The quality of the ingredients is amazing, each slice was really fresh and I especially enjoyed the fresh scallop sushi which had a great seafood sweetness to it. The service was superb. The waiters and waitresses were all extremely patient and professional, taking the time to explain each dish while they were serving it to the table.
