Overall 4 stars for me. As a music snob and a former singer myself, music here is perfect. Just go there to listen, no talk needed, too loud anyway. Cocktails are cheap but overly sweet. Recommend to just go for live music and beer. Best to go with a date or 4 people max.

Great place to chill together with the friends and the Jazz is good. The daught beer both dark and light are must try and the eateries are top notch. Just a little bit expensive, cannot go anytime.

My choice of food is always good but my friends were unsatisfied. 👤 Service depends on each time and waiters. 🚗 Parking is available on the side of the street of in front of the bar. I wouldn’t recommend to drive. Simply take bts or public transportation. 📞 I recommend booking first or call their number. If they don’t pick up, you can assume that they are busy and full as well. However I came here when I’m sure there’ll be a table for so i never have to wait for long.

Went on a Monday night for a saxophone artist. He was really good. Would have enjoyed it more if I was Thai as he sang more than played the saxophone. However, maybe it’s not like that all the time. The service was fast and the selection of drinks and food is amazing.

The Saxophone Pub, a must go to venue when in Bangkok, right next to Victory Monument. Really cool vibe. Live music, good food, beer and cocktails. Grab a saxophone mug while you're there. 😁

The live jazz performance was fantastic! The atmosphere, venue, and music were all top-notch. I highly recommend a night out there.

Great atmosphere and service. Mixed feelings over the food. My wife enjoyed her spring rolls, but I didn’t enjoy my shrimps. Didn’t really understand the dish i chose. Got some rice on the side thinking the dish was a stir fry or sauce, but it was very dry, more like a plate of fried food. Menu could be updated. Music was very good, was not jazz however. Overall, good place to go for a drink and listen to some music, but pricey in my opinion.

The Rock Pub Opens daily from 6pm onwards. Live Band usually starts from 10pm onwards. This review is for food only. The food is quite ok compared to the price given. Good to sit along with your mates who love rock n roll music.

The service wasn't up to the standards of the normal Thai welcome that we have received over the last week we have been here. I wanted a certain cocktail but was told that it wasn't available due to lack of ingredients 😕. On a Saturday night every drink on the menu should be available. When we went up to order our second drink, it felt we had disturbed the barman from doing nothing. The live band is what made us stay longer. They were amazing and I would certainly go back to see them again. Maybe the barman will be a little more friendlier next time!!!

Thankfully, there was a concert staff that was practically nonexistent, completely disorganized, overwhelmed, and understaffed. We ordered two dishes, which were served 45 minutes and an hour apart after placing our order. The quality of the food was reasonable considering the price, but the menu was missing quite a few items, both drinks and food. The atmosphere, however, was rather pleasant.

I've been here a couple of times. I go on the tribute nights. It's always jammed packed. It's the best time when the bands play a hit song from the past. The audience blasts off and the whole building shakes( not literally). I love it but........they have a rotation for the hit songs. 1 hit song and then around 4 songs that I've and the majority of the audience have never heard of or at least nobodies excited about them. I always end up leaving because I'm bored. 1 hit song followed by a maximum 2 less popular songs might make things a lot better.

Approximately a year ago this bar moved. To be direct the prior location at better seating and more seating. Who knows why the move they could have lost their lease I got there at 10:00 p.m. and there was many people the way to try to get me a seat could not that was not a problem. I stood in the back in order to drink. A double Bacardi and Coke what's $15 which is outrageous in Bangkok. Any bar live band or not. I heard the last two songs the first band and then the first two songs of the second band. They were tied in pretty good but it reminded me of nothing more than a garage band in the US. For a $15 drink I will pass next time.

I came here to experience the Thai nightlife live bar scene. You can check out the lineups for the live band and the genre of music playing for the day on their Facebook page. Reservations for a table are also possible. I got the 9:00 p.m. slot and stayed past 12:00 a.m., managing to see both live bands perform. The vibes were immaculate; the voices were so raw and unique. The cocktails here were also very interesting and full of creativity. The bartender, Daniel, was friendly and very nice to talk to which made the experience even more memorable! The whole environment was very comfortable, and it was so hard for me to leave this bar, even though I was so sleepy from the whole day out. I really enjoyed my experience here and definitely encourage others who love a good music live band bar to come and experience it yourself.

Loved the vibe of this bar! It’s a hidden gem in a secluded area. Many talented musicians gather here, which makes the atmosphere lively. The music system is great. I first discovered this place when I saw RunBabyRun performing at a Decommune event, and learn that the band plays here every Friday 1130pm.

Fantastic I loved the mystery of getting in, the ambience was gorgeous. The band was probably the best local band I've seen. The drinks were great and the place was popping. I only ordered drinks, peanuts and fries as I had been out for dinner earlier.

Thonglor is renowned as the entertainment and dining playground for hi-sos (Bangkok’s rich, entitled, feckless supercar driving brats) - the area has changed so much over the past decade, think gentrification on steroids. But Thonglor is also home to cool, underground-ish music venues and Black Cabin is a must visit if you want a music night out with a difference in Bangkok. So, if you want a change from banging cover bands or anemic acoustic duos, Black Cabin is the place for you. Like its counterpart venue, Speakerbox, just up the road, Black Cabin offers an intimate, very cool, up close to the performer live music experience. The acts are also diverse, covering many genres. From the outside, Black Cabin looks like a normal home, but step into the dark-lit entry and you’re transported to another time and space - a sexy, mysterious, alluring time and space like the Twin Peaks red room. While it’s a trek from my side of town, I will keep an eye out on upcoming gigs because I want to return to Black Cabin soon.

Entry to this place is quite interesting. Bands coming to play are really great and even the choice of songs are great too. Cocktails are also good. Prices are really high. Seating arrangements are a bit of mess. Very limited food items to order. And the available food items are oily. The smoking area can be improved.

Happy 9th anniversary at the Black Cabin last night! It was our 3rd visit this year and will be back over and over again. They have the best live music I’ve seen in Thailand with amazing food and drinks.

Unique decor and experience for wide range of cocktails and highballs. Drink choices cater for the British and Japanese as well as Korean palate. Plenty of matured Japanese and Korean ladies here. Sometime also have local thai actors and celebrities. However drinks are quite pricy.

I have a fond spot for the Hong Kong location, but the Bangkok one stands out for its second story stage. Unfortunately the bar stools around the stage were incredibly uncomfortable. I ended up standing most of the night.

This bar is such an amazing and lovely vibe. It is small and cozy, filled with character and always full of friendly people. The live blues and jazz are incredible, with talented local and guest musicians who make every performance feel personal and soulful. Seating is limited so it can get crowded, but that only adds to the charm. Drinks are a bit pricey, one small thai beers is around 170, but none of that matters once the music starts. For anyone who loves good vibes and great live music, this place is unforgettable. They have live music everyday from 8 pm till late! Just go there and have a chill lovely and fun evening :)

Very nice cool blues bar at Adhere Khaosan. Acoustic starts at 8.30pm and the bands starts at 10pm. Very casual and relaxing.

This is not a bar, it's more of an experience. Run by a couple, whose love for blues and reggae led to Adhere, drop by this place only if you slightly love blues/reggae and wants to be a part of a chilled out house party. On the food, it has a limited menu and a full bar. Infact, it got more beer options than usually available across the city. The place consists of both outdoor (literally the seats are on the pavement) and indoor (air-conditioned). Adhere will truly stay with us and will definitely come back....

Great little blues and jazz bar..could be on the Left Bank Paris...lots of good little places nearby also so good for a walk about Only drawback was the price of a beer ...a lot more expensive than anywhere else in the area...similar to London prices. Also have to agree that the lady taking orders had a laissez-faire attitude to customer service...however definitely worth a visit 😀

Lively club bar tucked away off the main street on khao San road. Air conditioning was on and the vibes were great with lots of Thai and some tourists mixed in. Played fun western club music followed by a Thai rock band on the weekend we were there. Must buy a drink as "cover fee".

Fantastic live music venue. Built like a mini amphitheater the brick is unique. Great performers! What a unique way to spend an evening with friends. It’s up close and personal. I’m Canadian. Would only have found out about this place hidden down a small sidestreet lane because of my Vietnamese friend. I make a point of visiting every time I’m in hcm. No cover charge just one drink min I believe.

pretty sure I paid about 400 baht for a beer because I had a day pack on as the muscle whispered to the barmaid in front of me. They thought I was a chump and then a bloke followed me around the venue until I locked eyes with him and he blew his cover with a nervous scatter. I knew I got played with the drink purchase. DON'T COME HERE LOOKING LIKE A TOURIST WITH A BACKPACK. THEY THINK YOU CAN'T COUNT.

I am very suggest to make a reservation in advance because there is a small bar and a few tables. I went there with sharing table with strangers people, it is good opportunity to make a new friend but not for me then I asked them to change the table after available. They are prompt to support and friendly. The music was fun I love old Thai song.

First, the cocktails. Definitely some of the best we’ve had in Thailand! Absolute stunners and some very surprising combinations. Secondly, the service is fantastic. Warm, knowledgeable and very accommodating! Lastly, the ambience is just wonderful! A definite recommendation!

The seats are too tight to create the hi-so environment. Maybe is more to bring girlfriends so can sit closer. Music, singer, pianist and sound system is good. Very hungry as no food in this establishment, they do give some small chips but we are really hungry. Can suggest to collaborate with some food establishment to provide some food and you can earn some margin so customers can drink without gastric. Really to dark, slightly more or brighter floor lights might help. Service is prompt but mixer always overpoured, we like our drink stronger and mixer slower. Overall is still a fine experience. Will be back again soon. Hopefully at least with 4-5 dishes. We don't mind you all buy from another restaurant and markup.

Bar seats may feel a bit narrow for some, according to reviews, though during my visit, many guests seemed perfectly content there for hours. 2. Performances at Crimson Room feature a different vocalist and musician each night. The mood, the voice, the atmosphere — they may all shift from evening to evening. But perhaps even that unpredictability is part of this place’s quiet allure.

What a cool location this is. I was lucky enough to see a live show woth a super talented singer with a voice like an angel. It is a great setting nice location however quite high priced. If you want a seat, there is a minimum spend of 1000 THB. Not hatd to reach with the high prices they have. The drinks are just ok (at best). Don’t go there for good drinks.

A jazz coctail bar in Vela Langsuan. Various of signature cocktail. Very good vibes but the seats in some area were too small. There was a refillable snack served. There was a minimum spend required in each zone. Very good live jazz music. High price.

Good Jazz Bar in BKK with good singer. Seating in the corner at the top is very small and un-sitable. Rude and no manner man bartender. I tried to asked for some spirit and he upset about helping. Try to avoit to talk to them and sit quietly in your seat and order with the waiter.

Decorated in NYC-style jazz bar. I really like the decoration. Music was good and free snacks were available and refillable. But cocktails were not that impressive. Straight outta Langley BC and straight into burger paradise! We hit Hard Rock Bangkok like it was the Roxy on a Friday night — hungry, curious, and ready to rock. Our server Tei (Chanachon) was the night’s headliner, serving up smiles smoother than a pint at Dead Frog Brewery. The burgers? Absolute chart-toppers. Juicy, loaded, and cooked so perfectly you’d swear they came off a backyard grill in the Fraser Valley. Fries were crunchy little rockstars that could open for Nickelback — and we mean that in the best possible way. The whole place oozes energy, from the memorabilia to the playlist that kept us vibing harder than a road trip down Glover Road with the windows down. If you’re a Vancouverite abroad and missing a taste of home with a side of attitude, Hard Rock Bangkok will hit you right in the nostalgia. Five stars, zero regrets, full send on flavour.

Another great HRC experience. Bartenders were incredibly nice and attentive. Typical HR fare but with some local dishes also. Wish there was more memorabilia on the walls!!

Came here for a quick lunch as we were staying next door at the Renassiance Hotel. It was 1:15 pm and the place was empty but we were told that we had to finish by 2pm as it had been booked for a private function, which was not an issue. We have walked past here a few times at night when it appeared lively and the band was good. My wife and I ordered a Coke Zero each, BBQ wings, cheesy chips and spicy shrimps. The food came quickly and was tasty for what it was - fast food. Service by our waitress, Beauty, our waitress, was efficient and friendly. Overall, a tasty meal and no surprises.

Stylish & Sleek Hard Rock Cafe in Bangkok. My husband and I stopped in for some clothing souvenirs and had a delicious lunch! We enjoyed the quaint and coziness of this location. Excellent customer service and cocktails and cold beer were great. Probably the 1st Cocktail I’ve had in Bangkok traveling around the city for a month where my Cocktail was actually not weak!

Visited Hard Rock Cafe Bangkok several times, and it never disappoints. Most recently on 26 September, the food was absolutely awesome! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and consistently good vibes. Always a fun and reliable spot to enjoy a meal and music in the heart of Bangkok.

Firstly, I'd like to thank the lady who walked us from the Hard Rock Cafe store to the Hard Rock cafe restaurant as we had trouble finding it.(Tomkom I think her name was) Secondly all the staff especially Patty who was training Mill, all our needs were attended too, even asking if we had any allergies, which our son has nut allergies and was treated with up most importance. Also thankyou to the lady that pointed out the items on display. Food was great, atmosphere amazing and the team lovely and I could tell they all work well together. This bar has a cinema-like atmosphere, with seats almost close together. If you frequently go to the restroom, the person next to you might feel uncomfortable. The bar has beautiful singers who bring life to the place. The drinks are all signature flavors and the decor is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the prices are generally quite high.

Absolutely loved the vibe at Abandoned Mansion BKK! The place is stunning. A mix of vintage elegance and mystery that perfectly fits the name. The drinks were fancy and well-crafted, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. There was also a live performance with a singer and saxophone, which made the atmosphere even better, classy, fun, and memorable. Perfect spot for a stylish night out in Bangkok!

I’ve been to this bar five times now, and I keep coming back for one reason: the live singer performance is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere during the show is electric, intimate, and unforgettable. The drinks are another highlight, incredibly creative with eye-catching presentation and a lot of thought put into the details. Unfortunately, the food continues to disappoint. (And over-priced for the quality) My pizza from last night tasted like something from a cheap street market! Definitely not worth the price of 890baht. The bruschetta could’ve been better, it was too dry and seriously with that price I expected something much better. That sad 3 pieces with a price of almost 500baht? Are you kidding me? After several visits, the quality remains mediocre at best. It’s a shame, because with such a strong vibe and drink menu, better food could really elevate the whole experience. Another letdown: some of the waitstaff can be surprisingly arrogant and unfriendly. I understand it’s a trendy, high-end venue, but customer service shouldn’t come with attitude. There’s definitely potential here but unless the food and service improve, it will remain more of a spot for drinks and music than a complete night out.

Wonderful atmosphere 👏 The entertainer, musicians, singers are incredibly talented and having joyful energy. Her happiness delivered to us. Food and drinks are great A lot of Happy Birtday happening on the date we went but enjoyable though. Staffs are few compare to the guests and couldn't response us quickly.

Absolutely love the Bangkok Cigar and Bar Lounge! The 1920s theme is classy and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. Pearl, our favorite waitress, always makes us feel right at home, and her service is top-notch. I’m obsessed with their Sex on the Beach cocktail, and my husband loves enjoying his cigars there. The Alaskan cake was yummy! A perfect spot for unwinding with great live music.

We were walk-in guests without a prior reservation and were seated at a table with no view of the performers. We completely understand that guests with reservations are given priority for better seating arrangements. However, we felt that the overall management and service from the staff could have been handled more professionally. The staff did not seem welcoming — there were no smiles, and their attitude appeared rather indifferent. One of the staff members mentioned that we might be moved to a front table around 9:30 PM as part of a seating rotation. We noticed that there were a few vacant tables with a better view, yet there seemed to be no effort made to accommodate us or follow up on that promise. When we later asked if any seats were available for us to move to, we were simply told that all tables were now full. This left us quite disappointed with how the situation was managed. We are jazz lovers and were really looking forward to enjoying the live performance, but the overall experience made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unenjoyable. When we asked for the bill, the staff again showed no smile or courtesy, and their expression appeared unfriendly. This made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. We truly hope that the management will take this feedback into consideration and improve both the service attitude and guest management process in the future. We sincerely wish your establishment continued success and look forward to seeing better service next time.

Highly recommend to book a reservation first. This bar is well known for live music performance. So it's quite hard to talk cause the singing is so loud. But overall if you main purpose is to enjoy live music, this is a right place for you.

My mind shifts between the hypnotic vocals and the jazz duel unfolding between percussionists—keys and sticks in passionate conversation. Only jazz connoisseurs fill the room, and we are meditating in unison, elevated by the glory unfolding on stage. The cocktail mixologist delivers a perfect Long Tall Island Gin—lime-forward and a spectacle for the tastebuds. Applause erupts at the close of each number, followed by the soft rhythm of fingers snapping to usher in the next. Five stars for quality, ambience, mood, vibe, and an everlasting impression. Babydoll and tight knit jazz trio deserve a worthier audience-infinitely thanking you 🙏

Cozy hidden bar for true jazz lovers A small, warm bar tucked away on the second floor — a bit hard to find but absolutely worth it. The cocktails were decent, though not particularly memorable. The real highlight here is the live jazz music — energetic, tight, and truly enjoyable. Surprisingly, the pizza was fantastic and a must-try! If you’re into jazz, this place is a hidden gem you shouldn’t miss. Highly recommended for a chill night with great music and a laid-back vibe.

Great place for the mixed experience of jazz, blues, or cover bands with world-known classics. Good cocktails. They charge 10% on top of everything though, and card is accepted only above 1000 baht. Súper nice jazz bar! We went for a special event and a group from France was performing, some people was dancing, really cool night. Place is tiny so you better get a reservation. We didn’t have and stand a little bit at the back but then we were moved to a nice table in front. Will go back for sure!

I was looking for real jazz in BKK and this is the place. I had an amazing time. Very wide choice of cocktails and non alko. Barman was a magician. He prepares drinks like a little piece of art. It can be a bit tricky to find a place, but a big Pac-Man will lead you :) For sure I will back!

SENSATIONAL VOICE!!! The Bamboo Bar is one of my favorite jazz venues in the world. I live in Bangkok and am lucky enough to visit often. The venue is intimate and exudes class with a lot of history. The artists that perform are always of a very high caliber but sometimes there is an artist that is exceptional. That is the case with the current performer, Kate. What a sensational voice she has and what a treat it is to experience her singing. I love to make special requests and Kate sang them beautifully. I have been back a few times already as I wanted to see more of Kate. Not only does she have a sensational voice, but she has such an engaging bubbly personality, she makes everyone feel welcome. Thanks to the Bamboo Bar for creating memorable and fabulous evenings with an incredible songstress!

tthis bar features a jazz band almost every night. great attentive staff. perfect cocktails. this is the mandarin hotel, so don't expect cheap prices. but the experience you receive in return is well worth every penny. great venue to finish the day after visiting icon siam mall. take the free boat directly to the hotel.

Ive been here twice before my friend once and I wish I wrote a review then. It’s usually impeccable. Ambience. Service. Music. It’s all great. But I had 3 drinks and tried my friends drinks as well. And of the 5 only 2 stood out. One for being an exemplary sazarac and one for being terrible. I’m maybe being a bit harsher but I talked up this bar for years and went in expecting that and it just kinda fell flat. The nuts also had bits in them which were inedible. I like to think I know cocktails as I’ve been to countless top bars around the world. Just to be clear. Not the staff. Not the music. Not the service. Not the ambience. And honestly I don’t even think the bartenders. The drink recipes just kinda sucked. YMMV. It looks like they change menus. From time to time. I would give it another shot in the future

The bar is kind of like an after-business dinner place where you can have a drink and continue discussing things. The music isn't too loud, the service is very professional and quick. Anyway, it's not really my style, it's more of an easy jazz place. I fell asleep after three glasses of wine😅

Follow Google here but very disappointed. It was really busy on Saturday so we went for dinner on the river side and by the time we were about to live almost 11 pm we got the seats. The bar looks great, but the band was so boring, not that entertainment but pur jazz. The singer sang very little. So we only had one drink and left. It's not my style.

Best sushi place I’ve been at! The view is absolutely amazing, so is the staff and the food. The sushi itself must be among the best I’ve ever eaten. The dishes are well made with great ingredients and the fish is very fresh. Only complain I had was about the cocktail which was tasteless in my opinion, but other than that everything was great. There was also a dj playing really nice and chill music that really suited the vibe of the place. Overall, yes, it’s expensive compared to the local food, but definitely worth the price.

Absolutely loved Above Eleven! One of the best rooftop bars in Bangkok — stunning panoramic views of the city skyline, especially at sunset. The vibe is classy yet relaxed, with great music salsa music event on friday love it!! The staff were super welcoming and attentive. The Peruvian-Japanese fusion menu was a pleasant surprise — every dish had a creative twist, and the cocktails were spot-on (highly recommend trying the Pisco Sour or the Above Eleven signature drink!). Prices are fair for the location and quality.

We had an absolutely Incredible meal and above 11 tonight! I am from Peru and I am definitely very picky about Peruvian dishes and everything was so excellent. Our server Buddham treated us so well and was very attentive throughout our entire meal. He explained to us all the specials and make sure that they were able to cater one of the dishes to adjust to our selfish allergy. The view was also out of this world which makes this place absolutely worth every penny

Just came here for a poetry night so this is just the review for an “event” vibe and the space. This place is absolutely beautiful. From the entrance down the steps into the space. As an American in Hospitality Management, there is so much that can be done with this amazing space. It reminds me of the BOX NYC and London as far as atmosphere. If this place was that….it would be the BEST SPOT IN BANGKOK. There’s so much that can be done here The bar is perfectly positioned in the center of the space. The private cave dining areas are superb. Seating is arranged in the most perfect way. This is the type of space where I would love to create specific nightlife parties for because it draws in mystery and fun. Lighting is perfection. Decor 💯 Would love to return on a normal night.

Maggie Choo‘s follows the speakeasy bar concept. You need to walk through a Chinese noodle bar to get into the hidden bar. A lot of love to atmosphere and decorations which is worth a visit. You are sipping your drinks in an old vault and being brought back in time to the old prohibition days. The surroundings are of an Opium den with girls dancing, performing and smoking. Great cocktails!

The drink tastes really good.There are a wide variety of alcoholic drinks for you to choose from.The highlight of this ber is the carefully selected bands.Every band that plays is a quality band.I came here the night I met band "Will lyle trio" and was very impressed. As for food, there is not much variety to choose from.But luckily, there is a pizza shop nearby that can be ordered and eaten in the bar, and it is a very tasty pizza. It is a bar where if you come late, the tables might be full because it is a popular restaurant with a lot of people.Another thing I don't like about this bar is the bathroom. Smalls Bar was such a fun spot! The staff were super lovely and welcoming, and since we arrived early we got plenty of time to pick a nice corner for photos. The live band started around 9 PM and the atmosphere was great. The place fills up fast, so it’s definitely better to reserve a table before coming. Overall, a cozy bar with good vibes, friendly service, and a great night-out feel.

We went on a Thursday night, firstly upstairs to have a drink - nice mojitos and interesting art - then downstairs to check the live jazz. The band played too loud for the size of the venue, so we left soon after but I would recommend the bar for a pre-9pm drink.

I went to this place for a burger in October 2024. The burger was decent, but it was not as delicious as it was hyped up to be. The restaurant has a typical American diner atmosphere with matching decor.

The wings were definitely saucy and the blue ranch was awesome! Cole slaw wasn't good, very bland. We also go the Honey chicken which was o k. Would I get again? NO. My honey had the Philly. He thought it was dry. He asked if they would grant him mercy on the coleslaw to swap for something differently, was told can order another side and pay basically. Oh, and the chilli cheese fry were not good. No seasoning in the chili.

What I liked most about this place was the atmosphere — it had a great vibe that made the experience enjoyable from the start. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, which was served hot off the grill. It came with a generous portion of corned beef and tangy sauerkraut. However, I didn’t notice any Thousand Island dressing, which is usually a key part of a classic Reuben. For my side, I had coleslaw. It was just okay — I found myself wishing I had chosen the fries instead.

Been going to Fatty's for many years now. This review is long overdue. What can I say? I love this place. It's a dive bar, Wisconsin/Thai owned. My favorite dish is the buffalo chicken wings and homemade blue cheese. I go on Wednesday's since the wings are only 10 baht, although I do order delivery from time to time. Everything I've had has been delicious. Burgers, hotdogs, salads, you name it. Great craft & local beer selection, have live music, open mic nights, etc. Cool art and interior, solid staff the women are cute and friendly. Give it a shot, I think they have the best wings in town!

Rocked up outside Fatty's Diner in a Tuk Tuk at around 10 pm. Not being able to find my accomodation on this dark and rainy night, with last check in at 11 pm, was getting problematic? Cutting a long story short, and after a quick beer, i was ably assisted by customers, and found my destination hotel. The live music was very good as well. Thank you

A great place to have a meal and watch local bands perform. The downside is the harassment from each venue to choose their establishment over another. We tried to read menus but we were constantly being told to come and sit down. The food is good and the bands are all different, so we chose our venue based on the music.

The place itself was nice with around 10-15 good-looking spots perfect for grabbing a drink and chilling. The restaurant I visited had good food, but the beer was overpriced. One downside was the live music, which was so loud that it made conversation difficult. While the service was generally good, the overly lush greeting when entering felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in some areas.

The place has changed a lot since 2021. It used to have many small bars and restaurants and now it's only 4 or 5, one of which has taken like half of the place. The food was nothing special, but also pricey. Live music quite loud making it hard to have a conversation with someone across the table.

I had an incredible experience at Mojjo Rooftop Lounge Bar. The night city view alone is worth the visit absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening. The atmosphere was vibrant yet laid-back, making it an ideal spot to unwind. I tried the Gochujang Baobun, and it was bursting with flavor perfectly soft buns with just the right balance of spice and umami. My favourite place for a humble night out of all time. Always there are good quality groups playing all kind of music for all tastes. Decent selection of drinks and food to satisfy all kind of wallets. Once in a while, they organise concerts with famous artists that its normally difficult to see with relatively cheap ticket. I simply love going there.

One of the top live music pubs in Bangkok. It's a decent space with a high-quality, eclectic roster of live acts. You can expect a band to be playing on any day if the week.

Such a unique and cool space! Jam is a very small bar with a stage and several instruments (guitar, bass, drums, microphone) for anyone to use and just jam together. Walking distance to BTS too. Very small little cozy place to come and listen to some great bands in Sathorn. Usually I go to other areas and only to find this is in my backyard. Was here with my gf and we met other people as well and we had such a great time. We listened to the bands and I met some amazing band members who have a cool history. I would recommend to come here for cheap beer and food but a great grungy place to come - casual. Jam is a truly unique Bangkok venue. It's a great place to see some interesting local music and meet some interesting characters. Highly recommended if you're looking to discover the underground music and art scene in Bangkok.

Showed up with a package in mind but they said everything on the website is wrong and invalid. Tried to start wheeling and dealing with me. No thanks. This is the best gentleman's club I've been to. From making us comfortable to bring very reasonable price wise and having AMAZING SHOWS and private rooms and you can sing and dance with the girls. Food id great too. I wish I could give 6*. Nadia was our host who was elegant and classy. Wonderful lady. And Amanda and Vene were stunning.

Group of 25 was going to a club, when I saw this comment I decided the group wouldn't go here. Everybody is entitled to their own opinionated review but when I saw the disrespect in "We try to be as transparent as possible on our website and communication, but apparently we missed the mark with you" reply to another review, I knew we would not support a disrespectful business. Passive aggressive comments like that will not be supported. I 1 star the customer service for this place. The website does not appear to be transparent either.

International rock band energized the crowd with expert arrangements. Beautiful, warm Pimp ladies impressed—bold, gorgeous, with decent English outperforming Czech Club. Thrilling engagements flowed to a late VIP with flawless attention and 5-star bottle service including beers, cocktails, and whisky. Grateful to Joy, VIP host, who heightened the vibe and shared drinks until morning. Exclusively for gentlemen—tailored for professional outings. Reasonable costs top Bangkok value, better than Sherbet. A genuine gem! 5 stars!

I enjoyed a fantastic evening at Bangkok's The Pimp Club! The staff is quite nice, and the environment is lively. They truly know how to put on a show, and I really enjoyed the live performances. Plus points for the moderately priced drinks as well. Just so you know, it's preferable to make reservations in advance if you want a table. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The environment was just average. Live band performance was good. But i feel like i have been cheated with the chicken tenderloin I ordered from the menu, cause they served me crushed chicken soft bones instead of tenderloin meat as you can see from the picture i sent here, with the hefty price of 250baht with that small portion, and i must emphasize that every single pieces of what you saw in the picture was soft bones inside, none of it consist any meat inside. And also the beer was overpriced too, 300 baht per bottle. Crazy!!

Located high above the city (floor 29th) , the atmosphere is stunning—especially at sunset and into the night. Whether you’re there for a romantic evening or just drinks with friends, the skyline view is a showstopper. The venue is split between a restaurant/lounge area and an upper deck bar. The restaurant offers above-average food with a creative, well-executed menu. However, the prices are on the higher end, so expect a premium dining experience both in cost and ambiance. Unfortunately, the hospitality fell short at the beginning of our visit. Despite having a reservation, we were not asked for any details upon arrival and were initially seated at a table we hadn’t requested. That said, the issue was eventually resolved after some back and forth. Service noticeably improved once the staff realized we were placing a substantial order. On the upper deck, things were much better. The bar staff were far more engaging and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. The music added to the lively yet classy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Verdict: Spectacular views and solid food make Spectrum worth a visit, but service consistency needs improvement—especially for a place that positions itself as a high-end destination. If you go, aim for the upper deck for a more welcoming experience.

Went here with a MasterCard Priceless offer and it was great. The restaurant is located on the rooftop and had good city views. Staff was friendly. The place has an upscale vibe. We sat outside. There is an upper level and we took a walk to see it. Overall the apps we are were okay nothing special, but the rest of the menu might be better. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, offering panoramic city views against the night sky from the open-air seating, definitely a great spot for a night out. Undoubtedly one of the best sky bar I've visited in Bangkok.

Lost in Paradise (LOP) brings a Miami Vice vibe to Bangkok’s rooftop bar scene and I love it. The pink hued decore and design, and 25th floor setting provide a dream location for Instagrammers and shutterbugs. I especially like the views onto the river and Chinatown side of the city - seeing Icon Siam and the Golden Mount temple lit up at night are great sights. One side of the bar also looks over the National Stadium. It would be a great spot when the venerable old stadium hosts football matches or concerts. Drinks are beautifully made and presented and service is top notch. Only quibble is a lack of ventilation when there is no breeze - some floor fans would be good. But overall, a great experience and I will return as the bar is four minutes from home.

We found this by coincidence through google maps and had a fantastic time! The cocktails were absolutely splendid, creative and distinct signature drinks such as the Utopia (highly recommended) and delicious bites. The service is super attentive and quick and even pointed out the thirsty trio cocktail promotion (thanks so much Pan and Julio)! The views are stunning and really put you in the Bangkok vibes. You enter through the lobby of the beautiful Siam@Siam hotel. We are coming back for sure!

We were staying at Siam@Siam Hotel and had dinner at chim chim before then came up for some drinks, what a cool place! It was quite empty still, so we could choose a nice table with perfect view. The staff was really kind and the drinks tasted amazing! It was so nice to see how the barkeeper was loving what he was doing and how he was doing it to perfection. The view is super nice even when it’s a little rainy, and the vibe was super chill with the DJane playing some cool tunes. Would always come back, very enjoyable experience. Even though we went on a quiet night we had such a great time. The views of the city are incredible and the decor of the place is simply beautiful.Pepe and the rest of the staff made our experience even better with an impeccable service and quality drinks. I’m so glad I came here for my birthday! We had two very nice servers check in on us. I booked for 6 of us in the live music dining area. The ambiance is on another level and it’s extremely lively. Drinks were plentiful and there was a buy one get one happy hour special. The musicians were very talented. Food was good — I had the spaghetti carbonara and my friends had pizza and other dishes. We ate everything — no complaints. My only issue was how long it took to get our food. It took over 30 minutes to get our food (but to be fair, it was jam packed on a Saturday night). This place seems like it’s one that’s always booked. I recommend booking in advance. I will be recommending this place to others and I will be back!

Having lived near this area , I really love coming on Thursday and Tuesday for the live music its a great spot for a date or with a friend. The food taste amazing , the music is always great,and the drinks are huge. Great vibe and happy hour , also the place itself is cool speakeasy like with great detail to art and design.

I've been here for dinner. I tried ordering basic dishes. Each dish took a very long time, more than 30 minutes. It ruined the atmosphere even though the restaurant is decorated in a unique style. (some dish was scrambled eggs make one of us had diarrhea…) If I were just going to drink, this place would be interesting. It's suitable for people who like to take pictures because there are many cool corners for content.

Havana social used to be THE club to go to if you’re a fan of Latin music and high energy vibes. The cocktails are still amazing but there’s slowly a shift in the clientele who is quite low energy and the music played now makes it quite difficult to dance. Th playlist now makes no sense, it is either too slow or mixed with beats which are impossible to get in the flow to dance. Before, you could see a lot of stylish people who really enjoy the music dancing and they used to even have dance competitions. Now, there is a mix of women in crocs and escort girls without forgetting the aging men who stare creepily at women dancing from their private tables. Even the staff looks stressed dealing with the recent type of clients taking over the place. It’s such a shame and I still give it 3 stars because I really hope that they would bring back the old Havana Social soon. It was the best.

An absolute must visit in Bangkok for cigar and cocktail aficionados. And hey, even if that’s not your poison, soak in the tunes and bust a move on the dance floor. Top tip for newcomers: arrive between 10-11pm to really enjoy the whole experience.

The secret phone booth entrance adds to the fun, and on weekends, live Cuban bands keep the dance floor buzzing. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, perfect for anyone who loves dancing and a great night out.

Wow! What a wonderful place. I have been to many, many [micro]breweries around the world, and this if probably the most entertaining one! We’ll need to come back for the full show, including the aerial aerobatics. But let’s talk about what really matters: the beer. So fresh, so crisp, such clear distinct flavours. I truly enjoyed this. Didn’t try them all yet, so we have to come back. Also really friendly staff. Super helpful and fast. This place is huge and can get really busy, but there is so much staff that you won’t wait long for your beer.

Great Entertainment at a German Beer Brewery Restaurant in Bangkok I’ve been to Tawandang many times with my friends and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, especially the Thai dishes. They also offer Japanese sushi and sashimi, which are surprisingly good, and their German food is well-prepared too. One of the highlights is the live singing and dancing entertainment, which is included at no extra charge. The atmosphere is always lively and fun. The staff are friendly and provide efficient service. While they don’t automatically add a 10% service charge, we usually tip both the staff and the performers, such as the singers, to show appreciation. Prices for food and drinks are a bit higher than average for Bangkok, but it’s understandable given the quality of the food and the live entertainment included. This is one of the best spots in the city to enjoy a night out with friends. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!! If you’ve never been to Tawandang when in Bangkok, you’re really missing out. The menu was extensive, the food unexpectedly good and (oh my!) the amazing performances by the artists. It was an evening filled with laughter and awe at the elaborate costumes by the performers. Big thank you to our waiter, Touch, and his colleagues.

You can easily spot this place with the big BAR sign outside. Located at the 5th floor of the building, they have Elevator for you or if you're feeling adventurous then you can climb up 5 floors of stairs. Drinks are okay. Staff are nice. The band that played the night we visit was superb. Perfect for hanging out with friends, not straying too far away from Sukhumvit.

The place was smaller than I expected, but the atmosphere was nice. It was raining when I visited, but I think there’s room for improvement with the service staff and bartenders. The waiter seemed a bit moody at times (I visited on September 14, 2024). When I ordered a custom drink from the bartender, based on reviews saying they would create something according to your look, all they did was ask what flavor I liked, and that was it. It felt like they were in a rush to do something else.

We went on Sunday the live music is literally vibing. I ordered “The Featuring” and “Secret Garden”. The cocktails are on point. The “featuring” is complex and the “secret garden” is so refreshing. The overall vibe is great. It’s going to be insanely great if outside is raining. No parking. Recommend to park at Emporium building A, G floor and walk out exit at Starbuck Gate. The bar will be just right across the street.

This place is a hidden gem! Located on the 2nd floor with great vibes nice music. All drinks are on point and the service are also nice and friendly. We visit this place quite late as we went to another bar and it was heavy raining so we decided to change and went to this place. The crew was kind enough to delayed the last order a bit so we can sit and enjoy for a while. I will definitely visit again once I am in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The day I went, there was a 300 THB ticket fee, which couldn't be exchanged for any drinks. I thought the music would be great, but the fact is there were a lot of sound technical issues. During the one hour I was there, they only managed to play one full song loudly. I'm quite disappointed, but anyway, there are a lot of Thai craft beers available at reasonable prices. It could be a great place to hang out if you visit on the right night.

Speakbox rocks. It probably rolls, jumps, and pops too given the number, and diversity, of gigs held there. Speakerbox offers a great set up for patrons with a nice bar space for pre concert drinks and socializing. The performance space is rectangular shaped giving patrons good sight lines and an up close, intimate atmosphere for singers and bands. A bar is also conveniently located at the side. I had no gripes with the sound the night I visited and all-up it was a good night out and I look forward to more shows in the future.

Great space for indie and underground bands, as well as electronic and DJ acts. It features a top-notch sound system, massive LED screen for visuals, and dynamic lighting. There are two rooms: a lounge with a pool table, and a livehouse-style main room, both equipped with bars.

Went to a cover concert there and really liked the sound and the lights. However, if you host techno events in the club, there must be a quiet place to chill at. Arrange a room with dim lights, couches, pillows and incense so people can take a breath between the dances. Otherwise we have to stand outside and it’s exhausting.

Solid venue for good music and great drinks. They have vinyl nights and is a popular spot for local gigs. Had a few amazing drinks by the bartender, Thindar who is very well versed in his own craft. Do ask him for custom cocktails! Definitely returning next time there’s a music night happening!

A local friend took me there to check out the live music. Was not disappointed!!! Super talented band was performing that evening. Really good acoustic, comfortable seatings. Decent facilities. The club upstairs was also well decked out. Had a lovely time there! Will defo come back whenever I’m in Bangkok.

Siwilai Sound Club BKK: Jazz & Great Cocktails Without Breaking the Bank Bangkok's Siwilai Sound Club is a fantastic jazz bar with a sophisticated yet inviting vibe. The live music is top-notch, and their signature cocktails are creative, delicious, and surprisingly worth the money. The only downside? Parking can be tricky, so consider public transport. Overall, it's a must-visit for a memorable night of smooth jazz and excellent drinks!

What an amazing experience for our anniversary! I contacted the sound bar on Line and spoke to the manageress about doing something special for the evening. I sent her a picture of an idea and she confirmed that she would prepare something special. On the night we had the best table in the house! The table was decorated so beautifully and it created such a special moment. The sparkling Rose was delicious! They have a great variety of premium alcohol on the menu. They kept the snacks coming throughout the evening as they don’t have serve food. The music was amazing! We got to speak to the performers and take pictures with them. Hands down I think this is the best place to listen to live Jazz and Blues in Bangkok. Thank you to the kind manageress who went out of her way to make such a special evening. Bad experience & Not repeated!!! I visited the Disney Jazz Night. To be honest, it isn't jazz; it's just live music. The band was generally nice, but the stereo is extremely poor. The space was pretty small and crowded, but the staff still accepted new customers. There are always customers and staff walking past and blocking the band. We can't get into the Disney vibe at all! The front desk staff workers didn't inform us that we needed to pay a minimum of 1,000฿/pp, (plus entry fee is 500฿/pp) so the total cost was at least 1,500฿/pp. To be fair, the drink isn't pricey, but when compared to the extremely horrible experience we had. It's not worth the money.

This lovely Jazz bar is really fun and definitely a must visit if you enjoy a night with amazing music and drinks. The performance was so good and the artists so talented. Perfect to visit with a group of friends but also highly recommend for a date night.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. The band and the sound system was great but the ticket info was misleading as the bar failed to disclose material information. Bought a ticket to a mini orchestra concert. Upon arrival, I was just informed that I would need to spend at least 1,000 thb to be seated at the bar and 4,000 thb for a more comfortable seating. That information is not written anywhere in the ticket description or the instagram post advertisement. I view this as a form of unfair trade practice. More importantly, the ticket stated 'A Tribute to Stevie Wander' but only 6-7 songs by Stevie Wander were played. As for the cocktails, I would say that they were subpar.

We planned to visit the club for the Disney Jazz special event and purchased tickets in advance. However, only 5 hours before the event, we were informed that there was a minimum spend requirement of 1,000 THB per person. When we asked where the condition was stated (as we didn’t see it in the post), the admin simply pointed to the T&C* applied in the advertised post — which didn’t show any details on the minimum spending. I personally don’t mind spending at least 1,000 THB, but I feel that this was not quite transparent and unfair to consumers. Luckily, I was able to obtain full refund, but clearer communication upfront would have prevented this incident.

The venue is nice with good music, but for special events they enforce a minimum spend of 1,000 THB per person without prior notice — nothing was mentioned on the poster or event announcement, and customers only find out at the door. The management is very poor, the back office responds slowly, and the refund process is delayed (almost impossible to get a refund).

Nice view on the rooftop just next to bts Victory Monument, tet it was hard to find as nothing is showing the name from the outside. I tried fried crab rice and it was good, the main problem was the service. It could be way better.

Awesome place. Music isn't exactly jazz, but it's very relaxing and makes this bar stand out. View is really nice. It makes you fell the Bangkok atmosphere without being overwhelmed by it. Prices higher then in most of the pubs, but still affordable.

Very nice view on the busy street with the sky train. They play western music, mostly 80s, 90s, pop. The service is terrible though. They do not look at you, no hello or thank you. (Not due to language barrier.) No non-alcoholic cocktails.

A funky, a-typical spot in BKK. However the only reason to go here is for a beer and a view. Not for food, nor for service. No live music, at least on Tuesday nights. Bad service, burned food and the waiter didn't believe us and was quite rude to us and ignored us. We just wanted to pay and leave!

Had high hopes due to all the good reviews but my experience was disappointing. Paid 200 baht cover only to discover that it’s such a tiny space and there were like 6 people inside. Vibe was pretty muted, and no one was dancing. Feels more like a bar than a club so having to pay a cover seems ridiculous — but maybe it’s just that night. All that said, music was great. The DJ was killing it.

I’ve been to this dance bar a couple of times and every time it was a worthy experience. Every time there was a good, tasteful and danceable music, interesting people around and musicians as guests from different parts of the world. Totally a must visit for all music lovers!! One thing indeed should indeed be mentioned as in previous commentaries: prices for alcohol here are indeed super high… but it’s totally up to you whether you order something or not.

5 stars first for 200 b 1 liter jug of heneiken. Awesome value. Next 5 stars for the band - they put in a lot of effort to dance and sing to pop songs plus some lovely thai numbers. The singers get you involved and even played a made in India number for us. Just don't expect Jazz & Blues - perhaps other nights. You more likely to hear "one night in bangkok"

Great venue, well set out and reasonable prices. Food is very good quality and the staff clearly enjoy their job. They are very friendly and even pull audience members to the dance floor to dance during the performances. This makes for a fun atmosphere. The tapas menu is adequate with a good range for choice. If you plan to eat, arrive before 8:30pm for heavy discounts due to happy hour. Enjoy!

Stumbled in at a late hour to grab a quick drink and something to bite with my girlfriend. Even though there wasn't too much going on any more, the atmosphere was chill and the manager organized us something to eat from the kitchen which was really tasty to our surprise. Staff was super friendly and quick as well. Can definitely recommend and would come back to check out when they have live music on. All in all a really pleasant surprise!

I love this place for its spacious layout with a focus on music. They have excellent blues bands playing here like the Cotton Mouth Band. There’s also a section fashioned like a sports bar with a pool table. Another good reason to come here are the decent prices on their menu!

At the time I had been walking to an area where I could catch a taxi or bus to get back to the hotel, but I stopped to take some pics and heard the music. I was the only westerner in the place but everyone was friendly (as usual in Bangkok!) and the music was good. The bar/venue has a motor head feel, in a good way. Nice stop if you're looking for a friendly locals hang even if you're not a local.

Yes, the prices are a little higher than other parts of the city, but you’re really paying for the energy and craziness of the atmosphere. You’ll run into plenty of hecklers trying to sell wristbands, souvenirs, or pull you into their bars. It can feel overwhelming at first, but honestly most of them are harmless—just doing their job. A lot of the people holding signs are simply showing you the menu for their bar. Nothing to worry about and no scams there. I wouldn’t recommend the ping-pong shows, but everything else is just part of the Khao San experience. Whether you’re grabbing street food, bar hopping, or just people-watching, it’s a super fun place to check out at least once. If you want a wild night out in Bangkok, this is the spot.

After taking a break from visiting several places around Bangkok, I went to this street to look for food. There are many choices of stalls and restaurants selling food from Halal to non-halal here. I saw a stall selling crocodile meat (I didn't buy/taste it). There are also liquor bars, hair and nail beauty stalls, and jewelry. When we arrived, our table wasn’t reserved at all, so it felt more like a walk-in. Since it was a weekday and not crowded, I could somewhat understand. ✨ Ambience: Beautifully decorated in 1920s style with both indoor & outdoor zones, plus an upstairs garden. Absolutely 1000/10. 👩‍🍳 Service: Plenty of staff, friendly and attentive. 9/10. 🌇 View: Not impressive, to be honest. 4/10. 🍽 Food: Outstanding, delicious in every way. 100/10. 🍸 Cocktails: The flavor of the cocktails wasn’t outstanding, but the glass decoration and presentation were gorgeous 9/10. 💰 Price: On the expensive side for what you get.
