We weren't sure what we were in for when we arrived to the side door of a phone data center but once we got up to the 3rd floor we were greeted warmly by a tour guide who began showing us how the telegraph machine worked. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions on how things worked and the history of the industry.
