Cuore di Vetro is a charming gem located in Mitte, Berlin, known for its delicious and vegan-friendly gelato. The cozy spot offers a rotating menu of housemade ice cream, gelato, and sorbet, as well as antipasto platters. Visitors can witness the magical mixtures being churned in the kitchen behind the shop, adding an authentic touch to their outstanding flavors.
Ice cream & red wine – name a better duo I’ll wait! The ice cream here is incredibly creamy, rich in flavor, and tastes like a dream. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming🍦

One of the best gelatos I’ve had. Their dark chocolate gelato tasted amazing!! The texture was creamy and the flavour was superb. Not too sweet which was perfect for me! They also happily make you taste the ice cream before you buy (if you ask them to, of course) so that’s really great. 100% recommended.
Tanya S — Google review
One of my fav ice cream places in Berlin, they have the best authentic Italian gelato & the affogato in town:) + they also recently introduced a new Matcha flavour and, as a matcha obsessed girly, I LOVED IT🥰
Emiliya G — Google review
One of the best ice cream in Germany They don’t have lots of flavors but each of the ones they served are with qualities! Strong tastes of ingredients instead of sugar or cream. Very tiny shop with few outdoor seats, super friendly staffs, but be prepared to queue. 2.5-2.9EUR one Kugel depending on your choice.
Chris Z — Google review
The texture is excellent — smooth and satisfying to the bite. As for the flavors, they are decent but rather ordinary: tasty enough, but lacking a distinctive twist or standout element.
Александр Ш — Google review
It was so amazing experience. The staff was lovely. And all the flavours were very nice.
Aden A — Google review
Pretty good ice cream if you're lucky to not have a line in front of you. But make sure you get it in a cone and not a cup. For some reason, I got half as much in my cup as the lady before me, who ordered in a cone. Good for my dietary plans, I guess, but I still paid 2.50€, so...

this ice cream joint is extra special - none of the ordinary flavours standards like lemon, chocolate, vanilla, berry, . . . are always given a nice twist and the nice staff is always ready to help to find the right one for the "frightened" ones they give a little spoonful to try

Charming little gelato spot with delicious ice cream and a sweet, cozy interior. The staff were very kind and welcoming — a lovely place for a quick treat!
Luka G — Google review
Lack of enough seating possible outside. Found one long hair in my ice cream so the staff threw the scones away.. gave me back another one. Blau Minze flavor is not bad! Frappe also very coffee! There is no black buttermilk lemon flavor any more..
TW L — Google review
Best ice in Berlin!Missing them even in the winter,so here is a few nostalgic summer pics of pretty ice) Choice of tastes is very creative and the scoops are generous. My favorite summer “not so sweet” match is a ball of black lemon and the ball of mint with dark chocolate crisps. All the classics are also bomb)
Pepper B — Google review
Ok hear me out. I would give this 6 out of 5 if it was possible. The best flavours of any gelato or ice-cream in Berlin. I had a lot of great ones such are Duo, Zagara or Canal and all of them are 5/5. V&M is just better! Great texture and strong lasting flavours! Simply perfect. The wild blueberry one is a must!
Václav M — Google review
Amazing ice cream at a great price. Friendly staff and fast service. Could use more seatings but understand it’s designed to be a fast pace service place and not a sit down
Eileen M — Google review
Amazing tasty ice cream. With quite some new ice cream varieties. Worth a try. Two different cons available, where one is black and has a taste of Oreo. Also if there was quite a long queue, the waiting time was relatively short through a good service. Also stuff was really friendly and gave a good impression.

If you have the chance, get their truck at your parties ❣️ Definitely a hit! All the ice cream flavors are amazing and innovative. Each one I tried was a new experience that cannot be put into words.

Gelateria Mos Eisley is a charming ice cream shop known for its organic sorbets and ice creams with unique flavors like licorice and peanut butter. Half of their production is vegan, offering alternatives to dairy such as soy, coconut, or almond milk. Founded in 2013 by Daniela Teuber, who studied at the Gelato University in Bologna, the shop combines traditional techniques with modern ideas to create classic yet innovative flavors.
Worth the wait for some very good gelatos! I tried Melon, Salted Peanuts and Black Current flavor. All these three tasted authentic and true to taste. Lots of vegan and gluten free options available which is great. Per scoop 2 euro.

The S — Google review
This is a high-quality ice cream product but not among the top 10 in Berlin. The ice cream is thick and creamy. They have around ten different flavors, a mix of fruity and creamy. The shop offers limited outdoor seating and no indoor seating. I enjoyed their cheesecake and mango flavor. Their chocolate one is decent but not among the best in Berlin. The scoop size is also not among the most generous in town, and for almost 2 euros per scoop, the only expectations are high. As a result, this is a good ice cream if you are in the area. Otherwise, it is nothing out of the ordinary.
Rod R — Google review
The popcorn & honeycomb and carrot cake flavours are to die for!!! Didn't have such good ice cream in a while. Absolutely recommended.
Mryzczak — Google review
Ice cream is great but I don’t like that they touch the waffle with the same hands they use to touch money without using a napkin. It’s quite unhygienic
David F — Google review
3 scopesof ice 3 times amazing I love it They also have ice-cream with beer and other alcoholics. But it is on random days they procure it
Florian U — Google review
Friendly service, but flavours were definitely underwhelming. Nice for a local spot, but not one I would travel for.

Good product, a few super tasty vegan options ( soja erdnuss crunch is my all time favourite), and fair price. There's always a long queue outside as soon as the sun is out, that says everything !

It's a great option for dessert if you're dining out in the area but be prepared for long lines.
Charming ice cream shop with unique flavors—I tried Dubai chocolate and Hokey Pokey (honeycomb), and both were delicious. The children’s size with two scoops was just right for me. Service was friendly too!

So happy we walked in yesterday, it was amazing ice cream and I think I will totally come back to buy more to have some at home. The stuff is supper helpful and friendly, loved it!
Sasha F — Google review
One of the best ice cream shops in Mitte serving gourmet artisanal flavours that you cannot find anywhere else! Priced right. Very limited seating available. Highly recommend this Hokey Pokey!
Ali S — Google review
We wanted to try the place due to the reviews, and bought a couple of ice cream cups. We chose hazelnut (with caramelised hazelnuts and chocolate pieces) and Dubai style (pistachio with vanilla and chocolate). The hazelnut was okay, but we didn’t like the Dubai one (the pistachio didn’t taste good). We wouldn’t come back.
Tasting S — Google review
Expensive but some of the best ice cream i’ve had. I had the vegan chocolate with walnuts and the blueberry & lavender. Staff is nice and there are lots of vegan and lactose free options.
Jo J — Google review
One of my favs in town - when there, definitely try the Hokey Pokey flavour, everyone I know (me included) loves it:)

The flavours are so intense! The long queues regularly outside speak for themselves: this is original, delicious ice cream and sorbets. The grapefruit and raspberry sorbets are particularly recommended!

Hokey Pokey is a delightful gem for ice cream lovers. They boasts a wide array of unique and classic flavors, all made with high-quality ingredients. The creamy texture and rich flavors make each scoop a treat. The friendly staff enhances the experience with their warm service and helpful recommendations. Rosa Canina is an ice cream shop located on Pasteurstrasse in Prenzlauer Berg. Visitors can observe the process of making various flavors of ice cream through a window. In addition to their delicious ice creams, Rosa Canina also serves delectable milkshakes that are perfect for hot summer days.
Good taste, lots of vegan ice cream choices, almost everything organic.

The caramelized walnut flavor was good, a bit intense on the walnut bitterness, but not too overpowering. The NY Cheesecake was not as flavorful but still nice and creamy! Beautiful street to stroll on while eating your ice cream.
Madalina — Google review
Great selection of artisanal ice cream, I can highly recommend the vegan Tonka with sesame crunch (very unique) and the delicate New York Cheesecake for their flavour and creamy texture. Friendly staff and a nice location to sit outside and eat.
Timothy B — Google review
I recently visited this ice cream place and I have to say, the ice cream itself is fantastic — definitely a solid 5 out of 5! The flavors are rich, creamy, and just the right balance of sweetness. They have a great variety, and I found some unique flavors that really stood out compared to other spots around town. If you’re an ice cream lover, this place is definitely worth a try just for the quality of the ice cream alone. The atmosphere is pretty nice too — I’d give it a 4 out of 5. The shop is clean, bright, and inviting, with a casual, fun vibe. It’s a good spot to hang out with friends or family and enjoy a treat on a warm day. The seating area is comfortable enough, and there’s a nice flow to the space so it doesn’t feel cramped even when it’s busy. Where I found the experience a little lacking was in the service, which I’d rate a 3 out of 5. The staff were polite but seemed a bit distracted and slow at times. It wasn’t rude or bad by any means, but I felt like the service could be a little more attentive, especially during busier moments. A bit more energy and friendliness would really elevate the whole visit. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the ice cream again because it’s that good. Just be prepared that the service might not be top-notch every time. Still, with amazing ice cream and a pleasant atmosphere, it’s a nice spot to satisfy your sweet tooth
Cat F — Google review
Yummy ice creams! They're a bit more expensive than in other places (1.80€ any non-basic flavor scoop) in the city, since they're made with organic ingredients, but they're anyway worth it.
Damián G — Google review
The matcha ice cream is incredibly delicious. I’m not surprised by the price—it’s pretty normal for Berlin—but I do wonder how ice cream in general has gotten so expensive so quickly.
Louis O — Google review
One of the best matcha ice cream in Berlin and for a very fair price, not too sweet, so you can totally taste the matcha flavour.
Sara S — Google review
I popped in by chance as the weather was quite hot and I had an ice cream craving. The selection of flavours is quite interesting and I went for an Italian classic, pistachio, and a gorgeous caramelized walnut. The ice cream is perfect: not too sweet, creamy but not heavy and really well balanced. Cons: the queue ( but you know, good things take time).

JONES Ice Cream is a popular spot known for its creative ice cream flavors served in handmade cones or on cookies. The owner, Gabrielle Jones, has been serving her unique ice cream creations at Berlin's street food events since 2013 and will soon open the first shop in Schoneberg. With a background as the French Champion of Dessert, Jones brings a touch of French excellence to American-style ice cream.
Tasty ice cream and not too sweet! The atmosphere is also very nice. It is always crowded on the weekend so recommend to come during weekdays. The staff was very friendly too. It had more water consistency than Hockey Pockey and a lot less sweet. I also enjoyed their Waffel a lot!
L C — Google review
I wanted to visit Jones ice cream since almost 2 years And finally got the chance to try it a couple of weeks ago. And it was totally worth it. Ice cream is delicious, there are different flavours than the usual. I tried carrot cake and vanilla caramel brownie and both were so so good. Also they are popular for making in house waffle cone. So would highly recommend to try the cone, handmade cone costs around 1.1 euros extra.

There is something special about this place.💜I visit Jones every time when in Berlin and i’m always stunned.❤️‍🔥So many cool flavors and unexpected combos, playful structure connecting more elements than just the ice cream… Definitely gonna raise your Berlin experience to a higher level. 😍💫And i totally recommend the homemade cone which can’t even compare with the basic one✨

Expensive but tasty! I loved my chocolate brownie but all flavours I tried were sublime and yummy! The cones were crispy and the staff kind. Free tap water as well!

We went here to have some ice cream, and got carrot cake and fudge chocolate caramel peanuts. Both of them were amazing, specially the latter. They have a lot of interesting flavours, the worst part is that they don’t have indoor seating.

Don't let the simple look fool you, this cookie had me shaking my head in shock at the deliciousness! I had the macademua vanilla white choc cookie and my brain couldn't understand the awesomeness of the explosion of flavors in my mouth! The ice cream was also delicious! I got the burnt cacao flavor and it was so good!

Real, plain ice cream! Not too sweet, not too creamy - and not too weird. I love ice cream that doesn’t come with piles of candy or cookies. Generous scoops, friendly staff, and plenty of seats in- and outside. Nice one!

I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year now. It’s a really good ice cream place with lots of flavors. They also sell tubs to take away and enjoy home 😋 The only disadvantage is that sometimes it gets very busy, the line can be long and then the service tends to be not as good as on calmer days.

The ice cream shop has a vintage look which is outstanding. The GuZiMi and Erdbeer Basilikum is a must try. Also the Walnuss flavour is good too.

Tenzan Lab is a cozy and minimalist cafe in Prenzlauer Berg that offers a delightful array of Japanese treats, including kakigori, the popular Japanese shaved ice dessert. This traditional ice cream dessert has gained immense popularity in Japan, with Tenzan Lab providing an authentic experience without the need to travel to Tokyo. The cafe serves mountains of fluffy, hand-shaved ice adorned with delicate sauces and toppings such as fresh fruit and mochi balls.
I absolutely loved the shaved ice cream! It was light, not overly sweet, yet still bursting with flavor. My brother had the matcha-green tea option, while I went for the weekly special with peach and sesame—both were fantastic. We also tried the peach mochi, which were incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!
Nadin L — Google review
very good service, with the tastiest and most delicious japanese food! we ordered the taiyki which was exceptional, alongside the curry bento box that tasted delicious and so fresh, would 100% recommend
Nicole L — Google review
I have mixed feelings about my time here, although it still leans on a positive side. (& recommended) The shop opens at 1200 and when i went there at 12:20, there were already people outside (full)! & unfortunately the guy was alone, completely running back to front to fulfill everyone's order and so- in time. He was apologetic when anyone’s order was late or if he had forgotten them... Very much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏 Shaved ice was really good! I had one of this month's specials (black night). The smokiness in it yet the overall texture and taste was just perfect. No wonder their shaved ice-cream is always on everyone's wishlist ✨ this one was delightful till the end. The ONLY downside is the "japanese fisherman's bowl" which was clearly missing something (atleast when u see the description in their menu + other's photo and reviews -vs- mine). It felt painstakingly different 💔 thus (-1) star.
Farzana M — Google review
So sad to see this gem go. Delicious food, the curry tastes like a family dish and makes you feel cozy, the shaved ice is refreshing and soft. Try it out while you still can!

Their shaved ice is delicious! The black sesame flavour was intense and earthy, the consistency cloudy and smooth. Slightly sweetened, it’s the perfect refreshment to share. I was missing a bit more mango tho.

The owner (Tenshu) is exceptionally polite and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is outstanding, with the Kakigori (Japanese shaved ice) being, in my opinion, the best I’ve ever had. They also offer seasonal specials from time to time, each thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique flavors and essence of Japan’s changing seasons and cultural richness. Overall, this place is a true gem — a must-visit for anyone looking to experience authentic Japanese flavors and hospitality.

Tenzan lab was on my list for awhile. Inside the cafe is very relaxing and quiet. The waiters are also kind. However I find it a bit disappointing that the coffee types had always syrup in them, that’s why I went for tea. We had the Japanese pancake with cream cheese and sweet red beans which was quite tasty and also mochi. Overall it was ok, I’m not sure I would come again but I could bring a friend for something different.

Eisbox, located in Moabit, is a renowned ice cream parlor that treats the process of making ice cream with great reverence. They use organic ingredients and prioritize natural production to offer a superior quality product. While their prices may be slightly higher, the commitment to using the freshest produce and offering seasonal flavors ensures a diverse and satisfying experience for ice cream enthusiasts.
I love this place and all the flavors. My favorite ones are the goat milk chocolate and the ginger lemongrass. Those who left negative reviews here clearly are not the targeted customers for this refined, organic and exquisite ice cream.

2,30-2,80€ for a small sorbet scoop, not so many tastes on offer, a few quite strange ones (Spargel ice, green tee ice: come on!), long queue and only one obviously inexperienced staff, only a limited amount of places to sit outside, political messages taped on the showcase,.., sorry not really my thing! 😄
Jp L — Google review
One of the best ice creams in town. Each flavor surprises my taste buds in the best possible way.

Eisbox is always one of my Favoriten ice cream places in Berlin. Not so many choices 10 or so?) but I only eat 2 flavours and their quality is great and always some twist in flavours. 2 Euro can be expensive for local ice cream places but to me still it is a great event to go and taste different, not too sweet Eis and watch exciting children. We like their jams (only seasonal) as well. Walking from Tiergarten or Turnstraße through green is also a joy for me. (They might be closed during winter time. So make sure before your visit in autumn/winter time.)

Very overrated place. Had an affogato with vanilla ice cream. The ice cram didn’t taste well at all (my granddad used to have an ice cream parlour. I know how good I’ve cream tastes 😜). The owner was quite rude to her staff while I was there and the prices are quite hefty for what you get.
Jelena G — Google review
I don't think that high price justifies the quality of this ice cream. This ice cream is ok , however it's very far from an original italian one . A very good ice cream does not need a huge price but a right price and love. There are several good quality Italian ice cream shops around the corner. I am sorry but i do not recommend this shop if you like a good ice cream and right price.

Chipi Chipi Bombón is an Argentinean ice cream parlor located in Friedrichshain, offering a variety of housemade ice creams with unique flavors such as dulce de leche, banana split, and pineapple-parsley. The owner, Andres, has taken measures to provide entirely gluten-free options and minimize allergen cross-contamination for nut-containing flavors. In addition to their exceptional ice cream selection, the parlour also serves top-notch hot chocolate during the colder months.
Been going here for years and they have been consistent with delicious, creamy and cool flavours. I love the dulce de leche but also their limette, koriander and chilli ice cream. I highly recommend getting the tasting bowl of you want to try more flavours in smaller scoops !
Imogen H — Google review
I came here due to a recommendation because I really like interesting flavours but I was disappointed as the coriander -lime ice-cream did not taste coriander at all, only lime. I do not doubt these are really homemade ice creams and they seems decent but nothing extra.
Viktor L — Google review
Really good quality ice cream! They had amazing flavours, but this banana split with dulce de leche swirled through got me. Not the best atmosphere inside, and very hot. But it’s nice to sit outside and people watch. Eager to try out some of the other flavours. €2.90 for a single (generous) scoop is not too bad.
Georga K — Google review
The basic ice cream flavour choice wasn’t that big, but you have more of unusual flavours available like Backed Sweet Potato or Mate, which both were super tasty:) I just wish they had my fav Stracciatella in store & for 2.90€ you would get a bigger ice scoop (on the pic there are 2 scoops in each of the cups which is actually how a normal 1 scoop should look like??)
Emiliya G — Google review
Seriously the best ice cream I’ve tried. The texture is so smooth and thick but not too thick. The flavors are so amazingly balanced and you can really taste the flavor you’ve picked. Their ice creams don’t leave you feeling heavy and the level of sweetness is just right. Sure they are a tiny bit pricier but you can seriously taste they invest in their ingredients. Wish I lived in Berlin just for this ice cream shop.

Really nice gelato! They have unique flavours to try. The staff was very friendly.
Anna S — Google review
I tried the pistachio gelato and enjoyed the flavour and sweetness level. Not to sweet so you could test the pistachio properly which is great. Also a good size scoop. If I’m going to nitpick, it was a bit grainy with tiny flecks that seemed like the skin of the nut rather than crunchy pieces of the nut. It was also a bit too melted/soft for my liking, maybe as it was nearly at the bottom of the container. Pretty friendly service and a nice shop

Very good flavours, with some very interesting ones I have never tried. 2.9 euro per scoop is also very fair for generous scoops.

Best ice-cream place in the neighbourhood, by far. Not only the ice-cream is extravagant and delicious, but the service is top! Friendly staff is welcoming, greeting, and explaining you all. You see them smile all the time and it's easy to have a pleasant talk. The way the ice-cream is prepared is outstanding and worth seeing/experiencing. You have a variety of flavours and toppings/extras to add. You will get a sheet of paper where you can choose your favorite flavor & extras from. Was a blast and we totally recommend it. Just see how empty out cups got, lol 😊

Gimme Gelato offers a delightful selection of house-made gelato, including creamy options and chocolate-covered popsicles. The Bacio, apple pie ice cream, and red wine sorbet are highly recommended flavors. With half the flavors being vegan and the other half dairy-based, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Customers have noted that the edible spoon is a surprising touch but can be fragile. Payment by card only is accepted at this establishment.
Super nice find next to my hotel in this cool park. The staff was very friendly and the cones are all vegan , yeah. They have several delicious vegan flavours (I had coconut stracciatella and oat vanilla). My goal is to try all flavours...

Half the flavors are vegan and the other dairy. Didn't know the spoon was edible until I read a review here - it does break easy. Card payment only. Tips: - Tell the server a joke. Mine was not rude but it's probably not an easy job. - Try vanilla oat with cherry. Thank me later.

Stale icecream, didn't really taste the flavor of pistachio. The chocolate icecream was kinda icey - you could taste the small chunks of ice
Sinn Y — Google review
After queueing for 20 minutes in the 30 degree sun, we noticed they barely served 3 people in that time. So I started watching them, the women working had for some reason walk back and forth about 3 time in slow motion just to finish one scone. Really? Can't put everything you need close to you? Who is the manager in this place? Why don't you train your staff? Do you know how to run any business? Maybe go to the Croatian or Greek seaside and see how to efficiently manage an ice cream truck. To top that off, the men working just stood there and did nothing. Waiting patiently for his colleague to finish her "5 minute for one scone" order. I guess he is in charge for payments. Seeing we live in Berlin, it's imposible that the staff can do more than one thing in parallel. Let's just let people leave the queue and take their business to Brlo where there have actual trained and efficient personel. Why should he care, he's just an employee. Dear Berlin hospitability business owners, be better!

Hands down, one of the absolute best vegan ice-cream places in Berlin. I returned to this place for a second visit to verify my experience. The ice cream still tasted somewhat icy, and I personally found the portion small for the price. I had previously written a review, which was later removed due to a defamation complaint by the business. I find it telling when businesses respond to honest criticism not by improving, but by having reviews removed through legal complaints. This review reflects my personal impression and experience as a paying customer.
Kai K — Google review
Schnallt euch warm an, it's story time: My ice cream and coffee loving girlfriend and I went to tribeca for the first time, yesterday. The queue was short, which was a pleasant surprise, since ice cream places are usually effing busy, this time of year. And especially when it's hot af. Sweating, we went inside and I was happy because there was a perfect looking, beautiful coffee machine behind the counter. My mouth watering in excited anticipation for ice cream and coffee, I placed my order with the friendly server. When I was told, I couldn't have a cappuccino, cold shivers went down my back, which was not as pleasant as you would imagine, since it was such a hot day, but the disappointment stung like a million wasps. Also, I found it a little odd they wouldn't make me a cappuccino, since everything they needed to have made me one was standing right next to the coffee machine, i.e. oat milk, and a metal jug to heat it and foam it up in. I mean, I get that on the menu at tribeca there are only iced coffee's, but if I learned anything in my time working in bars and restaurants, it's never to just say 'no' and to always try and accommodate my customers (especially if everything you need to do it with is right there), because usually it makes them feel special and, well, accommodated and therefore makes them want to come back. But maybe the owners of tribeca don't want people to come back to their place of business and therefore don't tell such things to their servers. I don't know them personally, so I can only guess. I didn't want to make a scene, so I asked if I could just get a coffee that is not iced, since I was under the impression, that the coffee coming from the coffee machine would be hot. Our server said yes and I was happy again! They then delivered their deadly three-punch combo to my gut: First, they gave us our ice cream, which was delicious, but for 2,80€ a scoop frankly just a brazen joke concerning it's size, or its lack thereof, to be more precise. Then I got my coffee, WHICH WAS COLD?! and to add insult to injury, they made a mistake with our bill (which is not a problem, mistakes happen), but were then UNABLE TO GIVE US A REFUND, SINCE THEY ONLY ACCEPT CARD AND FOR SOME REASON CAN'T CORRECT SUCH MISTAKES. I mean they offered us more ice cream, but I usually order the exact amount of ice cream I want to eat, so why would I want more ice cream? Another offer was to give us a voucher card with four stamps, which would have meant for us to make another 6 puchases to then get a little bit for free, which at the time also didn't seem that appealing. I then opted for taking back 3€ in cash, that our server produced from the back of the store in 50ct, 10ct and 5ct pieces (probably taken from the tip-jar?), which was still a bit cheeky, since the mistake made amounted to 3,80€, but our server (who, by the way, was totally left alone by her two co-workers, that seemed more experienced than her and were nervously watching the whole situation, but never offered any help) was already decompensating from all the stress, so I just said ok. In the end, I did get a warm coffee and, as I've already said, the ice cream, while small in portion, was delicious. BUT, I'll never come back here, because there are a trillion ice cream placed in Berlin, where the owners properly train their employees to deal with situations that normally occur on a daily basis in a place of business, especially in gastronomy, and also are not as stingy with the size of their offered product. tl:dr On a more serious note: you took money from us, which happened by mistake and will happen again to other customers, but that you then offer no acceptable way to repay your customers is unacceptable. For the record - having your minimum wage employees paying back customers from their own pocket or offering ice cream or offering a half stamped voucher card that makes us pay you even more money to then eventually get something for free is also not acceptable. Please do better.
Jonas Z — Google review

If you are reading the reviews, know that the hype here is justified. The dark chocolate ice cream was more than I expected, it was one of the bests I've tried in Berlin. Definitely recommended! The service is friendly and very fast. 2,30 Euros per scoop, and you can pay by card.

What a gem! Stumbled across EISDERIX and wow…The pistachio was super good and full of flavour, but the real winner was the cashew chile salt. Honestly one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had, sweet, creamy and a little salty… just perfect. Lovely little shop!

Our favorite ice cream shop! They have a great selection of flavors and the ice cream is super creamy and natural tasting. The scoop size, however, varies a bit depending in the employee.
Yvonne K — Google review
This was one of our favorite places few years ago. Unfortunately the quality and flavor are not there anymore. We tried stracciatella, quark-apricot, caramel and pear (didn't try the chocolate flavors). Only a handful of flavors remained good, others taste diluted. The scoop seems cheap (2,30) and that attracts a lot of people. But the size of the scoop is so small, that it isn't worth more anyways. So basically it's the same as going to another mediocre ice cream place, paying little more and getting little bigger scoop... not worth special praise in my opinion

(Translated by Google) It used to be my favorite ice cream. Unfortunately, the classic ice cream flavors are hardly available anymore. For example: Mint chocolate with large chocolate pieces... unfortunately only rarely. And you have to look for the chocolate pieces. Unfortunately, the whole ambience in Klosterstr * Spandau * has changed a lot. Loud and rather uncomfortable. Very unfortunate. (Original) Es war einmal mein Lieblingseis. Woop Woop Ice Cream Store offers a unique experience where ice cream is made using liquid nitrogen, resulting in a soft and creamy texture. The store's colorful bi-level space provides an entertaining environment for customers to witness the ice cream-making process right before their eyes. With flavors like peanut-and-raspberry, even vegans can indulge in this special treat.
Fantastic ice cream that is freshly made in a magical dry ice machine. The combination with the bubble style waffles is just to die for! 🤤 The ice cream flavours change regularly and taste always awesome! In my opinion the best ice cream in the city and I know that's a bold statement but we were never disappointed when we went there. Woop Woop! 😁🤟

Yummy, well-crafted creations. Not a "31 flavors" place with a bunch of premade ice cream. They had five different "recipes" (which change regularly), and made the ice cream on the spot with liquid nitrogen and additions to match the "recipe". I don't go for a lot of ice cream, but loved this because it wasn't too sweet. I had the blueberry pie, which was awesome, and Loren had the Negroni sorbet - which disappeared fast enough that I didn't get a taste. Nice staff, couple outdoor tables but no indoor seating.
Mike D — Google review
A really lovely place. We came across this ice cream store 3 minutes before closing. The my serve 5 flavors which are changing every month. The ice cream will be cooler with nitrogen. This creates an awesome smooth ice cream. Highly recommended

I don't like places where there aren't alternative choices for vegans. There's no vegan waffle. Come on! But! The triple peanut butter *vegan* icecream were one of the best ones I had!!! The ice cream is fresh - made right in front of you.
DAR F — Google review
A unique experience of "ice cream making" that made possible by extreme cold of liquid nitrogen. Due to a lot of handwork, the price is more expensive than other ordinary ice cream store. Due to the price, it's not something that you want to buy every weekend, however the experience worth the price, especially for small children, where they can see the process of ice cream being made from "liquid" state to ice cream with topping. Inside you can find a cute eat in space... You might want to take a break here during hot sunny day🌞 The taste you asked? It's great! Of course, it answer your expectation of the price. We ordered "Strawberry Cheesecake" flavor in this place.l, and not only our daughter, but I love it as well 💖💖

Good ice-cream. Mango maracuja wasn’t that sweet which is great as it had natural flavor and was creamy. Opt for it only if you like Maracuja flavor. The chocolate was creamy with brownie and it was amazing to have freshly prepared Ice cream using N2 which had a good flavor. There is some waiting time as they prepare it freshly. Overall I’d recommend you can give it a try, the staff was friendly and service was good.

This was dessert craving after dinner. My friend took us here. „Lets go for Nitrogen Ice cream“. + Very good quality of ice cream, we chose chocolate cookie fudge, Spekulatius(Vegan), and White Chocolate Raspberry. But chocolate was the best for me. + Cool nitrogen process you see.. different + Friendly staff - Ice Cream is bit Pricey, cup in the picture is for 4.90€ - staff was bit confused with POS system - small sitting area inside

Very good place to eat icecream and waffle. Prices are ok not so bad . They make the icecream live by creating it using nitrogen. The taste is also very good. For all you icecream lovers this place is definitely worth a visit.

Duo is a laid-back Sicilian ice cream shop that offers traditional gelato and sorbets, along with a variety of sweet treats like brioche ice cream sandwiches, milkshakes, cakes, and granita. They also have an experimental flavors mini pop-up shop for unique options. In addition to classic scoops, they offer vegan pistachio and hazelnut flavors at the pop-up.
Probably the best icecream I ever had. Employees very friendly. Payment only card. In cup the ice cream look’s not so good. 2.4€ small, 4.6€ medium, 6.2€ large. Small is enough if you already ate something. Waiting time around 30 minutes but worth it!
Okurka S — Google review
I went to this ice cream place and it was so, so delicious! I ordered two ice creams with one scoop each, and it cost 6 euros. The pistachio dip was also incredibly tasty – rich, creamy, and full of flavor. There was a long line, and I had to wait about 30 minutes, but honestly, it was totally worth it. If you’re a fan of good ice cream, this place is a must-try. A perfect little treat!

Absolutely amazing Sicilian ice cream in the heart of Kreuzberg. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Duo has been on my wishlist for a year and what better way of eating ice cream than on the longest day of the year? As a pistachio-lover I was very excited to try their pistachio flavors, and of course, the glaze! Some italian acquaintances said it was good, so I had high expectations. Although there was a small line, we didn’t stay longer than 15 minutes (on a Saturday), but the line did get kinda long after we got there (no worries, they work super fast). The taste of the ice cream was good, a bit too sweet for my taste. I must warn you: I regret getting size medium (super big, kinda American standard medium; deff not like the ones I’ve tried around Berlin). It was SUPER messy to eat it, and chaotic/sticky so I recommend getting the small one. I will definitely return, but to their Kudamm one whenever I have a chance and perhaps getting other less sweet flavors if I get the glaze again.
Ana F — Google review
Affordable and tasty! Always have a long queue. Now I know why! Had chocolate and salty pistachios. The crunchy coating is not really necessary. The icecream itself is more than enough.

Early Bird, a popular Italian cafe in Wins-Kiez, has gained a strong following since its establishment in 2017. The gelato is praised for its fluffy texture and high-quality ingredients, with flavors like pistachio and raw chocolate standing out. Open as early as 7 am on weekdays and 8 am on weekends, the cafe offers excellent espresso and artisanal nut-based ice cream, including delicious vegan options.
Great ice cream with interesting flavors. A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We come just before closing time and it was a nice experience. Because it’s a small place, then there is no guarantee that you will get all of flavors that were available at the beginning of the day. I was less impressed with the decision that one flavor can only be served in a waffle cone.

Probably the best ice cream in Kiez, and the flavours they offer... Hello??? 😍 I tried Gorgonzola ice cream today and it blew my mind. Haven't tried such an unusual flavour in years. Truly unique!

Good ice cream, tasty, price i guess normal, they accept card, you can sit outside and inside as well. Affogato as well good, but ice cream isn’t as thick/creamy as I imagined, so i will not return.

Ice cream is good but nothing crazy. The pricing is misleading - you pay 90ct more for two flavours in a cone instead of a cup and only if you know you see that the scoops are a tiny little bigger if you order a cone instead of a cup. Doesn’t really make sense to me.

Amazing vegan ice cream options 😻 came in and they had only two but mentioned they normally have more, I tried both and couldn’t decide so I got both. After trying 5 flavors: chocolate, matcha, mint, passion fruit, blueberry yogurt. Below you can see the pros and cons of my recent visit to Katchi ice cream and why the rating is 3 stars: Pros: Variety of flavors Tasty gelato Big portions Not too sweet Fast service Place to sit Nice shop location Pet friendly Cashless payment possible Have cookies and other options Cons: Expensive relatively to the offered quality and comparatively to other similar shops or even better shops The gelatos has something not matching something too crunchy between the creaminess or even frozen chunks which was really weird for me The cookies even if I didn’t try them looks completely unappealing more The matcha was very good but has in it one big frozen chunk also the mint was very light which i kinda liked it, otherwise the passion fruit was a bit too acidic, the chocolate chunks in the chocolate gelato was tasty but has too crunchy chunks felt not matching Overall the experience was acceptable

I was so exited to eat at the new Katchi in Mitte and was not disappointed. I have to say it’s the best vegan ice cream in Berlin I have eaten, and I love that there is a variety of creative vegan options (Pecan Cookie Crunch was my favorite!) instead of only a couple sorbets like it is at other places. I do wish there was a vegan version of their milk chocolate ice cream though 🤔. The staff is very kind, the customer service is great (which is hard to find in this country). I felt very welcomed there as a queer person and it’s lovely to see people from the community scooping ice cream as well.

Cute neighbourhood ice cream shop that’s very popular especially with the young ones. It’s located by a really nice playground too. It has fun flavours for kids and also some for adults - my favourite is the chocolate chilli flavour that really packs a punch. They keep it in the back as it’s got a real kick, but is delicious and would be even better with a pinch or sprinkle of salt! They also do bubble waffles and coffee and are just overall a friendly place the locals love. They don’t open in the winter, but in the summer, they sometimes extend their hours a little, so you can still pick up a scoop after closing time if you’re lucky

My experience was really good but I only tried one flavor. There were toppings you could add such as marshmallows (which I added, was really good), sprinkles etc.The cones were really fresh and what these cones had was a chocolate layer. If you are in the vicinity and or going to S Grunewald then there is a great ice cream shop there(no toppings but ice cream was still fresh),i recommend going there, mostly because it's cheaper if you are in a big group. This was a great shop, enjoy!
David T — Google review
Great for kids, not for adults. It is next to a big playground, and they seem to target kids with some of their flavours: colorful, sweet and intense. It is a bit expensive, because they use high-quality ingredients, yet the lemon flavor was the most artificial taste you could imagine—not like the fruit, but like a strongly lemon-flavored sweet.

Had high hopes, there were only 2 non-sorbet vegan ice cream flavors so that was a disappointment, as I had been craving a creamy and inventive non-dairy flavor. The staff seemed bothered by us trying to decide and were not overly friendly. Although this is very reasonably priced (cheap!) this was the smallest serving size of ice cream I've ever been given! I know I'm comparing to gluttonous American standards, but it was almost laughable, the single tiny scoop of ice cream was lost in the cone and gone too soon.

I personally love creamy ice cream, here unfortunately they're more "icy". You can find special flavors and they're actually not that bad, but if you're looking for a creamy one that's not the place for you. Also I didn't really like the pistachio.

Ethical ice cream with a smile! I can highly recommend the belgian chocolate - it's my and my toddler's favourite by far! I also enjoyed the peanut crunch. I was so enthralled by Balaram's concept, flavours, and friendly service that I had four scoops and my daughter had two. You can enjoy your ice cream on the couch or outside on various seats, though unfortunately in the shade. Alternatively you can take it to the park to enjoy it in the sun. The ice cream is made from soya and there are two scoop sizes (€1 for a child's sized scoop and €1,50 for a big scoop). I don't mind paying extra for ice cream that has a good conscience. Went because my friend and I are vegan and we wanted some ice cream to cool off. Came due to the rave reviews, but had the worst ice cream that I’ve had in a long time. Tried the vienna almond and that had absolutely no flavour. The mango maracuja tasted like watery sugar with a bit of a tang. My friend got a milkshake with one berry ice cream (that I can’t recall) and the shake only tasted like milk. Super disappointing especially for that price.

Totally awesome place for ice cream and waffles. We had berry and Nutella waffle 2 days in a row. Great service, friendly and good value. Highly Recommend! 👍

Huge range of desert choices from waffles to milkshakes and ice creams. Freshly made waffles on order lots of toppings available that are generously served.

Great waffles, okay coffee. I expected less milk in my espresso macchiato, so that was a bit disappointing. The heater was turned up too high when we visited.

Good quality ice creams. Good outdoor seating. It’s close to busy street still feels relaxed. One star less just because they could have more and new options for flavours.

Just ordered a Dark Chocolate with Coconut Milk, but that was enough to know the quality of the products and the customer service. Very happy with the attention and how clean the place was. The service was quick. The taste of the beverage was amazing. Definitely going back again to try other beverages and also try the Waffles. Im not a fan of waffles, but these looked so good!

I've never experienced a restaurant like this before. There was not one thing wrong with the whole visit. Our whole group loved every minute of it. Such an excellent idea. It's like turning up to a wedding where all other tables are strangers. The service was great and the food was amazing. The entertainment was really class too. A bit expensive but it's worth it. Totally recommended for groups.

The food was a reasonable quality, although I think the portion sizes are a little large, as a couple we had the same portions as a table of four. The wine and beer flow freely 😁. The acoustics are not great, very often you can't hear the entertainment. The waiting staff are interactive and good fun.

The rule is if you want to sit at the garden, order at the garden. We did the same 30 min waiting for a scooped ice cream on a cone. 30 minutes!!!. And mean while people get ice-cream and sit their table. Finally we canceled our order and stand in the queue. It doesn't matter the taste of the ice cream, waiting time will kill you for sure.

The ice cream is quality and tastes great: creamy and flavorful. Varieties change daily based on the season and what local/regional ingredients are on hand. The premises are modern and clean. The service is fast, but you can still expect to wait in line at busy times if day. You can choose table service, but if you get it to go then you can still sit down in the lounge chairs they've set up outside. Very family-friendly place (duh). Great ice cream parlor overall!
Alex B — Google review
The owner asks for a more detailed review: The googlemaps stars-rating says "it's OK" when choosing 3 of 5 stars. This is all I can contribute. I had no bad experience but the product didn't hit me as well. Of course I didn't taste all sorts of ice-cream. So if it's the owners goal to provide the best ice-cream in town I might have had bad luck. But again it was average tasting stuff (yet one-time-experience ;), staff was OK, too... I didn't go there on holidays like the owner assumed. I just went there some weeks ago and ate ice-cream together with some other people...

The family and I are frequent visitors of Eiskimo. Along with the "staple" flavors (i.e; vanilla, chocolate, etc.) they also offer specialty flavors that are frequently switched up. The staff is always friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have and seem to be comfortable with speaking English if necessary. The sitting area outdoors offers plenty of elbow room and sits on a lively and well visited corner if you like to "people watch". 😊👍

The server was super nice. I had the mango and the strawberry and mint, both were nice but not knockout. The chocolate and Beetroot was definitely an interesting one. Small & cute place to have ice-cream at. Staff was friendly and the interior design is lovely. In front of the store there are few tables and banches to sit on. The taste is alright. Had already better ice-creams. Unfortunately, the price is far too high for what you get taste- & size-wise. The scoops are really too small. And yes, general production cost increase, but others also manage to keep the prices fair. Cool note at the window, but it doesn't justify the high price.

I had this place saved on my list for quite some time and I finally tried it! I tried the seasonal Pumpkin Spice one and the Pecan Vanilla. I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice one, crunchy, surprising, not overly sweet. The Pecan Vanilla one was nice too, a solid eclair, but not a surprising flavor. NB: Please note they don’t have eclairs daily! They only have them from Wed to Sun (currently). Make sure to check for updates before going.

Listen, I've wanted to try Canal's eclairs for years. Finally got there when they had some (they sell out often) and got 3 flavours to try, listed in order of how they tasted: White chocolate passionfruit Pumpkin spice (seasonal) Raspberry pistachio The white chocolate passionfruit was incredibly flavourful and moist - would definitely get it again. But the others were only okay. I wouldn't go out of my way for them. Kind of dry and a bit bland.

Dreadful. Not a huge variety of flavours, and cash only in 2023, these are minor issues. But the fact that the scoop is not cleaned between different flavours is absolutely disgusting! The ice cream tasted off, made worse by the fact that there were bits of other flavours in it!

Don't go here!! This place has really TERRIBLE service. After waiting for a long time in line because there was only one person serving at the counter the guy served me an ice cream with two very small scoops and then went on to serve two other customers before returning my change. There's a small area in front of the counter so I had to wait and have people shuffle around me until he gave me my change. When I asked for my change he just grinned, didn't look at me and then went on to serve the next customer. The ice cream and service is much better at eismanufaktur close to Leopoldplatz if you're looking for good ice cream and good service. Don't waste your time here! In reply to your response below I would like to add: all your son (the guy serving behind the counter) had to do was say something like, “I’m so sorry your change is on it’s way.” But instead he grinned and continued to serve the next two customers without saying anything. When I asked for my change he just ignored me. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. As I wrote before, this is terrible service. I’m not the only one here who has had this experience with your son. Read the reviews. Perhaps a bit of customer service training wouldn’t go astray....

Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Neukölln, Gazzo is a trendy hotspot that has quickly become a favorite among pizza enthusiasts in Berlin. This restaurant specializes in artisanal sourdough pizzas, boasting a soft and chewy crust that's perfectly baked to achieve an irresistible crispiness. While not exclusively vegan, Gazzo offers an impressive selection of vegan options, including delectable vegan cheese that adds to the overall experience.
Probably the best thin crust pizza in Berlin! Perhaps a MUST GO if you are looking for a Berliner experience AND pizza. An excellent dough, delicious tomato sauce, top ingredients and a super hot oven make this as perfect a pizza as you will get outside of Italy. Their soft ice cream combinations, I.e. with olive oil, salt and shortbread are surprising and outstanding! The location and the vibes of the place make the Berlin experience complete. Very friendly and efficient service and a large terrace seating make for a top guest experience.

WOW!!!! I found this place thanks to a book about the best spots in Berlin, and the recommendation did not disappoint. For a moment, it honestly felt like I had been transported to Italy.. 😍🇮🇹 but only for a short time, because the waitresses were so fast and attentive that everything arrived almost instantly. The soft ice was even ready in about a minute!! the pizza was served just as I wanted it, and the service overall couldn’t have been smoother. I had the pizza (number 2 on the menu, 12 €) topped with mozzarella, parmesan, olive oil, and fresh basil — and I can highly recommend it. If you’re a tomato sauce lover, this is definitely the place to go. I was genuinely surprised at how pure and full of flavor the tomato sauce was, it tasted like the kind you’d get in Italy, fresh and simple but unforgettable. And the cheese is fantastic! 🧀 And such a thin crust!!😍 And then there was the soft ice (7,5 €) — topped with olive oil, sea salt, and crumbles. It was soooo good!!!! the perfect balance of creamy, salty, and sweet! 😋😋 I strongly recommend it! The interior is wonderful, the restrooms were nice, and there was even classical Italian music in the background and toilet paper that had a little heart design, which honestly sums up how I feel about this place 💖 Please go! But if you don’t, that just means more heavenly food for the rest of us‼️I will be back!🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great place, friendly staff, delicious food, and a very well-thought-out menu with detailed descriptions of the ingredients and their origins! So for me this is the best pizza in Berlin. And I have tested almost all. The tomato sauce is breathtaking, the fresh ingredients are amazing. This gets a 9,27 /10 which is the best I have ever given. I’ve been coming here for a while now and the food is just consistently amazing. My go to pizza spot in Berlin! Can not stop recommending it!

This place puts other pizza places to shame. Soo good that Im thinking about their pizzas as Im typing this review. The wait for a table is long though, what can I say, everyone loves it. sometimes they give you some popcorn while you wait for your table. Their soft serve is also equally delicious.
Ankita ( — Google review
Pizza never disappoints whenever I come here. Thin crispy crust and creative toppings that’s a delight to try. They have weekday pizza specials for €13. The toppings are simpler so depends if you want more or not. Kürbis Pizza €17: 7.5/10 Pumpkin pairs well with the guanciale and buffalo cheese. The texture was one note topping wise, but the crust made up for it. Salat €12: 6/10 Tasty dressing, but it was just romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes with over roasted chickpeas. They were hard like corn nuts and hard to scoop since they were so small and the lettuce was so large and slippery. I really needed the fibre though so I still enjoyed it. I wanted to try their dessert but I was too full. Had the olive oil soft serve last time and that was divine. Even though it wasn’t busy and only three other tables were occupied, service was slow. It was hard to get the server’s attention and took forever to get the bill. Eventually we went to the front to pay. Didn’t have this experience last time, but it was during dinner service. Worth going to because the pizza is factually delicious. Will save room for dessert next time.
Justine Y — Google review
The pizza here is good – though to be honest, I’ve had better elsewhere. What really stands out, though, is the seasonal menu and carefully curated ingredients. You can tell everything is made with love and attention to detail. But if I’m being completely honest… I mostly come here for the buffalo soft serve. It’s absolutely amazing – creamy, and just addictive!
Viktoria W — Google review
I think it can be nice if you’re Lucky enough to get a Pizza that’s not burned. However given the slightly higher than normal prices I think it’s overrated. The vinho verde was underwhelming at 7.5€ a glass (approx 5-6€ purchase price per bottle)

Great coffee and of course the original Ben & Jerry's ice cream. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood, you can breathe peace in the environment, it has a terrace but I recommend you to go inside to observe every little detail of the decoration. It also has a coworking space. The best thing (after the ice cream :P) is the staff: attentive, friendly... you always want to come back.

Yummy ice cream, cool location, friendly staff but WHY oh why is the cookie hot in the ice cream sandwich. Hot cookie + cold ice cream = melted all over my hand before I could eat it. A fundamental misunderstanding of the concept of the ice cream cookie sandwich. Nevertheless delicious.

First time I went here there was a grumpy dude who’s service was unpleasant but today I went again and the two girls were amazing. The atmosphere was really nice and the ice cream they recommended was perfect! I can definitely recommend Cherry Garcia and chocolate brownie!

Good place to have an ice cream in, pretty good service. Prices are ok. The bowls are huge, worth having the biggest option.
Łukasz Ś — Google review
Some classic Ben & Jerry’s flavours - I wish some of the more exciting American flavours were there too, though to be honest if the chocolate fudge brownie is there, I’m happy enough. I went at a very quiet time in the day with my baby daughter, so it was super empty - I had to briefly leave her outside (totally in view though) as I couldn’t get the pram up the steep steps (maybe add a little ramp, also for wheelchair users? This is a Berlin-wide issue) The lady serving was polite but seemed pretty bored. Not what I’d expect for a more ‘wacky’ American brand. Ice cream was of course lovely and nice big scoops too. I’m glad it’s joined the neighborhood. :)

Ice cream shop
Berlin Homemade Icecream is an iconic ice cream shop located in a quiet Schoneberg street, overshadowed by the popular Jones Ice Cream nearby. The owner takes pride in using high-quality ingredients, with at least 50% fruit content in sorbets. The shop offers over 12 flavors, including vegan options and Italian treats like Cannoli. Customers praise the pure and clean quality of the flavors, such as vanilla, chocolate, and plum.
You can feel the ice cream are homemade. Nice and creamy texture! Delicious! I recommend to visit

They offer interesting flavors of ice cream. First time I’ve ever seen a baklava flavor plus chocolate with espresso flavors in one- the best!!!!!! What more is their service is excellent -so friendly! Very reasonable price. This is near the park so better not miss trying it when you’re around this area.

I’ve been there last summer and can’t let out of my monde the incredible banana flavour ice cream ! Really nice flavour : simple but original and truly good. You can taste the quality in the texture! Really need to go back !! Thank you
Léonore J — Google review
Great ice cream, reasonably priced. They usually have 12+ flavors and don't sleep on the high quality Italian treats (Cannoli etc.). They have a great vegan options and great flavors all along. You wont find totally overloaded ice cream here more pure clean quality flavors. If you like a great scoop of vanilla, chocolate or even plum this is your place. My fave in this neighborhood. The place profited greatly from the new ownership and is a bit of a hidden gem as it is tugged away on pretty slow street.

Handsdown the best ice cream in Berlin - you can tell that the flavours are original and reflect the quality of ingredients. It’s the best kept secret of German ice cream sector. I try somewhere else, and each time realise how superior this shop is. Love it.

Recently changed owners but continues to serve consistently high quality ice creams. Usually 12+ flavors on offer from standard favorites to unusual ideas. They also have at least 2 or 3 dairy free flavors.

Great ice cream, but it's not worth having to put up with the the owner's scheiß attitude. The young man helping him in the shop is absolutely lovely with the customers (he has to compensate for his boss's nastiness). Dear misanthropic ice-cream maker: please hire another nice ice-cream server and stay in the back, far away from the customers you have so much contempt for.

I am not a veggie type of guy, but I am a fan of this 100% vegan & gluten free ice cream. Went here multiple times with the kids and wife, nobody was ever unhappy about the choice. They serve kids portions if needed, otherwise the size is fair. Full five stars!

One of the best ice creams I ever had. Also the stuff is very friendly. I took the coconut-stracciatella flavour which was top and the guy who was working there gave me to try some of the pistachio flavour which I also took the next day because it was delicious. Top ingredients and quality and also vegan. Keep it up 🫶

Green Scoop Café – A Hidden Gem in Boxhanger Platz Today I discovered Green Scoop, a charming little café located in Boxhanger Platz, near the A&O Hostel in Friedrichshain. I tried the pistachio flavor with caramel and chocolate topping, and it was absolutely delightful. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, with a rich texture that melted in the mouth with every bite. What impressed me even more was the price—a generous scoop for just €2.50. Plus, they accept card payments, which is very convenient if you're not carrying cash. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I’m definitely planning to return soon to try more of their delicious and creamy flavors!

If you're in the mood for some deliciously chunky ice cream, look no further than Chunks by KoRo. This Berlin-based take-out spot offers a wide range of vegan options that are so good, you won't even miss the dairy. The flavors are packed with chunks and bursting with taste, making it a top choice for ice cream lovers. From wake-up pumpkin to fluffy peanut butter cup, there's something for everyone here.
Ice cream with chunks and packed with flavour. This is what B&J wishes it could be. Handmade in Berlin and just an awesome little place. Lots of vegan options and doing a blind taste test, I could not taste the difference. We had wake-up pumpkin, fluffy peanut butter cup, Mozart dough and ruby strawberry froyo. The price is totally acceptable for what you are getting. You can taste the quality and can see the effort that has gone into putting chunks in every scoop.
Oskar B — Google review
By default, Am not a fan of vegan ice cream. But since i know the brand KoRo for their very good quality nuts and nuts butter so i decided to visit this shop Chunks by KoRo and give it a try, surprisingly the ice cream was not bad at all yet not that good ( to my taste ) but i think to Vegan lovers this shop is much better than many other places i have tasted their ice cream, On. The other hand there are very few choices. Or flavors, which doesn’t give enough choices to select, i could recommend the Matcha chocolate one , also available nuts and nuts butter and cookies, but worth to mention that i wasn’t expecting the cookie to be cold and stored in the fridge , tasted uncooked or undercooked not sure but also wasn’t bad at all, Possible to my by cart, and the shop is pet friendly

Eismanufaktur is a popular ice cream chain with multiple locations across Berlin, including Neukolln Rixdorf, Friedrichshain, Mitte, Kreuzberg, and Wedding. While some customers found the texture of the ice cream to be less smooth than desired, others appreciated the diverse range of flavors such as milk chocolate, salted caramel, pineapple & mint sorbet, and williams birne sorbet.
Such a good self-made ice cream. Many flavours, the classics and some new combinations. I've tried the vegan dark chocolate and, without being a vegan myself, it was sooo good, soft and delicious, I will definitely go for it again...vegan or not vegan...it's just a winner! The service was easy, fine and with a smile. Definitely going back there.

We had a wonderful experience here thanks to the incredibly friendly and patient staff. The lady who assisted us was cheerful and accommodating, allowing us to sample various options before making a purchase. Despite our indecisiveness, she remained gracious and welcoming. The ice cream itself is exceptional, especially the pistachio flavor, which is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place!
Osman H — Google review
Generally scoops became more expensive all over Berlin (as other foods), so a 2 euro scoop is a norm at the moment in better ice cream shops. But we took small scoops for 1,40 to try out different varieties. They are actually normal size and the "normal" are actually oversized scoops. Ice cream was very good, I tried matcha which was a pleasant surprise, pistachio (a nice real pistachio flavor, no artificial coloring) dark chocolate (strong and little bitter- perfect for dark chocolate lovers) and milk chocolate. My son had sorbets: strawberry and mango (excellent, both full of flavor) and I tried passionfruit (it was little too acidic for my taste but still delicious). All in all, very good ice cream, not the best I've ever had but still very very good. The lady who worked was super nice and pleasant, more helpful than in other ice cream shops we visited. I wish I had chance to try more of unusual varieties, as at this moment they mostly had the usual flavors... wish they had strawberry mint again or some other combo...

Christian D — Google review
Taste was quite good, but texture wasn't smooth in any of the varieties (we tried three). There are better places in Berlin. EDIT (in response to owners comment): Sorry for my short review. I give you more details now. We actually tried four different flavours in total: milk chocolate ice cream, salted caramel ice cream, pineapple & mint sorbet and williams birne sorbet. Might be have been also sherbet, but it's irrelevant in this case. (Excuse me if the names are not exact.) Like I said, we liked the flavours. If not spectacular, but very good indeed, so I gave you a four star review, very good on my personal scale. Maybe it was unnecessary to state that there are better places in Berlin, naturally a personal opinion. But it's my opinion anyway. The texture of both of the sorbets (or sherbets) were quite granular to our taste. They both felt a bit like a slushie. It's a matter of opinion, naturally. This is a review after all. Bigger problem was the texture of the ice creams. They were also a bit granular, which is not a characteristic of high quality ice cream. In my opinion, but maybe you think differently. Maybe we just had bad luck, or maybe we didn't understand your style. However, after the tone of the response to my review and to many other reviews, I don't feel like trying your products again. It's still a four star review, but I just don't relate to your style of doing your business. Now I also understand why the service seemed quite depressed; management seems to be insecure, arrogant and uptight.
Tuomo K — Google review

Yogu Ono Frozen Yogurt & Icecream is a popular spot known for its decadent and fresh FroYo offerings. The place is highly recommended for its fair prices, generous toppings, and friendly staff. Customers love the Black Forest cherry style FroYo with amarena cherries, chocolate rasp, and hazelnut brittle. The option of halva as a topping has been particularly praised.
Heaven, this place is heaven! Had the best vegan (coconut/oat milk) frozen yogurt I’ve had I my life. They were about to close but they still served us. The service was fantastic and the toppings were great. Nothing beats Nutella and strawberry. 😍 Can’t wait to go back!
Stefano S — Google review
I don't know if the other reviews for the vegan frozen Joghurt are fake, but I can't believe that anyone would give that five stars. It is crumbly and kind of the opposite on what and creamy soft eis should taste like, and believe me, I had some vegan ones before! I was really looking forward to it, but I had to throw my whole 5€ Cup away.
J B — Google review
Was positively surprised by this place! Creamy yogurt and great mango 🥭 sauce to make for a great dessert on a hot day.
Madalina — Google review
I really enjoyed the vegan frozen yogurt - it has a subtle coconut flavour so if you really don’t like coconut, this is not the one for you. Good choice of toppings although I would love more vegan sweets instead of mainly fruit. Large portion sizes, friendly staff, nice little outside seating area. I’ll definitely be back.
Susana W — Google review
Frozen yogurt is delicious. When you add a variety of toppings, it turns into a wonderful dessert. You should definitely try it.
Kayra K — Google review
Good froyo, but felt pretty "heavy" / fat - too much cream added for our taste. Topping selection was pretty boring: No fresh fruit exept from grapes and melon. Only two cup sizes. Prices increase with the number of toppings chosen.

Quality vanilla soft serve ice cream. Good prices. Cool location. Super hipster. Great street. Have fun on a Sunday coming up from Mauerpark and the flea market.

My picture definitely doesn’t do any justice to what is quite easily my favourite frozen yogurt place in town (and trust me, I’ve eaten FroYo everywhere I’ve been able to). Their FroYos taste decadent and fresh at the same time, perfect for a summer’s day or after a nice workout. The prices are super fair and the staff is always so amazing - they never go soft on the toppings either! All in all, you get a great (and great looking) FroYo every single time. This place specializes in 'bubble waffles' aka "muffles" which can be filled according to preference! There's a regular as well as a vegan waffle batter and a large variety of (vegan) toppings including icecream, peanut butter, chocolate sauce, apple sauce, nuts and fruit. Waffles are made fresh upon order, and are served warm. ♨️ There are a couple of topping suggestions, but you can theoretically create your own crazy combinations. 🍇🍒🍌🥜🍦🍫 The vegan waffles we had were delicious, sweet, fluffy and slightly crispy outside. Currently, this place serves waffles only for take out. Staff was nice and friendly.

Good ice cream. I haven’t tried many flavors but Apero Spritz was awesome, not too sweet and very refreshing. Not sure if it’s always available as it was offered during the Berlin gelato week. The staff were friendly, too. Can’t help but recommend this place.
Анна А — Google review
I wanted to try two flavors, but the woman at the shop didn’t want to. Sooo unprofessional in an ice cream shop! So, I ended up buying just one scoop instead of two. The funny part? When she served it, the spoon where I tasted a flavour fell into the ice cream so she had to throw it away. Karma! They lose the cost of one ice scoop that I’d buy if I would tested another flavour (little spoon less that 1cm ice cream) + the scoop she needed to throw away… 5€ 🙈🙈 The service was very bad, and the ice cream wasn’t even that good. Not gelato at all! There are two other ice cream shops nearby that are way better. And how it is a rule of an ice cream shop of only giving one taste for flavour???? How are the customers supposed to choose what to take? That doesn’t make any common sense! Greedy business get greedy success!
Catalina C — Google review
Apparently the ownership has changed. It used to be - hands down - the best ice-cream store in Berlin. Now ice cream is of mediocre quality, all of a sudden, card payments are a an issue, & interior is reminiscent of the 1990s. Bad and sad. Never coming back.

Love it! Been going there since I was a kid<3

We came to this store on a Sunday evening and it seemed like it had been shut for a while. Google advertises it as open which doesn't seem to be true. Can someone please update the opening times?

Woop Woop Ice Cream Truck is a delightful experience brought to life by the dynamic duo, Philipp and Boris. They create an enchanting spectacle as they whip up their nitrogen ice cream right before your eyes, using fresh ingredients combined with liquid nitrogen at a chilling -196 degrees Celsius. Each month, they introduce five exciting new flavors that keep the menu fresh and enticing. One standout option is the rich Oreo cookie and peanut butter flavor, which leaves taste buds dancing with joy!
Yummy Option A: Oreo cookie and peanut butter. Very rich and flavorful. Would go again if I lived here.

I was psyched to try out this "new" way if ice making... unfortunately they made it more of a gimmick. If you only sell predefined tastes than the only difference between your ice and every other one is the show you put on. And that wasn't even very interesting. Would be much much better if you had lots of ingredients to choose from so customers could create their own flavour. Also charging 1 euro extra for swapping brownies for raspberries is not cool.
