The White Mansion Boutique Hotel is a luxurious property located on Street 240, once the residence of U.S. embassy staff. The hotel seamlessly blends White House-styled elements with traditional Khmer-inspired furnishings, offering bright and spacious quarters with city views. Guests can enjoy the upscale amenities including a French bakery, a spa with a global treatment menu, and a 24-hour pool with poolside cocktails.
I am sharing this review, as I got somewhat concerned reading some of the feedback here prior to our arrival. The hotel is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean and spacious, and the restaurant is amazing. You can choose from more than 10 options for wonderful breakfast sets, coffee or tea and fresh juice included. The location is perfect, very central and close to restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.

I had a pleasant stay here yesterday. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice location, in the city center. Room was clean and spacious. Especially pet friendly. Will 100% stay there again next time.

If there's one hotel in the world that stands out for me it's the White Mansion hotel in Phnom Penh. The level of service me and my friends received from each and every member of staff was of such a high calibre we were made to feel like royalty. From the exceptional parking team to the concierge and every one in between we were made to feel part of the family. Best hotel I've stayed in. Period.
Simon R — Google review
We only stayed for two nights while on our way to Siem Reap and it was a great choice. Spacious room, nice bathroom, swimming pool to cool down after a day in the scorching sun and amazing spa. All in all a great place to stay, especially if you have a busy schedule and want to relax.
Sylwia M — Google review
Great place to stay. Very comfortable, the cafe / restaurant is lovely and the fresh bread is amazing. Quiet area within short distance to attractions. Staff are pleasant and polite.
Wendy J — Google review
I'll keep it as morally fair as possible. Nice going. Look, I don't even care if there's one problem with this place, so long as it's not a huge flaw in the systems or in the background or whatever, it'll still be great, or even better depending on who you are. Plus, it has the normal stuff for a "4 star hotel", like a bathroom or a swimming pool, that's an extra if I seen one. I do want to see them concreting the swimming pool for humor whenever the consumers go to sleep at night, and in the morning, they'll wake up and see the once swimming pool turnt into a slab of concrete. Also I want to ride the vehicles. Anywho, in conclusion, please I want to ride the stuff for free and I'll rate it 7 stars.

This is a wonderful place go stay in Phnom Penh. Nita Kong and Socheath are the sweet faces the will receive you every single day you stay here, at the time you are back to the hotel.

Wellness hotel
Baitong Hotel & Resort Phnom Penh is a sophisticated urban oasis located in the trendy BKK 1 neighborhood of Phnom Penh. The hotel features two outdoor pools, including a romantic pool hidden behind a waterfall and a family deck pool on the fourth floor. The sleek design of the hotel is complemented by lush greenery, creating a concrete jungle playground vibe.
One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Thoughtful design infuse every aspect of the space. Eco brutalism architecture blending the concrete with the abundance of plants creates a serene oasis that I didn’t want to leave. Service, design, attention to detail, the spa and forest pools. I highly recommend it
Long T — Google review
Breakfast was really good with a buffet or you could ask the chef to make sandwiches on the spot, nice pool to enjoy in the evening with just me and another resident. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and sound proofed. Not far from the palace and other attractions and there was a great pizza nearby. Overall all aspects are very good, the first time to Phnom Penh can stay in such a good hotel is very pleasantly surprised, have the opportunity to come back.
ZIYI Y — Google review
A beautiful oasis in the city. The pool areas are gorgeous, and you can pick between shade or sun. Lovely views from the rooftop bar. Easy to grab a coffee downstairs. Bed was very comfy. Great pressure in the shower. The toiletries were nicely scented too. It was nice having a robe available. Lots of choice as per type of room to suit all preferences.

Baitong Hotel & Resort in Phnom Penh is a stylish, modern stay that blends comfort with a touch of luxury. The atmosphere is serene, with chic interiors and a relaxing vibe that makes it a great city escape. One of the highlights is their seafood dinner, which was beautifully prepared and felt like a real treat — fresh, flavorful, and presented with care. It’s the kind of dining experience that adds a special touch to your stay and makes the hotel stand out even more.
Paul L — Google review
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The room was noisy and poor quality. Although I requested a room change, the TV and internet weren't working, and the bathroom was leaking. Repairs took an hour, and the service was a constant source of frustration. The hotel team's responsiveness was also poor. Neither the housekeeping department nor the manager were attentive to guest needs. I requested compensation, and they gave me a 15 yuan voucher, claiming it could be used for room service. Upon check-out, I was told the voucher was invalid. My experience that day was filled with harassment, argument, and controversy. They later offered only a 15-minute massage as compensation, and they limited the time, leaving me with no time to spare and no understanding to arrange alternatives. This hotel demonstrates a profound lack of sincerity, adaptability, and poor staff training.
Wu H — Google review
I stayed at Baitong years ago before COVID and had a really great experience back then. Hence, Baitong is again our choice for my family traveled to Phnom Penh this month, I made sure to book Baitong for them again. I’d also like to give special thanks to Lisa for her kind help in taking care of my parents’ needs during their stay:) will definitely visit Baitong again!
Suzy T — Google review
Really lovely hotel. The room with the private pool/jacuzzi and steam room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also tried the spa and I definitely recommend it!
Jonathan D — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience at Baitong Hotel. Normally, late checkout is supposed to be around 1 PM, but there was no phone call or reminder from the hotel staff. Despite it not even being 1 PM yet, the staff suddenly knocked on our door and immediately demanded that we check out. At that moment, we had just woken up and hadn’t even had a chance to shower. This felt extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel if you value basic courtesy and respect.

Hotel
Nestled in the heart of Phnom Penh, the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh offers a luxurious stay with its polished quarters and modern amenities. This five-star hotel provides easy access to attractions like the Royal Palace and National Museum. The grand entrance, restored from a French colonial villa, showcases intricate details that reflect its rich history. Guests can indulge in the rooftop restaurant, three elegant bars, and a lavish spa for a truly upscale experience.
This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very quiet and peaceful in comparison with many other hotels. It made such a difference being able to relax without hearing noise from hallways or nearby rooms. The staff were also super friendly. I checked in on my birthday and to my surprise they've prepared a cake for me. I wasn’t expecting anything, so it was a nice gesture.
Andreas P — Google review
Centrally located, this hotel is a mix of old and new. Your are greeted at this old turn of the century colonial home that links you to a brand new modern tower behind it. Architecturally it’s week thought out and it meets that expectation being a Hyatt hotel. The lobby is spacious and there’s a big covered atrium that acts as All Day Dining. The rooms are well appointed comfortable and easily has enough space for two adults. Everything you would expect is here and service is top notch. Price wise, its is reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommended!
Joey C — Google review
The hotel itself is beautiful. They did an excellent job of restoring and renovating the In the old french style. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast and lunch buffet are marvelous - everything you could imagine. The staff were wonderful and accomidated everything! My first room smelled very heavily of mildew - so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I understand it's hard to maintain in such a humid environment. The staff were very helpful though and immediately moved me to a new room. Also the rooftop is a must!
Ariel M — Google review
Amazing Hotel at amazing location. Best services at all the hotel facilities. Very warm hospitality by all of the great hotel staff team. Very nice executive lounge offering delicious food and drinks at the evening time. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of food selections. Spa and Gym are very good and must try the spa treatments, very refreshing. Nice swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. Sky restaurant is highly recommended at level 14. Execution Suite 1209 is very spacious with amazing view of the Royal Palace. Spotless clean and the house keeping doing super nice job. Laundry service is really good and on time. Reception staff are very helpful making the check in and check out very fast and easy. Highly recommended. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.
M A — Google review
Rooms are dated and the prices are absurdly high for Cambodia. Management is unhelpful. I don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from. We had such a bad experience. The pool area is dark and unclean. Streets are noisy. The spa area is ok, but some areas are not open. Their lounge is hard to find and not in good shape. Staff are arrogant and dismissive of concerns. There are maintenance issues with cracked walls and lighting problems. I would not stay here, unless it improves and management changes.
Customer R — Google review
A beautiful blend of traditional and modern design. The open courtyard is serene, and service is impeccable — special thanks to Ms Theary and Mr Nan for their exemplary care during breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the almond croissant and coffee. A few areas for improvement: no bidet in the toilet, check-in counter isn’t wheelchair-friendly, and the guest seating could use some music and fragrance. Very expensive by Phnom Penh standards, but overall a great stay.
Gaurav S — Google review
I would like to say that the overall environment, service & employees are just perfect and amazing. They just delivered my best experience here. ❤️ One person who I would like Mrs. Neth Hun who help in coordinate and support the entire period staying in Hyatt Regency Hotel.

I didn’t stay here but I have attended 4 events here and the food is just amazing. All the staffs are helpful and definitely tourist-friendly since they can speak English well. The decor and ambience has always been amazing!

4Best Central Point Hotel

Hotel
Best Central Point Hotel is a low-key accommodation with simple yet comfortable rooms that offer Wi-Fi. The hotel features a restaurant serving Khmer and Western dishes. Guests appreciate the friendly reception and the convenience of early check-in. The clean, spacious rooms come with amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and safe. The hotel's location allows easy access to nearby attractions like the river, Royal Palace, restaurants, and bars. Many guests choose to extend their stay due to the pleasant experience at this hotel.
Great hotel, right in the heart of the expats area. Lots of the typical massage shops and girly bars nearby, but a safe and relaxed area. Even if you habe kids. The restaurant in the lobby is pretty good and fairly priced. The staff are great and always helpful. The rooms are great for the price with good air con and wifi. Never turned the TV on, so I don't know about that. There is an elevator, which is a plus in surrounding older buildings. They do have cats, which comes with a set of issues if you're allergic or don't like certain smells 😉. But it's a great spot in a great location and would recommend to any of my friends used to a bit of adventure
Jason W — Google review
We stayed here 3 times across our time in Cambodia. The hotel is in a great location to get out and see the sights of Phnom Penh. Rooms smell a little bit of stagnant cigarettes and depending on the room the space varies massively. Cleanliness is acceptable for a budget hotel but not high also the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything including your neighbours aggressive arguments at 3am. The staff at reception are super friendly and happy to help. There is also a pool table in the lobby.
Olly S — Google review
Not Recommended – Unless you’re specifically looking for a place with musty, moldy rooms, lingering odors of smoke and mildew in the hallways, lackluster cleanliness, malfunctioning air conditioning, and a questionable crowd—including older men with suspicious intentions—this hotel is best avoided. During my stay, I also had money stolen. The hotel manager herself Mrs. Chhoun Dyna did this and laughed, saying she will never give us our money back. Phnom Penh offers far better accommodations—do yourself a favor and choose a different place.
Paula V — Google review
AVOID – Unless you're looking for a place with moldy rooms, the smell of smoke and mildew throughout the halls, poor cleanliness, broken air conditioning, and an unsettling crowd—including older men seemingly seeking prostitution—this is not the place for you. I also had money stolen during my stay. All of this happened under the happy eyes of the hotel manager, Mrs. Chhoun Dyna. Phnom Penh has much better options—do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Michele M — Google review
Firstly, and the main best thing about the hotel, is its location (though there are many other accommodation providers on the same street and nearby). It's located on Street 172 which is awash with bars, restaurants, convenience shops (24 hour Smile is only 100 metres away on the corner) and laundry services. The worst and most negative aspect of the hotel is the impacting and disturbing noise from both internal and external sources which is audible intermittently 24 hours a day. Each floor has a communal centre (rooms are located around this) with seating provided. This encourages rude, ignorant and selfish guests to either congregate in groups and chat without consideration for others (even after midnight and into the early hours of the morning) or worse, leave their rooms to talk loudly upon their phones....it's insane and disgraceful (with Indians and Khmer people being the worst and most offending). Then not to mention the external noise that can be heard through either open windows or closed (as they are not well sealed). On top of all this, and IMO, is the 24 hours maintenance that the hotels permits. Above my room another room was being fixed/repaired/renovated for over a week. This went on loudly throughout the entire nights...banging, tools being dropped, and furniture being loudly dragged across the floor. Even after complaining it still persisted....even after management stated it had finished (LIES!!!!). So, if you're an insomniac this place is paradise. My first room (401) was disastrous....the air-conditioner was useless (they had to provide a fan....not helpful). I had to relocate the next day to a lesser grade room. So if you're assigned room 401 and the air-conditioner is not brand new looking.....reject the room and insist on being relocated (or go elsewhere). My second room (208), although a lesser grade room, did have an air-conditioner that worked great. The room only had a queen sized bed (firm, but not hard and uncomfortable ....and I didn't need to use my foam mattress topper), but still had a private bathroom. The room and bathroom were passable in cleanliness (not too dirty) and was modestly furnished. The TV had many channels (about 10 English channels which included some movie channels) but the aerial connection and overall reception was poor (fuzzy and some unmatchable). I did fix my aerial connection which improved the signal somewhat, but not perfect. The bathroom was functional and the independent electric hot water system worked ok if I didn't have the water on full. The staff are friendly and helpful and their is footpath parking available for motorbikes outside (they chain the bikes up at night.....but don't leave ANYTHING outside as it will be stolen, guaranteed - someone even stole my PVC poncho!?!?). The hotel boasts a single elevator but this does not service the 5th floor. They also have a restaurant which my friend ate at regularly as she says it was ok...I only ate externally. Noteworthy, if you want your room cleaned it is advisable to instruct reception to ensure it gets done. The hotel accepts pets but at USD5 per night which they claim is for "special" cleaning. I stated for nearly 3 weeks and there was no "special" cleaning performed. (I even witnessed my first room being cleaned and again NO SPECIAL cleaning was performed. So, IMO, the fee is just greed instigated by the owners and/or management. Yet I could have another adult stay with me for only an extra USD2....Who would make more mess, use additional complimentary products, and use more electric by showering etc.....makes me wonder why USD5 for a pet who uses nothing and is cleaner than me! Overall, if I return to Phnom Penh (doubtful) I would stay here again but only overnight and only because of it's location.
Phuckyu G — Google review
Great location with many restaurants at your doorstep. Friendly staff and an elevator up to the 4th floor. TV has hdmi port.
Riki A — Google review
Words can't express how bad the food and service is here. We waited over an hour for any food. When the food did finally arrive from thailand or laos or were ever it came from it was as cold as Antarctica. Do not eat here. Then to add insult to injury they round the money up so you are paying more and +5% tax. Worst food throughout my travels and most expensive hands down. Sorry wish I had something nice to say but the two guys behind the bar were competing for who's dumb and who's dumber.
Jay S — Google review
Good clean room, TV worked, good air-conditioning and hot shower. Also kettle for coffee and fridge. Well furnished room also has an elevator.

Nestled in the heart of Phnom Penh, Cambodian Country Club & Hotel offers a serene retreat with its extensive sports facilities and understated yet comfortable lodging. The hotel features spacious air-conditioned suites with separate bedrooms and a living room, providing a peaceful haven for guests. The property boasts a 25-meter outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, horse riding facilities, and a gym to cater to sports enthusiasts.
The Cambodian Country Club is an amazing place to stay with great facilities and a very helpful team. The customer service was excellent when I was forced to change my booking, and I really appreciate their friendly assistance. Highly recommended!

Cambodian Country Club has solid facilities for sports lovers — well-maintained fields and good coach availability. However, be cautious with the pricing. It seems the management isn’t very organized, and they might charge you more than expected unintentionally. On the bright side, the staff are generally nice and some are quite professional. Just double-check everything before paying.
Feodora K — Google review
There are clothes washing machines available but no dryer machines. Please consider installing clothes dryers. The serviced apartment we had did not have any pots or pans or cooking utensils, so the little kitchenette is not very useful. There is a 2 court badminton hall, which is really good. The air-conditioning units were very effective. There was many power sockets in the room which is really good.
Lawrance L — Google review
Situated near to the airport the country club offers a good service and has a great swimming pools, courts and gym. Originally we had a large suite, but then had a small double room for the other half of the stay which was charged at the same tariff. The check in staff were very friendly and restaurant staff good. The evening bar and restaurant manager stood out as excellent and attentive. Although near to the airport the roads are busy and congested so time wise it wasn't that convenient. The club is quiet and has generous grounds. For sport it's great. If I wanted a hotel experience and greater service I would choose town, but if a different feel and if I had young then the club makes perfect sense.
Tregardock F — Google review
The only thing I would add is a sauna, steam room and cold plunge. But the salt water pool and other amenities are great. Tennis, pickle ball, badminton, volleyball, soccer pitch, gym etc.
Kevin P — Google review
The CCC: Cambodian Country Club was perfect for my daughter and I as we had just arrived to Cambodia! The staff go above and beyond to help in every way they can! Many times we'd arrive back after shopping with heavy bags and they would drive us on the golf cart to our building! A few times they even helped bring our bags up to our room! The food at the clubhouse was delicious everytime too! There are many things to enjoy such as swimming, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and strolling ...Come and enjoy! 😁😊

Located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Grand Elevation Hotel offers casual rooms with free Wi-Fi. The property features a restaurant, lounge, and terrace for guests to enjoy. With a convenient location near Wat BotomVatey Playground and positive visitor reviews for its superb location, the hotel provides a comfortable stay. While some guests noted that the hotel could benefit from maintenance, they appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who provided good service. Additionally, the hotel's laundry service was praised.
A great hostel for the price! I stayed for two nights and had one of the best sleeps of my two-month trip. They can arrange affordable bus tickets, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great budget / backpacker friendly hotel! 7min walk to the shopping mall and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. We also used the laundry service - done in 24hrs, great service. Breakfast was simple but great, would be even better if they restocked food that ran out a little quicker! 😊

There was a very nice man at the reception. But the deluxe room that I rented is very different from the photo in booking 😅 There were other people's black hairs on the towel and on the bed, I'm a blonde. But it is relatively inexpensive.

They upgraded my room without me even asking. Room is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and polite. Although we didn’t get the buffet breakfast, there is an a la carte menu available. Plus there’s an elevator. Also, very near to BKK1 and restaurants outside. For the price, such a good deal! 💯

The Silver Mounts Hotel is a low-key accommodation option with casual quarters, some of which feature balconies. Situated near the main street, it offers easy access to shops and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for adventurous tourists. The hotel's proximity to the Royal Palace allows guests to explore various shops along the way. Amenities at the hotel include massages, a restaurant/bar, business center, and complimentary breakfast. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.
This hotel had exceeded my expectations greatly. I arrived after a long bus ride and they allowed me to check in before 2:00 p.m. which was very appreciated. I paid $100 for five nights so for $20 per night I wasn't expecting a whole bunch I was really surprised. Good size room air conditioner work very well coffee kettle 50 inch Smart TV an internet fast enough to stream my fire stick. I could not recommend this place enough tremendous value for money
Yesitis D — Google review
The hotel is located near many famous attractions of the city, near the market and bars. It was quite dark inside. I didn't like the vibes of the area in the afternoon with dark bars, local girls in shorts skirts and guys hanging around. Also there was trash and the streets smelled bad. I stayed on the second floor and the room looked old. At night, around 1AM, there was noise like the room was haunted and later there was the smell of food all over the room. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was small but quite clean. The best thing about the hotel was that they had some books at the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok although there were not many food choices.
Giang L — Google review
I stayed here for one night and would give it a solid 4/5. The location is a bit of a love or hate situation. Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of the street it’s on but the upside is that it’s within walking distance to the Royal Palace and many restaurants. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth. The room itself was comfortable and spacious enough, especially for the price point. However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room and the corridor had a lingering moldy smell - possibly from the carpet, which was a downside. For breakfast, there weren’t any vegetarian options besides fruits, but the fruit bowl was fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s a decent stay with excellent staff and a convenient location if you want to be close to some of the tourist spots, though a few improvements in cleanliness and breakfast variety would make it even better.
Karthik B — Google review
The location was central and had access to the museum and an array of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helped when asked. They made us a breakfast box to go as well for a 5am start. The breakfast was simple but available 7 till 10am. The beds were very comfy and it was cheap for the area. Sadly this is where the good parts end. It's one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in, with carpets covered in dirt, bathrooms covered in hair and leftover soap from the previous guest, a cockroach was also in the bathroom and a funny smell everywhere. It's sad to see what probably was a nice hotel turn to a poorly maintained place that I didn't want to stay in for more than the few hours I slept. The windows are thin so you hear everything outside and it is next to a construction site so lots of clanging early morning. Some of the guests were also questionable with some unsavoury conversations being had over breakfast - enough to put me off eating. Be warned that the worst part of Phnom Penh will be exposed if you stay here and as a woman I feel compelled to share this.
Sophie J — Google review
The good: the staff were all really nice and helpful, and they made us breakfast the morning we left (5:30am). You are also not far from good restaurants and cafes. The bad: the place itself is quite dirty and the location is loud. It was fine for the price, we didn't have high expectations - if you need somewhere to stay then I wouldn't ignore this place as a reasonable option.
Isaac P — Google review
Worth the money that you paid for. However, no daily housekeeping, not sure if need to request. Breakfast can be quite simple. Other than that, really nothing else to complain.
Vincent T — Google review
From the start, we were disappointed. The room was small and had a stale smell, though it improved once we got some airflow going. The shower was a major letdown—very low pressure and the water was either freezing or scalding, with no in-between. While there is a minibar stocked with snacks, be cautious as the prices are far higher than anything in the area. Overall, it’s an average hotel, not particularly impressive, but the location is a big plus. The main street nearby is lively with bars and restaurants.

Snowbell Hotel, located within The Bridge condominium building, offers minimalist rooms with some featuring river views. The hotel provides a stylish setting with a rooftop pool and a great gym. Guests can expect comfortable beds and spacious, stylish rooms with fabulous views. While there have been reports of minor issues like bugs in the room and worn towels, many guests find it to be incredible value for money.
Nice place, friendly stuff and the area is perfect to discover the City. The gym and the Pool are nice too. Many Thanks to Nana for the great hospitality

The hotel is located at central location and nearby to an Aeon mall. Tried to check in early at around 5am but was told that there was no room but the staff kindly offered to take care of our baggage. Managed to check in around 10+am but there's a deposit of 30usd we managed to make do a with 50sgd 😁as I do not have cash at the moment. Room has a spacious, great view although window a bit dusty and relatively clean. The toilet somehow as a smoky smell that doesn't go away even with ventilation but other than this all is good. The WiFi is pretty fast here too.

We stayed here last month on the final leg of our tour of Cambodia and it was overall a good hotel. The entrance is a bit easy to miss, the hotel is accessed from the outside, you cannot get to the lifts up to it from inside the small shopping mall. We really enjoyed the height the rooms were at, we were in suites on the 29th floor which had excellent views from both sides be it city or river views. Depending on which side you're on you can clearly see the Tonlé Sap and the Mekong, and at night the lightning storms are epic! We also liked the suites themselves which were very large, airy and well appointed. There were a couple of things that stopped me from giving five stars in my review. As others have mentioned, we booked the hotel through Agoda and there was no mention on there that the hotel required a $30 per room cash deposit, the Agoda description should be updated but also most hotels allow for card deposits. Also, the air conditioning in the suites wasn't particularly powerful considering there were two units and Wi-Fi coverage was a bit patchy in some areas. Some other useful tips: This is the only place we've been where our UK plugs didn't fit, other hotels had multi-plug sockets but here you will need an adapter for either Chinese or European (2 pin) plugs. The pool on the 39th floor belongs to the entire building and you will need to towel off and change out of your wet clothes before heading back to your room. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, food is served to you in your room. We didn't try it so can't comment on it. It does seem a little expensive, though, as was laundry which was quoted at $6 a kilo, 3 times that of the other hotels we stayed at even in Phnom Penh. Finally, the hotel is located what seemed to be the Chinese quarter, some parts around the hotel are not that pleasant and it's a fair walk to the waterfront by the river. With that said, the hotel has fantastic views, great rooms at a good price and attentive staff, and I would still recommend it whether you're travelling for business or pleasure.

The hotel is inside Bridge SOHO building 28th floor. It is a bit strange from outside and different from the photo provided in Trip.com. But the room is stay able. It is new ans clean.

Great communication skills and a smooth check-in process—if you like surprises. We were surprised by a cash deposit request, which wasn't mentioned in the Agoda booking details. If you want a short and messy evening, this hotel is perfect. When we told the GM about our experience, he said our complaints at check-in were the problem—clearly, we misunderstood how hotels work. We asked for a refund without any threats, just hoping for some understanding. Instead, we were told our reasons didn't meet their refund rules, and our concerns were brushed off with a policy lecture. To be clear, this review isn't a threat to get a refund. We tried to resolve the issue without mentioning a review. This review is to help others know what to expect at this hotel. We understand the cash deposit is for safety, but a bit more transparency would help. Some empathy and better training for the staff could go a long way.

Fantastic communication skills, ensuring a smooth check-in process—if you enjoy surprises. They ask for a cash deposit that's nowhere mentioned in the Agoda booking. If you dream of a brief and chaotic evening, this hotel might just fulfill that wish. Plus, after sharing our experience with the GM, he found a way to tell us that we were the ones complaining at arrival, so clearly, it's all our fault.

YK Art House is a down-to-earth hotel that offers a bar, vegetarian restaurant, and an outdoor pool. It provides boutique accommodation at a budget-friendly price, offering spacious rooms or serviced apartments with kitchenette and dining area. Although located a bit further from the main tourist area, it's excellent value for money.
Right in the heart of the action. A stone's throw from brassac Lane and walkable to the river and markets, bars and sites. On site restaurant, second hand store, library and recycling make this much more than just a place to stay. We stayed in the family room as we wanted the cooking space (we never used it as ate out throughout but it was all functioning and and spacious). Would definitely recommend

Very nice hotel. The backyard it's so nice and relaxing. There is an amazing vegan restaurant and a library were hang out and chill, perfect to escape the caos of the city. If you stay on the front building can be a bit loud in the evening as there is a small but busy street. Service and staff were very nice. The rooms are nice, big and clean. Love it that there is no plastic around the hotel and they offer a free refilling drinking water.

It is worth it to stay here if you are touring in the afternoon. The apartment is huge and with rustic design which made me choose this place. Currently, they are doing some construction work from 12 noon until end of day. It wouldn’t really bother you if touring Phnom Phen in the morning. I will definitely stay again especially since it is near the “Place gym” at Aeon mall. Also, their vegan food tastes delicious! I am not even vegan.

i've stayed here several times over the last few years and it's one of the best value options in the city. the location is super central, a quick walk to bassac and more, but tucked away on a quiet alley. there is a cute courtyard and library area, and a decent vegan restaurant on the premises. the staff are friendly and helpful enough, and the rooms are comfortable (especially the beds!) although some of them could really use a refurb. i prefer the garden view, although the other rooms give more privacy if you're concerned about that. overall, a great deal at just over $20 per night for a double room!

We had a fantastic stay at YK Art House. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including shower amenities, drinking water, and a small refrigerator. The mattress was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was quite good. Although the pool is small, it provides a refreshing respite after a hot day in Phnom Penh. I highly recommend this place if you’re seeking a peaceful and quiet haven in Phnom Penh.

A wonderful place to stay in Phnom Penh. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the vegan restaurant at the hotel served wonderful food. The garden restaurant is a beautiful and calm oasis when wanting to take a break from discovering the city. Also a big plus for the library with vacation reading! Naki Suites @ Silvertown offers spacious 3-bedroom suites that can accommodate up to 6 guests, with the option to pay an additional fee for extra persons. A deposit is required upon check-in. The property features a pool and a rooftop area for relaxation. Some guests found the staff to be wonderful, while others felt they were not friendly. The location is considered superb, but some noted that there were certain inadequacies in the build quality of the rooms.
The staff are wonderful and the location is superb. The pool is pretty close to top notch too, but there's just something missing in terms of the room that we had. When we initially arrived, we were pleasantly surprised, but as we stayed, we started to notice some inadequacies. While everything looks superb, build quality isn't as high as I'd like to see in a hotel of this stature. The balcony is actually just a small solarium... It's two windows open up quite wide, but it's completely enclosed. Wifi doesn't work very well throughout the suite and barely at all in the master bedroom. The TV service didn't work on the main TV when we arrived and someone had to come up and work on it and even then, it was spotty. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.

Reasonable location if you don’t mind paying $20 for a meal. It’s a up market part of Phnom Penh. Staff speak next to no English so communicating anything will be a cumbersome ordeal especially considering common sense here is at a minimum. The rooms were clean but lacking any character. Could do with some art, vases or ornamental decoration instead of just bare shelves and walls. We were pestered for the $100 deposit despite nobody accepting to change our pounds. In the end had to use the ATM to get them the deposit. Upon checkout we were shocked when a staff member returned with a face towel showing us a spot of toothpaste on it. They, in front of us started adding acetone to the toothpaste and rubbing it with a toothbrush saying ‘cannot remove’. My partner and I were astounded at this display. We explained that it’s toothpaste and it will wash out if they just washed the towel as normal. Not one of the staff could grasp this and demanded I paid $15 for a ‘destroyed’ face towel that had a spot of toothpaste on it. I demanded that I take the towel away and clean it myself which I did in our new hotel (CDX Residence, half the price) under the hot tap with minimal effort. The toothpaste washed away immediatly. I returned back to the hotel and was given my money back. This was a clear tactic to use the $100 deposit to trap guests into paying for items not damaged. Terrible way to treat their guests after sending hundreds of dollars. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

"Why is there so many bad reviews?" I wondered to myself. But! At least I never even heard of this hotel before randomly clicking on it and checking out the reviews! Cuz I don't actually go there! I'm not dumb enough to go there with all the dumpster like creaky doors or, tuberculosis. Sure, checking in is quick. But once you go into it deep, well... You're in the deep end that's what I have to say. Conclusion, rubber balls inside a hose is the best term I would put. And, I would much rather go to Somerset™.

we had very bad experience when we in this hotel. This hotel reception claimed us for lost face towel 15 US dollars but we didn’t take anything, the cleaner puthow many pieces they also don’t have the proof. I bring my own disposable face towel and shower towel, what the hell anyhow said wetook their tower, crazy for the money!! And our AirPods had stolen by cleaner, we saw the AirPods near hotel from find my phone, very terrible if this hotel!!
Jing X — Google review
be careful with this hotel's trapping mode, we as guests who stay overnight have been harmed and forced to pay a fine for the prohibition of smoking in the room by withholding the deposit and not returning it unilaterally. we smoked on the balcony with both windows open and air circulation and there was no sign prohibiting smoking on the balcony, and not in the room according to the information we received from the receptionist when checking in to the hotel. warning for international and local tourists who want to stay here, reconsider to avoid this trap.

Such a beautiful place, great atmosphere . Loved the pool and the bar. The Premier room was great with 2 rooms , 1 fully equiped kitchen ,great living room and a great modern design. My only problem is that there are no restaurants in the hotel so it would be hard to get a quick bite although it is convenient that there are great restaurants nearby including a mart opposite the hotel ,there also is a great chicken rice shop next door which is tasty. Another problem i had which affected the rating i gave was the bathrooms , i loved the design and amenities but the main problem was the water , If you were showering in one room ,it would later affect the flow of water in the other bathroom if someone else was showering

Just started staying at this place. Great facilities but very poor service. Everything takes VERY long to solve and finish. Property managers need to do a FAR better job of fixing whatever the issue is - like even Wifi?! A very standard basic need in this day and age! Countless times I have asked someone to come check the router or the password (the password doesn’t work). Do they follow up? NO. Not only that, they think they can just try to charge $250 to provide wifi access for 3 areas of a smallish 2 bedroom apartment. What?? There are two TVs in the apartment. One TV didnt have an adaptor. I asked for a TV adaptor that was missing - someone came but then never came back but worse didn’t follow up. Seriously, its understandable that times are bad. However its also the most important time that in order to get more guests or retain more guests to stay, by ensuring short term as well as long term guests are still taken care of. Makes me miss my old place and while ‘smaller’, the management was on point and outstanding.

The centrally located guesthouse provides easy access to various attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.
excellent service. cordial environment. AC, hot water, clean towels, bed, spacious room with dull aunshine and natural light in the front room, , all good, except smell from the washrooms which are often felt in downtown of all cities either in Phnom Penh or in Saigon or in Jakarta. owner is very caring to address the needful, good breakfast till 10:00am, daily free water bottles and staff also nice. location is great.. proximity to everywhere along the river

Attention: Scam. Confirming the other reviews. The room smelled like sewage. Going up 4 floors without an elevator on tiny stairs is exhausting. Scam: Don't book any tickets with the owner. She charged me extra because it's the holiday, saying that not many people go to the destination I was going to. The van was packed. She also booked me a cheap ticket for the backseat to get the rest for her pocket. We were squeezing to fit in for a 7-hour ride. Shame on you. For just a few bucks, you are willing to represent your country in such a way to tourists who are coming here for the first time.

GOOD: - Great location - very affordable (10$ with private bathroom for a double bedroom) - with good breakfast: 1 drink + eggs + fruit salad - the bedsheets and towel smelled fresh detergent BAD: - The room smelled a bit like sewage due to our bathroom - the floor could have been better cleaned I don't understand all the comments about the staff, they were really nice and kind to us! Overall I would say if you are not too picky and watching your budget it is a fine option. Just in case you are not a pet fan: there are 2 dogs and 1 cat (+1 bird)

Booked to stay here twice, both times my reservation was not on their list. Which is always a bit unnerving after an 8 hour bus journey. They said they had issues with agoda but eventually found the booking. The pros: The staff are lovely, the animals are beautiful, the location is quite good and the breakfast is amazing (fruit, poached eggs on toast and coffee!). The cons: Because of the issue of not having my reservation initially the first room I was given was a twin and told that the double room was being painted. The twin room was fine. The second time I arrived with no reservation I was given a room in the "other" building. Which is just next door. This room was bad, there was a lot of mold on the ceiling. And there was a horrible damp smell in there, luckily I was only in there 2 nights but any longer and it could make you ill. The tap had no stopper underneath, so if you cleaned your teeth it came out of the bottom on your feet. It seemed like I got a bad deal because it might be a room they don't usually use since nothing was plugged in either due to the reservation issue. In that room you get the noise of the nightclub that stops around 1amish. So its a split review really, if you get the left part of the building its good I think, and no reservation issues. But if you get the room I got in the right side (room 202), it's a health issue. But nice enough people.

Hotel
Arthur and Paul Bed and Breakfast is a gay-friendly accommodation in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The hotel has its own pool garden with spa facilities, as well as modern air-conditioned rooms. There's also a restaurant on site.
The men’s hotel in Phnom Penh offers a unique and inviting atmosphere specifically aimed at gay male travelers, though it is open to all men. The rooms are tastefully decorated with gay-themed artwork, giving the hotel a lively and comfortable vibe. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, offering privacy and opportunities for social interaction in a safe, welcoming space. One of the key features of the hotel is the on-site gay sauna, where guests can enjoy free access and socialize in a relaxed environment. The outdoor L-shaped pool is a fantastic spot to relax or meet others, and the hotel also offers a heated, covered pool for those seeking a more private experience. The majority of the outdoor space is clothing-optional, providing guests with the freedom to relax in a more laid-back, informal setting. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant on-site, serving up convenient meals and drinks, as well as excellent massage services, where guests can choose their preferred masseuse for a customized experience. The friendly staff is always available to offer local recommendations, particularly regarding the gay-friendly venues and spots around Phnom Penh. A downside for some guests may be the use of animal skins in the decor, including a zebra skin rug, which may be off-putting for those sensitive to such choices. However, despite this, the hotel remains an excellent option for gay travelers looking for a comfortable, sociable, and relaxing stay in Phnom Penh. With its various pools, sauna, massage services, and clothing-optional outdoor spaces, this hotel is a great choice for visitors looking for both relaxation and social interaction in Cambodia’s vibrant capital.

Amazing place in the heart of Phnom Phen. If your a gay male visitor to the city you should definitely either make this your hotel or visit on one of the day passes (10€ foreginer, 6.50€ local). Our 5-night stay was perfect, if we hadn't already had an onward itinerary, we would have stayed another 5-nights! The complex and rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, lots of polished concrete, greenary and pieces of art. The beds are very comfy with quality mattresses, sheets and pillows. A varied Breakfast is included, which you can enjoy in the restaurant or in your room. Great bathrooms with separate toilet, natural soap products, tooth brushes, combs, earbuds & shampoos replenished everyday by house keeping, along with bottled water/ tea & coffee. Bar/ Resturant in the ground floor serving, beers, banded spirits, juices, smoothies and cocktails as well as a good range of Khmer & western dishes. The staff are phenomenal, Gee/Gue/Guye (apologies if I've spelt his name wrong!) is exceptional, really made our stay, never seen anyone work so hard! The rest of the staff are friendly, talkative and speak good English. We had two 90 minute oil massages, with two different masseuse's, both great, highly recommended in clean, well appointed air-conditioned rooms. The pool area is beautiful and lush with plants and we enjoyed the music selection! There is some construction noise in the area, but this didn't effect the rooms and was not overly intrusive around the pool. The sauna/ steam room/ jacuzzi/ darker areas open to non-guests around 4pm and got much busier with locals around 8pm (midnight closing). We stayed Saturday - Thursday and each night (especially Sunday) was busy with locals and foreginers. The sauna/ steam room/ jacuzzi areas are very dark, darker than we are used to in the west and there are steps (check it out before dark) but once your eyes accustom, it's no problem. The jacuzzi, steam room & dry sauna are hot! Which is great and a change from the lukewarm temperatures you often find. Guests with ID can visit you room without charge if you like entertaining 😉 The resort can arrange your transfers and tours and there's tut-tuts outside. Can't wait to visit again next year!

For the price they should consider installing a hydration station then people can drink water, with their price they only provide towels, condoms and lube yes. This place isn't for discreet men or action at all. It's more to socialize, for open men, looks like English conversational club for men🤣 I guess you have to spend some time talking before any action happens. A few mini-rooms only, middle age men and a little old, expats a little old. If you need ACTION and you are discreet you must be at HERO Sauna for young friends and real action 💦💦💦. I could say that it's kinda boring, if you try better after 20h with the discount.

I think the negative reviews here aren't entirely fair. Price was around $6.50 before 8 PM, which is reasonable. The place’s not the most spacious, but not too cramped either. They have a pool, steam room, jacuzzi, among other amenities. It's actually brighter than some reviews suggest. However, be prepared for a crowd that might disrupt your relaxation by constantly coming and going, and standing around like they're judging the Mona Lisa. This isn’t the fault of the establishment, just something to be aware of. Minus one star for not providing complimentary water, as a sauna can leave you dehydrated.

Went there yesterday with a friend and it was absolutely the worst sauna we have been to in a long time. Pros: Pretty decor and swimming pool Easy to find this place Cons: Went on Saturday evening and had about 8 guys total They threw ice blocks into the pool...why? Next door is under heavy construction so very loud and noisy. So dark in the sauna area ...I can slipped and tripped several times Very very small sauna and exploring area Foreigners pay $10 usd. No water included. Overpriced and overrated In conclusion: go to HERO sauna Phnom Penh and you will have a much better time.

One of my favourite long weekend places. Stayed many times and always a great break. Rooms are comfortable with good beds and all facilities needed. Beautiful pool and best of all it’s clothing optional and men only so you can relax naked, socialise and enjoy some great food and drinks. Sauna open at night to the public so can get quite busy with lots of locals looking for a good time in the sauna, steam or jacuzzi.

Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh is a well-established upscale hotel located in a prime area of the city, near attractions like Wat Phnom. The 138 spacious and stylish rooms, some with balconies, offer unfussy accommodations. Guests can enjoy international dining at the on-site restaurant and indulge in treats from the lobby patisserie. The hotel also features a spa and gym for relaxation and fitness needs.
The room and the hotel itself are not new, but I could tell they do their best to keep everything as clean as possible. I especially want to thank the lady at the front desk. On the last day, my friend became sick. I explained his condition to her and asked if he could stay 4–5 hours longer to rest, even if it meant paying an extra fee. She kindly agreed and told me there would be no additional charge. That was very helpful and made me want to stay here again in the future.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh, although only for a single night, and I must say the experience left a lasting impression on me. Even though my stay was short, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent dining, and outstanding room comfort made it one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have had in Cambodia. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They were not only friendly but also highly professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was a simple request for directions or more specific assistance regarding hotel services, they attended to it promptly and with a genuine smile. This kind of service immediately set the tone for my stay, creating a sense of comfort and reassurance that I was well taken care of. The culinary experience at Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh deserves special mention. I had dinner at the hotel lounge and was thoroughly impressed. The variety and quality of dishes available were remarkable, and every item I tried was cooked to perfection. The buffet spread at both dinner and breakfast was simply fantastic, offering a balance of local and international choices. What stood out to me most was not just the variety, but also the freshness and flavor of each dish. The breakfast buffet the next morning was equally amazing, providing a perfect start to the day. For a short stay like mine, being able to enjoy such high-quality meals was a real highlight. When it comes to accommodation, my room exceeded my expectations. One of the features I appreciated most was the soundproofing. Despite being located in the heart of Phnom Penh, the room was quiet, allowing me to rest without any disturbance from outside noise. The room itself was beautifully designed, with lighting that created a warm and almost majestic atmosphere. It struck a perfect balance between functionality and relaxation, giving me a sense of both comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after a long day. Another feature that stood out was the bathroom. Spacious and well-equipped, it offered a level of comfort and convenience that added to the overall experience. The large bath in particular was a pleasant surprise, providing a relaxing way to unwind during my short stay. It’s clear that attention to detail was given in designing the rooms, ensuring that guests not only feel comfortable but also indulged. Although my stay was brief, Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh managed to make it memorable. The friendly and professional service, excellent dining options, and exceptionally comfortable room all contributed to an experience that I would happily repeat. For travelers seeking a hotel that combines hospitality, comfort, and great food, I would highly recommend Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh. I left wishing I had more time to enjoy all that the hotel has to offer, and I will certainly choose it again on my next visit to the city.

A nice family mall. It has games such as an arcade, a kid playground, clothing outlets, food stall, cinema, gym and pool and more. Sometimes, it has pop-up food stalls selling freshly made food for an affordable price in the evening.

Many discounted in their mega sale and good spinning offer. Unfortunately, we end up staying there for 30min only as many tenants/stores closed down (no more TEN11 nor Zando). Only ground floor (supermarket and some food restaurants available) and 1st floor (discounted areas and some stores). You may have very limited food and store selection there.

Camko City is a unique blend of Cambodian and Korean influences, with a mix of condominiums and townhouses. The condominiums are predominantly inhabited by Korean residents, while the townhouses are home to local affluent individuals. The area has been described as resembling a 'Korean Town,' offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Residents appreciate the good security, well-maintained houses and apartments, as well as access to amenities like pools and exercise facilities.
Clean and broad roads, a planned township, some blocks are yet to be occupied. Predominantly Korean and Cambodian residents. Though green and with lots of mango trees and flowering trees, it Could do with more. Nice facilities, spacious parking. Pool, club and a shopping complex. Integrated township. The community is very polarised towards their nationalities. Safe! Safe! Safe!

I had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very kind and accommodating, location is good. Also their cat is the best little guy. I recommend everyone stay here
Osnat K — Google review
The only reason why I didn't give this review 4 stars is that they seem to put after hours renovations and construction over the comfort of guests. For three nights in a row were after-hours renovations/constructions going on above my room (from 7pm to midnight, and beyond on one occasion). This banging and general construction noise was thoroughly disturbing and prevented me from sleeping. Even after I complained to reception, the construction noise continued for two nights....until I left. As for the apartment; I found my air-conditioned one bedroom, two bathrooms with living room and kitchen (and two balconies) apartment was really nice and comfortable. It was fully equipped (especially the kitchen) and mostly clean...but definitely not dirty. Everything worked with the exception of the living room TV, which did not have any reception (even after rescanning). The TV in the bedroom worked, but reception was terrible, making it practically unwatchable. WiFi was OK, but not always problem free with a few dropouts in connectivity, at times. The air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom worked well and cooled the rooms down. The double bed was on the medium soft side (not too firm) and quite comfortable. Bed linen and pillows were a bit on the thrifty level of quality but adequate. The sofa in the living room was a bit old with an OK comfort level and could fold out to enable a sofa bed (untested). The hot water in the main bathroom was sufficient, and pressure was ok too. (I didn't use the guest bathroom.) Outside the kitchen on the balcony is a washing machine (untested)...it looked well used with lots of remnants of detergent powder caked into the top crevass sections and had not properly cleaned in awhile, and being outside made it look dirtier. However, laundry services are within walking distances from the property and cheap, so why would you bother doing it yourself. The property provided an elevator to access the floor levels, has a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and limited partially covered, secured parking for motorbikes (locked by gates after 10pm). Reception staff was also helpful and friendly, whi can assist with tour information. From memory, housekeeping is done at your request and not automatically done daily. Close by is the local market streets which have many food and drink options at local prices. The main city area, riverside and attractions are not within walking distance so a tuk-tuk or a motorbike is required to reach these places. (Many tuk-tuk drivers park close by for quick convenience but you may want to use an app to ensure correct prices are charged??) A comfortable apartment to use either short or long term, notwithstanding the renovation noises I experienced.
Phuck G — Google review
great place to stay. we were traveling with 5 people and booked a full apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment was very spacious and clean and included a large dine in kitchen, already equipped with pans, pots, plates, and utensils. Two of the rooms have an in suite bathroom which was really great—almost like having three different hotel rooms and a shared common space—so great if you are traveling with multiple couples or family. Each room also has air conditioning. Tv is pretty tiny but each room has one. There is a large balcony that each room has access to. Washer is on this balcony. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall great stay a little outside the main part of Phnom Penh, would definitely book again.
Amani S — Google review
Basically, the rooms are nice well-furnished comfortable apartments. The air con works really well and the internet works really well. I was working online a bit, and it was perfect. There’s a room-top sitting area and a restaurant on the ground floor. From a ‘digital nomad’ perspective I would have loved a comfortable office chair to work from and from a as a vegetarian more vege options in the restaurant would have been nice. But, I mean these are pretty marginal things really. The hotel is near a couple of really nice areas for food the ‘Russian market’ area is the closest and there’s lots of good food there.
Matthew P — Google review
This hotel/serviced apartment has been well-used and much appreciated by many in the expat community, especially families who need extra space. You would be hard pressed to find another place in Phnom Penh with this modest price and these services. There is a good restaurant and Cafe downstairs. The French manager (owner?) and Cambodian staff are quite friendly and helpful. The establishment has been around a while now, but it defies the norm here and stays well-maintained. The location is not the best, but if you are using Grab or PassApp this becomes less of a problem.
Forrest M — Google review
Comfortable stay, its like a second home. Only issues are the mosquitoes in the lift & the units. Perhaps the management could include more cooking utensils like a pan, maybe a mosquito repellent also for instance. Otherwise its a great place to stay and owner Arnold was very pleasant & helpful.

Very nice and big room, lots of washrooms in the room 😂. Good for group traveling. The staffs and owner are also very friendly. Lots of facilities including American pool table, gym room, and a small bar. One drawback is the location which is a bit far from the city. First night could be tough to get around with if you didn’t book a car (they have driver standing by in front of the building). Get an address card from the reception and make sure you have google map.

Like other reviewers have said, worst costumer service ever. When buying the house, the company said it’s extremely easy to customize the home but whenever we ask for even small simple changes, nobody wants to talk to us. Our house was supposed to be complete since July 2024 but has been postponed. I wish we would have at least gotten an apology from anybody but we didn’t. Very unhappy with this Borey overall and wish the management team would take care of their existing customers rather than spending all their time trying to sell their new homes. April 2025 update: house still not done. Paid over 90% and house still under construction.
Chris — Google review
I was very disappointed by the project interior design and construction specifications. The countertop was way below normal height, I know in Asia it is lower but this was even low for a shorter person. It was just above my knees. The bathroom layout was a complete disaster, one of the home designs the shower is next to the bathroom door which happens to be wooden so long term this is silly. None of the showers had a complete glass enclosure, even the most expensive villa called the California. I like the California villa even though I have seen a similar design at harmony valley cheaper. As for the rental returns in this area would not offset your investment even in 10 years and the capital gains would not be viable for at least 12 years. If you want a holiday home and don’t care about investment return and can live with the bathroom design then this is the property for you. I gave one star for the California villa that was the only best design house they had despite the bad bathrooms. The other star was me trying to like the project because I was hoping for an American track home style but didn’t get there.

By far the worst place you invest your money into, first of all you can’t customize your house to your liking and had to use their design, second if all security is lack luster at best and will makes your life a lot harder for absolutely no reason. Had to an instance where my food delivery guy was told to take his helmet off and as he was concerned about his safety and mocked the security, what happens next was the security all rile up insulting him and being an absolute jerk and had to call on me to get my food by myself outside the Borey. And as i am moving out now they are making my moving process a lot more difficult with the security being an nuisance and has been telling me to request a couple ahead of time for moving stuff out of MY OWN HOUSE.

Unique rooms offer a blend of modern conveniences and Cambodian accents, including massage services and free parking.
Beautiful courtyard, pool and dining area, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, helpful friendly staff. They have Western breakfast options as well as Cambodian. Just be aware that most rooms require climbing stairs. There were a few things that needed repair such as a leaky air-conditioner in one room and an air-conditioner in another room the vent flaps wouldn't open automatically. But over all good.

We had a lovely relaxing stay for 3 nights. Our room despite being near the kitchen was quiet and it was very clean as was the pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and the fresh spring rolls that I ordered for lunch were delicious. <br/>We had a motorbike for transport but used the tuk tuk driver outside the villa to go the airport and he was great. The laundry service was expensive.

This hotel is located in a silent and peaceful area of Phnom Penh. Rooms are spacious and clean although the sinks smells probably due to a lack to air fluctuation. Breakfast is tasty, staff is mostly very friendly. Unfortunately one girl is rude and unpolite (round glasses with a golden bracket, braid on the head). On our first day we tried to understand the breakfast menu (ala card buffet, only order once as much as you want). She was extremely unpolite and gave us ambiguous answers. Also, while all others where friendly she even refused to greet us when we passed her. The pool is clean refreshing, towels and bath robs are provided for free.

Nice quiet location. Not a bad place to stay. Haven't got to breakfast as yet. No slippers in our Junior Suite. Breakfast is OK. Swimming pool looks very inviting. Staff are helpful, speak good English.

Wonderful hotel, staff so friendly and rooms so clean. In a lovely quiet location, and the food at the restaurant is great. Only criticism is that it's a bit far from the centre of phnom penh but there are plenty of tuk tuks outside who will make any journey for about $3. Really enjoyed my stay.
Jennifer B — Google review
Racist establishment. I got kicked out of the pool because the pants I was wearing were "too long." The funny thing is that when they came and asked me to exit the pool, there was another man, an expat, who was swimming with pants of similar length (ca. 5 cm shorter to be precise), but they didn't ask him to leave. Later in the day, there were about 5 or 6 other expat men in total who again wore pants with similar length. Staff came to serve food and drink, and not once did they ask them to leave. For the record, my pants were about knee-high, and no they're not a regular pants but sport type.

Dog day care center
Good Dog is a highly recommended doggie day care and boarding facility in Phnom Penh. The owner, Will, and his staff have impressed many pet owners with their exceptional service. They offer daycare services where dogs are picked up from home and taken to the facility, providing a fun and safe environment for them to play and socialize. Additionally, they also provide boarding services for when pet owners need to travel.
Reliable daycare and boarding. Our dog has space to play and make new friends all while being supervised by trained staff. We always get photo updates and he comes home in good shape, happy and tired. Especially appreciate the pick up & drop off service which allows us not to worry about transport.
Petra P — Google review
We’ve been using Good dog for our golden retriever for at least two years. The level of care given to us is outstanding and I can highly recommend. Facilities are suitable for both small and large dogs. All dogs interact with the carers throughout the day, playing and being stimulated. Our dog even has the opportunity to swim! The staff communicate extremely well and always available. We are so lucky to have found this facility.
Frances M — Google review
I can't recommend Good Dog enough! Whenever I travel or sending him for his daycare I know my dog, Cohiba, is in great hands. The moment they come to pick him up, you can see how excited he is to go there! The staff genuinely cares for him, teaching him how to swim and sending me fun pictures and videos of Cohiba having a blast playing with his furry friends. Their attentive and reliable service has made traveling so much easier for me. I also love the natural environment of their outdoor play area. Plus I'm very pleased with their grooming services! If you want a reliable and loving place for your dog, look no further than Good Dog. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Cohiba!

Good Dog picked up my little Bichon Frise, Charlie, two days ago. Just an hour later, he was dead. I picked up Charlie wrapped in a blanket. Our hearts are broken; my two little girls can't stop crying. This is my experience with Good Dog.

I am delighted to write this recommendation post for Good Dog also known as Phnom Penh Dog Training. We adopted our Wilbur. He was a street dog. He was highly reactive and aggressive even though he is just the cutest. Good Dog provided training for our Wilbur and they were just terrific with him. They were gentle yet firm and Wilbur has improved immensely. We also use their boarding, daycare and grooming services and as you can see, he is perfectly coiffed:-) on doggie daycare days, their team is prompt- pick up at 6am and dropping off at 5:30. Whether you need training, boarding, doggie daycare, I highly recommend Good Dog (Phnom Penh Dog Training)♥️ last note: their team also taught Wilbur how to swim:-))) the best in Phnom Penh: professional, caring, organized and clean.

I was very nervous to go away and leave my puppy for the first time, but the team at Good Dog really put me (and the puppy!) at ease. They were very happy to answer my many questions, happy to welcome us for a visit before we made a decision, and spent time making sure we were happy with all the arrangements. I really appreciated the daily photo and video updates they sent me, so I could see my puppy enjoying herself. I plan on going away again soon and Good Dog will be the first people I contact and entrust to look after both of my puppies

I've just picked Charlie up from his second stay at Good Dog. He was happy to see me but certainly not desperate to leave his doggy and human friends. Each day we receive photos/videos of the fun he's been having. The premises are clean, the staff are great, and the dogs all seem very content.

Grand Phnom Penh City is a beautiful residential compound located near the town. It offers a great living environment with amenities such as a golf club and water park, making it more than just a place to live. The area also features new land management buildings of the state, providing residents with modern facilities.
A great resident, this living place is more than a house.
An S — Google review
All the houses over here look like Classic concept design and really expensive. This living zoning is for high medium class and high class only, lower class can not afford. Here can call sub city which is built at outer area of the main city with the big area of property. Also have golf club and water park inside. Talking about the main gate entrance is really really huge with the big statue design on the top of the gate and also at the circle behind. The garden design is quiet good with green design. The security might be safe because I see security guard everywhere and also the cleaner everywhere.

Nestled just 2.2 km from the poignant Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Olympia City Hotel by Dara in Phnom Penh is a delightful retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This four-star haven boasts an inviting outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a cozy bar to unwind after a day of exploration. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the property, along with essential amenities like room service and currency exchange.
I would like to review about restaurant on the fifth floor at this hotel. It was first time in Cambodia they make tasty food and use best product like cooking oil. Unfortunately I eat my food so fast and didn't take pictures of it.

Swimming pool service only The pool is quite big, and the view is so cool at the evening, but the water is not so clean. Fully facilities in the exchange room, include sauna room (without the light😭). As I mentioned the pool is big, yet the exchange room is too small. Like I have to wait for about an hour standing in a wetsuit to get in the bathroom. Walk in: $5 per person Member: around $70 for two months

I’ve dined at Zeus restaurant at Olympia city Hotel countless times but just realized I haven’t written a review yet. Whenever I’m in town and unsure where to grab a quick lunch, this is my go-to spot. The Stir-Fried Seafood Yellow Noodles or Ho Fan are my absolute favorites—always a reliable choice. The other dishes are great too—not overly fancy, but solid, good-quality meals for a quick lunch. The service staff is incredibly nice and attentive, and their hotel GM, Anna, is simply fantastic—helpful and welcoming.

We loved our stay at the luxurious suites at Olympia City Hotel. The rooms were so spacious and clean, and many amenities such as toiletries, bottled water, tea and coffee were provided. Anna the hotel manager ensured that our group had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and time in Phnom Penh. We enjoyed using the gym and pool. The breakfast buffet provided lots of options and the hotel was centrally located with many exciting attractions very close by such as Wat Phnom, Central Market, Independence Monument etc. We would definitely come back and stay here!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to visit again soon!

First Visit: Saturday, July 13th During my first visit, I accidentally forgot to return the locker key after using the facilities. While I waited at the reception for approximately 10 minutes to inquire about gym membership fees, I was not reminded about the key. Second Visit: Sunday, July 21st Upon realizing my mistake, I returned to the gym on July 21st with the intention of subscribing to a membership and swimming. Here is a summary of the events: Locker Key Incident: I informed the staff (two ladies) about the forgotten key and apologized for the inconvenience. While one staff member was understanding, the other staff member responded in a way that felt overly rude. She suggested that I deposit my vehicle key with her to avoid forgetting the locker key again. Does your gym have a policy that requires customers to leave their vehicle keys? Customer Service Interaction: Despite my apology and assurance regarding the key's safety, her tone was accusatory and lecturing. She did not acknowledge me upon my return to the keys and seemed dismissive. Constructive Feedback: After finishing my swim, I offered some constructive feedback, suggesting that a friendly reminder about locker keys for returning customers could avoid similar situations. Unfortunately, she interrupted me while I was speaking, defended herself, and made dismissive comments about my concerns. This interaction occurred around 1:10 pm on July 21st. Specific Quote: "មកពីចរិកអូនប្រកាន់ពេក" after hearing my feedback. Her final remark was, "ចាំសប្បាយចិត្ត ចាំមក," as I walked out. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the experience for future guests. I am still interested in subscribing to a membership at your gym, but the recent service interaction has caused me some hesitation.

RainRock Hotel in Phnom Penh is highly recommended by many visitors for its comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping service. Guests have extended their stay multiple times due to the top-notch amenities and services provided. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, including fruits, toast, porridge, vegetables, fried noodles, fried rice, and noodle soup. The rooms are clean and come with small balconies, TV, and air conditioning for a pleasant stay.
I've been to more than 15 different hotels in Phnom Penh and this is definitely one of the best. Someone else mentioned that the beds are comfortable and they weren't kidding. I originally planned to stay one night but ended up extending multiple times haha. Housekeeping actually replaces your bedsheets and sweeps and mops everyday - not every hotel in Cambodia will do this for you. Just know that there is a buffet place nearby that plays music from around 6pm to 10pm, I'm not docking any points since it didn't bother me that much and it's not the hotel's fault. Reception also allowed me to book a half day after they took my flight details in consideration. I probably wouldn't have taken the time to review if they didn't. Whoever is managing this hotel definitely knows what s/he is doing.

Borey Chankiri - Urbanland is a stunning and modern gated community located in Phnom Penh. It stands out for its beautiful and minimalist design, which is expected to last for generations. Situated in the upcoming 'green city,' this development is part of a $2.2 billion investment to create a high-end residential and commercial complex. While currently somewhat distant from the city center, it promises future accessibility as National Road 2 undergoes construction.
Most beautiful and modern Borey (gated community) development in Phnom Penh. This residential development is quite far from the city centre at the moment. The National Road 2 is under construction, so accessing the property is not easy. I was told once the houses were completed, the road would be easy to access. The houses here are designed beautifully in term of greenery or interior space. They are well thought out, but it’s precedented as the owner an architect who also has designed many incredible buildings in Phnom Penh such as Brown coffee shop. The prices are cheaper than most of the big name Boreys in the city, so you should grab one while it’s still available!

We were looking to buy a vacation home in P.P, so we've been visiting many Borey (Chip Mong, Peng Hout, etc) in multiple locations, but Borey Chankiri is really impressed us. It's one of the most beautiful and minimalist Borey in P.P -- the design that will last generations. As far as the location goes, it's a prime location for the future. It is situated in the so-called "green city", $2.2B being poured into this area to develop high-end residential and commercial complex. It's only 7min drive to AEON III (will be the largest mall in Cambodia), Plov 60m, future Chip Mong Mall and just half an hour to the new international airport in Takhmau. We ended up buying Udom Villa and we're looking forward to come/stay in this "Villa" as our vacation home when it's ready in 2023.

Walking distance to many good restaurants on Sisowath Quay, but the attached cafe has decent food and is a great place to sit and watch the world go by.

My friend and I were lucky to have a room with window. Half of the rooms are without. Some customers may find the place noisy untill late in the night down in the street. Furniture is poor, I had 2 chairs but no table. So if you do feel confortable, you do not stay in your room and the only pleasant area to stay is the bar restaurant downstairs which is not cheap. No motorbike parking as we were told before booking, only the street.

Have been there last year and it was more or less ok. Bathroom became a pretty mess over th 2 weeks I've been there. This review for Borey Luxury Boeung Snor. The first year went well but as soon as we started to have problems with security. And that we denounce their irregular actions like bringing their girlfriends to sleep with them during their night work. Or even bring combat roosters to the Borey and let them sing under customer windows. These people have become and threatening and we start to harass us ... I warned the people in charge of the Borey .. which of course did nothing. At the beginning we think to buy ... now even free I will not stay there. We even lost our Deposit and we left to reside in Borey Peng Huot .... here it is 1000 times better.

Tiger Sugar St. 2004 is a popular spot known for its okay-tasting drinks. While it has a physical store, it primarily focuses on delivery services. Customers can take advantage of 1+1 promotions offered through delivery apps, particularly on weekends. It's recommended to order for delivery during weekends to enjoy the promotion, as it doesn't apply to takeout orders. This makes Tiger Sugar St. 2004 another great option to quench your thirst and satisfy your cravings.
