Pitch Pizzeria is a modern and stylish restaurant known for its Italian specialties cooked in a coal oven. It's a popular choice for delicious dinners, offering coal-fired pizzas with gourmet toppings like the Shrooms pie and the Marsala. The restaurant also features a weekly pizza special, adding variety to its menu. Despite being famous for its happy hour gatherings, Pitch Pizzeria is kid-friendly, as all menu items are made using handmade dough.
What a fun place to check out while in this area of Omaha. We loved our waitress who made our visit fun. They have a fabulous bourbon selection that we enjoyed, and the truffle fries were amazing. The other drinks our group ordered were delicious as well. We also enjoyed the Meatballs and the Brussel Sprouts that had bacon with them. If you find a bourbon here that you enjoy, they can sell you a bottle if you care to purchase one, and their prices are competitive!

Delicious gluten free pizzas! Buffalo cauliflower was tasty, as were the truffle fries. Will absolutely be back!

It’s my first time here. I’m impressed by the interior, the food. Everything was perfect. Server was very helpful. I got their chicken pizza and fries. I usually don’t like fries that much but these fries are something else. They were sooo good. I definitely recommend this place.
ASH — Google review
Gluten free pizza by the slice 🤯 and it was great! The crust struggles a little to hold up to the toppings, but I'm not gonna complain because they were amazing and I'd rather have too much than too little for sure. My boyfriend enjoyed his normal crust slice as well. Overall a good deal given the size of the slices!

I'm a foodie blogger who loves to travel and try new restaurants, especially brunch spots. And I have to say Pitch is literally the best Brunch Ive ever had. I was so impressed and the food was exceptional. The staff was great and the breakfast cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend. I ordered the Bourbon bacon sandwich, waffles with fruit and the smoked pork casserole. All of the dishes wowed me. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be coming to travel back for brunch

I liked the vibe of this restaurant but the high-top table chairs were super uncomfortable. The service was good. Our food was just okay. The "You Pick 2!" is a pretty good deal. I got a slice of pizza and the meatballs. I had the Proteina and my husband got a slice of the Tin Man. My daughter got the Tai Salad but thought it was pretty flavorless. We also got the Piaso Cheese Bread.

WE ARE VERY UPSET! Me and my friend are both Muslims and as the whole world knows by now, unless you are very uneducated, we have some food restrictions. First we ordered some NON-alcoholic drinks and we asked for a 0.0% drink and said to make sure it doesn’t have any traces of alcohol and asked for some starters. They said these ones don't have any traces of alcohol and brought us a different drink than the one we asked for. We got the drinks took a sip it tasted disgusting but made us go ahead and read the can and it had up to 0.5% alcohol, not only is it not okay with our religion, but Im currently pregnant and thats just messed up on so many levels. I told them we cant drink that and that it has a bit of alcohol and the reply way aggressive that all non alcoholic drinks have a percentage, which is not true... AFTER THAT we ordered pizza my friend asked for buffalo chicken pizza she told the waitress 4 TIMES!! NO BACON NO BACON Please make sure there’s no bacon. The waitress said there will be no bacon on there. We get the plates she’s eating her pizza mid way gets a huge chunk of bacon she spits out. Finds out her whole pizza had little pieces of bacon all over. When we addressed the issue and asked for a manager. The manager didn’t come talk to us just sent back the waitress and we were being gaslit that the dish has no bacon LIKE WE ARE BLIND. We told her there is bacon and what the waitress did was make us pay for the sprites we ordered in exchange for the alcoholic drinks they gave us and the starters. We just cant believe we were being nice throughout this very disrespectful situation while we kept getting gaslit. We will be taking legal action.

This is always the first place I recommend to eat if I'm ever asked. The service hasn't failed me yet, and neither has the food. Sure some could argue it is slightly expensive.. but you pay for the experience. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, and the right people with you make this place unforgettable. Personal recommendation is the wings as an appetizer (buffalo sauce or this other sweet and spicy option) and a chicken pesto pie pizza. Safe and always does the job :D **If you leave this place and still haven't had enough, there's an ice cream place just up the street** just saying

Italian restaurant
DANTE is a cozy Italian restaurant in Omaha, known for its wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and rustic Italian cuisine made with fresh local produce. The restaurant is committed to providing an authentic Italian experience, offering a wide selection of wines from across Italy. With a small pleasant patio, friendly service, and excellent cocktails, it's a great spot to enjoy seasonal dishes during spring and summer.
Waited far too long to try dinner here! Prompt service, absolutely never rushed, but the next course was ready as soon as we finished the prior. Pizza is delicious, I'd never thought I'd love the crust as much as the toppings. Cocktails are balanced and flavorful. Pasta was top notch, perfectly al dente for both dishes. I loved the seafood pasta and the noodles on the Bolognese were fun and just the right thickness and size to accompany the sauce Star of the night was the butterscotch buddino. So rich and flavorful, I could have eaten 12. Will 100% be back again, and I'm not sharing the Buddino next time!
Liz G — Google review
I went to DANTE on a Saturday at 2:30 PM. We were sat down quickly and there were a few people there. The restaurant was decorated nicely, but the chair types and shapes varied despite being at the same table (ex: one had armrests and the other didn’t). Not a negative, just an observation. The happy hour is from two to five, where most of the menu is half off, great value. We ordered, and it was promptly served within fifteen minutes of ordering. We had the meat lovers pizza, the Parma, Brussels sprouts, and a butterscotch dessert which were all really good. The butterscotch dessert is a must. They had very fresh ingredients and the pizza was wood-fired and very authentic. Our server Jessica was very nice. Can’t wait to visit again!

A nice little spot for a date night or special occasion. My girlfriend and I got the fried calamari, clams and spicy sausage, and braised oxtail with gnocchi. Fried calamari (4/5) was awesome although a bit too salty for our tastes. A lemon wedge or some aioli on the side could have helped cut down on the salt. We enjoyed the clams and sausage (4.2/5). The dish comes with bread to mop up all the sauce. Solid dish. Our favorite was the braised oxtail with gnocchi (5/5). The gnocchi were perfectly cooked and pillowy. The oxtail was tender. However, we were in love with the mushrooms in the dish! They were so meaty and had a great texture. If this dish was made with just those mushrooms, we'd get it again in a heartbeat! Service was a bit slow from our server, and our drinks were decent but nothing to rave about. We got the ginger peach spritz and a Peach Bellini. Overall, a great restaurant that we'd like to come back to and try the other dishes. I would love to give their pizza a try as well.

This is my families go-to birthday dinner spot! The food is perfect for sharing and trying a bite of everything. I’ve never had anything bad from this place and I love how their menu rotates. I didn’t take any pictures of the pizza but that’s always delicious also. Highly recommend

Great margherita pizza. They are busy on evenings, especially on weekends. PS. On my last visit I found out they have half-price happy hour 2-5PM daily. So, it’s exciting!
Ann M — Google review
I booked Dante’s to cater for my wedding and they were incredible! Everyone loved the pizza, they were so easy to communicate with, and even boxed up the extra pies at the end of the night! If you’re looking for a place to cater pizza from for a large event, I would highly recommend this place!
Avery C — Google review
The food was phenomenal. Presentation of each plate and the gelato was like fine art. Every dish was delicious and the wine was *very* good, better than you'd expect at this price point in every way. The wait staff blew me away, particularly Raychelle, who treated us like royalty from start to finish, she even signed our to go boxes! My kids loved her. She elevated the experience, which is not something I need or expect when dining out, but it really sticks out when someone goes the extra mile. I would gladly drive three hours for this experience again.
Matt S — Google review
Disappointing experience today. Been there numerous times. Apparently, they have changed their happy hour. Used to be 1/2 price anything on their menu during happy hour. Today went to pay our bill and noticed we were charged full price. When I inquired, I was told what we ordered was not on the happy hour menu. However, we were not given a happy hour menu though when we arrived during happy hour. When we spoke to the manager they shared that happy hour has changed & they now have a special menu. Perhaps staff should hand them out to customers.

Pizza restaurant
Noli's Pizzeria in Blackstone is an industrial-chic bar and eatery that brings the taste of New York-style pizza to Omaha. Owner Joel Marsh went to great lengths to replicate New York City's water, believing it contributes to the iconic crispy yet foldable crusts of their pizzas. The pizzeria effortlessly combines tradition with artisanship by featuring specials and using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
Stopped in on a balmy Saturday afternoon for family lunch before the Husker game. Noli’s knocked it out of the park! The pizza was amazing as always. The crust has a gracious crispiness to it while still being airy with a respectable amount of chew. The toppings are balanced in achieving great combination of different flavor profiles but do not overpower its relationship to the crust. One of if not, they best pies in all of Omaha. Nestled down in the Blackstone district with lots of happenings, make the time to take the time to get there to enjoy genuinely great pizza.
Hernandez S — Google review
Solid New York Neapolitan style pizza - it’s a good fusion of two and it has the best of both styles - large slices but good char on the crust. Don’t load it up with toppings though - the pizza crust and cheese are what make it shine, too many toppings turns it into a bit of a sloppy mess in my opinion. Therefore I don’t think many of the speciality pies are that good, I’d build your own and get 1-2 toppings max, or just get the cheese ones. Also don’t sleep on the grandma pie it’s light and has a great Parmesan crust.
Sameet S — Google review
A year or two ago I would have given Noli’s a 5 star review, but I don’t know if it’s been since they opened their second location, but the one in Blackstone has gone downhill. Last night, my pizza was luke warm, despite showing up for it ten minutes before its estimated ready time, and had weird holes in it where the crust was missing entirely. The garlic knots, well I wasn’t sure where the garlic was, and they were also not warm at all. When you order from Noli’s and are paying $30 for a regular sized pizza, you really expect better. It’ll be a while before I return, and hopefully some of the issues are fixed.
Hans O — Google review
I ordered from here thinking it was going to be so yummy from the photos but once my food had arrived. Not only is this something I could have done in my kitchen but the “garlic” knots are really just a HUGE clump of garlic and some sad looking bread balls that reek may I add. The pasta looked thrown together and didn’t even come with sausage. The last photo is what i thought i ordered. The only thing out of the order I was excited for was my Shirley temple but once my ordered arrived my drink did not. Never been more disappointed with a food order.
Sapphire — Google review
Fun staff. Amazing pizza. Was a little quiet but we there early. Definitely go and try.
John B — Google review
We went there on the worst possible night. The air conditioning was broken, they weren’t taking orders for at least 20 minutes when we walked in, honestly we were tired and figured we would wait either way. We ordered drinks and waited, the staff was exceptional, they kept letting us know they were still working to resolve the AC Problem, you could tell the entire crew was tired from the heat and frustration. The entire staff kept checking on drinks, they told us what they could make in the back oven. The cinnamon knots are amazing as was the cheese bread. We got our pizzas and they were perfect!!!! The sauce to meat to cheese balance was perfect for thinner crust pizzas! The margarita pizza was perfect, it was totally worth the wait! I cannot wait until we are in Omaha again to try this place yet again. These people were awesome on one of the worst nights you can have as an employee in the hospitality industry! Highly recommend this place for the pizza and the service!
K K — Google review
Garlic cheesy bread is fantastic! Pizza was good, but not as fantastic, we ordered Bianco and it was Feta heavy for our tastes I don't recommend the Caesar salad, dressing is just ok and ours had equal parts croutons to romaine (see photo). Service was just ok, and they weren't that busy.
Roxanne A — Google review
Tried Noli’s for the first time yesterday after a friend recommended it, and it did not disappoint! The food was super fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. I tried the margarita pizza and look forward to trying their other pizzas in the future.

Restaurant
Virtuoso Pizzeria by David Losole is a NY-style pizzeria that offers enormous 20-inch pizzas, with slices so large they can be considered a meal. The crust is both sturdy and foldable, with a delightful dusting of semolina flour for added texture. The staff is known for their patience and friendliness, making it a great spot to dine in. However, some customers have found the take-out experience lacking due to packaging issues.
Great experience and wonderful food! We tried a slice of 3 different pizzas and none of them disappointed. The cannolis are delicious!
Isabelle M — Google review
We had the 20" New Yorker Pizza . And the Italian Beef Sandwich. Both were amazing and the best I have ever had. The staff was very very good and helpful. David came and talked to us. Made it very personable. Would very highly recommend.
Jim D — Google review
We had heard great things about Virtuoso Pizza and stopped in for a quick lunch. It did not disappoint ! We had a slice that was fantastic. Fantastic crust with a nice chew and topped with crispy pepperoni cups. It is my wife's new favorite pizza! High praise because pizza is her favorite food group. The staff was incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with the owner. We'll be back on our next trip to Omaha and enjoy a whole pie.
Larry A — Google review
First time in and everyone made us feel at home. Fantastic pizza with interesting but familiar toppings and great crust; marvelous Italian beef sandwiches; and stellar cannoli. You can tell they use quality ingredients and pour some love into their food. Plus the staff are pretty darn cool.
Thomas S — Google review
5 stars all around! Everyone was so nice, pizza and cannolis were absolutely fantastic. Best place in Nebraska!
Destiny T — Google review
As for the pizza, it was larger than expected. 2 or 3 slices was more than enough. The taste was excellent and reminded me of a good slice in NYC. I would definitely put this in my top 2 pizza places in Omaha. We ordered a large pizza for carryout. They said it would be ready at 7:20, but it was closer to 7:35 before we got it. With that said, they were churning out the pizzas, so they were working hard. It was very hot in the restaurant, which was decorated in itaian colors.
Gabbie K — Google review
A place outside of Chicago that actually gets it. This spot knows what real Chicago pizza is supposed to be. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, asked for it well done, and they nailed it. They serve like you’d find in a neighborhood joint. And they knew the beverage pairing would be an old style. Best pizza in Omaha.
Tyler A — Google review
So, if you ever had real NY style pizza, you know that finding a good place os harder then it seems cause they all taste the same and nothing like real NY style. We saw this pizza joint while in Benson and had to try it, needless to say, ots the real deal. Then crust, cooked perfect on the bottom, a little floppy cause of the size of the slices, but plenty of crunch. Toppings were top notch, the wagyu hamburger pizza is by far top 2 best slices I've ever had. Really good pizza bottom line.

Pizza restaurant
Frank's Pizzeria on Capitol Ave has gained recognition for its New York style pizza, which has been praised as one of the top three winners in the Omaha World-Herald pizza Food Prowl. The pizzeria's deck ovens produce a firm yet foldable crust, and each slice is generously topped with gooey buffalo mozzarella cheese and tangy tomato sauce. The restaurant itself offers a modern ambiance with spacious indoor/outdoor seating options.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frank's Pizzeria in Omaha with my friends after the Berkshire Hathaway meeting, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as we walked in, I was struck by the restaurant's modern theme, with huge windows and indoor/outdoor seating options. The atmosphere was comfortable and visually appealing, and it felt like a great spot to enjoy some delicious pizza. Speaking of pizza, the food at Frank's was absolutely fantastic. We ordered a large cheese pizza, a cheese calzone, and a veggie pizza, and everything was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was melty and delicious. I appreciated the unique twists on classic toppings and the variety of options available. I also enjoyed the addition of arcade games, which made for a fun and entertaining touch. It was great to see both kids and adults alike having a good time, and it definitely added to the overall experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. All in all, I would highly recommend Frank's Pizzeria to anyone in the Omaha area looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable and modern setting. It's clear that the restaurant takes pride in providing a great dining experience, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their tasty menu offerings.

I order through UberEatsand they did not get my order from UberEats so had to wait another 10 minutes to even get my food to leave. Every part of my order was terrible! The Sandwich was rushed, and half made. The fries were half cooked, soggy, and cold, the bread is not held well enough together to even give the look of effort with the making of the sandwich. There was no cheese, barely any tomato sauce, and onions that were wet like a towel after a shower or the pool. The sandwich meat looks like all it had was seasoning, dropped on a frying pan for a quick second, then handed out to me. The WHOLE reason why i ordered from the restaurant is because i am vegetarian. The sandwich looks like it’s cooked mean, and honestly doesn’t even look cooked in general. Very disappointed. I wanted a refund, but guess what, They shouted “we can’t do that, you have to talk to UberEats” then turned their back on me to finish up cooking i guess? Doesn’t matter, you don’t dismiss a willing and new patron. Disgusting display of a restaurant.

I am from the East and am always searching high and low for a good New York style pizza. Frank’s pizza is leaps and bounds above everyone else in Omaha. Tasty sauce, quality cheese, and well made crust. My crust was not rounded correctly in this visit but no big deal. The pizza was made to order and served hot as it should be. The house salad was not very good. It’s hard to describe, but it was just a bunch of basic ingredients all separated but served in a box. It lacked flavor and the lettuce was brown in parts. The salad was a poor effort especially for $8. The place is a little awkward with a small ordering counter in the front and a dining room in the back. It is all counter service. I will go back because the pizza is the best in town, but will never order the salad again.
Jason B — Google review
Wonderful food. Enjoyed the chicken Alfredo, Mac and cheese bites, and pizza. Wouldn’t get the cannolis again, they were just ok. We’ve had their take-out a couple times. Overall, would return.

Got it delivered to my hotel. The focaccia crust is pretty delicious, but left for an uneven cook on the bottom. Solid flavors.
Chris S — Google review
I ordered through GrubHub at 1135 on a Sunday night. Hawaiian personal pizza (I chose the toppings because it’s not an offering) fried ravioli and a side salad. Had zero issues getting the order and everything tasted wonderful! I work late and it’s hard to find decent food at thst hour, but I will definitely be ordering from Frank’s Pizzeria again❤️ * not pictured, fried ravioli and salad, they were gone before I thought about a photo😁

Pizza restaurant
La Casa Pizzaria is a long-standing establishment that has been serving Neapolitan-style pizzas and Italian American classics since 1953. Their thin crust pizzas with flaky edges are a point of contention, as some diners love the texture while others find the optional Romano cheese to be an acquired taste. The menu offers various topping combinations, often featuring ground beef, mushrooms, and onions. In addition to pizza, they also serve fried ravioli and seasonal stuffed cannoli.
La Casa Pizzeria, a Neapolitan gem since 1953, is a must-visit! Their custom pizzas are perfection—crispy, chewy crusts topped with fresh ingredients. The meatballs are juicy, bursting with flavor, and the chicken Parmesan is comfort food done right. Don’t skip the tiramisu—it’s creamy, dreamy, and divine! Pair your meal with a cold beer or glass of wine in their lively, bright atmosphere that feels welcoming, never stuffy. My family has been coming here since they opened and the quality has never waivered. This family-run spot blends tradition with heart, making every bite unforgettable. If you love authentic Italian with a vibrant vibe, La Casa is your new favorite!

Toasted raviolis are amazing!! The spaghetti was fine…not a lot of tomato taste that I typically like. I probably don’t need to get the pizza next time…not a lot of flavor. It was fine. They were busy so service was a little slow but staff was friendly.

Pizza was very good, but not worth the $35 that I payed for it. Pretty small. Also, the guy that took my order seemed kinda rude. I sat in the bar while I waited for my pizza to be ready and drank 2 glasses of beer. The bartender was very respectful. He provided me with very good service unlike the guy that took my order.

We spent $100 here expecting an authentic Italian meal, and it was honestly the worst Italian dining experiences we've ever had. Both pizzas came out very overcooked and dry, the eggplant was undercooked with a sour, unpleasant sauce, and the overall quality felt far below what you’d expect for the price. When we politely brought this to the manager’s attention and even showed him photos, Victor looked at them and said, “Oh, it’s not as bad as I thought”—which is deflection of admittance. Said another table nearby was also served the bad pizza and we were told there’s a “new chef.” That’s not an excuse when people are paying good money for dinner on a Saturday evening!! Save your new chef for weekdays when its slower! The negative vibes of this place put it right in the food. The chef looked at the pizza and had a bad attitude- clearly they dont want to work. So we wont ever be back! Servizio non amichevole per le famiglie!! This place used to be reliable, but it’s gone way downhill. The food lacks authenticity, the staff seems indifferent (not Italian), and the atmosphere of true Italian hospitality is completely gone. For a restaurant charging this much, serving food that tastes worse than a frozen TV dinner is unacceptable. Date night turned into frustration, disappointment, and was ruined. Yes- bad food does do that!!! There are plenty of places that still care about quality and tradition — this just isn’t one of them anymore.

Always great and I get to stop in whenever I’m back in town. Friendly team, food comes quick and hot, and everything always tastes great! One of my favorites.

I always enjoy La Casa pizza. It never disappoints. I picked up a pizza for takeout on Leavenworth. It comes down to training your staff on taking the time to great and acknowledge a client. The gal with pink hair at the out take counter needs some training. Simple thank you and a smile is not too hard. I appreciate your attention.

What a great experience at La casa on Leavenworth. Food was just so tasty and u must try the excellent pizza...Genoa even without meat....OMG outstanding and great ravioli and wonderful meatballs. Served elegantly! Owners and servers are first class!!! Don't miss this comfortable dining experience!

Great customer service and I love spots that sell some gear. I came from Colorado and had to buy a T-shirt! The hamburger pizza was delicious and I asked for the different sides of sauces. Super unique taste and will definitely be always eating there when I visit Omaha for business and travel. Next I'm going to get anchovies on the pizza since side was only one piece haha. Can't wait to try their other options. I got to hear from one of the owners on the story of how they started and that's the reason I will continue to support their business. The sign outside has been in 2 movies and will continue to serve amazing pizza to millions where you can't buy anywhere else. Cheers Peppi! 🍕

Lighthouse Pizza is a contemporary pizza joint offering a variety of custom and specialty pies, including oversized slices. While they offer traditional pizza toppings, they also cater to those seeking unique flavors such as Thai chicken, mac-and-cheese, or fries topped with brisket, blue cheese, or truffle oil. The restaurant is known for its 9-inch slices and pies that are popular among both visitors and locals.
Prices were decent, service was quick and flavors were awesome. I ordered the barbecue pizza and side salad. Pizza was good, had a hint of Texas Pete, balsamic dressing was tasty as well. I would order this again.

We ordered lighthouse to go. It had been a few years from either my wife or I having it. I forgot how much I enjoyed their special sauce. The pizza came out as ordered and the crust is nice and airy. The Mac n. Cheese slice was a little dry for our liking but that’s where some extra sauce doesn’t hurt. The pizza bread bites were burnt on the bottom so they were just okay and the marinara that came with it was super thick and more had to scoop it out than dip it. Overall a very positive experience and we won’t wait a few years to have it again.

My wife wanted me to try Lighthouse pizza as it was one of her favorite places to go when she lived in Omaha. She still had loyalty punch cards for $2 off a slice from a while back and they honored them. She doesn’t really care for the sauce, but I thought it was a delightful addition to the meal and really regretted not having gotten the loaded fries with the sauce on them. I was a little hesitant only getting the one slice because I didn’t think it would be enough, but it was surprisingly filling. The dough is really airy and light and the toppings were so fresh. Being open so late is another play, by this establishment. I would definitely get a punch card and keep coming back.

Made two trips in a weekend and 3 in the last two weeks. Family were in town and were craving the Thai chicken pizza which you can’t go wrong ordering. Sad that the beef and blue fries are no longer on the menu but the pizza is enough to get me through the door!

Piezon's Pizzeria, located in Omaha, is a must-visit spot for pizza enthusiasts. The owner, Matt Vrzal, went to great lengths to perfect the pastrami sandwich on the menu by seeking advice from Katz's Delicatessen in New York. This dedication resulted in what many consider to be the best pastrami sandwich in Omaha. The pizzeria has a rich history and humble beginnings as a small shop off 156th and West Center Road.
A Slice of Wholesome Delight If you’re looking for a pizza place that feels like a warm hug from your grandma, look no further than Piezon’s Pizza. This charming little spot is run by the owner, who seems to be a modern-day superhero - cooking, cleaning, serving, and making sure every newcomer feels like they’ve just walked into a family reunion. He took the time to visit us 3 or 4 times to chat, tell his story, listen to ours. Piezon’s uses real ingredients, none of that mystery stuff you find at other places. The cheese, sauce, size, and toppings were all spot on for NYC Pie. Ovens imported from Brooklyn, stones blazing at 650 degrees. Now, I have to deduct a point for the crust being a bit dense, in all honesty, maybe a dab of salt is needed. Personal opinion, I enjoyed the whole pie, except the crust. The highlight of my visit was definitely the cheese pie, affectionately known as “the 55.” This was my favorite. Simple, to the point, no frills. Perfect. The multiple flavor options on a single pie plate is a game changer. It’s like a pizza buffet on a plate! Plus, they even combine individual slices for consumer savings because who doesn’t love a good deal? The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive In conclusion, everyone should give Piezon’s Pizza a try. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience. With its wholesome atmosphere and delicious food, it’s firmly planted in my top 3 pizza places.

Atmosphere was chill and clean. Food was okay. For the price I’d say it could be better. Hamburger pizza is a comparable to Big Fred’s personally & the Pepperoni is ok. We also got the Mahalo which is okay as well. You get about 2-3 slices of ham on each slice which leaves the rest of the slice off the pizza pretty skimpy / cheap … personally. All in all it’s an alright place nothing special. Yes we did try a piece off each pie before reviewing to give a fair review

Piezon's is great. Great people, great service, and great food. When the owner is as interested in his customers as Matt is your bound to have a good experience. I have wanted to visit Piezon's Pizzeria for a while now, and for some unexplained reason I just never go over there. Matt welcomed us as we walked in and greeted us as we left, you just don't get that at many places anymore. He also let us know that we could create an 18" pie with upto 4 of their normal pizza recipes. We did just that, and we throughly enjoyed all of them! The wings were done spot on, with a good crisp skin, but not overdone and dry. We did the Phoenix dry rum and got the Tropical Habanero and Extra Hot "34" sauces on the side. Both sauces were excellent, and I'd go back for that alone! Beers were good and cold and the staff were super friendly. So don't be like me and put off a visit to Piezon's if you've got em on your list! Also, any red blooded Husker fan owes it to themselves to take a visit. The signed pizza peels are great to look at!

Piezons what a great experience. We were meeting some friends at their place for dinner and ordered pick up. Got there a little early and was greeted by staff and told it would just be a couple more minutes. No worries got some pictures and watched the staff cook and get orders made. We got 2 pizzas and a calzone. We got a sausage and peppers and the Ducci and my wife did a build your own calzone. The pizza is great good amount of toppings but not too much, flavorful sauce, crust has a nice crisp but still has that chew you want. The calzone was fantastic, definitely 2-3 meals worth of food, filled with cheese and toppings my wife loved it and so did I the next day. One of my favorite pizza spots in Omaha. We will definitely be back.

I don't know how we've never been here before but so glad we tried it! We started with the fried cheese ravioli appetizer (perfectly chispy on the outside and ooey gooey cheese on the inside) which was a decent sized basket. We had trouble picking a pizze because several of them sounded good, so our waitress helpfully suggested we do the 18 inch and could split it to try up to 4 types of pizza! We decided on the Oh Mio Dio, The Dave, the Hos and the Mahalo, plus a 14 inch of The Ducci to make sure we'd have some leftovers for dinner and lunch the next day. Everything was fantastic! The crust was thin and crispy with just enough chew, the toppings were full of flavor and the perfect ratio. 🥰 literally the best pizza either of us have had in Omaha in recent years! We'll be back to try more soon!!

A great pizza starts with the dough. Piezons dough is aaamazing!!! We love the perfectly browned undercarriage. The sauce is homemade and very delicious. Restaurant
Tasty Pizza, located in Omaha, Nebraska, is a hidden gem known for its personal-sized pizzas that are about eight inches in diameter. Despite its simple menu options with few ingredients, the final product is described as delicious and closest to homemade pizza. The flavors of the pizzas are well-combined and make for an extraordinary dining experience. While the small size of the pizzas may not be ideal for feeding a family, it's recommended to order multiple if needed.
The service here was top-notch. Lots smiles, greetings, and an offer of a drink while I waited for my pizza. The place just has a great vibe and has a nice outdoor seating area. The pizza was only okay, something just tasted off. I'll definitely give it another try though.

When you went to order the employee really couldn't understand what you were saying and the communication was not there. When I ordered the say you can only add jalapenos to your pizza. No other toppings. She said you can take things off but you can't add any other toppings!!! I guess it's too complicated to put your hand into an ingredient and add it to the top of the pizza. . Atmosphere is pretty dirty none of the chairs match. The employees literally are always eating at the bar. The table has pretty sharp rough edges that snag your clothes. They store the pizza sauce in boxes where you sit and eat. There's a door that you see and literally their storage to their beer and dough. You have to go up and get your own silverware and watch people grade cheese from a block that multiple people touch with their hands. There really is no service you walk up like a fast food restaurant and order at a window they'll call your name and you pick it up. After complaining the employee did give me a side so I can add the topping myself. The employee was good and went out of her way. Pizza was good, the crust was a little chewy. The toppings were nice and fresh. They do have an outside patio that's actually nice and inviting. The place could be nice if they would just do a redesign of their interior to take advantage of all the wasted space and make it feel clean, comforting and inviting.

Had been hearing about Tasty Pizza so needed to try this establishment out. Ordered a basic pepperoni pizza. Wonderful pizza. Good crust, good sauce. Not an over abundance of toppings that make a pizza too heavy. The service was prompt and overall quick, especially for pizza. I look forward to dining here again and partaking in some of the other offerings.

It was a pleasant experience. Not your typical big chain pizza, but I think that’s a good thing. It definitely held true to their name. They could probably make the salads a little more exciting, but they were fresh and the ranch dressing was perfect and made up for it. We will definitely be back to try some of their other pizzas too.

The owner welcomes you write when you come in. Bread that is used as made from scratch with no preservatives. Felt like we were coming into an old mom and pop shop. When we found out that the owner works over 80 hours of a week, We were not surprised he’s just a good guy. He has his own garden that he grows produce and uses it in their restaurant. The pizza is really good and has wonderful flavor. You can tell everything’s made from scratch. Highly recommend you come and try it. It’s kinda of in an out of the way area location not near other restaurants or businesses.

Walked here from our hotel (1.3 miles) in downtown. Not too bad of a walk, just a lot of uphill. Not too busy when we came. A lot of people picking up orders. We were obviously not from the area. There were 2 gentlemen working the front. One of them seamed like an owner/manager. He gave us a quick rundown and made a legit suggestion on what size we should get for our party. Suggested the half sheet combination. We got half pepperoni and half Italian sausage and green pepper. The pizza took about 15 minutes to come out. He even threw in some cheesy garlic bread for the table! There was extra cheese on the top so we did not realize until we took a bite that the side we thought was sausage and pepper was supreme. We already took bites, so we let the staff know. They were nice about it. I preferred the pepperoni slices. Great taste. The underside could have been a bit more done, but the sauce was good, the cheese and pepperoni were great, and the overall flavor of the pepperoni was one of the better pizzas I have had. The supreme was too busy in my opinion. It had ground beef and that was almost too much in some bites as it took as lot of the bite but was not as well seasoned. The others I came with really liked that side of the pizza though. Will definitely be back if I am in the area! Worth the walk, just uber back. You will be too full to walk!

10/10. Real authentic flavors. The smell of the place is heavenly. They treat you like family the second you walk in. Prices incredibly fair. Bread was sensational. Deli meats to die for. I’ve been wanting to try Orsi’s for a bit. Had some friends in town, had just visited the Durham Museum so went to this place. A few notes…if you are imagining a cute ‘Little Italy” w several restaurants with a cute neighborhood w an Italian vibe…that place is long gone. Orsi’s itself, has a vine. Also, the goods it sells (bakery/pasta), don’t imagine an Italian Market, it’s very homey in a good way. The food itself was great. Tried a pizza w half pepperoni and half mushroom. They bake the cheese on top so some ingredients are difficult to see. It’s totally worth a visit, and writing this even at 7:45am has me wanting to try it again! Oh, their cheese bread comes w a side of sauce which is fantastic!

Oscar's Pizza & Sports Grille is a family-friendly pub known for its burgers, char-buffed wings, and big screens showing games. Located at 17330 Lakeside Hills Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska, this spot has gained a reputation for serving some of the best wings and pizza in the area. Their char-buffed wings are particularly popular, offering a unique baked taste and can be flavored with various sauces like Kujo hot sauce and garlic parmesan sauce.
Not the first visit, but the wings and pizza are worth the next visit. Oscar’s has really good wings at a $15.99 for 10 fat wings, for me it’s two meals for me/ I’d like to see a 6 pack on the menu. Char buffed is my go to, double dipped if you want to get messy. Pizza is also really good. Service was just right. Play some keno and enjoy. Oscar’s does show its age but makes up for it with the delicious food.

When we lived in Omaha, Oscar's was our go-to place for wings and pizza. We moved away 6 years ago and hadn't been back since. To celebrate our anniversary we decided to go back to Omaha and revisit some favorite places. The teriyaki wings were as good as we remembered. The first bite teleported us back to when we were Omahaians. So freaking delicious. If you like a little char on your wings ask for them to be char-buffed. We gave the onion rings a whirl this time as we'd never had them before. They were delicious also. We were seated immediately at 6pm on a Wed night, which is awesome. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We will definitely need to come back and not wait another 6 years to do so.

First off, the table tops are disgusting here, and they are in dire need of being refinished. I ordered the steak Philly cheesesteak sandwich and asked our waitress if I could take the mushrooms off, and I was told that the kitchen was really busy and they would try. What??? The sandwich was completely underwhelming- not enough cheese and totally flavorless.

I have eaten Oscar’s a few times when passing through Omaha and I love their pizza and wings! The mozzarella cheese sticks are great! I recommended asking for the wings to be naked and the sauce on the side to dip so they are crispy 😀 The service is friendly and quick with drinks and ordering as well! Great place to catch a game.
Aaron B — Google review
The food was good. We had wings and pizza. I would say the pizza was a great example of a tavern style pizza. The wings were well cooked and had great flavor. The only issue was that the wings' sauces were Applied like you might apply hairspray and cannot see. The sauce was sloppily slapped around some sides of the wings and pooled around the floor of the plate. There were wings that had four times the sauce needed or wanted on the left side and bone dried on the right side. The service seemed rushed and annoyed end though there were only 4 tables occupied. The place had maybe five or six teenager workers getting ready for the dinner rush sitting around while the bathrooms and whole dinning room looked absolutely disgusting. There were layers of dust caked on top of grease with more dust icing Long the hallway walls and bathroom. The entrance to the kitchen (right next to the bathroom entrance) was cluttered with old boxes and crates and everything seemed covered in a sticky film with dirt accumulating on the seams of a bunch of ductape that was trying to hold gross looking commercial mats to the floor? If you have the workforce why not use it? Have them clean and scrub and make sure your spaces are spotless.

Mangia Italiana is a casual, counter-serve restaurant that brings a taste of Italy to Omaha. Despite its name, it's not an upscale spot but rather a family-friendly eatery focused on serving delicious Italian classics like sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta dishes. The combo pizza is particularly popular, featuring sausage, beef, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and black olives.
I ordered the Vincent pizza with various types of smoked or Italian meats. Delicious! Generous with the toppings. Yum Yum. The person that took my order said it would be 35 to 40 minutes, but I came back and checked after 25 minutes and it was already in the warmer. Glad I didn’t wait any longer would’ve been cold or dried out. I was going to eat in the dining room, but it was super cold and not comfortable. So I just took it to go, which actually worked out even better. Definitely return… Good pizza… Next time I’ll just watch for the pizza to come out of the oven. Lol.

5 stars with some reservation. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta (pictured) to go. Good amount of sauce (some may think too much, but I like it saucy as long as it tastes good). That's a go to dish for me and most places have a generic boring sauce, this place didn't. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't amazeballs, but it's better than most I've had in Omaha. The reservation of the 5 star is just based on a few factors...the inside is a bit weird. From what I understand, you order your food at the counter then go sit down, so ask how it works if you plan on eating there. The parking is literally right off the street, so if you get a huge truck on one side, vision is bad when backing up. It's not quick food, but that isn't a bad thing at all, just be prepared. Service was good, they seemed nice. OH, and just pay attention to the days they are closed. Looks like every Sunday and Monday they are closed. Again, not a bad thing, just be aware.

First time eating here (08-10-2024) Food was excellent! I recommend the meat lasagna and the pizza they were both excellent. The house salad had a mixture of different lettuces which was weird to me. BEWARE: If you order the vanilla cannoli's there’s chocolate chips in them but they don’t mention that there’s chocolate chips on the menu. What if I was allergic to chocolate? How I know is I took a bite and could taste chocolate. I asked the waitress if there were chocolate chips in there and she said yes. I said I ordered vanilla though and she seemed not to care about getting me another one with just vanilla. I get kind of sick eating chocolate. (Please see pictures below of menu not mentioning about the chocolate chips)

Absolutely perfect Italian food. My 1st experience was at an event which was catered by Mangia Italia, and it was incredible. My next experience was with 5 people, all ordering different things and appetizers, and every item was delicious. The staff is overly helpful and patient with new people on what they should order, answering all of our questions and explaining each item we asked about. I loved everything about this restaurant, and I highly recommend you try it.

I have been meaning to try this place for years and finally did! I arrived around 1130 on a Saturday and there was plenty of parking. (It's a small lot) When I went inside it was very small & I did not see any seating so thought it was take out only, but one of the girls behind the counter asked if anyone in line was dinning in and gave us menus and directed us to where the seating was. It is a very small dinning area - one table for 6, 4 tables of 4, and then 2 booths (maybe 3) that could hold 4-8 depending on size and comfort of how close you want to be to others in your group. (Tables cannot be moved together to accommodate larger groups due to fire code! Don't be mad at the nice staff for this) There is also an outdoor area, but I did not venture there due to it being cold, but from inside it looked pretty! The food did not take too long at all to receive. The appetizers were huge and nothing short of amazing! I got the bruschetta and spinach artichoke dip...this was a lot for 2 & half ended up coming home. For the main meals, bow tie pesto with a meatball side and bow tie chicken marinara. Again....both of these meals were amazing! I loved that the chicken was cut up in bite sized pieces in my meal and not a big hunk or large slices. The meatball on the side was huge! Staff was extremely kind, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this place - even if it's just take out, you will be impressed and enjoy it just as much!!

This was my first time here. I ordered the combo pizza and it was fantastic. I’ve had great pizza before, but this place was amazing. The best pizza I’ve ever had. My partner had the garlic shrimp linguine. He said it too was great. I would highly recommend this place. I see why it was so busy. if you have a great product, people will keep coming back. I know I will be back.

We used Mangia for our wedding catering and the food and servers were amazing. They served 215 people in under an hour. We did have a mistake with our order, however, they did make it right after the fact. The food is delicious and we got so many compliments on how delicious it was!

Stopped back in for lunch again, and again, glad I did! Got the pizza slice and salad lunch combo, which for the amount you get I believe is a great value. The pizza slice is fairly large, and the salad is also a decent size as well. Their house Italian dressing is really delicious as well. All in all the lunch special was right around 10 bucks with taxes. Definitely stop in if you're in the area and looking for a quick and tasty lunch.

Mama's Pizza is a well-established local chain with three locations in Omaha, serving up a variety of Italian-American dishes in a laid-back setting. This family-owned pizzeria has been ingrained in the community for over 25 years, offering classic options like cheese and pepperoni pizzas as well as more unique creations such as Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and Chicken Pesto Pizza. The Saddle Creek location provides a cozy atmosphere where patrons can enjoy their delicious pies.
We have been buying from Mamas pizza for 10yrs. The fact that I’ve never had to put on my “Karen” hat with anyone there speaks volumes. The food is ALWAYS FRESH, MADE TO ORDER AND TASTES AMAZING. I even ordered tonight right before they closed & my food is obviously hot & fresh. I wish I could remember the name of the people I’ve interacted, but everyone is always so professional & kind. I hope they never go out of business!!! **We are the apple strudel dessert already 😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤

I don't believe there's a sign saying whether to sit yourself, wait for host, or what to do. Once you ordered your food, I was not told where to sit. Service, I'll give a 1. Food was okay. Starter wings were too small. Way too small for the price. The ranch dressing was really good though. The onion rings were delicious though. Perfect temp, crunch, soft to the bite. The bread for the Alfredo was pretty good, but the chicken was too dry. Oh, and the Alfredo sauce was too watery. The meatball sub was okay.

Really good pizza and wings. The creamy garlic ranch house dressing is good and not overwhelming. The kid’s mac and cheese was above average. It was well made and had good flavor. The service was good - orders were placed at the counter/bar and the food was brought to our table using a number system. Plates, silverware, condiments and to go containers were conveniently located for self serve. There was plenty of available seating for both small and larger groups, and ample parking on site.

I'm a pizza lover. We were in Omaha and close to the one on north Saddle Creek. So we went. The pizza was absolutely delicious. No skimping on ingredients. I rate it as one of the best pizza I've ever had. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Visiting and popped into this little gem. This place has been around for years and was of my friends favorite spots for pizza. We ordered a small meat pizza and it was perfect. It took about 15 min to get our little pie and it was worth it. I’ve had New York style pizza which I love. I’m not sure but maybe it’s a Midwest style pizza and I found it quite enjoyable. I loved the cheese on top and not too saucy as well as the crust was not overly bready. All and all I would totally recommend this spot if you are in the area!

Kids loved the pizza. Good atmosphere for sure; even other customers were friendly. Seems like a great neighborhood pizza place. My only complaint is that my French dip was lackluster. Zero peppers, onions, cheese, flavor in general. I’d go here again, just stick to pizza.

Pizza is really good! Beer selection isn't excellent. Servers not terribly attentive. Loud and looks kinda dated and run down. Tables and chairs were pretty worn out. Place needs a update, not a fan. It has the appearance of a church social hall or lion's club. Next time I'll do take out.

Brick Oven Pizzeria is a cozy neighborhood spot in Midtown Omaha that offers a wide variety of creative pizzas, calzones, and stromboli. The menu includes 44 specialty pizzas with options for keto cauliflower or gluten-free crusts, as well as plant-based sandwiches and vegan meat choices. The veggie pizzas come in different sizes and prices, catering to various preferences.
It’s not the first time we enjoyed the most delicious pizza ever at this location. Despite the fact we had to wait a little bit longer than usual but we knew it would worth it! The crust was unbelievable and the taste was unforgettable as always. There is no better place to admire the moment of joy with your beloved ones and absolutely tasty pizza in the whole state. Frankly speaking, the design of interior and the paper plates don’t matter at all because the pizza covers all the minor things that someone might not like. As for us, we would come there anyway even though there is no luxurious interior but it means nothing if their pizza is the best one! Plus, the service is outstanding too. Since we had to wait too long, we’ve got a treat- super delicious cinnamon bread sticks. It was such a nice compliment. Thank you, team! We appreciate it. Your loyal customers.

We got this our first night we stayed in Omaha and loved it! These pizzas are pretty big, we got two larges and it fed us for the next 3 days. The wings were really good too. I will say, it’s pricey. We paid like $27 per pizza, but worth it for sure considering the size and quality.

Came across this place looking for something on lunch break. Pizza was amazing!! Crust was crunchy and flavorful. The fresh veggies were great and the meat was perfect. Definitely be telling my friends and family about it. I’ll be returning in the future.

Brick Oven Pizzeria jumped into my top choices for pizza places in Omaha. I went with my wife and a buddy. My wife said it is her new favorite place in Omaha. She had a thick crust white pizza. Don’t remember her exact order. They have soooo many options and can customize as well. I had the P40 in the personal size. Fantastic had the normal crust. Sauce is very good touch of sweet. They had a nice spicier red pepper flakes with maybe cayenne or something else at the table was nice. Along with parmesan they brought out. I also got a P17 calzone it was very tasty. Enjoyed it dipped in both a marinara that was provided and some ranch. Which had great flavor as well. My buddy got a slice and a calzone as well hours slice had more of a thin crust he really liked and his calzone was perfect he said. All three of us had different crust options and they managed to hit the nail on the head with both a nice crisp bottom but good dough and not burnt. They have a good sized dining room around the corner after you order at the counter as well. Just a no frills pizza joint that won’t disappoint. Believe they’re open late night as well which is awesome. Already looking forward to our next visit!

As someone else said the inside of the restaurant is not much to look at but the food was amazing. We had 1/2 P4 & 1/2 P5 with chicken added large pizza. Chicken, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, black olives (half had a garlic cream sauce & the other half had pesto sauce). The crust was soooo good & they had a zillion combinations to choose from or you can build your own. Staff very friendly & we even got to talk to the owner who was also very friendly & told us the history of their business. They also make homemade bread which is also amazing! The only thing i would change is bigger napkins & real forks.Come try this place, you won’t be sorry! A little hard to find but it’s just east of Mrs B’s.

Not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be made?? but had to go through a lot of bites of just bread haha. bread is pretty good but it’s dry just eating toasted bread. once you got a decent bite it’s pretty tasty. maybe they can make the bread smaller ? or just add more ingredients to cover it. 12 inch cheese pizza we got was pretty good! good bread to topping ratio.

Got a stromboli. I would have rathered my husband's phone rang and been told whoever was working don't know how to make one vs be sold this disgrace for almost 16 dollars. I would have just ordered a pizza instead. Like just super disappointing, and just won't be back. If you really think this is acceptable, it's not. Being ripped off is also not acceptable.

The pizza was extremely hot served and mild at best. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very dark and dingy. Would love to see them add music and a huge facelift to the dining area. Bathrooms were a maze and the urinal was too tall for my littles. The appetizer was pretty good.

Dante Pizzeria Napoletana stands out as Omaha's pioneering establishment dedicated to authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and Italian cuisine. With a strong emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Dante crafts delightful vegetarian dishes that highlight the region's produce. A must-try is the Monterosso, a delectable white pizza featuring local potatoes, rosemary, garlic, and mozzarella.
Fabulous food. Their dough and flour id love to know where they get it because it comes out wonderful. Wood fired pizza with lovely a leopard-spot crust. A must if you love real pizza

Space is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Crust is fantastic. We ordered 2 pizzas. The oma-za was great. I'd skip the formaggio Quattro. It wasn't bad but I didn't feel like it was cheesy enough. The brussel sprouts were also great. That have oil, spices and extra parmessan that you can just help yourself to, along with plates and water. Prices for most pizzas were $15. Found the prices to be reasonable.

I recently visited with my kids on a day off school and while the food was tasty there were a couple of things that were not ideal. 1. No kids menu, which is fine if you just want pizza but I had a pasta request and the the only pasta dish that was really kid-friendly was $16 for a lunch portion, which was small. 2. The only drinkware is glass which was also fine but it would have been nice to have an option with a lid or when you are purchasing the individual bottles or cans if there was a smaller portion that was more appropriate for a kid size. The food is good and makes for a quick lunch stop in the Blackstone area but I will find something different next time I have the kids with me.

Much like their other location, the food is fabulous. We normally get the pizza (funghi rosso or diavolo are our favorites) and my 4 year old son will nearly polish off a margarita by himself when hungry. At this location it was busy for lunch and our food took probably 5 minutes for the pizza and another 5 for my wife who got the rigatoni bolonese. It was excellent, but pricy at $16 for lunch. The staff has been excellent the two times we came to this location. Note they have a parking lot to the west which is not well marked, but has reserved slots for Dante. Also, great view of the oven which is fun to watch. That reminds me of Cane Rosso in Dallas.
Patrick G — Google review
Having had a decent amount of NYC pizza I have to give it up to Dante's for a balanced pie and a delicious wood fired crust. I would consider the Margherita the standout pie having also tried the Guiseppe as well as the Bianco. The Bianco had a touch of spice and was the second most popular on the table. I also sampled the Farm Greens salad, the greens were nice and fresh and the lemon & thyme dressing was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and very friendly, we enjoyed our experience at Dante's.
Alexandra A — Google review
Some of the best pizza in the state. High quality ingredients make for great food. Pasta dishes are also amazing. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is I hate this location. Small, not enough seats, and poorly ventilated. You will smell like the oven. For the price point ordering at a counter feels cheap when the food is not. The block system they use is fine but you will definitely see a food runner at some point wandering around asking what type of pizza you ordered. This food is absolutely worth having, just maybe get it to go.
Braden J — Google review
A really unusual concept. You go up to a counter and order beer/wine/ pizza etc. if you have a larger party the person who knows “what’s going on” ends up basically being the server. You have to be aggressive as a customer. That said, I really enjoyed the experience. I had a Nero d’Avola Southern Italian Red and we ordered Beets and Kale and Brussels Sprouts as an appetizer. Both were excellent! The Kale was quick/baked and wonderfully crisp. Both were excellent We ordered 4 Pizzas all really great. Hand tossed, fire baked - very crisp. Loved it / a new service concept but it totally works once you understand what is happening.
Joe S — Google review
Would love to like this place. Service was great and the staff was friendly. The menu is quirky with lots of non-traditional pizza toppings. Unfortunately the place was really busy and my wood fired pizza came out with most of the crust charred. Didn't have the time to send it back so I decided to just deal with it. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and it came out with LARGE strips of prosciutto covering it, and it looked like my pizza was covered in skin. Ick! Not a good presentation for me. Once I removed it the rest of the pizza was good. The fennel sausage was tasty and what little of the crust wasn't burned was crisp and chewy like it should be. The soda comes in cans which is fine but I like a lot of drink with my meal, but water was available self serve. Prices are higher than I like to pay, was about $20 for lunch. I doubt I would go again as its pricey and I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to my pizza.

Zio's Pizzeria is a popular, casual eatery with three locations in the Omaha area. Established in 1985, it has gained a reputation for its hand-stretched New York-style pizza. The Old Market location is particularly busy during lunchtime, but the wait is worth it for their delicious pizzas, hoagies, pastas, and calzones. Families love this spot as kids can play with dough balls while waiting and enjoy generous portions from the kids' menu.
Love love love that you can get pizza by the slice! I want to go back and try all the different kinds! (We split or slices to try more!) the garlic knots are out of this world and I am excited to go back!

Wonderful pizza, awesome Greek salad, fair prices, and great service! Six of us shared a salad and each got a different kind of pizza slice and a soda and the bill only came to about $80. We left comfortably full and very happy. Thanks!

The pizza had great flavor but the wings stole the show fir me. Cooked perfectly and great flavor. The blue cheese had a great flavor with the Asian Zing sauce. It will be a stop next time I am in the area.

Came here by recommendation of a local and im sad to say it really wasn’t the best food at all. The cheese had a weird taste which made the whole slice taste bitter. They took long bringing out our order, once they brought the pizza they had forgotten about the pasta. We waited around 1 hr and 30 minutes so we had to walk out without getting our pasta!

WE LOVE ZIOS! So much so, we catered them for our wedding! We worked with Steve and Jeff at the Downtown location to come out to us in Council Bluffs. They worked with our crew of a little over a 100 so well, along with our budget and preferences. We did get some food items that were not on our order such as a spicy fettuccini alfredo and pepperoni pizza, but everything else came out FABULOUS!

First time we had delicious pizza and good service. This visit we were shown to a broken table and then brought to a proper table. Hostess gave menus and silverware and said a server would be with us shortly. 20 mins later and we still didn’t have water or any contact with a server. Several staff walked past but didn’t give enough eye contact to catch notice. Giving us plenty of time to think wasn’t a good move as I noticed a piece of chewed gum on the table. Needless to say we left the restaurant.

Not the best service. They were not busy and seemed to be well staffed. My pizza was good however my other family members slices hit and miss. My daughters pasta with meat sauce had very little sauce so it was dry and she wouldn't eat it. Had to ask for drink refills. No follow up after food was delivered. Definitely visiting another location next time. Also, the restaurant was extremely warm.

Used to go here all the time as a kid, haven't been in years. My wife said she never tried it, so I picked up an order to take home and she was impressed and I was pleased to see it hasn't changed a bit. Still the same delicious pizza we've always known. Generous on toppings and cheese and tastes very fresh. We will back soon!

Came on a Saturday so we knew the line was gonna be long. This was our first (and very sadly, only) time coming here. Ordered after waiting an hour and a half (not bad given how long the line was). Food was quick. Pizza was delicious. I loved the cheese toast. Onion rings had a tasty batter, but were a little raw so we took them home to finish cooking and then they were delicious. I’m so sad this place is closing

Went with a co-worker on his recommendation, since this was a place he visited often as a kid. Overall, it was ok. Building is definitely older and dated looking, but perfectly fine in a nostalgic kind of way. Walked in and bam!! Right into a long line. Apparently 1130 am is a huge time for lunch rush hour. At 12:00. There was almost no line. When we ordered at the counter, the lady taking the orders was gruff and abrupt but not necessarily, unpolite. I handed her my credit card, she tossed it back... Same with my coworker. Ordered the pizza lunch special and got a side of garlic bread. If you have any kind of appetite, definitely get a side if you're ordering the lunch pizza special, as the pizza is really small. however, the pizza and garlic bread were really good. Overall, Not a bad experience. I definitely would not seek this place out on my own. But if you're in the area and want a taste of Omaha nostalgia, it might be worth a stop in.

We get Johnny Sortino’s at work all the time! I grew up in Ralston and my parents have been bringing me here my whole life. Our family has hosted numerous birthday parties here, and I even had my baby shower here for my second baby! We love this place and will be missed by our whole family. Great place, great food, great people.

This place cares less for the take out customers. Pizza not bad. But apparently they quit taking phone orders or don't care about people on the phone. Called there 3 times this week. It will just ring about 10-15 times then it disconnects and you get hung up on. Terrible way to conduct a business. Heard several people complaining about it last time I went in there. If they treat the customer that way probably not a good place to dine in. Terrible customer service.
Ayden's T — Google review
Just 'had' to try their hot wings & 8"/mini Johnny's Pizza - not disappointed! Keep their sauce off your lips or get plenty of napkins. I couldn't help finish off the 3 slices; no need for a take out box! WOW - to think it took me so long before stopping in to this pizza parlor, it's my loss! We didn't mind the Arcade section but avoided the adjacent dining area for their game day setting. The four screens provide ample coverage, if your game is airing during their scheduled times. We looked beyond the dated decor and discovered a new HIGH BENCHMARK with their manicotti!! EXTREMELY flavor filled Red Sauce paired with an ultra buttery cheesey bread and side salad (we opted for the house dressing). We don't order pizza at a burger joint, so we didn't consider their burger options. The 8" pizza provides enough for two people but can easily be polished off by a hungry teen or elder. The crispy crust compliments the sauce very well with plenty of choice toppings for everyone, including anchovies for any adventure seekers. The checkered cut is standard but it didn't detract from our enjoyment. One might consider ordering extra meatballs with your pasta if you or your crew enjoys a meaty pizza. We found the food and friendly service more than compensation for the decor. COVID caused them to adjust hours, so call early or make sure you get there before they close. Either way, your taste buds will thank you!!
Momma ( — Google review
The lady that took my order was very nice. I don’t know if this was intentional or what but it was wayy too many olives on the slice of pizza. It had to be about 20 olives per slice. I rated it a three because the crust and the sauce was good.

Absolutely loved my experience at Via Farina Downtown! The pizza was amazing—hands down the best I’ve ever had. The crust was perfect, and the flavors were incredible. Our server had excellent knowledge of each item we asked about on the menu. He was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Burrata which was easily split 4 ways and is rich and savory. We ordered both the Negroni flight and Cello flight which are both highly unique and delicious. The Whiskey Menta is also an excellent cocktail choice. I fell in love with the Tajarin - the crab was cold and the pasta was hot, creamy and rich. Altogether, this is an excellent restaurant!

We checked out the downtown spot for the first time and it was an excellent experience. They had the floor to ceiling garage door open to the patio for a very nice indoor/outdoor fall evening setting. Our lovely server, Katie, was really nice and had very good recommendations when we asked. The base menu is obviously fantastic, the pizza is so good it's worth going for by itself, but trying new things their chef comes up with is what it's all about. They had wood fired-glazed carrots on the starter menu that were so good, kind of a twist on the classic steamed carrots with butter and brown sugar that your mom used to make (and I still do at home). Hope they keep those on the menu for sure. We tried the new spaghetti twist with their housemade noodle, shrimp, and a light sauce with a touch of lemon. Loved the noodles, the sauce wasn't for me, but luckily we share and she loved it. Tacking on a happy hour classic pepperoni pizza guaranteed we were taking leftovers home - No complaints about that, either.
Curtis C — Google review
The food was perfectly fine, but nothing that really stood out above other restaurants in the area, especially for the price. We ordered the meatballs which were a bit dry; the bread which was fantastic; the arancini; and the raviolo which I expected to be much more substantial for the $20 price-point, but which ended up being just a single fairly regular sized piece of ravioli. We stopped for second dinner elsewhere afterwards before going home. For the value and portion sizes, I wouldn’t return.

Truly a must stop if you're a local or traveler. My best friend and I were doing a cross country road trip from Las vegas to Michigan, and ended up in Omaha on one of our legs of the trip. We love finding local places to eat, and Via looked great. We ordered the cello flight and the foccacia with balsamic butter. Next, we order the Fungello pizza and my best friend order the seasonal pumpkin gnocchi. One of the best meals we've had in a long time. Truly one of the best pizzas I've had in my life. Do yourself a favor or go here. You wont regret it.

Backlot Taphouse in Omaha offers a variety of pizza styles, including classic New York, deep dish, Sicilian, and Detroit style. The Detroit-style pizza at Backlot Taphouse is a must-try with its crispy caramelized crust and cheese that crystalizes to produce an audible crunch. The bar provides a great atmosphere for enjoying drinks and playing games like Battleship and Connect Four.
Backlot Taphouse has a great beer selection and tasty Detroit style pizza. The meatball pizza was perfect. It's such a chill vibe with a great staff. You order at the bar so make sure to grab a menu before choosing a table.

The pizza was good. Sauce was a little too spicy, breadsticks were thin and dense. Definitely not the best Detroit style pizza around, but worth a try.

Personally, I think as a whole this is the best place for pizza and beer in Aksarben (if not the best place to grab food and a drink). The pizzas are great, highly recommend the bourbon bbq. Wings have excellent flavor (wish they had hotter options). They even have salads for your pet rabbit. And Jake the bartender is awesome! The only reason for a 4 on atmosphere is that it's quite loud even when they aren't too busy... full house makes it hard to converse

We were staying overnight at the hotel passing thru on our way to Amarillo. I am from Pittsburgh, and i have never eaten anything this good. The wings were fantastic. The drinks were on point and our bartender was super nice.

We have eaten here a few times. The service friendly and fast. The kitchen hours are convenient. The dining room is kept pretty clean. The atmosphere has a good vibe. This thick crust pizza eats like a meal. Carnivore was the choice, this time. Good consistency, texture and flavor of the crust. Not skimpy on the meat. We each ordered a pie but only ate half. Good pizza but my only complaint would be too salty. Leftovers were good for breakfast. Still crisp and chewy. There are many good pizza places in Omaha. I will eat here again.

I stay in this area whenever I travel to Omaha and always stop by Backlot for the wonderful pizza and wings. Brought the spouse this weekend, Joe at the bar showed us a good time while sitting at his rail. We went elsewhere in the area on our second day in town and none of the bartenders could top Joe along or the food and beer at Backlot. I will be back every time I am in town!

We had takeout this evening and it was a big miss. The pizza was doughy and undercooked. The toppings were either flavorless or too many peppers on the Cadillac overpowering each bite. I will try to salt and bake it hoping that it is edible. We have had takeout several times from here over the past couple of years-this is the first fail.

First time, I won’t be going back, At least not for food. Everything was over cooked, I would say in the burned side. The only thing I like was the beer. Service was slow even tho they were not bus.

Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza and Taproom boasts one of the largest patios in the area, accommodating over 100 guests. This inviting outdoor space features cozy fire pits and a unique convertible door that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor dining while offering stunning views of Turner Park and the downtown skyline. It's a popular spot for both personal celebrations and business gatherings, especially during events like Jazz on the Green.
Started with the Garlic Cheese Bread. My husband chose the Italian Stallion with prosciutto, tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and basil. I did a BYO with Alfredo, olives, onions, and spinach. Everything was super yummy! Wonderful chewy crust, fresh toppings, and enough garlic to offend even ourselves. 😆 They have a wall of booze where I guess you start a tab and it keeps track of what you sample. Priced by ounce depending on the drink. Very cool, we will have to test it out next time. Didn't know they had a live band. Playing classic rock covers, Wooden Music was super talented and we enjoyed them thoroughly! Staff were extremely friendly and did a great job at keeping tables clear. ❤️🍕

I’m bummed was hoping this would be good. Even though it’s woodfired, it’s definitely franchise. It reminded me of a Trader Joe’s frozen pizza. We have so many good pizza places I was expecting something a little bit like Dante or some of the other ones whether they truly like Sicilian or Neapolitan. And then I asked for a side ranch to dip my pizza and they charge me two dollars or something like that. I was like I’ve never had anybody charge me for ranch as aside for my pizza, but that’s cool. It’s a franchise. Gotta make a buck. Place was dirty inside all the tables had leftover food trays on top of them and then the three big copper pendants over the main area look like they haven’t been wiped down since the place opened. The plants in the window have stickers on the side of them like they just picked them up at Menards. I would say it’s not a very classy establishment. I doubt it will be open in a year or two from now I don’t mean to be rude, but Omaha is trying to grow in the right direction and this just looks like a typical rundown franchise The dough was like cardboard. Tasteless. I will not be back.

Very high-quality food for a relatively low price, and a wide variety of unique menu options to choose from. The frequent live music adds tremendously to the atmosphere along with fireplace seating. Considering the low-key setting, the service is fantastic and they bring your food to you despite not being exactly a formal sit-down place. Overall great experience.

Great food! Great Experience! The pizza was delicious. My children and I each received our own pizzas and everyone lived theirs except my daughter who said the pepperoni was too big. Love the wristband cocktails on tap. The pricing was decent considering the times. Spent 99 on two adults with two drinks each and two children. Also, great atmosphere.

A little confusing the first time. Still don't understand the taps. Service was ok. Lots of too busy people. Not sure if i was to clean up my table or if someone else does. Amazing food tho. So it makes up for the lack of understanding what is happening at this restaurant.

I held my son’s rehearsal dinner here. The owner MaryBeth was amazing to make a plan with. I was able to add some small flower arrangements on the tables (inside & outside) doillies, & gold speckled votives. I also added some little candy bags that said his/her/ours. Mary Beth owns the charcuterie business next store. We started out with 2 large boards. Amazing!!! Then the pizzas kept coming… lots delivered to all the tables to my guests. Also, another table with lots of pizzas replenished and salad too. I spoke with MaryBeth about my budget. She told me when I was at that $ she would tell me and I could be done with an open tab. Mary Beth told me right away, and kept her staff making and bringing out pizzas. I happened to have a lot of drinkers and didn’t want to cut my family/friends off. So, I spent quite a bit more than I planned. The drink wall, the card system, and the food were amazing! I had so many of my family and friends tell me they had an amazing time and everything was delicious including the drinks! I honestly think MaryBeth was the reason for all this. I felt so taken care of. I am so happy I had my son’s rehearsal dinner of 80 friends here. It truly was a lovely experience.

Stopped in for lunch and the place was completely empty. It’s a very nice space with different seating areas. Service was definitely what you’d expect from a counter service establishment - take your order, bring your food, see ya. Bathrooms are down a winding hallway shared with other businesses. Very clean. Pizza was good - not great - very fast service level. Tap wall for drinks made it easy to try a few things. Prices were fine.

First time here and it was a great experience:) very friendly personnel since you walk into the room, they have a different style of self serving:) . Pizza was awesome, very good and quick, got and tasty, because they use real oak wood toy cook the pizzas ,different kinds of beer and cocktails available. Clean place, and plenty of tables. I’ve noticed the workers are happy and very talkative to each other, that means they have an excellent work environment. ¡Prepare for college World Series, you will be pack!! They close at 11 and the parking spaces are free after 9:00 pm.

Nestled in Omaha, Copps Pizza Express is a delightful family-owned pizzeria that has been winning over locals and visitors since its opening in November 2019. This charming eatery offers a menu filled with both classic and inventive pizzas, alongside mouthwatering chicken wings and pasta dishes. The standout favorites include the unique Burnt Ends Pizza and their signature charred wings paired with housemade ranch dressing.
I went to Copps pizza a few months ago and it was so good that I wanted to take the time to write a positive review! I LOVE pizza so this was a no brainer place to try. When we walked in right as they opened, we were positively greeted by the owner himself. He helped walk us through the menu and answered any questions we had. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni with cream cheese spread added, fries, and a drink). My friend ordered the Alfredo pasta and she asked if she could order a piece of garlic bread to go along with her pasta. When our order came out, everything looked amazing. The owner himself brought everything out and included a full order of garlic bread pieces and the dessert cinnamon bread pieces. Everything tasted so fresh and yummy. I am blown away by the kindness and quality of the food. Thanks so much for giving my friend and I an awesome experience. We have definitely spread the word about how awesome this place is!!

I stopped in for lunch with my best friend thanks to a gift card I won on #Hot106.9; I have been there before, but every bite we ordered was just as delicious as before. Not one thing to complain! The french fries are my favorite in town but paired with that milkshake magnifique.

I have heard so many good things but unfortunately it was by far my least favorite . I wanted side salads and received house salads which were a $6 difference each. The salad was brown. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with hamburger and the pizza had maybe a total of 3 pepperoni . Very disappointing for my first and probably only visit .

Went for the first time tonight. The service was fantastic. The kind lady at the counter offered helpful advice when we were torn between the burnt end pizza and the porkmaster- she recommended doing a half/half so we could try both! Also got a beer and tried the oreo shake- killer! So thick and creamy. Plus we tried the mac and cheese bites- perfectly crispy and the right ratio of cheese to noodle inside. Highly recommend the pork burnt ends pizza- delicious 😋

This was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. We ordered the supreme pizza and Mac & cheese bites and Copp’s didn’t disappoint. Our waitress, Bobbie, was awesome and service was very quick. The atmosphere inside was nice and there is limited seating outside as well. My family will definitely visit again!

After months of being bombarded on the Omaha Food Lovers group about how “Copps Pizza is this and this…” I finally puckered up to check for myself. The rave was indeed correct and this place is very tasty. Due to my company I ordered vegetarian choices (something I hardly do) - Cheese pizza with Cream Cheese and the Veggie Lover, but both pizzas were delicious. I put in my ordered on a Friday night and it was ready within 15mins. Pretty impressed considering the hour. The location was split into ‘Carry Out’ and ‘Dine-In’ sides, which I thought was a great choice operationally wise. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Returned recently for more takeout. This time I tried the pizza on my drive back home so I had it while it was piping hot. I have since learned I prefer a neopolitan pizza crust. For me this isn't my favorite crust (it might be pub style) but I'm also told I need to try their specialty crusts. So maybe I'll find one I love later. Still their service hasn't changed. A plus for that. ___________________ Initial Visit Time period: During Covid19, so takeout and delivery only with curbside pickup. We did takeout. Well known for their cream cheese sauce. I believe they opened in October, so still a relatively new restaurant. Their cheesecake is made by a baker that works with them. Service was a+ We talked to Kris (owner I believe) and another employee (didn't get his name) who was working at the time. Super helpful! He is very knowledgeable and made a lot of recommendations. He knows his restaurant inside and out, so if there is a weak point, his recommendations fixed the issue we had before we knew it was a problem. You can tell he's very passionate about his business as he discussed everyone's order coming in, making sure they had any extras needed (like sauces) Also he's really generally just a nice guy. You can tell as he interacts with every customer walking through the door. Lessons learned: 1 Charbroiled wings We were asked if we wanted extra sauce (it was highly suggested) and we took the advice. The charbroiled wings are very flavorful with a strong smoky flavor, but the sauce that's cooked on comes through mildly if you don't add the extra. It tastes fine without the extra sauce, but if you want that extra flavor kick, highly recommend you get that extra sauce to slather on 2 They don't slice the jumbo pizza in triangle slices. If you like that, be aware. It's more squared off So not every piece will have the back crust. It can be a bonus for some. 3 Their fried items were all very good. It took awhile for us to drive home but everything was still super crispy even though they were in boxes in bags. Was impressed. (We did the pickles, Mac and Cheese Gouda bites and the cauliflower) Also the spicy cauliflower bites are not very spicy. So don't expect a huge hit, but it's good for those who can't handle something too strong. Would recommend any of these. Pretty much, every battered and deep fried item we ordered was crispy delicious. The margarita pizza that we tried, the flavor was great. We liked the burnt ends pizza but the sauce was a bit sweet. I'd have liked it with a little bit less of the BBQ sauce as it overwhelmed the flavor a bit. The Caesar salad was full of cheese. So much so that I ended up using some extra on the pizza. Definitely a good deal. However it is mozzarella cheese and not parmesan so if you are looking for that parm flavor, then you might want to skip this. The only issue we had wasn't directly with the restaurant so much as the long drive home which made the food not so fresh when you are picking up yourself. By the time I arrived home it was 30 minutes later when you include re-plating things. I personally prefer piping hot food, so the cheese was hardened by the time we got back. I can reheat it, but its never the same. So I'm not docking points obviously for something not in their control. For cold margarita pizza it was great. We used a discount code to get 15 percent off. It is a special code available only till the end of April. Military discount is 10 percent Total of this meal including tax minus the discount was 98.34 In our order: pork burnt ends pizza (Jumbo 16 inch) 8 boneless spicy garlic wings pickle fries 18 traditional wings (6 parmesan garlic, 6 gochuyang, 1 bbq i think?) Cesar salad mac and cheese gouda bites margherita pizza (12 inch) Cheesecake spicy cauliflower bites We also had 2 fountain drinks. Copps Pizza is off of 72nd on Jones street (Closer to Aksarben and Nebraska Furniture mart). They are in a strip mall where they share parking in a medium sized lot.

Excellent flavor, the crust has a satisfying crunch and the facility was nice and clean. It is always relieving to be able to fully recommend a local pizza shop! I had the Buffalo chicken and my wife had the Burnt Ends pizza, and we both thought they were very tasty.

Williamsburg Pizza, a renowned New York City pizzeria, has expanded to Omaha and quickly become a local favorite since its opening. Co-founded by an Omaha native and a renowned chef, this pizzeria brings the authentic taste of the Big Apple to the heart of the Midwest. Customers praise the perfect crust and fresh toppings, making it a great spot for families or picky eaters.
Absolutely delicious. Seemed to do a ton of takeout but there are some booths inside as well to dine in. We got the square grandma pie and it was hot, fresh and definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Omaha. The tomato sauce and crust were amazing.

Great pizza! We ordered the Cup & Char Grandma pie and it was amazing! The crust was crisp and chewy. The sauce and toppings were all well balanced. The garlic knots were also very good. I will 100% be back to try one of their Brooklyn round pies.

I visited Brooklyn last year and had been missing the Sicilian pizza I had there so much. I'm so glad I found something a little similar here. Got a medium Cup and Char Grandma and an order of garlic knots. Everything was ready for pick-up by the time I indicated, and everything was SO delicious. 🍕

I'm originally from Brooklyn, NY and my first bite took me back to NY! The taste was like home away from home. This place has the look of a NYC pizzeria. Loved their Sicilian soda and non-alcoholic ginger beer. I will definitely be back.

Amazing authentic NY pizza in west omaha of all places. Crazy that this is available, at fairly affordable prices. Square grandma pizza is great, dough has a good chew, crispy crust perfect. There is a very stark difference between grandma slices, and circle slices. If you go back to back you really get a taste of the cheeses from the circle pie, and the tomato sauce on the grandma. It's a very fun way to change up dinner. Garlic knots are a must, literally no reason not to order these.. Meatballs were fantastic as well, better if eaten day of, but they still reheat fine. Everything seen in the first picture was for 2 people to try most options, we spent $56 and ate on it for multiple days. I can't bring myself to even think of going anywhere else for a take out pizza order.

Hold onto your taste buds, because Williamsburg Pizza has arrived in Omaha, Nebraska, and it's an absolute contender for best pizza! As soon as I heard about this New York-based sensation making its mark in the heartland, I was brimming with excitement, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I dialed them up the moment they opened, and the phone lines were practically buzzing with anticipation. It's mind-blowing that this place has created such a buzz right from the get-go. And let's talk about the pizza - specifically, the Bianco Brooklyn pizza. It's like a cheese lover's dream come true. The Ricotta piping, oh my goodness, it's like a taste explosion that takes your cheesy cravings to a whole new level. Picture this: a perfect blend of flavors, a crispy crust that's got that ideal crunch, and slices that are big enough to satisfy any appetite. But the excitement doesn't stop there. We also went for the char and cup grandma pizza, and it was an absolute revelation. Slightly thicker and square, it's like a pizza adventure you never knew you needed. The pepperonis on that bad boy, they curve up - yes, you heard me right, pure pizza magic! And don't even get me started on the garlic knots. They managed to create the most perfect blend of a crispy outside and a gooey, flavorful center. Honestly, I'm scratching my head wondering how they pulled off this culinary wizardry, but I'm loving every second of it! I'm going to shout it from the rooftops: Williamsburg Pizza is a must-visit, a culinary gem that's making its mark in Omaha. I'm beyond thankful that this New York tradition has landed on our doorstep. This place is a culinary revolution, and I'm already planning my next visit. Trust me, you need to experience this pizza paradise!

Even after a 35min drive home this pizza was still one of the best I've ever had. Will 1000% be back to try it fresh out of the oven. The crust was amazing and the ingredients are premium. We now understand what everyone was raving about. The garlic knots were better than any I've ever tasted. You get what you pay for here!

Izzy's Pizza Bus is a popular food truck in Omaha, Nebraska that gained attention during the pandemic and is set to be featured on an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. They are known for serving Detroit-style pizza with creative toppings. Customers rave about the quality of their pizzas, describing them as the best they've ever had and worth traveling for. The owners are dedicated to constantly improving their already perfect pies through experimentation and research.
Came in around 6pm on Saturday and they had a 30 minute cook time on the Detroit style crust. Not bad! The kitchen was very busy and they had it moving right along. We tried the knots. They were amazing. The sauce they serve them with is piping hot and delicious. We ordered the red harvest. It was flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend this one.

Wow! Izzy’s was amazing. I’m traveling through Omaha and felt like pizza so I checked this place out. Easily in my top 3 ever and I’ve done a lot of traveling. We had the pepperoni GMA style. Delicious! And the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Thank you Izzy’s!!

Really good flavor, nice fresh toppings ... But nothing to write home about. I didn't think there was anything special about it compared to the other Detroit style pizzas in the area. Still very good, the only outstanding part for me was the corners. I could live in the corners. They took a very small spot and made it super cozy off 24th Street. I'd go back.

We had a very good experience with Izzy’s pizza bus. We had a friend coming from Lincoln and she picked it up on the way to our home. The pizza was really good we haven’t had too many Detroit style pizza experiences but this was definitely the best. We’re excited for their brick and mortar store which will be a lot more convenient for us. Keep up the good work!

This pizza is fantastic! The toppings are fresh, and the crust strikes the perfect balance between crispy and soft. I had the Red Harvest Pizza but I'm definitely going to try them all. Don't let the price stop you – it's totally worth it. I'd come back every week for this!

This is some of the best pizza I've ever had. It's Detroit-style done perfectly, with a bouncy, delicious dough (similar to focaccia bread) and a brilliant caramelized cheese crust. The attention to detail that goes into every one of these pies is inspiring, and the amount of cheese is enough to make a cough go lactose-intolerant.

Super delicious Detroit Style Pizza!! I don't know of anywhere else in the valley to get pizza like this. Customer service is top notch. I ordered ahead and all 4 pizzas were on time. You can tell they really care about their product. Not only can you see it, but you can taste it! It's worth the drive regardless where you live in the valley. We will be back!! Happy Cheese Pizza Day!!

Amazing Detroit style pizza. Thick, fluffy, focaccia like crust with a caramelized crisp bottom. Topped with melty brick cheese and fresh toppings. We went with just cheese. It takes awhile so order ahead or grab a seat and relax. I was full after one piece. So good.

Pizza King is a long-standing family-owned restaurant that has been serving a variety of Italian and American dishes since 1965. Despite its name, it offers more than just pizza, including steaks, seafood, pasta, salads, sandwiches, chicken, pork chops and desserts like tiramisu and baklava. The establishment boasts an old-fashioned dining room and has won awards for its steaks, pizza and service.
We had a truly exceptional dining experience at your establishment. The quality of the food was outstanding; from the perfectly prepared steak and salmon to the delectable mashed potatoes, and the exquisite strawberry shortcake and chocolate dessert. Our server, Sarah, provided impeccable service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable evening. The cocktails, too, were of exceptional quality. We would highly recommend your restaurant. Thank you soo much and see you again very soon!

1st impression is the Pizza King Rules! I've never heard of this place but had the pleasure of dining in the banquet room. We all ordered filet mignon or ribeye. Cooked to perfection on every plate with no returns! If you leave this place hungry, it's your own fault. My gawd look at the size of the cheese cake! Service was beyond excellent 👏 so I bought a hat to wear out and mark the place on the map.

Well, here I was expecting to walk into a pizza joint, but to my surprise this is actually a very classy place. Sometimes you may need a reservations. I have heard very good things about the daycare, but since it's called pizza King, I had to order the pizza and I'm gonna tell you I don't think you could go wrong with anything that you ordered here. The staff have worked for for years. This is just absolutely a very cool place to be. I recommend.

Pizza king is legitimately good. The food is always great, especially the pizza, and you always know what to expect. All these years and they’ve remained consistent. Is it the most attractive place? No. Are the prices cheap? Also no. Is the dining area a bit outdated? Yes. Is the location accessible and convenient? Depends. But do you receive great food and great service? Absolutely. Been going here and ordering takeout from them for years. It’s not bland “old people” food like you’d expect. And it seems like the ingredients tend to be fairly fresh instead of frozen but I cannot confirm that. I truly enjoy going to Pizza King when the craving hits. Prepare to spend a bit of money but understand it’s still a great value. You’re supporting a local business that truly is good at what they do.

I happened upon this searching "pizza" places on our way through Council Bluffs. I called in to carry out and they said it would be an hour, I thought that's quite a bit of time but oh well. I got there and immediately understood the wait. This place is a high class, well run, destination restaurant (not just a pizza place). They were super friendly and the pizza was solid and considering how fancy the place was I felt it was a fair price. I'll go back when I pass through again, but when I do I won't look like a bum and I'll certainly be dining in!

EVERYTHING is good at this place! The pizza is the best around hands down. Anytime I’m in Council Bluffs I at least have to grab one of their pizzas, or sit down and have a Chicken Parmesan! This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. They have a plethora of other yummy menu items but their old school extra cheesy pizzas are the draw for me. Our only small complaint is that we were seated in a side room where there was a large party. Even so, our pizza came out fairly quickly. It was a bit hard to converse with the crowd in the space, but we managed. Our server was attentive to us as well as keeping them happy.

Restaurant
Avoli Osteria is a chef-owned restaurant and bar located in the historic Dundee neighborhood of Omaha. The cozy yet elegant space offers an authentic Northern Italian dining experience, aiming to transport guests to the streets of Italy. The menu features a variety of classic dishes alongside lesser-known options, providing an opportunity for a true culinary adventure. With attentive service and a carefully curated menu, Avoli Osteria has become a local favorite since its opening in 2013.
Took my wife out for her birthday dinner and we were very surprised by the atmosphere and the way we were being taken care of. The food was out of this world amazing. We couldnt believe the caliber of dishes we were about to receive. The kitchen worked like a symphony of beautiful motion under the tutelage of the chef who ran the kitchen. The carbonara was creamy and felt so rustic. Very homemade. The dry aged new york strip was without a doubt the best steak I will ever have. My life is now in shambles cause I will always be wanting this steak for every meal. Steve the waiter was funny and nice. He was amazing. We will be returning custerrmers quite often

Definitely one of the top 20 dining establishments in Omaha overall. Service is detailed and impeccable. Nearly all of the pasta is handmade on site. Tried a special with locally sourced morel mushrooms, and it was out of this world. The carbonara is unquestionably the best I’ve had.

Avoli Osteria was a hit with my wife and I. She loves all things pasta so we finally got to check out this spot on Mother’s Day. We decided to sit on the shaded patio and it was just beautiful outside. Chad our server was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable about the menus. I started with the Rababaro Scura and my wife had the Marula Concerto. Both good cocktails. I started with the octopus as an appetizer. The char on it was perfect and really enjoyed the potatoes it came with as well. My wife had a Caesar which was tasty real fresh with a lighter dressing. My wife had the penne a la vodka and added the spicy sausage on recommendation from Chad. She really enjoyed it and the fresh mozzarella it came with. I had the house tagliatelle which came with a ton of meat in the sauce and the noodles were perfectly al denté. We both had leftovers to take home which they box table side for you. Overall we really enjoyed the place. Not sure there’s one dish that would make me come back but everything was just very good. And the service just made it a 5 star experience.

The best food we've had in Omaha! We started with a beautiful cucumber salad and the grilled octopus, next the squid ink radiatori, followed by the Croatian duck pasta that was on special, and ended with a perfect flourless chocolate cake. Our server coursed out our meal perfectly! Can't wait to come back!

TL/DR - Chad our server was extraordinary, carbonara was amazing, appetizers were amazing, atmosphere was great- our table could have used a draft as it was slightly warm. INCREDIBLE Italian food in a comfy & sophisticated restaurant. My wife took me here to celebrate a big win and it was a wonderful experience. Chad was super helpful in deciding what to get since I had never been there. I chose the carbonara, complemented by an order of pork belly at Chad’s recommendation. It was a lot of food but my goodness was it good. As an appetizer, we got the Brussel sprouts and marinated olives. Both were amazing- the brussel sprouts were crunchy all the way through and hearty in the middle- wow! I was then surprised by a delicious dessert with a congrats from Chad. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Only reason I gave atmosphere a 4/5 is because it was a little hot and stuffy at the table we got. It was a corner table so that is to be expected somewhat but it would have perfect with a slight draft- maybe a ceiling fan on the lowest setting would do the trick. One more thing to add: evidently there was a glass broken near our table and I didn’t know about it until later when my wife told me. Just an illustration of the crew’s ability to keep the mood relaxed and professional. 9.5/10 overall experience.

Another anniversary spent once again at the legendary Avoli Osteria. The precious moments we spent coming here and reliving the best night of dining we have ever experienced is a severe understatement. First we ordered the focaccia. The charred bites of toasted to perfection Morales were exquisite. Next was the pasta dishes. Bolognese Bianca was presented beautifully and balanced the flavors perfectly. The gnniochi with the homemade pesto and blue cheese creme was a thing of art. The main dish of the night is the Besteca 24 Oz Riley steak. 38 day dry aged steak. To die for. And to top off the night. Our wonderful Waiter Steven was out of this world hospitable. He remembered where we sat and what we ordered from over a year ago. He is what makes this establishment feel like home. And this is where we will be spending our precious moments at from here on out. In mid-August we went to Avoli Osteria to celebrate a birthday. We heard the food was good-but was blown away by the taste and quality. I ate the ravioli with hazelnut cream. Incredible! We tried many appetizers and they were fresh and delicious . Everyone tried each other’s mains and they were incredibly delicious. The food was as tasty as it was beautiful. I also ordered a non-alcoholic drink that was so delicious-I let our excellent server choose. Don’t miss the Tiramisu! Absolutely fabulous! We plan to return to try other items on the menu.

Big Fred's Pizza Garden & Lounge is a family-owned pizzeria and sports bar that has been serving delicious cheesy pies and pub grub since 1965. Their signature thin, hand-tossed crust with a touch of tomato, plenty of cheese, and various toppings has been a hit for decades. In addition to their renowned pizzas, the menu also includes pasta dishes, sandwiches, prime rib, and salads with their house-made Italian Sicilian dressing.
We booked the party room twice now. Once for a gender reveal and then baby shower! Could not have turned out better! Anthony the manager and Elizabeth were easy to deal with! Service and food was excellent! So many compliments! We trying to think of something else just to book again!!

I've been going to Big Fred's since the 80's mainly for the Friday night Prime Rib special Fred's had. But Fred was always there to Great you over by the bar and the food was always Great. I left Omaha for a few years while I was in the Marines but when I came back it was Great to see Big Fred's still going strong. I admit I haven't been there much in the last few years but with the closing of another of my favorite places I decided to pick up a pizza on the way home. This Pizza was THE WORSE PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!. I've traveled around the world and been to most of the states and was highly disappointed tonight. Hopefully this was just a fluke and not a representation of the quality of food they serve now. Rose (the main cook in my teens) would be ashamed to serve this. First I order a 16" Jumbo and got a 14" Large so that was a rip off. Second there was no sauce on the pizza. Third there was way to much cheese and cooked incorrectly for it to melt into the ingredients. Fourth is was to salty and I didn't even get Anchovies, if that's still a option. In conclusion I'm not sure if I will be back. Even with the long history I had with the Resturant back when Fred and Rose were still there. The following pictures show (1) picking up the pizza by the cheese showing the lack of sauce (2) overcooked (3) pizza only 14" (4) box on 15" so how can a 16" fit

I ordered a 14” and asked for anchovie green and black olives. How disappointing. It was as if they showed to anchovies to the pizza and put them back in the tin. I tasted maybe one anchovie. It really pisses me off, I don’t care if the staff doesn’t like anchovies. If I order them in a pizza I want more than one maybe two if the little snow flake darling can’t handle it. Next crime if there is I have a way to fix this. Thanks alot for a vegetarian pizza.

We had our team baseball dinner in the private room here. Leading up to the event, the manager, Anthony, was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. The price was VERY reasonable and we had food leftover. The wait staff were very accommodating and did a great job taking care of a team of 14 year old boys and their parents. The pizza was delicious, along with salad and apps! Everyone left so full and content. They allowed us to bring in cupcakes for after pizza. The atmosphere was family friendly and the boys had a blast!

I ate in with a large group of people and we were there about a half an hour before close unaware that we came that close to closing time and the server was beyond remarkable. She was fun bubbly and even cracked jokes with our party. I've been in hospitality for 22 years and she is definitely an asset to your establishment I wish I could remember her name but it has slipped my mind. The food was great and the service set it off well done Fred's. We were there on 7/15/25 if that helps you identify the server.

Meh. Went for lunch, ordered build your own pasta. The red sauce had little or no taste, the grilled chicken was very dry around the edges, and the broccoli was mushy. Maybe I should’ve ordered a pizza but had been warned that they are greasy.

The waitress was terrible. A very bad experience with her. Was rude to my mother in law and my wife. Not ok at all. But I still gave 3 stars due to the manager by the name of Heather taking care of us after we left. She called me after having someone take my phone number and gave us a full refund. We were NOT going to return..... But due to the kindness of Heather and reassuring us this will not happen again, we are going to give this cozy restaurant another try. Thank you Heather. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is a counter-serve chain known for its delicious toasted subs, salads, and pizza. The menu offers a wide array of ingredients to top off your sub just the way you like it. Customers rave about the Grilled Romaine Salad with leeks, almonds, sheep's cheese, and white anchovy dressing as well as the House Frisee Salad with sourdough chips, shaved squash, and pimenton.
This place is very good. Nice counter serve sandwich joint. Tasty sandwiches and chips and soup and frooty tooty drinks. If you’re a sandwich guy I recommend stopping by. Their Italian club completely cured my hangover. As well as the broccoli cheddar soup. The only thing that could make this better is if they gave out free pickle spears with purchase of sandwich. But hey at least they gave me a lil piece of bread to dip in my soup. Can’t say I’ve had a restaurant do that. The lemonade style drinks are excellent too.

Took the crew (2yrs old to 56) to Picklemans on Farnam in Omaha and was very pleasantly surprised. They had a little something for all of us. The staff was patient and very helpful. The restaurant was clean, the food was great and everyone working there was super friendly. Can't ask for more than that! I will definitely be back when I'm back in town.

This place was great! I tried this place because my sister is obsessed with it, and I got a pizza called... uh... well I forget what it's called but it was named something about a pig or hog, with a lot of meat and peppers. All the menu names were pretty fun lol. The service was super fast and efficient, and it was fun that you could watch the pizza get made as you were waiting. There was plenty of seating and the place looked clean and smelled delicious. The only gripe I have is that it was expensive, being even worse per person than Chipotlé, but I suppose that's what you get when you order a whole pizza per person lol, so I can't complain too much. The pizza was delicious, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was great, and the crust was soft but not too soft, just the way I like it!

This is easily the best sandwich place I've ever eaten at. If you enjoy fast food restaurants like Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mike's, etc you will be absolutely amazed by this place! I had it in my first trip to Omaha in 2023, and was randomly craving it throughout the year until I went back to Omaha. I always get the Italian Beef add cheese (see my photo) and the Broccoli Cheese soup is absolutely incredible as well. Better than a sit down restaurant! Anything you get here will be amazing. The bread is crispy but not too crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Always cooked all the way through (a problem at some places like Subway). Brought my brother this trip after telling him about it for the past year. Although he's not a big sandwich or sub guy, he said this was the best meal he's had in a long time. The lines are usually long but they go pretty quickly. Go and you'll be pleased when you are eating!

Rude staff!! )holloween night). Clising hours. Very disrespectfu staff working! I !Stopped at this location (midtown) after getting into town and 3 workers were there While placing my order. There was a girl at the registe, that had an attitude from the very beginning she got an attitude Because they were closing and she obviously was ready to go. As I'm ordering my sandwich informing the worker of everything that I want on my sandwich. One of the girls. Stated. You just need to pay for your food because we're closing.. at that point. I informed her that I did not like her attitude and she should practice or be trained on customer service. Another worker who then became very irate. And start clapping her hands and literally foaming out the mouth. She went so far as to come-from-behind The counter calling me every name but my own. Clapping her hands and coming ing towards me aggressly. The manager came from behind the counter approaching me instead of calming her employee down, a telling me l, I needed to leave as if I was the aggressor. I am starting at this level with my complaint as it was Sooo much more to tell just not enough space to do so. I've been going to the location for 5 years and haven't had any complaints until now. . The age definitely made a difference and the manorism showed they were young showiing a lack of customer service and professionalism. My complaint doesn't stop here. If I could have rated a ZERO for staff alone on this evening then I certainly would've!

Fresh, tasty, and just the right size. I ordered the Cafe Club of ham, turkey and cheese. I thought this was a lot better than Subway as the bun was better, and the portion size was better. The lettuce wrap was a great option for those that don’t want bread. Give it a go.

I recently ordered delivery through their website and go hit with a whirlwind of poor customer service. I got a message from the delivery driver saying “I’ve arrived. When I checked, nobody was at my door. I responded asking where they were at. They sent another message saying “I’ve arrived”. I once again asked where but got no response. I called the store and the person I spoke with didn’t really seem to care. She kept saying I live close and could just come get a new one. I explained that I paid for delivery and tipped so that doesn’t fully solve the issue. She then stated that their orders go through a 3rd party, UberEats. I said, ok so do we need to contact them to get it handled. She said “sure” and hung up. I attempted to contact UberEats but couldn’t because I didn’t have an active or past order with them due to ordering through Pickleman’s website. I called back again explaining I couldn’t personally handle the issue because I didn’t technically order through UberEats and they did. She stated she couldn’t find the order on her systems. I eventually said can I just get a refund for the order somehow. She said “yeah, sure” and hung up on me again. We called back a 3rd time that night asking about the refund and if it was started because she stated earlier she couldn’t even find my order. She said yes and she said it would be up to 10 days to receive it. This didn’t track well so we waited until the next morning and called to speak with a manager. The person stated he also couldn’t find the order and couldn’t do anything but offer a free pizza if we came in to pick it up. So now, even if I go in to get one, I am out the money for delivery and the tip. $30, no food, and an hour on the phone.

Timber Wood Fire Bistro is a cozy and modern restaurant in Omaha, known for its wood-fired pizzas, bread, and entrees. The venue features a stylish interior with an in-house fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers delicious options such as grilled salmon with ginger soy sauce, jalapeno pizza drizzled with honey, and gluten-free choices upon request.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Will return! Arrived just before happy hour ended and was able to get a few apps and drinks. The steak Au Poive app is top 10, amazing complexity and flavor! We also grabbed the shrimp pizza which was something different and fun, loved the crust. Both had old fashioned cocktails, good, but not amazing. We then went with the new york sour and metal rooster which were much better!. The French onion soup was good, not the best in Omaha (but stiff competition). My hubby loved his wedge salad, hefty portion and good flavor! Dinner was amazing with the ricotta gnocchi. I can only describe it as "fluffy carb pillows" that were absolutely decadent!!! We will 100% return again. The only downside was the Short rib Wellington. It needs to leave the menu. Very dry, not even the demi glaze helped. It was the Sahara of a short rib. The waitress and manager handled with grace. Fantastic service

Dinner for Father's Day. Disappointed they didn't have anything special for Father's, but atmosphere was very nice. Our server was attentive to our needs. Food had tons of flavors and was elegant. Several gluten-free options notated on their menu. Would love to revisit and try new entrée! We got baked chicken, salmon, lamb chops, steak medallions. All great flavor.

Note: this review is is only for desserts. We stumbled into Timber just for drinks and desserts. And boy we made the right call. We ordered everything on their dessert menu and everything was great. But one dish absolutely deserves a special call out. If you are at Timber, you MUST try the Lemon Gooey Buttercake. This is it. This is the one dessert that you have to check out. The buttercake has a slight crackling crunch on the outside but absolutely soft and gooey inside. Itself is already marvelous. But then you throw in the lemon cream and goo in the middle. At first, the sour taste may not gel but it soon balances the buttery taste of the gooey cake. Again, this one is special. Just for this dessert, I'd return again. The cherry streudel was also quite good and I'd recommend that as your second choice if you had to order one more.

Outstanding experience at Timber Wood Fire Bistro! Reservations were simple to make and honored right on time. We had a party of five, everyone ordered something different, and we started with appetizers. Everything came out promptly, hot, and exactly as ordered. Service was truly 5-star—attentive, friendly, and on point without ever feeling rushed. The ambiance is fantastic, too. We loved the live-edge décor and tables—they add a warm, modern touch that makes the space feel special. Highly recommend Timber Wood Fire Bistro for a seamless, delicious night out. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was absolutely amazing! Everything we ate was an absolute flavor bomb and our server Emily was a delight! She was so helpful with the menu as it was our first time there and was very attentive as well. We will definitely be coming back to try other dishes since it was so hard to choose which dish to try first.

My wife and I were looking for place we haven't been to before and Timber did not disappoint. It's taken me a little bit to post as we visited on May 25, 2025. It was a bit noisy in the front of the house and definitely a favorite meeting spot for folks. The hostess seated us in a nice quiet section in the back of the restaurant. Lighting was low and intimate. Our server was awesome, visited often, and spent time just getting to know us. I had the meatballs and rigatoni. IN...CREDIBLE. There was so much flavor and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the prohibition chicken and thought it was ok. She said it was well seasoned tasted good but just not very juicy. She'll probably try a different dish next time. We shared a cheesecake to finish the meal. We'll be back when we are in this part of town.

Went there with the family for dinner. People who got pizza were happy with their choice. I got a shrimp po' boy, that just wasn't for me. I found the sauce overwhelming and couldn't finish the sandwich. I'm not a picky eater, but if I go there again I think I'll opt for the pizza.

We visited Timber for a night out with friends on a Sunday evening. We had reservations but it didn't appear there was a wait for seating, so while reservations are a great idea it doesn't appear to be a deal breaker. We ordered Chopped Brisket Tacos, Timburger, Stroganoff and Ribs. They had unfortunately ran out of Ribs so an audible was called and the Filet was ordered in its place. The tacos were accidentally punched in as Salmon, it was an easy and quick fix to bring out the correct food. The Tacos were delicious, very good flavor with just the right amount of heat. The Mac and cheese side that came with them was good, but the noodles, possibly by design, were more al dente than I prefer. The Timburger was really nice, a bit dry (overcooked) but adding the garlic aioli definitely helped. The jalapeno bacon in the burger was pretty darn spicy. The truffle fries were fantastic. The filet was good, not terrible, not remarkable, but good. The stroganoff was delicious, no complaints here. We also ordered the Warm Board as an appetizer. All components were delightful and was the perfect start to the meal. It was a bit louder inside than I expected but it was still a good atmosphere, low lights with candles on the table. We would definitely come back for another visit.

SPIN! Pizza, located in Legacy Village, offers a unique dining experience with its fast-casual concept and dog-friendly patio. Renowned Chef James Beard leads the way, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The menu features hand-tossed pizzas, housemade salads with dressings, and delectable gelato. Guests can savor dishes like hummus with red pepper spread and a 3-cheese panini while enjoying the company of furry friends on the patio.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a smile and genuine hospitality. The hostess greeted us immediately and offered our choice of seating—booth or table—and kindly took our drink orders. Our server arrived promptly to take our appetizer order, and not long after, Brian—who may be a manager—stopped by to introduce himself. He was incredibly friendly, checked in on us throughout the meal, and provided great insights into the menu and new items. Brian’s service elevated the whole experience—attentive, enthusiastic, and truly memorable. We started with the spinach artichoke dip served with rosemary flatbread. It’s hands down the best I’ve had in years. The warm, flavorful bread paired perfectly with the creamy dip—so much better than typical chips! Next, we enjoyed the Detroit-style meat combo pizza and a salad. Let me say—this was not “just” a salad. I had the Very Berry salad, which was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. Brian mentioned all dressings are house-made, and it shows. As for the pizza: perfectly crispy crust, cheese all the way to the edges, and delicious cupped pepperoni. We tried three versions, and every one was consistent and absolutely nailed the Detroit style. The atmosphere is bike-themed (“SPIN!”), with fun wall art, creative light fixtures, and an open, airy feel thanks to the large garage doors leading to a great outdoor patio. TVs are well-placed without being overwhelming, and the overall noise level is perfect for a conversation. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming—right down to the well-kept restrooms. Before leaving, we discovered the gelato counter—local, house-made flavors. Though we were stuffed, Brian offered us sample spoons, and we couldn’t say no. The gelato was outstanding—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. It’s worth coming back just for that! All in all, this was an exceptional dining experience from top to bottom. Amazing service, great food, clean atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend stopping in—especially for the salad. Okay, and the pizza. And maybe the gelato too!

I ordered my food via door dash. However, being disappointed was an understatement. I ordered a sandwich and to my suprize, which I could not tell until I bit into it, one side was grilled and the other not. Like, come on man. This is just rediculous, even if it were a teenager that did not care. I was once a supporter of local, but not t his place. Stay away! This is a sign of leadership and the owners. AND! I order two (2) Snickerdoodal cookies but I got 1 and 1 that was Chocolate chip. This place is trash!

What a vast difference this visit as compared to our last visit in March 2022. The wife and I were running errands, to which I decided to bring us to Spin! for a tasty treat. We were not disappointed! The chicken pesto pizza was very savory and a little bit crunchy. We sat by the window and enjoyed a light breeze while enjoying the evening. Kaylie came by and asked us how we were doing, so we told her what a contrast this was compared to the dismal experience before. She brought us a gift to come back and enjoy the food! This has been such a wonderful visit, I am glad the wife and I came back.

We’ve frequented the Papillion location for several years. Stopped into the West O location this evening and were highly disappointed. Long wait time, food was “meh.” It was severely understaffed and tables had clearly not been bused the entire evening. The one teenage girl that was working the entire house simply couldn’t do it all on her own. Management is clearly not doing what they need to do.

We ordered the rosemary flatbread with spreads (hummus and red pepper), chicken pesto pizza, and gelato. All were delicious. I also ordered a sangria which was not good — they happily refunded the purchase and apologised. Very satisfied with how they handled it. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of variety in the pizza toppings, very tasty. Did not have the pasta or salad, but those that arrived at the surrounding tables made me want to order. Pizza's seem a bit small and overpriced, but after eating 2 12" pizzas we're satisfied and impressed with the flavors. Odd setup, order in a line, then"full service". It was not "full service," no less than 5 workers stopped at our table for various reasons, but we had no specific waiter. Food was good with a few oddities, we will try again.

Fantastic experience this weekend. This might be a backhanded compliment, but it’s honest. Spin has been a favorite spot of ours for years—then it started going downhill fast. It basically felt like the staff needed mothered…taught how to bus a table, how to greet a customer, and how to take pride in a job. We stopped frequenting this location, but decided to stop in this weekend. It is clear that something has changed. We were greeted promptly and taken to a clean table. The food was incredible. Caitlyn was great. It was busier than we’ve ever seen it. Thank you for the changes. You’re on the right track. We are happy to recommend this place and hope to become regulars again!

Found my way around the construction to get a sandwich today. Haven’t been down here for a couple months honestly and forget how great the food is! Got the Strombo Sandwich and it was delicious. Comes with a side of potato salad. Only down side was I picked it up and drove to the park for a picnic. The napkin and spoon were like hidden under the foil in the box and I had no idea they existed until I was done eating. It’s silly but maybe stick those in the bag for us simple folk who don’t search under the foil liner in the box! Even though I had to eat the potato salad like a Jell-O shot, overall a great place to eat lunch! If you think you’re missing something, look harder lol

Took my daughter on a date here this past weekend. The spaghetti and meatballs was exactly we were looking for. It was big enough for us to split, each getting a meat ball and she had plenty of left overs. We got a side salad and extra rolls. We should have gotten the house dressing. Ranch and blue cheese dressing was in a package. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable. The busser was attentive and cleaned tables who finished quickly. The tables and chairs need some help. Our table tilted and rocked considerably. The chairs were plastic and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the decor and atmosphere were inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

I was there on a busy Friday. I expected a long wait so that wasn't the issue. it had been decades since I've been there and was looking forwaed to trying their food again . i ordered the barbecue meatball appetizer for 9.99, in addition to a pizza. The pizza came after the expected wait and I continued to wait for the meatballs so finally i asked about it. the staff member came out and handed me a little take out cup that felt light. I was expecting something a bit more substantial so i asked the person if this was the barbecue meatballs i ordered and was told " the kitchen is really busy." I should have opened it and looked but my hands were full with the pizza box and I had already been sitting there for 40+ minutes and had a 20-minute drive yet to get home. When I got home I opened the container and found about 10 small chunks of meat that were not barbecued. I wasn't going to turn around and drive back down there but I did email the address on the website with this picture, asking for clarification on this product. And never received word back from them.

Date:07/13/2025 Honestly not very good food. The millard location is a lot better and staff there are respectful. First off, they give you two buns that were hard and not warm and tasteless and the salad with ranch was really dry and bland. The pizza was kind of doughy and watery and bland. I actually had to put salt on my pizza to taste it. The sausage seemed frozen like in a bag and not cooked fresh in house. During our Dine in experience we heard the staff arguing with each other and heard 4 F words with children in the dinning room. The staff was complaining about a customer being upset and we heard them clear as day. I saw a waitress be a smarty pants to a customer sitting behind us, and they never checked on us after giving us our food. The waitress seemed confused on what tables orders needed to go to. Also the chairs are plastic like a patio plastic so if you’re on the heavier side like me, it felt like the chair was going to buckle and break at anytime. Honestly we wont be back to this location, what a terrible first experience.

The food was great and very reasonably priced. The dark-haired girl cooking in the back (Lily is believe?) Deserves all the raises in the world too! She was super friendly when I had the chance to talk to her and she was busting her butt! All of the staff were great but Lily (?) and I had a great brief convo in between the work she was doing.

The Italian sampler was good but the rolls, salad, and chicken garlic dish were bland. The salad dressing also separated quickly and required a vigorous shake with every pour otherwise you only poured oil. The staff was doing their job but were a little gruff. Also, the dining room is small, crowded and was very warm and stuffy.

Pizzeria Davlo is a family-run establishment in Omaha that offers a taste of Chicago with its delicious deep-dish pizza made from high-quality ingredients. In addition to authentic homemade Chicago-style pizza, they also serve thin crust and Flying Tomato options with various toppings. The menu includes appetizers, baked pasta dishes, fresh salads, and desserts. Guests can complement their meal with craft beers, fine wines, and happy hour specials. The pizzeria has a laid-back atmosphere and a full bar.
Deep dish, Chicago style pizza right here in Omaha. The crust is thick, not doughy, with a crusty bottom. Covered in melting cheese, toppings of your choice and a bright not sweet tomato sauce. It was delicious. As with all Chicago deep dish pizzas it takes about 45 minutes to make. You can call ahead so it's ready when you get there or sit back with a lovely beverage. The service was good and the place was clean. At 6 pm on a Friday night it was mostly families.

I purchased 2 pizzas from here Saturday 8-10-24, and first of what I noticed was that they cost me 60$ for a Med thin crust pepperoni and a large Chicago style! I really didn't like them because of the cheese was like a thick blanket and it's texture was horrible in my mouth, extremely thick layer on both of them. There's more cheese on them than the ingredients that I actually paid for,not even worth the drive or the food! Never again will I patronize this place, I could have gotten better pizzas and cheaper from pizza hut!!! This place is robbery! The crust was slightly burnt on the Chicago and the thin was decent but they were dry and flavorless terrible! I must say that the tomato sauce was outstanding but that's about the only thing that was good.
Marc B — Google review
Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. My first time with Chicago style pizza and my waiter didn't mind answering all my questions. Came back and checked on me, but not too much either. Let me enjoy. It was great to go to a NON-CHAIN, actually have something that isn't mass produced and had flavor. The sauce was tasty, hits of garlic and oregano. Didn't need to add salt or pepper. it was very nice. The tomatoes weren't acidity, nor was it overly sweet like some places twnd to do. It was mild as sauce should be for pizza. Cheese was perfectly melted. Overall, I'd highly recommend them.

I went to Pizzeria Davlo on a Friday night at 5:00 PM, and it had a nice airy vibe. They had great service, because our pizza came out promptly. The pizza was the best deep-dish I’ve ever had. The crust was perfect, the sauce was perfect, the cheese was perfect, the whole thing was perfect. The atmosphere was unique, featuring many different types of paintings on the walls. The place was clean, and I would recommend pizzeria davlo to anyone looking for the best deep dish in Omaha!

Absolutely amazing food and service!! We had one of the best waitresses our family has had in a long time! Thank you for an amazing dinner!

Chicago Deep Dish is a pizza close to my heart. Having gone to school in Illinois, all my Illinois-native friends had their favorite deep dish spots and it was always a bit of completion as to which of their favorites did it best. Pizzeria Davlo's deep dish would go toe to toe with any of Chicago's finest. The deep dish is a legitimate monster (the wife and I took about 3 days to eat through one) and everything you could ever want. The crust is tasty, there's tons of toppings and cheese, and the sauce is delicious. We've ordered the House and the Greek and both have been absolutely top notch. Certainly we will be back for more! Beyond pizza, the wings are my wife's favorite she's had anywhere so don't skip on those!

Davolo Pizza experience is top notch every single time: A family owned and operated restaurant we can depend on for excellent service. We LOVE the pasta bake. Last time I tried the quinoa option which is certainly a healthy gluten free selection. We enjoy taking our friends and family there for diner as it is always a crowd pleaser!

My family and I have been coming here for years and it's our favorite pizza spot! It's family owned and it's the best tasting pizza ever! Our server was super sweet and tended to what we needed with cranky young kids. I always enjoy the saukraut and sausage pizza! Can't wait to go back or order take out!

If you're on the hunt for a delicious and budget-friendly dining experience, look no further than Pizza Ranch. This charming buffet chain serves up an enticing array of pizza, crispy fried chicken, and classic American sides—all set against a delightful Old West-themed backdrop. Whether you’re craving cheesy ranch sticks loaded with your favorite toppings or prefer to keep it simple with the original version, there’s something for everyone. At Pizza Ranch, you can customize your pizza order before diving into the buffet spread.
This was our first time and it was amazing! They had a great selection of food. Everything has flavor and the salad bar was amazing as well as the mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and the juiciest chicken you could ever eat. All of the tables were clean and the food bars were constantly filled. We loved it!
Julie L — Google review
To be fair, I don't usually give more than 3 stars for buffet service unless someone goes above and beyond. This was a pleasant experience in one of the cleanest Pizza Ranck locations I've visited. The buffet was stocked, the salad was good and fresh, and the staff were kind and courteous. The food and cleanliness were high points for this place.

Not far from convention center. Buffet style BUT you get to order what kind of pizza, style of crust before heading to the buffet. Whatever pizza you dont eat goes on the buffet. Fried chicken made in clean grease. Perfect golden crisp. 2 kinds of salad, Italian style with romaine, and iceberg with purple cabbage. Full salad bar area. Shout out to the staff! They did a pristine job of cleaning up, especially on the salad bar. Little arcade area in the back for the littles.

My 1st time using the drive-thru, the employee answered my questions and handed me a menu that I could keep. When I placed my order, they informed me my food would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, because they make it fresh. I showed up right on the dot and it was ready. The staff was patient and professional with me. The food was delicious. I paid $20-$30 for a small pepperoni pizza w/ bacon, a small blueberry dessert pizza, and a 20 oz bottle of Sprite.

It was just meh. We had never tried it before. The first plate was right at 4:30 because we got there early. The pizza was all old. But the second plate was good. I will say the fried chicken for a buffet pizza place was absolutely amazing. That was literally their only saving grace. Realistically I'd give it 3.5 stars but rounded down do to cleanliness. I also felt like the price was high. $48 for two adults and a 9 year old seems super excessive.
Trenton T — Google review
We enjoy the food, service and atmosphere. Coffee needs checking and refilling more often, and the chicken should be rested for a few minutes, but overall, a great place to eat at a fair price.

Our second visit to a Pizza Ranch in a different state and this one was a huge disappointment. Alot of tables were dirty, we had to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken, The salad bar was dirty and just about empty. They only gave one option for dessert on the dessert bar.No one refilled our drinks. Total opposite of our previous visit to a different Pizza Ranch.
Daniel L — Google review
Orded delivery, was supposed to arrive by 6:30, was told it was picked up at 6:35 Then we called at 6:50pm was told in fact it was still there. At that time the manager told us their own driver would be delivering it. Got our food at 7pm they said it was made fresh but it was clearly redipped in the grease. Was not good at all. And they forgot out salad. We called back they said they would come back with it it's 7:35 and we're still waiting for it. This is my first and more than likely my last experience with pizza ranch. This cost us $50 and we're missing a part of the order.

Villagio Pizzeria in Omaha is a local favorite, offering a variety of delicious options including classic and modern pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, salads, and calzones. You can create your own calzone for just $8 or try one of their signature options like the Villagio with pepperoni, green peppers, black olives, fresh garlic, oregano and a special blend of cheeses for only $9.

My family and I tried this pizza place for the first time, and we just weren't very impressed. It is very loud inside, and even the waitress had a hard time hearing our order. Our waitress was very good, though. We got the Cheesy garlic toast and the cheese balls for appetizers, but they were just okay. For pizzas, we got the sweet chili chicken and the Hawiian both on the braided crust and the meat lovers on the original crust. They were all good, but I've definitely had better.

I've eaten it quite a few small business pizzerias and this is by far one of the best pizzas I have eaten. The service was exceptional, friendly, and personable. The pizza, which everyone wants to know about, had all fresh ingredients, the sauce was spectacular, and the cheese was actual cheese that you could not prevent stringing every time you took a bite! I will definitely be back and recommend anyone else to stop in and try this amazing pizza!

Second time i’ve had takeout here, and I still want to try a third to be sure. Had an order of fettuccine Alfredo w chicken, plus a Pepperoni & Ham w extra sauce pizza. Service good, food good, looks like the ratings are rt, somewhere between a 4 & 5. Reminds me of a local place for families. Theres a nice outdoor area thatI imagine is nice when not raining like the day I was there.

Did me dirty with this bs.. .$14 for minimal sauce and next to nothing cheese…it looks like someone ate half my order on top of that.. This was a pick up order and the type of crap my husband tipped for.. French fries were undercooked, but my husband and daughter enjoyed their pizzas..

My wife and I discovered this place when we moved into the area a couple years back, and ended up loving it so much we gathered here with friends and family after our courthouse wedding! Especially on a Sunday this place is very chill and just a nice place to wind down and enjoy a meal. Reasonable prices, very quiet as most people are just getting takeout pizza when we come Sunday evenings. The braided crust pizza is the star of the show. The appetizers aren't much to write home about though, so stick with the pizzas or other entrees.

Don Carmelo's Pizzeria is a hidden gem in Omaha, Nebraska, serving up delicious New York-style pies, red-sauce pastas, toasted subs, and calzones. Customers rave about the amazing customer service and quick turnaround on orders even during busy nights. The pizza has been described as reminiscent of the ones found in the northeast of the country with its perfect combination of crispness and chewiness in the crust.
My favorite pizza in Omaha. Walk in and order at the counter. Let them know if it is takeout. Seat yourself for diner in, after you order. They will bring out your food, plates, silverware when they bring your food. There are menus on the table in front of the cash register and the most popular items overhead. Sometimes the owner is there making the pizzas and those are extra good. Not sure why, they just are. Mostly, I see him at the Elkhorn location. This is definitely fold the slice NY 🍕 pizza. Highly recommend. Rockbrook location closed Mondays at the time of this review.

Took my son here for a late lunch after errands. I have lived up the road for 6 years and never knew about this place!! I had the antipasta salad and my son and I had a pepperoni pizza. Salad was a great fresh start to the meal. The pickled peppers were awesome. As for the pizza, the crust was crisp and just enough doughy chew in it while is was that perfect pliable texture under the toppings. This reminds me a lot of the pizza you can get in the north east of the country. Also this is EXACTLY how I remember pizza tasting when I was a kid. And I mean that in the best way possible. Love this place and plan to become a regular.

We just moved here, they greeted us with kindness, how it should be. We order the cheese pizza, with ham & pineapple. It was delicious would definitely recommend. 10/10.

I own a small business, and I always support local businesses. I really don't understand the good reviews. Tried for the first time tonight, and this is truly some of the worst food I've had in Omaha. The antipasta salad was pathetic with the "house made" Italian dressing. It was just oil and vinegar in a small cup drenched on iceberg lettuce with a few slivers of deli meat rolled up. The pizza was honestly atrocious. Spent 40 bucks plus tip, and ended up throwing the pizza away and ordering McDonald's. I'm sorry to the owner for this painful review, but as a business owner, I would want someone to be honest with me.
Lee A — Google review
Not authentic. Service was shit. Ridiculous wait time even though they weren't that busy. *no exaggeration* it took OVER TWO HOURS for a mini pizza, a calzone, 2 microwaved meatballs, cheap toasted hoagie that was disguised as garlic bread, and cheap off-brand canned marinara. Paid over $40 plus a tip to the cashier, and a tip designated to the cooks. After ordering, we decided to come home for a little bit while we waited, since we don't live far away, and the lady at the counter said it would be 50 minutes. We were willing to wait, hoping they wait would be worth it. We came back to the store about an hour later, and still waited ANOTHER hour and a half to get our food. We put in and paid for our order in person a little before 6pm, didn't get our food until 8:30.... THIRTY MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSE. We're convinced that they didn't even start our order until after we came back (reminder: an HOUR after we paid for our order.) The cashier was friendly, and you could tell she has to apologize A LOT bc of the inefficient 'cooks' in the back. There were two other people that asked for a refund bc their wait time was way too long for the price they paid. Go to Lighthouse Pizza near 72nd That store won't be open much longer.

Pizza West is fantastic! The food is delicious. Their pizza has perfectly cooked crust and has fresh toppings. Their service, especially Heather, is just as amazing as the food. They are all friendly, attentive and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely my go to spot when I’m craving a good meal.

I had high hopes, and nope. So I ordered a Pepperoni & Ham pizza w extra sauce, plus Fettuccine Alfredo w Chicken. All the food was blah. I can’t imagine ever trying it again. I rarely grade things less than a 3, but I literally just stopped eating both and threw them away. You know how people say, “…even bad pizza is good.”…nope. Oh, also…their liquor is overpriced. Beer could be better, but liquor isn’t worth your wallet.

Previously I would have said this was one of, if not the best, pizza places in town but everything is different now, and awful. This is the second time since change of ownership we have been there. The first time was atrocious and the owner was kind enough to refund our money. We decided to give it another try a few months later and it’s worse. The food is overly salty and flavorless. The pizza has hardly any sauce and the edible hulk didn’t even have buffalo sauce on it. Everything about this place is terrible. Over priced beyond belief and some of the worst pizza in Omaha. The service is also horrible with our waiter just hanging out behind the counter eating pizza. The place screams incompetence l.

Great salad bar. Really good pizza with unique toppings. I went to a private event in their party room and it was very well done. Is guess there were about 40 of us that fit comfortably in the room. They also have delivery.

Not what it used to be. Employees are rude, doesn’t seem like they have any interest in being there nor do they have any semblance of guest service. Had been patronizing Pizza West since it opened. Last few times the food has been garbage- once upon a time we loved the Flyin Hawaiian, that time has passed. Pizza dough seems old, pizza is under sauced, and the toppings are sparse. Atmosphere feels like a funeral, despite wanting to appear to be a sporty pizzeria. Terrible service, sad food, disenchanted atmosphere.

I love sitting at their small bar, having a couple of slices (my go to recently has been a slice of Herbie Husker and a slice of Whiskey Business) and a couple of pints of whatever sounds good on tap (they have 8 handles to choose from). Service is always friendly and the food is all great. I've never had a bad experience here.
Neal S — Google review
The food was good but we were here for an hour and a half. I saw 2 people working. One person brought us water and then we never saw her again. She bussed tables but that was about it. She didn't come back to our table. Then 1 other person took our order and he also waited on all the other tables, was the bartender and worked Keno. So it took forever for everything that should not have taken so long. We went at 6 on a Sunday and there were 4 or 5 other parties there. So waiting so long with little kids was a challenge.

We have ate at pizza west for years, we loved it! Have been there twice in the last couple of months, each of those times my husband ordered a medium pizza the crust was different, not in a good way, tossed the rest of it. Sad because I love my cauliflower crust crab ragoon pizza.it was good. Service was slow but server was friendly. We are gonna be looking for a new pizza restaurant. Should of kept the old crust, it was great.

Awesome Bowling Alley. Clean with really cool amenities and effects. You can do automatic bumpers by bowler, making it super easy to bowl as a family with a wide array of kids. Good, bowling alley food too. The giant screen stretching along the far end of all the lanes creates a really fun effect as well. Highly recommend! After being enticed by numerous positive reviews, the decision was made to visit 72 Table & Tap bar and grill. The overall experience was reasonably satisfying, with particularly commendable service provided by Andrea, who proved to be outstanding. The food served at the establishment was generally enjoyable, excluding the cole slaw which received unfavorable feedback from one individual. However, upon noticing this dissatisfaction, Andrea promptly offered an alternative meal and removed it from the bill despite being advised not to do so.
Exceptional service and fabulous filling comfort food. Their Old Fashioned drink is delicious and potent. The family also enjoyed playing bullshoot while we munched on scrumptious appetizers. We enjoyed hot wings, Cole slaw, and chicken sandwiches, also the signature fries were tasty. A fun atmosphere for all ages. Sports televisions. They also have an ATM for convenience within the facility. Nice restrooms.

Came to 72 Table and Tap after a hockey game... Typical strip mall bar with a really good food menu. The service was really good and the food quality matched. I like that the menu isn't a typical bar menu. They have all of the typical bar things, but we tried the crab Rangoon dip and the Thai chicken pizza flatbread. I would recommend both, I also tried the honey habanero wings which were pretty good.

We had a good experience at 72 Table & Tap. My wife and I stopped in to grab an early dinner and waste time while our dogs were at the groomers. We sampled some things off the happy hour menu. The fried pickles were good, nice flaky breading. Almost too thin of pickles where you didn’t get much pickle flavor at times. The bacon cheddar jalapeño donuts were interesting, definitely more hush puppy than donut. We both said we wouldn’t order again but they were interesting. We also ordered some cheese curds which were very good. The jam stuff they came with was unique but their ranch was very good and we found ourselves opting for that most of the time. I ordered the half order of wings off the happy hour menu. They were solid nothing special just chicken wings. My wife had the juicy Lucy which she said was very good! Overall solid place and would go back.

I was off work today and the later it gets in Omaha, the slim-er the pickings get. So I opened up Doordash. Depression had me wanting something fattening, so I narrowed it down to nachos. I added some chicken to them and instead of tortilla chips, I opted for wonton chips, because why not. THE PORTION WAS SO BIG, like hilariously so. The nachos are so delicious. The wontons made this appetizer light and crispy. The shredded chicken was seasoned so well. I don't know how much of this I could possibly eat myself, but keep in mind that a order can feed 2-3 people. Also I recommend their cheese curds, which comes with a delicious pepper apricot jam.

Worst pizza ever. My first pizza experience after flying into Omaha today. I was tired, my toddler was tired, both of us were hungry, and without transportation. It was late and I had few options for pizza delivery, especially for pizza places that offered a gluten free crust. So I decided to give Toppers a shot (they were rated higher on the food delivery app, not sure why). If I wasn’t starving I wouldn’t have eaten any of it. What is their gluten free crust made from? A tortilla? It’s the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. And it was hard. Like eating cardboard. If you’re not going to source a decent gluten free pizza crust, why even bother offering one? Just take it off the menu if you’re going to put zero effort into it. This is the best you can do? I can get much a better gluten free pizza from the Costco freezer aisle. Shoot, I’d rather have a Totino’s pizza than a Toppers pizza, if I could eat gluten. The pizza also had very little sauce, and the sauce was a little tangy, not a lot of depth of flavor. 100% unsatisfying. It would be been more satisfying to light 28 dollar bills on fire. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've had one of the worst pizzas ever here but I've also had the best pizza in my life. Just got two large pizzas. One was pepperoni thick, diced pepperoni and jalapeno with an alfredo sauce and the other pizza was thick cut pepperoni with bacon and Italian beef with the garlic parmesan sauce. I honestly don't think pizza could get any better than what I just had. It blew my mind and I appreciated every bite until it was gone. I ate too much pizza and could probably explode but would die satisfied and happy. Shout out to whoever made those pizzas. Thank you and I look forward to ordering again in the future. I saw a few reviews talking about how the ingredients don't go towards the edge of the crust, but that was a bonus for me because they 100% put a butter garlic drizzle on the crust. I'm a crust lover and that was some of the best pizza crust I've had in my life. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in the 30 years. I've been alive. I'm going to be thinking about this pizza for a long time. Edit: 2/15/2025 Unfortunately, this place has struggled to meet my expectations the past 6 months. The quality and taste has declined. I look forward to a future where toppers makes a come back, I miss driving across town at 1:00 a.m. to pick up some of the best pizzas I've ever had. Until they improve, it's not worth the trip.

The pizza used to be good here but you're better off at the gas station or making one from Walmart. The pizzas this place serves nowadays is a disgrace to what it once was. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that actually cares about serving something quality, even if it costs a dollar more it's worth it with how subpar, disappointing and disgustingly greasy this place is. 🤢 Make sure you don't work the next day

Just got my pizza second time since under new ownership, not following the rules clearly. They must have prepped for a rush they didn’t get. It’s so dry it actually burnt in the oven looks like the tried to run over it a couple times to save it. No hot honey on the stinger, forgot one of my sauces. It’s really sad to see this turn.

Bought a pizza a day before this one, and the pizza looked like shit, didn't look good looked dry and gross(could've been because I ordered a hour before close) forward to today got my pizza remade the staff was friendly but they didn't have hair nets and I found a hair in my kids pizza. Never coming to the company again. Never had anything good to say. Rather would eat taco bell if its gonna make me feel like shit and give me the shits

We ordered a pizza half cheese and half hamburger- they didn’t make it like that, and then when we went in to ask for a remake, the young girl was rude and said “we have to specify that when we order it.” We did. Y’all made it wrong, not a big deal, but no need for the attitude. Pizza and sticks were good but customer service needs a check up

Glad I had to come to this part of town to pick something up so if could stop here for lunch. Miss the one out west since it closed. Great lunch specials. Service was awesome. I do like the new hometown feel compared to one that was out west. Hope to be back soon.

Food: I make pizza for a living & this is a sad excuse of a pizza. The dough is stretched way too thin, there is almost ZERO tomato sauce. Excess of cheese make’s for an extremely greasy pizza, you can put less cheese with the same taste & satisfaction. Service: my pizza was a pick up order and the guy asked me if I needed change….. yeah buddy I’m not tipping you $5 on a pick up order. It’s disrespectful to even ask me. You have done me no service outside of your regular hourly wage. Atmosphere: above the bar there is a direct violation of the FIRST AMENDMENT. A sign stating “there will be no religion or politics discussed at the bar”. I’m sorry but this is the United States of AMERICA. Talking about politics & religion is what makes us a FREE COUNTRY.

Dirty bar top, waitress couldn't find eye whiskey for a bit. She eventually did but what I got wasn't a Rye whiskey sour. Should be Lemon juice, simple syrup and an egg white, which in all fairness no one does. I got carbonated soda of some type. D-

My son ate the buffalo chicken pizza at a work event and he wanted to eat here the very next day because it was so good! I agree that the pizza was good and want to try other kinds next time. The hand-tossed dough is so very good! I didn't know if I'd like the pizza so I got a BLT with onion rings and both of them were very good also. Good ranch too! Our waitress was friendly and attentive and did a great job. The tables in the restaurant were really close together though.

I liked this place on laundry days until I sat by the kitchen door and heard the server and cook talking poorly about my appearance ("the woman who looks like a man"). Now I understand why this place is always dead. Not the place to go for physically active individuals

Staff not inviting to guests. We were made to feel like we were a bother by coming and were reminded constantly that the kitchen was not taking orders past 730. They close at 9. Bartender talked to a guest turned rolled her eyes and was talking to herself about guest. Disappointed by bartender. She was more attentive to men at bar than women.

Dolomiti Pizzeria & Enoteca, located in north downtown Omaha at Millwork Commons, offers wood-fired sourdough pizza with a Northern Italian influence. Visitors rave about the exceptional quality of the pizzas, which are said to rival those found in San Francisco and even Italy. The appetizers and desserts also receive high praise for their unique and delicious flavors. The restaurant's ambiance is described as gorgeous, with excellent service adding to the overall dining experience.
I have been here several times (sit down and take out). Everyone my family encountered were super welcoming. The food is beyond amazing. You can really tell there is love in the food. The ingredients are unique and always fresh. Hands down the best pizza I have had in Nebraska (I am from the East Coast and have not been able to find good Neopolitan style pizza anywhere!).

Up and coming area North of Old Market. I stopped by here around 11am on a Sunday to grab a pizza to go and check it out. Looks like a very nice restaurant, on the fancy end yet casual. Ordered my usual, Pepperoni & Ham (prosciutto) w extra sauce. It was quiet but I can’t say how it is on busier days/times. Service was great, pizza was good, all good. The area is under construction fyi. The menu is pizza focused of the Neapolitan style. Worth a try if in the area.

We went all in at Dolomiti Pizza—four different pizzas, four appetizers on the menu, and a couple round of drinks—and wow, they nailed it across the board. Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the perfectly crisp crusts to the bold, balanced toppings. The appetizers weren’t just filler—they were crave-worthy in their own right (special shoutout to the Burrata). Drinks were cold, refreshing, and paired beautifully with the meal. You can tell this place puts real care into their ingredients and combinations. Whether you’re a pizza purist or love trying new flavor twists, Dolomiti delivers. Definitely a new favorite. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

I travel, a lot. THIS is now my favorite authentic, fresh-flavored pizza stop in all of the US. We ate so much! Yet, did not feel heavy or weighed down. The ingredients were so fresh and light!
Allison R — Google review
The food here is amazing. I am a huge pizza a fan and tend to weigh my reviews on the more strict side because of it. The pizza was light and flavorful. Their home made crust R.U.B sauce is a perfect addition to it as well. I had the pepperoni pizza and would definitely come again.

I had a craving for classic margarita pizza, and Dolomiti delivered beyond expectations! The pizza was a beautiful symphony of flavors. The crust had that perfect chew and slight char, offering a fantastic base for the vibrant, sweet tomato sauce. Generous dollops of fresh mozzarella melted into gooey deliciousness, complemented by just the right amount of fresh basil. It's a testament to how incredible simple ingredients can be when done right. Highly recommend!

Really delicious and freshly made pizza. Unique flavor, but not heavy at all. My daughter and I easily finished a pizza. We had the Prosciutto with cauliflower crust. The Caesar salad was also quite wonderful. Really cool little spot!

Ate here twice during my trip to Omaha for the CWS. I used to work in a small business pizzeria very similar to this one, so I’d like to think I know a thing or two about how they should operate. Pizzas are super tasty - made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and it shows. However, the star for me was the citrus beet salad. I’d honestly never been a big fan of beets before this experience, but OMG. This salad was transcendent. Just unreal. Will absolutely be stopping in again if I find myself back in Omaha.

In addition to pizza, the menu also includes delicious sandwiches like the fantastic chicken sandwich. I had an amazing experience at Pizza Pie Guys! The pizza was loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly—just the way I like it. I ordered the Dan’s Special and the flavor was incredible, the sauce had a nice kick to it and you can tell they use quality ingredients. I crushed this whole pie in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

We order from here often. The food is AMAZING. However, today we ordered and our bill jumped from 57 to over 70 to have it delivered. Was suppose to be at our house at 450. At 515, I called to see where our order is. First, I was told that it had been ready for awhile and was scheduled for pickup. I said no it wasnt as I marked it for delivery and my total went up almost $20 for delivery. I was then told that it was marked for delivery and that no one has come to pick it up yet. I asked who do they use for delivery service and was then told it was just picked up. Then, when it was delivered, they left it on the front stoop without ringing the doorbell or follow up text of it being delivered. Our food not only sat in a warmer for over 30 min, but then outside for however long. Our wings have ranch dumped all over them, we ordered the sweet chili wings. Our pizza is dry and burnt due to sitting in the warmer. We spent over $70 on a meal that is poor quality and received poor customer service. As much as we enjoy the food, this makes us not want to return.

I ordered off of DoorDash, this is so good. I got the green chile enchilada pizza and my boyfriend did a build your own calzone. The dough is light and fluffy and the crust on the pizza is also light and fluffy, that’s how you know it’s a great pizza. The green chile flavor on the pizza is balanced so it’s not spicy at all. We will definitely order again and come in sometime!

Ordered Meat Me and Brian's Song with gluten-free crust. It was very good with plenty of toppings. I'm Celiac and did not have a reaction. They took precautions including not cutting the pizza to avoid cross contamination.

My son and I have very different tastes when it comes to pizza! He doesn’t like a lot of cheese, and only wants spicy. I love all the cheese and sauce, with whatever weird toppings I’m feeling like at the moment. This was the spot we needed! The amount of options for sauce, cheeses and toppings is insane! He got the spicy red sauce, light mozzarella cheese, with jalapeños and pep. I got the creamy red sauce, with extra fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese, topped with Italian sausage, artichokes, mushrooms, onions, green chilis and cream cheese! Delicious, definitely recommend!

Ordered from you for my birthday meal to deliver to my job since I worked overnight on my birthday. The last time we ordered (pepperoni n cream cheese and a Hawaiian was so delicious). This time i ordered wings with ranch, and a pepperoni-cream cheese-jalapeno-Xtra large pizza. Pictured is what I got. Called the restaurant and the guy was adamant he made the right pizza, the jalapeños and cream cheese were under the cheese. Nope. (Also no ranch but whatever).. He Then flipped and said must be a door dash problem and to call them. Well DD also denied switching pizzas but they did reimburse me for the cost of the pizza. Just sad for me and coworkers to be disappointed on my birthday and the tone of the worker that thought I was blind/stupid to not SEE the jalapeno. Also unfortunate for whoever ordered this basic pizza and got my spicy creamy deliciousness.

We decided on trying something new tonight, we’ve heard about the pie guy from a friend of ours so we said let’s try it. We got the Mac and cheese bites (not pictured, which were amazing my favorite) as well as a Pancetta White, Apple Pie Calzone, and a classic Pepperoni. My husband and I liked how it wasn’t all just dough with a little bit of toppings it’s wasn’t heavy that just makes you feel blah after eating and had a great flavor and was nicely cooked. We both agreed that the Pancetta white would need extra sauce for our liking if that’s an option but we still enjoyed the unique flavor it has. The pepperoni was nice and golden and the pepperoni has a nice spicy tone to it which went well with thin pizza. The apple calzone is a little messy had to bust out a fork for that one which is fine, nice apple/ cinnamon flavor with some caramel drizzle. We enjoyed our meal and we are excited to try something different next time

Our first time here with the desire to support local, and we were impressed! Loved the BBQ chicken pizza and my husband was wowed by the huge olives appetizer served with warm crusty bread. The happy hour prices made for an inexpensive lunch. And the ambience? What a great vibe from decor to fun music. We’ll be back❤️

After visiting some friends, they highly recommended this place, knowing we love trying new spots. This place was fabulous, and I would definitely suggest giving it a try if you're a fan of artisan-style pizza and cocktails. We started with the whipped feta, and wow, it was delicious—nice and spicy, a perfect way to kick off our lunch. For the main course, we shared a burrata pizza, and our waiter/bartender, Nolan, suggested adding prosciutto, which was a great choice. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the burrata and prosciutto made an excellent combination. Huge props to Nolan for the fantastic service!

First time at Lyle’s, and a great first impression. Went in for lunch on a rainy Sunday so the foot traffic was light. Staff was very polite and attentive. Read some previous reviews and opted to go with the sausage pizza. The reviews were all correct and it was fantastic. A great overall pizza with a full flavor pallet. Look forward to future dining visits to try other offerings.

I’m still daydreaming about the delicious Funghi pizza and the Al Carne 🍕from the perfectly crisp sourdough crust, the ample mozzarella cheese and the unxious roasted mushrooms, the Funghi is what pizza should taste like. The Al Carne was well balanced with the bright tomato sauce playing perfectly against the savory toppings. If you like a little kick, don’t skip the Sausage pizza, complete with banana peppers and a hot honey drizzle made in house. We had a large group but the service was still exceptional; never once did our server get frustrated with the bevy of questions and special requests. The vibes are on point and so are the libations if you’re so inclined. Lyle’s is pizza, can’t wait to go back

Tried both the pesto pizza and the veggie pizza—and wow, they absolutely delivered! The flavor was incredible: fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Each bite of the pesto pizza was rich and aromatic without being overpowering, while the veggie pizza had a great mix of textures and a natural sweetness from the roasted vegetables. Both were perfectly cooked with a crisp-yet-chewy crust that held up beautifully. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into making them. The Red Harvest pizza at Izzy's Pizza is particularly noteworthy for its layers of flavor. Customers rave about the atmosphere and friendly owner, as well as the perfectly cooked pepperoni Detroit-style pizza with its crunchy crust and fluffy texture.
Great food! The pizza is worth the Hype! We had the Vanilla ice and Pickle special. Both were fantastic! The favors of Vanilla ice go well together and the topping ratio to crust is absolutely perfect. The pickle special surprised us a lot. When you hear pickle pizza you would think heavy on the pickle flavor that would overpower everything else, but this was not the case. The flavors blended perfectly. The layering was the perfect proportion. The sauce on top was a great touch and not overpowering. This one needs to stay on the menu! We have been once before and the dough this time was much more hydrated but the sour flavor was lacking compared to the old dough. But, that being said it was still fantastic! They ALWAYS sell out so be ready to order early so you can make sure to get your pizza!

Finally got to get down there and try it for the first time. Absolutely amazing pizza! It’s the perfect amount of pizza and the best Detroit style pizza I’ve ever had. Great pizza! Service is a different story. We have been here a few times and it's the same story each time. Came here tonight and were sat at a table at 5:20. Waiter came 20 minutes later AFTER I said something. He was very pleasant and apologetic. I've worked in all areas of food service and 20 minutes to be greeted is not good. Hope this helps them to fix problems. Again pizza is great and so is atmosphere. Service every time has been disastrous!

I've eaten here at least 3 times, each occasion hoping to be surprised but always leaving disappointed. The pizza is nothing better than what the average person could make at home. Servers are disinterested at best. On my last visit after 15 or 20 minutes of waiting for our check we had to hunt down the server in order to pay and leave. Hipsters abound and if you aren't of their ilk don't expect any sort of attention as a patron. At least the beer selection is good.

I must have caught this place on an off day but my experience was rather disappointing. First, I sat at the bar for 5 minutes before I was helped, then was hastily told there was no substitutions even though I have an allergy to the topping I requested a substitute in. Upon answering my question she simply walked away. Apparently new customers aren't welcome?!? Luckily we are blessed with endless pizza choices in Omaha! :-)

My timeline says my last visit was 2 years ago, but I've gotten take out from here a few times too. Good pizza. A bit on the pricy side for the sizes, but quality toppings. I strayed from pizza once and ordered the roast beef sandwich. Big mistake. The roast beef was cubed (still roast beef though, I think), luke-warm, and the cheese was only somewhat melted. It was not a good experience. When you go, which you should, stick with the pizza.

I used to give this place 5 stars....i cant anymore it is getting worse everytime I go there. The last 2 times we went both myself and my husband have become ill and we felt fine before we went there! Their crust used to be so good now its so thin the crust flakes off. I feel like its cardboard and taste like the 1.00 pizzas in the freezer section. I feel like since we did not know the people working we were treated different. Went with a groupon to give it one last chance but I think its time to find a new favorite pizza joint! Sorry Pizza Shoppe but whoever is in charge now bring back the old person because it is wayyyy different!

Never went to the restaurant before so my fiance and I decided to try it. We got in at around a little before 6:00 pm. The place was crowded, so there really wasn't anywhere delightful to sit. So we just kind of sat back on I am supposing a waiting seat. Nobody really came, despite the greeting on the way in. We just went ahead and sat at the only open booth , which was still covered in soda stains and a bottle of Clorox on the table.(That I had to clean myself) Maybe about 5 minutes in, someone asked what we wanted too drink, we respectfully ordered our drinks and we got them. They told us someone wold be there soon to take our order.... We sat in that booth, for two hours. (Yes, TWO Hours) and we got no service, despite our efforts. we were really patient for Pizza, because honestly the menu actually looked really flattering; we were excited for there service. Maybe about an hour in, I went up to the desk and asked for a refill and asked them if they were short staffed or something? (Trying a polite way to ask, "Hey...Can we like, get our order taken?") They said something broke and that's why things were taking a while, fair enough. However, when it seemed like things were getting back on track many other people were served before us and I can swear the staff were eyeing us both and giving us some looks. Were we in the No Service booth? Were we acting impatient? Didn't really help them when it seemed like alot of the staff were just sitting around and talking, especially during a really busy hour?? Do they think we were just chilling back? After another hour of frustration later, we just decided to pay for our drinks and leave. They insisted that we get the drinks for free, because of there lack of service... We just went to Subway down the street and got our food as fast as we ordered it... Pathetic Pizza Shoppe.... I would just wait till they get a change of staff that aren't salty as the salt shakers at our tables (By the way, to keep our self's preoccupied we started making horrible puns to each other based on the items we had on the table...) -Collin

Very good food and super filling. The only not 100% positive thing is the price. Unfortunatley amazing things always tend to be a bit more expensive than the normal, bland, everyday stuff were a costumed to. It's definitely worth it though. The atmosphere is phenomenal and the staff are super d friendly . One of my favorite spots.

Nice Rollz is a culinary gem that began its journey during the pandemic when Kristina Lee started selling egg rolls from her apartment. As word spread, she transitioned to a kitchen at Kamp in Omaha's Blackstone district, where her creativity truly flourished. One of the highlights of Nice Rollz is their monthly Burger Night, an event that has garnered a dedicated following for its innovative and mouthwatering burgers.
Located inside KAMP, they have the best Asian fusion food. I had tried the black sesame and peanut butter cold noodles before, and came back for the hot cheeto K-dog. So indulgent and so good. A great pick-me-up snack! 🌭

Yummm. I enjoyed eating my Nice Rollz. I took my friends here because they wanted a Korean corn dog. It did not disappoint. We did half and half. Great cheese pull everything. The hotdog was seasoned and juicy. The food came out fast and fresh. The flavor was delicious, the breading was well seasoned. I tried one of each flavor and they were all worth tasting.

We tried all the different chickens and all pretty good! I liked the Sesame chicken the best. Fried rice was very good individually.

The biggest letdown were the Rangoon nachos? Spendy and lackluster— we were there on an especially slow day, had a OG dog and nachos. It was all missing something-

Their hours online are not the same at the building/store. My friends and I tried going 20 minutes before, and they told us they were closed. We weren’t that upset because we understand it takes time to clean a kitchen. We went the next day, arrived at 8:47 PM, assuming they would be open and we could eat without being rushed. Nope! The last call for food Monday-Thursday is 8:45 PM! That is not listed anywhere online (maybe reviews, which we didn’t read). We asked the person working what time they would be open the following day, he said 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9:33, the doors were locked and the time said they opened at 11! That was such a slap in the face. Make sure to not make the same mistake as us and go way before they close. The interior was nice, but the music was pretty loud.

I went there today for lunch and I just got the OG Korean dog but it was sooooo good! This place needs to be advertised more because it was amazing and I’ve never heard of this place till today. I would say it’s the best Korean dog place in Omaha/surrounding area. Cheese pull was also amazing. Go give it a try!

Nice Rollz is sooo good. Everything I’ve tried tastes fresh and you get solid portions for the price.

Nestled in the heart of Benson, Baxter's is a delightful spot to unwind on a weeknight. While waiting for Clayton, who was busy at his restaurant, Alexander and I enjoyed some refreshing beers paired with delicious slices of hamburger topped with mushrooms and onions, as well as a classic margherita pizza. The neighborhood vibe adds to the charm of this fantastic eatery. With prompt service and an incredibly friendly staff, it’s hard not to feel welcomed here.
Oh my god those sweet tots are life changing.

Delicious gourmet pizza and tots (haven't tried the sandwiches yet). They deliver to the local Benson bars for free! Just be mindful that waits can range from 5 to 15 mins! The staff is very friendly, but does not rush.
Gabriel S — Google review
Ordered a slice, but the staff was more invested in the game on tv. The order had been requested wrong and was ready for 10+ minutes before I had to say something.
Drew M — Google review
Fantastic place to eat. Timely service, friendly staff.
