treat too. We did have to wait about 20 minutes but you can order a coffee while you wait or sit at the bar or outside. I love the ambience - the bookshelves and big cozy booths especially. The Bloody Mary came with a good bent paddle chaser although there was no cheese/meat on the skewer (you could pay a whopping three extra dollars for a single slice of bacon added). The prices were the real downside here. At least on the breakfast front it seemed like a comparable restaurant would charge a few bucks less for a similar dish.

Probably my favorite breakfast in Duluth. Very fun options with all locally sourced ingredients. It's always pretty busy, but they keep things moving really well. The biscuit and berries is incredible. If you like a biscuit please get it. The Benedict with the wild rice sausage patties is one of the best breakfasts you can have. Service is always really good and quick. Come here if you have the chance!

What a true farm to table restaurant with a unique and cozy atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of variety and options as well as drinks. I tried their curry which was my favorite, my boyfriend tried Korean barbecue chicken sandwich with their truffle fries. For our dessert we had their peanut butter mocha which was delicious.
Clarissa M — Google review
Phenomenal food. I had the chicken curry and my wife had the bison and wild rice polenta. Both dishes were gluten free. Great list of coffee and teas. The wine pairings were spot on. Cannot wait to go back again.

Very eclectic menu. I had the Japanese pancake and added over easy eggs on top. It was very delicious, great flavors. Cafe Mocha drink was good. Ambience was cozy and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Bakery
Duluth's Best Bread has expanded to three locations, offering a delightful selection of baked goods. Whether you're enjoying a morning treat with coffee or stocking up on bread for the week, this bakery has you covered. While they don't have a kitchen, they provide options from Sheltons Pizza and German Pretzels. Additionally, they allow customers to bring in food from other local eateries or arrange for delivery.
I am visiting Duluth for the first time and I am so happy some friends recommended this place! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. It was a beautiful day and they had the front area fully open which was wonderful.
Grace — Google review
Just want to give a huge shout out to Stacy, he was so helpful when we visited! We’re big fans of breakfast food, and had to make a reservation for a tour by 1:00, and our planned stop for breakfast was too busy. I had seen online that Duluth’s Best Bread was known for their croissants, a favorite food of mine, so they were a priority stop anyway. I was worried they were sold out, already bummed I didn’t get my most important meal of the day, so I called them to check. I explained I was a hangry New Jersian who just needed a buttery carb, please tell me yall got some of your famous croissants, and he cracked up. He said not to worry, they were stocked. When we showed up, he treated us to some extras, and we got a good laugh. Now again, as a breakfast snob and specifically a croissant aficionado, I was blown away. How they heck do yall get that much butter in there?? Delicious, flaky, like a hug from the inside. We also grabbed a cinnamon sugar homemade pop tart and that was great too. Had we more time, we probably would have asked for them to be toasted, which I can imagine would only make the 9.9/10 experience a 10/10. But truthfully, Stacy’s kindness and generosity was such a bright spot in a clearly hectic morning, and really kicked off our day in Duluth with joy. An absolute must go if you’re in Duluth!

We ordered two savory pastries on a Saturday morning around 8 am and they were not good. They did not seem fresh at all and we decided to throw them away. We were here 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Not sure if it was different staff or an overall decline.
Rebekah J — Google review
There is line usually at the window but it is outside which is nice during these covid times.  Prices would say on par with other bakery's , maybe a smidge higher. Lots of macaroons choices , I bought some bread, croissant cinnamon buns and scones. The croissant was excellent and the bread smells amazing. They had a separate line for pre orders which I will do next time as faster and can just grab and go. Update 5/7/22. Went before they closed on sat and they were out of most things as go early to get the things you want. We got the macrons, pecan caramel roll, cinnamon roll, cranberry wild rice bread. My favorite was the wild rice bread and pecan caramel roll.
James E — Google review
I came here this morning and ordered a danish and a ham and cheese croissant, both of which were cold. I asked the cashier if he could warm it up and he placed the plastic to go container in the microwave…..it was only for a few seconds but our pastries were not hot AND now they were infused with microplastics. In addition, our maple latte did NOT have any maple in it, and wasn’t told to us. We only knew because we overheard the two boys working there that they couldn’t find the maple. They did not inform us at all, and still charged us for the specialty latte. We came to visit from Minneapolis and this was overall a terrible experience. My partner didn’t feel comfortable eating pastries that had been warmed in a plastic container in the MICROWAVE.
Stephanie L — Google review
Delicious bakery (a tiny hole in the wall) in the heart of Lincoln Park. The bread is baked perfectly and priced right but the prices are a bit high for the pastries and croissants. However once you bite into the divine tasting almond croissant, you forget all about the $4 price tag. Sweet, nutty, buttery, with a crunch--amazing. Several restaurants around town serve their cinnamon rolls and they also have a kiosk in the mall around the holidays.
Cassandra H — Google review
I couldn't wait until I took the pic! Chocolate Almond Croissant is amazing. Macarons are fresh & so flavorful. Staff are helpful & friendly! First visit & I will be back.
Diane S — Google review
Great location on the edge of Lincoln Park. Park out front, walk up to the window and be prepared to be overwhelmed with wonderful bread smells. This is the Best Bread in Duluth, literally! Many types to choose from, Cranberry Wild Rice is my favorite, my wife loves the sunflower seed mix. Great price, super service and they will slice the bread if you want it. Hmm fresh bread, newly sliced, yup smells don't lie its The Best Bread in Duluth. Available also at St Luke's Cafeteria, Whole Foods Coop, and their Bakery off 27th West. Enjoy, oh did I mention the Pecan Carmel Rolls, croissant of all types and well you will just have to go to find the other goodies!

Duluth Grill is a beloved restaurant in Duluth, MN, offering a warm and modern atmosphere with an extensive breakfast menu. The eatery provides locally sourced comfort food with an eclectic twist, such as a creamy Havarti omelet stuffed with house-smoked salmon. Known for its made-from-scratch dishes and fresh ingredients, the restaurant offers hearty options like the Billy Bob Burrito and Deluxe Biscuits & Gravy.
This is a must stop for great breakfast or lunch when near Duluth. It was very busy the day we went, but only a few minutes wait for a table. The servers are all attentive and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of gluten free options. The grits were amazing. The rusted brussel sprouts were great. Delicious thick cut bacon. My family thought the cinnamon roll French toast was the best ever! They have home made lemonade, custom coffee and tea drinks, smoothies, and brunch cocktails. We went at lunch time on a weekday, and it was rather loud. But the food is so good.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My friends and I stopped here this morning on our way into Duluth and I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere was perfect, although it was super busy when we arrived , we were able to get seated fairly quickly! The cleanliness of the restaurant was a HUGE plus , each and every staff member/waiter was so welcoming! To top it off the food was incredible! The Barbacoa has was filled with so much flavor! Can’t say enough about it 🤍 also the farmers eggs was the perfect breakfast for my morning! 10 out of five stars! ⭐️ best part about it is breakfast and LUNCH served all day!! Plates were all beautifully presented!

Duluth Grill is a great place to grab some breakfast. They have a nice sized menu with takes on classics as well as some of their own special dishes. They even make most things on their menu from scratch even down things like their ketchup and lemonade. We tried quite a few things, and while the cinnamon roll was on the sweeter side it was still moist and fluffy. Everything else we have was very very fresh and not greasy at all. The main thing to note is the wait times. On average you may wait anywhere from 30mins to over an hour for a table depending on party size and where you want to sit. Definitely a must stop for anyone in Duluth looking for a good breakfast.
Ben R — Google review
The Duluth Grill was worth the 40 minute wait! I would definitely plan ahead if you want to eat her during peak hours. We had a party of five and we all had something different. Everybody raved about their food. Service was outstanding too! The standouts were the barbacoa hash and the brussel sprouts.

While it’s quite busy on the weekends, it’s worth it. Great food with local Minnesota North woods flair. There is also a fantastic tea bar with specialty drinks. I return here whenever I’m in the area and I’ve never been disappointed. Great skillets, hash, and burritos (the Billy Bob is out of this world) for breakfast and brunch.

Lines are long but it is very easy to see why. The food is fantastic, easily the best chicken sandwich of my life. The server (Vera I think) was absolutely fantastic and was extremely careful with allergies. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything here was amazing! Good service, food and drinks came out quickly, and everything tasted great! If you come on the weekend be prepared to wait for a table, but they do have counter seats readily available.

Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025; 11:45a (Veteran's Day) The restaurant was treating all Vets to a free meal... simply fantastic! On order was the French Toast and 'Everything' skillet... the holendaise was superb on the skillet as were all the ingredients, fresh, tasty and not too much sodium. The French toast was beautifully plated and scrumptious! Service was above and beyond. The menu has been reduced but most of the favorites remain. Patience is a virtue while restaurants navigate finnicky patrons.

Uncle Loui’s has been on our “food list” for a couple of years now as we’re from the Twin Cities and was excited to finally cross it off the list. Loved this little spot - seat yourself as soon as you walk in, and there was a convenient 2-person booth at the front. Got served immediately with drinks, and food was incredibly fast and cooked to perfection. Great hearty breakfast - exactly what we wanted on our drive. Staff was so nice and efficient! Would come again 🤩

Ate here twice while vacationing in Duluth. I was very pleased with both of my meals. The biscuits and gravy I had the first day were amazing. Then I just had to come back to try the French toast. It did not disappoint! I got the stuffed French toast with strawberries, and it was amazing! I was also very impressed with the service. They were busy, yet I still got waited on and got my food rather quickly. If you’re in the Duluth area, I would highly recommend!
Tanner M — Google review
When my husband and I travel we always like to find little mom and pop shops and restaurants to go to. We were looking for somewhere to go for a lunch/brunch and this is where we ended up picking. It's a little confusing when you walk in and are told to seat yourself and don't understand that there is additional seating in the back past where the wait staff filled drinks and do the dishes. When we first walked in we were not greeted by anybody and we had two or three staff that walked by us when we were sitting at the table before anybody brought anything or explained to us how the ordering would work. We weren't sure because there was no menus anywhere and nobody was coming to our table. We ended up ordering the chicken fried steak which was very good and the hash browns and the eggs were all cooked perfectly. We didn't care for the pancake. There was something that was added to it and we couldn't figure out what it was exactly and we were thinking maybe cinnamon but the texture of the pancake was also very off-putting. If we're in Duluth, we would give it a try again to try something different on the menu. I would just maybe recommend explaining to people how it works with your seating and make sure that people are being greeted by staff. There was staff that was sitting down at tables talking to people that were in there and goofing around and I feel like if they maybe put a little more work into waiting on tables of their customers instead of casino with the people that they know people were probably feel more welcome.

This will be my go-to spot for breakfast when I visit Duluth. Food came out under 10 minutes piping fresh. The restaurant was near pack with customers, so really impressed with the food delivery. I ordered country fried steak, 2 sunny side eggs , bf potatoes, and biscuits & gravy. The food was great! As busy as the restaurant was, I only met staff three times, which was to order food, receiving food and my check. I wish staff would had check-in atleast once as I needed a refill of water and more napkins.
Zach H — Google review
Great breakfast and service. The place is tiny but they got us in and served efficiently. The homemade cinnamon on the French toast was yum! Good biscuits and gravy and breakfast potatoes. My hubby enjoyed the wide variety of hot sauce on the table. We’ll be back in the future.
Roxanne M — Google review
Breakfast and lunch served all day. We opted for breakfast. Portions are large and shareable. Ordered French toast which tasted like a bread shaped oversized pancake which wasn’t what I was expecting or liked. The cinnamon and berry syrups were good. The diner is decorated with interesting local sports memorabilia and is a favorite spot for locals.

I stopped in for a quick breakfast after working at the hospital. My waitress at the bar was an absolute doll. My food was ready in less than 5 minutes- she served me some fresh coffee and the food was just what I was wanting. The French toast had a healthy serving of whipped butter that was delicious. If I come back to Duluth I’d love to eat here again. Well done!

Great breakfast at Uncle Louie's. The coffee was hot and delicious, and breakfast was served fast. I ordered 2 eggs scrambled with bacon, potatoes, and a slice of French toast. Hubby ordered 3 eggs overeasy, a sausage patty, hashbrowns, and a slice of French toast. I put the homemade cinnamon syrup on my toast, and hubby did the blueberry. Everything was cooked to our liking and really liked the French Toast.

After exploring the Lakefront and various shops, I was so excited to get a coffee. There wasn’t a long wait, the staff was friendly and fast, and the building was beautiful. I forgot a pup cup for my dog and they were so kind to make one for me when I came back in. There was a lot of seating outside for us to enjoy the weather. One thing I always enjoy while visiting different Caribous, is the unique touches to each one. This one has gorgeous brickwork visible inside and outside. I love the lamps over the tables in the back. There was also some unique pipework.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Kids would rather laugh with coworkers than make drinks. Ordered online and watched person after person order and get their drinks and leave. When I asked they finally made the drink saying "online orders all wait for the people in store". Since when??? This was in between talking to off duty coworker about her nails and enjoying the time. Been here 100s of times and ill never go back. And I work in Canal.

It’s MEA weekend so I get being busy. But when I wait in line for a simple latte PLUS tip, a large drink should NOT be barely half full. This is all that I order so I know this isn’t right. There’s foam, yes but the liquid shouldn’t be barely half full. With the foam, it wasn’t even a full cup….frustrating!

Absolutely disgusting service. And trashy attire. Worker was touching her legs and face and putting her hands in people's drinks. She was also using extremely nasty towel to wipe spills. I ordered no whip because im allergic and they put whip on my drink and scraped it off. Employees are extremely nasty.

What a fun coffee shop! The place is adorable with a log cabin setting. I had the ham and swiss croissant. I was expecting a small one like you see in the bigger coffee shops. It was huge and was so good. They made it on-site it was not pre made. I had to take a picture of the oh so cute mirror in the bathroom. There is an upper level with seating as well as the main floor. I sat on the porch and looked at Lake Superior. Loved it!

The people there are awesome... early 2000's hip hop on the radio, super helpful, good stuff! Would stop by again for a coffee maybe if it's on my way to and from life...skip the other stuff.

Such a cute little cabin! Coffee was hot and delicious. Pumpkin scones were warm and tasty. We sat in the front porch and looked at the sea. It was a lovely experience.

Bought two coffees and two sandwiches. Cashier was great, however the barista, was absolutely awful and rude. A customer in front of me received two hot coffees when one should have been iced. She was very nice to the barista informing her of the mistake and the barista argued with her about it. Our coffee was done quickly and correctly. The sandwiches took over 30 min. The barista asked us if we were waiting for anything to which we replied our sandwiches but we already had our coffe and she said oh well that’s what I was asking about. They do not take names with orders so people grabbed our sandwiches and when we explained that to the staff the cashier immediately jumped back with one of the other employees to get our sandwiches re-made for us. The barista said “oh yeah that happens sometimes, it sucks.” Could not believe how rude she was.

Coziest Dunn Bros I’ve ever been to. Drinks are on par with what Dunn Bros makes, which is far better than the Caribou up the street. Old school bakery so it’s not going for looks of the building. The donuts are reasonably priced and tasty. Looked quiet from the outside so a surprise when there was a huge line on the inside. So happy with our experience working with Johnson’s Bakery! I pre-ordered donuts for a Halloween-themed event, and their team went above and beyond crafting these super cute Ghost donuts. They were a hit at the event. This local bakery is a gem. They are a popular place for good reason, so be prepared to potentially wait in line (that’s when you know it’s good). I was in duluth for the week with my girlfriend for her BDay. I chose Johnsons and they did not disappoint. To start off my dumb ass send a request for a custom birthday cake with no directions. Luckily the gentleman working gave me a call and asked me what I wanted and helped me through the order. Great place 10 / 10 would recommend. The cake looked pretty and tasted amazing. I do have to say due to the lack of people eating the cake I consumed quite a bit. If type 2 diabetes is my only penance for the deliciousness I would of bought 2 cakes. My family and I have been lifelong fans of Johnson’s so there was no other contender when it came to my parents’ wedding anniversary cake. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious, but the care and artistry around the design was stunning and the kindness of the staff was the cherry on top. I am already looking forward to the next occasion when we will order from them again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I used Johnson's Bakery for our wedding cake and desserts. We decided to do a small cake and donuts. The donuts were a huge hit with our guests! Johnson's by far has the best donuts ever, and the cake was delicious and moist. SO GOOD!

The Loch Café & Games, established in 2023 by Matt and Erin Glesner, is a one-of-a-kind establishment that combines a coffee shop with a game store. Located in Duluth, MN, it offers specialty coffee crafted by Erin and an array of games for patrons to enjoy. The café also hosts events and fosters a strong sense of community where people come together to play games, unwind, and exchange ideas.
If you’re a board game lover, or even just looking for a unique spot to grab coffee, I HIGHLY recommend you give this place a stop!! Matt, one of the owners, is super friendly and makes great conversation! The shop has a great atmosphere to it and is very clean! I got one of the Eevee-lusion drinks, honey lavender, and I throughly enjoyed it! Along with coffee they have tea options as well! Some of the drinks have a different/unique taste to them, which makes them great options if you’re looking to try something new!

Best specialty coffee I've had anywhere with the lavender honey iced coffee. We even came back through on our way home from camping. This will now be a spot we stop at every trip up to the north shore. The staff are all very friendly and have great service. It may get busy and take a minute but they go quick and its worth it. They so offer magic the gathering cards, which my kid loved and have places to play if you want to get a game or two in. They had some really unique items that were done very well. They also work with the local card shops to put on magic the gathering events which shows how community driven they are. Really appreciate this diamond in the rough.

Great little coffee shop with tabletop game items. Very cute menu with a cozy atmosphere and vibe. Gojo's Lavender Fog and Bantha Milk was amazing.

We love this little café and love that it's open later than most other coffee options! Drinks are well made and always high quality and they have non-dairy milks available. Very cool selection of games and related items, too. This is an excellent spot to get cozy and do some work (free wifi!) or find a new game and relax.

I’ve been here a few times, and I love the concept. The coffee is good, but no vegan sweets or breakfast items. I think there’s a hummus sandwich on the menu but I’ve never been there at lunch time. Service has been awkward - the coffee menu is limited, so I asked what flavors of syrup they have. The barista said it would be easier (for him?) if I just told him what I wanted and he’d tell me if he could make it. So, not being very creative or inspired, I just got a vanilla oat milk latte. We were the only customers, and we sat at a table in the window. He called us up to the counter to pick up our order, rather than bothering to bring it to the table. A few minutes later, another customer came in and they chatted loudly for about 30 minutes. The owners (?) came in and got themselves something to eat and then left. No one bothered checking in with us, making eye contact, or saying a word. So we finished our order and left… other visits have also been underwhelming, so we probably won’t be returning. Too bad, it seemed like a nice place, but not somewhere I feel comfortable hanging out regularly.
Alecia G — Google review
I have been here twice and the first time was great. The second time I got told they couldn’t make my drink due to their allergy to lavender. Okay whatever I’ll get something else. The third time would have been yesterday 8/16/2025, but they were closed due to Excalibur Con. Great no problem do your thing. Except there was no signage up saying any thing about being gone, and someone in the building just glared at us. Had to look up on facebook to see why they were closed. Honestly thought this place was really freaking cool but after those two experiences I will not be coming back.

Ahhh!!!! I am so excited they are open and was thrilled to make it in on opening day before I went to work. I arrived about 20-30 mins after opening and there was a line out the door! Plus tons of patrons already inside. The cafe looks amazing. Lots of drinks and food for sale, plus games, TTRPG building supplies, stuffed gaming merch, and The Loch merch (I got a mug!) I am so excited to see this place it looks amazing. I was even able to use the small parking lot behind the building (score!) I waited in line about 20 minutes or so (more than fine. Opening day). The owner at the cash register was greeting everyone, super friendly, and answering questions. I overheard him say they hired a DM for their hosted dnd games and when I got to work and mentioned it to my coworker, he turned out to be that dm! How cool!! (Highly recommend, very nice guy). The menu is expansive and amazing (two patrons were kind enough to hold theirs open for me since I was alone and didn’t want to lose my spot. So friendly customers AND staff here). The owner took time to answer all my menu questions and my questions about hosting my monthly book club there. The barista and the owner making the drinks were both VERY kind (despite being totally slammed) and my Sylveon latte was delicious. They were sold out of most pastries when I got there (yay them!!!) but my donut was yummy :) I cannot WAIT to go back when I can stay :) (hoping to go in with friends later this week or sometime next) my only hope is that they get a menu on the wall at some point, or move the menus closer to the door on long line days, but if not its really no big deal. If you need more time at the register or have (lots of) questions you will never be rushed. Duluth really lucked out here!!!

Amazing Grace Cafe + Grocery is a charming and laid-back spot that offers a variety of breakfast options, including homemade baked goods and locally sourced coffee. The cafe's bread is made from scratch and baked daily, and they serve delicious dishes like the Canal Classic and oatmeal with brown sugar, walnuts, blueberries, and raisins.
Nice place with dog-friendly outdoor patio. We stopped here on 4/19 during a quick day trip to Duluth (after Grandma's Saloon notified us that their patio seating was not open yet [at 3pm] and they suggested we go elsewhere with the dog). The prices here seemed reasonable considering everything is fresh. Lots of folks were here ordering beer and coffee drinks. For ~$38 we had lunch for two (burgers with sides), a water, glass of milk ($2) and two huge ginger (gingersnap) cookies ($1.75 ea but they were huge & really good). We could have split a cookie and burger and that would have been plenty (now we know for next time). Their pickles are like a mix of bread & butter with a hint of dill. The plate (in picture next to mine) had a cheeseburger w/ pickle and side of fresh fruit (cluster of grapes, half of an orange and half of a banana). One thing is I wish the staff told you protocol with dishes when they brought the plates out. I stood in line for a few minutes, after we finished our lunch, waiting to ask if we leave the dishes on the table or if we bring them in and put them somewhere. Not a huge inconvenience but something to suggest for future reference!

Fantastic sandwiches, I had the Turkey Bacon Brie and all the flavours just worked together. The atmosphere is a basement based dining area, with low light and free seating. Overall, a very good lunch area. 4 stars only because the ordering counter conflicts with the flow of customers trying to get through. Recommend checking it out for great local food!

Awesome food and great coffee! Gotta get past the wait staff, though. I've been in here multiple times over the past few years, and the waitresses always seem like it's a super huge imposition to take you. I'm not exaggerating when I say that today I saw a Rock, Paper, Scissors battle to see who would take my girlfriend and I. Seriously? Just understand that you're bothering the waitresses by setting foot in here, and you'll love what the cooks and baristas whip up.

1st time here. 5/31/21. Amazing Grace coffee & Bakery. I saw 2 entrances here, one from the outside, and one from inside dewitt-seitz building, both involve stairs. So I don't know if it's handicap accessible? I don't know if there is an elevator that goes down to the basement. * my coffee was about $3, my muffin was $3.50, I think a cookie was $2.30? Blueberry rhubarb muffin intrigued me. I just needed a little snack to get me going. * if you are a heavy creamer user, Make sure to literally show them with your fingers how much of the coffee cup you need to be empty, to add creamer. My husband said please make sure to leave enough room for creamer and they left like a quarter of an inch... * I took a picture of the trash can, because there is only one small hole for only one style of coffee cup, which is the strangest thing to me. They sell takeaway containers that would never fit in that garbage can so you would have to lift up the top to put your garbage in there.. that seems gross.
Heidi G — Google review
Delicious. We chose it based on another review that said "great coffee". Pretty risky to follow a stranger's recommendation regarding coffee, but it was worth it. Good coffee, friendly wait staff, we had been warned it's slightly slow but just because every single thing is made from scratch. Didn't really seem extra slow though. Oatmeal pancake are tasty and the local syrup is amazing. The pic is the bangers and hash

Amazing Grace Bakery needs no introduction. The food was amazing, absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere was alive. The live music was am excellent selection. The service was really quite good despite the business, and I mean busy. It was supposed to be a 45 minute wait for 2, but we were seated in 5 minutes luckily. Had we not been, we may have missed out on the best breakfast ever. The quality of ingredients is amazing. The menu is diverse and full of surprises. I can't wait to come back. One damper was the hostess. Clearly a slammed Sunday morning, she was a little sarcastic and "I hate my job" for my taste, but we forgot about her shortly after being seated.
Steve M — Google review
Liked the venue and decor. They have a stage which I am assuming they do live music. Service was friendly and good but a little slow, but they were the only employee and they were taking orders and making drinks. I got a spiced brown sugar latte, it was superb, also something different. It is located in the basement but is accessible from the outside of the building. There is also a small grocery store here.

IMPORTANT - they only have breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Delicious coffee, tea, pops and cookies always available. Of course like many places they could use more staff.

Ice cream shop
The PortLand Malt Shoppe in Duluth is a classic ice cream parlor housed in a historic building with a view of Lake Superior. Originally a gas station from the 1920s, it exudes nostalgic charm and offers delicious malts, sundaes, and floats. While it's only open for the season, it's worth visiting for its renowned treats. Visitors can take their ice cream down to the Lakewalk and enjoy it by the water.
The ice cream here is top notch. Prices are reasonable for a tourist place. Costs range from $3 for a kids cone to $10 for a malt. I had a chocolate/ peanut butter/banana malt and it was delicious. The lines were long but they went fairly quick.
Josh L — Google review
The location of this place is excellent—you can grab your ice cream, walk down the stairs, and enjoy it by the lake. However, the long line was mainly due to the limited number of staff and slow service. The ice cream itself was quite average, lacking any distinctive flavor. The malt, in particular, was overly sweet and didn’t live up to the hype. Overall, I think this place is overrated
Nasim E — Google review
Looks are deceiving! This shake looked amazing but tasted horrific and artificial. We ordered a strawberry malt, and you would never have known it was strawberry except for the color. It was painfully sugary with a weird crunchy sugar texture that made it hard to drink. My husband and I are both ice cream lovers, and yet we couldn’t even finish it — we threw a $12 malt straight in the garbage. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
Kaitlyn S — Google review
The Portland Malt Shop in Duluth had a huge line, but the experience was a bit mixed. We tried the pistachio and almond ice cream with coffee malt, which was good, and the mocha almond fudge with strawberry malt, which was overly sweet. The malt portions were large, but I’m not sure they were worth the wait or the price. However, the stunning view of Lake Superior behind the shop made it a nice spot to enjoy a malt.
Mahsa H — Google review
I've always seen this little spot, but it was never open when I was around, so when I saw this open by chance I turned my car around and found a parking spot asap. The employees are helpful and patient. The building is tiny and cute, and the Malts are THICK and delicious! Really, really good!😋 The scenery is beautiful, as behind the shoppe, is Lake Superior, and just to the right of the building is direct access to steps that connect to the Lake walk. So glad I finally got to come here, I'll be back, and I'd say it's definitely a spot to hit if you're visiting the area.🍨

The gal recommended her favorite which was banana chocolate peanut butter to me and it was fabulous! My girlfriend got strawberry marshmallow which was also amazing, you can taste the real strawberries.

Fantastic ice cream with lots of choices. Malts, shakes, cones, etc. The view is pretty awesome too.

This place needs some efficiency training! 50 kids waiting on a hot day and over 45 minutes in line, while at least 3 of the 5 teenagers staff stand around inside….not worth the wait! Please reevaluate your ordering and delivery system to allow for kids and families to enjoy your ice cream!!!! We won’t be back.

New London Café is a charming neighborhood spot in Duluth, MN that has been serving up delicious American comfort food since 2004. This family-oriented restaurant offers a diverse breakfast menu with options like pancakes, omelets, and their famous cinnamon rolls. The cafe exudes a down-to-earth vibe and is known for its homestyle breakfast dishes that have made it a staple in the area since 1979.
Do yourself a favor and come here for the croissant breakfast sandwich. It was incredible and had pesto and so many goodies on it and came with probably the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had. They had melted cheese and onion on them and they were incredible. It’s a cute little place in Duluth and we sat at the bar area so we didn’t have a wait on a Sunday morning. Great service and street parking out front. Will be dreaming of the croissant breakfast sandwich and crispy potatoes.

I understand that places get busy, and that getting customers their meals means making money a business needs to survive. What I don't get is undercutting (hopefully) a high standard of product when busy in order to move people through. There was a wait as could be expected on a gorgeous day, and yet the service, while good, was very brisk. If you can't afford to hire enough servers for a busy weekend perhaps don't offer so many seats. This was fine, as I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with customers. And yet to be out of milk and creamer, yet not provide any disclaimer and still run as a full service brunch spot felt disingenuous and honestly a bit rude. Anyway, I ordered eggs Benedict with moderate expectations. The hollandaise was solid but the english muffins were damp and soggy and thoroughly unpleasant. The breakfast potatoes were not entirely cooked, which made the American cheese (a boon in most situations) stand out that much more. Please take your time to make the food good, and learn how to say no or wait so that you can provide your best. I know you can do it buddy, you're so close!
Sean L — Google review
The food's pretty good. We ordered the French toast fitters & veggie omelette. The omelette taste really healthy, and the potatoes & mushroom taste especially good. The egg is okay, rather lukewarm. The French toast supposed to come with eggs any style, but apparently you can't get it in omelette form or it will cost you extra. I'm hoping there will be more options like turkey bacon or turkey links, or maybe even smoked salmon for the non pork eater.
Virana K — Google review
I have loved New London Cafe for a long time, and the food recently has been sub par. For the price I pay to get a tasty, consistent breakfast, this is not it. The past few times I've gotten the eggs benny (dine in or takeout) has been completely split bernaise on my eggs benny & overcooked eggs. P.S. removing the croissant from the menu was not a smart move, the ciabatta bun was not good compared to the croissant. It's just a shame because I used to love this place and would go out of my way to bring friends/family for yummy breakfast.
Anna E — Google review
Yum! Good prices and portions. Love the platters with tasty pancakes or the fritter french toast. Food was fresh and my whole family commented on it. Homemade jam was the right amount of sweet. Cute atmosphere. Friendly staff. Only drawback is street parking and it’s such a small restaurant that there could be a wait when it’s busy although we got right in.
Roxanne M — Google review
I've loved New London Cafe since they opened. I always come here whenever I'm back in town visiting family. Since being taken over by new ownership, they kept my favorites & I was pleasantly surprised to see they've added on some new menu items which I was excited to try. I have to say though, I was unfortunately not impressed with the hot honey chicken and waffles. The pieces of chicken were very small and I love crispy chicken but they were more crisp, not much chicken. The flavor of the waffle could have been better as well. The best way to describe it was like a marshmallow without the sweet. HOWEVER, my visit was NOT a disappointment. I ordered one slice of the Cinnamon fritter French toast (which has always been a favorite) and the sausage which is the best around! My friend got the breakfast burrito and it was fire! They've also revamped the seating with heavy wooden tables and chairs which modernizes the cafe a little and warms it up a bit. I like the changes and maybe I'll try something else when I come back next time but I will ALWAYS get at least one slice of the cinnamon fritter french toast and the sausage.

We were in Duluth and a friend met us here for breakfast. This a cute little restaurant nestled off the beaten path. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We waited for a short time for a table. Our server was Alyvia. She took our order and we asked specifically for no green onions. We shared the Hot honey chicken and waffles this is Belgian waffles and seasoned crispy fried chicken drizzled with a chili pepper infused honey. It was good. It definitely needed more hot honey. This came covered in green onions which we ended up picking off. The waffle was delicious with a slight vanilla taste. Chicken was good well with a nice crunch. Overall it lacked that hot honey flavor. The side was their New London potatoes. They were good lacked a little seasoning. We also shared the Eggs Benedict this is two eggs any style served on a toasted English muffin and slices of bacon then covered with a rich hollandaise sauce. The bacon was AMAZING! this is a good version of your standard eggs Benedict. The side was hash browns which were cooked perfectly with a great crunch. Just lacked seasoning. Our friend had the breakfast burrito. This is two scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, applewood bacon, potatoes, pinto beans, avocado, and salsa on the side. Large burrito with good flavor. Overall a good little restaurant. There are some things on the lunch menu will come back to try. We did have to go find our own silverware, but our server said she was new and we were okay with the hiccups. She was fun with a great personality.

This's always been one of our fav breakfast place. The food standard is well kept even after Covid with all the supply chain issues and inflation, they managed to make the price relatively reasonable and even with the new menu, it has never disappointed us. Service could be nicer, but everything else have always been great! Love the Chicken & Waffles the most!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Downtown Duluth, Lyric Kitchen · Bar is a charming gastropub that perfectly blends a relaxed atmosphere with an inviting dark décor. This culinary haven specializes in American comfort food and offers hearty brunches on weekends, making it an ideal spot for any meal. The menu features classic dishes alongside unique craft cocktails, such as the refreshing Blood Orange Gin and Tonic or the indulgent UMD Bulldog cocktail.
This was easily the best meal I’ve had at a restaurant in probably a year. I have zero complaints and nothing I could even suggest to make the experience better. There was a group of 55 in front of us but the staff made sure to let us know immediately before seating us that the wait would be long. Due to the long wait they were providing free beer and offering an appetizer per table while waiting. Our server was great. He had an amazing personality and was very attentive to us. For our meals we got the pot roast and jambalaya. Best meals ever. 100% recommend going here!

I went there twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Very very good and fresh food, the atmosphere is very mellow and welcoming, the restaurant itself clean and neat looking. Both times the waitresses and host were attending our table perfectly, very attentive without being "too much". All in all hands down one of the best places I've ever been to.

My partner and I were staying at the Holiday Inn and decided to get breakfast in the morning before checkout. The restaurant was easy to find, having their own elevator button. Upon entering, we really enjoyed the layout and atmosphere of this establishment. We were quickly seated at our table, given menus, and ordered quickly. The food came out relatively quick too. We were very lucky to have Jackie as our server. From start to finish she was so friendly, provided great service, and really made our breakfast wonderful. Lyric kitchen is very fortunate to have this wonderful woman working here. We would definitely eat here again, especially with how big the portions were and how delicious the food was. I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

The service outstanding (Jackie was Great) and matched by an outstanding omelette. I had the build your own omelette and it was perfect. Great selection of soft music playing in the background. Just an all around nice experience.
David H — Google review
Lyric in Duluth absolutely hit the mark — a place that combines top-tier food, great beer, and genuinely lovely service without trying too hard. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you wonder why you ever bothered eating anywhere else. Let’s start with the service. Our server was fantastic — warm, attentive, and just genuinely kind. No beer pairing suggestions, but they didn’t need to. The beer list is stacked with enough excellent options to make even the most indecisive beer lover feel like a kid in a hop-filled candy store. But the real star of the show? The POT PIE. (Yes, it gets all caps — it’s earned them.) This dish is the culinary equivalent of a bear hug from someone who knows how to cook. Tender roast chicken, hearty vegetables, and a pan gravy so rich and flavorful it could probably run for office. And the crust? A perfectly golden puff pastry topping — not wrapped, not overworked, just perched up there like a flaky, buttery crown. Every bite was pure comfort. I’m not saying I teared up, but I’m also not saying I didn’t. Lyric has that rare combination of charm, comfort, and culinary chops that makes it an instant favorite. Come for the pot pie, stay for the beer, leave already planning your next visit.

Ignore the bad reviews, this place was solid! I had the tortellini, which was unique and bursting with flavor. Overall we enjoyed our experience!

Love Creamery Lincoln Park is a beloved local ice cream shop that prides itself on using high-quality, real ingredients to create small, hand-made batches of refreshing flavors. With two locations in Canal Park and Lincoln Park, it's a convenient stop for anyone exploring the town. Customers rave about the fantastic and unique flavors like Buttermilk Vanilla, Chai, Cookie Butter, Salted Caramel, Rosemary, Turmeric Honey, and Vegan Strawberry Rhubarb.
Every single time I come here I am just so amazed by the workers! They are incredibly nice and it’s definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!!! The ice cream is number 1 reason, their flavors are so unique! They share the flavors on all of their socials so it’s easy to know what to expect flavor wise. They also post cute and clever videos that shows just how great the owners are. They know what they wanted to achieve and they achieved well beyond that. Love it here so much. The canal park location is also super great!

The ice cream was incredible and the pup cup was so cute! While the staff was really kind and clearly working super hard, I do think the business has some work to do on figuring out how to handle large crowds quickly. Friday and Saturday night in July, the line was out the door, and it doesn't move very fast. I want to reiterate how hard the staff was working, though! Thanks for some of the best ice cream I've had in the states!

My fav flavor was salted caramel and one with rosemary flavor. We got the eggshell flight case and loved the other flavors too. Servers were welcoming and willing to let you taste the flavors. They are small business so not tons of seating but they do have side walk sitting options and some seating options inside the store. Restroom are located in next big store attached to it. Parking was little tough during the day but we found the nearby spot in 5 mins.

Stopped for breakfast in Duluth at Chilly Billy’s and oh boy was it delicious! Our whole table loved their food and the scrambles are 10/10. Bring the whole crew as we will all be coming back again for sure!

Amazing!! Everything was super top notch, the gojuchang bacon was so delicious. We got the BLT, Tomato soup and the Avocado Toast. Devoured it all. This is a go to stop anytime I come to Duluth, I was too full to eat the frozen yogurt but can't wait to come back for it!

I don’t often take the time to make reviews but I’ve never had such a miserable experience. Only two of the flavors worked and one didn’t even taste like the advertised. The only thing I even remotely enjoyed was the candy which was already limited. If 0 stars was an option it’d be my choice.

Recently went to chilly Billy‘s with the family of seven had a fantastic time. Great food wonderful service eggs Benedict was out of this world and the staff was great Definitely 5 star. once again, chilly, Billys knocks it out of the park with a fantastic brunch for me and our family. It looks so good I just had to take a picture of it. Thank you. Chilly Willy for your excellent service and great food.

The FroYo was good. Staff was friendly and engaging. Nice environment with plenty of tables but not too close together. We were going to take it to go then saw a cabinet of games so we sat and played a few games before getting on the road to head home.

Ok so Duluth is missing breakfast/brunch spots but I was hesitant to try it at Chilly Billy’s just like everyone else! I was so pleasantly surprised!!! The layout is the same as Vanilla Bean; it’s clean, bright, and the service was great!!! The food was really great too, and they do still have a frozen yogurt bar so after brunch you can have dessert 😀! Oh, Bandito hot sauce from Chacho’s (Canal park) is YUMM!

This Chilly Billy's has the Madhouse Smash Burgers and ohhhh are they good! Add fries or tots for 3 bucks. Add a yogurt bar sundae as big as you can make it for 7 bucks! I recommend the pulled pork smash burger, amazing! Thanks Brooke and Astor!

Trophy Cafe, located at 1314 Commonwealth Ave, Duluth, MN 55808, is a delightful spot for breakfast and lunch. The cafe offers daily specials and a menu featuring both traditional breakfast items and unique culinary creations. Customers praise the excellent food quality, reasonable prices, and friendly service. The warm ambiance makes it an ideal place to savor a leisurely meal.
Let’s break this down into different categories. Atmosphere: It is run like a small town family run cafe, very friendly staff, good lighting, mounted animals and fish taken by the owner, very faint music in the back ground. Nice and clean. Only complaint is it is a little cold in the winter time. Food: Burgers are pretty good, the fries are outta this world. Breakfasts are top line, strongly recommend the steak and eggs. Good coffee. Good coffee is a must for a cafe. Staff: very friendly and outgoing. Offer suggestions and recommendations. Presentable. Overall, strongly recommend for breakfast or lunch (they close at 2). I wish they had a location closer to the north shore.

7/27/2025 On a packed Sunday morning, it took 45 minutes to get breakfast. Despite the three servers, the space was uncomfortably warm, especially for the cooks and servers. The food arrived 45 minutes later, and my eggs over medium were dry, rubbery, and hard to cut through. The staff needs a better working environment, and the cook needs to understand how to cook eggs over medium, over easy, and well done.

This is an amazing establishment! The service is fast and friendly, the food is delicious and the portions are HUGE! We ordered the everything omelette and the clubhouse sandwich. We couldn’t finish but look forward to eating the leftovers! The coffee is amazing, too. Great job!! 🏆

This is a great place for breakfast. The food was great. Each item (eggs, hashbrowns, meats, biscuits and gravy) was flavorful and cooked well. The service was great and speedy. Atmosphere is pleasant and interesting. Prices are reasonable. Parking is convenient and free.

Glad to have it here...food gets better and better. Pancakes are full of flavor. One of the best club sandwiches you will find. They use real turkey and ham that are sliced thick... The French fries / JoJo's/potato chips are out of this world and the coolest thing... Worth a trip to go here just to try them.

I had a great visit to this little treasure with a friend. Great food. Good prices. Bottomless coffee... skip the "cappuccino" though, unless you don't mind it from a mix. Definitely recommend the skillets or biscuits and gravy.

I'm not a fan of stuffed animals on walls especially when I am eating. The corned beef hash was from a can, the turkey melt was good. Mont du lac owns this place but does not offer discounts when staying at the hotel.

Nestled in the heart of Duluth, Minnesota, The Greenery Café & Bakery is a delightful spot offering an array of freshly baked goods, delectable sandwiches, and specialty coffee beverages. Whether you're seeking a quick snack or a leisurely coffee break with friends, this charming establishment has something for everyone. From breakfast sandwiches and pastries to lunch options like soups and salads made fresh daily, it's a one-stop destination for delicious food.
Very friendly and good service. Very convenient location for the Holiday Inn guests. They were able to do a special order for an item on the breakfast menu for us so we were happy with that. The sausage and egg on croissant, egg bites and doughnuts were what our group ordered and everyone was happy with what they got.

Good food. Tasty drinks . Very very fast service. They Ned better sinage as to there location. As they are upstairs.

I ordered a bagel that was super dry; hard to bite into actually. And 3 bacon breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches looked a mess, stuck to the tin foil, bread, again, super dry. Definitely NOT worth the $27 price tag.
Ellis K — Google review
Avoid at all costs. I ordered an Italian sub. It was $12. It is literally 5 and 1/2 inches long. See picture. Are you guys kidding me? My wife got a bagel sandwich. It was not even a regular sized bagel. It was a mini with 1 strip of bacon and one egg. We asked the staff what was going on and the answered that the costs of things are going up? Personally I think it is more of a rip off and they are using this as an excuse. They had a chance to correct this issue but chose not to... Regardless googlers... You have been warned! Use this info as you wish., We will never be back to Duluth. This was the topper on a horrible few days in that city. We will never return nor recommend anyone ever visit that hole of a place!

Truly a hidden gem in downtown Duluth. Me and my family stayed in the Holiday Inn over the weekend and the Greenery was a literal GODSEND for this mama of four 🤣🤣 Had all the fancy coffee drinks my kids like, and some AWESOME donuts! The M&M donuts were our favorite--so cute! Love that they were open early too for much needed coffee

The breakfast burrito is a joke! $6 for this tiny burrito (photo attached) that was popped in a microwave. On the very positive side, the staff was very friendly, fast, and helpful. I asked for something simple for my 2 year old (English muffin with cheese) and they were accommodating and only charged $1.50.

If you find yourself in Duluth, make sure to swing by Shake-It, a delightful spot that offers an impressive array of protein shakes, fresh veggie smoothies, yogurt blends, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. This gem not only serves up delicious and wholesome meals but also features the convenience of a drive-thru! During my recent visit to Duluth for some shore fishing—though I didn’t catch anything—I stumbled upon Shake-It after other nearby restaurants had closed down.

In west Duluth, you have plenty of fast food options. But for the same cost, you can go to Shake-It, and get something fresh and wholesome that energizes you and doesn't weigh you down. The shakes are excellent and the sandwiches are superb. They have meal deals for a shake and a sandwich. They have a drive-thru, indoor and outdoor seating. The options on the menu are overwhelming. The service is often faster then McDonalds. I'm so glad West Duluth has a place like this.

Crank and Dasher is a boutique ice cream shop located in Fitgers Courtyard, offering a variety of unique flavors like Mango Butter Sorbet, Honey Lavender, and Coffee Chip. In addition to ice cream, they also offer treats such as creole spiced pecans, almond toffee, and nut brittle. Visitors can enjoy the scenic view of Canal Park while indulging in their delicious treats.
In my opinion, this place has better flavors (and price per pint) than Love Creamery, and it also doesn’t melt as fast as other ice creams. I got lavendar honey and anise. It’s so fragrant, it might as well be its own meal, and while it can get overpowering in large amounts, for me, it’s what I want from ice-cream.
Katarina K — Google review
They have seating inside and a few tables outside. About 16 different flavors. The option of getting a waffle cone is extra. You can get one scoop with two different flavors which is awesome as it's hard to choose one flavor and sometimes two scoops is too much. It's moderately priced.

My husband loves ice cream, so we had it at several places when we visited Duluth. Crank and Dasher’s was our favorite, hands down. In the picture, he got the mango lime sorbet and I had salted peanut butter brownie in a homemade waffle cone. SO GOOD.
Julie H — Google review
My wife tried the blueberry and goat cream flavor. I had the bourbon butter pecan. By far the best ice cream we have ever had. Hope to be back sometime soon.

Wow! This place is the BEST. We had 3 incredible flavors. If you’re gonna splurge on ice cream, go for the custom made at Crank & Dasher. This place is the REAL DEAL!! Can’t wait to go home and still be able to buy it at Kowalskis. ❤️ Plus it’s ALWAYS better to support small business!!!
Sarah K — Google review
We were originally on our way to the malt shoppe when we saw the ice cream cones in the sidewalk. The kids were SO EXCITED to follow them. We ended up at crank and dasher and had a great experience. The ice cream was DELICIOUS and the atmosphere is great too! Lots of fun activities like sitting around the fire or drawing chalk/playing hopscotch. They also have a water/treat area for dogs! Eating ice cream with such a beautiful view was the perfect way to end our evening!
Nikkiann — Google review
As a Duluth resident, I was excited to finally play local tourist and try this boutique ice cream shop. Both the raspberry and mango sorbet hit the spot and were refreshing and very flavorful. We went back for a bonus cone to try the Anise and were delighted by the taste and texture. It was creamy without feeling heavy. Our group was very happy with the exceptional quality. Excited to make this a regular visit now that I know how good it is. Can’t beat the view to take a moment to enjoy Duluth at its best.

The cafe Sunshine offers American breakfast staples like eggs, bacon and toast, as well as burgers and classic comfort food. The owner is friendly and efficient, making it a great choice for breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious and the hash browns are a particular favorite.
The owner is one of the friendliest, nicest restaurant owners around. She's efficient, helpful and courteous. The food there is amazing. I love the hash browns. The pancakes are done perfectly. I've tried many things on the menu and been happy with all of them. I would recommend the Sunshine Café in Duluth to anyone who's hungry. I am SO happy the Sunshine Cafe weathered the storm of covid and is still open for business. I love this restaurant and I love the owner, she's such an awesome person. I'm editing this review just to add a few more photos of the delicious food!

This place is a gem. A small menu of breakfast items and a few lunch items. And what they serve is the best of what it is. I ordered the taco omelette and a pancake. The eggs were the fluffiest eggs I'd ever had and the pancake was huge. Hashbrowns were excellent. Incredibly friendly staff. Two people can sit and have coffee and breakfast for $20. You have to check it out. In response to all the children's art and community involvement around the restaurant, the owner told me, "This is not my restaurant; this is my customer's restaurant." The love absolutely shines through.

Awesome service! Excellent food. My husband and I had the #2. Two eggs toast and sausage links and we tried a cinnamon roll. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. Eggs were done perfect. This cafe literally makes you happy. I wish I could eat here every morning to start the day out full of sunshine ☀️ 🙌😁
Jessie G — Google review
A cute little spot with good breakfast food. It just took forever to get our food over an hour after our order was taken. Our service was great we had a very nice server, there was another older grey haired lady there serving that was quite rude to her guests, short and impatient, glad we didn't have her. It is a very small place to eat though. All the tables are right next to each other and it feels cramped. So I would recommend this place if you don't mind waiting for your breakfast, refill, or check.
Kristal M — Google review
There's a positive vibe to this place; I find that the owner is dedicated to running her café and almost always introduces the special each time you walk in; she's a very sweet lady. Shows how great the service is. Same for the food; I love their vegetable omelette. This is definitely among the best places for breakfast, and I'm happy that it's in West Duluth. ...Still not much places for breakfast to open on Sundays, but I like them.

Caribou Coffee is a popular coffeehouse chain known for its signature drinks, mochas, lattes, and breakfast options. Customers appreciate the flavorful drip coffee available in both light and dark roasts. The small latte with an extra shot is highly recommended for its quality. While some find the food overpriced, others enjoy the overall experience in moderation. Visitors to specific locations like the one on Central Entrance in Duluth praise the ample seating and pleasant atmosphere.

I stopped here one minute before closing (on accident, thought they were still open for another hour) and the girl was so helpful and polite and didn't make me feel bad and just made my drink, another place might have told me to get lost because they might have already cleaned the machines and I would have understood. Awesome customer service! I walked over in a mild blizzard from the hotel next door to get, what I knew would be, a much better cup of coffee. My go to is usually a small business coffee shop, but I was desperate. The staff was very warm and inviting. Paid 8 bucks for a medium hot white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. Lady handed it to me through the drive through window and I thought the cup felt a little light. Scooped out the foam on top and was left with about a half a cup of coffee. Pretty wild. Not worth 8 Bucks

This location is very inconsistent with timing. There have been multiple times it has taken almost a half hour to get a mobile order. I understand they're in a busy shopping area and cater to a large college population, but it's very frustrating when the app estimates 4-7 minutes and it actually takes 28 minutes. The location on central entrance never has this problem and is also very busy, so I don't know what the issue is but it makes me very wary to order from here if I ever have anywhere else to be at a certain time.
Victoria M — Google review
You know what? I shouldn’t be considered a high-maintenance customer or a Karen because I told the employee at the counter that the bathroom needed cleaning. The eye-ball roll was unnecessary. Poop on the outside of the toilet, tissue all over the floor, grime on the mirrors and dirt everywhere, is not a good look, Starbucks! And, the employee at the counter who wasn’t trained to do her job very well, shouldn’t judge the person who pays for her paycheck. Seems like many of your reviews have a recurring theme. Bad Service! Perhaps Corporate needs to pay higher wages and staff new employees and new Management who actually care? Your brand has been suffering more and more each year. I guess bankruptcy is appealing to you. Do better!

Breakfast item was good, served warm. Service was okay. I was told I couldn’t use a $1 off email I had just received that morning on an XL drink. I didn’t get the appropriate straw for my bubble tea drink and my drink lacked tea content. I asked for half the flavor but ended up getting none. I basically got an iced coconut drink. I contacted the store by phone to speak to the assistant manager to voice my concerns she was not willing to help or acknowledge anything I said.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Duluth, MN, London Rd store this morning. Due to repeated issues with the drive-thru, I decided to go inside to order. I requested two Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissants, a yogurt parfait, and an orange juice. The employee initially gave me two blueberry bagels instead. When I pointed out the mistake, a woman came from the back, asked what the issue was, and told me they were out of the croissants — even though I could see them clearly on the shelf. When I pointed them out, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The original employee eventually brought me the correct croissants, but when I asked about the price difference, he seemed confused. After standing there awkwardly, he asked if I "wanted it" and then struggled to process the refund. In the end, instead of properly refunding me, he offered me candy, which I declined. I left without receiving the money I was owed. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive. I expect better from your brand and hope you will address the training and attitude issues at this location. I would also like my money owed. To the employee who will reply to this review by telling me to email. I have done that on 3 other occasions and never gotten a response. Nor have I gotten a response to the surveys you send.

I had a frustrating experience at Caribou Coffee recently. I ordered over $50 worth of drinks and snacks, only to be told they do not accept $100 bills. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was ready to spend a good amount of money. If you're looking for a place that accepts American currency without hassle, I recommend heading to Dunn Bros down the road, McDonald's, or even Taco John's. They all accept $100 bills without any issues. I won't be returning to Caribou anytime soon!

Ordered breakfast/coffee in the drive thru after yoga this morning. When I handed over my $100 bill from a birthday present, staff (politely) told me that the manager has decided to no longer accept $100 bills. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have come here. My breakfast sandwich was unfortunately a mushball - barely toasted. I recommend going elsewhere.

Typical caribou coffee and Einstein bros bagel franchise. The drive-up window makes it hard to know where to park. There’s no direct entry door so it feels unwelcoming. Bakery
Dunkin' is a popular chain of coffee shops with locations all over the United States. Coffee quality tends to be hit or miss, but the breakfast sandwiches are always delicious.
I wanted to thank Abigail personally for her generous above and beyond while my best friend sent me an order when I was in the hospital recovering from surgery and bestie lives in New Mexico. Abby, it was perfect and you are perfect! I hope You get everything in life you deserve and I hope you have a great holiday season.

I absolutely love coming to this location! The staff are always so professional and courteous. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is always a good vibe. I get something different every time I come here and they never disappoint. Hats off to the manager Sammy who is always there with a smile and provides the best customer service in the industry!

The service is terrible. Waited at the front for 15 minutes to order and my friend ordered on the app 30 minutes ago and still waiting on food. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, and MORE TERRIBLE service. Soooo slow and when I went up to order food they said “we are really behind on food, is that ok”. The place is dirty and the line is out the door with no one sitting and eating. All the workers just being lazy. When we asked about our food and waiting over 30 minutes the worker just says “I don’t know”

These poor workers! They are extremely understaffed always! 20 minute minimum wait time for anything food related. I’ve waited 30 minutes to even up to 40 minutes for food. They have 1 or 2 people only working at a time. They need to pay these workers more or something in order to keep them, or get better management. There’s absolutely no reason a fast food coffee place should take this long. The low stars isn’t for the workers, it’s for the store in general because they need to fix what ever is going on here.

I came in and ordered one donut. It was not a hard order. The man who took my order was rude. He asked me if I was seriously ordering one donut. I said yes. He asked again. Like my business was a burden. It was an easy order, took him 30 seconds to fulfill. The man was white, in his mid to late 40s looking, and a little heavyset with gray hair. I found his behavior weird and disrespectful, so I won’t be coming back.

Second visit to this store in a week, second time leaving with nothing! First visit, no way to make a frozen coffee, some machine is not working. Second visit, the card reader at the drive-through doesn't work, have to go inside. Well, once inside, we are informed that there is no caramel syrup to make the frozen caramel coffee. Strike two!

After I ordered my food I watched a woman wait for 6 minutes while 7 employees never acknowledged her. I watched her walk out after 2 separate people walked near the register and never said a word to her. This had happened to me in the past where the person in front of me was waiting for so long I ended up leaving because I knew it would take forever. No one there to take initiative. Service was a 0/10. Do better.

Duluth Dunkin donuts drive through. Great service. We were there on June 23rd. Afternoon. The woman working the window was amazing. She had a sense of humor, and made us fresh coffee. ❤️
