In fact, we didn’t see him make any sushi whilst we were there but maybe that was due to the lack of customers present. The actual sushi wasn’t up to standard you would expect from a high establishment like this one. The quality of the sushi was okay but the rice was dry. We also ordered karsge chicken which was supposed to come with a yuzu mayo according to the menu but came with this weird black dipping sauce instead. The karage itself was also not the traditional potato starch coating. I know there are quite positive reviews for this place and I truly wanted to like this place but I just did not have the same experience and would of been better off going to Sushi Hotaru. I am just glad I didn’t pay full price for the sushi.

After reminding the staff, they replaced it with a non-spicy version. - The tempura course came with a spicy dipping sauce again, which we chose to ignore as we didn't make a big deal.
