I tried the peanut butter flavor during my visit and it was excellent, rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in their ice cream, and there are so many great flavors I still want to go back and try. The only small downside was the energy from the staff. It was midday on a Friday and there was just one person working who didn’t seem all that enthusiastic. It wasn’t a big deal, but it stood out a little given how fun and inviting the space itself is. That said, the ice cream speaks for itself. I’d definitely go back and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a cool spot to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Brownie swirl & Ube ice cream were good, I tried the roasted marshmallow and it was absolutely delicious, the sugar crystallized like a crème brûlée. The waffle cups were very dry, crunchy, and not that sweet, I would just do a cup or a regular cone next time, a waste of $1.75. The guy at the counter was pretty rude, he wasn’t nice. He wasn’t welcoming and he wasn’t having fun with his job. Ice cream was good…

Butter pecan was good, it had that classic flavor with a touch of saltiness. The milk and cookies was bomb! My daughter had the mint which was really good and something else but can't remember what it was. We also got a homemade toasted marshmallow on the side which I highly recommend doing! I tried a couple sorbets/Gelato and was impressed with the flavors but was in more of an ice cream mood. We did take a bag of homemade marshmallows home which I'm glad we did! I would recommend if your already going to get 2 scoops spend the extra buck and get that 3rd scoop, you won't regret it! Great and efficient service here with wonderful ice cream and sorbet. My wife got a sorbet (I forgot the flavor but she liked it!), I got an apple pie ice cream, and my daughter got a chocolate ice cream. My apple pie ice cream was lovely with bits of apple, pie crust, and brown sugar notes. Ice cream was rich and creamy. My daughter’s chocolate ice cream was a deep chocolate, she normally won’t eat a whole scoop of ice cream but she totally killed her scoop today. The place was super clean and cute.

They didn’t lie with the name—my sundae was pure sugar. I ordered the Creamed Walnut Fudge Sundae and somehow tasted no chocolate, no marshmallow, no pecans, not even ice cream. Just sweet and cold. I genuinely wondered if it was my taste buds malfunctioning… until I tried my sister’s food. Her finger sandwiches (egg salad and corned beef) were delicious. The kettle chips? Perfectly crisp and salty. Her Coke float was solid too, but that’s hard to mess up—just Coke and vanilla ice cream. Meanwhile, folks around us seemed thrilled with their banana splits, so maybe I just picked the wrong item. My partner got a parfait and it looked like something straight out of a magazine, stacked and layered perfectly. The best part is you actually sit down, order, and it comes out made fresh, none of this “stand in line, get scooped, and shuffle away” routine. Portions were generous, the flavors were dialed in, and the whole place just nails that classic throwback charm. If you have not been here yet, fix that. Seriously. It is ice cream that tastes like happiness, nostalgia, and childhood all mixed together, and it is absolutely worth the stop.

Stopped in last Friday for a traditional banana split. What a treat! Absolutely delicious. A little slow getting service at first, but the server was so sweet and the dessert came so quickly, we didn't mind at all. I had passed the Sugar Bowl many times. After a night out at a different restaurant I decided to stop here for a desert. Oh my... This restaurant has been here since 1958 and is in resemblance to a 1950's ice cream parlor. I loved the atmosphere. And even at 9 pm, it was still fully packed with customers. I had the "Gosh-Awful-Gooey Banana Split. It had coffee and strawberry ice cream to die for. Covered in Whipping Cream and Carmel sauce. With a Cherry on top. Definitely coming back. Such a great happy atmosphere.

This place is a bar, but also has delicious ice cream. They have about a dozen flavors, all interesting. They serve scoops in little Chinese take-out boxes- complete with a fortune cookie. My lemon biscotti flavor was scrumptious! Definitely great ice cream, albeit in an unusual setting!!

Ice cream was rather mediocre. I feel like people probably come here for the novelty of the Chinese takeout box container and a fortune cookie on top. There also aren't that many flavors to choose from. Blackberry Merlot had a strong Merlot flavor for sure, but the blackberry part wasn't that great. I know it's an alcohol ice cream, but it was still more melty than I expected. Rather underwhelming and too sweet by the second half.

I think the ice cream here is very solid. Some of the flavors are very unique. I went with the maple bacon and it wasn’t too sweet but it had a little too MUCH bacon for my taste which might be odd. Also it’s not very fresh, the batches seem to have been inside for awhile, there are ice crystal layers on some of the flavors and inside of my scoop. I like the aesthetic of the takeout container

The atmosphere is cute, and I personally enjoyed 2/3 flavors of Ice cream I got (Viet coffee and chocolate were good, but y’all need to work on your vanilla bean). My boyfriend did not think his ice cream was all that. Also, the guy at the counter didn’t give us our fortune cookies which was a bummer, and also wasn’t welcoming at all - although he went above and beyond for the women in front of us.

Never tried this place until today! It was empty when I came in (I did go at 3 PM in July), but the decor was cute and they had a fun selection of flavors — even some funky ones like an ice cream with bacon bits! I got the honeycomb flavor and another lemon/vanilla one. Both were delish and creamy. I would love to come back and try other flavors. The service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Usually I love this place, but two of the three ice creams we purchased were not good - like OLD. The girl had to dig out strawberry from the bottom of the tub, which would have been fine except that there were chunks of dairy solids in both strawberry and vanilla and there were a lot of these 'solids' and they tasted weird. The lavender ice cream, which had a full container was fabulous. I wonder how often they get rid of the older ice cream??? Anyway, usually have good experiences here - hence the 4 stars.

It’s a great place to get creative—think cereal toppings, mochi, cookie dough, and more. That said, the ice cream itself is good, but not great. The texture is smooth and it’s made fresh to order, which is cool to watch, but the flavor sometimes lacks that rich, creamy punch you’d expect from a premium spot. Also, more outdoor seating would make a big difference. On nice days, the limited space fills up fast, and there’s not much room to hang out and enjoy your treat. Overall, it’s worth visiting for the fun experience and flavor variety—but if you’re looking for the best-tasting ice cream in town, you might not find it here.

We went more for the experience than anything else. It was definitely fun to watch but nothing too exhilarating. We really loved all of the different options to make a non-dairy treat as half of our group cannot have dairy. The ice cream itself, as others have said, not the most flavorful ice cream I've ever had. But definitely good enough to come back.

Super rich ice cream with tons of flavor! This has been open for years now and I’ve never gotten around to trying it until tonight. The experience of seeing ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen is always intriguing and you can either customize an ice cream or get one of their specialties. 4/5 stars because the price is a bit steep and try to avoid the dinner crowd because service will be a little slower. I got there right as the crowd left but as I was walking to dinner the line was out the door. If you have a heavy dinner, go for the regular size. (Source: trust me, bro)

I visit this place several times, today was a horrible experience. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come out after shouting "Hello" 4 times I started to place my order and the young lady told me they were out of fresh fruit and seemed upset, I don't know if she lied or if they were really out of fresh fruit. Employees get paid to serve customers and if customers have to shout to get someone's attention, then Creamistry will lose a lot of customers, especially if the employees have a bad attitude.

I am confused why this place doesn’t have a 5 star review. 1st time here and I am a HUGE fan. I got the captain breakfast which is basically captain crunch, strawberries, Nutella, whipped cream and ice cream made with liquid nitrogen in front of you. AND the result is amazing. Remember I don’t work for these people or have a friend who does. Im being straight up when I say that was some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Check out my videos and images to see it.

What a disappointment. I used to really like this shop, but one day I arrived at 9:45 p.m., and they wouldn’t let us in. We told them there were still 15 minutes left, but they didn’t listen.

My daughter had the Café Olé and I had the Jolly Green Giant. Both were simple but used good quality ingredients. The hot fudge on the coffee ice-cream was particularly pleasing. They seemed short handed when we first walked in but the young man scooping was quick and served a dozen or more customers cheerfully without getting overwhelmed.

Came here to kick off the girl scout season with a handful of 8 year olds. The parking here alone is terrible. One of the two reserved parking lots is next to a planter so if you don't have a small vehicle, it's pointless. The gal working did not appear to like her job. She was very short with the kids and after serving them ice cream was lecturing the moms about the kids being too loud. We understood the establishment was not a playground, but serving kids sugar and expecting them to sit calmly.. wasn't possible. Ice cream was good but other than knowing how old this business is, there was nothing extra special about it. We love ice cream and glad we got to visit. But I have no interest in returning. Maybe moving this to a better location would change my mind. The gal running the place needs to go. Worst customer service and hate to have her be the face of the store. I always try to be considerate of my negative reviews. This place wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anything special.

Great ice cream. You can definitely taste the quality. Customer service is also great. The menu does require a lot of reading, there are many options and for the first timer, it does take a bit of reading to figure out what you want. I guess it would be nice to see a couple of pictures up there to help guide the customer. The staff does do a great job of explaining the options, though. As part of an older strip mall, I was surprised to see how clean this place was kept. All in all, did love this place and will definitely be back for more.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a wonderful scent of ice cream that brought me back to my younger days. When I looked at the menu, I saw that I would be able to get ice cream for under $3, which I was really happy about. However, I honestly feel that I got what I paid for As ice cream was quite bland and overly hard. It felt like I was basically eating a cold, milky flavored meatball that happened to have a few cherries in it. The service was really good and the worker was very helpful and accommodating despite the fact that she was working on a paper, so that is the main thing boosting my score. I came back to get a vanilla. It was decent. Obviously a little more expensive, but around $3.50 which is still pretty cheap. It was more busy considering it was about 3:30 P.M. on a Sunday

Delicious ice cream with decent portions! After getting the Pecan Pete, I can say I am more than likely to return to see what other delicious ice cream is had. My friend had the Caramel Cashew which was equally delicious. Both had sauces that left us torn between eating it all at once instead of taking some home! If given the choice between Cold Stone and Mary Coyle Ol' Fashion Ice Cream, Mary will win every time.

This is a lovely ice cream shop with quite spectacular ice cream. I had darkest chocolate which was not too sweet, overflowing with rich, bittersweet chocolate flavor, dense but still creamy, like the inside of a dark chocolate truffle. Also ordered the other flavor called snow cone which was the twist of blue brambleberry, watermelon, and pink lemonade sorbets. This was with a refreshing fruit flavor out of creamy ice cream. I loved these ice creams a lot. Got to try more flavor before I leave US.🤣🤣🤣🤣

We love walking down the The City Creamery after dinner from time to time! I love that they sell locally roasted and made cold brew too! 🩷 The flavors are amazing-I only wish they came out with a cookie dough type ice cream some time.

We enjoyed trying out this ice cream shop! The service was very good! You can sample flavors ahead of time to make sure you like what you get. They make their ice creams and have some good flavors that you don’t find everywhere - like huckleberry or prickly pear. The dark chocolate was really good.

Wow! Such a great place to get a little ice cream. Easy to give this spot a 5-stars with how friendly they were, the fact that the scopes were very generously sized, and that they have the old-school homemade ice cream makers. I tried a little bit of the cookies & cream, huckleberry, and pistachio. All were delicious but my favorite always seems to be cookies & cream. Just a personal flavor thing. I tried the cookies & cream in a waffle bowl which was good too. Again, very generous scopes inside a big waffle bowl which I appreciated! Also, very clean inside which was great. Thank you all! Great little spot to stop for a sweet treat to beat the heat! Got to enjoy the unique flavors and the homemade goodness. I found that none of the flavors really blew me away, maybe they weren’t as sweet as I expected, but you can’t go wrong with ice cream anyway. Expect to spend $5 for the smallest scoop. The greatest thing I have eaten all year was ice cream from this place, get in the car! Go! Had the toffee bourbon flavor of the employee rec. in a donut, free topping comes with, about $9 with tip. The audio of me eating that would get FCC fined so much, it was a good size dessert as well. On weekends, The Wayward and Snapback Pizza were my go-tos, but discovering Novel Ice Cream was the cherry on top. This cozy little spot is tucked into a strip full of charm—art galleries, plant shops, unique local restaurants, and even a quirky print shop. There’s something cool around every corner. Novel Ice Cream serves up creative, delicious flavors—and I highly recommend trying the Fat Elvis. It’s rich, fun, and totally lives up to the name. The whole strip has a quiet, chill vibe that's perfect for a weekend stroll. Bonus points: if you linger long enough, you might spot a few friendly neighborhood cats. And if you're really observant, you just might find Where's Waldo hiding somewhere nearby—let me know if you do! Definitely worth a visit if you're into good eats, great ice cream, and local character.

Okay so this might be the best ice cream place in Phoenix! It was so flavorful and had great consistency. The dough melt was just WOW. So soft and warm, truly melted in our mouths. The service was friendly and quick — even with the line being long, it went by fast. Will definitely be coming back!

This year, Novel Ice Cream earned the top spot as the nation's number one ice cream shop, and deservedly so. They were also the top ice cream shop in the United States in 2019, so I am not surprised to see them ranked No. 1 once more. My discovery of Novel Ice Cream was in either late 2017 or early 2018. When I saw the overwhelmingly positive reviews it received on Yelp, I gave it a try. When I arrived there, it was still a good thirty minutes before they opened. I never thought that a tiny red shack would become my favorite ice cream place. There is a reason they say not to judge a book by its cover. When the previous owner, Brandon, saw me patiently waiting outside, he allowed me to come in ten minutes early to sample flavors to see if there was anything I liked. Upon trying my first sample, I realized I had found a new favorite ice cream place, and Novel Ice Cream has been my favorite ice cream shop since. Novel has eight flavors available every day, and four that rotate periodically. Of all the flavors I have tried, not a single one has disappointed me. Not only is their ice cream divine, but their sorbets are also exceptional. Their sorbets are also very refreshing. I also like that they allow samples. The service is friendly. No matter how long the line is, it moves quickly, and the wait is worth it. While I enjoy everything on the menu, my favorite item that Novel offers is the dough melt. While many ice cream flavors go well with the dough melt, the sorbets are hit or miss, depending on the flavor you get. They put a generous scoop of ice cream in the dough melt, along with a topping of your choice. It is their most popular item for a reason. You can never go wrong with the dough melt. For such high-quality ice cream, the prices are very reasonable. That is another thing I appreciate about Novel. I also like that they are a local, family-owned business. You can tell they care about making the best ice cream possible. The current owner, Shawn Allard, purchased Novel in August 2023, and I would like to give him a shout-out for ensuring the quality has remained consistent all these years. I also like the courtyard the shop is in. There are many shops in the area, including a barber shop. It has been a great pleasure being a regular customer for the last several years. If you are looking for a great ice cream shop in the Phoenix area, Novel Ice Cream is the place to go. I will continue to support Novel and spread the word about how great they are. When it comes to ice cream in Arizona, Novel is the king.

Deserves Best Ice Cream ranking, really good Ice cream. Interesting location, small little building that shares patio with coffee place, tattoo shop, barber and wedding planner. Bourbon Ice Cream deserves the praise it receives, exceptional! Vanilla Ice Cream is also delicious and the waffle cones are spot on. Little bit of a drive but worth it!

I had a great experience; my ice cream donut sandwich was delicious. The guy who took my order was very kind, the service was fast, and my donut was fluffy and fresh.

Novel Ice Cream is absolutely the best ice cream spot in town! Their handcrafted scoops are as creamy and flavorful as they come, with exciting rotating flavors that keep things fresh. Don’t miss the doughnut-ice-cream “Dough Melt”, a warm glazed donut pressed around your favorite scoop and toppings. The shop’s cheerful vibe and friendly staff make it an easy favorite. It’s no wonder it was just named the top ice cream shop in the country. Truly a must-visit!

This place have a few options for vegans and the two flavors I had were the strawberry and the coconut which I enjoyed so much that I returned the next day to purchase more coconut. The server she is very pleasant and inside of the ice cream shop is very clean.

This cute ice cream parlor makes their own flavors in-house, and they taste fantastic! I wish we were staying in the area longer so I could try more of their flavors and options. Loved their chocolate sorbet (with a coconut flavor mixed in) and their salted caramel. Also reasonable prices.

We found this place years ago while visiting Scottsdale and enjoyed it. Came back on our recent trip with our daughter. Wasn't really impressed. We spent $26 on three single scoops, two with the toasted marshmallows. The marshmallows are good and a fun perk but scoops were small and in no way do I feel we had a $26 ice cream experience. The person serving was not excited to be there. Ice cream itself was fine but we won't go out of our way to come back

The ice-cream is decadent, definitely a 5 star product. The price $12 and serving size don't make me feel 2 warm and fuzzy. Definitely really proud of that ice-cream. The serving size is the same size as a red solo cup.

There were no outside lights on to show the business name, very dark to walk up to the door at night. We walk in and there was no one to greet you, then a young man came around from the back. We said hello, he did not! We asked about the ice-creams he spoke very minimal. Oh yes, we did tip the young man. Even though he really needs to step on his customer service. We got our ice-cream and sat down. I was sad to say they were very grainy. It's like the sugars weren't dissolved enough. I ended up throwing mine out. There was a fan from one of there freezers that made a annoying noise. Seriously, that needs to be looked at! No, we won't be going back! Very disappointing, we like to support small businesses.

I recently visited this charming ice cream shop that boasts delightful outdoor seating and decor. The atmosphere was inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat. I was excited to try the coconut flavor, I felt it could use a bit more of a coconut kick, as the sweetness overpowered the taste. A stronger coconut presence would elevate this flavor to new heights. However, the shop's vibrant candy , the decor and cozy outdoor seating made for a delightful experience. It was the perfect setting to relax and savor my ice cream. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and admire the shop's ambiance. I hope they work on enhancing their coconut flavor in the future.

Great playlist playing, amazing vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they allow you to taste as much ice cream as you want. Love the decor of the place! Also the caramel ice cream is very good, SUPER sweet as I like it. You should totally check this plate out!

Super cute ice cream shop. We tried the coconut cream pie and yes they actually put the pie and mix it into the ice cream. It wasn't too sweet and it had a light pleasant flavor profile. The staff was super nice and helpful today.

It was great! Just simple, great desserts. I had the peanut butter cookie and the Keylime pie. I tried a few samples of her ice cream it was extremely good. This is a great corner spot for desserts, and after dinner treats tons of options for everybody.

This is a small and simple retro sweet shop. They have several sweet treats and candies to purchase by the pound, a case with a handful of baked goods, and a dozen or so traditional ice cream flavors. The ice cream was very good and generous scoop sizes. The place is cute and colorful and reasonably priced.

We went to Sweet Provisions after a dinner on our anniversary and was very underwhelmed. We bought a piece of pie that seemed like it had either been sitting in the display case for days or taken out of the freezer. We went outside to eat and all of the tables were dirty with spilt ice cream. It was very disappointing.

Lots of flavors to choose from. All natural dairy free so br prepared for a different kind of taste. Giving a 3 star for the service the girl who was there was not friendly or helpful at all. First time visiting and she did not acknowledge us or explained any of the ice creams nor recommended anything. We didn't even know we could add toppings until we were about to pay. Did not seem like she wanted to be there. We visited on a Wednesday afternoon about 3pm. Coffee ice cream and pecan ice cream are delicious tho. Blueberry had no flavor to it. Simply for the service we will not go back.

It's been a long time since I've been here but that is some amazing ice cream. I ordered the three scoop. Watermelon, creme brulee, and Berry cobbler. I guess the only way I can really say it is they are bursting with flavor. I think I'd have to say the watermelon was my favorite. It seemed like a long time ago there were a lot of food flavored ice creams I didn't really notice that this time.

Wow! This place has unique flavors. We stopped in because my kids won a free scoop from a reading challenge. They advertised a Dubai chocolate sundae and ordered it without noting the price. $18! The attendant was nice enough to make it better than the poster pic. Once we tried it, wow! I'd say it's worth it. The kids enjoyed their scoops and we all liked it better than Frost. We will return!

I'm giving 5 stars because my family loves Sweet Republic and eat here very often. Tonight I'm very disappointed that an employee scooped my ice cream very poorly. Both of my 2 scoops were significantly less than normal. Please ensure proper scoops!

The service was so bad that even though the ice cream was decent it just ruined the whole experience and flavour. I will go out of my way and drive to a different location if I ever really miss their flavours, freshly made marshmallows and almond brittle. Shame. So disappointing when management clearly does not prioritise hiring energetic, customer driven and motivated individuals.

We just heard about MacAlvins Diner and had lunch and ice cream sodas today! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! They have a working soda fountain and SOOO many flavors! Did I say HOMEMADE PIES?!?! Yes! Amazing! My 92 year old dad remembered it was the Mac Alpine's Drugstore. It hasn't changed hardly at in the 40 years since he was there last. We had the Reuben, a cheeseburger & our 3rd person had a club sandwich. All with fries. He loved his root beer float & we shared a chocolate milkshake. All delicious & big portions. Don't miss the antique shop through the hallway a real time machine experience!!

We stopped into MacAlpine’s for the first time and loved it! My husband had their summer special, I went classic with a chocolate soda and vanilla ice cream, and our daughter had a hot fudge and caramel sundae. The staff was super friendly, the menu is huge, and the vintage shop in the back is such a fun bonus. We didn’t try the pie this time, but we’ll definitely be back for it. Such a cute Phoenix gem!

I loved MacAlpines! It's so cute (and small) inside. I ate the egg salad sandwich with bacon which was delicious. I would get it again. The fries were also delicious. Before dinner I got the pistachio ice cream sundae with fudge. It was so good and presentation was a 10 out of 10. I had ice cream first. Don't eat too much for lunch and forget the ice cream. If you must, eat dessert first. It's worth it. Don't forget to wander the antique store area. Great place for a date. They have a ton of ice cream sodas.

Reminded me of the diners I used to go to as a kid. Ice cream and pies were fantastic. The fries that came with my sandwich were the best! The staff were very helpful and courteous. No AC but ceiling fans did the trick, explore the room beside the diner to discover knick knacks and reminisce about your childhood

I can't believe I've never been here in after 40 yrs in the valley. Had jury duty this am and this place is not too far from there. The decor and gift shop are a walk down memory lane. The service is top notch!! I can't rave enough about how delicious the homemade pea soup is 😋 Definitely recommended 100% and will be back when in thr area.

We decided to stop at The Yard Milshake Bar and got a strawberry and cream cheesecake shake and Donut touch my coffee and cream shake. The presentation was impressive. The cheesecake on top was nice but the milkshake part of the strawberry and cream was not great. It was very runny and milky flavor. The donut was just ok but the milkshake part of the donut touch my coffee was really nice. A coffee and chocolate ice cream and much thicker than the other one. The girl making them was nice and helpful to tell us what was in each one. If you park in the garage next to it they can validate your parking pass so you don't have to pay for parking. Overall, it was a fun experience but I wouldn't pay the price to go back, at least not for the specialty shakes.

We were in town for a church conference and found this place. It was pretty amazing! The price is a little high but it's very worth it. They have soooo many flavors to choose from. If you get the jar you can take it home with you. It is plenty of ice cream to share, me and my daughter shared the salted caramel cheesecake, it was sooo good! I recommend getting the milkshake instead. The man who was there (didn't catch his name) but he was very helpful and helped us decide on what to get. We even got a pint in a jar to take back to our hotel. We definitely will be back to try something else. My husband got the mint brownie mudslide and loved it.

The service was good. The two people working were very nice and worked quickly as it was a pretty busy night when I visited last weekend. My wife and I ordered the apple pecan specialty bowl. There was apple pie filling underneath the ice cream then had a donut and whipped cream on top. The whipped cream wasn’t necessary in our opinions, it’s just a lot with everything else. The donut had to of been at least a week old as it was very stale and hard. The ice cream flavor was okay, there were hardly any pecans in it and was kind of bland. The apple pie filling was full apple slices which were pretty big and was a bit difficult to eat with a plastic spoon. The desserts that are placed on the milkshakes and bowls seem to be store bought as well and the pie filling that was used. It tasted like it came from a can. It seems like a place that’s more focused on the overall appearance of the final product rather than if anything is fresh and actually tastes good. Lastly, we sat at the little bar-style seating near the windows and it was very sticky. It did not appear to have been at least wiped down or cleaned in a while.

I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I wasn’t that impressed. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake ice cream cup, and while it looked good, the taste experience didn’t match. The cheesecake was frozen solid, couldn't eat or enjoy it, and the ice cream itself was a bit bland. I was expecting more strawberry flavor throughout—maybe some fresh berries mixed in. Also, the syrup was just on top of the whipped cream instead of being on top of the ice cream, which made the overall flavor feel unbalanced. I wouldn’t mind the price if the taste lived up to it, but this one missed the mark for me. We went in a a Friday evening to no line! Service was good.

I got the mocha almond fudge ice cream in a cow cup. It was delicious. Also pictured is a milkshake from a friend. Atmosphere was great and the two employees working were outstanding, even though the Air conditioning was not working. They deserve a raise due to their professionalism and hard work while working in this heat.

I was too excited to eat and so didn't take a single picture of the amazing ice cream, just the chocolate chip cookie. These folks deserve the buzz and acclaim. Tried the mango sticky rice, almond joy, tiramisu, and the biscoff. They were totally delicious, super creamy, and great sized scoops. Service was great... helpful, fast, and friendly. Staying in midtown Phoenix and got a craving for icecream. This was close and only 3 minutes away on an easy access corner. Lix sounded so unique I had to try it! The super friendly staff joked and were a lot of fun. I tried nearly all of the flavors, and I'd of happily had any of them! I heard so many names that I'm not sure what two I chose...it didn't matter because I loved all of them! Support this local, quirky gem of an icecream shop!!

This was some man's dream and boy does it show! Not only is the owner seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met, but his passion for this business and ice cream in general is something to be admired. All the employees are super nice! This whole place is such a gem. Wow, I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this place. My favorite part was when the owner was telling my boyfriend and I how he was lactose intolerant and we both said in unison "me too!" and we all just had a moment lol. He told us how he set out to make REAL ice cream, made with cream and all that real stuff, that won't destory our insides (there are soooo many people who are also lactose intolerant) and LET ME TELL YOU, he succeeded. This place deserves every word of praise it gets. Please stop in, I promise you won't regret it. Note: I recommend visiting at night. The vibe is really neat.

A lively atmosphere greeted us as we stepped in for a nightly treat. We ordered 2 medium Gelatos; they also have good-looking sugar-free options. Tik Tok brought us here, but the vibe and the flavors made us stay!

They have many delightful flavors and are generous in letting you taste them. I chose a piccolo espresso chip. The texture was sublime. I used to live in Italy and I thought that theirs was the most authentic and delicious gelato that I have ever had stateside. At $6.40 including tax it is very expensive but worth the splurge. They have tables inside and outside so you can rest and cool off. I would return for more flavors.

We came on a day when it was 108F, and this was the best dessert to beat the heat! Inside seating is limited but there are some shaded spots outdoors. The staff are very patient and allowed us to try a few flavours before we decided. I got strawberry, hazelnut and roasted almond in a cone and the strawberry was tart and refreshing :)

I have been coming here every week since they opened in 2013. I have never had any issues with the service here. Unfortunately, the corporate store is purposely trying to sabotage their business. They have been withholding flavors that they always had until the last 10 months, specifically dark chocolate. And periodically pistachio. I could literally drive or call right the paradise Valley and the Kiereland locations and they would have those flavors. Corporate if you read this, please always provide those flavors to the Biltmore Location. They’re good people, and they should not have their business go under because you do not want to provide All of the original flavors. Stop making excuses as to why you do send them the ingredients they need to make those flavors.

My man went in to get gelato. He said what he tasted was good which was one bite. The issue was he did not make it around the corner because it melted everywhere. They gave him 2 napkins which were ruined from the ice cream leaking everywhere. When your customers buy your gelato to go you should always give them a lid especially when 2 mediums are about $20.

Their stracciatella took me right back to Rome. Great place for a gelato after a stop at AZ/88. We didn't have their cookies but they looked delicious too. Cool place with indoor and outdoor seating.

Great place if you're a vegan looking for good sorbet. They have a few vegan options for sorbets and scones too! This is the first place I've seen that has mini cones as well as a edible cup-cone. Last time I was here I got guava and passionfruit. The flavors were SO GOOD. I love that you can actually taste the flavor of the fruit. It had the right amount of sweetness. I've been here twice and have had great service. The owner is very kind and helpful!

I’ve been here many times over the past few years and it’s always fantastic. It’s a hidden treasure in Scottsdale that not many people know about. It’s the freshest tasting, smoothest gelato you can find in AZ. It’s a small shop and they only have a few flavors that rotate often, but you’re sure to find something you like. We had the chocolate and the peach cobbler today. Tasty as always!

This place is simply amazing! We were looking for something cool after a long day at the park and the gelato here was SPOT ON! I just got in from Rome 3 days ago and I can tell you this place is as authentic as you can get state side! The owner was unbelievably nice and patient (had 3 young kids with me). I gave this place 3 stars because it took over 20 minutes to get my drink. I understand they were busy, but one of the girls making drinks kept stopping to chat with another employee, which slowed everything down. I ordered the Matcha Strawberry Cream ,it was delicious, but the wait was just too long and prices are a bit high. One employee did check on me after about 10 minutes, which I appreciated, but overall the experience could’ve been better.

Super cute place! It’s been recently remodeled, it didn’t look like a majority of the pictures posted. Very friendly staff! My drink was made quickly, the food was yummy. I got a banana cream latte with oat milk, it did not taste like fake banana! It was very yummy! And a smoked salmon bagel.

The drinks were very delicious! The food was also good, I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and although it was good, I did feel like I had a hard time digesting it. The atmosphere and service though was amazing, I felt I could really enjoy my drink in a comfortable environment. I definitely will have to come back and try their other drinks!

While visiting my daughter in Phoenix we stopped in Fair Trade. I loved the vibe and atmosphere. Decor is calm and unique, drinks were perfectly made, and food was tasty. Plus they had a DJ playing adding to the experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been a loyal customer of fair trade for many years. So, I am a little sad about the recent renovation but I understand the changes from a business perspective. The interior does looks like every other trendy coffee shop/restaurant in AZ. It’s definitely lost some of its charm. The ambiance took a hit as well. Glad to see they are still supporting the local community (local flyers/cards at front near register). Music was really good! Had one of the signature matcha’s, it was not to my taste. Not a huge issue because matcha can be difficult to perfect. I’m still glad I ordered it but I personally enjoy a more earthy matcha that’s not as sweet. The customers next to me also did not enjoy their matcha flight as well. The smoked salmon bagel was a 4/10. The bagel was stale but the spread and tomatoes were refreshing. The side salad had a bland flavor profile, I think it could be better with a mix of fruit or tangy notes such as a raspberry dressing or diced strawberry/walnuts integrated. The baristas were all very kind! Service has always been a 10/10 here. I will continue to come here but the coffee scene in central phoenix is competitive: something to consider. ——- Update: After a second visit I realized I don’t see myself coming here anymore. Inconsistent drinks and food. What happened to this place? Another Barista in the area also told me some unfortunate news about the owners. Disappointed. They will not be receiving my business anymore.

I saw this place on instagram for the viral matcha flight. This place is so unsanitary. There was piles of trash on the bar counter that wasn’t ours or the people’s next to us. It was left over. We were there a total of 45 minutes and all of the trash continued to stay there. There was even unsanitary food trays on my bar table that was left behind. The matcha flight board was sticky and coated in syrup. The tags were stained with previous food and syrup from old use. Also, the girl in the green tank top washed out an old matcha flight cup with water and then re-used it for someone else. If I didn’t just spend $30, I would’ve just walked out. :(

Chris is the best, such a character, he made the experience great. I didn't feel bad asking to try flavors and he had jokes that really made me laugh. I appreciated his upbeat personality and patience as my family sampled flavors and picked what we wanted. I got the pumpkin spiced muffin frozen yogurt, they make it from scratch and mix a actual pumpkin muffin into the frozen yogurt! So yummy! I wanna try one of their froyo tacos next time!

Best froyo shop I've ever been to, and I love froyo. It is full service, which means they prepare it for you. All the ingredients are behind the counter which means no germs! Such a wide variety of fresh fruit and toppings and flavors! You can choose as much or as little as you want and there are "staff favorite" combos to try if you're not sure what to choose. They also have to go froyo tacos, sandwiches, and dog froyo 🐕😁 never going anywhere else again!

While the setup of the store has changed over the years, the high quality of the product has remained intact. The frozen yogurt is the best I have had in Arizona. They make every flavor in-house, and you can taste the difference, as every flavor tastes fresh. Every single flavor I have tried has been delicious in its own way. While some of my favorites are cake batter and salted caramel, I also like their Dole Whip flavor, as well as the dairy-free flavors they offer. The dairy-free flavors are very refreshing. I also appreciate that they offer a wide variety of toppings to choose from. Additionally, they make their cookie dough in-house, making it a perfect topping choice for those who crave something sweet. The owner, Whit, is a very nice guy who cares about everyone having a great experience in his shop. He is always a pleasure to talk to and is more than happy to offer suggestions for combinations based on what you are craving. The other staff members are also nice people. Each of them is always doing their job with a smile on their face. I like the colorful atmosphere. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your sweet treat or coffee. While their frozen yogurt is outstanding, their coffee is excellent as well. You cannot go wrong getting both, especially with their version of an affogato: frozen yogurt topped with espresso. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great frozen yogurt spot. Aloha Yogurt is the king of frozen yogurt in Arizona.

I've never had such a fun experience getting froyo before, and that's before we even got to the point of making and eating it - the team has a real passion for what they do and it shows. the customization is endless and as minute as you want, and the end product was delicious (Ghirardelli chocolate, white choc chips, biscoff and dark choc sauce)

Came to Aloha a while back, and had an exceptional experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and shared a level of passion for their work that was off the charts. All the yogurt selections are delicious, with the staff offering insight on toppings and such to maximize the experience. All the yogurt is fresh made daily in house, and over multiple visits they have been able to maintain an outstanding level of consistency in quality. Also they are the only place that has in house equivalents of a ChocoTaco, which is amazing. Recommended to visit and experience yourselves!

We've been coming to scooptacular for years.There's only certain ice cream we will eat, but we do try the other flavors. And they are really good. We have never been disappointed.It is a little bit more pricier as compared to other places for ice cream but worth the splurge every now and then.

This is my favorite ice cream place. The facility is clean and the workers are nice and patient. I always go for birthday cake. They also use boba straws for their shakes, which was a big hit with our group!!

The ice cream is delicious, we were given samples of the ice cream available (they don't have every flavor there is, rather they have selected flavors and they are awesome!! We took our kids here to get a treat after dinner, I wish their hours were a little later in the evening though, but we made it shortly before they closed. My kids each got a scoop of ice cream in a cone, I like that they have different cone options available and so did my kids as both of them selected a different cone type. My husband got two scoops in a bowl (Monster Cookie ice cream) as they were out of the waffle cones by the time we arrived, and I got a sandwich cookie (Dodgers Delight ice cream). I also got a small thing of pumpkin praline ice cream to take home. The pumpkin ice cream tastes like someone took a pumpkin roll and turned it into ice cream, it is so good. The ice cream was so good, and I love the handmade cookies they use for the ice cream sandwiches they are soft, delicious and loaded full of chocolate chips. They also offer sugar cookies instead if you prefer. The woman working the day we were there was so sweet, kind and fantastic to talk with. Customer service is fantastic here and I like how clean the little shop was, how much seating they have outside and the overall look on this place. I would 100% visit here again when I am in that area of town.

I loved this place such a nice peaceful environment and delicious ice cream. You can't go wrong with those two things. I had a single dip chocolate ice cream scoop in a waffle cone. They hand make the waffle cones in house. The ice cream flavors are always picked to match the season. The ice cream is purchased from from a private company that loves their job. You can tell in the flavors they like what their doing.

Great value with pretty big scoop size. Had 2 scoops of sea salt caramel and 1 scoop of cookies and cream. Delicious. Seat selection isn't ideal, have fixed seat hard booths, a giant picnic table, and a couple tiny metal tables with hard metal seats. Temperature is comfortable, no public restroom, little bit of a sketchy area. Great prices, 3 scoops is like $7. Huge dessert selection, shakes, crepes, waffle creations, and other sweets. Very clean.

This place has an interesting assortment of choices and I'll have to go back to try more. I had the strawberry cheesecake crepe and it was great. Also, all of our food was beautiful. We couldn't stop remarking about how good it all looked.

Me and my wife used to come here every single Wednesday for the 50% pj day where you receive half off by wearing your PJs ever since we moved downtown about a year ago. Tonight when we showed up for the deal, we realize that my wife was charged full price, when she was wearing the same pajama shorts and shirt that she wears every Wednesday. When we politely asked the cashier, she said we would have to wait to speak to the manager to whom was extremely rude and had an unpleasant attitude when we addressed the situation. She said they had new owners who were very strict on this new policy on what counted for pajamas, and that they would not give us a discount or a refund. She was not polite and incredibly standoffish. They definitely lost a frequent customer tonight, my wife is wearing pajama shorts and a matching shirt, which clearly are pajamas & the EXACT outfit she wears every week and received a discount with. We will not be back again because of the managers unpleasant attitude & awful customer service. Both employees were on their phones the entire time as well, which is extremely unprofessional. The worst part is I asked the cashier before I paid if we were both getting the discount and I was told “yes” saying nothing about the new policy and my wife pajama shorts not counting. It wasn’t until I got my receipt and looked at it that I saw we were over charged. I feel mislead by their staff as well, again what a horrible experience. I would give this place negative stars if it were possible.

I love the idea of this place and the outdoor floorplan. It's super clean and they have alot of yogurt choices that are all delicious. Free samples are available to pick the perfect flavor. Omg the topping choices are phenomenal so many different toppings all go great with FROZEN YOGURT!! Prices vary by weight of ur yogurt and toppings. The cashier was super friendly and he had good customer service skills. He also wore his face mask at all times.

Conveniently located next to many other food establishments. Extended hours in the night, and nice to go to after the sun goes down and it is not too hot outside. A few tables set up outside and inside to dine there. Great assortment of flavors and toppings. A little on the pricey side but it's a nice treat and they have a point system which earns you free frozen yogurt!

Everything they did have tasted great and it is always super clean, there were a few ice cream machines not on and there were about a third of the toppings not ready yet. That being said it was still good

This is a great place! The owner is friendly and the food is delicious. They were very helpful going though the menu and helping me decide my treat for the day. I recommend the Churro Cheesecake. It's delicious alone, but add a scoop of ice cream to make it even better. They even have a fun Mini Claw Machine that my kids and I love to play while we are there. I highly recommend the place for an authentic Mexican treat.

I loved this ice cream shop! The owner, Armando, was so nice and obviously took pride in his food. The concha and Sherbet were great. It was fun choosing the different toppings to go best with it. I'll definitely be back to try the churro cheesecake and street corn. There was a lot of love put into the decor and concept of the shop- 10/10 for ambiance.

I came in on Sunday after driving with/my girls for something sweet. I almost gave up when I decided to try this shop. Nami offers the best vegan donuts and ice cream in Arizona! My son’s favorite item is the chocolate milkshake! Their chocolate cookies dough is absolutely delicious. You can eat it raw or baked. Their custom cakes are also beautiful and delicious. Everything is reasonably priced considering it’s all vegan and sometimes vegan items cost more.

I was craving ice cream but due to a dairy allergy, I’m quite limited. Stopped into Nami and WOW. They blew me away not only with the flavor but the customer service. - The tSoynami (fluffynutter’n) was 10/10. I don’t usually care for ice creams with coconut bases but this wasn’t noticeable at all and the textures and flavors of it all hit JUST right. - The oatmeal cream cookie was SO soft and delicious it just melted in my mouth. - The bagel was just really good lol same with the jam love a good ole bagel with jam.

Nami is hands down my favorite spot for breakfast. As a vegan, knowing everything here is 100% plant-based takes all the stress out of eating out. The Wing Ding Dang burrito is my absolute favorite. It’s huge, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The donuts and pastries are dangerously good, and the coffee is great too. Everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The vibes are always chill and positive. We come here all the time, and it never disappoints.

I love this place. If you're in Phoenix, this is a great boba place to stop at. They serve a variety of drinks: thai teas, sparklers (sparkling water with a flavor and boba), smoothies, coffees, ice cream... The shop is a decent size and connected to a restaurant that serves delicious authentic Vietnamese food. I live that Milk Run carries flavors like jackfruit and durian. They are very creative with their teas and overall it's a nice little experience. Their boba is always fresh and hand a great selection of popping boba. Good little bobba place to try if you're in the area!

This place was a great date place! I work at a boba shop back in Ireland, so it was interesting too see how they are run in the states. The shop was SO well kept and tidy, staff was very fast and friendly and helpful. Great menu choices. The AZ sunset drink looked beautiful although I wasn’t fond of the flavour, I was still impressed. I got two scoops of ice cream and the scoop sizes are really generous! Amazing atmosphere :)

My first visit at this location and I’m very disappointed with my visit, waited 20 mins for 4 ice cream cones. 3 employees working and nobody acknowledged my daughter and I waiting for our cones. Two employees hiding in the back area. And the one that took our order was cutting fruit. And kept looking at me and didn’t say anything. I finally went up and had to let them know they forgot about my order. No communication in this establishment. Everyone looks mad for some reason. Never coming back here. Building already had graffiti on the window not a good sign to beginning with. Avoid this location.

This place was really disappointing. The employees were rude, and it took forever to get our order. Plus, the cashier charged me for an extra item I didn't even order. Zero stars! My family went in last night to get a bite. My parents both got a “Torta cubana” they come here pretty often and always get the same thing. As soon as they took a bite they knew something was off, unfortunately they still continued eating it, my mother ate all of hers while on the other hand my dad ate only half. They got home and my mother started feeling horrible, it was 2am when she woke up feeling terrible! Fast forward it was 7am she couldn’t handle the pain anymore so she came to the emergency room. Her pain was unbearable! You guys should really double check the food you guys are feeding your customers, this is unacceptable! Do better

- Very expensive. - Delicious but expensive. I was in the area after an appointment, figured why not have some ice cream? I never have ice cream, only every single week of my entire life practically. That's the best way to live. Anyways, I came in, ordered one of their signature donut creations - it's essentially a single donut cut in half and stuffed with ice cream. I think I ordered the birthday cake donut, it was good, but was like $8-$9 good? No. I ordered a Pebble Shake, it was also around $8-$9 - it was good, but was it worth it? No. I hated the chairs, very uncomfortable, I don't know what it is with shops - these metal generic chairs are hit and miss. These are too small for a big guy, very painful, ouch, hurt, no bueno. Only small metal tables and generic metal chairs with a wood insert topper are available for seating. It tastes great but the wallet will weep.

The service was horrible. My son accidentally dropped his drink on the floor. Two employees where to witness it, but didn't even take notice I cleaned the entire thing off the floor with napkins. Not only did they not offer a mop, or better solution to clean it up, they acted like we were not even there. The only reason I would consider going back, is the food is amazing, but will fet my next order to go.

Yonutz is my go-to for donut heaven, and their new Smash Simple Donuts are a game-changer! These donuts are like a party for your taste buds—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s a fairly new addition to the menu, but it’s already my favorite! The staff always greet you with a smile, and the vibe is super chill. If you haven’t tried their Smash Simple Donuts yet, trust me, you’re missing out on some serious donut magic!

This is my first visit to Yonutz in Phoenix. It was a very clean, friendly and fun environment. The staff was great and service was definitely five star. I’ve never had a smashed donut before so I tried the Biscoff smashed donut. It was excellent and so delicious and was not overbearingly sweet and the flavors merge so nicely together.The ice cream was so good. I ate the whole thing. And I even bought a doughnut to take home for the next day. I would highly recommend Yonutz in Phoenix and I will definitely be back

Cute clean little gelato shop. Very nice employees and helpful for first timers. You do order how many scoops and if you want cup or cone first on their tablet which was a different experience but efficient. They let you taste the different flavors but they do have a sign that let you know if they are busy that you can only try 3 flavors. I ordered the Strawberry Dolce on a cone which tasted very good.

I absolutely loved this place! The experience was amazing — the service was super friendly and welcoming. I tried the chocolate, coconut hazelnut, and passion fruit (parcha) flavors, and they were all delicious! The cone had an exceptional flavor, and I also loved that they offer vegan and gluten-free options. Definitely recommend!

So glad we found this gelato place! Tried strawberry dolce, dark chocolate, pistachio, and chocolate brownie. Every thing was delicious, full of flavor, and not too sweet. The waffle cones are great too, they are made fresh in store and so light and crisp. Will definitely be back to try their other flavors.

Such a cute gelato shop! They have some vegan options which is perfect for the person in our party with the dairy allergy. Ordering was very easy. You pick what scoops and bowl/waffle cone options you want and pay on the 2 iPads right inside the door, then you go to the counter, taste the flavors and pick the flavor you want for your order. The flavors we tested were amazing and we went with mango sticky rice and passionfruit (dairy free). The mango sticky rice did have a hint of the sticky rice part but was mostly mango. Nevertheless it was still delicious! The texture was so smooth too. Definitely recommend this flavor. The passionfruit was delicious as well with more of a sorbet texture. Very flavorful and very tasty! The people that were working tonight were incredibly kind and helpful too! Wonderful to talk to! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some food gelato and friendly service.

Limited seating outside. -No public restroom in the gelato shop or in the complex ! -No (free) water provided. That being said, we still recommend this place to friends who visit from out of town and have gone multiple times! A friend of ours said this gelato was even better than the gelato she had in Italy. Thought I’d share the above so you can maximize your visit.

Incredibly rich and creamy gelato with very unique flavors and very reasonable prices considering the quality of the gelato. Lalo (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) clearly puts lots of time and thought into the flavors. The mint cookie gelato we had was something that we never experienced before. We could taste real mint leaves in the gelato and it really gave a subtle yet fresh flavor to the gelato. With changing flavors each month I will definitely be back to experience more. Update September 2025 - Allora Gelato is the most consistent and high quality gelato/ice cream in Arizona. The new flavors each month are surprising and delicious. Honey mosquite lavender, mango sticky rice, strawberry dolce, and Ricotta and Croatian fig are some recent monthly flavors! You need to try this spot

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of ThirdSpace. The live music was a nice change of pace from what we have grown used to over at Sidebar. We stopped here after eating some pizza across the street, so regretfully we weren’t hungry for any of the food. Next time I get a craving for an ice cream sandwich desert, I’ll make sure to stop here first.

We checked out a local bar and the wildlife it attracted. Unfortunately it was dead at 10.30pm on a Friday night which was unexpected. But maybe we got there too early, so I can't judge them for a slow night. Drinks and food was served quickly and the DJ played good 80s music.

After the art gallery aspect of Phoenix First Friday, local artists gather here. :)

The venue and their Thursday Happier Hour caught my eye and I felt a simpatico vibe. We came, we sat, we were greeted warmly, we ate, we drank, we saw killer comedy...a cornacopia of local talent and major laughs. Great staff, chill neighborhood hang out. AWESOME place for a laid back vibe. Ordered the Hummus appetizer tray 😍 served by the friendliest staff, so professional. Great music, good vibe, nice outdoor patio or sit indoors. Drinks were on point 👍 🍺

Stopped by after having some lunch downtown . We came to visit from out of town and were not disappointed! The build your own concept was great , you get to customize what you want on your soft warm cone. My cone is smaller because I did ask for less ice cream cause I was decently full from lunch . It’s not a cheap cone about $8-10 but your getting a fresh pastry cone with your choice of yummy filling like Nutella , jam , or cookie butter and then soft serve and more toppings like cheese cake or so many . Wish we had places like this in Tucson.

Saw this place driving into our hotel. Small quaint place. You should have more than one person in the store. Hard to know what to order when ur directed to a kiosk. Not very user friendly. Clerk helped me out once my order was made and I messed it up. The cone is very soft and not too sweet. Nice ice cream concept

I wanted to experience this place and chose to order the crispy cone with a scoop and two toppings. Close to $10 for this type of cone was a bit absurd to me. Its a designer ice cream cone 🤑I understand they need to pay for overhead cost but Geesh. It would feel much better if the price came up to around $7.25-$7.50 but close to $10 was crazy. This is not a family friendly ice cream spot so if you have 3 kids just note that it will be a pretty penny. I have no other concerns. Overall I gave the ice cream 4 stars but the overall rating was 3 stars because of the price. If you have it like that, go check them out! You’ll enjoy it.

Absolutely Delicious and Unique! Crispy Cones is a total game-changer when it comes to ice cream! The cones are freshly made, warm, and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, unlike anything I’ve had before. You can customize everything from the filling to the toppings, and every combination turns out amazing. The ice cream itself is super creamy and flavorful, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The shop is cute and has a fun vibe. It's definitely a must-visit if you’re craving a sweet treat with a twist. 10/10 recommend!

My fiance and I love coming to Crispy Cones. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE invest in Crispy Bowls 😭 we love coming, but the cones are so messy. The toppings are always falling off and the sift serves melts so fast. We dont like walking and eating, and woth nowhere to sit, the icecream always melts everywhere before we get a chance to really enjoy it. If not bowls, please find some kind of to go cup/bowl to flip the icecream into.

Our new favorite dessert!! The cones were amazing - you get to select your cone flavor, sauce inside the cone, ice cream flavor, toppings, & sauce. They feature a new cone flavor every month and a weekly new ice cream flavor. The staff member helping us was so friendly, helpful, & welcoming!! We will definitely be back & would recommend to anyone!

Wow. Hands down one of the best ice creams in the Phoenix area. Innovative flavors, absolutely creamy, and you can really feel that the ice cream wasn't factory made. You can absoluetly taste the quality and the "irregularities" that make the ice cream more authentic and lovable. But what really hits it out of the park is the pricing. For 4 huge scoops, just $7. The five of us couldn't even finish it all. And again, each of these scoops is so uniquely packed with flavor. Rocky Road has real marshmallows and cholocate chunks, deep and rich. Cotton Candy was just heavenly and fluffy at the tip of your tongue. Banana Creampie literally tastes like banana cream - not the fake type but real bananas. Handel's is truly a gift for the community. Thank you.

Arguably the best ice cream in the valley. Real, good old-fashioned ice cream, with a perfect sugar to cream ratio. There are numerous and challenging options. I can never decide. I can't stand lemon desserts, and their lemon bar Ice Cream changed my life upon that regard. The staff was soo wonderful and patient with us.

Love the home style old fashion ice-cream you can not go wrong with this location customer service 100% fast and friendly. Graham central station is a classic you will not go wrong with this choice of ice-cream. They have a bunch of flavors and choices you pick.

We stopped in for ice cream cones after haircuts…the young man behind the counter was super friendly, attentive and quick! He had cups and napkins out before I could even ask 👍🏻 My kids got chocolate and chocolate chip (not too adventurous)…had to get the mom tax in (I tell my kids I’m making sure it’s not poisonous 😂) - it was delicious and creamy! The portions were generous and I was a little surprised the total wasn’t more. We will definitely be back!

Delicious homemade ice cream! Such a variety of flavors that you don't know which one to try first... so get the 4 scoop sampler 😋 I shared a classic choc/van/straw banana split and it was fantastic! Even their plain vanilla was outstanding, and I'm typically not a vanilla person. Get to Handel's and that will let you taste something new that might be your new favorite 😍

Handel’s Graham Central Station is probably my favorite homemade ice cream — so my review is probably a little biased :) I honestly love Handel’s SoCal ice cream shops better to be honest and found the taste at San Diego and LA better than the ones here in Arizona. But like I said before, my strong bias towards their Honeycomb and Graham Central Station is making me give them a 5/5 for the Food. Service was good. Atmosphere could be slightly better.

How can anyone give 5 stars to this place? I guess if you are into fat American diet then it’s a perfect place for you. The flavors are super sweet and the portions should be featured in the “Supersize me” documentary. The three of us couldn’t finish even half of what we bought. $25 plus tip wasted and a stomach ache for the rest of the day. Disappointed is an understatement. Never again.

One of my favorite places for self-care! I saw Meagan to get a spray tan before going wedding dress shopping this week and she was phenomenal. I order Melt products for my wife, who absolutely loves the product. The customer service that is provided by the entire staff is simply amazing. They are always quick to respond to any and all of my question, get the product to us in a timely manner. If you need anything from Melt I highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Dana and the gals at Mini Melt are the best. Very kind, delightful, proving the best services and care. The product used during the service is gentle on the skin. My eyebrows have never looked better. Dana takes her time to ensure you look your best while providing exceptional service and care.

I don’t typically write reviews on anybody good or bad, but I need to share how terribly disappointed I am with the experience I had with this business a couple of months ago. I had a wax appt with them at 12 noon one day, the very night before I found out I had Covid unfortunately. Started feeling very sick pretty quick with a fever, went to a walk in clinic the night before my appt, tested positive for Covid. I called this business AS SOON as they opened in the morning to let them know I was very sick and needed to reschedule my appt. I left a message, I text them, I did this all as soon as they opened so I could let them know as soon as possible. They were nice as pie via text about rescheduling however I later saw that they still charged me a fee of about 40 bucks for my “missed” appt. I was floored. I understand there are cancellation fees for no shows or if you do not cancel with a 24 hour notice , etc HOWEVER, I do feel there needs to be some exceptions and maybe some compassion. I thought I was doing the right thing here by making sure to let them know how sick I was and didn’t want to get their staff sick, apparently I should have just come in and gotten everyone sick so I could have not been charged. So next time, I’ll just keep the appt and come in with my germs. By the way , I was also 38 weeks pregnant at the time and ended up in the hospital the next day with pneumonia on top of covid, so … next time I’ll try to predict 24 hrs in advance that I’m going to be sick so that you guys don’t charge me. Zero compassion , terrible customer service, will absolutely continue to tell people to avoid this place based on my experience.

No photo of the ice cream because I devoured it! Got the butter pecan Classic ice cream shop in downtown. Huge portions (a kids is a single scoop, a single is a double, etc). Not a ton of options but they have the classics. The girl behind the counter was very nice. My friends got boba and weren’t crazy about it but I liked the ice cream!

What a fun place! They use a torch to caramelize the marshmallow right in front of you, which I thought was a great experience! Everything there is homemade and you can tell by the flavor. The waffle cone was the best I ever had and so was the marshmallow. I don't think I have ever had a homemade marshmallow before so it was a true delight!

He and my daughter stop by after hot day walking around downtown phoenix. Ice cream is rich and creamy.We had a fruity pebbles ice cream cone . My daughter dropped her ice cream cone.The owner saw it and when head a given her another one for free. No questions . Highly recommend fatty daddy's ice cream.

About 16 different flavors and they do let you try them. Got the coconut and it was really good. The lounge are is quaint and decorated nicely.

Tried butter pecan ice cream with toasted marshmallow. Taste is decent and never tried with marshmallow ever before on an ice cream. Interesting combo. Lady was nice and offered sample when asked. Simple and cute ambience. But parking is an issue. And very pricey for what’s offered. Just a scoop of ice cream with one topping costed almost $10

Stopped in here to grab a scoop of ice cream after leaving First Friday last week. Cute little place with lots of flavors/toppings and some unique offerings. I just ordered a waffle cone with caramel pecan ice cream. The lady working either forgot or didn’t hear me say I wanted a cone so it came in a cup. I knew they were getting ready to close so I just said it was fine and started to eat my ice cream. She then came back to hand me a cone while I was sitting down. While it was a nice gesture it was awkward because then I attempted to scoop the ice cream into my cone at the table and it made a mess. Not sure that I would make a trip to go back there but if I did for some reason I would try something else altogether or another flavor.

There’s a reason this place has high reviews!! Best shave ice i’ve had in Phoenix! I got the shave ice with mango and guava and li hing powder and snocap (sweetened condensed milk) my husband got shave ice with vanilla and blue coconut with li hing & snocap. Both were amazing and delicious!! The vibe inside is so cute too. Workers were really friendly and nice!!

Ever since visiting Hawaii, I couldn’t find any shaved ice place that even compares until this shop. So good! So many flavors, so creamy, and great customer service. Definitely worth the visit.

Finally tried Happy Honu tonight and was not disappointed! The shaved ice was perfect, flavorful and served by super friendly staff. After a long day of soccer- this super cute place was just what we needed.

Happy Honu has the best shave Ice. The staff here at Happy Honu are some of the nicest people. Great customer service and very friendly environment. I will be back for sure!

Since they are brand new, they were a little slow... but it was honestly comically slow. In the time it took them to make a banana split, I was able to go to the bathroom, leisurely wash my hands, come back out, read the entire menu, and then stare at them questioning what they could possibly be doing to my banana split. And all this time we still hadn't paid for it yet. Also it took 3 different people surrounding my banana split before it was done... I did think the scoops were a little small but was able to see another fascinating perspective. They only had some tables outside, and the lady in line behind us came out and said verbatim, "they gave me too much ice cream I'm gonna scrape a little in the trash". So apparently they don't "skimp" on their portions (their slogan)... for people on diets at least....

Went during the grand opening and a month or so later went back. The portions are still smaller than other sister locations. The medium cup we ordered is three and a half scoops, yet the scoops toddler sized. The sign in the window says WE DONT SKIMP yet the scoops are SKIMPY Left is their serving Right is the N Scottsdale serving

OK here’s a strange complaint. I had the Sticky Fingers bowl and there was hardly any ice cream. It was mostly caramel strands and truffles. I couldn’t taste the peanut butter ice cream. We also had the pink champagne sorbet. Much better. And a small Sticky and a medium Pink came to more than $14 so it was pricy.

I am not a big ice cream fanatic. However, I’ve tried five or six of the flavors and I gotta tell you, very amazing! My husband loves ice cream and I’ve been to this spot at least 10 times since they’ve opened. I was in there the other day and watched one of the staff members pack a pint to go and I’m telling you what, that staff member packed and packed it so much I don’t know how he could get more in there. I’m telling you what….they don’t Skimp! They hold up to their motto! Best Ice cream and staff ever!! Will definitely visit it a couple times a week! Super clean store!

The ice cream is unlike any I have ever had. It is so full of rich, indulgent flavor and creaminess. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. One of the owners, Marcy, helped me select flavors to go with my homemade blueberry crisp dessert. I was so glad to have her help. I ended up with three flavors (Lemon Bar, Praline Pecan and Blueberry Cobbler) and my guests loved them all. Yesterday, I had the Blondie Sundae with Vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was excellent and the brownie tasted like it just came out of the oven. The portion size with huge! My little dog loved her Frostie Paw. So glad you've come to our neighborhood!

I met the kindest young lady behind the counter today, I don’t know her name, but she had the most beautiful blue eyes, maybe early twenties, just adorable! She made me feel so welcome! she laughed with me and took time to carry on conversation. She was an absolute delight! i hope if the management reads this article they will know who I am talking about and give her kudos for stellar customer service..Oh, and the ice cream is always SO good! She turned me on to Graham Central Station, my new fav!

My first visit based on friends telling me the ice cream is terrific and the manager Cody is so welcoming and the reason everyone loves to come. My experience was outstanding. Ice cream very good. Cody happened to be there and he truly represents the company very well. We will come back and tell our friends. Thank you Cody. Great job.

I should have listened to the reviews. No service at all. Waited several minutes with 3 kids in a warm small room that smelled like hot dogs. I went into the restaurant, the staff are hanging out behind the counter chatting. No thanks. Would have spent a lot too on the candy, toys and ice cream. Thx for ruining what we thought would be a fun stop, we were going to do breakfast here and I'm glad we didn't. I told everyone before my trip I would stop here too. Customer service is key people. And frankly I don't want ice-cream from a warm smelly room either. And I don't like leaving negative reviews but this needs one.

The mint chocolate chip ice cream with actual chocolate chips is beyond fantastic. I’m an old man and have always loved that flavor. I love going to Splurge and Luci’s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The patrons are a delight for an alter cocker like me to be around.

This quaint little ice cream shop at Luci’s at the Orchard is a great spot for a family treat. After lunch, my husband and I took the kids for some yummy gelato and they have a great selection of candy too. Cute place with friendly service, highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! Love that you can get vegan ice cream, sit outside, and enjoy the scenery. My daughter is severely lactose intolerant so having a go-to spot for vegan ice cream in central Phoenix without having to drive too far is fantastic.

Splurge is one of the Best Ice Cream and Candy shops in the Valley. They have an Awesome selection of flavors and a great selection of Candy for the kids. They also have the friendliest Staff. Check it out if you haven’t. You will love it!!

Stayed here with my wife last spring when we visited Phoenix. Quite nice rooms and design. I liked the set-up and amenities. We've stayed at a Sonder in several cities before and this one is definitely among the best.

Sonder does not value your time and the support you give them. They have changed from what they use to be. I stayed there the weekend after staying with them every time I came into Phoenix which is a couple times a months for several days and sometimes a week or more for over a year and this weekend they could not even have working Entertainment which basically comes from our smart apps comcasting to their smart tv, so I had no Entertainment for the whole stay after paying them over $300 for 2 nights and they were very unconcerned in their hospitality to resolve. The day of checkout I needed 2 laundry balls to complete my laundry prior to checkout, they never brought them showing no regard for my time after asking, "Do you need anything else to complete your stay". They have become very arrogant in the way they are now doing business servicing them and not showing hostility to who supports them and got them where they are in this market. They have become so not hospitable and all about them in the way they do business now, they charge you a premium fee on top of the premium rate you are already paying to have an early check in or out subject to them. They charge a cleaning fee of $77 and request you to do the cleaning. Be aware!

We stayed here 7 days at the Sonder in Phoenix AZ. We had such a great experience and it’s a wonderful place if you are staying here for an extended time. We love the decor. It’s modern and simple. Very tastefully done. What impressed us the most was their customer service. They are personal, attentive, and they have prompt responses when you text them. Top notch customer service we haven’t seen in a long time. We highly recommended this place to everyone, and we can’t wait to stay at the other locations in the near future.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! This was the worst travel experience of my life. I booked with Expedia for a work trip. The apartment didn’t have internet, hot water, and my key fob or door code wasn’t working and I was in the hallway looking crazy. I’ve stayed in better, more organized Airbnbs. The customer service is terrible. They have a chat and a text system. I’ve had several reps tell me three different things. I told them about the hot water my first day and it was never resolved. That should’ve been an urgent concern that was rectified immediately or had me put in a new unit. I had to boil water my entire stay like the 1800s. They reached out asking if I wanted to store luggage when I checkout, when I said yes, they said this location didn’t store luggage. Complete misinformation. Just terrible. This has made what was supposed to be a fun work trip, just miserable. I’m reporting them to Expedia and Booking to remove them as a partner because I don’t want anyone to have to go through this. Beware! Beware! Beware!

Its definitely a very clean, spacious area however be prepared to go on a mission for check in. It's not like a hotel where you go to the front desk for check in. You must go to a lock box and retrieve your keys. Parking is a bit tricky and you must carry all your personal belongings to your condo and beware there are 4 floors and no lounge carts. Best of luck not losing it while going on your mission.

I loved not having to check-in and check-out at the front desk. Check-in was done through the app and my key was a fab that was in a locker. They provided the code to the locker in my email confirmation. Check-out was the same process. I just put the fab back into the locker. No signing anything and no face to face contact. Everything I needed was in my room. I had extra towels and extra bed sheets available for me to use so I didn’t have to have house keeping come in during my stay. I also had a washer & dryer with soap tabs that I could use to wash my clothes, bed sheets, towels, etc. Full size kitchen was great and having the dishwasher available was a big plus. Pretty sure wherever I travel to at this point I’ll be checking to see if a Sonder is available. I will definitely be staying again.

Worst Sonder experience ever! The neighborhood is dirty and unsafe with many homeless people, building is surrounded by busy roads making it hard to sleep at night even with a white noise machine, Sonder indications to get fob or find lockbox are inaccurate.
