Joséphine Baker Pool is a unique aquatic center located on a barge along the Seine River, offering open swimming, water aerobics, and lessons. The pool has four lanes with varying depths and spacious changing rooms with plenty of lockers. Visitors are required to book a time online and wear proper swimming gear. The facility also features an upper floor terrace with a view of the Seine and sunbeds for relaxation.
Great indoor pool with extended opening hours to swim laps in the Seine river. Nice and helpful staff. Warm showers (soap available), fair priced entrance fee (paid €3,50 per adult person in sept 2024). Relaxed atmosphere with locals!

Such a great place to just jump in spontaneously, swim a few laps and just enjoy the scenery! It does require some specific clothing due to hygiene (which is obviously a good thing!) but they provide everything there for a few euros.

Josephine Baker Pool is a bit small but has everything you need plus a big terrace on the first floor. It’s in the open air next to the river which makes It special and adds to the experience of visiting Paris. Since I’m a swimmer I have been to many pools and I really liked this one. Especially since It’s so clean, the whole time we saw a staff member cleaning the changing rooms. I would definitely go back here when I’m visiting Paris.

I’ll surely miss this pool, highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris looking for a solid swim overlooking the Seine river. For my US friends reminder to wear tight fitting swim wear e.g jammers. No loss fitting swim shorts are allowed. Also, carry 1 euro for locker use.
Alex P — Google review
We arrived 30 minutes after opening, only to be met with a 3-hour wait in the heat. There’s no online booking system, which makes crowd control chaotic. Priority is given to access users and those with children, which is understandable, but it meant many people who had waited a long time were constantly moved further back in the queue. Once inside, you’re required to wash your feet in a filthy communal pool — this is more unsanitary than helpful. A ticket or time-slot system would really help avoid these issues. Swimming hats are mandatory, but the two we purchased inside broke within 30 minutes — poor quality, especially given the price. And after all that waiting, the pool was so overcrowded we couldn’t even swim properly. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing visit.

What a nice find! For 3.40€ you gain enterance to this clean pool on a boat, on the Seine! Already starting off strong. Facilities are clean, with plenty of lockers (you drop a euro in to get the key and get your euro back once you return the key), showers, and changing rooms. The lower deck has a 4 lane swimming pool. The two outer lanes seem to be for slow swimmers, waders, and teenagers who aren't too serious about laps (note: swim caps are mandatory for everyone in this pool, but can be purchased on site). There are boards, life jackets, and other swim "tools" free to use. Past the main pool is a kiddie pool for hanging out, lounging and kids and families (swim caps not needed). Upstairs is the hang out zone, with lots of chairs to sun bathe and rest (note: you can bring your food and eat it here, which I'd highly recommend. It's a great picnic spot!). I spent 4 hours here today and enjoyed it very much! Will definitely be back! :)
Steph C — Google review
The pool has an a isolated y amazing view of the Seine river. It’s my favorite pool in summer where you can tan and swim. The ticket is not expensive at all especially for kids and students. Even though the pool is small and may get crowded sometimes, it’s a lovely place over all!
Seet Z — Google review
Great outdoor swimming pool on Seine river. It has four lanes with depth going from 1.2 meters in one end to 2 meters in another. Changing room is spacious, plenty of lockers (have 1 euro coin to use it), showers. This place asks to book a time online and charges 6.50€ for 2 hours. You also must wear a cap while swimming and swim in proper swimming gear, not loose shorts. The facility has an upper floor terrace that has a nice view of Seine and many sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxation.

Outdoor swimming pool
Public swimming pool
Piscine Roger Le Gall is a popular swimming spot in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, offering both indoor and outdoor pools, including a 164-foot and an 82-foot pool. On sunny days, visitors can enjoy the open-air pool and solarium. Additionally, there are dedicated slots for naturist sessions. Managed by Vert-Marine, this facility provides well-maintained changing rooms with adequate lockers and showers.
I had a great swim. The facilities were satisfactory but most importantly the people were helpful. I speak no French and the people in the changing room helped me use the locker system and advised me of the shoe policy. The lifeguard complimented my tatoos and explained the proper lane etiquette. I am only two weeks over covid so was sucking for air, with lots of stops and no one was rude or passively aggressive. I will definitely return.

We looked for details on there website prior to going there with my wife and 9 month old to swim and sit in the sun. There was an old lady working the till and two security guards. She charged us 5.80Euro each, (17.40Euro) even for our 9 month old! Security guard scanned our tickets and showed us where the change rooms were. I came out in my board short swimming trunks, and the lifeguard who spoke some English, told me that the lifeguards were the only ones that could wear these shorts. I said, “no problem, do you have some I can pay to rent?” He said no. He said there might be some to buy, but he didn’t know as he was a lifeguard. He also told me my folded up baby stroller couldn’t be on the floor, it had to go behind a barrier. No problem. Germ phobes, but clean is good. Waited for my wife, Who was getting through the slow process of changing a nine month old into a swimming diaper, alone in the women’s three Change room. When she came out, she also did not want to support that silliness. And we decided to leave. When we went to the front counter, we realized that the old lady was probably mentally incompetent. She had no idea how to count money and straight up said in French to the security guard that she didn’t charge us for the baby. I made sure to take a picture of the three tickets, because I knew there was likely going to be a hassle. She told us there was no way to refund my Visa and she didn’t have any cash, so we would have to stand there and wait for people to come and pay in cash. After 15 minutes, enough people had come to pay in cash that we could get the cash back. The security guard, knowing that she was mentally incompetent, tried to help out as she was trying to pay us €10 back and had hidden the tickets under some papers. Thankfully, he continued to persuade her that she did in fact charge us because he saw the tickets that he scanned through originally, and eventually we did get our money back. Ridiculous that you are going to control what kind of swimsuit people can wear. But if that’s your rule, no problem, you could at least, have that type of outfit available for people. We see that “Controlling” citizens is a very common thing here in Paris. Change rooms were dark. Life guard was quite unfriendly. Thankfully, the security guard knew he was working with a senile elder, and helped us out, because she was saying “she didn’t think there was a way to get a refund.” Would not recommend this place.

Just called. Asked the woman on the phone if they're open all day due to canicule, apparently not. (How French). Then she explained they reopen at 5, nonchalantly and hung up before I could ask further questions. Arrogance & indifference. Don't bother.
Thom 2 — Google review
Long wait to get into the pool at opening. Facilities are quite dated. It’s the only 50m public pool in the area. Because it’s outdoors, it can get very very crowded. Furthermore, summer pricing (5,8€) is quite expensive for what it is.
Cynthia G — Google review
Downstairs changing womens was dark and smelt terrible. Lockers were good. Outdoor pool and swimming area was good but you can’t just go to sunbathe you must be wearing a swimming costume. BEWARE to get in the pool you must have french style trunks and both men and women MUST have swim caps. You can buy them there though
Rebecca C — Google review
Really nice pool and facilities, do not attend over lunch it’s too busy to swim, Unfortunately their are some core local people who attend who are the epitome of arrogance and they spoil it for others,
Billy A — Google review
Decent pool but overcrowded even when you come when they open first thing in the morning. In saying that, it's nice to swim in summer when the roof is open. It would be better if they would be open for longer hours, considering how overcrowded it is; also if they would have seperate slow/medium/fast lanes.
Louise — Google review
As nearly all the public pools in the Paris area, managed by Vert-Marine, the water was too cold. Clearly the people at Vert-Marine, who manage the two pools nearer to me, are not serious swimmers because they would know that warmer water is best for training as it allows swimmers to warm up their muscles. It makes for a more pleasant experience instead of withstanding cooler temperatures due to a misguided belief that they are saving energy, at the expense of their clients - who pay the taxes.

Water park

Recreation center
Aquaboulevard is a versatile indoor-outdoor water park located in the south of Paris, offering an array of attractions for visitors of all ages. The park features a wave pool, 11 slides (4 outdoors and 7 indoors), and activities such as a wakeboarding machine and Tarzan rope for endless excitement. Additionally, adults can indulge in facilities like hammams, saunas, outdoor pools with grassy areas, large hot tubs, and a sandy beach perfect for sunbathing.
It was not too expensive considering you could spend a good 5 hours on the slides and swimming. You have to wear tight swimwear but there is a decathlon shop in the same building so you can buy swimwear from there. Will definitely visit again if in or around paris.
Lewis S — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience at Aquaboulevard. The place feels old, neglected, and in desperate need of a thorough renovation. Key areas are poorly maintained: outdated equipment, chipped paint, and a general sense that hygiene isn’t a priority. The hygiene levels in particular were a major concern—surfaces and changing rooms didn’t feel clean, and it wasn’t clear that a proper cleaning schedule was being followed throughout the day. Crowding was another major issue. They allow far more visitors than the venue seems able to handle, which results in enormous crowds on the slides, in the pools, and around the outdoor areas. Waiting times were long, and it’s hard to enjoy anything when you’re constantly bumping into other families or waiting for a turn on a ride. Shade is almost non-existent. There are very few sunshades, and there’s no real natural shade to speak of. If you’re out in the sun, you’re stuck baking rather than relaxing, which is unpleasant in a park that already feels worn down. Pricing was another big letdown. We paid 66€ for an adult and a child (8 years old) ticket, plus 24€ for parking. In my view, the value for money is zero. For the cost and the poor conditions, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall experience. Bottom line: I do not recommend Aquaboulevard in its current state. If you’re considering a visit, you might want to look elsewhere or wait until a major renovation and strict management improvements are in place. If they address maintenance, hygiene, crowd control, and shade, it could become worth a return, but as of now the experience is not worth the money.
Tarintata — Google review
We visited here today while on holidays in Paris, We had here on our list of things to do & reading all the negstive reviews before booking the tickets we thought twice about going here & decided to risk it & we were so glad we did!!! I will address the points from some of the reviews below: Yes the place is a bit dated & cost €70 instead of €36 for something similar in Ireland however that didn't matter as Paris is pricey 🤣, We spent 2 & a half hours here & had great fun on all the slides & pool areas, The access through the "pool wall" from the inside pool to the outside pool was also a cool feature, There was no staff watching the slide queues as mentioned however during our visit everyone queued as they should have with no pushing or shoving, There were also swimwear dryers in the counter tops in the changing area which I haven't seen before meaning soaking togs didn't have to be shoved back into a bag, another plus!!! Regarding the swimwear rules we just bought the correct swimwear in decathlon in the same building beforehand & in all fairness the staff checked at reception before we entered & gave the us go ahead 🌊🏊‍♂️

You can enjoy family time with the whole family with lots of activities. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🥳🎉 Even though we went on Saturday, it wasn't cramped, so generally it should be even less crowded on working days. 🗓️👍😊 You can usually find some place online that sells tickets with promotion and more offers, so keep an eye on those websites. 💻💰👀 The water is moderately clean and safe for health, so that is not an issue. 💧✅😊 The aqua activities are safe, and you can definitely enjoy the fun without worries. 🏊‍♀️😄😎 So always be prepared to go there with your friends, family, and partner. 👯‍♀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️ P.S. There is a swimwear code for men, which only includes speedos and jammers, so it is advised to buy in advance, even though there is a sports shop really nearby. 🩱🛍️
Khashayar R — Google review
Beautiful and the kids enjoyed every moment in the water. Just turned off about the issue of why must they choose the type of swimming gear. One is forced to buy at the shop next to the entrance. The prices are inflated because if one bought a ticket there is no way you will not go back. 44 Euro for a Speedo ridiculous.
Lebogang N — Google review
Yes this place is a bit run down and it isn't always that clean. But it isn't dangerous. We were there on a weekday in school holidays and it was busy but not uncomfortable. The weird swimmer rules for guys are annoying but I got a €10 pair at Decathlon right next door. The slide options are fantastic and the outdoor area has a lot of space to relax in the sun. The wake board area is super fun!! Get there early, by 2pm it is very busy and by 4pm the lines can be a bit long. The food options are quite reasonable and a good price, but the restaurant is very run down. Overall, worth the price but don't expect modern facilities.
Paul D — Google review
Good but gets busy in the afternoons. Life guards were very visible but the route up to the slices got quite chaotic with pushing and shoving happening on wet stairs. Take care with younger ones as it can get quite crowded at the slides and in the wave pool.
Philip W — Google review
I had guess from UK and suggested my husband to spend a wonderful family time there. Unfortunately on arriving there I was expelled by a lifeguard saying my swim suit was inconvenient for this place and I should wear shorts and short sleeve which was embarrassing for me as I wear the same swim suits in other bigger watermarks. I then agreed not to participate and would change myself and look after my kids. They disagreed and told me that to remain there I must obligatory wear what they imposed or else I have to go out immediately. Arriving at the entrance I showed my passport and my ticket to the person saying that I have to go out to buy new swim suits at decathlon and he didn't let me and said that I have to purchase at their shop itself. Unfortunately I didn't get size large for me and they asked me to buy men's shirts and boxers! It was so embarrassing as I cover myself. While I was changing myself someone pulled the curtain. How come the shop don't consider a locked door? My whole mood was spoilt as I wasted much time. The direction must provide sufficient clothes of different sizes if they want people to abide by their silly and embarrassing rules. Everyone has a choice. But atleast respect someone's decency. What I didn’t understand is why when I agreed not do any activity or get into the pool they asked me to get out. Imagine my state wearing men's clothes 😳. Honestly, very embarrassing. I wasted my money for such silly rules.

Indoor swimming pool
Piscine Keller, originally constructed in the 1960s and renovated in 2008, reflects the modern Beaugrenelle neighborhood. The facility boasts luxurious changing rooms and uses ozone filtering instead of chlorine for water treatment, ensuring a chemical-free swimming experience. With a 50m Olympic pool and a smaller 15m pool, Piscine Keller also features a retractable roof to enjoy sunny days.
I visited the pool just after 9am on Easter Sunday. There are some vending machines in the foyer with drinks and also swimming kit (goggles, trunks, etc). The entrance was 3.50 Euros. The guy on the front desk was really helpful when he realised I didn’t speak much French! The changing cubicles have a door at each end; signs ask you to remove your shoes before entering and when you go through the door towards the pool you have to have bare feet. I brought my usual flip flops and many others bathers wore flips flops too, and swimming caps. I used the free digital lockers. There are also some lockers with keys and by the pool there were some smaller lockers too. The way to the pool from the changing room is signed but it was little confusing for me! I followed some other swimmers and got there OK; it's on the level above the changing rooms. There are some showers before you go upstairs and there was free shower gel in the soap dispensers – yay! The pool is in an area with a long window to one side so plenty of natural light available. Some of the lanes are designated as slow and fast. There were two fast lanes in operation and one of these was busy with swimmers with goggles, fins and hand paddles - I opted for the other fast lane. On the way out there are rows of mirrors and large hair/body drying machines. Overall it's a pleasant pool and worth a trip. I particularly liked the underwater photography on the one side of the pool.

Badly managed. Sometimes you are almost alone in the line, sometimes, you feel in a crowded bus in the most crowded city in the world. Management is all about finding a hotspot between these both situations. There is a scientific discipline called "optimization / Stochastic Optimization" that should be used to manage such a situation. Management should not always blame the environment / conditions, it should optimize it and take the initiative. Obviously, it is always easier to refer to the circumstances as the cause and say things won't change. This is the path that was taken by less developed countries.
Ashraf A — Google review
North Americans beware of dress code. A boxer style swimsuit is required. There is no signage stating this but, if you wear swim shorts they will not allow you to swim and you will not be refunded.
Sean M — Google review
This was overall a great experience for me and my little brothers. 1: Positive: It was a huge pool with lanes divided for different swimmers, slow, average, and fast swimmers. The pool was very, very clean and tidy. The shower places were also very clean. There was a kids' pool for small kids or teens, and it was perfect for my little brother. Life guards are very attentive and aware and always looking for any problems happening. As an English speaker, the staff at the entrance and lifeguards speak English, which was very helpful. 2. Negative: The changing rooms and lockers were way too complicated. To get through the locker or changing rooms, you have to pass through the changing rooms to get to the swimming pool. It took us quite a long time to find the swimming pool but it wasn't too complicated. BECAREFULL. I had such a big fuss with trying to open the lockers. You need to put a code, etc. And some of them don't work. And to use other lockers, you have to pay 1 euros, just be aware of that Overall, this pool was amazing and a great experience. Everyone was kind, and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely come back.

It's clean. Big. Crowded though. I didn't had any trouble there but I totally understand all bad reviews.

Come here if you want to experience the quiessential parisian experience: dirty, old and insufficient facilities used by rude and obnoxious people. The pool is dirty and very noisy. Nobody respects others. Lanes are separated by speed ratings but you can find people who doesn’t know how to swim on the fastest lane or near pro swimmers on the slowest passing through others. People are stopping in the middle of the swim just to have a little chat.

The Butte-aux-Cailles Swimming Pool, located in the 13th district of Paris, is a unique municipal facility with both indoor and outdoor pools. The Art Nouveau design of the building adds to its charm, making it an attractive setting for a swim. The outdoor pools are partially heated by natural hot springs discovered on the site in 1866, while the indoor pool features a stunning curved Art Nouveau roof painted in vibrant colors.
Amazing pool, 1 big interior 33 mts pool, and two outside. There's even a solarium, plenty of showers and changing rooms. I went on a Friday at noon and all the pools were crowded, and the water on the exterior pool was pretty dirty, I imagine due to the big amount of people swimming (at least 15 people per lane). The changing rooms were quite dirty as well, but overall it's a great plan for when it's too hot in Paris and you are stuck in the city during holidays.
Maria S — Google review
It’s lovely, but can be really crowded and you need to have the right kind of bathing suit.
Sarah F — Google review
They closed off not only the solarium but the exterior pool for kids (due to hot weather). So only regular exterior and interior swimming pools with 5 lanes left. We came specifically for our kids to enjoy shallow pool for kids. Why on earth would you close it? Lost day. Terrible experience. Essentially now it's like any swimming pool in Paris, just more crowded. It's around 30 degrees and above all summer, will you keep the nicest part of the facility closed off all summer. Good luck. Never again.
Larry G — Google review
It was a nice experience for us. 3 swimming pools, 2 outside and 1 inside. It cost 3 euros for adults and 2.5 for kids. However you must have: 1- swimming cap. We didn’t have so we bought it there, quite cheap also 2- they won’t let you in with loose swim suit. Boys/men must wear jersey. They are about 11-14 euro. Staff were super helpful and nice to us.

Lots of rules. Many a bit extreme. Fine for lane swimming.
Thomas H — Google review
Horrible experience. Hours not as advertised. Some staff were helpful, others were obstructive to the point that we never got to swim in the end. I was refused a refund when we left, and with a series of miscommunications and mismanagement, there was much frustration and tears. And why do you have to wear tiny swimsuits to swim here? There is no scientific basis to it being hygiene-related. If I could give this place minus 5 stars, I would.

Swimming pool
Piscine Georges Hermant, located in Paris's 19th arrondissement, is a large indoor/outdoor public swimming pool and competition space that underwent extensive renovations before reopening in 2018. The Olympic-size pool features a roof terrace and can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. It is popular among serious swimmers due to its 50-meter length, making it perfect for lap swimming and water sports.
Very clean and tidy changing rooms and showers. The bassin is 50mts, but it is often split up into 2x25mts. In the summer the roof is open and you can chill in the small garden.
Britta U — Google review
This is one of the best pools in Paris for swimmers who train individually. If the school period schedule was more open to such visitors, I would consider this pool the best. The cleanliness of the changing rooms is usually beyond praise, especially when there is a woman in glasses working there, she is a genius of cleanliness. Sometimes the showers run out of soap, but generally there is plenty of it and in every dispenser, which is simply very rare in Paris. In general, the workers are good at monitoring that bad swimmers do not swim in the fast lanes, and this is very good. You can swim with any training accessories on a separate lane!
Екатерина Ч — Google review
Nice and big pool but extremely crowded on hot summer days. End of aug, on not so hot days are good and all 50m lanes open. 50m lanes are open (2) bit too crowded on hot summer days. Staff is nice Locker rooms decently clean Outdoor space to tan. Big plus is the ORGANISATION with slow/fast lanes. Coulndt find this anywhere. The only thing is: THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!

This is a very nice pool with bad service. I have been going to this pool from time to time for two years now and unlike many others it is really clean. There is almost always shower gel, although I must say that not all visitors use it even in the current heat of +35… Unfortunately, I often notice rudeness of workers towards other visitors, and yesterday I experienced it myself. For some reason the workers decided that I went into the pool in street shoes (even though I had changed into special Adidas pool slippers). First they rudely stopped me with a hand gesture, then said something in French, pointing to the slippers. I speak French poorly, but I answered that these slippers are for the pool. The workers did not believe me and asked to show my street shoes… this is outrageous. Are they implying that I am a liar or an idiot? My answer, despite the language problems, was very clear. It was a very humiliating experience.

I have been here on a weekday and it was so packed that swimming was not an option, why to many children and teenagers. It is also not clean. To swim you need a cap but you can enter without, not sure why. I would not recommend it.

We had a fantastic time here while on vacation and wanting to fulfill a request from our 8 year old for a swim. Big, clean and affordable, and welcoming to foreigners. Bring a bathing cap, and for the gents, a Lycra-style bathing suit (no board shorts allowed). Picnic in the nearby park afterwards. Great afternoon.

Great swimming pool. This morning at the opening time it was possible to swim 50m lengths enjoying the sun. The mixed gender changing rooms and other facilities are kept very clean and tidy. Electronic lockers do not require coins or padlocks to operate. Staff is very polite and professional.

Piscine Hébert is a hidden gem located near the Marx Dormoy metro, offering a serene and well-lit swimming experience. The facility features two pools, one ideal for aquagym lessons and paddling, while the other is surrounded by individual changing rooms and a large glass roof. This location provides a peaceful swimming environment away from the noisy crowds. Additionally, visitors can participate in various activities such as aquagym, swimming lessons, water polo, and water safety courses.
Nice heated indoor pools and numerous changing cubicles and overall a clean venue at such a cheap price. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff members I experienced today at this pool were exceptional. There is such a warm and friendly vibe here, which I really appreciated as a tourist.

I felt comfortable during my visit. The team was very helpful. First the cashier came with me to get a special chip for the lockers and explained to me that I had to take off my shoes first before going to the changing rooms. Since it was my first time in a French swimming pool, I didn't know that you had to wear swimming caps. The lifeguards were friendly and lent me one. Thank you for that

Bassin de la Villette is a picturesque artificial canal in the western part of Paris, offering almost 5 km of scenic promenades, cafes, and parks away from the bustling tourist spots. One of its main attractions is the trio of pools for both children and adults, making it a popular spot during the summer months. The surrounding area features restaurants, cafes, and bars along with a vibrant nightlife scene further south.
An extension of the canal, quite a lovely place to stroll along enjoying the tranquility.

Rob H — Google review
Visiting from Canada and staying at the Holiday Inn on the Bassin de la Villette (canal). Although the scenery and surrounding area is pretty interesting, the water is disgusting that is full of debris and garbage. Not sure if it’s the locals or the government that just do not care. It’s a hot day (33 degrees Celsius) and the smell is very off putting. The homelessness is extremely bad too. The aroma of urine and feces follows us wherever we go walking. If we had to hold our breath until the smell was gone we would pass out. I can see Paris used to be a great city, full of people who have hope and aspirations, pride but that probably was many, many years ago. Too bad. I wish we would’ve visited way back then.

Love this place. It's so nice, quite, but also full of light, life, activities! People ride their bicycles, walk, go to the street markets, to the péniches. The water is green, though. Don't expect a swimming pool. It's Paris, not a country city.

Fantastic relaxing place to hang out during the very hot days of summer in Paris. You can use free suntan lotion from dispensers and there are water sprays to cool down as well as clean public toilettes for free. There are also sun lounges.

Jardin d'Acclimatation is a long-standing amusement park situated in the west of Paris, adjacent to the Bois de Boulogne. It offers a wide array of entertainment options for kids, including vintage carousels, fairground rides, an enchanted river ride, adventure playgrounds, and a toy train. The park has recently undergone renovations and now features modern attractions alongside its nostalgic old-world charm.
So much fun, I recommend going here during the winter season, target a cold but sunny day and you'll get the park for yourself (at least in the morning) + take a ticket with everything included if possible. Some attractions may be closed if there has been ice but it generally opens at some point (if it's sunny the ice melts and the staff here is working nicely to open as soon as possible) Don't hesitate to go around the park, the walk is worth it there are some cool things to see. Friendly staff :-) Beware, things to eat/drink are a bit overpriced as usual in those types of amusement parks you pay for the convenience.

Extremely large park just outside of the main city easily accessible via the metro. Lots to do with younger children and was beautifully decorated for Christmas when we were there. A couple of smaller resteraunts right in the park or lots just in the surrounding area
M R — Google review
Was a fun and refreshing break from the usual city sights. It’s a mix of a peaceful park and a lively amusement area, with rides, gardens, and even animals to see. The atmosphere was light and family-friendly, but still enjoyable even if you’re just looking to relax. I went on a weekday, and it wasn’t crowded, which made it easy to explore and try a few rides without waiting too long. The place is clean, well-organized, and surrounded by greenery — a great spot to slow down for a few hours. Definitely a nice change of pace in Paris, especially if you’re traveling with kids or just want a chill afternoon outdoors.
Gold T — Google review
Beautiful park with lovely rides. I just feel price of the tickets is to high. You pay entry fee that just gets you into park every ride costs tickets which you buy separately. At 4.5 euros a ticket which means most rides will cost you 9 euros for 2 people. Tbh after watching them most are very short. I went mid August very quiet. If you have a few children you will burn through money very quickly. It's a shame if this was higher entry included all rides it would be way better value.
Donkey R — Google review
A 150+ year old amusement park that is in the heart of Paris. It has the charm and style you'd think of for a Parisian amusement park. Entry is not costly and then you need to pay per ride - generally an affordable way to spend sometime with kids in Paris.

I called them in the morning and no one answered. The automatic option of "nos tariffs" clearly stated that there was a reduced price for residents and a bit higher entrance fee for non-residents. But after 30 minutes driving in the hot car with my 3 year old they said the rules have changed a few days ago and only residents can enter. It's outrageous that they haven't updated their phone information and their Google Maps information and they're being immediately so strict about this rule despite their negligence in keeping people up-to-date. Our Sunday's program has been messed up and just in that 5 minutes while I was discussing with the guard there were like 5 people turned back too so they've messed up the Sunday of hundreds of families apparently. Thank you.

Both reception and pool staff tend to be friendly and helpful. Even when I was told I should not take pictures, this was done in a very polite and friendly manner. Facility is maintained well and kept clean. Except during peak times, water is crystal clear. Being close to schools, it's most time packed with kids. If you are outsiders or not residents of the place then don’t go there it will waste ur time and money. Piscine des Amiraux is a municipal indoor pool located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, near the boulevard peripherique at 6 rue Herman Lachapelle. It offers a spacious environment and is known for being wheelchair accessible. The staff are friendly and accommodating, with some able to communicate in English. The pool itself is small but well-maintained, often providing opportunities for a less crowded swimming experience.
I went on a Saturday morning. It started to get much busier around 10am. It is like most other public pools, in that you need to buy a ticket to enter, you just have a swim cap and men must wear a swim suit (basically a speedo, not swim trunks or shorts). This pool has one particularity worth noting. There are no lockers as in other pools. There are “cabines” (basically changing closets) along the walls surrounding the pools for three levels. You change in the cabine and leave your belongings there. No need for a token or coin or combination lock. You just ask the attendant to open the door for you. However, the door automatically locks when you push it shut. So remember to check that you have all of your swimming stuff before you close the door! The pool is 33m long which is very nice for doing laps.

The only pool I have ever been to in France that has been accessible for a person in a wheelchair. Today I arrived at the pool to be greeted by very friendly staff. I explained I only speak English and there was someone working at the pool that could explain to me the rules of the pool. I did have to change from my wheelchair to their pool wheelchair to enter the pool to prevent my wheelchair wheels tracking dirt around the pool. The staff member helped and pushed me to the change rooms. The pool wheelchair can be self propelled. The accessible shower and toilet was huge and didn’t look much used. They had a pool hoist to transfer into the pool but I went with the step ladder option. The pool was very very clean and the people swimming were very friendly. Remember to bring a bathing cap. All and all a great experience and a very accessible and inclusive venue. Step free entry.

I love it!!! It is amazing small swimmingpool. Some days at the end or begining of working hours you can enjoy your own piece at the track. People who take care of the swimming pool are amazing, very kind. The cabins where you leave your stuff are clean, big, and they are opening them personally for you. It was made in Art deco style, what more to ask for. :D

True that the staff are not incompetent. I had the same issue the cashier asking us the right change like if we didn't have choice. Not helpful at all. If I was not speaking French it would have been a challenge. Then inside it's fine. It's a beautiful swimming pool of course. The water is ok. I have a sensitive skin and I felt ok compared with other places.

Horrible experience. If you are not used to public pools in Paris, please prepare for an unpleasant experience. Shower before getting in the pool, bonnet obligatoire, one piece etc. You cannot wait for your kid to do a lesson without a swim suit, you cannot go with a baby, you cannot go with a bag of items to the area where the pool is at. Plenty of rules and the staff is horribly rude and on a power trip. They speak down to you and treat you poorly. Try another activity instead. Pools are definitely NOT Paris strength.

Two indoor pools housed in an old building that needs a new paint job. Water temperature doesn't feel as warm as advertised (28 degrees C). Toilets look very used, but are clean. Changing rooms are clean. Showers are very warm with dispensers fo soap/shampoo provided. No lockers available, all clothes are to be hung up and stored in a guarded storage room. The use of a swimming cap (bonnet) to cover your hair is obligatory and men can't wear boxers. In the lobby you'll find vending machines with caps, bathing shorts and swimming glasses, as well as machines for hot drinks and soft drinks.
Marcello S — Google review
I swim here frequently because it is close to my home, but it's easily one of the worst public swimming facility within 10 kms. Peeling paint, chipped tiles, dark, humid changing stations without proper drainage, no lockers and a tiny bench to take shoes on and off: This pool is badly need of an update. Despite the fact that it's sub-par by Paris standards, it's also often very crowded, particularly on weekend mornings in the winter. Very restrictive hours make the crowd situation even worse. While there is technically a capacity limit, it's unclear to me whether this is enforced; I've been here several times when it is truly impossible to determine your own lap pace because you are swimming 7 or 10 people to a lane. Montherland is less than 1 km away and much, much nicer (though can also become very crowded).

Park
Nature & Parks
Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is a 19th-century park located in the northeastern area of Paris, spanning across the 19th and 20th arrondissements. It was built in a former quarry and features tall trees, a lake, waterfalls, and an old iron railway bridge. The park offers visitors a chance to explore grottos, hillside paths, lakeside circuits, and a temple perched atop the butte.
A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. This park is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of green areas, walking trails, and benches. It’s perfect for a morning jog, an afternoon picnic, or just relaxing with a book. The playgrounds are great for kids, and there are shaded spots that provide relief on sunny days. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the presence of trash bins, which helps keep the environment tidy. During weekends, it can get a bit crowded, but overall, The park is suitable for families, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to enjoy some fresh air. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a combination of nature, recreation, and relaxation.

I spent my final afternoon in Paris exploring this lovely park in the outer districts. It was a great afternoon and it's a really well laid out city park, with fairly nice perches and views. Unfortunately, the construction and repairs spoiled some of the experience, along with not the best weather. But I am glad I went, it was nice to see another slice of life with families picnicking, runners jogging, and others just meandering to a calmer pace than central Paris.
Saminda W — Google review
My most adorable city park, it’s really huge with abundance of breathtaking views and picnic spots. The lake with the ducks , the waterfalls and kids playgrounds. The only downsides are the ubiquitous joggers, few public toilets and only a few vending stations for water and coffee. The place is very clean and those multi-century trees are just amazing

Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is a truly wonderful and vast park. It is the best place in the heart of Paris to enjoy nature and peace. If you're looking to spend a day away from the city's hustle and bustle, this park is the perfect choice. Suitable for Everyone The best part of this park is that it is suitable for everyone from the young to the old. There are dedicated areas for play and leisure for young children. The spacious pathways are ideal for both walking and general exercise. This is a wonderful place to come with family or friends to relax and spend time together. Natural Beauty This park is a must-visit for nature lovers. The greenery, silence, and picturesque views are truly calming. The beautiful bridge and small water reservoirs (or small waterfalls/lakes) further enhance the park's beauty. Basic Amenities For your convenience, all basic facilities are neatly maintained in the park There are plenty of seats throughout the park for resting.Drinking water facilities and toilet facilities are available. Overall, this is a very peaceful and beautiful place. If you want a unique experience in Paris, you should definitely visit Parc des Buttes-Chaumont!

Such a beautiful park, full of laughter, happy vibes, but also peace. It’s a place for a picnic, to kick a ball, or to simply walk and enjoy. The views and beautiful, and the water is peaceful too. Just be careful getting to and from if you are a woman, as some surrounding areas in summer have a lot of drunk men

Located more north in Paris, you'll find a serene and residential park that's perfect for joggers, pet owners, hikers... I wanted to escape from the hustle and bustle of central Paris and I knew this park would be peaceful. I loved it, absolutely recommend taking the metro to get here. There is a cliff with a gazebo and the path to it was closed off but from the bottom, you can a fantastic view of it and the lake.
C P — Google review
Buttes Chaumont is a beautiful park where Parisians stroll or train for their next marathon and where birders are on full alert. It's known for its hills, so be prepared for uphills and downhills. Enjoy the lake and the waterfalls too. The Temple of Sybille is beautiful, although it's not accessible right now–you can still see it from many vantage points. Climb to the top to see the Basilica in Montmartre, the modern towers of La Defense, and much more. You'll find lots of cute dogs to enjoy on your stroll, as well as spots to sit for a cup of tea and a snack. And if you are training for a race, this is the place to get your hill runs done!

Restaurant Toit Terrasse Molitor is a chic dining spot perched atop the Hotel Molitor, offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and lush surroundings. Once a glamorous lido for Parisian high society, this rooftop venue has transformed into a trendy hangout featuring an inviting blue pool designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel. The atmosphere is vibrant, enhanced by upbeat lounge music and outdoor barbecue kitchens that create a holiday vibe.
Amazing atmosphere! From the rooftop Molitor you could see the Roland Garros & also the Molitor swimming pool. Reservation is must. Molitor was the most popular swimming bath in Paris for 60 years, since it first opened in 1929 until the door closed in 1989. Luckily it re-opened again in 2014. If you watched @emilyinparis season 2, you might recognize this swimming pool from this @netflixnl serie and this song as well.☺️ For me, the even more amazing part would be the view overlooking Roland Garros courts which I felt super lucky to be able to be there.

Looking down on the steam speckled glass roof of the clay courts and cobbles below. I'm developing an Aperol migraine that begins feeling similar to a spider web pulling at the tips of my eyelashes. The poké bowl is cold and soft and before I blissfully stir to combine its contents l pause to take one vanity picture for this review. St-Germain exerts visual ownership over this space.

5 stars for the view which did satisfy our curiosity for sunset from this rooftop with colorful hotel rooms and big blue swimming pool. Price wise should be given 5 $ as everything was Parisien-rooftop expensive

I wish I could give this place a negative star. Racist arrogant French pigs run this establishment. The classic Parisian style. Hostess told us to follow her twice and slacked off and flirted with men and told us to wait. They refused to serve us so we ordered an uber and ate it at our table. If they don’t want my money, I ain’t gonna give it to them!

Bois de Boulogne, located on the edge of the 16th Arrondissement in Paris, was once a royal hunting ground and has now transformed into a sprawling public park spanning 2088 acres. This lush green space offers a variety of activities such as walking and biking trails, boating on pristine lakes, and horseback riding.
What an enjoyment to be in nature in the middle of Paris! Lovely area with several ponds, lots of little paths. We also saw a nutria rat cleaning itself!! See the video attached.

One of the bigger parks around Paris. There is an option for boating if the weather is nice. You can peacefully run, walk or stroll around in the forest or the park side. Or pick a spot and relax with a book and snacks as we choose to.

Defenitely worth a visit here. Though I work in forestry so for me this was rather a park then a forest but I loved hanging out here. Lots of lakes and little parks and gardens. It would be great to have more tashbins around because I barely found one.

This place is huge and there's so much to see. Old railtracks, the riverside, a theme park, a Louis Vutton building, as well as numerous open parks and bushland litter the whole area. It's great fun exploring around it for a few hours!

Beautiful green space with lots of birding opportunities. Only downside is the amount of runners here. If you're trying to sit in peace and listen to nature, it can be a little difficult with the overwhelming number of runner's grunting and making contact with the trail
Jasmin M — Google review
The Bois de Boulogne is truly a treasure of Paris. Just minutes from the city’s bustle, we step onto peaceful wooded paths, with lakes, gardens, wildlife, and open green spaces. We love the mix of nature, modernity and history, from hidden gardens and serene waterways created by Napoleon III, to Michelin restaurants and the former residence of the Duke of Windsor, all on the grounds where previous Summer Olympics were hosted, plus much more. What makes the Bois de Boulogne so special is the balance, as you feel far from the city, yet you’re still in the 16e. It’s an ideal place to recharge and enjoy the serenity of nature right at the city’s edge. A must-experience for anyone who might appreciate a green escape to what we read is considered the “Left Lung of Paris” due to the oxygen produced by the trees, in this area that is astonishingly twice the size of NYC’s Central Park!

This is a fantastic concept with the open swimming pool and gym surrounded by plenty of greenery, along with a no-noise policy. However, I do have a concern: I am a club member, yet I don’t feel any privileges compared to those who only purchase a class pass or day access to the swimming pool. I pay €245 per month, so this situation makes me feel uncomfortable as I lack a sense of privacy. If it is a membership club it should remain like this for the comfort of the members, first of all.

They have this crazy rule, that if you have paid for the swimming pool upstairs (19€) and you go up, but then you go downstairs at the restaurant and bar … you cannot go back to the pool again: “Toute sortie est definitive”. Worth noting that upstairs there are no tables in the shade. This would be easily solved with a bracelet or a stamp or any other easily visible proof that you paid for the pool, but they don’t have it. I strongly recommend to steer away of this place.

It is a very nice place , highly like the pools the organisation , unfortunately we went a Sunday and there was a rude lady that wanted to take us of the pool , was quite a sad experience to feel as a foreigner , besides that … I highly recommend the pool the lifeguards were very professional and understanding , will not come back cause of the incident with the lady, make me felt not worth it , being a professional swimmer all my life was quite taken back by such rude remarks from that lady … but for anyone that wants to go swimming is a good price and good quality so still is a very good place

Pool is great 👌 - both the pool and lockers are clean - lockers are well designed and practical (with digital lockers meaning you don't need to have a 1€ coin nor wear a bracelet) - staff (both at entrance and lifeguard) are friendly BUT the pool is often (happened to me 4 times in 2022 already) closed early in the morning while it states it's open. Which is a major problem considering you make a effort to wake up at 6 and find the doors closed ... It seems the staff is often on strike during bank holidays so come at your own risk (btw, I'm swimming there 2/3 times a week)
Bastien G — Google review
The entrance fee is pretty decent (€3.50) but definitely overcrowded at lunchtime. It's a real struggle to swim at your speed while you overtake or are overtaken often several times in a single length of the pool. Otherwise the place is clean and well lit so it could be a real pleasure to get some exercise there.

The menu may be small, but it offers delicious options, including fried chicken and tapas-style starters like Camembert. Guests can also enjoy fantastic cocktails and dessert drinks while taking in the beautiful waterside scenery.
Outstanding cuisine. Fresh and 5* service and attention from staff to ensure your best experience.

The food was very bland and not up to Paris food standards. Cocktails also need work. Sophisticated ingredients were used, but the plates were not tasty and lacked flavor. The ceviche specifically had no lemon in it, which was very weird. The service and atmosphere are worth a try, definitely a unique vibe to this place between the scenery and live DJ on a Saturday night. Recommended for drinks and experience only, the food menu needs rework, especially for this price range.

Alfred Nakache pool consists of two adjacent pools, one open in winter and the other in summer. It is renowned as the largest open-air swimming pool in Europe. The staff, though not fluent in French, are helpful and accommodating. The 25m pool maintains a comfortable temperature for training at 26C and offers designated lanes for different swim speeds. Visitors recommend bringing flip flops due to water on the floor between vestiaire and the pool area.
Very clean, excellent lockers that require no coins, dryers in working orders, warm showers, bright space. Can be busy and best suited for doing lengths at lunchtime. Check for opening hours as depends on School usage and holidays.
Theresia G — Google review
Love this pool but they constantly change their hours without any notice, be it closing early, not opening at all due to strikes, or allowing far too many people in at once, to the point of more than 10 people in one lane. Swimming is something I look forward to all week, and to arrive to a boarded up building merely saying closed for a strike is so disappointing. If any of the staff ever read these, please know the swimmers really appreciate you and find it a shame you keep yo-yo-ing with the schedule.
Alex S — Google review
The pool is listed as open on the Paris pool website. It's marked as closed on Google. Their phone number doesn't work. This is dysfunctional. The pool itself is nice if you can find out if it's open
Liza F — Google review
Just had such a terrible and traumatic experience. The front desk workers behaved in such despicable ways, no professionalism at all. I’m disgusted and horrified by the lack of guidance for 1st time visitors. I Had to take indications from other people on how to access the locker room, how to set up the locker AND to access to the pool. the whole management of this place was lackluster. Had no information about the conformity of the attire. Ended up being embarrassed and humiliated just when I was about to hit the pool. I am simply appalled and sickened. Will absolutely NEVER step foot in this place ever again and I’ll make sure the word is being spread widely about how they handle their BLACK consumers.
Bedy W — Google review
Helpful staff even though I only know a few words of French. A kind local showed me how the secure lockers worked and how to enter. Very clean 25m pool at a good temperature (26C) for training. During mid mornings I could train in the fast lane with only 1-3 other swimmers. Some very slow swimmers in the "rapide" lane but some moved over to another lane to allow for faster swimmers. Good signage for opening hours and group sessions. And only €1.70 for seniors!
Jon P — Google review

I think the best pool in the area but to walk from the vestiaire to the pool you have to go upstairs so it's a little dangerous with water on the floor everywhere. Bring flip flops for safety and sanitary reasons and it should be ok.

Piscine Jean Taris is a popular choice for families visiting Paris. Visitors praise the excellent facilities and friendly staff, noting that even those with limited French skills received helpful and warm service. The pool and changing areas are well-maintained, making it a great option for both kids and adults. Families appreciate the warmth of the pool during winter, as well as the special area dedicated to infants and toddlers. Additionally, many find it to be an affordable option in the city.
This is a great place! The lanes are crowded but everyone is super chill and friendly. The water aerobics class was very fun. We had bought a multi-swim package, and wanted to go back but they closed earlier than it said on their schedule - twice! Oh well - I guess we will have to come back to Paris!
Sarah F — Google review
What I like about this pool is that it's located so centrally and cheap (EUR 3.50). But the changing rooms are rather run down. And only one of the two shower rooms is functional right now, meaning that men and women shower together. Plus there are just 3 showers that actually work! The pool itself is fine. Fairly busy but ok. People are quite disciplined in staying in their lanes. I like the big window that lets in the sun light. And it’s true, you can actually see the Pantheon (albeit only a tiny bit of it; most of the view is covered by a garden). The staff seems nice.

Despite us having limited French (i.e. none!), the staff were always helpful & friendly at all times. The pool and changing areas were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

There are not too many swimming pools in Paris. Jean Taris is one of the nicest ones. The facilities are spacious. The setting of the pool is very pleasant with large windows that let natural light in and offer a view on vegetation. Most importantly, the pool (at least in the summer) is not too overcrowded and it is possible to keep a regular pace when swimming in a lane. One of the best public pools in Paris.

The pool offers a 25m lap pool, clean changing rooms, and showers. Despite being quite crowded at times, it's generally not too busy and offers reasonable prices. The facility also includes a shallow pool for kids and is praised for its cleanliness and great facilities by regular visitors.
Superb and this where philippine people play their favorite sports

I went three times at different hours, and each time, my experience was horrible because of the crowds. I swim in the slow lane, but several fast swimmers switched to it and made it impossible for us to function. They would bump into us, and I even got hit in the head. Seeing how our lane was completely overtaken, and the employees weren't saying anything, most of us slow swimmers moved to the beginner's pool, but after a while, a couple of fast swimmers came over there, too, making it impossible for us to exercise at our own pace. Crowd sizes are a problem in Parisian public pools because they have too few slots open to the public.

Swimming pool- I have arrived in Paris for the first time. This is my 10th day, and since I will be living here with my family ( we moved the whole household due to Brexit and our jobs which are now relocated here) I have enquired about the swimming pool at this location. When I have asked about the pool and about the equipment ( swimming suit etc) I was told men have to just wear swimming trunks and women cut out swimming suits. I told the manager that I have sensitive skin and get rashes from high dosages of chlorine and I was advised to wear a wetsuit ( shot leg but long sleeve ). The manager started being rude and kept telling me to go.. on and on. I asked him why I’m not allowed to wear a short wetsuit?! He didn’t answer my question but kept showing me out! Rude , appalling and disrespectful behaviour. Utterly disgraceful! Please avoid if you can.

Good swimming pool , generally not too busy and clean. Prices (like in most of Paris) are really competitive (10 entries for 28 euro). Do not forget the 1 euro for the locker.

A nice place to walk or just sit on a bench and people watch. There are a number of little restaurants around and the cinemas, sometimes you see people fishing and if the rumors are true there may soon be a swimming area.

(Translated by Google) The premises are clean and the staff are pleasant. The pool is small, however, so it can quickly become saturated. Remember to take all your belongings, when I went there (07/2016) the distributor was out of service. Luckily the lifeguard lent me the cap that I had forgotten. (Original) Les locaux sont propres et le personnel est agréable. Le bassin est petit, en revanche, donc il peut vite être saturé. (Translated by Google) Terrible pool. The changing rooms overlook the pools and are therefore cold and lack privacy. It's old, the pools are small. All this could pass if the water was not frozen. It's winter, it's cold, and I couldn't stay in the water for more than two minutes. Swimming should be a pleasure, not a constraint! (Original) Piscine horrible. Les vestiaires donnent sur les bassins et sont donc froids et manquent d'intimité. C'est vieux, les bassins sont petits. Tout cela pourrait passer si l'eau n'était pas gelée. The Ritz Bar in Paris is known for its luxurious and expensive cocktails, with prices around 30 per drink. The bar holds historical significance as it was liberated by Hemingway himself in 1944, and it has since been named after him. The head bartender, Colin Field, is renowned for creating some of the strongest martinis in Paris.
The Ritz Bar at the iconic Ritz Paris exceeded every expectation I had—and as a connoisseur of luxury, my expectations are high. I visited on the afternoon of June 19, 2025, and was immediately struck by the impeccable atmosphere and timeless elegance that only the Ritz can deliver. The Veracruz cocktail was a symphony of balance—bold, refined, and beautifully executed. Paired with a glass of MorgonPy CdV22, the experience was elevated to a level of excellence I reserve for the most exclusive global venues. What sets this visit apart was not only the sophistication of the drinks but also the exceptional service provided by the team. My operator, COUVIDAT, was discreet, attentive, and highly professional—embodying the very spirit of Ritz hospitality. At 73 euros for two artisanal drinks, the experience is not just a purchase—it’s a statement. You’re not simply paying for a cocktail; you are investing in a moment of Parisian perfection. As someone who travels extensively and values excellence in service and ambiance, I can say this without hesitation: the Ritz Bar remains a crown jewel in the Parisian luxury landscape. I will certainly return—and next time, I may just indulge in a custom tasting.
Dr. M — Google review
Ritz Bar was on my colleague’s list to “check out” for the interior design and atmosphere. Indeed, it is a beautiful place with warm hospitable service and interesting naturally infused zodiac related drink menu that is 35 Euro each. Is it worth it? If you were not paying for the Real Estate of the Ritz, I would say: “no”, but since this is Ritz and the service was super nice and welcoming, “yes”, we would come again unless we are tempted to check out another new venue that is “on the list”.
Kataryna D — Google review
Founded in 1898, the hotel founded by César Ritz has always championed the avant-garde and creativity. The Ritz Bar is the culmination of heritage and new perspectives. The head bartender, Romain de Courcy initiates precise and bold taste research. He dedicates himself to natural elements, searching for new expressions. An elegant area to discover !

I had a lovely time at the Ritz bar for an after dinner drink on a Tuesday. I ordered a mocktail that was extremely delicious, and the snacks that came with it were very tasty as well. It was quite pricey (€35) but you are paying for a luxury experience in a gorgeous setting!
Jessica E — Google review
If the Hemingway bar is overbooked just turn around and you’ll find the “Ritz bar”, an intimate lounge with very few tables all around an Art Deco bar. Cocktails were built around an Astrology theme and they are really well built. Compared to other palaces, the service of the Ritz was by far one of the best with friendly staff capable of giving advice on what to drink. A great experience worth visiting again.
Rafael M — Google review
Gorgeous bar right before the Hemingway line starts. It has great cocktails based on the zodiac. It also has regular drinks you can order like any other bar. Service and drinks are great!

Mark M — Google review
Having a drink in such an intimate location was fantastic, our waiter was really caring and had great recommendations. Great place if you want to have a one on one conversation with a friend / or your date after a long day at work or browsing all over Paris. If you drink I would recommend “L’impétueux” and if you don’t “Fleur”.

It's known for its lively late-night scene with respectful patrons and helpful staff, making it a great place to have fun and meet new people.
Excellent place to enjoy yourself and have a good time. Clean, well equipped, nice owners and staff, cool and relaxed guests. Yet again I had a fantastic time and went home with a huge smile in my face.

I had high expectations for the site and I was disappointed. Both the clients and the facilities are bad. They charged me €20 for the ticket that included a drink. I ordered one soft drink and a single shot of Jagger and it was not one of the liquors included in the drink, so they charged me €8 for a shot. I have never paid this price anywhere else in Europe. The basement is disgusting, and really unhealthy. Morbidity is one thing and unhealthy is quite another. To finish, I will say that the only nice thing about the place was the staff, very friendly and cordial guys, with a good smile and conversation.

Great place: clean and decent. Always feel at ease, non judgmental, great bartenders who speak English very well. One can get lube, poppers ( I got one last night) from the bar. Highly recommend!!! And I will surely come back. Thank you Le Keller guys for great experience every time I visit.

I like le Keller: * good location * friendly staff * well equipped with good play spaces * a drink and snacks was included in the entry costs * they keep it as clean as possible * diverse clientele Obviously the experience will vary depending of who is there at the time which varies based on the time/date/theme etc. I would have liked a friendlier crowd but I can’t speak French and am slightly on the shy side which makes it more difficult for me to connect while I’m there.

Espace Form is a historic L-shaped pool located within a private fitness center in Paris. Dating back to 1886, the pool boasts retro aesthetics and often serves as a backdrop for photo and film shoots. The two-story balcony surrounding the pool leads to vintage door locker rooms. Visitors praise the well-equipped gym area with modern machines, free weights, and a clean environment. Despite its age, the place exudes charm and offers a unique atmosphere reminiscent of the 1950s.
One of the oldest pools in Paris. The place is a little old but it has its charm. And the best part about it is that unlike most gyms, it's not too crowded.
Keith B — Google review
absolutely recommended. gym space with all the machines you'll need (new and really clean) and a very friendly and helpful staff. the best part is that unlike all the other much more expensive and well known gyms you never have to wait to use a machine: i've been there at different times of the day and it's never crowded.
Florencia C — Google review
Im travelling in Paris. Fitness clubs in different areas can vary a lot on equipment... Some are more lounges than gyms. This small gym is very well equipped with new, well maintained machines. They have a decent assortment of free weights, smith machine, cable machines and presses. The owner or manager (not sure which) who greeted me was VERY nice and despite my lack of french and his basic english, we communicated ok. Oaid 12€ for a visit (which is fine). The gym area is maintained spotless... The lady is practically cleaning while you're using the equipment. If you're in the area and need a gym with a decent range of cardio and workout equipment, reasonable and "open" to anyone.... This place is great. Its a tiny bit crammed but i was there on saturday morning and there were few people.... I made it through my whole workout without interruption. A+
Thomas S — Google review
I'm visting Paris and went to this gym yesterday. It's actually pretty good. I went to use the weights and they had a descent weight room with all the basics in place and quite a few machines. Everything was clean and modern and not busy (I went at lunchtime). I noticed they had a medium sized pool downstairs and hammams (steam rooms) upstairs, though I didn't use either. The place is quite sweet in that it's hidden back from the busy street, the staff were very friendly (being patient with my lack of French) and they let me in for the day for a good price (12 euro). The decor is a little dated, but it's all clean, bright and not run down. I'd say it made a nice change from the crappy chains that are overpriced, under-cleaned and indifferent staff. Definitely recommended.

(Translated by Google) I really liked the setting of this old swimming pool and I found it clean. However, there is no health pass check at the entrance and the equipment is out of order. It would be enough to install locks in the changing rooms and a few hooks to be able to leave the belongings in complete peace of mind. What I find unfortunate is the absence of hair dryers in the swimming pool changing rooms. Or did I not find it?

(Translated by Google) I only know the pool part. the welcome is “weird” it is neither pleasant nor unpleasant. the setting of this swimming pool is different from a traditional swimming pool because it is a witness to another time. It's like you're in the 1950s... I liked this atmosphere, there weren't many of us, it was calm, the light came through the glass tile ceiling, it was relaxing. You will cross a courtyard with very very unpleasant buildings and inhabitants!!!
