Food was flavourless... Chicken noodles was good But chicken shandong tasted like a local Indian chicken dish Sweet and sour chicken was very gingery, the chicken was soaked and the flavour was terribly off, it was a huge dissapointment. Service was good and quick Atmospehere was reasonably fine Overall experience for Chinese food was dissapointing However since the overall bill was over 2000 inr, a free Tiramisu was given which wasgrelaly good and enjoyable .

Good place to have a lot of varieties of Chinese and continental food. Had spicy grilled fish from here. Since I don't like chinese food, I asked them to prepare the dish without sauce and they did it so. The food was too good and the service was also nice. Recommended for people who like chinese and continental food. Others can customise your dish to your liking as I did.

I recently visited Cafe Mojo located in Kuravankonam, Trivandrum, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While the cuisine was undeniably top-notch, with flavorful dishes and a great variety, the behavior of one of the staff members at the cash counter left a bad impression. He was not only unprofessional but also made my group feel uncomfortable by staring at the ladies in our company and being overall irritating. While the food quality was excellent, this staff behavior really dampened the overall experience. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and trains their staff better to ensure such incidents don't happen again.

A small, cute place forever full of clients owing to the taste of the dish served. You get oriental dish only. The taste lingers. The ambience is great. The waiters are polite. The cafe is quiet, so it calms your mind while the food cools your stomach. The quantity per serving is more than you might expect. So order with care.

Cafe Mojo, One of the best Chinese and thai cuisine in town. Cozy ambiance with decent seating capacity, from starters to desserts everything was super delicious and service was very good. They keep the place very neat and clean. Will visit again.

The overall 3 Star is not related to the quality of food at all... the food we had as part of Umami 2.0 was excellent. For an establishment of this caliber, it was surprisingly a dismay to attempt to book tables. Not sure whether this was an issue with their IVR or restaurant extension not caring. For 2 hours, I couldn't get through to the Restaurant to make reservations. Since the family was sooo looking forward to the Japanese Cuisine, we decided to drop by and try our luck. As expected, "We are pre-booked fully sir" responses came by with a tone that stirs you up. One dialogue about how a place like Hilton gives such a disappointing experience, and they quickly said, they'd get us a seat and requested us to wait, leading us to a comfortable space to sit. However, the Drinks Menu we asked for, never came until it was time for us to seat, which we got in about 15 to 20 minutes. Now coming to the Umami 2.0 food. The menu was short and crisp in their offerings of Uramaki and Nigiri, soups, main course and cocktails.... But we were there purely to try out the Uramaki and Nigiri... And we enjoyed them right down to the end... We ordered their Smoked Salmon Uramaki and the Prawns Tempura Uramaki. For Nigiri, we only tried their Tuna Nigiri. The portions if Uramaki delivered were sumptuous and flavors were excellent. We thoroughly feasted on them enjoying the flavors in full. The Nigiri though had only 3 pieces served, were one of the largest I have had. The thought did go through my mind that if the quantity was split into more servings, it would have left an impact of having been served a good portion as with the Uramaki. That being said, it was no less than excellent as well. Their blend of the Soy Dip too was refreshing and went well with the dishes. We also indulged ourselves with a glass of Sunrise in Osaka… Though there was no hint of Tequila, the drink as is was quiet good. Overall, the food experience was excellent and brightened the night in spite of the initial hiccups and hurdles. Sadly, this was just a 3 day treat. Looking forward to Umami 3.0. Until the next time... or the next course...

I visited the place for a birthday party. The made a mango fresh cake and gave it. It was a very welcome gesture. Every one loved the cake. Now comming to buffet food. 4 non veg and 4 veg starters were there, every thing was great. Salad section was amazing, I had multiple servings. Soup was ordinary. Biriyani was super. All main courses were great. Desserts had enough choices and every one loved every thing. Only down side was that everything appeared to be little congested. There was no space for even keeping the lids. Other than this it was excellent experience.

Sigh! I always look forward to dining here but today was just an "off day" I suppose. The food was yummy and perfectly cooked but took forever to come and sad even a little cold by the time it got to thr table. Yet, the most disappointing was the sad margarita(in pic); my friend's Caiprioska was equally disappointing. Can't go wrong with wine was our next thought so we ordered the fraternelli Sauvignon blanc and rosé, neither was chilled enough 😟. The service staff were constantly missing apparently cuz they were short staffed. The highlight was a young lady from the front desk who stopped by to check on us(I wish I had caught her name) and spread some joy.

Great restaurant, great service. We tried buffet during a special occasion and most of the food we tried, we loved it. Neatly presented. There were live counters for Chat, grill items. Chat offerings were really delicious. Beef chilli instinct was awesome. Murgh Begam Bahar was really good, however, slightly overpowered by cardamom flavour. Dessert section was really really good... Overall the food offered in the buffet were delicious.

Really cosy bar with a great vibe and good music. The team managing it is responsive and overall it is a good place. However the disappointment is the food. We ordered quite a few local (nadan) dishes and the oil was overflowing which was a huge put off. We had one dish sent back too because the fried prawns felt exactly like those onion and veggie fries one eats with hot tea on a rainy evening. So mine was a mixed experience.

Amazing place and ambience. Loved the cozy feeling once you're there,the other customers are mostly an elite crowd so it gives off a good classy feel. The prices are slightly higher than your average bar especially for the beers but the food and taste and service make up for it. If you're a cheese lover then you'll love their cheese platter.

I recently visited Blnd (B-L-N-D) and had a great experience! The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Truvandrum's only restobar. My wife pulled off a surprise taking me here for our 38th wedding anniversary and it was delightful. I had a Corona and a Hoegarden beer to whet my appetite. Ordered some excellent food - creamy mushroom soup, a beef pie, chicken dishes. Everything was excellent and affordable at 3000 rupees of which the beer cost Rs 900 (ridiculous but that's how alcohol is in Kerala). Great service, lovely ambience. I recommend the place.

We had a nice dinner at BLND with tasty food, good service and ambience. We especially liked the Japanese fried chicken starter and the veg starter with spinach and chestnuts. We also tried some cream soup, Rajasthani mutton with Naan and stuffed chicken breast with spinach. Everything was tasty and well presented.

Thoroughly impressed with the variety and fusion menu. I went with my family and each of us had something that suited our palate - a Kerala dish, Italian Pasta, Korean bowl etc. Meal portions are ideal and truly flavourful. Although we were full, glad we didn’t skip the dessert and shared the banana pudding - it’s a must try! Staff were polite and friendly as they made us a drink that wasn’t on the menu. Visited their restaurant for an à la carte birthday dinner. Aside from the birthday cake, nothing was satisfactory. The non-veg dishes were stale and lacked flavor, while the veg options were somewhat better. The bread items were the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, it wasn’t even worth 20% of the money spent.

The Sky Bar at Leela Kovalam is truly a gem. The view of the Arabian Sea, especially during sunset, is breathtaking. The ambiance is luxurious yet peaceful, making it a perfect spot to unwind. My Disappointing Experience at The Leela Kovalam I have been observing this place for three seasons, and unfortunately, I can say that the quality of service here is not improving but getting worse. 1. The Beach My introduction to the hotel began with the beach, which they illegally call "private." It is important to note that private beaches do not exist in India – all beaches belong to the state and are open to everyone. However, the hotel staff shamelessly drive out locals and tourists, which is outrageous and unacceptable. India is known for its hospitality, where people are welcomed, not thrown out from a public place that no one truly owns. But if the hotel considers this beach to be “theirs,” then a logical question arises: why is it always covered in trash? Why does no one maintain it? Piles of plastic, litter, and seaweed—this is how the beach of a "5-star" hotel looks? Moreover, sewage flows directly into the sea, and the smell is unbearable. Do they really think this is acceptable for their guests? 2. The Tides Restaurant – Chaos and No Service The Tides Restaurant is a separate disaster. Booking a table there is nearly impossible. The staff simply ignores emails and requests, not even bothering to respond. Such behavior demonstrates complete unprofessionalism. When I finally managed to visit, I was deeply disappointed. Mediocre food that absolutely does not justify its price. Of course, the prices are high—it is a 5-star hotel—but that does not mean they can serve food that tastes like it came from a cheap street café. It feels like they are simply profiting off their name without making any effort to deliver quality. 3. The Sky Bar – Only a Nice View The only good thing about The Sky Bar is the beautiful view. But that is all. The sofas are covered in bird droppings, and it seems like no one has cleaned them for weeks. How can a 5-star hotel allow such a level of unsanitariness? The cocktails are just as mediocre as the food. The price-to-quality ratio is completely unjustifiable. 4. The Absolute Disrespect Toward People But the most disgusting and shocking thing is the service and attitude of the staff. I witnessed an absolutely disgraceful scene: a security guard with a stick refused to let an elderly woman use the toilet. The toilet! In any civilized country, any reputable restaurant or hotel allows visitors to use the restroom. But what is even more appalling is that in India—a country known for its incredible hospitality—I have never encountered a situation where security guards literally protect a toilet with a stick! This is beyond common sense. What kind of mindset do you need to have to think this is acceptable? I have visited this hotel’s restaurants and bars multiple times, including during the off-season, when they actually need customers. But after such disrespectful treatment of people, I will never set foot there again. Final verdict: terrible service, mediocre food, and a complete lack of basic respect for people. I strongly do not recommend the restaurant, the bar, or the hotel.

Hospitality was something that was really above my expectations. Food quality is amazing, but the quantity vs. price bit disappointing. The menu seems limited. Tried different drinks and cocktails - they are just ok. Ambiance was a decent and silent space. Suitable for relaxed drinking. Don't expect a party or chill space. Clean and hygiene- is above standard

Con's: - Ambience Improvement Needed: The bar's ambience left much to be desired; it felt dark and somewhat dingy, which could be improved to create a more inviting atmosphere. - Lack of Finesse: Considering its affiliation with the Hilton Inn, one might expect a more refined and upscale ambiance, but it fell short in this regard.

Been here multiple times. Terrific service by Mr. Kishon. Very courteous. Prompt service. His cocktails are the best in the city imo, especially the Pina Colada The food here is too good. Do try the Pesto Chicken Pizza.

The ambiance at ofori club Trivandrum is undeniably great—modern and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for dining. However, the service was noticeably slow, and the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed. As for the food, it was underwhelming. Some dishes lacked flavor, we have tried there chicken nachos and BBQ chicken wings. While the setting is fantastic, the overall experience falls short without improvements in both service and food quality. I’d love to return, but with hopes for a better dining experience next time.

They have this special rule for peeps who come has to have shoes inorder to enter their so called premium night club!! Can wear shorts and sleeveless t+shirt but has to wear a shoe to enter the club..!! Seen Peeps coming out from there wearing crocs and sandals buy those coming at 11 pm should have shoes..!! What kind of rule is to have Peeps coming to have a good time don't go for this without a shoe. Kind of a cheap rule..!! No wonder why this club is not getting so much of a promo..!!
