What an amazing store, lots of ornate points of interest, stained glass windows, spiral staircase, fancy fretwork, banisters, and a dome of epic proportions. The Australian Clock is a truly wonderful thing to behold. I wanted to spend more time looking around, but we were on a mission and only managed a brief viewing.

Birkenhead Point is an okay place to visit. There weren’t many shops or food options, which was a bit disappointing if you’re expecting a big outlet experience. That said, the view by the water was absolutely amazing and probably the best part of the visit. It’s a clean and peaceful spot, great for a quick stroll or to sit and relax. Worth a short visit, especially if you’re nearby, but not something I’d go out of my way for.

I went with my 3 year old daughter I have to admit the city hasn’t got much for kids to play when we go to the Pitt street mall however when we went to Lego she had the time of her life playing with Lego other kids and two levels of fun we even bought an Elsa Lego puzzle And I being the adult had a great time cause my daughter enjoyed herself and she wasn’t bored

It's always crowded. There are obviously lots of store and food court. (Somehow, there is always a construction nearby as well) Despite the crowd and loud noise, you still can find a spot to simply rest, wait for a friend, or enjoy your meal

Multiple level shopping plaza with access to the Sydney Eye Tower. It was a very modern building with high level shops within. The facilities were well cared for and clean.

I took my son to the Sydney Eye at 10am and it was the perfect time! No line ups, hardly anyone there, it was easy and friendly and fun! We LOVED the experience. Side note for anyone visiting that they only accept cash payments at the top of the tower 💰

Valet is supposed to be convenient which is why we pay double to have our car parked. This is everything but luxury. There is one to two people on the floor during a busy Friday. Workers standing inside twiddling their thumbs instead of parking our cars. They don’t open or close doors, open boots for your shopping bags. Nothing. Learn customer service and give us what we pay for. I literally waited over 20 minutes in a line to have someone give me service so I can leave my car!

The best arcade to play tourist in the city. Aesthetically pleasing, taking you back to nostalgic moments while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. May I recommend Gumption Coffee by Coffee Alchemy, it is absolutely the best and most consistent. I loved the decor especially around Christmas time.

There is plenty of brands from Versace, Victoria’s Secret, UGG, Strand, Snooze, Smiggle, Road & Gunn, Platypus Shoes, Peter Alexander, Max Mara, Adidas, Nike, Armani, Billabong, Calvin Klein, Ferragamo, GANT and much more. There’s a great little children’s playground situated near the food court which has a small selection of places to eat or drink such as Bamboo Sushi 🍣, Mad Mex, Roll’d, Maharaja’s Indian Cuisine, Oporto and more as well as a Gellatissimo for a beautiful dessert. Situated throughout the centre is also Lindt Chocolate Outlet, Muffin Break and others. The centre basically consists of 2 main floors with the upper floor holding more shops from what I saw. There’s plenty of seating situated throughout and very good toilet 🚻 facilities including disabled toilets. It’s very wheelchair 🦼 accessible and plenty of parking 🅿️. I wouldn’t say it’s cheaper to come as the sales/specials I saw were pretty much on a par with the same shops in main stream shopping centres. It’s an easy centre to get around. Broadway Shopping Centre is the best and our favourite place to go to! With a great playground, books and colouring supplies always available and most importantly the crafts for kids that my girls love so much! Katie is the best! The girls adore her!

It has Kmart, Target, Jacaranda crystals, food courts, etc. It's a shopping mall for everyone. Kmart is affordable. We can shop for crystals, shoes, electronics, etc. Lots of food courts where you can Indian food, Berger, deserts, coffee, juice, etc.

Shopping here is very convenient, with everything you need from Kmart, Target, Coles, Harris Farms, and the Apple Store. The food area is especially great, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes from different countries! There are also many beauty salons inside the shopping centre, including hair salons, cosmetic stores, and nail, brow, and lash studios — all offering excellent services at very reasonable prices compared to others. There’s even a spacious, modern, and airy play area for children — something that most other shopping centres don’t have! My family, especially my daughter, really loves coming to this shopping centre whenever we get the chance! 🩷

Market City is such a fun place to visit in the heart of Haymarket. It has a great mix of outlet shops, Asian supermarkets, and plenty of food options. Paddy’s Market downstairs is always buzzing – perfect for fresh fruit, snacks, and souvenirs. The centre itself feels clean and well looked after, and the dining area upstairs has some really nice Asian restaurants. It’s also super easy to get to by train or light rail. The 3rd floor has some other dining options. The shopping centre is on the 2nd floor. MCSC is easily accessible, being a short walk from Central Station.

For us, the visit to this shopping centre became quite an extraordinary experience. On a recent road trip from Melbourne to QLD, while returning via the east coast, we stayed in Sydney for a couple of days. During that time, we visited Bondi Beach, had some lunch there and then decided to visit this amazing Westfield shopping centre in Bondi Junction. We drove in to the car park and parked in their multi level parking facility. Then took the elevators down. Looked through the beautiful shops/stores selling a wide array of merchandise, huge varieties of products and so on. But when it was time to leave, we just couldn't find our car 🤣😂. Because there are two adjoining towers in this shopping centre with their own parking areas, it became quite confusing. For a while, we ended up going from one level to another, taking different elevators, going from one building to another and so on. So much so, that even the very helpful information counter staff, could not provide the exact solution. He advised us to contact the security officer or some parking assistant who seemed non existent during that time. Another very helpful gentleman told us that he's been coming here since they opened and he still has difficulty locating his car on occasions. He further said that, when this shopping centre first opened many customers lost their vehicles and that it was a nightmare. 🤣😂😁😅 Anyway, after wasting about half an hour, we finally managed to locate our vehicle. As such, based on this experience, I would recommend first time visitors or interstate travellers using these car parking facilities here, to take some pictures of their vehicles with as much information as possible before taking the elevators down. At the end of the day though, for us it became something like a Piss-Farting adventure! 🤣😅😂😁😄

This westfield is soo large and there are apparently 5 floors which i didnt have enough time to explore. Plenty of shops and also foods/drinks around. There are quite a few pop up stores as well. Nice experience

This morning, I had an unexpected accident at the Bondi Junction mall when my shoelace got caught in the escalator after I stepped aside to tie it. One of the security guards immediately came to check if I was okay and kindly asked me to stay for a moment. Shortly after, another security guard arrived with a first aid kit and carefully treated my injury while giving me an ice pack to ease the pain. I was genuinely touched by their professionalism and kindness. They continuously made sure I was alright and even offered to call an ambulance if I needed one. After the first aid treatment, they accompanied me to my destination and offered me a wheelchair as well. Although my injury wasn’t serious—just a small bruise—their quick response and caring attitude truly impressed me. I also want to thank one of the YSL staff members who came over and kindly gave me a bottle of water. I deeply appreciate the excellent service, care, and kindness shown by the Bondi Junction mall security team and staff. Thank you so much for your help and compassion!

Lots of shops and great selection and variety. Quite large containing a mix of fast food restaurants, cafes, clothing stores and sports shops. Great visit and an incredible food court with the likes of Mrs Jones the baker and simply noodles.

Warringah Mall is my happy place. I can buy almost everything i need there and rarely have trouble finding a car park. Love the ambience and the open air, coastal feel. Definitely recommend it.

The Mall is really big, and literally has every big and small store I need. Parking on weekends can be a challenge, but with so many spots available it is always possible. Plenty of food outlets and a great cinema too.

It’s been over two months now with no lights working near Liquorland and the Coles car park area. This has created an unsafe environment, especially during the evening. It’s quite concerning as the lack of lighting increases the risk of accidents and makes the area feel unsafe, with suspicious activity often noticed at night. It’s disappointing that this issue hasn’t been addressed for such a long time. The safety of customers and staff should be a top priority, and I hope the management takes immediate action to fix the lighting and improve security in the car park.

The Halloween craft set up in front of Coles at Warringah Mall with Nayla was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend- my daughter had such a blast!!!!

Beautiful New Layout & Great Vibe Visited Fashion Spree over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how much the place has changed! The new layout looks stunning — it almost felt like walking through a European-style shopping village, with small boutique shops built into two-story house designs. The atmosphere was classy yet relaxed, making it a great spot to bring a date or hang out with friends while doing some budget-friendly shopping. The mix of stylish stores and open, inviting spaces makes it a lovely place to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend checking it out — the upgrade has really elevated the whole experience!

Sydney Outlet Village is incredibly well organised , from the moment you arrive, you notice how easy everything is, plenty of parking, clear signage everywhere, and a Beautiful New and elegant Layout that makes getting around super convenient. The variety of shops is amazing, with great brands and genuinely good prices. It’s one of those places where you can actually enjoy shopping because everything is so well set up. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an enjoyable shopping experience with lots of great deals. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Better shops and layout. Worth a trip to have a look at and pick up some great bargains. A few to many sports stores. Its amazing though when you do a purchase every shop is putting your items in their bag. Why have all the other shops say in Westfields dont give us bags anymore.????

The establishment is well-established and is filled with branded retail outlets. The parking space is ample, however, the parking lot was quite challenging to locate due to its opening day. The facility offers a pleasant dining option, however, it fell short of my expectations.

The parking here is a scam. I parked my car for 2hrs, paid $11. Left the shopping centre then came back to wait for my phone to be repaired for another 1h28 mins but the ticket machine still made me to pay $22 because I entered the carpark once earlier ( which has already been paid for).

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Security Supervisor Shahrooz and his amazing team 😭🙏 I accidentally left my iPad in a shopping cart, and someone almost took it out of Broadway Shopping Centre — but thanks to the quick and responsible actions of Shahrooz and his team, they managed to stop it just in time and return it to me safely. They immediately checked the CCTV, took my concern seriously, and kept me informed throughout the process. Their professionalism and sense of responsibility were beyond impressive. A special shoutout to Shahrooz, who personally stayed with me the whole time and patiently helped me search for it. His calm, kind and dedicated attitude turned what could have been a nightmare into a moment of relief and gratitude. I’m honestly so grateful. People like this truly restore your faith in humanity. Big shopping center with lots of places and shops to spend time and money in. Several indoor playgrounds, good food court with various cuisine (from grilled chicken to vegan sides). Spacious shopping center with Kmart, target, hm, etc ;)

This place is all light up and is ready for up for Mardi Gras 2022

Probably one of my favorite bus stops around the City area. It has everything you need: the bench to sit on, the pole with a timetable to look at, convenience store where you can top up your Opal 10 steps from it and a beautiful burger place (The Burger Hub) right next to eat where you can get that burger to console yourself because you missed your bus. But it is not like another one is not coming! The busses here a fairly frequent and with get you both to the City and Eastern Suburbs, so get that burger takeaway.

Thursday to Sunday very busy and fully crowded. Parking is the biggest struggle. I think it's all due to location.

The aquarium is big and full of amazing marine life. It’s right next to Wild Life and Madame Tussauds, so you can easily visit all three in one morning. I recommend going early to enjoy everything without rushing. I got my tickets online with a great deal — one pass for the Aquarium, the Zoo, and the Tower Eye. Such a magical place for kids! 🐠🐧✨

Really loved this aquarium. Easy to buy tickets online (and can save when bundling with collocated attractions). Highlight was the Dugong (unique to Indo-west Pacific). But the "ride" thru the penguins was fantastic (and unique among ALL the aquariums we have visited). Located on Darling Harbour, it's a wonderful "touristy" area in central Sydney. It was an easy 30 minute walk from our hotel near Hyde Park. Very friendly for wheelchairs and strollers to boot. Highly recommend!!!

Visited 11am on a Wednesday hoping it would be quiet however there was a school excursion which negatively impacted my experience as kids were running around and screaming especially in the enclosed tunnels it was very loud. The 8 free photos weren’t clear on what was happening as it was 2 photos taken but they AI’d it into 8 fake filters. On a positive note, had a good variety of species of animals, being able to touch the some sea life was very fun. Penguin ride did need to be longer as it was over very very quickly.

Sea life Sydney was a wonderful experience.I have been to other Aquariums in different cities but this one is the best so far. We have purchased tickets same day and there was hardly any waiting time. Tickets are slightly cheaper if purchased online day before. Best part was watching penguins. Boat ride to penguins was very very short. Time should be extended for that. Not able to watch them properly while we were in boat. Very well built with clear directions.

Beautifully done interactive aquarium. Great for kids to learn and love nature. Just wish it had been made with wider aisles as prams are everywhere. Loved the sharks and stingrays but really it all was a joy. We went on a Monday and it was busy but not impossible. I would think weekends could get hectic.

This neatly enclosed aquarium located next to the Sydney zoo and madam Tussaud’s houses nurse sharks and cute dugongs. An interesting visit if you are around pyrmont area. Educational and interesting. Not very large and you should cover it in about 25 mins. Slightly pricey

Loved the aquarium and the sea life up close. The variety of marine life is excellent and the seeing sharks and stingray's up close is worth the visit. The penguins are the most entertaining and we can spend a lot of time with them.

Lovely garden, very tranquil and relaxing with several small waterfalls. Around the paths there are many different types of flowers and trees, some ducks, turtles, dragonfly, koi fish and lots of lizards. That would be 5/5. However at exactly 4:29 a staff walked up and said that they were closing in 3 minutes. I noted the time and rushed through the final area and took a few more photos, he came up and said "Well get a move on" so I checked the time, it hasn't even been 1 minute. So I'm reducing a star for not telling us they close early, no reason given, and rushing us out in less time than he said. This happened on Saturday 27 Sept 2025.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. An abundance of plants with Information signs about them. Pavilions to sit in and relax, ponder. A pavilion for dining is there and I highly recommend it. The food is extremely tasty.

A very tranquil, beautiful Chinese landscape garden. Definitely one of the best designed and best maintained I've ever seen outside of China. Maybe the largest I've been ever seen as well, although I'm sure it's not the largest outside of China. Lots of lizards enjoying it here as well. Only downside: on a hot day, it's a bitter hotter in the garden than outside of it, but there are plenty of shaded spots and there's some wind despite the walls and buildings surrounding it. It took me around 1 hour to very leisurely walk through the whole garden, take in the views and take scenic pictures. And another hour to really enjoy it, sit down here and there, etc. So if you're just here for sightseeing, 1 hour will be plenty of time, everyone else should probably plan 2-3 hours or more if you plan to enjoy a meal or some afternoon tea in the tea room.

Absolutely gorgeous gardens. So much to see, I spent hours in there walking around and finding all kinds of hidden little spots to view. A great place to have a picnic as there are little areas with seating to sit back and enjoy and listen to the sounds. I can't believe that it is surrounded by the city. It's so peaceful and beautiful.

What a gem. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to walk around. If I lived in Sydney I would buy the annual pass. Koi feeding at 11:30 was also really interesting to watch.

It is a nice garden set up with typical traditional Chinese architecture, bonsai plants and water features. However the $12 entry is steep given the size and state of maintenance (for example the water is all very green and has a film on top). The opening hours are also a negative, coming into summer in Sydney it would be quite a nice place to relax into golden hour but they have a strict 5pm closing time. The water dragons are everywhere and quite comfortable with people.

It’s a beautiful hidden oasis from the city. I’ve been coming here since the I was a kid in the 90s living interstate. Being dragged along by my parents and relatives. Now I’m back dragging my own kid through the garden. It’s as beautiful and as calming as I remembered it. Well worth the visit.

We visited Sydney Zoo with my old parents and the kids. We had a good day and enjoyed it. We couldn’t find some animals, which was funny — maybe we missed them! The zoo isn’t very big, and there weren’t tons of animals, but what we saw was nice. The entrance fee was a bit pricey, I think. Overall, we had fun and everyone enjoyed it. The kids loved seeing the animals, and my parents liked the easy access and shade. Would go again, just maybe not for the animals alone, it’s more for a family day out.

We visited WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and enjoyed seeing so many native Australian animals up close, especially the koalas and kangaroos. The exhibits are well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. At the same time, we couldn’t help but feel sorry for some of the animals given the limited space. Overall, it was still an interesting and worthwhile visit.

One of the best zoos we’ve ever been to! The animals are clearly all so well cared for, with spacious enclosures for them all and as a result we were able to see many of them active and playing with one another. The two baby chimps were so fun to watch! Our daughter did the keeper for a day behind the scenes activity and loved it.

Good choice on rainy days as it is largely opaque and covered outside. The koala experience was fun and you also get some pictures to go with it. The zoo is nicely decorated according to the animals you can see. Ideal for with children!

It's located close to Darling harbour, along with Sea Life aquarium and Madamme Tussads. We visited here on a weekday morning. It was less crowded. There are a lot of animals here, specifically the ones local to Australia that you get to see. You get to see Koala, Kangaroo, Crocodile, Tasmanian Devil, reptiles, etc. They also let you take photos with the Koala. There are various programs as well spread out the day focussed on Koala, Kangaroo, etc. The premises are well maintained and clean. They have accessibility throughout the premises too. There's a cafe near to Koala spot for light eats and beverages. Overall we enjoyed the day visiting here and totally worth it. Recommend to purchase the entrance ticket as a combo alongside nearby attractions.

If you are really hard pressed for time and have to tick off seeing the big 5, go for it. It is a small place. The female Kangaroo's are much smaller in size and mostly just laying around. A few Koala's as well but I really did not get to see them in action. A tad bit disappointed but the zoo staff are kind. They interact with you and tell you more about the animals, if you ask them.

Madame Tussauds Sydney is a fun and exciting place to visit for people of all ages. The museum features incredibly realistic wax figures of famous celebrities, sports stars, movie characters, and historical icons. It’s amazing how detailed and lifelike the statues look — you almost feel like you’re standing next to the real person! It’s located in Darling Harbour, close to SEA LIFE Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney, so it’s easy to make a full day of sightseeing. Overall, Madame Tussauds Sydney is a great experience that mixes art, entertainment, and fun — perfect for families, friends, and tourists.”

Visited on a weekday, purchased tickets at the same time. No waiting time. I enjoyed getting pics with the statues. We were short of time so we did a quick tour of the place. It will be good to have atleast two hours so that you can get pics clicked and enjoy the whole experience. Not sure about parking as we walked to the place.

I went with my wife mum and Nan, and we all had a fantastic time at Madame Tussaunds -Sydney. Across all the ages, there was something for us all! Big shout out to Ben! Who made our experience just that little bit better!

Madam Tussauds, a place you just have to visit. Put your mind into fun mode and have fun being silly,serious, pretending, sincere and take lots of photos. If can afford a little more buy the photo deal at the end. Ben took ours and he was fantastic and charming. Thanks for a fun time, my daughter and I needed it.

Was way more fun than I was expecting. No one told me there be props, and no one else seemed to be using them until I did and it just made photos so much more fun. I literally spent most the time dressing up and doing all sorts of poses. Would really recommend checking out.

Today my bestie and I went to see Madame Tussauds in Sydney and I had accidentally dropped my debit card and a staff member named Ben saw it and returned it to me. He asked if we were visiting Sydney and he took some amazing photos of us with the wax pieces that we would never have been able to take together with our beloved bear. Thank you Ben you made our exhausted day so much better 🥰😀

Great little place to stop for a quick recharge! Great food, coffee, and service. Quick delivery of orders, and a nice place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. I ordered the lunch special greek salad with chicken, and had a special request regarding the sauce, and they were very polite and accommodating. I was quite pleased with the portion and price, as it came with a drink as well. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, so flavourful and filling. 100% recommend this place, loved every minute! ❤️

Had a work lunch here, and waited over 45 mins for our food, even with most of us ordering the express lunch. The risotto was delicious, and so was the halloumi burger. However, the fish was just OK, and all our chips were not cooked enough, nor seasoned. The salad also was not very good. I would recommend that if you're a big group to pre-order. The great thing is they split bills and the staff are friendly.

I wouldn't even consider this place a restaurant. Pouring today and hardly anyone is here but still had to wait over 30 minutes for fish and chips. Chips come burnt and taste horrible so I sent it back and got a new plate of chips to find that there are black spots all over the chips again. Asked the cook if it's seasoning or just burnt bits and he said it's NOT pepper and that he would get back to me but never did. Clear as day that they're cooking with filthy pans/fryers. The fish wasn't burnt but still had plenty of black bits on it. Basically paying standard price to wait half an hour to eat some cancer. The group on the table beside me left half an hour after we sat down as they had been waiting for the food since before we arrived and their food still hadn't come after our food arrived. I wish my food didn't come either as I'd have left on the 40 minute mark. Embarrassing establishment

My score of three stars is based on the overall experience. Not just the quality of the the food. Been here a couple times now and always we have had friendly and attentive service. So that’s a tick. The food has always been delicious tasting. That’s a tick too. Price if fairly reasonable given the location and that’s a tick. Two ticks for being pet friendly; though we didn’t bring our dog today always love a place that caters for our four legged fury babies. Things that made the score decrease: every visit the outdoor tables have always been sticky (not sure what cleaning product they use but skin, napkins, wallets etc are always sticking to the table top surface and it’s an awful feeling…I know they wipe their tables but perhaps they need to look at a different cleaning product). Rocky tables; maybe it was just our particular table but every time my partner took his elbow off the table my plate and cutlery almost went flying off it was that unstable. Finally: quality of the food: while it tasted yummy; my partner asked for eggs easy over and was served sunny side up instead and my ricotta pancakes were very chewy in texture and slightly too brown like as if they were precooked then back on a pan to rewarm them or maybe nuked in the microwave. Not sure what else would bring about that strange chewy texture. The cutlery we were given also didn’t cut very well. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience and we would still go back if we are in the area. The bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked too.

Service was friendly but the food took a while to arrive. I had ordered a medium rare pan fried salmon but it was overcooked. Same as my friend scotch fillet, which overly cooked for a medium rare beef. I did try a bit, disappointing. The salmon was bland and very basic. No sauce, not even a lemon slice. I’d give the salmon 3 stars but beef def was 2 stars. The squid game is a salad and chips topped with fried squid. It’s your average salad, nothing special, 3 stars. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries. It was crispy and tasty, not overly greasy or salty, 4 stars. Ambiance was lovely. We sat outdoor on a sunny day, looking over Hyde Park.

Drop in for lunch today and used an 'Eat Club' voucher which offers a discount 'off the total bill'. Once seated, I was advised that with Eat Club, the drinks are not included in my discount. I double checked this as I didn't see any caveat on my voucher. The food was tasty, and the waitress was nice about the 'amended discount' but if they don't honour things fully - says a lot about a place. Eat Club diners be aware!

Came here to compliment the food. If you are gluten free, must try a Hopper from Just Hopper stall. Husband decided to try something new and came back with a warm, aromatic and exciting Sri Lankan dish we’ve never had before. We learned a “Hopper” is a bowl-shaped pancakes, with egg and vegetable options), kottu roti (chopped roti mixed with meat or vegetables), and various curries like butter chicken and vegetable korma. Egg was hard cooked so it made for a relatively firm contrast to the flavorful chicken curry and dal combo (sorry if I’m using the wrong term for the vegetarian lentil). SO GOOD. We also got the Roman style pizza and that was fantastic too: light, crunchy and toppings tasted good (which is to say they were not just junky sausages and foam meatball). The sausage potato was so light and the ragu pizza was just right! Tip: Bring cash to support the produce farmers in keeping our prices down! Bustling market with lots of different, more curated assortment of offerings which made for more engaged browsing.

Very busy market in the heart of Paddington. Great place for arts and crafts. Lots of food, you'll definitely find something you'll like. Worth a visit.

This market has a friendly vibe with a mixture of vendors and interesting items, a lot of jewellery for sale. The food section is good! The market itself is not the largest market... So one walks around it in about half an hour.

Nice setting with beautiful things for sale. I bought a nice wooden phone case from an Australian company named Buku. Buku’s prices were the same here as their website. Unfortunately the steak sandwich we ate was average at best.

Food at Nick's Restaurant was excellent as was the service. The area is difficult to get to if driving in for example, by taxi or rideshare/other.

Lovely location on Darling Harbour w many restaurants and bar overlooking the harbour. The place was not so noisy and crowded when I visited on one of the weekday evening. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a relaxing lunch at Baia overlooking Cockle Bay. The service was excellent. We enjoyed all our meals, the calamari was delicious the presentation of the scallops were amazing with the creamed corn. My husband had the Wagyu Rump cap with Red Wine Jus and he said this was the best steak he'd eaten in a long time. I had the Aged smoked lamb rack and this was so soft and tender. The servings were huge both entree and mains, that we couldn't fit in dessert. I'd recommend sharing an entree so then you can have a dessert too. I highly recommend Baia and would be returning for sure.

Service was poor, waited 20 minutes before I started to flag down staff. Spent owell over $2K for a table of 14. You'd think I'd be loomed after better, even if I spent $50. Food was not as good as I expected. A variety of seafood platters was OK, but nothing to write home about. Service was good when it did arrive.

Fabulous views of the bay, eateries,and boutique shopping

Although it is currently under renovation, it is well organised and directions for the already upgraded areas are clearly marked. The renovated food hall is bright, spacious, and clean. There are many new street food type places from noodle stands to ice-crram places, which are all appetising and decorated with soft pastel colours which are very comforting to the senses. I would definitely return there when the whole complex is fully upgraded.

A mid-sized shopping centre a several minute walk away from Chatswood Station. Its just reopening: starting with the lower ground stores (primarily groceries and the downstairs food court- with emphasis on east asian eats). Parking has remained quite similar: with 3 hours free parking. However, now there is valet parking taking up space near the top floor; and they're installing escalators to travel between levels.

Please note the review is based on the shopping centre only reopened after 18 months of major renovations, some levels are still under construction hence the rating. I shall revise later once the centre is fully functional. I always like Chatswood Chase. First start visiting more than twenty years ago before it's first major expansion. The big bang created a lot more retail spaces and parking lot, brought in even more prestige brands to make it one of the high end go to on Northshore. Then a decade went by and the second big bang. The final picture is still not completed, but it is safe to say that in exchange for all the open spaces, now it's a more intimate experience with a much organised layout. I'd say it's a successful defragmentation of the last expansion for I found the corridors make more sense and easier to navigate. The new bathrooms are more spacious with better lighting and ventilation. Not too sure about ventilation in the food court for I didn't stop by. The shops are also modernised with improved lighting. It's certainly a fresh restart.

The new Chatswood Chase is (mostly) open. But I'm not sure why they bothered. No homeware stores except one lonely Wheel and Barrow - and I can't see them lasting long. The food hall is all Asian - which I don't mind, but there used to be KFC, kebabs and hamburgers for a bit of variety. The rest is wall to wall clothes stores. Did I mention that there is now less parking now that the best spots are valet parking? The underground parking is still an impossible maze. Yes, there is a David Jones and a Kmart - but Warringah Mall is far better. It's light and airy, the new Chatswood Chase is claustrophobic. Chatswood Chase used to be our go-to spot for a breakfast or mid-morning coffee. All our favourite food spots have gone. This was our first trip there for 12 months - and we won't be back.

Was excited for the reopening, had high hopes and thought it might be like Chadstone but it’s not, the food court area is decent with a lot of choices centred mainly on Asian food. The aesthetics are odd in some places where some shops on the ground level have a dark vibe and the shop right next to it is bright & colourful so it doesn’t match. DJs is a total clutter and hard to find things as they moved from 3 levels to 2 and it shows. The second floor is much better being bright & spacious, if only the ground floor was like this. Not many shops open yet so can wait if you’re planning to visit.

Love the new Reno so spacious. Parent rooms are great. I hope they have more baby shops though. It would be great to have Purebaby and Adair's kids again. Cotton on kids would also be awesome. None of these shops are in the Westfield.

I think the tram popular is because can book for personal event And this place only for food and supermarkets not really a shopping place But this is very suitable for a mother who have baby , because the restroom on ground floor , have a very good place for them rest and go.

We had a walk abouts while waiting for the car to be charged. There’s so many different little eateries. They all Looked really good. Will definitely come back and try out the eateries.

The medical centre is great. Good facilities and welcoming staff at reception. I had a blood sample to give and the phlebotomist was thorough, caring and efficient with a reassuring style that was appreciated, particularly as I have difficult veins to draw a sample from. The sample collection was 10/10. Great job!

Plenty of parking and interesting modern fit out to repurpose old tramsheds. Plenty of reasonably priced eateries

Cool place to hand out. The contrast between nice, sleek new apartment blocks and the rustic feel of historical industrial architecture is really nice to experience all around Sydney. We went to China Diner this time. Good experience, nice seating, good food. But there are lots of other options. Looking forward to coming back soon.

This use to be a very lively place a couple of years ago but other than the supercharger, I dont tend to come here much with most shop closed due to the low traffic volumes. The two breakfest places in front are still good.

The layout is easy to navigate, and the mix of stores is excellent, from high-end fashion to everyday essentials. The dining options are great too,there’s a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, and food court choices, whether you’re after a quick bite or a nice sit-down meal. The cinema is clean and comfortable, and the entertainment area makes it a great spot for families or weekend hangouts. Parking is usually easy to find, and public transport access couldn’t be better with Parramatta Station right next door. The centre also feels safe and well-maintained, with friendly staff and good crowd management even during busy periods. Overall: Westfield Parramatta is a top-tier shopping destination , vibrant, convenient, and always evolving. Highly recommended for a full day of shopping, dining, or just relaxing. 🛍️

Never ending escalator problem which is so inconvenient to go to the other end just to go up in 1 level. This particular escator as per photos below Woolworths has been like this for the last 3 months. I hope they will finally fix this.

My daughter enjoyed her bracelet making activity, face painting and free frozen watch! it was a bit of wait queuing but its a nice activity for kids and at least they are free of charge so you cant really complain 😍

Westfield Parramatta is a great shopping centre! The 3-hour free parking makes visiting so easy. There are plenty of amazing clothing brands and a huge variety of stores to choose from. Always a good experience whenever I visit.

Chatswood Westfield is a great shopping destination with a wide variety of stores, from high-end brands to everyday essentials. The mall is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of dining options to suit different tastes. I especially appreciate the convenient location and easy access by public transport. Sometimes it gets quite crowded, especially on weekends, but overall it’s a great place to shop, eat, and relax.

I'm so glad to be staying near Westfield Chatswood! It's a wonderful shopping destination with a wide variety of retail stores, including many popular brands. There's also the Myer department store, supermarkets like Coles and Aldi, plus plenty of fast food outlets and restaurants to choose from. While the early closing hours (around 6:00 PM) are typical for Sydney, it does limit how much you can explore in one visit. I haven’t managed to cover all the levels yet because of this, but I’m definitely planning to return soon to see more. Check out the directory—there’s a lot to discover!

If you are looking for one stop shopping you must visit Westfield Chatswood. The mall is surrounded by many restaurants especially Asian dishes. You can park your car in the mall for 3 hours free parking.

Big shopping centre. Big carpark problems. Hard to find spot on a Saturday, the first sunny day after a week of rain. Expect driving in circles in horizontal and vertical planes. All to just grab some takeaway from food court aptly named "Hawker Lane". Need to have an express parking option, even if patrolled/manned. Cathay Pacific was exhibiting their new Aria seats but queues were long.

Not only are some of the escalators not working, they have a bigger problem - there is a need to curb arrogant drivers who drive as if they freaking own the car parks. It’s accidents prone due to lack of surveillance of their security staffs. Otherwise, work with the council to have their parking rangers to issue infringement notices to drivers who turn into lanes that clearly had signs indicating no turning into lanes when so many care less drivers did on our many visits. They can exceed their KPIs at the carparks.

Castel Towers is one of the large shopping centres in Sydney, Australia. Refurbishments to the shopping centres makes it look nice and modern. It has many retail, food outlets, other shops and plenty of parking spaces. The shopping centre is clean and well maintained.

Very close to Metro station. A huge shopping centre with lots of restaurants and a big Event cinema. A special Jurassic Park Rebirth promotion is now on, attracting many young families during the school holidays. Enjoyed lunch at Flower Child Cafe.

Castle Towers is my favourite one stop shopping centre. It has multiple entrance and exit points which proves very convenient, especially for seniors. It hosts high end shops like David Jones and Meyers and more affordable shops like Kmart, Target, Reject shop etc. You can also find electronics shops like JBHIFI and Apple. Lots of restaurants like Paparich, An Viet, Al Aseel and Taste of Shanghai. Also, food stalls like Sushi Hub, Oporto, KFC, McDonald, and Mad Mex. Heaps of cafes like Starbucks, Flower Child, Stanton, the Mill, Girdlers etc. For your banking needs, there are NAB, ANZ, CommBank and Heritage Bank. There are also Telcos like Vodafone , Telstra and Optus; mobile repair shops like ZoomFones, Happytel, Fone King. For your medical needs, there is Chemist Warehouse in the basement near McDonald. This building has lots of wheelchair access points via travelators and/or lifts.

Castle Towers has truly transformed since I was a kid. The thing that really sets it apart is the fact that the metro station is right inside the shopping centre. Honestly, that’s a game changer. It beats Macquarie Centre and Chatswood Chase, where you have to trek a fair way from the station. Having the metro at your door makes getting here so easy and stress free. The shopping selection is second to none. You’ve got all the favourites like RM Williams, County Road, and even Ralph Lauren (which opens in 2026). It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for a casual browse or a planned shopping trip. Plus, the dining options are top notch from cosy cafes serving breakfast and brunch to more relaxed dinner spots, there’s plenty of choice for the whole family. Speaking of families, the parent and child facilities are fantastic, I honestly think someone who’s a parent designed them! There are two fully equipped, modern parents’ rooms on every level, always spotless and close to lifts, which makes everything so much easier, especially when out with little ones. While I still like Chatswood Chase, the sheer convenience and variety of stores at Castle Towers make it my go to spot. Whether you’re after luxury brands or everyday essentials, this place has you covered. Excellent mall with quality shops, cinemas and good eating options. Palace Cinema located on the top floor and Fortress gaming across multiple floors. There is an Anita Gelato located by the entrance, Starbucks and the Hype store has awesome sneakers. There’s no parking at the centre and street parking can be difficult to find. Abercrombie Street is the best option when it’s not a clearway.

The shops are a bit sparse, not sure if this place is newly opened or not. The food court area looks great and they have a supermarket, cinema, and also a gaming centre. One of the shops on the ground floor has a very long queue. There's a back outdoor greenery area (same level as the supermarket) that has some restaurants.

I love this place. I go there every week but almost never to shop. I just like how multipurpose of a business facility it is, with GP and PT location, both regular food and sweet shops, massage/acupuncture store, hair cut store, nail salon, movie theater, as well as ample recreation outdoor space outside. Some of these are the lower basement level, which is partly outdoors. That area also has a bubble tea and sushi store, Woolies and Priceline Pharmacy. It is a really beautifully presented location with decorations and fairy lights both indoors and outdoors, and I still feel like I have not spent enough time there. A lot to look at while outside and it is a mere 15 minute walk from the Cleveland st business area in Surry Hills, which I also frequent.

I had a wonderful experience at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. I accidentally left my pram, and the gentleman at the information centre was so patient and kind. He checked the photos and carefully verified it was mine before handing it over. The security team were also fantastic, helping to locate and look after the pram. I felt so relieved and grateful—thank you all for such thoughtful service!

This medium-sized shopping centre offers a great range of shops, supermarkets, entertainment, and services - including a cinema, kids’ play area, gym, and library. The Piazza features a nice selection of restaurants, and parking is easy. My only critique is that the food court could offer more variety. Still, highly recommended!

I have been visiting Top Ryde Centre for over a year, and I am very disappointed. The parking has not been repaired, the car park is not cleaned, and the bathrooms and floors are dirty. The playground is also very dirty and there are no chairs for parents to sit while watching their kids. This really needs improvement.

Always a good and clean Westfield, since 1996. I have recently discovered a pop-up store for orthotic insoles. I was impressed after I read the booklet and decided to buy the work shoes and insoles. The price was dear but they are worth more than I bought them for. Having a permanent work spine injury, shoes bought from there are helping me with my everyday tasks. One of the main things I was unable to do was to walk long distances. Thankfully, I can stand and every day more since I bought them. It is a miracle that I didn't know it existed, for too many years. Highly recommended.

Walking areas are spacious, the area was spotless and the staff were very helpful when I asked for directions. Signage was clear and often. It also didn't overdo things like many centres do making them feel way too busy.

I really enjoy coming to Westfield Liverpool. The four hours of free parking for members is a great perk, giving me plenty of time to shop, grab a coffee, and enjoy a meal. The mix of stores is fantastic, and the layout is easy to navigate, not too big, so you don’t get worn out. The centre has a welcoming vibe with events celebrating different cultures and fun competitions happening regularly. It’s one of those places that makes shopping easy and enjoyable every time I visit.

Good place to shop. The parking on Level P1 South ear the car wash bay just near the entry through the boom gate needs some urgent attention. There is trip hazard with lose bricks and no railing, waiting for an accident to happen.

This shopping centre is unique in Sydney it’s not big as Westfield but it’s very convenient and has lots things to offer. Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Bing Lee, Jaycar,food court, banks plus IKEA and many other things in heart of Rhodes. Always I enjoy to visit here

Awesome Mall, not too big or small .Just the right size. IKEA,KMART, Aldi,Coles just to name a few. We always visit this mall to watch Movies at the Reading cinemas or visit Ikea. Probably the best value for money cinema for families to watch Movies ($12 tickets). Very affordable snack deals. Dont forget to validate your parking tickets at the cinema Heaps of free 3hour parking. Nice restaurants like Rashays & Mamak ,Yogurt berry, etc.Awesome kids castlelike playground in the middle.Easy layout to access all the shops. If you're visiting Ikea Park on the levels marked for Ikea for easy loading.Overall great place to visit with kids, outdoor parks close enough to walk too also.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that took place today, Saturday, 9 August 2025, at your shopping centre, related to the Justice of the Peace (JP) service and the behavior of your security staff. According to your official website, the JP service is available every Saturday from 9am to 12pm. Based on this information, I visited your centre specifically for this service. When I arrived, there were several people already waiting, along with tables set up and a sign indicating the JP post. After a few minutes, two security guards came over, removed the tables and JP signage, and told us to check the schedule — all while displaying a rude and dismissive attitude. One customer mentioned she had checked the information earlier that morning, and I explained that I had done the same the day before. To clarify the situation, I opened your website again and showed the listed time: "9am to 12pm every Saturday." In response, one of the security guards said to me, “IF YOU DONT KNOW TECHNOLOGY I CAN SHOW YOU in a condescending and disrespectful tone. WHAT??? He then proceeded to show me a completely different page that said the service is available only on every second Saturday — which contradicts the page I and others had accessed. This situation was both embarrassing and frustrating. Not only was the information on your website clearly misleading, but the conduct of the security guard was also rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional. I am requesting: A formal apology regarding the conduct of the security guard. I’ve asked his name but he refused to respond. A review and update of your website to ensure accurate, clear, and consistent information about JP services. Confirmation that your staff are trained to treat all customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of background or technological skills even though I’m good enough to use google.

Nice shops and layback people .. got a gift card for the daughter. Ikea was like being in London shop .. different was in London at the checkout it usually kicks off with fights or arguments .. trust me it’s bizarre.. Sydney is very reserved The candles were odd .. fire smells lol

Cheap price for the goods. This supermarket has three floors. On the first floor, there are some good quality vitamins available at a low price. The refrigerated products are located in the basement, where you can find a wide selection of cheese, milk, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Many items are sold at discounted prices, making it enjoyable to shop there. Although the store is not very large, it stays open until midnight, which is a great advantage—especially in Australia, where supermarkets typically close quite early compared to my country. There are many self-checkout machines, and you can pay with cash, card, or reward points. One important thing to remember is to bring your own plastic bag or reusable bag to carry your groceries back to your hotel. Otherwise, you will have to pay for a bag at checkout.

A quite large Woolworths which has complete and abundant of stocks from the fresh and Frozen vegetables , fruits and any kind of meat/chicken/seafood/frozen food/pizza/bread /canned food such as tuna,beans,etc.There are also sushi section that you can see the sushi kitchen staffs preparing the fresh handmade sushi on the spot.Also the hot food section which always been prepared freshly every day.Everything I can find at here easily include the Macadamia chocolate.

An excellent multi level grocery and home goods store. It has access to the subway in the basement and is across from the light rail. Excellent choice for food and snacks for tourists who don't want to be gouged. It is busy though, so if you don't do crowds well consider visiting at off peak hours.

Zero stars if possible. Said “excuse me” politely at self service so I could get to the next available register. Lady was talking to a customer and I asked kindly several times and she was like “you have to wait until I finish talking” very passively aggressive. Dude, I’m not waiting forever when there is clearly an available register if you shifted to the side and you weren’t even talking to me, why the heck do I need to wait until you finish talking to another customer. Like talk or interrogate him all you want but when I ask you to move over kindly so I can walk past to pay for my own things. Don’t give me that attitude. Why are you pissed when others asked kindly. This company earns plenty of money per year and yet they can’t even train their workers. If u r pissed with the company, don’t put it out on customers. We don’t organise your rosters. I chose self service register for a reason, not to get the same service I get from the same team with horrible attitude.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the self-checkout today with a staff member named Praneeta.While I was scanning my items, she kept interfering even after I told her multiple times that I was okay. When the machine showed a red signal again, her co-worker was about to assist me, but Parineeta told her in Hindi, “don’t go, she is mad,” not realising that I understood the language. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite saying that, she later came herself and continued to interfere with my shopping. When the machine froze and I moved to another checkout, she stopped me and made me wait unnecessarily. She then selected the payment option on my behalf while I was still searching for my rewards card, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This behaviour was rude, intrusive, and unacceptable. Staff should treat customers respectfully and allow them to complete their shopping without being spoken about negatively or having their payment process controlled without permission. Her tone and way of talking was also so rude. I hope management addresses this issue.

Great place to stop for a quick bite. I picked up a sandwich and a mud cake and also the Tasmanian mint Kit Kats. The place is really busy and people are running about, but there are a ton of checkout lanes

I used to shop here after work if I needed ingredients for preparing dinner etc. I went to use self serve on the lower ground floor and scanned my items. The terminal wanted a signature for card payment. I've never been asked for this before so I asked for help. The self checkout wrangler snapped at me that it was required. I asked since when and was told I had to provide my signature. Uncomfortable with this and halving been given no accurate details about what this was now a requirement, I put my groceries back on the scanner bench for the self checkout goblin to deal with. I'll never shop here again and look forward to the day the store is demolished to make way for more green space.

This establishment is a haven for a plus-sized person like me living in Southeast Asia. Great selection at the Johnny Bigg section and at the shoes section. Special mention to the Indonesian gentleman working the Clarks/Hush Puppies men's shoes section for attending to every enquiry attentively in spite of the Saturday morning crowd.

Stephanie from the Mecca section was amazing, got me exactly what I needed: some foundation, eyeliner and contour. She helped me colour match foundation which I was never able to do myself, and was extremely easy to talk to. Have had no problems with the products. Amazing customer service, will definitely come again!

Went on the hunt for a new perfume in Myer yesterday and by far the best customer service was from Sarah at Goldfield + Banks. She knew everything about each scent and made perfect recommendations, and was super friendly without being at all pushy. Thanks for my lovely new perfume : )

I’d gladly give 5 stars for one particular young lady who showed, good, old fashioned service, but overall the customer service was appalling. I entered the store from Pitt St, Ground level. I slowly browsed through 5-6 different makeup and perfume areas, yet not 1 assistant offered me help or even a greeting. I then wandered over to near the George St exit , where there were at least 5 female employees standing in a line along the fragrance wall, not 1 of them acknowledged me. I walked up to a young Asian girl (17-19 years old) and asked her where Creed Aventus was located, she pointed over the top of a fixture and said “there”, she then slightly turned way from me giving me the impression she didn’t want to serve me at all I walked over to the Creed cologne area, there were 3 female assistants talking. 2 kept talking and totally ignored me, the other lady excused herself from the conversation to assist me. This young lady was absolutely lovely. I was so impressed that not only did she serve me, but she went above and beyond. Of the 15 - 16 shop assistants I saw, only one seemed to want to be there. Fiona spent at least 10-15 minutes with me and showed me 4 different Creed colognes. She sprayed them on a card, and wrote their names and price on each card. I was so impressed, I asked her name and commended her on her outstanding customer service skills. In a time when retailers are closing stores across Australia, you’d think these assistants would be eager to provide the type of service Fiona did to ensure return customers and continued business. I guess some feel being the CBD store, their jobs are safe. Next time I go to buy cologne or perfume in this store, I’ll ask for Fiona the Irish girl, because today she made me feel like I mattered. An absolutely wonderful young lady who went above and beyond to show me the Creed selection.

I went to Myers in Westfield Sydney City. I had 4 people in the shoe department tell me they could not help me with purchasing a pair of Dr Martens. One staff member tried to point me in the right direction and I was told by those staff they couldn't help as it wasn't their area. I could not find the person that was meant to be looking after that area. The lady who initially tried to help went and asked someone and was able to help which I was very thankful for. To those staff who just dismissed me I am very disappointed. Disgusting customer service for a store like Myers. I have always been happy with the service received but today except for one lady who went out of her way when other people wouldn't help.

Darling Square is such a vibrant and modern area! I visited during the Vivid festival, and the atmosphere was amazing — colorful lights, music, and lots of people enjoying the night. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and places to sit and relax. Very clean and easy to walk around. A perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful city vibe at night!

Discovered this area one evening looking for somewhere to eat. Vibrant, busy and had some displays relating to Vivid Sydney.

A moderately sized shopping centre with key essential shops, space for pop up stores, a liquor store, retail, massage and food stores. It's easily accessible via North Sydney Train station and it's relatively well maintained. Good to have this within the neighbourhood!

Management needs to make sure there are functional information boards on the ground floor. There are plenty of working screens for advertising but both street level information screens are blank. It’s very annoying when you’re trying to pop in to get a key cut in a lunch break.

Absolutely dead shopping centre. Your retailers are leaving in droves and you’re just filling empty spaces with free hair styling salons, a games room and chill out area. Your rents are too high and it’s killing small businesses. Also your centre has no foot traffic for businesses to make a profit since covid and the metro opening. Nothing opens at this centre on weekends. Also the toilets upstairs need to be cleaned and restocked more frequently. Greenwood Plaza centre needs to open longer during week and allow businesses to open sundays and public holidays like every other centre.

Best pub ever. Food was fantastic for $10 a meal. Atmosphere was fantastic. Won $100 on the pokies and I never play. So good start to my holiday.

I went in today to exchange the size of a gift I received from a friend, and Kikini (i hope i spell your name right x) was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! The size I wanted wasn’t available in-store, so she checked online for me, and when it also showed as unavailable, she even called the Myer store to double-check. We eventually came up with a great solution that I would receive a refund back to a gift card, and she offered to put the dress on hold for me once it’s back in stock and give me a call. Her customer service was amazing, and I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me find a solution! She was also so friendly, bubbly and omg a true asset of dj !!

Oh my gosh, I was completely blown away by the LYDIA pop-up store! The whole space was so well-designed and felt super high-end. Every corner was a perfect photo op, it's my absolute dream vanity! And the makeup artists there were incredible; my face was literally glowing after they applied the skincare. I even got the limited-edition item I've been wanting forever, I'm so happy! The LYDIA pop-up was clearly a labor of love, it's totally worth a visit!

Extremely disappointing experience with David Jones Elizabeth Street store and Customer Care. I dropped off my coffee machine for repair nearly three weeks ago as instructed by customer service, and it’s still sitting there with zero progress. No updates, no calls, no accountability — even after Customer Care said the case was “escalated” (Case #93899461). When I first contacted customer service, I clearly explained that my coffee machine was one year out of warranty but had completely stopped working. Since it’s worth over AUD 3,000, I believed they would assist me in contacting the manufacturer for repair. The customer service team specifically asked me to bring it to the store, which I did. Then, after my coffee machine had been sitting in the store for two weeks, I received a call saying that because it was out of warranty, I should pick it up and contact the manufacturer myself. How does that make any sense? Shouldn’t they have told me that at the very beginning, instead of wasting weeks of my time and additional transport costs (I even had to take a taxi to bring it in)? Is this what David Jones calls a professional service process? I honestly find it shocking. I’ve followed up multiple times, both in person and by email, but it feels like nobody cares. This whole process has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy. As a long-time loyal customer, I’m shocked by how careless and unresponsive the service has become. I honestly can’t believe a premium brand like David Jones treats its customers this way.

The ladies at the Chanel counter were nothing but kind and helpful, upstairs in the clothing department was a different story. Every sales assistant ignored me, the two 'assistants' in the Zimmermann area were nothing but rude, especially the older woman with short blonde hair. She made me feel like I was smaller than dirt under her shoe. I wanted to buy something nice that made me feel confident and beautiful. Instead I left David Jones feeling small, ugly and inferior. No one deserves to feel like that. Do better. You're not in High School any more 'ladies'. Acting like a mean girl is not acceptable.

Visited Mitchell Road Antique & Design Centre for the first time ever, and it was such a great experience! As my first time in an antique shop, I was amazed by the vast collection—everything from living room to bedroom pieces, with so much character and charm. There’s a fantastic variety of vintage items to decorate your space or even just explore and find something that truly speaks to your personality or passion. I’d definitely recommend visiting antique shops like this one if you’re looking for something unique, nostalgic, or full of story. A hidden gem for vintage lovers and curious minds alike!

Ok food. Choice of Vietnamese or Malaysian. Had the Malaysian. The kampung nasi goreng needs more seasoning; too bland. My friend said the sambal prawns wasn't hot enough like traditional one. Hainan chicken is good.

I really like this shopping centre. Great hairdresser and a few specialty shops to browse and even buy that exclusive outfit but don't forget your tea as this shop is better than T2. Great cafe and a food hall on level 1 as well. Clean amenities. If you want to avoid crowds I would head straight to Piccadilly.

Miss those days when there were much more exciting stores located in this shopping arcade. A Zjoosh store, a place that sold confectionery and goodies imported from the UK, etc. It looks very sad and empty now with very quiet businesses. I hope the arcade will retain back its former glory of being home to interesting businesses.

Best thing here is the food hall on two levels. It's well catered for variety of food from oriental to kebab, sandwiches, fish and chips to Chinese restaurant. It's a walk through from Pitt Street to David Jones. Services here range from slow to very fast service with plenty of tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy your meal. It has a vibrant atmosphere especially around lunch time.

It has everything you need for you. It is a bit small but all its fruits are fresh and you find a wide variety in their food. It opens very early and closes very late, which is very convenient.

Coles is one of my favorite supermarkets in Australia. 🛒 It’s clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of products—from fresh fruits and veggies to snacks and daily essentials. The staff are friendly and the self-checkout is super convenient. Perfect for quick grocery runs or weekly shopping!

Not too bad for tourist like me. Able to get most of the stuff. Do take note of the expiry date as items on offer usually last less than 6 months in most supermarket.

You can buy all sorts of groceries, vegetables, fruits, bakery items, chocolates, kitchen accessories, a few utensils, laundry and dishwashing products, many flowers and ask them to make it as a bouquet. It's a good place with regular offers. We also get opal cards here and they're recharged here. This opal card is useful to travel on all kinds of transport like metro, train, bus, tram/light rail, and ferry.

Date night plot twist: Turns out I don’t need Netflix, I can get a live thriller at George St Coles. Shopped here on the 26th of May at around 8 PM and was accused of theft without cause. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour by the staff. Avoid this location at all costs—or at the very least, MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPT to avoid unjust treatment. While still inside the store and nowhere near the exit, I was suddenly approached and surrounded by four staff members, who accused me of stealing. I was told to wait near the checkout for security to arrive, with no clear explanation as to what I had supposedly done wrong. I remained calm and cooperative despite the deeply embarrassing and offensive nature of the situation. I was treated like a criminal, yet I hadn’t even completed my transaction or left the store. The accusation seemed completely baseless and premature. Thankfully, my partner, a law major, arrived shortly after and helped de-escalate the situation. She informed staff that to detain someone, there must be probable cause, which was clearly lacking in this case. The staff admitted they merely thought I was about to steal—not that I actually had. Security never showed (10/10 for dramatic tension, 0/10 for follow-through). Eventually I was released from my cardboard-box purgatory, paid for my groceries, and clutched the receipt like it was Willy Wonka’s golden ticket. I left feeling confused, humiliated, and a tad bitter (and not just because I’d bought rocket). This wasn’t “loss prevention”—it was “loss of common sense.” IGN Review: 2/10 – “Stealth mission failed before it even started. NPCs overly aggressive. Would not replay.” TL;DR: • Accused of grand larceny before I even hit the scanner. • Detained without cause; law-savvy partner saves the day. • Security pulled a no-show. • Receipt now lives in a safety deposit box. Big shout-out to my brilliant partner and the invisible security team who clearly had better things to do. Avoid this Coles if you value dignity—or at least keep every receipt like it’s a rare Pokémon card.

A great supermarket where you can get anything you want

And does your team always respond to customers who ask for help with the answer (JUST CALL SOMEONE ELSE) SHOULD THE STAFF HELP FIND SOMEONE ELSE? IF HE REALLY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND!!! And can you answer me for a moment, sis? I'll find another staff because I don't understand! Why are you asking the customer to find someone else? Do you think we work there? That's your job! TODAY I bought an orange juice and the machine was stuck. A young, thin man with glasses passed by at 4:30 pm. I asked for help to move the orange to the middle of the machine because I'm not tall. He quickly responded, "Just call someone else. That's not my job." WHAT? Finally, I looked for someone else on my own. There was a woman who finally wanted to help even though it was also... NOT HER JOB! But she wanted to HELP ME. LOOK FOR EMPLOYEES WHO COOPERATE WELL/SERVE CUSTOMERS. DON'T LOOK FOR EMPLOYEES WHO JUST WANT TO WORK BUT HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE TO SERVING CUSTOMERS. That's truly bad behavior.

Very lively place to be on a Saturday night! Lots of places to choose from for a great meal! Family friendly as well!

Best playground we've ever been to! So many different activities for the kids to do. It's so large it doesn't ever feel crowded. Large splash pad and sprinklers as well as an in ground water system with dams and levers etc.

DQ has plenty of great restaurants and spaces to sit and relax. Such a beautiful space yet so close to the CBD. They also hold plenty of events throughout the year - the open air cinema in January is fantastic for all ages - and free! Plenty of good facilities for the kids too! Definitely a must visit for locals and tourists alike.

A playground suitable for all ages. There’s water and sensory play. Slides for toddlers, bigger kids and zip lines. It’s accessible by public transport or by car you can park for $20 all day. Lots of eateries near by and of course the infamous Harry cafe de wheels! My favourite place to eat delicious pies and hot dogs! On weekends, the park draws in children and it can be extremely busy. There’s enough space for everyone to move around and take turns on the play equipment. The only let down is that being a very busy public space, there should be signs of contact numbers to call or rangers nearby to provide assistance to any injured children.

The atmosphere is so nice, beautiful lights at night. It's great for taking photos. We had dessert, shaved ice with mango and strawberries. It was very delicious! Would definitely go again.

What fantastic place for young and old. Kids love the waterpark and could go there each day for hours. Mum and Dad don’t mind the varied choices of food and drink on offer. Each time we visit everybody is happy and having a good time. For once City of Sydney did an amazing job !

Easily accessible by public transport It is a great shopping mall with many shops and designer brands. I wish there was more cafes and restaurants in the centre.
