Ramen restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Restaurant
Ippudo is a renowned Japanese ramen chain that was established in 1985 and has expanded to numerous cities worldwide. In recent years, it has opened three locations in Paris, offering a variety of ramen categorized as classic, modern, and spicy.
We went with three friends and preferred Akamaru, Karaka, Tori Shoyu. We also tried fried gyoza. We think fried gyoza is a great starter with its sauce, it is not heavy or oily at all, it is very nice. We also liked the ramen very much. They were very tasty and did not bother us during our trip even after we were full. However, although we asked for spicy, they were not spicy at all, so it was like I was drinking chicken soup, especially with Tori. The noodles they put in it are really incredible! We definitely recommend adding extra noodles, it was one of the most delicious noodles we have ever eaten. The staff is very attentive and even let us charge our phones! It has a nice atmosphere and from what we understand from other customers inside, Japanese people also like to eat here ^^ We liked it, we recommend you to try it.

Delicious ramen and chicken rice. Came here on a Sunday night, not crowded, so easy to chat with friends. The restaurant is cozy and the service is good.

Food is acceptable. Waitress to tonight was dishonest. Added extra boiled egg to the meal when there was already included one. 26 euros for a bowl of ramen with meagre slices of porc roti, and nori. Noodles not the best. Last time I go.
Inigo M — Google review
I felt really welcome and comfortable here. We came for dinner on two evenings during our stay in Paris. On the first day I had chicken shoyu, and on the second day I tried zaru ramen. Both were light and tasty. My husband had the Akamaru and was impressed that it tasted just like Ippudo in Japan. They also have a kids’ menu! My children really liked the fried dumplings.
Saya — Google review
Great Ramen. The best I found in Paris so far. The broth was really good and so were the toppings, but a special callout to the perfectly cooked noodles. I took the ”spicy” Ramen which was excellent, even though I would say it was particularly spicy. Space is tight and tables close to each other, so not a place if you want to have a nice dinner for two.
Hardy F — Google review
Absolutely stunning! A great and very tasty ramen in Paris! What more can you ask for? Beer? Well, they have it as well!
Francky — Google review
Waited in line for an hour before we got our table. Food arrived pretty quickly. This is a casual ramen place with quick turnover. Recommend going in pairs or solo because tables are small. The spicy pork broth was thick and delicious - loved the mushrooms. The veggie broth however lacked flavor and was boring. The desserts were amazing - get the chocolate one. Ramen can cost up to €19. Fun experience overall!

Decent ramen place the broth was not as elaborate as i have seen. Chicken buns were delicious. i would skip the octopus balls. mostly dough. decent but no repeat for me.

Ramen restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Kodawari Ramen (Tsukiji) is a ramen restaurant that offers a unique dining experience with its fish-based broth and decor inspired by the old Tokyo fish market. The restaurant's ambiance reflects the picturesque setting of a Japanese fish market, complete with artificial displays of overflowing fish crates and ice. The menu features an exclusive selection of seafood-focused ramen options, such as Brittany sardine, scallop and yuzu, and monkfish with sea herbs.
We got lunch here before visiting the louvre. There was a line out the door at 12:30 but we were seated quickly! The place is packed and you’re immediately transported to Tokyo - the decor is amazing. We tried the classic (sardine) and creamy (sea bream) ramen. It was so tasty - never had sardines in ramen before and it was very memorable.
Talia K — Google review
The most incredible and flavorful ramen I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is deeply immersive, with frozen fish boxes and ambient sea sounds creating a truly unique setting. Even the bathroom adds to the experience, instantly transporting you to Japan. Highly recommended.

Reliving the atmosphere of a Japanese fish market right in the heart of Paris, that’s exactly what Kodawari Ramen Tsukiji offers. From the moment you step inside, the details are incredible: the sounds, the lights, the decor… you truly feel transported. The ramen is delicious and full of flavor. I tried the sea bream broth, light, rich with an egg, and perfectly balanced, and the noodles were cooked just right. The staff are friendly and professional, and the service runs smoothly even when it’s busy. It does get crowded, especially on weekends, so be prepared to wait a bit, or try early dinners, but it’s absolutely worth it. The whole experience feels authentic and full of life. Enjoy 😊
Karry B — Google review
An exceptional spot in Paris — probably the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The fact that we waited an hour and a half to get in didn’t bother us at all, because the reward of tasting that menu was absolutely worth it. I recommend it without hesitation. If I lived in Paris, I’d be there every week. A unique place with a distinctive concept and décor. The food is simply unforgettable. It’s worth the wait — just make sure to scan the QR code at the entrance to join the waiting list before getting in line.
Παναγιωτης Τ — Google review
This place is honestly one of the best ramen places I’ve ever been to! The moment you walk in, it feels like you’re in a fish market, the vibe is so cool and detailed. The ramen is incredible. It’s rich broth, chewy noodles, and everything just comes together perfectly. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. It’s such a great experience overall, definitely a must-visit when you’re in Paris!
Little G — Google review
We have never been to Japan, but we are big fans of Japanese food. The concept of this restaurant was amazing: sitting by a “fishing dock,” with boat equipment around, the sound of water, the boat engine, and the staff speaking loudly in Japanese — probably talking about fishing, the sea, and boats. It was incredibly interesting. I had never experienced anything like this before, and I loved the whole atmosphere. The noise, the friendly chaos, the warm and kind staff, and the perfectly balanced design details all made it very special. The recorded sound was at the perfect level, the details were thoughtful, and even the staff’s voices and coordination felt authentic. It became one of my best Japanese restaurant experiences ever. For a moment, I felt like I was living in Japan, right by the water, next to real fishermen. Unbelievable — and of course, the food was excellent, and the Japanese cola was a lovely touch.

Never disappoints! One of the best ramen i've eaten in Paris! You might have to wait a little bit but it's totally worth it. I had the vegetarian ramen and it's so so good! Even if it's cold, it has a lot of flavor, i recommend this one.
Isa O — Google review
Hidden behind an unassuming door is a whole Japanese fish market! 🐟🇯🇵 The moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported straight to Japan — from the bustling background sounds to the lively shouts of Japanese fishmongers. The atmosphere is insanely realistic and immersive! I ordered the classic Shoyu Ramen de Sardine, and it was amazing — sardines with rich pork bone broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and a deep, savory flavor. One of the most authentic ramen experiences I’ve had outside of Japan. 🍜 The decor deserves special mention. You can tell the owner put so much heart into it — fish crates, a retro ’90s dial phone, a small TV looping Japanese commercials, even a slightly dirty dishcloth in the corner (in the best nostalgic way!). Every detail feels intentional and true to the theme. Overall, an absolutely stunning ramen spot. If you love Japanese vibes and authentic flavors, this place is a must-visit! 🌊✨

Neko Ramen is a cozy restaurant that offers a warm and charming ambiance, serving traditional Japanese dishes and, of course, delicious ramen. The decor is delightful with Japanese elements such as cherry blossoms and umbrellas adorning the ceilings. The chef, originally from France, trained in the art of ramen-making in Japan before bringing his expertise back to Paris.
I wandered into this place at lunchtime when it was busy. Staff were rushed off their feet, but honestly made me feel so welcomed and found me a table. Food was delivered fast, fresh and hot considering how busy it was, I found it to be a bit bland in flavor initially but that's what some soy sauce was for- when I added a little bit from the bottle on the table was just what my soul was begging for. Hearty, comforting, easy to eat. I love the table pay app as well- a great touch for introverts to avoid queuing. The decor is lovely too. Cannot fault.
T M — Google review
Nestled in the vibrant 6 Rue de la Grange Bateliere, Neko Ramen is a go-to spot for ramen lovers seeking a cozy yet lively atmosphere. Be ready for a bustling experience during lunch hours, as this place attracts a crowd of both locals and visitors eager to dig into some hearty bowls. The service is commendable, with friendly staff ready to take your order and ensure you feel welcome, even when the place is packed. When it comes to the ramen, the portions are generous, and the broth delivers good flavor. However, the taste can be a bit of a hit and miss depending on your palate. The noodles have a chewiness to them that some might find a little tough, but they’re still enjoyable. The highlight for me was the pork slices; they were tender and packed with flavor, making them a great complement to the dish. If you're in the mood for ramen and don’t mind a little crowd, this spot is worth a try. Just know that while some elements shine, there might be a few things that could use tweaking.
Hadi S — Google review
A very cozy place in the middle of le Passage Verdeau. The ambiance is nice and I loved sitting outside in the corridor. We ordered the karaage, the yakisoba, a tonkotsu ramen, a shio ramen and a katsudon. For drinks, we had the yuzu highball and the neko blossom. When we got the food, we were all impressed by the presentation. Nice and colourful, all very inviting. The highlight was for sure the karaage. Big and juicy pieces of chicken with a nice mayo sauce with some cabbage. Plus, we loved the yuzu highball and the neko blossom, both very flavourful. Those are the three things I highly recommend! The shio ramen was light and tasty. The chicken was also on point. The yakisoba was pretty good, but the soba felt overcooked(?) so the noodles were soggy. Not a big deal really. The katsudon had a nice taste. Finally for the tonkotsu ramen. I came with high expectations considering the chef seems to have studied in Japan. The broth lacked the distinct sweet or umami taste that tonkotsu ramen should have. Instead, it was just salty. The noodles didn’t really feel like the ramen noodles I’m used to. Instead of chewy, it kind of just breaks down after every bite. And for the porc, I guess it’s my fault for expecting chashu because that’s what usually comes with tonkotsu ramen. Instead, I got pieces that lacked the soy sauce/mirin/sake marinade taste. On the other hand, it was well cooked. I’m sure that the menu was adapted to the french palate so I don’t want to say that it was bad, just not to my liking I guess. I’m only speaking by what I experienced in Japan and all the ramen locations we have back home in Montreal, which were also made by Japanese chefs (and were closer in taste to Japan). Bref, very reasonable prices for the quantity that we got and quick service. We were all well satiated by the end of our meal.
Brandon H — Google review
Though it is called Neko Ramen, I am not sure ramen is their strongest suit. I ordered a Shio ramen for lunch and I personally find the noodles overcooked and the broth rathe blend. And I only got a spoon (?) for my dish 😅 so I had to ask for a pair of chopsticks. Saw the girls next to me ordered some sort of fried chicken and it looked really good. Perhaps I should try something else next time, just not ramen 🤔. Another thing to note is that the portion is on the small side, so if you are hungry please do take their formula so you are also getting rice or entree on the side.
Louisa C — Google review
The ramen is amazing but the service is terrible. The waiter took very long to take our order, later they brought my friend his beer but forgot my drink, and our ramen came before the appetizer, which still hasn’t arrived while I’m writing this review. Good food, but with this service I wouldn’t come back again since there are plenty of other ramen places around. Part 2… contd Finally got the waiter’s attention after 10 minutes... They confirmed they forgot my drink and didn’t even punch in the appetizer.
Jeff Y — Google review
Very recommended place for having a traditional Japanese food. Food was delicious! I took the ramen with chicken and add some spicy to it. As well we took the gyoza and it was delicious too. The service was good, we were served quickly and kindly. The place had a lovely atmosphere with Japanese writing and decorations. Overall great experience, I recommend for people who never had ramen before and for people who already had in the past!
Kobi G — Google review
Ramen is mid. The noodles are okay. The toppings are okay and even the broth....it's okay. But nothing really stands out. The menu is limited to only a few dishes and those you do get...ordinary. The service is very friendly and you can even pay via QR-Code, which is very advanced (for European standards). Altogether I wouldn't come here again because the ramen isn't that outstanding and memorable, but if you do need a place to eat, this place will do. In the picture below you can see the vegan ramen.

Ordered the shoyu ramen with toppings. Very delicious broth with good dept of flavour. Toppings were fresh and added a good variety in flavour and texture. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious asian meal, even if you are on a budget.

Udon noodle restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Restaurant Kunitoraya is a popular spot in the heart of Paris's Japanese quarter, known for its refined Japanese canteen atmosphere and delicious udon noodle dishes. The restaurant often has long queues, but the wait is worth it for their specialty udon bowls served in hot soup or with cold sauce, featuring options like Udon Kunitoraya and Karasumo Daikon.
Best Udon in Paris, chef has been helming this restaurant for over 30 years. I have been here many times over the years food is always good. But no feuille service and casual restaurant.
Zarina V — Google review
For me the food is normal, nothing so impressive. Not saying not delicious but is just normal.we have the pork miso ramen . *we are being move to other table while we are middle of we eating the udon, just because there are line. Other restaurants would just ask the customer to wait. For me asking customers to move table when they already start s eating is kinda rude.
Max Z — Google review
I really dislike restaurants where the dining tables are right next to the toilet – that’s just my personal opinion. Unfortunately, from where I was sitting, I could actually see the toilet bowl. I wanted to leave, but stayed only because I was with someone else. To be honest, when the food is good, I’m willing to overlook a few things. But here, the poor hygiene and the fact that the staff didn’t speak English made it worse. The biggest problem, however, was when we first entered the restaurant. I understand that it’s a small place, but having side dishes and eggs already prepared and left right by the entrance – fully exposed to customers, staff, dust, and even rain on wet days – is unacceptable. I simply cannot understand how anyone could think this is okay. And it doesn’t stop there – cooking equipment was left outside on the pavement, and the open kitchen looked dirty and unhygienic. I have no desire to ever go back. If people who don’t care about cleanliness keep giving high ratings, the restaurant will only get busier, which is a real shame.
Louise L — Google review
We’re visiting from Singapore, and after having spent 7 days in Milan and Florence we were ready to get our Asian food fix. So we could be a little biased, having said that, this place does not disappoint! While it’s not fully authentic, it was authentic enough and we had such a great meal! The udon texture was really very good. Both the dipping sauce and the broth for our udons came seasoned very well. We feel the dashi or tsuyu flavors could be stronger, but a small nit pick. The tempura was fried very well and competes with tempura we have had in Japan and Singapore. It had no oily taste and the batter is the right thickness. The curry don was excellent - it even came with bonus slices of beef! The curry roux tasted authentic but could also be a little stronger in flavor. The katsu itself was fried very well the breading could be improved but they’re not a katsu restaurant so no complaints here. The rice was proper Japanese short grain rice so we were very pleased. All in all this meal left us far from disappointed, and satisfied our Asian food craving. We highly recommend this place if you’re hankering for authentic Japanese food. We will be back if we ever find ourselves in Paris and need Japanese food! Do note they don’t take reservations so you’ll need to line up.
Gluttonous G — Google review
My Parisian friend recommends this place so I lined up for lunch. Got in at 12nn when they open smoothly, but at 12:15 it’s full house. To avoid stuffing myself I ordered the hot sauce dip Udon (it does not have any meet in the bowl) and a serve of fried chicken, paired with a Kirin beer too. The chicken & beer came quickly. The batter is light and crispy, with citrus sauce. Very tasty. The udon was to be dipped in the sauce with springs onions, quail egg, ginger and sesame. Glad that the portion size of everything is just right. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic: warm, lively, and energetic. The meal is done in 30 minutes 😎💪

This restaurant is impeccable, and the Japanese Wagyu Udon is amazing! You can eat it without the udon noodles, and the broth is truly divine!
Ça A — Google review
Came back to my favourite udon spot in town and it’s not as good as I remember. I came here often when I lived in Paris. Udon is still very good but the sauce to dip tempura is a little bit too salty. Long queue as usual.
Kornchom M — Google review
Food was decent if you’re looking for some Udon or Japanese food while in Paris, but nothing spectacular. The Udons are good, we got the vegetable tempura dipping, shrimp tempura in soup, and curry. We also got the karaage, but would pass next time; felt like it was cooked non-traditionally. Prices are very steep for what you get and there was a long wait. We spent 100 euros for the meals and portion sizes weren’t even that big. In New York, you’d probably find something similar for $60-80 USD.

Restaurant
Hakata Choten is a cozy venue with a striking red and black interior that exudes warmth. The restaurant specializes in tonkotsu ramen, a rich pork bone-broth noodle soup that is simmered for 24 hours to perfection. With around twelve variations of tonkotsu ramen on offer, each bowl comes with flavorful toppings like barbecued pork, grilled garlic, and soft-boiled egg.
Just a couple of minutes' stroll from either metro station 14 or 3, this spot is a hidden gem for ramen lovers! They really cater to diners who want to savor their meal without feeling rushed. The service was outstanding; I was pleasantly surprised when they let me finish my gyoza before bringing out my ramen. It’s so refreshing to experience a place that understands the importance of a relaxed dining experience! Now, let's talk food! The ramen exceeded all expectations and truly met the standards of authentic Asian cuisine. The broth was rich and packed with a wonderful sweetness from the bones, while the noodles struck that perfect balance—not too thick or soft—just how I like them. If you’re in the area, you definitely don’t want to miss this delicious experience!

Authentic Hakata ramen in downtown Paris , 17-20 euros, worth every cent. Soup tastes just right, noodles of the right texture and temperature is just right . The pork is perfectly cooked. Don’t go there for the decor but for the food.

Anything we had was amazing and super tasty but their Ramen was the star. There was a short queue outside, but we were served pretty quickly.

OMG! 😱 Possibly, the best ramen I've ever had. I took the special one, with black and red sauce, and egg. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth super tasty and the black and red sauces, amazingly good. We also had some gyoza, and they were also excellent. A bit crispy on the base, super good. The service was super friendly and reasonably fast. The only thing that was not very good was the room. It was too hot inside, and no AC. Only a small fan far away, and a window slightly open. I'm adding this restaurant to my favorites, and will come back for sure.

We loved everything we ordered - chasu bowl, tonkotsu miso, and tonkotsu miso rouge. We'll come back for sure once we visit Paris again.

We had the Tonkatsu ramen. Happy to finally had some authentic Japanese Ramen in Europe. Tasty soup, springy noodles, tender pork. Water is served. We came at the opening hour and there wasn't a queue but the restaurant fills up quickly.

Delicious food and great service. Everything came out quickly and just as we ordered. We happened to make it right before evening rush started and were seated quickly. We were near the door though, which made it a bit cold, but the food warmed us right up.

Authentic Japanese restaurant
Udon noodle restaurant
Nestled in the charming area near the Louvre, Sanukiya is a delightful Japanese eatery that specializes in traditional udon noodles and tempura. This cozy spot has become a favorite among both locals and tourists, often drawing long lines of eager diners.
A very qualitative place, I took the B4 and I think it was well balanced. 🥣 A bit of sauce, not too salty or sweet, soft texture, very flavoured. They cook everything on the spot. The place was busy at lunch time but the service was very fast, I recommend it! 😋
Andreea G — Google review
This is a MUST visit udon shop every time I come to Paris. The handmade udon is so chewy and satisfying that I always crave it even after my trip. I definitely recommend the udon over the rice dishes. The line is always long, but it’s absolutely worth the wait.
Jiwon K — Google review
Delighted with this find in Paris! Authentic Japanese food - the udon and karaage were excellent, as good as any I have had in Japan and Singapore. My dining companion had the tempura udon and I had a refreshing cold salad udon that had tasty chunks of prawn tempura. The grilled aubergine was also tasty.
Ning H — Google review
Food was good, but did not convince me. We had the tempura with soup and the tempura with hot sauce to pour. Soup was ok. the slightly grilled and then fried vegetables were the highlight for me. Otherwise it’s a meal you won’t remember the next day.
Nico K — Google review
Japanese street food with some of the lame French touch. Fluffy tofu without character. The udon is just not special and the curry too thick. Of course I’m not Japanese but for someone that travel eating all around and appreciates local genuine flavors this is not it
Vanessa R — Google review
Authentic excellent udon. Expect to que which generally moves fast and always well worth the wait. Staff are very efficient, helpful, understanding and friendly. Consistency here is incredible, each meal always hands down the best. Been dining here since 2011 and look forward to every visit.

So goooood! The best udon I have had in Paris so far, we had the yuzu pork soup, hot sauce over tempura and hot sauce over beef and onion, the taste of everything is so refined and delicate
Jin T — Google review
We always have to visit here when we come to Paris since we discovered it several years ago. The small shop is run by twins. My go-to is karaage udon. Don’t forget to pour the sauce on the soft udon and fried chicken/egg. Come during lunch and you can get the set. Hubby likes the Torigobo Gohan and omelette. Usually, you can’t help but add more karaage.

Naritake Ramen is a cozy, wood-lined spot in Paris known for its Japanese noodle soups and gyoza dumplings. The restaurant offers two main types of ramen: Shoyu Ramen with a lighter broth and Miso Ramen with a rich miso-based broth. Customers can customize their soup by choosing toppings, thickness, and seasoning intensity.
I found out this restaurant from a vlog. I tried Misho Ramen and it totally blew my mind. Gzoya is very fresh and well done. They make noodle themselves and the soup is tasty. I enjoyed the way they make everything themselves and the taste is pretty great. The soup could be very salty if you are not a fan of salt, but you can order a white soup for free to make the soup less salted. I always do that every times I came and its perfect to me. However it is a small restaurant, just less than 25 seats. You might have to wait for at least 10 minutes to get a table. Even though you have to wait for a table the staff will still give you a menu and ask for your orders to save time the best they can. Maybe you can find some interesting ways to see how the chef cooks their awesome Ramen through the window while you wait. This is the best ramen restaurant that I have ever tried in Paris. Highly recommend and definetly want to come back over again.
Mandy P — Google review
Tiny place located in the Japanese area near Rue Saint-Anne. Depending on time of day or night, there may be a line. This place was super busy on a Wednesday evening 930pm. The wait was not too long even with a line; it was near closing time. Open kitchen lined by L- shape seating and a few seats in front of the window. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Ordered the miso ramen, normal consistency (which I believe refers to the thickness of the broth), with an egg added. Présentation and smell were appealing to the senses. Broth itself was flavorful and thick. The miso flavor didn't really come through too much. If you're used to lighter salt in your diet, then this will be salty for you. It was nice to watch the chef's process in making the ramen to order. 🙂
Lily L — Google review
Their ramen is extremely rich so be prepared. Very strong flavor and very thick soup. Lots of topping so it fills you up. Service is fast and quick too. However €18 for a bowl of ramen might feel a bit overpriced but it is Paris.
Sayaka S — Google review
If you wand to avoid the lunch queue, I would go there 30 minutes before the service starts (12.00). We arrived at 12.00 and there was such a long queue already, we had to queue for 40 minutes… but knowing the size of the restaurant and how lean the service is, it is quite understandable. I have to say it is definitely worth the wait, it’s one of the best ramen restaurants in Paris, the broth has a flavorful umami depth, without being too salty or thick like typical ramen soup can be, the noodles are al dente. The seaweed provides the broth a touch of marine taste. The bowl took me instantly back to Kyoto!
Poleen H — Google review
Excellent authentic ramen place. Super busy and be prepared to queue. Excellent service from the busy staff. We ordered two special miso ramens. The noddles were the perfect texture, and the broth was packed full of flavour. You are given a choice of light , medium, strong tasting soup. Obviously the broth goes stronger tasting and thicker as you go up. I would recommend light or at most medium for people going for the first time. N.b if the broth is too strong for you - you can order more plain pork broth to dilute it. Very impressed.
Tony T — Google review
The ramen tastes good. I give the overall taste 4 star. However, the soup is too salty. With too salty, I mean it's as salty as sea water. I know that I can ask for broth to dilute the saltiness but it doesn't make sense why the restaurant doesn't serve it less salty by default and let the people add more salt or whatever special sauce when they want. I chose normal level of pork fat and it turned out to be a little bit fattier than other restaurant but it's still in a good range and I like it. However, for the next time, I'll choose less fat. I minus one star because they don't receive ticket restaurant. The restaurant is quite small and the queue will be very long if you come late.
Nattapol K — Google review
BEST ramen I’ve had in my life. I crave it all the time. It is worth the wait. I’ve eaten here 3 times. A bowl costs 14€. My favourite is the soya based ramen (white bowl) however the miso based one (black bowl) is great as well. If you’re Asian and you like your ramen broth salty go for the “kotteri” level of intensity. 100% recommended. It’s always a great meal here.
Dhivenya R — Google review
Excellent ramen restaurant. We waited for 15 min to get in at 1:30 on a Sunday. They took our order when we were still in line, so we got the ramen soon after seated, which is awesome. We ordered Miso (sappari) and Shoyu ramen (normal) and both were good. Their chashu pork was excellent.

Trois Fois plus de Piment is a popular spot in Paris, owned by Mr. Cheng, known for its classic Sichuan noodles and dumplings. The industrial-chic space offers a street stall ambiance where diners can choose their spice level on a scale of 0 to 5. Despite the calm atmosphere, the Sichuan dishes pack a flavorful punch that takes customers out of their comfort zones.
What a great find. If you love your Asian food hot, spicy and delicious then this is the place for you. We had 0.5 to 1 hotness and that was plenty. It goes up to 5! There are a couple of tables outside and a window bench and 5-6 tables inside. It’s small but we ate early so no problems. There were lots of Uber eats bicycles picking up so obviously popular. Good value too!

Flavors were absolutely fantastic. The spice level is no joke. I got a 4 and it was legit spicy, very good. Broth was amazing, beef was great, noodles were excellent. Go here and eat. You won't regret it.

Amazing noodles and flavorful soup! I love the concept of choosing your spice level from 1 to 5. Dosanko Larmen is a small and cozy restaurant that resembles the traditional Japanese culinary shops. The space is limited, and diners eat at the counter, surrounded by the aroma of hot pork broth and steaming noodles. Despite its petite size, it offers an authentic experience reminiscent of a journey to Japan. The menu features various ramen options, including vegetarian choices, with the Miso Rouge Royal being highly recommended.
Loved it. The place is small and can feel cramped, but the food is worth it. Very friendly people. Ramen that had me salivating. It was so so good. The prices are very fair and I'm looking forward to going back some day.

Ramen was so great from the noodle to soup. The floor was sticky, and I could not sit quite comfortably. Just eat and go, then definitely happy to be here.

Best broth by far. They have few choices but good ones. Fast and kind staff too. However , this place feels like a sauna after a while. Proper ventilation (not fans!) for better air circulation is needed.

Very Tasty. Fast service. Spicy ramen well-spiced however not overly so. Recommended. Also "en anglais"
Simon P — Google review
Certainly not among the best places to serve ramen in Paris. They're not bad, but not traditional either. However, this place is open until quite late at night, which is a clear plus to get dinner outside of the usual working hours. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean but small, quite packed during the day.
Margot — Google review
My favorite ramen place in Paris. Ramen is very easy to find in the neighbourhood but not like the non-authentic Chinese owned restaurants, this one is the real thing. Special recipe for winter (with black sesames) and cold (no broth) ramen for summer. The gyoza tastes homemade. The big bowl is h-u-g-e so choose wisely Friendly staff, no minimum for credit card payment. Non-stop service and no reservation.
Yann T — Google review
Cute little ramen noodle shop. There was a line when I got there but the wait was well worth it! Ordered the small bowl and it was still a lot to eat. Price was not over the top and beer was nice and cold. Chefs and staff were very friendly with everyone and broth was perfect. Highly recommend and will be back next year.
Lyra G — Google review
best ramen in Paris!! I don't like anything too salty and choosing Tsutaya is a reasonable choice for me. The small portion was enough for me, the staff said that the large portion would be a lot and you have to be hungry enough and have a big stomach if you want to finish it. Plus, we were lucky because we didn't have to wait in line this time (they're so popular that there's always a long line) and their flavors proved the wait was worth it!

Japanese restaurant
Udon Jubey is a cozy Japanese noodle bar located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. It offers a menu featuring creative ramen and udon noodle dishes, with the noodles being much thicker than ramen. The restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere provides an authentic dining experience, reminiscent of Japan itself. The star of the show is their freshly made in-house udon noodles, featured in classic Kitsune Udon and flavorful Tempura Udon dishes.
I love exploring new spots in Saint Anne, and this time my adventure led me to Udon Jubey. The udon was exceptional—the broth was rich and flavourful, perfectly complementing the noodles and meat. The crunchy lotus added a delightful texture. The staff was very friendly, adding to the overall dining experience.
Mona A — Google review
I went there because it seemed they make their own noodles; the taste wasn’t bad, but the hygiene rating was zero. The place was small, so we went down to the basement, but the menu was sticky, and the tables and chairs felt old and sticky too, which I didn’t like. The food took a long time, though the tempura udon tasted fairly good, but as we left, I noticed the state of the ground, which I hadn’t seen before, and it made me think about the hygiene. If the taste and cleanliness matched, I think the place would be much more popular.
Louise L — Google review
Came during lunch time and there was few seats left. Luckily I was solo so easier to get a seat. The udon was a bit too soft and beef a bit overcooked. The soup has more soy sauce flavor than from meats. Overall, it was ok.

This is the best Udon I have ever tried in Paris! It was just amazing! The perfect broth with combination of perfect noodles and amazing meat! Perfectly cooked egg to add your udon - really recommend it. We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant as also the staff of the restaurant was friendly, helpful and efficient. We are definitely coming back there and trying more from the wide selection.

When in Paris, eat real Japanese udon noodles! This is a must to try when you’re in Paris and visiting the Japanese district. Homemade udon noodles and delicious soup. Everything was good! Arrive early as there’s usually a waiting line .
Richard Y — Google review
Great lunch menu they offer, the udon soup was light which was complemented by the heavier side dish comprising of a plum onigiri, omelette, pickles and karaage. The udon itself had a smooth texture at the same time not overly soft. We ordered the karaage rice as well and the sauce they used was just so delicious. Despite the restaurant itself was a bit small and crowded but I really liked the ambiance, will definitely go back!

The most delicious soba I’ve ever had in my life. Both the hot and cold soba were amazing, and even the tonkatsu was outstanding. Not just good, but truly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. For dinner, there are plenty of other tasty dishes besides soba. Since the portions are served tapas-style, it’s perfect to come with a group and share a variety of dishes.

Service, ambiance and cuisine are all 10/10! Thé aubergine especially was fantastic! The cuisine really is so well crafted bringing the flavours of all meat, fish and vegetables to the forefront of the plate. Simply put, the cuisine celebrates its ingredients. Will definitely come back to try the dishes we couldn’t try. The soba noodles was one of the best I’ve tasted in Paris so far. The sesame Soba was exception! The crème brûlée was perfection and the sesame and matcha ice cream remained one of favourites. The mochi made in-house was amazing as well. This restaurant is a hidden gem and one that I’ll visit again. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and the warm welcome into the culture and cuisine of Japan.

Popped in for a solo lunch on a Saturday, about 15 minutes after open. If you have a larger group (4+), I would recommend arriving around open to snag a bigger table, as it filled up quickly. Solo, I was immediately seated at the bar. The lunch menu feels like a wonderful value for the money. It came your choice of a soba plus a side salad of shredded daikon, a small bowl of rice, and a few different other side options. It being a summer day, I chose a cold soba with thinly sliced duck breast, which was phenomenal. The soba was ice cold and bouncy, the duck perfectly cooked, and the broth well balanced. I would highly recommend, especially given the price. Service was excellent, both in English and in French.

I've eaten in probably hundred different ramen places, mostly in Japan, but also in Europe, and this was the absolute worst I have ever had. Since it's in a good spot, it was also the most expensive one at the same time. The whole staff is Chinese, and the ramen came with no meat and fried chicken on side, which you should mix with the soup, which never happens in Japan. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everything is perfect without being intrusive. Service was quick, and the food came out fresh and piping hot. Overall, this is easily one of the best ramen places I’ve been to. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic, delicious ramen in a welcoming setting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We tried Isshin Ramen and it was an amazing experience! The ambiance and decoration are beautiful, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The service was also perfect : attentive and quick. As for the food, we had the Tori Katsudon, the Mayu Special, and the Shinmen Special ; all of them were excellent, with perfectly balanced flavors and generous portions. For dessert, we went with the yuzu cheesecake and the aloe vera ; both were so tasty and fresh. Definitely a place we highly recommend!

Overall a very nice experience! It doesn’t feel like you are in Paris anymore. Loved my ramen. I will definitely come back at some point. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend.

Very tasty ramen in a super cute space. The nitamago was better than many I’ve tried around the city. Efficient service. There’s nowhere to put your coats though so that’s a little annoying.

Finally found the best Japanese ramen in Paris! The flavour’s super authentic, and the vibe honestly feels straight out of a movie “Spirited Away” with that kind of interior design!😍💗 You’ll have to wait in a long line, but trust me it’s 100% worth it. Go for the wonton ramen and the edamame… you won’t believe how good they are!!!!🍜🫛❤️‍🔥
Pipit O — Google review
Amazing experience! Very immersive atmosphere, friendly staff and great food! They only have one vegan option for a started and a ramen but both are delicious. Highly recommend!
Karen S — Google review
I don’t understand the overwhelming high ratings. I can give this place a 4 as it delivers authentic tonkotsu broth taste and the service is quick and pleasant. However, the noodles are clearly cooked, soggy and too soft. Hakata ramen has thin noodles so it they should be cooked properly. The toppings are okay, chashu, ajitama, menma but not strikingly great either.

The food is outstanding; the service is also prompt and attentive! We really enjoyed the food here, really recommend for ramen and gyoza.

Ramen restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Menkicchi Ramen is a cozy eatery located in Sainte-Anne, offering a cheerful dining room with an anime library. The tiny, well-decked-out ramen spot features homemade noodles in succulent chicken and pork broth, topped with dried seaweed, nitamago egg, and tender chashu pork slices. Known for its minimalistic approach, the restaurant offers only three ramen options and a selection of beers.
Very tasty authentic ramen with decent portion of food and they are generous on giving the soup, which I like it a lot. The only downside is it’s a little too salty (egg as well) which makes it overall heavy after eating. The spicy ramen is not spicy at all. The fried dumpling and Karaage are both very tasty and juicy! Long queue is expected but definitely worth it!
Chris Z — Google review
This may have been one of the best vegetarian ramens I have ever had. No need to order kae-dama they put plenty of noodles in and the broth is very hot and very tasteful! I got the veggie miso ramen with added egg & garlic.
Skylana — Google review
The best ramen you can get in Paris! The quality of the producta was really high, the ramen were delicious, big portions, great value for money. I highly recommend it if you want a Vegetarian ramen , otherwise options with pork. Cute, small restaurant, good service
N P — Google review
Good for a pork lover. It’s nondescript as there was no big sign. The space is bigger than originally seen as there is a back wing. Still tight spacing.
Jong L — Google review
One of the best Karaage ever! I had Miso Ramen und was delish too🥰😋

I recently visited Menkicchi Ramen and it was a great experience. The restaurant is tiny and does not accept reservations so we had to wait for 1 hour outside and it was 0 degrees. Other than that, the service is quite nice and quick! The waiters are always smiling and the atmosphere is okay. The chefs cook in front of you its quite nice to watch them. The food is delicious, thick and their is good flavour. There is two options if you don’t eat pork and this is quite limiting. Portions are generous and quite fair prices. I recommend to visit it but if you don’t eat pork try to find other places as there is no beef or chicken Ramen.
Hadi J — Google review
Small, but a gem! Tried their shio, shoyu, miso, all had a hint of different catch to it. The pork is so soft and good. The broth paired well with the thick ramen. Recommend to give it a try.
Wilbur W — Google review
I encountered some hygiene issues during my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found myself chewing on an elastic band in the ramen, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the toilet was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. The food was overly salty too.

Chinese restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant Belleville neighborhood, Mian Guan may not win any awards for its decor, which features typical plastic orchids and faux leather seating. However, this traditional Chinese eatery truly shines when it comes to its culinary offerings. The chefs at Mian Guan are dedicated to their craft, hand-pulling fresh noodles right before your eyes and preparing mouthwatering dishes like spicy ground pork soup and perfectly sautéed beef.
Great find in Belleville. A real gem. We had decided to have Korean BBQ with the family, but on our way there we saw a place with a long queue. We were intrigued, so much so that we found ourselves ditching the Korean BBQ plan and were standing in the back of the queue. We go in, the place is small with an open Kitchen where hand pulled noodles are made. We took the Assortiment de Vapeur which were reallly really good. Glutinous dumpling with great flavours. All of them were super tasty with the Sri Sracha dip that was offered. We then took two types of noodles: Spicy hand pulled noodle: The noodles were very good but the rest of the soup was underwhelming. The broth was tasty but not rich at all, and the soup was not spicy at all. The meat was a bit tough and not too flavoursome. The second soup we took was the hand cut noodle with minced pork and spicy pork broth. It was the recommendation of the waiter, and boy oh boyyy did it deliver. Spicy rich broth was to die for. The flavour, the thickness, the spices. Mamma mia. The hand cut noodle are flat noodles which I preferred to the hand pulled ones. Yes only for this dish I am ready to back here once every month if not more. A must try.
Makram C — Google review
Busy, bustling and beyond satisfactory. MianGuan is worth a little queue outside. If you visit during lunch times you’ll be quick to a table, at evening the wait won’t be long either. I recommend the spicy silky tofu with minced meat, it’s a bomb.
Stefan B — Google review
Just good noodle soup, with hand made noodles and extra tasty broth. No fuss kind of place with affordable prices, it can get noisy but so worth it. Much recommended!
Ari L — Google review
I really enjoyed the meal! It was packed with flavor, though it might not be the most authentic experience. You can definitely taste the soy sauce in the soup base, and the noodles were quite filling! The best part? The prices are really reasonable for such a generous bowl; you won’t find this kind of value anywhere else in Paris. Just a short walk uphill to the shop from the metro, and the staff were super friendly! Although, I did get a bit of a rush vibe from what seemed like the lady boss or mid aged lady that constantly has her eye rolling—maybe she just wanted to keep things moving. Just a heads up: they only accept cash for payments under €10, so it’s a good idea to bring some along!
Eeyong H — Google review
I live in the neighbourhood and this one is my favorite restaurant in the area. The food is amazing, the staff very organised and friendly and price / value is the best. Going here once a week (at least 🙂)!
Vicky — Google review
Even on a Saturday night, the queue moves quickly, even for two. Our hand pulled la mian and knife cut noodles were very tasty and fresh, with the right amount of chew. Service is fast and polite.
Lucas G — Google review
Good selection of noodles dishes with noodles made in house. You can see into the kitchen which I always like. We went at at around 19.30 on a Sunday and we queued 5 mins but when we left the queue was a lot bigger. Noodles were decent and at a very good price. Dishes didn’t come out at the same time, about 5 mins apart. On a summer’s day it does get very hot and stuffy in there. We also had to wait a long time to pay at the counter. I understand they are busy but you pay in the middle of the restaurant, there was no space and the workers were just walking into us.
Amelia D — Google review
The noodles are delicious. You'll have to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to sit. The staff is a little bit rude, but you know that you're going to have some great food when a restaurant have rude staff but it's always full of costumers.

Nestled on Rue Pierre Fontaine in Paris, Ito Chan is a beloved gem for ramen enthusiasts. Recently reopened after a hiatus, this cozy eatery specializes in both classic and vegetarian ramen options available for takeout daily from noon to 3 PM. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles that arrives promptly after ordering. With just a few carefully curated choices, including a simple yet satisfying soy-based ramen, diners leave feeling fulfilled and content.
Its all about the atmosphere. That Ramen was very good. Served 5:00 minutes after I placed the order. Space is perfect to feel real 居酒屋。 100% recommend! Be free to take a Yamasaki single malt to have at home. Staff is very nice.

Restaurant pictures and reviews looked nice so I made a late order today (April 25th) via uberEATS at 9pm. The delivery was made in 15-20 mins. The fish bento was a disaster (pic below). Fish was not well cooked, tasted really bad, was cold and a bit smelly. The ramen was cold too (really surprising since the delivery guy took 5 mins max from the restaurant to my place). As for the dessert, not only their crumble was tasteless but looked more like a old porridge stacked in a white paper cup (just look at the picture). What kind of presentation is that? This is the first time I’m writing a restaurant review and my bad opinion is not biased by bad client servicing or anything. Just BAD food. I really hope that their restaurant serves much better food than this because I honestly think they should close if this is what they do on a daily basis.
Fidy R — Google review
This place has an authentic atmosphere and looks very nice. Unfortunately the ramen does not taste that great, it was decent but nothing special. Staff was very nice though.

Feels like Japan. The smell were so good I had to walk inside and get my lunch here. Super nice staff! I sat at the counter and could see the chefs do all their prep and cooking. Ramen was good but the stir fried bamboo were heavenly!

Very good traditional japonais food in sainte Anne street in Paris. I have been there several times and will go beach again. The food is actually very good if you like Asian and notably the japonais food. The service is very quick, but not caring. Most of the time there is a line outside that you have to wait 10-20 minutes. No reservations needed. The ambiance is just ok. Enjoy!

I always see people lining up for this resto and finally tried it yesterday. The food was really average, yakisoba was okay, the ramen soup was too salty. For the price it didn’t hurt to try, but it’s not a place I’d line up for.
Chun L — Google review
Came just right at the time they open 11.30am. Already few people obviously as hungry as I am. First time here. Selected Menu A @€15: Shiosu ramen + 7 Gyosa Gyosa was good but not fried enough. The ramen soup was well seasoned and flavored though the noodle was more a Chinese egg noodle than Japanese true ramen. It was tasty though a bit shy of another slice of meat (probably because it’s the menu). The service was very fast and efficient and no unnecessary talk. It’s definitely more of eat and go than taking all the time in the world.
L K — Google review
We ordere shio l/ramen, miso ramen, and gyoza, and all are good. The broth is clean yet flavorful, not too heavy. The noodles taste fresh, a little bit clumpy, but I think it’s because it’s homemade. The gyoza is really good, very recommended! I have been to several good ramen places and I like this place so much. The place might be very hot in a summer day, it was 26 °C when I visited and it was barely bearable.

Phở Bánh Cuốn 14 is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant that has been serving authentic cuisine for over 30 years. Their pho features a rich beef broth and tender slices of beef, while other menu highlights include banh cuon and bun cha. The dishes incorporate fresh herbs like mint, coriander, Thai basil, and lemongrass. Although the restaurant offers outdoor seating, it's known for long queues due to its popularity.
I enjoy coming to Pho Bang Cuon 14 a lot. A friend introduced me to the place a few years ago and I have been returning since. The pho speciale is delicious, with plenty of beef, meat dumplings and tripes. The broth is clear and tasty and the noodles and condiments add that final touch. I also enjoy the nems and starters in general. The quality is very consistent so I usually drop by when I am in the area.
Fremde H — Google review
Locate near Val d'europe. Food was excellent, and it came fairly quickly. Lots of choices on the menu which is unusual for any Vietnamese restaurant I visited. I especially like the red bean dessert / drink, it resemble a home-made drink I had back home. The service staff is a bit slow, and at time the place could be quite noisy as its not a super big restaurant. All is all, a good place to try out.
Dominique C — Google review
Great experience at this pho spot! The service was excellent — staff were attentive and kept refilling our water without us having to ask, which was really appreciated. Our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The pho was flavorful and comforting, exactly what we were hoping for.
Kimmy — Google review
We had our first meal in Paris here (in late July), and it was fantastic! The pho was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and came in generous portions – just what we needed after a long trip. The taste matched our preferences really well. The only downside was that the tables were a bit small, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese food in Paris!
J. G — Google review
I’ve been coming to Pho 14 for years, but this visit wasn’t quite the same. The broth lacked the depth of flavor I remember, and the service felt minimal — not rude, just not very engaging. Still, it’s a convenient spot for a quick bowl of pho, though I miss the warmth and richness it once had.
CiWing K — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Phở Bánh Cuốn 14 in the 13ᵉ arrondissement for well over a decade now, and it remains one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants in Paris. Every visit takes me to Vietnam in flavour, and I always leave satisfied. From day one, the standard here has been remarkably high. The broth for the phở is rich, aromatic, with a subtle balance of star anise, ginger, and onion—not overly heavy, never overly sweet. It’s the kind of broth that warms you to your bones on a cold Parisian night. The beef (both rare slices and cooked) is always fresh, tender, and prepared just right. When I order the phở spécial with raw beef, it gently cooks in the bowl, releasing that wonderful fragrance of meat and spices. The bánh cuốn is another highlight: thin rice crepes, steamed just so, filled with minced pork and wood ear mushrooms, garnished with fresh herbs and crispy shallots. Light yet filling. I’ve tasted many versions in France and abroad, but theirs still ranks among the very best. Portions have always been very generous. Even a “standard” bowl is enough to fill you up, and side dishes like nems (spring rolls) still retain their crisp, satisfying texture. The ingredients feel fresh—herbs, bean sprouts, lime wedges—these little additions never feel like an afterthought. The atmosphere has evolved slightly over the years—Pho 14 is busier than ever, queues are common, tables are close together—but the core experience remains. You come for the food, and you get what you came for: authenticity, consistency, good value. Service is fast. It’s not fancy, it’s not slick, but efficient. People working behind the counter know what they’re doing, even at peak hours. Sometimes it feels more like a beloved canteen than a restaurant, and that’s part of its charm. If you want real Vietnamese flavours—an honest phở or bánh cuốn that tastes like something you’d eat in Vietnam—this is one of the few places in Paris that still delivers after all these years. I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for both the newcomer and the occasional pho-lover.
J L — Google review
nice food, good service and good vibe, the soup is not as hot as I thought, we sat outside and it got cool during the eating.
Alex S — Google review
Came here after 13.30 still crowded. Whenever I fancy authentic Vietnamese pho without being disappointed I come here. I only had to wait few minutes to have a seat inside. It was very hot and they didn’t turn on the A/C. Besides my table was an English (sound British) aged man that ordered No.3 and a pair of American speaking ladies. The customer base is not only foreigners but many local French and Asian. The pho soup was sumptuous and flavorful. The beef melted in my mouth without chewing it. There was nothing to ask for side vegetables which come as standard. The red bean coconut milk drink was delicious and refreshing though I would prefer with more ices. Most tourists don’t know Paris, particularly Paris 13th district, is the best place in the world to have authentic Vietnamese Pho soup (except Vietnam)given its high concentration of Chinese Vietnamese diaspora. I tried Pho from over 30 countries and Paris still has the best authentic Pho. Service was fast and efficient (no BS). People come here only for good food and not romance or networking.

We were looking for a restaurant In Paris late at night and found this restaurant. This was an awesome Asian Japanese restaurant. The food was excellent all items there cannot go wrong. Zen Restaurant Paris. A place where we can enjoy authentic japanese cuisine with a reasonable price in the heart of Paris. We got a set of fish bowls and a set of grilled salmon. Food was delicious and refreshing and perfect for ending the day. The dessert was surprisingly very delicious with Tofu and homemade jam. We would definitely go back again. Recommended.

From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The staff knew exactly how to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making us feel comfortable and appreciated. The environment was calm, stylish, and well thought out — the perfect setting to enjoy a great meal. Went there on a rainy day, sat outdoors well covered from the rain. Service was good, unfortunate that a group of 6 Germans also looking to get cover from the rain sat behind us. Needless to say they were very loud. It made the experience subpar. Food was alright, above average maybe expectations were too high because of the Michelin big gourmand awards. Ordered the unagi set for 38 euros, feels a bit pricey for mostly rice. Probably won’t go back again but definitely not bad - deserving of a 3.5/5. Still better than 90% of Japanese restaurants in Rue st Anne.
Alex T — Google review
One of the most disappointing Japanese meals I’ve had. We decided to dine here after seeing the Michelin sign outside, expecting at least a decent experience. Unfortunately, most of the dishes we ordered with my family were extremely salty — especially the beef and pork rice bowls, which were almost inedible. The unagi (eel) rice tasted unmistakably like it came from a frozen pack, and the fish in general had a strong, unpleasant smell — like it had been frozen for months. I’ve had far better meals at basic chains like Yoshinoya in Tokyo — their 500-yen beef bowls are far superior. Even at the same price range in New York, you can find much better Japanese food. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place.

The chinese restaurant My Noodles is a great place to go if you're looking for delicious noodles with a high level of quality. The service is friendly and fast, making it easy to get your food in a hurry. Food comes in big portions at an affordable price, and the ramen here is some of the best that I've ever had!
Excellent. I had been craving beef noodle soup for a while, so this was perfect. Great level of spice, too. I also got pork dumplings, which were excellent. My only complaint is that I was very warm, but it's summer so it's fine.

Great food, one of my favorite meals I’ve had while on vacation in three countries the last few weeks. Clean, DELICIOUS food, and friendly. We got the beef and potstickers and my mouth still waters when I think of it. The beef melted in your mouth. Highly recommend! We didn’t have to wait for a table, gave us our food quickly and refilled our water a lot (as an American, this was a big deal!)

Awesome noodle spot in a convenient location. Stopped in late right before closing and it was still full. A few folks showed up after closing and were still seated on a Saturday. The noodles are hand pulled and very good. Had the veggie dumplings and beef noodle soup (N2). I liked the noodles and the beef but found the broth to be a bit lacking in flavor. I should have chased down some chili paste. Prices were good for the portion size. Definitely would come back again if in the area!

It’s quite easy to dish out 5 stars to restaurants where you had a ‘good’ meal, but should 5 stars be reserved for ‘excellent’ meals? Probably. This is one of the restaurants that deserves the 5 stars. The portion size was excellent, the service efficient, the prices reasonable, and the food very tasty. It may ‘only’ have been crunchy chicken and rice, but when their chilli sauce is added it becomes something else! So much so that I bought a jar of their chilli sauce for €6.80 to take home.

Absolutely delicious spot for comforting, flavorful Chinese food in Paris. We ordered the beef soup, beef sauté, tofu soup, and mushroom and cucumber sides — everything was incredibly well-seasoned and satisfying. The broths were rich and fragrant, the beef tender, and the sides were super fresh and balanced. Cozy vibe, quick service, and generous portions. Highly recommend if you’re craving something hearty and authentic!

Decided to go here instead of the crazy wait at another restaurant down the road. Super yummy noodles. Hand pulled. Texture of noodles were great, fried aubergine dish lovely. Wasn't a big fan of the beef in the noodle as there was too much of a certain spice but the duck noodles were nice! Add the dumplings, they will not disappoint. Flavoursome and juicy!

Song Heng - A Solid Vietnamese Spot in Paris Every time I visit Paris, I make sure to stop by Song Heng. Their pho is simple, comforting, and full of flavor-exactly how it should be. It's not fancy, but that's part of the charm. The restaurant is small with limited seating, and you might end up sharing a long table with others. The vibe is quick and no-fuss: people come, eat, and go. There's usually a line outside, but it moves fast. I always go for the petit pho, which is already a big portion for me. I love adding extra meatballs —it's delicious and still very affordable.

Simply delicious. Menu is very simple - 2 main choices, Pho or Bo Bun, and Nem, Little size or Large size - a ver good sign of quality. Tried Pho - soup is very delicious, with raw beef, cooked beef and beef meat ball. Feeling back in home and heaven as an Asian. The place is very tiny - so be prepared for sharing table. But ambience is great - the Vietnamese owners are very friendly; exchanging pleasantries with customers, and the guests were polite and nice. Great experience and food. I came at after 3pm and didn’t wait (1 minute in waiting) to get seated.

The only place you need to try pho in Paris. Cheap, flavourful, authentic. I thought it was fun sitting with all those people at the same table too 😂 It was very efficient. And every body only cared about the great food.

Authentic Northern Viet style pho, I ordered a small bowl but I should order a large one as I was very hungry. Everything is good especially the broth and the beef balls, need to wait for 20 mins but worth waiting

This place is so delicious. The hand pulled beef noodles were flavorful and bouncy and the staff were so kind. Also a stand out was the pork dumplings!! I went to a couple other Asian food places in Paris but this one was by far the best. Thank you!!

Not going to list my travel resume here but let’s just say I’ve been traveling for a looong time and I’m pretty sure this is the BEST Asian takeout I’ve had in France…maybe even Western Europe. All of the food tastes exactly how it looks…DELICIOUS! Juicy and crunchy in all of the right places with a mouthwatering glaze. And the price is more than fair! The staff is also patient and helpful. One lady who handled all of the orders was quick and spoke like 4 languages from what I heard. My sister and I got 5 entrees and fresh noodles to share! We took it home, reheated it and the quality didn’t budge! The crab roulè was too greasy and the nem weren’t the best. The thai chicken was ok but with a spice that tastes like Thailand so it was saved. I recommend the fresh noodles & carmelized chicken which was the BEST since my hometown Chicago. Finally! Someone gets it right. Ofc I discovered my last day in Paris.. god knew 😂 There is also wifi and a beautiful atmosphere.

Food, prices and service. The food tastes good here. The prices are reasonable for the taste and quality of food offered. The service is very quick, you just have to wait in line for a while, then you choose your food depending on your preferences. They weigh it and then you pay. Good vegetarian options are also available. Overall it is a good place to sit and taste the different types of dishes and starters.

An amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their soups are not only incredibly flavourful but also come in huge portions, making them perfect for a hearty and satisfying meal. If you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy delicious Vietnamese food, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend.

A Vietnamese restaurant with flavorful foods in District 13. It is a small, and family-run restaurant. Beside the well-known phở with different meat options, there are other less well-known "noodle soups" which are known to a specific region of Vietnam. After a bowl of hearty phở, it is recommended to conclude with a sweet drink as dessert.

Delicious classic beef soupe pho, will come back and try the limited dishes during the week. A little bit pricy than the other restaurants.

Had bo bun beef and pork for main dish. Everything was good and filled us up quite nicely. Only problem I would have is the quality of the meat which I felt was of lesser than the rest of the dish. But good experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Authentic Japanese restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Bistro Ramen Ryukishin is a contemporary venue with a wood-lined terrace that offers a variety of ramen bowls, tsukemen dipping noodles, and sake. This establishment is more than just an institution; it's the place to go for delicious ramen prepared by authentic Japanese chefs.
The hot ramen was really good—the sesame and sesame oil gave it a nice, distinctive flavor. The fried dumplings were also excellent and definitely worth ordering.
張維晴 — Google review
Quite a ramen fan and been to many places worldwide. For 20 euros one would not expect such a small serving of ramen, the paper thin chicken / duck meat taste like those ready-made salad meat from supermarket, the use of raw coarsely chopped red onion pieces AND a slice of lemon are unusual for authentic Japanese ramen. Also uses spring onions instead of finely chopped Japanese leek. The noodles are average and on the soft side. The only saving grace is the pan fried gyoza. The ramen with thick soup is quite odd , the soup has the texture of salted cappuccino foam.
Mommy M — Google review
Not going to lie, I was disappointed after visiting this place for the second time in a few years. The sesame broth was super creamy and bland, really flat! I appreciate the starters and the tsukemen though, it’s well made and the karaage is lovely. Ramen lacks flavor though. But great service and atmosphere thanks to the wood and jazz.
Valentin M — Google review
My wife and I came to dine here on a Wednesday evening without a reservation and were luckily seated shortly. We were kindly greeted by who we later found out was the chef and sat right by the kitchen where we saw all the action. I ordered the thick broth ramen with house made chili oil and sesame paste and this was by far the best meal I had in Paris and dare I say.. maybe one of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a bit heavier than my wife’s classic one with mussel oil but boy was I enjoying my ride to flavor town. Each bite and slurp was so heavenly and just the right amount of richness.. from the tender meats (2 birds (chicken & duck!) in 1 bowl), crunchy textures, & that amazing chicken broth, everything just complimented each other so well. I’m someone who loves a good crunch in my meal, and this one didn’t disappoint with the crunchy leek, chopped onions, and fresh bok choy! Ramen noodles were not too firm and not too soft, a perfect in between. I usually don’t like spicy (mild at the most) and anyone on the same boat doesn’t have to worry about that chili oil cause it only adds to the flavor without the burn. And that chicken broth… NEXT LEVEL! I had chicken broth ramen in Tokyo and though I love both, I might have to give extra brownie points for Ryukishin for the loaded party bowl and only 5 minute wait time to be seated on a busy night. We left completely satisfied and chef greeted us goodbye as we walked our happy, full bellies back to our hotel. Highly recommend for any ramen lover or first time visitor in Paris! You will not regret. Arigato!

Small, cozy restaurant. We Booked in advance. Fast and good service. Good food also. We ordered both the clear and sesame broth ramen. Both were good. We also ordered the yuzu cheesecake which was very good.

Hot Ramen: 8.5/10 Cold Ramen: 6/10 Total: 7/10 We tried two ramen dishes during our visit—one hot, one cold—to get a feel for both ends of the menu. The hot ramen was quite solid. I’d give it an 8.5 out of 10. The broth was thick, creamy, and beautifully rich. I appreciated how the ingredients and broth were served separately—it kept everything vibrant and fresh until you combined them. That said, it could’ve used a touch more depth—maybe a hint of char, a smokier edge, or some darker miso flavor to round it out. Still, definitely enjoyable. The cold ramen, on the other hand, didn’t work for me at all. I would rate it a 6 out of 10. I can acknowledge the creativity and the interesting blend of flavors—it wasn’t boring—but the end result was far from tasty. It felt more like an experimental dish than something you’d expect to savor. Definitely not something I’d reorder. We also shared some boiled dumplings as an appetizer, which felt underwhelming, especially considering the overall bill came to around €40. The dumplings lacked impact and didn’t feel like a good value for the price point. Total score: 7 out of 10. While the experience had its high point with the hot ramen, the rest didn’t quite justify the cost. Probably wouldn’t return.

Edit: came back a year later to get the seasonal tomato ramen I was dreaming about all year (🤣) but sad to discover they changed the recipe. The broth is less rich, it felt like they added corn flour or some kind of thickener(??) I wasn’t a fan of the texture. I attached a photo so you can compare the color of the two. I hope they can bring back the vegan tomato ramen from before. It was a lot more flavorful. :( changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 because of this. Service was still great. ————————— Review from my first visit in 2024: A little pricey but really exceptional vegan ramen. Had the seasonal tomato vegan ramen with yummy toppings like asparagus and mushrooms, and the broth was so rich and creamy and flavorful. Might be the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had (even better than T’s TanTan in Tokyo which used to be my favorite). The vegetable tempura was also perfect, served with a special matcha sea salt. Service was lovely too. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice place for a quick bite, chill atmosphere, great tasting noodles and meat. The beef was very good! The prices for the quality are very good and the staff was very friendly and kind! The service was fast, too. You can get any dish without soup, which is better on a very hot day. Personally not too fond of the desert option but it's still nice that it is there.

Energetic and youthful vibe. Delicious cucumber salad. Great pork wanton dumplings - server asked what level of spice I was after (0-6). I chose 3 but should have gone 5, to really feel the Sichuan mouth tingle. Generous servings.

We went to Trantranzai in Paris and had to wait about 15 minutes, which is understandable since the place isn’t very big. But it was absolutely worth it! The decoration is amazing, making you feel like you’ve stepped straight into China. The atmosphere is truly immersive. We tried the raviolo au porc, and they were absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying something like this, and I loved it. I also had the nouilles dandan au porc haché sans soupe, and they were one of the best I’ve ever had. I chose spiciness level 1, and it was just perfect. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was incredible. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Best poke bowls I’ve ever had! The food, the service and the place are top, top quality. I would recommend it 100%. The only feedback I have for the restaurant is to remove the noise from the beepers. Once your order is ready, it beeps and vibrates. I think the vibration is more than enough, especially being someone who gets overstimulated with these sharp noises.

Decent chicken ramen, nothing exceptional considering there are so many other places that are truly fantastic! I only had half a piece of the egg oddly and it was a bit cold. Fast food like experience for ordering using a screen at the entrance and collecting the ramen later.

Really cute Japanese set up. We enjoyed the poke bowls and ramen; the chicken udon was okay. Service was friendly & orders were quick, however since we were downstairs, we had to wait for staff to walk past with someone else's food to flag them down after our initial order.

This was our fourth time coming here. The portions were correct, and freshness/quality of the toppings for the poke were great! Me and my sister were satisfied with both our meals and the staff were kind and gave us utensils. The place is very cozy but slightly cramped upstairs if you want to sit and eat on the spot. Delicious Chinese food. I had dumplings, spicy beef soup, and a rice ball dessert. All of which were excellent and authentic. 好吃!
Henrik R — Google review
I ordered take out, the host is very polite but was a bit disappointed with the food. Maybe I had high hopes after the great reviews. I ordered 2 noodle dishes with pork. 1. The noodles with pork and hot oil (it was not well seasoned, lacked salt). I ordered maximum chilly but it was still bland. 2. Noodle with pekin sauce The noodles are definitely hand made, and generous but the other ingredients were not in proportion to the noodles. The amount of ground pork could definitely be more(I am a caterer and I always put minimum 100g of meat per person even on low priced menus). This was definitely less. The quality of the meat was not very good either, lots of fatty pieces in the ground pork with a strong smell and not enough cucumbers or other veggies. Over all not satisfying. One might argue that my experience was not good because I got take out. But my feedback is not the texture of the noodles, which would understandably change when the food is reheated. I was just expecting more taste but was disappointed with the lack of flavour and quality of ingredients(except the handmade noodles which were good)

I had amazing fun in this restaurant!! It's a whole experience and everyone needs to visit it once. We started with a drink and they had good options for cocktails! I took Spicy Ice tea and it was very refreshing! Then we moved onto the starters and they were very original and very well made! I had a happy surprise with the tofu skin starter!😍 The main dish is something that you need to choose carefully at least your spiciness level. We chose level 3 and it was perfect for us! I really enjoyed the tofu, the rice noodles and the rice cakes!! All the other ingredients also jelled well with the spices! You can hit the gong and get your picture on the wall of fame if you finish level 5 spiciness!😅 We were greeted by a spicy shot at the end of our dinner! Again a happy surprise!🔥 Would recommend to go with some friends or a partner as the dish is better enjoyed when shared (Asian culture)!❤️ Also do visit the washroom it's a fun vibe in itself!

99% satisfied! The service is so divine. The young lady who served us was very kind, polite, and informative. The food was lovely. The cafe can be too strong and too sweet for some people because they used condensed milk, so make sure to ask first. One point deducted for the soup. Too salty to my taste. That’s it. Sanjo is a cozy spot located in the heart of Paris' Japanese district near Rue Saint Anne. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Japanese dishes, with a menu that changes monthly. The decor is simple yet chic, allowing the focus to be on the delicious food. They serve an array of ramen options, from classic pork to spicy variations, as well as delectable gyoza and refreshing yuzu sorbet for dessert.
Delicious ramen restaurant, probably one of the best in Paris where the quality didn't decline with the years. The place is modern but small, so depending on the hour the wait may be long (note that you can't book a table). The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Margot — Google review
Ramen was done really well, and for the first time in France, they got it right when I asked for hard noodles. Broth is good but not wow. I had the yuzu chicken broth. Was expecting a more creamy chicken broth, the one you’ll get by cooking the broth really long. Yuzu taste was very faint, besides the dollop of yuzu kosho added on the top. Service was ok but could be improved. I was alone and could have been placed at the counter earlier, instead of waiting along with other bigger groups.
Jeremy Y — Google review
I took tan tan ramen, it was ok. The noodles were a bit thicker but it was spicy enough for a tantan compared to my expectation The sashimi does not worth the price so I don’t recommend it. The gyoza was nice with the sauce.

Great food and great service! Broth is authentic and flavourful, would recommend. I asked for recommendation and their classic is the chicken / pork ramen with broth. Really good and around 20€ I recommend :)

A laid back walk in authentic Japanese restaurant. We had a good time here, the food was fine, our yuzu ramen was not as expected but the tuna and salmon bowl was great. It would be nice to have more drink by glass options. Overall, the service was good and atmosphere was also nice and not too loud. a great place to hang out with friends.
Rina F — Google review
Was recommended this place by a friend and was excited to see yuzu ramen on the menu. Last time I tried was at Afuri in Tokyo and it was quite an interesting experience so I wanted to try it again. The soup was a chicken soup base with quite a strong flavour of yuzu, it wasn’t as heavy as the usual ramen soup as the yuzu gives it a very clean and healthy flavour. Noodles were cooked perfect and loved the ajitama, it was just the right amount of saltiness and melts in your mouth. Simple goodness but it’s not always done very well. Overall, I would say it’s one of the best ramens I’ve had in Paris, would definitely visit again to tried the normal ramen. The place gets busy quickly during lunch hours even on weekdays from the office crowds. Recommend visiting on the dot when the place opens.

The service was ok. Not good, not bad. The food was tasty. The steak tartare was the best we tasted in Paris during our journey ( 1st/3). The choice is short but it's worth it.

The kitchen is actually great! The chicken burger was delicious and crispy. The beef cheek tender well cooked. Fries crispy. I enjoyed the onion soup too! Great meal, prices make sense for the quality and the service! Got too full for desserts but wish I had room, the profiterole looked divine. The service was great too! Lovely and accommodating staff, I’d recommend.

All points for the ambience, humongous place and in one of my favourite streets in Paris. Great place to bring your group of friends and have a good time! Food is alright, I’d go more for the drinks :) Small suggestion, look at the entire place before deciding where to sit. There are a lot of hidden spots! ;)

The food was delicious overall, but the Jamaican jerk chicken wasn't fully cooked. However, the staff immediately took it back after confirming the inside was raw. They replaced it with the newly cooked chicken thighs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was heavenly! An amazing experience in Paris. We ordered the lunch special, which included a starter, main, and dessert. The meal, the service, and—more than anything—the charming atmosphere of that lovely street made everything exceptional. Highly recommended!

I visited this bar recently and while the atmosphere and drinks were decent, my experience was negatively impacted by the management and security staff. When we entered, no one mentioned any bag policy — not at the entrance, not by the staff, not even by our waiter. Then out of nowhere, a security guard came up to us, demanding we remove our bags and vests. The tone and approach were completely unnecessary and caught us off guard. If there’s a policy in place, it should be clearly communicated at the entrance or by the staff when you're seated — not enforced hours later with hostility.

Great place to see American NFL football. Soccer games take priority - but quick switch over to NFL once it ends, and they will switch monitors to the game you want. We camped out with beers and some excellent fish and chips. Very nice staff.

Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, which opened in spring 2019, boasts a chic food court on the basement level offering a variety of sweet and savory options from renowned culinary legends as well as cutting-edge purveyors. The department store provides an extensive selection of women's fashion, ranging from high street to high-end luxury brands. Additionally, it features Lafayette Gourmet with its deli counters and Bordeauxtheque offering over 1,000 labels exclusively from the Bordeaux region.
It's a beautiful and impressive building. The glass dome is amazing and definitely worth seeing. There's also a terrace with a great free view of the city. It's worth a visit. However, shopping there is quite expensive. I bought some souvenirs because I didn't have time to look for cheaper options elsewhere. I also bought shoes but later found them 25% cheaper in my own country.

The store feels like it's filled with items that couldn't be sold in the main gallery in recent years. It's like an outlet for various brands. The interior design lacks any special charm or sophistication, keeping it simple and business-like. The goal is to keep customers focused on their shopping experience.

If you're into high-end shopping, you absolutely have to check out Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées in Paris. This place is seriously next level! From the moment you walk in, you can tell it's super fancy. It's packed with all the big-name luxury brands – I'm talking top-tier fashion, jewelry, and everything in between. The vibe is just incredible, and even if you're just window shopping, it's a treat for the eyes. I had such a great time Browse and soaking it all in. The staff are really helpful and make you feel right at home. It's definitely a splurge, but if you're looking for that special something or just want to experience luxury shopping at its finest, this is the spot. You won't regret it!

Galeries Lafayette in Paris is part spectacle, part shopping, with a stained glass dome that makes you look up and lose track of time. It’s touristy but worth a visit. The rooftop terrace gives you a clear view over Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower if you’re patient with the crowds. Come early on a weekday for breathing room and photos without elbows in the frame. The store layout can feel like a maze, but that’s part of the charm, Even if you’re not buying, it’s worth a peek while you’re nearby.

Galeries Lafayette is more than a department store—it’s a Parisian cultural gem. Whether or not you're planning to shop, the architecture, view, and the overall atmosphere alone make it worth a visit. That said, if you're seeking deals or a peaceful experience, consider visiting on a weekday and be mindful of pricing policies and service limitations.

Gros Bao is a wonderful Chinese restaurant that serves delicious, traditional dishes like baos and dumplings. It's located in the trendy area of Canal Saint-Martin, and it has an authentic atmosphere that's affordable. Sometimes the line can be long, but it's definitely worth the wait. The staff is friendly and all speak English so ordering was easy.
The food is so good that I went two nights in a row. The restaurant is large with indoor seating in two levels. Menu is delicious and fairly simple with a variety of baos, plates and small appetizers. Also offer a dessert menu. You can order and pay via QR at the table. The food comes out fast. The only thing I wish is that the staff was a bit friendlier/welcoming.

I had lunch at Gros Bao and ordered the beef ho fun with the cucumber salad as a side. Everything was really good, the quality of the ingredients is top tier! The prices are also well balanced for being a restaurant in Paris. Also the sichuan/pineapple refresher was so good!

Very cool find. Great food, great service and a cool experience. They had a virtual menu which you can use should you wish. We notice that it was linked to our actual table and so we could check the order and pay online with Apple Pay. Unexpected and pretty convenient. Food comes out really fast as well. Upon leaving we saw they had an option to order takeaway outside though a system mounted in the wall. Kinda fun. Definitely worth a visit. You should probably try book as it was very busy (on a Monday). I think we got a table as we were there before 7pm.

Genuine Chinese street food, we delighted our tastebuds in a cool atmosphere, great clientele and amazing display with opened kitchen, I’m just not fond of the furniture type (1960 Formica) not sure Chinese families knew this type of home kitchen setup of dining furniture but it was meant to be cheap then not famous for being comfy.. anyway! Char siu bao and siu mai dim sum with shrimp are absolutely to die for, sweet and sour chicken and char siu pork are amazing dishes to share with a cup of jasmine rice bowl! Pilsner lager pairs with the food, extra tip please ask chopped ginger to top up with the house made sauce of soy and vinegar, then you’ll have the perfect dip for your dim sum 👌🥟

There were tons of options for food and desserts. The desserts were so beautifully done. It seemed like pricing was pretty high in this area compared to similar items we were able to find in less touristy areas.

Located in a separate building across from Galeries Lafayette Homme, Gourmet has some of the nicest bakery and pastry options in the city, along with restaurant, home, and technology floors upstairs. The ground floor gets extremely crowded on weekends, especially after midday, so I’d recommend going early if you want to grab a pastry or sandwich with a coffee. Seating is limited and almost impossible to find later in the day on weekends. Toilets are on the very top floor, in case you’re wondering. Not the most practical for customers, but it does help keep random passers-by out.

I am a Premium member of the Galeries Lafayette shop. I used to go every week however the quality seems to fall down quite much. I purchased 3 clementines at the fruit stand at Gourmet level -1. Yatai Ramen Pyramides is a new addition to the ramen scene, offering on-the-go or dine-in options throughout the day. I was not blown away with the brooth. There was a lack of depth with the flavour. However, the gyoya was good and the yuzu works well with gyoza. I think actually gyoza was the star.
Melody — Google review
Tucked away in a quiet alley, this ramen shop truly feels like a hidden gem. From the outside, you might walk past without noticing, but step inside and you’re greeted with décor that instantly transports you to a ramen shop in Japan. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and full of character. The service was prompt and thoughtful. The owner — a Nepali gentleman who could easily be mistaken for Japanese — runs the place with genuine care, even making the rounds to check in on guests. That personal touch really sets the tone. The ramen itself was exactly what I craved on a rainy day: comforting, hearty, and satisfying. While the chashu was more like tender boiled pork than the usual torched style, and the soup base didn’t have the depth of a long-simmered bone broth, the bowl as a whole still came together beautifully. And the sakura cola? Fragrant, refreshing, and unexpectedly delightful — the perfect pairing. Even the restroom adds to the quirky charm — located underground, reached by a tiny tunnel that feels like stepping into a dragon’s lair. It’s these little details that make the place unforgettable. All in all, this ramen shop isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. A true hidden gem worth discovering, especially on a rainy day.

I can easily say that this is the best ramen I have ever had. If you are a ramen lover, you have to go here. Also the staff are very very friendly. 5/5. I will come back here next time I am in Paris. 📍 Yatai Ramen Pyramides 7 Passage Choiseul, 75002 Paris, France 🇫🇷🍜 If you think you know what ramen is, Yatai Ramen Pyramides will surprise you 🤯. I had one of the most memorable meals here, where Japanese comfort food meets Parisian creativity in bold and unexpected ways ✨. The restaurant is run by a brother-and-sister duo 👨‍🍳👩‍💼 — James in the kitchen and Vanessa on the business side — both dedicated to delivering 100% homemade ramen 🍜🥢, even down to the noodles. The name yatai recalls Japan’s traditional street-food stalls 🇯🇵, and while this Paris spot is more refined than rustic, it still carries that spirit of accessible, soul-warming food ❤️. I ordered the liver and truffle ramen 🍲🍄, and wow — what an experience. I always thought I loved liver, but this was something else entirely 🤤. The flavor was intense, earthy, and absolutely unique. The raw or cured liver pieces added a richness I wasn’t expecting, and the truffle aroma lingered with every bite 👃. The broth was bold, layered, and unforgettable, while the springy homemade noodles tied it all together 🍜👌. Even now, I can still taste it in my mouth 😮‍💨. What makes Yatai special is its mix of authenticity and innovation 🔥. The menu offers traditional ramen bases but also daring creations like foie gras or Wagyu-truffle combinations 🥩🍄. The cozy setting 🏮 and welcoming service 🤗 make even the strongest flavors approachable, and while prices are a bit higher 💶, the craftsmanship justifies it. This is not your everyday, safe bowl of ramen 🙅‍♂️. It’s an adventure 🚀 — one you’ll either fall in love with ❤️ or at least remember long after 🌟. If you’re in Paris and want to push your palate beyond the usual, Yatai Ramen Pyramides is absolutely worth a stop ✅.

Yatai Ramen Pyramides is a solid spot for delicious ramen. If you want to enjoy your meal in peace, I recommend arriving right when they open for lunch, it’s calm, cozy, and perfect for a quiet bite. And depending on where you're seated, you might even catch an anime movie playing across the street, immersive dining at its finest :p

Pho13 is a renowned Vietnamese restaurant located in the vibrant Paris district 13, known for its large Asian communities. The restaurant offers classic Vietnamese summer rolls, stir-fried noodles, and spicy curries in a modern and low-key setting. Customers praise the generous portions and diverse menu options. Many recommend trying the delicious Pho soup, which features flavorful broth, meat, and vegetables. Visitors appreciate the excellent value for money and friendly customer service at Pho13.
I came here back in 2022 with some friends, and this was the first meal we got in Paris. I got to practice my French and I even helped my friends order. The food was delicious and the vibes were great! I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Ordered the Satay Pork Noodle Soup — balanced, aromatic spice with a strong broth flavour, highly recommend for that alone. VERY generous portion of pork slices, which I would praise but unfortunately were tough and dry. Noodles were also not the best but not the worst. Side dish of pork slices with tender flat noodles and veggies were better — juicier and light char flavour, so they probably were using leftovers for the other one. I appreciate the hoisin, spicy sauce and chilis provided to enhance the dish to taste. They have a very extensive menu of interesting dishes at reasonable prices, so worth a try for the great flavours, but cautiously expect some quality cut-downs here and there.

Luckily found this restaurant while browsing on google map and we ended up have our meals at Pho 13 everyday during our trip. The food is amazing and authentic. Just unfortunate we did not stay long enough to try everything on the menu, but highly recommend to try Bun Bo Hue, Bun Mam, Bun Rieu. The staff is way too friendly and hospitable, he helped us to carry our suitcases down to the stair because the lift was broken down. They even helped us to check when is the last train to get back to the hotel. This place will make you feel less “homesick” with authentic dishes and warm welcoming of Vietnamese staff and owners. I will definitely visit and eat here every time I’m in Paris.

I visited Phở 13 in Paris about two weeks ago during my pilgrimage tour, and we had two meals there. Each time, we could choose one dish from their menu — which offers a great variety of Vietnamese food! On the first visit, I had bánh xèo, and the second time I tried cơm tấm. Honestly, both were amazing. The pork ribs with the cơm tấm were flavorful and cooked really well. The rice was a bit watery, but nothing too serious. The bánh xèo was crispy, generous in toppings, and very satisfying. My dad had cơm cá kho, and it came in a good portion and tasted great. What impressed me most is the wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes they offer — from rice to noodle dishes, grilled meat, and more. The restaurant seems very popular and was quite full during both of our visits, especially with tour groups. Because of that, service wasn’t super smooth, but still acceptable considering how busy they were. If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend calling ahead or checking if they take reservations. If you’re in Paris and craving Vietnamese food, don’t miss this place! Highly recommended.

The staff is nice. It’s the first time i went to a real Vietnamese food joint and my god it was so bad. I don’t know if it’s this restaurant or just how Vietnamese food is cooked. I had crab meat and pork with both soupy noodles and white rice. No taste whatsoever. The pork was primarily just big bones. There was enough salt but just no flavour. Everything tasted like water to me personally. But once again the staff was very polite!

One of the best Pho and Vietnamese restaurants in Paris. Service was great even with the restaurant was full, you can see all the staff running around serving and seating customers. Ordered Pho and when it arrived it looked a bit disappointing as it looked plain and empty, however when I dig into it, the hidden gem was loaded with a lot of meat and noodles. Never judge a bowl of pho base in it's appearances 😂 Delicious broth with depth and mild sweetness, the bowl was filled with plentiful meats and noodles. They have a bang mi store next door as well, make sure you grab one.

Laï-Laï Ken is a spacious and airy Japanese restaurant located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. The decor is simple with light-colored wooden furniture, creating a serene ambiance. The menu offers a variety of Japanese dishes such as stir-fries, ramen noodle soups, gyozas, and more. Customers praise the efficient service and delicious food, particularly recommending the fried chicken and wonton soup.
Don’t be intimidated by the queue at the entrance, it is moving pretty fast. Ask for the bar seats for even faster entry. We were with kids (6 and 9 years old), and the bar seats were perfectly fine for them. The food was really good and authentic although for someone from Asia I’d love my Sichuan-style miso ramen spicier, it’s definitely adjusted for the locals. Some of their staff speak Japanese and some speak Chinese, so for someone who doesn’t speak French. We ordered yakisoba and tan men and they were perfect. We will come again for sure to try their gyoza and may be other types of ramen.

Great restaurant with friendly waiters . Overvall a great restaurant that mixes two asian cultures into one. Chinese food cooked in a japanese fashion. If you are looking for a nice place to eat as a couple this is a great spot! It was definitely family friendly. It was clean and the bathrooms too but the only problem I had was that it was too loud. I had a hard time hearing my friends across the table. The servers were nice but they had a hard time hearing us over the table to order too. Convenient paying methods. Just scan the sca. code and you can chose to divide the payment and just pay what you ate or share the payment. If they can fix the noise issue and invest in noise reduction in the building They would get even more clients!

I ordered two small, straightforward dishes: the wonton soup and the fried shrimp. The wonton soup had a simple soy sauce base, and while the wonton wrappers were thicker than I expected, they had a satisfying chewiness. The fried shrimp came garnished with bits of chili, but if you're expecting a kick, it might be disappointing. It wasn't spicy at all. However, both dishes were still enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean, with a minimalist ambiance and well-arranged seating.

One of the best Asian restaurants I have tried in Paris, and I’ve tried quite a few! The shisen ramen is delicious, with a flavourful, slightly spicy, brothy soup which can be hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend the mapo tofu, although will note that the spice level seems to vary between visits and sometimes has been a bit mild. The gyoza is great too. You can pay via a QR code on the table using the sunday website which is quite handy, and can also split the bill.

The menu boasts a variety of unique offerings not commonly found in other eateries, such as Bun Mam, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate.
As a Vietnamese I would really recommend this restaurant. Taste like Vietnamese. With the reasonable price we have super big dishes that we couldnt finish it all, what a pity 🥹 But looking other table the dessert make me mouth-watering honestly so we order 1 home so we can have it later. This Thai-Vietnamese restaurant was a pleasant surprise — overall, we really enjoyed the food. The rare beef pho was hot and flavorful, which was already much better than Pho 14. The fried spring rolls were very crispy and delicious, definitely worth ordering. We also had mango sticky rice, which was made with black glutinous rice — unique, but the portion was small and there wasn’t much mango. The three-color drink (Chè Ba Màu) was too sweet for our liking. The restaurant was crowded and the seating quite tight, with people lining up, but the food quality made it worthwhile. Overall, much better than Pho 14 in both taste and atmosphere.

Quite good bun bo hue and pho. We have been here two times, we really liked the bun bo hue. Also the bun cha was quite good. I think they have one of the most authentic Vietnamese food. Portions are really big, barely could finish them. The service is quite rush, the space is quite narrow, you could be sit with other people as well.

This was my second visit to Pho Bom, and it has become a must-visit during my business trips to Paris. Ever since a friend introduced me to this gem last year, I’ve been eagerly anticipating my return. This time, I decided to try the Vietnamese crepe filled with pork and prawns. It was truly impressive—crispy, flavorful, and utterly delicious! The beef pho was just as fantastic as I remembered, featuring a rich, aromatic broth that elevates the entire dish. However, I found the service to be somewhat average. They will moving guests when they need a bigger table could be improved, as it felt a bit rushed. Despite this, the food quality remains exceptional, and I can't wait for my next visit !

I don’t understand why they only got 4.0 overall rating!!! It’s the best pho I’ve ever had in years - super fresh meat, generous portion, flavourful yet natural soup … really there isn’t anything to complain about. The service is not supreme but still quite efficient. Considering how busy the place is at peak hours I think they managed it pretty well. If you love pho this is the go to place in Paris!!

Authentic Vietnamese flavors in the heart of Paris. The menu is long and full of flavorful dishes that stay true to traditional Vietnamese cuisine. I’ve tried both the pho vit (a light, comforting broth with duck and fresh herbs) and the Bún thịt nướng, a vibrant bowl of rice vermicelli topped with grilled pork, egg rolls, crunchy veggies, and herbs. Both were great, but the Bún thịt nướng really hit the spot; crunchy, refreshing, and even better with a generous pour of their tangy sweet nuoc cham sauce. Try to avoid peak hours on weekends, it gets busy fast

Rating: ★★★★★ for the food (especially the Pho), but ★☆☆☆☆ for the manager/owner. I’ve dined here several times and always enjoyed the experience—great food and generally good service. However, during my recent lunch visit, the experience was quite disappointing due to the manager/owner’s behavior. Instead of calmly training her new staff, she micromanaged him in a way that created a visibly tense atmosphere. Even the trainee looked stressed and uncomfortable while serving customers. As someone who understands Vietnamese, I found the tone and approach unnecessarily harsh, which made the entire dining experience unpleasant. I felt so uncomfortable that I rushed through my meal just to get out of there. A note to the owner: please be more discreet when training staff. Don’t assume that your guests can’t understand what’s being said. If the restaurant is understaffed, consider hiring more help. When the place is busy and there’s only one staff member juggling multiple tables, stepping in to support them would go a lot further than standing by and criticizing. Great food deserves an equally great atmosphere—and unfortunately, that was missing today.

Kadoya Ramen is a newly established restaurant in the Little Tokyo district of Paris, having opened its doors in the summer of 2018. Originating from Osaka and with presence in Milan and Valencia, Kadoya aims to elevate the traditional ramen experience. The menu boasts a dozen variations of this classic dish, including fried chicken ramen, salt-based broth, and silky ramen with soy sauce. Visitors can expect new flavors and variety at this establishment.
The food was really good, the chicken and udon were delicious, overall recommend but you might have to wait a bit in the line
Yeva T — Google review
The soup is not even hot and contains some stuck-together noodles. This isn’t ramen; it’s just instant noodles with a mediocre taste. When I told the server there was something in the soup, he didn’t seem bothered at all.

i am not a big fan of ramen soup but since i was within the area and it was cloudy (bit rainy too), so i decided to have a ramen soup. This is my 2nd time in this authentic japanese restaurant..Last time was in 2022. Soup was served in 10mins. It was good, with freshly cooked ingrédients and meat. not salty at all like most of my past ramens. Waitress was so corteous . Will try a non ramen dish if ever i come back🤞.

I went for lunch with my 3 girls and their friend. We really enjoyed the simple yet warm atmosphere. The waitress was very patient and recommended what to order for the kids. The service was fast. They absolutely loved their food! The plates are generous, look and taste good!

My go-to for Japanese comfort food. I love everything about this restaurant. Dishes are served piping hot. Tasty and generous serving.
Marge M — Google review
I recently visited Kadoya, a Japanese restaurant in Paris, specifically to try their ramen. With the winter chill in the air, we were craving something familiar, hot, and spicy, and ramen seemed like the perfect choice. We visited during late lunch, and the space was really small but cozy. We had the warmest waitress who was very patient and attentive to our demands. Most of our table ordered the Tantanmen, which consists of minced turkey, vegetables, pork slices, peanuts, and sesame. This dish was marked as spicy on the menu. The rest of the table opted for the Spicy Tori Paitan, which features ramen with fried chicken slices, egg, and vegetables, and is also considered spicy. Unfortunately, my Tantanmen did not live up to its spicy promise. Even after being offered extra pepper, it lacked the zing I was hoping for. This was one of those meals where I wished I had my pepper sauce with me. However, we made the best of it, and while the soup was nice-ish, it could have been much better with more pepper. I understand that French cuisine doesn't typically include the level of spice we enjoy in West Africa, but I believe that catering to a diverse crowd should include having actual hot sauce available for those who prefer it. The restaurant has only one restroom, which is pretty rustic but cute nonetheless. Overall, I would rate my experience at Kadoya a 5/10.

Kadoya was a spur of the moment decision while we were in Paris and I will say if you are in need of a solid, quick, and fulfilling meal I wouldn’t hesitate to go here. If you really care about the best Japanese food in town you probably won’t be super satisfied. We had a positive experience overall with the food being good, the staff being friendly, and us leaving full and satisfied.

Yatai Ramen Chateaudun is a must-visit gem in Paris that has captured the hearts of ramen enthusiasts. With its incredible quality and generous portion sizes, this spot stands out even among other renowned ramen places like Kodawari. The signature ramen featuring foie gras, truffle, and wagyu is a culinary delight that leaves diners raving about its rich flavors. Don't miss the gyozas paired with yuzu sauce for an unforgettable appetizer experience!
Yatai Ramen was a fantastic find during our trip to Paris. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes that left us more than satisfied. For Paris, the prices were surprisingly affordable, making it great value for money. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. To top it all off, we were given a few freebies at the end of the meal—such a nice surprise! Wow! Highly recommended for ramen lovers looking for a hearty meal.
Alexandru D — Google review
Very nice people and setting, but I didn’t like the food. It wasn’t authentic Japanese cuisine. The “spicy karaage” was basically Korean Sweet Chicken. The gyoza wasn’t made in a japanese style, it ressembles chinese dumplings more. And the ramen was way too salty and the donburi didn’t include the sauce which is normaly put on it (only mayo).
Yoroy — Google review
I had the curry with chicken. The flavours were top notch. I would have preferred separate bowls for the rice and curry though. Veggie ramen was pretty good too.
Krishna S — Google review
Topping my list as the best ramen spot in Paris, this place truly stands out. I've tried several options around the city, but nothing compares to this one. Their generous portions make every meal satisfying. My favorite order? The spicy karaage—an addictive blend of sweet and spicy flavors that's simply incredible. And the vegetarian ramen? Hands down, the best I've ever had!
A S — Google review
The ramen is good - nothing special. If you are craving it, it's a good spot in Paris for sure, and it won't disappoint if you try it. All people working there are nice and there's no major downside besides the fact that sometimes you can get a queue and the tables are pretty small.

We we were welcomed so warmly by Erika, she was so intentional and careful to make our evening so nice, on top of that she had the best recommendations! She was such a sweetheart. The food we had was so good. The duck was delicious and the sake was divine. Try out the signature Ramen with the truffel and the Wagyu beef! It was worth every bite!! Absolutely recommendable!

Mao Dumpling Bar is a trendy Chinese restaurant that focuses on serving delectable dumplings, tapas, and desserts alongside a selection of wine and beer. The small yet modernly decorated eatery offers limited seating and features contemporary artwork with hints of traditional Chinese culture. While some patrons have experienced long wait times, others have praised the cozy interior ambiance. The menu boasts standout dishes like Dan Dan noodles, which are known for their explosive flavors and spicy kick.
I stopped by after walking all day in Paris and found a seat at the bar, where I was warmly welcomed. The staff were kind and friendly, taking the time to guide me through the menu. I ordered the spicy Szechuan dumplings, fried rice, and aubergine, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavours were incredible, and the service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed both the meal and the experience here. Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Love the venue, they had the windows closed so we asked for them to be open, such a lovely day outside so it’s a bit of shame they didn’t have the old one from the beginning. I’m sure it would’ve attracted a lot more people. The aubergine and tofu were the stars of the show for us, fried rice was very good value, and the dandan mian unfortunately did not match expectations if felt very different than the dish we’re familiar with in style and quality. The dumplings unfortunately were a bit of a miss for us, even in other photos and tables we didn’t get as crispy of a bottom as was expected. The meat inside the dumpling was also more of a ball separated from the exterior of the dumpling which is not expected in our experiences eating around china.
Jai B — Google review
We arrived just in time before it got crowded. The service was so-so. At first the staff was friendly, as soon as it got crowded and we finished our meal, we were rushed with questions to know if we were done and if we wanted dessert. Slightly understandable, given how other people were waiting, but not excusable from my pov. The food was a bit too oily, I know since I have tried the same fried chicken in a different Mao chain. I, nevertheless, like the noodles.

The restaurant is known for its unique soba recipes such as white radish and breaded pork, yam and egg, and fried eggplant with salted plum. The delicate and refreshing lime soba paired with soba yu is highly recommended. The light tempura with options like corn and sweet ebi is of excellent quality.
The pork cutlet rice bowl and soba noodles were absolutely delicious! The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned. Paired with the fluffy rice, it was incredibly satisfying. The soba noodles were fresh and had a wonderful, chewy texture. Together, they made for an amazing meal—simple, comforting, and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

I never expected to find such delicious soba in Paris. The restaurant was clean, the staff were polite, and most importantly, the soba was incredibly tasty—I was very satisfied. The karaage and salted cabbage were also really good. It's not just "good for being overseas"; even if this restaurant were in Japan, I would definitely be a regular. That’s how good it is. Highly recommended!

Delicious Japanese canteen serving traditional soba noodles (both cold and hot). The dishes are freshly made and very tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Be aware that the concept behind the canteen is sharing your table with strangers - don't be intimidated. People usually queue up for a long time to enter, as there is no booking system (it works on a first come first serve basis). I'd recommend coming at the opening hours to avoid/reduce the wait.

Le Cheval d'Or is an elegant and minimalist bistro that has been recently revived by a new team, including renowned chefs and wine experts. The menu, curated by Chef Taku Sekine, features creative dishes such as whole roast duck and croque madame stuffed with lobster. The restaurant also boasts an excellent selection of natural wines and high-quality coffee.
This dinner lived up to the hype for us! We did the smaller tasting menu and am always curious how the portion sizing is for this type of menu, but the portions were perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The food was flavorful, interesting, and incredibly memorable. We had the seasonal asparagus, cucumber/strawberry dishes, tortellini, mushroom dumplings, pork chop, and strawberry pavlova dessert. The dessert was amazing!! The interior is beautiful and had great music playing. Only atmosphere cons were that it was almost too quiet and we were sat next in the corner next to the toilets and got wafts from the toilet area every now and then. Overall, would highly recommend for a memorable meal in Paris.

Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The food was innovative and delicious, the staff were all very nice and helpful, the design, the service and the total experience - an absolute 10/10. Is it a little pricy, and definitely not an everyday restaurant? yes. Was is absolutely worth every euro? Absolutely. We had the 9 course dinner, which turned out to be more with some lovely extras like the shiitake-cucumber broth, the vanilla- passion fruit desert and more. Every dish was better than the previous. The dessert, although I am not usually a pavlova fan - was incredible. A must try.

The best meal I had in Paris! We did the 9 course tasting menu with some dietary restrictions and were taken for an incredible ride. I can be skeptical of Chinese-French fusion, but the balance, technique, and flavor here made it one of the best meals of my life. Some bites felt like being taken back to a familiar time and place, others were new and fresh and elevated. The service was genuinely warm and went above and beyond for my friends and I, and the space is so beautiful.

We had a small group who were celebrating birthdays. The team were great at guiding us through the menu, we went with the 9 course degustation and then we had wines selected to go with the food. Every course was amazing. Every bottle of wine was a great complement to the food with relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again when next in Paris.
Adam H — Google review
A close friend recommended the place to me & hyped it up slightly. The initial experience was fantastic, the dishes were both creative and blended French & Southern Chinese cuisine delicately - truly an impressive feat. I have been to many other Michelin-starred places that struggled to find this balance. However, the turning point happened during the Steamed Turbot, the fish was not descaled properly. Every bite I took had fish scales in them. While this would’ve been fine in the streets of Asia, I was expecting the attention to detail at the level of a fine restaurant. Flagged this to the waitress and nothing happened, which was really disappointing. Truly felt sorry for the chef, proper descaling is critical & should not be overlooked though.
Zhan G — Google review
Totally incredible dinner from start to finish. Every dish was impossibly better than the last. The staff were so attentive and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Easily the best restaurant we visited in Paris. Genuine 10/10. Merci beaucoup!
Leonora M — Google review
The three of us opted for the tasting menu and it was delicious - unique!! You will definitely leave full because the portions are not small (I’m from nyc)! Everything was so good. Hard to pick a favorite - the mapo tofu twist dish and the big chunk of fish were top runners but the duck?! Omg. So good. Duck probably was my favorite. We weren’t able to finish the shrimp toast and fish dish even though they were so yummy bc we were so full!! It’s already not easy to get a reservation but I suspect it’ll continue to be even more popular. While it’s got a tasting menu and the food quality is excellent, atmosphere is pretty laid back and casual. Servers very nice. Oh the only dish I was not a fan of was the cucumber/kiwi/melon one but only because it has cilantro and I can’t eat that-but my friends liked it, it was refreshing
Susan C — Google review
Beautiful presentation, friendly staff, and lovely decor. The price is great for a nine-course meal. The starters were absolutely amazing, and the duck was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The rice was perfectly sticky, and the pickles were adorable and paired beautifully with the duck. However, the pancake didn’t quite work—I would have preferred the usual style over the egg-based one. The rice itself was excellent, but having both rice and pancakes felt like too much. Sometimes, less is more. Dessert was incredible, but three massive portions were a bit overwhelming. A smaller serving or just one dessert would have made it perfect. Don’t get me wrong, all three were delicious, but a bit of restraint would have elevated the experience. On a positive note, the music selection was great, and the volume was just right—not too loud, creating a nice ambiance. Overall, the food was tasty, but a few small tweaks would have made it truly exceptional.

Definitely need reservations - we walked in but we will lucky to do so. The soba is very nice and the pickle variety was great too. Very refreshing meal with a wide menu (we didn’t even try the sushi). Service was solid as well and the food arrived quickly. The mochi was good but I went with a sorbet and an ice cream would have been a better options.

Unfortunately it’s the worst Japanese restaurant I’ve tried in Paris so far. Soba was okay but you can make it at home if you buy the high quality ones in the Japanese supermarket in town. We didn’t get the pickles as showed in other people’s photos either. Tempura was good compared to the others though. We also ordered the sashimi and urchin hand rolls. The quality was good but it’s overpriced (maybe because of the location). Honestly Ryo and even Takara have better sashimi options than here with lower price while also in the city centre. The service level was unfortunately very low- we can feel the difference how they treat Japanese guests compared to serve others. It’s unacceptable. Another thing to note is that you need to make reservations for their lunch bento. Very disappointed and I will never come back.

It’s our favorite Japanese Restaurant in whole Europe! We made reservation with ten days advance notice and arrived directly from the airport to dine in. Their flavors are just amazing. I don’t know where and how they are getting their salmon and tuna but it’s the freshness and richest flavor fish I was able to taste outside of Japan. That flavor and the freshness is the key to the “waw” factor whether in tartare, sashimi, or nigiri. Had also delicious mixed tempura and cod. Miso Cod was on an overdone side as it was served in 4 small pieces instead of one, making the edges dry, but the nice flavor compensated for it. Service is very pleasant. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to update the furniture in the patio and bring some modern Japanese art on the walls. The place is too sterile and does not photograph well.

Nestled in a quiet corner of the 12th arrondissement, Dersou is a culinary gem that has captured the hearts of Parisian food enthusiasts since its inception in 2014. This Japanese-inspired restaurant, founded by renowned chef Taku Sekine and talented mixologist Amaury Guyot, offers an exciting blend of brunch favorites and traditional Japanese cuisine. The open kitchen adds to the trendy atmosphere, where distressed wood accents create a warm ambiance.
Our favorite dining spot in Paris! My partner and I first came to Dersou in 2021 and had one of the best meals of our lives. 3 years later, we returned this last weekend, nervous it wouldn’t live up to our memories. Fortunately, it was everything we remembered and more! We did the tasting menu with cocktail pairing and every dish was delicious, beautiful, and creative. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. If you’re able, we recommend sitting at the bar to get a front row seat to the chef’s at work. We will definitely be back!

I really like the place, but food can be better. I had fish bones on my bonito tartar, maybe just unlucky- it was just my plate that had it. The zucchini was best for me and I thought the cocktail pairing was pretty good 👍🏼

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. Everything was equally beautifully presented, imaginative, thoughtful and sometimes challenging to my palette. I ate food I'd never have ordered myself off the menu and I'm so glad. The cocktail addition was brilliant and very good value for money as it provided a full cocktail with each course. My guest and I are not local to the area and felt uncomfortable with drinking too much in an effort to get ourselves safely back to our hotel and the wonderful staff at Dersou we're glad to offer non alcoholic options. When I come back to Paris Dersou is 100% on the agenda again.

Exceptional dinner featuring unusual and excellent flavor combinations, top notch ingredients, and a warm and welcoming team that (thankfully for 2 Americans) speak excellent English. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, plated, and presented. Flavors are nuanced, subtle, and balanced. I had the 6-course tasting menu and the accompanying cocktail pairing. I left very satisfied and not hungry at all. In addition, as this is a menu where the dishes are unknown, the team does ask for any dietary restrictions/allergies/aversions via email 1-2 days in advance and the menu is tailored accordingly. I think this is a very important detail since the restaurant has no published menu for people to review in advance of booking a reservation. If you are looking for an elevated experience, dersou should be on your list.

A fantastic dinner the chef put together a great tasting menu. All the dishes were really good and the explanations were very informative. The staff was incredible and was very understanding when I called twice to move my reservation to later in the night. The traffic was so bad later when we arrived the waiter told us there were protests through the city that affected the traffic patterns lol. Thanks for the great dinner experience Dersou staff!

I opted for the menu featuring seven dishes. The culinary journey began on a high note with the first dish, and each subsequent course only elevated the experience further. Each plate was thoughtfully paired with a cocktail, an approach that beautifully expanded the flavor profile beyond what a conventional wine pairing might offer. The staff, young and friendly, displayed an infectious passion for their craft. They seemed blissfully unaware of the remarkable heights they've reached with their work, which I can only describe as sublime.

Walked in around 7:30 on a Tuesday with no reservation. Already the dining room filling up. I was seated at the bar which I was fine with. The service was lovely from all staff members. Smiles all around. This was then backed up by the food. Yum. I recommend the beef tartare (a top tier one in my opinion). Wine list was diverse and at a range of prices which gives you many options. Food was a little pricey, but definitely well worth it for the experience and good times it brings. 10/10 will be back next time I’m in Paris

This place is ok.. it feels more like a wine bar for light bites before a proper dinner. Although they do have a full dinner menu! While there’s a lot to choose from, there are no vegan options, contrary to what the website says. One of our party was out of luck but they did get a green salad (pictured).. the fries/chips are cooked in beef tallow so while delicious, also not vegan friendly The stand out was the ice cream. The server was explaining how they make it.. and from what I understood, it’s an elaborate process! That involves whipping the cream for HOURS. Never tasted anything like it before! The texture was a combo of something like gelato and ice cream and yogurt

Cool place all around. It’s the wine bar of the famous chef from the neighboring restaurant Chateaubriand. They serve a tapas-style menu with small plates ranging from €10 to €30—so if you’re aiming for a full dinner here, it can get pricey. The service felt a bit raw, very much in line with the Parisian vibe I’ve experienced elsewhere. That said, it’s a true local spot—every table around us was filled with French diners. The sommelier, on the other hand, really took the time to understand our preferences. I had to try their fries since everyone on top jaw (a series where they interview other chefs about resturants in their city) said they where great and in fact they where amazing. Honestly, some of the best I’ve had in years. The gelato with olive oil was another standout, and when paired with a crisp French white wine, it turned into a daring, brilliant flavor combo. The pigeon was also superb—rich, tender, and beautifully cooked.

Fantastic, modern and fun. Staff made it so easy. Awesome wines

The food was really good. We came for lunch. They offer quite good price lunch menu. Loved the coriander salad. I had sole meunière and it was bomb! Would definitely come again when in Paris to try out evening vibe. Plus points for our waiter, she was alone for lunch service and managed all very well. P.S. French people should start tipping, even for lunch. Its still service 😉

Delivery Chinese restaurant
Yi One is a new Chinese restaurant located near the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris. The small, clean, and nicely decorated spot offers a variety of authentic Chinese dishes such as Jianbing pancakes, noodle and ravioli soups, and steaming hot baozis. Visitors have praised the attentive staff and delicious food, with some noting that the portions are generous while others found it slightly expensive for the portion size.
Very nice, authentic, Chinese crêpes! The meat versions are the best, but the veggie one is great too. Can only recommend. Come, and enjoy! Put spice 😄

Amazing hidden corner in the heart of Paris. Great food, warm service and great atmosphere. Highly recommended! ☀️

I took the nouilles au porc, it was absolutely delicious and authentic. The staff was very friendly, the service is very fast and I found the price to be very affordable. The restaurant is very cosy and with some seating space also outdoor. I will definitely come back next time I am in Paris !

Simple place to eat some very tasty Asian food. The Waiter and the Cook were very friendly and I was happy to spontanously book the dinner table for 2 to eat. Generous portions and very tasty.

Our veggie buns were not properly reheated and were icy inside -- I had asked for some ice cubes but never got them -- I think they wound up in the buns! We asked to have them reheated - the waiter was surprised that they were icy but not particularly apologetic. They should have been taken off the bill. We saw a roach on the wall behind us as we were leaving, too late alas, to eat somewhere else instead. My husband enjoyed his bing but we didn't feel good about the experience after seeing the bug and the disgusting bite of partially frozen bun.

This restaurant does Chinese crêpes, which is rare. The noodles and crêpes are good but not exceptional, quite localized to cater for the taste of the locals. Price quality rate is a bit high but could be normal considering it’s location. I was there to try to remind me of the taste of Chinese crêpes that I adore back in China. But the a bit altered sauce tastes here had me a bit disappointed. But it could be that it’s the variation of other Chinese regions.

This is my second time I tried the crepe chinoise. The place looks lovely, decorated well and has a terrace. The staff is very attentive towards clients and always ready to hear and help if needed. I got very positive impression, and the crepe is definitely a must try :) portions are big and also they have tasty ice tea which is perfect for hot weather. Recommend !

Tucked away in the stunning Passage des Panoramas, the Ramen Bar offers an authentic taste of Japan right in the heart of Paris. This charming eatery serves up a variety of ramen dishes, featuring rich chicken or vegetable broths that are sure to delight your palate. For those seeking something unique, their miso-based recipes incorporate fermented soybean paste and soy milk for a creamy texture and bold flavor.
Absolutely great place. Run together with Gyoza Bar and another business around the corner, great service and great food. It has a street food vibe and concept so don't expect michelin tasting gourmet food; this place offers an impressively quick but very tasty meal for great value. As a ramen lover, this was a dream find.

(Translated by Google) Discovery of this restaurant that I had heard a lot about, in the superb panorama passage. Very stylish, neat and warm interior, very friendly welcome. I tried the Ramen for €10 to take away. A nice quantity, delicious flavors, the pasta is a change from classic ramen, the broth is perhaps a little too salty for me. I will come back to test the other proposals 😃✌️ (Original) Découverte de ce resto dont j’avais beaucoup entendu parler, dans le superbe passage des panoramas.

(Translated by Google) Everything was delicious, in my top 3 of the best ramens in Paris! The staff was very friendly! Really great vegetarian Ramen (the broth had a lot of flavor and was excellent)! Excellent value for money, the portions are generous!

(Translated by Google) Great experience at the Ramen bar. I took the buta yaro with extra egg and the other guest had the supa black tan. The Yaro buta with soy milk is very creamy without being too salty as I can find in many miso-based ramens. The bowl is very generous, I was thinking of taking extra noodles but it really wasn't necessary. The tofu salad was very good and tasty. Perhaps a downside to the soy salad which wasn't spicy enough and we didn't taste enough sesame. The service is also top notch. My friend also loved the black tan ramen with black sesame. She preferred this soup to buta yaro.
