Ice cream shop
Schlecks in Ottensen offers a unique ice cream experience with their Cold-Stone-Kreationen, where you can choose between flavors like vanilla, mango, or yogurt and have them mixed with your choice of ingredients on a chilled marble slab. This American trend allows for a customized ice cream creation right before your eyes. The process may require some decision-making as you select the size of the waffle cone and the toppings to go with it.
Super tasty! Big portion so be sure you can handle it! The girls are very helpful and they also can suggest you some combination! It’s very cute inside but also cool if you want to sit outside! Little bit price but you get enough ice cream … definitely should try!
S T — Google review
I think this might be the best sweets shop I've ever tried in my life. I had a (vegan) Oreo shake and it was so goddamn delicious that I felt like I was in heaven 😭 🙌. The people who served us were super nice! But honestly, the sweets they offer are the absolute highlight of this shop. Must visit for everyone over the age of 12. DON'T BRING YOUR YOUNGER KIDS, guys! You will ruin their childhood! They can't just go here! You'd make them addicted. I swear. I'm a grown ass person and I am already addicted, I believe. So take care of your children and feed them healthy stuff instead most of the time, please! 🙏🥺
Bughunter N — Google review
Such a nice ice cream shop. The staff are very warm amazing and creative. We ordered banana Joe and Mapfelbecher. Very very tasty. wide range of toppings and combinations and flavours available .
Samira B — Google review
My favourite ice cream place in Hamburg. You can choose out of loads of different ingredients/ sweets that can be mixed into your ice cream flavor so that it never gets boring. The staff is extremely friendly and spreads a lot of good vibes!
Isabelle — Google review
This is certainly a destination worth visiting. Firstly, the staff at the shop are exceptionally warm and welcoming (and they speak English). Secondly, the unique ice cream philosophy is something you should experience at least once. My son was absolutely delighted, and the virtually endless array of customization options and flavors for your ice cream is impressive. I highly recommend trying the biscuit ice cream, which is an explosion of taste sensations - it's a must-try! Another added benefit is the convenience of card payment options.
Matteo L — Google review
My favourite ice cream place in Hamburg. In addition to the incredibly delicious ice cream and the creative ice cream creations, the team completes the experience by being very friendly even during peak hours. Furthermore, this ice cream shop has the advantage of offering inside sitting possibilities so that you can also enjoy their ice cream during the 300 days of rainy weather :) Enjoying their ice cream all summer long is fun, but I am also already looking forward to their autumn creations with hot toppings.
Isabelle L — Google review
Delicious ice cream prepared on a rock; it's nice to watch and it's delicious. Lots of creative flavors and toppings, also very friendly environment.

Ice cream shop
Oehlers Eispatisserie, located in Eimsbuttel, opened during the 2020 pandemic and quickly gained popularity for its high-quality, homemade ice cream. The master confectioner's passion and use of mainly regional ingredients have contributed to its success. While some may find the prices a bit high, many customers believe that the exceptional quality justifies the cost. Visitors praise the unique and flavorful ice cream options such as Macadamia White Chocolate and Passionfruit White Chocolate.
Recently stumbled upon this gem of a place, and since then every other local ice cream shop experience has been ruined for me. The higher price feels justified, the ice cream is extremely tasty and with high quality ingredients. The macadamia and white chocolate flavor in particular is friggin yum.
Eduarda L — Google review
My favourite ice cream place in Hamburg. I take all my friends there and they all agree with me that it’s the best ice cream in Hamburg. Chocolate brownie salted caramel js my favourite!!!

Best Icecream in Hamburg but just three stars for not fixing their issue to pay by card. 3rd time we dort have cash and couldn’t buy Icecream.

Perfect chocolate ice cream!
Mark M — Google review
A gem! The ice cream is super smooth, and you can taste the freshness of the fruits in each sorbet, a real treat. I recommend getting the "3 tasting scoops", great way to try more flavors and the portions are generous.
Julie L — Google review
One of the best ice in the neighborhood!
Alexia C — Google review
Very good ice cream. We don’t think it is overrated, it is really good and creamy. You notice that they are using special ingredients, so I understand the price. What I liked the most is that every flavor was unique and at the end they weren’t all tasting the same like in other ice cream places. I wish I live nearby 🍦🍦
Gina R — Google review
The best icecream in Hamburg so far. Loved the flavours Macadamia White Chocolate, Karamel and the best one is Passionfruit White Chocolate.

Tucked away in the beautiful Ottensen neighborhood, Eisprinzessinnen is a charming ice cream shop located near Rathenaupark. Since 2014, the owners Katrin and Lara have been delighting visitors with their delectable homemade ice cream, drawing long lines of fans eager to sample from their impressive selection of 100 flavors (13 available daily). The ice cream is crafted in their own glass-walled laboratory, allowing patrons to witness the creation process.
Today it was a really hot day, so we decided to treat ourselves to ice cream. We couldn’t have picked a better spot than Eisprinzessin! The selection is always changing and they all are very tasty. We tried the Stracciatella, Vanilla, Banana, Pineapple, Cinnamon and Berries of the Forrest which all were great. The ambiance is very cute with various eclectic chairs and tables under some lovely trees. We cannot wait to go again!
Steven D — Google review
Always a queue but it is worth it. Home made bio ice cream and always new flavours.
Beau657 — Google review
One of the best places for ice cream in hamburg! There can be a very long queue if the weather is nice, still worth the wait, which usually turns out not to be that long.

Delzepich Eis is a popular ice cream shop known for its daily-changing selection of artisanal flavors. The shop prides itself on producing pure, additive-free ice cream using traditional methods and natural ingredients. Customers can expect inventive flavors like tangerine cheesecake, raspberry, dark chocolate, and chai latte. Delzepich Eis also offers convenient ice cream boxes for transporting multiple flavors home or to the nearby Alster for a picnic.
If you feel in love with ice-cream, but you also want to stay healthy and take care about quality of the product - you have to buy it here. It's a fresh, homemade tastefully. They produce new one every day. It's not huge variety of taste (only 6-8 option), but every variant is not super sugared or sweet and suits for children. Be careful during the Weekend- it's a huge waiting time 25-30 minutes at list.
Julia L — Google review
It's a small place with just couple of ice-cream tastes available every day. The best part about it - they are using shovels to make portions like in a real Italian gelato cafe. The ice is of high quality, but a bit thin, not so creamy, because it's based on milk. You can also buy 0,5l and 1l containers for home :) Prices are very fair!
Alicja B — Google review
Good ice-cream. very reasonably priced, 2-scoops was sufficient and only €2. Few seats outside to relax.Google translate came in a handy for translating, but other flavours did not seem to have an English counterpart.

The best ice-cream in Hamburg! Homemade and you can see how it is made in the room next door. Every day different variety of flavors.

This charming dessert shop prides itself on crafting exquisite sundaes using only the finest natural ingredients, emphasizing seasonal produce whenever possible. Great selection of tasty ice creams. They also sell boxed ice creams for take-away. They try to follow eco-friendly practices e.g. green energy, provide edible chocolate spoons, provide glass bowls for serving etc. The pricing is reasonable. They accept cash and card payment. The shop is dog-friendly. There is a place to sit inside as well as outside.

Great ice cream! FranzBrötchen is by far the best flavour- must try! Great vibe and location. Complementary additional small portion of ice cream is a cherry on top of the cake 😋 Highly recommended!

Excellent ice cream with a changing assortment every week. The Chocolate Deluxe and Cold Brew Coffee were delicious. Unusual flavors like Strawberry Rhubarb, Mango Lassi or Peach Passion Fruit. @2,40 € per scoop on the pricey side but worth it for the quality and value.

Great ice cream and very interesting flavors! I can confidently say “the best ice cream in Hamburg”!! Highly recommend licorice and mint flavors☺️ And if you’re vegan, no problem, because they have a decent range of vegan flavors as well!

Very delicious ice cream and many flavors are offered, the queue was pretty long though. Despite the taste, I think 6,5 euros for a small milkshake is pretty overpriced.

2nd time here and I love the taste of each flavor that I tried (mango sorbet, strawberry cheesecake, and caramel cake). The service is also nice and they are friendly ❤️ super recommended

First time at Hej Eis today, I was specifically looking for some soft ice and it was recommended. But: soft ice machine broken, so reverted to normal ice cream, in this case Cassis and rasberry mascarpone. My wife had gooseberry and mango. Verdict: this was hands-down the best ice cream I have had in Hamburg so far. Friendly staff, too. What a find, will be back soon.

Luicella's Ice Cream St. Pauli is a delightful ice cream parlor that offers more than just delicious treats. Visitors can also participate in workshops to create their own unique ice cream flavors, thanks to founder Luisa's expertise gained in Italy and her partnership with former swimming world champion Markus Deibler. The larger sister store in St.
Luicella’s is known for its creamy, flavourful scoops, and it didn’t disappoint. The ice cream was fresh, and the variety of unique flavours made it hard to choose just one. Service was quick, and the average price per scoop is around €2-3. I’d recommend trying one of their weekly specials; the creative combinations and high-quality ingredients set it apart from other ice cream shops. A nice touch is their complementary sample of any flavour, offered with each scoop ordered.

Top ice cream in Hamburg. In just few days I visited three times. It may be pricey but it is absolutely worth. Big portions absolutely delicious whatever I tried and the very friendly staff always offers a different taste to have a try. I can only recommend it. I hope you keep up the high quality
Giorgos F — Google review
Reasonably priced ice-cream place in St.Pauli. It costs 1.6 euros for a big scoop of ice and a cone (kugel). My fiance and I tasted the "erdnuss" and "pflaumen sorbet" flavors. The erdnuss flavor tasted great, but I was not satisfied with the latter. I hope they replace the Pflaumen flavor with something tastier. This is just my opinion. The lady at the counter was nice and patient while we were deciding which flavor to buy. I would however recommend everyone to try out all the other flavors which I'm sure are delicious.
Kishore S — Google review
Luicella's is a favorite, and now they have Milkshakes! Pick your own ice cream combinations and they mix it up, chocolate syrup included! My real vanilla and Chai milkshake was perfect for the very hot day while walking around. Single person entry during Corona time. Wear a mask. Be nice, everyone is struggling right now, so if it takes an extra minute for your order to be ready be patient and grateful.

Generous portions and fantastic flavour choices. They give you a small sample of another flavour to try on top of your ice cream - nice touch! Good range of milk free options too and for the price you really cannot beat it.

Röllchen is a unique ice cream spot where the ice cream is prepared on a cold stone and then rolled into delicate rolls. Customers can choose their own ingredients, allowing for endless flavor combinations. The menu includes both chocolatey and fruity options, as well as vegan choices. The service is quick, and customers can watch their ice cream being made right in front of them. It's recommended to start with small portions as the servings are generous.
I ate this ice rolls in my home country in India and also in weddings and here it is just delicious with so many variations.

So we wanted to try it and to be honest it didn't deliver as expected. Taste was really bad. For the price and effort put into making one roll you expect more. Ice cream had blank taste and you could taste fat most of the time. Presentation was on point. Waiting time was absurd almost 45 minutes for ice cream. The workers were throwing everyone out 'cause ice creams couldn't freeze. All in all an unorganized mess. IMPORTANT NOTICE! There is no serving system. Me and my partner got ice creams with a difference of 15 minutes and 5 people got ice creams in between us. Workers are just making ice cream for whoever they took paper from not caring when was the time order. Putting a timestamp on papers would do the thing so they know who ordered first. Only cash payment aswell but there was an ATM near them so 5 stars for Sparkasse next to them! Kudos to Vegan options. Overrated experience.

This was one of the best rolled ice creams I’ve ever had and the fact that it was vegan earns it extra points! I tried the mango, blueberry, and mint combo, and it was absolutely delicious.

Wonderfull vegan ice cream. Very well spent money on superb vegan ice cream. Even thou it is vegan the taste is just as good as any other ice cream we have tasted. Worth a visit when in Hamburg. Service is quick and you select flavours and topping or their pre made suggestion. It is cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you. Recommend to go here!
Patrik L — Google review
The varieties are amazing. Cookies, pretzels, strawberries, and so much more. It took a while to make it, but we were not in a rush. Flavor was ok, the price was not so ok. 6,90 for 1 cookie, a few pretzels, a sauce and whatever that white stuff was, seems too expensive!

The prepare the ice cream after u place ur order ... Taste is ok, had better ice cream for lower prices in my life..... Ingredients r fresh all the way..... So why only 3stars????.... They r a lil greedy with the toppings. I had pretzels n fruit sauce as toppings... Paying 6,50€ n getting 2 pretzels, when a whole bag cost u 0,89€ in Germany n just a drizzle of sauce... That u scoop away with the frist two bites. It's prepared by order... We still had to wait around 15min, with 3 people in front of us

Amazing little shop with great ice cream and staff! Some of the best ice cream I’ve tasted so far, you can tell that it’s good quality. Watch out for review-bombing from trolls and ignore them.
No N — Google review
Some flavors of ice cream are very, very good. But whoever they have attending has a big attitude problem and should not be complaining so much about little things. We wanted to become regulars of the shop, but only on our second time there we had a terrible experience due to some Kleingeld. I work in delivery and we get a lot of kleingeld as trinkgeld from our clients. Wanted to treat my girlfriend to an ice cream and took around 15 cents in coins of 5 and 5 cents divided in 2 coins of 2, and 1 coin of a cent. In total 20 cents in small coins, the rest we paid with 1 or 2 euro coins. We were told in a very rude manner to not bring kleingeld here because "I have to then go to the bank to change it". We said ok, already thinking that our money was not good enough for this place. But even after saying ok this woman continued treating like second class because of the money we brought, making it seem like I didn't deserve to spend my money in that business... We just took our Icecream and left. Ice creams tasted poorly after that. Strawberry, chocolate and Vanilla are not anything special. In short, bad customer service ruins what could be a very, very good Ice cream shop. Edit after reply: I dont mind getting cents as change in any shop. And doesnt really matter how much real strawberry or chocolate you use, if it's bad ice cream, it's bad ice-cream nothing to do about that. :)

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Dulsberg, Nice Cream is a delightful ice cream shop that has quickly become a local favorite since its opening less than a year ago. This gem offers an array of homemade ice creams that are not only delicious but also served in unique ways—think croissants and bubble waffles! The simplicity of their flavors shines through, with standout options like vegan mango and cheesecake.
In a quiet area, hidden from the public is a jewel of a shop. Nice cream will surprise you by its simplicity, ice cream at it's purest and best. No fancy flavors, extras, floofyness or other. Because after all, why mess with perfection? Try the vegan mango flavor, my personal favorite...

The ice cream is crafted with great care and features generous portions of ingredients such as large cookie pieces and creamy caramel sauce. Probably the best ice cream in town. Expect to have a long line on a sunny day. But the ice cream is easily worth the wait. They have a small and ever changing selection of classic flavors as well as their own unique ones. I recommend grapefruit and yogurt with red currant. This cute ice cream shop offers a nice variety of vegan flavors with vegan waffle cones as well as Xylit based ice cream and waffle cones. Their best flavor was based on the Snickers snack, containing caramel, chocolate and peanut butter. However, they named it with a culturally insensitive name that I could not pronounce, so I had to awkwardly point on it with my finger to order it.

Honestly slightly overrated. The ice cream tastes very sweet, is creamy but not silky smooth like proper gelato. The scoops may be ginormous, however they are so big, you are grateful when you have finally finished your ice cream, whereas I prefer to finish wanting more when it comes to dessert. Overall verdict: skip it.

Over the years, eis höfts quality dropped significantly. Many flavours are very uninspired and just sweet while others are as good as they used to be. Ice cream is delicious but if you go on a busy day be prepared to be rushed. We had an older couple standing behind us and little ones were choosing ice cream whilst they sighed and tutted about them taking a while to choose. The servers some of them are impatient and because it’s small and busy don’t hear you straight away so they try and hurry you up. What would be a good idea is to have a menu outside whilst you wait so you can at least see what there is! Instead of having to choose from a large selection when there are so many people waiting to be served.

It's located on one of Ottensen's busiest streets. The atmosphere is relaxed, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Customers praise the excellent service and the option to pay by credit card. The macaron ice-cream sandwiches are highly recommended, as well as the variety of flavors offered.
Today we visited this beautiful place to taste some delicious macarons. My favorite was the blue blueberry macaron that I strongly recommend if you decide to pay them a visit.
Johannes — Google review
The delicate flavors and aromas here are truly delightful. There’s a certain joy in choosing from the variety of macaron flavors, each with its own charm. Not only the macarons, but the other desserts also look equally tempting. The only drawback is that the portions are quite small for the price — but the experience still feels worth it.
Hayoung — Google review
A lovely, cute setting. Very ''macarony'' atmosphere. The service is very good, staff are friendly, very hospitable. Macarons are smaller but very yummy. Macaron ice is also good to try!

If you're looking for a delicious vegan frozen yogurt alternative, try YOMARO Frozen Yogurt Sternschanze. The sweet and creamy yogurt is made with a soy base and topped with a variety of delicious toppings. Additionally, this store is dedicated to sustainability by selling vegan frozen yogurt in addition to non-vegan options.
Just simply the best frozen yogurt in town! Various choices of toppings and sauces.
Nhung N — Google review
Love Froyo and YOMARO offers a “regular” and a soy-based yoghurt. They have lots of different topics and sauces. Just don’t go to crazy I guess as non are included in the actual price rather cost 0,50€ per topping. The yogurt tastes good though, not too sour. I wish they had more flavors though. Still waiting on a US-like FroYo place with 10+ flavors 😉
Jennifer H — Google review
I tried the soy based frozen yogurt with banana, coco crisps and honey granola with a raspberry sauce topping. My first impression was, that it was simply too cold to eat. I mean yes, you're eating frozen yogurt, but I didn't think I'd get a brain freeze from it. Not sure if it was just me. Other than that the flavor was not exactly mind blowing in this combination, it wouldn't be a go to place as a recommendation. It was pretty standard.
Mike T — Google review
Even the small is huge. Toppings cost a fair bit but you don't require that many. So for €2.70 its worth it
Tana K — Google review
My heart belongs to frozen yogurt and I know when it tastes good, and this store sells some really nice froyo! There are many different options you can choose from for the toppings and a nice variety of sauces, the price is really cheap too! 2,60€ I think it was for the classic size which was already big I think. So if you have a heart for froyo and visit Hamburg, don't miss out on this place! It may be a little hidden, but it definitely has one of the best froyos I have ever eaten!♥️
Theresa S — Google review
Great frozen yoghurt, lots of toppings, super nice people. You should get a favorite, that is the medium sized frozen yoghurt with three toppings and one sauce of your choosing. I can recommend strawberries, kiwis and all chocolate toppings. Nutella or caramel sauce tastes great!
Jakob R — Google review
The frozen yoghurt was really tasty, but the service staff reacted very rudely when we asked if it was possible to pay with card. It was possible, but next time we should have cash.
Ole W — Google review
I haven't been to too many froyo places but Yomaro is life. The froyos are delicious and without added sugar, the toppings are available in a good variety and the staff is very friendly. The only aspect that could be better is the seating and atmosphere as it feels just a little too sterile.

Luicella's Ice Cream is a dream turned into reality by a duo in 2013, with their own parlour in St Pauli and a new outlet on Lange Reihe. Rainbow Ice is a unique concept that allows you to create your own individual rainbow ice cream ball by combining up to six or seven different fruit ice creams. This innovative approach eliminates the need to struggle with choosing just one flavor, as you can enjoy a variety in a single serving. Additionally, the option of adding Oatly vanilla topping enhances the experience. The vegan Otly soft ice cream is also highly praised for its delicious taste, making it a favorite choice for many.

(Translated by Google) The Otly soft ice cream, purely vegan, tastes very delicious. A little too soft for me, but that could also be due to the heat. The rainbow ice cream, on the other hand, is awesome. In terms of taste, it hardly differs from conventional ice cream. You can then have a ball made from up to seven types without having to fight which type you use. Then one ball is enough. Of course there are also different sizes. This will definitely be my favorite ice cream. (Original) Das Otly Softeis, rein vegan, schmeckt sehr lecker.
