It started with a dirty parking lot - I guess we missed the valet. Then, we had a broken menu with missing pages and the order of the pages was off. Thankfully, I checked the menu online and knew exactly what I wanted to order. The waiter seemed like a newbie and was a bit nervous.
However, the ambiance was top-notch, with perfectly designed interiors and a nice TV placement with good vibe pictures. There was a kitty party going on in the background, which made it a bit noisy, but that was okay.
The lemon ice tea was good, but not freshly brewed. The pumpkin ravioli was salty, and the pumpkin seemed to come straight out of a can. The Sicilian pizza we ordered was nothing like the real deal - it was more like their own version, which was still good because I like pizza and don't think there's such a thing as bad pizza. I regret NOT ordering the standard margherita. The red pasta was the only dish that met our expectations.
Overall, I feel that in the name of standardizing for franchising, they've butchered Italian cuisine. I feel bad that this can't be a go-to place for Italian food."

1. The staff is very friendly and patient. They answered all our questions. They helped us narrow down on what we wanted.
2. Their caprese salad was simply amazing. Probably the best I've ever had. It was very well balanced.

Prego means 'welcome' in Italian. An anniversary warranted a special dinner on this auspicious occasion. After a few choices were discussed, Prego, known for its Italian and located at the Westin Hotel in Mindspace was the winner.
Ambience
As can be expected, given its five star rating as a hotel, the restaurant too did not disappoint. Located on the lower level, the restaurant greets you with an array of wine bottles from different ages and varied locations. As you enter the dining area, you can visually see the kitchen and all it has to offer with the chef's keeping quite busy. Further down the dining we observed what seemed like a patio with a group enjoying their dinner. Above the kitchen were some slogans in Italian to give you an authentic vibe and one translation suggested "To have a stranger over for a meal is to find a new friend".
Service
Not sure if their service is usually slow, but in our case we were cozily tucked away enough that it became hard to catch the waiters when needed. This resulted in a longer than usual wait time, which was fine for a casual dinner but could be improved. Even the frequency of seeing staff walk by might have helped our experience in this regard.
The courteous bit they did offer was a cold tiramisu when we mentioned the occassion for which we were there. We give them credit as it is the thought that counts.
Food
We ordered a fried starter of cheese which tasted quite nice. We added a couple of Pizzas for the family to share which were good, but could have been more Neapolitan for that authentic Italian experience. The tagliatelle Neopolitan was well prepared and I liked that it was available with chicken! The stand out dish for us though had to be the mushroom risotto. From experience and discussions with Italian friends, it is hard to get the risotto just right as the rice either gets overcooked or undercooked within just a few minutes while cooking. So only a professional can usually get it spot on and kudos to them for this!
Overall, a good experience with appropriate rates. It could have been better for sure to get closer to Italian authenticity, but still a nice place for the odd occasion. Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc....

Sad thing about the buffet is that they lack in Barbecue and Dessert section. Specially I found it very low on Sunday brunch. I ordered Chicken and Sole Fish cut from barbecue section to grill. Both the cuts were very dry n that too without any flavor.

This restaurant is present at the basement of the famed Westin hotel at mindspace IT park. This is definitely a fine dining experience which is off the charts. They specialize in Italian food and their menu is a very compact but varied collection of Italian dishes. The ambience is amazing but then again it’s a fine dining one so that is expected. They also have an outdoor pool sitting area but it’s better to sit there during winter or at late nights. The menu covers appetizers to some popular Italian main dishes. I started with the mushroom soup and it was just amazing with a proper smell and taste of truffles. I tried the thin crust pizza, pasta and lasagna and all were cooked to near perfection. Specially the lamb lasagna was just cooked to the perfect taste and texture.The staff are very nice and they can also customize as per your requirement. The price is sky high which makes it worth maybe once or twice but I wouldn’t come to it frequently or for a hearty meal. 3 ppl can easily reach 3500 without drinks. The drinks menu plenty but extremely pricey. So if you are passing by or looking for some authentic Italian food definitely pass by.

The shop has relocated since my childhood days but the pizzas still had the soft, fresh taste along with the flavorful toppings that I remembered from my old days.
Much of their system & layout remains the same (no real place to sit / dine, driveway delivery in parked car, takeaway etc). The orders are fulfilled pretty quickly though. Just that the cost probably isn't as pocket friendly as it used to be, especially considering the size of the pizza :) nonetheless definitely a must visit place still.

Who doesn't love dining with a beautiful view? If you do then sliced hyd is the place you must definitely visit. It's located on the 5th floor of park view estate, near kbr park, in same building as hubber & holly and Creamstone.
You can see a bird view of the beautiful greenary of KBR park from the top of the rooftop and windy air all around by hopping onto some hot pizzas. The dining experience is really amazing.

The ambience at this new outlet is really good too. They have so many seating options, which I really love. They have an open kitchen, which is amazing. I really like the concept of open kitchens because I love witnessing how my favorite dishes are being made!
From the Italiano menu - cannelloni is a must try. It is a tube type of lasagna. It tastes amazing!
They serve authentic neopolitan style pizzas. I love almost the entire pizza menu. Mutton kheema is the best. It is specifically curated for the Hyderabadi palate. Chicken pepperoni, pesto chicken, chicken 65 are really good. I suggest their signature 20 inch pizza, which can be done with choice of toppings. I always choose 4 different toppings and love it!
They have outdone themselves with the Pan Asian menu. Starters like chicken salt and pepper, Manchurian, chicken lollipops are amazing. The fried rice and noodles are really good. They have steamed and fried dimsums, which are so good.
Coming to the desserts, the cheesecake at ZZA is hands down, the best in town. I absolutely love it.
They have now launched an entire new range of desserts from brownies to pies. I tried their walnut pie and it is good.
This is one of my fav places in town and I'm a regular here. They have the best pizza, cheesecake and now Pan Asian. This is must visit place!

Irish Cold Coffee was excellent, a must try. Cold Coffee and Caramel Brownie Frappe were good as well

Visited #ZzaBar with family/friends couple of days back, only to have an average experience, be it for their service, food or ambience.
For the first look, place looked nice from entrance. Once we stepped in, we realised that there was a mess in between the restaurant that the P.G guys use that is beside this restaurant. That itself was a dampener for a good restaurant experience. Then the limited outside seating was filled with smoke, so we had to choose the seating located inside, which has about 12 to 15 seater. Though we got inside, the smell of smoke followed us inside regardless 🤷🏻♂️
We were the only ones to dine in at that point and given that, we really felt it was a tepid service.
Speaking about the food, we ordered veg munchuria, schezwan fried rice, Alfredo and pesto.
Munchuria was decent and so was Alfredo.
Rice was overdone and hard to the bottom in schezwan fried rice 😒. Pesto was average at best and needs improvement with their sauce and when conveyed the same, management said we need acquired taste for the dish and we are spoiled by other Italian restaurants in Hyderabad who made the dish Indianised 🤦🏻♂️
So, to compensate our experience with fried rice, they offered a complimentary cheesecake, which they claim to be the best in town.
While it may not be the best, it was good, a little less compote on it would have helped to elevate the taste.
It was a pretty average experience overall for us and we had to head back to different place to fill our stomachs as we dint wanted to order more.

During this pandemic they have manged to close both the outlets from rdno36 , madhapur one and finally open a bigger and much better one in Whitefield kondapur. Had an amazing time here at zza. It's a cosy, snug place right at the heart of Whitefields. It has a variety of seating options, along with a small football turf adjoining it. I sat with my friends at a five person table outside the kitchen and it was well ventilated, bright and breezy.
The food is great, everything we ordered was above average. We ordered manchuria, chicken wings, three types of pizza, pasta, blueberry cheesecake and Belgian chocolate cake. I can't stress enough on how essential it is to try the manchuria and the cake, they were outstanding.
The staff is friendly, the ambience is good, and food is brought to the table pretty quickly. The place is pretty easy on the wallet too, compared to it's counterparts in jubilee hills / banjara hills. I took four of my friends out for lunch here and the grand total was still well under 3k.
The place is a little busy around the evening hours, but it's very easy to find a table at any other point in the day.
I'm certainly going back to this place, considering how convenient the location is, and how good and affordable the food is. I recommend it strongly.

We stopped by for lunch ,it was tucked away in a quite lane with lovely large window overlooking a green garden. The menu was large but since it was just two of us we ordered a burger and spaghetti. The spaghetti supremo and the pulled mutton burger with hoisin sauce were delicious. The plates was large too and we were full with no space for the tempting desserts. It's a lovely place for a quite sit down lunch where one can enjoy food and also have a conversation. The staff was very good too, made recommendations when asked and the food came promptly too.

Went there for a quick dinner. Ordered a brocoli soup which was very nice. Some breadsticks on the side would have been good.
Ordered antipasti which was the star of the show. It had eggplant, olives, sundried tomatoes 🍅 and lots of good stuff. We simply loved it.

We ordered French toast, Sandwich, English breakfast with mushroom omelette and Hot Chocolate. The only thing I ate differently from my wife was two portions of mushrooms. We had ordered Pizza, Fish and Chips, burgers Kimbap, red velvet and chocolate cake. All were super good except Kimbap as it tasted horrible. Fish and chips are a must try here. However, their service is super duper slow. We waited for Almost 1.5 hrs for them to serve our food. Kaafo has actually been around for a while now. I had been here a couple of times when it looked a bit different. The management recently changed and now they are a concept cafe. Nice looking place with all sorts of posters of music related artists, wall paintings, caricature, piano floors and what not. Its a cool place to hangout. There is space both inside and outside. Interesting thing is they oven give hand sanitizer on the tables. There is a guitar if you wanna play some tunes and also a few books to read if you're alone and waiting for someone. You might be waiting for someone cause the place is quite remote far within the interiors of sainikpuri/yapral. But it really gives a nice quiet and peaceful feel to the place. I didn't see a lot of people around and they don't get much in terms of customers except probably on the weekends, but it is worth it to be there for some chill time; if you just wanna escape the hustle and bustle of the city and if you wanna sit in a place without and disturbances for long stretches of time, this is the place. Sonehow I only feel if they chairs were more comfortable there would be no other place to go. The food tastes good; even though it isn't presented very well. Had visited the place before the pandemic and the lockdown. It is actually a decent place to have some quiet time and grab a cup of coffee. Not very expensive,yet it might feel a little heavy on your wallet though. The place now has been renamed as BOHO under the new management. Reckon the pandemic had forced these changes. The new management have made the ambiance better than before. The food is good. Had the orange mojito and it was good. The service is better now. Loved the place. Taste of food was excellent and service was quick. Staffs were also courteous. The ambience is awesome. Rustic feeling but some table and chairs need fix. Overall nice atmosphere and reasonable rate. Parking is limited but you can park on the shoulder of the road if it's empty. I went on a weekend so got the roadside parking. But worth a visit especially with kids. I went in the afternoon so don't know how it will be in the evening but it's kind of open place (small backyard garden kind of) and you need to be careful about mosquitoes.

The food was extraordinary for the price. You could definitely get better tasting pizzas for that price. Apart from food, the service was super slow. Also the starters were served cold.

One of the prettiest places in Hyderabad right now. Lush greenery, simple seating and some brilliant pizzas. I always kept missing a good wood fired pizza in Hyderabad and then this pops up on the ever bustling Rd no 45. But it's just so unlike any other eatery on that street. The Place looks well set up, I loved the ambiance and the theme, felt like close to the nature.

To start off with we had some Ice teas , fries and chicken wings, I just loved spicy chicken wings, The spicy really hit us hard but the taste definitely will make u crave for it. Garlic bread, fries and wedges were on point as well.
Coming to the Pizzas , we tried out half n half Pizzas i.e. Pepperoni & Veg Pizza and Buffalo chicken & Chicken tikka Pizza. Personally i loved Chicken tikka Pizza 🤤 Do try that out.
we also tried their coffee i.e. mocha , cappuccino which were on point.
To end with we definitely needed something sweet so went with chocolate pastry with ice cream

This is a backyard of a bunglow which is reformed in a hangput place with greens and fresh air adding to the ambience. This plave is crafted in such a way that one can spend a whole day here. Chicken Parmesan : These were Crumb filled hand pounded chicken breast. 8 pieces of these were perfect and juicy. Served with a dip.
Cluck Cluck 9 inches Pizza : Thin Crust Wood froed pizza, topped up with onions and two types of chicken and cheese. The flavours of pizza did justice to it. The chicken chunks were flavourfull.
Passion Fruit Iced Tea : This was honestly tasteless. I had it replaced two times and had the same experience. I personally feel that they should have a look with whats wrong in this.
Apart from this, it is a lovely place to hangout. Totally in love with the greenery. The ambience has my heart. I hope this was helpful.

It is a good place ( not the best in Hyd) but definitely not bad. I had pizzas which were handled tossed and baked in fire live. That is unique. Also the drinks are natural. A little on the expensive side but definitely a once visit. The pizzas are not too cheesy which is definitely good .

I USED to LOVEEEE This place. They were amongst the first ones to get original Neapolitan style pizzas in hyd!
But not anymore! We ordered pesto garlic bread - after specifically saying please put pesto well. It was scattered and so less .. the base felt so dry
The pizza was underwhelming , the onions were so raw- for charging 700 for a pizza it felt we were served 200-300 quality pizza.
Not coming back here for pizza. It’s expensive and just no efforts to make it authentic. The base was barely made right

I live in Europe and was visiting Hyderabad for a few weeks. Me and my partner were having a hard time adjusting to the food in India and thats when we were recommended Frescos pizza as they are known to make authentic Italian pizzas.
We went during lunch time and tried a couple of pizzas and lasagna. I was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavour. Last ball sixer for me was, their customer service - to bring a smile on their customer's face :) When we asked for bill, before the bill came, there was eggless brownie just coming out of oven with chocolate on top.... absolutely a heavenly feeling. When we were delightfully leaving the premise, I could see they were happy because their customers were happy.
