Bakery
If you're on the hunt for a delightful sweet shop, look no further than Piece of Cake. This charming bakery specializes in crafting made-to-order cakes, cookies, brownies, and even gluten-free options that cater to every palate. With an impressive array of layer cakes like German chocolate, hummingbird, red velvet, and more available in both 9-inch and 7-inch sizes, there's something for every cake lover here. Each week features a special cake that keeps locals coming back for more.
This review is for the team and for the barista making coffee - they rocked it out, the line was long and the people waiting for coffee was five deep and they were kind, efficient and made a damned good espresso. They serve La Colombe espresso drinks there and it lives up to the reputation (and it can be hard to find a good cup of coffee in this airport). A bit pricey, but worth it to me ♥️

Bought 2 slices of strawberry cake from piece of cake 4/24/2025 at Concourse A at ATL airport and the cake had mold spores growing on the strawberries in the cake.
Darious W — Google review
I saw this place when I was walking through the Atlanta airport so decided to stop. I purchased a slice of German Chocolate cake, which is my favorite. It was delicious! I am trying to find out how to purchase a whole cake
Rodney W — Google review
Coffee was ok but shocked to have to pay an additional two dollars to add some non- dairy milk- soy to my coffee. Some places do add a minimum amount for this special add on but this was extreme. As someone who doesn’t consume dairy feel it is a b discriminatory to be charged this much.. Will not return here .

I had already eaten at TGI Fridays after experiencing a 5 hour delay for my flight to New York. While enjoying excellent service and a nice meal at TGI Fridays, I received a $15 meal voucher from Delta. I had already planned on paying for my own meal so after I finished up, I decided to go into the terminal and look for a nice dessert place to spend my $15 voucher. I happened upon a place that sold coffee and cake. I love cake so it was an excellent choice. If I had known how awful the young lady that was working there was- her name was Kimberly- I would have moved on to another vendor. I love desserts and was so excited for cake and perkily asked her if I could spend the voucher there and she couldn’t even muster the word yes. She grunted and nodded at me which I took for a yes. Then she walked away. I stood there in awe. Finally she came back and asked me what I wanted. I felt this going south already. I placed my order- an iced latte and a slice of red velvet cake, and again she walked away without a word. ok. Another girl walked up and explained to me how to enter my payment, and I did so then stood off to the side. A few moments later, Kimberly, my cashier slammed a coffee drink on the counter and walked away. Was it mine? I don’t know. Later she turned to me and said- “there’s your drink”. I asked about the cake I had ordered. She asked what I had ordered. Since it was literally less than five minutes since I had placed the order, I chuckled and repeated my preference. I guess she wasn’t impressed with my amusement because a few moments later she slammed the bag with a slice of cake on top the counter again, this time with more force. I get the sense I was not wanted there. I fly commercial every ten days for work, so I have a lot of experience in airports, and this is by far the worst service I have ever had. EVER. I will sooner eat out of the trash can next time I am in ATL than return here for this kind of treatment. And I most certainly will not be spending my own money here. The receipt states that the vendor prides themselves on first class treatment. This was far from First class.
Bron H — Google review
Service was super slow, the cake was dry and flavorless, the price was super high for such a low quality slice of cake. They’re $8 per slice. There is also a lack of information on their slices/menu, it tells you the name of the slice but isn’t descriptive about details, for example: they do not list the frosting type (ie. buttercream, cream cheese, etc)
Lexi W — Google review
Quick friendly service. Good quality. Strawberry Cup cake was excellent. Ice Carmel mocha was good. Strawberry cup cake cost $4.05.
Peteria C — Google review
Dry muffins with icing. $2 value. If you're going to sell cupcakes, PACKAGE them in containers made for cupcakes. Looks like a hurricane blew the tops off my cupcakes bc they put them in four indiv. cake containers. Omg! 1-star.

Henri's Bakery & Deli is a cherished gem in Atlanta, celebrated for its mouthwatering roast-beef sandwiches and an impressive array of baked goods. Established in 1929, this award-winning bakeshop has become synonymous with high-quality wedding cakes that blend Southern charm with European sophistication. The bakery boasts a delightful selection of French and Danish pastries alongside their signature deli offerings, making it a favorite among locals.
Fallon Henry’s after walking over in Stone Mountain. The moment you walk in the staff was very friendly and attentive lots of fresh baked goods. So the family decided to try the sandwiches. I had the roast beef Poboy, which was delicious. The egg salad sandwich was very tasty and Italian sandwich was very delicious. Where one of our guests had to get a second and was saying this was one of the best Italian sandwiches he’s ever had. Plenty of seating inside and outside bathrooms were clean and will be visiting Henry’s if I’m ever out in Georgia again.
Rei R — Google review
Consistently Great buttery flaky croissants and House Blend good flavor and medium body. My friend had the Cheese Danish sweet and creamy with a latte. Service was good definitely felt welcome. There was one particular Asian lady who was bubbly and genuinely friendly. Great lunch spot and good pastries & coffee that’s NOT overpriced.
Christine D — Google review
The location on Marietta where I bought this is much larger and has a better parking situation- luv that. The employees are very nice- really luv that. The Rueben I had- didn’t luv it. It was on brown rye which is apparently a thing, who else knew? I’m aware of pumpernickel it I’ve never had brown rye. It was small af which bothers me because I asked for both corned beef and pastrami which they offer at Henri’s bakery. For there to be 2 types of meat there’s no way it should been this thin. The only reason that I even went was because King’s corned beef deli was closed. I should’ve waited until they reopened.
Shelley S — Google review
Stopped in for lunch. The place was packed, so I was excited to try the food. It was a little confusing as to where we ordered and paid as there were people everywhere. We thought there was a line for the bakery, and there was a line for the deli section, but everybody had to pay the same place and it was Confusing. The line was always super long to check out as we watched. We had a Reuben and roast beef sandwich. The onion bun was pretty dry. The Reuben was good. It wasn’t great.
A G — Google review
Wonderful atmosphere. Fresh food and courteous staff. Prices were quite reasonable for our lunch and it was delicious. The baked goods and homemade treats were very tempting. Definitely recommend this place
Curtis M — Google review
I sent a family member up to get some onion rolls for our burger dinner that night. These are what I needed to serve because this is what they sold! Actually ruined the special burgers made for dinner. Dry and way over cooked. Had no choice as they were closed by the time I got off work. Really hate that they would actually sell these when they are OBVIOUSLY over cooked!! If you are a bakery why would you sell burnt baked goods? Would a car dealer sell a broken car? Would you pay the lawn guy for not cutting your grass? I guess it’s okay to rip people off by selling obvious overcooked and dry bread, at least according to this management/baker. Whoever baked these should have enough respect to not sell them as acceptable baked bread. That’s just a lazy unprofessional baker! I feel the people who are considering this bakery should know what to expect from the baker!!! My only regret is actually trusting that they would be good and serving them for our dinner. These are the two left for the picture after I confirmed why my eyes were telling me.
Derek S — Google review
I want to like Henri. I really want to. But I think today was the last straw. They’re just so inconsistent. I live nearby and have gone around 6-8 times. I’ve probably gotten a decent meal twice. Same with their service. It’s a shame because when it’s good it’s great. I know missing the cheese in your sandwich doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s happens EVERY OTHER TIME. Same with the bread and food quality. Sometimes it’s really good but mostly it tastes stale. Today my sandwich was toasted to a rock like standard.
Kaveh A — Google review
I absolutely love the Henri's and the owners! The food is delicious and the staff is even sweeter! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. Will be going often!

Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe is a trendy cafe with modern decor that offers a variety of Asian-style breads, pastries, and cakes along with an assortment of teas. It has played a significant role in popularizing Asian desserts in Atlanta. With locations in Midtown, Buford Highway, and Duluth, it's a favorite spot for Georgia Tech students to study.
I've stopped in for treats before but this is my 1st time dining in. The chicken bulgogi panini was delicious but the waffle fries were soooo good. Salted just right! Then the lychee refresher was so good I hope they keep it on the menu even when out gets cold out! I ended up getting 6 more buns for the trip back to Charleston. Thank you, Sweet Hut!!
Sandra E — Google review
A great casual Cafe for college students. They have a good selection of coffee and teas. You'll also enjoy their tasty selection of pastries and baked goods. Need sweet treats for birthdays and special occasions? You'll be impressed with the gift boxes they offer. I was not impressed with the tofu burger. It was bland and a bit dry. However, the Samosas are delicious. They're located in the heart of Midtown, just minutes from Georgia Tech, Fox Theater, and Piedmont Park. During my last visit, I received outstanding customer service from an associate named Lana. She was very pleasant and made the ordering process a breeze.
Art D — Google review
Wow! The crispy Tofu bao and tofu fries with cappuccino made my dinner. So flavourful, I can eat again the next day. I bought a bunch of buns to go. Some toast varieties were sold out. Would like to buy more if I stayed longer in ATL. If you have been to the bay area, this is something similar to a fusion of Paris Baguette and the many wonderful Asian bakeries there.
Deepak H — Google review
If you have a sweet tooth and looking for dessert that is worth a trip out, try Sweet Hut Bakery. The food is fresh and everything makes you want to try it. It's a cute cafe and nice place to hang out. We ordered red velvet cake and Tiramisu, both were delicious and satisfied our craving for something sweet. They also validate parking, which is icing on the cake. I highly recommend.

Amazing fruit tart. Also, I got this Taro cake, and it was PHENOMENAL. I’ve never had Taro cake before, but now I want one for every celebration. Something else I appreciated was that they had snack size bakery items.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday and she wanted a Tiramisu and we were so happy we could try this amazing cake. We ordered over the phone with Juno and it was very nice, professional and helpful making it very smooth. We picked it up last night and it was not only a gorgeous cake presentation in box with ribbon, it came with candles and a cake slicer. The whole cake inside was absolutely stunning beautiful! My daughter & rest of family loved it. So delicious! Thank you Sweet Hut!! See you next time!!

Southern restaurant (US)
Nestled in Atlanta, GA, Southern Sweets Bakery is a go-to spot for classic breakfasts, soups, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and cookies. The bakery prides itself on its skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-notch wedding cakes and pastries with exceptional customer service. They specialize in crafting gluten-free wedding cakes and also cater to birthdays and corporate events. Using only the freshest ingredients available, they take a home-style approach to creating their delicacies.
We ordered the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was exquisite. From the moistness of the cake itself, to the silky goodness of the frosting, to the delicate crunch of the white chocolate shavings, it was an excellent treat for her special day. I highly recommend this bakery.
David S — Google review
So I have been here for their desserts before and they are good. I saw they did breakfast and a friend who referred me said breakfast is good too. I had the smoked salmon scramble with parmesian cheese grits. Everything was freshly cooked and great.
Mark M — Google review
Southern Sweets did an incredible job with our wedding cake! We've gotten cakes from here for the past few years for birthdays etc. and this was our first time ordering a custom cake. The process was super easy and it turned out great!
Liz M — Google review
The ordering and picking up was seamless. I ordered a half caramel cake, half red velvet, slice of the ammereto butter cake, and a slice of the carrot spice. The amaretto slice was okay, moist, but bland, I'm unsure if it should taste that way. The red velvet was moist, but I wouldn't call it a classic southern red velvet cake. It has more cocoa that I'm use to and the cream cheese frosting is quite tart. I like a tart/tangy cream cheese frosting, but more tart than what I expected. The caramel cake was dry and did not taste as if I was recently baked(within a day of picking it up). I haven't tried the carrot cake slice, yet. The staff were extremely nice and receptive to my feedback regarding the cakes. I think my comments on the red velvet cake and ammereto butter cake come down to personal preference. I'm unsure if I'd purchase half or full size cake again, but would try out individual slices given the wide variety offered.
Nicole S — Google review
Mmmmmmmmm! The Herman chocolate cake slide was delicious! I was in the area and stopped by after seeing the sign several times on trips to the DeKalb International Market. Although I stopped in about 10 minutes before closing, they greeted me as if it was still the middle of the day. Very friendly service! There were so many cake options and some pie options as well. They also do other deli type sandwiches and things the entrance is full of the eclectic artistic work on the walls, but it’s a nice seating area if you choose to stay and eat. Because it was the end of the workday I chose to take my cake to-go. I was surprised that the German chocolate cake was actually chocolate cake with coconut “German chocolate” frosting and some addition regular chocolate frosting atriums the top edges. I’ve never had it prepared that way, but it was good. I was craving sweet, and that’s what I got. I’ll be back again to try other items on the menu. Oh, and I loved the Reserved Parking signs for customers.
L. E — Google review
Service is always amazing here. We had the chocolate cake it was dry which is what I really was looking forward to. We also had the red velvet chocolate cake it was delicious. We had the apple pie it was good the lemon flavor almost over powered the pie but it was still good. We also had the banana pudding it was good but the cookie to banana ratio was off. It needed more of both.
Spencer D — Google review
I’ve enjoyed vegan desserts from Southern Sweets for years but always at a restaurant that sells them so this was my first experience at their actual location. I ordered a vegan raspberry chocolate mousse cake for a friend’s birthday but I arrived hungry so decided to order food for myself while there. I had a vegan black bean burger and a bag of chips. The burger looked a little strange but was actually pretty tasty and the price was good. The atmosphere was nice - eclectic and comfortable. It felt welcoming. The cake was ridiculously delicious. After serving everyone there was this collective silence because everyone was taking it in. Seriously SO good. I also got a slice of vegan German chocolate cake for myself and it, too, was amazing. It’s in or super close to Avondale Estates and I could see making an afternoon of thrifting and stopping for lunch and a treat, especially if I lived closer. But it was definitely worth the trek.
Michelle L — Google review
I had a craving for cake, so my husband and I drove out 30 minutes to Decatur to pick up a few slices here. They did the trick! We ordered one of each: Caramel, German Chocolate, Red Velvet, and Coconut. All of them were good! I love caramel and while the caramel cake was a bit crumbly, the flavor was good! Service was quick and nice. The area is very industrial but the bakery itself if cute!

Hi, I am a Kong’s dad🐶 I tried lots of it though it was breakfast😅 The sandwiches were so fresh and yummy as well as coffee was very nice, I got latte with almond milk. I ordered Portobello and Smoky Turkey paper for sandwiches. I would really suggest the twice baked almond croissant among them. It’s really crispy and full taste of almond. I would definitely revisit soonest to try other menus👍

This is such a cute but fully stocked wonder of variety items and fresh products. The bakery was fully stocked with great items and the patisserie was incredible. I got the strawberry fields and chocolate truffle…Wowzers. Great flavor, not overly or cloyingly sweet. The customer service is top notch and the barista was amazing. I did my normal request of having them play and do whatever they want with my coffee and they gave me a wonderful foamy somehow caramelized vanilla latte. They’re not limited to just baked goods but also artisanal cheeses and freshly made lunch items such as sandwiches that can made to order or ready to go. Would definitely visit again!

This place is a gem for baked goods and pastries. It’s chock full of curios. There is Dubai chocolate bars, local grits, warm breakfast, and a variety of drinks. Make sure to grab all your items and then stand in line. I wish there was more seating.
Virginia M — Google review
The slightly old-fashioned yet cozy atmosphere was the first pleasant surprise, and the incredible flavors of the salmon sandwich and panini were the second. The harmony of freshly baked bread and quality ingredients was truly outstanding, and it felt like I had finally found a place I’d love to come back to again and again.

My favorite bakery in town!! I highly recommend trying their garlic roast lamb or roast beef sandwiches. Also asked them to press the sandwich hot like panini (although they charge $1.50) for heating up the sandwich 😔 their coffee and bakery -- great as well. My favorite thing is the chocolate raspberry cake -- perfect balance of raspberry and choc and absolutely gorgeous 🥰 warning: they are super busy during holidays and weekends. Go there early if you do not want to worry about parking and waiting times.

We are regulars here. My mom came in this morning for a black pepper turkey sandwich to eat during her lunch break later at work. When she opened her sandwich hours later, she discovered that her sandwich had every ingredient BUT the turkey! The location was not busy this morning, so there is no explanation for the turkey sandwich having no turkey. Very disappointed, especially for the price she paid.

I finally stopped by this bakery, and I’m glad I did! Having their own parking lot was a nice convenience. The shop offers a wide variety of baked goods, desserts, candies, sandwiches, soups, wines, and café drinks — there’s something for everyone. I tried the cinnamon stick, roast beef sandwich, blueberry bar, and chocolate cookie — everything tasted great. Prices were a bit higher than I expected, but overall, the quality of the food made it worth it.
James S — Google review
I just adore Alon’s! Everything about them is heavenly; I LOVE their baked goods, maximalist interior, customer service, honestly everything. Some of my favorite goodies of theirs are the Tiramisu, macarons (especially the almond and chocolate flavors), fruit tart, mug-sized chocolate cheesecake, and Midnight Cake. They have so many options to choose from across the store, though, that you’ll never be bored when visiting. Their service is also always phenomenal - you genuinely feel that everyone loves working here. You HAVE to go to this ATL staple!

Nestled in the charming Cabbagetown neighborhood, Sweet Cheats is a delightful bakery and coffee shop that specializes in an array of mouthwatering desserts. This cozy spot is renowned for its imaginative cupcakes, including the crowd-favorite Strawberry Shortbread Cheesecake Cupcake topped with luscious strawberry buttercream icing. But that's not all! Sweet Cheats also offers a tempting selection of cake pops, macarons, traditional puddings, cookies, truffles, and cheesecakes.
Very pleasant and warm greeting as I arrived. Happy with the variety of choices in pastries, drinks and savory snacks. Can’t wait to come back and try other treats or order a birthday cake. The crust on the empanadas were buttery, soft and so delicious.

So slow! Ordered at 9:30 am and they only gave it to me at 9:54! It was a breakfast bagel and a chai latte. I saw her make the coffee and set it aside for at least 10 min! Now my coffee is cold and my morning is wasted. They gave out several to go orders first which was reasonable then they started to give out larger orders to those who ordered before me!? It’s not even worth the crazy expensive price. I love small businesses but this one is terrible. They had multiple working and no one was able to get me my food or even take my order for the first 5 min. Went home to try the food and it wasn’t worth the money at all! The bacon was undercooked while their egg was overcooked and didn’t match their menu. Also what is wrong with my cupcake? It looks half eaten and I haven’t even touched it, plus it’s so stale! The frosting is rock hard 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ordered for my daughters first birthday. the cupcakes and cake were BEAUTIFUL! Everyone said best cupcakes they ever had. icing is incredible. I will definitely be calling again and my friends wanted your name. Thank you so much. You made our party a hit and the delivery was so smooth. Thank you so much!!

I found Sweet Cheats while searching online for the “best chocolate cake in Atlanta”. While ordering online I learned that anything written on the cake cost an additional $10 and icing flowers were an extra $20. I purchased a 6” plain chocolate cake with a happy birthday message that advised would serve 10-12 people for $70.79. In my opinion, there was nothing special about the look or the taste of the cake that set them apart from any other cake shop or grocery store bakery. There were no embellishments or anything else to it to justify the price for such a small cake, so their name is appropriate for me …Sweet CHEATS.

Sweet Cheats made my son's two-tiered 6th birthday cake (vanilla and strawberry) and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious!! I worked with Jalease, who was so kind and helpful in discussing my options and answering all my questions. And I was also fortunate enough to meet with the owner/pastry chef, Ms. Shirley. She was wonderful to work with. She walked me through a visual of cake, gave me suggestions to help pull my vision together, and was so kind and patient. On top of the excellent customer service, the cake was a huge hit and is one of the best tasting cakes I've ever had! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Last but not least, the delivery driver was on time, even though it was storming, and very professional! All around great experience!

Cute and quaint local bakery nestled amongst residential canbbage town. Smelled just like a bakery should when you first walk in. Great assortment of baked goods and all day breakfast sandwiches.

Shirley and her team did such an amazing job for my daughter’s 8th birthday Hello Kitty themed cake. They were super responsive and thorough from initial contact to pickup. I communicated mostly with Jalease when discussing what I was hoping for in a cake. She worked with me to make sure my vision stayed in my budget. I wanted to hug her and Shirley when I finally walked into the shop to pick the final product up — they executed everything perfectly!! My pictures don’t do it justice at all. It also tasted amazing!! 10/10

The cake was absolutely fantastic! It was stunning and a huge hit at my event. Not only was it beautifully designed, but it also tasted amazing—everyone loved it! I even shared some outside of the event, and it was a hit all around. Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life! I truly appreciate it.

They made our 23yr anniversary cake for us and it was absolutely perfect even up to the delivery!! I could not have gotten this cake anywhere else to exceed expectations like the CakeHag did! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!

I’m really in awe of how great this cake turned out! I contacted the shop 2 weeks before my wedding and they were able to take my order. The cake was amazing and my Husband loved the carrot cake layer! While wedding cakes are always a big expense, after contacting probably 8 different shops, the Cake Hag was the most affordable! I look forward to an occasion to be able to use them in the future!

I got an Auburn themed cake for my fiancé’s birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal! The artwork, the taste - it was a hit at the party and my fiancé was so pleased. Thank you SO SO much. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Cake Hag ROCKS! We ordered a custom two-cake stack in chocolate and vanilla, and one on the side to take home in red velvet for a Sweet 16 party for my daughter. The cake looked AMAZING, and tasted amazing! I realized I had forgotten candles, and Katie kindly ran out and grabbed us a, "16" candle, saving the evening! You're wonderful, Katie! :) Everyone LOVED the cake, my personal favorite was the vanilla. :) We asked for buttercream rather than fondant, because I dislike the rubbery consistency of fondant. All in all, a fantastic addition to a wonderful Sweet 16! Thanks so much again! We will be back!

I contacted this business via email the evening of March 24th about having a cake made for my mother's birthday as I was put in charge of getting a cake last minute. They quickly responded (that evening) that they would be able to make one for me. I mentioned I saw a $45 cake on their website that was strawberries and cream and inquired about the serving size that would be. Once confirming it would be big enough for everyone attending our family gathering I placed the order. I asked about picking it up and was told they would deliver it for free if I lived in the area. I do live in the area so there was not delivery fee. I also asked if it would be available Saturday morning and they said they could deliver it between 10 am and noon. I asked if we might be able to push the delivery time closer to 1 pm as I realized I would be out that morning. They said that would be fine. Around 1:20 pm when I hadn't seen them I emailed back leaving my phone number as I realized I didn't provide it in any of our earlier correspondence. I also tried calling but got their voicemail. I left a voicemail with my number as well. They showed up around 1:30 pm ( not a big deal) and she took a picture of me holding the box with the cake in it. I did not open it at that time as I had met her outside and it was windy. Once inside I opened the box and noticed the cake was just plain (picture attached). On their website it said the cake would be garnished with fresh strawberries (website description screenshot attached) which is why I didn't ask for any extra writing or anything on it. By that time I needed to head to the gathering and I knew there wouldn't be enough time to fix it so I emailed the company to notify them that my cake was not completed as described on the website with the fresh strawberries garnish. I also called and left them a voicemail and asked them to call me back. I waited until today (Monday the 29th of March) thinking maybe they had a busy weekend. When I still had not heard from them by this evening I decided to post this review. While the cake being delivered not completed with the strawberry garnish was disappointing I was more upset about the lack of communication after I voiced my displeasure with the final product. They were great at communicating to get me to place the order and sending me an invoice to pay but once they delivered the cake I feel (based on their lack of response) they felt the transaction was done despite them not completing their end of the deal. I can't say I would recommend this bakery for a special occasion cake. While the cake was decent (the icing had a strong taste of stick butter more than a white chocolate flavor but the cake was pretty good) it was an underwhelming experience for the price.
Heather M — Google review
It is sad to see that this beautiful cake wasn’t demolished by the 50 people at my son’s college graduation. We ordered a second lemon cake that was just as disappointing and also thrown away. The taste was just - not good. The frosting had the texture and taste of a stick of crisco- even though they only use the finest sweet cream. I really thought someone must have just made a mistake and didn’t add the sugar or something. After communicating with the bakery- they took no ownership and kinda made me feel like I was the one who didn’t know what I was talking about. The fact is- If you have that many people at a gathering- and a cake that feeds 30- you should not have a crumb left. So- no, it wasn’t me and my taste buds- the cakes were terrible. This did teach me a HUGE lesson- it’s better to have an affordable ,ugly , edible cake than an expensive, beautiful inedible one.

This is my second time getting a cake from the Cake Hag. The first time was for a gender reveal. This time was for a NYE 1920’s themed murder mystery. It was PERFECT! The flapper is holding a bloody knife that is dripping blood. So amazing. Also I ordered the strawberry cake which was delicious. Generally I don’t expect elaborately designed cakes to taste very good. But this cake really blew my expectations out of the water!

Henri's Bakery & Deli is a cherished Atlanta gem that has been delighting locals since 1929. Renowned for its mouthwatering roast-beef sandwiches, this beloved establishment also boasts an impressive array of baked goods. From classic birthday cakes adorned with rich buttercream frosting to delectable Italian cream and black forest cakes, there's something sweet for every occasion—just remember to place your order with a little notice!
You know it is special when ten people are very patiently ahead of you waiting to order. The Rueben was a 10 with the most tender perfectly sliced corned beef. To counter the savory, I loved the very slight sweetness in the sauerkraut. Highly recommend. The line moved quickly with a four person team taking food orders and cooking. Then, walk over to the pastry counter. Had to try the wedding cookies... the best! The chocolate croissant and chocolate truffle cake fulfilled the mandatory chocolate fix.

The Buckhead Henri's is the original Henri's, the parent shop of a set of bakeries-cum-cafés now found at other locations around Atlanta. It's a nice spot to stop for a cup of coffee, a pastry, and/or a sandwich. There's a lot of outdoor seating, which makes for a pleasant time in seasons that permit sitting outdoors with ease. On the food front, the offerings can be a bit mixed. My chicken salad sandwich today was good, in that the chicken salad was well-made and was a traditional Southern chicken salad with a bit of pickle relish (or something else with some sweetness in the mix). But I asked for it on rye bread and got white bread, instead. And while the slice of baklava I purchased to split three ways was generous and looked good, it had none of the buttery taste that traditional phyllo pastry always has, making me suspect that this baklava doesn't have butter in it at all. My lunch companions did succeed in getting rye bread for their pastrami sandwiches, but only after asking three times as the sandwich maker kept picking up slices of white bread to make the sandwiches. They said the pastrami was good.
William L — Google review
Unfortunately, our delivery was not as expected. Review the attached images as you will notice the sandwiches arrived mashed up and mixed. Also, the portions of some sandwiches were prepared with hardly any pimento cheese or egg salad while others had more than enough. I am disappointed with how poorly the way our order was prepared and the service I received to resolve this instance after Jasmine and another catering rep offered to return my call promptly and drop off more sandwiches but then ghosted us.

We just discovered Henri’s Bakery which is what I imagine Heaven will be like, at least what I’m hoping it will be like. The best eclair I’ve ever had. They have been operating for over 90 years, not sure why I didn’t find them sooner but I’ll definitely be back often.

One of the best spots to relax in Buckhead! Henri’s Bakery & Deli has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind with a coffee and pastry. Their cheese Danish is absolutely delicious flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The French cheesecake is also a must-try, rich yet light, and full of flavor. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or just want to enjoy a calm moment, this location never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Customer service was top notch. Ham and cheese sandwich was super salty and French bread was stale. No pickle, no chips. Pretty lame for a $10 sub par sandwich. Pastries were pretty tasteless. With 2 sandwiches, 4 pastries and bag of chips and 2 lattes we were in over $50. Won't be back.

I just recently moved to this area and was walking my dog this Saturday morning and happened to come by this bakery. I opened the door to the bakery and my first inquiry was are dogs allowed inside. Two employees and someone I’m assuming was the manager all stated yes. I wish I had gotten the managers name because she was extremely sweet and helpful. I chose a few items from the bakery and then made my way to the breakfast sandwich bar where i was greeted warmly by the two younger men working the deli, but when it came to the older gentleman he asked me if my dog was a service animal. I told him no and he stated that she is not allowed inside and asked me to wait outside while he made my order…. This was very confusing to me as I was just told dogs are allowed and who I am assuming to be the manager spoke up as well and stated that she said I can come inside. He proceeded to argue with the manager and wave his finger at her and stated you are not the owner and dogs are not allowed. Even as I was walking away from the deli he was speaking very rudely to the manager. This made me very uncomfortable as he was extremely rude during this interaction and asking a customer to wait outside after already being told you could enter is extremely unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable. It was also extremely cold out this morning it was 45 degrees and he asked me to wait outside…. I will say the breakfast sandwich was good and the bakery is adorable! I also ordered a few sweet treats for my family as I was excited to show them the new gem I discovered. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will be coming back here nor will I be recommending it due to the customer service experience I had with that deli member. The deli member was an older Hispanic man and I wish I had gotten his name. If I do come back it will only be because of the sweet manager who tried to smooth things over after the interaction with the man at the deli. Again I wish I had gotten her name, but she was a nice Asian lady and she was taking out the bakery items for the day. As a dog owner I know animals are not allowed everywhere and if I was told at the entrance when I inquired about the policy I would have gladly taken my dog home and returned back to the bakery without her. However there is a way to go about reprimanding someone in a professional manner and unfortunately that mark was missed during this interaction. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for the team.

The Little Tart Bakeshop is a French-inspired pastry shop founded by Ohio transplant Sarah O'Brien in 2010. Over the past decade, it has expanded into three locations and earned the trust of Atlanta locals. The beloved shop offers handmade eats and treats, from crème fraiche quiche to tarts, as well as great espresso.
One of my favorite places for coffee and breakfast. It can get crowded, but there is a lot of seating so usually not a problem unless a busy weekend morning. Great pastries and some larger plate options as well. The staff is always friendly. I recommend a lavender latte and a ham and cheese croissant, but everything is good. Lots of free parking in the lot and surrounding streets.

LOVE Little Tart! I always get the salted honey oat latte which is amazing and not too sweet. Their olive oil cake and cookies are very good too. The space is airy and beautiful and lively with a good mix of people chatting with friends and working on laptops. I also love Little Tart After Dark. DO NOT park in their parking lot without paying!! I’ve seen so many people get booted there!! There’s street parking!!

I enjoyed going to Little Tart. There was a lot parking, but it filled up pretty quick. I got a croissant in the nitro latte and it was pretty good, I really like the croissant and all of their baked goods looked really delicious. I enjoyed the vibe inside, it was kind of like a Paris theme feel, and they had free Wi-Fi and the customer service was friendly. They also had outdoor seating as well. I would go back to try another pastry. It does get a little crowded near 9:30-10.

I am specific about the desserts I like and there weren’t many options on display today for me. I am a “wet bread”/soft dessert kind of guy so I like cake, bread pudding and soft chew cookies . I got the blueberry lemon cookie and a pastry that has some filling in it. Blueberry lemon cookie-taste like artificial blueberry and lemon flavoring. It was basically a blue sugar cookie. I wasn’t a fan. Pastry with fillling-it was flaky with sweetness and saltines. It looks great. The inside wasn’t filled enough for me and I felt it was just something to eat. The oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies looked a bit dry so I didn’t order them today. I didn’t see carrot cake or coffee cake. i’m not a coffee drinker and the food wasn’t the type of food I go for. A certain type of person likes this I’m sure!

If you haven't been yet, what are you doing with your life? Easily the best bakery + café in town. Their other locations are great, but it's tough to beat the OG; especially for the events they do there. After Dark is just as wonderful with the cocktails and food options. Lovely aesthetic and great service. The gougères and breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. My only issue is that I don't live close enough to visit every day. 🥲

Little Tart Cafe is a true gem. The service is fantastic, friendly and attentive from start to finish. Their pastries are absolutely delicious, fresh and perfectly baked. The space is spacious and filled with natural daylight, making it an ideal spot to work or get lost in a good book while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Plus, they offer Rishi tea, which is one of my favorites. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming cafe with great treats.

The Little Tart is consistently one of the top bakeries in Atlanta. Out of town friends? Take em here. Coffee date for two? Going to Little Tart! There's lots of options for chocolate lovers, fruit lovers, and those who like their treats more cakey or more flaky. What really sets Little Tart apart, though, is how consistently flaky their pastries are. There's not just a single layer or two, but the whole thing is! Also, their coffee beverages are all strong and come out super fast. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks on the menu.

Alon’s Bakery & Market is a renowned establishment that has been serving top-notch artisanal baked goods and cuisine since 1992. The cozy, old-school ambiance adds to the European market feel, offering a wide array of freshly made pastries, bread, cakes, sandwiches, prepared foods, cheeses, and chocolates. They also provide wholesale options and catering services for various events. Customers praise the fantastic food quality but note the slightly confusing ordering process.
Been going to this Alon’s location frequently since it opened and it’s always lovely. Much bigger than the OG Highlands location (although I love that one too) and super convenient if you’re shopping nearby. Their patisserie is as good as you’ll find in Atlanta. My wife and I love getting a box to-go and trying new combinations. Their cakes are incredible as well, as are the cookies (love the chocolate chip & pecan). Meal-wise we often get the everything bagel with salmon and capers. Always fresh and their bagels are great. Brisket hash is another favorite and the pepper turkey sandwich is great. Can’t go wrong with their quiche either. Not a cheap spot but always quality, good service, and usually a big crowd going in and out. People get confused with the ordering process but it’s really not that difficult, lol.

Akon’s Bakery and Cafe is a nice place to enjoy a quick meal or pastry in a pretty location. The cafe is located at the corner of Phipp’s Plaza Mall in Buckhead and the cafe can be accessed from the street. The cafe is modern, pretty, and there are plenty of tables to eat, meet with people, or study at. The bakery goods are delightful, but lean on the pricey side. I tried the Pistachio Croissant, Chocolate Praline, and Almond Croissant, and all of the pastries were fresh, crisp, and delicious. I loved how they weren’t cloyingly sweet and were so crisp and flaky - they even stayed crisp and delicious overnight! We also tried the Beef Hash and Lentil soup, and while they were good, they were also pretty salty. The only complaint is that the service was only okay. The check out staff weren’t very friendly and I didn’t like how one was particularly detached when speaking with her. She didn’t give me my receipt when I requested one on the terminal, and she huffed like I was terribly inconveniencing here to print one out. It just seemed like most of the service staff I encountered were worn out. Overall, the pastries were good enough to come back to get again if I’m in the area. It’s a nice chill cafe with good pastries.

I usually come in here before work to pick up a pistachio crossiant, today when I went in I received a hazelnut croissant instead of a pistachio. The curly haired man with a beard who was behind the counter told me he did in fact give me pistachio. I’m a baker myself, not only that but you can clearly taste a difference between pistachio and hazelnut. He was so rude and I informed him he should change the signs so nobody gets it mixed up. If you’re coming on 9/11/25 rest assured your order will be mixed up since the worker apparently doesn’t know what he is selling. This is usually the bakery I refer my family to but after today I don’t trust that staff is knowledgeable. Tried calling to resolve this but no avail.

i ordered online through DoorDash, and the food was awesome! the $18 turkey sandwich was definitely my favorite. the truffle slice was $9 and super rich- i could only handle a couple bites of that one. and it seems they overlooked my chai latte, unfortunately!

At Alon’s in Phipps Plaza, the food speaks for itself—fresh, vibrant, and crafted with the finest ingredients. From delicate pastries and rich coffee to crisp salads and heartier fare, every dish reflects consistency and care. During a recent visit, the service began with a less-than-welcoming cashier. Yet the manager’s swift and thoughtful response transformed the encounter, offering the meal with compliments and reaffirming the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality. With exceptional cuisine, an inviting atmosphere, and leadership that values every guest, Alon’s continues to stand out as a true gem in Phipps Plaza.

Very busy even on a Monday morning when we visited. Bakery and coffee were worth the wait.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get a croissant and a mocha since we were craving something good. They don't seem to have a microwave to heat up their baked goods which is quite surprising since the baked stuff is kept out on display and I would have expected a microwave to atleast heat it up since who eats a croissant cold? The mocha was underwhelming. I have been to this location for their mocha few times in the past and it has been chocolaty, with a generous shot of espresso. For whatever reason this time there was not much of a hint of coffee or chocolate - quite disappointing since I used to admire their consistency of serving the same goodness no matter when. Good ambience and quick service which is pointless if what you are serving is not consistently good.

We ordered the chicken basil sandwich on focaccia and it was fairly tasty. My only complaint is that the food was super cold to where it was a but unappetizing. The sandwich would’ve been sooooo much better if it were heated up or even room temperature. The chicken was an unsettling to eat bc of how cold it was. But the pesto and the bread were so delicious so it was such a shame they ruined the sandwich with the ice cold chicken. The sandwich would’ve been perfect had they warmed it to where the cheese was melted and the chicken wasn’t on the cusp of frozen.

Cami Cakes is a delightful boutique cupcakery that has captured the hearts of dessert lovers with its incredible variety of flavors. From classic options like chocolate and red velvet to unique creations such as carrot, lemon drop, and even an Elvis cupcake topped with banana and peanut butter frosting, there's something for everyone. Their layer cakes are equally impressive, featuring favorites like mint chocolate and salted caramel.

It has been YEARS since I've had Cami Cakes. Since my brother is visiting from Chicago, I decided to bring him to Lenox mall. I noticed them in the mall again. I thought they had closed this location, but today I saw they had moved. We walked up, and the young lady with short locs was occupied on her phone. Once she realized we were there, she looked up. I spoke to her and asked her how she was doing, All she said was how can I help you with a disappointed look on her face and also in a rude way. I then said, "That's ok." She shouldn't be there to serve the public. As much as I wanted the cake, I refused to give my money to rude people. I am highly disappointed

1. Yes, the cake is MOIST! 2. It’s a little pricey, but if you are a baker then you will understand the cost. It is worth the price. 3. The staff was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering. I’m all about service. 4. Neat and clean is the best way to describe the store itself. This matters when buying mall food. 5. Red velvet is really good. The icing is rich and the cake is equally as rich. Definitely a must if you have a sweet tooth.

CAMMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!! I’m disappointed in the rest of the reviews because BABY!!!!! I’ve been trying to find something remotely close to my Auntie Sally Red velvet and the search has gone cold until today. My family is red velvet cake connoisseurs because my Aunt set the bar so high with the moisture, using real ingredients. The color is always rich and her icing is amazing. Cami cupcakes is actually very close to her recipe. I was so excited that finally something tastes & looks remotely close to hers. My only suggestion is that it needs to be a little bit more sweeter with the cake, but it was very moist even though it was probably sitting there all day. The cake still did not disappoint. For the more traditional taste I must have pecans all over my cake. I will absolutely be back seven dollars well spent. Also, the picture does not do it justice the cake slices were massive. Service was good the little helpers were unfortunately in the back so we had no idea that they were open but they were very pleasant and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Heard about these, so I stopped by in Lenox. Cute store, large variety of cupcakes, and cake slices displayed nicely. Ordered a lemon and a pineapple coconut cupcake, served in a cute little box. Service was good, but there was nothing special to me about the taste of these $5 cupcakes - I didn't think either was freshly made, unfortunately.

I am so confused. Cami cakes use to be TOP TIER! Now I feel like I am eating a cake from Walmart. WHY is the CREAM CHEESE frosting, now overly whipped?? They are being cheap. This is NOT Cream cheese on these cup cakes. The cake is DRY now and not as moist as they used to be. I am not about to pay 5 bucks for a cupcake that isnt good. Stop being cheap and give us what we pay for!!!.

CEG Bakery offers a diverse selection of customizable pastries made with high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. The bakery is known for its exceptional customer service, with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond to assist customers. Their offerings include a variety of baked goods and custom desserts influenced by Southern heritage and French culinary techniques. The business is operated by two sisters who are praised for their delicious cakes, such as the French chocolate buttercream and lemon strawberry flavors.
I order from this bakery all the time, I just love them. I ordered a “healthy” birthday cake for my one year old daughter’s smash cake photos. They brought my vision to life without sacrificing flavor. We did a banana coconut cake. The cake had the banana flavor without tasting or having the same texture as banana bread. Very lovely.

Saw bakery while walking chose to go in for carrot cake. They did not have any that day but was going to make it another day but was not going be here the next day so decided to get mama‘s pound cake two cookies and a brownie wanted to see if the poundcake would taste like my grandmothers didn’t but still it was okay.

This is my second time using CEG Bakery and they have yet to disappoint! The quality and flavor of their cakes combined with the decorating skills, is unmatched! They have also patiently worked with me both times regarding the design and pricing/payment. Will use them every time. That lemon strawberry cake was OUT OF THIS WORLD! So moist! The entire cake was eaten! Awesome ladies! 💜💜

CEG Bakery made my wedding cake and cupcakes (regular and boozy). To say everything was amazing would be an understatement. From my first visit to CEG to start trying flavors months before the wedding all the way through their delivery of our wedding cake and getting nearly 200 cupcakes together (including nearly 40 boozy cupcakes), I cannot say enough about how glad I am that we choose CEG Bakery. Our guests were falling over themselves to get seconds and thirds of the cake and the cupcakes until they ran out! The balance of sweetness and flavor profiles were amazing in each and every flavor we tried. If you’re on the fence, just try them! You will NOT be disappointed! The owners Glynnis and Katha go above and beyond to deliver perfection every time. I can’t wait until my next visit to that side of town to try another flavor :)

Very disappointed. I ordered my gender reveal cake and honestly was shocked to see the results I received. My husband ordered my birthday cake two years ago from here and it was amazing but this go around not so much. I appreciated the quick turn around for my cake but I am literally undecided on how to move forward for my reveal. I will say, the owner did state I could come back to have the wording done differently but I honestly don’t think it’s worth the drive. Also the sides of the cake came off before I even opened the container. I’m just disappointed for what I paid vs what I got. I honestly think the caked needed to cool more or better handling when placed in the box. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for my day tomorrow but I appreciate it Update: I updated one of the photos with a time stamp. The issue to the cake was not due to heat. I literally called my sister minuets after picking up my cake. Additionally, I arrived home approximately 30 minuets after picking up my cake. My house is typically 80degrees but my cake was out for 10 mins so I can take the pictures.. the cake could not defrost that quickly. I honestly believe it was rushed and did not have enough time in the freezer at the establishment. I have integrity. Also, I didn’t bring the cake back because I would have had to wait until 5pm to get it fixed and also drive another 15-20 mins to bring it back after picking it up. I didn’t think it was worth the hassle. However, I did enjoy the cake the presentation was just poor.

Thank you, CEG Bakery, for the wonderful unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday! She couldn't contain her excitement when she laid eyes on it. So glad I gave this nearby small business a try; beautiful and delicious cake, fair pricing, very prompt and friendly service. Couldn't have wished for anything more, we will be back. FYI: Retail parking spots are available in the adjoining parking garage below the apartment building.

The best service received in a long time. Staff is kind, helpful and patient. The cakes are amazing! I called to have my birthday cake made for an event and I honestly didn’t know what I wanted. I didn’t have a picture or anything. I am a very picky eater (I don’t like frosting, whip cream, and can only eat certain flavors of cake) and they patiently talked me through it. I received a beautiful lavender chocolate cake topped with blackberries and macaroons. I stopped by a little early to pick up my cake and they gave me an amazing free slice of warm white chocolate pound cake while I waited. I now order 1-2 pound cakes per month. It’s amazing. Their “Mama’s pound cake” is the best flavor to me. I’ve tried the Brandy pound cake as well and it is also pretty good.

Wow!!! When I tell you our wedding cake was disappearing so fast…you wouldn’t believe it! Last weekend CEG Bakery seamlessly created a hummingbird wedding cake for our special day. Planning a wedding is intense, but doing it states away adds even more stress. But CEG Bakery focused on every detail, even helping me get an appropriate cake stand that matched my decor to ensure my cake remained flawless. The cake tasting was super fun having the entire store with bubbly, laughter and music made it such a lovely experience. Now the cake…OMG! It was beautifully crafted, but most importantly the taste was fantastic. The moisture, flavor, and texture were phenomenal!! Everyone loved the cake and was excited to not have a boring plain, everyday cake. This topper probably won’t last until our 1st anniversary because we want to snag several bites now!! 😋 We loved it.

Delicious experience!!😍 … although I was hoping to find more flavors and more of the season we are in 🎃 🍂. (Here⬇️ Red Velvet, Key Lime, CoffeeToffe Cheesecake and Salted Caramel🤤🤤🤤)

I ordered a dozen for a corporate meeting to surprise one of my colleagues for her birthday and was humiliated that the cupcakes were delivered not only late but also a total mess (see pic). I let the store know and sent a pic and they responded that they use a 3rd party delivery service and it’s out of their control. They offered to deliver again the next day and I accepted that offer but then never heard from them again. Very disappointed. I am a long time fan of the original store from my years living in DC and this one pales in comparison.

Definitely not worth it. Staff are very stand back and do not greet customers. And the cupcake was the worst I have ever had. Glad I only got 1. The frosting was great. But the cupcake crumbled immediately when removing from the box. Cupcake was so dry. Do not waste your money... or your time. Not worth the price or the calories.

I absolutely love this shop! Cupcakes are always amazing. Here lately they've been slipping. Last doezen I ordered, did not come as pictured...flavors were subbed and I wasn't notified. This time for my BIRTHDAY, since I couldn't get to the beach I ordered the beach dozen. Well same thing yet again. Flavors not listed in the description were in my box, NONE of the decorations were right. I'm very close to not returning as a customer....publix is closer to me.

Sunday Cravings, I wish I can eat the whole flavors 😍😍, but I behave 😁👏🏻🤤🤤. Highly recommend, the best cupcakes in the town. My Faves: lime, coconut and strawberry. The only reason I give them 4 ⭐️ is because they do not accept Apple Pay and I think that’s important nowadays, one person was really struggling to pay because he did not have his card on hand , I witnessed all the crazy steps he had to do to pay ( call his bank etc) paying should be a pleasure experience as the cupcakes they have 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was pleasantly Disappointing cupcakes 😏 I order from Uber. I didn't read the reviews until after they arrived. I wish I had because the cake was dry, and the frosting was less desirable. My lO didn't like the vanilla, and I ordered two different flavors. Neither one did the trick. I wasted $30 but at least we had the opportunity to try something new. Best of luck and I really hope the flavors get better. It has a lot of great potential.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I went in the store to place an order for cupcakes for my bridal shower two days in advance. I was interested in something custom since they didn't offer anything bridal-ish online. Staff was uninterested in helping me. One girl handed me the sheet and told me I could only order items from the list, nothing customized. I should've left at that point, but I ordered 18 cupcakes and a cupcake stand anyways. On Saturday, they said they ran out of buttercream and did not make half of the selections I had chosen. I had to choose between whatever they had. The cupcake stand had black ribbon, not white and was so embarrassingly cheap, I threw it away. It was not the one they advertise in the store. The cupcakes themselves were good, but not worth $70. I will never shop here again and will warn all my friends from doing so as well.

I went on a cupcake adventure today. I drove 2 hrs away. I had gone to a total of 4 bakeries. Soley searching for the best red velvet. You're in Buckhead and you think, things will be top tier. Welp, I was wrong. This was the worst cupcake I have ever had. I saw the reviews and still tried them for myself. I purchased a red velvet and keylime cupcake. Both were nasty. Compared to other bakeries, the size of them were really small. The cupcake was soooo hard and dry. The frosting had form some form of crust(being exposed to air). There was no taste, dry, the color was more of a brownish red. The keylime cake was white. I'm not trying to be mean bc maybe they are giving it their all. Please take these reviews into consideration and improve.

Cinnaholic is not your typical bakery, as it specializes in creating fresh, gourmet cinnamon rolls with a variety of unique flavors and toppings. What sets this locally owned shop apart is that it's a 100% plant-based bakery, offering vegan options for all its desserts. In addition to their signature cinnamon rolls, they also serve brownies, cookies, and edible cookie dough – all made without dairy or eggs.
Everything was absolutely delicious! Super rich so go if you have that sweet tooth. I could only eat half but I definitely wasn’t mad about it. Staff was super friendly and welcoming! I’ll definitely be back.

I stopped by this place for a sweet craving, and it completely hit the spot!. I didn’t even realize the bakery was vegan, but the sweets were just as delicious. The classic cinnamon roll was warm, gooey, soft, and not too sweet. I gave some to my mom without mentioning it was vegan, and she loved it. She couldn’t even tell the difference. The other roll bought was the Shake Rattle Roll, which my sister really enjoyed, especially with its different toppings. It was my first time here, and the staff were also amazing, super friendly, and helpful in guiding me. Even though I showed up 30 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush or skimp on making the rolls. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors. If you're craving some great cinnamon rolls that won’t leave you feeling sluggish afterward, I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I gave this a try for something different as dessert. To be honest we weren’t blown away. We got 3 different flavors of cinnamon rolls, one of which isn’t pictured below. We got the seasonal peach flavor, strawberry cheesecake, and a brownie flavor. The peach flavor was good but the icing made it taste like a regular cinnamon roll. The strawberry flavor was probably the best as the icing was more of a cheesecake flavor. The brownie one was terrible and we didn’t even finish it. The cinnamon rolls were large, fresh, and warm but they tasted too much like regular basic cinnamon rolls. We probably won’t be back, but if you absolutely love the taste of regular cinnamon rolls you’ll probably like it

This was my first time trying Cinnaholic, as I’m from Memphis and just happened to be in the area. After grabbing some vegan food nearby, I had a craving for something sweet and found this gem through a quick search. The location was easy to find, and I was able to get parking with no problem (though I can see it being a bit tighter on a busy day). From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful as I tried to decide between all the mouthwatering options. They even let me sample a few of the filling flavors—something I really appreciated as a first-time customer. The experience of customizing my own cinnamon roll was honestly so fun! They walked me through the process and even gave tips on the most popular combinations. I had no idea building a cinnamon roll could be this exciting—and delicious. Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and fully plant-based, which made it even better. It was so good, I came back the very next day! Huge thank you to the Cinnaholic team for offering amazing vegan sweets and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in town!

Absolutely amazing!! They’re cinnamon rolls but vegan and on steroids!! I love this place. It had a cute little sitting area. There is a bathroom located in the premises. And the customer service is superb!!! Friendly AND helpful every single time. It’s the consistency for me!! Thanks so much for the hospitality and a great vegan treat. 💜

Cinnamon Rolls So Good It Feels “Illegal” Listen… Cinnaholic is not your average cinnamon bun shop. This place is in a league of its own—soft, gooey, warm, and decked out like your sweetest dreams came to life in frosting form. The moment you walk in, the smell alone makes you weak. And the flavors? Next-level indulgence. These aren’t your basic mall-court cinnamon rolls—they’re fully customizable masterpieces. From cookie dough to fresh fruit to straight-up dessert madness, there’s something for every craving. Now let’s talk about that icing. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but it’s dangerously addictive. Like, “they must’ve put crack in it” addictive. (Not really—but your taste buds might file a missing persons report when it’s gone.) I’ve found myself driving out of the way just for these rolls. Worth. Every. Mile. If you’re looking for a sweet fix that feels like a full-blown experience, Cinnaholic is your new obsession. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Rough first experience with Cinnaholic. Wife and I had been so excited to finally be able to have good vegan cinnamon rolls. Went in for a takeout order to bring home for my wife late Saturday night. We live in the west side of town so no locations are that close. Decided to just start simple for the first time. Two cookies and two cinnamon rolls (cream cheese & strawberries). Crew working were very nice and I didn’t have to wait very long for my order. Grabbed my bag and headed home. We knew the cream cheese was going to be somewhat melted since the cinnamon rolls were hot and fresh, but unfortunately it was a very oily liquid. And to top, no strawberries on either. The roll itself was still amazing (ate before a photo). We pulled out the cookies and were disappointed to see two flat cookies that looked like a batch of vegan cookies I had screwed up trying to bake before. Oily with no rise and barely holding together. :( Just seeing all the amazing buns and cookies online and all the great reviews, I can’t give up with one visit. Hoping it was just an off night.

Sugar Benders Bakery is a bright and cheerful bakery that offers a variety of cakes, pastries, and other delectable treats. They also provide custom options for customers. This bakery was highly praised for its exceptional service and delightful culinary creations. Customers have raved about the beautiful and delicious cakes they ordered for special occasions such as baby showers and birthday parties. The cupcakes with vanilla flavor and buttercream frosting were particularly popular among patrons.

I absolutely despise businesses that value money over quality, have poor communication skills and fail to be honest and acknowledge if something is out of their skill set. September 13th I called the shop regarding this order and style of cupcakes. Additionally, that same day I was asked to send a picture of the style of cupcakes to which I asked can they do this and I was assured that they can and that it will be $60 for a dozen even though I I only needed eight, however I figured their policy doesn’t allow for cupcake orders to be under a dozen so, I didn’t take any issue. Today I excitedly picked up the cupcakes and to my shock and immense disappointment received the below (reference pictures). The girl at the counter stated that my daughters’ name was too long to which I stated that she have called me and informed me of this matter, but she didn’t. I proceeded to inform her that she didn’t even give me the chance to explore different options. This is absolutely not what I asked for and when I showed others they immediately said I should get my money back and that this looks as if little kids made these cupcakes and I agree! I wished I would’ve taken a picture of the middle row that had my daughters name in ugly, uneven letters stenciled onto the cupcakes, before the girl offered to try to fix it by writing her name in cream, but it still is unsightly. It’s not pretty, at all! This is for my daughter’s 19th birthday and this is also her first year in college, too! So, I wanted something extra special. Businesses such as these should never take lightly such orders, especially for birthdays. Unfortunately, my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow! This was my first and will be my last time ever utilizing their service.

We ordered a beautiful cake on August 24, 2019, for our princess themed baby shower. It was perfect and really delicious! We were pleased with the design, taste, customer service, and overall experience, so we ordered again for our daughters 1st Birthday party. We ordered Cocomeloncupcakes and a smash cake. The cupcakes were vanilla with buttercream frosting! We have placed our third order for our daughters 4th Birthday and we are so excited to see how they turn out, but I’m sure they will be nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much Sugar Benders!

I used Sugar Benders Bakery for my mom's 60th birthday party. She had a 1960s decade themed party and wanted the cake to match. I sent them an couple inspiration pictures and could not have been more pleased with the result! The detail on the cake was amazing and held up really well for the party being outside in August. The cake tasted incredible as well! I would highly recommend Sugar Benders Bakery for any event!

Please consider looking elsewhere. Reviews made this place sound amazing, however I received a cake with the incorrect design. To make matters worse the customer service is non-existent. I ordered a cake to celebrate a family member’s 80TH birthday and did not feel good about the purchase at all. First, when placing the order I asked if I could receive confirmation of the design I requested and was told, “We don’t do that here.” in a condescending tone. That should’ve been my first sign considering I had no idea what the cake was going to look like, yet they required a 50% deposit. Next, when I went to pick up the cake, I was beyond disappointed. The design was no where near what I requested. I received a flower design instead of the music notes and microphone that I asked for. The happy birthday banner looked like it was written by a twelve year old. There were also cracks in the frosting. I attempted to resolve the matter by reaching out to the bakery. They told me they would have to call me back so they could look into the matter further. I called back to follow-up since it’d been over an hour with no call and they were closing soon. An employee rudely told me, “We don’t have a manager but the owner will get back to you at some point. She’s at home with her kids.” The lack of professionalism was amazing! You would think that small business such as this would be a little more grateful and appreciative of the business they receive. Especially considering COVID has likely reduced their business a little. I was left with the wrong cake the same day of the birthday celebration, with no time to find a replacement. I thought surely the taste would make up for the cake’s sad appearance. Wrong! The frosting was insanely sweet with absolutely no flavor and incredibly gritty. How do you make a cake with terrible frosting?! Although they were trying to be polite about it, I could tell my guests didn’t really enjoy the cake. How embarrassing is that?! I was left with practically an entire cake left over and the feeling of wasting a ridiculous amount of money. If I wanted a bogus cake I could’ve went to Walmart and honestly I may have been better off. The manager, Aleira (not sure of spelling), refused to resolve the situation even after admitting getting the order completely wrong. Her only offer was to give me $50 to come back. Why would I want to come back after a horrible experience?! At this point I’m left believing the manager is illiterate, considering she read the email I sent back to me which confirmed my design choice. I’ve even attempted to speak with the owner, but apparently she’s never in the shop. I’m guessing she just leaves her horribly trained employees to run her business into the ground.

I used Sugarbenders for my son's third birthday party for the first time and they nailed it! We asked for a construction themed birthday cake and they exceeded our expectations. We will be using them again for our second son's First birthday party and for future events! They definitely did not disappoint!
Raina C — Google review
I am feel bad that I have to write this review but I am pretty disappointed with this bakery. Firstly let me say this is the second cake we bought this year, both with issues. We purchased a baby shark cake this past weekend (see pictures with captions). I am not happy about the placement of the name … It’s practically behind the cake. Let me further elaborate: I had a lengthy email exchange about where the name was going to go since we had a similar mishap with our son cake either this year. (More on that one later). They first suggested “they can make an artistic choice” to which I declined so I went searching for ideas online. We settled on the block lettering after I had made 2 other suggestions that wouldn’t work. So anyhow, I was already pretty particular about the name.. it seems to me like the bakery didn’t factor it in when making the cake and left no space below so decided to stick it along the back? Also, I had asked for fresh strawberries to be baked in and this was not in there at all. See third pic. For my sons birthday, we asked for a chocolate construction cake the mini dirt road and mini construction vehicles. We offered to buy the mini vehicles but they said they would take care of it. When we got the cake there was one giant constructions vehicle and the obviously the scaling was completely off. They said they had tried to call us but I did not get any email or voicemail. At the end of the day, I feel like there is lack of care in their work. As a mom, I’m putting a lot of effort into these parties to make them special for our kids and they mind as well spelled my kids names wrong…. My husband dealt with them for my sons bday earlier this year so I figured something got lost in translation so I gave it another chance and ordered again .. I had even recommended them to my mom friend. So I’m very disappointed. We have many more years of celebrations and cakes to order so they just lost a future customer. The cake tasted great but the lack of professionalism around the design of the cake is a deal breaker. Every time I called, I was speaking to a diff staff member and I was told there were multiple bakers so who is really managing quality control?

I had an excellent experience ordering a custom birthday cake for my wife. I called and submitted some ideas and I was pleased with the email correspondence with Rosy the bakery manager to get exactly what I wanted. We were super impressed with the level of detail in the Peony flowers that my wife loves. She was happy, I was happy and the White Chocolate Mouse cake was amazing. It was moist and full of flavor and still tasted great a day later and the day after that. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks!

Ordered my last 3 birthday cakes from here in dark chocolate cake with white chocolate frosting and raspberry filling. It is divine. The confluence of flavours really takes it to the next level. Such a hole in the wall location but their cupcakes look amazing. For their cupcakes alone I’d give them 3 stars as I like my frosting to be richer in butter, although the cake itself is very good(especially tie dye)But on my way out I had the best chocolate cake with the perfect amount of icing and sweetness and I had to give this 4 stars.

I found Metrotainment through a bakery search on Google, and I went here for the 1st time to pick up dessert for Thanksgiving. I ordered the chocolate cream pie, and 4 cupcakes - the quatro leche, a couple of gluten free cupcakes, and a s'mores cupcake. The pie was outstanding - visually and taste. The size of their pies are much larger than you find at a regular bakery, and for $28 I don't think you can find a better deal. I haven't even been able to move onto the cupcakes yet - the pie is too good. My only slight knock on Metrotainment is that I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up my order. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so it was obviously going to be crowded. But I think they should take payment for your order over the phone or online when you order it - that way people can just grab their order and go. I will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 250 cupcakes for our wedding and they were a hit! We got 4 flavors to have a variety and many people told me they had to try two. Metrotainment Bakery delivered and set up the cupcakes so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They looked amazing and tasted even better. I had a few left over and when I brought them to grad school the next day they were demolished, even at 7:30am! We highly recommend Metrotainment Bakery.

Among their offerings, you'll find various interpretations of rye bread, with the vollkornbrot standing out as a favorite.
Ooo La La. We paid our first visit yesterday and it was worth our trip from Midtown. Everything we got and tried so far, so delicious! The sourdough loaf is soft, fresh absolutely divine. The chocolate chip cookies, right amount of sea salt sprinkles for the perfect taste. We got pork chops from the butcher, fresh, major difference from store bought frozen chops. I don't know what else to say other than if you can go, please do. And the service was impeccable. Going back. Bravo!

I’ve tried almost all of the baked goods. They’re all super high quality and delicious… my one (gentle) critique is most things could use a bit of salt to bring out the flavors… I’m looking at you cardamom twist and ham and cheese croissant! Although, if they did this, it would make me want them more and I’m not sure that’s a good thing 🤣

Delicious pastries! Mouth watering hamburgers (on Sundays)! Quality butcher! Such an odd combination but once you get in it makes so much sense. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and always such a pleasure to see, they make you feel welcome and at home! Butterscotch millet cookie is so frickin delicious, haven’t had a combo like that before. The pastrami and roast beef is house made and super delicious, they do a really good job, I often buy a lb from the butcher and use it for sandwiches throughout the week. The Sunday hamburger line can get long, but they usually make enough that everyone can get one, definitely an experience not to miss in Atlanta.

Some of my favorites are their chicken salad, sausage roll (the special lunchtime Dim Sum-inspired roll is one of the best bites I’ve had all year), almond croissant (weekend-only), the chocolate almond croissant (I think that’s a special, too) and their gateau basque (shoutout to Eli for recommending it to me as I’d never tried or heard of it before). Also, my dogs love their sourdough dog treats, which means I come home with goodies for all of us! You can absolutely tell the quality and care put into everything they offer and as a result, I have yet to master the art of keeping my selections to a minimum each visit, so for now I’ll continue to happily throw my macros out the window- it’s that good. Thanks for existing, Evergreen!!

This is hands down my favorite bakery!! Their kouign Amman is THE BEST. And I dream of the ham and cheese croissants. I love the variety they have- and the meat selection- while I don’t use as often, is also solid. They do a lot to support local farmers and the community, and I’m so so happy they are in Kirkwood! The staff is all super nice too.

I got an assortment of delicious pastries and the Blueberry Biscuit made my morning a perfect one. You’ll have to wait in line a while but it is worth every second. Also, their team is so friendly and welcoming. Great shop!

Bakery
Little Tart Bakeshop, located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta, exudes strong French influences and offers a delightful selection of pastries and coffee. The shop is renowned for its delectable pies, specialty sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, and coffee. Owner Sarah O'Brien's passion for pastry was ignited at the age of 14 when she tasted her first croissant in Paris. Since then, she has been on a mission to recreate that experience.
What to say about Little Tart other than they are hands down the absolute best for french pastries and bakery items. Their croissants are the stuff of dreams and the galette was legendary. Parking was easy because we went during off peak time right after golf.

Amazing food. Such a long line that moved fast. We had the blueberry lemon cornmeal cookie (a lil sweet for me but my friend LOVED) and the orange chamomile scone was divine (would get it again). The mocha latte I ordered hot was great with light sugar and had an emphasis on the caffeine which was nice. My friend had her usual the lavender matcha iced latte. Thank you for a great time and ambience

What a beautiful way to start the day! The coffee was absolutely sensational – rich, flavorful, and perfectly made. The pastries were heavenly – buttery, fresh, and clearly crafted with care. A special shout-out to the super friendly staff – warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The lovely woman at the counter truly made my morning with her kindness and smile. The space itself is calm, charming, and thoughtfully designed – the perfect spot to pause and enjoy a quiet moment in the city. Thank you to the team – you made my day brighter. I’ll definitely be back!

Celiac and gluten intolerant review My family has Celiac so I'm always leaving reviews for families like ourselves that struggle to find safe places to eat. Especially my little girl who struggles to be "normal" among her friends. I wanted to love this place. The regular food items were good and their drinks were good having been here previously on my own. However I was the only one who could eat, leaving my daughter in tears when we tried bringing her. Things I didn't notice last time: Lack of protocol for changing gloves & since we came specifically for their GF items, I need to leave an honest review. Do not visit this bakeshop if you have an allergy or Celiac. There's a ton of cross contamination & unfortunately the lovely barista never changed her gloves, touching coffee items, and then baked goods. I DO recommend this for regular patrons who don't have an auto immune disease. Like I said, I wanted to love this place cause it's so cute but unfortunately my family cannot eat from here ever.

I would come back to Atlanta just to come to this place. Friendly service, great coffee/espresso, and the bakery items are insanely good.

Travel constantly for work. I look for croissants and cappuccino everywhere I go. I have been disappointed so many times. I arrived and there was a long line out the door. I thought, WTH, it can’t be that good. I waited. Ordered. It came fast once I ordered. ……. It was one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Equal to the best. Don’t think I’ve had better. The breve cappuccino was perfect too. Turns out the line is earned. So many other pastries looked really good too. I wanted to be disappointed cause I didn’t want to wait for my coffee. But it was superb.

Highly regarded pastries - wouldn’t be able to personally review the food as 4 times in a row coming before noon, completely sold out of pistachio croissants which is kind of what they’re known for. Why not make more? Expect to wait 30+ minutes on a weekend to even be able to order, no real way to know if they’ll have what you want until you’re almost the register. Very poorly designed and thought out in that regard. Whoever does the business ops for this company blows. All 3 locations sold out by noon this time, who is doing the inventory management? Leaving a fortune on the table

I love it here. Vibes: cinematic styling of coffee shop with great morning sunlight. Gold & Green is calming and modern. A millennials dream. Seating: Parisian style marble bistro tables enough for a duet of plates and cups. Please do not squeeze 4 people on these little round tables lol Pastries : TOP TIER Croissants!! My fave is the praline escargot (it’s like grandmas southern pecan pie baked into a croissant roll up). The variety.*chefs kiss*. The Flavor combinations *chefs kiss* — items run out fast so get here early on weekends. beverages : delicious coffee. Quality tea selection (however — Grant park location has the loose tea offering which I prefer but I understand this smaller space cannot accommodate all the extra little pieces) ** note: if there is a looooong line ….be courteous if you are waiting in line— keep the door closed and wait to come inside**

Bakery
Saint Germain French Bakery & Café is a patisserie with multiple locations in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded by the husband-and-wife team Heather and Mathieu Jourdan-Gassin, it offers a variety of sweet and savory delicacies reminiscent of those found off the Place Vendôme in Paris. The bakery features an array of macarons, hand-dipped chocolates, classic cookies like palmiers, and visually stunning trompe l'oeil pastries.
What can I say..... these pasteries were absolutely phenomenal! Yes they are pricey but once you see the craftsmanship you'll understand why. Not to mention that the flavor far exceeds the already mesmerizing looks. These are art in every sense of the word!
Evan G — Google review
Stopped by here before the bookstore because I kept seeing this pop-up on TikTok and I’m glad I did all of the pastries I got were so fresh and unique they weren’t just filled with mousse. They actually had fruit filling and chocolate and a little bit of like crackers on the bottom, it was just a good mix. I also dropped my wallet into the crack of the display area where I couldn’t reach it and the cashier that was working there got a hook and got my wallet out within five minutes and they both were really sweet. I will definitely visit again because it looks like such a cute little place to get some work done or read a book. And I also got macaroons. They were so fresh. I feel like a lot of businesses go viral and the pastries end up being old or have sat out for a while and aren’t as good as you would think they are, but this was not the case here.😮‍💨♥️
Capri N — Google review
I’ll be honest, this was a total letdown for my daughters and I. We drove two hours because there is no where to get French pastry anywhere near where we live and we have been dying to try the viral patisserie! Although they were extremely beautiful, every single one of these tasted horrible. Flavorless mousses, little to no filling and just extremely underwhelming. Although the bakery was clean and beautiful inside, the $80 spent on top of the two hour drive was not worth it at all. I guess I have learned today to not trust the internet once more.

I ordered the pear almond tarte and two macarons (vanilla and red velvet) and they were delicious. We went on a Sunday afternoon so many of the pastries were sold out but I was pleased with the ones I ordered. The macarons were soft and very flavorful. The tarte was so good and would be great warmed up as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the ambience gives French cafe. I am glad that the parking is more affordable at $3 for the 1st hour.

A Beautiful bakery located in The Interlock in Atlanta serving a variety of hand made candy, chocolates, and specialty pastries. This was the 1st stop on our Pastey To-Do list while visiting Atlanta. Some of the desserts didn't service the ride, I would suggest boxing them separately for take out orders. See photos Give them and try and let me know what you think.

This place is located near the Buckhead area. They have shops , dining, gaming store and this gem of a bakery. The desserts are beautiful to look at and delicious. To find both in one location is rare. I wish there was one near me in NJ. There wasn’t much of a line. I didn’t taste their drinks because I had already had coffee at a different location.

Wow ! This bakery was one of its kind . We were walking across this location and found this . Interiors and the atmosphere was so good and we thought to taste some desserts :) we had dinner and were craving for sweet ! Parking is a mess in this complex ! It’s expensive - 8$ for a couple of hours and also packed . No free parking ! There were seats inside to sit and eat . There were also seats outside . Service was good and quick . The guy was helpful. We got some fruity cake and it was incredibly good . Loved the taste of berries ! Not sure what it was called though. We also got tiramisu .. it was ok . Small quantity :) it was a quick eat . A little pricey too. Couldn’t taste food and coffee . Good one overall but it’s not an everyday place to eat ! 4 stars still. !

Nestled in Morningside amidst industrial buildings, The Buttery ATL is a charming bakery offering an array of delectable pastries and breakfast sandwiches. This Holman & Finch-backed bakery is known for its authentic baguettes and mouthwatering Dream Cookie, a creation by Chef Jen Yee. Initially conceived as a pandemic project during the temporary closure of other restaurants owned by Linton and Gina Hopkins, The Buttery has evolved into a one-stop shop for baked goods and homemade meals.
Great food spot with a hip vibe. Tons of yummy options for lunch or as a sweet treat. Definitely going again but early so we can have a pick of all of the dessert options. The take away food options looked great.
Janean W — Google review
Disappointing. I got a chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and sour dough loaf. There was only the tiniest bit of chocolate in the chocolate croissant. The almond croissant had a better filling ratio but could barely taste the almond paste/flavor and was slightly burnt/hard on the bottom. Both croissants were lacking flakiness and overall were dull. The sour dough flavor was lacking, poor rise(ie narrower loaf), and crust was chewy given that it had been freshly made. The staff while friendly, were very quiet and hard to hear despite being the only person in the bakery. They did not have signs with prices/identifying what each item was so I had to ask what I was getting and had her repeat herself a few times so I could even hear her. Pricing was fair. Sad to say, there are much better bakeries in Atlanta and while their items look beautiful, the flavor is not there.

This is a small shop with some truly incredible food. I picked up a coffee, donut, some of their freshly made (and incredibly buttery) saltines, and their cuban sandwich. Definitely gonna be back in the future!

This is a Hidden gem of ATL. I decided to try the place after reading the recommendation from ATL magazine and boy did I enjoy going there. The place is very unique, you walk outside and think what kind of a place is this but inside they have some delicious stuff. I tried the chicken salad, amazing delicious, the coconut soup for sure a recommendation, I made a mistake ordering the potatoes salad and didn’t realize it had pork in it since I don’t eat pork but I gave it to my neighbor and she loved it. For my appetizer I had the mallow crunch browner, super super delicious. The customer service was great and very friendly. I wish they had a table to sit because I would be there every day doing my work. I would for sure recommend this spot. And will visit again. Cheers BN

Found this gem from a search for sweet treats after lunch in Atlanta. Turns out there were way more options than I anticipated. A very nice selection of items, cheeses, wines, etc. My group shared the old fashioned apple pie and had a few coffees. We will be visiting again.

It's rare post-pandemic to find quality -- but here, there's quality ingredients, quality experiences and the highest quality staff. The team here truly cares to make a connection and give you a positive experience. I hope they are being compensated greatly! I was shown around and oriented to each mini market counter: espresso, pastry, the deli area showcasing pre-made sides and entrees, cheeses, breads, and wine plus a full kitchen with made-to-order sandwiches. The beautiful Veggie Hearth sandwich, gorgeous and flaky croissants, and perfectly chewy chocolate chunk cookies were standouts for me, but I'm set to return to try the homemade spreads and sauces as well as the fried chicken dinners after 4 PM. Plus, the locals insist I try the famous muffleta and chicken salad. And if course, I'll visit their booth at the Morningside Farmers Market!

I have been wanting to try the buttery ATL for months! I am so glad I was able to come during lunch time to try the pastries. There are shelf stable pantry items and chocolates for sale. There is a lunch and dinner menu with soups and salads. There are delicious pastries and fresh breads for sale at the counters. The fancy toast is a croissant toast with frangipane and fruit. There is freshly baked sourdough as well. Everything we tried was so delicious. Jenn Yee is a pastry culinary genius!!

Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Reynoldstown, Nothing Bundt Cakes is a delightful franchise bakery that specializes in handcrafted bundt cakes. This cheerful shop offers an array of flavors and sizes, ensuring there's something for everyone. Among their popular offerings are the rich chocolate bundt cake—akin to a warm lava cake when heated—and the refreshing lemon version, known for its sweet-tart balance and moist texture.
The cake was so moist, even after we had it for one day. Our lemon favored cake with raspberry, paired well with vanilla icecream. The construction of the cake icing is smart, as it is efficient and unique. Definitely a keeper.

Today is my daughter’s birthday, and i stopped in to get her a cake to surprise her with when she came home from school. Upon walking in the associate had his back turned and didnt acknowledge me walking in, then i started to look at the cake flavors in the case and when i looked up he was just standing at the register, still no greeting. So I just told him the flavor that i wanted and pointed to the size I wanted. The associate then very rudely says, “I cant see what u pointing at which one is it?” Being that it was my first time here, i felt like he was very unhelpful and very rude and i do not appreciate it at all. Ive been in customer service for 20 years, and that is not how you talk to or treat paying customers. I will never return.

The best cakes. We usually get a few bundles in different flavors. There are special edition flavors to try. They also dazzle the cakes up for birthdays or other celebrations. Always a way to brighten someone's day. The cream cheese is delectable too. They know how to make the best combinations.

I have come to the Atlanta Rd location a few times and had not previously had an issue. This time there was someone that was training. He was very professional but needed to ask another team member a pricing question. She came out and was not just unfriendly but refused to say hello or greet me at all. She just started asking "what flavor do you want and what size do you want."I said hello to her and when she didn't reply I asked her if she usually greets customers. She scoffed and said I just came out here because he asked me to, as if that was a valid reason to refuse to greet me. I said ok. It was rude and my expectation as a customer is to be treated with the same kindness and respect that other customers were treated with. I will still patronize Nothing Bundt Cake but not this location.

The store appeared to be close even though the store hours showed that it would be open. It was 2:40 pm at the time a the picture and stores said it would be closed by 4:00pm. I called the store and no one pick up. Had to drive there and when getting there the store was closed. So disappointing!

They done went up to $6 for them little pieces of cake and now they have cut back on the icing to make you spend $1 for extra icing! Really $1? For more icing on a little cake? Then when they give you the extra they just squirt a little more on the top of the circle now…when they use to do that and give you more lines! What a rip off! You guys come out better going to get a slick of cake from Publix! They are getting greedy and you know what happens once businesses start getting greedy! Or try cami cakes or piece of cake the icing portion is perfect. I was a regular for years now I will be going elsewhere

So I've waited to post cuz I wanted to be able to really express how impressed I was with Ms.Niecy's work and communication and just over all experience. I need to point out that I ordered my cake pretty short notice only a lil more than two weeks prior n we didn't have confirmation until the very week prior, on top of that our event happened to fall on the same weekend as the Hurricane came...some how she managed to not only nail what we asked for with only emails n a few pics to go from but she did under pressure...I seen in another review someone complaining about her prices, well the $400 minimum was well deserved especially considering the circumstances and needs met...The cake was an absolute hit at the party and tasted great too boot n the entire cake was edible! We were all Very Very happy n have been singing her praises since the unveiling! I really hope to be able to have her do something else for me again...though I'm sure she will be doing even greater things before long so book her while she is still available!

I circled back to Cakes by Niecy for my Son’s 6th birthday and it was yet another awesome experience. He’s still very much a SuperHero kind of LittleGuy and Niecy exceeded my fondest cake dreams- his too! The guests enjoyed everything! The cake, the cake pops, the cupcakes, and chocolate covered strawberries! Niecy’s presentation is top tier and everything tastes amazing. There was nothing left but crumbs and empty trays. If my son performs well in school and behaves, there’s no doubt we will spin back for his 7th birthday. I highly recommend!

I recently worked with Niecy to get a cake for our wedding reception, and she went above and beyond and all our guests LOVED the flavor. Between how nice she was when we picked up our cake selections for a to-go tasting and the great feedback I got from my wedding planner/coordinator who worked with her to get the cake set up for the reception, she's extremely professional and a great baker to work with for any function. We got the amaretto pistachio cake with a salted caramel drizzle and mango rosettes styled in the "naked" cake style, and it was both beautiful and delicious. I would recommend her cakes for any function and we'll be happy to order from her in the future! Edited over a year later: I finally added the photos! I honestly forgot to add it when the pictures came in, but it's now attached.

We loved our cake from cakes by Niecy!!! Niecy was so easy to work with and was so flexible when we decided to completely change our design and it turned out AMAZING. Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted so good. People have been commenting for months after the wedding about how much they loved it and several guests said it was the best cake they've ever had. My husband and I have found ourselves literally daydreaming about it. Niecy provides a variety of flavors (special shout outs to the chocolate, Mango lemonade, and coconut pineapple) that would fit any vibe. If you're looking for a cake that will be both beautiful and tasty you found it!

My son was turning 5 and Spidey and His Amazing Friends is his THING, understand? He knew exactly what he wanted and I didn’t think what he was asking for was possible so I google searched “custom birthday cakes” and Cakes by Niecy came up. I called and explained exactly what my son requested and she said she could do it. AND DID SHE EVER!!! Niecy made suggestions that enhanced his elaborate request and sent three options to choose from. Hardest decision of my life- all three were incredible. She delivered above and beyond what I ever could’ve imagined and it was the happiest day for him. Everything was so beautiful and delicious. The cake, the cake pops, the chocolate covered marshmallows, and strawberries! Birthdays are a big deal to me so as long as my son does well in school and behaves, he’ll get a “Cake by Niecy” every year! I highly recommend:)

Highland Bakery is a popular cafe known for serving up Southern comfort food, baked goods, and all-day breakfast. Their original location in Old Fourth Ward has become a go-to spot for brunch lovers, but now they have multiple locations across the city. The ricotta pancakes with blueberries are highly recommended by many visitors. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also exceptional, with friendly staff and accommodating managers.
Not only is the food delish the service was incredible. We met the manager who was working the register the day we went in and she was the most pleasant, friendly person. We were having an especially tough day and she had such a genuine personality and made us laugh and lighten our day. The pancakes were incredible and I wish I would have ordered the larger serving.

First of all, you're not really going to be able to access this restaurant unless your a student. There is no parking lot. The restaurant still exists because they are the most convenient option for b-school students to get coffee and lunch. The service seems to lose efficiency when the lines get long, which is basically between every class period. I've never been to another location of this chain, but I don't think the food is especially good. Lots of heavy, greasy items on the menu and salads leave much to be desired. Everything has a high variability of time to prepare, can take 5-30 minutes. Suggestions: Work on overall efficiency of coffee orders during the day, maybe this could be done by making one line coffee only and the other food only. Add some grab and go sandwiches, I bet this would alleviate some of the food orders and also attract people who previously didn't have the time to wait.

I placed a to-go order for shrimp and grits which ran about $10-$11. Hoping for the same experience I had at the other location in The Highlands which was very pleasing. I receive my order and made it to my destination to enjoy my food, I open my plate to find only THREE (3) SMALL SHRIMP in a puddle of grits. Thinking to myself this must be a mistake so I call the restaurant to make sure I wasn't shortened shrimp by mistake only to find to that it only comes with 3 shrimp. I have never felt so cheated afterwards. I wish there was something in the menu to inform customers of that because I sure wouldn't have chosen that.

I love their syrup and french toast. Their french toast is on really thick Texas toast. Its pretty expensive. Once I was in a rush and forgot to check my order and had to get back to work. When I got to work it wasn't the same bread. I called and they made me a fresh batch for me to pick up.
Brittney B — Google review
Not reflective of any of the other Highlands I've been to in the city. Always extremely long wait on food (45 minutes the other during lunch at 1PM), and subpar food. I got french toast. Needed it to-go, since it took practically an hour to receive. Didn't even give me syrup, so when I went back to work, I couldn't even eat it. The only plus side was the lovely cashier lady who offered me a pastry, but come ON, $10 completely lost because of lack of timeliness and effort.
Elena — Google review
Despite access to a beautiful Emory courtyard, this bakery disappoints. Fried chicken is not made to order in their dishes, grits are underseasoned and they are willing to serve stale biscuits. For a bakery, that is especially underwhelming.

Convenient if you're at the law school or business school, but largely over priced. The ham and cheese croissant is actually really good though even if its not worth the cost.

Let me tell you something… this place stole my heart at first bite. I went on a Sunday morning, and you already know how packed good brunch spots get. It was busy, no doubt, but even with the crowd, I only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Super efficient and well-organized. The vibe was lively that classic Sunday energy and the smell of fresh-baked pastries had me hooked from the door. I started with the Eggs Benedict on a house-made croissant (yes, croissant, not an English muffin!) and it was next level. Perfectly poached egg, creamy hollandaise, buttery flaky bread… it all came together beautifully. But hold up… the real surprise was the Chicken Salad Club. That sandwich? Love at first bite. The chicken was tender, the salad well-balanced, and the bread toasted just right for that crunch. I didn’t expect it to be that good but now it’s stuck in my head. And of course, the coffee was bold, aromatic, and served in a proper big mug. Even with the brunch rush, the service was top notch. You can tell the staff knows what they’re doing and they genuinely care about your experience. Corner Café in Buckhead isn’t just another breakfast spot it’s the spot. If you’re hunting for the best breakfast in Buckhead, look no further. This is it. Hands down, my #1 breakfast place in the entire city.

If you frequently dine in Atlanta, you may be acquainted with Buckhead Life Group restaurants, of which Corner Cafe is one. This is our preferred location for Sunday brunch. My standard order is consistently the lamb sandwich. Other notable favorites of mine include the Cuban panini, trio salad plates, and shrimp and egg benedicts. Please note that while these are my personal preferences, which I have enjoyed repeatedly over the years, every dish on their menu is exceptionally delicious. Additionally, the location also houses a bakery, the Bread Company, so after dining, be sure to purchase some freshly baked breads and pastries to take with you. My preferred items include the pretzel croissant, almond croissants, pretzel bread, and baguettes. If you intend to visit for panettone on Christmastime, be sure to place your order in advance.

The Corner Cafe has a beautiful ambiance and decor. The pastry cafe alongside the restaurant was a fantastic concept! However, I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant. The food was average at best. The table was infested with ants, and the service (our server) was simply dreadful. Other than taking our order, she did nothing. However, the food runner and the hostess made up for the poor service. Again, I do not recommend that anyone patronize this establishment.

Ponce City Market is a lively marketplace housed in a historic Sears building, featuring a diverse array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The Roof offers an elevated experience with Skyline Park, boasting carnival games and mini golf, 9 Mile Station serving European-inspired cuisine and craft brews with panoramic views, and RFD Social for indoor festivities. Additionally, the market itself presents an abundance of shops and food stalls to explore.
So many people have been telling me I needed to go to this place and I kept thinking what’s the big deal….shops and food?!? This place is GREAT! Tried food I had never had, unique shops that are fun just to explore and then my date told me we were going to the roof….what? Now I know what people were talking about! So much fun! Tons of carnival games, putt putt, slide and roller skating! The view is beautiful as well! Fun for adults and kids! Going back for my birthday in a couple weeks!

Ponce City Market is one of those places where you go “just to look around” and end up spending half your day (and wallet if you love food😅). The vibe is super lively – a fun mix of food, boutique shops, art, and people-watching. Great spot for visitors or when you have no set plan but want to explore. Food hall has something for everyone – though seating can be a bit of a hunt during peak hours. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, but do check timings and tickets in advance. Parking is... let’s say “city style” – slightly painful unless you are lucky or patient. All in all, it’s the kind of place that makes Atlanta feel cool without trying too hard. Worth visiting again and again!

My wife and I had a great time at the Ponce City Market. Parking was easy and fairly inexpensive ($7-3hrs.). Tons of great restaurants and shops to explore. It was very clean and decorated beautifully for Halloween.

Wow PCM is really an amazing huge industrial space filled with so much good food and drink it's almost overwhelming. We spent better part of 4hrs here a few days ago just exploring and trying so many different things from Bibi lamb and labneh sandwich to another amazing sandwich at El Pan. Had cocktails at Atrium. Could've eaten my way through the entire place although that would take months. Cannot wait to go back!

I had a chance today to go to the rooftop of Ponce City Market. Experience is great to see the city of Atlanta. I really enjoyed all the activities that you can do on top of the roof. I would highly recommend to come visit if you’re just a tourist.

Had such a nice time walking around Ponce City market during my trip to Atlanta. I loved El Super Pan, Glad and Young, and Posman Books. The vibes were perfect - It would be the perfect place to hang out and work remotely.
Rena O — Google review
Such a neat market with GREAT variety in both food options and unique shops. We did a little browsing in the shops, but we're mainly there for lunch options in the food hall. My sisters both got fabulous Mexican food from one restaurant, while I had chose El Super Pan for lunch. I got the boxed lunch with a 1/2 Cubano, side salad (or you can get a side of rice & beans), a cookie, and my choice of agua Fresca (I picked guava, but the soursop was amazing, too!). All of that for $16. I couldn't even finish it all. Multiple options for dessert or a sweet treat, but we settled on Saint Germain. Nice variety of macarons, chocolates, and exquisite pastries. They're all so beautiful, it's hard to take that first forkful. I limited myself to just one dessert to take with me, and it was a great choice. I got the pear tart, which was so dense it felt like it weighed a pound! It ended up being eaten over three separate sittings. You can't make a wrong choice there, I truly believe. So much to see and do there. It is a definite repeat stop the next time we're in ATL. I can only imagine how spectacular the living spaces are there

Ponce City Market is one of the best spots to explore in Atlanta if you’re into food, shopping, and cool vibes all in one place. Housed in a beautifully restored historic building, it feels like a modern urban marketplace with a lot of character. The Central Food Hall is packed with great eats—from ramen and burgers to upscale Southern cuisine and fresh pastries. It does get busy, especially on weekends, so expect some crowds. But the variety and quality make it worth it. There’s also a rooftop area (The Roof) that offers amazing skyline views, fun games, and even mini golf—definitely a must-do if you’re visiting for the first time. Besides food, the retail shops are fun to browse, with a mix of local boutiques and bigger brands. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but they do have a paid deck and valet if you’re not up for hunting a spot. it’s a great place to spend an afternoon or evening—whether you’re grabbing a bite, meeting friends, or just soaking in the atmosphere.

Bakery
Five Daughters Bakery at Ponce City Market is a delightful family-owned bakery that has gained popularity for its 100-layer donuts and traditional pastries. Originating in Franklin, Tennessee, this airy counter-serve bakery has become a local favorite with its location at Ponce City Market and in West Midtown. The star of their menu is the 100 Layer Donut, which combines the flakiness of a croissant with the sweetness of a donut.
The cashier was so friendly. Had a dedicated tray for vegan donuts, the churro crunch was amazing. We additionally had the mini berry crisp, was also very good and flavorful. Pricing was the same for the donuts in spite of the huge size difference.
Sathya R — Google review
I really enjoy Ponce City Market for a change of scenery when I need to get some work done, as well as for the chance to try something new. On a recent visit, I was looking for something that would be both tasty and helpful while I worked. I decided to go for the churro crunch donut and a mini cold brew. If I’m being honest, the food didn’t leave much of an impression. It was decent, but not something I’d rush back for. However, what really stood out was the staff—who were incredibly patient and kind. They made sure I had everything I needed while I worked, which made the experience much more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d return to for the atmosphere and the friendly service, even if the food didn’t quite hit the mark.

This past Sunday, I treated myself to an afternoon delight at Five Daughters Bakery, located on the first level of Ponce City Market. Even with the crowds buzzing through the market, the staff kept things moving smoothly—I was in and out in no time! After a quick scan of the display, I settled on The Purist, Strawberry Glazed, and a Mini Shortcake. Each one was so good—soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The flavors were well-balanced, and you could tell they’re crafted with care. One of my favorite parts? The thoughtful touch of a Bible verse printed on the box—a small detail that left a big impression. If you’re ever craving a sweet treat in Atlanta, I definitely recommend stopping by Five Daughters. Your taste buds will thank you!
Djillisser K — Google review
An elevated bakery inside of Ponce City. We ordered the hundred layered donut which felt like a rebranded croissant donut crossover. It wasn’t bad, the flavor and flakiness was good. Just wasn’t very special or exciting. I’m sure a lot of labor goes into making it which is appreciated. Though it’s difficult to determine if the atmosphere and pricing of the baked goods is elevated just because it’s located in PCM.
Abbrielle L — Google review
The places is very hidden so you have to go in the market and go find the hidden alley corner and turn into the store. It is very small and cute. Does not have the flavors I want but the mini donut is good.

I was told if there was one place to visit while in Atlanta, it should be here. I was not disappointed. I highly suggest getting the "King Kong" donut!

This is hands-down, the best cronut or doughnut I’ve ever had in my life. And Wayne is probably the friendliest and kindest service employees I’ve ever met. Give him a raise!
Karim G — Google review
Nelson literally is the kindest employee I’ve encountered at 5 daughters since I discovered them 4 years ago. He listens to what you actually like flavor wise and always provide the best donut recommendations plus he just has really good energy. Great donuts and my fave: the sticky bun and the coffee flavor one they had recently are absolutely delicious.

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Kirkwood, Dulce Vegan Bakery & Cafe is a delightful haven for those seeking scrumptious plant-based delights. This quaint spot specializes in an array of vegan baked goods, including mouthwatering donuts, cupcakes, and cookies that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. But that's not all—Dulce also offers savory options like the nourishing Quinoa Buddha Bowl and creamy Avocado Toast.
Dulce Vegan handled our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were phenomenal. Working with Idalys over email was super easy and I really appreciated her flexibility going over pick up options and timing with great detail. We even were able to change our flavor at the last minute due to a perfectly timed strawberry harvest and people were mind blown over the cupcakes and cake. 100% recommend!

Absolutely adorable and inviting! My fiancé and I were truly welcomed in like family. We tried every scone—each one was delicious, with the lemon being a standout: refreshing and perfectly sweet. This review is longgg overdue! I first used DV in 2023 for a themed smash cake and vegan cupcakes. They accommodated my walk-in order very close to closing time and were super helpful. The result was a hit so I decided to use them again the following year, again for a themed cake*. The experience was a bit different in that I emailed about 2 weeks out but wasn’t getting the follow-up I needed to the point I reluctantly had to call several other places who couldn’t help so resorted to store bought cupcakes for the party guests. I was so disappointed that we wouldn’t have a cake that was allergy friendly for the birthday kiddo. The owner stepped in last minute and went above and beyond to not only get the cake done day of but had it delivered in the nick of time. She explained and apologized for the experience due to short staffing during the holiday rush. The cake came out sooo cute given the time crunch and I greatly appreciate the way they recovered my business. Thank you! (*Custom name cake topper from Etsy; candle purchased separately)

Dang I really hate to give a vegan spot a bad review, but this is easily the worst vegan Mac I’ve ever had. It is $7 for incredibly dry inedible Mac. Honestly looks and tastes 3+ days old. Looks nothing like they advertise. Adding a picture of what is on their online menu vs what I received. Not to mention took over 20 minutes to get our order. (We had a side of Mac, breakfast sandwich and latte. To give them some credit the staff was nice and apologetic for the wait and the latte was pretty good, but not good enough to redeem the experience.

I haven’t been here in a few years, but I used to frequent here often. Stopped in for a quick treat. They were really busy but managed the line well. Unfortunately, I think they were much better a few years ago. My bagel was small, sad, not fluffy. They used to be larger and fluffier. I’m not here measuring bagels, but it was a very noticeable change. Same price though, of course. I ordered a small drink, they charged (and gave me) a medium instead. Didn’t realize until I looked at the digital receipt later. I guess I should have asked them to repeat the order back to me. I forgot they charge extra for oat milk, so that’s a my bad, but it’s a little wild to me that a vegan bakery would up charge for that. Overall, I’m glad to have Dulce as a staple in Atlanta but it does make me sad that the size, quality, and service aren’t what they used to be. Edit: I appreciate the kind update from the owner, I hadn't realized the bagels were made by hand, so I guess I just got unlucky after not having been here for a few years. I'm adding an additional star because of the owner's response, I don't want to hurt a local business that clearly cares and takes feedback in stride. I do think the cost is outpacing the value that was seen in years past, but I understand that with rising prices they can only do so much, and their commitment to using quality ingredients is commendable.

I ordered the mushroom walnut burger w/side salad & Mac n cheese. I also ordered the chai latte, the latte was very good but I wish I had ordered the unicorn latte that my friend got. It was amazing!! My salad was very nice but the burger was the best vegan burger I've ever had. Period!!!!!! Wow, it was a sensation!! The melted vegan mozzarella was better than dairy mozzarella. How can this be??? The patty was incredible. Let me say this again, the patty was incredible!!! The bread was delightful...this was a burger symphony in my mouth. I can't wait to have this meal again!! Scrumptious!! I will say the mac n cheese was ok. There's something in there that's a tad too pronounced that I didn't love. Maybe whatever green stuff they made it with, I would skip it next time. I am curious to try their baked goods next time I'm there. They only had a cupcake & 2 cookies left so I passed. Come eat at this marvelous little place. Let's keep the small businesses going. :) Veggie patty made with brown rice, mushrooms, walnuts, more veggies, and spices. Lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cheese on our housemade focaccia

My every experience is always great. My kids and I always get the cupcakes here, the absolute best!!! This past weekend 2/8/25 my sons surprised me with a custom cake from here. Always fresh! Always great customer service! The cupcakes are so moist. I have to be careful with the quantity I buy because I will eat them all within two days. These are not your average Publix cupcakes, so expect to pay for gourmet cupcakes.

The cookies are moist, chewy, and full of chocolate chips. The large size makes them a great value and I give them a 4. The vanilla cupcake I had was heavy in texture, moist, but seemed to be lacking in flavor. The frosting was generous, medium light, but I also found it lacking in true flavor. I would perhaps opt for chocolate in the future. At $4.75 a cupcake, the size was smaller than what I make at home and much smaller than what I buy at other bakeries. Parking is a real challenge. Two cookies and one cupcake was $8.50 before tip.

So happy I found this place! I sent them a few example pictures of what I wanted and they exceeded all my expectations. Not only that, but I do not usually like red velvet (ordered that flavor for the birthday boy) and it was so delicious! Everyone kept talking about how moist and flavorful the cake was. Thank you again for creating the perfect birthday cake.

I was in the area and accidentally stumbled upon Endulge Cupcake and babeeeeeeeee… I have one word: YASSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Catch this! The location is super cute. Small but not crowded. Clean. Vibrant and inviting. The staff is friendly and fine. Ha!!!! Ok… we listen and we don’t judge. 😂😂😂😂😂 I walked in and the staff was all smiles. As I took a moment to observe the variety of options, the cashier helped me decide between Strawberry or Key Lime. He said Strawberry and I trusted him. Ooh Chile! Though I’m coming back for Key Lime, he was right about Strawberry. It is the bombbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb. The cupcake was moist, springy, sweet but not too sweet, cakey without being crumbly, and the frosting was a perfect texture to enhance the springiness of the cupcake and held its own with the strawberry profile. I don’t know who’s recipe this is but they did their thinggggghhh with this cupcake. He, me, him will be back on my next cheat day. Ha!!!! Thanksssssssss Endulge Cupcake Bakers and Staff! You all are appreciated.

I just wanted a simple cake for my boyfriend. I saw them on tiktok and wanted to give them a try. The cake turned out amazingly!!! The cake flavor was strawberry and it was so moist and flavorful. 👏🏽 (I added my own number candles). They were very quick with reaching back out to fulfill the order. The cake was so good. I will be returning then choosing a different and more extravagent design.

These cupcakes were simply delicious! They were moist and flavorful. They held up well as I transported them across state lines to a BD celebration. This was my first time trying these cupcakes and it definitely won't be my last! Customer service was excellent and the young lady was very patient with me as I was undecided about my cupcake selection. I love the location and have already told family and friends about these wonderful treats. Patronize, share, enjoy and repeat. You won't be disappointed!

I want to first start by saying the outside was okay in terms of the design I wish she had put a boarder around the top of had the top flat down instead of making it known it was cut and placed on top .the first thing which was pointed out after I posted it to Facebook everyone said birthday was spelled wrong so I immediately took the photo down and message the young lady I didn’t know I could move the letters but she said use a toothpick and change it she also refunded $6 that was fine . Well when we cut it I noticed the inside looked as if it wasn’t done it has the consistency of cold dough kinda it was really bad and it was black all over the inside it was a waste nobody ate it 🥹 literally we tired the piece that was cut and decided not to feed it to anyone else I'm very upset

Lenox Cupcakes is a delightful gem in Chamblee that has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. Founded by Marianne Simpson from her apartment, this bakery has blossomed into a beloved spot with its charming brick-and-mortar location on Antique Row. Known for their moist and delectable treats, Lenox Cupcakes offers an array of seasonal specials that keep customers coming back for more.
Last week, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lenox Cupcakes, and I can’t recommend them enough! They provided desserts for all five of our hospital campuses during our employee experience events, and everything was perfect. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Now for the best part—the desserts were out of this world! Our employees couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was and kept coming back for more. Thank you, Lenox Cupcakes, for making our events extra special!

I'm giving them a 4 star despite a less than great initial visit. I checked the website to make sure they were open and to see what was available. Needless to say when I got there the worker told me they only had 2 cupcakes and 6 cookies left because they had an order for 500 that came in. I could clearly see they were definitely packing a large order. However, their website didn't reflect they were literally out of everything. I purchased my items but as I walked off disappointed because I was planning to get dessert for an event, I decided to go back and ask for the owner's contact info. The owner happened to be there and when I explained what happened and that I had drove 45 minutes to be there she apologized. Immediately she took care of my order and noted they would just bake more for the large order as they would still be working on it anyway. Truly appreciate the owner's quick resolution and ability to focus on the customer in front of you. She even put something extra in for me to enjoy on the ride back home. All companies make mistakes but how they handle it is what matters. I'm glad the owner was able to make this situation better. Many blessings to this business.

These cupcakes are everything! & the bakery shop is so cute. It's spacious & decorated nicely, with a smell of freshly baked cupcakes as soon as you walk in. What really impressed me was how good ALL the cupcakes were! The strawberry, lemon blueberry, key lime, red velvet, & birthday cake were all amazing. All of the cupcakes were so moist, but not super crumbly. Not to mention they tasted great! This will absolutely be my regular place!

The best cake/cupcake place ever! My daughter's birthday cake turned out perfect and the cake was not the color I ordered but they were able to change it for me in time for my daughter's birthday party. Even took the time to show me the color to make sure that is the color I want. Very professional and will be ordering many more cakes/cupcakes from them. Note: We love their unicorn cupcakes!

Okay, I'm not cupcake or cake person at all. We went here to get cupcakes for a friends dinner party. I have to now say, dangerously, I love these things. These are not your moms cupcakes, these are sooooo much better, sorry mom. The different flavors with the different ingredient and icing and toppings all went together perfectly to make the entire bite go POW in your mouth. Not too sweet like so many are, this is why I normally don't eat them btw. The perfect about of sugar in the cake and the cup. :) They are located in the old dowtown Chamblee, right next to the RR tracks. There is plenty of parking around back, opposite the tracks side - ie. front door. Big open place for seating, very welcoming and very helpful in picking out different flavors. Would I go here again? YES!!!! Yummy!!!

I visited Lenox Decatur location today while out with my grand daughter. Very disappointed in the quality of food we received. I purchased a slice of key lime cake for myself and a unicorn cupcake for my granddaughter. The slice of key lime cake had no key lime flavor to it at all. I asked my husband to taste the cake to make sure I wasn’t imagining it. He then informed me that the slice of cake was old. The outer icing was hard and again the cake had no flavor. And I know the decorations on the cupcake have to set but the toppings were too hard for her to eat and she didn’t want it after her second try. All in all this was not a nice part or our Weekend Adventures. I don’t think we will visit there again.

Location is kinda random and parking is behind the store. The employees were nice but I may have been shafted because a new employee made the red velvet which was nothing special. Price wise 16$ for 6 cupcakes, cheaper than a lot of places but only by 2-4 bucks. Tastewise, the only amazing cupcake was the white chocolate raspberry. Would buy it again anyday. The cookie dough was cool but nothing special. The red velvet was eh. The salted caramel was subpar. The chocolate salted caramel and chocolate peanut butter were decent. Most places have tons of flavors to choose from, these guys only had 5 + the red velvet in thr back. Maybe its because they were closing. Compared to other cupcake places (Buckhead, Camicakes and Kupcakerie) this place is meh.

First I would like to start by saying their communication skills were excellent. This company made sure they emailed me to get all of the necessary information for the cupcakes for my baby 5th birthday. The cupcakes were beautiful however they were not what I asked for. I requested for vanilla and strawberry cream cupcakes, there were no vanilla cupcakes in sight each cupcake I received were strawberry cream. I also asked for cream cheese icing although I asked for the icing to be colored I expected the company to create the cream cheese icing and at least put the food coloring in it to create the colors asked for topping. So of course I didn’t receive the icing of my liking. The company did create the cupcakes in the shape of number a # 5 like I asked and topped the cupcakes with the Barbie toppings of course and they were beautiful. The cupcakes weren’t all that great which is why I asked for vanilla cupcakes as well to be sure that I had a back up flavor. The cupcakes also didn’t taste like freshly homemade cupcakes they tasted like boxed cupcakes. I hate that I’m creating a review so late but I had to make this company aware of this. I wasn’t going to say anything but I was a little disappointed. The service overall was great because of that I would come back. I love great service maybe next time I’d have to try the cupcakes to make sure they’re to my liking. Thank you for taking the time to make my baby cupcakes.

We recently ordered a cake for our first grandchild’s gender reveal, along with special cupcakes for the soon-to-be great-grandparents. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were damaged during delivery—but the bakery went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly redid the cupcakes, and they turned out perfect! The gender reveal cake was absolutely AMAZING—beautiful, delicious, and the perfect way to surprise our family and friends with the news. From the owner to the cashier, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much for helping make our special announcement so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent 1 hour in traffic on 285 to get to this place only to be met with flies inside of the display case. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had any cupcakes in the back. She said no. On my way to the restroom, not only did I see cupcakes, I saw a lot of them! She could've easily accommodated me. When I brought it to her attention, she was very dismissive of it. I've been a customer for years. But it's the dishonesty that I can't get past. I won't be back anytime soon and I certainly don't recommend it.

Ordered a tiered cake for my daughter's first birthday party. Total was $338. Cake was not ready on 4/26 at 10am as promised. We were first asked to come back at 11:30. We explained we had to be downtown by that time to set up the party, which starts at noon. The cashier went to the back for about 10-15 minutes, then asked us to wait an additional $30 minutes. My wife (who would normally had done the cake herself if it weren't for the logistics of setting up the party) witnessed this and then said forget it, and asked for a refund. The cashier said we can't have a refund because it's a special order. My wife, in all her Karen-ing glory, responded that there will be a refund since they are failing to deliver service and product as promised. The cashier went to the back again, and about 5 minutes later handed her a cell phone with the owner on the phone. Per my wife's recount of the conversation, the owner attempted to resolve by offering to deliver the cake and he would "throw in a few cupcakes." My wife's response (which I witnessed) was that she doesn't trust them to deliver and it's our daughter's first birthday. My wife restated we expect a refund and confirmation via email once it's initiated. In their defense, they did issue refund to our Amex however no one confirmed, so I sent an email requesting confirmation, to which the owner responded it can take 10-15 business days. My wife confirmed the credit was posted to our Amex yesterday. All this to say, don't risk your kid's birthday party experience with Smallcakes Cupcakery in Smyrna. Instead, we highly recommend the Publix bakery right next store, who swooped in to save the day. Note on Publix: If you pre-order a cake that says Happy 1st birthday, they'll throw in a free smash cake. Ours was a last minute rush, but they even offered to throw in a smash cake despite the fact it was a last minute rush order and not within their policy. Thanks Publix!)

Best cup cakes I have ever tasted. I can never get just 1 cup cake. I always spend $50 or more. Took 16 cup cakes to North Carolina to celebrate Christmas 2024 with family. FYI they freeze very well and taste as fresh as the day I picked them up. Thank you!!! 😃

Sugar Shane's is not your average cookie shop. While they offer some classic flavors, their specialty lies in unique and daring creations like the Buzzin, featuring a coffee base with Oreo and dark chocolate chip toppings, caramel chips, espresso buttercream filling, and a coffee glaze. Another standout is the Cookies and Cream loaded with white chocolate chips, Oreos, Hershey's cookies and cream bits, and vanilla extract.
Mike was extremely helpful, kind, and super friendly!!! The cookies taste ABSOLUTELY phenomenal every time, and you can just sense they were made with LOVE and crafted to PERFECTION!!! Each gourmet ingredient SHINES and all the flavors melt in your mouth, so each bite is HEAVENLY! We love that the cookies are made fresh and are absolutely worth every penny!!! They always have such phenomenal service, and take their time to carefully perfect your order(s) catering to your needs and specific tastes! There is something for EVERYONE!! We HIGHLY recommend if you’re cookie lover, sweet enthusiast, or simply in the mood for a treat to suit your sweet tooth craving!! 1,000/10!!! BEST COOKIES AND TEAM EVER!

I visited Sugar Shane because I had some craving for sweet, and I ordered the Banana Crumb Bread from there, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich, moist, and perfectly sweet. My only wish is that the portion size was a bit bigger, something that fit the price, for a nice big slice would make it even better. Still, such a tasty treat that I’d definitely order again! I will return and order more. I recommend it.

MIKE! Was a phenomenal and his customer service was amazing. Warm & welcoming! He brought out fresh baked cookies. There cookies was super soft but not to sugary. My whole experience was 10/10. I recommend Banana Pudding, Strawberries (the frosting taste like strawberries)

The 4 goodies I got from here were all so very good. There are 3 of the 4 in the running for #1 favorite...how can I choose? The chocolate chip cookie was so amazing with its crisper outside and gooey inside, how did they do that? The Banana Nut cookie was such a pleasant surprise because I am super picky about things with banana in them. This really hit the spot and gave me such comforting vibes. The icing was crazy good, I could just eat it with spoon! Great flavor and texture. I don't even know what to call the cookies and cream item. Is it a cookie? Is it a ball? Is it a cake? Whatever they call it, I will call it to my belly! Unique, surprising and yummy. The Banana Bread was also tasty, but the other three items were just more to my liking. I know there are others out there that will love this, though! It was made so well, and so fresh. Mike was energetic, friendly, and fun to talk with. He gave me great suggestions on top sellers and his recommendations were spot on. I look forward to going back to see him and try MORE of their tasty treats. Well done Sugar Shack! How have I never been here, yet?!

My girlfriend and I have been loyal Sugar Shane’s customers for over 4 years, visiting all their locations, and every single time we leave with a smile on our faces. The 14th Street location in Atlanta continues to exceed our expectations with every visit. The cookies are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared, but what truly sets Sugar Shane’s apart is the incredible service. Tonight, My boy Uncle Mike went above and beyond for us—even though they were just 5 minutes from closing, he greeted us warmly, took amazing care of us, and even heated our cookies so we could enjoy them at their absolute best. That kind of attention and kindness means so much, and it’s exactly why we keep coming back. We feel truly blessed to have Sugar Shane’s as part of our routine and can’t thank the team enough for making every visit feel special. Keep up the amazing work—you’ve got customers for life!

I found this place while searching for the best cookies in Atlanta — and wow, they truly live up to the hype! Nestled in Duluth's Nukoa Plaza, White Windmill Bakery and Cafe is a delightful Korean gem that offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for work or study. With an array of light bites and sweet treats, including frozen yogurt, this cafe caters to both savory cravings and dessert lovers alike.
Walking into White Windmill felt like stepping into a cozy garden café so much greenery and floral decor, I instantly felt like I found my happy place. The space is warm and charming, with a mix of rustic ironwork, cozy lighting, and flowers everywhere. It’s the kind of spot where you want to sit and stay a while. We came later in the day, so the pastry case was a bit bare (note to self: come early next time), but what we did grab was absolutely worth it. The raspberry-filled croissant was mouthwatering flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. And the fruit tart? Perfectly fresh, light, and the ideal treat to pair with a chick flick at home. 🍓📺 This place is great for grabbing pastries and a drink, or just to soak up the peaceful, artsy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back earlier next time to catch the full pastry spread and maybe snag a window seat under all that natural light.

I recently visited White Windmill Bakery & Cafe, and it was an amazing experience! The bakery items were incredibly fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options that made it hard to choose. Their coffee was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tasty pastries. I also tried one of their fresh sandwiches, and it was delightful—made with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the cafe was very pleasant, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend White Windmill for anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere!

Was craving some pastries and my wife knows how much I enjoy Korean pastries. This place isn’t too far from where we live so we decided to give it a try. If you have never been to a place like this before it can be a bit confusing on what to do because there are no instruction or anyone helping you know what to do. Overall, everything we got was excellence and will be back for sure. The prices are reasonable and we our time there.

The line was to the door, and I was initially judging everyone walking around with baskets of bread stacked so high they could barely see over them. Like…calm down, is it that good? Then I tried their garlic bread and immediately found myself back in line, basket in hand, ready to join the cult. My husband got their bacon egg and cheese brioche sandwich and couldn’t stop talking about it like it was life-changing. I got the crispy chicken brioche, and honestly, the chicken was so overcooked it felt like chewing sadness. Couldn’t even finish it. I even went up to the sandwich bar to ask for extra spicy mayo (which already comes on it) because it was so dry, but they completely ignored me. My husband had to go back up and ask again on my behalf because I really wanted to try and finish it like a responsible adult who doesn’t waste food. It also took 30 minutes to get my coffee…my food actually came out before my coffee did. When I approached the counter to ask about it, they just shrugged and said their manager lost it. Like…what do you mean you lost my coffee? Did it run away? Overall, come for the garlic bread, stay for the garlic bread. But seriously, get the garlic bread.

Great spot for milk tea, desserts, fresh sandwiches. Quality is consistently good and so is the atmosphere. We got the avocado egg sandwich, back and egg sandwich, honeydew milk tea with popping boba, and the most amazing strawberry custard croissant. Would I recommend this to anyone keen on having a good casual meal

After social media has been abuzz with the new White Windmill Buckhead location, it was worth paying a visit to the original Buford Hwy location, which has been a local staple. Sadly, the Strawberries and Cream Cake was highly disappointing, lacking in berries and primarily consisting of a very light whipped cream. Plus, there was little-to-any sweetness. For the tall price, the slice provided was painfully small, too. Nonetheless, I particularly enjoyed the Filled Croissant Roll. As it was the last one in the display and sat near the “Red Velvet Croissant Roll” label, I thought it would evoke the classic richness of a red velvet cake. Instead, the exterior icing faintly tasted of tart fruit (perhaps strawberries), and the interior consisted partly of a plain custard tasting lightly of eggs and vanilla. I wonder what type of roll it was meant to be, but objectively, it was decent overall. With the stale nature of the baked goods, this experience was a disappointment. Even though this location is open until late at night, I would caution against going later in the day when the baked goods are in low stock and have been sitting out for a while.

Sweet Hut Bakery Cafe is a modern cafe with an Asian twist, offering a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and teas. The ambiance is cool and clean, making it a great spot to indulge in sweet treats. While the staff may not provide detailed recommendations for first-time visitors, the menu boasts delectable options like Red Velvet Cake and Tapioca Green Tea. The bakery's popularity draws customers from afar who appreciate its wallet-friendly prices and quality offerings.
When it comes to Asian bakeries, Sweet Hut takes the cake. I mean, when picturesque desserts taste just as good as they look, how could I ever be mad? I got just their macarons as a small bite after a large meal, so I’ve done them a disservice by not trying one of their beautiful selection of buns and pastries instead (but this gives me a reason to return!). Still, though, the flavors of the Mocha and Mango macarons were phenomenal - perfectly sweet and packed with flavor! Paired with the beautiful interior, this is a lovely location for a worthwhile sweet treat.

Great place to pick up dim pastries and even enjoy some coffee. This is an Asian style bakery that offers a wide range of pastries both sweet and savory. Description of the individually wrapped item is good. Most pastries are heavier and less sweet than the US counterparts. Service and atmosphere are great. I was surprised this is one of several Sweet Hut bakeries in the area. Well worth a trip to experiance a delicious bakery trees.

We ordered Black Forest and got something different when unpacking. For a $32 USD cake, the 80% was ONLY CREAM! No cake. Even the chocolate was not reasonable.

I came here to get a nice refreshing drink. There's a bunch of wooden tables with a few outlets found along the walls. There are some booths in the back with a power strip for each table. The menu is vast with lots of sweet treats to pick from. I didn't buy a pastry yet, but I think this place could be a potentially good cafe to study at because they serve coffee, tea, and pastries with lots of tables and outlets. There is ambient music and a free parking lot. Parking may be tight given the number of spaces and sheer number of restaurants in the Asian Square. I wound up getting a taro frappe with two toppings, but you can get up to three toppings included with your drink. Prices are medium-high for drinks. The cashier was nice when I asked her a couple questions. I think this place could be a bit more modern in terms of ambience or decorations.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop that combines grocery shopping with delicious dining options, look no further than Publix Super Market at Summerhill. This supermarket chain boasts an impressive variety of groceries alongside dedicated deli and bakery departments. Their famous buttercream icing has been delighting customers since 1957, making their decorated cakes and cookie cakes perfect for any celebration—especially themed ones featuring beloved characters like Peppa Pig or Batman.
I was in midtown on my way home and needed a store that I could access quickly. Googled Publix and realized this location was on my route home. Perfect. The store is made with the new design. The deli is almost at the front door. The food smells so good as soon as you enter the building. They know what they are doing. My goal was to scoop up some toilet paper and water. That didn't stop me from going uo and down the aisles. Store was well stocked. Everything was neat. I found some seasonings. Thats a plus. Also I use a motorized cart. It's nice that they had them available and charged. Not all stores have them. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. She asked me about the flavor of ice cream I chose and gave me some nice suggestions. I would gladly return.

The store in general I’ve never had an issue with this is review is about the bakery if you maybe looking for a custom cake. I ordered the cake 2 days prior before picking up, arrived and was handed the cake box so I was never shown the cake in store, but it was not completed as ordered, was missing the piping in the center. The cake is uneven. I ordered red icing I don’t know why it’s black in a lot of spots. Very dissapointed at the custom cake ordered. I ordered it for a 10am pick up for an event same day and returning to the store was not an option! Check before you leave!

Concerning Experience with Expired Product and Lack of Date Checking I recently purchased a jar of mayonnaise from this Publix location at Summerhill. Unfortunately, after consuming some of it, I noticed the expiration date was February 2025 (it is currently April 2025). This is quite concerning from a food safety perspective. Even more troubling was my conversation with the product manager regarding this issue. I was told that expiration dates aren't actively checked because there's an expectation that items will sell quickly enough. This attitude is frankly unacceptable and raises serious questions about the store's commitment to ensuring the freshness and safety of the products they sell. Adding to my concern was the fact that this was a brand of mayonnaise I hadn't seen at this location before. It was heavily stocked and on sale, leading me to suspect it might have been close to or past its expiration date before being prominently displayed. While I generally appreciate the convenience of Publix, this experience has significantly eroded my trust in the quality control at this particular store. Selling expired food, especially without proper checks, is a serious issue. I urge management to retrain their staff on the importance of monitoring expiration dates and to reconsider the practice of relying solely on quick sales to avoid selling outdated products. Shoppers should be vigilant and always double-check expiration dates themselves at this location. I will be contacting Publix corporate about this experience.
Valentina T — Google review
Nice on the outside, disastrous on the inside. Amazing to see such a low grade class of employees that can drag a respected brand to the lowest lows. The subs I had ordered at 7:30 for an 8:15pm pickup were not made until 8:45 25 minutes after I go there. Other customer asked since there was no more bread, what time do the subs closed, the employee said they didn’t know and asked another employee who said sometime around 8…anyway, no cups left, just lids sitting on the counter, cakes look like they were dropped on the floor and picked up, there’s place to eat above the checkout but just pitiful surroundings for what looks like should be one of the newest and cleanest locations but absolutely disheveled and run down. Corporate needs to clean house on this place.
Vinnie C — Google review
I love this Publix! It's always clean and the staff is always friendly! Never have issues with parking. Also, the Jerk Turkey sandwich from the deli is awesome!!! I usually get a ham and turkey spinach wrap with everything, but I decided to try something different. I was not disappointed. My mouth is watering now just thinking about it! I may get one in the morning! See you all soon 😘 !

The employees there are friendly and courteous. If you're looking around and can't find something, a stock clerk will ask you if you need help. The folks at the meat area are very helpful. They really go out their way to make sure they can fulfill your request. The folks at the sushi bar are friendly and smiling. The cashiers and baggers are courteous.
D. M — Google review
I gave two stars because I ordered online, and people who wanted a close parking space parked and went into Publix to shop. Another car was already there and they placed a sun visor protection, which means they were also shopping. It took 15 minutes to bring out my order. However, the positive was that the young man who delivered was charming.
Sabrina S — Google review
Much as I come here daily I order a cake for my daughter a bluey cupcake and I get toppers and not the cupcakes I ask for I’m highly disappointed try to complain, but everybody seems too busy to even talk. They just handed me my cake and sent me on my way mind you I am actively complaining about what’s wrong. It’s fine. I would never come back and order cupcakes from her again. Clearly management and staff are just too busy to actively ask if the person is satisfied with their order or not. Especially if they’re in front of you complaining that is terrible customer service.

An eclectic French bakery with rich flavors and savory treats. They have a plethora of mouth watering pastries, savory sandwiches and quiche's. The decor reminds you of Mary Poppins or Alice in Wonderland. This place seems to be quiet popular so be ready for a slight wait at the counter. Once you arrive you WILL have to search for open seats or tables, it's all self-serve seating. There are no reservations. The key is having great company (which I had) while enjoying all the tastes treats.

A really pleasant decor, all kinds of random French-ish items all about. All sorts of coffees, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, quiches, and soups. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of the food. The seating is rather haphazard with many small tables, but the staff keep things moving pretty well. There is actually a good amount of parking behind it, which is nice.

Well I have to admit that the concept is cool. It is a fun café to go and spend some time or work there. The coffee and the ambiance are good. Marie-Antoinette would have a heart attack but she's dead so we don't care :-) As for the desserts, they are ok but not refined. They are also a bit too sweet. There is a need of improvement there. The croissant aix amended needs to be drier. I think the wrapping does not help. It develops moisture. the eclair needs less ganache on top and more chocolate cream inside. The raspberry cheese mousse needs a better balance with less raspberry jam and maybe a layer of génoise?

If you crave for some 'real' crossaints, go here! Tried the almond double baled crossaint, was so good.. the crust was crisp and just the right sweetness and the almond filling was so mouth watering! On a Tuesday late afternoon My boyfriend and I met w/ a realtor here because there are not many cafes in Downtown East Point. First great atmosphere perfect for a place to study or meet up for a coffee where it’s chill. Second the gluten free cupcakes are pretty good. A lot of people have reviewed saying the cupcakes taste like Jiffy cornbread which is understandable for gluten free. My strawberry gluten free cupcake didn’t taste like Jiffy cornbread but had similar consistency. Bit disappointed that the inside of the cake had no strawberry flavor but the icing was deliciously strawberry. My boyfriend got the regular carrot cupcake was good nothing to write home about and a latte which he said was decent. (This is considering he was a barista for Starbucks for 2.5 years.) Overall decent cupcakes wish they were bigger. Would come back if we had to meet anyone in the area. It gets busy right after 3:30pm on weekdays.

I drove 45 minutes from Duluth to try this place because I'm a cookie fanatic! Firstly, Jermaine at the counter was really awesome👏. He immediately greeted me when I walked in and helped me out. He also gave me an instruction card for the best way to heat the cookies. Now for the unfortunate news. These cookies look amazing and they taste pretty good too, but I have to admit I'm disappointed with the texture. They're hard as a rock! I immediately took a bite in my car because I was too excited to wait till I got home, but they were so hard and dry that I almost wanted to spit them out😭 I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I got home and preheated my oven to 350F just like the card said and baked them for 5 minutes. I was really hoping that this would bring the cookies back to life and soften them up a little since I love a lil gooey chew in the center of my cookies, but the first bite was still just as hard even in the center. I reallyyy tried liking these cookies because I drove all the way to buy them, and I especially want to support small businesses, but I just couldn't get over how hard and dry they were. All in all, I still appreciate the great service, and I really do want to believe they will improve! They really got sumthin special going on with the flavors, so I truly want to see them perfect the texture! I may return in the future just because I like a good comeback story❤️

Omg! Everything was wonderful deep dish cookie was the best!!!! It was so good I ate the ice cream before I could put it on the cookie!! The ice cream sandwich 😋

I had "not so famous cookies" before and the first time it was a bad experience. Couple months later I tried it again for the second time and as expected it was nasty! The Cookies is so hard, the sugar taste way to artificial, each cookie has some coating all around that won't let you taste the difference. And the chocolate chip only had 4-5 tiny chocolate chips. Its sad but I hope yall guys can fix this issue or I can always recommend other cookie shops

Love this place! My favorite cookie spot in metro Atlanta. Their main shop is located in a shopping plaza in Symrna. Staff is always very friendly, and they give great recommendations. I made the drive today to come get them, and once again I was not disappointed. My absolute favorite is the red velvet. Soft and moist on the inside like a cake, and crunchy on the outside. The new seasonal Ube Cookies and cream was really good- like your classic cookies and cream with a more nutty undertone from the ube. Now the last one I tried was the cookie butter. Wow. That cookie was amazing, it was like a warm holiday party in your mouth. If you’re ever around the area, definitely check them out!

Today( 2-26-2022) I visited Not As Famous Cookie Company in Smyrna. The store has easy access, located in a shopping center at a stop light, and with plenty of free parking. The store is bright, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly. They asked if it was our first time and explained their cookies, ice cream, and combo options. The aroma in the store was intoxicating. They are baked fresh and there is plenty of variety. The cookies are great! Gooey, soft, and a good size…. definitely worth the price. My complaint (and reason for my rating of 4) is the packaging. Our M&M cookie had just come out of the oven and was warm. That is fantastic if I was eating the cookie immediately, but we took ours home. Our six cookies were stacked 3 high. They molded together. 🙄😩 Our Fruity Pebbles, M&M, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip with Pretzels are stuck together so we can’t enjoy half of the cookies we purchased. I think it’s a great cookie spot and recommend you check them out, but don’t let them stack your cookies, especially if they are warm. I doubt the same thing would happen if they have cooled. I think a box or some other packaging would eliminate this issue. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to enjoy something that smells and looks delectable.

Cookies was delicious. We got the chocolate chip, the Juneteenth Sugar (seasonal), oatmeal raisin, and the honeybun cookies. It was our first time there and the 30 min drive was worth it. The lady provided excellent customer service. I enjoyed the entire experience and wouldn't mind going back to try their other seasonal cookies and ice cream By the way, if the cookie is hard, just pop it in the oven for a few mins.

I was in the area and this cookie spot came up.... Gentleman who greeted me was a great help. Explained the menu.. Place is clean... Good cookie selection..... The cookies are soft with crunchy edges... I tend to like my Cookie's soft all around but these were good.. They are big Cookie's too.... I would go back.. That sugar almond cookie was definitely different... All the Cookie's I got were good... Nothing bad to say about my selections.

Proof Bakeshop is a bright and inviting bakery that specializes in a variety of oven-baked treats, ranging from delectable sweet pastries to savory bread. It is part of a trio of eateries along with Cakes and Ale and Bread and Butterfly. The bakery gained popularity due to the success of Cakes and Ale's baked goods. Visitors often recommend starting with their original croissant.
This place is so good!! If you ever come near, I would 100% recommend stopping in. The atmosphere is to die for and the coffee cake will take you away! They also have an assortment of coffee and tea flavors. I started the morning with a vanilla-lavender iced coffee 👌🏼.

A lovely space that's perfect to get some work done or catch up with a friend. You'll always find an open seat! I absolutely love their lavender lattes, croissants, and sandwiches. However, they are often understaffed and therefore the service can be really slow. I wish that Proof's owners gave it as much love as they do to Cakes & Ale or Bread & Butterfly.

STACY is amazing 🫶🏿! Me and my family came in today and her customer service, patience and opinion was greatly appreciated! I love piece of cake but this location has not been my favorite due to experiencing dry cake, and had never received this type of customer service from this location until STACY. THANK YOU will be back in to see her 👸🏿

As a longtime customer who has probably purchased over 75 cakes for business purposes in the past few years, I have to say how disappointed I have become recently in their decline in customer service and quality. When I purchased a chocolate cake for a Christmas party that I was hosting, the cake was extremely dry and almost inedible. When I reported this to the Cobb Pkwy store on the next business day, I was initially told that I would have to bring in the original cake to get a refund. I was quite shocked as this was during the holiday season and I didn’t keep the cake. I threw it away after the party. Then today, I stopped by the Collier store to pick up a cake for a business event tomorrow. I had very short notice of the event. I’ve never had issues with cake availability at this main store however at 4:30 PM, they only had one cake left in the entire store (German Chocolate). I was told that they had less cakes due to it being Labor Day yesterday and they weren’t allowed to order a lot. This confused me as I don’t know how Labor Day would impact cake sales the following day? But then I was also told when I called customer service that this is called piece of cake. That they only guarantee selling pieces of cake not whole cakes. So I guess I’ll be moving on because it’s no longer a piece of cake to buy a cake here.
Bridget S — Google review
I have been absolutely raving just positivity about A Piece Of Cake and how delicious and moist the slices are. I haven’t been able to get to any of the locations because I no longer live in the area. I had my husband stop by The Collier location because he was near there on Sunday to get me a couple sices of lemon cake and a slice of strawberry cake. He got home and I presume this was a lemon pound cake and it was hard as a rock, the strawberry cake was not as moist as I remembered. I was very disappointed so I had to make this review.

I’m a cake/cupcake desert foodie and this is hands down the best cake and cupcakes I’ve ever enjoyed!!! I can’t see it with enough emphasis…. You MUST spend the money and find a location closest to you! Every one we’ve tried is delicious! NOT RICH‼️‼️‼️‼️ Perfectly balanced so that your tastebuds automatically sing a symphony of delight and YOUR BODY starts the “happy dance” without a care of who’s watching! This is NOT the cake to share! Be ok saying NO get your own lol you will not want to let even one small fork full be enjoyed by someone else 🤦🏽‍♀️👀 We ordered a 7’ strawberry white chocolate and will pick it up. Cakes can be frozen. Ask for the specific instructions. And YES they have specials so go inside to find out🥳🎉🎊🎁💐😊 Heres some of what’s left from todays treat😊👍🏾🤎 Be careful….. you will….. EAT THE WHOLE CAKE IF YOU BRING IT HOME & live alone!!! Thank God I have family that’ll stop me! 🤣 Whew! Delicious!

I purchased a slice white chocolate, a slice of lemon pound cake, and 2 chocolate cupcakes. These items came to $20, and I was honestly underwhelmed. The icing was so super sweet, the cake was more flaky than moist, and the cake itself lacked flavor. The icing did have good white chocolate flavor, but it was too sweet. For the price-point I was expecting perfection, but I've had better cake from a box. My slice was by no means fresh. I didn't finish my slice. I do not eat chocolate, but my daughters looked dry too.

Had a bad experience with the associate named Cora. My friend responded to her twice by calling her “Ms/miss” and she became rude during checkout saying “You can really stop with the Ms. stuff” and rolled her eyes. It was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. This was my first time being helped by her and it really put a damper on my experience at this location. The other woman who worked there seemed much friendlier.

Pala Bakery in Atlanta is a hidden gem that offers an authentic Italian experience. The bakery, owned by maestro Gio DiPalma, features a variety of delectable treats, including the standout sfogliatelle pastry. This clamshell-shaped delight combines the best qualities of a croissant and a cream puff, with its crispy exterior and light, buttery layers.
I grew up in the city but now live about an hour south, and whenever I bring my kids to Atlanta to enjoy some of the things I loved growing up, we always end the day with a great meal. We usually try a new spot every time—but not this time. Pala is the first place we’ve ever gone back to back… it’s just that good. The mortadella panini was hands-down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. We also tried the Firenze panini, the spicy vodka pizza, and the calabrese pizza—everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We finished it off with gelato, and it was the perfect ending. The restaurant has this old-world market vibe—nothing fancy, just authentic, cozy, and absolutely delicious. A true hidden gem we’re already looking forward to visiting again.

Loved this Italian sandwich spot!! So cute. Freshly made sandwiches..I split the prosciutto and sopressata. Both were so yummy! Just fresh, simple ingredients into well prepared and balanced sandwiches. I would go back to try the pizza too. There is also a gelato section but I tried the mini donuts instead. They have joey, custard and hazelnut. I thought the hazelnut was the best.

We only came for dessert. We arrived in the middle of lunch rush hour on a Sunday. This was our first time here and I had not anticipated seating was so limited. We were able to stake out two seats as several people were taking their orders to go. Service was focused on taking food orders. There was no clear sign that Gelato customers were tp form a separate line and someone would assist with that line. So I stood in the food line before finding out I was in the wrong line. I was happy with my order. I got one scoop of Coconut Gelato and topped it with one scoop of Lemon Sobet. My friend ordered three scoops - Mango and Lemon Sorbets and Strawberry Gelato. She didn't like the Mango Sorbet and wished she ordered the Strawberry as a Sorbet. Tables were not being bussed while we were there. Basically service was limited to taking and filling orders. The food smelled delicious and we would consider returning for food except seating can't be anticipated. They also had Tiramisu, something that looked more like a Flan than a Panna Cotta and a few baked items.

Saint Germain is a popular spot known for its wide variety of macarons, offering nearly 20 flavors and one of the largest selections in the city. The spacious venue in the Interlock is a delightful place to indulge in these French sandwich cookies and enjoy a daydream about Paris. Additionally, it's a great place to work while savoring their French-inspired savory and sweet food dishes and beverages. The cafe offers limited indoor and outdoor seating, with good customer service.
Saint Germain is the kind of place that makes you seriously question whether you should just abandon your current life plans and become a full-time pastry connoisseur. I stopped in for a cappuccino and some pastries, and let me tell you — it was an absolute life decision well made. The cappuccino was rich, smooth, and made so perfectly that I briefly considered standing up and giving a slow clap right there at the counter. And the pastries? Each one looked like it should be on the cover of a fancy French magazine… and somehow they tasted even better than they looked. Flaky, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness at its finest. The shop itself feels like you stumbled into a little corner of Paris — elegant, cozy, and just the right amount of fancy without making you feel like you need to fake a French accent to fit in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or planning to sit and savor every bite (which you should), Saint Germain is a true gem in Buckhead Village. Trust me: life is too short to skip the pastries here.
Mark M — Google review
This breathtaking venue sits at the heart of Buckhead Village, and I’ve peeked my head in countless times before. Very “French” in theme, boasts an eclectic display of pastries, such kind employees, and genuinely good desserts. For how beautiful everything is at this location, though, it is excessively overpriced. Unfortunately, $9 for a palm-sized dessert leaves a foul taste in the pocket. I’d recommend stopping by once for a memorable treat, but there’s a hesitation to visit again with such unjustifiably tall prices.

One of my favorite places in Buckhead for my matcha latte. The food and all the desserts are 10/10. One of my favorite coffee shops in the whole entire city. The night manager and the french gentleman are very accommodating, professional, and enjoyable to be around! The vibe is super cute and aesthetic as well.

The pastries, while I didn't like all of them, were still delicious and at least really cool looking. The workers were also good at helping me decide what macrons to buy. While it is pricey, it's 100% a fun experience, and worth the money. Absolutely loved the strawberry tart and Cuppichino

Matcha drink was nice but the chai could use more flavor. The dark chocolate & pistachio cake was good but the raspberry cake was too sweet. Loved the outdoor seating, and the baristas were very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back for that matcha

Super cute, tiny shop very clean and welcoming. Of course we saw the reviews and recommendations online to come here so we had to stop by when I had to be in ATL. The desserts were so good definitely worth it I got Tropical (the orange dome) it was my favorite out of the 4 we got. It does have coconut in it so if that's not your thing you won't agree. I didn't get his name but the guy at the register that helped us was so nice and explained each dessert we were interested in which was unexpected but definitely welcome because he even recommend ways to eat some of them like The Peach. He told is that it tastes best when you can get a piece of everything in one bite and stuff like that. Extremely helpful! Also love that everything was priced so there were no surprises at check out, in case your on a budget. Would definitely come back! **Once you get close start following signs for the parking garage the area is very small and a lot of one way streets. The parking garage is your best bet.

Nestled in the charming heart of Buckhead Village, St. Germain is a slice of Parisian magic in Atlanta! Every visit feels like a delightful escape, thanks to the consistently amazing service and the warm, welcoming staff. Their French pastries are a dream, with the pistachio and almond croissants filled with cream being absolute standouts! The canelés are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, and they’re just as delightful to enjoy at home as they are at the shop. And trust me I take many home each visit, lol. Speaking of tea, their selection is divine, especially with a touch of honey! Don’t miss the Riviera sandwich and the quiches—my favorites are the chicken and mushroom, and the goat cheese and broccoli. Whether you’re there to catch up with loved ones, dive into a good book, or just enjoy a lavender latte, St. Germain is simply the best coffee shop in Atlanta! ♥️🥐
Linda L — Google review
This cafe's aesthetics triumphs the food and drinks. I got an iced London fog, and unfortunately it only tasted like milk. I had none of the vanilla or lavender taste. I got the opera, made with almond spongy cake and espresso chocolate ganache. It had a decent taste, but wasn't strong in its chocolate, espresso, or almond flavor. The flower pot had creative and pretty presentation. The dirt got a little messy though. The desserts are unique and overall gorgeous. My friend got the flower pot and that was so cute. Desserts were at least $8 and kind of small. There's some outside seating and maybe one table inside. The outside seating area is literally gorgeous though, it gives Hoboken/Soho outdoorsy shopping vibes. This place is so instagrammable but falls short on taste and price in my opinion.

It smelled wonderful when I walked in - multiple items were in the ovens. Unfortunately, I arrived around noon, so some things were already sold out. The coffee was good. I bought a savory pastry with roasted carrots and cheese, and it was still warm. It was fine, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I’ll definitely return and get there earlier. Parking wasn’t difficult. I was able to park on a side street. You can pay to park a few doors down, but you don’t have to.

What a wonderful gem of delightful deliciousness. Best bakery in Atlanta. The man in front helped me choose two very wonderful things. I asked him pick a savory item and a sweet item and he chose very nicely.

Colette consistently delivers exceptional baked goods and breads. Every time I visit, I get my weekly sourdough and try out one of the many baked goods they pump out daily. It has been non stop 10s across the board for both their savory and sweet items. And to top it off? They always have something that is new and surprising to me. For example, the chocolate filled meringue today made my knees weak; it was so light and rich .
Stuart A — Google review
I’ve been going here pretty regularly for the last year. More often than not, the individual working the register is not fit for a customer facing role. They do not greet you, they do not smile at you, they are not approachable, and they are not engaged with the guests. They all around seem like they don’t know how to interact with people nor that they want to be there. This morning when I came in, the cashier couldn’t hear me so they ask me to repeat myself. I do, and that is followed up with a blank stare. Then they say, “can you speak up”, in an aggressive tone, with an aggressive hand motion to come closer. This all happened while there was loud music playing in the store. Also, for the price, the quality of their baked goods are quite inconsistent. Specifically the cinnamon roll, the salted honey biscuit, lemon poppy seed cake, the ginger molasses cookie, etc. I do love this shop but every time I leave, especially since the start of the summer, I find myself not wanting to come back.

The braised beef sandwich with an egg is also a standout item on their menu. Customers praise the delicious food, friendly and efficient service, as well as the inviting atmosphere of the place.

Located in the Olive and Pine mixed use market. This place was suggested to me by the coffee shop next door. I approached the counter and reviewed the menu. With their set up you can look right into the open kitchen and see everything is made fresh. The display case had many sweet and savory options for sale. I thought one was a bagel with bacon and cheese, but it was actually a savory danish with cheese and onions. I ended up ordering the Leftie's Egg sandwich. The sandwich comes with eggs, cheese, kimchi mayo, and I added bacon. The friendly young lady at the counter definitely co-signed that the sandwich was a good choice. She rang me up and I thought it was kind of expensive, $20 for a breakfast sandwich. I waited for a few minutes and they called my name. The food was ready super quick. I picked it up at the counter and headed over to one of the open tables in the common space. I opened up my container and was surprised to see roast potatoes in addition to my sandwich. Initially I thought the sandwich would be too much for one sitting, but it turned out to be just right. It was delicious and the roasted potatoes were hot, fresh and crunchy. I chatted with another customer who informed me she always stops here when she is in town. She ordered the chicken breakfast sandwich with a runny egg on top and was raving about it. Leftie is a little pricey, but the food is delicious.

I was hungry, and the waffle house line was ridiculously long. Found this hidden gem. OMG, the Korean fried chicken biscuit and gravy exploded in my mouth with its perfect blend of seasoning and was fried to my extra crunchy satisfaction. I'll be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

The kimchi biscuits and gravy with chicken was so so good! It was the honestly the best chicken I ever had, it was so crispy and flavorful! The pastries were out of the world too, I recommend the Ube Sweet Roll. The employees were very kind and made the experience so nice!

Every time I deliver to this place I lose a battle to these delicious pastries. 🥵 they have healthier options that I try to stick to which are also scrumptious. But who doesn’t love a snack right!! If you’re passing through Avondale Estates, this is a necessary pit stop 4SuRe 🫶🏾

Pictured is the cinnamon roll (7/10) a bit dry and bready. The olive oil muffin (8/10) moist and pretty good, and a jam danish (7/10) also a bit more dry. Nice spot though the employees were cool, creative pastry selection.

Cake Culture Co., Inc offers a delightful experience for cake enthusiasts with its impressive variety of flavors and moist, flavorful cakes. The attention to detail in their decorations is commendable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Their strawberry shortcake stands out with its spongy yellow cake and light cream that allows the natural sweetness of strawberries to shine through. Additionally, their special lemonade complements the cakes well. Located in Ponce City Market, this place provides good service without seating or parking issues.
Deliciousness! I have personally seen the process of these cakes being curated in the kitchen with so much precision. It's layers of hard work and perfect sweetness. I also met and interacted with the chef/owner, and he told me about the company and as well as his experience of living in Japan for years. Hands down one of my favorite light and unique desserts in the city.
Ruwel S — Google review
Stumbled upon this cute little dessert spot at PCM and decided to try the mochi ice cream and red velvet crepe cake. Both were good picks. The mochi ice cream was fun—soft, chewy, and hit that sweet, refreshing note. The red velvet crepe cake leaned more into the cream cheese flavor than the red velvet itself, which I actually liked, though my friend wasn’t a fan. Definitely a texture-lovers dessert. Overall, it’s a charming spot for a quick treat, especially if you’re craving something a little different from the usual sweets lineup at PCM.
Sam — Google review
Grabbed a couple of slices on my way out to bring home. Definitely a taste experience. But I wouldn't say this is a craveable dessert. We got the Dulce du Leche and was more vanilla tasting than anything. However, the raspberry in the Chocolate Raspberry was delicate and a nice addition. It was good, but I've had a better dessert experience.
T S — Google review
The owner is a lovely lady who is passionate about her cakes! She and her husband learned their skills from years of training in Japan. Their ingredients are pure and simple, which, surprisingly creates a complex array of tastes that you get from each bite. Hands down the best Mille Crepe cakes I’ve ever had! The lavender is so amazingly delicate and light. The red velvet is unique, with a strong coffee & chocolate flavor combined with velvety cream cheese layers. The Dulce de Leche is just spot on and definitely recommended for those who like their pastry sweeter. The matcha has an authentic Japanese flavor, delicate and not too sweet. I’ll be coming back to try the other flavors! This place is 1000% recommended!!
Lis R — Google review
Had the red velvet crepe cake and it was wonderful. Really nice flavor, not crazy sweet, nice texture with all the crepe layers. Overall a nice, unique dessert. I’d visit again.

Stumbled upon this cute little dessert spot at Ponce City Market. Tried 3 different Crepes: Dulce De Leche Crepe Cake - 5/5 (Must Try. This was not on menu but we asked them and they said it is available) Choko De Coco Crepe Cake - 4/5 Chocolate Crepe Cake - 4/5 Peach Lemonade - 4/5 Definitely a texture-lovers dessert and I will be back to try Lavender and Red velvet Crepes. Overall, it’s a charming spot for a quick treat.

Matcha Green Tea Mille Crêpe Slice and Strawberry Mille Crêpe Slice were amazing but Chocolate de Coco Mille Crêpe Slice was not that great! Over all a good dessert place to visit if you are at ponce city market

I ordered a choko glacage cake for my husbands birthday and it was delicious, our kids devoured it within mins, it was so moist and everything about it was just perfect. We’ve had their strawberry and matcha crepe cake in the past, those were delicious as well.

Sally's Gluten Free Bakery is a haven for those seeking delectable baked goods without gluten, dairy, eggs, or soy. This charming bakery not only specializes in gluten-free treats but also features an impressive array of options like three-layer cakes and cupcakes available in chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet—all freshly made each day. For pizza lovers, Sally’s offers convenient take-and-bake gluten-free pizzas to satisfy your cravings.
I recently purchased a custom cake for my niece who has several allergies and hasn't had a proper birthday cake because of it. Sally's Gluten Free Bakery met and exceeded my expectations and the mermaid cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious!! I appreciated all the details and care that went into this cake. Also top-notch customer service for updates and pick-up. Definitely keeping this bakery in mind for future parties!
Evette W — Google review
We had a smash cake emergency the day before my daughter’s first birthday party. She has an egg allergy and after calling 20+ places with no luck, Sally’s bakery accommodated our order within a short time window. They asked detailed questions to ensure they were designing a cake that would meet our expectations. Thank you for saving the day for our daughter’s first birthday with a cake that accommodated allergies and looked and tasted great!!

Recently I've had to make some pretty drastic lifestyle changes, which aligned with my birthday this year. I spent a while searching online (many dead ends and time sucks) before coming across this wonderful bakery! The gentleman I ordered from was so kind and helpful, as was the other gentleman at the front counter on pickup day. I ordered a vegan carrot cake, death by chocolate cookies, and dairy free cupcakes. All delicious. All. This place is now my dessert go to!
Shanita N — Google review
**We added the SpongeBob topper** Wow! This is the second cake from Sally's we've ordered for my Gluten-free & Dairy-free sister. She LOVED it! They even made the Vanilla frosting blue & green to fit the theme of the cake. Everyone agreed, best cake we've bought for her birthday (she's been GF/DF for 8-9 years now). What's great is that you can order the cake for next morning pickup (which we needed). Definitely recommend Sally's GF Bakery!
Court S — Google review
I cannot say enough good things about Sally’s Bakery. Their baked goods are absolutely delicious. My husband and I got our wedding cake from them and the guests could not believe it was gluten free! I couldn’t stop eating it! I will be a costumer for life ( ive been a customer for 8 years already) and I would recommend them to anyone!
Heather S — Google review
We've come here every once in a while. They make really good gluten free products. The gentleman who helped us was super friendly and offered advice when we asked questions. My wife and son are both gluten free, I am not. So I was surprised when I ate a muffin and it was actually good. Because most gluten free items are just a shade better than garbage. We will be returning.
Herb B — Google review
If you could give Sally’s Gluten-Free Bakery more than Five Stars, they would get it from me for their top-notched service and quality! This was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted! Everyone raved about my wedding cake, and nobody could believe it was gluten-free. Not only were they highly affordable and delicious, but they were EXTREMELY patient and professional with me as I rescheduled my pandemic wedding three times. I am so grateful that some friends recommended SGB, and I am looking forward to eating more of their baked goods. Also the cake decorator/deliverer did a top-notch job on my beautiful wedding cake. I couldn’t ask for more!
Marla M — Google review
My new favorite go to place for gluten free goods when my sweet tooth hits me! I've tried cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and banana bread. All were fantastic and so neatly wrapped and labeled. Yes, these are fairly sweet. (As I want my sweet baked goods to be) I see some people saying gluten free is supposed to be healthier? No, it's only healthier if you're intolerant or celiac 😂 looking forward to other menu items I want to try 😋

I don’t think there’s any image that can do justice to the beauty that Larissa creates on her cakes. The intricate designs, the blend of color and the luscious flavors will take your breath away. I ordered my Thanksgiving cake last year to celebrate it with friends and everyone of them was blown away with it. It was definitely the highlight of the menu even if there was a 20 odd items menu spread. The kids wanted to eat the buttercream fall peonies and were amazed by how it wasn’t too sweet but just perfect. From the pricing standpoint, I think it’s an amazing deal if you see how much effort it takes to creat just one flower. And there are more than 50 of those on one cake, with a theme and color palette. Larissa’s cake are the best way to make your event memorable for years to come. 😍😍😍 If you don’t have a big event or don’t like cakes, worry not. The cookies are the best I have ever had. And I have tried a lot from a ton places - from Paris to Milan to Florence and from every corner of this country that I have been here. To get these right at home is a luxury.

Bakey Bakes is AMAZING. Not only are they beautiful looking cakes and cookies they taste better than everything out there. The only problem is how in demand Larissa is and how hard it is to get her delicious bakes goods!
Robyn S — Google review
I will only purchase cakes and cookies from Larissa when I’m able to book her! I’m fortunate enough where I’ve been able to have a few cakes created for me and they are always stunning when they arrive. Ever since the first communication about what I’m looking for, theme, colors, etc. it’s always turned out how I envisioned and better. I hate when I have to cut into it, because they’re so beautiful. Her cake flavors and buttercream are not to be overlooked. They are so decadent, rich and not overly sweet which is a big plus for me! Her cookies are delicious as well. I ordered some awhile back and I got them to share with friends who all loved them. If you’re fortunate enough to snag a date to order a cake or cookies, I would do so. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Bakey Bakes owner Larissa is a kitchen goddess that walks among us mere mortals. I have the hugest sweet tooth and have tried several cakes, cookies, goodies in my life. From homemade to $$$$ cakes, I’ve tried them all. Larissa has some kind of witchery that she brings out in her process as I have never had a more delicious experience with cakes, cookies, and more. Her beautiful Portuguese heritage brings a little extra something to Atlanta that I don’t believe you can really find anywhere other than her magic cottage. She is very upfront about her, her process, and everything in between and yet she still spends her precious time making such delicious treats for us Atliens. If you get the chance to try ANY of her goodies, I suggest snagging it quick. Because I’ll beat you to it I promise you - they’re THAT good. 😂
Tasha G — Google review
Larissa, the owner of Bakey Bakes is a magician. Her cakes are always so beautifully designed and meticulously done, the attention to detail and care she puts into her work is really unparalleled. Her collaboration process for a custom cake design is very thoughtful, organized, and professional. She's very communicative so you always know what to expect and when to expect it. Working with her is like working with an artist, by providing her with good creative direction, you can trust that she'll create something not only on brief, but beyond your wildest imagination. The flavors she has curated for both her cakes and cookies are such a delight (definitely don't sleep on the cookies, they might look unassuming but they're incredible). For the custom cakes, you're able to pick and choose the flavor combination you desired, but she is also great at helping guide you on what will work well together based on your preference. I also really love how she brings a taste of Portugal to her bakes! You can score some amazing treats from her via flash sales on her instagram @bakey.bakes, or place orders through her website when she opens her calendar at the beginning of the month. I truly can't recommend her enough!
Caroline S — Google review
These cakes are, by far, the most beautiful and delicious I’ve ever had. Larissa is a joy to work with and her palette for both designing cakes and coming up with amazing flavors is incomparable. Over the last 3 years, all of my major celebrations have been accompanied by a Bakey Bakes cake.
Elaine P — Google review
Bakey Bakes cookies are hands down my favorite, and her cake artistry knows no bounds. You really can’t find better flavor profiles than what she offers (matcha, ube, and black sesame are my faves from her current offerings).
Kathryn A — Google review
I was able to get on Larissa's calendar for a beautiful cake for a casual wedding party. I knew that once I put the deposit down, I was going to be taken care of. Larissa was professional, responsive, and creative! I thought the pricing was fair for this cake for 60+ people. She handled the delivery (through a delivery service), and when I saw it for the first time, it was perfect. The taste of the cake matched it's beauty. I also appreciated that while I mentioned this was for a wedding party of sorts, I wasn't going through a typical wedding cake purchase process and she didn't upcharge me for mentioning "wedding" :) I can't wait to have a reason to order another cake and try another flavor of hers! 4th & Swift offers contemporary American cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients in a spacious, industrial-chic setting. One of their standout desserts is the sticky toffee pudding, featuring a rich date cake with candied pecans and vanilla ice cream. The restaurant's emphasis on fresh ingredients and efficient service has garnered praise, with a smaller menu making it easier to choose from diverse options.
5 stars all around -- the food, service, ambiance. We went small plates style and with 6 small plates between 2 people, we were stuffed. The shrimp tempura and corn beignets were amazing and the local mixed greens salad was also great. It sounds like the menu changes everyday so I'd be curious to try what else they come up with on other days. Our server was awesome and she even arranged to have our small plates arrive as courses. I made sure to try the garden district cocktail since I heard other reviewers speak so highly about it. I must say, it lives up to its hype because it's the best cocktail I've had! I'd come back just for that. Overall, we really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. They took great care of us.

Surprised to see any positive reviews on this site. Was there only once on Mothers Day and had a number of issues. Most notably with the manager and her employee interactions. Service was just okay, not great. Some entrees were great, some not so. When asked how everything was they could not accept hearing anything negative. Sent an email to owner and was told I must not go out to eat much and appreciate fine dining and please do not return to my restaurant!!! Message heard and will not return. Update October, 2016: Just learned this restaurant closed due to no revenue. What a surprise when you have an arrogant owner who tells his customers you are not welcome to come back. NO CUSTOMERS, NO REVENUE. Hmmm, simple business 101.......
Scott E — Google review
I enjoyed this, however food presentation on a couple of the plates could have been better, and the wine tastings were just ok... I was told from others to order off the menu instead of the "chef selection 6 course pairing" So i may go back and try that instead wasn't too impressed in the 6 courses half were great the others, well...decent. But service was great i will give a second chance.
Shawn H — Google review
Rustic industrial look with high ceilings inside an old dairy plant, this place has charm, its friendly, serves trendy American/slightly Southern dishes. Interesting things like Venison, well prepared flounder, steaks. A decent wine list that is not outrageously priced.
Brad H — Google review
Service was terrible, took forever to receive menus and food, and the risotto was terrible. Our server was a very tall, unfriendly, haughty, disgruntled man, who typically walked off mumbling unpleasantries. We arrived at 8.00 with reservations, did not receive our meal until 9.30. The bread, dessert and the friendly bartender were the only highlights. Not worth the $
H C — Google review
I chose 4th & Swift for Mother's Day brunch, and our party was not disappointed! The emphasis is on fresh ingredients and fast service, and they delivered well. I can really appreciate smaller menu; for me it makes deciding A LOT easier when there are a few very different choices instead of many similar ones. My sister-in-law got a dessert that was a bit odd... forget what it was called, but it was basically a wedge of fresh cow's milk cheese from Thomasville, GA, and some large, crispy tortilla like wafers. I tried it and it was not sweet in any sense - it was more like a starter than a dessert.
Joshua M — Google review
It was good but a bit overpriced in terms of food and service. If I am spending $180 on dinner for two I would expect my server to present the specials/chef tastings and not offer our final course by saying "want do ya'll want for desert?". I thought I was in Applebee's for a second. The food was good, but again, not great. I can think of much better food in Atlanta for the price. Brussel Sprout Salad was 5/5. Flank Steak was 3.5/5. Garden Salad was 4/5. Vegetable plate was 3.5/5. Gelato was 5/5. Cheesecake was 3/5.

TGM Bread, a delightful offshoot of The General Muir located at Emory Point, is a must-visit for bread enthusiasts. This charming bakery specializes in an array of baked goods including bagels, ciabatta, burger buns, and their standout English muffins—hand-turned on a flat-top griddle to achieve that fluffy pillow-like texture.
Arrived hot, packed well and with utensils. One of my new fav spots. Pure quality. Consistent and delicious. Asiago bread is fabulous.

Oh, wow. Their breads are awesome, & sell out quickly. Best to call ahead & place an order, to be sure of getting what you want. They make some of the best sourdough bread I’ve ever eaten, & hubby raves about the rye bread. I haven’t had their soups, but they must be good too, based on the number of people buying them. TGM also has a booth at the St. Philips/Peachtree Rd Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings—generally March thru Nov.

This is only a post about the customer service The owner is rather snarky and does not believe in refunding or replacing whatsoever, and they can be somewhat rude in fact. They also only comment when it suits them if you have a real issue forget about it
Tina E — Google review
Placed an order and it was incomplete. Called for a refund and the only employee in the front told me to contact DoorDash when I never ordered through the app. I was not going to spend the next hour on a call with DoorDash trying to fix the employee’s mistake over $9. Employee did not care to help. If you contract orders through DoorDash then have a process for partial refunds. I was really excited to try this spot. I returned my order and took my business somewhere else.

Nestled in the heart of Atlanta, GA, Tower Treats is your go-to destination for scrumptious peanut butter chocolate chip cookies that are perfect for weddings and special events. These delightful treats come in impressive half-pound sizes, making them a unique choice that stands out at any gathering. For those who prefer something smaller, mini versions are also available without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction. Tower Treats has become a favorite among businesses looking to impress clients and employees alike with memorable gifts.
Personally, I LOVE these cookies! Even though the big ones are a half-pound, I can't get enough of them. There is an option to get the minis (still a very filling quantity), but how often do you get the chance to eat a half-pound cookie?! For my business, Tower Treats is my go-to option for gifting to our partners, employees, and clients. A cookie as massive and delicious as a Tower Treats leaves a lasting impression on people. I would HIGHLY recommend using Tower Treats for any corporate gifting where you really want to WOW the recipient.
Brandt S — Google review
Not only are Tower Treats absolutely delicious, the customer service is incredible! I placed a huge corporate gift order of 500 cookies right before Christmas, and the owner hand delivered them to me to ensure that I received them on time before going on vacation. I also catered TTs at my wedding, and they were a major hit! We had leftovers of literally everything... except the cookies!

Just had a conversation with Kerry about gift ideas for clientele. She was great a pitching options and really enthusiastic. I ordered a batch immediately and I know these will be great ideas for my clients. Update - Cookies arrived and they are really, really good. Already took one container to some clients and they were a hit!
