Had the pizza here — no frills, and very good! The pizza was simple, honest, and done right. No unnecessary extras — just great flavor, a crisp base, and quality ingredients. Sometimes, less really is more. Would definitely come back!

This farmers market is on the smaller side, but there’s definitely an abundance of fresh produce available for purchase, along with some delicious-looking baked goods that are hard to resist. While everything looked high quality and beautifully presented, the prices were quite steep — we picked up a small jar of homemade Indian cashew dip for $17, which felt a quite pricey. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a quick walk-through experience and to support local vendors, but it might not be the most budget-friendly market around.

My favourite hangout every Saturday morning. Besides fresh spray free veggies and fruits, there are varieties from fresh coffee, pastries, pizza, popcorn and many other stalls, including homemade creative stuff. Locates just right behind Parnell library, using existing carpark for the setup. Very clean and organised. The stall owners are very friendly too.

I usually enjoy shopping at Parnell Market and have always been satisfied with the fresh products. However, this time I was disappointed. I bought some Envy apples from an Asian lady’s booth in the middle section of the market, but when I got home and cut them open, they were not in good condition. I chose Envy apples because I expected them to be delicious, so it was quite upsetting. I hope this was just an isolated case, as I really appreciate the quality of the market overall.

1st time here and I am loving the vibe of it already. Everyone there is very lovely and the market vibe is lively ❤ $4 for a 720ml fresh bottle of milk? Thats well worth the price , make sure to buy jersey girl organic ones. I can't really drink milk but I have no problem with this, that says a lot about the freshness of it innit? There's also quite a variety of selections for bake and pastries goods there too. The owner of Philippe's Patisserie is a very cheerful and welcoming guy, bought a raspberry Danish from him and it was good😋

I love the Grey Lynn markets. I like the small village feel it has. There is a honey seller that I go to and a organic milk van that is delicious. Fresh vege's are available and there's space to sit down within the community building outside. I recommend visiting the markets on a Sunday morning!

I think maybe farmers market is the wrong label for this market. It is a very small market which is fine but there isn’t much farmers produce other then maybe 1 stall with little variety. I think it is still nice for the community to come together but the title of farmers market feels misleading. I also did not like how half the “stalls” were just people from different parties heckling you about the upcoming election. It felt a bit uncomfortable to be stopped and yelled at by three different people pushing a flier in your face as you tried to walk around.

Yes,it's very very small, but they have the best kale in all farmer market in Auckland. kale,thin and crispy!

Such a wonderful market, everyone is smiling, veggies and fruit galore, juices, cheese, avocados, jams, reusable items, breads and cakes, even seedlings and veggies to grow in your own garden!!!! And coffee round the corner! What else can we ask for !

Lovely Atmosphere and Great Artisan Finds! A really pleasant Sunday market with a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. It's set up along a modern paved walkway which is lovely to stroll through. There's a great selection of stalls selling all sorts of artisan goods and unique items. I saw lots of beautiful handmade jewellery, pet accessories, plants, and more, alongside several tempting food stalls. It's worth noting that, at least during my winter visit, there weren't many fresh vegetable stalls, so it's perhaps more of a craft and food market at this time of year. For parking, I was lucky to find a spot on Hurstmere Road, but be aware that it has time limits. If you plan on staying for a while to explore, you might want to look for a car park with longer-stay options. The location is excellent, with plenty of coffee shops nearby to grab a drink or breakfast. Overall, a great way to spend a Sunday morning!

Good fresh produce, seafood, and food to ready to eat. Brought a seafood fritter for $12, added an egg for an extra $2, and a BBQ squid for $5. The market can get busy. All sorts sold here knock off merchandise, second-hand goods, clothes, and accessories. Lovely fragrance coconut oil can be purchased here. Lemon grass and lime are good for mosquitoes.

Too good! Love the Saturday morning vibes, the fresh flowers, fruits and veges is amazing and the prices so cheap. Its definitely a must do if you've never been there before.

Great variety of food, fresh produce and miscellaneous items for sale. We were here at 10 and the place was packed with both people and vehicles, so do come early to get a parking spot. Some stalls sell out early so it pays to visit early. Will definitely come back for the food, especially for the otai!

My go to every Saturday morning, go early , I usually am there 6.30, for a close park to get my fruit and vege, best place for it, pak n save cant even compare to the produce they have here, always a win

Open from 3pm-10pm every weekend in Wynyard Quarter. Not as many stalls as other night markets and a lot of duplicate stalls I noticed which is a bit odd. I've tried the Chinese food stall, crepe, bubble waffle, sundae and Chinese pancake. Not a fan of the crepes as it isn't in the French style. The Biscoff sundae (from the crepe stall) was very average - there were some really stale chocolate biscuit things at the bottom of my sundae which I just threw away. I had the bubble waffle with chocolate ice and banana but the bananas weren't fully ripe as they were a bit crunchy. The actual waffle was good though. There's bit of a wait at some of the stalls but it depends on how busy/popular they are. Recently had the pork pancake and it was quite good and the monster bubble waffle which was OK. The cream wasn't fresh but the strawberries were although they weren't that ripe. Also tried a pork bun, fried dumplings and fries which were all fine. Tried the nachos at what looked like a new taco stand. It wasn't amazing, a bit bland and went cold super quick so am not sure if I'd order from here again and it was overpriced. Ordered a hot chocolate from a stall that sold Korean desserts and it was good. Looking forward to trying the desserts next time. The brisket stall was pretty good. There was also a taco stand but when I ordered the nachos from it they were so dry and lacked flavour so won't be ordering from there again. The custard and taro buns are really good so try them out for sure.

This is actually pretty nice. Been there a few times, found only randomly passing by, and I must say, it's a nice vibe. Not crowed, just good busy; food is delicious, with a range of Asian options from different businesses, unexpended, and very easy going atmosphere. I think this is to me a recommended place in the city.

The venders are amazing but the staff running the market are very rude. Came in a large truck and staff was already yelling and screaming that venders can’t park here, even tho I came as a customer. When going in Victoria was screaming at me thinking I was still a vendor and after trying to explain I’m a customer she wouldn’t listen. Take your time and money else where as she treats everyone like this.

The vendors are good but very few. The market management needs to encourage more vendors to participate. This can make it a fun outing.

It's another night market but with limited all be it a good selection of foods. No general merchandise stands though.

The vendors were friendly and passionate about their products, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—right in Britomart, so it was easy to get to and surrounded by great cafes and shops. Whether you are looking for a relaxed weekend outing, high-quality local offerings, or just some delicious treats, this market is well worth a visit. I will definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

A great little Saturday market in the middle of the CBD. There’s a good variety of food stalls representing many different cuisines and cultures, as well as some interesting goods. A couple of highlights for us were the Spanish paella (by Gilda) and the smoked fish guy (who’s been smoking fish for 50 years!). Their foods were absolute standouts. A sign of a good market is that we left stuffed and I immediately needed a nap upon finding my couch. 🤣

Petite and Dainty That is the best word to describe this place. And personally, I am sure that there is so much potential and room for improvement. Since the Public Carpark is only a few minutes in walking distance (very pricey for weekends), there are stalls selling food and stuff; it should be able to attract more people. Furthermore, the location is right at CBD, a great location for people to hang and chill. It would be great to see an increase in the number of stalls. Anyway, we drove more than half an hour to have breakfast at Britomart Saturday Market and we were mostly Not disappointed. We ordered a few items and basically, we ordered almost everything in the market. Bob's Burgers - 2 young fella running this stall selling burger. We ordered two Breakfast Burger because my wife and I love bacon. However, we both have different favourite sauces and I love mustard. According to my children, my tasted better. I must also mention that the beef tasted good and juicy. This stall deserve 4 stars ratings. Gourmet Hotdogs - A moving food trailer that has wheels. Again, we ordered Original Dog and Chilli Cheese Dog. I loved the Chilli Cheese Dog. It gives a whole different gastronomical pleasure when the dog is drown with Chilli. Then my son would not settle for just one dog and he ordered a German Jumbo and it was heavenly. For that last dog, I gave another well deserving 4 stars ratings. Chic Kin - What can I say about fried chicken? It is deep fried stuff, what's not to like about an unhealthy deep fried stuff. But, the fried chicken are fried a little too long and therefore becoming a little too hard. The sweet Korean Chilli really makes some improvement however, I can only give this stall 3 stars. Mussel Fritters - We ordered a Mussel Fritter and Seafood Fritter. This something close to home in Asia. The Mussel Fritter is great but the Seafood Fritter, is not really appetizing as the fish is really hard. I ordered extra eggs and I make sure that it is runny. I was really hoping that the eggs are fried on the Fritters rather than separate. A four stars for the Mussel Fritters. . . Finally Coffee - As a coffee lover, I have very high expectation in what I drink. Bought a little cinamon bread and coffee (Americano). I like the friendliness of the service by a very young fella. He asked me which I preferred, Bohemian Rapsody or Stairway to Heaven and I chose the latter. But really I prefer Hotel California. Anyway, the coffee was not great and I will give them 4 stars for service and 2 stars for Coffee. I will come back again and hopefully there will be more stalls added. I particularly like the live singing. The violinist is superb and blended so well with the guitarist and singing.

Some lovely stalls here. The food stalls looked delicious. There was lots to choice, from organic coffee to Caribbean food. There was lots of baked goods stalls, beautiful flower stalls and crafted items.

Living 5 minutes walk from this market makes it a bonus. It is busy every Saturday and there are so many great stalls. There are sometimes different stalls from week to week which makes it even more attractive. And there are the regulars ... you have to try Tulay's Turkish food, it's sensational. The Japanese burgers are amazing as well. And try some of the dumplings from any of the stalls and they are as good as anywhere you will find in the City. Then there are all the other food stalls offering a huge variety of food and beverage options including some amazing bakery options. Don't forget to try the organic coffee while you are there, well worth making the effort.

Really nice market with heaps of different vendors. Great location and good vibes. We always go early about 9.30am (market opens at 10am) - otherwise it's really difficult to find a carpark. Picture 3 is Ma Keto Kitchen by Maja! Great place for keto sweets if you're into the keto world. Recommend it 👌

Love the market. Sooo good to see it back. Was super busy. Not sure I've seen it as busy as today. The scouts though did an amazing job of getting everyone a parking space and creating safe walkways for pedestrians. Great live music and wonderful food choices. My fav is the bread puffs. Go for the harissa option.

Great market, away from the bustles of city life. Nice mixture of food and craft stalls. Ample parking at rear paddock. Some nice places to check out afterwards - Hallertau, The Pie Shop, The Beer Spot, Gourmet Gannet.

Great selection of stalls and food , quite a better lay out than most markets as they had adequate space between each rows to alow people to look but also people to walk by, the vendors were awesome aswell and had some incredible food too that I haven't seen so far anywhere else, highly recommend the kpork truck 😀

Beautifully constructed station in the heart of the city. Official name: Waitematā Railway Station. It was officially renamed from “Britomart Station” in September 2025.  • It’s located in the Auckland CBD (central business district), down by the waterfront, on reclaimed land near Waitematā Harbour.  • The station is integrated with a bus interchange and is close to the ferry terminal — making it a major transport hub.  ⸻ Structure & Facilities • The station is partly underground; platforms are beneath. The historic Chief Post Office (CPO) building is used as the main entrance.  • There are multiple entrances: the main via the CPO, plus an eastern entrance via Takutai Square (Britomart Place).  • Access via escalators/stairs/lifts, gates (ticket gates), ticket machines, customer service centre.  ⸻ Services & What’s Changing • It currently serves most of Auckland’s suburban train lines (Eastern, Southern, Western lines).  • City Rail Link (CRL) project is underway. This will convert Waitematā from a dead-end terminus into a through station with tunnels under Albert Street. That will enable more frequent trains and through services. The Britomart shopping area and Waitemata train station are great places to spend a ton of time right in downtown Auckland. The station is huge, clean, and has clear signage for planning out a trip and figuring out which platform to stand on. At street level are lots of places to grab a bite, shop, or just sit and relax. If you get the opportunity to go during the Saturday market then you should! There are lots of shops, plenty of food (much of which I was unable to find elsewhere), and an overwhelmingly friendly atmosphere. Certainly a great place to stay near while visiting Auckland.

First time to Auckland Railway Station as I'm an out of towner. It was pretty cool as railway stations go and leans toward that 'old station vibe' but with a touch of modern. Very clean and tidy and no shortage of helpful happy staff. The train itself was comfortable, clean, and well presented. However, it is not a match in any way to the beautiful old Auckland Railway Station.

Lots of directions and the staff were helpful. Lots of shops and places to find food. Awesome piano, I was lucky there was a member of the public playing it beautifully when I was there.

I was so so confused with Auckland public transport lol but just ask around and they'll help you out. The train was super enjoyable to ride on. An staff here helped me with my confusion. I still have no idea how much it cost me to catch that train though 😂

Such a beautiful space with some cool bars, really diverse but amazing eateries and there's some nice places to sit outside to people watch while eating your lunch. The new-ish shopping centre also has some amazing stores and eateries. All on the waterfront where you can cross Quay Street and catch ferries to Waiheke, Rangitoto or Devonport.

A great place to find almost anything you need - at great prices. Not just fresh vegetables - there’s abundant variety of these and lots of options. It’s a big market, so walking towards the rear can give you better prices. Rugs/carpets/toys/small electronics/tools/car tools and what not. Of course, also delicious snacks from mobile vans.

Awww what a fantastic market! Exceptionally good value for Fresh Produce. The most beautiful large bunches of Fresh Coriander I've ever seen. Fantastic prices for Socks, Caps, Beanies, Mobile Holders, so many bargains there.

This use to be the place I adored on a crisp Sunday morning as a child. However; as an adult it lacks the same character it once had in the late 90s and early 2000s. Minimal shops; too much of the same items sold and below average food. What happened? Where are the fun rides? Where are the cool car boot sale type sales people? I hope that more people come to sell the more out of ordinary items and this market gets back to what it once was.

Went here for the first time today. Had $5 left in my pocket. Stopped at a fruit stall with an island lady serving. Asked if she could give me $5 worth of bananas even if it was for two bananas I would be happy. She didn't give us $5 worth of bananas but a whole bag full to the brim of bananas. I was slightly embarrassed but so grateful to that stall owner. Thank you so much. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars for this stall holder with the island lady that was selling $1.79kg of bananas. God bless 💗

Awesome as, Brilliant place for good deals, clothes, electronics, Food, etcetera, Every Sunday, Highly recommended for friends and family. Tip: Its Better to get there nice and early.

One of the best market/cafe/bistro/shop. I've been at! They have a number of varied stalls to choose from, with good seating capacity-- although it gets filled up quickly, especially in Sundays. My favourites: - they serve the BEST coffee (Gravity beans). There's always a long line of people, waiting for their morning coffee fix ☕ - Tahsin's Market - sells the BEST hummus with so much variety. You can try to sample first before you buy, but everything is so good you'll end up getting confused on which to get 😅 It's typically $5 per tub, but when we went the next day, it was $10 for 3 tubs. Not sure if that's a usual discount, but make sure to take advantage of that - Paella Pan - there's usually a line here as well because of the delicious paella! I know rice in the morning is pretty heavy but so worth it. The guy cooking/serving is also quite nice so that's a plus. $15 for a small serving (good for 1-2), $18 for large (good for 2-3 people) - French Crepes - sweet ending after eating so much savoury food ❤ La Cigale is definitely a must try! 😍

Interesting market and dined at the La Cigale Bistro during the market’s 21 birthday. Little hard to find tables initially but once we settle down it’s a great place to sample some great food 🥪🥘, do some people (and dog) watching and take home some crusty burgettes🥖🥖!! If you want to explore Parnell further, on a sunny day🌞, recommend that you visit the market, then walk to the Roses Garden🌹🌹and drop by the little inner-city forgotten paradise at Judges Bay reserve 😊...

Absolutely loved the French markets. Some great food outlets they have a great coffee selection inside and out. A good time to go is about midday on a Sunday an hour before it closes is a few vendors have specials like the Turkish guy was is hummus selection. Also they have a great range of organic vegetables.

It’s not a French market, there are products from everywhere which is nice to see. I went there with the kids and we all found something different to eat. It is quite pricey for a market but it has nice atmosphere. Best stall for me was the doggy treats!

Very poor experience at the cheese shop, the staff was very rude and just focused on getting you to buy things. They didn’t give us the right information so we had to leave after purchasing over 75 dollars in cheese and bread because we were not allowed to drink the bottle of wine we took outside. They didn’t explain clearly the type of license they got so we ended up in living. The market is lovely, if you can I would rather spend my money in the other stands rather than the cheese shop inside.

The weekend markets are the buzz of Parnell, where people come to meet friends, get their weekly produce, and try some amazing foods. Featuring large open spaces, unique decor and frequent live performances. There is a full time cafe and a healthy food shops around. The food here is pretty great, especially the baked goods..worth a visit!

Love the variety and wide selection of food and drinks sold here. The ambiance is so relaxed even with the crowds. Such a cool food market. They open early on weekends until around 2pm if i'm not mistaken, so can get breakfast or lunch here and some souvenirs, clothes etc other than the food.

So convenient for me as I literally live up the road - the food stalls tend to be different sometimes from month to month but there are options for sure. Sweet As Crepes is my fave as is the doughnut stall. I've yet to try the stall that sells beignets so hope that'll be there next time I go. I've also been meaning to buy veges too so next time will need to take my grocery bag so that I can do a shop. The bread stall is also great and I think there tends to be two of those and I always get a fresh loaf or two and a French pastry. A new Filipino stall opened over the weekend this September called The Hub Eat and I strongly recommend you check it out! All the stalls accept card payment now so need to worry about ensuring that you have cash on hand. I hope they extend to an all day market at some point in the future. Was here last Sat and made a beeline for the Turkish food tent! Must be new because it wasn't there the last time I was here. Hands down the best falafel I've ever had and I'm probably going to go tomorrow so hoping I can get it again. Also ordered the lamb gözleme and it was good but didn't have enough lamb mince.

More like a souvenir shop than a farmers market. Fresh produce growing less and less. Someone is trying to default Auckland city as a gaudy unless attempt at modernization.

Visited the Saturday market with my sister's there was so much to offer from burgers, fritters, doughnuts to crafted soaps, hair ties to jewelry even fresh bouquet of flowers for guests to purchase. Honestly there was something for everyone's taste, and I definitely recommend you all take a look if you haven't already.

Expected more stands to be there but it was really nice! Perfect for tourists to see some local food and other products.

Great little market on every Saturday and Sunday. Some great crafts beautiful food and the best fish supplier in Auckland by far at North Harbour Fish Market in the main pavilion. Some lovely walks in the area and great restaurants. You can drive there easily on the norwestern or ferry over from Beach Haven or the city. A real gem!

A lovely farmers market filled with food, craft & retail stores, flowers, groceries and butchery/seafood. Parking is available. Limited tables but the wharf has some open benches.

This is my first time visiting the Saturday/Sunday morning market at Hobsonville. I went with my partner for a morning date to enjoy coffee and breakfast, and it was worth it. Parking was a bit challenging, but the place was easy to find. The entrance stairs were beautiful, and the view of the bay was stunning. There were many couples and families with kids walking their dogs and enjoying coffee. Inside, there were plenty of food options. Our main goal was to try the famous Egg Tart (Portuguese Tart), and we loved it - there was a queue at the entrance of the bakery café. After the egg tarts and coffees, we tried several other food options: Pork skewers with sticky rice and Vietnamese noodles. I enjoyed having them in this market. There was also a shop selling dried flowers in the market - my partner likes them, and I could give them as a gift right there. Overall, it was a satisfying morning walk/date for both of us. I highly recommend visiting this place if you haven't already.

We took the ferry from the city to Hobsonville, and it was a pretty calm ride. The market itself was a little smaller than I was expecting, but it did not disappoint. I spent a little too much money there, which is probably a good endorsement. There are plenty of great food stalls, and interesting little craft-type places to shop at. We went for a walk around the coastal track, though with the building going on, it's not all open.

There was lots food corner with lots people on the other hand they seems to need lots diversity as most was Asian food. Just I enjoyed Korea food andthen France dessert. Both are lovely.

DON’T GO!! The Sunday market held in silo park is a CHINESE market! 90% of the shops over there are owned by the Chinese and selling Chinese food!! One of the shop is even selling the Hong Kong signature takeaway food 兩餸飯！ Also, very bad arrangement, you need to wait sooooo long for ordering AND getting your food! Definitely not a place for tourists and if you don’t like the Chinese.

Think the night market is there on every Saturday night. Just happened I bumped into this night market when I was wondering around Auckland after I just touched down. Decided to walk around the market, and to be honest, I'm quite amazed. They have varies of foods over there, Chinese, French, Korea, Japanese so you should come here and try if you are a food lover. And the price is cheap too! Recommended!

This is the last day of my working holiday in New Zealand. Come to this evening market. Compare other markets. This may be a little smaller. But the quality of food is the best compared to this place.

The Pakuranga Night Market is a vibrant hub of activity, with plenty of merchandise stalls to explore. However, the real highlight is the food! The sheer number of food stalls is overwhelming (in the best way possible). There’s such a wide variety of options that it’s impossible to try everything in one visit—you’ll definitely want to come back for more. The selection is diverse, the prices are reasonable, and the flavors are delicious. A must-visit for food lovers!

super excited for night market at Pakuranga . So many verifiable foods and cuisines. The price tag is very affordable. BBQ lamb are the best . Definitely 💯 worth to go. 🚗 carpark is limited

“Saturday Night Secret: Pakuranga’s Underground Food Fest” Pakuranga Night Market only opens on Saturday evenings — tucked underground below the Pakuranga Mall parking lot like a secret foodie lair. You’ll find plenty of Asian food choices: Chinese, Korean, African, and more. There’s even fresh veggies if you’re feeling healthy, plus cheap pyjamas and a nail spa for anyone wanting a budget mani (quality unknown, I didn’t test my nails’ fate). Tried some food — not quite the authentic blast I get back in Malaysia, but hey, still good enough to keep this Malaysian happy and well-fed far from home. It’s no giant Malaysian night market with hundreds of stalls, but still worth the visit if you want a Saturday evening adventure. The place is clean and dry, with a nearby toilet (important!). Overall, a solid experience — and perfect if you want to soak up some local flavor without the massive crowds. “Logan was here… hunting for food, pyjamas, and maybe a manicure.”

Such an awesome experience. The vibe was it from the second of arrival. The food, deserts, and beverages were so delish, and very creative. Along with the retail market of the other side. A great bang for our buck. Very kid friendly our 2 girls loved it the whole market. Parking was good also.

Really great vibes here but there’s a lot of smoke being a night food market in a parking lot with the occasional items being sold underground. The food variety is quite large and I would recommend doing a round before deciding on what to get. I recommend trying some of the filipino food and the takoyaki if you’re after something light. Parking can also get a bit tricky so will require some patience.

Only opens in a Saturday evenings. Great place to find a great variety of foods at one place. Many Asian delights from Korean, Japanese, India, Chinese, Filipino. Desserts are a plentiful too. Where I shop for groceries for my family every Sunday. The food here is very fresh, delicious. The atmosphere is fun and bustling.

Great place to shop cheap produce and random items haha they price drop before the market ends but obviously not the best lot left but still a lot of deals throughout the market regardless of time. Recommend walking around and checking out the prices if you're wanting the cheapest price as some price more for the same thing

You can get all sorts of things including vegetables, seafood. Prices are very reasonable. Better be done shopping for the whole week. Hard to find a parking spot as it was super crowded.

Date of visit: 19th October (Sunday) I went to buy 30 organic eggs and paid $15. After I paid, the egg seller immediately wrapped the eggs and handed them to us — I didn’t get a chance to check the quality. Since we’ve been their customer for a while, I trusted everything would be fine. However, once we got home and unpacked, I was shocked to see that 28 out of 30 eggs had cracked shells. This was really disappointing, especially since we’ve always supported this seller. I tried to find her contact details but couldn’t. She’s a Chinese egg seller who sells different types of eggs — I believe she’s the only one there. If anyone has her contact, please let me know. I really hope the seller checks her stock quality more carefully in the future.

The best ever fresh market you could visit in New Zealand! The produce is incredibly fresh, the selection is amazing, and the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. A must-stop for anyone who loves top-quality fruits, vegetables, and local goodies.

Best fruits and veggies market in town, extremely reasonable prices, for about $50 you can get 2xweeks stuff. Crowded always so better avoid peak hours 9 am to 11 am. The good part is they have plenty of parking only for $3 but just need to patiently wait for the queue. Gotta carry shopping bags. If you are going around the closing time, you would still have plenty of stuff available. Very kind and helpfull vendors.

Great place to visit on Friday. Chicken nachos over here is to die for. The pizza is amazing. Sometimes there is live music, and beer and wine on tap. Definitely a worthy place to spend an evening with your better half.

Best margherita pizza I have tried in Auckland so far. Will keep coming back just for Napoli Central on Friday nights. The market is undercover so wet weather is not an issue. The Saturday farmers market is great too.

Great stuff at this market but it is all curated secondhand dealers now meaning $$$. As a guide, I got 2 unbranded tops for $30 each. Not a treasure hunters market by any means but good if you're a size 8 and have a lot of cash to burn.

We arrived half an hour before closing. What we did see was lots of clothes mostly reasonable prices some like usual were highly expensive. It was really easy to get a car park right next to the market. In the centre of the market there is a huge shop Junk and Disorderly. If you like vintage antique you will love this place and it is open 3.

A rather cute market that we visited whilst in auckland. Parking was very full so you may have to go around the block a couple of times. Stall holders were friendly. Most of the items were clothes (very cool clothes but small as they were vintage). There was some jewellery and miscellaneous as well. The content of the stalls would depend on the day. The market is situated around a second hand shop called junk and disorderly. It was huge and had some cool items you wouldn't normally see. Toilets are located in junk and disorderly (would be cool to have some more signage about this). We did find it difficult walking around some of the stalls that were located on the gravel due to the uneven ground so keep that in mind if you are mobility compromised. On the whole a cute market.

Long Bay Village Market. We went on the last Sunday in February. But its there on the last Sunday of the month through the Summer. Great for a wander around with some amazing food options (try the fried bread with Harissa if they're there)

A bustling Friday night market with a great selection of food, coffee, beers and crafts. Compact and sited in the carpark so access is easy and suitable for those with mobility issues. Very popular and often very busy. Well worth a visit.

I would recommend the handmade dumplings, and the wood fire pizza. They are worth the price in my opinion. Some things were overpriced though, like the 'organic' gelato ice cream. A tiny kiddie cone cost 5 bucks! There is a much better ice cream shop across the street (not part of night markets).

Has to be one of the best in Auckland. Always a great family night out with artisan stalls, DJ music playing in the park and many gourmet food trucks offering lots of vegetarian options and less of the usual fried foods..

Every great community has a night market and this one is great to enjoy some dinner and drinks in the sun through summer.

Good sized market (70 to 100 stalls), held on the last Sunday of the month. Indoor and outdoor stalls with a large amount of craft and specialty foods. Great for wandering through , with food, coffee and buskers. A major downside is that it fills most of Titirangi limited car parks, so finding a place to park is extremely difficult..

Great vibe! Wide range of stalls, including clothes, jewelry, foods, crafts, plants. Live entertainment. An indoor and outdoor area to be seated and enjoy some Kai. A market worth visiting. Parking is always the issue, but if you are willing to walk, there are plenty of side streets in the vicinity.

I came to the market and it was the best one I've been to yet great food great music and great stalls, I found people extremely respectful of my culture and if I had to guess (not that I can read people's minds) I would say there was not one single racist there! I have been looking forward to today's market for a while coz it happens on on the last Sunday monthly, got there around noon time today, can't find a place to park at all, have to turn around and go coz I got kids in the car and don't want to circle round and round. Wish it can be moved to somewhere with more parking available. Looks pack, must be a popular market.

I had such a wonderful dining experience at Kohi Beach. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful view that made the evening feel special from the very beginning. The food was excellent – everything was fresh and well prepared, and the steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly to my liking. What truly stood out, however, was the service. A big thank you to Zoey and Denise, who looked after us with such kindness and professionalism. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right moment, and they made us feel genuinely welcome even when the restaurant was busy. Their positive attitude and friendly smiles added so much to the overall experience. Kohi Beach is definitely a place I would recommend for both the food and the service. I’ll be looking forward to coming back again soon!

29/09 @ 1000H The front of the house person was unfriendly. People behind the counter will just stare at you. Unapproachable and makes you don’t wanna stay there. Lady barista was OK. Could’ve been a good place to catch up with mate tbh but we end up staying on a bench beside beach path.

We arrived just before 7 am while they were setting up, but happily accomodated us. We had a lovely front corner table with beautiful views of the bay. Certainly the very best menu we'd seen during our weekend in Auckland and by far the best service we've encountered for a while. My Americano with cream was perfect and I had a nutty granola with rhubarb and rose compote, greek yogurt and kiwifruit. Delicious! My companion enjoyed her Earl Gray tea and mushrooms and spinach. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, chatty but not dominating and we certainly enjoyed our breakfast this morning. Thanks very much.

The Asian lady in the cashier and the barista was rude on 21 Jun Saturday 25. Was taking my parents from overseas to enjoy this coffee shop and had a really bad experience from these 2 ladies. Never coming back. There are plenty of coffee shops with friendly staff, definitely don’t need this experience. The only person was kind was the the ice cream lady

Delicious food, very well presented, good portions other than the avocado on toast with poached egg - while tasty and looking good small relative to other dishes. Excellent service. Beautiful outside by sea. Went back two days later, for great coffee. The gelato is very good too.

Succulent, perfectly cooked market fish with light crispy batter. The best Auckland city fish & chips I’ve had. However - the salt & pepper squid meal was a big disappointment… perfectly cooked fresh squid with a lovely salad & fresh crispy fries… but the coating on the squid made it inedible for me… it overpowered the delicate flavour of the squid with an almost Cajun profile. It was like squid in KFC batter. I really couldn’t get through it. I appreciated the quality of the seafood and excellent service, as well as the lemon mayo (far superior to aioli). I would still recommend stopping in. I wish they did the fresh squid with their regular, wonderful batter.

It’s really not tasty without the dipping sauce. When I placed my order, I specifically confirmed with the lady at the store if the sauce was included, and she assured me it was. But when I got home and opened the bag, there was no sauce at all. Every review(and their website)I’ve seen, whether for takeout or dining in store, mentions getting the sauce—so why was mine missing???

Fantastic. I had tacos and some fish bites on the side. Everything was fried to absolute perfection, and still nice and light. The tacos were particularly nice with a very good combination of flavours.

TSC provides restaurant-level high-quality fish and chips, especially, they provide different top choices for you, which you can change the top by breadcrumbs. I love the breadcrumbs top very much.

Very fun market. Noisy, crowded and smelly, just like a night market should be. They have lots of different food and drinks options, mostly Asian, and they're generally pretty good. They also have other things like nail painting, trinkets, and fresh groceries. I'm personally there for the snacks though. The only reason why it's not five stars is because it's quite expensive. Many of the items are similarly priced to if you bought them in a real store, which I was unpleasantly surprised about. I guess you go to the market for the vibes rather than the deals. There was some cool stuff though; I got a durian drink that had real durian in it, although whether that's a win or a loss depends on who you ask. I'd recommend as a fun group activity, especially for those who are less inclined to be adventurous in their eating habits 😂😂

Great food and atmosphere and plenty of food. Come and try your favourite or something new and enjoy. If you like a certain vendor, be aware that they may not be there. Visit enough times, and you'll see the usual vendors there. Good variety of food. Not all stores have prices, which I think they should. Thank you to all the ones who do. It helps consumers. 🙂 Uncle Tian - skewers are tasty and cooked well and timed well when they are busy. It's always good to go there. Filipino - the food, not the store, is yum. Mild spicy hot or just right. Many different types of pork and other meat, savoury and sweet, give it a try, you may like it. I'm sure they have their regulars. Shake Pro - Mango Coco is nice. Try it. The photos of the squid may look a mess, but they are nice with or without the sweet chilli sauce. Hungarian bread - with pesto, it is quite strong. The bread is nice, though. This is good. Eaten hot is nice to devour. Bulogi - try it at least once. The philly cheesesteak is okay but not something I'd have on the regular. The price of $18 really isn't worth a repeat. Maybe if the roll was longer, but if that's all you get, then no, it's not worth it. Candy floss - hmm, it tasted different as a child. It's okay. They have different shapes such as pikachu, a yellow duck or a rainbow cloud, and much more. It's good for kids.

I have been to almost all Night Markets in Auckland and Botany Night Market is my favourite. The high ceiling of the parking lot makes the place feel not crowded or suffocating from the smoke from the food stalls. In addition, Botany Night Market feels like there are more food choices compared to other Night markets. There are also a lot more tables and chairs to sit and eat on. Lots of parking.

In my opinion the best night market in Auckland. All the food we tried was great. The highlight would have to be the Banh Me Baguette from Hue's Kitchen. It was so full and delicious the best I've had and only cost $10. We lined up again to get more. They only go to Botany market so will definitely be returning.

Love the food and the different vendors with their beautiful trinkets. I love buying jewellery and collectible items from here; plushies and anime figurines and such. And my favourite corn dog place is usually always found there, so my family and I are there every week on Wednesdays to grab our faves and have a look around for some new items to purchase. They have thirty stallholders, including three organic and spray-free fruit 🥝🍎🍋 and vegetable 🥔🍆🍅🥕 vendors, microgreens, hot food, different breads 🍞 amazing baked treats, organic tea, alternative meat and cheese 🧀 freshly squeezed organic juice🍹and tonics, flowers 💐 plants, hummus and dips, deli goods, smoothies, barista coffee ☕️from Mt Atkinson, and so much more! Bring a blanket to sit on, or use one of (the very few) benches, and enjoy 😊 the beautiful garden that surrounds the market and live music. Dogs 🐕 are always welcome! The market is heavily geared towards sustainability, eco-friendliness 🌏 vegans, vegetarians, organic, and alternative produce. They had some amazing cheese 🧀 made from nuts 🥜 and some very true to original "meat" made from pea flour. They have dairy free ice cream🍦and fudge made from coconut milk. It was great to see so many alternatives 👍 I had a delicious 😋 Chelsea (cinnamon) bun 😉 and insanely good coffee ☕️ The only issue is that you are not allowed 🚫 to park at the market, because the available parking is for a restaurant 🍽 and a curio shop that are also there. You have to park on the roadside 🚗🚗🚕🚕🚕🚗 which has very limited parking. People started parking from 7:30am, even though the market only opens at 8:30am 😲 It created a bit of chaos 🚕🚗🚗🚕 with people having to walk quite far🚶‍♀️Then you have to go down this very long, steep, potholed, gravel road 😳 Apart from that, it's a lovely market to explore and enjoy 😍

Good little market with lots of holistic food offerings. Good vegetable options. Other offerings from desserts, to Kimchi .,Cash preferred, but some allow bank transfer. Parking wardens will guide you to a park, and it is wheelchair friendly.

We hosted my son’s birthday at The Shed Collective and it was perfect! The venue is modern, spacious, and spotless, with great facilities that made the day easy and enjoyable. The team was a dream to deal with — friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the ideal party venue!

This place is so cute! I have been here for events and also their markets. Bonus points because they are dog friendly. The vibe and atmosphere is light and airy. Trees surrounding the area and the flowers that bloom in spring/summer are so cute. The inside venue also has a lot of real plants which add to the good vibes of the place. Would recommend as a hire venue and as a market for Saturday :)

Wow! Everything here is vegan! All kinds of sweet treats like lemon meringue pie, donuts, fake meat and dairy free dips, juice and kombucha. The craziest thing I had a was croissant baked into custard!

I have recently started ordering directly from the midnight baker. I am a big fan of their seeded bread as its gluten free, packed with goodness and very filling so a little goes a long way. I was delighted to find that they have two additional flavours - herb and cinnamon chai. Both are delicious. And I am now a regular for both. My husband is now a midnight baker convert too. We’ll be sticking with their loaves as a household staple. Very good communication and delivery service also.

It’s our kind of night out — a family tradition of “eat and walk,” and we absolutely love it! This time, our foodie journey started with a hot, fresh, and cheesy batch of chips from Potato Corner — oozy, crunchy, and downright addictive. Next, we devoured a juicy BBQ chicken leg, perfectly grilled and served with creamy mashed potatoes on the side. Talk about comfort food at its best! We couldn’t resist the smell of hot mini donuts — fried fresh, rolled in sugar, and gone in seconds. Then came one of my absolute favourites: crispy prawn toast, packed with prawns and served with a sweet and spicy chilli sauce that made every bite a crunchy, satisfying joy. To finish the night on a sweet note, I treated myself to a heart-shaped Dubai chocolate — rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. Every bite was a little piece of heaven. It was such a delightful night, filled with laughter, flavour, and family fun. If you haven’t experienced this vibrant night market yet, you’re missing out on one of the tastiest nights Mt Wellington has to offer. ❤️

Wet night but still bustling. Unfortunately no filipino food stall around. Heaps of food to go around, customers enjoying their fingernails in one corner, other doing their shopping for some stuff. Food really yummy and delicious. Highly recommended 👍 Revisited this place for more filipino food, like it here

"A little crowded, a lot of delicious!" So, I hit up the Mt Wellington Night Market, and let me tell you, it’s like a treasure hunt – but instead of gold, it’s full of Asian food stalls. Located below Countdown in the basement, it’s got everything from dim sum to grilled lamb (yes, grilled lamb – it’s a thing), bubble tea, and even a stall with phone accessories (because why not?). I did spot a vegetable shop too, selling bananas and some other veggies – very useful if you’re in the mood for healthy snacks after gorging on bao and grilled goodness. Speaking of which, I picked up 3 red bean and pork bao for $6 – not a bad deal if you ask me, considering they went down like a dream. The place can get a little crowded, but it's manageable – just a few extra elbows here and there. Plenty of tables and chairs to chill and eat, and bright enough to keep you from falling asleep in the food coma you’ll inevitably be in. Toilets? Yeah, they’re there, but don’t expect a five-star spa. It’s more of an “I can deal with it” situation. All in all, if you're looking for good food, great vibes, and some quirky finds on tuesday's, this is the place. Just make sure you bring an empty stomach – unlike me, who was too full to try everything! "Logan was here.. Grabbed some handful bao's"..

Just arrived for first time. This market should be open till morning. No night life in auckland. But this place quit good. Seems like street food corner. Enjoyed.

Laosi hosi, pig intestines, African stew, fufu, nikes, fresh produce, nail service, clothing, otai, smoked BBQ, dumplings and pork buns, meat skewers, burgers, deserts, biscuits so much more

Very cramped short ceiling space made it very hard to breathe at times maybe too much people very over crowded but the food we had was good enough just a pitty for the price of things the merchandise like clothing and shoes was great bargain my kids enjoyed themselves that was the main thing :)

I love this market. It's only small &, today because the weather forecast was really bad, all the outside stalls were canceled. Was a real shame cos weather was beautiful. Bt there is always a country atmosphere here & all stallholders are friendly & I always have dome good conversations. The food is good & had a lovely young lady singing today. Would always choose over Kumeu market, not meaning to take anything away from Kumeu. I like to support the smaller markets.

Very friendly locals. Has an awesome (some would say legendary) local fish and chip shop. The pub does generous size meals and are very good quality.

Nice festive market

Great little village. Definitely worth a stop for a massive ice cream at the dairy or some of the best burgers around at Shark n Tatties. Awesome community spirit.

Not a lot there. General Store, Fish n Chips , Hairdresser and Gas Station over the railway lines. Public toilets way down the road by the Fire station.

Good food market with variety of cuisine available. Rest of stalls mostly looked kind of junky, just $2. Shop kind of stuff, phone covers, squishy, rings, kids toys etc. I would recommend going just for a bite to eat if you are in the area - Sunday nights only. Not worth long trip to check out if not staying near there.

Limited number of stalls. Food was great. It is temporarily discontinued at this location. The one at wellington shopping centre is a lot better.

It's fine and the food was decent enough, but it's small compared with Glenfield and Henderson, and really not much range. Mostly Chinese food.

Despite the horrible weather, loads turned up as it's such a great market. Double Dutch fries were yum 😋 OMG donuts, vegan & gluten free SO delicious and light - no photo sorry, they were so good we hoovered them up!! It would be nice if you could take your dog's on leash there but they're prohibited

Great little market, most stalls set up in large sheds, plenty of parking & Live music by Memma (great voice) adding to the great atmosphere.

Great little craft market with entertainment and heaps of food. A must visit for the whole family every third Sunday.

We were expecting this to be a food or farmers market (it wasn't clear from their FB posts). However, this is more of a craft market. Great if that was what you wanted but not really for us. On the plus side, there was Double Dutch Fries food truck there, so the trip wasn't entirely ruined.

Great market and been there couple of times . today learned something new: large cappuccino tasted like plain milk, when asked where the coffee was, owner said I should’ve ordered a smaller cup! Wow they just created a new type of coffee..long white??

One of my favorite morning market. The chorizo hot dog is delicious, and the coffee is good. You can buy all kinds of organic products: organic A2 whole milk, organic eggs, organic vegetables, organic fruits, and so on. If you like smoked fish, there’s a vendor at the La Cigale, and highly recommend.

Really enjoy dining here on a Saturday morning. A great combination of fresh produce, great bake/pastries, good coffee, music and flavours.

Had a great coffee there, but unfortunately the markets weren't actually on :(. The staff at the coffee shop were very nice and even went over and above to help us find our way around. We must have obviously been picked out as non-locals, lol!

Just had worst coffee at la cigali. Had a double shot in small cup and no flavour no colour no aroma. This place used to be great but I won’t be back.

Great quality coffee! But good to know they don't serve coffee at the shop anymore. It's more of a training facility now, but they still sell ground coffee grains to the public, which is great!

Excellent coffee and friendly staff members. This location is primarily their roastery, but there is a retail outlet on site serving coffees. Have been satisfied with coffees from Kokako from their various locations, always great quality.

***Incredible Coffee*** - I haven't physically visited, however, I order coffee beans online, and agreeing with a comment on a previous review, probably the best coffee beans you can buy for home in NZ, by far. Well worth the slightly higher price, especially being a fairtrade, organic and environmentally friendly product. My hands down favourite is the medium bodied 'Aotea' blend. It has such a depth of fantastic flavours, I love it, thank you very much Kokako for making such an amazing product.

They Roast Coffee, we just picked up ground coffee. The Aotea Blend is just right for us. Close to our current cottage, friendly staff, sun peaked out between the clouds.

I was very impressed with the company online delivery service especially during this challenging time. I ordered a pack of their 2kg Hot chocolate on Sunday night and it got delivered the next afternoon. I highly recommend their organic drinking chocolate.

Have been visiting Charlie Mia’s stall at Parnell Market for the last few years and can absolutely vouch for the amazing service and the most delicious donuts and sweet treats. All gf and vegan and so damn tasty! Stoked for the opening of the new cafe and will be making the trip out here as often as I can!

Those who have read my other reviews know that I often talk about vegan and gluten free options at restaurants and cafes. Well this place is 100% vegan and gluten free. Great service and fantastic food, especially the scones and doughnuts. They just need to get some more tables. There was only one table and chairs plus some couches which I found strange. But worth going for the food even if you have to takeaway.

Love the fact that makers have put in so much hard work to create gluten-free vegan baked goods that are free from fillers and junk. High quality, affordable prices and amazing selection of yummy treats. Highly recommend their Hot Cross Bun donuts!

Fantastic market, would strongly recommend to all. Loved the quality of products available to purchase and best still all NZ handmade. 5 Stars!
