Shang Palace is a renowned Chinese restaurant located in the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Led by Executive Chef Samuel Lee, who hails from Hong Kong, the restaurant boasts opulent decor reminiscent of the Tang dynasty. The menu features authentic Cantonese cuisine with influences from Shanghai and Brittany, including dishes like king crab buns, sashimi, crab soup, and Wagyu beef with black truffle.
Amazing atmosphere. Really wonderful food and great service. We took the discovery menu served in 7 sets of meals. The signature fried rice is mouthwatering so are the other sides like the Dim Sum and the roast pork and especially the roast duck. Thank you to the chefs and the great team.
Tsiresy A — Google review
Phenomenal lunch at Shang Palace. Everything we ordered was exquisite and with the highest quality ingredients. One of the best fried rice dishes I’ve ever had which paired great with the Szechuan tofu with mushrooms, and dumplings. We are likely coming back again before we fly back home! Special thank you to the extremely kind and attentive staff, especially Steve who was our server.
Chris P — Google review
Simply exquisite. This is a beautiful restaurant in the Shangrila Hotel in Paris. Fine dining Cantonese style never tasted better. The service, ambience & food was top notch & well deserving of its michelin star. The dainty dumplings were delicate & tasty. The house specialty of the braised pork in steamed bun was delicious. If you are looking for a change in cuisine whilst in Paris - this is a great choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal as well as meeting the chef who was charming & gracious.
BC Q — Google review
Only Chinese restaurant in France with a Michelin star so we had to try it out. The starters were delicious. As main we took Peking duck but the take on the meat was not what I expected… I couldn’t taste the duck flavour anymore so would have preferred the original way. Especially since we took the aubergine platter with it which had a similar taste so hard to distinguish the two dishes… However, overall good atmosphere and there was also a live traditional Chinese musician
Elena — Google review
The food here was absolutely amazing! Eating here was my first experience at a Michelin Star Restaurant and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, phenomenal food, and the hotel in which the restaurant is situated is absolutely stunning! For this meal, my friend and I made a reservation for the Emerald Set Menu tasting which consisted of 6 courses. The cocktails were delicious and their wine list was extensive and offered many options! Highly recommend this restaurant. Also, the waiter, Felix, is awesome! Lastly, there was someone playing live music which helped to create an even more lovely ambiance.

He had an amazing dinner last night just my daughter and me. Innovative cuisine, delicious, and a 10⭐️ service by this young man from Tahiti name Steve. Well done!
Mila M — Google review
Absolutely the best Chinese food I've had in Europe. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Paris. The family-style portions are exquisite and abundant. I was especially excited to try their fried rice, which is a simple dish but so difficult to achieve at such a superb level. I would visit just for that. The spicy tofu has a sublime consistency that I'd never experienced before and a level of spice that may be challenging for someone new to Cantonese cuisine but will satisfy those with a craving for heat. The duck as well is beyond words. It's hard to perfect to such a degree, but the mixture of the savoury and sweet is exceptional and adapted to any palette. As well the wok fried beef was beyond my expectations. Having a crispy exterior while maintaining a medium rare centre requires mastery with the wok.
Jonathan N — Google review
The best Asian/Chinese restaurant in Paris! I have been two times and this is definitely top! The Staff is kind, the service is good, the ambiance is quiet and inviting. Among the different plates that I have tried, I really enjoyed the eggplant, the shrimps, the caramelized chicken, the crunchy pork and the Cantonese rice. As soon as you taste something coming out from this kitchen, the first sensation is: uuaaahhoooo!!! Definitely recommend!

Cambodian restaurant
This busy family-run chinese restaurant is always crowded, but the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The menu features a wide variety of dishes, everything from BBQ duck to noodles and dumplings. There's even a section dedicated to Vietnamese, Thai and Cambodian classics.
A Hidden Gem in Paris Chinatown This restaurant is a delightful surprise, offering an authentic blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Cambodian cuisines. Recommended by a Cambodian friend with connections to the staff, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. The menu showcases a diverse array of dishes, each executed with skill and authenticity. Every plate that arrived at our table was a hit, demonstrating the kitchen's consistent quality across various Asian culinary traditions. Despite the bustling atmosphere and full house, the service was impressively swift and attentive. The ambiance perfectly captures the essence of a genuine Asian eatery, transporting diners to the vibrant streets of Southeast Asia. As Khmer speakers, we may have received some extra attention, but the overall experience suggests that all patrons are in for a treat. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Asian flavors in the heart of Paris. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their tantalizing menu.

Typical Chinese interior. Food edible, but not amazing. Staff swift and helpful. Price very reasonable. Would probably try some other place next time.
Christ K — Google review
The food was very good, with a great atmosphere and good prices. The soup had a strange taste to me, perhaps because it’s something new to my palate, but overall, everything was great.
Victoria C — Google review
Tricotin recommended by my uncle, a loyal customer for 30 years who always urges me to visit it. It's not overly fancy, but the vibe is authentic and the food is delicious, making you feel like you're not in Paris. You can see the culture reflected in the decoration and the tableware they offer.👍 I've visited ten times and each visit the food gets better!! my all time fav dishes are the shrimp spring rolls, shrimp soup, noodles with beef and onions, and their special five-times-spicy sauce 😋😋 Whenever I dine there, I always end up ordering the same ones😅 The respectful, knowledgeable, and kind staff enhance the experience even more. Highly recommended! 🤍👍
Yassmine H — Google review
Authentic and tasty Asian food, great service, highly recommend 👍🙏
Jackie Y — Google review
The service is good and quick, the food is good and affordable. Nothing amazing but we had a nice meal here. It was rather busy but we still didn’t have to wait long and we didn’t have to wait long between each dish coming out.
Amelia D — Google review
TLDR: Affordable, quite tasty, quick service. Came here with a friend to try out some Asian foods. We were immediately seated, very quick service, the staff can speak multiple languages (Vietnamese, Chinese, Khmer, English, French). The food was served instantly, tasted okay, suited the price though. Most of the dishes are around 10 euros. Don't try Vietnamese coffee here, just Americano + condensed milk, it tastes bland. Others were fine.

Paris 13eme, if ever you made it there when you visit paris , don’t miss Tricotin . Atmosphere and service are correct . Good Asian food period !!! My favorite is ladna Thaley ( ราดหน้าทะเล ) and of cause the famous pho. Highly recommended.!!!

Chinese restaurant
Taokan is a chic eatery in Paris, redefining Chinese dining with its contemporary and inviting space on Saint-Honore street. The restaurant has become a hotspot for fashionistas and high-flying businessmen. Taokan's menu is rich, diverse, and constantly evolving. Inside, the ambiance is intimate and elegant with ebony tables, comfortable beige armchairs, and soft lighting creating a zen atmosphere that feels far removed from the bustle of Paris.
The best of the best, delicious food, meat literally melts in your mouth, and staff extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend Lu Sun Jiao (chicken and green asparagus dumplings, Chao Bo Cai (Spinach peanut soy sauce), Ye Nai Ga Li (spicy red curry coconut milk with duck), Ya Song (finely chipped duck hoisin sauce and mandarin pancakes), Loc Lac Beef (spicy beef filet Taokan style) and for dessert Xiang Jiao (crispy toffee banana) with coconut ice cream.
Wiktoria T — Google review
Some of the items were great, while other items were not so much. Had the chance to try a couple dumplings, beef, red curry, fried rice and noodle. I would definitely recommend the chicken dumpling - savoury and melts in your mouth. Also the beef dish, although not as good as it use to be. The other dishes were okay, but nothing to be excited for. Would recommend only if you’ve been looking forward to eat here - other than that, maybe a pass.
Moin C — Google review
The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I enjoyed the chicken and vermicelli soup the most, even though everything else (dim sum, edamame, kung pao chicken, rice) was also very yummy. They were pretty busy tonight and still provided great customer service. Will come back when visit Paris again.
HL H — Google review
The food is delicious, especially the dumplings, and the staff is very nice and friendly

Amazing service, the staff are very kind! Succulent and flavorful food and definitely worth the price. Would recommend the dinner special tasting menu. 10/10!!
Zeynep M — Google review
I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant and had a very good experience! The atmosphere was calm, and the service was very good. The food is pretty tasty and is not too heavy, which was nice. However, the prices were quite expensive for common dishes. Overall, I would still recommend this place and will happily return myself!
A. — Google review
Hi , me and my husband visited this restaurant for Valentine’s Day at 19:30 was my reservation. When we arrived, the host let us know straight away that we have a table only until 21:00 because it’s busy tonight for Valentine’s Day . So we were a little bit disappointed with welcoming here . Service was extremely fast , for such a romantic dinner it’s too much , not time between meals to talk and enjoy the drink . So we finished dinner in one hour . Normally this restaurant was always one of my favorite, but THIS time something went wrong there , not sure I’ll go there anytime soon .

Good good but but cold environment without personality, even knowing this could be seen as typical Asian. Also no fixed heaters. Food is good though

Gros Bao is a wonderful Chinese restaurant that serves delicious, traditional dishes like baos and dumplings. It's located in the trendy area of Canal Saint-Martin, and it has an authentic atmosphere that's affordable. Sometimes the line can be long, but it's definitely worth the wait. The staff is friendly and all speak English so ordering was easy.
The food is so good that I went two nights in a row. The restaurant is large with indoor seating in two levels. Menu is delicious and fairly simple with a variety of baos, plates and small appetizers. Also offer a dessert menu. You can order and pay via QR at the table. The food comes out fast. The only thing I wish is that the staff was a bit friendlier/welcoming.
Alan Y — Google review
Delicious food. Definitely order the bao buns they were for sure the highlight! Staff were very friendly though service a tad slow at first the food came very quickly.
Ethan B — Google review
Delicious bao! A lot of veggie options Great vibes and location Love the veggie bao with a bunch of different veggies combos The mapo tofu is delish! A MUST GET is the cucumber salad! Sup refreshing and flavorful The vegetarian noodles delicious too! Unfortunately dessert is a no But overall very recommended
רפאל ז — Google review
I had lunch at Gros Bao and ordered the beef ho fun with the cucumber salad as a side. Everything was really good, the quality of the ingredients is top tier! The prices are also well balanced for being a restaurant in Paris. Also the sichuan/pineapple refresher was so good!
Alberto S — Google review
Very cool find. Great food, great service and a cool experience. They had a virtual menu which you can use should you wish. We notice that it was linked to our actual table and so we could check the order and pay online with Apple Pay. Unexpected and pretty convenient. Food comes out really fast as well. Upon leaving we saw they had an option to order takeaway outside though a system mounted in the wall. Kinda fun. Definitely worth a visit. You should probably try book as it was very busy (on a Monday). I think we got a table as we were there before 7pm.
Camille D — Google review
Genuine Chinese street food, we delighted our tastebuds in a cool atmosphere, great clientele and amazing display with opened kitchen, I’m just not fond of the furniture type (1960 Formica) not sure Chinese families knew this type of home kitchen setup of dining furniture but it was meant to be cheap then not famous for being comfy.. anyway! Char siu bao and siu mai dim sum with shrimp are absolutely to die for, sweet and sour chicken and char siu pork are amazing dishes to share with a cup of jasmine rice bowl! Pilsner lager pairs with the food, extra tip please ask chopped ginger to top up with the house made sauce of soy and vinegar, then you’ll have the perfect dip for your dim sum 👌🥟
Alexandre B — Google review
AMAZING food! We wanted something other than pasta and French food. The fried rice was probably the best I have ever had. Left the plates empty.
Kiara O — Google review
Unfortunately we did not enjoy our food very much. The string beans were excellent, but all of the baos we tried were a bit sweet and not to our taste. Service was friendly but a bit slow for takeout. Cute spot right on the canal for a date or something but not recommended otherwise.

Dim sum restaurant
At YOOM, the pan-Asian restaurant in the trendy arrondissement of Rive Gauche on the Left Bank, everything is delicious. The contemporary setting with exposed brick walls and funky lighting (along with big wooden tables), plus friendly and professional service make this a great spot for an afternoon snack or a full meal. If you're looking for something different from your usual Chinese or Vietnamese fare, YOOM should be at the top of your list.
Amazing dim sums with both original and classical flavors. Huge +: they are very on point regarding any allergies you may have and will happily inform you/advise on that. Also, special note to the team and the owner of the place as they do speak to eachother very nicely and that’s not that common in restaurants. Don’t miss it !!
Marine C — Google review
Great variety of dim sum, classic as well as special. Very tasty and light and so we had around 10 pieces per person, and all was great. The service was extremely friendly and quick. Will definetly go back there!
Haim G — Google review
I eat a lot of asian food. I started getting targeted advertising from Yoom on Fb. We went to give it a try. Reserved a table. Good location, nice place, decent ambiance. Tried a couple rounds of dim sum, rolls, sides. Decent selection, some interesting flavour combo option and overall decent quality. It ends up being a bit pricey compared to some other, more authentic, off the beaten path Parisienne options. Its worth a try if you are looking for a bit more refined dim sum experience.
Capt. L — Google review
Really excellent restaurant. The food is creative and delicious. I tried the dragon menu with assorted dumplings. They were all fantastic.
Elizabeth S — Google review
Waiter was polite but dreadful value for money and jarring aggressive music. These were the meanest and most overpriced little dim sum servings I've had the misfortune to encounter.
David M — Google review
Some of the best bao I’ve had in Paris! We split the dragon menu and two orders of bao among 3 people. When I come back (which I definitely will!) I’ll get more bao instead of dumplings (ravioli). The dessert chocolate bao was also killer! And they have a good selection of teas. Yum!
Lillian P — Google review
They really excelled in their chicken dumplings, the flavours were complex and subtle and enjoyable. Their Angus beef dumplings were really good too, seafood dumplings were ok. The portions were small but that was good since it allowed for ordering a bigger variety. The roasted rice and sesame dumpling dessert was heavenly, smokey yet sweet.
Moza N — Google review
I stopped by for lunch and was surprised to find the place completely empty. The waiter was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge us for quite a while. I eventually had to wave him down to ask a question—because I genuinely thought I was reading the menu wrong. But no, it really said €90 for two pieces of dim sum. Absolutely not. On top of that, there wasn’t a single Asian or oriental staff member in sight, which says a lot about the authenticity. Save your money—this one’s a hard pass.

Dim sum restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant 10th arrondissement of Paris, Chez Ann is a delightful haven for dim sum enthusiasts and lovers of Japanese gyoza. This family-run gem has expanded from its original location on Rue Mouffetard to offer an inviting atmosphere adorned with wooden decor and lush greenery, creating a serene dining experience. The menu features an array of homemade dumplings crafted from organic flour, catering to various dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Cosy place and you can feel owner dedicates to bring a nice atmosphere and authentic. We can see the kitchen and the food making. Doses could have a bit more food but overall nice spot for a good dinner

Really love spot. The gluten free and vegan dumplings were delicious. Even if we weren't over the moon simply having access to such things the dumplings would have been great. The restaurant is attractive, the sides were great, the options for non-gluten free and vegan folks is also awesome. Highly recommended.

Such a treat to find gluten free and vegetarian dumplings! The staff were so nice and very knowledgeable about which items could be made gluten free. The food was so good, I forgot to take a picture.

Traditional home-made dishes, short menu but tasty. Dim sums 7.50€ (three pieces), chicken noodle soup 12.90€. cozy place, friendly staff.

Chez Ann is a small, family-run dim sum restaurant and an absolute gem. The dim sum were outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The ambiance is cozy and warm. The service was exceptional: friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. A true hidden treasure for dim sum lovers. We have been here last year during a short trip to Paris and returned this year again. We will definitely be coming back on our next Paris vacation.
S W — Google review
This was our 2nd time going hear. Since they offer gluten free dumplings and this is extremely hard to find in the US we made this a priority stop. Very happy to report they dud not disappoint!
Gregory S — Google review
I would definitely recommend the Menu, which has some really good and authentic Chinese dimsum. I didn't feel completely full with just the menu, so I would get some appetizers and dessert, too. Not too cheap, but totally worth it! Oh, and the spicy chilli oil is home-made and it's to die for. Sooooo good 😍

Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine offers a rich and elegant environment near the Champs Elysees, serving traditional Chinese dishes prepared by a renowned Shanghai chef. The menu includes imperial shrimp carabinero with sticky rice, Peking duck, and smoked eel with green tea, all made with fine ingredients and delicate flavors. The staff provides faultless service and is known for being professional and attentive.
Lovely restaurant with impeccable service. The attention to detail with the sauces was appreciated. I cannot tolerate chili and they were kind enough to omit it from the set menu. 8 courses well prepared and presented for a very reasonable price. Thank you and highly recommended
Jorge G — Google review
If you want to experience authentic Chinese cuisine in Paris, Imperial Treasure is an absolute must. Although they have branches in Singapore, Korea, Japan, and other countries, it’s not easy to create such a distinctive flavor using local ingredients. I highly recommend it for couples or family gatherings. Make sure to try the Peking Duck and fried eggplant. They pair perfectly with wine! Of course the service is fantastic!

I had the tasting menu and was disappointed. The food is great but the service needs to be improved. I was seated in a table with a hokey tablecloth. The waiters are kinda clumsy. The portion of the Peking duck is not the same but it was delicious. For 400 euros I was expecting more than that. I would recommend order à la carte, it might be worth trying what you really want

The best Chinese restaurant! I went there for my birthday, had the (best existing) peking duck in three services, with different entrances, I highly recommend the eggplant entrance. I also enjoyed the dessert with the duck yolk which was amazing. They offered a peach shaped bar as sign of longevity for my birthday! I loved the gesture. The service was on point.

My dining experience at this restaurant was truly fantastic. The authentic Chinese flavors were a highlight, complemented perfectly by the attentive service and the wonderfully quaint, quiet dining atmosphere. The staff were particularly considerate, even anticipating my preference for chili and providing it without me having to ask. Booking is required.

We had my birthday dinner here last week, ordered Peking duck and all their signature dishes, absolutely amazing experience and top-notched service quality! Me and family were amazed! We used to live in China and we knew this restaurant is very great even compare to some other Chinese restaurants in Shanghai ! I recommend 100% and will be going back very soon !

Steam Bar is a unique dining spot in Paris that offers an intimate setting with Hong Kong influences. The restaurant is known for its refined and surprising dim sum, crafted by chef Chi Cheung Wong. Visitors praise the exceptional flavors and presentation of dishes like the Fan Ko Royal, which features a delightful combination of shrimp and lobster. The menu includes excellent dumplings with shrimp, showcasing the chef's expertise in creating delectable dim sum.
One of the nicest dumpling experiences in Paris. Intimate, charming interior. Great food. Good service. While the concept is definitely Asian you’ll still see the European touch - it’s fusion. Count 50€ per person to get full, but it’s worth it. Enjoy!
Lars K — Google review
From the outside the place looks great . The food is simple and not tasty at all. Spring roll was ridiculously made. My 9 yo daughter makes better ones… barbecue bun tasted so sweet they should sell it as desert… don’t go. So many better choices around. If you do insist to try, use the spicy sauce to cover the bad taste. Sorry.
Michal Z — Google review
Very good restaurant, the food was tasty and delightful. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. We had an overall good experience
Zach G — Google review
Super fast service and great dumplings but a little pricey. As others have stated I think the price is because the dumplings are a bit more creative than your typical dumplings.
Krista B — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional dining experience at Steam Bar! This was my second visit to Steam Bar and I’m thoroughly impressed once again. The restaurant has managed to maintain its exceptional standards while keeping the menu fresh and exciting. The creative dumplings are truly the star here - each one showcases a beautiful fusion of traditional techniques with elegant French influences that you simply won’t find elsewhere in Paris. The presentation is artful and the flavors are perfectly balanced. What I love most is how they’ve managed to honor classic dim sum while adding their own sophisticated twist. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between intimate and lively. The warm lighting and thoughtful design create such a cozy vibe that makes you want to linger over your meal. Despite being busy, the service was attentive and knowledgeable - the staff clearly takes pride in what they’re serving. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but the quality of ingredients, creativity of the dishes, and overall experience absolutely justify the cost. This isn’t just a meal, it’s a culinary journey that showcases real artistry in the kitchen. The fact that they’ve changed their menu since my first visit shows their commitment to innovation, yet the consistent quality proves they haven’t lost sight of what makes them special. Steam Bar has earned its stellar reputation and I’ll definitely be back to see what they come up with next. Highly recommended for anyone looking for elevated dim sum in a beautifully intimate setting!

This has become one of our personal favourites in the neighbourhood. The food is rich with flavour and veggie friendly. Def recommend. The menus can be changed though as they have seen better days are starting to be a bit dated and dirty.
Chateau W — Google review
I’d probably give them a 3.6 overall but rounding up to 4 stars. Popcorn chicken featured a very unique twist between traditional Taiwanese popcorn chicken. They used larger cuts of chicken but because of that, it was very juicy! The kettle corn sprinkled with the dish was a bit stale though. Would definitely order again for the juiciness though! Starting appetizer cucumbers did not taste that fresh and also did not have the “crunch” taste we usually look for in a cucumber. Spicy wontons were delicious, just not that spicy. Service was subpar. As someone who is Taiwanese myself, I was impressed by the juiciness of the popcorn chicken but everything else was not as good as I would’ve expected. The drinks we ordered were good though - Next time, I’d probably just order takeout for the popcorn chicken.

We need to comeback to try the rest of the menu ! Very satisfying. We would have wished to be in the main dinner room other than in the green room in the back. Other than that, great .

Very cute restaurant. I love their wonton sooooo much! It’s so so good but the noodle dish, soup was very oily (I dont know if it supposed to be oily or not) but overall I will come back again for sure. Also, be careful with the chili. It can be very spicy for some people who don’t like spicy.
Pia V — Google review
Food was great! Highly recommended the popcorn fried chicken and yu choy sum.
Amy B — Google review
Had such a great experience in Tiger Tiger that I thought their sister restaurant would be even better. But sadly no. We ordered most the chef’s recommendation but the only good dishes were the Xiao Long Pau that was juicy and succulent and the popcorn chicken that was fried to perfection. Had high expectations of the stewed pork belly Gua Pao, but the flavour combi didn’t do it for although the meat was soft and melted in your mouth. Don’t bother with the spicy dumplings .. skin was a bit doughy and the sauce was confusing .. like a sichuan mix with satay sauce with no punch. Love the ambiance tho. Got really packed by the time we left at 1.30pm. Service was not attentive as soon as it got crowded. But serveurs were friendly, spoke English & helpful nonetheless.
Jean L — Google review
We’ve ordered a few times from this place, the food is delicious- great quality, great portion and everything is nicely seasoned. We got the popcorn chicken today and it was really really good.
Gail ( — Google review
Kinda mixed feelings about this place. Some dishes are very nice but others are quite a failure. Ravioli were really tasty, the sauce was too acid though. Eggplants were great. Noddles were extremely oily, and the amount of bean sprouts was insane! Way too much! Some balance would be nice. Lastly the bao such a disappointment. The meat was incredible, super soft and nicely cooked. But everything else ruined it. The whole composition was incomprehensible. Peanut sauce was tasteless and pickles didn't bring anything to the game. That pork belly really deserves to be enhanced with some nice flavors. Service was very nice and attentive. Food came super fast. We probably won't go back.

It’s a trendy place with cool ambience. Decent food, perhaps slightly overhyped but we felt the food is just normal (not bad at all). One thing we liked is they don’t bombard you with lot of choices in the menu - it’s selective and nicely served. Speaking of serving, we feel the stuff members were really nice & helpful. Overall, good food & great service. Worth experiencing.

The best lunch we had in Paris! Service was quick and wonderful, we ordered the voyage bleu which is a tasting menu of some of their most popular items (ordered the dinner portion for lunch). Everything was outstanding. The desserts, eggplant, soup dumplings, and bao stood out the most, but you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Trendy Chinese restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and a great selection of small dishes. The young team is engaged and full of energy. In particular, the young man with long hair really stood out—he seemed to be everywhere at once, making sure we had a wonderful experience. Bravo to the whole team!

I’ve stopped giving 5-star ratings because I feel that it makes every place look the same, so I rated this a 4 instead, as I live in Asia and that wouldn’t be a fair comparison. The dim sum was good; the xiao long bao were less juicy than I’m used to, but the dough made it very creamy, which I found very impressive. The dan dan noodles were amazing—I loved them! The chicken and aubergine dishes were also really good. Their cocktails are very creative and flavorful; I enjoyed my spicy one a lot! The service here was excellent! 🫶🏼

Lili is a beautiful restaurant with very attentive staff (shout out to Maxime and Sarah!) and delicious food. It is located inside the Peninsula hotel which is gorgeous to visit especially during the Holidays with the decorations. We ordered the menu degustation which was perfect in terms of number of dishes and portion sizes. It was a nice way to sit back, relax, and try multiple things on the menu. Next time we hope to order the duck as it seems to be their signature dish and highly recommended. We can’t wait to return!!!

Located in the beautiful Peninsula hotel in Paris, the Lili restaurant is a perfect option when you have dined too many brasseries. The vibe is modern and chic. The service is friendly and attentive. The menu is designed to be shared with others and just the right portions. We started with steamed shrimp dumplings, vegetable egg rolls. We also had blue lobster stir fry, filet of beef. The deserts was a hit with our 10 year old daughter especially the mango dish. Lili is a must

This is one of the most gorgeous restaurants I have been in. Bright blue light fixtures against red walls. Magnificent tables and decor. It was special! The food was amazing. Wanted some dim sum when in Paris. This is located in the Peninsula hotel. The place looks great! We ordered the dim sum prefix. They gave us some purée on some fried stuff and some sugar coated walnuts. Ordinary. They served dim sum in a large bamboo steaming tray. The siu mai was not good. There was only one that stood out as being good. It was the one with the flower pedal. The rest is ordinary, not enough flavor. The fried stuff was good except for the wonton. The seasonal vegetables was good. The fried rice was lacking seasoning. As far as the dessert, the mango dessert was good. Probably the best of the whole meal. The egg tart was ok. The service was a little on the lacking side when it got busy. Wouldn’t recommend the dim sum here. I think they tailor it to more non Asians. Had much better….
Eddie M — Google review
Truly a delightful dining experience! Their flavors were as impressive as their presentation. We ordered garlic chive dumplings, bao buns, challans chicken, lamb shoulder and fried rice.

This is a great restaurant - we have dined here a few times when staying in Paris. The Peking Duck is of course something everyone should try (assuming you like duck). The way the duck is served at the table is quite mesmerising. Dim Sum is my favourite and naturally, Lilli do it very well. (We have previously had the Saturday lunch buffet which was great - and highly recommended.) The excellent quality food and beautiful decor does of course come at a price but then again, all good things do,

Reserved a long time before my visit since I read they have the best view on the Eiffel tower. They didn’t! Turns out it’s another restaurant by the same name on the same hotel that got that view. I think one of the two should make something like this clear. However the experience I got was great. They started us with an amuse platter which was OK but frankly didn’t do its purpose which is to excite the palate. The dumping platter to be honest was simply bad. Weird flavors and textures that just didn’t do it. Then came the duck and which is by far the best I ever had. Super crisp and beautifully presented with lots of great sides as well. The noodles were really great and the fried duck although rich tasted amazing.

Beautiful place at the peninsula hotel in Paris. The service was excellent. There's a DJ playing nice mood music at just the right volume. The food was fine, but not quite authentic. If you're looking for safe Chinese food with a western twist, this is a good place - especially if you don't mind very high prices. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this is not the place. Proud to reach Master Reviewer status with over 41 million views of my photo collection on Google maps. At Mum Dim Sum, you can treat yourself to a delightful array of freshly made dim sum that stands out in the bustling culinary scene. Their menu features mouthwatering options like caramelized chicken baos and 5-spice pork dumplings, alongside a flavorful rice bowl topped with coconut milk-marinated chicken and a special sauce. Unlike many typical Chinese restaurants in Paris that often serve reheated frozen dishes, Mum Dim Sum prides itself on offering homemade delicacies bursting with flavor.
So good! I ordered the pork, chicken and prawn gyoza and they were all delicious! The bao buns were yummy too and you could tell that everything was freshly prepared. Also, they wrote a nice message and drew a cute little drawing on my takeaway boxes which made me smile! :) Would highly recommend trying if you’re in the area and in the mood for a tasty snack!

Not all the dim sums are good. I think there is a bit too much ginger in some of them. Bao sandwich porc was somewhat dry. Overall it’s fine but can be better.
D Z — Google review
It's good, it's fresh, it's tasty. I went there for lunch, ordered their 12€ lunch menu that includes salad or rice, 2 set of dim sum (6 pieces in total) and a drink. It's enough for a healthy and light lunch as you won't be full. I would not recommend you to get that menu if you're very hungry. Also, it can get easily pricey if you have dinner there. I'll definitely go back to try them all. I recommend !

Fancy dimsum place. Industrial decor with a calm ambiance. I found its dimsum very tasty however quite pricey :-/ if you go there hungry, you will not be satisfied with the quantity they provide unless you pay a lot

Apparently, this restaurant's dim sum is the French version. We have traveled to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for dim sum. Your version of dim sum shocked me. Our total dining time there was shorter them 10 minutes, including ordering and waiting. Luckily, your neighbor provided excellent pizza to comfort our hungry souls.
Daphne E — Google review
Way too pricy for the quality and taste. Dim sums are basic, both coconut and sticky rice are bad. I ordered because the social food featured them a few times. At the end I would give 5 stars for their social media strategy and 1 star for the food they make
Stepfield S — Google review
Decided to pop in whilst walking past for a quick bite because it looked nice and it's probably harsh to rate it so poorly considering I'm having TAKEAWAY dim sum in Paris of all places but still... The dim sums were not authentic at all and tasted very strange. I ordered some siu mai's that were overwhelmingly gingery and didn't even taste like prawn so I'm reasonably sure there was none of that in there. I also had a Tom yum dim sum which I thought sounded interesting but that just tasted like... Nothing? To top it all off both of these dim sums had this sort of weak, soggy exterior that broke apart as soon as I picked it up. Definitely not a type of dim sum I'd have from mum. Two baskets of dim sums equates to 6 individual pieces and that costed just over 10 euros. Which to me is expensive but would be worth it if they were half decent. It's only saving grace was the take away box also came with some rice and a small portion of salad to fill you up.

This chinese restaurant is well-known and loved for its delicious Cantonese food. The interior is a bit cramped but the food is worth it. Note that there are no reservations, so be prepared to wait a little. Parking can be found either on the street or in an underground lot nearby.
We have lived in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore so we know our Asian food. This chinese restaurant is recommended by Michelin and indeed the best Chinese food we had so far having stayed in Paris for 6 months. After we left, we already planned to return in the next week! So that speaks it. We were in and out within 45 mins! We ordered the Ginger Chicken, Char Siu, Duck with Pineapples, Ha kou and 扬州炒饭。 The Char Siu is our favourite. Nicely caramelised, burnt on the outside and succulent on the inside. The way it should be. Tasted even better than back home. I believe it’s in the product available in France.
Margaret F — Google review
This restaurant serves one of the best roasted duck I had in my life, the skin is crispy and perfectly salty and the meat is juicy and tender, it’s evident why they have a Michelin star. The dim sum is also very good. I would give 5 stars but the service is lacking. This is a must go if you like Chinese food and visiting Paris.
Angel O — Google review
We had high hopes for Imperial Choisy, especially with a Michelin star attached. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. • Tiny tables cramped us uncomfortably. • 50-minute wait for the food to arrive—way too long, even if the place is busy. • The food? Just okay. Certainly not bad, but nothing stood out as Michelin-worthy. Overall, I left wondering how this place earned such acclaim. It might work for others, but for me, it simply wasn’t worth it.
Ilyi — Google review
Had dinner at Impérial Choisy and was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the duck – incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It’s easy to see why it’s their best-seller. The quality far exceeded expectations, especially considering how affordable the prices are.
Atanda O — Google review
If you’ve ever tasted real Cantonese food, stay far away — this place has completely lost its soul. The flavors are all wrong, the quality has crashed, and honestly, it’s an insult to Cantonese cuisine. And the toilets? Filthy beyond belief. If that’s the state of the bathrooms, imagine the kitchen. Eat here at your own risk.
Ha N — Google review
Spring rolls with pork were delicious! Crispy, flavourful. The peking duck was not as crispy as one would expect, no sides to it or anything. Just a tasty duck that was prepared earlier. Not the best one considering the Michellin recomendation.

Dim Sum House Restaurant offers a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy spring rolls, dumplings, and small bites served from bamboo steamers. While the name might be slightly misleading as it's more of a Chinese buffet with a small dim sum menu, the food compensates for any confusion. The restaurant is known for its excellent service and good food, including a flavorful hot and sour soup that stands out.
Loved the food and that they had veggie options on the menu. The only thing is that we ordered the assortment of steamed veggie dim sum (12 pieces) but only got one kind of them, not a variety. Anyways they were delicious and was not a problem at all. Would definitely come back. Good point: you can book a table online.

Nice Dim Sum restaurant worth trying 👍 Friday evening dinner with reservation, felt quite busy but great with seating outside. Had a tasting menu with different types of Dim Sum then a main course with a side and a desert for 18€, it's super worth it! Cocktail was served in a nice way 😎 service was good but we had a bit of a wait between the dishes which was a bit long however they excused themselves and did speed up after so probably not an issue for others. Overall good and do recommend it!

Great little Dim Sum place with excellent service and good food. We had the dim sum platter mix and a nice bowl of hot and sour soup, which was one of the better I have had in a long time. My personal gauge on how to tell if it's a good Chinese restaurant is based solely on its "Hot and Sour Soup". If it's tangy, with some heat and flavor - it's probably gonna be a good dinner. If it's bland - Walk Out Immediately and never go back. Really glad we made the time to visit and get a taste of 🏡 in a bowl.

Okay, very few pictures because we DEVOURED the food, we got take away and it was amazing!! The service was quick and lovely. The prices are insanely good, we got enough to feed four adults for about 26€. Great experience overall and absolutely recommend. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very cozy and perfect for a dinner with friends or family.

Wow! I found this place on internet because I really wanted to eat dim sum for my birthday. I have eaten Din Tai Fung's dim sum in many places and just come back from Hongkong so I must say my standards are hard to satisfy when it comes to dim sum. This restaurant is very traditional and it seems to be a family business so the atmosphere is very pleasant. They offer an all-you-can-eat menu in which you can find all of the dim sum of the house, all of the fried dumplings, another course which could be a wok of seafood or mushrooms chicken and a dessert. The dumplings are all very tasty. I ate some that I had never eaten before so I even discovered new flavors. The quality of the food is very satisfying, the wok I chose was made of very fresh ingredients. Not to mention the excellent service by the you'd lady. This restaurant is a must try!

Incredibly tasty and very reasonably priced. I had the dim sum selection (they accommodate preferences), lychee mochi ice cream and lychee spritz for 22 euros. The service was friendly and professional. As a larger person I also enjoyed the fact that tables are well spaced and chairs are comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stumbled on the Dim Sum House by accident, but we are glad we did! The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the restaurant in itself was cosy. The discovery menu, which costs only 18 euros, contained more than I could eat, but every last bite of it was delicious. The staff gave me a doggy bag to take home what I couldn't eat, which is a nice gesture. And last but not least, try their iced tea when you visit, it's amazing.

Went as a group and had to choose a meal per head. The buffet option was reasonably priced and the food choice was quite good. This place was brought to our attention by the chef's table documentary on netflix and we finally had the opportunity to dine here. Food was phenomenal. I enjoyed the french/chinese fusion. I don't remember what I ate but there was a dish with like a grapefruit sauce which was absolutely phenomenal. There was this blue cheese bao which was awesome too but I am a sucker for blue cheese. I did the tea pairing - My palate wasn't refined enough to tell a huge difference between the teas but it was a good experience. Chef Grattard was gracious enough to take a picture with us Would I come here again: yeah for sure

I should have managed my expectations- food was like any other contemporary Asian/fusion restaurant- which you can easily find for half the price and twice the sophistication in Singapore, SF or NYC. Several dishes were way too heavy handed with the ginger- esp the sticky rice and cheese dumplings. Literally couldn’t taste anything but the ginger. The table next to me left before dessert was even served- they were that unimpressed. The only dish I thought was halfway innovative was the sweetbread karaage. It also took 3 hours to complete the meal- waaay too slow for the 6 course. I almost fell asleep at the table Service was great. Ambience was great. But not worth 190 euros

We really enjoyed our experience at yam’Tcha! We booked the tasting course for lunch. Every course was both interesting and delicious. We really loved the lobster course and the green onion toast with mushroom. We did the tea pairing, which was also quite nice The restaurant was fairly empty, with only 3 other parties. The ambiance was very nice. The service was friendly and refined, as you would expect.

For our anniversary, my partner treated me to an unforgettable dinner at Yamtcha, and what a spectacular choice it was. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in an atmosphere that effortlessly blended elegance with a warm, inviting charm. The decor was impeccably curated, and the service was both attentive and intuitive, enhancing the entire dining experience. This time, my partner opted for the tea pairing, a refreshing departure from our usual wine pairings, and it proved to be an absolute revelation. The carefully selected teas complemented each dish beautifully, elevating the flavors in ways we hadn't anticipated. As for the food, there was no shortage of culinary delights, but two dishes in particular left an indelible mark on my taste buds. The sweet and sour octopus was an absolute standout—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of tang and tenderness. But the real surprise of the evening was the stilton bao. Now, I’m typically not a fan of blue cheese, but this bao was so harmonious in its bold flavors that I found myself looking forward to the next one. Yamtcha, with its stunning atmosphere, exceptional service, and innovative pairing, truly delivered a dining experience worthy of celebration. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that I’m already eager to repeat.

My husband and I visited yam'Tcha in June during our holiday in Paris. We were inspired by the story of chef Adeline from the Netflix chef's table series. We wanted to go during our last holiday in Paris back in 2023 but it was fully booked for a couple months by the time we checked to book. Fortunately for last week, we were able to get a table for lunch time. I was very happy and looked forward to it. We did tea pairing as this is a unique experience, plus we love Chinese tea. We enjoyed every dishes that chef Adeline created especially the sweet potato noodles served with pork belly (of I remember correctly). It was absolutely delicious. The chef personally brought out some of the dishes, and the entire team was incredibly friendly. I was so pleased to get a picture with the chef, which made for a nice, memorable photo. We also managed to squeeze in a short visit to boutique yam'Tcha for a quick light lunch on our last day before we headed out to the airport. We equally enjoyed the food and experience. We bought some tea leaves. Highly recommend to try both yam'Tcha places.

Waited for our final plate for far too long at the end, was forgotten about entirely. Huge dampener on what should have been a perfectly good evening. EUR 480 for dinner for 2 felt massively overpriced and deflating, should've came during lunch instead. Blue cheese steamed bao was disappointing IMHO.
Ke C — Google review
One of the best and most interesting dining experiences I've had in a while. The restaurant is beautiful. The decor is understated and everything looks tidy and fresh. We had something akin to a chef s table right next to the kitchen. Great if you want to see the action in the kitchen. If you want something a bit more private some of the other tables might be a better fit. We went for the tea pairing (50 per person) to accompany the menu (190). The tea pairing is such an interesting idea and we both thought it worked really well. The tea s had unique characteristics and worked really well with the dishes. The star was of course the food which was all amazing. The tuna dish in particular was amazing. Beautifully and interestingly paired with figs, green beans and an interesting slightly spicy marinade/sauce. The bouillabaisse and octopus were other highlights. Service was always attentive without being intrusive. The chef was at the table herself to explain a few of the dishes patiently and always with a friendly smile. Would warmly recommend this place for a special occasion. We will certainly be back!
Martijn K — Google review
what a special experience..the staff was great and chef brought some dishes out herself, spending the time to explain her creations to us. off of service alone their star is well deserved. the food was a special journey and though not every dish was a complete hit for me (personal tastes and preferences within seasonings), they were all delicious and i could taste the thoughtful craft. got the accompanying wine + tea pairing and loved it!

Cocktail bar
Gyoza Bar is a sleek and narrow bar located in the Passage des Panoramas, offering a delightful selection of gyoza dumplings, sides, and Japanese beer. The cozy establishment features counter seats as well as outdoor tables for a relaxed dining experience. With options including pork, chicken, or vegetarian gyoza, patrons can savor these delectable dumplings either on their own or in a flavorful gyoza bowl.
Delicious gyozas, but I was way more impressed by the drinks. Very original creations and great presentation. It’s worth to check the hidden bar downstairs, the ambient is super cool (even though the soundtrack is not the best). The place is quite small so make sure you arrive early as it tends to be quite crowded.
Fábio S — Google review
Very disappointing, from the slow service that kept forgetting the water and then the glasses, to the smell of humidity, cheap interior and roof leaking in the WC. The food was just okay, nothing special. The rice at the bottom of the Gyoza bowl was just plain white rice with no flavor. And the sauce with the gyozas should just have been soy sauce and not their own mix.
Nikos K — Google review
Got takeout, different from eating there in person? The gyoza here are so bad. They don’t season at all, no salt no nothing . The meat is like mashed potatoes, I don’t even know if I am even eating meat or not. The fillings as very inadequate. Crust was okay but you can smell/taste the oil. IDK what to say, they look great, smell great, but what cost are you cutting to make these so disgusting on the inside.
Kun K — Google review
The place is nice. A bit disappointed by the gyoza honnestly. The one with chicken are good. The edaname was cold without salt. And we ordered as well a bowl of rice that never came. No dessert available. May be not the good day
Aurélien P — Google review
A must try place! It's located in a lovely typical Parisian passage way where you can sit and people watch outside, or sit and eat at the trendy bar inside. The gyoza bowl was 12€ and you can also choose to just have the gyoza by 8 or 12 pieces. They have the option of pork, chicken, or veggie gyoza and on my opinion, the chicken was the best! The sauce that they add with the gyoza bowl was devine! I would order the gyoza bowl just for the sauce if comes with! I highly highly recommend the margarita (12€)! My family is from the tequila state in Mexico and I've tried just about every type of margarita out there and this one was made my the angels of the tequila Gods I swear!

This place is cool. Very cool. And the gyoza are tasty, delicious. Book or you will regret it. Or just be patient... there are not many seats available. You eat at the bar, that’s it. Totally worth it.

It's a really good place to eat. As a fanatic of Gyoza I totally recommend this restaurant. The staff is amazing, I even got to chat with them while eating. For a date this restaurant is a place where you must go to eat.
Oscar-Maru B — Google review
I really craved gyoza and accidentally came upon this place (on our way to another gyoza place). The gyozas were good in taste, but a bit underwhelming for me. Edamame came cold and without salt (felt like from the fridge) whoch I wouldnt go for if I knew (nothing beats warm edamame with some sprinkled salt!) and the accompanying sauce wasnt to my taste either, which also influenced the gyoza taste. The waiter was kind, and the place is situated in a narrow passage so not a good fit for someone who minds people walking past them as they eat. There is place inside (which looks nice) but it was too hot to stay in. All in all, average experience for my taste ✨

Trois Fois plus de Piment is a popular spot in Paris, owned by Mr. Cheng, known for its classic Sichuan noodles and dumplings. The industrial-chic space offers a street stall ambiance where diners can choose their spice level on a scale of 0 to 5. Despite the calm atmosphere, the Sichuan dishes pack a flavorful punch that takes customers out of their comfort zones.
What a great find. If you love your Asian food hot, spicy and delicious then this is the place for you. We had 0.5 to 1 hotness and that was plenty. It goes up to 5! There are a couple of tables outside and a window bench and 5-6 tables inside. It’s small but we ate early so no problems. There were lots of Uber eats bicycles picking up so obviously popular. Good value too!

Flavors were absolutely fantastic. The spice level is no joke. I got a 4 and it was legit spicy, very good. Broth was amazing, beef was great, noodles were excellent. Go here and eat. You won't regret it.

The knowledgeable and trilingual staff take pride in their excellent cooking, ensuring every aspect of the visit is carefully orchestrated. Chez Vong has gained recognition for its beautifully presented dishes, including the renowned Peking duck, drawing famous faces from around the world to its doors.
This is our second time here, the staff was very professional and friendly in both times,, the food is spectacular, everything is delicious but the most to order is the peking duck 😋

I had the chance to celebrate my birthday there ; the place is very well decorated and service extremely nice and professional. We ordered two pekin ducks that were sliced in front of us to be eaten in crepes, and the rest of the meat was then served with rice. We also ordered dumplings which were all very good. Definitely recommend this restaurant that feels authentic.

Great place that doesnt look special from the outside at a first glance. Pretty good on the inside however. The service was good as well and the food delicious. We had Peking Duck, which was great. One star is deducted for the price. The food is generally expensive.

My family used to come to Chez Vong when I was a kid, 20 years later I came With my wife and we had a great evening! We ordered the restaurant’s speciality “Peking duck” and dim sum. The food is incredible and service has high standards but yet everyone is very warm and friendly. we lived 8 years in china and nonetheless our dinner at Chez Vong was one of the best we ever had!

Absolutely phenomenal, Chez Vong is not to be missed! A quiet restaurant tucked away in a side street that will transport you from Paris to China in a matter of moments. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive, I felt like I was being served dinner in their home. They kindly plated all our entrees at tableside. I’m so sad our party was too small to enjoy the Peking duck, which Chez Vong himself prepares tableside! Food was perhaps the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. You can tell how much everyone enjoys working here and how Chez Vong enjoys sharing his culinary talents! Looking forward to our next visit, an absolute must on our next Paris trip.

Looks very nice, but too expensive for what it is. Everything was too sweet which is common trick for flavour, the service was non existence. My mouth was numb eating here as eating cheap chemical chinese food, and I had to leave more than half of the meals we ordered. If I was the manager, I would ask what was wrong, but no question was askef. Maybe so many people leave things here, so it's their norm. I can not recommend here.

Refined Chinese food in the center of Paris. Peking Duck with melt in your mouth pancakes is an unforgettable experience. The chef and his crew came out and carved the beautifully lacquered bird in front of us! There was enough for 4 people with starters. Professional, warm and friendly staff in a marvelous elegant decor and beautifully dressed table. The highly talented chef takes his cuisine very seriously, is attentive to details and the staff aim to please their customers. I highly recommend.

While the restaurant serves more than just dumplings, these are the main attraction. Guests can enjoy a plate of 10 dumplings and homemade ice cream for under 18.
Everything was excellent. Mandoobar has its own character and its reflected in its high reviews. All dishes were freshly made with high quality ingredients and carefully put together. From the dumblings to the tartare everything was 5*. Highly recommend it- kudos.

Great place to come but make sure you reserve! Stopped in to this Korean food bar on recommendation of a friend and will do it again! Busy place, with good service and great food and a pretty decent winelist. Had some variations of the dumplings, salads, rice and seafood tartares. All tasty and well balanced dishes really good value. Had a couple of the deserts as well. Carbon ice-cream...who knew?

At the table with the chef! You get seated at the counter in front of the kitchen while the chef is slicing raw fish to prepare delicious ceviche. The food is super fresh and tasteful. Service is good. Atmosphere is warm and friendly. And prices are really fair. This is a very good surprise and I will definitely come back!
Pierre B — Google review
It’s a very good place for a light meal. I say light because the dishes are quite small and not very filling. We ordered three sets of dumplings, two salads, and one tartare. After we finished with our meal we were still hungry but we didn’t want any more dumplings or tartare, but there were no other options on the menu. The pork and kimchi dumplings were our favorite. Both salads were spectacular as well!
Hua L — Google review
The place looks great — clean lines, cozy vibe, and prices that are shockingly kind for Paris. So far, so good. But then the food shows up. The shrimp mandoo? Fantastic. Crispy, juicy, perfectly done. But that’s where the praise ends. The Korean tartar is a misfire — not raw, not tartar, just burnt beef pretending to be something it’s not. The chicken mandoo leaves a weird aftertaste that overstays its welcome. And the salad? Decent, but bland. Bottom line: go if you’re curious, but outside of the shrimp, there’s not much worth remembering — or recommending. Michelin might want a second look

This cozy little Korean restaurant offers a small but well-curated menu featuring delicious dumplings and beautifully prepared fish or beef tartares. The flavors are refined and incredibly satisfying. After three visits, I can confidently say I’m a fan. Always a delightful experience!

Located near the Notre Dame de Lorette in the old street where “street hostesses” made their living. We stumbled upon this cute little just before the lunch crowd (12pm) and what a treat! Some of the best dim sum I’ve had in years. Try the edamame and truffle and also the steam buns with the softest fluffiest dough

Nice, clean inside. I was expecting a lot, cause I heard that first restaurant in France selling dim sum. But Dim sum was so so. I like edamame&truffle dim sum. But rest of dishes is nothing special.

Yoom has an array of unique dim sum items that you won’t find at a typical dim sum parlor. The shrimp and chorizo dumplings were surprisingly tasty, as were the chicken lemongrass dumpling served with sweet chili sauce. I also really liked the vegetarian buns (with crispy bottom yummm) and the sticky rice chives bun. This location of Yoom (they have 3 in Paris) is on rue des Martyrs which is a lovely street full of shops, restaurants and patisseries

Restaurant
Paris-Hanoi is a modest eatery that serves remarkably delicious Vietnamese cuisine. It is highly recommended to explore their authentic dishes, as the menu's English translation impeccably captures their essence. The fare offered is both delectable and representative of traditional Vietnamese flavors. Prices are reasonable and within reach for most budgets, although it's worth noting that only non-cash payment methods are accepted here.
Good food, many vegan options, cheerful atmosphere, nothing fancy.
Tomasz K — Google review
I would never ever go to this restaurant again and not recommend it to any people I know. Food quality: unauthentic (for Asian), not even mentioned they are a Vietnam restaurant.. I could only say, they use the same type of meat for all dishes, without any cooking technics. Service: nothing much to say Atmosphere: clean.. but nothing can add
Natalie C — Google review
The food is tasty and classic Vietnamese. Reasonably affordable prices. They don’t accept cash though. And the staff can be grumpy but the atmosphere is chill.
A U — Google review
Let’s set expectations: If you are expecting authentic, tasty Vietnamese cuisine, then you probably will be disappointed with many of the main dishes. Spring rolls are tasty and taste authentic, but at least the dishes with chicken mostly tasted like something I would wok up in a hurry in my own kitchen (and I’m really not a good cook). The dishes are okay, as in not horrible, but for example the lemongrass chicken only had the tiniest bit of lemongrass flavour and the chicken really felt like it had been just thrown on a pan with some oil. No spices or anything to make the taste even a bit interesting. Staff is friendly, but either the cook was having a really bad day, or simply does not care.
T H — Google review
Average Vietnamese place with luke warm spring rolls and cold vermicilli noodles. The beef is a bit chewy though marinated quite well. It's a one man show meaning you shouldn't expect any sort of service. Surprisingly, this place does get crowded. I would say skip this place and go somewhere else.
Rachel B — Google review
Incredibly good Vietnamese food in an unassuming restaurant. I recommend the traditional Vietnamese dishes. The English translation in the menu is always good, for example, "bun" does not refer to "bread," but rather to some type of roll. But it is excellent, along with everything else we tried!
George D — Google review
First visit a little apprehensive but spring rolls excellent and the chicken salad tops. Service very good and helpful and the price very reasonable. Been again equally as good and with prior knowledge had a great time and meal nice place with no edge. But very good value. Bruce
Bruce F — Google review
The place has between 30 to 40 seats. The attention is really good and quick. Good food quality. The menu has about 30 dishes and after you have order it, it takes them less than 10 minutes to get you your plate, so it's really fast. The place is always packed and I understood that they did not take reservations, but when I went yesterday I saw the little tags on 2 tables with the "reserved" message, so this might have changed. For a dinner of 2 main dishes, 2 desserts and 1 bottle of house red wine we paid 44 EUR. The only problem here is that they DON'T take Credit Cards, so you have to bring CASH.

Le Royal China is a Chinese restaurant in central Paris that offers a wide selection of dim sum, meat, rice, and noodle dishes. The ambiance evokes a 1930s Shanghai cabaret with aged chesterfield sofas lining the basement where guests can enjoy drinks from the well-stocked bar. The establishment also features a lively music venue with free entrance and affordable beer and wine options. The chefs are dedicated to creating homemade dishes such as ravioli and sautéed noodles.
This is my second time visiting this Chinese restaurant in Paris, and it never disappoints. You can immediately tell it’s a family-owned establishment, with food made from scratch and with so much love. The staff are incredibly kind, work with high integrity, and take pride in their culinary heritage. The atmosphere fills up quickly with both French and Asian guests, so I recommend arriving right when they open for a calmer experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.

Have had dim sum in a lot of reputed cities resplendent with large populations of Cantonese (one day, Hong Kong, one day). This gem of a find in Paris hits the top of that list. Having had our fill of rich (albeit delicious) French food for several days, we needed a change of flavor profile. Enter Le Royal China. We got there just as the opened and were greeted warmly. We were promptly seated and after a short time reviewing the menu, we ordered a parade of dim sum goodness. It was a perfect meal, including the hot tea, to brighten up a cold day. If your taste buds need a departure from butter, cream, and cheese, drop in for an awakening.

Truly a gem found for the dim sum. We randomly found this place and we’re interested in the dim sums. We were not disappointed, in terms of quality/price it was worth it. They were tasty, fulfilling & reasonably priced. We would advise the Xiao long bao, the pork & shrimp crepes (red ones) and braised pork crepes. The dim sums are handmade and they are really good. Service was pretty fast and we loved it. You have a pretty great area inside which is nice. 100% I would advise to go to this restaurant! You also have several vegetarian options.

One of the best dimsum place in Paris I think. The xiaolongbao was good, the chicken feet was SUPER hard to find and they were so good! It’s my fav dish from this restaurant! But servers are always in a rush and she was annoyed at us cause we took too long to think what to order. (We were asked 2 times within 5 mins if we’re ready to order). When they bring out things, sometimes it’s like throwing to your face. They don’t even say thank you to clients … It’s the worse service i’ve ever had. Some dimsum wrap was quite thick so I don’t like it. The chicken curry one was not the best flavor for me.

Came here to eat Chinese food, as we felt like something Asian, after being to Hong Kong numerous times, we missed the taste. This place delivered on everything, service, flavour, taste, generosity, good produce and most important of all, cleanliness, and that is what attracted us to this place. We ordered, fried rice, the peking duck, the sizzling beef in satay sauce, the prawns with vegetables and morning glory vegetables. Followed by the coconut dumplings filled with custard. What can I tell you, it was the best Chinese food I have had in a long time, with flavours crisp and fresh, and not overpowered by the sauce, they let the food shine. The duck skin was, so so crispy, was better than anywhere else I have tasted. We couldn't get enough. The chef knows how to cook and cooks it very well, and the staff are very professional. Wonderful food, and so authentic it took me back to a previous era. Fantastic!!!

stumbled upon this amazing restaurant and were absolutely blown away. The food was full of bold, authentic flavors every bite was a celebration of spice and soul! 🌶️🍛 What made it even more special was the warm hospitality the host made us feel so welcomed and cared for. If you’re someone who loves spicy, flavorful food, this place is an absolute must-visit. 💯🔥 Can’t wait to come back again!

I had amazing fun in this restaurant!! It's a whole experience and everyone needs to visit it once. We started with a drink and they had good options for cocktails! I took Spicy Ice tea and it was very refreshing! Then we moved onto the starters and they were very original and very well made! I had a happy surprise with the tofu skin starter!😍 The main dish is something that you need to choose carefully at least your spiciness level. We chose level 3 and it was perfect for us! I really enjoyed the tofu, the rice noodles and the rice cakes!! All the other ingredients also jelled well with the spices! You can hit the gong and get your picture on the wall of fame if you finish level 5 spiciness!😅 We were greeted by a spicy shot at the end of our dinner! Again a happy surprise!🔥 Would recommend to go with some friends or a partner as the dish is better enjoyed when shared (Asian culture)!❤️ Also do visit the washroom it's a fun vibe in itself!

Hole in the wall setting easily could get looked over. The name had us walking in skeptical and expecting to be underwhelmed. Instead we got an extremely full flavor with each bite. My family is of Indian origin and we can handle quite a bit of spice. The level 4 Szechuan was making my daughter dizzy because it was so spicy! So grateful we took a chance on this place. The homemade cocktails are excellent and the servers are very straightforward. If you are considering authentic Asian cuisine, you won't be disappointed!

Madame FAN is an elegant restaurant located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, offering a sophisticated blend of French and Asian cuisine. The dining room features colorful wall paintings and a trendy atmosphere. Guests can expect an intimate experience with attentive staff providing outstanding service. The menu presents inventive dishes that showcase the fusion of flavors from both culinary traditions. Despite small portions, diners are left feeling satisfied by the end of their meal.
Honestly: WOW This was one of the best dinner I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely top tier meat, tasty noodles and great cocktail. Will def come back next time I’m in the area!

Wonderful dining experience overall. Most of the dishes were outstanding, with just one exception. The General Tao chicken was decent but lacked a standout flavor, and the chicken itself was slightly dry despite the sauce. Highly recommend the Wagyu, Xiao Long Bao, and Duck Fried Roll—each was flavorful and expertly prepared. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was spotless and well-maintained.

We had a very enjoyable family dinner with our two sons at Madame Fan. The food was excellent, in particular the canard, the chestnut chicken, and the poire dessert. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpfully switched from French to English when our French failed us. We felt very welcome and were very satisfied with a fine meal!

I had a very nice dinner experience in Madame Fan! The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is very good and polite. In terms of food, the main dishes were absolutely delicious 😋 I highly recommend Crevette Kung Pao, I dont think I have ever tried better cooked crevettes. As of starters, I tried Baos and Nems but it was nothing special, and I would totally skip this and go for the main dish! Overall, you can feel & taste Michelin star, and expect to spend at least 50eur if you order alcoholic drinks as well. I ordered 2 different flavors of sake but this could be skipped too!
Nino N — Google review
Madame Fan presents itself as a French-Chinese restaurant, though the dishes sampled leaned heavily toward the Chinese side – which I actually favor. The six-course tasting menu with wine pairing offered a mixed experience. Highlights included the seabass soup, which was spot-on, and both desserts, which were well executed. The cucumber and jellyfish felt somewhat understated, while the bao had a tasty filling, though the texture was let down by excess moisture. The greatest disappointment was the General Tso’s chicken: overly dry and difficult to enjoy – a surprising weakness considering I’ve had more satisfying versions from modest local takeaways. On the other hand, the wine pairings were excellent – thoughtful choices. Service was polished and professional, but with a touch of aloofness that held the atmosphere back. A warmer, more approachable style would elevate the overall experience considerably. The food deserves to be taken seriously, but the service doesn’t need to take itself quite so seriously.

Very good and very friendly service. The food was very tasty, specially the scallops and the beef. The only thing I wasn't too sold on was the Baos, but nothing one more visit to the restaurant won't solve!

Didn’t have a reservation but reached early and made my way thru. It’s truly a different league. The food is exquisite. Foodie grade. Hardcore.

I discovered this restaurant in the Michelin Guide, so needed to try it out with some girlfriends. We chose the menu degustation. The entry was quite good. Spring rolls with duck. The sticky rice with mango had a bit of access liquid which shouldn’t be the case, but the mango was delicious. The main dish was only ok. Overall the food was good, but not outstanding. The atmosphere was very nice, cosy but lively. The staff was polite and efficient.

Nestled within the charming Passage Vendome, Hibao 冒小姐有面儿 is a delightful gem that showcases the vibrant flavors of Sichuan cuisine, particularly its renowned street food. This intimate eatery sets the perfect stage for romantic dinners or gatherings with friends, transforming each meal into a memorable experience. Guests rave about the warm hospitality from the owner, who takes pride in explaining each dish in detail. The ambiance is inviting and relaxed, allowing diners to savor their meals without haste.
We had an amazing lunch experience at Hibao. The owner was warm and very welcoming. She explained the meal to us in great details. The decor, music and overall vibe in the restaurant was awesome. Feels like everything slowed down just a little so you can focus on the meal. The noodles were amazingly seasoned and delicious. We have been traveling and missing Chinese food. This definitely hit the spot. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a great experience :)
Ro S — Google review
We ordered level 1 spicy and our food was much too spicy to eat, even after taking out the hot pepper on top. The dim sum was good, but sadly could not eat the rest. Please warn customers as we usually eat spicy food and expected level 1 out of 4 to be decent, but we couldnt even finish a few bites. My friend had stomach cramps because of the spice even only eating a few bites.
Vero V — Google review
The food is good - unfortunately everything else seems to be a joke. Cold restaurant with a background sound of a generator (and no effort to make it more pleasant), one guy at the counter who spent all the time on his phone whilst leaving tables dirty. It took us 1 HOUR to get the food (daily menu) whilst they were still taking take away orders that were delivered quicker than ours. Never seen such bad overall client service and not one apology. I do not recommend this place.

Tang Frères is the largest Asian grocery store in Paris, and it stocks a wide variety of delicious Chinese cuisine. It's a model for success, with several supermarkets and takeaways across the city.
Tang Frères is hands down the best spot outside of Asia to find an incredible selection of Asian fruits. From fresh green baby mangos and lychees to dragon fruits and rambutans, they’ve got it all, and at great prices! After savoring some rich garlicky escargots, head to Tang Frères to cleanse your palate with their crisp, tangy green baby mangos.

Staff are either very nice or very surly. The clients seem to leave their manners at the door. Good selection of Chinese groceries with some Korean, Thai and Japanese items. Reasonable prices. Bladerunner setting.

Tang Freres is where you want to find Asian foods including typical Vietnamese foods such as coriander, rice rolls, dumplings, spring rolls... fresh and delicious food. In addition, there are many special spices, no shortage of anything, including moon cakes during the mid-autumn season or broken rice for those who like to eat broken rice - a typical dish, must try when coming to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Smaller than I expected. But still a really good choice of products, especially exotic vegetables hard to find elsewhere. The queue was reasonable. Of course, you have no idea what most of the items are but that’s exactly why you’d want to go there.

Lot of choices, i love to do food shopping there, free parking for 2 hours. It was very easy to park, enough space.

Big asian market in Paris. It is situated in the asian quarter of Paris 13. They have large choices of product: vegetables, fruits, fresh food, frozen food, conserved food, groceries, snacks, tablewares etc. They begin to have some Bio products as well. Next to the main shop, there is Tang gourmet, which sells cooked delicious food. There are some plants for sale at the front of the shop as well. It is not so far from Station Porte d’Ivry, with metro 7, tramway T3a, bus 27 and 83. Or the station Olympiades and Porte de Choisy (a bit farer). There is a parking underground - 2hrs free with a purchase at their shop.

Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, which opened in spring 2019, boasts a chic food court on the basement level offering a variety of sweet and savory options from renowned culinary legends as well as cutting-edge purveyors. The department store provides an extensive selection of women's fashion, ranging from high street to high-end luxury brands. Additionally, it features Lafayette Gourmet with its deli counters and Bordeauxtheque offering over 1,000 labels exclusively from the Bordeaux region.
It's a beautiful and impressive building. The glass dome is amazing and definitely worth seeing. There's also a terrace with a great free view of the city. It's worth a visit. However, shopping there is quite expensive. I bought some souvenirs because I didn't have time to look for cheaper options elsewhere. I also bought shoes but later found them 25% cheaper in my own country.

The store feels like it's filled with items that couldn't be sold in the main gallery in recent years. It's like an outlet for various brands. The interior design lacks any special charm or sophistication, keeping it simple and business-like. The goal is to keep customers focused on their shopping experience.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell it's super fancy. It's packed with all the big-name luxury brands – I'm talking top-tier fashion, jewelry, and everything in between. The vibe is just incredible, and even if you're just window shopping, it's a treat for the eyes. I had such a great time Browse and soaking it all in. The staff are really helpful and make you feel right at home. It's definitely a splurge, but if you're looking for that special something or just want to experience luxury shopping at its finest, this is the spot. You won't regret it!

Galeries Lafayette in Paris is part spectacle, part shopping, with a stained glass dome that makes you look up and lose track of time. It’s touristy but worth a visit. The rooftop terrace gives you a clear view over Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower if you’re patient with the crowds. Come early on a weekday for breathing room and photos without elbows in the frame. The store layout can feel like a maze, but that’s part of the charm, Even if you’re not buying, it’s worth a peek while you’re nearby.

Galeries Lafayette is more than a department store—it’s a Parisian cultural gem. There were tons of options for food and desserts. The desserts were so beautifully done. It seemed like pricing was pretty high in this area compared to similar items we were able to find in less touristy areas.

Located in a separate building across from Galeries Lafayette Homme, Gourmet has some of the nicest bakery and pastry options in the city, along with restaurant, home, and technology floors upstairs. The ground floor gets extremely crowded on weekends, especially after midday, so I’d recommend going early if you want to grab a pastry or sandwich with a coffee. Seating is limited and almost impossible to find later in the day on weekends. Toilets are on the very top floor, in case you’re wondering. Not the most practical for customers, but it does help keep random passers-by out.

I am a Premium member of the Galeries Lafayette shop. I used to go every week however the quality seems to fall down quite much. I purchased 3 clementines at the fruit stand at Gourmet level -1. We enjoyed our stay here we came for work and got upgraded to superior suite right away. Friendly staff, few recommendations; tea and wine refill services were a bit slow. We had a 6 day stay, me and my daughters. It was good overall, but I expected more for the dollar. The good Great location, polite staff, feels safe. Lovely room. Good size bathrooms. Comfortable lounges. The bad Room service was super expensive and the food was so so. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The ugly Came back one day and housekeeping had not cleared the use glasses. Fruit was not replaced during our stay it just got old and wrinkly like me. We had a complimentary bottle of rose we did not drink, would have preferred more mineral water. The a/c unit was super loud, like an A380 on the runway. No small personal speaker to listen to my music, most top end hotels have these now. Electric outlets were only French, not enough options.

The hotel is beautiful but I can only comment on the cuisine which is not very good. Although the food is well presented, the flavor is very bland. The codfish was not codfish at all. They also didn't let me check out the hotel despite having booked a lunch there... was disappointing.

This was our second time staying in Shangri-La Paris and both experiences were just incredible. The attention to detail and service from the staff is impeccable from the minute you walk up to the doors. You do not need to ask twice or remind the staff of any requests and they do everything with a smile. Room service breakfast is always on time, delicious and done to perfection. The only thing that has changed is their French toast - still good but last time we came it was the best French toast we’ve ever had!! Bring it back! Housekeeping and turndown service is great. The pool and spa make you feel instantly relaxed and although it’s been open for several years it feels likes it’s just opened because they keep it so well maintained and super clean - e.g the lifeguard cleans the floor after each guest walks on it or uses the shower. Feels like a haven from the busy streets of Paris. We will of course be back.

Les Pâtes Vivantes, located in Paris' 1st arrondissement and with an additional location in the 9th arrondissement, offers a delightful experience for noodle lovers. The restaurant specializes in freshly made Chinese noodles prepared right before your eyes using traditional methods. The menu features a variety of noodle specialties along with other delectable dishes like crispy duck rice set and eggplant with minced pork. Customers appreciate the generous portions and flavorful sauces.
This spot is always packed, with a line forming before they even open—definitely easier to get a table if you’re in a smaller group of 2-3. Despite the crowd, they run things efficiently. We were a group of five, so it took a bit longer to be seated, but once we ordered, the food came out quickly. I really enjoyed the Trio de Saveur, though the wide, flat noodles were a bit tricky to eat. We shared several appetizers, all of which were delicious—the nem were my favorite. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a short wait for fresh, flavorful handmade noodles!

21G Dumpling is a modern dining spot that offers a unique twist on traditional Asian cuisine. Specializing in Shanghai-style dumplings, the menu includes famous ravioli with pork filling and a warming bouillon concept, as well as Shanghai-inspired Xiaolongbao. Guests can experience various dim sum cooking styles such as steamed, grilled, or cooked in sauce.
The soup dumplings were delicious and authentic - not easy to find in Europe. The fried chicken, while more of a fusion take, was also delicious and super tender - overall good value too! The only dish that was a let down was the noodles - the sauce was super bland and the noodles’ textures were poor

Came here because I heard the xiao long bao was good. I can't say I agree. Overall, they were limp, not hot, and very salty. The wrappers were pretty thin, and it was hard to taste many flavors behind the salt. I was excited to see tea eggs on the menu, but they were not what I expected. They lacked many of the flavors I've come to expect, and had mustard on top masking the flavor of the yolk. The people here were friendly and service was quick though.

I’ve been on a personal quest to find the best XLB dumplings after discovering them for the first time some years ago… After trying endless places in Los Angeles when my favorite spot went downhill after the pandemic, I happened to find this place on my first trip to Europe and I was blown away by the quality. This is by far the singular best XLB dumpling I’ve had in my life. It’s perfectly savory and makes you feel like you’re having a childhood primary experience. The decor is cozy and gives you a feel like you’re eating at a chic alleyway spot in China. The service is top notch and I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 would recommend.

We had xiao long bao and the rice with braised pork for lunch, they were both mediocre. The braised pork was tough and chewy, though the sauce was okay . We sat next to the see through kitchen watching how the chef was preparing the food. We noted that the chef was using his bare hand with no glove to handle our rice. It was not hygienic given that he had been using his hands doing all the things in the kitchen. Besides, when we used the toilet at the basement level, we noted that there was a food preparation room with its door open next to the toilet and a lady was seen making dumplings. From a hygiene point of view, it was not right to leave that door open. Pricewise, it was on the high end side and not good value for money.

The worst dumpling I had in my life. As an asian, I never taste such bizzare dumplings. Even my french friends agreed with me. I passed by and ordered take away. You couldn’t even sit down waiting for your order as they have small window where it is dedicated for take away and delivery. Imagine during summer you have to wait your order under the sun. Anway, I never found decent dumpling in Paris. Mostly they are bad yet expensive.

Pretty cool place for close to authentic dumplings. They are obviously well made and full of quality ingredients. The one downside was the food was somewhat bland. Could have used a kick of hot sauce or peppers. Maybe that's how they do it for local tastes. Neat atmosphere in the back.

Tasty dishes, a little bit small in portions. Tastes are very well harmonized and innovative. My only complaint is that one of our main dishes arrived about 10 minutes later than the other one.

We came to this place after reading the reviews and I have to agree with many of them. They have a small menu but everything was delicious! We ordered multiple items and all of them were tasty. The duck BAO had lots of meat and full of flavors while I pork SIU Mai was also amazing. The staff were very friendly and helped us with ordering. Will definitely come back again!

If you're in the Place Republique area and craving Alsatian cuisine, "Chez Jenny" is a must-visit. The restaurant offers a range of classic dishes executed to perfection, such as steak tartare and choucroute. The menu also features tarte flambee and haddock, although the latter may surprise diners with its saltiness if they're not expecting it. The portions are generous, especially the Chez Jenny dish which guarantees a hearty meal.
Overall great experience. Classic dishes well executed. Our waiter fixed me one of the best steak tartare I've ever had. Choucroute was plentiful and very good. My daughter was also please her tarte flambée. The haddock was our least favorite- the menu does not state that it's a salted fish, and it can be surprising if you're not expecting it. Would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends.

Service was ok for Paris standards, onion soup nice, flammkuechen crispy, creme brulee one of the best ive ever had. Did not try the famous mussels and seafood/meat dishes, but looked nice on the other tables. Bit pricey compared to other local bistros. Give a try!

Very crowded during dining hours. However, food was served promptly! Ordered the fish and chips and the braised pork knuckles with beer. Ambience and staff were lovely and attentive

Duck tastes like pork liver, the starter was an unidentifiable puree with almost no taste. The only enjoyable part was the dessert.

Nice atmosphere, delicious food, great location - the restaurant is very close to the Place Republique. The staff is very welcome and friendly. The best Sauerkraut in Paris!

Great place for Alsace cuisine. I had the vol au vent and quiche Lorraine for starters, I highly recommend the vol au vent(pictured). We had a Chez Jenny and Duck confit as mains and the star was the chouxcroute. If you have the Chez Jenny, be prepared to eat, A LOT. For dessert we tried the Creme Brule and the Profiteroles. Both are highly recommended, good portion and not too sweet.

Excellent customer service, very nice food. I tried beef tartar. Very delicious, it's raw meat with spices and herbs Booking in advance is recommended as it's very busy.

Dim sum restaurant

Cantonese restaurant
Nestled in the heart of the Marais, DimDimSum offers a delightful culinary journey into the world of dim sum and baos. With an intimate ambiance reminiscent of traditional steam baskets, this charming eatery serves up a diverse array of authentic dishes crafted right before your eyes using high-quality fresh ingredients. Guests rave about unique creations like truffle and cheese baos that tantalize the taste buds. The atmosphere is warm and inviting without being overly ornate, making it a perfect spot for lunch or dinner.
Dimdimsum in Paris was a lifesaver during my solo trip last year when I was craving some authentic dim sum. Finding a good dim sum spot while traveling solo can sometimes be tricky, but Dimdimsum absolutely delivered. What impressed me most was the generous portion sizes. Often, dim sum comes in small portions, which can add up quickly when you're dining alone. Here, the portions were substantial, making it incredibly good value for the price, especially for a solo eater like myself. I was able to try a good variety of dishes without breaking the bank or feeling overwhelmed with too much food. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, satisfying my dim sum cravings perfectly. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris, whether you're traveling solo or with a group. Dimdimsum offers delicious food, generous portions, and great value, making it a must-try for dim sum lovers in the city.

We got scallop har gow, stir fried pak choy, shu mai, black bean ribs, xiao long Bao Shanghai style, shrimp crepes, and beef stir fried noodles. The har gow, pak choy, and shu mai were all very good. The xiao long Bao was a bit of a let down, it lacked the signature soup inside. The shrimp crepes were a little wetter than expected, but tasted fine, but served on a bed of bean sprouts that spread its flavor to the crepes. The black bean ribs were not our favorite, its flavor was notably lacking black bean. The stir fried noodles weren’t bad or good, a little flavorless. To sum, it was a good meal with friendly staff. I might want to try other dim sum locations first before returning here, but it’s certainly a fine place, especially because they’re open in the afternoons whereas many other restaurants are closed.

Nice little Chinese place. I ordered the fried noodles and it was a big plate, I was having a hard time finishing it. The chicken was amazing but noodles I think lacks spices. The dimsum was really good too. It’s a small place so our table was close to others.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Paris, Auciel is a delightful informal Chinese eatery that specializes in hot pots and offers an enticing all-you-can-eat experience. Unlike many typical dim sum spots where dishes are often reheated from frozen stock, Auciel prides itself on serving freshly made delicacies. The menu features classic Northern Chinese dishes hailing from Peking and Sichuan, including spicy fish and shredded pork wrapped in delicate crepes.
As loyal patrons of this Chinese restaurant in Paris, we can confidently say that it is a culinary gem. The flavors are consistently delicious and incredibly refined. The staff provides impeccable service, and the prices are surprisingly low, especially considering the quality of the food. We can't wait to return for another gastronomic experience.

The best hot-pot place in the Marais distric, Paris !!!!! We always visit this place when we get tired of Italian food ;) As you can see that we can eat whatever we want within 5 times !! But in my experience, we couldn’t reach that 5 rounds as we always full before 5. And of course reasonable price ! If you can speak Chinese, it would be helpful booking reservation easily!! Huge recommened personally if you craving this kind of food in Paris ! 🥰(Location is really close to the République metro)

Hello. You wanna a really good place to share a true Chinese hotpot? There is the place to go. Just tried it with the family and seriously, I only have to say it’s awesome. A buffet restaurant served in 5 services all you can eat (with extra charge if you don’t finish what you ordered of course). Personal hotpot with your own soup and yourself made sauce, that’s what I call hotpot :). And trust me, after few years in China, I really find back a way to eat traditional hotpot. Thx a lot. Enjoy

Really nice place to have great noodles. This small place located in the center of Paris, in front of the national archives, will satisfy your crave of Asian noodles and dishes. Decoration wise : it’s cute, full of neon. Details are there and it’s nice to eat in a place like this. Food wise : it’s pretty simple, the menu is not too big so it’s easy to make a choice. Eggs, and Sichuan noodles (spicy and not spicy) were really good. Price wise : totally recommend it. For the quality, it’s totally reasonable. Will come back.

We got the Dan Dan sichouanais and Dan Dan Soja. These were easily the worst noodles I have ever had. The meat was not fresh, it felt microwaved and tasted like cat food (explains how they brought it out so quickly). The soup in the Dan Dan soja was non existent. The only good thing were the bean sprouts and the waiter. We will not be returning, there are way better alternatives.

A cozy spot with a lively Asian street-food vibe and fair prices. The food is simple but full of flavor — fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. Service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

If you like authentic Chinese flavours, go elsewhere. This eclectic place serves everything but chinese food. The food was bland, sweet, sour- all strange tastes. Service was friendly. We do not recommend it to anyone who enjoys real chinese food. But if you want a new European/french toned down take on the food, then you could go here. The place looks cool and the staff is nice.

We took the classic one and it was very good, the meat 🍖 is very tasty, they use qualitative sauce, we added a bit of spice and it was just enough. Fast service, worth it for a lunch break! 🍜

As soon as I saw it arrive I knew it was a great choice. I was hooked on the first bite, I could hardly stop eating to breathe. Do I feel like I'm dying from a stomach ache from inhaling my food? Yeah! I feel sick! Do I regret it? Absolutely NOT! Insane flavours, perfect texture, screamy sauce, crunchy peanuts and a chewy bouncy serve of noodles with a flavourful meat that will blow your mind. If you eat there you will definitely enjoy it, but you might end up eating way too much way too fast. Go at your own risk 👌✨

Nestled in the vibrant Belleville neighborhood, Mian Guan may not win any awards for its decor, which features typical plastic orchids and faux leather seating. However, this traditional Chinese eatery truly shines when it comes to its culinary offerings. The chefs at Mian Guan are dedicated to their craft, hand-pulling fresh noodles right before your eyes and preparing mouthwatering dishes like spicy ground pork soup and perfectly sautéed beef.
Great find in Belleville. A real gem. We had decided to have Korean BBQ with the family, but on our way there we saw a place with a long queue. We were intrigued, so much so that we found ourselves ditching the Korean BBQ plan and were standing in the back of the queue. We go in, the place is small with an open Kitchen where hand pulled noodles are made. We took the Assortiment de Vapeur which were reallly really good. Glutinous dumpling with great flavours. All of them were super tasty with the Sri Sracha dip that was offered. We then took two types of noodles: Spicy hand pulled noodle: The noodles were very good but the rest of the soup was underwhelming. The broth was tasty but not rich at all, and the soup was not spicy at all. The meat was a bit tough and not too flavoursome. The second soup we took was the hand cut noodle with minced pork and spicy pork broth. It was the recommendation of the waiter, and boy oh boyyy did it deliver. Spicy rich broth was to die for. The flavour, the thickness, the spices. Mamma mia. The hand cut noodle are flat noodles which I preferred to the hand pulled ones. Yes only for this dish I am ready to back here once every month if not more. A must try.

Busy, bustling and beyond satisfactory. MianGuan is worth a little queue outside. If you visit during lunch times you’ll be quick to a table, at evening the wait won’t be long either. I recommend the spicy silky tofu with minced meat, it’s a bomb.

Just good noodle soup, with hand made noodles and extra tasty broth. No fuss kind of place with affordable prices, it can get noisy but so worth it. Much recommended!
Ari L — Google review
I really enjoyed the meal! It was packed with flavor, though it might not be the most authentic experience. You can definitely taste the soy sauce in the soup base, and the noodles were quite filling! The best part? The prices are really reasonable for such a generous bowl; you won’t find this kind of value anywhere else in Paris. Just a short walk uphill to the shop from the metro, and the staff were super friendly! Although, I did get a bit of a rush vibe from what seemed like the lady boss or mid aged lady that constantly has her eye rolling—maybe she just wanted to keep things moving. Just a heads up: they only accept cash for payments under €10, so it’s a good idea to bring some along!

Vicky — Google review
Even on a Saturday night, the queue moves quickly, even for two. Our hand pulled la mian and knife cut noodles were very tasty and fresh, with the right amount of chew. Service is fast and polite.
Lucas G — Google review
Good selection of noodles dishes with noodles made in house. You can see into the kitchen which I always like. We went at at around 19.30 on a Sunday and we queued 5 mins but when we left the queue was a lot bigger. Noodles were decent and at a very good price. Dishes didn’t come out at the same time, about 5 mins apart. On a summer’s day it does get very hot and stuffy in there. We also had to wait a long time to pay at the counter. I understand they are busy but you pay in the middle of the restaurant, there was no space and the workers were just walking into us.

The noodles are delicious. You'll have to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to sit. The staff is a little bit rude, but you know that you're going to have some great food when a restaurant have rude staff but it's always full of costumers.

I stopped by after walking all day in Paris and found a seat at the bar, where I was warmly welcomed. The staff were kind and friendly, taking the time to guide me through the menu. I ordered the spicy Szechuan dumplings, fried rice, and aubergine, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavours were incredible, and the service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed both the meal and the experience here. Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Love the venue, they had the windows closed so we asked for them to be open, such a lovely day outside so it’s a bit of shame they didn’t have the old one from the beginning. I’m sure it would’ve attracted a lot more people. The aubergine and tofu were the stars of the show for us, fried rice was very good value, and the dandan mian unfortunately did not match expectations if felt very different than the dish we’re familiar with in style and quality. The dumplings unfortunately were a bit of a miss for us, even in other photos and tables we didn’t get as crispy of a bottom as was expected. The meat inside the dumpling was also more of a ball separated from the exterior of the dumpling which is not expected in our experiences eating around china.
Jai B — Google review
We arrived just in time before it got crowded. The service was so-so. At first the staff was friendly, as soon as it got crowded and we finished our meal, we were rushed with questions to know if we were done and if we wanted dessert. Slightly understandable, given how other people were waiting, but not excusable from my pov. The food was a bit too oily, I know since I have tried the same fried chicken in a different Mao chain. I, nevertheless, like the noodles.

Good dim sum and cantonese style food. Great roasted duck and wonton soup! Reasonably priced, and fast service.
Victor B — Google review
I visited expecting their homemade dim sum, only to find the menu had been recently updated—now offering just a few dim sum items. The rest consists of poorly executed, Westernized Chinese dishes clearly tailored to the French palate, like pineapple-heavy sweet and sour dishes and bland Riz Cantonnais. Compared to so many other great Chinese restaurants in Paris, this place is outdated, cooking was lazy and inauthentic, clearly aimed at cutting corners for profit. I do not recommend and will never return.

Quite various choices. It wasn't very crowed when I went there so I find the atmostphere good. The menu was a paper that they put on the table and it's was easy to check the menu. But they didn't sell half duck if you want to dine in, they only sell a portion of it and you could only take away if you want a half duck. I think it's better to offer even haft duck if the customer want and the restaurant and add additional charge for dining-in services.

A good place to have a fast lunch but definitly not authentic. I've lived in HK and even though they had nice dimsum, I could feel that it wasn't the real deal. Also the waiters kept pushing us to order while there were plenty of empty seats. Not sure where was the rush?

Over Price. Dim sum around 5.9-6.9e/dim sum, which is quite expensive. Ordered a dim sum platter 10.9e. It tasted like frozen ones. The pork laque and canard laque is a bit far from standard. Quite disappointed, probably won’t visit again

This is a cute restaurant in the heart of Paris! It's very small but cute and welcoming. They have open kitchen and the staff restaurant is very nice. The food is absolutely outstanding. We've been served the most delicious salad, so simple with few ingredients but very good. The pork is simple but perfectly cooked with crispy skin. The cauliflower was also very good and the dessert was just the cherry on top of already a perfect lunch! We devoured everything! We spent 40€ each that for the amount if food, the service and the atmosphere I would say it is on the cheaper side of things!

I was walking hungry on Rue Saint-Maur in Paris at noon when I came across this restaurant. You could see the kitchen activities through the glass and to be honest, that attracted me, of course, plus the menu behind the window. I had a very good experience, because I usually prefer to eat fish to control my cholesterol, and I was served one of the most delicious fish. Fresh and well-cooked, the roasted fennel and the juicy side of the fish were perfect. Along with a small bottle of warm sake served in a beautiful little glass and a first-class mango ice cream dessert. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. I will definitely go back to the Double Dragons restaurant to experience the food again. The attitude of the staff and the service are very good, my only complaint might be the decoration of the shop. I understand that the restaurant is supposed to be close to the spirit of Asian restaurants and simplicity and minimalism are crucial , but I wish better paintings were chosen for the decorations!

Was recommended this place by friends- we started off with bao fried balls with cheese inside and a kimchi mayo that was divine!! Definitely the plate I saw being ordered the most. Followed by mussels that had a spicy sauce that was delicious. We ordered then the fried chicken and green beans- chicken was hot and fresh definitely a must try.. green beans were good but my least favorite dish of the night! Our desert was a cinnamon donut like pastry that was incredibly fluffy with coconut ice cream (must have) we will be returning!! The service was also very kind and accomodating :)

The menu is a well thought menu to be able to discover Filipino food. As a Pinoy, I really enjoyed the Tortal Talong (eggplant dipped in egg) and the fried chicken. I also had the Onglet Adobo and was so so pleased by the taste. The reason why I didn’t give it 10/10 was because of the dryness of the Crispy Pata… it wasn’t fresh and was a bit of a let down. The Pinoy warmth and service was sadly missing- if not to end on a good note, I recommend the restaurant and its various menus !

I really appreciated the attentive service, and fresh, flavourful dishes. This was such a nice change of pace from the many many French Bistro type meals we had rates in the days prior. We had two different types of dumplings and the beef noodles and vegetables in garlic sauce. My wife had a beer and I had a 1 l of San Peligrino. Total was 40 euros Great value 10/10 would recommend

New experience for Canadian tourists used to Dim Sum restaurants in Vancouver/Richmond Canada. Very tasty dim sum dishes with subtle flavors. The service was great.

I don’t know why this place got the high score. And also I don’t know why this place called dim sum bar!! It was the worst dim sim in my life. Please don’t expect it will be good food. So disappointing!!!

Nestled along the picturesque Canal Saint-Martin, Wukong The Grand Master is a vibrant haven for cocktail and dim sum enthusiasts. With decor that echoes the cinematic style of Wong Kar-wai, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that feels like stepping into a film. Guests rave about the warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for gatherings with friends or romantic evenings. The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes, with highlights including succulent shrimp plates and crispy fried chicken.
I hosted my birthday dinner here and the whole experience was fantastic! We had the back room all to ourselves which was perfect for the occasion. Tom was super responsive, kind, and accommodating the entire time. The food was delicious and the ambiance is truly In The Mood For Love. Can’t wait to come back!

I visited this restaurant on New Year’s Eve after hearing great things online. The ambiance was a perfect 10/10, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered The Grand Master formula, the White Paper Fan rolls with shrimp, and two cocktails. The formula offered good value for the price, but unfortunately, the dim sum with shrimp had an unpleasant and funky aftertaste. The White Paper Fan rolls were a letdown, the rice paper seemed old and was nearly inedible. We ended up unraveling the rolls and only eating the shrimps inside. As for the cocktails, the Young and Dangerous was absolutely delicious. Skip the Sweet Surrender, it was a miss, super strong with none of the flavors described on the menu. What ruined the night was the aftermath. Shortly after eating, I developed a severe stomach ache and food poisoning, forcing me to return to my hotel and miss the rest of the evening. My boyfriend experienced the same symptoms later that night. Overall the restaurant has potential, and I appreciated the ambiance and location. However, the quality of the food and the unfortunate aftermath left me hesitant to recommend it. I’d like to give it another chance in the future but really hope for a better experience next time.

As a Londoner, a food enthusiast, and a lover of visual aesthetics, I recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant located in the vibrant area of Republic. The artistic decor and attention to detail make it a must-visit for those who appreciate fine aesthetics and have a passion for cinematography. Each element is thoughtfully designed with taste and refinement, sparking curiosity about the inspiration behind every corner. You can feel the energy and passion the owners put into it! The cuisine was exquisite and refined, delighting my taste buds with every dish. By the way, I recommend their home fresh tea and the matcha bao for dessert! 🤤🤤 The staff was super attentive and friendly, adding an authentic and convivial touch to the overall ambiance of the place. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food enthusiasts, lovers of beautiful decor, and those seeking memorable and convivial dining experiences! Thank you for the experience! 🫶

You go in clean, you come out smelling like fried food. Everything is fried or reheated, literally go to picard, get some baos, put them in the microwave or in the pan and you get the same thing (without spending 50€). Absolutely no added value and no interest of eating here. We haven’t tried the cocktails but the lichee juice was terrible.

The owners told me about this opening when I went to their first restaurant which is really good. So I went to the new place with no hesitation and I went with some friends. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed !! The staff is still very nice and welcoming. The vibe of the place is as if you step into a movie, the decoration and atmosphere has been very well crafted. The food is really good and the menu has a lot of choices. My favorites on the menu were plates with shrimps and with fried chicken. I will go again to taste other plates and you should too.

We had a lovely dinner there. The food was delicious, well cooked and tasty. The staff was both benevolent/caring and very welcoming. Finally, the restaurant in itself is great and memorable: decorations are spot-on and everything is thought through. Charming atmosphere with eclectic music, I highly recommend

Red Poppy is a cocktail bar and speakeasy located in the heart of Chinatown, offering a unique blend of European charm and Asian-inspired decor. The ambiance is dimly lit with an East Asian aesthetic featuring red and black tones. The background music sets the perfect tone for conversation while enjoying original cocktails that are well-balanced and worth the price. The friendly staff are knowledgeable about the drinks and ingredients, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both casual evenings and special occasions.
Great place! There’s an upstairs and downstairs we were happy to be down where it’s more private and romantic! The cocktails are incredible we tried 5 different ones
Brenda A — Google review
Such a shame because the cocktails were pretty good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We were a party of two and arrived just before 7 PM. The bar was quiet, only 8-10 customers, yet it took the staff 20 minutes to take our order and another 15 minutes to bring the drinks to our table, without any acknowledgment of the subpar service. Other negatives are more subjective: no coasters for €16 cocktails, uncomfortable wooden stools, harsh overhead lighting, and the bar was virtually unheated in the freezing weather. All of this would be fine in a cheaper bar, but at this price point in a bar that clearly is positioning itself as a more premium experience, it’s unacceptable.

What a wonderful mix of European and Asian in one cocktail bar! The welcome is European with a Basque boss who is the epitome of south European charm, humour, friendliness, and joviality. The decor is East Asian, with reds and blacks to go with its name. The background music the evening we were there was 60s, 70s and unobtrusive; a perfect volume to allow conversation and an enjoyable evening. It's not cramped, but quite busy at times so you may have to sit at the bar to wait for more permanent seating. We tried three of the superbly creative cocktails, all of which are named to fit in with a Chinese legend (eg. the archer who shot down nine of the original ten suns to leave the one we have) and often use East Asian ingredients, from lapsang souchong tea and salted plums to Baijiu spirit, as well as the more European elements like Campari, whisky, and absinthe. The Phoenix, a sort of Baijiu-based negroni with a whole chilli pepper in it was fabulous! They also do some generous portions of small dishes which run the gamut from Cantonese Siau Mai to Pimientos del padron via crispy pork belly. We had the last two named here, and they were so good we had a second helping! A totally innovative but comforting and relaxing way to pass a few very pleasant hours in the 13th. We'll be back soon!

We were a little nervous arriving to this hotel due to some recent bad reviews - but we’re extremely delighted by how wonderful the hotel & team were! We arrived on an overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags and there was ample room in the facilities to change & refresh. The team quickly made us a lunch reservation at a place that can be challenging to get into! The room was beautifully furnished and we had no issues at all. Even with the location in Champs-Elysees, it was far enough away from the main area and proved to be quiet & enjoyable. Very easy to walk to many places. Highly recommend giving them a try! I would stay again if back in the area!

I had a truly phenomenal experience staying at Le Clef Champs Elysees in Paris! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the manager, the guest relations team, the reception, and all the employees from A to Z who made my stay so memorable. Special thanks to Adrien, Rehab, Caroline, and Celine and to everyone else whose names I unfortunately don’t remember, you were amazing too! The hotel is incredibly safe, spotless, amazing location, and beautifully maintained. Every detail is taken care of, and the level of hospitality is simply unmatched. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it enough — thank you again to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay! 🌟 Le Clef will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in Paris!
Hessa A — Google review
The hotel is excellent—clean and new, with generally good facilities. However, housekeeping service is slow, and sometimes the evening turn-down service is not done, which affects the overall comfort. We hope the service can be improved to match the quality of the hotel.

One star is already too much for this place. Do NOT book here. We arrived and were immediately treated terribly by a staff member with a not so good attitude. They were rude and made us waste an entire day of our trip. The smell from the restaurant downstairs was unbearable….. this does NOT feel like a 5-star hotel. I couldn’t even sit in the lobby comfortably. Their attitude was shocking. It’s fine if they can’t fulfill every request, but basic politeness should be the minimum. An experience I will never repeat.
Sarah A — Google review
I was disappointed by the service which led me to a major loss, I am an Indian business man came out here for meeting and desired to be smartly dressed. After asking for laundry service I was confirmed they will deliver my cloths with in 12 hours. however, on the day of the meeting they told me the laundry guy is out and won’t be able to deliver my cloths. In addition when I desired to get my cloths as it is they denied. In short I was left with no cloths on the day of my meeting. On the demand to speak with the GM (general manager) of the hotel. I was told I can’t speak with or can I get the number of the GM. Staff didn’t respond well either and showed disrespect. Some said they don’t know how to speak English.
Naksh G — Google review
We arrived from Dubai and booked two rooms at Le Clef Champs-Élysées. From the start, the stay was uncomfortable — on our second night, the hotel asked us to change rooms. They moved our belongings from one room to another, and during this process, one of our bags — a Chanel bag — was stolen. This was not just any bag. It contained two pairs of shoes, personal belongings, and, most importantly, my mother’s medical tube, which she urgently needed after her surgery. Losing these items caused her immense stress while she was already in a vulnerable state. What shocked us most was the hotel’s response. They said they would “look into it,” but they never did. The bag was never recovered, we were never compensated, and the staff acted as if nothing had happened. For a hotel that positions itself as five-star luxury, the lack of accountability, security, and care for its guests is unacceptable. This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had, and I cannot recommend this property.
Shatha M — Google review
The room and amenities were nice and the location is amazing, but the service specifically the house keeping was not up to a luxury hotel standard. They provided inconsistent service and had to be constantly reminded to clean our room. One day we could hear various staff arguing in the hallway outside of our room which was unprofessional as well.
Nicole D — Google review
This is not my first time but for sure the last time my previous experiences was pleasant and I love the location so I recommended it to my friends and we took 4 rooms but what happened with us was ridiculous I was told that my room will change on a daily ba for my five nights stay so each day I should be in a room I was told the names of the residences in the hotel without asking because they did not know my name which is very illegal and insecure. I asked to see the manager for three days. I think they have an invisible manager that is very disrespectful and never tried to contact us and that reflects on the people in the reception. They have zero hospitality they don’t know how to talk they were very disrespectful and don’t know what they’re doing. I paid all the rooms upfront nonrefundable and yet I came back one day. The key was not working which I’m used to with them I went to the reception and I told her that my key is not working she said of course because you did not pay in a very loud voice in front of everybody her name was Manal she is the worst . They really don’t know what they’re doing and I’m very sorry for my friends that I recommended this hotel to the worst worst worst experience ever.

Guests praise the exceptional high-class service and expertise in cocktails, as well as the delightful menu featuring wines, champagne, and soft drinks.
Husband and wife pastry operation from the USA, visiting Paris here. This is an absolutely unique and wonderful atmosphere to have casual cocktails during your stay. The theme is definitely Asian, but with an amazing twist. Our server, Gabriel, was incredibly helpful for picking the cocktail selections. We also had the combination of trout and blini. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

This bar is cozy and intimate. Cocktails and food are top-notch. I haven't had a good cocktail like "a weekend in London" in a while. Le croque-monsieur was gourmet with smoke turkey and so "moelleux". It will melt in your mouth. Service was excellent as the server was welcoming and attentive.

Nestled between Gare de Lyon and Place d'Aligre, Shan Goût is a hidden gem that offers an adventurous dining experience for those willing to explore the nuances of Asian cuisine. This intimate restaurant features a prix fixe menu that showcases a carefully curated selection of dishes, each crafted with precision and flair. The ambiance exudes an upscale vibe reminiscent of Michelin-star establishments, making it feel special despite its small size.
Interesting place. The menu only has 5 categories (meat - poultry - fish/sea food - soup - vegetable/vegetarian dish) and you’d be served chef’s choice depending on the ingredients of the day. That was very good and the surprise effect provides a good experience. Definitely not the typical chinese restaurant where you can choose between menu A24 and B54 etc I’d recommend to anyone who appreciates good Chinese food tastes like.

Super cool and unique place. The owner was all-in-one as he performed as the waiter and the cook, really small menu of food but was really interesting and delicious. One of a kind experience in my eyes.
דר ס — Google review
Worse place ever! No wonder not a single person during lunch. For 22 euro it’s a “surprise” up to the chef. I got a few dumplings, few edamame and a few pieces of dry meat. It feels like whatever kitchen left over that was the chef’s surprise dishes. Plus a restaurant with name goût, aside from salty I tasted nothing. Also as a Chinese, I am beyond disappointed with the food, and unfriendly services. I asked hot water the chef said he doesn’t have any. In a Chinese restaurant and next to pay counter he has a hot water boiler…

Absolutely loved the whole concept we were suggested to have a surprise element to our dishes and I’ll tell you we were not disappointed. We had starter radish in olive oil and freshly made dumpling. I usually don’t like the tofu but the main dish that you see in the picture was absolutely delicious. I really wished people would visit this place because we were the only ones there. Because it felt like I had a real Michelin star restaurant vibe here. Maybe I’m exaggerating but the food and experience was really that great.

incredible! the food and vibes are impeccable. it’s in a small street off the beaten path but it’s not to diminish your interest. it’s worth it. had the 3 plate dinner and it just hit a whole lot of spots. come and enjoy! haven’t been to such memorable food experience at this price range for a long time
Balázs N — Google review
A very good place to try different kind of Asian cuisine, one more balanced and delicate, one that will soothe your mind and soul, every dish we ordered was fine tuned, be it the spiciness or smoky notes of sesame oil on the aubergine dish, rich texture of the prawn sauce ( and prawns themselves cooked to perfection). My only problem was with dumplings, though very beautiful in shape, the meat Inside felt slightly dry. P.s. I read the negative reviews, and some of the replies were pure gold...

We ordered a cappucino with 1 sparking water at 14:45. All other guests were served - we only received at 15:15 - two coffees with milk 😯, but no water. Later they brought a bottle of still water (not sparkling). The coffees we get were hot, but the glass did not have a handle! (All other guests had cups with handles) Terrible, I do not recommend the coffee to anyone.

Had a fun time in a 4 person room. Good song selections and decent setup l. However, I’m giving this 4 stars for a few reasons. 1) the staff were rude, especially at the bar. I asked about a credit I had from a previous reservation and they were unhelpful and hostile. 2) there were only two microphones per room. This didn’t make much sense since half the group would have to sit out, and I can’t imagine how this would go for a bigger group. 3) there was a power shortage and that cut our time short. Not really their fault but they didn’t let us stay longer after since there was another group…but the outage was 10 min so essentially it was money down the drain

What a shame. We visited with a group of female Friends, started the night there in a terrible broken karaoke box in the middle of the restaurant. No insonorisation and ended up being locked inside and having to call the police. The waiter started to argue and punch one of my Friend. Seriously worst expérience of my life
