Points of Interest & Landmarks
The Eiffel Tower, an iconic symbol of Paris and France, was completed in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel. Despite initial plans for its demolition after two years, the tower has endured as one of the city's most popular attractions. With its 18,038 pieces of metal, it offers three floors and options to ascend via stairs or lifts. Visitors can also enjoy restaurants and bars inside. The tower's lighting effects at night are a must-see.
A Magical Day at the Eiffel Tower I visited the Eiffel Tower today and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I stepped onto the Champ de Mars, the Iron Lady’s latticework felt both grand and surprisingly graceful. The views from the top are breathtaking—Paris stretches out in every direction like a living postcard, with the Seine curving through the city and landmarks popping up everywhere you look. The experience felt smooth and well-organized. Staff were friendly, and even with the crowds, the lines moved faster than I expected. I loved taking my time on each level—there’s something special about pausing with a coffee and just soaking in the panorama. As evening fell, the tower’s sparkle made the whole scene feel downright romantic and cinematic. If you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend booking tickets ahead of time and going a bit before sunset so you catch daylight, golden hour, and the first twinkle after dark. Whether you take the elevator or brave the stairs, the journey itself is part of the fun. All in all, today’s visit was unforgettable. The Eiffel Tower isn’t just a must-see—it’s a must-feel. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• No ticket needed: You don’t have to buy a ticket to enter the tower or queue for elevators—just pick a great external vantage and you’re free to shoot at your own pace. • Excellent photo spots nearby: Many well-documented locations give iconic Tower views from outside—e.g., Rue de l’Université, Rue de Buenos‑Aires, Avenue de Camoëns. These spots are highlighted in photographer guides as “hidden” or less-crowded alternatives. • Flexible timing: Because you’re not tied to a ticket time, you can go early morning, late evening, or at twilight to capture different lighting and mood. • Lower cost: Skipping entrance means saving time and money, and focusing instead on the view and atmosphere. • Great for casual or photographic visits: If your priority is the Tower in your photo, rather than ascending it, this approach works perfectly. ⸻ ⚠️ What to keep in mind • You miss the “inside” experience: You won’t go up into the tower, see its internal architecture, or get panoramic views from heights—it’s purely an “outside vantage” experience. • Crowds/lines possible at popular spots: Even external photo spots can be crowded (especially the very popular ones like Trocadéro or Rue de l’Université). Some guides warn of “many people” even at street viewpoints. • Lighting & viewpoint selection matter: Good photos depend heavily on time of day, weather, background composition (street, river, buildings). If you go at the wrong time you may get harsh light or less dramatic angle. • Expect standard viewpoint, not “secret”: Many external spots now appear in photo-spot guides and social media; so while you’re not entering the tower, you might share the view with others. • Still some cost/time: If you go out for the trip, you’ll still invest time (walking, transport) to reach a good baseline vantage.

Great view from the top (actually 2nd floor is enough, don't have to go all the way to the top unless you want to pay extra, IMHO). All that metal took 2 years 2 months amd 5 days to put together. 328 steps to the 1st floor, and probably the same on the way down. They do have bathrooms on the floors thankfully. I feel I earned the right to take the elevator back down. Make sure to buy online tickets in advance, they get booked up fast! Also having an e-ticket gets you into the fast line!
Jay K — Google review
We walked up the stairs to the second floor which was a right mission... but so worth it the views as you walk up are brilliant. Had a refreshment stop before heading to the top via the elevator. Stunning views of the city on a very clear fine day...

The Most Iconic Photo Backdrop in the World! As a photographer, I've shot in many beautiful places, but nothing compares to the magic of the Eiffel Tower. I recently had a photoshoot here, and the location is simply breathtaking. It’s more than just a landmark; it's the heart of Paris. The architecture is stunning from every angle - whether you are shooting from Trocadéro for the classic view, or from the banks of the Seine, or even the charming side streets. Yes, it can be crowded, but that is part of the vibrant atmosphere. The results are always worth it. The photos aren't just pictures; they are timeless memories filled with romance and Parisian charm. For any couple or individual wanting to capture the spirit of Paris, this is the location. I'm attaching a few photos from my session to show its beauty!
Giorgi M — Google review
It's just a miracle. The best place I've ever seen. I recommend it to absolutely everyone. The spirit is breathtaking. And in the evening it's even better because it shimmers. I recommend climbing the tower, the views are beautiful.

What more to say that has not been said or expressed? This is truly one of the reasons why you wanted to visit Paris. Overall it was safe and magical. We have spent a decent amount of time and different angles of the tower and each is truly beautiful and romantic. Just be mindful with your surroundings and you should be ok. Never felt worried or unsafe while visiting Paris, and we did a lot of walking tours and local neighbourhood visits that just show how beautiful Paris is!
Cesar F — Google review
I don't know how you could not give this iconic structure anything less than five stars. Rain or shine, day or night (because it's lit up), the thing looks beautiful from any direction anytime. The only downside is dealing with all the touts trying to sell you something within eyesight of it. TIP: You'll get the best pictures from the other side of the river, and especially if you go right to the end of the park where you are at a higher elevation.

Montparnasse Tower, a modern 210m skyscraper in Paris, offers panoramic views from its roof terrace and 56th-floor observation deck. While it's often criticized for disrupting the city's skyline, the view from the top is truly breathtaking. Located in the 14th arrondissement, near Montparnasse SNCF, this sole skyscraper in Paris provides a full 360-degree view of the French capital.
Great views without the crowds" The Montparnasse Tower gives you a clear 360° view of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower itself. The rooftop terrace is spacious, the elevator is fast, and it’s much less crowded than other viewpoints. A great spot for photos and a peaceful skyline experience.
Strsljen47 — Google review
Absolutely stunning view above all Paris! I recommend your visit during sunset when the city turns golden with the sunlight. Go at 56th floor with a very fast lift, than couple of floors through some stairs to reach the terrace. High recommend!
Francesco — Google review
The terrace views of the city are worth the visit. I went on a Tuesday around 6pm and I had the entire place pretty much all to myself which was impressive. I was able to take on the gorgeous panorama of Paris, including unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower and many other landmarks, without the busy tourist crowds. It cost 26€ to go up and I was able to purchase the ticket upon arrival. Wear a good jacket because it can get windy up there.
Alan Y — Google review
Bought tickets for day and night viewing. We wanted to see the view of the city to include the Eiffel Tower, so that is why we did this instead of the Eiffel. Easy to get to the top floors- there is an indoor viewing area that gives you a 360 view of the city. The top floor is uncovered so be prepared depending on the weather/wind. There is plenty glass all around the top floor but there are small cutouts so that you can take pictures without finger prints, etc. showing on your pictures. There is some seating on the top floor, but not much. Annoyed by the folks with tripods that set up for 30 min plus to take pictures in the areas with the cutouts (there aren't many!) Take your pictures and allow others to enjoy the view too!
Trouvaille B — Google review
Definitely worth the money if you want a good panoramic view of Paris it’s definitely an older skyscraper so it does look very outdated. All the workers were very nice and informative. The elevators worked very fast. There’s a souvenir store and a café. There’s bathrooms. it’s accessible. Many great views of Paris.
Jam S — Google review
Booked in advance the time slot I wanted during the sunset to get some day and night view on one visit. The tower is quite away for a photo, but there is a photo booth taking 3 pictures in different settings, you get 1-3 photos printed and sent to your email, also the animation (10€ for 3 photos. Nice option to get a photo with ❤️Paris on a rooftop.
Juliana R — Google review
Must have experience whenever in Paris. Book your tickets online and you need to be on time as they are not flexible. The tour will take up to one hour from the inside sights to terrace to the outdoor rooftop. You can take photos with photo booth there 1 for 5€ , 2 for 8€ and 3 for 10€ and they are worth it.
Zeinab J — Google review
It lives up to its name as the eyesore of Paris - but terrific views (even though it was a bit foggy on the morning we went). It's a little out of the way from the main attraction of Paris, and the building itself is pretty dated and rundown (inside and out). It looked as if it hasn't been updated since construction (or at least since the 90s), but I'm kind of into that sort of thing, so it doesn't lose too many points from me. A great attraction - but don't plan your day around it (unless you have similar taste as I do).

Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre is an iconic white church in Paris, completed in 1914. The construction began in 1877 as a response to the defeat in the Franco-Prussian war. It was funded by the public and consecrated in 1919. The interior is adorned with mosaics and stained-glass windows, making it an impressive sight atop the hill of Montmartre.
This is a beautiful trip you should do when in Paris. You shouldn't miss it, not only for the beauty of the Sacré-Coeur, but the view of the city is astonishing from there. True is that Notre Dame has the appeal, and it's also a beautiful church to know, but the Montmartre funicular is a tiny wonderful trip on its own. The lane to enter the church is not so heavy, and inside it's beautiful as well. I'm not a believer, but these places make you feel something spiritual beyond your beliefs. Then after being in the church, take the stairs downwards and go through the neighborhood, which is in itself very likable, and have an ice cream (Gelato), the way they do it there.
Carlos G — Google review
If you're in Paris, this is a must-visit spot. It’s free to visit and offers breathtaking views of Paris from all angles, thanks to its location on the top of the Montmartre hill. Apart from being a place of worship, it's also a symbol of peace and hope. I visited at 1 pm and it was quite crowded with tourists, but I still managed to enjoy the atmosphere peacefully. It's easily accessible by metro, and be prepared for some uphill walking since it's located on a hill. Really enjoyed here.
Silvy A — Google review
Montmartre Church is one of the most famous places in Paris. It is located on a small hill, and after climbing a few steps, you can enjoy an amazing view of the city. Most of Paris is visible from this point, although the Eiffel Tower is partly hidden by trees and buildings. The church itself is one of the most beautiful in Paris. I was lucky to visit while prayers were taking place, creating a truly divine and peaceful atmosphere. It also has a rich history, which makes the visit even more meaningful.
Arunbhaarat — Google review
It was a great experience to be there at the time of Mass. The view of the city from the church is breathtaking. The atmosphere inside the church was so calming and full with positive energy. The building is very well maintained and is very inspiring as well. What a great example of great architecture. There is no ticket/entry fee for the church. You can use cable_car service as well if you find difficulty to climb to the church. P.S: Keep your belongings with you and be careful outside area.
Dhruv A — Google review
Visiting Sacré-Cœur was another must-do on my Paris list. I started walking from Galeries Lafayette around 2:30 PM to get there. It’s a walkable distance if you enjoy walking, and it’s a great way to explore the heart of Paris. Be ready though—the roads are quite steep! You’ll find plenty of cafés along the way, but if you’re traveling from India on a budget, be prepared—coffee here is quite expensive. Paris, and France in general, can be pricey compared to many other European countries. When you reach Sacré-Cœur, you’ll need to climb a long, steep staircase to get to the top. Once there, you can use an old-fashioned binocular to get a beautiful view of Paris. Many people sit on the wide steps to relax or take pictures, as you get a perfect view of the church’s front from there. You can go inside if you want, but most people prefer to stay outside and enjoy the scenery. You’ll often see street performers and artists entertaining the crowd, and a few vendors selling souvenirs nearby. It’s definitely a must-visit spot for anyone coming to Paris!
Visakh R — Google review
What a gorgeous basilica! It’s a building in Paris that we couldn’t avoid on our last evening, we took the stairs up to the top, which was quite a bit of effort after already walking up the step hilly streets in the area. But gosh was it worth it! The area was so crowded with tourists and locals alike all wanting to get a view over the city and selfies in front of the building. And you can tell why, the architecture is stunning, there is so much detail, and if you’re a movie fan then you’ll know the basilica features in John Wick.
Jamie H — Google review
A beautiful white-stone basilica sitting at the highest point of Montmartre, offering one of the most impressive panoramic views of Paris. Built between 1875 and 1914, it was commissioned after the Franco-Prussian War as a symbol of hope, faith, and national renewal. Its architecture mixes Romanesque and Byzantine elements, with a bright interior, stunning mosaics and a peaceful atmosphere that contrasts with the lively streets of Montmartre below. A must-visit landmark perfect for history, architecture and a breathtaking view of the city.
Patrizia P — Google review
Amazing spot with one of the best views in all of Paris! The basilica is gorgeous — the art and architecture are seriously next level, like stepping into a marble masterpiece. But heads up: avoid weekends or festival days unless you enjoy crowds and selfie-stick battles. 😅 Go early or on a weekday to really enjoy the peace .Totally worth the climb — your legs might complain, but your eyes will thank you! 👀✨

The Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, dating back to the 12th century, stands as a magnificent example of Gothic architecture along the Seine River. This iconic landmark, made famous by Victor Hugo's novel 'The Hunchback of Notre-Dame,' suffered a devastating fire in April 2019. Despite this setback, efforts are underway to restore and reopen the cathedral by April 2024.
Visiting the newly reopened Notre-Dame Cathedral was a dream come true! On this sunny Monday, I joined a well-organized queue that took about 20 minutes—well worth the wait (no need to buy tickets). The staff ensured a respectful atmosphere, requiring gentlemen to remove hats, dress neatly, and maintain silence, which added to the sacred ambiance. Inside, the cathedral is nothing short of breathtaking. The restored beauty of the soaring arches, intricate stained glass, and serene orderliness left me in awe. Every detail radiates history, artistry, and spiritual grandeur. The experience was profoundly moving, evoking a deep sense of reverence and wonder. Notre-Dame is a true masterpiece, and I’m already looking forward to returning to bask in its timeless magnificence. Highly recommend this unforgettable visit to anyone!
Happy S — Google review
Notre-Dame absolutely took my breath away! The cathedral is even more beautiful in person than in pictures — the details on the outside are incredible, and the stained glass inside is just magical. You can really feel the history in every corner. What’s amazing is that it’s completely free to enter the main cathedral! You can just walk in, take your time, and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s such a peaceful, awe-inspiring place right in the middle of Paris. Even though parts are still being restored, it’s 100% worth visiting. Don’t miss it — it’s one of those spots that truly captures the spirit of Paris!
Coralie P — Google review
An absolute must see when visiting Paris. If you’re able to climb up the towers, I highly recommend it. We were able to get a ticket for 6 PM and made it to the top right around 7 PM in time for sunset. It is over 400 steps of a spiral staircase, but totally worth the view. As for the cathedral highly recommend booking your tickets two days in advance so you don’t have to wait in the extremely line long line. But if you do wait in the line, it does move pretty fast. The cathedral has been restored beautifully. It was such an amazing thing to see.
I P — Google review
What a breathtaking building! It’s truly stunning, from both close up and at a distance. Whether in the day time or night-time. Although the rear is not finished with the rebuild following the fire it’s still brilliant. The detailing on the front facade is gorgeous. It’s free to enter the main cathedral but the queues are SO long that you’ll need to decide whether the time spent queuing and missing all the other amazing sites of Paris is worth it for you personally. You really have to see it in person to truly appreciate all the intricacies.
Jamie H — Google review
Notre-Dame is a place you feel before you even speak. The moment I stepped inside, the air became quiet and full of reverence. The architecture is breathtaking — the stained glass, the stone arches, the history held in every corner. Even with the restoration work still underway, there is a strong sense of peace and sacredness. I sat for a moment just to breathe and pray. It felt like a place where your heart can settle and your thoughts can rise. Whether you visit for faith, beauty, or history, Notre-Dame offers a stillness that stays with you long after you leave. A place of deep spiritual power and timeless grace.

An Absolute Must-Visit - Top 3 in Paris! Visiting Notre Dame was a truly moving experience, and it's easily in our top 3 must-visit sites in Paris. The history of this building is just breathtaking. We used a tour guide, which was a great decision as they brought the cathedral to life with amazing stories about its design, architecture, and its famous association with "The Hunchback of Notre-Dame." Learning about the historical artifacts that are housed inside, like the legendary Crown of Thorns, was incredible. Seeing it standing so resiliently after the tragic fire is a powerful reminder of its importance to Paris and the world. Even with the ongoing restoration, the spirit and grandeur of this iconic cathedral are undeniable. You simply cannot miss it.

Notre-Dame de Paris is nothing short of breathtaking. The cathedral stands as a powerful symbol of history, culture, and timeless beauty. The Gothic architecture is stunning from every angle — the intricate stone carvings, towering spires, and iconic rose windows are even more impressive in person. Walking around the cathedral, you feel the weight of centuries of craftsmanship and devotion. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere still manages to be peaceful and awe-inspiring. It’s easy to see why this place has touched so many people for so many years. The surrounding area on Île de la Cité adds to the charm, with lovely views of the Seine and plenty of quiet corners to take in the scenery. Whether you’re interested in history, architecture, or just want a moment of reflection in the heart of Paris — Notre-Dame is absolutely worth the visit.

Very cool seeing this beautiful cathedral. I recommend. Is quite crowded but go early in the morning perhaps or on weekdays and off season to get the most of your experience. Very neat. We didn't go in, just saw from outside as we felt that was enough, also huge cues.

The Arab World Institute, also known as l'Institute du Monde Arabe, is a remarkable 10-story building characterized by its striking latticed windows. Established in 1980 through a collaboration between France and 18 Middle Eastern and North African nations, the institute aims to foster intercultural dialogue. Designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel, the building's facade is adorned with modern interpretations of traditional Arabic mashrabiya windows.
I absolutely loved the temporary exposition they are doing for the treasures saved from gaza. You can see really the impact of destruction and the things as humanity we have lost just because of greed and evil. I recommend this place for everyone.
Mike A — Google review
Decades of somewhat neglect have taken toll on what used to be the #1 tech-building in the world. Curatorially, museum and exhibitions must update, too.
HERM P — Google review
I recently visited the Arab World Institute with great interest in its cultural and historical offerings. While the exhibitions were insightful, I found that the Maghreb’s heritage was less visible compared to other regions. If dedicated sections exist, they were not clearly highlighted, which risks leaving visitors with an incomplete view of the Arab world. Despite renovations, parts of the building still feel worn, and recent leadership challenges may also explain why certain areas seem underdeveloped. Overall, the institute has much to offer, but giving greater prominence to North African contributions would provide a richer and more balanced visitor experience.
Nawfal S — Google review
Beautiful building inside, and definitely one of the better (free) views across the Notre Dame, best towards sunset, maybe pair with the restaurant. Temporary exhibitions sometimes fascinating, can be hit and miss depending on your interests. Definitely worth a peek, particularly if you are wandering the Left Bank.
Gordon D — Google review
Great to see an exhibition on the treasures and history of archeology and architecture if Gaza, now destroyed so this exhibition is some of what has survived- do see if in Paris!
FK — Google review
We went to the Gaza exhibition on a whim. The first room has interesting archeological finds from Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Christian and Muslim culture. The second room has pictures of various churches and museums before and now, blown to bits by the idf.
Ilja G — Google review
Half extremely disappointing and half quite good. Unfortunately a major disappointment was the paid for exhibition of some archeological items from Gaza, but mainly photos, of items lent by Switzerland where they have been stored/saved. The free exhibition then started poorly with a floor of photos but picked up on two lower floors. The curation was not neutral. The overview at each stage was also available in English, but none of the detail for individual objects was. French was fine, and I presume the Arabic was as well. The building itself is brutalist inside and not very inviting.
Andrew R — Google review
The building alone is worth the visit. The temporary exhibitions (Palestine, Jean Genet) were brilliant, with lots of information to read. It seems both exhibitions were mixed with the permanent ones. With signage not always clear (should we take the stairs or lift...), it was sometimes confusing. Not a problem since everything was great, but a bit annoying at times. The bookstore has lots of choices to deepen the subjects...

The Galeries Lafayette | Rooftop is a popular hangout and summer restaurant located on the 8th floor of a major department store in Paris. It offers one of the best free views in the city, including stunning vistas of iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Opera Garnier. The spacious terrace provides a perfect setting to relax and enjoy panoramic views while sipping on drinks like champagne or coffee, and indulging in light snacks.
I went to Galeries Lafayette with my friend. We walked there all the way from the Louvre Museum. It was a really fun experience walking through the famous Paris streets and finally spotting the building on the left. Inside, the place is amazing—especially the roof design (like in the picture I added). You can see big brands from all over the world. It’s very clean and well maintained, but also very crowded, so sometimes it’s hard to walk around comfortably. There are many floors, and the top floor has a panoramic view of Paris. You can see the Eiffel Tower from there. People go to the rooftop just to click photos with the tower and the city in the background. I also met a couple from Kerala who were surprised to hear me speaking French with my friend!

The Galeries Lafayette Rooftop is an absolute must-visit in Paris! It offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, including an incredible sight of the Eiffel Tower — and the best part? It’s completely free! It’s the perfect spot to relax, take photos, and soak in the beauty of Paris from above. Whether you visit during the day to enjoy the skyline or in the evening to watch the city lights sparkle, the view is simply unforgettable. A hidden gem that combines elegance, serenity, and one of the best views in the city — definitely worth adding to your Paris itinerary! 🇫🇷
Natalie A — Google review
This is a world-famous shopping mall in France, and probably the most iconic in Paris. It’s filled with luxury boutiques, designer brands, and elegant cafés, offering a glamorous shopping experience that captures the essence of Parisian style. The mall’s architecture and layout are stunning, with attention to detail that makes walking through it a pleasure in itself. You can find everything from high-end fashion to exclusive accessories, perfumes, and gourmet food. It’s quite comparable to the major department stores in Tokyo, both in size and sophistication, though this one has a distinctly Parisian charm. It’s also very touristic, often bustling with visitors from around the world, but that’s part of what makes the atmosphere so lively and exciting. A must-visit for anyone who loves fashion, luxury, and the elegant spirit of Paris.
Jun A — Google review
The views from the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette are stunning. It’s so worth it to ascend by stairs, escalator, elevator or a combination of the above to get a perspective of the aerial landscape of Paris. The Opera Garnier is across the street and the Eiffel Tower is a mile away. It’s fun watching everyone take pics of themselves and be as awestruck as you are by the beauty of the city.
P W — Google review
Cool spot to have a coffee. Amazing view at the Eiffel tower (go see it at a full hour. When its dark it sparks for 5 minutes every full hour). There is also amazing view at the Opera. Cool spot to have a coffee. Do not even try getting there in a lift, it will take you ages. Better just go with escalator
Maciej K — Google review
Located on the rooftop of the historic Galeries Lafayette, this belvedere offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views in Paris. From here you can admire the elegant Haussmann-style buildings, the majestic Opéra Garnier just below, and, in the distance, the iconic Eiffel Tower. A perfect place to enjoy the city’s skyline, especially at sunset a timeless view that captures the essence of Paris.
Patrizia P — Google review
Take the escalators up to the 7th floor and look for the terasse sign as shown. If the escalator stops at the 6th you just need to go to the other escalator to go up the final flight. There's great views waiting for you up there.
Cory S — Google review
Galeries Lafayette is a must-visit in Paris – not only for the luxury shopping and the stunning glass dome inside, but also for the rooftop. The rooftop terrace offers one of the best free views of Paris, with the Opera, Eiffel Tower and the whole city at your feet. It can get crowded, but it’s absolutely worth it. Shopping, architecture, and a breathtaking panorama all in one place.

La Tour d'Argent is a historic and iconic restaurant in Paris, dating back to 1582. It has been frequented by both historical figures and the average diner looking for a special dining experience. The restaurant offers a prix fixe lunch with an indulgent menu prepared by one-Michelin-star chef Philippe Labbe. With its breathtaking view of Notre-Dame and the Paris skyline, it provides an exceptional setting for a memorable meal.
My husband and I had lunch at La Tour d’Argent today. From the moment we walked, in we felt pampered. The entire staff, from the doorman, the young lady in the elevator, the manager, and the wait staff, were simply amazing. They were the most professional team we have ever experienced in any restaurant, including other Michelin rated restaurants. They provided impeccable service without being stuffy, and the food was perfect. It was an experience we will never forget.
G B — Google review
An unforgettable experience at La Tour d’Argent. The service was absolutely impeccable—professional, warm, and incredibly courteous from start to finish. The dining room is stunning, with an atmosphere that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The food was consistently delicious and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed starting with a glass of champagne from their vast and impressive wine selection—next time, I look forward to exploring more of it. If I had one minor note, it would be that the lobster bisque (and one other dish) was unusually salty that evening. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall excellence of the meal. Looking forward to returning on my next trip to Paris.

Husband and I had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. From the rooftop cocktail hour to the 5 course seasonal tasting, this was one of the best dining experience I've ever had. A must visit for fine diners who appreciate attention to detail and stellar service in a beautiful space overlooking the Seine.
Randi D — Google review
One of the best meals of my life! I’m dumbfounded they do not have 3 Michelin stars, they absolutely should. Beautiful views of the city. Everything here was too notch, beyond 5 stars. It’s not a cheap meal, but well worth the splurge. I’ll absolutely be coming back here again in my life. The attention to detail was amazing. The owner was even walking around greeting people. It was an experience that I feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was special. We had the best meal and dining experience of our lives here. Our servers, Adrian and Jule, were wonderful! Nao, the sommelier, spent time with us to make sure we had something we enjoyed and is a wealth of information! We met many other staff and everyone was professional, welcoming but also a lot of fun! Our dishes were spectacular, each one perfection! The views are amazing! We never felt rushed and were then invited to view the city from the top floor. We cannot say enough things about this top of the line dining experience! Merci to all who are involved in this lovely restaurant!
Nina B — Google review
Absolutely exceptional Michelin starred restaurant. There's a strict dress code of jackets for men. We had the five course tasting menu for €380 each. This was a surprise menu in that they didn't tell you what you were going to get. It did include their signature duck dish. Wine is a speciality. They have over 300,000 wines in their cave and a heavy book acting as a wine list. The service was superb and the food was outstanding.
Stuart C — Google review
Booked when we were in US on the recommendation of a French friend. Wonderful experience. Food is excellent and service is even better. Wine list is as thick as an encyclopedia with many fantastic choices. We had lunch which also provided beautiful Seine view and view of the Notre Dame. Definitely recommend.
Linda K — Google review
We had dinner at a Michelin starr bateaux sur Seine the night before. The food was disappointed. I can’t even remember what I ate for the entire 5 courses menu. So I tried to avoid putting too much hope on La Tour d'Argent. It turned out it was the best experience we had at any restaurant for a long time. From the moment we entered the Tour d'Argent till we left the restaurant! Classy interior with the glass windows where we can see the beautiful view of Seine and Notre-Dame. Also, with the reflection light, we can see the chefs working in the open kitchen behind us, too. The food, the service, and the ambience were just undescribable. This is a prefect 10/10 dining experience one must try. They should deserve 3 star. We had 2 starters, plus the pressed duck to share. Three big pieces of breasts for each; served with the blood sauce. I can only say it was out of the world. Thick and gamey. It is the sauce which makes this dish so famous. Then, the boneless duck leg to follow afterwards. To the end of our meal. We would really love to try their popular souffle. Sadly, we have to give up the dessert because we were so full. Our waiter insisted we must have a dessert to end up our meal. He brought us a pre-dessert (Ginger and Pineapple Sobert) free of charge to try. The flavour from the ginger and pinapple were so fresh and tasty that I still remember today .... Just a suggestion. Out of these extraordinary experiences, the whole meal was perfect, but except the Beaneaise Sauce! The sauce just doesn't go with the duck. And why put such a big amount of Beaneaise on the plate? It really doesn't look right! As I mentioned, I tried the sauce, but it didn't fit with the roast duck leg. I'm happy with just the way the taste of the duck without the sauce..............so I was not disappointed. How about just the juice from the roast duck? Or Hoisin sauce with orange juice is ideal to go with duck meat, too.( I did try out myself after I returned home, and it turned out great).

Like all new apps, it took a few mins to find my way around, but it is simple. I made an error in which place I reserved, cancelled and was able to rebook immediately with the original payment. We reserved a place in Paris near Gare de Lyon, for 4 large bags for the day, about €27.00. The storage place was a pharmacy, which for the first time using reassured us. We toook photos of 🧳 and the staff were very helpful. Yes, 👍 I’d recommend to use. Payment was via Apple Pay which I have on my phone.

(Translated by Google) The booking itself is quite easy and clear. Navigation on how to find a place is also ok. The app itself lacked only half a story about the dimensions of the places, so that you could understand what is standard and what is large. At the place itself, the partner may not understand that this is Stasher and offer to read the QR code of another resource. In our case, we figured it out for about 10 minutes. Plus, he took the things, but did not allow me to take a photo, as recommended in the memo. And also, he said that you can't pick up things later than the specified time, although the app says that you pay for the whole day and you can come later. In general, everything is fine. The things were accepted and picked up without problems. I will continue to use it (Original) When dining out, it's essential to know the local customs regarding the check. In many places, you should request it yourself—it's considered impolite for servers to present it prematurely. If you're in a hurry or struggling to catch your server's eye, feel free to head over to the bar for payment in casual settings. Alternatively, a simple gesture of mimicking writing on an imaginary notepad will signal your need for the bill.
