Cocktail bar
Independent Distilling Company, established in 2014 by Michael Anderson, is located in Decatur, a bustling area of Atlanta known for its vibrant art, food, and beverage scene. The distillery produces a range of spirits including rums, bourbons, and straight rye using locally sourced ingredients such as Georgia-grown rye and corn from nearby farms.
I passed by this place about a million times before a friend told me to check it out. Wow. I love it. The drinks are 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. Since it’s a distillery, you get high quality alcohol in your cocktail - matter of fact, we bought 2 bottles while we were there as gifts for some friends. We went to salsa night (every 3rd Saturday). And it’s so fun! The salsa lessons are free and really good. (I was surprised at how fast I picked up the steps). There was a pop up for some fresh, delicious empanadas since we were there on salsa night. (I think they have other pop up vendors there depending on the night.) All in all, highly recommend. This is going in our date night rotation 💃🏾❤️💗

Hidden Gem!! The area is a bit rough but the drinks are worth it! Cocktails are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the 'I'm more of a Kung-Fu Guy'! They sell their homemade syrups, tiki glassware and liquor bottles to-go. Fun tiki atmosphere however the furniture could use a bit updating, especially the couch. They also have games available to enjoy. The space was clean and staff was friendly/attentive even when it was busy with only one person behind the bar.

The guy who probably isn't David Cross was very knowledgeable and great in terms of service. The gin was surprisingly good. The whisky options weren't uncomfortable neat and the rum was good in a mixed drink. I wandered up during hours a place wouldn't be busy so the vibe was immaculate for me. Would recommend. Will be back when I'm in the area.

IDC is a humble distillery but their products are anything but. Rum, whiskey, and gin in various iterations, all handmade in an old car garage, IDC easily has the best value in cocktails anywhere, from fresh pressed cane juice à la minute to hand slapped herbs. Michael, master distiller and Casey, mixologist extraordinaire, are almost always on site when open to chat and even provide tours.

We enjoyed our time here. Though we came for trivia and no trivia was had, we enjoyed our drinks and played some games! We would go back!

We got a Group On and went on date night. Super cool place and owners. Great drinks and awesome distillery tour. I love the Hellbender whiskey. We will definitely be back. Better quality, atmosphere, and pricing than a regular bar.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing, Michael and Jeremy are both so kind and friendly, and also extremely knowledgeable about liquor. The cocktails are exquisite, extremely well balanced, while also bold and flavorful. Also, very very affordable! Each cocktail averages about $10-11. None of them shy away from being unique. Will highly recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a really cool, fun and laid-back experience while drinking amazing cocktails. Thank you!

I found this place on Groupon and for 8 bucks I got Core products include Bourbon, Corn Whiskey, Independent White Rum, or Independent Barrel Aged Rum. 2 flights of 3 of the core products. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and entertaining.

ASW Distillery at American Spirit Works is a renowned establishment in Atlanta, offering captivating tours, tasting room experiences, and more. With roots from Ireland, France, and the UK, this historic distillery is celebrated for its impressive selection of bourbons and whiskey. Additionally, they offer vodka, gin, and other spirits. The distillation of vodka and gin takes place at their Battery Atlanta location while the whiskies are aged at their West End location.
American Spirit Works is a fantastic event venue that we've had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand! The mix of rustic and industrial vibes—exposed brick, wooden beams, and tons of open space—gives it so much character. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or a big celebration, the atmosphere just feels warm and inviting. Plus, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow really well, making it super versatile for any kind of gathering. We’ve had the chance to bring our photo booth to events here, and it’s always a fun time. The staff is great and every event just feels special. If you’re looking for a venue that’s both unique and full of charm, this is definitely the spot!

Really cool hangout spot. You can buy nearly all their bourbon here - and their other spirits as well. Great service. Great cocktails and flights that you can pick what you have. 100% great time.

Folks, if you enjoy good whiskey (bourbon, rye, single - and double! - malts) do yourself a favor and get over to ASW for a tour and tasting. There are a few craft producers in the US who are really putting their heart and soul into making amazing whiskey, and ASW is clearly one of them. I stopped in on a Sunday and had a phenomenal tour with Austin, then got to try all kinds of things the team there has been working on. (Thanks Nathan!) It was just fantastic. One of the things I've loved about craft beer in America is a desire to produce not only great staples, but also a willingness to experiment and put out crazy new innovations. NE IPAs for example. ASW seems to be applying this same approach to whiskey. Until yesterday I hadn't had a double malt before. Whether you like malts or not, cherrywood smoked rye is something I think you need to experience at least once! I also appreciate that they're both distilling their own stuff on a beautiful pot still as well as sourcing interesting mash bills from larger distillers, and spending a lot of care and time finishing them in a climate that's at least as interesting (to me anyway) as Kentucky. Best of both worlds in my opinion. My favorite is still single barrel picks of their Fiddler Georgia Heartwood, but they are putting out so many other really unique things I suggest you visit ASAP and try them all.

Fantastic collaboration with Jittery Joes! Tasty blend of bourbon and coffee beans! We had a good time at this event; the Sazerac and Jackson Street cocktails were on point 🥃

Had the pleasure of hosting a client event at the distillery and was throughly impressed with the venue. Colleen McCreanor was a great help with coordinating to make sure my clients had a great time. With Colleen and Jim Chasteen providing the distillery’s background and tour, we were able to learn the inner workings all while sampling great spirits. I highly recommend this venue and I plan on having future events at ASW.

ASW Distillery provided the perfect setting for our book club meeting, and I can't say enough about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. The tour was fascinating, offering a glimpse into the intricate process of crafting their exceptional spirits. Each step was explained with passion and expertise, and we were all captivated by the story behind the distillery. We sampled a variety of their finest products, each one more delicious than the last. The flavors were rich and complex, a true testament to their craftsmanship. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, ideal for our group of ten women to relax, chat, and enjoy the afternoon. ASW Distillery went above and beyond to ensure our book club meeting was memorable. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a fantastic experience did not go unnoticed. We all left with smiles on our faces and bottles in our hands, eager to return for another visit. Highly recommend for any group event or casual visit – this place is a gem! Five stars all the way!

I had an excellent experience at ASW. First of all, the staff is incredible friendly, talkative, and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with from staff was very friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs with this company. The atmosphere was clean and very relaxed with as nice selection on the menu. You have to buy tokens to purchase any tastings of the spirits they offer on 1 oz pours. The best deal is to buy the 5 tokens for about $20 with tax. I really enjoyed the different tastings. The tour was excellent. The experience and professionalism was exemplifies in our your guide and it really was an excellent experience. I would definitely visit again.

Swung by one evening for happy hour. I enjoyed the mix of a cocktail lounge and art. When I came, they had a pop up carribean vendor serving food. I also saw they have different events weekly. This spot is nice for a date or just an outing with friends.

The IHG global marketing team hosting an awards event at the Distillery of Modern Art and it was a fantastic experience for all. The team at the distillery were so accommodating and helped us execute an amazing event for our team. From the custom cocktails to the unique character of the space to the warm and welcoming support team, it was a five-star experience. We will definitely plan events here again.

Our company was fortunate to host our Thanksgiving lunch at this venue and while it was also a beautiful space, the kitchen was a great setting for our caterer. The process worked seamlessly, and, in the end, it was a successful event and the caterer also had the space and ease of flow to present a memorable meal!

Highly recommend! We were hit with a warm welcome as soon as we entered. Shortly after we began our tour with RUSSELL. He was a delight. Very knowledgeable and charismatic. He catered to us as we were somebody’s! My favorite thing was finding out about the local art and businesses that they work with. It felt like they care and that’s refreshing these days. The drinks!!!! Our favorite was the 3 little birds! Try it!!!! We also loved the peach so much we brought one!

Was in Duluth and wanted to find an establishment for a cocktail before dinner - Google brought up a few restaurants that liked to be of just sports bar like. Then I came across the listing for Distillery of Modern Art and the reviews were telling and honest. Russell was helpful in explaining their liquor and the processes of their availability and the stories behind corn whiskey and plaintain liquor. Was so impressed we ended up buying the rye, corn whiskey. Lanise made the best Rye old fashioned and dirty martini, definitely treat yourself and add the blue cheese olives. Tatiana, who normally works in the distillery area was so engaged with us at the end of her shift telling us about the art gallery with art from local artists. This place is truly a gem and would be a great place for a company or social event. I love that it's an eclectic grown crowd without any riff raff. This place is so welcoming, do yourself a Neat favor and enjoy one at DoMA! 🥃

Nice venue. It has a great vibe and I like the location. We really appreciated the Giveback night! Acoustics are a bit challenging, though, if people are trying to speak to the attendees. But I do understand that it's due to the building design.

I took my dad to the tour and whiskey tasting experience for his birthday and he LOVED it. Austin was our guide and my dad had so much fun learning about to processes of bourbon and whiskey and enjoyed picking Austin's brain about ideas and the whiskey business. He fell in love with the rye and got spoiled a bit being the birthday boy. (S/O to Austin) yesterday there was a jazz band and a taco pop up which made everything even better for him. Thanks for giving him an experience he'll never forget. We can't wait to come back!

A Profound and Powerful Experience Visiting the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park was one of the most moving and educational experiences of my life. From Dr. King’s birth home to the Ebenezer Baptist Church and the museum exhibits, every part of the park tells a story of courage, justice, and hope. The exhibits are rich with historical detail, and standing in the same church where Dr. King preached gave me chills. The visitor center is thoughtfully curated and offers deep insights into the civil rights movement and Dr. King's powerful legacy. The reflection pool and eternal flame are peaceful and solemn, encouraging visitors to pause and reflect. This park is not just a place to visit — it’s a place to feel, learn, and be inspired. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta. It’s free, family-friendly, and a must-see for all generations.

Visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. museum in Atlanta was an incredible and moving experience. The exhibits are powerful, well put together, and truly capture the life, legacy, and impact of Dr. King. Walking through his childhood home, the church where he preached, and seeing the exhibits dedicated to the civil rights movement makes history come alive in a very real way. The museum is both educational and inspiring—it leaves you reflecting deeply on how far we’ve come and how much work is still left to do. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. This is more than just a museum—it’s a must-visit landmark of American history that everyone should experience at least once.

A wonderful remembrance of the things others have done to promote peace for all races. The monument is well kept and beautiful to behold. Very relaxing and serene. DR. King and his wife are buried next to each other in the stones shown below. This is must see tourist attraction about one of the most important events in history.
Tawanda B — Google review
This National Historical Park is an absolute cornerstone of American history. It masterfully connects the personal life of Dr. King to his world-changing movement, creating a powerful, deeply felt experience. ✨ Top 3 Must-See Moments: Dr. King's Birth Home: Seeing the modest, two-story house grounds his immense story in a humble reality. Even if the full interior tour isn't available, the street and ranger presentation vividly bring his childhood in Sweet Auburn to life. The King Center & Eternal Flame: The reflection pool and the tombs of Dr. and Mrs. King provide a powerful space for quiet reverence. It’s a somber, yet incredibly inspiring, place to reflect on their sacrifice. Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church: Standing inside the sanctuary where Dr. King preached is a truly awe-inspiring moment. This was the spiritual and strategic heart of the movement, and you can practically feel the history in the air. Personal Takeaway: The park isn't just about looking back; it's a powerful call to action. It shows how one family and one neighborhood launched a global movement for nonviolent change. It's an essential, moving pilgrimage for all generations. Service offers a valuable ranger-led presentation about the home next door, and all other areas of the park are open!
Francesco M — Google review
I recently explored the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park in Atlanta and found it to be an incredibly moving and enriching experience. The park spans nearly 35 acres in the historic Sweet Auburn district, offering a wide range of landmarks tied to Dr. King’s life—from his childhood home and Ebenezer Baptist Church to the King Center and Freedom Hall. Starting at the Visitor Center, I joined a free ranger-led presentation that provided essential context before touring the birth home and the church. The emotional weight of standing where Dr. King lived and worshiped is truly unforgettable. Highlights include the serene World Peace Rose Garden, the “Behold” statue, the Walk of Fame honoring civil rights leaders, and the final resting place of Dr. and Mrs. King—marked by a reflective Eternal Flame. The park is thoughtfully laid out and very accessible, with plenty of space to reflect, learn, and engage. It’s a vital piece of our nation’s history and a must-visit for anyone in Atlanta.

We went to Atlanta for the purpose of the free museum and it's a great place to take the kids to learn about such a iconic guy in American history. Wish they had more statues of him around. It was a lot of photos. It would've been nice to see more life size statues. I was surprised to see that he was buried across from the museum in a fountain that was such a blessing. We had no idea he was laid to rest with his wife. I wish the house that he grew up in was open when we went. We did walk down the historic neighborhood and got to see all the old school houses that was really nice. I just wish we were able to go inside and get a tour. We didn't go in time for the church tour but for it to be free and the surprise of him being buried there was a great experience overall.
Michael P — Google review
This was great. There's some cool music stuff outside for the kids, there's a cool walk of fame kinda thing with cool footprints, but best was the indoors with the multimedia. The voting questions and video on the struggle were informative, and I've read many of his speeches. The shop next to his childhood home was *excellent*. The church is iconic. 10/10 will go learn Again.

Very peaceful place to visit. Your not allowed to take pictures in the exhibition areas but you can outside. The issue I had was that there was construction and fencing posted so getting to the actual place was a bit of a walk.

The interior and exterior maintain the energy of motion reminiscent of a transit station, with tiled floors, high ceilings, and tall windows.
This was our first time here, and WOW, some of the best oysters and steak we’ve had in as long as we can remember. Drinks were great as well. If you’re looking for steak, go for the spinalis, you will NOT be disappointed! We sat outside on the (covered) patio in the rain, and the atmosphere was lovely! Not crowded or loud at all. We will definitely be back

Good place for drinks and snacks. They change the menu often so wait for mains you’d want to try. We had the Hawaiian roll, it came with fresh strawberry preserves which were excellent! Our waiter said the pork belly lettuce wraps was a sleeper item and so glad he recommended them. Really unique and it had pickled strawberries which was nice. Dessert was the dark chocolate tart, it was too bitter for my but my husband loved it. Good amount of searing at the bar if you just want to drinks and snacks

Fancy place for oyster lovers. They have so many different kinds to pick from, each with detailed explanations of their taste profiles. The drinks were good. I got the scallops and they were juicy and very sweet. Definitely on the pricier side. Overall a good dining experience, especially for the seafood lover.

I love this restaurant! Their food is amazing and they have the best cocktails. And you can’t forget they always have fresh oysters. It’s a great place for celebrations.

Such a kind, helpful and knowledgeable team! The oysters are so fabulous! I couldn't keep them in my mouth long enough. Don't even get me started on how magnificent the caviar was. I. Would have ordered three!

This is such a beautiful restaurant. We made a reservation last minute and arrived about 5 on a Sunday only to realize we had made the reservation fkr the floor Wednesday. The host was very kind and fixed our reservation and seated us immediately. Parking was slim to none but we found something on the side street. Their cocktails were great. We loved the old fashioned. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful flavor. The trout over blue corn grits was out of the ordinary and delicious. Don't forget to order the rolls. We will be back.

We ordered a ton of food and while most of it taste really great, I didn’t feel like it was “to die for”. Also parking is not ideal and not validated. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very well done. Our server was very nice and welcoming. We went for our 5 year anniversary, I emailed them before asking if they do anything and never heard back which was a little disappointing. Food Hawaiian Rolls - 5 stars served with a whipped butter and jam that were great French Onion Soup - 4 stars good and full of flavor, enough to split Kale salad - 5 stars the salad had a nice Cesar dressing with fried shallots on top Snapper - 3.5 stars, the fish was cooked to the perfect temp and most of the skin had a good crunch. The beans it’s served on didn’t wow me Duck - 3.5 stars, the Duck was good but the side it was served with didn’t hit the mark for my partner. Fingerling Potatoes - 5 stars, Crispy and delicious with cheese and aioli Mock Tails - 6 stars (out of 5), these were amazing and you can tell they used fresh ginger!

Absolutely amazing, what a great experience we had, from the exquisite food parings to wine selection. Couldn't fault anything. We will be back. Oysters such a wide selection & beautifully clean, Duck, so crispy & so tender. Pork with an Asian flare, dessert to die for! Just amazing! Thank you to Dan G for caring for us & making us feel Like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Thank you we really enjoyed our time there.

Wylie & Rum Island Bar and Grill is a unique spot in the United States, being the sole producer of single-estate rum at Richland Distilling Company. Their sugarcane fields in Southwest Georgia contribute to the creation of a caramel-noted rum. The establishment offers a tasting room and distillery in both Brunswick and Richland. Visitors have praised the exceptional service at Wylie & Rum Island Bar and Grill, with warm greetings and attentive servers leaving a lasting impression.
I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! The atmosphere was instantly inviting when I first arrived, and the upbeat, Carribean music immediately elevated my mood. During my visit, my server was Myia, and she was so kind and sweet. She regularly checked on me and made sure I was fully taken care of. For my drink, I ordered the Tiki Breeze, and it definitely had a tropical feel to it. As for my meal, I decided to order the bread pudding French toast with some fruit since I'd arrived during brunch hours, and it didn't disappoint at all. It was warm, comforting, and all-around delicious, and the cool fruit paired with it perfectly. I'll definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our meal. Syndia was an amazing waitress! She did an awesome job of describing the different items on the menu and helped us decide. The manager/owner checked on us several times which is nice. We tried the Black & White soup: wow, just wow. The Havana Ceaser Salad was good, with a nice anchovy kick to the dressing. The empanadas were good. The Mojo Chicken was good. After the amazing black soup, the black beans needed to be amped up a little and so did the jerk chicken in the empanadas but the empanada shell was fire. David did tell us next time to request additional jerk seasoning, so we'll remember that. That said, they have a wide assortment of hot sauses to kick it up to your hearts content. My wife had a Mai tai & I had a Painkiller. I had forgotten how much coconut was in a Painkiller so my wife finished it for me. As we left, she commented that they were both smooth, but had a good kick. It was date night so we didn't try anything from the impressive Mocktail menu, but nice to see such thoughtful options. We will be returning to try other things!

My Bad Ass Burrito Experience at Wylie and Rum Just had an incredible meal at Wylie and Rum's, and it definitely lives up to its name! I'm giving it a full 5 stars for the food, and a strong 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere with huge potential for a 5, thanks to our awesome server, I forgot his name, who made the experience even better. I had to try the Bad Ass Burrito, and it was a flavor explosion! I opted for the Jerk Chicken which was perfectly seasoned and tender. It came generously packed in a flour tortilla with fluffy yellow rice, savory black beans, and sweet plantains, all bound together with melted pepper jack cheese. The sweetness of the plantain provided the perfect balance. Every bite was a fantastic blend of textures and tastes. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and energetic. Our server was attentive, friendly, and really elevated the dining experience. Wylie and Rum's is a must-visit in Atlanta for anyone craving a truly exceptional burrito and a great time! I'll definitely be back!

me and my friend went here for dinner and honestly had an exceptional experience!! the appetizers were unique and delicious. i have to shoutout the sauces that came on the side with both of our apps. they were so good and paired perfectly with the items themselves. also all of our food came out super quick. the portion size at this place is incredible. we both left with 2 meals pretty much from our entree's. our waiter was super nice and helpful. also the rum punch was both gorgeous and delicious. please please please check this place out its 100% worth it. the vibes are the great, food is great, service is great!!

My family and I drive by here all the time and finally decided to check it out recently. We went on a mid week day afternoon. The rasta pasta with shrimp & the bad-a** burrito were really good and both were enough for two meals. My cousin got the Island burger which he he really enjoyed. I got the grouper sandwich which wasn't bad but I wouldn't order it again. It was too bready for my taste. My mom also got a strawberry mojito and she enjoyed that as well. The only negative thing while were there was a lady was handling/preparing some mint leaves near the bar when she stopped to enter something into the computer screen. She was wearing gloves but she went back to touching the leaves without changing gloves or washing her hands. I didn't mention this to our server right away. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and we will be back.

What a wonderful experience at Wylie & Rum! My server was AMAZING; she was friendly, attentive, and gave honest food and drink suggestions. I sat outside, but she offered a table fan and a device to reduce insects. I loved her energy! She offered the best customer service. The server's name on my ticket is Parish LL; she was the absolute best.

I had the opportunity to dine at 📍 @wylieandrum last night. We enjoyed sampling the new 🍗 wing flavor options coming to their menu. If you’re like me, I don’t like fatty wings. These wings are 9/10, loaded with flavor, and nice meat ratio! Very cool tiki bar theme like something you’d find in Key West and the outside patio is nice. The service was pretty quick and smooth.

Andrew was our server and he was very sweet and kind and assisted us with ordering very well. The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing and the overall vibe was amazing. We came here after getting disappointing customer service from the taco spot next door. So we left very please and had plenty leftovers.

My Friend's Bottle Shop is a must-visit destination in the historic Old Fourth Ward, offering an impressive selection of over 500 whiskies, including unique store-picked barrels like Smooth Ambler Old Scout 6 year old. The shop prides itself on exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping customers find their perfect drink.
Small in size, large in selection. Carries an impressive variety of spirits, beer, and wine, many of which you won't find at typical liquor stores. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Such a nice place if you ever want something a little different.

Best bottle shop in the city, yes even better than Green's. Smaller selection, but a better one. If you want a variety of Whiskey or Mezcal, this is your spot. They'll special order too. Plus they have a rewards thing that allows you to occasionally buy an expensive bottle at a much lower amount.

Dear My Friends Bottle Shop, I recently had the pleasure of visiting your store and I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding experience I had. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional atmosphere, service, and support that you provided during my visit especially Camric, Thomas, & Taylor I was delighted to see that you had exclusively released the Makers Mark HBCU Private Selections beverages. As a fan of this particular brand, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try these unique and special drinks. Your staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the perfect bottle to take home with me. The atmosphere of your store was also wonderful. Absolutely my favorite bottle shop! The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Great selection of rum, beer, and liqueurs, among other things. They also are happy to order things for you if they don’t currently have them in stock. It’s a bit of a drive for me from Brookhaven but totally worth it. They require masks in-store and ask you to use hand sanitizer when you enter, and it’s a very open space so I don’t feel uncomfortable moving around the store.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is a regional chain known for its housemade beers and elevated comfort food staples. The beer is brewed on-site, just ten feet from your table, and the New American menu features dishes made from scratch. One of their standout brews is the award-winning Kings Gold, which won gold in the American Pilsner category at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival. Visitors praise the fantastic variety of beers available, including Belgian triples and wheat beers.
Came for lunch on a Friday. Made a reservation for a party of 14 but my party was held up at the airport. The manager was very accommodating and took great care of us. Our server was very attentive. Food was good. I had the black bean burger (with request that it be made separately from other meat items). They did good, I did not have a reaction from it. I cut my burger up b4 taking a pic cus I was hungry! Drinks were also made well. My only suggestion is that the kitchen should communicate with the server about what items are not available as my family ordered a dish and was later told it was not available. But all in all good service and great for large groups.

Real nice setting. Loved looking at the brewery machine. The waitress was super helpful and gave us tasting for the beer. The chicken tasted soooo goood. The Salmon was well done just like I wanted it. The food wasn’t too expensive. Good location. It was just too hot outside but the outdoor seating overlooked Phipps plaza and placed at a good location

Hostess was great, she checked on us several times until we were served. Nice outside patio seating area. Reading the reviews, I expected the food & drinks to taste better. Brussel sprouts lacked flavor. Calamari was tasty, but basic. Bruschetta had a different twist, not your traditional bruschetta. Fried fish tacos & carne asada tacos had nice presentation and looked plentiful, but the flavor wasn't A+. We also ordered the pub burger to round out our review of Iron Hill, all the food was ok, not something that will stick out in my mind for me to return to try more.

Came here during lunch time (perfect timing) and it was pretty empty. Very peaceful and love their elevated booths. The orange butter is to die for!! Soooo delicioussss. It paired great with the flakey croissants— I ended up requesting extra to take home. Had the pub burger also which was pretty okay. Nothing special about it but def a lot better than some of the other places I’ve haf burgers at. The french fries were fried to perfection!! Also, had the strawberry margarita— it was pretty strong (not complaining). Overall, I’ll def be back as it’s walking distance from my place and the service was exceptional:)

Stopped here for lunch while shopping. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is nice and would be great to watch a game. Beer was good. I had a flight, but the waitress brought us a sample beer not in the flight, Hipster IPA, which turned out to be my favorite. Food was good too. Nothing special, nice bar food, but tasty.

I recommend this restaurant to my friends being that I love the perimeter location. I can say that the service was good but the food was terrible. As you see in the photos, I was give old fries and disgustingly rotten toppings for my chicken sandwich. My bun was as hard as a rock. When I called the location they didn’t pick up. I’ll just stick to the perimeter location.

TL/DR: Beer: Average. Food: Average. Service: Amazing. Atmosphere: Lacking. Iron Hill was nice for one visit, but I don’t need to go back. For beer, we got: - Crusher: I didn’t try this, but I was told it tasted like beer. - Mahalo, Apollo: Good, tasted like beer. - POG Champ: It was described as a sour, but it didn’t taste like one. It tasted like Fruity Pebbles + beer. All were $7 for a pint. For food, we got: - Chicken Tinga-dilla ($9.90): I didn’t try it, but I was told it was good. Not spicy. - Traditional Pizza ($13.60): The bottom was kind of hard. It was your average pizza though. Tasted fine! The real star was our waitress, Shadia. She made sure we were taken care of and checked on us often! We appreciated her! Four stars is because of her, otherwise it would’ve been three stars. We sat outside on a Thursday afternoon in June. The fans were actually helpful in keeping us relatively cool. They could use umbrellas on the tables though. Iron Hill is right on Peachtree, and it sounds that way too. It was really loud with the cars driving by. Maybe the inside offers a better atmosphere? Iron Hill is a decent option in Buckhead, but it’s definitely not a must-try.
Erin S — Google review
My husband and I came here for lunch on a whim. As a couple of beer enthusiasts, I feel safe to say that every single beer that we tried (all brewed right here and some sold canned in-house) were FANTASTIC. From Belgian triples to wheat beers to the best sour I’ve ever had, we were sold. On top of that, my sesame chicken salad was massive and so, so yummy. The lemon pepper wings were also awesome! Music playlist and environment were on point too, though the true winner of our time here was our bartender/waitress— Angel. She took such good care of us and made us feel right at home. We’ll be taking some canned beers back to our hotel pool and will absolutely be back again!

Hippin’ Hops Brewery is a Black-owned brewery located in East Atlanta Village, Georgia. It offers a variety of uniquely named beers such as The Cookout, Skrawberri, Hater-aid, and Black Don't Crack. In addition to its beer selection, the brewery also serves beermosas and an array of seafood dishes including cajun shrimp deviled eggs, gator bites, and oysters.
Get ready for great good and a great time here! We were greeted with a welcoming Hello! and warm atmostphere! We started with their Buzz Punch and the rest was easy and pleasin' from there (LOL). The catfish nuggets were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The small bites were delicious... chicken wings were cooked well and so tasty! The deviled eggs were crowned with crispy shrimp... yum!!! The Catfish Po Boy was a nice portion and so filling! We did a flight of plump oysters. All this excellence while listening to live music... wow! Loved this experience! We look forward to returning to our new hittin' Hippin' Hops Spot!

Just left not too long ago on today 3/20. I really liked it. On Thursdays they have Happy Hour specials. They do only serve beer but my server was kind enough to let me sample some of his recommendations to see which one I liked best and that was honestly such an amazing thing to do. I was able to choose what I wanted! This was my first time ever trying oysters. I got the smoked gouda and butter sauce they were really good but the star of the show to me was the crawfish egg roll 😩😩 it was good without the sauce but WITH THE SAUCE?? Chef’s kiss! Food was hot and fresh. I knew gratuity was included and wasn’t upset about it. I really wish I could have left more but… my birthday just passed so 😭 gotta chill on spending lol (sorry) Overall.. I really liked this spot and will return. Definitely interested in trying more oyster flavors! Can’t wait to come back!

Was in the mood for oysters, found this hidden gem in Glenwood Avenue as I walked the strip. My mind is officially blown 🤯 the oyster were fresh and delicious I had the opportunity to try raw oysters,Rockefeller oyster, bottom of the Bayou and the boss oyster best I’ve tasted in Atlanta so far . Please try the hot chic egg rolls you will not be disappointed. The restaurant was clean and refreshing with great service. They only serve beer, no bottled alcohol, but they have many selections of beer to choose from. Didn’t have to pay for parking but did walk about 1 minute away. They do offer outside seating. I definitely rate this place at 10/10

So getting to the point, the food was so good! I love oysters. They do fresh baked, with a variety of toppings. I’ve been stuck on Rockefeller Oysters but now I’m hooked on the variety plate of oysters, OMG, fresh, juicy, good size, and generous toppings. I also had cajun fries, and collard greens made with turkey that taste like your auntie made them. Service awesome. I’m girl beer drinker so an exclusive beer spot is right up my alley. East Atlanta is a whole vibe anyways, but I definitely found my new spot.

These fish tacos far exceeded what I expected. Flavor all the way through. The homemade sauce is incredible. I didn't get the pineapple salsa it comes with, but maybe i should have. Lee + White, located in the West End neighborhood, is a vibrant adaptive reuse development featuring former warehouse spaces transformed into exciting destinations like Best End Brewing and ASW Distillery. The area is set to welcome a food hall soon. Beer enthusiasts can explore Monday Night Garage for unique sours and barrel-aged brews, while non-drinkers can indulge in treats from Honeysuckle Gelato or enjoy a glass of kombucha at Cultured South.
This is just for the Food Hall. Plenty of choices, clean and conveniently right off the Beltline.

I enjoy hanging out at Lee+White on the weekends. It's a growing and developing attraction in the West End part of Atlanta. It's also right on the Westside trail of the beltline. It's a cool, casual experience the whole family can enjoy. Kids love the outdoor green space and mini playground. It's also a good place to walk your dogs. I enjoy relaxing on the lawn chairs when the weather is nice. Whether you just want to grab some coffee at Costa Coffee, lunch in the food court, or have some cool gelato with the kids at Honeysuckle Gelato, it's a cool atmosphere to hang. Bring family and friends! This place is also known for booking events and having artist/vendor markets from time to time. Golda Kombucha is also on site. They are a charming little Kombucha cafe. Gusto and Doughboy Pizza are in the food court. Beer lovers will love taking a sip at Wild Heaven Beer, Monday Night Brewing, and Hop City Craft Beer and Wine. Boxcar is another favorite spot for craft beer, cocktails, and great food. This place is highly recommended and there's plenty of free parking.

Pretty cool food hall. A good variety of restaurants and they have a nice bar. Plenty of free parking. I ate at Good azz burgers. Hamburger was good but that stack on the lettuce so your hamburger seems really big. Trust me, make sure to tell them light on the lettuce. The patty seems to be like a frozen patty and not a fresh build up patty. The fries are good.

The parking fee is a money grab... This program will turn away business. I tried it for the first time and left after spending an hour without getting an access code. I live 30 minutes away. As per the AI assistance I contacted the restaurant but they were unable to help... Definitely not worth the aggravation

GB's Stables is a charming barn that offers an unforgettable experience for kids' birthday parties. The attentive and knowledgeable staff, led by Joanna, ensures a seamless planning process and provides engaging activities such as pony rides, wagon rides, crafts, and even pony painting. The serene atmosphere of the barn allows for both riding and playtime. Additionally, the stables provide excellent care for horses with spacious pastures and comfortable stalls.
As a lifelong equestrian, I have never made a BETTER decision than when I decided to board my horse at GB's. The initial tour with Lauren (the incredible barn manager) seemed almost too good to be true, but as I have continued to find out, this place is just that good. Everyone on staff is friendly and professional, and they will go out of their way to let you know how your horse is doing, make you aware of anything you need to know, or even just ask how you are. The entire Williams family are honest, kind people who take so much pride in and care of this beautiful facility. My horse is happy and in incredible condition thanks to Lauren's feeding program, and I have been so pleased with the a la carte training services as well (Logan, the assistant trainer, is quite talented and very kind to people and horses alike). Lauren keeps everything so organized, so nothing gets missed. Add to that the great availability of farriers, vets, dentists, and chiropractors, frequent clinics for everything from specialized riding to first aid and hoof health, on-property schooling shows, and barn trail rides, and I really don't know what else they could do to make this place any more magical. I love my horse and feel she deserves the best - GB's is the best.

GB Stables is such an incredible place! Four years ago I moved from NH, and as soon as I toured GB’s, I knew this was going to be my horse’s new home. The owners and staff are so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and take the best care of my gelding! They have become like family and are always there to help in any way! The barn is always maintained and clean. Stalls are nice and roomy with automatic watering. I love the trails surrounding the beautiful lake, the big paddocks, Olympic sized riding arena, and my boy especially loves enjoying the grassy pasture with all his friends during gelding days! GB’s had been such a blessing in my life and I am so grateful for everyone there! We always have so much fun together! Group trail rides, Holiday parties, BBQs, movie nights, horse shows, and just hanging around the barn, it is always a great time! I highly recommend this place! My horse loves this Southern life at GB’s and I couldn’t imagine boarding anywhere else. ♥️

I love GB’s. I have been lucky enough to be a boarder twice. The first time was amazing. The only reason I left was my bestest of best friends got her own barn and we could ride together every single day. Time went by. I switched disciplines. Started mounted shooting. My bestie had life happen and she didn’t have a barn anymore. I boarded with my trainer. I was so tired of driving 1.5 to see my horse. I decided to see if I could go back to GB’s. I started boarding back at GB’s 2024 fall. Lauren is the most incredible barn manager I’ve ever encountered. Detailed oriented. Service oriented. It’s been an amazing experience boarding back at GB’s again. The trails, the arena, the amazing family there. It’s all amazing. I can’t say enough good things about GB’s because you couldn’t understand it until you experience it. I’m so happy to be here. My horses care is meticulous. It’s all you could want and so much more. I could not recommend this barn enough.

The instructors at GB’s Stables are incredibly patient, kind and skilled! They made our daughter feel comfortable right away, encouraging her to take her time and build confidence both on and off the horse. Each lesson includes a perfect balance of riding, horse care, and fun, which has helped her develop not only skills but also a deep love and respect for these amazing animals. The horses at GB’s Stables are clearly well cared for – gentle, calm and great with everyone. The stable itself is always clean, organized, and safe. It has been amazing to watch out child grow both in skill and self-esteem. We are so grateful to the entire GB’s Stables team for creating such a positive and enriching experience. We can’t recommend GBs Stables highly enough!

GB STABLES is a beautiful place! Close to home and family friendly ! Had the opportunity to visit the facility with my 1 year old and husband right before the holidays. Chad gave us a very insightful tour , introduced us to all the horse and animal friends in the stable . My son had the best time petting and interacting with the animals . A special thanks to Chad for welcoming us and look forward to hosting our son’s party at the stable in the future!

My 2 year old son has been obsessed with horses so we contacted Lauren at GB Stables to see if we could set up a tour to see the horses and stables. She was very professional and friendly. We were able to take a tour guided by Chad, the owner of GB Stables. It far exceeded our expectations! We got to see horses in the stables and out on the field, we saw chickens/turkeys, we were even able to watch someone ride! My son was able to pet and help feed one of the horses- he couldn't be more so excited! Chad took great pride in the stables and was happy to answer all of our questions. It was a beautiful property and you could see that the horses were well loved and cared for by the people working there! Highly recommend anyone check it out!

We had our 9 year old daughters Bday party, and we had a blast. Sonia was amazing with handling the horses and she really made the party go so smoothly. Amazing host and what an amazing experience. We will totally be back very soon
Brikena B — Google review
I have ridden horses for over 25 years and owned my own for 10+. I have ridden and boarded at many barns throughout Georgia over the years, and I can say with complete confidence that I’ve never been to a barn quite as special as GB’s. From the moment I first arrived to GB’s to visit a friend, I was impacted by how special and sacred the place felt. The horses are impeccably well cared for, the grounds and trails are stunning, and the barn is just beautiful and homey. While I sadly do not have the time or money to own my own horses at the moment, I have still been completely welcomed into GB’s family and community and allowed to ride there and participate in shows, clinics and seasonal events. More than a horse-lover’s community, GB’s truly strives to make everyone feel included and welcomed into their community. Chad Williams and his family truly care about you and your horse and make an effort to know you and to make sure you feel supported and invited into their community. I don’t have enough words to express the love I feel for this place. Rest assured, you can look all over Georgia and you’ll be hard pressed to find a more loving community of horsemen to welcome you and your equines.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead offer a luxurious spa experience that spans an entire hotel floor, allowing guests to indulge in overnight stays at the spa. Inspired by Southern gardens, the spa offers locally-inspired treatments such as the Georgia Red Clay Body Wrap and the Georgia Magnolia pedicure. The property is also an ideal location for upscale weddings, with various elegant venues available for ceremonies and receptions.
We used to own a unit in the building. I regret that we moved, but we were transferred to Florida. JB and the entire Ritz staff were exceptional. The services and amenities were beyond compare. There is a house phone in every unit - you just call the front desk for valet parking service, porter service, engineering service. The staff is so well trained; they do everything for you. They even arrange for over-night car washing in the Ritz garage. There was ample guest parking too... a rarity for a condo tower. It really is a "happy building". We enjoyed our neighbors too - just a great experience. We would move back in a minute, if we ever return to Atlanta.
Tim C — Google review
For thos location to be Atlanta a predominantly African American city that they would act so hostile towards a guest. They literally chased me me down yelling at me as well. Not the hospitality I'm used to.
Tiffany G — Google review
Not too many reviews on here except real estate agents. The building is nice but it's a 'concrete world' not appropriate for young children. It's VERY important you meet and get to know your neighbors before buying here. Our neighbors were strangely odd, (Melanie and Martin Spintzer) who owned two separate units side by side due their inability to get along. We had to listen to them argue across units day in and day out. (Neither of them worked). She began an affair with an Iranian gentleman a few floors up which made matters worse. She didn't want to vaccinate her kids which meant they were constantly sick, irritable and crying. When they weren't sick, she let them play in the hallways. Very uncomfortable since the day we moved in. Just an arrogant blonde lady very challenging to get along with. Valet service is excellent however.
Cristina G — Google review
We visit friends in the building all the time. The staff is remarkable. They always remember us and greet us by name. The valet parking is prompt and helpful. You can tell that the building is very well managed.
Joy C — Google review
reviews on here are real estate agents, however don’t buy or rent if you have a young family, the manager (Rene) is very Rude and demanding Terrible attitude, ritz-Carlton is highly overrated, I will not recommend to ANYONE. We will file a complaint.

Imagine a home not only defined by sophisticated style and sumptuous furnishings, but equipped with impeccable service delivered by The Ritz-Carlton. From housekeeping and valet services to gourmet dining and dedicated concierge, you’ll enjoy five-star living.

Moonshine Post-Production is a modern distillery that pays homage to the scrappy roots of moonshine. Dawsonville Distillery offers Georgia Corn whiskey, while Still Pond Distillers in South Georgia creates moonshine from muscadine and grain. Moonshine Post-Production is a highly recommended post-production house with a beautiful facility and accommodating team. They excel in offline creative work, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.
Working with Hannah and JP at Moonshine on our documentary The Only Doctor was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent with Hannah, JP brought us into the color correction process and sought feedback every step, every scene. Delivery was so easy. A great, great team.
Matthew H — Google review
For a project that came in at the last minute, we selected Moonshine as our post vendor, and they truly delivered. The team was incredibly accommodating from the initial late-night load-in through final delivery, including the offline creative work. Their attention to detail and collaborative spirit really made a difference. The facility is beautiful and conveniently located. I’m looking forward to the chance to work with Moonshine again on future projects in Atlanta. Highly recommend!
Kristine P — Google review
I met the Moonshine crew last year and decided to use them for finishing for an indie feature. Since then, my company has brought several other projects to them & we have plans to continue to do so. Moonshine Post is full of good people who believe in the work that they do. They have always been willing to work with our budget, and I look forward to hopefully many more years of partnering with them on our projects!
Bethany J — Google review
I brought my indie horror film, Down for the Count, to Moonshine Post-Production's after shooting in Los Angeles. We searched across the country for the perfect post-production house and found exactly what we needed with Moonshine. As a writer-director, I’m not a technical expert in post-production, but Moonshine made me feel comfortable and confident that my project was in good hands. They handled everything for us—color grading, sound editing, sound mixing, and visual effects. They streamlined our entire project, took care of all our post-production needs, and did an incredible job within our budget. Everyone at Moonshine was kind, friendly, incredibly skilled, and professional. I truly enjoyed working with each and every person at their studio, and we shared a lot of laughs and good times throughout the process! Moonshine helped me make my dream a reality, bringing our film to life better than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch post-production work, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again on future projects.
Tyler T — Google review
It was an absolute pleasure to work at Moonshine Post. We had a very high profile project with a quick turn-around and they totally delivered. The team went above and beyond to not only execute flawlessly, but also to make us all feel at home. The facility and team is top-notch and would highly recommend for your Atlanta based post production!
Liz K — Google review
Moonshine is amazing! They did a fantastic job with dailies, online, color, and mix for the scripted streaming series I was on. Professional and warm, organized and fast, and they cared so much about our project. I highly recommend working with them for all your post needs!
Robbie S — Google review
My experience with Moonshine Post has been outstanding! They have expertly color graded three feature films for me and I have never had a QC issue when delivering a film. The staff is courteous, knowledgable and professional. Even though I'm an indie filmmaker they have treated me and my projects with the utmost care and respect. I highly recommend Moonshine Post for all post production needs.
Botnfilms — Google review
Moonshine was an absolute treasure. When one of our projects went sideways (as they do), the Moonshine team was readily available at any moment to assist with duties beyond their original scope of work. They kept the train moving forward until final delivery. Their team handled so many off the most difficult parts of the process, giving time and energy back to us to focus on other important tasks. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
