While dessert is usually minimal and delicate, not a major part of an omakase dinner, the two small mochi flour discs with dipping sauce was uninteresting and didn't taste good, almost like someone had to whip up something quickly to finish off the meal. The overall experience felt really lacking for one of the most expensive omakases in Boston, especially compared to other options that are now available.

Tuna tartare was exceptionally good. Bone marrow was fantastic. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Staff brought out a dessert, as we were celebrating a birthday and we also got the freshly baked cookies (you will be happy you got them). If I had to complain about anything, and this is barely a complaint, it’s that the atmosphere was a bit sterile. Nothing wrong with it, as it’s on par with any top notch steak house, but if I had to be critical of anything there was not much character. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
