Irish pub
Live music bar
The Dubliner Pub, located in Omaha's Old Market district, is a classic Irish-themed haunt known for its array of brews and live music nights. Situated underground, this cozy pub offers a relaxed atmosphere with traditional Irish decor. It's a popular spot for enjoying live music from local bands while sipping on a variety of brews and Irish whiskeys. The venue also provides full bar service for events and parties.
Great placeto come and listen to live music, especially when Room with a View is playing. They are so much fun.
Akina Y — Google review
Friendly bartenders and great bands. Them Uke Boys were great. Open mic is also a good time on Wednesday evenings.
Jessica — Google review
Really cute spot, but don't recommend renting for events. We paid a couple hundred dollars to rent out the side room for a few hours, but the band playing later began wandering in and taking over the space we were using 3 hours early. I guess they were supposed to start right at our end time, but whoever is in charge of booking didn't realize that bands need time to set up. There were also a couple super drunk dudes that just mosied in and made some of the girls uncomfortable. I fully recognize that the bartenders were at capacity, but if you can't staff to accommodate parties, don't accept them and take their money.
Cassandra L — Google review
Abby was very hospitable. This was my first time stopping out and I WILL be returning! GOOD VIBES
Josiah E — Google review
Cammi is such a rockstar bartender love popping in to see her! Live music on the weekends great local stop ✨️ Cover to get in usually, but it's cheap!
Hannah B — Google review
Very sketchy so maybe sum more security would be a good thing I didnt feel the safest there but had a good time with live band bar is nice but not enough employees to staff bar on a Sat in omaha

Really great bartender! Too bad I forgot her name. We went in once and came in weeks later and she still remembered us !

Great pub! Absolutely love basement taverns, and this one fits the classic design. Great selection of Irish beers and whiskeys.

Brewery
Nestled in the historic Old Market district, Upstream Brewing Company is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Established in 1996, this pioneering brewery occupies a charming turn-of-the-century firehouse and boasts an inviting atmosphere with both indoor seating and a unique rooftop patio that offers stunning views of downtown Omaha. Guests can savor handcrafted beers brewed on-site, including their classic pale ale and innovative options like the Eternity IPA.
Cool environment, good beer selection and drinks. Old firehouse definitely worth stopping in. Standard pub style food with vegan options. They make their own bread, which is unique.

Very cute place downtown. Beer was good. Love being able to get a flight to sample multiple brews. Our party was disappointed that there wasn’t a “sour” beer. I was happy with the beers I sampled. Food was just okay. Tomato basil soup was 5 stars, but the spinach artichoke dip was only two stars due to being mostly melted butter. The adult grilled cheese was okay - the inclusion of apple butter onto the sandwich is great in theory, but I feel there was too much on the sandwich overpowering the cheese and bread.
Heidi F — Google review
When they’re on a date recently and was pleasantly impressed. We have been at this place before we sat inside. Their selection of regular food was nothing special to me. However, this time around when we went, we had an outside patio seating, which was very pleasant and very nice. It allowed us to observe Omaha. It allowed us to enjoy that outside perspective. The food was good this time around we ordered appetizers chicken wings were absolutely great. The sauce was not just splattered on the wings, and they seem like they were actually marinated in the buffalo sauce which added to the flavor tremendously. We also ordered fish and chips and after having Gordon Ramsay‘s fish and chips, I was not expecting a whole lot from that. not because it’s not a name brand food or so but mainly because a lot of places in the United States are a hit or miss more miss with the fish and chips than hit. Well, I can say that upstream brewing company knows how to do their fish and chips and they were hands-down absolutely delicious. We would come back here for specifically that meal again.. There are seasonal brews and beers were great. We enjoyed every ounce that. I highly recommend this place.
Alexander K — Google review
A good selection of some very good beers--I especially liked the Dundee Scottish Ale. The brewery is in an old 2 story brick building with tons of character and comfortable seating. The second floor has pool and game tables in a large open bar area. There is a large selection of food options from appetizers to sandwiches to entrees. The burgers and fries were very good, The Rueben, although tasty, was served on some very thick, hard bread. I ended up eating the meat and sauerkraut, but left most of the bread on the plate. Service was good and the food came out very quickly. After we settled the bill, we felt rushed by the waitstaff although a few of us were still talking as we finished our drinks. There were plenty of empty tables and no line of people waiting to be seated. Sometimes it nice to sit and finish your drinks without pressure to leave.
Michael L — Google review
I visited Upstream Brewing on the last night of a business trip and chose to sit at the bar. I ordered a Saison Botanique, which had a delightful saison bite with strong floral notes—I was thoroughly impressed. After sampling a few of their other beers, I returned to the Saison Botanique to pair with my dinner. For my meal, I chose the salmon burger with fries. The salmon burger was good but not exceptional, as it felt somewhat dry, though I still enjoyed it. The fries, however, were outstanding, with a perfect crunch and excellent preparation. The service during the meal was adequate but not remarkable, much like the salmon burger. Overall, the Saison Botanique and fries were the highlights of the experience, while everything else met my expectations. I would gladly return on my next trip to Omaha. Rounding up from a 4.5 to a 5 since it’s a brewery and the beer was delicious.
Javi C — Google review
The burgers are nothing great. We sat outside, where there are plenty of bugs smaller than the black specks in the ranch, which was quite excellent actually. The bugs bite. This grew especially tiresome while we waited 10 minutes in the wind after paying to get our cards back. This was my first time in the Omaha Old Market, but I’m sure there’s better food around.
Brooke — Google review
Went on a Saturday afternoon to eat and watch husker game. Our waitress Lizzy was totally amazing!!! Attentive but not over attentive, let us watch the entire and continued to provide service. Food was very good and the smells of fresh baked bread were great ...so my party said...I was unable to smell it. Absolutely would recommend this place and if you get Lizzy as your server you will not be disappointed!

Just stopped in for a drink. Despite being fairly busy, I got great service and bartenders were on top of everything. Good selection of beers. Food menu looked great too, but I'd just eaten elsewhere.

Italian restaurant
Brunch restaurant
Cocktail bar
Spezia Omaha is a modern restaurant with a spacious patio, offering a variety of Italian dishes as well as wood-grilled entrees and Angus steaks. It's known for its delicious flatbreads, extensive wine selection, and juicy steaks, making it stand out from other dining spots in town. The restaurant is recommended for romantic evenings and hosting out-of-town guests. They also have a daily happy hour with discounted drinks and appetizers.
The only ding was the 4 stars for atmosphere. The place has been here for 30 years in some form of Italian restaurant. The new Owner/Chef took over about 2 years ago. The place could use a deep cleaning. Walking into the foyer we were met with a less than pleasant smell. It reminded me of spoiled fish. ?? Hard to describe. It just didn’t smell fresh or clean. It wasn’t a good beginning. But the service and the food redeemed the visit and we will return again.
Nina V — Google review
I recently had dinner at Spezia and tried a few pasta dishes along with the chicken parmesan. The food was overall decent—nothing mind-blowing, but well-prepared and satisfying. One highlight was the service: the waitresses were friendly and efficient, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. The only downside for me was the interior lighting—the restaurant is quite dark inside, which I personally didn’t enjoy. All things considered, I’d rate my experience a solid 7 to 8 out of 10.
Saeed V — Google review
I have been here a few times and this Italian restaurant, without a doubt, has to be the best I've ever been to and eaten at. Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious and of course the specials are great as well. Atmosphere, not too loud nor too quiet just perfect. The waiters/staff are friendly and are problem solvers if anything goes wrong. Overall highly recommended. Also might have to reserve a table because this place is always packed. Hope some of you guys find this helpful. Have a good day.
Fernando R — Google review
It is one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever seen. The beautiful decor and the ambience is beautifully invited. It feels like a fine dining experience with a reasonable priced menu. And the variety of entrees is quite impressive. I would 100 percent recommend for anyone wants to impress someone. We sat on the lovely patio. We had the wood seared tuna fantastic. I had the Heart of the Angus sirloin and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had. It was perfectly cooked. Date had wood grilled scallops delicious. Don't miss this place. Doesn't look like much on the outside but it's definitely a hidden treasure. I would give it 10 stars if possible
STACEY S — Google review
The patio was amazing! Nina our server was amazing and did an excellent job. Mike the the general manager made sure our entire experience was amazing. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. Gluten free options are amazing. Just ask and they will make it GF!!!!!
Kim R — Google review
It was a great experience. Somehow I had an impression that the restaurant is not big, based on the building, but it is really big. We came inside after couple of minutes after 4 on Saturday, and there was a line of people waiting for tables. The seafood risotto was perfect. The service was very good and quick, while the restaurant was absolutely packed.
DNK — Google review
Spezia is an Omaha classic. Love the atmosphere, delicious meals, and desserts! The burgundy beef is fantastic and their tiramisu is top notch. I love sitting under the bright dining room window in the day or their lovely patio under string lights with the stars in view at night. ✨ They offer a wide variety of fine wines for those that drink and a Sam Adams NA beer for those that don’t. I recommend reserving a table for dinner while lunch is a little more open.

The two-story interior provides ample space for gathering, while the seasonal rooftop beer garden offers stunning views of the downtown skyline.
My sus had her wedding on the rooftop and it was amazing! Great servers, great food, and good good vibes! It was perfect! They took me back the next day to have a Bloody Mary and it was so yum!

The #1 thing about this place is the location right by the baseball stadium and CHI Arena. #2 is good service. Staff are knowledgeable, attentive, quick. #3 is the environment. It is fine. Seems friendly and all. Last on the list is the food. It is fine. Not great. Just fine. The buns are good. The burgers are fine. The fried chicken is cooked properly but relatively tasteless. It is all just... fine... It is a bit pricey for average food but I think that is because of location. People having drinks seem very content so the bar is probably good. I rarely drink so can't say. However, the Pepsi mix is actually outstanding. I could possibly swap that out for the #1 thing. Because of the location I plan to be back.
KC M — Google review
Good service. Good cocktails. Good beer selection. Food came out fast. The bartender was the perfect amount of attentive and she made great drinks. She made a fellow female comfortable in a different city. Those used to Washington, DC drink prices will be pleasantly surprised. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Thanks for a good Omaha trip!
Allison L — Google review
The food is outstanding here. I got the Root Burger (not usually my thing) and it was outstanding. All the toppings were so fresh. Great job. I got the potato salad as a side and it was also outstanding. Prices are fair for what you get. Presentation of food could be better but who cares when it is outstanding and you have great staff serving you.
Jonathan — Google review
In the times of Beyond and Impossible meat, they serve a properly vegan patty from quinoa and beets. 4 stars for the taste and one more for choosing to make a vegan patty. The fries were also well-seasoned and crisp. I would definitely return when I am in town.
Ajay R — Google review
Came for lunch - food was pretty good. Potato salad and chicken strips were the best items. Steak way overcooked and overpriced. Service was friendly but slow. They need a bartender so the servers can focus on serving tables and not doing everything themselves. Wanted to sit upstairs but didn’t see the entrance/access and there was no one to ask so we just sat down. Inside was a nice, bright space. Relaxed atmosphere. Good beer and cocktails but getting more was difficult because of our server needing to take care of way too many people/areas.

Found Blatt Beer on Yelp. Had a bunch of stars and they weren't wrong. Had the sausage plate, excellent!! Wife had fish and chips. She loved it. Next time in Omaha will be returning.

My wife and myself plus our son went here for my birthday recently. I had heard many good things and I was not disappointed. The service was a tad bit slow but acceptable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be going back. I personally had the fly and it was delicious!

Arrived to eat brunch and the atmosphere is amazing along with their service! Florence was super nice and took great care of us! Started with coffee, very unique flavor, illy brand. They do notate GF on the menu for dishes that can be prepared GF, but ask your server what the substitution or elimination will be on the dish before ordering. They have gluten-free buns, cross-contaminated fryers, & sadly their hashbrowns have gluten ingredients 😢. That being said, I ordered eggs Florentine which came on a gluten-free bun. Since I couldn't have hashbrowns i did order fries(I can handle some CC) but you can get fruit as a substitute. The flavors of the Florentine was absolutely scrumptious! I would order again! Others ordered chicken waffle & croque madame and they both said food was great. Portions seemed small but was filling. It is an elegant/casual/comfortable place. Its the Small things they did that i Loved! Example, servicing my coffee cup with a saucer & spoon! Love having a place to set my spoon after my stir and not on a table! 5 stars just for that!!! And im challenged to see the menu in dark lit rooms, it was well lite but they had the cutest touch lamps on the tables! Loved them!!! You can't tell by the outside how wonderful this restaurant is, go check it out!!!

Great food, fantastic flavor! The menu was different and challenging for my basic breakfast husband and food came out slow, so I was afraid this wasn't going to be a great experience. Food presentation was spot on and the flavor.... so good. Husband had the Pileup and I had the croque madame. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Thank you!
Amy C — Google review
One of my favorite restaurants in Omaha! I made reservations well in advance for mother's day brunch. The location is a bit unassuming as it's located in a strip mall next to a clothing alternation shop. But when you walk in, you'll find a relaxed and upscale environment. Our party of 6 was quickly seated and greeted. We all ordered different meals, but I only took a picture of mine, lol. The carnitas tacos were to die for, and no bits or pieces were left behind. We will surely be back!
Jennifer A — Google review
We weren't sure from the outside but the inside is very nice. We ordered meatballs for an appetizer and these were the best meatballs I've ever had. Very crispy on the outside and the marinara sauce was great. The prime rib was amazing and the Mac and Cheese was pretty epic with the 3 different meats.
Stuart C — Google review
Very disappointed in my birthday brunch with my boyfriend's mom and sister. Mom ordered two poached eggs which were essentially raw when served. I ordered the croche madam that came with sunny side up eggs on it. My eggs were also raw with clear egg whites. I sent it back and my appetitewas ruined. My boyfriend got The Pile Up, which he said was good, but cold. The manager apologized and removed my breakfast from the bill, which was appreciated. We are unlikely to return.

Gather is a new American restaurant in Omaha that features a unique urban farm and an inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen concept allows diners to see their food being prepared, and the two patio environments provide ample space for socializing. The menu features creative drinks and delicately prepared food, making Gather one of Omaha's most popular restaurants.
The food was overall incredible, the drinks were quick, and the service was awesome. By far the start of the night were the pork buns. Easily one of the best bites of food I’ve had in months since moving to Omaha. So many different flavors and textures. Probably could have ordered 2-3 more pork bun apps and skipped the entree!
Chris S — Google review
We tried three dishes here: the Caesar salad, elk Bolognese pasta, and pork buns — and all three were absolutely delicious! The pork buns were incredibly soft and fluffy, and the filling of veggies and meat was full of flavor. The elk Bolognese came with grilled baguette slices, and the smoky aroma from the grill was so good I’d definitely order more next time. It paired beautifully with the rich, hearty sauce. I also had Caesar salad with anchovies on top for the first time — the tangy flavor was surprisingly good and made it a perfect match with beer. As for drinks, I initially ordered a local beer and received a canned one, but later realized you get draft beer if you order from the "Tap Beer" section — so be sure to check that! The staff here were all incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. Downstairs, there's a beautiful indoor hydroponic vegetable growing area — really unique and worth a look. Highly recommend this place!

I had been wanting to try Gather since I moved to Omaha about a year ago, and Omaha Restaurant Week was the perfect opportunity to do so. I had a delicious 3 course meal for $40, and I happened to be there during a weeknight happy hour too. The braised short rib was incredible and I am still thinking about it days later. I will be back to try the regular menu and next year for Omaha Restaurant Week!

Everything was good and filling. Service was okay. We went here for my birthday and ordered the bao bun appetizer and it was delicious. Our entrees were pretty good too. The only thing that was weird is the server spoke to my friend more than me. To where my friend would have to redirect her to ask me questions. The server also didn’t really look in my direction, so that’s why I’m not giving this place 5 stars.

excellent food. fresh and delicious. i got the burger on the gluten free bun and subbed fries for mashed potatoes. my boyfriend got the elk bolognese. we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. we shared the chocolate cake for dessert. 10/10. would 100% return.

Went here last Saturday to catch up with a few friends. The atmosphere was truly incredible, perfect for a good relaxing dinner. Love the fact that they grow some of their own greens, and the cocktails are seriously top notch, especially for the price you get them for. Definitely coming back soon

Absolutely outstanding! Me and my husband love going here for date nights! So so so good! Food is so fresh and delicious. For the second time we got Michelle as our waitress and she is sooo good at her job! Really sweet and kind. Thank you Gather for amazing experiences and creating memories!

Bärchen Beer Garden, located in the Benson neighborhood of Omaha, is a popular spot for those seeking a casual and delicious meal. The beer garden offers a festive atmosphere with a killer patio where patrons can enjoy an array of European beers in an open-air setting. Known for its quality beer selection and German-style ambiance, Bärchen Beer Garden also serves American pub fare to complement the imported German and Belgian beers. The back patio is particularly popular among soccer fans and families from the Benson area.
Stopped in to grab a snack and a beer while warming up from the cold Nebraska winter. We were greeted by a friendly older gentleman who took his time helping us pick the perfect beers to enjoy alongside some amazing pretzels. The place has plenty of seating, and TVs line the walls, so you can catch a game while you relax. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to visit if you enjoy German-themed food and drinks. Highly recommend it!

We were looking for someplace new to try in town for drinks and snacks/appetizers and hubby found this place online. We were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is charming and has a great vib and the service was fantastic! The whole staff pitches in and helps the server when they are busy with other tables which I LOVE coming from a long history of being a server/bartender. The Hammer pants fries are absolutely delicious as well as the pretzels! (You get 2 large ones in one order so don't let the price scare you) The Moscow mule are great too and we will definitely be back!

As someone who’s lived in Omaha my whole life, I’ve been to a lot of places that claim to have the best burger in town, and out of all of those places, there is only one that I continue to go back to every time: Bärchen Beer Garden in Benson. These burgers are so delicious! Melty Gouda cheese, juicy Waygu beef patties, pickled red onions, and a house made burger sauce served on a soft and airy potato bread bun. Along with the burgers, they have yummy cocktails, specialty shots, and a long list of beers to try. Every time we have gone, the restaurant has been clean, the staff has been super nice and attentive, and the food has been top notch. The back patio is great for larger groups and a fun place to spend a beautiful day. Next time you’re in the mood for a good burger, definitely go show Bärchen some love!

Love the wide variety of German beers on tap here! The Wagyu burger with Swiss and mushrooms is sanely delish! Always fun place for our gatherings.

Our app was excellent. We went all in on the Hammer Pants Fries. We ordered three different burgers and everyone was pleased. The mushroom swiss was probably the best I've had. Fries are very good. Great beer choices. Loved the hefeweizen. The staff was very nice and service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been here twice. Both times I had fun. The first time was a blast. However, that’s largely to do with the people I was there with. This place has a lot of potential, but is not without its problems. The first time I was there, our server was a super nice, adorable guy, but he was terrible at serving. Two separate times, he completely forgot our drink orders. After that, we wouldn’t see him very often. We were sitting the whole way in the back of the outside area. Most of our drinks I just walked up to get myself from the Bar area, because we wouldn’t see him for such long stretches of time. The second time I was there, it was a little confusing over who was gonna take our orders and such, but once they got a server to us, she did a fine job. The second time I was there was on a Wednesday to do trivia. So, I sat inside this time. I could not understand what the trivia master was saying half the time over the speakers. Something needs to be done about that sound system. I don’t know that that’s particularly the responsibility of the restaurant though. The food I had was pretty basic straightforward bar/Gastropub sort of fair. It was well executed though.

This is a German Beer Garden, or just a beer garden that has a lot of German beer. Nonetheless, they have a lot of beer and other drinks. If I was judge and jury of beer gardens, this place would get 6 stars. We, however, went into the place to eat. First things first, you will need to put a card on tab up front....or at your table. Leave it open as there are certain things like a tip, or another can of soda, that you will want to pay for without pulling your card back out. Nonetheless, read the menu and ingredients on each of the burgers and sandwiches. If you pick and choose your ingredients, you will make awesome choices. I had a "Smooth Criminal" minus pickles and onions. WOW. I mean the sauces on this thing was amazing. The fries, they could be better, but the burgers, got to have one. Remember, pick and choose your ingredients. Daughter had a chicken sandwich minus pickles, onions and jalapenos. She loved it. They have excellent pretzels...pretty authentic. Now, the sausages and schnitzel are on the menu but they don't have them. The waitress said they don't serve them anymore. Better check before you go down if you are only wanting sausage or schnitzel. The environment, pretty nice. I took pics of the inside. The back beer garden is pretty nice. I took away a star for a few things. The fries appear store bought. You can tell a lot about a joint by their fries. The missing sausage and schnitzel. If they are on the menu, then serve them. TVs. They had lots of TVs but the Hobbit was playing on one. The Office was playing on another, yet international soccer games were going on. Also, water was served in little plastic cups...not much bigger than a Dixie cup...so bring us a pitcher to help refill the water. Pop in cans (?), I don't know. Fix a few things and it's a 5 star. Anyway, I like the staff and the place was neat and clean. The price, upper side but you get a burger or sandwhich you haven't tasted before. I'd go back without hesitation.

Event venue
Sozo Coffeehouse is a spacious and relaxed coffeehouse with a laid-back vibe, offering plush sofas and pool tables for a great gathering spot with friends. The cafe serves locally roasted coffee, espresso drinks, organic teas, hot chocolates, drip coffee, iced tea, and freshly baked pastries. Managed by Great Adventure Ministries as a non-profit casual hangout, it hosts live music performances, comedy shows, and local art galleries.
Can definitely get busy but is such a cozy spot with great art from local artists hanging in the walls, comfy seating, games and pool tables! Baristas are always super friendly and welcoming. Also serves as a ministry(?) I believe - if that’s not your bag, you can still enjoy the place just as much but don’t be surprised if you see religious undertones, overhear talks of mission trips! Love that this coffee shop is open late as well 💕

I can't believe I've never been here before! It's a little hidden because it's downstairs, but once you walk in you realize this place is HUGE. They have a stage I heard they use for music or comedy. Great music selection, even better coffee. And I love that the Barista takes a little more time on the drink to make it 10/10 and cute for pictures:) Quality customer service too. We'll definitely be back. The Sandwich of the week is FIRE!

Me and a few of my friends came here to study. I walked in and it was a little loud but it was a very nice atmosphere amd had good energy. It's almost like if a coffee shop met a bar. I got a tea and my friends and I rented out a $5 room to study. We stayed here for a few hours. The service was also very good. This is a good place to check out some art. Maybe play a few games of pool or board games with friends and study.

Talk about great beer! If you have never had Detroit pizza it's a must try. Crispy where you want it.

I stopped by Site-1 Brewing thanks to PubPass, and wow—what an awesome surprise! This place totally exceeded my expectations. The vibe was spot-on: stylish but relaxed, with plenty of space and good energy. They’ve got it all—beer, food, and cocktails—so there’s something for everyone. The bartender was super friendly, helpful, and let me try several beer samples, which made the whole experience even better. I ended up loving their Crushin’ Dingers—a smooth, slightly fruity blonde/golden ale that instantly became a favorite. Easy to drink but still full of flavor. I also tried their barleywine that’s aged in a 10-year Templeton Rye barrel. Strong stuff with high ABV, but packed with complex flavor—definitely one for sipping and savoring. Overall, this is an absolute gem of a brewery in Omaha. Great beer, awesome service, and a cool space to hang out. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in town.

August 2025: Visiting Omaha for work and searched near my hotel for a brewery. Decided to visit Site -1 because they also had food! Tried a taster flight of: star burst, West Coast Dreamin', Oats N Hose, and Leicht Speed. Beers were good. I rated each between 3.75 to 4 ⭐ on untappd. I ate their club sandwich and it went well with the beer 🍺. There was a live singer performing covers. Was a nice chill place to hang out. Service was friendly. Would definitely come back again.

We have tried this place multiple times. Today we were run out of our seats for a climate change expo - literally had to make way and leave as our business apparently wasn’t needed. Most of the attendees brought in their own waters and clearly weren’t going to be purchasing anything. It’s too bad because the pizza was excellent. Contacted management and there were no apologies. Very disappointed as we always thought this brewery would be worth it one day. Don’t be surprised by the vacancy signs.
Michael A — Google review
Very fun place and delicious beer. Our bartender was very good and gave us great advice about the area, and even a few other breweries. All we’re on point. I would defiantly recommend a stop by this brewery for not only some great beer but also some pretty amazing and well thought out cocktails.

Established in 2007 by the creators of Saddle Creek Records, it has become a unique indie rock venue in the Benson neighborhood. The venue hosts indie rock bands three to four nights a week and is located near other iconic Omaha establishments like Film Streams, Saddle Creek Records, and Zipline Brewing Company.
Great Venue. I love working here as a photographer. Its great having both the front room and the main room for different sized shows and the balcony for great angles.

First time checking them out, went for the Pet Rock concert in Omaha. Great show, with great 70's music. Even though the place was pretty busy, the staff behind the bar were rockin' it. They were fast paced and kept the lines moving quickly, so you could get your drinks and get back to the show!

loved the amount of seating in the venue! the upstairs balcony had a good amount of seating without the view being too obstructed by the people along the railing. the pit was a decent size and the bar had a good selection. of course they give wristbands for 21+ and stamps on the hands for under 21, but i liked that they both were branded with the logo not just solid bands or Xs lol

Wicked Rabbit is a hidden gem in Omaha, located behind a small shop facade. This speakeasy-style bar offers an immersive experience with its vintage decor and attentive staff. The dimly lit, swanky atmosphere and leather seating create a classy yet mysterious ambiance. The cocktail menu goes beyond the traditional bar experience, featuring classic concoctions with a twist and inventive creations.
Genuinely one of the best bars I have ever been to. Compact space, so no overcrowding. Speakeasy cool without being cliche. Abby and Michael are the most phenomenal hosts. We had the best time with the best service and arguably the best drinks in town. You can’t go wrong with a Pink Pony Club! 15/10 recommend.

This awesome little speak easy is hidden so well behind a small liquor store. You would literally have no clue it is there. A shelf full of liquor bottles opens up into this epics place. A fun stop and a classy place with excellent service and some very fancy options. They make some amazing drinks, but do it in a very fun way! Definitely expect fancy and even one of a kind concoctions. Very comfortable leather type seating. When you finish your drinks you slip out the back into a well lit alley. Definitely worth the stop!!!

Wicked Rabbit in Omaha is hands down one of the coolest cocktail spots I’ve been to. I took three of my coworkers here, and the entire experience felt like we stepped into a hidden gem. From the secretive entrance to the moody, speakeasy style atmosphere, it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel like you’re in on something special. I had the Old Fashioned Smoking Jacket, and it was phenomenal perfectly balanced, smooth, and served with just the right touch of flair. You can tell the bartenders here take their craft seriously; every drink that came to our table looked and tasted amazing. Between the atmosphere, the presentation, and the quality of the cocktails, Wicked Rabbit is an easy 5 star spot. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Omaha.

what a terrific find! i was in town for work and really admired the architecture and vibe of omaha... a local colleague suggested we take a walk and was super casual about the reveal. guy at the door was perfectly in character (or maybe he's just a dour fellow). i'm a recent convert to the old fashioned, and this place has a really good one. lovely setting, good decor, and the service was warm and genial.

I'd give this a TEN for atmosphere if I could- so cool! When we stepped into the front shop area, we weren't sure we were in the right place. We were led back through a speakeasy door to a low-lit intimate seating area. They will hand you a book filled with craft cocktails-- we had the Palermo and Saturn drinks which were very good. The Saturn was one of the drinks they light on fire before you drink it, which is also super fun. This place was small and I imagine more crowded on a warmer night. Definitely worth a stop!

With a focus on whiskey-based drinks, Barnato also offers gin options and features both national touring acts and local performances across various genres, including country and Americana.
Great new experience having a cocktail here. Our waitress was very good and our cocktails were as well. Fun atmosphere with a different vibe. Awesome multiroom space. It's attached to a Bentley dealership. There's a speak easy. Plan on dropping a C note per person. Staff needs some training but was adequate. Most of the crowd were first timers like me. Crowd was friendly imo. Good times....
Sherri I — Google review
Went tonight for the first time, for the Dylan Schneider Concert. All staff was friendly and attentive. Was interested to see that this venue kind of conjoins a Bentley dealership; thought it was odd at first until I read in the bar menu(s) a little history on the purpose and theming, pretty neat! I did not have any food, but the drinks were well prepared and tasty. A little pricey, but for a speakeasy type vibe (and quality) and paired with the concert it wasn't too bad (about $15 per cocktail give or take a few bucks). The portion sizes were a little small when compared to other places in the same chain like Alice or Wicked Rabitt, but not the end of the world. For a concert venue, it was very intricate and intimate. I was only 2-3 rows behind the stage and had a fantastic view. Even if I was in the back of the crowd, it would have been very good compared to most other standing-room only venues I've been to. The close proximity of the bars, smoking patio, and restrooms are of course a nice perk. I'd definitely return if I'm looking for some live entertainment. The best of both worlds combining a lively concert venue with an intimate speakeasy setting.

Cute cocktail bar with a stage and outdoor seating.🍸🍹🍸🍹 I went here for a rock show 🎶😀 🤘🤘🤘 I'm a rock/metal concert junkie and I would go back in a heart ❤️ beat! Although next time I would prefer to reserve a booth or table. I sat at the bar and the stools didn't happen to swivel. This is an upscale place and the food does not disappoint! I had the cubano sandwich and it was delightfully flavorful and way better than I ever expected! Now the fries dare I say it are my new favorite with the garlic Parmesan flavor. The Autumn daiquiri was exactly as described so I had 2 early on🍸🍸 🙂🙂. I got water 💦 towards the end as I have a long drive but sadly they picked it up twice when I had my back turned to watch the show almost directly behind me. Mind you I was at the bar in a bar stool all night. Service was a tad slow but they were very very busy so it was to be expected. Now a rock show isn't complete without a Spill and a bonus glass broken but they were lightning ⚡ and handled it very quickly. Security was attentive and on top of things and that made me feel more at ease. Rock on MF! 🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶🍸🍸🍸💦💦💦⚡⚡⚡❤️❤️❤️

They used to have a few different restaurants to choose from and now they only have a Mexican place which is pretty pricey... For my family of 4 it was over $70 without tip and that was with my husband not ordering a drink. The food was okay but the price to portion ratio was not it. 2/3 lanes we tried to play in tonight had problems and we spent a lot of time waiting for them to reset our pins. The guy was cool and gave us more time considering that, which was nice.

Exceptionally Accommodating and Inclusive Bowling Alley! As an Ameriserve life skills coach working with adults with intellectual disabilities, I recently brought two of my clients to Bob & Willie’s Wonderbowl for a social outing, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The cashier was incredibly patient and understanding, holding our lane for us while we waited for everyone to arrive. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to move shorter chairs over to the high-top tables so that everyone could sit comfortably. The real highlight, though, was the bartender! They made us non-alcoholic shots, which made my clients feel so included and special. They had an absolute blast, and it was so heartwarming to see them enjoying themselves so much. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, attentiveness, and overall welcoming atmosphere at Wonderbowl. It's so refreshing to find a place that is truly inclusive and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone has a positive experience. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

She did mention that it used to have a lot more Carmel on it. She had the ham steak and poached eggs. I had the country fried steak. I loved that they had biscuits with it and gravy. There was a pretty decent crowd on a Saturday morning. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. We did not experience any of the negative things mentioned in other reviews about customer service.

We served your delicious Strawberry Wedding Cake and equally delicious Karen’s OooLaLa Chocolate Cake at a recent wedding. It was beautiful to serve and a treat to share with our guests. Many enjoyed and commented on them! Thanks for delivering outside of Omaha metro. It was much appreciated, and totally worth it! We love Wheatfield’s and have enjoyed for years.

Twisted Fork is a contemporary American restaurant located in the historic Old Market District of Omaha. The restaurant offers inventive comfort food in a funky setting with patio seating. One of its popular dishes is the Chicken Fried Bacon, which has been described as off-the-hook delicious and a fantastic way to enjoy bacon dipped in Southern peppercorn gravy. The atmosphere at Twisted Fork is cozy with beautiful chandeliers and mirrors, evoking an old-timey saloon feel.
Loved he kids salmon sticks, and the bacon Swiss chicken and chicken rice bowl were spot on perfect. The s’mores brownie was amazing and drinks were mixed well. Overall, a great experience other than finding ample parking on the street.

Love this place tried it for the first time the other day on the way to work and was very impressed. I've always walked right by it thinking it was just pub food but it's not the dishes are great and well thought out and the plate presentation was beautiful. (Sorry my picture was after I started eating it looked to good). The bartender was great and very inviting.

Twisted Fork was SO much better than typical bar food. The fries (regular potato or sweet potato) are hand cut and perfectly cooked. My pork chop was juicy and delicious (though the gravy is a little rich for my taste). The chicken fried bacon was also an indulgence.

Sullivan's Steakhouse is a distinguished dining establishment that beautifully combines the art of steak and seafood cuisine. Nestled in the heart of downtown Omaha, within the charming Central Park Plaza, this steakhouse offers an elegant atmosphere perfect for any occasion—be it a business lunch or a romantic dinner. Guests can indulge in expertly prepared prime cuts of beef alongside fresh seafood options, all served with impeccable service.
The Lalo tequila pairing dinner was great. The food and cocktails were delicious. Service was very good. Loved having a representative from Lalo present. Would recommend they allow access to room based on arrival time. This could help accommodate those with special needs since seating is open. Also accommodations for those with allergies would be beneficial.

Everything was great especially the steak, crab and shrimp!! My only complaint is the price for the seafood tower was not listed and it ended up being $150 which is overpriced. Other than that excellent service very comfortable atmosphere and really nice servers! Thank you for the birthday card!

Jacob did an amazing service! We really appreciate it! However, we got a little bit disappointed that greatly grilled steak and scallop were actually way too salty to finish them up. I hope this will be great feedback to improve the quality of this restaurant. I will come back next time to see improvement. Thanks anyway.

The filet was fantastic and the garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. I really liked the $49 three course meal options. The crab cakes were all meat with no filler. Bitly was a good server as well.

If you're like me you are here reading the comment section to find “great steakhouses near me.” This isn't a great steakhouse. It is an AMAZING steakhouse. You walk in and you're met by friendly staff surrounded by classic dark wood- toned atmosphere. The photos on the walls make you feel as if you've been transported back to a time and place where service is the norm not the exception. My wife and I were seated in a booth that was tucked away, intimate, cozy and yet we were never ignored. Laura D. You must ask for this amazing server when you make your reservation. Laura greeted us with the warmth that the entire steakhouse exudes. She walked us through the delectable intricacies of the menu highlighting what is part of their updated menu and what are solid favorites. This steakhouse does not play around. Your enjoyment of your meal is their business. They treat it seriously. Drinks: My wife tried the- SPICY FLAMED MARGARITA Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Orange Juice, Agave Nectar, Chipotle Salt Rim, Garnished with a Flaming Lime Cup it blended not just the alcohol with fruit but the pairings are fresh, tantalized the taste buds and satisfied. I went with the classic DIRTY BIRD MARTINI Belvedere Vodka, Olive Brine, Vermouth, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives because…blue cheese! Appetizers: SEARED AHI TUNA* Cajun Spice Seared, Pickled Ginger, Cucumber succulent tuna and powerful ginger prevailed. Beef Wellington Bites* Tender Puffed Pastry filled with Filet Mignon, Creamy Mushroom Duxelles, Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce, and chives. These absolutely melted in the mouth. Beef Wellington was never represented better than on that plate! There were no survivors! I had to get the: SHRIMP & LOBSTER BISQUE Velvety Blend of Shrimp, Lobster, Sherry & Cream, Topped with Lobster & Shrimp Bowl14 |Cup12 Even getting the bowl was not enough. The sherry cream delivered such a robust flavor that wrapped each savory spoonful in velvet for the tongue. The Old Mattress Factory Bar & Grill is a popular American pub that offers chow in an 1883 venue with live music and special events. The tortillas were a little dry but overall really good tacos. Pico and cheese were fresh.
Atlanta to Omaha for business and found this great place. Love getting to try new places like this. I had the Reuben sandwich and onion rings. It did not disappoint. If you get a chance check this place out.

We started with Cheese Curds which were super yummy. My medium-sized child insisted she just wanted the Pretzel Bites app and some Chili 😆. We obliged. The chili was good enough she decided on bringing the remainder to the hotel... My husband had the Blue Jay Burger. Thought it was very good, loved the toppings. This type of fries is not our ideal but they were super crispy and seasoned well. I got the Fish Tacos. Tilapia was great in parts and not so much in other parts. Filling totally worked. Small child ordered a Cheeseburger and had zero complaints! Here's our takeaway. Everything was very good. Nothing blew us away. There are several other things on the menu I find intriguing and we will absolutely return. I will say, service was amazing! Our server Joey was a rockstar and I would recommend this place based on that alone! ❤️

Wow, plenty of choices but menu is not huge but that’s a good thing. So many place try to do too much and aren’t good any anything. We have had nearly everything on the menu and it’s all good. The burgers are great but I recommend the Smoke Pit Sandwich or Burnt Ends Mac and Cheese. Everything is seasoned, not boring bar food, they do it right! Bar is good, good selection of beers. Everything from your everyday gas station beers to great local and other craft beers. Great staff and atmosphere. Big TVs and all the games and other good content to watch!

I love the vibe in here. The brick walls, the old wood everywhere gives this place an old school meets modern feel in a fantastic way! The beer and drink selection is great which is what you’d want for a bar and grill and the food is amazing as well which takes this place a step above. The blackened chicken Alfredo pasta is my favorite thing on the menu and the shrimp appetizer is a close second. This is always a great place to go before or after events at the chi center because it’s literally right across the parking lot.

Located in the north downtown neighborhood of Omaha, CHI Health Center is a prominent convention center and arena that hosts a wide range of events including music concerts, comedy shows, theater performances, and sporting events. With state-of-the-art facilities and a seating capacity of up to 17,500 patrons, it is the city's largest arena and a popular venue for major music tours as well as Creighton basketball games.
We always love going to CHI! The atmosphere is ecstatic and it’s such a great arena size! Super easy to navigate to your section and be able to use the restrooms, get food and drinks, and purchase merchandise. Going through security is usually a breeze. Food and drinks are always on the higher side, but it’s an arena so it’s pretty much like that anywhere. It is a cashless arena, so make sure to take your debit/credit card. (Warning, strong use of flashing/strobing lights in my videos, so those with epilepsy may want to avoid).

Relatively clean. Paid parking was easy. Seeing a show in the round was an experience, however I don't think it was listed that way when we got tickets. The seats in section 200 seemed narrower than average seats. When you go to pay for something at vendors the 'tip first' option isn't very efficient, slows down places like "fast break."

This is one of the best college sports venues I’ve been to in a long time. The stadium appears to be on the newer side. Easy, cheap parking and short walk from the parking lot. There are a lot of good concession stands, and the place is spotless
Dan R — Google review
Went to the Linkin Park concert here on 8/29. It was an incredible show and the venue was great for it. They played in the middle of the pit and we had a ferocious mosh pit going, it was a lot of fun. What was less fun was an interaction I had with a member of the staff at the event. All were very helpful and courteous. However, when in line for merchandise to support the show, me and my friends waited about 25 minutes in line and got to the front kiosk same as everyone else, when all of a sudden the barriers are moved over a few feet and a line is made for a fast-pass type of entry to the merch stand. A family then barges in front of us when we were standing in front of the register about to ask for merchandise. When they finish and bump us on the way out of the merch line with no clear exit route, I then step up to order, but am met with a rejection of service by an older cashier named Sandy. She very rudely turned me away and stated that “they have bar codes” and did not show any sympathy or offer a solution when I told her I and everyone behind me have been waiting in line to get merch. I then think to ask the line next to me on the left if I could possibly cut in behind someone at the line, and I am very kindly allowed in to purchase with the register adjacent. This would have been the end of a generally unpleasant incident, had I then not picked out my merchandise and got ready to pay to overhear Sandy complaining to the patrons in the priority line how “she was yelled at”. I did not raise my voice to Sandy, I simply asked if we could not just go every other person until our line was cleared, to which I was simply turned away and subsequently ignored with no recourse or alternative that I then had to figure out myself. If you’re going to turn away a customer who waited in line like everyone else, at least have the courtesy not to lie about their behavior, which was witnessed by others, right in front of their face. This was very unprofessional and quite frankly felt deliberately cruel for Sandy to fluster me by leaving me on my own in a crowded merch line when I had waited and watched as a priority line got spontaneously created next to me. If the line had been there from the start then it would have been different. To turn me away and then claim to be yelled at when I tried very hard not to overly escalate the situation, was disingenuous at best and outright mean at worst. I did not appreciate the way Sandy handled that situation, and the interaction made an otherwise amazing concert have a stain on it. I reiterate, everyone else, but Sandy, was delightful.

Saw Linkin Park here with my daughter on 8/29. Facility was nice although entry was a bit strange compared to what we are use to. We got pretty far in to the building before hitting a metal detector. Which is strange, considering this world we live in and people bringing backpacks and other things in. Concert was great and staff was on point. Exiting the parking lots was a bit of a nightmare but to be expected with crowd of that size.

Pitch Pizzeria is a modern and stylish restaurant known for its Italian specialties cooked in a coal oven. It's a popular choice for delicious dinners, offering coal-fired pizzas with gourmet toppings like the Shrooms pie and the Marsala. The restaurant also features a weekly pizza special, adding variety to its menu. Despite being famous for its happy hour gatherings, Pitch Pizzeria is kid-friendly, as all menu items are made using handmade dough.
What a fun place to check out while in this area of Omaha. We loved our waitress who made our visit fun. They have a fabulous bourbon selection that we enjoyed, and the truffle fries were amazing. The other drinks our group ordered were delicious as well. We also enjoyed the Meatballs and the Brussel Sprouts that had bacon with them. If you find a bourbon here that you enjoy, they can sell you a bottle if you care to purchase one, and their prices are competitive!

Gluten free pizza by the slice 🤯 and it was great! The crust struggles a little to hold up to the toppings, but I'm not gonna complain because they were amazing and I'd rather have too much than too little for sure. I liked the vibe of this restaurant but the high-top table chairs were super uncomfortable. The service was good. Our food was just okay. The "You Pick 2!" is a pretty good deal. We also got the Piaso Cheese Bread.

WE ARE VERY UPSET! Me and my friend are both Muslims and as the whole world knows by now, unless you are very uneducated, we have some food restrictions. First we ordered some NON-alcoholic drinks and we asked for a 0.0% drink and said to make sure it doesn’t have any traces of alcohol and asked for some starters. They said these ones don't have any traces of alcohol and brought us a different drink than the one we asked for. We got the drinks took a sip it tasted disgusting but made us go ahead and read the can and it had up to 0.5% alcohol, not only is it not okay with our religion, but Im currently pregnant and thats just messed up on so many levels. I told them we cant drink that and that it has a bit of alcohol and the reply way aggressive that all non alcoholic drinks have a percentage, which is not true... AFTER THAT we ordered pizza my friend asked for buffalo chicken pizza she told the waitress 4 TIMES!! NO BACON NO BACON Please make sure there’s no bacon. The waitress said there will be no bacon on there. We get the plates she’s eating her pizza mid way gets a huge chunk of bacon she spits out. Finds out her whole pizza had little pieces of bacon all over. When we addressed the issue and asked for a manager. The manager didn’t come talk to us just sent back the waitress and we were being gaslit that the dish has no bacon LIKE WE ARE BLIND. We told her there is bacon and what the waitress did was make us pay for the sprites we ordered in exchange for the alcoholic drinks they gave us and the starters. We just cant believe we were being nice throughout this very disrespectful situation while we kept getting gaslit. We will be taking legal action.

This is always the first place I recommend to eat if I'm ever asked. The service hasn't failed me yet, and neither has the food. Sure some could argue it is slightly expensive.. but you pay for the experience. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, and the right people with you make this place unforgettable. Personal recommendation is the wings as an appetizer (buffalo sauce or this other sweet and spicy option) and a chicken pesto pie pizza. Safe and always does the job :D **If you leave this place and still haven't had enough, there's an ice cream place just up the street** just saying

Nestled in the vibrant Aksarben Village, Beacon Hills is a casual restaurant and bar that serves up a delightful array of New American cuisine. With its inventive mains and mouthwatering burgers, this spot is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The crab rangoons are particularly noteworthy, featuring a crunchy exterior paired with creamy filling and served alongside red pepper jam—a true treat!
We came here for brunch before seeing Wicked. The hostess was kind and friendly. The server was patient, knowledgeable and kind as well. I had the Chicken Pot Pie and it was very tasty once I added some salt and pepper to it. The consistency was spot on with the crisp shell, the juicy veggies and good chunks of chicken breast cooked to perfection in a thick, creamy sauce, just a little lacking in flavor. The black coffee was just the right darkness and flavor! I'll definitely be back to try other menu items!

Beacon Hills is hands down my favorite restaurant in Omaha. Every dish I've tried is exceptional, but a few standouts deserve special mention. Craig's Famous Chicken Sandwich is phenomenal—perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The crab cakes are a timeless classic, and the Red Jammin' Chicken is absolutely delightful. To top it all off, the Decadent Devil Cake is an absolute must-have. It's rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end a meal. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Beacon Hills is a place you can’t miss.
Hank M — Google review
Very nice brunch spot, but the food fell short of expectations. The ambiance of Beacon Hills is very cool, relaxing place to have a meal, like a brunch should be. We normally split dishes because we don't need leftovers to forget about later. First was the coffee cake, it was fantastic and set a high bar. Then the chicken fried steak. Too much breading, not enough tenderizing, leads to rubbery meat with a thick crunchy shell. The scrambled eggs were watery(uck), and the hashbrown sticks were fried too long. Would not recommend that plate. Our waitress was prompt and polite so that was nice. Could have been an anomaly from the kitchen but I don't think we'll be back to find out.

Our server Kaitlyn was the mostess hostess. I ordered the steak and eggs with hash brown sticks and scrambled eggs, my mother had the corned beef hash, scrambled eggs and country potatoes, both were good, the eggs could have been a little warmer, but did not take away from the rest of the meals. Overall, the experience was great!

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse is a delightful dining destination that combines the best of both worlds: succulent steaks and authentic Italian cuisine, all served in an elegant atmosphere reminiscent of a classic supper club. The sleek bar sets the stage for enjoying expertly crafted cocktails alongside delectable dishes like seared scallops paired with arugula risotto, featuring lemon butter and parmesan cheese.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and this is my favorite restaurant. I tend to stick to my favorite meals wherever I go. I’ve yet to be disappointed with the food or service here. We usually sit at the bar (not a sports bar). The drinks and service excellent, with little wait time. Today I ordered a fresh cup of decaf and their crème brûlée for dessert. The coffee was piping hot and the crème brûlée crusty and still toasty warm on top. A friendly heads up if you use the restrooms. The sewage system problem at Village Pointe isn’t their fault

Here is my honest review on Johnny’s Italian steakhouse. First of all really nice restaurant, I really love the food pasta burgers and fry’s were fresh and hot, on point, the Cesar salad was fresh, prices are fair. $15-30 per person. Dessert 🧁 wasn’t so great, we order a Tiramisu cake and it was dry , the amaretto flavor took over the coffee flavor. I’m not sure if it was only my piece or every piche is the same. I really encourage you to keep a bell 🛎️ at the front desk, if you don’t have a hostess, we weren’t the only ones waiting at the door wondering if it was open yet, after us the were more people in the same situation. Waiter was so friendly, thank you, we never had to ask for water or the check. I will go back I really loved it.

My hubby and I tried this on a whim before going shopping in the area. We went with my hubby’s favorite appetizer : calamari. They had it nicely breaded and cooked perfectly. It wasn’t coated with lots of breading or chewy. They gave us Mayo sauce and marinara for dipping. I thought my Johnny’s Minelli was a great choice with the blackened chicken. The chicken was very tender, and the sauce was a great combination of garlic and cheese. Plus the glass of wine that our server recommended went along nicely with my pasta. I was pleasantly surprised by the first experience in comparison to some of the reviews. I’m pleased we tried it and will come back again.

I enjoyed the house salad, steak/shrimp diavolo with garlic mashed potatoes and the volcano, chocolate cake with cinnamon ice cream. The diavolo steak and shrimp was excellent. The medium rare steak was tender and tasty. The sauce was crazy good, and I used the leftover sauce with my garlic mashed potatoes. The house salad was a basic house salad, no complaints. I'd rate a 4.5 food score if possible. The chocolate lava cake was dry except where the chocolate sauce was poured. I don't think that's enough to drop an entire star, but for this level of restaurant, definitely a half star. The service was as expected at this level, but nothing stood out and the atmosphere was lovely.

Atmosphere is dark and poor music. We could barely read the menu in the lighting, the waiter seemed unhappy to be there, served no butter with the bread, asked for a specialty shot that we NEVER received, filet Oscar stated lump crab and had a horribly mushy crab cake on top of my steak instead, soup was cold, salad had only 1/2 a cherry tomato, potatoes cold, silverware was heavy and HUGE, no steak knives, and steaks thin and cooked incorrectly. For the prices the food came nowhere close! It was very unpleasant listening to the drunk guests at the bar yelling as well. I will not visit again.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. First of all, the service was above and beyond. The waiter and the bar tender did a lovely job of working together and collecting my tables order. Second, the food! I'm still drooling over it. I've never tasted such authentic Italian food. It was quite pricey but well worth it. They offered happy hour appetizers and beverages. The entire layout of the restaurant says classy but family oriented. This is a place perfect for a first date or dinner with the family. 100% would reccomend.

We randomly stopped in during lunch time since while we were shopping and immediately got a booth. Since it was a weekday, the place was fairly quiet and the service was fast. All of the staffs that we spoke to were very friendly and joked around with us. Since we've never been here before, the waitress explained the menus and provided recommendations for us (we thought about the sampler appetizer, but she recommended just the bruschetta because the sampler was "really large" for just 2 people). For those who appreciate goat cheese, I highly recommend the bruschetta with schrimp, very refreshing. My boyfriend got the steak and he said that it was very tender. I got the spaghetti with Johny's sausage, one of the best spaghetti dish I've ever had. Next time, I would like to try it with chicken or shrimp!

Nestled in the Old Market district of Omaha, Nebraska, Le Bouillon is housed in a charming late 19th century brick building. The restaurant offers a blend of French comfort food and local Nebraska ingredients in an industrial-chic setting. With its spacious and airy ambiance adorned with colorful artwork and whitewashed brick, it's a popular spot for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
There was live music playing down the street, birds singing our entire time here and the server was AMAZING!!! The Bouillon salad with steak, impeccable. Great wine selection, fabulous art, dreamy all around!

I’ve been to Le Bouillon multiple times over the years, but I’ve never been fully satisfied with their dishes, which at best are just average. However, I can see the restaurant being a great venue for dates or events—the ambiance is warm, inviting, and chic, arguably one of the best in Omaha. Their food, for catering purposes, wouldn’t be the worst. The service is excellent, and the wine selection is well-curated, but ultimately, the food just doesn’t stand out. I tend to prefer La Buvette over Le Bouillon.

I had a really great time at this place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it had a nice, relaxed vibe that made the whole evening enjoyable. The wine was excellent, and all the drinks we tried were really tasty. They had a good variety to choose from, and everything was made well. Our waiter was super kind and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us good suggestions from the menu. One of the highlights of the meal was the frog legs – they were cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. I would definitely order them again. The portion sizes were huge! You get a lot of food for the price, which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a good value. I ordered the chicken dish – the flavor was nice, though the chicken was just a little dry. But honestly, everything else on the plate made up for it. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the setting was lovely. I really enjoyed my visit and would be happy to come back again.

The food here is usually very good but today for some reason every dish we ordered came out to be on the sour side. We ordered the 4 SHRIMP & SUMMER SUCCOTASH ramp, corn, peppers, NASHVILLE FRIED FROG LEGS, pickled celery, caper ranch, ATLANTIC OYSTERS, half dozen, celery root mignonette, lemon*, FRENCH ONION SOUP, comté grantin, BROWN BUTTER TROUT, haricots verts, castelfranco, hazelnut*, NIMAN RANCH LAMB SCHNITZEL, brussels, mustard, pommes pure. SALADE BOUILLON, olive, carrot, radish, sunflower, pecorino, mustard. I don't if was meant to be like this or not. Some were ok but some were just too sour to eat.

A great place to indulge. My husband and I stopped in Omaha for one night on our way to Colorado and we chose the perfect dinner. We were not prepared for the meal ahead of us. Our server Aaron was incredibly kind and patient as we love a slow dinner service. He took us through the wine market to pick out what we would have with dinner and guided us through the menu. Fantastic meaty oysters, tartare to die for, a snappy salad, and savory entrees. The atmosphere was incredible and we felt like we were having a meal in an art gallery. I can’t stop ranting and raving about this restaurant.

Came here with the family for my birthday and it was fantastic. I’ve always had a consistently awesome experience at Flemings and this location doesn’t disappoint. They overcooked my first ribeye, but replaced after one look along with fresh sides during the dinner. Our server was super nice to the kids and they loved the dessert waffle cookie. Go with the brussels and bone in ribeye! Loses 1 star on atmosphere for the corporate restaurant feel.

5 stars across the board!!! We told them ahead of time we were coming in to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary and we were welcomed with confetti and an anniversary card on our table!!! We then ordered a dessert after a fantastic dinner and there was a happy anniversary greeting on the desert plate written in chocolate!!!! This was our second time eating at flemings once in Arizona and now this location and we are never disappointed!! Thank you for the memories we appreciate you so much!!

My boyfriend picked this place for our anniversary, he made a reservation and had said that it was our anniversary on the website. When we got there service was quick and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely, our table had a card on it wishing us a happy day and the table was decorated with gold stars (my boyfriend didn’t know any of this was going to happen). Those little details are something that is hard to find these days and is greatly appreciated. Our waitress was such a sweet gal who had such an amazing attitude. We went on a Tuesday and did the tomahawk Tuesday deal with your choice of steak, I think it’s either 28 oz or 32 which is great for 2 and then you get 2 salads and 2 sides and 2 desserts. Their cesar salad has an amazing dressing, the mac and cheese is creamy and delicious and the Brussels sprouts are perfectly done and semi sweet. I had a glass of the Labyrinth red which was delectable with out steak! For dessert our plates were served with a cute chocolate message and we were also given a box of chocolate truffles to take home with us. Most places you go to are an in and out kind of service especially top dollar places these days. Not Flemings. Here you are treated with respect and made feel special. I do not doubt that if it was just another day for my partner and I we would be treated with the same dignity and respect. The place was very cleanly.

Decent meal at Flemings, slow service from kitchen. Waiter was very attentive. Had 2 young kids and simple meal, always annoying when you feel forgotten. Food was good, salad was thrown together. Took 1 hr 25 min for steak to arrive. Got free dessert but would have liked good service.

We went to Flemings Saturday with our boss to celebrate big anniversaries. I loved everything about the restaurant. While it was priced very high, the quality was amazing! I ordered the filet, tried multiple appetizers and sides, and I can’t say I didn’t love everything. The corn brûlée was something I never heard of, and I was happy to try it! Best boss ever for taking us! Also, the lemon drop martinis were great! The Crem brûlée was amazing!

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed an unforgettable evening out, and I simply must share the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a truly exceptional dining experience, largely thanks to our waiter, Jayden. His professionalism and warm, friendly demeanor were immediately apparent. His elegant explanation of the menu made choosing our meal a delightful experience in itself. We opted for the filet mignon and New York strip steaks, each accompanied by succulent lobster tails. The meal began with expertly crafted cocktails, a perfect prelude to the delicious Brussels sprouts appetizer that arrived next. The crisp, perfectly balanced salad, served alongside warm, crusty bread with two delectable spreads, further enhanced our anticipation for the main course. The steaks and lobster were cooked to absolute perfection; the melted butter on the table provided the ideal finishing touch. To cap off this culinary journey, we indulged in a delightful Chantilly cake and a rich, moist carrot cake – a truly triumphant dessert pairing. But the surprises didn't end there! A beautifully presented box containing four handmade dark chocolate truffles arrived as a delightful parting gift. The entire evening was a testament to excellent service, impeccable food, and a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a truly special dining experience. Jayden, if you're reading this, thank you again for making our night so memorable!

Absolutely fantastic culinary experience! Steak & sides done to perfection with a rich & flavorful French onion soup. Wine list could be dramatically improved by the addition of some Texan reds, but not bad as is. The Caymus & Ellie's Hall vintages from the cabernets were excellent - on par with Texan Pedernales or Augusta Vin cabs. Great staff.

It boasts a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with an informal yet lively ambiance suitable for families. The food is described as outstanding with big comforting flavors and generous portions.
The vibe is fancy and a nice place for fine dining. The bruschetta trio is a must-try, especially the seafood scampi! Service was quick and attentive, but not overly done which is nice. All drinks I had were good. The menu has a good amount of choices. Food tastes fresh and hot. The place feels isolated in its own area, but lots of parking spots. No reservation needed.

Appetizer :Fried ravioli ⭐️ 8/10 - definitely eat it as soon as possible when it comes out. It was perfect temperature, especially with the sauce. It just finished it off I wish it was more of a cheese sauce like a little thicker Main dish: seafood pasta ⭐️ 9/10 -I really enjoy the seafood pasta The noodles are a bit different because they were purple and didn’t really change anything. The mirror was perfectly cooked and juicy very buttery. • - I wish the sauce was a little thicker, not too salty very savory. -Even after I was full, I kept eating because it was really good. I didn’t feel sick after I ate seafood pasta and usually my stomach feels weird. His main : Tortellini ⭐️ 6/10 It was OK nothing special needed more cheese. I wish it stayed warm longer as well as it wasn’t really spicy. Nothing super unique about it.

Dani was our server and the attention to detail is top, notch with her. She saw right away that we had gluten-free menus in front of us. So she made note of it and only offered gluten-free options. The food is always great and the staff is just amazing 👏
Itsme N — Google review
Biaggi's is mid. What drew us there was the gluten free menu, which does have a plethora of great options. Unlisted is their GF bread (closer to a naan) that can be ordered for $1 - delish! Overall, the restaurant is SUPER loud and could use some noise dampening for the acoustics. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms (good), the scallop risotto (overly fishy tasting), and sea bass (good). Drinks took forever to come out and tasted a little watered down, did not help that they use regular ice instead of the big ice cubes I have come to expect at places with higher tier drinks (I ordered an old fashioned and manhattan for context). At the end, we ordered coffee and were disappointed when the waiter said "we're out so need to brew fresh, it'll take a minute" only for it to arrive to our table lukewarm. We asked them to make fresh (as originally promised), and when they brought the new coffees to our table it was barely drinkable because it was overly strong (though hot). Clearly, they brewed it and poured off the first coffee of the pot as quickly as possible without letting it all brew, so that we got the absolute strongest coffee of the pot. Any good kitchen should know to not do this. Barely could drink any of the coffee due to that, had about 1/5 of the cup. Then, to top things off, I went to the bathroom before leaving and slipped on a very slick oily spot on the floor right near the women's bathroom. I told a bar employee and showed her how slick it was with my shoe and she seemed unconcerned. We spent $200 and I feel like that money would have been better spent elsewhere. I will say our server was attentive, but it just missed the mark overall for us.

Ordered the filet mignon medium rare and got a very rare steak delivered. I asked for it to be recooked and it came back as pictured below, still dangerously rare. At that point, there was nothing else I could do. The server was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately all I wanted was a mid rare steak and it seemed like that was not possible here. The other items we ordered were good though.

I love going to Biaggi’s when I’m in Omaha. I have a favorite entree- Lobster Fettuccine- so that’s what I typically order. I find their kitchen to be quite consistent. The dish is always so good! My daughter ordered the Sea Scallop Risotto. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The risotto carries so many complimentary flavors. SO good. Our server, Wade was fantastic- just the right level of attentiveness. We had salads to start and took dessert to go. Treat yourself to the Key Lime. The toasted marshmallow top’s sweetness with the tang of the key lime… it’s a master class in balancing flavors. A lovely meal from start to finish!

J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood in Omaha offers a fine dining experience with a classic steakhouse menu and an extensive selection of sides and cocktails. The restaurant is known for its exceptional dishes, including perfectly seared steaks and delectable desserts. One of the highlights is the 4oz steak and shrimp, which are highly praised for their delicious flavors. This establishment stands out as one of the top choices for a high-quality dining experience in Omaha.
The wife and I enjoyed a beautiful date night in downtown Omaha. We made reservations a week in advance and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our waitress was very friendly and took our drink order right away, while explaining the house specials for the evening. We started off with a Smoke Old Fashioned and Lavender Drop along with an order of Oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were fantastic and the drinks were spot on. My old fashioned has the equivalent of 2 drinks worth and was perfect for the entire meal. The house bread was flavorful and warm, and the smoked pastrami butter was delicious. My wife ordered the bone in pork chop while I had the aged New York strip. Both cuts of meat were cooked exactly as ordered and both meals were full of flavor. Overall, it was a great date night experience and I would highly recommend for anyone who has never visited.

Really enjoyed this steakhouse. The oysters on the half shell were fantastic. The fillet was very flavorful and melted in my mouth. It was more on the rare side than medium rare, but it worked for me. I sat at the bar and Holly was very attentive and friendly. I recommend this place to wind down, a nice drink and great meal.

We came here last night for a date night, and it was such a wonderful choice. The food was excellent — the Pretzel Crusted Onion Rings and the Shrimp Cocktail were both amazing. The atmosphere was perfect, not too loud, and it felt upscale without being stuffy. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great dining experience.

What an awesome dining experience! Reminded me of restaurants in DC, with its modern interior look and bustling vibe. Our service was excellent, and the food was exceptionally delicious! We each ordered the three-course meal, which for what we got were very reasonably priced. For the entree I got the steak and crab cake and both were absolutely phenomenal! The wife got the same but had a side of mushroom risotto which was probably the best risotto I've tasted! We also ordered a Calamari appetizer, which was really flavorful and lightly breaded, and wine as well. The 3-course meal also came with a dessert, so we got probably one of the tastiest creme brules we've ever had, and a huge slice of carrot cake that was "oh my gosh delicious"! Definitely cannot say enough good things about our experience... Highly recommend!

This steakhouse is a huge asset to the city of Omaha. It has a great vibe, super elegant, and the steaks are in a class of their own. My ribeye was perfectly grilled, and the taste was incredible. My server was very informative and accommodating. She had several recommendations for my keto diet. The crab bisque probably was the best I’ve ever eaten.

Very nice upscale steakhouse. Impeccable service from Ashley (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly.) Really liked being able to choose my own style of steak knife. We ordered off the pre-fixe menu (1st time in) and it did not disappoint! Medium rare filet mignon with bourbon maple glazed shrimp, asparagus & tomatoes and sour cream mashed potatoes. Side salad was more like a normal dinner salad packed with a lot of good things, not just a few tomatoes and croutons. My dinner guest had her filet with the lump crab cake. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée. Never saw a crème brûlée like this one, and it was perfect! We also had the berry dessert. My smoked Old Fashioned was excellent! Can’t say enough good things about this place. The noise level was acceptable even with a full dining room. Stop by and see this place for yourself!

Excellent steak restaurant. Intimate seating, mood lighting. The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides were delicious. Great kids menu and the Mac and cheese could easily feed 2-3 people. The crème brûlée was the best!

It was horrific at best. It was my mom’s 84th Birthday, I had said when I made the reservation it was for a birthday. We got there and the girls hosting were so not caring. I had to ask for the dessert card which made me think this was off to a bad start. The girls up front were on their phones and brushing their hair the whole time. We sat at a high table in the bar area which turned out to be a huge mistake. The service was awful as the waitress started with attitude from the start. She seemed miffed at having to wait on an older lady. My mom was a bit confused about desserts this seems to pirated the server. Which is sad. 84 is a milestone birthday. My mom has been through so much and to just treat her with annoyance and sighs was so mean. This really hurt me. The bread too a long time to arrive, was not warm and I had the pleasure of pulling a hair out of my mouth while eating the second piece. It had been stuck to the bottom of the bread. I had to spit it out and pull the hair out of my mouth. I asked for a different bread and a fresh napkin but the waitress seemed annoyed and didn’t take the dirty napkin nor did she bring me a new one. I had to go to another table to get a fresh napkin. I had the pleasure of having the dirty napkin on the table through the whole meal. While waiting for our food, a food runner brought over a platter of oysters that we did not order. He insisted on placing it on the table despite telling him 3x we did not order the oysters. I am allergic and his being forceful and pushing all our plates, glasses out of the way was upsetting. The waitress finally caught him and gave them to the correct table. Not even an apology for us but for the other table. Dinner came out, the sides all mixed up, steaks were burned on the outside, raw in the middle. They were not edible. Redo was just as bad. Au gratin potatoes were gooey, very unpleasant and disgusting really. Beyond disappointed, my mother’s birthday ruined. She cried on the way home.

The establishment prides itself on its scratch kitchen menu, featuring creative sandwiches and pub-style dishes. The rustic yet modern bar offers a range of craft beers and cocktails, including their specialty Beertail.
They were busy but we were seated right away. My husband started with a Scotch Egg. Other than being a little lean on the sausage layer he really enjoyed it, that mustard sauce was great! He also had the Smoked Tomato Soup and loved everything about it! I kinda figured he'd go with the Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich. Honey cream cheese, Spinach, Sautéed peppers and onions, Jalapeño jam. It had a lot going on but it totally worked. He loves Meatloaf and went on and on about the Ciabatta it was served on! Fish & Chips were super yummy! Great beer batter, so flaky and crispy! Exactly what you want them to be! I order this everywhere and I'd say it's definitely in the top 5 I've had. Tartar was good, hand-cut fries were perfect. Coleslaw was different with a southwest flavor but I enjoyed it as well. Our server was brand new but mostly did a fine job keeping up. The vibe in this place is awesome and we really enjoyed the rock music blasted overhead 🤘. I see how this place has earned its popular reputation and following!

Crescent Moon is a popular tavern in Omaha, known for its wide selection of top beers from around the world and pub fare. The tavern is famous for serving one of the best versions of the Reuben sandwich in the city, which is said to have been invented right across the street at the Cottonwood Hotel.
Love this spot! Crescent Moon has such a great vibe—laid-back, welcoming, and full of character. The food is always solid (highly recommend the Reuben), and they’ve got a great selection of local brews on tap that makes it easy to try something new each time. Whether you’re hanging with friends or just want a chill place to grab a bite and a beer, this place hits the mark. Definitely one of my go-to favorites in Omaha. This post was made in connection with a toast promotion.

Decided to try this place for the history aspect. Seems like a chill sports bar with a wide tap selection. The Reuben: very saucy, loaded with meat and kraut. Overall it was good, but I had some textural issues with the way the beef was cut. I guess I've never had cubed beef on a sandwich, and now I know why. Certainly takes away from the experience. Chips and salsa as a side were as good as chips and salsa from a sports bar can be. Fries were crispy, well seasoned, and plentiful. This place was exactly what I needed it to be, and it was worth the try for the history-adjacent aspect.

One of the best Reuben sandwiches my wife and I have had in the last few years. As legend has it, the Reuben was created at a poker game in Omaha’s Blackstone Hotel. Reuben Kulakofsky was one of the group of poker players and came up with it and Crescent Moon follows the original recipe. Crescent Moon has a friendly staff and great dine-in atmosphere. Pay for parking is available a block behind the restaurant as well as limited free street parking.

Visited on a work trip. Recommended by the bartender at our hotel for their wings. They are supposedly the originator of the a Reuben Sandwich sonI had to try it. The sandwich was good. I got the wings as well but they didn't taste great. They were definitely the wrong flavor but I didn't feel like switching them in addition to being charged extra ranch when I didn't ask for extra ranch or was even given extra. I received on small container of it.

A friend and I stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted some late night apps and drinks. We loved the drinks, the bartender put his own spin on drinks based on our tastes. The food came out quickly and was delicious, portions were great to share. My dad ended up meeting up and also helped us eat the apps. My only complaint or even observation was the bartender was great but the doorman just seemed to “bark” orders at the bartender. It was weird. Other than that our experience was 10/10.
Monica — Google review
At first, you’re going to think this is just some little dive bar, but that is not the vibe that hit you when you walk in. There were a lot of families in there, as well as locals who are just grabbing a beer after work. However, like us, there were many people there to try the Reuben sandwich. I don’t even like Reuben sandwiches, and this one was off-the-charts delicious. I will definitely eat here again when I return to Omaha. Our server was one of the nicest gals I’ve ever encountered. She told me all about the history of the place end of the sandwich. The bathrooms need some work as far as cleanliness, but that’s the only imperfection about the place.

Sunday 11/24/24 another great fish and chips dinner 10.99 but I wish they could spice up the mayonnaise/tartar sauce.

Brazen Head Irish Pub delivers a mixed bag of experiences, but overall, it's a solid spot for drinks and a few standout bites. Having visited twice in a week and spent over $200 on food, I found that some items were excellent, while others missed the mark. As an Irish pub, it shines when it comes to drinks-Guinness on tap, proper Irish beer and whiskey selections, and even the ability to get a proper float. The service is friendly and fast, and the place is clean, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The highlights of the menu include the spicy cheese curds, crispy onion rings, and the rich bread pudding. The Reuben is also worth mentioning, with well-balanced portions of corned beef, kraut, and sauce, all on perfectly toasted rye. The Celtic burger and coleslaw were also enjoyable. However, not everything was up to par. The clam chowder lacked filling and was mostly liquid. The fish was soggy and I couldn’t finish it, let alone take it home. The roasted beef on the pub sandwich was dry and lacked flavor, ultimately removed to finish the sandwich. The red (jerk?) sauce served with the tenders didn’t work for me it didn’t have the right balance of flavor and was a bit off. All things considered, I would recommend Brazen Head for a visit. The drinks, some of the food items, and the overall atmosphere make it worth trying out

Love the Sunday specials here. Got a half-priced peach mimosa and some fish and chips while my husband got a bread bowl of clam chowder soup and the pub sandwich. Everything was SO delicious and the service was amazing, too. The interior is so huge and cozy and the patio out back has tables that are perfectly shaded. ☘️

My friend had been here before and liked it so I went to dinner with her here one night a couple of weeks ago. Almost everything I got to eat was amazing. We had the garlic bread as an appetizer, but I just did not like it. I felt like it just wasn't toasted enough, and the marinara had a weird taste to it. But the creamy potato soup was so good as was my potato pancake (boxty) that was filled with ham and other things. I would eat here again!

Haven’t been in years and stopped by for supper. It was pretty busy so we sat at the bar- still the service and food were great!

I was so excited to stop here for my birthday lunch. I’ve been here a few times and loved it…however, this time it fell short. I ordered the French onion soup and while it tasted great, the consistency was much thinner than it usually is and it had little to no onions. The spinach artichoke dip tasted off and had a grainy texture, so we sent it back and got the Rueben nachos instead. They were good. Not even an hour after our meal, I started having stomach pains and vomiting. I’m pretty sure I ended up with food poisoning. What a rotten way to spend a birthday!

Nice Walmart lunch meat on st Patrick's day... .what a joke, almost no meat in this...what a rip off!!!! expected better from an Irish pub!! Then the owner says don't expect good food on the one day people go out for Irish food lol, dude why can every other non Irish bar find a way to not serve lunch meat and it was literally .4 ounces of meat..... truly pathetic, just don't serve food or find a way to be better, its clearly an effort problem!!!how can you debate against this picture lol?

Brunch restaurant
Taxi's Grille & Bar is a beloved Omaha establishment that offers a mix of upscale dining and casual comfort. Known for its American cuisine, the restaurant is popular for its Sunday brunch featuring six variations of Eggs Benedict. It's also praised for accommodating gluten-free diners with a chef who is attentive to dietary needs. While some dishes like the Velvet Chicken received mixed reviews, others such as the steak salad and pork shanks were highly recommended.
Date Night Made a trek to Omaha. Decided to check off the next destination on my Fish & Chips quest! I'd seen pics from Taxi's and knew I had to try it. Walked in, it was busy but we were seated right away. Cool, old school vibe. Everyone in there looked like they'd just stepped off the golf course 😆. Classic Rock playing in the background. My husband, not surprisingly, was in a soup mood. I mentioned their signature Cabbage and Blue Cheese variety. He asked about that day's selection, it was Corn Chowder. He of course got both. Our server couldn't tell if he was serious. I assured her that he was 😐. He really loved them both. Especially the Chowder. Wouldn't shut up about it. They have a selection of Lahvosh. Decided on the Mediterranean one. It looked slightly strange when delivered but it was Delicious! The combo of the Herb Vinaigrette and Havarti alone was worth it, the toppings a bonus! For an entree my husband went with a Special, the Pork Osso Bucco. I kinda figured the second I heard it. It's like something you'd find in Medieval times, fit for a Royal Feast 🍖. He was in Hog Heaven! It was literally fall off the bone tender and flavorful. He also enjoyed the accompanying Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Fish & Chips time! At first look, the portions were kind of oddly shaped, but what matters is the taste. So Freaking Good! Crispy batter, flaky cod, seasoned perfectly 👌! Hand cut fries were just as good. Coleslaw was creamy and included Rainbow Carrots! Tartar was pretty boring but I added a bunch of lemon. I ended with a Pear Drop Martini. Love anything Pear, it was yummy. Absolute Supreme service from Mindy! Definitely a seasoned pro, kind and anticipatory, she even asked us our names. Top 5 in Omaha for Fish & Chips. We had a Wonderful Evening! Solid food overall. Our service wasn't the best, but our server said she had a large party upstairs, so we had to wait quite a while. Stuff happens. The fries were flacid and a bit mushy. I prefer fries that are double fried and crispy, but not everyone has the same preferences. I get that. The burger was perfectly cooked, and the server was kind enough to accommodate our request for extra bread with the muscles, which was great. The portion of fish on the fish and chips was fairly small for the money, but it was well executed. The coleslaw was solid, and the side of mac 'n' cheese was pretty good, though a bit expensive for the portion size. Even with my critique of the pricing and service, I'd still eat here again.

Excellent service. Very good home brew. Food was served nice and hot. Well seasoned and savory. The salad was very crispy with a citrusy dressing which is really nice and refreshing on a summer’s day.

We came all the way from ND. It was absolutely fun. More than what we thought. price aren’t that bad. Staff are very Nice and humble. You can play go cart and other stuff as much as you want. The best part was they even have a toddlers indoor play area. Love this place ! Amazing staff! Good for kids! My 6 years old son rated them 10 out of 10 . ..Thankyou for making our vacation memorable 🙏

Kids had so much fun! Best day together in a long time! Only thing is that the food is way to expensive. I would highly recommend going to fun plex this summer of you have kids of all ages. They even have an adult area a swim up bar. Just an all around fun place to be!

We took our 5 year old son there, and the staff was nothing but kind to him. He is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. The staff were patient and understanding of this. We would really love to come back once more before the summer is over!! We especially loved the experience we had with the kid rides, the operator of the cars comforted and me and reassured me that Gavin would be completely ok! And he was! That was the first time he ever rode on a kid ride all by himself!!

We went for the swim up bar and we were not disappointed. I was a little worried about cleanliness but everything was very nice. The bathrooms were some of the Best I have seen at a water park/pool. Drinks were nice and reasonable priced. Next time we visit we agreed we would like to go when they have the live music and the lazy river is 21 and over. We also will try ordering food to be delivered from other snack bars. We did enjoy watching the big bucket dump on kids in the splash zone. Overall a very nice time.

Pasta Amore is a charming trattoria located in Rockbrook Village, offering a cozy front-porch seating and a menu filled with classic Italian favorites. Despite its upscale appearance, the restaurant exudes a casual and welcoming ambiance, encouraging guests to savor their meals without any pretense. Chef Leo, with over three decades of culinary experience in Omaha, takes pride in crafting what he calls "edible paintings" on the plate.
I tried this place for the first time during Omaha Restaurant Week. I was so impressed by how much I was able to sample from the menu with their multi course menu. Everything was delicious and I’d be excited to return.
Mariah A — Google review
To start with, Mike was wonderful and greeted us warmly with a smiling face! In fact, I gave him a 5-star rating for his service. The food I tried included pasta, garlic bread, and tiramisu, and it all tasted good! I was a bit disappointed with their table booking system, as I was informed there were no tables available until 8 PM. However, when I tried booking online, I was able to secure a table!
Sandy — Google review
Had a good experience even though I ordered to go. Tried the Fettuccine & the Spaghetti w meatballs. Both were good, the bread was okay (not a huge bread guy to begin with). The service was great. The entrance threw me a bit because there’s parking on the side, and they have a few overhead signs, but the main entrance has the word “entrance” on the West side. Seems like a nice date place, no dress code but def a vibe to not show up without some effort.

Excellent Italian food. Wide variety of gluten-free options. Attentive staff. It can be a bit too noisy in their small, wide open space to have an intimate conversation.
Ben K — Google review
Wonderful experience! Went there for a nice dinner out. Put in the reason for the occasion and they included a nice card waiting on the table. The food was amazing! Homemade pasta so delicious. The atmosphere was great. Busy but not noisy. Highly recommend!
Jenny B — Google review
Overall I was slightly disappointed with the experience. It was our first visit and it was very hot and had an off smell in the restaurant. The food was just okay and I felt the portion size on my chicken Marsala was a bit small for the price of $26. The wait for our food was also a lot . Our whole dinner was over an hour and a half which for us is a bit long. Taylor, our waitress on the other hand was great. You can tell she was working very hard but continued to have a positive attitude the whole time. We would come back but might order something different.
Nathan B — Google review
Went for our anniversary night, and it was his first time trying Pasta Amore. They surprised us with a card offering us dessert on them. We tried the meatballs to start off, and they were AMAZING. If you get anything else here, that will not disappoint you. Was not a big fan of the bread with the meatballs or by itself. The chicken Parmesean was on point and just as soft and delicious as I remembered. However, the chicken marsala was made with a sauce I personally didn't care for but the chicken was cooked perfect and the asparagus was huge and cooked to perfection. Will be back again for those meatballs!
K R — Google review
The food was generally very good. We noticed that the server at the next table was better than ours. So service will depend on who you get. Would recommend getting that appetizer plate. I want with two other ladies, we each ordered something different and each preferred our own dish. So I think as long as you order something you like you'll be fine. I like the soup with. I think the dumplings more? Not the ones with the beans. The mussels were good at well.

Good food. Nice place. Service could be better. Tavern 180 has a nice upscale bar with a cool frost layer that you can use to keep your drinks cold. The food is well crafted and thought-out. I ordered the Canadian salmon which was a nice, plump piece of salmon cooked to the correct temperature. The salmon was served on a bed of risotto that complemented the salmon and added some flavor and moisture. The salmon was not exactly bursting with flavor but I think that is always the case with salmon and not a slight on the restaurant. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was really good. Seemingly fresh and well cleaned shrimp served with three different sauces. I would have preferred simple cocktail sauce but the three sauces were all good and worked with the shrimp in their own unique way. The French fries were delicious. Cooked perfectly, slightly salted, with a lot of flavor in an overly generous portion. The bartender was friendly and attentive when she was there, but it seemed like they were overly worried about cleaning and closing 45 minutes before closing time. This is a quality restaurant and I will go back.

Headed to Tavern 180 for breakfast the other morning and was not greatly impressed with the atmosphere but it was OK. The menu was sparse for breakfast tho- Also the bathrooms weren’t very clean but onto the food … Ordered the only eggs Benedict on the menu and the egg was hard and that’s a No No with an eggs Benedict. The eggs should be runny and but the hollandaise sauce was really good! The potatoes were hot and cooked great and the jalapeño bacon was a nice touch We shared the ice cream battered French toast but it’s really not battered with ice cream the server said so that was kind of weird but it wasn’t anything special. It was just French toast with whipped cream on it.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere oozes festive charm—think twinkling lights, cozy garlands, and whimsical decorations that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a winter wonderland. The entire space is beautifully decked out in holiday cheer, setting the perfect mood for sipping seasonal drinks. The service here is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly knowledgeable about the menu. One standout is their Old Fashioned, which is hands down one of the best I’ve had. The balance of flavors is impeccable, with just the right amount of sweetness, spice, and a smooth finish that makes each sip a joy. It’s clear that the bartenders here have a real passion for their craft. Beyond the Old Fashioned, their holiday-inspired cocktails are a treat for the taste buds—expect innovative twists on classic drinks, as well as some entirely new concoctions that incorporate seasonal ingredients like cinnamon, cranberry, and nutmeg. Really cool place. We came into town last night and were looking for a place to eat and enjoy a good cocktail. Man were we pleasantly surprised we stumbled into this gem. Our bartender was amazing and she made us a mean Old Fashioned with Redemption Rye. There were only 4 menu items available. We did come in the last hour they were open. But both items were good. The buffalo chicken dip and the charcuterie board were just what we needed to go with our Old Fashioned. But it gets better! They have a Pokémon-themed menu. I believe they do different themes every month. This was so cool. Definitely glad we stumbled in here! The service and ambiance were great! Please stop in if you are in this part of town!

Only problem I had was the kitchen closed before I got here at 10:30 pm everything else was great the pics I posted only showed a fraction of there huge selection of alcohol wow. There's so many different types of alcohol the bartender has to get on a stool to reach them all. I had an old fashion it was great. Will come here again hopefully when the kitchen is open

Summer strolling through Omaha led us straight to this absolute gem. We spotted the rainbow “All Are Welcome Here” sticker on the door and knew instantly—this was our kind of spot. 🌈💫 Inside, we were greeted by two lovely bartenders who glowed with good vibes and walked us through their Pride drink menu (lucky us—it was the final week!). And then—hold onto your Poké Balls—the pièce de résistance… THE POKÉMON DRINK MENU. 🧃✨ Each drink is its own character, with the option to evolve. Yes, evolve. I wanted to catch them ALL, people! 😂🔥 We wrapped the night sipping on Lewis Hamilton’s alcohol-free tequila (because balance!) and swapping stories with the crew behind the bar. Mercury is magic. Inclusive, inventive, and full of sparkle. 10/10 would thunderbolt back again ⚡💛

I hosted a bridal shower at Corkscrew and everything was perfect! The wine and food was fabulous, the staff was incredible and so helpful, and Jessica and her team were so wonderful throughout the planning stage. Parking is tough in Blackstone but they provided maps and info to make it easy and convenient for all of our party attendees. This location in Blackstone is Much Better than the Rock brook location! Hannah is an absolute treasure and takes care of her customers with an attention to detail that is unheard of. She sent us some watermelon jam that complimented our brie perfectly! She also has the perfect spirit to deal with customers! The manager, I believe his name was Preston? Was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived on the patio. The patio in Rock brook either needs a through scrubbing or the water feature needs a drain. The ambience is great if you bring your own nose plugs. Kudos to Blackstone location for not embracing a water feature. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon after an unpleasant experience at Rock brook.

Went here for a wine tasting and ended up pleasently surprised the knowledge of the sommelier knew about different regions outside the U.S. The food was excellent and was very fresh. Had the Cubano panini and priscutto banquet. Usually not a fan of pickles but on the Cubano they were very crisp and had a nice acidic taste with the creamy flavor of the sauce. They also had a good selection of wine, little sections here and there from all over. Their main selection was cabernet sauvignons from California, but overall good.

Scriptown Brewing Company is a classic microbrewery located in Omaha's Blackstone District, offering a rustic taproom experience. The brewery focuses on traditional beer styles while also showcasing their talent for experimentation with unique blends like the Czech dark beer, homey lager with coriander, and Hazy Daisy New England IPA. They are known for successful partnerships with other local businesses, providing Noli's pizza deals and featuring Kathmandu Momo Station.
We recently had my daughter's baby shower at Scriptown and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! John and his staff were amazing to work with. They were very accommodating and even asked if they could help us carry in items from the car! I would highly recommend Scriptown Brewing Company to anyone looking for a venue!

Casual brewery celebrating their 10th year. Located in Blackstone neighborhood on Omaha. Had a flight and favorite was the Honey Lager. Lazy Buffalo BBQ located next door with a walk through passage. Order there and food delivered inside the brewery.

I went here with some friends, as we’re in Omaha for the summer, and had a great time. Good selection of beers, especially St. Meinrad’s, but above all, John and Debbie are super friendly and personable. Good values here and good times. Will be coming back here again!

We recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the Kaufmann Room and it was great!! Scriptown’s team is very communicative, professional, kind, and did a great job! Not to mention the Kaufmann Room is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have been happier with having our rehearsal dinner here.

Scriptown is awesome! Super friendly staff with great beers! Enjoyed the Kolsh, Vienna Lager and American Pilsner. Nice selection of to-go beers, as well.

Building is very cool, nice bar, front of the building opens for an open air vibe, service was average. The beer was just OK. I travel for work and go to brew houses all over the country, but this one had below average beer. I was with co-workers who I travel with, and we all agreed. I wish it was better because I liked the vibe of the room.

This brewery was a treat to find. The beer here is super tasty and the employees are very helpful and kind. We came in for just one beer and ended up grabbing another. The selections on their beer is awesome! I had the Midtown Martian.

Great atmosphere. The bartender was super friendly. Loved the large bar with seating. The only thing a friend and I recommend doing is chucking the coffee candle in the women's bathroom 😉🤣 didn't smell good and instant headache. But hey, if that's the only downfall..I'd say you are doing great!

Nestled in the charming historic 100 block of Council Bluffs, Caddy's Kitchen & Cocktails is a delightful spot for those seeking a romantic dining experience. The menu boasts an array of mouthwatering starters like char-buff chicken wings and artichoke spinach dip, alongside fresh salads or soups to kick off your meal. For the main course, diners can indulge in exquisite options such as filet mignon—available Oscar style—chicken carbonara, or Chilean seabass.
Cute establishment with delicious food. We walked in late morning on a Sunday and enjoyed their brunch. We did not have a reservation and we were a party of 6, so we were pleasantly surprised we were able to get a table right away. All of the food was good; it was disappointing that they didn't have a brunch-specific kids menu. The only kids menu was lunch options (chicken tenders, cheeseburger, Mac and cheese, etc.). They do have an extensive cocktail menu. My tropical mimosa was excellent. They have tables to seat parties of varying sizes, and based on the "reserved" signs, they take reservations. We will be back!

One of the better experiences we've had going out for lunch. Had the avocado toast, it was remarkable. Best part was the very welcoming and friendly staff , made me a martini (almond joy) that wasn't even on the menu but it's my favorite and she was happy to create it for me. It was great. I'll be going back for sure. Oooo and the bathrooms were clean!!! That's a huge deal to me.

I ordered the Caddy's Cheeseburger. The menu says, "Burger patty with choice of American, Cheddar, or Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles... the image shows what was placed in front of me: patty with cheese... I had to ask for the rest of my burger toppings directly. The burger patty was flavorless, hand formed, it may be, but 100% zero seasoning or flavor. Luckily, it was properly cooked. The atmosphere was nice, fresh air, while the garage-style door was open, let in a breeze, but for Sunday brunch, I honestly expected more luster and attention to detail by the staff.

Finally went here and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! My oldest son ordered the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with fries. Their homemade French fries are delish. My youngest son ordered a cheeseburger with American cheese and bacon with fries. His burger patty was thick and cooked perfectly. I went wild and ordered the Meal in a Mug for $35. Lots of food: large cheeseburger slider, large pork cutlet, 4 wings, meat stick, bacon wrapped hard boiled egg, veggie/cheese sticks, and a pickle. All of the food tasted great, and the Bloody Mary was spiced just right. Plus, I received a small Corona with it. The concept was unique for sure, and I can’t wait to go back with friends. Our server was very nice, and the service was fast for as busy as they were.

Loved my breakfast here! Some of the best pancakes I’ve had at a restaurant! Delicious!!! Amazing service and beautiful place. Good parking available around the side and back.

We recently had a late brunch here. Food was served exactly as we ordered (crispy hash browns). Food came to the table hot. My Benedict was one of the best I’ve ever had. Eggs cooks perfectly (still runny) with a great hollandaise. Perfectly done hash browns. My companions both had omelettes. One was the Iowan (eggs overcooked but still good), the other had avocado and some other ingredients I don’t remember. It was very good and must be new on the menu. Our server Annie was very good. Nice clean open and inviting space. We’ll be back when we’re back in town.
Bobbie R — Google review
Over the top service! Bobby was our waiter, I make a point to mention them by name because they deserve the recognition. Absolutely phenomenal! Attentive, pleasent, kind, informational, and funny! Service aside,, the restaurant is 5 stars! Little spendy, but you are going to get what you pay for! Fun, clean, and classy environment. Highly recommend this gem in Omaha !!
Tomi T — Google review
They were able to accommodate a larger party last minute which was awesome, the restaurant was clean and the servers very friendly! I had the eggs Benedict but my egg was hard boiled and not normally what I get for a Benedict, it was supposed to come with hashbrowns but I had to ask for mine, which maybe it was my fault as I asked for a side of links and maybe they thought I was subbing hashbrowns for links? It was quickly corrected and brought out which again the server was fantastic (tipped extra and in cash). However most of our party had the French toast and those who did got very sick later in the day. Anyone who had other things were just fine. Food was ok otherwise, but not something I would go back for. Again service and atmosphere was awesome.

Kros Strain Brewing is a delightful microbrewery and taproom that embodies the spirit of craft beer culture. Nestled in the historic Millworks Commons near downtown Omaha, this inviting space offers a rotating selection of housemade beers, ensuring there's always something new to try. Founded by friends Bobby Kros and Scott Strain, their passion for brewing has led to innovative recipes alongside beloved classics.
This place is awesome. The interior is so cool with many fun things to look at and awesome merch. The beer tender was super nice as well. The beer was delicious and always love a beer slush or option as well. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and like craft beer.
Sarah J — Google review
Kros Strain Brewing is easily one of my all-time favorite breweries — not just in Omaha, but in the entire state of Nebraska. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual beer or planning a small gathering like a birthday party, this place has the space and the vibe to make it work. The taproom is spacious and inviting, and the outdoor patio is a real highlight, offering a variety of seating options — picnic tables, standard tables and chairs, and even cozy spots around a fire pit. There’s no table service here, which keeps things relaxed — just head up to the bar when you’re ready, and the staff is always friendly, quick, and happy to offer a sample or two if you’re unsure what to order. If you’re looking to try a few things, I highly recommend going with a flight. Their beer selection is strong across the board, but Fairy Nectar is my personal favorite — it’s one of the best IPAs in the region and is widely available across eastern Nebraska. You’ll also find a well-stocked cooler for to-go cans, and they even offer kegs in various sizes for home events. Beyond the beer, Kros Strain has a great merch selection — shirts, glassware, stickers, even tap handles and branded signs. The restrooms are clean, and there’s typically a food truck parked out front, plus you’re welcome to bring in outside food. They even offer beer slushies, which are a fun twist on warm days. Overall, Kros Strain delivers a top-notch experience every single time — highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!
Ovfdfireman — Google review
We held our reception at Kros Strain in May and loved the experience! Kros Strain is one of our favorite breweries and we thought there was no better place to celebrate with friends and family. The space is flexible and accommodating to large groups, and allowed us to bring in catering. The staff was incredible! Tina was great to work with throughout the planning process! She made everything easy and stress free.
Whitney D — Google review
This is one of my favorites! They have awesome brews and the food trucks are good too! Plus you can take the puppers with and enjoy sitting by the fire on the patio!
Erin M — Google review
Came here on a Saturday at noon because my daughter, friend and I were getting pedis across the street at 1 and we wanted lunch. The rotating food trucks is fun. Burning Bridges was the food truck at that time. I ordered a burger and my daughter and friend got fried the fried chicken sandwiches. Burger was good. The fried chicken sandwiches were humongous! Neither of them could finish. And I don't like waffle fries usually because they are never crispy, but he managed crispy waffle fries! Bartender recommended two different beers and both were good. They do live music and brewery tours. Will totally be back!!
Mrs B — Google review
Was visiting from the east coast and this is one of several breweries I visited. The beer here is tasty. The ferme foeder saison tasted like pickles, not my favorite. The barrel aged Octoberfest was great. The orange tangerine crush sour tasted like the soda but more tart. The sippy cup lager tastes like your standard domestic beer - nothing special. The double hopped fairy nectar was my favorite. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Some snacks here but there was a food truck outside. Decor is interesting and fun.
Jesse P — Google review
Professional bar staff. Not overly chatty with us. Pro tip: no food here!! But they are cool if you order and get it delivered. So if you're hungry you might want to order a little earlier and time it. They were nice enough to let me get a shot of the beer pour when I asked. The flagship flight was great. $10.75 for 5 (4oz) pours. You get to choose 2 while the other 3 are static. My friend loved the place and wants to come back. He also likes the merchandise. They have some interesting offerings including a lot of their bar glasses for sale, shirts, hats and even dog treats made from the leftover grain. Parking is available in a large lot.

Bushwackers Saloon & Dance Hall, located at 7401 Main St. in Ralston, is a popular country bar and dance hall that offers regular dance lessons and live country music acts. The large building features multiple bars, pool tables, arcade games, mechanical bull riding, and a spacious dance floor for line dancing lessons. With different themed nights and live bands, the venue caters to a diverse audience.
This is the spot. From 18 to 80, this is the hottest place to be on a Friday night. Everyone has a chance to take the dance floor and the talent ranges from tripping over yourself to flipping your partner up and over. Its just plain fun. The drinks are right and the food.... the loaded brisket fries are fire. I'm old enough to appreciate the spotless floor, the immaculant kitchen, and the recently cleaned bathroom. There's a massive outdoor seating area and several indoor areas. Perfect for group parties or friend hangs. We did the dance lesson before too....great. This place should be an Omaha (um...Ralston) landmark.

The guy at the door wasn’t going to let my friend inside at 9:30 because he thought she looked drunk. She was totally fine, also, it’s a BAR. But they let a girl right in who was openly flashing a weapon (I’m cool with carrying) but she was being out of line about it. Finally got in after standing my ground about not letting my friend inside. If you don’t like country music, this place is for you. They play almost no country music. It’s all newer “pop” made up line dancing songs, like the TikTok trend BS is what you’re going to hear. However, the crowd was fun and the bartenders were so nice.

Buschwackers has brought me so much joy. I learned a passion for a country dancing that I never thought would have been attainable. The staff have been incredible and are so welcoming. For the last 3 1/2 years, I’ve been up to Omaha from Lincoln at minimum twice a week every single weekend. This is genuinely one of my favorite spots on earth. The community is unmatched. Thank you so much Buschwackers. You will have forever left an imprint on me. Hopefully many more dances and good times to come. - Nick Boes

We just shot a video for a local DJ Nick the Quick during a concert for a popular country artist Logan Mize. The venue is so versatile from outdoor to indoor. It can hold a significant amount of people. There isn't a bad seat in the house from an acoustic or view point. The large staff is very professional and friendly. Great deal of parking on either sides. Super huge dance floor that still seems to stay packed especially on Thursday nights which is their Country College Nights with DJ Nick the Quick. They definitely have the country scene here in town on lock. The outdoor concert area gives off Lincolns Railyard vibes or a mini Capitol District. Can't wait for Husker tailgates here. We have not shot a wedding here yet, but would love to. Would be an awesome place to have a wedding since everything is within walking distance. Looking forward to returning!

The bar was well stocked and they offered basic bar food

One game within 10 minutes, I already maxed the ticket amount.

On October 3rd, 2025 my husband and I visited this location with our 6 yr old. We have never been here before. We were seated to order food and our server Maggie was absolutely amazing!!!!!! Our child has some behavior issues and instead of her judging us and being rude, she helped us!!! She saw an emotionally tired mom and dad and jumped right in to help. It was so amazing honestly. (We dont have friends and family to help in any way). To know a wonderful human being, a complete stranger, saw this and stepped in was greatly appreciated. Our kiddo finally ate and listened due to her help. I left in tears! My husband was so grateful as well. I highly recommend this establishment and especially Maggie for her amazing service!!!

Overall disappointed. Prices are all over the place and don't make much sense. 3 non alcoholic fountain drinks $13. Order of 8 Southwest Eggrolls $14. I ordered the egg rolls to go. I was told they would be ready in 5-8 minutes. 39 minutes later they finally got them to me. The flavor was okay, but the consistency was soggy mush due to them sitting in the container for so long. I'm left wondering how much better they would have been delivered fresh. Instead, I can only use my imagination thinking about that crisp crunch we all love in an egg roll.

The shows here are always entertaining but the restaurant operators kill the mood with their "2 item minimum" policies, and mediocre food. If the food was good and fairly priced customers wouldn't need to be conscripted into purchasing it 👎🏻

As a comedy club, fantastic. Great layout, acoustics and the comedians we have seen there have been great. Servers are attentive and friendly. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the 2 item per person minimum and forced 18% gratuity for small overpriced drinks.

Greal location, awesome food. Sound quality is great, they have a ton of up and coming comedians. Pricing on the tickets is wonderful, far better than some of the other local venues. I'll gladly come here again.

I loved the new venue. The layout was perfect. The transition from line to seats was faster than expected and moved smoothly. The arcade next door is the perfect fit for killing time before the show and having an appetizer and drink. Once we were seated our waitress Ashlee was incredible! She got our drinks and food order in so quick we had plenty of time to eat between being seated and the show starting. There was someone being obnoxious during the headliners set and I have to be honest. Security did a great job putting an end to the nonsense in a timely and quiet fashion. Can't wait to see more shows in the future!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our server was attentive to our drink needs. No food was ordered or eaten so I cannot comment aside from it looked tasty and smelled good.
Chris R — Google review
My wife posted but: We came to this club’s new location expecting a great night, especially after paying extra for VIP tickets. Instead, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. VIP apparently means sitting in the 3rd row off to the side, nowhere near the stage. On top of that, even though we bought tickets for a group of 4, they crammed us together with another group of 4 at the same table, making it an awkward party of 8. Service was absolutely unacceptable. We placed our full order for food and drinks as soon as we sat down. Drinks came, but after that our server vanished for most of the night. She didn’t come back until the third and final act, only to admit she “lost” our food order. We had to reorder everything, and by the time food finally showed up, it came with to-go boxes. So basically, we spent the whole show waiting on food we never got to enjoy. We also paid for endless refills — got exactly one. When you’re charging premium prices, that’s ridiculous. And then to top it off, they automatically added an 18% gratuity for service that frankly deserved zero. All in, we spent around $300 between tickets and food, and it felt like a complete waste. This was not just a bad night — it was a poorly run operation from seating, to service, to the handling of orders. For a new location, this is inexcusable.

First comedy show we have attended! Had a blast seing Josh Blue. VIP seating was top notch, but really I think you could sit anywhere and enjoy a show. Servers were busy but attentive, food was good. Overall a great experience

Dundee Dell is a charming neighborhood pub that has been delighting patrons for over 85 years. This inviting spot offers an elevated take on classic pub fare, with a menu that features kid-friendly options alongside its world-renowned fish and chips. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind with a drink from their impressive Wall of Scotch or selection of microbrews.
We had a great time at the Dundee dell. We went for happy hour, we started with the fried pickles. They were delightful, breading was the perfect amount and the ranch that came with it was rather tasty. My wife got the 3 sliders and said they were really good. I went with the fish and chips the two piece and it was more than enough food. Especially with the appetizer. The fish was fried well and nice flaky fish. The tartar sauce did need stirred on arrival as it was a little watery but once stirred was really good! Definitely will be back. Best fish and chips I’ve had since London last year.
Connor L — Google review
When the menu says “world famous,” you know that’s what you have to order. So, all four of us did exactly that. “World famous fish and chips.” It’s very good. The fish is tender and moist, coated with a light, crisp batter. The tartar sauce is excellent, and not like the usual tartar. The fries (chips) are also very good. In fact, I couldn’t stop eating them, even though I should have stopped. The service is very good, and friendly. I should mention that our food came out very quickly. My only complaint is that there was enough background sound to make conversation challenging. If you’re headed to Dundee, you should definitely give the Dell a try. You may have to park a bit away from the cafe and walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The lovely ladies running the bar did a fabulous job, and the drinks were very good. They were friendly and enjoyed answering our questions. We did not eat here, but the people on both sides of us did. The food looked and smelled amazing, but we had just finished dining up the street.

I just love everything about Dundee Dell! I've heard it's one of the oldest restaurants in Omaha. Since it's only about a block from us, we just walk over. I'm not a huge fish and seafood fan, but the fish here is absolutely delicious! Connected to the Dell is a whiskey bar that has live jazz on Thursday evenings. What's not to love? This place is a winner! Tip: Get the "proper cut" fish basket and it's enough for 2 people to share.

Fairly pricey but very worth it for an occasional outing. We had the daily special (beef roast) and the wagyu burger and both where excellent. Burger is honestly top 10 burgers I've ever had, and I've had many burgers. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Restaurant layout is a little strange though.

What a great Omaha gem! British style pub dating back to 1915 . The menu has something for everyone and our Cottage pie and Pesto Chicken Sandwich was perfect! If you are only visiting Omaha for a few days, this is a "must" on your itinerary.
ZenOne — Google review
....absolutely worth the visit. There was plenty of parking and we were seated immediately upon arriving. We went for an early dinner, and there were plenty of tables available. Service was just excellent. The food arrived in a timely manner and was all delicious. The fish and chips were the best. Hugh portions and not at all greasey. The curry sauce, is a must try. It's an English curry sauce, not to be confused with your Indian curry flavor!. Definitely going back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.
Javed K — Google review
We were seated right away and had our drink order taken pretty quickly and then, to be frank, we were completely forgotten about. I was finally able to get our server's attention after over 20 minutes. When I somewhat hangrily asked to Please take our order her jaw hit the floor. She immediately realized. We are firm believers in grace and know that everyone makes mistakes. In other instances our server has not wanted to face us but she absolutely owned up to the mistake, apologized profusely, and told us our drinks were on the house. Our food came out quickly. My husband drooled over his Reuben Royal special, declaring it tied with his other Omaha favorite! Even though it's not on traditional rye he enjoyed every component thoroughly. The fabled Fish & Chips also lived up to the hype! Crispy, light, flaky... not greasy at all. I nearly ate all 3 pieces which is unusual for me. Tartar full of Dill and Horseradish, extra lemon on everything. Fries were ordinary, I was surprised that Coleslaw wasn't an option. This also tied for first place on my quest! Our server never again left us for more than a few minutes. Considering how the situation was handled we would have zero reservations returning! Food was Excellent!

Cocktail bar
Bar
Nestled in the Old Market district of Omaha, The Berry & Rye is a renowned cocktail bar with a retro-chic ambiance. Despite its relatively recent establishment, it has become a classic craft cocktail destination. The bar is set to undergo remodeling, potentially elevating its status even further. While it doesn't have a dedicated non-alcoholic menu, the bartenders are adept at creating exciting mocktails.
If you're in downtown Omaha and looking for a cocktail experience that stands out, this eclectic bar is a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere hits you with its vibrant mix of vintage charm and modern flair. The dim lighting, quirky decor, and cozy seating create the perfect backdrop for a night out, whether you're with friends or on a date. The cocktail menu is where this place truly shines. It’s far from your typical drink list—expect inventive concoctions that blend unexpected flavors with local ingredients. The bartenders are true artisans, taking the time to craft each drink with precision and care, all while engaging with guests and offering expert recommendations based on your preferences. If you're someone who enjoys exploring new flavors, this is the place to do it. The service here is exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and personable, the staff adds to the overall experience, making you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or someone just looking for a fun night out, this bar delivers on every front. Overall, it’s a gem in downtown Omaha, offering not just drinks but an unforgettable experience that will have you coming back for more.

May 3rd, 2025 So happy we chose here for our after dinner spot for the night. What a beautiful lounge with comfortable seating, fabulous cocktails (ordered the Lavender Blue & Yukon Gold), good music. Very classy yet not stuffy, it’s very enjoyable to just hangout here all night. I recommend you’ll thank me 🥰

Amazing cocktails and great vibes! The place was so cool and stylish and the bartenders were very welcoming. 100% coming back again next time I’m in Omaha.

No food but nice place great drinks. This is a upscale place to drink at. Had to update my review. You can get a good choice of beer and most whiskey.so much whiskey it's 5 kevels. Look at the bartender climbing the ladder to get bottle!!!!!!!!!! Lots of quality drink here!
Gary W — Google review
This is the best bar in Omaha, which makes it the best bar in an approximate 600 mile radius. All the bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable, to the extent that they all have their own custom cocktails on the menu. I have never had a more personable experience in the service industry, either. I could come here on any given day and find something here or even in myself that I didn't have the day before. Whether you're just passing through or finding a spot in the area to roost, this is it. Much love to all the people who make this place happen. Keep on doing you, it's flawless.
Max B — Google review
This is a nice bar with deliciously boozy drinks. There is no kitchen, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It seemed like our group's server was always around when I wanted her and brought the drinks out fast. The layout was great for our group and facilitated conversations. And it was easy to pay my portion of the check at the end.
Mike S — Google review
During our most recent visits to Omaha, we set out as usual to research and visit any potential stand out craft cocktail bars. My searches led us to a few places including The Berry & Rye. Our conclusion? The Berry & Rye was the most unique and exceptional craft cocktail bar we visited. It had a true unique and independent vibe, The decor was posh, swank and vibrantly eclectic and classy, the mixologist was super cool and chill, welcoming and hospitable, and talented and independently innovative. We enjoyed our craft cocktails; and then I enjoyed a pour of my favorite Italian digestíf (Braulio) afterwards.
James C — Google review
One of my favorite cocktail lounges. Everyone I have taken there has loved it! I love how they change up the menu regularly, but leaves some of the classics. Their cocktails are well crafted, I may have only disliked 1 out of the many drinks I have tried. Our servers have always been great, they check on us multiple times and are very sweet. The ambience is delightful, it’s not loud in there which makes for a great spot to sit and chat with friends.

Nestled in Benson, Edge of the Universe Cafe is a vibrant and ever-changing spot that reinvents its concept every few months. The cafe offers an array of beverages including coffees, lattes, cocktails, gourmet hot chocolates, and more. Its stylish setting reflects the latest theme which also showcases local artists and supports different nonprofits. This museum coffeehouse hosts special events like Star Wars-themed days and trivia nights.
I hosted a themed party here and I could not have asked for a better venue! Adam made all my ideas come true and everything turned out even better than expected. The party had brunch themed charcuterie with pancakes, French toast sticks, bacon, sausage, fruit and more goodies! I had a signature drink served in potion glasses but the best part might have been my cake. I provided some inspiration pictures and the cake was even more elaborate and impressive than the photos. Not to mention it was delicious and my guests were raving about it. The venue itself is so whimsical that I really didn’t need to bring any kind of decorations. Adam made a door picture and put it on an easel and decorated it with flowers and candles. All of the staff working the event were friendly and attentive. I would absolutely book another event here!

If you ever go to benson, this is a must try place. I got the matcha and my friend got the mocha latte and we loved it. Especially the interior was amazing. It feels like you’re in a different world. The servers are very kind. They have seasonal drinks, alcohol drinks and everything. Absolutely coming back.

I celebrated my birthday on a Saturday afternoon during regular business hours and it was wonderful. We had about 20 people and the venue was great for folks to walk around and talk to everyone. The drinks and food were phenomenal.

One of the most magical experiences in Omaha to date for me. First off Adam, the owner was very impressive. He explained that he built all of the bars theme, sculptures, and setup the items in the bar by himself. The lighting was great, the vibes were so fun and spooky. There was music playing and he even let us pick a couple as a night cap. Drinks were made well and very fun! I sure hope to come back and would recommend anyone else to.

Put this spot on your to do list if you’re in the area! popped in on a whim and absolutely loved this place :) coffee was delicious & the atmosphere is whimsical.. you almost forget that you’re in the city once you step inside. I haven’t seen anything like this where I’m from (Chicago). Will come again if I find myself in the area 🙂‍↕️

I highly recommend The Edge of the Universe! This space truly feels like you’re healing your inner child the moment you walk in. I don’t drink alcohol, so it’s amazing to enter a bar where I can order fun and creative non-alcoholic drinks without feeling out of place. My son’s favorite drink is the Butterbeer — if you’re a Harry Potter fan, this is definitely a magical spot to visit! They also regularly change their theme, which keeps things exciting. Right now it’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, which happens to be my favorite Halloween movie, and they’ve done an incredible job with the ambiance. Such a charming, welcoming, and imaginative place. Highly recommend!
Maria T — Google review
Magical, whimsical, wonderful unique spot to grab your favorite beverage whether it’s coffee or a more adult beverage. They have interesting decor throughout the place, many spots to sit, some bar seating, and a great environment to just hang out and enjoy your drink.
Sara — Google review
The art in the place is amazing! They are constantly changing it to go with the season, whatever they are feeling, or theme. It is on a whole other level. We just had coffee and macrons which were good. Go for the atmosphere and find yourself enjoying a nice coffee or snack.

If you're on the hunt for a vibrant comedy venue that showcases an eclectic mix of performances, look no further than The Backline Comedy Theatre. This gem offers everything from improv and sketch to stand-up acts featuring both emerging talents and seasoned comedians. It's not just a place to watch; aspiring comics can also hone their skills through various classes and workshops available at the theater. Many visitors rave about their experiences, often attending shows with friends or family to enjoy laughter-filled evenings.
The Backline has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel well-cared for, whether you're a student, performer, or audience member - and I'm frequently all three! The drinks are yummy and the staff is top-notch. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There are places to sit while you wait in the lobby for your show. The Backline showcases many amazing comedians, and offers awesome classes and workshops to the public to create the next generation of amazing comedians! I highly recommend coming to see a show, and taking classes, too!

Comfortable space, truly talented performers, and an awesome community!! The Backline is my favorite place in Omaha- I wish I could give it more stars!!
Robyn H — Google review
The backline is an amazing space! I appreciate the recent renovations including a bar with both basic and craft cocktails. It was easy to buy tickets ahead of time but also day of show. What really sets this venue apart from the rest is it feels like a welcoming space. Some of the local performers are really good at their craft and constantly let you know that anyone can do it. I also really like that if someone is too loud or heckling they will quietly tell them to stop so everyone can enjoy the show.
Andrew C — Google review
Always try to get to a local comedy club when traveling which is a lot. I love to support local businesses and wish I could give more stars but This one a big disappointment. It just wasn’t funny and most of time couldn’t hear or understand what they were saying. My wife who is a biological woman and identifies as a woman had no bathroom choice for a woman only but gender neutrals had 2 choices. Everyone should have choices. At least have a lock on door when you go in so only one at a time can enter might be the solution.
Richard Y — Google review
The Backline feels like home! Everybody in the community is so supportive and welcoming. And funny. Very funny. My only qualm is that they don't serve milk by the gallon.
Ariele P — Google review
Genuinely such a fun spot, the community is one of the most welcoming I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, will definitely be a repeat customer! Also thrilled at the presence of gender neutral bathrooms, it still always stuns me when somewhere has them, but it means the world on a good night and even more on a bad night! Thank you for a wonderful time and I am excited to come back!
Rhinella M — Google review
Great community of aspiring comics who let the budding comics blossom and flourish. Came on open mic night and will be back again! Great time! Already have our tickets to go back this coming Wed.

This is a great place to try something new! There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a performer or a spectator. I also love the location downtown, and it’s great that they have gender neutral restrooms. Thank you for providing a safe space in Omaha for everyone to have a good time!

The 40th Street Theatre, originally known as The Hamilton Street Theatre, has a rich history dating back to 1905 when it served as a Vaudeville theatre. It offers live theatre, traveling troupes, and live music for entertainment. The venue is renowned for its beauty and spaciousness, making it a popular choice for weddings and events. With its unique character and backdrops, the theatre provides an enchanting setting for special occasions.
Oh, my, what a beautiful venue! We were there for a wedding. The owners/staff were so helpful and kind. The decor was festive (December 2024) and quirky. Don't let the plain exterior fool you, this is an ornate old theater great for many different events. The courtyard was lovely as well.
