The quality of the ingredients is amazing, each slice was really fresh and I especially enjoyed the fresh scallop sushi which had a great seafood sweetness to it. The service was superb. The waiters and waitresses were all extremely patient and professional, taking the time to explain each dish while they were serving it to the table. Even though the place was quite fancy with the minimalistic interior decors, I feel like the semi casual atmosphere fits the place extremely well and it was pretty easy to talk at our table until later at night when the restaurant was more crowded, I felt like we had to shout a bit to be heard.
