Mam & dad worked there in the 70's & she wanted to see what might be on show. Although I booked our tickets online we weren't asked to show anything when we arrived. I will fully admit that I didn't feel the warm, welcoming feeling that you got from the old Clerys, the new version whilst still under construction is bright but it's cold and more like the ground floor of an American office block but that could all change once the different shops start moving in and the customers start to return.
