Delicious ramen and chicken rice. Came here on a Sunday night, not crowded, so easy to chat with friends. The restaurant is cozy and the service is good.

Food is acceptable. Waitress to tonight was dishonest. Added extra boiled egg to the meal when there was already included one. 26 euros for a bowl of ramen with meagre slices of porc roti, and nori. Noodles not the best. Last time I go.

I felt really welcome and comfortable here. We came for dinner on two evenings during our stay in Paris. On the first day I had chicken shoyu, and on the second day I tried zaru ramen. Both were light and tasty. My husband had the Akamaru and was impressed that it tasted just like Ippudo in Japan. They also have a kids’ menu! My children really liked the fried dumplings.

Great Ramen. The best I found in Paris so far. The broth was really good and so were the toppings, but a special callout to the perfectly cooked noodles. I took the ”spicy” Ramen which was excellent, even though I would say it was particularly spicy. Space is tight and tables close to each other, so not a place if you want to have a nice dinner for two.

Waited in line for an hour before we got our table. Food arrived pretty quickly. This is a casual ramen place with quick turnover. Recommend going in pairs or solo because tables are small. The spicy pork broth was thick and delicious - loved the mushrooms. The veggie broth however lacked flavor and was boring. The desserts were amazing - get the chocolate one. Ramen can cost up to €19. Fun experience overall!

Decent ramen place the broth was not as elaborate as i have seen. Chicken buns were delicious. i would skip the octopus balls. mostly dough. decent but no repeat for me.

An exceptional spot in Paris — probably the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The fact that we waited an hour and a half to get in didn’t bother us at all, because the reward of tasting that menu was absolutely worth it. I recommend it without hesitation. If I lived in Paris, I’d be there every week. A unique place with a distinctive concept and décor. The food is simply unforgettable. It’s worth the wait — just make sure to scan the QR code at the entrance to join the waiting list before getting in line.

We have never been to Japan, but we are big fans of Japanese food. The concept of this restaurant was amazing: sitting by a “fishing dock,” with boat equipment around, the sound of water, the boat engine, and the staff speaking loudly in Japanese — probably talking about fishing, the sea, and boats. It was incredibly interesting. I had never experienced anything like this before, and I loved the whole atmosphere. The noise, the friendly chaos, the warm and kind staff, and the perfectly balanced design details all made it very special. The recorded sound was at the perfect level, the details were thoughtful, and even the staff’s voices and coordination felt authentic. It became one of my best Japanese restaurant experiences ever. For a moment, I felt like I was living in Japan, right by the water, next to real fishermen. Unbelievable — and of course, the food was excellent, and the Japanese cola was a lovely touch.

Never disappoints! One of the best ramen i've eaten in Paris! You might have to wait a little bit but it's totally worth it. I had the vegetarian ramen and it's so so good! Even if it's cold, it has a lot of flavor, i recommend this one.

A very cozy place in the middle of le Passage Verdeau. The ambiance is nice and I loved sitting outside in the corridor. We ordered the karaage, the yakisoba, a tonkotsu ramen, a shio ramen and a katsudon. For drinks, we had the yuzu highball and the neko blossom. When we got the food, we were all impressed by the presentation. Nice and colourful, all very inviting. The highlight was for sure the karaage. Big and juicy pieces of chicken with a nice mayo sauce with some cabbage. Plus, we loved the yuzu highball and the neko blossom, both very flavourful. Those are the three things I highly recommend! The shio ramen was light and tasty. The chicken was also on point. The yakisoba was pretty good, but the soba felt overcooked(?) so the noodles were soggy. Not a big deal really. The katsudon had a nice taste. Finally for the tonkotsu ramen. I came with high expectations considering the chef seems to have studied in Japan. The broth lacked the distinct sweet or umami taste that tonkotsu ramen should have. Instead, it was just salty. The noodles didn’t really feel like the ramen noodles I’m used to. Instead of chewy, it kind of just breaks down after every bite. And for the porc, I guess it’s my fault for expecting chashu because that’s what usually comes with tonkotsu ramen. Instead, I got pieces that lacked the soy sauce/mirin/sake marinade taste. On the other hand, it was well cooked. I’m sure that the menu was adapted to the french palate so I don’t want to say that it was bad, just not to my liking I guess. I’m only speaking by what I experienced in Japan and all the ramen locations we have back home in Montreal, which were also made by Japanese chefs (and were closer in taste to Japan). Bref, very reasonable prices for the quantity that we got and quick service. We were all well satiated by the end of our meal.

Though it is called Neko Ramen, I am not sure ramen is their strongest suit. I ordered a Shio ramen for lunch and I personally find the noodles overcooked and the broth rathe blend. And I only got a spoon (?) for my dish 😅 so I had to ask for a pair of chopsticks. Saw the girls next to me ordered some sort of fried chicken and it looked really good. Perhaps I should try something else next time, just not ramen 🤔. Another thing to note is that the portion is on the small side, so if you are hungry please do take their formula so you are also getting rice or entree on the side.

The ramen is amazing but the service is terrible. The waiter took very long to take our order, later they brought my friend his beer but forgot my drink, and our ramen came before the appetizer, which still hasn’t arrived while I’m writing this review. Good food, but with this service I wouldn’t come back again since there are plenty of other ramen places around. Part 2… contd Finally got the waiter’s attention after 10 minutes... They confirmed they forgot my drink and didn’t even punch in the appetizer.

Very recommended place for having a traditional Japanese food. Food was delicious! I took the ramen with chicken and add some spicy to it. As well we took the gyoza and it was delicious too. The service was good, we were served quickly and kindly. The place had a lovely atmosphere with Japanese writing and decorations. Overall great experience, I recommend for people who never had ramen before and for people who already had in the past!

Ramen is mid. The noodles are okay. The toppings are okay and even the broth....it's okay. But nothing really stands out. The menu is limited to only a few dishes and those you do get...ordinary. The service is very friendly and you can even pay via QR-Code, which is very advanced (for European standards). Altogether I wouldn't come here again because the ramen isn't that outstanding and memorable, but if you do need a place to eat, this place will do. In the picture below you can see the vegan ramen.

Ordered the shoyu ramen with toppings. Very delicious broth with good dept of flavour. Toppings were fresh and added a good variety in flavour and texture. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious asian meal, even if you are on a budget.

For me the food is normal, nothing so impressive. Not saying not delicious but is just normal.we have the pork miso ramen . *we are being move to other table while we are middle of we eating the udon, just because there are line. Other restaurants would just ask the customer to wait. For me asking customers to move table when they already start s eating is kinda rude.

I really dislike restaurants where the dining tables are right next to the toilet – that’s just my personal opinion. Unfortunately, from where I was sitting, I could actually see the toilet bowl. I wanted to leave, but stayed only because I was with someone else. To be honest, when the food is good, I’m willing to overlook a few things. But here, the poor hygiene and the fact that the staff didn’t speak English made it worse. The biggest problem, however, was when we first entered the restaurant. I understand that it’s a small place, but having side dishes and eggs already prepared and left right by the entrance – fully exposed to customers, staff, dust, and even rain on wet days – is unacceptable. I simply cannot understand how anyone could think this is okay. And it doesn’t stop there – cooking equipment was left outside on the pavement, and the open kitchen looked dirty and unhygienic. I have no desire to ever go back. If people who don’t care about cleanliness keep giving high ratings, the restaurant will only get busier, which is a real shame.

We’re visiting from Singapore, and after having spent 7 days in Milan and Florence we were ready to get our Asian food fix. So we could be a little biased, having said that, this place does not disappoint! While it’s not fully authentic, it was authentic enough and we had such a great meal! The udon texture was really very good. Both the dipping sauce and the broth for our udons came seasoned very well. We feel the dashi or tsuyu flavors could be stronger, but a small nit pick. The tempura was fried very well and competes with tempura we have had in Japan and Singapore. It had no oily taste and the batter is the right thickness. The curry don was excellent - it even came with bonus slices of beef! The curry roux tasted authentic but could also be a little stronger in flavor. The katsu itself was fried very well the breading could be improved but they’re not a katsu restaurant so no complaints here. The rice was proper Japanese short grain rice so we were very pleased. All in all this meal left us far from disappointed, and satisfied our Asian food craving. We highly recommend this place if you’re hankering for authentic Japanese food. We will be back if we ever find ourselves in Paris and need Japanese food! Do note they don’t take reservations so you’ll need to line up.

My Parisian friend recommends this place so I lined up for lunch. Got in at 12nn when they open smoothly, but at 12:15 it’s full house. To avoid stuffing myself I ordered the hot sauce dip Udon (it does not have any meet in the bowl) and a serve of fried chicken, paired with a Kirin beer too. The chicken & beer came quickly. The batter is light and crispy, with citrus sauce. Very tasty. The udon was to be dipped in the sauce with springs onions, quail egg, ginger and sesame. Glad that the portion size of everything is just right. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic: warm, lively, and energetic. The meal is done in 30 minutes 😎💪

This restaurant is impeccable, and the Japanese Wagyu Udon is amazing! You can eat it without the udon noodles, and the broth is truly divine!

Came back to my favourite udon spot in town and it’s not as good as I remember. I came here often when I lived in Paris. Udon is still very good but the sauce to dip tempura is a little bit too salty. Long queue as usual.

Food was decent if you’re looking for some Udon or Japanese food while in Paris, but nothing spectacular. The Udons are good, we got the vegetable tempura dipping, shrimp tempura in soup, and curry. We also got the karaage, but would pass next time; felt like it was cooked non-traditionally. Prices are very steep for what you get and there was a long wait. We spent 100 euros for the meals and portion sizes weren’t even that big. In New York, you’d probably find something similar for $60-80 USD.

Authentic Hakata ramen in downtown Paris , 17-20 euros, worth every cent. Soup tastes just right, noodles of the right texture and temperature is just right . The pork is perfectly cooked. Don’t go there for the decor but for the food.

Anything we had was amazing and super tasty but their Ramen was the star. There was a short queue outside, but we were served pretty quickly.

OMG! 😱 Possibly, the best ramen I've ever had. I took the special one, with black and red sauce, and egg. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth super tasty and the black and red sauces, amazingly good. We also had some gyoza, and they were also excellent. A bit crispy on the base, super good. The service was super friendly and reasonably fast. The only thing that was not very good was the room. It was too hot inside, and no AC. Only a small fan far away, and a window slightly open. I'm adding this restaurant to my favorites, and will come back for sure.

We had the Tonkatsu ramen. Happy to finally had some authentic Japanese Ramen in Europe. Tasty soup, springy noodles, tender pork. Water is served. We came at the opening hour and there wasn't a queue but the restaurant fills up quickly.

Delicious food and great service. Everything came out quickly and just as we ordered. We happened to make it right before evening rush started and were seated quickly. We were near the door though, which made it a bit cold, but the food warmed us right up.

This is a MUST visit udon shop every time I come to Paris. The handmade udon is so chewy and satisfying that I always crave it even after my trip. I definitely recommend the udon over the rice dishes. The line is always long, but it’s absolutely worth the wait.

Delighted with this find in Paris! Authentic Japanese food - the udon and karaage were excellent, as good as any I have had in Japan and Singapore. My dining companion had the tempura udon and I had a refreshing cold salad udon that had tasty chunks of prawn tempura. The grilled aubergine was also tasty.

Food was good, but did not convince me. We had the tempura with soup and the tempura with hot sauce to pour. Soup was ok. the slightly grilled and then fried vegetables were the highlight for me. Otherwise it’s a meal you won’t remember the next day.

Japanese street food with some of the lame French touch. Fluffy tofu without character. The udon is just not special and the curry too thick. Of course I’m not Japanese but for someone that travel eating all around and appreciates local genuine flavors this is not it

Authentic excellent udon. Expect to que which generally moves fast and always well worth the wait. Staff are very efficient, helpful, understanding and friendly. Consistency here is incredible, each meal always hands down the best. Been dining here since 2011 and look forward to every visit.

So goooood! The best udon I have had in Paris so far, we had the yuzu pork soup, hot sauce over tempura and hot sauce over beef and onion, the taste of everything is so refined and delicate

We always have to visit here when we come to Paris since we discovered it several years ago. The small shop is run by twins. My go-to is karaage udon. Don’t forget to pour the sauce on the soft udon and fried chicken/egg. Come during lunch and you can get the set. Hubby likes the Torigobo Gohan and omelette. Usually, you can’t help but add more karaage.

Tiny place located in the Japanese area near Rue Saint-Anne. Depending on time of day or night, there may be a line. This place was super busy on a Wednesday evening 930pm. The wait was not too long even with a line; it was near closing time. Open kitchen lined by L- shape seating and a few seats in front of the window. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Ordered the miso ramen, normal consistency (which I believe refers to the thickness of the broth), with an egg added. Présentation and smell were appealing to the senses. Broth itself was flavorful and thick. The miso flavor didn't really come through too much. If you're used to lighter salt in your diet, then this will be salty for you. It was nice to watch the chef's process in making the ramen to order. 🙂

Their ramen is extremely rich so be prepared. Very strong flavor and very thick soup. Lots of topping so it fills you up. Service is fast and quick too. However €18 for a bowl of ramen might feel a bit overpriced but it is Paris.

If you wand to avoid the lunch queue, I would go there 30 minutes before the service starts (12.00). We arrived at 12.00 and there was such a long queue already, we had to queue for 40 minutes… but knowing the size of the restaurant and how lean the service is, it is quite understandable. I have to say it is definitely worth the wait, it’s one of the best ramen restaurants in Paris, the broth has a flavorful umami depth, without being too salty or thick like typical ramen soup can be, the noodles are al dente. The seaweed provides the broth a touch of marine taste. The bowl took me instantly back to Kyoto!

Excellent authentic ramen place. Super busy and be prepared to queue. Excellent service from the busy staff. We ordered two special miso ramens. The noddles were the perfect texture, and the broth was packed full of flavour. You are given a choice of light , medium, strong tasting soup. Obviously the broth goes stronger tasting and thicker as you go up. I would recommend light or at most medium for people going for the first time. N.b if the broth is too strong for you - you can order more plain pork broth to dilute it. Very impressed.

The ramen tastes good. I give the overall taste 4 star. However, the soup is too salty. With too salty, I mean it's as salty as sea water. I know that I can ask for broth to dilute the saltiness but it doesn't make sense why the restaurant doesn't serve it less salty by default and let the people add more salt or whatever special sauce when they want. I chose normal level of pork fat and it turned out to be a little bit fattier than other restaurant but it's still in a good range and I like it. However, for the next time, I'll choose less fat. I minus one star because they don't receive ticket restaurant. The restaurant is quite small and the queue will be very long if you come late.

BEST ramen I’ve had in my life. I crave it all the time. It is worth the wait. I’ve eaten here 3 times. A bowl costs 14€. My favourite is the soya based ramen (white bowl) however the miso based one (black bowl) is great as well. If you’re Asian and you like your ramen broth salty go for the “kotteri” level of intensity. 100% recommended. It’s always a great meal here.

Excellent ramen restaurant. We waited for 15 min to get in at 1:30 on a Sunday. They took our order when we were still in line, so we got the ramen soon after seated, which is awesome. We ordered Miso (sappari) and Shoyu ramen (normal) and both were good. Their chashu pork was excellent.

Flavors were absolutely fantastic. The spice level is no joke. I got a 4 and it was legit spicy, very good. Broth was amazing, beef was great, noodles were excellent. Go here and eat. You won't regret it.

Amazing noodles and flavorful soup! I love the concept of choosing your spice level from 1 to 5. I went with level 3, and wow, it was really spicy, 🥵 so just a heads-up: they don’t mess around with the heat here. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Delicious food and super professional service! I always love this place. The nouilles seches with walnut and sauerkraut and the mapo tofu noodles are our go-tos, but everything always looks and smells fantastic.

Came here for a quick lunch with a friend and was super happy with our meal! Originally from LA/NYC and think these noodles top most of the Chinese noodle shops I’ve been to :) Flavor of the beef zha zha noodles were🧑‍🍳💋 I personally love spicy food and think level 3 was the right amount of spice

Ramen was so great from the noodle to soup. The floor was sticky, and I could not sit quite comfortably. Just eat and go, then definitely happy to be here.

Best broth by far. They have few choices but good ones. Fast and kind staff too. However , this place feels like a sauna after a while. Proper ventilation (not fans!) for better air circulation is needed.

Certainly not among the best places to serve ramen in Paris. They're not bad, but not traditional either. However, this place is open until quite late at night, which is a clear plus to get dinner outside of the usual working hours. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean but small, quite packed during the day.

My favorite ramen place in Paris. Ramen is very easy to find in the neighbourhood but not like the non-authentic Chinese owned restaurants, this one is the real thing. Special recipe for winter (with black sesames) and cold (no broth) ramen for summer. The gyoza tastes homemade. The big bowl is h-u-g-e so choose wisely Friendly staff, no minimum for credit card payment. Non-stop service and no reservation.

Cute little ramen noodle shop. There was a line when I got there but the wait was well worth it! Ordered the small bowl and it was still a lot to eat. Price was not over the top and beer was nice and cold. Chefs and staff were very friendly with everyone and broth was perfect. Highly recommend and will be back next year.

best ramen in Paris!! I don't like anything too salty and choosing Tsutaya is a reasonable choice for me. The small portion was enough for me, the staff said that the large portion would be a lot and you have to be hungry enough and have a big stomach if you want to finish it. Plus, we were lucky because we didn't have to wait in line this time (they're so popular that there's always a long line) and their flavors proved the wait was worth it!

I went there because it seemed they make their own noodles; the taste wasn’t bad, but the hygiene rating was zero. The place was small, so we went down to the basement, but the menu was sticky, and the tables and chairs felt old and sticky too, which I didn’t like. The food took a long time, though the tempura udon tasted fairly good, but as we left, I noticed the state of the ground, which I hadn’t seen before, and it made me think about the hygiene. If the taste and cleanliness matched, I think the place would be much more popular.

Came during lunch time and there was few seats left. Luckily I was solo so easier to get a seat. The udon was a bit too soft and beef a bit overcooked. The soup has more soy sauce flavor than from meats. Overall, it was ok.

This is the best Udon I have ever tried in Paris! It was just amazing! The perfect broth with combination of perfect noodles and amazing meat! Perfectly cooked egg to add your udon - really recommend it. We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant as also the staff of the restaurant was friendly, helpful and efficient. We are definitely coming back there and trying more from the wide selection.

When in Paris, eat real Japanese udon noodles! This is a must to try when you’re in Paris and visiting the Japanese district. Homemade udon noodles and delicious soup. Everything was good! Arrive early as there’s usually a waiting line .

Great lunch menu they offer, the udon soup was light which was complemented by the heavier side dish comprising of a plum onigiri, omelette, pickles and karaage. The udon itself had a smooth texture at the same time not overly soft. We ordered the karaage rice as well and the sauce they used was just so delicious. Despite the restaurant itself was a bit small and crowded but I really liked the ambiance, will definitely go back!

Went for a solo dinner, sat at the counter got to watch the cook made fresh noodles nice cute place very popular. Suggested to get a bit early before a line starts, pricey but good quality.

Staff friendly, nice service. I really love udon here, specially the udon noodles are soft but still chewy, the noodles are big enough so i like the feeling when I bite into it, feels like I'm always craving udon. I luckily found this place, with good noodles and delicious soup, worth the price.

Decent food with quick service. I am not sure about authenticity. But the shrimp in rice coating is worth trying. The steamed rice roll is tasty. Not too sure about the stir fried beef, which was lack of wok air. In general a good place for budget option.

Nice little Vietnamese restaurant that serves local dishes. Good vibes. Lots of people. Very nice service. Pho was very good, could have been slightly more tasty. But would still recommend !

Second time coming back to this restaurant and this will become my facorite vietnamese resraurant in Paris. The food is delicious and i love how they take care of the customers. I order the “Pouley Grillée au miel” for this time and it was so good. I would definitely comeback again and recommend for my friends. For me, this place is worth for your money and time.

The third time I came here and I was still very satisfied with the food. It’s amazing 😁. I brought my Chinese friends and they also praised the delicious Vietnamese food. So proud. If you visit the restaurant, try Pho and fried shrimp nuggets, it’s really delicious

Lovely little restaurant, very tastefully decorated. The Bun Cha Hanoi was delicious. The only setback is that the restaurant has no air conditioning, which makes the dining experience rather uncomfortable.

I had the famous Bún Chà dish in Hanoi, Vietnam, but have to say that the same dish here was actually better! A great place to eat!

One of the best food and very nice atmosphere

Food is delicious and I enjoyed it so much. However, the restaurant is too crowded and too hot during summer time. I kept sweating while eating noodles. Remember to arrive as early as possible. Otherwise you have to wait a bit long as the queue is long.

The most delicious soba I’ve ever had in my life. Both the hot and cold soba were amazing, and even the tonkatsu was outstanding. Not just good, but truly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. For dinner, there are plenty of other tasty dishes besides soba. Since the portions are served tapas-style, it’s perfect to come with a group and share a variety of dishes.

Service, ambiance and cuisine are all 10/10! Thé aubergine especially was fantastic! The cuisine really is so well crafted bringing the flavours of all meat, fish and vegetables to the forefront of the plate. Simply put, the cuisine celebrates its ingredients. Will definitely come back to try the dishes we couldn’t try. The soba noodles was one of the best I’ve tasted in Paris so far. The sesame Soba was exception! The crème brûlée was perfection and the sesame and matcha ice cream remained one of favourites. The mochi made in-house was amazing as well. This restaurant is a hidden gem and one that I’ll visit again. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and the warm welcome into the culture and cuisine of Japan.

Popped in for a solo lunch on a Saturday, about 15 minutes after open. If you have a larger group (4+), I would recommend arriving around open to snag a bigger table, as it filled up quickly. Solo, I was immediately seated at the bar. The lunch menu feels like a wonderful value for the money. It came your choice of a soba plus a side salad of shredded daikon, a small bowl of rice, and a few different other side options. It being a summer day, I chose a cold soba with thinly sliced duck breast, which was phenomenal. The soba was ice cold and bouncy, the duck perfectly cooked, and the broth well balanced. I would highly recommend, especially given the price. Service was excellent, both in English and in French.

Run by a Japanese family, a high quality bowl of soba definitely warms your soul after a long day! A real hidden gem, can safely say this is one of the highlights of my visit to Paris if you’re looking for something different!

The portion of beef ramen (the royal one) was huge, very filling, the taste however didn’t meet my expectations. With the menu option we got 4 gyozas, chicken and vegetable, they were good. The service was not bad.

I went to this place because my family wanted to try the ramen. I wasn’t sure if I was going to eat there at all since it was 80 degrees outside. But I ended up getting the rice and beef with edamame on the side, and the chicken bites for starters were really good. The menu has a barcode that you can scan to read the menu in English if you need it. My food was delicious, the service was good, and the ambiance was great.

The ramen was delicious and the gyoza were really tasty as well. Everything was served quickly and the service was excellent. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Honestly it was a really good experience! The portions were big and I loved that there are halal options! We also didn't have to wait that much and the service was splendid. Definitely coming back again!

I've eaten in probably hundred different ramen places, mostly in Japan, but also in Europe, and this was the absolute worst I have ever had. Since it's in a good spot, it was also the most expensive one at the same time. The whole staff is Chinese, and the ramen came with no meat and fried chicken on side, which you should mix with the soup, which never happens in Japan. The restaurant looks nice though which is why I ended up in there.

The guy who showed us to our table was very friendly and welcoming, as for the waitress (the only waitress there) just had an attitude. Idk if is towards Americans or just in general. We try to learn the language and culture as we do to every country we visit. But you can tell she was just an order taker. You couldn’t ask her for recommendations if you did she sighed as if we are annoying her. And I understand here in Europe smoking is allowed everywhere but don’t smoke on the doorway to the business step a little more to the side

If you’re looking for delicious ramen in Paris, this place is for you. It’s small, quaint, cozy, and is frequented by a lot of locals. I visited on a Wednesday and it was very crowded. The service was great but slightly slow as they seemed to have more delivery orders than sit down orders. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the staff was very nice and helpful with choosing a good option to eat. The broth in the ramen is warm and comforting!

I got the signature ramen. For me the truffle was a bit much. But I do like the Foie gra is quite nice combination. The broth is too salty, especially the traditional ramen. I think the staff isn't so friendly and helpful but they did their job.

We tried Isshin Ramen and it was an amazing experience! The ambiance and decoration are beautiful, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The service was also perfect : attentive and quick. As for the food, we had the Tori Katsudon, the Mayu Special, and the Shinmen Special ; all of them were excellent, with perfectly balanced flavors and generous portions. For dessert, we went with the yuzu cheesecake and the aloe vera ; both were so tasty and fresh. Definitely a place we highly recommend!

Finally found the best Japanese ramen in Paris! The flavour’s super authentic, and the vibe honestly feels straight out of a movie “Spirited Away” with that kind of interior design!😍💗 You’ll have to wait in a long line, but trust me it’s 100% worth it. I don’t understand the overwhelming high ratings. I can give this place a 4 as it delivers authentic tonkotsu broth taste and the service is quick and pleasant. However, the noodles are clearly cooked, soggy and too soft. Hakata ramen has thin noodles so it they should be cooked properly. The toppings are okay, chashu, ajitama, menma but not strikingly great either.

I recently visited Menkicchi Ramen and it was a great experience. The restaurant is tiny and does not accept reservations so we had to wait for 1 hour outside and it was 0 degrees. Other than that, the service is quite nice and quick! The waiters are always smiling and the atmosphere is okay. The chefs cook in front of you its quite nice to watch them. The food is delicious, thick and their is good flavour. There is two options if you don’t eat pork and this is quite limiting. Portions are generous and quite fair prices. I recommend to visit it but if you don’t eat pork try to find other places as there is no beef or chicken Ramen.

Small, but a gem! Tried their shio, shoyu, miso, all had a hint of different catch to it. The pork is so soft and good. The broth paired well with the thick ramen. Recommend to give it a try.

I encountered some hygiene issues during my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found myself chewing on an elastic band in the ramen, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the toilet was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. The food was overly salty too.

Busy, bustling and beyond satisfactory. MianGuan is worth a little queue outside. If you visit during lunch times you’ll be quick to a table, at evening the wait won’t be long either. I recommend the spicy silky tofu with minced meat, it’s a bomb.

I really enjoyed the meal! It was packed with flavor, though it might not be the most authentic experience. You can definitely taste the soy sauce in the soup base, and the noodles were quite filling! The best part? The prices are really reasonable for such a generous bowl; you won’t find this kind of value anywhere else in Paris. Just a short walk uphill to the shop from the metro, and the staff were super friendly! Although, I did get a bit of a rush vibe from what seemed like the lady boss or mid aged lady that constantly has her eye rolling—maybe she just wanted to keep things moving. Just a heads up: they only accept cash for payments under €10, so it’s a good idea to bring some along!

Even on a Saturday night, the queue moves quickly, even for two. Our hand pulled la mian and knife cut noodles were very tasty and fresh, with the right amount of chew. Service is fast and polite.

Good selection of noodles dishes with noodles made in house. You can see into the kitchen which I always like. We went at at around 19.30 on a Sunday and we queued 5 mins but when we left the queue was a lot bigger. Noodles were decent and at a very good price. Dishes didn’t come out at the same time, about 5 mins apart. On a summer’s day it does get very hot and stuffy in there. We also had to wait a long time to pay at the counter. I understand they are busy but you pay in the middle of the restaurant, there was no space and the workers were just walking into us.

The noodles are delicious. You'll have to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to sit. The staff is a little bit rude, but you know that you're going to have some great food when a restaurant have rude staff but it's always full of costumers.

Restaurant pictures and reviews looked nice so I made a late order today (April 25th) via uberEATS at 9pm. The delivery was made in 15-20 mins. The fish bento was a disaster (pic below). Fish was not well cooked, tasted really bad, was cold and a bit smelly. The ramen was cold too (really surprising since the delivery guy took 5 mins max from the restaurant to my place). As for the dessert, not only their crumble was tasteless but looked more like a old porridge stacked in a white paper cup (just look at the picture). What kind of presentation is that? This is the first time I’m writing a restaurant review and my bad opinion is not biased by bad client servicing or anything. Just BAD food. I really hope that their restaurant serves much better food than this because I honestly think they should close if this is what they do on a daily basis.

Very good traditional japonais food in sainte Anne street in Paris. I have been there several times and will go beach again. The food is actually very good if you like Asian and notably the japonais food. The service is very quick, but not caring. Most of the time there is a line outside that you have to wait 10-20 minutes. No reservations needed. The ambiance is just ok. Enjoy!

I always see people lining up for this resto and finally tried it yesterday. The food was really average, yakisoba was okay, the ramen soup was too salty. For the price it didn’t hurt to try, but it’s not a place I’d line up for.

Came just right at the time they open 11.30am. Already few people obviously as hungry as I am. First time here. Selected Menu A @€15: Shiosu ramen + 7 Gyosa Gyosa was good but not fried enough. The ramen soup was well seasoned and flavored though the noodle was more a Chinese egg noodle than Japanese true ramen. It was tasty though a bit shy of another slice of meat (probably because it’s the menu). The service was very fast and efficient and no unnecessary talk. It’s definitely more of eat and go than taking all the time in the world.

We ordere shio l/ramen, miso ramen, and gyoza, and all are good. The broth is clean yet flavorful, not too heavy. The noodles taste fresh, a little bit clumpy, but I think it’s because it’s homemade. The gyoza is really good, very recommended! I have been to several good ramen places and I like this place so much. The place might be very hot in a summer day, it was 26 °C when I visited and it was barely bearable.

Locate near Val d'europe. Food was excellent, and it came fairly quickly. Lots of choices on the menu which is unusual for any Vietnamese restaurant I visited. I especially like the red bean dessert / drink, it resemble a home-made drink I had back home. The service staff is a bit slow, and at time the place could be quite noisy as its not a super big restaurant. All is all, a good place to try out.

Every visit takes me to Vietnam in flavour, and I always leave satisfied. From day one, the standard here has been remarkably high. The broth for the phở is rich, aromatic, with a subtle balance of star anise, ginger, and onion—not overly heavy, never overly sweet. It’s the kind of broth that warms you to your bones on a cold Parisian night. The beef (both rare slices and cooked) is always fresh, tender, and prepared just right. When I order the phở spécial with raw beef, it gently cooks in the bowl, releasing that wonderful fragrance of meat and spices. The bánh cuốn is another highlight: thin rice crepes, steamed just so, filled with minced pork and wood ear mushrooms, garnished with fresh herbs and crispy shallots. Light yet filling. Came here after 13.30 still crowded. Whenever I fancy authentic Vietnamese pho without being disappointed I come here. I only had to wait few minutes to have a seat inside. It was very hot and they didn’t turn on the A/C. Besides my table was an English (sound British) aged man that ordered No.3 and a pair of American speaking ladies. The customer base is not only foreigners but many local French and Asian. The pho soup was sumptuous and flavorful. The beef melted in my mouth without chewing it. There was nothing to ask for side vegetables which come as standard. The red bean coconut milk drink was delicious and refreshing though I would prefer with more ices. Most tourists don’t know Paris, particularly Paris 13th district, is the best place in the world to have authentic Vietnamese Pho soup (except Vietnam)given its high concentration of Chinese Vietnamese diaspora. I tried Pho from over 30 countries and Paris still has the best authentic Pho. Service was fast and efficient (no BS). People come here only for good food and not romance or networking.

Zen Restaurant Paris. A place where we can enjoy authentic japanese cuisine with a reasonable price in the heart of Paris. We got a set of fish bowls and a set of grilled salmon. Food was delicious and refreshing and perfect for ending the day. The dessert was surprisingly very delicious with Tofu and homemade jam. We would definitely go back again. Recommended.

Went there on a rainy day, sat outdoors well covered from the rain. Service was good, unfortunate that a group of 6 Germans also looking to get cover from the rain sat behind us. Needless to say they were very loud. It made the experience subpar. Food was alright, above average maybe expectations were too high because of the Michelin big gourmand awards. Ordered the unagi set for 38 euros, feels a bit pricey for mostly rice. Probably won’t go back again but definitely not bad - deserving of a 3.5/5. Still better than 90% of Japanese restaurants in Rue st Anne.

One of the most disappointing Japanese meals I’ve had. We decided to dine here after seeing the Michelin sign outside, expecting at least a decent experience. Unfortunately, most of the dishes we ordered with my family were extremely salty — especially the beef and pork rice bowls, which were almost inedible. The unagi (eel) rice tasted unmistakably like it came from a frozen pack, and the fish in general had a strong, unpleasant smell — like it had been frozen for months. I’ve had far better meals at basic chains like Yoshinoya in Tokyo — their 500-yen beef bowls are far superior. Even at the same price range in New York, you can find much better Japanese food. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place.

The sushi plate and chirashi bowl are very delicious with high quality fish! Lunch service might be a bit slow but it’s in city centre, so no complain. Highly recommend!

Great food, one of my favorite meals I’ve had while on vacation in three countries the last few weeks. Clean, DELICIOUS food, and friendly. We got the beef and potstickers and my mouth still waters when I think of it. The beef melted in your mouth. Highly recommend! We didn’t have to wait for a table, gave us our food quickly and refilled our water a lot (as an American, this was a big deal!)

Awesome noodle spot in a convenient location. Stopped in late right before closing and it was still full. A few folks showed up after closing and were still seated on a Saturday. The noodles are hand pulled and very good. Had the veggie dumplings and beef noodle soup (N2). I liked the noodles and the beef but found the broth to be a bit lacking in flavor. I should have chased down some chili paste. Prices were good for the portion size. Definitely would come back again if in the area!

It’s quite easy to dish out 5 stars to restaurants where you had a ‘good’ meal, but should 5 stars be reserved for ‘excellent’ meals? Probably. This is one of the restaurants that deserves the 5 stars. The portion size was excellent, the service efficient, the prices reasonable, and the food very tasty. It may ‘only’ have been crunchy chicken and rice, but when their chilli sauce is added it becomes something else! So much so that I bought a jar of their chilli sauce for €6.80 to take home.

Decided to go here instead of the crazy wait at another restaurant down the road. Super yummy noodles. Hand pulled. Texture of noodles were great, fried aubergine dish lovely. Wasn't a big fan of the beef in the noodle as there was too much of a certain spice but the duck noodles were nice! Add the dumplings, they will not disappoint. Flavoursome and juicy!

Song Heng - A Solid Vietnamese Spot in Paris Every time I visit Paris, I make sure to stop by Song Heng. Their pho is simple, comforting, and full of flavor-exactly how it should be. It's not fancy, but that's part of the charm. The restaurant is small with limited seating, and you might end up sharing a long table with others. The vibe is quick and no-fuss: people come, eat, and go. There's usually a line outside, but it moves fast. I always go for the petit pho, which is already a big portion for me. I love adding extra meatballs —it's delicious and still very affordable.

Pho here is the best in the city, it really is. Beef ball was really tasty. Beef sliced was also chunk but yet tender. The downside is that the restaurant is a bit small with limited seats, so you have to wait for the Q. Card payment is accepted

Simply delicious. Menu is very simple - 2 main choices, Pho or Bo Bun, and Nem, Little size or Large size - a ver good sign of quality. But ambience is great - the Vietnamese owners are very friendly; exchanging pleasantries with customers, and the guests were polite and nice. Great experience and food. I came at after 3pm and didn’t wait (1 minute in waiting) to get seated.

Not going to list my travel resume here but let’s just say I’ve been traveling for a looong time and I’m pretty sure this is the BEST Asian takeout I’ve had in France…maybe even Western Europe. All of the food tastes exactly how it looks…DELICIOUS! Juicy and crunchy in all of the right places with a mouthwatering glaze. And the price is more than fair! The staff is also patient and helpful. One lady who handled all of the orders was quick and spoke like 4 languages from what I heard. My sister and I got 5 entrees and fresh noodles to share! We took it home, reheated it and the quality didn’t budge! The crab roulè was too greasy and the nem weren’t the best. The thai chicken was ok but with a spice that tastes like Thailand so it was saved. I recommend the fresh noodles & carmelized chicken which was the BEST since my hometown Chicago. Finally! Someone gets it right. Ofc I discovered my last day in Paris.. god knew 😂 There is also wifi and a beautiful atmosphere.

Food, prices and service. The food tastes good here. The prices are reasonable for the taste and quality of food offered. The service is very quick, you just have to wait in line for a while, then you choose your food depending on your preferences. They weigh it and then you pay. Good vegetarian options are also available. Overall it is a good place to sit and taste the different types of dishes and starters.

A very pleasant experience. The taste of the phó exceeded all my expectations, it was extremely tasty. I highly recommend going there if you want to eat some delicious and authentic Vietnamese food!

A Vietnamese restaurant with flavorful foods in District 13. It is a small, and family-run restaurant. Beside the well-known phở with different meat options, there are other less well-known "noodle soups" which are known to a specific region of Vietnam. After a bowl of hearty phở, it is recommended to conclude with a sweet drink as dessert.

Delicious classic beef soupe pho, will come back and try the limited dishes during the week. A little bit pricy than the other restaurants.

Had bo bun beef and pork for main dish. Everything was good and filled us up quite nicely. Only problem I would have is the quality of the meat which I felt was of lesser than the rest of the dish. But good experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Quite a ramen fan and been to many places worldwide. For 20 euros one would not expect such a small serving of ramen, the paper thin chicken / duck meat taste like those ready-made salad meat from supermarket, the use of raw coarsely chopped red onion pieces AND a slice of lemon are unusual for authentic Japanese ramen. Also uses spring onions instead of finely chopped Japanese leek. The noodles are average and on the soft side. The only saving grace is the pan fried gyoza. The ramen with thick soup is quite odd , the soup has the texture of salted cappuccino foam.

Not going to lie, I was disappointed after visiting this place for the second time in a few years. The sesame broth was super creamy and bland, really flat! I appreciate the starters and the tsukemen though, it’s well made and the karaage is lovely. Ramen lacks flavor though. But great service and atmosphere thanks to the wood and jazz.

My wife and I came to dine here on a Wednesday evening without a reservation and were luckily seated shortly. We were kindly greeted by who we later found out was the chef and sat right by the kitchen where we saw all the action. I ordered the thick broth ramen with house made chili oil and sesame paste and this was by far the best meal I had in Paris and dare I say.. maybe one of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a bit heavier than my wife’s classic one with mussel oil but boy was I enjoying my ride to flavor town. Each bite and slurp was so heavenly and just the right amount of richness.. from the tender meats (2 birds (chicken & duck!) in 1 bowl), crunchy textures, & that amazing chicken broth, everything just complimented each other so well. I’m someone who loves a good crunch in my meal, and this one didn’t disappoint with the crunchy leek, chopped onions, and fresh bok choy! Ramen noodles were not too firm and not too soft, a perfect in between. I usually don’t like spicy (mild at the most) and anyone on the same boat doesn’t have to worry about that chili oil cause it only adds to the flavor without the burn. And that chicken broth… NEXT LEVEL! I had chicken broth ramen in Tokyo and though I love both, I might have to give extra brownie points for Ryukishin for the loaded party bowl and only 5 minute wait time to be seated on a busy night. We left completely satisfied and chef greeted us goodbye as we walked our happy, full bellies back to our hotel. Highly recommend for any ramen lover or first time visitor in Paris! You will not regret. Arigato!

Hot Ramen: 8.5/10 Cold Ramen: 6/10 Total: 7/10 We tried two ramen dishes during our visit—one hot, one cold—to get a feel for both ends of the menu. The hot ramen was quite solid. I’d give it an 8.5 out of 10. The broth was thick, creamy, and beautifully rich. I appreciated how the ingredients and broth were served separately—it kept everything vibrant and fresh until you combined them. That said, it could’ve used a touch more depth—maybe a hint of char, a smokier edge, or some darker miso flavor to round it out. Still, definitely enjoyable. The cold ramen, on the other hand, didn’t work for me at all. I would rate it a 6 out of 10. I can acknowledge the creativity and the interesting blend of flavors—it wasn’t boring—but the end result was far from tasty. It felt more like an experimental dish than something you’d expect to savor. Definitely not something I’d reorder. We also shared some boiled dumplings as an appetizer, which felt underwhelming, especially considering the overall bill came to around €40. The dumplings lacked impact and didn’t feel like a good value for the price point. Total score: 7 out of 10. While the experience had its high point with the hot ramen, the rest didn’t quite justify the cost. Probably wouldn’t return.

Edit: came back a year later to get the seasonal tomato ramen I was dreaming about all year (🤣) but sad to discover they changed the recipe. The broth is less rich, it felt like they added corn flour or some kind of thickener(??) I wasn’t a fan of the texture. I attached a photo so you can compare the color of the two. I hope they can bring back the vegan tomato ramen from before. It was a lot more flavorful. :( changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 because of this. Service was still great. ————————— Review from my first visit in 2024: A little pricey but really exceptional vegan ramen. Had the seasonal tomato vegan ramen with yummy toppings like asparagus and mushrooms, and the broth was so rich and creamy and flavorful. Might be the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had (even better than T’s TanTan in Tokyo which used to be my favorite). The vegetable tempura was also perfect, served with a special matcha sea salt. Service was lovely too. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice place for a quick bite, chill atmosphere, great tasting noodles and meat. The beef was very good! The prices for the quality are very good and the staff was very friendly and kind! The service was fast, too. You can get any dish without soup, which is better on a very hot day. Personally not too fond of the desert option but it's still nice that it is there.

We went to Trantranzai in Paris and had to wait about 15 minutes, which is understandable since the place isn’t very big. But it was absolutely worth it! The decoration is amazing, making you feel like you’ve stepped straight into China. The atmosphere is truly immersive. We tried the raviolo au porc, and they were absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying something like this, and I loved it. I also had the nouilles dandan au porc haché sans soupe, and they were one of the best I’ve ever had. I chose spiciness level 1, and it was just perfect. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was incredible. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Best poke bowls I’ve ever had! The food, the service and the place are top, top quality. I would recommend it 100%. The only feedback I have for the restaurant is to remove the noise from the beepers. Once your order is ready, it beeps and vibrates. I think the vibration is more than enough, especially being someone who gets overstimulated with these sharp noises.

This was our fourth time coming here. The portions were correct, and freshness/quality of the toppings for the poke were great! Me and my sister were satisfied with both our meals and the staff were kind and gave us utensils. The place is very cozy but slightly cramped upstairs if you want to sit and eat on the spot. Amazing from start to finish. After spending few years in Asia, it is always difficult to find a place which taste as it should. This is definitely a spot for all people craving real chinese flavour and spices. All the noodles are home made. We could taste all ingredients and was amazed by the overall quality. Will definitely come back.

I ordered take out, the host is very polite but was a bit disappointed with the food. Maybe I had high hopes after the great reviews. I ordered 2 noodle dishes with pork. 1. The noodles with pork and hot oil (it was not well seasoned, lacked salt). I ordered maximum chilly but it was still bland. 2. Noodle with pekin sauce The noodles are definitely hand made, and generous but the other ingredients were not in proportion to the noodles. The amount of ground pork could definitely be more(I am a caterer and I always put minimum 100g of meat per person even on low priced menus). This was definitely less. The quality of the meat was not very good either, lots of fatty pieces in the ground pork with a strong smell and not enough cucumbers or other veggies. Over all not satisfying. One might argue that my experience was not good because I got take out. But my feedback is not the texture of the noodles, which would understandably change when the food is reheated. I was just expecting more taste but was disappointed with the lack of flavour and quality of ingredients(except the handmade noodles which were good)

We come here all the time for the food. It’s just to die for! Authentic Chinese food, not the westernised version which is simply refreshing. They are not stingy with their ingredients or their meal sizes. I am Chinese and have lived many years in China, so I’m not very easy to please when it comes to Chinese food. But everytime I come I have trouble choosing because they have so many dishes I love!

I had amazing fun in this restaurant!! It's a whole experience and everyone needs to visit it once. We started with a drink and they had good options for cocktails! I took Spicy Ice tea and it was very refreshing! Then we moved onto the starters and they were very original and very well made! I had a happy surprise with the tofu skin starter!😍 The main dish is something that you need to choose carefully at least your spiciness level. We chose level 3 and it was perfect for us! I really enjoyed the tofu, the rice noodles and the rice cakes!! All the other ingredients also jelled well with the spices! You can hit the gong and get your picture on the wall of fame if you finish level 5 spiciness!😅 We were greeted by a spicy shot at the end of our dinner! Again a happy surprise!🔥 Would recommend to go with some friends or a partner as the dish is better enjoyed when shared (Asian culture)!❤️ Also do visit the washroom it's a fun vibe in itself!

Hole in the wall setting easily could get looked over. The name had us walking in skeptical and expecting to be underwhelmed. Instead we got an extremely full flavor with each bite. My family is of Indian origin and we can handle quite a bit of spice. The level 4 Szechuan was making my daughter dizzy because it was so spicy! So grateful we took a chance on this place. The homemade cocktails are excellent and the servers are very straightforward. If you are considering authentic Asian cuisine, you won't be disappointed!

Ramen was done really well, and for the first time in France, they got it right when I asked for hard noodles. Broth is good but not wow. I had the yuzu chicken broth. Was expecting a more creamy chicken broth, the one you’ll get by cooking the broth really long. Yuzu taste was very faint, besides the dollop of yuzu kosho added on the top. Service was ok but could be improved. I was alone and could have been placed at the counter earlier, instead of waiting along with other bigger groups.

I took tan tan ramen, it was ok. The noodles were a bit thicker but it was spicy enough for a tantan compared to my expectation The sashimi does not worth the price so I don’t recommend it. The gyoza was nice with the sauce.

A laid back walk in authentic Japanese restaurant. We had a good time here, the food was fine, our yuzu ramen was not as expected but the tuna and salmon bowl was great. Was recommended this place by a friend and was excited to see yuzu ramen on the menu. Last time I tried was at Afuri in Tokyo and it was quite an interesting experience so I wanted to try it again. The soup was a chicken soup base with quite a strong flavour of yuzu, it wasn’t as heavy as the usual ramen soup as the yuzu gives it a very clean and healthy flavour. Noodles were cooked perfect and loved the ajitama, it was just the right amount of saltiness and melts in your mouth. Simple goodness but it’s not always done very well. Overall, I would say it’s one of the best ramens I’ve had in Paris, would definitely visit again to tried the normal ramen. The place gets busy quickly during lunch hours even on weekdays from the office crowds. Recommend visiting on the dot when the place opens.

The kitchen is actually great! The chicken burger was delicious and crispy. The beef cheek tender well cooked. Fries crispy. I enjoyed the onion soup too! Great meal, prices make sense for the quality and the service! Got too full for desserts but wish I had room, the profiterole looked divine. The service was great too! The food was delicious overall, but the Jamaican jerk chicken wasn't fully cooked. However, the staff immediately took it back after confirming the inside was raw. They replaced it with the newly cooked chicken thighs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I visited this bar recently and while the atmosphere and drinks were decent, my experience was negatively impacted by the management and security staff. When we entered, no one mentioned any bag policy — not at the entrance, not by the staff, not even by our waiter. Then out of nowhere, a security guard came up to us, demanding we remove our bags and vests. The tone and approach were completely unnecessary and caught us off guard. If there’s a policy in place, it should be clearly communicated at the entrance or by the staff when you're seated — not enforced hours later with hostility.

Very cool find. Great food, great service and a cool experience. They had a virtual menu which you can use should you wish. We notice that it was linked to our actual table and so we could check the order and pay online with Apple Pay. Unexpected and pretty convenient. Food comes out really fast as well. Upon leaving we saw they had an option to order takeaway outside though a system mounted in the wall. Kinda fun. Definitely worth a visit. You should probably try book as it was very busy (on a Monday). I think we got a table as we were there before 7pm.

Genuine Chinese street food, we delighted our tastebuds in a cool atmosphere, great clientele and amazing display with opened kitchen, I’m just not fond of the furniture type (1960 Formica) not sure Chinese families knew this type of home kitchen setup of dining furniture but it was meant to be cheap then not famous for being comfy.. anyway! Char siu bao and siu mai dim sum with shrimp are absolutely to die for, sweet and sour chicken and char siu pork are amazing dishes to share with a cup of jasmine rice bowl! Pilsner lager pairs with the food, extra tip please ask chopped ginger to top up with the house made sauce of soy and vinegar, then you’ll have the perfect dip for your dim sum 👌🥟

There were tons of options for food and desserts. The desserts were so beautifully done. It seemed like pricing was pretty high in this area compared to similar items we were able to find in less touristy areas.

Located in a separate building across from Galeries Lafayette Homme, Gourmet has some of the nicest bakery and pastry options in the city, along with restaurant, home, and technology floors upstairs. The ground floor gets extremely crowded on weekends, especially after midday, so I’d recommend going early if you want to grab a pastry or sandwich with a coffee. Seating is limited and almost impossible to find later in the day on weekends. Toilets are on the very top floor, in case you’re wondering. Not the most practical for customers, but it does help keep random passers-by out.

This place can be crowded in the afternoon. Go early and you can view the food stuff or queue for them more comfortably. We bought some things here and you can claim your tax refund on the 3rd floor.

I am a Premium member of the Galeries Lafayette shop. I used to go every week however the quality seems to fall down quite much. I purchased 3 clementines at the fruit stand at Gourmet level -1. One has turned black inside. The taste of the other 2 was not good, sour. I wonder why they priced it at 15 euro per kilo. This is not the quality I expected from them.

I can easily say that this is the best ramen I have ever had. If you are a ramen lover, you have to go here. Also the staff are very very friendly. 5/5. I will come back here next time I am in Paris. The ramen was delicious, full of flavor, the ingredients blend together beautifully, and the addition of dried seaweed really goes well.

Yatai Ramen Pyramides is a solid spot for delicious ramen. If you want to enjoy your meal in peace, I recommend arriving right when they open for lunch, it’s calm, cozy, and perfect for a quiet bite. And depending on where you're seated, you might even catch an anime movie playing across the street, immersive dining at its finest :p

I found a sharp piece of glass in the dish I’ve ordered to take away (beef & rice). My husband chewed it and then realized it’s glass! Very dangerous and I’m so frustrated, now we are observing him and waiting if he is gonna feel bad. Terrible experience

This is hands down one of our fave finds on our trip to Paris! After a long day museum hopping, this was the perfect spot to decompress. The ramen was absolutely delicious! The broth was earthy and creamy, while the noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was tender. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered the Satay Pork Noodle Soup — balanced, aromatic spice with a strong broth flavour, highly recommend for that alone. VERY generous portion of pork slices, which I would praise but unfortunately were tough and dry. Noodles were also not the best but not the worst. Side dish of pork slices with tender flat noodles and veggies were better — juicier and light char flavour, so they probably were using leftovers for the other one. I appreciate the hoisin, spicy sauce and chilis provided to enhance the dish to taste. They have a very extensive menu of interesting dishes at reasonable prices, so worth a try for the great flavours, but cautiously expect some quality cut-downs here and there.

Luckily found this restaurant while browsing on google map and we ended up have our meals at Pho 13 everyday during our trip. The food is amazing and authentic. Just unfortunate we did not stay long enough to try everything on the menu, but highly recommend to try Bun Bo Hue, Bun Mam, Bun Rieu. The staff is way too friendly and hospitable, he helped us to carry our suitcases down to the stair because the lift was broken down. They even helped us to check when is the last train to get back to the hotel. This place will make you feel less “homesick” with authentic dishes and warm welcoming of Vietnamese staff and owners. I will definitely visit and eat here every time I’m in Paris.

Good ambience, friendly service. I would rate the Pho 7.5/10 while the Banh Cuon is quite mediocre, personally don’t think you need to try banh cuon

I visited Phở 13 in Paris about two weeks ago during my pilgrimage tour, and we had two meals there. Each time, we could choose one dish from their menu — which offers a great variety of Vietnamese food! On the first visit, I had bánh xèo, and the second time I tried cơm tấm. Honestly, both were amazing. The pork ribs with the cơm tấm were flavorful and cooked really well. The rice was a bit watery, but nothing too serious. The bánh xèo was crispy, generous in toppings, and very satisfying. My dad had cơm cá kho, and it came in a good portion and tasted great. What impressed me most is the wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes they offer — from rice to noodle dishes, grilled meat, and more. The restaurant seems very popular and was quite full during both of our visits, especially with tour groups. Because of that, service wasn’t super smooth, but still acceptable considering how busy they were. If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend calling ahead or checking if they take reservations. If you’re in Paris and craving Vietnamese food, don’t miss this place! Highly recommended.

The staff is nice. It’s the first time i went to a real Vietnamese food joint and my god it was so bad. I don’t know if it’s this restaurant or just how Vietnamese food is cooked. I had crab meat and pork with both soupy noodles and white rice. No taste whatsoever. The pork was primarily just big bones. There was enough salt but just no flavour. Everything tasted like water to me personally. But once again the staff was very polite!

One of the best Pho and Vietnamese restaurants in Paris. Service was great even with the restaurant was full, you can see all the staff running around serving and seating customers. Ordered Pho and when it arrived it looked a bit disappointing as it looked plain and empty, however when I dig into it, the hidden gem was loaded with a lot of meat and noodles. Never judge a bowl of pho base in it's appearances 😂 Delicious broth with depth and mild sweetness, the bowl was filled with plentiful meats and noodles. They have a bang mi store next door as well, make sure you grab one.

Loved this place! The food was really good and flavourful and servers extremely friendly :) really good value for money too. I really enjoyed the miso ramen, it felt really light compared to other ramens i’ve had with a pork broth. We arrived quite early so there was no queue, but it got packed quickly although queue moves super fast!

Great restaurant with friendly waiters . Overvall a great restaurant that mixes two asian cultures into one. Chinese food cooked in a japanese fashion. If you are looking for a nice place to eat as a couple this is a great spot! It was definitely family friendly. It was clean and the bathrooms too but the only problem I had was that it was too loud. I had a hard time hearing my friends across the table. The servers were nice but they had a hard time hearing us over the table to order too. Convenient paying methods. Just scan the sca. code and you can chose to divide the payment and just pay what you ate or share the payment. If they can fix the noise issue and invest in noise reduction in the building They would get even more clients!

I ordered two small, straightforward dishes: the wonton soup and the fried shrimp. The wonton soup had a simple soy sauce base, and while the wonton wrappers were thicker than I expected, they had a satisfying chewiness. The fried shrimp came garnished with bits of chili, but if you're expecting a kick, it might be disappointing. It wasn't spicy at all. However, both dishes were still enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean, with a minimalist ambiance and well-arranged seating.

Good food! The noodles were perfectly cooked in a traditional way, and I felt so light afterward. Highly recommend!

We went there during lunch hour, super packed but service was fast! We had dumplings for starters, very delicious. Then we shared the spicy miso ramen, broccoli and mushrooms stir fry, and also slow cooked pork (i think it’s called buta kakuni). I couldn’t recommend the pork enough, so soft, tender and super tasty!

One of the best Asian restaurants I have tried in Paris, and I’ve tried quite a few! The shisen ramen is delicious, with a flavourful, slightly spicy, brothy soup which can be hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend the mapo tofu, although will note that the spice level seems to vary between visits and sometimes has been a bit mild. The gyoza is great too. You can pay via a QR code on the table using the sunday website which is quite handy, and can also split the bill.

Just had a delightful meal at Lai Lai Ken! The service was efficient and quick ⚡ leaving me feeling content and satisfied. While the decor is a bit plain and the lighting too bright at night the food more than makes up for it! 🍽️ The fried chicken is an absolute must-try and the wonton soup is perfect for warming up in winter. 🥣 Overall, a great spot with excellent valu for money! 👍
