Been a monthly subscription member for several years. Overall level of quality and service has declined considerably. While staff are pleasant and helpful, most lacking in depth of experience. Particularly the registered massage therapists. Pricing levels for value received is excessive. The last 12-18 months has seen a loss of good staff and services at the Boston Wharf location. Very disappointing and I will most likely plan to terminate my membership.

Beautiful location and great services. Love the yoga studio and the spa area. I had trouble with membership last winter but the new management (Luke, Charissa) are doing a great job at turning the place around! Feels like a welcoming place, much better customer service, and higher quality spa treatments and classes. Highly recommend Heather for a deep-tissue massage.

After our Hyrox competition, we needed somewhere to recover and Exhale was the perfect place!! We were welcomed by such a friendly staff (Luke, Alyssa, and the manager took such great care of us). Our sore muscles throughly enjoyed sitting in the Hammam! It was exactly what we needed after such a tough race!!

I’ve been taking fitness classes at Exhale Battery Wharf for months. Luke and his team are amazing — super motivating, fun, and always attentive. The classes are tough in the best way, and the vibe is always so positive and welcoming. Alyssa, Carter, Amell, and everyone else at the front desk are awesome, they make the whole experience even better.

Exhale was such a great part of our trip! We booked the Barre class with the girls for the bachelorette. Katie was our instructor and it was a great class. Jackie was also so nice and hospitable. Excited to see the opening in Nashville!

My husband and I got hydrafacials from Courtney and Wanda. They were both lovely! It was our first time at Bella Santé and I'm sure we will be going back. My skin feels great. I only booked a 30 minute session but it was still super relaxing. I highly recommend Bella Santé, especially Courtney and Wanda!

My MIL purchased me the Expecting Moms Bundle as a gift to celebrate my pregnancy. I cannot recommend this experience enough! I booked in for a day with The Prenatal Escape Massage with Brian, a Rose Collagen Custom Facial with Susan, and the Bella Hand Facial with Sabrina. Every staff member was professional and put me at ease immediately. They were all knowledgable about their specialties, caring towards me as a client, and a pleasure to work with. The changing area was well maintained, with lockers, steam, and showers as well as provided toiletries. They also provided teas, water, and light snacks (chocolates etc.) for while you wait between services in their comfortable waiting area.

My first experience at Bella Sante. My massage with Jennifer was a Mother’s Day gift given by my daughter and son-in-law. The spa itself was VERY clean with a serene atmosphere and ALL employees helpful and answered all of my questions with a professional manner. Jennifer was AMAZING! She listened and followed through with my needs specifically and offered advice to deal with shoulder tightness when I’m at home. I would recommend and hope to go back again for another massage soon.

My husband surprised me with a day spa package for my birthday, which included a massage, mani, and pedi—all in one convenient location. It was a thoughtful idea, and I really appreciated the gesture. The massage was decent, though I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. What I’m really here to talk about, though, is the mani-pedi service. Without naming names, let’s just say it was not up to par. My cuticles weren’t properly trimmed, the nail shaping was uneven, and the polish application left a lot to be desired. For the price my husband paid, I would expect much better quality and attention to detail. To make matters worse, the process took nearly 2.5 hours, which felt excessive. By the end, I wasn’t relaxed or satisfied—I was just ready to leave. Would I return? Unfortunately, no. While the idea of the gift was lovely, the execution at this spa missed the mark.

Julisa is such a gem! I used to go to the owner of the old salon she worked at, and she did my hair once, it was absolutely amazing. Now that she’s working right down the street from where i work, it feels so nostalgic seeing how far she’s come. She’s so talented, kind, and truly passionate about what she does. I’m so happy I found her again! I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Unfortunately, the G20 Spa and Salon is very inflexible and have internal issues, as well as communication and quality. There communication system to inform about appointments is inconsistent (they claim to make calls and texts, when they don't); they will cancel appointments last minute but are inflexible in rescheduling with clients (even with 48 hours in advance); and I've had to return for services rendered incompletely or not well on multiple occasions. They have few appointments available and you often have to directly get in touch with your provider to schedule anything. The staff that manages the front desk is not with good communication with the stylists or aestheticians or clients, who often have to work around them, as they are untrained, uninformed, and simply rude. They have issues retaining strong staff because of issues with pay and labor. They were planning to close and move locations for 4 months and fire half their staff (stylists and aestheticians) and then completely reverted. There is no reliability in this company. Belle Sante in Boston is a much stronger place of business for staff and clients in terms of quality, consistency, and consideration. I had been going to the salon/spa since I was in college, and unfortunately both the quality for the clients and the workers their have dramatically depreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Liz at G20 for a signature facial. Liz is, without a doubt, the warmest and kindest professional esthetician I’ve ever met. I’m not someone who’s deeply into skincare—my routine pretty much consists of Trader Joe’s SPF—but I never once felt intimidated or judged. Liz made me feel completely at ease from the start. She walked me through the facial with zero pressure or jargon, just kindness and calm expertise. The facial itself was lovely. Liz is incredibly professional—she didn’t push products or try to upsell me, which I really appreciated. When I did ask for advice, she offered realistic, thoughtful suggestions without any condescension. Her warmth and empathy are so genuine, and it turns out she’s studying to become a nurse, which makes perfect sense. She’s passionate about women’s health and would be an incredible addition to G20 in that capacity someday. A wellness RN like Liz would be such a powerful asset to this already very pro-female business. The facilities were immaculate, and I felt like a queen the moment I walked in. I live in Seattle now, but I’ll absolutely be booking with Liz again whenever I’m back visiting family. Outstanding all around. Thank you, Liz.

DERIC IS THE BEST MAKEUP ARTIST!!! He was truly the MVP of my wedding day! Not only does he do THE most beautiful natural makeup, but he also takes the best care of the bride. From touching me up all day long, to carrying my dress and veil from place to place, to arranging my dress and veil for beautiful photos, Deric made sure that I looked and felt beautiful at all moments of the day. He was so easy to plan with, and he made me feel so cared for. I will always be so grateful for him and feel very lucky to have had him with me for my wedding day!

Had my first visit to Balans Organic Spa and absolutely loved it! My husband gifted me a package with a float session, massage, and facial—total of 3.5 hours of pure relaxation. Pim gave me the best massage (felt reborn!) and Natalia's facial left my skin glowing. The staff is super friendly, and I loved the detail of changing into slippers right at the entrance—it really sets the tone. I enjoyed it so much, I booked my next session before leaving!

Wonderful experience at Balans. 60 min float session was divine. But the cherry on top was the deep tissue massage with Cristina - she was kind, attentive, and clearly has years of experience; best massage ever. I’ll schedule with her again in a heartbeat. The facilities are lovely, clean, relaxing and welcoming; and the front desk staff was very kind and put me at ease.

Marie has been a godsend. She was extremely attentive to my problem areas, and even recommended supplements once she realized by thyroid was bigger than it should be. The addition of Coach Castle to Balans really makes this a holistic spot for anyone looking to work out and then relax. With Castle, I've been able to lift more than previously and managed to lose a (significant) amount of weight. 110%, go to Balans for your body work needs. Castle and Marie are amazing.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted and offered water, tea, and a jasmine scented hot towel. My East meets West massage with Tony was amazing. I felt comfortable the entire time and walked out of that room feeling like a new woman! He was sure to check in about pressure and gave me one of the best massages of my life. I booked a 90 min massage for myself and my boyfriend last minute on a Monday holiday. We both loved our massage therapists, Joyce and Ommy! They both are intuitive and well spoken. Highly recommend to anyone. Overall, the place is clean, and smells nice with an aromatherapy infuser running. Parking can be incredibly tricky especially being on Newbury st, so if you're driving, leave plenty of time to find a space.

Rose did a phenomenal job! I had the east meets west and it was one of the best massages I’ve had thus far. Rose was highly skilled and focused on the target areas I mentioned. Sergio is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He's adaptable and understanding, with a unique ability to soothe and relax. I've been his client for ten years and wouldn't trade that for anything!

I've been going to Sergio for 6 years. He's extremely knowledgeable, listens to what your issues are with pain and tightness and focuses on those areas. Sergio has literally extended my golf and softball play when I otherwise wouldn't have been able to participate. You not only feel better days and weeks later, he gives you tips on exercises you can do at home to improve range of motion or strength in areas of need. He also has a great personality and easy to talk to. I have recommended him to a few friends who are now members and see him regularly. You won’t be disappointed or waste your money going to Sergio!

Kelvin has deep knowledge of how the body works. As a therapist who has had his own injuries he is empathetic to your issues and how to overcome them. He follows up with you with exercises, stretches, or tools for you to use to improve your health. Besides being a gifted therapist, Kelvin is caring and positive. He has helped me fully recover from injuries that MGH doctors and physical therapists could not.

I've been getting monthly massages at The Boston Bodyworker since pre-COVID times and have never been disappointed. The therapists are all top notch! Highly recommended for whatever ails you, or just to stay loose and agile!

What a hidden gem! I was a bit anxious about trying a new place, but I’m so glad I did. The owner is warm, professional, and communicates beautifully. Étant is a serene and beautiful spa in the heart of the South End. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Lori, who combined reiki and deep tissue work to soothe my aching muscles. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I went for a couples massage, but didn’t end up getting our massages in the same room. I was very disappointed about that. I had called to book over the phone and the person must not have written in the notes that it was supposed to be a couples massage, so just make sure you specify that. They acknowledged and apologized. That being said…. My husband said it was the best massage he’d ever had. So no complaints here. Very convenient location in a busy area… but it was very quiet inside. If you are driving to this location make sure you leave lots of time for parking.

I’ve been going to Bodywaves since February. I’ve seen both Danielle and William. Both are fantastic. If you want to leave absolutely mellowed out and relaxed see Danielle! If you need something more specific worked on Will is your guy! Having had back/neck pain since a surgery years ago I appreciate Will’s tactical approach to fixing what is feeling off on any particular day with massage, various stretches and other handiwork that I can’t name, but it’s all great! I highly recommend this location if you are looking for more practical massage work than a spa like experience.

Through a quick Google search, I came to Boston Wellness this morning requesting a relaxing massage that also addressed some of the knots and soreness I had in my back and shoulders. Cindy greeted me, and took total care of me. She was incredibly hospitable, kind, and extremely skillful! This is one of the best massages I have ever had. I have a very tight upper back and her techniques got ever not out! I prefer deep tissue and this was incredible. Also, at times I needed less pressure and she could feel when that was with a seamless transition!! She is an expert and can tell how much pressure to apply and when. Truly an amazing massage therapist! In addition, she has a very nice and welcoming demeanor. I will be going back and making this my only massage therapist in Boston.

Cindy is the real deal. This is the best massage I’ve had in Boston and in general recently! Came in with a very painful muscle strain and Cindy worked the pressure points and gave me a great deep tissue massage that released a lot of tension. She zeroes in on the knots and checks in frequently on comfort. Your search is over; THIS is the massage place to book in Boston. A cut above and reasonably priced to match.

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had - Cindy did not disappoint! I like deep tissue massages but most masseuses never go as deep as I’d like. Hugely disappointed in the management of this location. I ran the Boston Marathon on Monday and booked a massage weeks in advance. Management was aware of this. I was then notified the massage therapist was canceling the appointment only three hours before the scheduled massage. Management seemed to blame the therapist and refused to offer any same day alternative or discount. I’d like to share a review about the therapists great work here but the lack of empathy from management makes me question whether they want more customers at all.

Ali has been exceptional in helping me address an ongoing issue with carpal tunnel in my hand, which extends into pain through my shoulder blade. Li is fantastic - could not recommend working with him more! He has an incredibly technical understanding of how all of the muscle, tissue, etc. systems interact and can always pinpoint (and fix!) all of my issues. He strikes a good balance between working on immediate needs (eg neck pain) and helping lay the groundwork for better long term results (eg better posture/strength). Don’t waste your money. It’s a beautiful space and people are kind but once again, I had a horrible massage. I went in to relax with the Dream Catcher massage and came out so sore and in pain (Advil to the rescue). My massage ended early and even though I asked for light pressure, I got deep. Also, my therapist literally washed her hands 5-6 times and kept getting water (I saw her Yeti cup next to the sink). I knew I was taking a chance going back and should have just bought a robe with my gift card but no. I went for a massage that should have made me sleepy instead of achy. I was also supposed to given a lavender sachet at the end but nope. Seriously, there are so many better massage options in the city.

I got a Runner Reset massage with Abby and it was AMAZING. Perfect mix of pressure, stretching, heat, and oils/lotions. It was super easy to book online (I had a gift certificate I’d been meaning to use) and the spa facilities are lovely - only wish I’d had time for a steam room and pool dip to finish!

This is a true Spa experience. So much more than “just a facial”. Don’t get me wrong, the facial was the best I’ve ever gotten. Super thorough, super personalized treatment, super relaxing and my skin glowed for weeks. But what makes this spa extra special is the entire experience. The personalized and friendly attention from the minute you sign in, the hot pool, the sauna and steam room, and my favorite, the waiting room with the most comfortable recliners for you to wait in peace for your service. If you’re going to treat yourself, do it right. It may seem a bit more expensive than other spas in the area but it is sooooooo worth it. Left rejuvenated!

My gal friend and I booked in for a massage on fairly short notice and luckily there had been a cancellation for a morning slot (11 am) on a Saturday. I think because we had one of the earlier appointments, there was plenty of time to relax in the water area before our treatments and the space didn't feel too crowded. However, by the time we were leaving the locker room did feel a bit tight so I can see why other people have left that feedback in the review. I had a fabulous masseuse, she didn't talk because I asked for relaxation except to check in with me and she listened hard when I said "deep tissue" for my Therapeutic massage - she was a wizard and found the exact spot I have an issue and really worked on lengthening and breaking up the fascia. My friend however said hers was just so so, felt good but the masseuse didn't really listen to her requests and for how much this experience costs you really hope that there are nothing but excellent masseuses.

I came here for a Swedish massage with Crystal. Overall impeccable experience! The whole spa was absolutely spotless, the ambiance was soothing, and Crystal was incredibly warm and friendly. I went in as a gift from my boyfriend to take care of some tense back/shoulder issues, and I am so glad he chose C.Spa! The massage was very thorough and attentive with Crystal checking regularly to make sure I was comfy with the pressure. She used deliciously hot towels and some lovely hot stones to keep the towels toasty. Afterwards I felt pampered and SO much better, if I hadn't been so relaxed I might have cried a few joyful tears of gratitude. Thank you so much Crystal!! Amazing experience overall and outstanding massage - Jommie is truly gifted! She is running her own business and her cozy and clean local downtown is where she operates. Before doing the message she took the time to chat and ask if I had received a Thai massage before and if I had any zone that were tight or painful, and explained how the massage would be structured. During the massage she made sure to ask if the pressure felt ok. I got a 90-minute Authentic Thai hot herbal compress massage, and it was the perfect balance between intense and relaxing. 100% recommend, I will be back!!!

Jommie is without a doubt the most professional and lovely massage therapist I've ever had! It's not just a massage, it's an experience! She uses techniques with gentle stretching and pressure points leaving you so relaxed and refreshed! I would give her 10 stars if I could, I can't wait to come back! Massage, ambience, professionalism 10/10! Best massage in Boston! I suffer from periodic stress induced neck/back pain. I've been going to a chiropractor for years, but after one tension relief massage (neck, back, shoulders) I had almost full mobility in my neck again. Jomie is a lifesaver! She is super talented, and offers a wide variety of styles of massages from more relaxing styles, to digging into those knots in your neck, shoulders. It's a one person business, great location in an office building, the room is super cozy and relaxing.

Omg! Just had the best deep tissue massage with Jommie. I’m so grateful. The studio is in an unexpected place, the 5th floor of an office building, but she has set it up beautifully. It’s clean, private, and calming. Jommie asked what I was looking for in bodywork, checked in throughout, and I had one of the most fulfilling massages ever. She addressed my chronic lower back pain and worked out tension I didn’t even know I had. I’m so impressed by Jommie and was so happy to find her and support a small business owner!

Went to Joe yesterday after dealing with back tightness/tension which I was struggling with for a while now, even after getting several massages elsewhere. All of the massage therapists I’ve seen at Be Well have been amazing. It’s rare to find clinical massage that focuses not just on relaxation, but also on true restoration—addressing old injuries and long-standing movement patterns. I’ve most recently been working with Phil and cannot recommend him highly enough. He offers not only excellent deep tissue work but also brings a holistic understanding of integrated movement that makes a real difference.

Today was my first time visiting. Prior to today, I had been experiencing chronic neck and back pain without relief for months despite my attempts with other therapists. Eric was able to quickly and effectively identify my problem areas (masseter clenching, lack of flexibility of lower extremities) which was actually causing my pain in other areas (neck and lower back). I walked out of the 1 hour session totally pain free. I can’t say enough good things about Eric’s professionalism and skill. I’ll be back!

I am a long time client at ​BeWell Boston. All of the therapists are excellent and experienced with different sets of expertise. Over the years, they have kept me whole! They helped me through sports injuries, headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome. I highly recommend them.

I had a massage with JP and it was fabulous. JP was very present during the massage. If I flinched or twitched he asked if that was sensitive or uncomfortable. I felt like he cared about what was happening in my body and made adjustments he felt that would help my body. He focused on my issues and then gave me pointers and tips on things I can do for myself. I am going to make a massage with JP a regular occurrence for my own health and self care. He is kind hearted, caring and really knowledgeable.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I went to see Eric in early February with inconsistent pain in my neck and shoulder. I saw him in February, March, May, and June. Not only did he resolve the pain, but he worked with me to discover the source of it and offered me plenty of advice on how to prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a long-lasting solution to pain management, or anyone who regularly endures intense physical stress.

I was in town just for the day and decided to book a session. From initial greeting, it was clear that Priscilla values client comfort and has a passion for understanding and improving overall health. I was anticipating just a basic therapeutic massage, but once we began, I was inspired to share some of my pain points with Priscilla. She set about addressing them and sharing some of her knowledge along the way. During the session itself, I was experiencing some relief and increased ease of motion, smirking quietly to myself in relative disbelief at the immediacy. Bravo, Priscilla and Be Well Boston!

Phil was very helpful and even helped brainstorm additional therapies for me to try. He took time to understand my needs and tailor the experience to them. He was also very skilled. Highly recommend Be Well!

The customer service at Bliss spa is absolutely dreadful. Traveling from out of town, my wife and a friend attempted to book a massage together. In the midst of the booking process, my wife's friend noticed that she had an allergy to the products used. The website recommended that she not book a massage, and she did not. My wife, however, completed the booking, only to later learn of this issue. The massage was booked late on a Saturday evening for a Sunday evening appointment. First thing Sunday morning, my wife tried to cancel the massage. She did not feel comfortable traveling by herself in a strange city. The staff was completely unsympathetic and refused to offer any accommodation. The spa did not suffer any loss. This was not an appointment that was booked months prior, precluding others from booking the slot. It is quite clear that Bliss spa in Boston, and particularly, Flavia, the manager, do not care about the comfort or well being of their customers. Instead, they only care about profits, regardless of the customer experience. It remains to be seen if the corporate managers at Bliss are equally callous.

Bliss indeed - I got a prenatal massage here from Drea and it was fantastic. They have a fantastic maternity pillow that lets you lay on your stomach and it's so supportive it makes you feel not pregnant. The spa is very clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bliss Boston is the only salon/spa I trust with my nails, and trust me... I've tried many salons. They use CND Shellac, OPI, and Essie products, and the salon is always spotless in terms of cleanliness. Tao is my bi-weekly clinician and she is the BEST! I have also recieved facials and massages via this location as well, and the staff is always well trained and friendly.

Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable, with free tea while you're waiting. My clinician was easygoing and made me feel comfortable in addition to providing great service. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as Bliss in general has been having issues with their website and it's really difficult to make an appointment online - but I imagine as a company-wide issue, it will get figured out eventually (I hope). When that happens, 5 stars.

Really disappointing experience. I have wanted a Bliss facial my entire life and was so excited to finally go. Facilities were lovely and it started out very nice and relaxing. When I met with my therapist she told me that I had picked the incorrect facial for my skin type and would therefore do a different facial which was a little cheaper but also a little shorter in length. She then spent the next hour upselling me various add-ons which I all of a sudden needed according to how my skin had reacted to other products. Surely she should have had a good idea in the first place about what would have worked since she was so sure my original choice was the wrong one. It was impossible to relax while she kept saying “you need this, it’s only an extra $30...” while I’m lying down with my skin covered in product. The option of add-ons should have been discussed up front so I wasn’t in the uncomfortable position of having to make decisions about adding more cost to an already expensive facial while also trying to relax. What’s more, these add-on services don’t actually buy you any more time on the beauty table, they just eat into your allotted hour, so I ended up paying $70 more than my original chosen facial cost for 15 minutes LESS time (as my original choice of the Tripe Oxygen Facial was 75 mins rather than 60). The therapist also spent a good 30 mins talking to me about her personal problems (I shouldn’t have told her I was a psychologist - although in hindsight, I could have been charging her for the session!). To add final insult to injury, when I went to pay the final price was more than expected because the therapist had mis-quoted the cost of some of the add-ons. The checkout staff were unapologetic and refused to check in with the therapist about the price she had quoted me and insisted I had to pay the price listed in their book. Another reason to select all your add-ons before treatment starts. I was at the spa with friends and we were all trying to have a relaxing morning, so I didn’t want to be the one causing a huge fuss, but in hindsight I should have spoken to the manager. It was a really unpleasant experience and at $245 for a facial I would have expected better. I will not return to a Bliss - I’ve had facials for a quarter of the price than have been significantly better quality. My advice? Don’t bother with Bliss!

From the moment I entered, all of my worries disappeared. I reserved an appointment for a facial with the bliss spa. First they showed me the locker room. They gave me a robe, sandals and led me to the waiting room. In there, there were stationary hors’duerves with teas for everyone. All relaxed from there on. My service was 75 minutes and every single part of it was so soothing and awesome. They started with an exfoliating microdermabrasion and ended with a super hydrating and nourishing mask. The products they used all smelled soooo delicious. It felt like the Soarin ride. I was riding around the world on a hang glider, smelling all the different, amazing scents of the world. This was the ultimate treat!

Went for a pedicure with Alexis last night. The experience was amazing. She brought me some tea and brownies, before we started. Then she gave me wireless Beats headphones, so i could watch a movie on their ipad stand and a heated neck pillow. I almost felll asleep I was so comfty. lol The foot massage was sooo clutch from a long week of work! What more could I ask for?!?! Glad I found this place. I'll def be back to see Alexis for my next mani/pedi. :)

My massage lady was so amazing. I tried the reflexology option this time around and I was so pleased with her work. I was very relaxed after the hour session. I come here at least every 3-4 months and no matter what worker I get they are always so amazing. The manager has definitely done a great job with creating this team of women.

I had Jasmine give me a deep tissue massage because I hurt my arm in my back at work. I am a chef and I use my right arm all the time she did an absolute wonderful job probably the best massage I ever received in my life and I’ve had a lot of them. I’m so happy to write this review. It was five star award-winning massage thank you Jasmine. I will definitely be back And I plan on bringing my wife.

I had an amazing traditional Thai massage today.. walked in with kinks in , my neck and knots in my back and walked out feeling like a new person. I just moved to the area and had gone a few times to the Dedham location. So thrilled that This location is just as good!

Thai Wellness Massage in Quincy is one of the best massage places we've been to. My wife and I have been there for the couples massage several times. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The massage therapists are incredibly good. Highly recommend!

This is my second experience at the Quincy location of Thai Wellness, I always get the Thai Herbal Bag, I chose medium pressure and wanted to just relax and wanted the massage to be for muscle tightness and stress, I was so pleased with my massage, my muscles are usually very tight and painful due to being on my feet and having a physical job. My therapist was attentive and used the perfect pressure, she checked in with me verbally and knew when and where to let up pressure as she did treatment , I am also a massage therapist and hands down it was the best. I loved having her use her bodyweight to walk on my legs and back. The hot herbal bag soothed tension where the pressure would have been too much. The combination of the soothing strong smelling oil and hot towels was wonderful. Would absolutely return!!! Wonderful if you love Thai Style Massage!! I have had both an intense therapeutic session and a low key soothing session. 10 stars.

I had an amazing experience during my 80-minute facial with Whitney at Le Visage. From the start, she asked thoughtful questions, really listened to my concerns, and made sure I left with both immediate aftercare instructions and long-term skincare advice. I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne this year, especially stubborn congestion along my chin that just wouldn’t go away. Whitney took her time and worked carefully to clear out as much as she could without damaging my skin. I felt totally cared for and in great hands the entire time. This was truly the best facial I’ve ever had. I’ve already booked follow-ups for both myself and my mom. Whitney is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. I couldn’t recommend her more.

This was my first visit at Le Visage and my appointment with Joy was nothing less than amazing. She took time to explain everything she was doing, asked questions to understand my skin needs and history, and took time after the appointment to answer additional questions. My friend got me a gift card here based on the excellent reviews and this spa did not disappoint. I was never a huge fan of facials, I always felt like they irritated my skin or didn't make a difference... But that was not the case with le Visage. Joy did my facial and I left with my skin glowing, less irritated and it remained that way for weeks for afterwards. It was a huge reset for my skin. I was dealing with hormonal acne and breakouts and she really catered the facial toward what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, the lady who was on Cuatomer service was pretty rude, unprofessional and rough. Though, we are loyal customers for years. LV customer service standard has dropped to like any another random low class brand.Be aware, never going back to LV again!

One of my worst experiences visiting a luxury shop! My mom and I came to LV on the tax-free weekend. Our SA was named Michael. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant, the worst SA I have ever met. That being said, I visited almost all the luxury stores in Copley Place and other places. He was extremely impatient and treated us poorly, as my mom was not a native speaker. However, many people who visited here were not from the US. So I had no idea if they treated other customers the same way. I did not want to post anyone’s picture. But I was extremely offended by the impolite and arrogant manner of Michael. I also sent the complaint to LV.

I can’t say enough about Nikkea, the store manager. I came in for a bag repair and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her customer service and warmth made me feel so comfortable in an environment that can be intimidating to some people. Thank you, Nikkea. Your support and generosity made me fall in love with the brand all over again. This kind of power and magic should send a strong message to her employers: promote her.

Once again I had the Ultimate Worst experience ever at LV Boston Copley Place! Is it Management/Customer Associate Training that needs an overhaul?, how they treat repeat customers?, or something else? I’ve shopped in Miami, Maui, Doha but I found sales associates in Boston need to be educated on how to do basic customer service 101 for keeping a repeat customer happy. Either that or they only serve customers who walk in with boyfriends, husbands, or showing up in high end attire. Unfortunately for us locals/NH this is the only closest store unless we go to Natick which is further south. When comparing high end luxury, do your research and move on to Chanel and Hermes, higher prices but more ROI and something you can pass down.

I visited the store to purchase a card holder. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted. Elaine, a delightful lady, assisted me with my purchase. If you ever visit that store, please ask for her. You’ll experience exceptional service firsthand.

My fiancé and I were on a trip to Boston and decided to get a bag for my birthday. Neither of us have even been to a LV so the whole experiences was new to us. Michael was our client advisor and was a true gem. He was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I ultimately went with the bag that he suggested because it was not only beautiful but it fit exactly what I was wanting. Michael also told us all the background on what made the bag special and the lore really made the bag even more interesting. Truly a lovely experience because of him. Definitely recommend requesting him if you can!

One of the worst interactions I have ever had! The staff were extremely rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience to them, and would not help you find the right item at all! As soon as we walked in, not one person acknowledged us, even though they weren’t busy. Our SA Marcus or whatever his name is, seemed so uninterested to help. He was so busy targeting a young, well dressed couple, rather than helping us find what we’re looking for. I literally had to ask him to bring out some bags to show us rather than just us picking from the display. I was super close to go off on him but I tried my best to keep it professional. Best spot there is was FENDI with Juan. That’s where your money should go!!!

I was having some serious nerve pain with TIGHT muscles in shoulders and neck and I was in need of relief quickly. I am so happy I was able to get same day appointment with the spa. The lobby and restroom were very clean. The massage room was perfectly lit and smelled nice. My masseuse, Lucy welcomed me with a warm smile and asked if there were any issues we needed to address. Let me say, after receiving numerous massages over the past 20+years , Lucy has the magic hands! I reached a goal, and to celebrate this milestone, I wanted to make it memorable—with Cartier. I chose a ring, a timeless piece that goes with everything. Walking into Cartier, I had a few apprehensions, fearing we might be treated condescendingly. But we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. We were pampered and served with professionalism. For a first experience in an ultra-luxury boutique, I was very satisfied. Honestly, I had preconceived notions, but the staff there serve all types of clients—from those dressed head-to-toe in LV to people in casual tracksuits. No judgments are made, and everyone receives service worthy of the Cartier name. I also wanted to have my ring engraved, but the only one able to do it was Mr. Wayne. We were advised to text him on his day off to ensure it would be done by Monday, before our return to Montreal. What incredible service—he kindly agreed and completed it within the timeframe, even offering us a little cleaning kit, just as I had hoped. Top-notch service, worthy of a luxury house—fun and warm. I highly recommend Cartier Boston. Looking forward to visiting again for my next milestone :) Oh, and a small detail I really appreciated—having made a few trips to their boutique, everyone remembered my name. A small gesture that brought me a lot of joy :)

Disappointing experience at Cartier Boston - consistently poor service. I’ve visited this location several times now, and each time has been a letdown. The first time, I purchased a ring and didn’t receive a certificate - something that should be standard from a luxury brand like Cartier. I had to go back again just to get it. On top of that, no one even greeted me when I walked in. No welcome, no acknowledgment. Later, I visited the SoHo location in NYC to purchase a watch, and the difference was unbelievable - warm greetings, excellent service, and even gifts. That’s the Cartier experience I expected. But again, when I returned to the Boston location to adjust the watch, it was the same cold energy. No greeting, no direction - just “Give me 15 minutes,” and I was left to sit around without any follow-up or guidance. It really feels like this location judges clients based on appearance or assumptions. For a brand that’s supposed to represent elegance and class, this level of treatment is unacceptable. Cartier Boston needs to seriously improve how they treat people.

Recently visited and picked up a Tank as a gift for myself- was very happy with not only the product- but the process as well. Laurie made the buying experience very easy- it did not take long, but did not feel rushed- and we had good conversation while she handled the paperwork/bagging! Thank you Laurie!

We just bought a Cartier watch for our daughter as a gift. In an effort to get it sized, I telephoned Cartier using the Boston number during business hours to make an "appointment." No one bothered to answer the phone. I tried again later during business hours, and again, no one answered. Being from out of town, we visited Boston without the watch and walked by the Cartier store without going in.

Wayne was ok! He did not really make me and my other half feel as welcomed as all of the other staff. On the other hand I was happy with my exchange for a different size classic gold love bracelet.

Just be careful about what you're buying into here. Services are lovely when you can get them but nurses come and go and ymmv. Memberships are available but structured in a way to make them difficult to use or especially cancel.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. The services provided at Restore are all amazing, relaxing and important pieces of our holistic wellness journey. The facilities are very clean. I highly recommend!

I was told signing up for a membership would save me money. When I went back and looked and questioned. They talked in circles. Don’t fall for it. Also was not impressed that people came and went and the chairs were not cleaned. Nor the blankets changed out. There were 2 benches and a chair free while there. When I pointed this out I was told they clean them ‘once’ a day. That is gross when you think of it. Wonder what the sanitary code requires. You’d think where they are using needles they would treat the chairs after every use and even if there was a wait, which there wasn’t, they would sanitize things. Especially when you think a lot of people get fluids after being sick. The germs! Even though I found I was misinformed about the savings; they won’t let me out of the contract. When I questioned it the charges at the time, one of the workers said ‘she would call me if it was wrong’

What an experience! The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. They were so patient while going over the plethora of options, listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing. The facility is immaculately clean and you feel at ease while you’re there. I suggest the Red Light Cryotherapy combo. It was amazing and immediately boosted my mood. The increased awareness of wellbeing is sometimes difficult to navigate, but the team at Restore Hyper Wellness has you covered! If you’re new seasoned or new to making wellbeing a priority, go go go and treat yourself to an appointment, you will not be let down!

My first treatment at Restore in Newton was excellent. I went in very nervous as I had never had an IV drip outside of a hospital setting but the nurse was patient and kind and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for more!

The team at restore is wonderful! I had the best experience from start to finish. During my initial visit I met with the NP who conducted a full screening to make sure I was in good health to receive my HBOT. Thank you to everyone who made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. It was a very relaxing time and I left there feeling great! I can’t wait to return and try all that they have to offer. I would highly recommend this treatment following surgery, I’m already feeling better.

Came in for the first time after reading other good reviews and yeah, this place is amazing. The therapist I had was so skilled and calm, everyone was welcoming, and I was kind of thrilled to have someone walk on my back (optional, presumably, but I loved it). First Thai massage and I have been converted. Lovely little office and sitting area as well with tea, fresh fruit, etc. My shoulders moved freely for the first time in months upon leaving. 10/10. Will be back.

The Thai House Massage and Spa is the best place in Boston area to get a massage. The therapists are knowledgeable, they greet me with a warm welcome and ensure that I am in a good hands. My masseur asked me if I have any sensitive area or any tight spots that I would like her to pay special attention to. I had a surgery a few years ago. She was very careful around that area that was really assuring. I felt great after spending 60 minutes body massage. I will definitely be back in the near future.

I was here yesterday for a massage to alleviate my back and shoulder aches I have never had a Thai massage and I have always go with deep tissue massage. So I decided to give their Thai combination massage a try. 2 hours later I can honestly say this was the best massage I ever had. My aches disappeared!!! My masseuse Ellie was very attentive and extremely proficient in her techniques. She paid particular attention to my past surgery so not to injure the area. I visit Boston every 2-3 weeks and surely I will return again.

This is a nice place for massages and the staff know what they're doing, but the people at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have visited many times for the quality of massages but have faced issues with scheduling and people being rude over the phone and at checkout. Just today, the person at the front desk demanded that I leave a 20% tip, after already increasing their prices by $20 for an hour-long massage. It's also exploitative because people are usually in good, non-confrontational moods after massages. I routinely get massages and had overlooked this behavior from them in the past, but I won't be coming back. Fix your attitudes.

I've been getting traditional Thai massages for almost two years now at Brookline's Thai House massages and spa. The massages are both relaxing and invigorating, effectively releasing tension. Maneekan (Pam) Chuadnuch's technique are excellent. I leave feeling completely refreshed every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Thai massage experience.

Told Pam my hip bursitis was flaring up and she really focused on that area through massage and gentle stretching. I felt great afterwards. Finding parking during construction was a bit unexpected, but worked out.

Leticia does an amazing job. I have hormonal acne and she was able to take all my scars aways. I see her once every month or two months and I follow her instructions at home with a skin routine. This was my first time getting a professional facial. My first visit, Letizia made me feel extremely comfortable. We talked about my skin, the products I was currently using , and products I should be using going forward. After the consultation I booked an appointment for my peel. Once again, Letizia I explained everything to me to ensure I felt comfortable and that I was knowledgeable. After the appointment she gave me her number in case I needed to reach out to her for anything. Venus Spa is a bit far from me, but I will continue to schedule regular appointments with Letizia because I love her and her service

This salon is not for people who have 4a- 4c hair, especially if your hair is all natural, no chemical treatment. The lady did a great job dying my hair the rest of the experience let me know she had NO EXPERIENCE with my type 4b hair. I asked the lady before I booked specifically if she had any experience with my type of hair I let her touch my hair and everything and she told me yes so i booked an appointmentwith her. I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and she said she could do it. Not only did i not get what i asked for the lady proceeded to tell me shes uncomfortable with finishing the look i ask for and didnt know how to properly blow dry my thick 4b hair. The audacity was she tried to then charge me almost $300 for a service i never got. Like i said the dying process was the only good out of the whole experience.10-10 would NEVER recommend 😔

I've been here twice and Gigi is fantastic. The massage is incredible and the overall experience is great. I had neck/shoulder and lower back pain and felt significantly better afterwards. They offer 30, 45, 60 minute slots - perfect for your lunch break if you work downtown.

I am always anxious before trying a new massage practitioner but I will say that the massage I received today was incredible. I had been dealing with neck and upper back pain and after a few minutes Gigi knew exactly what type of massage I needed to help loosen all of the tightness. She moved my arms, legs and head to get the correct angles for sports and deep tissue massage strokes. I will be recommending Back Health Care to my family and friends and will definitely be back for more sessions!

I came here once for a prenatal massage and went back recently and it was another great experience! Gigi is such a nice woman and she gives a really great massage. I had a lot of pain in my lower back and she really loosened up my muscles and made it feel so much better!

Was in town for a conference and woke up with my lower back seized up due to the hotels bad beds. Gigi was able to relieve my lower back pain and give it it's flexibility back so my fight going back home will be much more enjoyable because the pain is manageable now. Thank you Gigi!

I have been a loyal client of Gigi for two years now and have never found anyone else to be as effective as Gigi; I usually get the sports massage. Gigi is amazing and truly an expert at what she does! Stress and working out takes a toll on the body, after one session, I feel brand new, every time!

Extremely impressed and forever grateful for Gigi's excellent massage and overall service. It was a one hour long massage that was focused primarily on my back but she did my entire body. Before we begin she asked for my concerns and where I wanted her to focus. Gigi made sure to not give me a minute less than what I paid for even though I came in a few minutes late which I really appreciated. She used a light oil for the massage and then hot towels to wipe it off at the end. She also used warm pads to keep me cozy while she was massaging other areas. Gigi is friendly and kind, as well as knowledgeable and experienced-- she really knows what she is doing. I love that she stretched me out and bent my arms and legs in the right positions. Her massage is a great combination of firm but careful. I appreciate she is not like other masseuses that only gently knead and not really make a difference or those who only use their forearms and elbows making it painful. Her technique was perfect. This is by far the best massage I've ever received. I will make sure I get a massage by Gigi every month from now on. After just one session, I can move my head and neck more easily and I also realized just how much I needed this. She really cares and is a strong masseuse. For those new to getting a massage, I highly recommend Back Health Care Center. The price is very reasonable especially in comparison to the other places in the area. For reference I was an athlete all my life I go to the gym regularly and I work a desk job for over eight hours a day so I have a high standard and I was very pleased

I recently visited Back Bay Skincare and Spa for a Brazilian waxing, hoping for a smooth and thorough result. The staff was friendly and professional, and the environment was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the final result. While the wax itself was applied relatively well and the process seemed efficient, there was noticeable hair left behind in several areas after the procedure. I expected a much smoother finish, especially for the price and reputation of the salon. This oversight led to some frustration, as I had to go over areas myself to remove the remaining hair. I understand that waxing results can vary, but given the price and the service I expected, I felt this was not up to standard. I would recommend ensuring more attention to detail in the future to prevent similar issues. Therefore, I won’t be returning.

I was visiting from out of town and this was a really bad experience! For 75.00 you should be treated at least with a little respect. She does not enjoy her job!

worst and most bizarre experience I've ever had at a spa. made two appointments while staying at the Charles hotel (for a brow/lash tint and a foot massage). No provider had showed up by 20 minutes past the scheduled tint appointment, so I told the front desk to just cancel it at that point. Came back for the foot massage which started 10 mins late (therapist said she had the time for 2PM, when the appointment was at 1:45PM as confirmed via multiple texts and emails) and the massage was not good (no pressure). The doozy was that they insisted on charging me for the brow/lash tint even though the provider had not yet showed up 20 mins past the scheduled time. And they could not have ruder the entire time, never even uttering the word sorry for the significant delay and inconvenience. Take your business elsewhere!

Honestly, best massage I've ever gotten. Facilities were clean, and the decor welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and were very good at their jobs. My group and I were there for a Bachelorette party, and it went off without a hitch. They had a table set up for wine or champagne, with glasses, and little gift bags. All very nice. Not the cheapest, but definitely still an excellent value. I will definitely go back.

Pretty disappointed. I went and at first was excited they didn’t try to sell me products or cut way more hair than just the split/dead ends, but the evening of my haircut I noticed how many split ends I still had. I paid $100 to have a stylist with no personality barely cut my hair and just blow it out - I could’ve styled it just the same. It’s been just over a week and doesn’t even feel like either service even happened. I loved the girl who did my waxing, but again I noticed that night that there were still so many hairs that weren’t gone. While I’d try their spa, I’ll go someplace cheaper for a haircut next time and I’ve purchased my own waxing kit for less than the cost of eyebrows and lip waxing there.

I have been to Adara for my nails and a facial. I had a great experience and would recommend it. I can't wait to go back. The pedicure was so relaxing and I couldn't believe how smooth my feet were. The foot scrub smells amazing. The facial was so nice as well. The girls are very friendly. There is a parking lot right out front or you could take public transportation. Can't wait to go back to Adara.

The arasys system is great, no doubt, but honestly I just love the pampering at Adara. Everyone is so nice, and it is without doubt the best pedicure in the city--and I'm picky. I've also had a facial and a body scrub there, and both were fantastic. I leave happy and relaxed, and I walk out to the smell of the sea, since I'm on the wharf, and delicious food, since I'm in the North End. What's not to love? Go pamper yourself at Adara!

I have been going to Adara Spa for years. They helped me slim down and tone for my sister's wedding with their Arasys treatment and slimming wraps. I love the personal attention! They always know which treatments I prefer and can recognize my voice over the phone. I love the small business vibe too. I always feel like more than just a valued customer every time I go in. And the location cannot be beat!

Super clean space, and the staff were very friendly. I don’t get facials often and she was so kind explaining what to expect and making me feel comfortable. The 30 minute massage was perfect as well. It was a great way to get some self-care in, and I look forward to my next visit!

This is a lovely small spa where I found the service to be professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I had a special facial by Lauren. She provided a wonderful relaxing experience and was attentive to my every request. I have followed up with their araysis treatments and found them to be effective in firming and tightening my "problem areas." I have been to Adara twice, each time for Spa Week. I don't often take the time to pamper myself, but I look forward to it every year. The prices seem very reasonable even when it is not Spa Week. They also send out emails with specials and open houses. The two owners are fabulous, very friendly and knowledgable. I have changed my face care regimen because of the facials I have gotten. I didn't feel pressured to purchase products from the spa which is very nice. The space is very clean and cozy.

My birth didn’t go as planned—and I’m so incredibly thankful for that. Bonnie was actually my backup doula. Impossibly, another one of my original doula’s clients gave birth early, while I gave birth late, and… Well, it became the perfect storm. Literally. Between downpouring rain, flooding tunnels and crazy traffic, Bonnie still volunteered and made it to us in the hospital. At first, I was nervous. I’d never met Bonnie before, and here she was attending one of the most vulnerable, sacred experiences of my life. However, I was instantly put at ease the moment she walked in the room. Besides having coached my husband for hours over the phone while battling her way through impossible Boston traffic, she jumped right into action, calming me, nourishing me with bone broth she’d brought from home, and helping me get into the right positions for my baby to traverse my birth canal. I was stunned by her professionalism, comforted by her calmness, and so incredibly grateful for her expertise. Even though I gave birth in the hospital, it never became an “us versus them” situation. Bonnie instantly clicked with all the hospital staff in her caring, friendly way, and I really appreciated how she brought everyone together in the delivery room as one team. Besides being an instinctual leader and a calm, steadying presence, Bonnie also demonstrated unparalleled expertise. Whether it was using Spinning Babies techniques to help Baby descend or that crazy Jedi acupressure technique to instantly relieve a derailing headache during the push phase (seriously—something behind my eyes popped, I screamed out in pain, then she grabbed my skull, started applying pressure, and the pain instantly abated), she also knew what to do at just the right time. She respected me and my baby’s divine timing, and her strength and encouragement ended up being my rock when I nearly gave up from exhaustion. Most of all, Bonnie shines because of her love, respect, and compassion for everyone involved in the birthing process. I wanted my birth to be a beautiful, spiritual event, and everyone who walked into my room said they felt an “aura” or “vibes” of peace. My birth, though difficult, was beautiful. My baby was healthy, safe, and cared for at every moment. They ended up calling me “the unicorn” because I labored completely naturally, reached active labor on my own, and didn’t end up tearing. My baby is thriving, and I’m recovering faster than I ever could have imagined. Bonnie was an integral part of my positive birth story. The delivery didn’t go as planned, but by all metrics, it was BETTER. If you’re thinking about hiring Bonnie, don’t hesitate. There is so much about birth you can’t predict or control, but with an incredible doula like her as your bedrock, it’s going to be a beautiful experience.

The amazing stylist took the time to give me a great haircut, deep conditioning treatment (she had to do it twice and did not charge extra) and patiently explained how to get better results. This was the best massage I've ever received. I came in with a ton of lower back pain that shot down through my foot. Eric not only told me each step of the massage what he was doing and why, but he also gave me exercises to take home. I left feeling relaxed and SO much better. Eric is an exceptional massage therapist and I am so grateful a friend referred me to him! He works on me and my roommate. We have very different body types (I’m plus size and she is petite) and he tailors the massages to our specific needs. One of the best massages in my life. Eric is thoughtful, attuned, and attentive in ways that I have yet to experience with a massage therapist. I struggle with scoliosis as well as frequent neck and upper back tension, at times limiting my mobility significantly, especially as an athlete. I hold fear around massage injuring me and Eric’s way of reading the body quelled my doubts. I found his massage incredibly effective and can’t wait for our next appointment!

Love this place affordable and great massages

Hate to say this but I have been a regular customer even during the pandemic and have always kept going here to help thembe in business. However, this last time was a major disappointment. They were busy and could not handle it. During the massage, she left the room at least 3 times to handle customers and at one point had one hand on my back and the other on the phone talking to a customer. As I said above, hate to say this, but this past sat was my last trip to this place.

Amy is the best! I have intermittent neck , back and hip pain from exercising as well as stress and she does an excellent job relieving the muscle tension and helping me to stretch.

The name of this business is actually Healthy Day Spa. She targeted the muscles that support my lower back and fixed a lower back / neck issue that I have been experiencing for months.
