British restaurant
The Wolseley is an elegant restaurant known for its modern European cuisine and grand art deco glamour. Despite the departure of its founders, Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, the restaurant's popularity and quality remain unchanged. The all-day menu offers a variety of brunch-like options such as smoked haddock kedgeree, oak-smoked salmon, croque monsieur, and eggs prepared in various ways.
Such a lovely experience! I ordered the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and it was extremely delicious with the sourdough. The black coffee was good but not perfect. The waiters are so nice and polite. I’ll definitely come again.
Nada B — Google review
The Wolseley has an amazing location and a very elegant atmosphere, which makes it a great place for a special outing. The environment was lovely, but I found the food to be just okay overall—nothing particularly memorable. Most of the dishes were on the salty side, especially the soup, which was far too salty for my taste. Unfortunately, I also noticed a small fly in my wine, which was disappointing. While the setting is impressive, I felt the dining experience could have been much better.
HY — Google review
We had a reservation at 7:00 PM and arrived a bit early, so we were sent to the lounge area. We ordered a bottle of wine and waited there for about 25 minutes for our table. During that time, we noticed at least four or five couples who arrived after us being seated right away. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for a fine dining restaurant — perhaps we were just unlucky, or maybe it’s because our booking was for the set menu. When we were finally seated, the waiter placed our white wine on the table without an ice bucket, and we waited quite a while before receiving our menus or being asked if we’d like water. The food eventually arrived — please see comments on the photos — but overall, everything was too salty. Throughout the meal, no one came by to refill our wine or water. After our starters, we waited more than 30 minutes for the main course. Overall, it was a poor experience and very disappointing given the restaurant’s reputation. Guests should not be treated differently based on what they order. To top it off, we were overcharged at the end. Definitely won’t recommend or return.

Exquisite tea experience with thoughtful service. The design and architecture of the building and interior was stunning. We were accepted early for our reservation, and were treated with great kindness from the staff. Our server even had a few surprises for us, which was extremely kind. The tea was delicious, as well as the tasty food. We quite enjoyed our time at the Wolseley.
Taylor — Google review
The setting is beautiful. Food is average, decent but nothing fantastic. Tried the Wolseley iced tea; it tasted just like Lipton tea. Service was alright, it could have been more personal. Overall, we had higher expectations. That said, I would return but mainly for the ambience.
Ally K — Google review
Very posh and elegant. Eggs was absolutely scrumptious. Not a fan of our waiter though. Could tell he didnt really bother. Kept rushing us. Had a very prideful attitude. Whereas other waiters were really nice.
Db S — Google review
It's one of my favorites for lunch in Mayfair. I normally get the burger, which is perhaps the best burger in London. Today I had calf liver, mashed potatoes, and french fries. Had the beef tartare which was super! Not everyone does beef tartare well, but these guys do. The restaurant is kind of loud, and very crowded. The service is never great, but it's reasonable. I feel that a lot of the waiters have a bad attitude. It's still a nice experience and definitely recommend this place.

A treat to my Mother was the tea time experience. An experience we did have. The service was great. Tea selection was lovely. I strongly recommend the Afternoon blend. I also recommend the champagne as well. I would like to say it is a must, but it is strongly advised by myself.😊 I plan to be back again as this was a lovely experience.

Modern European restaurant
Breakfast restaurant
British restaurant
Duck & Waffle is a renowned British and European cuisine restaurant situated on the 40th floor of London's Heron Tower. The modern space offers stunning panoramic views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Notably, it is the highest 24-hour restaurant in London, serving breakfast, brunch, late-night dinner, midnight snacks, and cocktails.
My visit to Duck & Waffle was truly memorable, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service provided by, Adam. Being on the 40th floor offers incredible views of London, but Adam took the experience to the next level by giving me a fantastic, knowledgeable overview of the sights from our vantage point. He specifically moved me so I can have an amazing view of the Gherkin when the seating opened up! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly a star member of the team. Beyond the excellent service, the atmosphere was wonderful. The coffee was absolutely fantastic—a perfect start—and the cider was great as well. If you visit, I hope Adam takes care of you, his service is just as spectacular as the view! Highly recommend!
Ravishankar R — Google review
Well, I’m not good with heights and this restaurant is a like million meters above London but I was actually loving it. The view was just awesome. Having this view whilst having your breakfast is just a very special feeling. The service was ace and the place itself is quite cool. We love it. Definitely a place to check out in the big smoke.
Coffee W — Google review
I came all the way from Turkey, and visiting Duck & Waffle was one of the main reasons I wanted to experience London at night — and it was absolutely worth it. 🌃 The view from the top of 110 Bishopsgate is simply breathtaking, with the city lights reflecting off the glass buildings around. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between vibrant and elegant — great music, professional staff, and an energy that makes you feel like you’re part of something special. We ordered the rigatoni and the beef burger — both delicious, well-presented, and surprisingly filling. The pasta was perfectly cooked with a rich tomato-basil flavor and fresh parmesan on top. The burger was juicy and balanced just right with the melted cheese and soft bun. Add a cold Peroni, and you have a perfect evening meal with one of the best city views imaginable. Prices are what you’d expect for a place like this, but every detail — from the service to the atmosphere — makes it feel justified. The night view alone could earn five stars on its own. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the seating area feels a little tight, especially during the dinner rush, and there can be quite a wait for the elevators since it’s a popular spot with limited access. Still, once you reach the top and see that skyline, it’s hard to complain — the view and the vibe make it all worthwhile. If you’re in London and looking for a place that combines amazing food, skyline views, and an unforgettable vibe, Duck & Waffle is definitely worth the stop.

We had a reservation for Monday morning. We arrived on time and were greeted very nicely. A bit about the food: we ordered several different dishes. The food was quite good, though the octopus was a bit bland. Also, the hummus, in our opinion, was stale. We informed the server about this, and we didn’t hear any apology, only a question of whether we wanted a new one or to have it removed from the bill. Since we had finished eating, we chose to have it removed from the bill. A bit about the service: as I mentioned, the greeting was attentive and pleasant. However, our server did not seem suited for this job. He was not rude, but rather very rough and not skilled at communicating with customers. In our opinion, the place is overrated. The cocktail, which cost £18, was basically just a lot of ice with very little flavor. Would we come back here? No. Would we recommend it? No. There are many better places with excellent service and delicious food.

Duck and waffle This is my go-to place no matter the time of day ! It’s easy to get to, easy to find reservations, and you can make it a fancy evening or a casual lunch. I love that they change their menu throughout the day. Because it’s open 24 hours, My friends and I come for dinner and end up staying for the menu change and order again… that’s how good the food is. The environment is also quite lovely, there is a fantastic view or all of London from very high up. The waiters are friendly and nice. You have a lovely view of the kitchen. Our only trouble is finding room in our stomach to eat more ! Their duck and waffle is a classic and a must try. So is their mashed potato and brussel sprouts ! The vibe is incomparable, very comfortable and fulfills a desire to go out ! Our waiter Abdul was fantastic, had to give him a shout out !

Amazing experience at Duck & Waffle! Stunning view from the 40th floor and such a great vibe. We went for brunch and had the avocado & waffle - super tasty! There was a small delay, but Adam, our waiter, was amazing. He explained everything right away and offered us a coffee on the house. Adam truly made the experience! He is charismatic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about his guests. Great food, beautiful place, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Sarah S — Google review
Great view and friendly service made our visit very enjoyable. The food was tasty and well-prepared, although the portion sizes for the starters have gone down, which was slightly disappointing. Regardless, this a great spot for a bite to eat

Visited for breakfast service at 8:15, which was before the morning rush, so got to enjoy the views and interior decorations. The staff were very accommodating and the service from Elena was attentive and friendly. Recommend to reserve online and check the weather forecast in advance for the best view!

Dishoom Covent Garden is a vibrant Indian street food destination set in Bombay-style surroundings with vintage decor and upscale elements. The founder's upbringing in Bombay and love for the city's old Irani cafes are reflected in the carefully crafted ambiance of each of the seven London locations. The menu features plant-based highlights such as mattar paneer, jackfruit biriyani, and their renowned black daal, which is cooked for 24 hours to achieve a rich, creamy flavor.
A modern restaurant in a great central location serving excellent quality Indian dishes. Pretty huge menu can be quite overwhelming but does offer plenty of choice. Fantastic curries including mutton which was excellent and monkfish as well as the classic Chicken Ruby. The Biryani was great with a jackfruit option for the non meat eaters and the black daal was amazing! Some excellent drink options too with refreshing lassis, trendy cocktails and the classic Kingfisher beer and Thums Up Asian cola. Would recommend booking in advance as gets very busy with queues often spanning round the block. Service can be touch and go particularly during busy periods where you’re often fighting to get someone’s attention but overall a great experience with delicious food.
Christopher D — Google review
Long story short…. Extraordinary experience! 100% my type of a place, a very good style put into every detail, food is excellent- modern take on Indian food, great ideas like WRESTLER’S NAAN ROLL ❤️‍🔥 The casual but classy vibe of the place, and the vibe of people working there made our night! The service we got from Piotrek, Marta and Ania was THE VERY BEST customer service I’ve probably ever experienced - hospitality at its best! I’d be happy to work there 😂 Seriously! Definitely coming back ASAP! Dzięki raz jeszcze, było przesympatycznie i przepysznie!

Dishoom restaurant was recommended as a must visit by friends, so decided to give it a try. Hadn’t booked a table, so there was a 25 mins waiting time at the time we were there at 11:45 am. Once seated the menu and steel tumblers gave a “vintage movie feel” even the decor with the signs in English and Hindi. The menu was limited, however, the food was delicious. I would have to say that the portion sizes, though labeled “generous”, fell short of expectations. Overall a good place to visit and tick a box.
Jimmy A — Google review
Overall I think the food is good and tasty, though I’m not entirely convinced the price tag is worth it as the portions are small. Lineup was considerable but they bring out chai tea to the waiting customers. As I don’t recall the specific dish names, it’ll be a bit generic. Shrimp: dry but flavourful. Okra fries: well seasoned, crispy. Baked rice: average. Chicken curry: rich, recommended. Salad: not very impressive.
Albert L — Google review
My all-time favorite restaurant ❤️😆 We ordered raita, muttar paneer, murgh malai, and garlic naans — everything was exceptional 👌 The murgh malai used to be a bit more flavorful, but that’s fine! They gave us free poppadoms for the long wait, and they were delicious. I absolutely love this Dishoom — from the moment you walk in, the fragrance of incense fills the air, and the British-Indian interior is stunning. What makes me happiest is that the prices haven’t gone up in eight years, so for the quality of food you get, it’s totally worth it!
Mugsey — Google review
I absolutely loved it despite the prices. The Chicken Ruby and Daal were so good. The Naan was super crispy. The lamb samosas were amazing too. We had to wait for 25 minutes outside and even got a complimentary warm drink while waiting.
Franziska S — Google review
Very busy place, overall good experience. Service very good, lady who served was nice, and atmosphere great, place is heaving, waited around 30 minutes before we got in, were served chai whilst in the queue, very welcoming. Rated food as 3 star. Papadum were like prawn crackers and the nans and curries were fine but did not bring the wow feelings. Overall worthwhile for a visit and will try other branches across London. This one was mega busy but did not impact on the pace they brought the food to the table.
Jay J — Google review
I lived in the US where there is a decent amount of Indians in our area, but I had never had Indian food like this before. It was so awesome. There is a little bit of wait because you can't make reservations, but the line does move quickly. Plus, once you are seated and ordered, the food came pretty quickly. I was told it's really authentic Indian food. To me, this is.

Event venue
Bistrotheque is a modern European restaurant located in a converted warehouse with a chic, white-painted interior. The owner, Pablo Flack, welcomes well-behaved dogs to the establishment as long as they can sit quietly without causing any disruptions. The restaurant has been popular among the east London fashion crowd since its opening in 2004 and is known for its weekend brunches featuring dishes like soft-shell crab Benedict and peach Melba French toast.
I’ve been for both dinner and brunch and had a great experience both times! The staff are lovely and accommodating, particularly in light of the hangovers me and my party were nursing during the brunch service. Make sure to go early for a more peaceful atmosphere at the weekend, as it’s a popular spot and can get a little overwhelming.
Mariana J — Google review
Food & atmosphere were exceptional! The service was top tier and the staff made a birthday soooo special! Will definitely be back and will pass on as a recommendation to my friends!!!
Sydney T — Google review
Overall a great restaurant for brunch and I would go back again but not with a large group! Food was really good, atmosphere and staff were nice. They even had a pianist perform live and I enjoyed their choice of songs. The french toast was amazing! For a group of 13, I was required to pre-order food from a set menu where each person gets 2 items. I had to give this list a few days before the visit, but only on the due day was I given an electric form that needs to be sent to my guests individually to fill in their orders and allergy info. The form did not work and I was a bit frustrated that they didn’t give me a working form upon booking. They accepted what I wrote in the end. It took me a long time to chase after my guests for what they want, so I don’t recommend large groups if you also find that a hassle. Perhaps as an apology for the booking form, they offered free drinks. I understand that a large group of people can easily overwhelm a small restaurant and preordering makes sure that we all get what we want to eat. I just wished that they gave me a working form earlier for the guests to fill in.

We held a wedding reception in Bistrotheque in November 2024 and it was brilliant. With both the downstairs cabaret bar and the upstairs dining room, it’s the perfect place to move between spaces for drinks reception, dinner and the evening party. The quality of the food is indescribable and everything was executed with slick professionalism. We had multiple guests compliment the cocktails and how great all the food tasted. The events manager was a dream to work with throughout planning, really in the detail to make sure the day goes smoothly and did everything possible to meet the specific needs of the event. 100% would recommend. Thanks to the entire Team at Bistrotheque for an excellent day. Pictures by @dan.mccourt.

I must say that I had an amazing food adventure in Bistrotheque! One of the best restaurants when it comes to food and service. Our server, Gonsalo, was very professional, and his recommendations were amazing! The best brunch in London is definitely! Gratidus to the chef as well!
Renata S — Google review
Always Bistrotheque is taking us to our happiest moments in London. It’s like a must when we travel, is the place where I like to meet all my people and have a really nice meal. Walking into this restaurant is like stepping into a gorgeous living room filled with the smell of something delicious on the stove. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth, that makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the piano master it’s just creating the best atmosphere for a perfect brunch, just the right mix of comfort and charm. Whether you’re coming in solo for a nice meal or bringing your whole crew, it somehow adapts to what you need. Now, the food—absolutely incredible. Also the drinks of course, cocktails professionals are running the bar, and about the coffee, no way, it’s clearly one of the best natural coffee flavors I had in this city, ever. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, like someone in the back actually cares (because clearly, they do). The flavors are perfectly balanced, the ingredients fresh, and the portions generous without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of food that hits both your stomach and your soul. You can tell there’s love behind every plate and every drink. It’s rare to find a place where everything just works—the people, the atmosphere. But this spot manages to do it effortlessly. We don’t just leave full; We leave happy. And we always find ourselves counting down the days until we can come back and meet up there all together again. Highly recommend—for the food, for the drinks, yes, but also for that nice people who is running this business that makes us feel every time like at home.

Restaurant
Fallow is a modern restaurant that focuses on sustainability and serves innovative dishes made from carefully sourced ingredients. Co-owned by chefs Jack Croft and Will Murray, who previously worked at Dinner by Heston, the restaurant is known for its creative use of every part of the ingredients. The menu features unique dishes such as leftover cod's head with sriracha butter sauce, Chelsea tart made from surplus whey, and mushroom parfait using pureed shiitake mushrooms.
We had a wonderful dinner at Fallow on Sunday. All the food we ordered was delicious. Corn ribs, mushroom parfait were very tasty. Lamb T-bone was tender. The Sunday roast with venison was just perfect. The dessert rice mousse was definitely a pleasant surprise. A special thank you to Jordan for his friendly and warm hospitality - he truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
Polly C — Google review
I got a last minute dinner reservation for a Saturday night after hearing about the corn ribs at this restaurant. We were fortunately bumped up to chefs table thanks to another cancellation, which turned up to be the best seats in the house (in my opinion). We spoke to one of the cooks behind the counter who told us the mushroom parfait and corn ribs were some of the most popular, long-lived items on the menu so we tried them both and they did not disappoint. Overall we enjoyed every single dish: corn ribs, mushroom parfait, potato waffle, cod’s head, burger, lamb, beef tartare. The lamb did take a while to come out, but we never felt like it was an issue because our waiter was so great he keep us informed and we felt like he was very on top of all our orders and making sure we were well informed. All of the flavours for drinks and food felt extremely well balanced and carefully designed. The only downside of our experience was ordering the burger. It was a good burger, but I feel like it suits a fussier eater well to get a ‘normal’ option rather than embracing the sharing plates, so for that reason I wish we’d tried something else. We ordered 5-6 dishes for 2 people and it was expensive, but definitely worth it. I’d recommend any foodies that I know to book a table and go here for a top notch meal. Everything from the service to the food was incredible and five stars doesn’t do it justice.

Fabulous service & experience from the moment we entered the door. Three of us were seated inside at the bar table by the window looking out into Haymarket on a sunny afternoon. Booked for 12:00 & the restaurant was packed from 13:00 onwards. Was a teetotal afternoon so we started with the Dragonwell tea mocktail, very well made. Starters of the mushroom parfait (the best I’ve ever had!) & whipped cod’s roe. Followed by the tuna crudo (melted in mouth!) & braised venison (just sublime!) & finished with a trio of desserts - the Chelsea tart was a British take on dulce le lèche (a bit sweet for me but very well baked), peach cobbler & my personal favourite was the Mayan red chocolate cream (brilliant combo of flavours & ingredients). Our waiter Philip was super friendly & attentive. I’ve heard so many positive reviews of Fallow from mates & they certainly exceeded my expectations! I’ll certainly be back with more mates & endeavour to try everything on their menu over time ! If there’s just two of you, seating at the bar counter itself in the evening would be lovely for the fab vibe ! Would highly recommend for fabulous food, vibe & service!

Atmosphere There was a band playing on the street playing jazz, super funky band. Service was phenomenal, just be the best in London. Everyone was so nice, Drinks Rhubarb & custard: brilliant, smooth creamy sweet cocktail with the punch of the rubber Forest Blossom: new straight away this would an excellent cocktail. The whisky didn’t overpower the raspberry but didn’t at all, super well balanced cocktail with amazing layers of flavours. Service was great, Anna was awesome super nice and helpful. Always smiling and everything came out in really good time dispute it being packed. Food Mushroom parfait: this was unreal, beautiful smooth bold mushroom flavours with a touch of sweet from the onions. Corn ribs: another banger dish, heaps of paprika and a hint of heat from spices. Love that they were all bite sized, small to nibble on. Perfect starter Potato waffle: THE KETCHUP OH MY GOD! Easily the best ketchup I’ve ever had. Super crispy potato waffle with a fluffy inside. Quail beautifully cooked and a welcomed addition to the plate.

Incredible! Everything tasted great. Highly recommend the mushroom parfait, it's truly something unique! The corn ribs, beef ribs and cabbage were great. Beef tartare was slightly over seasoned. The mussels were also excellent, it is a larger portion though, so plan accordingly. For dessert, the rice pudding was great. The texture was great with the pudding holding up on its own and the little bits of crunch from the puffs and the crepe casing. The strawberry reduction also packed a punch. 10/10 service. We felt welcome the entire time. Although it might take a while for a next visit, we'll definitely be stopping by on our next trip around the area!

As so many others I got hooked on the content they put up on YouTube and with a free evening by myself in London I booked a bar seat. The food was as good as you would expect given the passion for great food shown on their social media, but the service and atmosphere was just as great. Jordan my waiter was very knowledgeable, gave me a great tour of the menu and a cracking wine recommendation. The mushroom parfait, miso cabbage and Chelsea Tart all live up to the hype, the beef short ribs were incredibly beefy but not too fatty and the seasoned fries are like crack. The value for money is offer the charts when you take in to account the quality of the food you get, I have had much worse meals at more expensive places. If you are a fan of their on social media it’s a no brainer, but for anyone after a super delicious meal and excellent dining experience near Soho this would be top of my list.

We'd been wanting to come to Fallow for years, and chanced a walk-in at 7.45. To our luck, we got seated by the bar. Jack, behind the bar, was incredible in explaining the whole menu, both food and drinks, and the processes involved behind everything. With his recommendation, we ordered the corn ribs, potato waffles, confit cabbage, pigs head, and the Chelsea tart to finish. Absolutely everything was exquisite, and the attention to detail shone through. A big thank you to Jack, and all the team for making it such an amazing experience from start to end. We would love to return again some day.

The food was just incredible. The balance of flavours, and the uniqueness of ingredients were the two things which just blew us away. Burrata - incredible. Steak - Incredible, and perfectly cooked. Duck Pancake - Exceptional! After four weeks of travelling through Europe, and many meals at high-end restaurants, Fallow was the highlight of our trip. One of the owners (Will) was delivering dishes to tables himself. The restaurant was very busy, and the restaurant is huge so it'd be easy for the owner to stick to the kitchen and take a 'helicopter' view. The fact that he was out there running plates to tables is a seriously classy way to run a restaurant. Good on you Will! He was kind enough to throw in a couple of freebies for us too - thank you for that! 🙏 We will be back here the next time we're in town, for sure. Don't hesitate to book a meal here!

Cafe
The Table Café, a Southwark institution since 2005, offers a bright and modern space to enjoy British fare from breakfast to dinner. Known for its delicious all-day brunch featuring full English breakfasts, sweet or savory pancakes, and a variety of Benedicts. The menu also includes burgers, salads, and desserts. Dogs are welcome in the stylish café or on the alfresco patio.
We were really impressed by The Table! It’s a small, charming restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere and lots of plants that give it a lovely, rustic touch. The menus are colorful and nicely designed, and the staff were all super friendly and attentive. We had The Table Full English — a classic English breakfast and everything was absolutely delicious and served hot. The quality of the food was excellent, and you could really taste that it was freshly prepared. They also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, which is fantastic. Debora was especially knowledgeable and gave me great advice on the gluten-free alternatives available. A big thank you to Debora, who took such great care of us and gave wonderful service and recommendations. :) We can definitely recommend this place — great food, warm atmosphere, and lovely people!

We had delicious breakfast here. As it was a week day it was not too crowded. The staff is very friendly and the service was really good. The baked beans are home made and very yummy. I also liked the cappuccino with oat milk a lot. We come back!

We visited The Table again today, and once more we were absolutely delighted. The dishes were freshly prepared in the open kitchen, which we really love — it’s such a great and inviting concept. This time, we had the brunch classics: Smoked Ham Hock + Chorizo Hash with Halloumi and an Avocado + Feta Toast with bacon. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server today was Daniel, who double-checked my gluten-free option and made sure everything was just right. He provided excellent service.

Fantastic gluten free menu. I had the gluten free table burger which had two beef patties (beautifully seasoned), bacon, home made relish, avocado, fried egg sandwiched between lightly toasted GF seeded bread with a side of fries. It had quite a height to it on the plate and was absolutely delicious. The fries were so good my family finished them off as I struggled to finish them. Accepts contactless payments. I would go again in a heartbeat.

This would be our 5/6th visit to the Table now and it’s our favourite brunch spot. The chicken and waffles are to die for and the cocktails sublime. It’s busy so make sure to reserve a table but they do accept walk ins, prepare to wait. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. We’ll be back very soon!!

Stopped in here for brunch and wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious, staff were friendly and service was quick. I got the Boujee Royale which was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The restaurant was busy which created a nice atmosphere, would definitely visit here again when in London.

Fantastic service, wonderful food and great atmosphere! We were served by Rhonal who was lovely, attentive and could not do enough for us. We had the off peak brunch menu which was fantastic value for money at £18 for two small plates and a Mimosa. A lovely place for brunch, would absolutely recommend!

HIDE is a modern three-floor dining space offering a range of dining options from morning to late-night. The restaurant's interior exudes understated elegance, providing the perfect backdrop for Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous' Michelin-starred menus. The breakfast menu features an array of delectable options, including freshly-baked pastries, fruit plates, and truffle-laden eggs.
What a fantastic experience from start to finish! This place is truly a gem, the bar is elegant, classy, and the drinks are next level. I tried one with watermelon, and wow, what a taste! The ambiance is wonderful, with a lovely aroma throughout. We enjoyed a couple of drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious. Even the bathrooms are impressive!

Difficult to assess. We were told initially we were going to be upstairs, but we were sat downstairs. Very busy venue with lots of groups some quieter than others. We went for breakfast and I am a huge fan of cooked breakfasts. The “fry up” was a very small mushroom, one unexciting sausage of no great flavour and two small rashers of streaky bacon and half a large tomato with a thick central core. The food was reasonably free of too much grease, but not overly flavoursome, sadly a nice but underwhelming breakfast, not least for the price. At £30 one expects great textured flavour rich sausages. Eggs were just ages nicely cooked but not much more to say. Staff were lovely breakfast was ok. My sourdough toast was good and my daughter was thrilled with her huge croissant with a number of choices of spreads and jams. Is it interesting? Yes, was it the sort of meal I would expect to see at a one Michelin starred venue not really
Paul F — Google review
The food was excellent — fresh flavors, beautifully balanced, and presented with a clean, refined aesthetic. Each dish reflected great attention to detail in execution. Unfortunately, the service fell short of the same standard. While the plates spoke for themselves, the experience was let down when our waiter began walking away midway through explaining a dish. It disrupted the flow and diminished what should have been a polished, engaging moment. Overall, the cooking deserves recognition, but service consistency needs to match the quality coming out of the kitchen for the experience to truly shine.

We had great dinner at HIDE. The restaurant has beautiful atmosphere. All dishes were delicious and very well balanced. The highlight of our dinner was monk fish and scallops. The selection of wine is amazing. The service is top notch.

Best brunch in London, in my opinion. Great ambience and service. Menu features classic brunch items but also unique ones, which change based on season and chefs discretion. All of their pastries are baked fresh in-house every day. Would recommend the scorched banana and pecan croissant, granola bowl, and any of their egg dishes. The French toast is very dense, and very “eggy” inside. Make a reservation, especially for their brunch.

Hide — 5 stars. A beautifully elegant restaurant with exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. The wine selection is outstanding, thoughtfully curated, and pairs wonderfully with the dishes. The food is both delicious and creatively presented — refined, interesting, and full of flavour. I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times and can wholeheartedly recommend it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A truly memorable dining experience every time.
Irina S — Google review
We had lunch at Hide. Overall, the service wasn’t as good as I expected, and it was quite pricey for what we got. The waiter seemed a bit unsure, as if he were new or inexperienced in high-end restaurants. The tomato and fruit tartlet was excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sauce with the barbecued scallop was outstanding and paired wonderfully with the other components, especially the gooseberry and elderflower. However, the monkfish was a huge disappointment. I think there’s still room for improvement for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Breakfast at HIDE is simply exceptional. Every time I visit, I’m reminded why this place stands among London’s finest dining destinations. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and filled with natural light — the perfect way to start the day. The Croque Madame was absolutely amazing — perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy and rich inside, cooked with real precision. The pain au chocolat was buttery, light, and fresh, one of the best I’ve had in London. Combined with their single-origin coffee, the flavours come together beautifully, creating a breakfast experience that feels both luxurious and comforting. The service is warm and professional, and the attention to detail is remarkable — from the plating to the pacing, everything is flawless. HIDE is more than just a restaurant; it’s a complete experience, where quality and elegance meet in perfect harmony. The ideal breakfast spot for anyone who appreciates true culinary craftsmanship.

Nestled in the heart of Earls Court, Troubadour is a renowned restaurant and music venue with a rich history. Established in the 1950s, it has welcomed legendary musicians like Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix. The menu offers French-inspired dishes, including slow-braised brisket burger and shepherd's pie. The walled garden at the back is a hidden gem, perfect for enjoying wine under twinkling lights.
As an American, stumbled upon this fine establishment and wanted to have a modern English breakfast. This place did not disappoint for my first English breakfast, I don’t think any other spots will top this. 5 stars all around. Staff was amazing, food was amazing and atmosphere was to die for.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in London. I visited this restaurant with a group of relatives who were traveling from abroad for a summer holiday. We had a big group (7-8 people) and ordered a large meal expecting a pleasant experience, but were sorely disappointed. The dining environment was chaotic — loud music rehearsals were taking place downstairs the whole time, and the floor was constantly vibrating. One female staff member served us with a cold and dismissive attitude throughout the meal. I ordered a pineapple burger that never arrived, despite asking multiple times. Everyone else had finished eating and was getting ready to leave before it finally showed up — completely unacceptable. To make things worse, when we tried to pay with an international credit card, the staff refused the transaction, claiming it was because the card lacked a handwritten signature. She insisted we use a UK-issued card instead — even though the UK card we eventually used also had no signature. It was a clear excuse to avoid accepting non-UK cards, which is discriminatory and not in line with payment regulations. This caused unnecessary stress, especially for my relatives who were concerned their card might be blocked during future travels because of the decline this time caused by the female staff. Despite its social media popularity, the food was average at best, the environment was noisy and messy, and the service was extremely unwelcoming. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant — especially not to international visitors. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.

I had a wonderful evening at Dean Street Townhouse for their first September Celebration of British Shellfish dinner. It was such a great concept. Two tables sharing an incredible meal together, it was a lovely way to meet new people. The standout dish was the River Esk mussels, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. James, the General Manager, and the sommelier were exceptional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. The Slovenian Pinot Bianco was a real highlight. The décor is the perfect mix of trendy and classic, creating a warm, stylish atmosphere. I hope they host more evenings like this!

Location excellent. Upholstery nice. Room was not worth the price; £660 as a non-member for one night. Room door didn’t lock from the inside, USB charging socket and light switch inoperative, stained carpet. Pillows that loose their shape once you lay your head. Cowshed brand toiletries. Feedback on the inoperative elements of the room given upon checkout, no follow up communication received. Today has been one week since my stay. As a frequent traveller, the standard I would expect from a hotel 1/3 of the price. Plenty of other luxury hotels in the area to choose from.

Food is good as usual but the service experience is in a downward spiral and has been for a while. Servers are brash, rude, interrupt quite inappropriately instead of asking if people at the table are ready they just interject and interrupt conversations to ask if orders have been placed in quite a rude manner. Multiple times we have been interrupted for this when orders had indeed been placed for drinks but, we had to wait 25+ mins to order food as nobody actually came to follow up on these orders. Our neighbours had to wait 30 mins to be served their own bottle of wine that they had ordered and had finished their starters already, they had to ask multiple times for this. We had to wait to order food, and then after this we asked for dessert menus which we got but never got to place the order. 45 mins went by and not a single server came to check on us and impossible to wave anyone down. We were one of many tables to remove the service charge from our bill. Notable: there are some members of serving staff that are quite rude. There was a lady who seems to be some sort of manager, wearing a red top and black trousers today, who is just insufferably rude. She was very rude at my previous visit too a few weeks ago commenting on eating habits and food leftover after the kitchen staff had actually gotten my order wrong but yet she decided to comment on me leaving the food I hadn’t ordered on the plate when I was done. Today this individual was brash, interrupted my guests, came to ask us repeatedly if we’d ordered even though we had already, and when we & our neighbour’s tried to wave to get assistance they responded impatiently towards us. I have been coming for at least 7 years if not longer (feel free to check the reservation history) and the last 2-4 visits have been absolutely awful. This compounded with host staff door being disagreeable(bar one of them who was very nice today) I am shocked at how far this venue has fallen in service. Not sure we will return often/at all

I stopped by Dean Street Townhouse on a Tuesday evening, and even though the bar was incredibly busy (perhaps evening surprisingly) for a weekday, Michele delivered one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had in London. He managed to keep the energy high, conversation flowing, and martinis perfectly balanced, all while working at full tilt. There’s something rare about a bartender who can handle pressure with grace and still make every guest feel seen. Michele brings both skill and charm to the bar, and it shows. A classy atmosphere elevated by a genuinely stellar bartender.

Finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant just by chance! 3+ years ago I saw a segment on CBS news about these beautiful pies and I haven’t been able to forget them. We were only in London for two days but stopping by The Pie Room was a dream come true. The atmosphere is both charming and elegant. The food is delicious and so are the cocktails. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Special thank you to Douglass, our waiter who anticipated our every need (and more). We felt totally cared for. Absolutely fantastic, unforgettable meal! AMAZING! High quality food and ingredients. If you want great British food, definitely give it a go. I would say it was my best meal in London, by far! The potato cheese truffle pie was so beautiful and the white truffles on top were an added bonus! The steak and bone marrow pie was unbelievable. The Norfolk chicken pie was great, and the lentil pie was super unique and tasty. I would go here again in a heartbeat. The hotel itself is gorgeous.

So good, we went twice. Gave us some classic British cuisine but top notch quality. We had the Scotch egg, the fish and chips, the meat pie, the Sunday roast…and they were the best we’ve ever had! We tried other menu items (Dover sole deboned at the table; stellar trout tartare) and wish we could do more. Cocktails were also delicious. Loved The Rambler and gin options. Dessert was perfect along with the pairings - strawberries & cream and banoffee but better than you’re thinking. If you want to try some well known dishes seen around town but in a comfortable, classy dining room with exceptional, attentive service (see if Carlos is working), go here.

Was spoken to a rudely first by one of the managers when wanting to amend the time of the booking but once we say down and ordered tea to start, he kept out of the way. 2 issues: First, I ordered the Cheese and Potato pie. Nowhere on the menu does it mention that there’s plenty of rosemary in the ingredients, which makes the pie taste a lot like rosemary, which I hate. I ended up eating it and hating it. When an ingredient is so overpowering it must be mentioned on the menu. Plus, there was no cheese flavor. Second, we ordered mashed potatoes and buttered greens as sides. We first got buttered greens and a side green salad. I told the waiter and he said no charge for the green salad and quickly brought the mashed potatoes. However, after we paid and left I looked at the bill and we had been charged for all 3 sides, including the green salad that we did not order. Underwhelming at best.
Alvertos R — Google review
Great location however the food was average at best, we tried initially to just have a drink and relax, however every 5 minutes prompted are we ready to order (place was quiet as you’ll see in my photos) items we ordered didn’t turn up, so when we flagged this eventually appeared about when we had finished eating, wine had been clearly opened for a while so tasted of vinegar, Guy who served us was disinterested to say the least. For a meal of 4 people, £373 I’m not sure I would recommend this place.

Sunday in Brooklyn, a modern American restaurant located in Marylebone, has garnered significant attention for its popular New York-style brunch. Despite mixed reviews on the pancakes, the restaurant's efficient seating and attentive staff have left a positive impression on many visitors. The interior is described as gorgeous, making it a go-to spot for brunch. In addition to the famous pancakes, the menu offers tasty dinner options and drinks at reasonable prices.
I finally got to try the famous Sunday in Brooklyn pancakes, and they were absolutely lovely. Perfectly fluffy, rich in flavour, and not overly sweet, just the right balance that makes them so easy to enjoy. I can completely see why they’re so popular. On top of the food, the service was excellent. Our server, Marcus, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. His thoughtful service really added to the experience. All in all, it was a fantastic visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Great spot for breakfast! The vibe is really nice and the place is pretty big with lots of seating. Overall, the food was tasty, but I tried their signature pancakes ‘Sunday Pancakes - single' (which is quite big for me and my friend) and felt they were a bit too sweet for me 😅 not really my thing

Went here randomly because my partner and I needed a boost for the incoming shopping spree and had no idea that it’ll be such a good experience. We had a burger and a sandwich that came with fries and some sort of mustard sauce. Nice and filling and hearty - exactly what we were looking for. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly. Had an apple pie as dessert.. I imagined it fruitier and less heavy but it wasn’t bad. All in all great place to go brunching.

Sunday in Brooklyn delivers one of the best brunch experiences in London. From the moment you walk in, the place feels vibrant and welcoming, with a lively atmosphere that still manages to feel relaxed. The menu is full of creativity, but the star of the show is the famous thick, fluffy pancakes — perfectly caramelised, rich, and honestly worth the trip on their own. The eggs, the sandwiches, and the sides are all done with real attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. Service is friendly, fast, and genuinely attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re going for a casual weekend brunch or showing a London spot to friends, Sunday in Brooklyn never disappoints. A must-try if you love good food, great vibes, and a standout brunch in the city.

Well… I came 3 times to this brunch spot to try different dishes. Breakfast egg sandwich 10/10. Fluffy and well cooked eggs and a spongy bun! Steak&eggs 9/10 both egg and steak were good and perfectly cooked but the potatoes on the side were a bit dry and tasted like left over potatoes. Their famous pancakes 10000/10000 really yummy!

We enjoyed our meal here today, especially the Shakshuka and Cauliflower Melt burger. The portions are large, with great presentation and rich American flavours. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the ambience but it was a bit loud in some parts of the restaurant. It was packed with people, and is extremely popular so we’d recommend booking a table in advance, especially on weekends. If you can, ask for a table where it’s quieter. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended for an authentic American meal.

Came for the pancakes 🥞 When the server warns you that 3 is too much, maybe you should listen 😗 Ordered 2 to share 2 honestly was way too much even for 2 people only eating pancakes. Managed to eat them but extremely full and only after not eating for 12 hours The pancakes? Aren’t really pancakes. More like a mid heavy cake or muffin type texture. The sauce is a bit chocolaty and nutty The butter on it never melted. Is it even butter? Would highly suggest trying but don’t not get 2 😅

The Good Egg Neighbourhood Restaurant in Stoke Newington is a popular casual spot that serves a fusion of New York and Middle Eastern influenced dishes from breakfast until late. The stylish cafe with an open kitchen is known for its bustling weekend brunches, offering a variety of Middle-Eastern delights such as shakshuka with preserved lemon yogurt and bacon-and-egg pita with date jam. The menu also features exotic nibbles to share and unique coffee cocktails.
It gets a VERY high recommendation from me. From outside the Good Egg looks like a country town diner, and inside the same asthetic runs throughout. Its a comfortable, clean space. It's practical. The staff are lovely, and the young woman who served us was super engaging, with great recommendations, which helped because the menu has some quite original, unique options. The food was more than satisfying, as were the drinks. I feel silly having left it this long before checking The Good Egg out, however, I now know, and I’ll definitely be back!

First off, great tasting food in a nice atmosphere (back patio was lovely in this weeks heat wave) in fun eclectic neighborhood. Attentive service, knowledgeable about the menu…great brunch. I would love to eat here daily

While traveling in London, I visited Good Egg for brunch after a recommendation from some local friends – and I’m so glad I did! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming even playing Brazilian good music. The staff were all super lovely, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Really tasty for a treat, but not if you are looking for something healthy to eat. Everything is fried. The place itself is nice, clean and the staff are friendly. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our food today. I had the fried egg on cornbread and my son had berries on French toast. Delicious!

We have visited the Egg at the end of our day drip to Hackney. At first glance palce did not seem to be very busy. We went in, noticed a few empty tables. Some ready for customers others being prepared. It took a good few minutes for a member of staff to approach us. This was the theme of the visit. The service was quite sloppy, slow. Food on the other hand was great. We’ve ordered salty beef pita and cauliflower dish. Food was tasty, fresh and different. Coriander sauce was fresh and zingy, pickles crisp and the slaw tangy. It’s a shame the visit wasn’t 5 star worthy. Probably Hackney is just too… Hackney for us.

Good Egg Café is a cozy spot serving up  delicious Middle Eastern-inspired dishes with a creative twist. I stopped by there recently with my family and we were very impressed — not just by the food, but also by the warm and attentive service. The Reuben was outstanding as was the sabih. Special mention goes to Carolina, our server, who was absolutely excellent — friendly, chatty, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot on, and she even did some magic asking chef to make us some dinner food served primarily for lunch. Thank you!

What a lovely time we had at the Milk Beach. An amazing evening which would make me highly recommend this place. The cocktails were really good and so was the food. Everything we ordered tasted amazing, with favourites being the bone in rib eye and the risotto. Staff was also amazingly attentive, very vibrant and always attentive. If you’re in the area I would highly recommend you visit this restaurant and be sure to make a booking.

Really lovely staff, and amazing food! Very kid friendly. But because it's so nice it gets busy fast. We showed up shortly after opening and there were only 2 tables free. When we left there was a large line outside & people opting to sit outside in the cold because it is so worth it.

Daylesford Organic is a chic cafe-deli that offers a seasonal and organic menu featuring plates and salads. The desserts are guilt-free, sourced from the farm's own ingredients. With locations in Pimlico, Notting Hill, and Brompton Cross, visitors can enjoy flavorful produce such as strawberries with elderflower cream, salted caramel brownies, cherry crackle choux buns, warm chocolate sauce, and plant-based gelatos.
This organic food store is really great🤍They have very tasty salads made with fresh and healthy ingredients. I like that the calories are clearly shown, so it’s easy to choose something that fits your diet. Everything feels natural and good for you, and there are lots of healthy options to try. It’s the perfect place for anyone who enjoys fresh and organic food.

Beautiful decor, white marble and wood. Love the organic / sustainable ethos and that a lot of the produce comes from their farm in the Cotswolds. Everything is beautifully displayed and it makes you feel good just wandering around. The food is always good, some nice wine by the glass, good efficient and friendly service, nice selection of home wares if that’s your thing. Been coming here for years and I still enjoy a visit.

Delicious food, great prices considering everything is organic, great service and setting. We’ve been there twice so far and we loved it. You have lifts for prams and baby changing facilities on site.
Angela M — Google review
I don’t particularly wish to comment on this café, but I am aware that its brand recognition does not correspond to its hygiene or service standards. I haven’t been there for quite some time. Dishes with food stains, food being prepared with unwashed hands, and a rather intrusive service where you’re encouraged to order food every five minutes even if you just want a simple coffee—ultimately, the discomfort falls on the customer.
Louise L — Google review
Fabulous quality foods at terrifying prices. The staff are always welcoming, pleasant and helpful. But...£3 a scone and they've reduced in size. £6 for a loaf - and they've made them smaller, too. Greed from the top management, a step too far. The area in front of the deli/till needs rethinking. On a Saturday morning it is chaotic with most people not knowing where to queue, food displays taking up too much space and random people buying tea/coffee. I now go much less frequently and, with the obscene pricing, buy fewer products.
Zen — Google review
Beautiful products and decor – but an ugly attitude behind it. We only ordered coffee and pastries. At the counter, nobody asked if we were eating in. The moment we tried to sit down with our drinks, we were told that every single table, even outdoors, is “for dine-in meals only.” So apparently in this “organic” shop, a customer who just wants coffee isn’t worthy of a chair – we were left standing on the pavement like second-class people. It’s ironic: the more “organic” and “exclusive” a place becomes, the more it seems to grow an ego. If this is your brand’s idea of hospitality, you’ve succeeded in making it very clear who belongs here – and who doesn’t.
诶诶啊啊啊 — Google review
I visited today and though the ground level was really nice and colourful the upstairs cafe was so bland and boring. My wife and I only had tea and a shared muffin so I can’t comment on the other food choices but they did look nice. We asked for a pot of tea for two but were given two separate pots. It was £9.50 for what we had, (includes one small muffin) which is expensive. When I went to pay there was the option of a ‘optional service charge’ to which I declined, this didn’t stop our server from asking that the £10 I gave was not enough. I explained that I didn’t want to pay the additional charge as it was optional. I’ve been to other organic places before and I felt this place could have made the cafe part so much more inviting. As I said at the start it’s all bland, there’s some small plants on the tables but there isn’t any green inside growing in big pots only outside which is such a shame.
Gareth L — Google review
Excellent food. I had the squash tart with two salads. The only thing that meant I didn’t give 5-stars was that they lost my drinks order and needed to be chased a couple of times. Location is very pleasant.

Holy Carrot is a vegan restaurant located at 156 Portobello Road, W11 2EB. The establishment has gained attention with the arrival of executive chef Daniel Watkins, known for his work at Acme Fire Cult. The menu features innovative dishes such as koji flatbread with chilli ragu and smoked mushroom, glazed oyster mushroom with salsa verde, and matcha tiramisu.
My wife and I had an early dinner here on a Wednesday evening and had a really great experience. Shout out to Gabriel for the engaging and enjoyable service he provided, as that really took it from a very good time to an exceptional one. Food was ordered after taking our server's recommendations into account, which we highly recommend doing. When we went, we especially loved dishes featuring beetroot & blueberries with pine nuts, roasted leeks with almond romesco, and a cassoulet with cep & smoked tofu, and a dessert featuring an orange & bergamot pudding (pictures included). If still available on the menu, also recommend trying the low-ABV drinks from AMA brewery. The atmosphere is inviting and lively without being loud. Highly suggest to anyone who has a chance to go!
Adarsh — Google review
First I would like to say that the staff was really helpful and kind at all times and most probably their chefs too. With that said I would like to say that I feel their menu is overpriced and their dishes are dull and without taste. All dishes that we had were oily and salty, from the bread to the white bean paste to every bite. As well I understand they want to “grill” the bread but they burnt it and that’s not a good thing. I tried their pecan tiramisu and it was just like nothing, I left almost half of it because there was no flavour. There are many things wrong with their menu and I think they should really take a look at it and improve. It’s not about how many oils you infuse, how many oils you use or the amount of salt or sugar has in it, it should be the simplicity of the flavours and as their name says Holy Carrot, just bring the basic flavours with a twist. Lunch might be expensive anyways it should be tasty and feel the love with every bite. As well the restaurant is really tight and they have given priority to their bar, which by the way they had a really nice Spanish speaking person who was really helpful and with a smile at all times. The entrance is so tight you can’t move and everyone working there or guests have to juggle their way through it. In my opinion they should rethink the layout to improve service and make it less hectic. I hope with this review they improve and one day come back to see them do better. I give it 2 stars because of the service they provided.

Lets start with the food.....thats the important bit. Between us we ordered nearly all the menu, there was not one dish that disappointed on flavour, texture and presentation. Each dish had a personality, it fought for its place as a favourite dish! Stylish restaurant with a lovely look and feel with a good wine and cocktail selection. Busy with a real buzz from Portobello Market just outside. Vegan or not, this is a place to eat great food and enjoy flavour!

Incredible vegan food. Every course was delicious. The staff was friendly, warm and helpful. The only issue was the speed. We ordered the chef selection, 8 dishes over 4 courses. The first two came basically at the same time and the rest quickly after. For this price I expected a slow food experience. Too bad because everything else was amazing.

Really amazing experience, kind and friendly service, incredible and consistent food, large portions, and a delicious cocktail. We felt so special on out anniversary and the staff went out of their way to check on us, accommodate our requests to end the meal by a certain time, and check in on the food (even the bartender who made an amazing cocktail)! They even took off an extra dish we’d ordered when we were too full. My non-vegan partner has said it is his new favourite restaurant in London. Thanks for a great meal and we’ll definitely be back!

Had a great vegan dinner here - great variety of healthy veggies and hearty dishes. Also, the server told us everything on the menu has some level of fermentation, so we felt great afterward. Delightful cocktails and great selection of wine, including natural wine.

Delicious and creative plant-based food in a minimalist dining room. The grilled watermelon salad was a pleasant surprise, though I found the crispy tofu koji pizetta slightly too salty for my taste, otherwise it would have been a perfect meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and I would return again to try other dishes next time .

I am would like to share my experience of having afternoon tea at 'Ozone' Ludgate Hill. The ambiance was casual and perfect for our needs, as we were hosting a mini baby-shower for a colleague. We were seated at a table right in the middle of the venue, which turned out to be an ideal spot for our gathering. Hamish, the site supervisor, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. His warm and attentive service truly added to the charm of the afternoon. There was a large selection of both hot and cold drinks, and the cakes (particularly the banana bread) were scrumptious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend 'Ozone' Ludgate Hill.

I visited Ozone coffee on a Friday morning, most people were getting takeout, and it was quite busy. I sat down for a bit, there is tons of seating inside and two tables outside. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere inside. It feels private enough to sit with a laptop but still enjoy the buzziness of a coffee shop. The filer coffee of the day was flavorful and recommended by the barista. It was a good balance between sweet and zingy. I also got a croissant with the coffee, the size of it was impressive but it lacked a bit of butter, it was fresh however (total: £7)

Really superb coffee, perhaps a bit of an over hyped venue. Acoustics inside are very loud, you can hear other groups very clearly. Music quite quiet. Wouldn't recommend as a place to work or read but nice spot to catch up with a friend. Service was fine, nothing stand out. I had a mocha which was made with lovely bitter chocolate. Coffee all served in ACME brand cuos which are a delight. Not many food options, and very little for vegetarians. J came at noon on a Tuesday and they didn't have very much left.

Aqua Shard is a modern British restaurant and bar located on the 31st floor of The Shard, offering panoramic views of London's skyline. The venue features a triple-height atrium where guests can enjoy the Peter Pan afternoon tea, inspired by J.M Barrie's beloved story. The tea includes Tinker Bell cookies, Tick-Tock the Crocodile desserts, and Peter Pan's Secret Never Tree Entrance served on tea stands resembling Captain Hook's ship.
Aqua Shard exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional, and the panoramic views of London created the perfect atmosphere. Every dish was beautifully crafted with incredible flavour and attention to detail. The cocktails were outstanding, and the timing between courses was flawless. Lovely for the view, good food that’s cooked well, but the Tuesday lunchtime service is a little hit & miss. My girl friend & I had the £85pp lunch experience which incl a guaranteed window seating, glass of Bolney Sparkling & the 3 course menu to celebrate our joint bdays. We arrived at 12 noon & the restaurant was busy enough half hour later. The Portland crab starter was OK nothing to shout about. The grilled Octopus starter was cooked well. Both the mains of the duck & venison were cooked very well -so those were winners. The custard tart dessert was also good. As we had a bottle of sparkling water + mint tea + extra glass of red wine + 15% service charge, our bill came up to £150pp which was expected of the venue & views. The hit & miss service I meant was attention to detail ie. I was laid a dirty fork in front of me & had to tell the waiter to change it; the waiter took away the ice glass to replenish but never brought it back; we were served our mains & I waited for 5-10min as my accompanying wine hadn’t arrived & had to ask for both the wine & some black pepper. Then the ladies toilet only had 1 cubicle working with a queue of 4-5 ladies waiting. Experience left us full, still a 4* solely based on food & atmosphere, but underwhelmed by the expected experience standards.

Great atmosphere with beautiful view from 31st floor. The service was fantastic. Booked for Seasonal Menu, but I have to say: I’m a bit disappointed on the food quality. Starter has two vegetarian options - mini size. Octopus is good with £10 supplement charge. Main size is mini again: 4 pieces of dice sized beef, I don’t expect any adult will find it sufficient. Dessert: good presentation but either too sweet or too sour. Of course, most of the customers go there for special occasions but food has to keep on good standard and decent portion.
Xu R — Google review
Food is good and very well presented in a fine dining style. Every plate is carefully executed, compliments to the chefs and sous chefs. However, I am not so impressed with the chicken terrine and also it would have been great if the bread was warmed up or guests have a choice to have it toasted perhaps. For the main dishes, I really like the slow cooked beef cheeks that I ordered, the sea bass is a star as well, very well seasoned. I'm not a fan of risotto but I am not too sure about the sour like taste may be there was a wine added to it. But if you are a risotto lover... why not try it ? All desserts I posted in this review are all delicious. Our waiter is very accommodating, fun and hospitable and I appreciate the fact that there is one main waiter that sorts out our meals and bill and other servers were also easy to approach and call on for additional orders. Place and ambience is nice especially with the 360 degree view of London with iconic spots visible while you are in the restaurant. PRICE reasonable, as it is fine dining and 15% service charge is yes its pricey but I would say the crew deserves it as they serve food fast as well as drinks ordered additionally during the meals. But I do not appreciate the internet connection in the resto. Too slow. Over all experience was great ! Will definetly come back ! 🙂💜🌸

We visited this Michelin-starred restaurant for lunch, followed by dessert, without a reservation. The staff welcomed us warmly and directed us to the lift up to the 32nd floor. Unfortunately, the weather was poor that day, leaving the view rather disappointing. We ordered two main courses, a starter, and a dessert; however, each dish arrived roughly 30 minutes apart. This pacing stretched the meal to nearly two hours, which made the experience feel unnecessarily prolonged. While the dishes themselves were delicious and satisfying, several aspects of the visit fell short. The ambiance, for instance, lacked character. Considering the time of year, when most restaurants are fully embracing their Christmas décor, the interior felt dull—aside from a single tree at the entrance, there was little festive ornamentation. Additionally, the restaurant was so cold that we had to keep our coats on for most of the meal, which further detracted from the comfort of the dining experience. Finally, although the food was enjoyable, the prices did not feel cost-efficient. Compared with other London restaurants I’ve visited, the dishes seemed unnecessarily expensive for what was offered. Overall, while the culinary quality was commendable, the atmosphere, service pace, and value for money left much to be desired.

Lovely theming and gorgeous restaurant overlooking the Thames. We had a lovely table in front of the window. The negatives were that it was VERY expensive. We had budgeted for the ticket price of £70 each (two of us), but the bill came to almost £175! When we arrived we were offered water, I forgot to specify tap water so we were charged £7.50 for a bottle of still water. I saw they were donating £2 from each afternoon tea to GOSH which is lovely, but that £2 does not come out of your £70, it’s £2 extra each. Then a 15% service charge was added which is crazy considering the food was already prepped and on the stands, just needing to bring it over. The food was nice, but not worth that price tag. I’ve had nicer afternoon teas that cost less. However, there is nothing like the luxury vibe of the Shard and as I said it was a lovely view over the Thames. We also had plenty of time and didn’t feel rushed.

Lovely dining experiance to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary combined. The service was very quick and helpful, and our waiter didn't hesitate to ask the table behind us to stop playing with the lighting that was ruining the ambience as soon as we pulled it to his attention. View was amazing, and food tasted amazing at the time, the only bad thing I have to say is that something didn't agree with my stomach as I was unfortunately stuck on the toilet most of the following day. I had the octopus starter and halibut main, so not sure if it was that as my fiancé had carpaccio and venison and he was fine. Other than possible food poisoning, it was was a lovely experiance, greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne we felt truly spoilt and well catered for. Definitely a good choice going on fireworks night as well which made the experiance that little but more magical!

My new favourite restaurant in London, absolutely stunning food and amazing staff. It was recommended to us by someone that lives in London, and what a find. You walk into a vibrant ( but not too noisy) atmosphere, the service from every member of staff is impeccable- Rita our waitress was particularly helpful and friendly. We came for a quick bite and order three things, king prawns, escargot and a cheese burger The king prawns were probably 1.5-2 cms and when I mentioned it the manager came and insisted these were king prawns. There was no point arguing as he was adamant. The escargot were swimming in some oil and green paste without the shell and the burger was the worse we have ever had at a ‘nice’ restaurant. The patty was compressed and tasted equally flat. Overall the service was great and quick, the managers know it all attitude when he clearly was wrong and the food quality was very disappointing.

The restaurant exuded a vibrant atmosphere, beautifully illuminated and bustling with energy. As we walked in, we were greeted by our delightful hostess, Angeli. True to her name, she radiated warmth and kindness, her smile illuminating the space around her. Her genuine hospitality added an extra touch to what was already an extraordinary dining experience. She truly is a treasure! Wade, the doorman, effortlessly engaged guests with his friendly demeanor, setting a welcoming tone from the very moment we arrived. Our culinary adventure began with an assortment of starters that were nothing short of mouthwatering; I can still taste the exquisite flavors lingering in my memory. Embracing my love for variety, we chose to share three delectable dishes: 1. Sautéed King Prawns, elegantly presented and drizzled with a rich roasted tomato sauce, infused with garlic, chili, and garnished with a bouquet of wild rocket. 2. The Tian of Dressed Dorset Crab, which was a symphony of brown and white crab meat artfully combined with creamy avocado, refreshing pickled cucumber, and served with crispy crostini. 3. Baked Camembert, a heavenly treat complemented by drizzles of truffled honey and accompanied by garlic-toasted crostinis, exuding an irresistible aroma. For our main course, we savored Moules Marinière & Frites, a delightful medley of tender mussels cooked in a sumptuous white wine broth with shallots, cream, and fresh parsley. It was utterly divine! I couldn’t help but recall the flavors from Glogge Egge in Zurich; Balthazar’s version was equally satisfying, if not more so. We also indulged in the Roasted Rump of Lamb, beautifully cooked and served alongside velvety smoked pommes purée, crispy pancetta, earthy mushrooms, and sweet baby onions—simply exquisite! To cap off this magnificent meal, we indulged our sweet tooth with a couple of desserts that were spectacular: 1. The Paris Brest, crafted with a luscious hazelnut praline, rich vanilla ice cream, and delicately topped with white chocolate Chantilly—a true masterpiece. 2. The Rum Baba, a delightful concoction of macerated strawberries nestled in creamy vanilla, drenched in a tantalizing rum syrup that was irresistibly tempting. Love, love, love Balthazar's. Menu is great and atmosphere is always great as it is always so crowded. But not too noisy that you cant chat. Service is always excellent and staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Lovely seating, a mix of French and American bistro and diner. Service was a little slow but the food is quality and the prix fixe menu if you arrive between 11am-7pm on a weekday is a very good deal!

The Big Easy - Bottomless Brunch Covent Garden is a former power station transformed into an industrial eatery with an open kitchen specializing in hickory-smoked meats. With a pit master at the helm, this establishment has been a staple on King's Road for over 20 years, serving up authentic American BBQ. The new Covent Garden branch has elevated the game with renowned BBQ experts and imported smokers running on oak, apple, hickory, and cherry wood.
My partner and I have been here on more than one occasion and each time it is a Lovely experience. The warm staff look after you and are welcoming from your arrival. The menu is varied enough to try different options each time with certain deals that allow a nice mix and match. The atmosphere is bubbly and friendly and, whether it is ram packed or relaxed and thinned out, it is a comfortable venue. If you do repeat your choice of meal the standard is high and it will be the same thoroughly enjoyable quality = Recommended!!!

Amazing food and service. I was born in Louisiana, and this is one of the very few authentic tastes I've found outside of Louisiana. And the lunch prices can't be beat! I definitely recommend and will be back every time I visit London!

The best food I’ve had in London! As a true Brazilian, I love my meat — and Big Easy absolutely nailed it. The snacks were incredible too! I tried a few different cocktails, and honestly… be careful, they’re so good you’ll want to keep drinking! 😂 Outstanding service. We didn’t even need to call the waiter once — the staff were always aware and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived. Perfectly organised from start to finish. The place itself is stunning. One of the most beautiful bars I’ve ever seen! Hundreds of different bottles lined up behind the bar, amazing live music and that proper American-style vibe. The manager was a real highlight — super friendly, recommended great dishes and personally came to our table to check if everything was alright. That’s something you don’t always find in central London. In short, the perfect spot! I’m already a loyal customer, but honestly — you should be too.

Went with family for birthdays. Turned out to be more expensive than expected but the food was great. Worth going for the experience. We had the BAR.B.Q blowout sharer platter. The st Louis style ribs and brisket had a strong smoky flavour which some may not like but the BBQ sauce helps to cut through the intensity of the smoke. The cornbread was incredible. They should do a pulled pork and slaw sandwich for lunch. I'd be there very often. Photo attached was for 3 persons £30.5 per person. Also the food was very filling.

Amazing! The restaurant has a great vibe, with live music that really sets the mood for a fun night out. The BBQ and the lobster was both absolutely delicious. A special shout-out to Paulo and the staffs, they gave us such a warm welcome and a 10/10 service. Great experience!

A group of 11 of us went for the bottomless brunch in a Sunday. I had the steak and lobster and it was divine. Really impressed by the food, drinks and service. The men did say it was a long walk to the tables and the long table made it difficult to chat with everyone (some of us hadn’t seen each other for some years) but they are very minor points. Really couldn’t fault this place, from all the help when I was booking through to the actual Brunch. Thank you Kevin, Ana and all the team, we’ll definitely be back.

What a find!! Highly recommended. The staff were lovely. Food was delicious, Coconut shrimp, crispy calamari and two whole lobsters. We also had two complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you so much. We will be back in the evening to experience the live Blues vibe.

Came here for pre-wedding dinner with 12 friends on Friday night and we all had a rather good time. The dishes were flavorful and delicious. The pulled pork and bbq beef were tender and juicy. The lobster bake was definitely my favorite. Nice vibe in the restaurant during the night with singer performing live on the stage.

The Delaunay is an elegant all-day brasserie located on the eastern edge of London's West End. It offers a modern and classic European menu with Viennese-style ambiance. The restaurant provides a perfect setting for business meals, featuring well-spaced tables, comfortable seating, and efficient yet warm service. Despite changes in ownership, the establishment has maintained its consistent and acceptable Mittel European brasserie menu.
We had a great afternoon tea. The staff introduced what we were having when he brought us the food. The scones were amazing. Buttery and perfect match with the jam and clotted cream. The cheesecake was the best among all the homemade cakes. But the sandwiches did not amaze us. It tasted quite ordinary. The house blend tea is great, not too bitter and rich in tea flavor. Really good atmosphere. We had a really full afternoon tea here. Very good in price as well.

It’s a nice place and the service was okay, but we were not really impressed. Maybe it’s because we came for breakfast. The ambiance is pleasant and cozy, but unfortunately, I have to give it 4 stars. This doesn’t mean I didn’t like the place — it’s good, but I wasn’t excited by it. But food was good

My son and I had such a lovely time. This sounds a little over the top, but it was the nicest dining experience of my life. The warm welcome, the wonderful staff, the ambience and food were 10/10. Thank you for a memorable experience. So good we did it twice. We dined two nights in a row, and can’t wait to return.

Dimly-lit, mid-century Viennese restaurant serving subtly elevated takes on classic, hearty continental fare. The servers were so to our needs, welcoming, attentive. The food was solid, strong and balanced flavours; we felt well looked after. It’s on the steeper side, price-wise, especially having lived in Wien for a while; but London does what it does best. All in, we were north of £100/head for a three courses, a carafe of wine and two glasses of red. Certainly not extortionate, certainly a price point to match the interior. Would absolutely visit again!
James W — Google review
The restaurant has such a lovely old-classy vibe, which makes the atmosphere really special. The food was excellent — the scallops with the sauce were amazing, full of flavor. The grilled lamb was tender and cooked perfectly with a really nice sauce, and the beef stroganoff was delicious too. Overall, a great experience with both the food and the setting. Definitely worth a visit!

The food was very good buy not excellent our outstanding, for sure plates comes not in what you expect them to be from such a restaurant, looking at the steak plate it came without any garnish at all, it was just a steak piece in an empty plate. service was average and noise level is high. You may spend the same amount of money in a much better restaurant

Sexy Fish Mayfair is a luxurious dining spot in Mayfair, offering a swanky and art-filled setting. The restaurant features robata-grilled fish, raw-bar items, and an array of drinks. Recently, they introduced a new Sunday brunch with bottomless sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes like smoked salmon bao buns and crispy duck watermelon salad. Guests can also enjoy entertainment from Sexy Fish's signature DJs and live musicians during the brunch.
This place is worth the hype. We were greeted by staff warmly. The ambience was stunning and the female DJ was a nice touch. We waited almost 40min to be seated and the manager compensated us for the inconvenience. People were well dressed. Each plate was expertly curated. Overall it was worth the $350 we spent for 2 guests.

Excellent service, nothing was too much for them. They took time to go through the menu and recommend things based on the flavours I said I liked. The price was high, but it’s Mayfair so I expected that and the quality matched. A really great experience and I’ll be sure to return back. The lunch menu is a total steal btw :)
Olivia H — Google review
Sexy Fish’s Sunday brunch offers great food in a stylish setting. The sushi is fresh and well made, and the overall selection is high quality. It’s definitely expensive, and prices have gone up recently, which makes it less appealing for a regular visit. Still, the environment is cool and impressive, making it a good choice for a special occasion rather than a casual brunch. Service is professional and the presentation is excellent, though you’re paying as much for the atmosphere as for the food. Worth visiting once for the experience, but not something to do every weekend.
Fran — Google review
Sexy Fish is absolutely stunning. The décor is bold, artistic, and contemporary. Service was truly immaculate, with every staff member going out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. They even refolded our napkins each time we stepped away, giving the experience a refined, high-end touch. The type of attention you expect for a high end restaurant. A special highlight was the young woman from Suceava, Romania, who helped us throughout the evening. She was vibrant, warm, and genuinely fun—her energy made our night even better. Our sommelier and the rest of the team were equally attentive, and everyone who approached our table made us feel completely cared for. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared and incredibly tasty. We enjoyed every dish. Our only complaint is the price. While the experience is exceptional, it’s extremely expensive, and the cost is something to be aware of. Overall, we loved our night at Sexy Fish: remarkable service, fantastic food, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere—just be prepared for a very high price tag.

Had an incredible evening at Sexy Fish, Mayfair! The food, cocktails, and music were amazing, and the interior of the restaurant was absolutely stunning — such a vibrant and stylish atmosphere. Every detail was perfect, from the service to the energy of the place. Definitely coming back soon! 🍸✨
Lakhwinder S — Google review
Visited for their lunch menu. Everything here screams excess - the interior, decor, plating, and cocktails all lean heavily into spectacle. However, the service doesn't match the luxurious presentation. It positions itself as fine dining but doesn't quite deliver on that promise. If you've got guests specifically curious about the place, or you're there for networking or the scene, the lunch menu offers a more affordable way to experience it. Otherwise, the value isn't there.
Emre Ö — Google review
Food and atmosphere are wonderful. The seafood is fresh and the wine list is impressive. The service is rude, borderline aggressive at times and shouldn’t be found at a restaurant claiming to be a high end eatery. We were abruptly told to basically pay and leave since we had been at our table for two hours and someone else was 8 minutes away and they needed the table. We did have a pre-booked reservation and we were actively ordering dishes and wanted to order dessert but were refused. They also brought one of our entrees out at least 10 minutes later than the other 2 we had ordered. Set proper expectations for what kind of service you will get for the price you are paying if you choose to visit.

Dishoom Carnaby is a vibrant homage to the classic Irani cafes of Bombay, bringing a unique twist to London's dining scene. This stylish eatery has quickly become a favorite for brunch enthusiasts, thanks in part to its signature bacon and egg naan—a delightful fusion that combines crispy bacon with fluffy tandoor-baked naan and spicy chili jam.
We walked in from the street with no reservations and I feel we got the last table. We had such a good experience. With everything. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and very delicious. Especially the salad we had was worth mentioning. I would eat that every day if possible 😍. I will work hard at home to try replicate that🫶🏻

I was wondering why so many people queueing to the place. It’s modern Indian cuisine. Tasty, good price vs quality, but same time nothing beyond the universe. Incredibly well organized the booking process and service in general. I love open kitchen style, it builds the trust and confidence in a food. Only one dish with prawns and it’s not the best which I tried. However lamb was delicious
Olga V — Google review
Had an incredible dinner at Dishoom Carnaby. The place has such a great vibe — busy but cozy, with that amazing smell of spices the moment you walk in. The food was just perfect. The black daal was rich and comforting, the Chicken Ruby had the right amount of spice, and the naan was so soft we ended up ordering another round. And the chai — honestly, one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The staff were lovely too — friendly, quick, and genuinely nice to chat with. You can tell they care about what they do. All in all, one of those meals where everything just clicks — food, atmosphere, service. Can’t wait to come back.

I really enjoyed the beautiful décor and unique atmosphere of this restaurant – it has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay longer. However, the food unfortunately didn’t match my personal taste. The dishes looked nice but I found the flavors underwhelming compared to my expectations. Service was decent and staff were polite, but the waiting time for the food was quite long. Overall, for me, it was more about the setting than the food.
Burak K — Google review
Stopped by this Indian restaurant and was immediately taken by the great view — definitely a lovely setting. There was a long line, but they managed it well by seating us in the bar area while we waited, which was a nice touch. The service stood out — especially our server, who was fantastic and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations and lacked the depth of flavour I was hoping for. That said, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was still enjoyable. Would consider giving it another try.

Very atmospheric and so tasty. We made reservations abt 10 days in advance and only lunch times were still available. The dishes were very delicious and the drinks were also so good 😊. It was such a nice vibe inside with very cute interior and an open kitchen below. The service was so friendly and efficient although it was quite busy. Would love to come here again.

Wowed by the main dishes - delicious chicken ruby (wish it was more spicy) & succulent grilled prawns. Even the salad was surprisingly good! Topped by the friendly & attentive service of Oscar who comes over a few times to make sure we are enjoying ourselves despite the full house
Weng H — Google review
Service was alright; It could have been better. Was a bit reluctant to pay the service charge, to be honest. Food wise — definitely above average, though I felt the standard may have dropped just a little bit, specifically for the naan. It used to be really piping hot, but it was warm when we visited today. That said, the flavours of the dishes were good (we had chicken tikka, chili chicken, garlic naan and chili broccoli), hence we will definitely go back.

Barrafina Dean Street is a cozy tapas bar that has earned a Michelin star and maintained its reputation for exceptional Spanish small plates. The diner-style setting with stools offers a convivial atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the carefully crafted menu and daily specials. Modeled after Barcelona's Cal Pep tapas spot, this London favorite serves impeccably sourced dishes like Spanish carabineros red prawns and black squid ink risotto.
Absolutely loved all the food! Our favourite was the tortillas. This is so far the best tapas place we have been in London. We would definitely be back & will try the other dishes. Waiting time wasn’t too bad for a Saturday dinner time, but it’s worth the wait!

Incredibly delicious! We visited before theatre and we were overwhelmed by the taste of the dishes, the service and general vibe. Our server was lovely and offered recommendations around a beautiful Sherry to complete our Crema Catalan. We spent a small fortune but it was well worth the money! I am still craving the anchovy tostadas…

Lovely dinner out - we ordered the John Dory special which was about £20, and the Arroz con Carabineros which was £27. Everything was made to order and very, very fresh. Professional but nice team - a great Spanish gem in the heart of Soho. Our bill came to about £56 for two - not cheap but very authentic. We would come back again to try the tortilla and patatas bravas as they looked very authentic as well.

Great tapas. Not too heavy or oily. Everything was cooked to perfection. Very very good lunch would definitely come back. The lighting was gray and though it is all bar seating it is quite comfortable. The staff seems happy! Highly recommend the al fresco spritz (not as sweet as aperol not as bitter as campari) The arroz w shrimp and the croquettes

A delightful surprise! We stumbled upon this tapas restaurant and were absolutely blown away – it's hands down the best tapas experience we've ever had. We were lucky have a table for 4 , when we visited, despite the restaurant was almost full, yet the chef or manager still took the time to explain almost all the dishes to us. Such lovely people and happy staff! The freshness of the food is clearly the key to this great tapas place. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Went to Barrafina for dinner. They have a long queue so suggest to come earlier. Sat down by the bar so we are able to see all the food in the making. Love to return and try their other food on their menu.

Quilon is an elegant restaurant located within the St. James Court hotel, offering a contemporary take on coastal Indian cuisine from South-West India. The restaurant gained recognition in 2008 when it was awarded a Michelin star for its refined south-east Indian dishes crafted by head chef Sriram Aylur. The menu features carefully crafted experimental variations of home-style Indian food and seafood, with signature dishes like halibut fish curry and malabar lamb biryani.
We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Quilon in London and were absolutely delighted by the exceptional service and exquisite food. The evening started with a personal touch as Chef Sriram himself came to take our order, making us feel truly special. For appetizers, we chose the Green Pepper Prawns and Kundapur Chicken—both were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Rasam served before the main course was another highlight—warming, comforting, and full of aromatic spices. For our main course, we enjoyed the Masala Prawns with Tawa Paratha—a perfect combination of spices and textures. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A special mention to our waitress, Harshita, who provided phenomenal service throughout the evening. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality made our night even more special. As a sweet surprise, we were treated to a complimentary anniversary dessert that added the perfect finishing touch to an already delightful evening. Thank you, Chef Sriram, Harshita, and the entire Quilon team for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning soon!

I recently dined at Quilon, a Michelin-starred South Indian restaurant, located near Buckingham Gate. While the reputation has raised my expectations, the overall experience was somewhat mixed. * Food Quality & Presentation: Being a vegetarian, I was keen to try their plant-based offerings, but unfortunately, I found the flavours mild and the spices typically associated with South Indian cuisine were underwhelming. I believe they did tone down their dishes in an attempt to appeal to a broader audience, but the result was a bit bland. In Beverages, they have a fairly extensive wine and cocktail list, though the non-alcoholic choices were limited. * Ambiance and Setting: The ambience was one of its strongest points. The interior was elegant with soft lighting and sophisticated vibe. * Service and Pricing: Service was highly courteous and professional. Their staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made us good vegetarian recommendations. As expected for a Michelin-starred venue, pricing is on the higher side. But for my vegetarian experience, the value didn’t quite match the cost. * Cleanliness & Hygiene: The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly prioritized. Overall, it does offer a refined setting and solid service, but for the vegetarians looking for authentic South Indian flavours, it might disappoint.
J T — Google review
We had an excellent dinner at Quilon, near St. James’s Park. Service was warm, attentive, and polished throughout, which made the evening feel special. We started with cocktails — I chose the Last Sting (watermelon, Reposado tequila, jalapeño), a small but flavorful mix with just the right kick, while my husband had the Maple Oak (bourbon, maple syrup, bitters, smoky orange zest), a refined twist on a classic. They also served a complimentary warm glass of rasam, tangy and spiced, which set the tone beautifully. For food, we had the Chickpeas Masala (Malabar-style), Okra Pearl Onion Masala, Malabar Parathas, and a dry vegetable of asparagus, mange tout, and tenderstem purple broccoli. The asparagus dish felt slightly out of place alongside the other plates since it didn’t reflect Malabari flavors, but it was beautifully prepared and delicate. The other dishes carried the hallmarks of South-West coastal Indian cooking — curry leaves, coconut, and mustard seed — presented with finesse. Portions were on the smaller side, but balanced and satisfying. Quilon has held a Michelin star since 2008, and it’s easy to see why. The food is distinctive, the drinks are thoughtful, and the service makes you feel looked after even on a busy night. A fantastic experience all around.

Absolutely delicious spot for South Indian food in an elegant setting with excellent service - we had the set lunch menu (had one each of the vegetarian, pescatarian and meat) and each dish on each menu was absolutely divine. Lovely cocktails, drinks and wine list. Friendly staff, the chef was walking past each table and we had a great chat. Will definitely be back!

We walked in and was lucky to get a table. We choose to go with A-La-Carte option as we are vegetarian and not the set menu which is available for Sea Food, Non-Veg and Veg. Everything we ordered, was authentic testing and delicious. Service at this place is same as any other Taj property and it is absolutely the best. I have never found anyone with better service than Taj. The Hot and Spicy warm Rassam they bring in between is so good you may not stop after just one. A must visit place if you are around London.

I always have the best dinners here. Service is always immaculate. The Fish Curry and lemon rice is my favourite meal.
Melissa T — Google review
My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday and his recent graduation today. He’s tasted Quillon food whilst working as a waiter during his undergraduate degree over 10 years ago and has always mentioned it’s been on his bucket list since. I was skeptical about fine dining South Indian food but I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful. The ambience is stunning with wonderful interior decor, lighting and our favourite feature was the music selection of very soft Caranartic instrumentals. The Diwali vegetarian weekend brunch menu was exciting and I really enjoyed the starters. The curries provided during the mains were a bit too creamy and lacked spice for my liking but we did order some additional meat dishes including the lamp chops, a prawn starter and lamb shank varuntha curry which complemented the brunch and the meat was of excellent quality. There’s a very extensive wine menu and the lychee cocktail was lovely. Above all I was most impressed with the service. The staff were so polite and attentive and when I got too full kindly packed our food away. Whilst my husband loved all the food, I would personally go back for the service and ambiance which I feel made the experience most special.

Regency Cafe is a no-frills corner cafe known for its full English breakfasts and traditional British menu. Located near Westminster, Tate Britain, and Big Ben, it's a popular spot for tourists and locals alike. The retro decor features vintage booths, black-and-white tiled floors, and old-fashioned light fixtures. With appearances in films like 'Layer Cake' and 'The Trip,' this cafe has become a cultural icon.
Came here for a late breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. The line was long, about 30 minutes, but worth the wait. Classic British food and experience, though it has definitely become a trendy spot for Instagrammers despite the signs asking people not to take photos. The food was fantastic, service efficient, though some might find it a bit brusque. You order first and then wait for a table, a rule I wish more places followed.

Came here because of its reputation for serving the original English breakfast. The English breakfast and the omelet were great. However, the beef was not good. Generous portion and reasonable price. The ambience was classic but slightly limited space.

Visited this breakfast cafe at the end of July 2025 while visiting London. I had never had a full english before and had always wanted to try it! I found this place on social media, so I decided to stop by with some friends. We must have got in at a decent time as a line quickly formed behind us, stretching outside the building and down the sidewalk. Spent a little over £10, and got a decent amount of food. It was pretty good and fulfilled my expectations. The establishment has a nice environment and the staff were also pretty friendly. Would recommend!

Cafe that services traditional and hearty English breakfast. Ordered the set breakfast (Beans, sunny side up egg, bacon, sausage and toast) at a cost of 9.65 pounds with add ons of 2 black puddings at 1.5 pounds. Price indicated is net price. It gets very pack and please note you will have to order first before finding a seat even if you come in a group. Nevertheless, the turn over rate is fast enough. If not, just share a table with others. Despite being a big eater, I was very full after the breakfast.

Old school London cafe with proper frothy coffee... breakfast was served at speed by a very tight team of serving staff and cooks, no messing about. Cafe was busy with people coming and going all the time, including lots of local working people (police etc.) which I always think tells you everything you need to know. Sausages were good, bacon was tasty and not overly salted, beans didn't leave a film of muck on the roof of my mouth and the eggs were properly fried rather than cremated. Black pudding was good (could have been crispier on the outside, but when you can only complain about that you're doing pretty well!). Fab atmosphere, will be back for sure.

I sill try the Steakpie next time, they look incredible - be sure to check out some dish of the day as well - pastas look really nice. the place is very nice, very well decorated and local casual. The lady at the cashier is very nice and all the staffs as well. I am bit surprised of how loud the voice the lady is when she announced the food when it is ready, I LOVE IT! she managed all the customers very well, very precise in every orders eventhough there were a lot of people and orders coming non-stop. Shout out to the staffs who clean and made orders fast as well 🩷

Italian restaurant
Breakfast restaurant
British restaurant
E Pellicci is a vintage Art Deco cafe that has been serving up a mix of English and Italian cuisine since 1900. This classic Britalian caff, located on Bethnal Green Road, is a beloved establishment run by the same family that opened it over a century ago. It has become an integral part of the Tower Hamlets community, welcoming both locals and visitors with its warm and convivial atmosphere.
I’ve been here twice now, and both times were great! The portions are huge. The big breakfast is no joke. The food is delicious, and the service is amazing. The pesto was so good that my friend even got one to take away. I haven’t tried any of their desserts yet, but I’ll definitely be back to give them a go! Side note: They only accept cash so don't forget to bring some cash with you!

First time coming here. The environment, staff and service was incredible. Such a warm, friendly and cosy environment with speedy service despite it being crazy busy. We were fortunate enough to meet the siblings Navio Jnr and Anna who were so funny and inviting. We ordered the veggie breakfast with a side of big bang ciabatta which was so delicious and their homemade pesto is to die for. Thank you for such a great experience! 🥰 Side note: Go in early because by 11am there was a really long line. Very popular!

Great caff for a full english breakfast. I would recommend coming as early as possible, as a queue form quickly and there is no booking system. great banter from staff, vibrant atmosphere. I was a bit sad that the lovely art deco paneling was hidden under the merch, but there are bits where you can still see bits of it. Would recommend getting The full with someone to share, as it is indeed a very full plate. I would love to come back and try the Italian options on the menu.

A must try - I’ve been told countless times So came right after landing 🛬😙 Had to try their full English breakfast. Choose regular bread 🍞 instead of fried. And with scrambled eggs. 🍳 I’ve had English breakfast a handful of times but was excited to have the real thing! It was already later in day so beans 🫘 hit the spot for brunch. The eggs over the buttered toast were delish. Mushrooms with the beans mixed with the sausage and ham were perfect. The surprised hit was the ham, or should I say huge pork pieces 🤤 It was a lot of food. Shared this between two people. Also had the Nutella pancakes. 🥞 First time having pancakes like this. 3 massive fluffy pancakes with strawberries, bananas and blueberries 🫐 The choco sauce was almost overpowering but perfect if you love it mixed with the fruit. Another dish that I think it too much for 1 person but was shared. Food aside the people were great and lovely 😊 Would come back just for them. Place was packed!!

Huge English breakfasts in a cozy, family run place with the sweetest and friendliest team. Portions were enormous and the food is obviously made with love. Came on a Saturday, one of their most busy days at 10am and only waited a short while before being seated. It was my sister’s birthday and they sang her a song, what a delightful touch. The place is tight and nothing fancy about it but you will leave with all smiles. Highly recommend, what an experience!

Almost am hours wait. No problem as was expecting it busy on a Saturday. Asked if I wanted to share a table....no problem (I was on my own). Atmosphere, food, staff, pricing spot on. Came from Norwich as been past before and it looked great

If you're looking for a good place for English Breakfast, this is it. The bacon was one of the best I've ever tasted, I also enjoyed the Black Pudding and Sausage. The mushroom was too much for me, but can't complain about the rest. Lasagna was good too and big portion. The service was top notch, they all made us feel welcomed. Don't forget to bring Cash though, they don't accept card.

Went for the famous full English and it was huge! Generous portion. Fun vibe. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back to try the Italian dishes as I could not fit anything else down after that hearty breakfast!

Chinese restaurant
Fine dining restaurant
A. Wong is an upscale Chinese restaurant known for its dim sum and a 10-course 'Taste of China' menu featuring regional cuisine. The owner, LSE graduate Andrew Wong, transformed his parents' Pimlico restaurant into a trendy Shanghai-style eatery after exploring China's culinary scene. A decade later, the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars, making it the only Chinese restaurant outside Asia with this recognition.
A. Wong’s 36-course tasting menu is truly something special. It’s a journey through China via flavour and texture. Some dishes felt comforting and familiar, others completely unexpected, but all of them told a story. The balance between fun and finesse is spot on. Service was warm and knowledgeable, and the wine pairings brought even more depth to the experience. Great vibes too, Chef Andrew is talented, humble and geniune. A great dining experience ☺️ Would love to try their dim sum lunch menu next time !

Came here for my partner’s 30th and it is an absolute foodie dream come true! This place blew us away from start to finish. First off, yes: it’s a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and deservedly so — but the service isn’t stiff or distant. The team are warm, super friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They’re detailed, attentive, and make you feel as though you’ve known them forever. I am Chinese and my partner adores Chinese food. We’ve visited other Michelin-starred Chinese places before — but nothing compared to this. A. Wong delivers truly authentic regional Chinese cuisine, each dish capturing the soul of the province it represents, with that signature creative twist that only A wong can achieve. It’s like being transported to the heart of each region, but with modern flair. We left the dinner talking about it non-stop. Every conversation with friends or family eventually circles back to that unforgettable culinary journey. The food was just exceptional! We’ll absolutely be back very soon!!

As someone who frequently dines at Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants, this was the first time I walked away feeling scammed. Hard to believe this place holds two stars. Food: Out of ~30 courses, maybe 3–4 stood out. The rest were average at best my local Chinese takeaway makes better dim sum. Portions were laughably small: we were made to split one bite-sized piece split between three people despite each of us being charged for full person. Service & Presentation: Dishes arrived in overwhelming clusters (6–7 at once), with no clear sequence or guidance. Explanations were rushed, shallow, and often incomprehensible. The forced photo/video interludes meant to “connect” dishes to China felt staged and gimmicky. We were also seated outside in extended tent area which also led to poor experience, clearly they want to increase tables. Experience vs. Price: At £300 per head (220 + wine + service), this meal felt like an ordeal. Both food and service were underwhelming, nowhere near what one expects at this price point. Vegetarian options: they run a whole veg tasting menu which was at same level as their non veg menu. That was the only good thing about this place for me. But overall two stars here is a joke. Save your money and time. Chinatown will have better food than this.

Really good service. Nice atmosphere. I have fortunate to eat at a number of Michelin star restaurants, and this is among the best of them. Very highly recommended. Make sure you are really hungry if you can as it is a lot of food you’ll end up tasting 30 different items

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant where we celebrated my birthday. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing which had 31 dishes in 6 courses. I recommend not eating before going to this restaurant to make sure you taste each dish. We were greeted by the chef Andrew Wong which made my day special. Big shout out to our waiter and the sommelier who are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will return for a Dim Sum lunch soon and I highly recommend this 2 Michelin stars restaurant. IG LeSteveDuJour

This is a beautiful 2 Michelin Chinese restaurant in London. It offers a set menu that takes clients through the wonderful flavors of China, including Taiwan. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about the ingredients and spices. The pace is long as the dinner took over 3 hours. Overall, we had a good experience.

Honey & Co. Bloomsbury is a charming cafe and dining room run by the Israeli husband-and-wife team Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. After relocating from their original Warren Street site to Lambs Conduit Street, they have maintained their loyal customer base and popular dishes.
We had a gorgeous little breakfast here at the weekend. The place had a warm, friendly vibe with really friendly staff. We weren’t hungry enough to get the big breakfast (sadly) so just opted for the scrambled eggs, yoghurt/granola and shared a bun. All of the food was delicious and the coffees were great too. We heard they were fully booked all day, so make sure you book! Thoroughly recommend & we will be returning…

Absolutely loved this place. Food was so fresh and delicious. Even the drinks and coffee was very well made. The restaurant decor nicely presented but not overdone. And staff were all very friendly yes professional. Everything very positive.

We came for breakfast. I ordered the green Shakshuka and for desert we had the feta cheesecake and pistachio plum semolina cake. The food was absolutely great, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and chill and the waiters are super nice. Would love to try their lunch menu.
Shoham P — Google review
The sweet things (chocolate hazelnut babka, and feta and honey cheesecake) were the standout of the meal, and I would come back just for that, plus the cardamom coffee. Mezzes were good and refillable. The main dishes were good, but not as memorable as the rest - and by the time we got them, we were quite full. Definitely a “big breakfast.” Unfortunately everyone at the table has to opt into the “big breakfast” - so it’s kind of annoying if only one person wants to do it. Low point of the experience was the service. Not a very warm or hospitable waitress. The first thing she said when we sat down was what time our seating would end (even though the restaurant was still 60-70% empty when we left); and when my fork dropped in front of her, she just looked at it and walked away.

Did not take enough photos of our meal. We did the seasonal tasting menu and everything was phenomenal. We had a large variety of food and wine pairings to match. Food was beautifully plated, well-portioned, perfectly seasoned, and abundant. Cannot wait for my next trip to London so I can come back.

Calm, relaxing street to have an outdoor dinner. We started with their spicy margarita, the labneh, the bread plate, and the pickle plate. My favorite was the labneh with artichoke on top - delicious. I would come back and order this just for myself as a main. The two mains were tasty, but I keep thinking of that labneh. What drew us here was the ambiance. Lamb's Conduit Street is quiet, calm, quaint, and perfectly shaded for an evening dinner.
Stephanie H — Google review
Visited this restaurant after great recommendation. Eclectic menu but very interesting and the food was outstanding. Delicious labaneh. The pita bread was fluffy and perfect. Not quite sure I enjoyed the hummus but the bread selection with oil was great. The main courses were stunning - the lamb, the hotpot and the aubergine could not be faulted. We were very well looked after by great staff who were pleasant and helpful - could not fault them. BUT the restaurant has a major problem. I have a problem which means I am unable to eat large quantities. The party wanted to try the mezze starter but the policy of the restaurant is not to allow the sharing menu if all the party do not have a main. This is discriminatory and left a very bad taste because, the party were limited to having restricted starters to accommodate me which I found upsetting and discriminatory. What a shame to make such an inflexible rule when everything else about the restaurant is great. Management - please reconsider; there are people with genuine issues that need some sensitivity in your rules. I felt so bad for the rest of my party that I won't be back again.

I’ve been to this beautiful place a couple of times during my recent trip to London, and I’m in love! The service was fantastic, and the food was amazing. I really appreciate when servers are super attentive, and the team here truly was. We visited this place for brunch as two people. We started with a latte and a flat white, which were nice but nothing too special. For food, we ordered the Bondi and the smoked salmon with poached egg. Both dishes tasted great, with very good presentation and flavor. We also tried their apple juice and lemonade, which were both fresh and delicious. Overall, the brunch was great value for money, the food was tasty, and the staff were polite and caring. The service was excellent. The place itself is beautiful, with a cool vibe, making it a very good spot for brunch in London. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed Daisy Green for brekfast on our first day in London. Food, atmosphere, service and staff were excellent. We both love breakfast and always look forward to new breakfast places at home or when we travel. Staff was very accommodating when I realized that I accidentally ordered the incorrect dish for my wife (was jetlagged and this was my mistake, not staff mistake) after they brought our food out. They offered to make the correct dish for us at no charge nd brought us the correct dish. My wife enjoyed the Smashed Avocado and I enjoyed the Fancy Bacon Roll with a side of Halloumi. We shared a croissant with Americano coffees. Amzing food, great flavors, high quality ingredients, and nice presentation. The decor and the design of the restaurant is very inviting and looks well thought out. Would recommend Daisy Green and we will com back when we are back in London. Thank You Daisy Green for making our dining experience a great one.

We queues outside not for long, only around 5 minutes. Then a kind polite waiter led us to our table. We could order online or at the till, we ordered at the till. The time for the food to come took 10 minutes. The Salmon was tender and the bread was toasted to a crisp on the outside, and a warm, soft texture on the inside. The Poached egg was really good and the yolk was runny and thick and consistent. You did have to pay a £1 extra to eat in, but it was still really worth it. There was a bar with a selection of champagne and spirits. Our waiter, Jacqui, was really kind and polite. We had access to water to help ourselves. The atmosphere was really small, but in a good way to make us feel cosy especially in the winter. And there was also a selection of sandwiches and pastries. Overall, I love the presentation of the the food and the cosy atmosphere, along with the politeness of the staff.

We came here for brunch and it was an amazing experience! We ordered crispy bacon roll and shakshuka, with a cappuccino and a flat white. Food and coffee were 10/10, what was more heartwarming was the very welcomed atmosphere. Elina greeted us and delivered an exceptional service, her smile warmed up the gloomy London autumn :)) definitely will visit here again!

We visited for Sunday brunch and had a really lovely experience! The welcoming, vibrant atmosphere was complemented by beautiful presentation of each dish. We ordered the sweet corn fritters, smoked salmon royale, and bacon roll - all very tasty and generously portioned. We barely had room for dessert, but the pancakes looked too good to resist! The attentive service made the visit especially pleasant and heartwarming. The team took the time to walk us through the menu in detail, explaining ingredients and gluten-free options with genuine enthusiasm. Many thanks to Audi, Bea, Mitchie, and Elina for their warm hospitality. Highly recommend - we’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Where The Pancakes Are - Flat Iron Square is a popular all-day breakfast spot known for its wide variety of sweet and savory pancakes, as well as cocktails. The restaurant offers creative options such as pulled beef pastrami pancakes and thyme poached pear and salted caramel pancakes. In addition to the signature buttermilk batter made with 12 ingredients, there are also vegetarian, vegan, and wheat-free alternatives available.
Awesome brunch restaurant! The food was terrific. We tried a few sweet pancakes, which were super delicious. The berry one was my favorite! Also, the beans were to die for! Prices felt fair. You can pay at the end by scanning a code, which is easier than waiting for a server; they are pretty slow there. Great experience overall
Yenderson J — Google review
We came quite early on a Sunday and got seated immediately, which was very lucky as 15 minutes later a long queue had formed. The pancakes are pricey but they’re not the sort of thing you could make at home, and the beautiful presentation also makes it definitely worth it for a special occasion. Favourites were the hummingbird and forest berries pancakes. My only complaint is that the drinks are not quite as good as the food - the chai latte is quite sweet so I would prefer if the server asked how sweet you would like it. I also wish the music had been slightly quieter. Apart from that, amazing!
Eloise R — Google review
Just another average experience. Atmosphere is lovely and the best part of the experience. Food is average and just like any other restaurants in the area. Prices match the area as well. Lot of vegan and veg and gluten free options and diet restrictions friendly. Staff is very attentive although our food and service was delayed a lot. Visited with a friend for a Sunday brunch, got table around 12:30 and we ordered British breakfast, a Buddha brunch and cocktails. Till 13:30 nothing was served, and then someone took our drinks order again. Finally got food by 13:45. 3 tables that came after us and got their food, they ate and Left 😂.

I had the simple maple and butter pancakes with mocha and my husband had the Canadian banana pancakes with OJ juice in large. The food was tasty. As a personal preference, I'm not sure I'm a fan of buttermilk pancakes🤭 but my husband really loved it. The OJ juice was fresh and cold, 100% recommend this. The man who attended to us was very lovely and there was indoor and outdoor sitting. We paid £39.09 with a service charge of 12.5% included.

I had high expectations for this place but unfortunately it wasn't really ALL that. The pancakes are interesting but unfortunately none of us found them that tasty, I'd dare to say Breakfast Club is better. The place is fine, but there are a couple of problems: - The QR code didn't seem to work, there was no way for us to check / add stuff / pay our bill, all had to be done through the staff. - We explicitly asked (and confirmed) that one of us wanted a small royal pancake, the staff that delivered it confirmed it as well but in the bill they tried to charge for the normal one, I recommend double checking your bill as I have read other reviews complaining about similar things. - One girl from the staff (short with tattoos) was extremely rude (could almost say aggressive) towards us, we hadn't even entered the place and she made us feel unwelcome, if we weren't so hungry we would have just left on the spot. We were asked to wait outside (group of 3) and I saw her let a couple in in front of us, I asked her about it and she became confrontational and sarcastic, the rest of the staff seemed a lot nicer tho - There is only 1 bathroom Likely won't come back to this branch, hopefully the other ones are better / tastier.
Giulio P — Google review
Really enjoyed the food. Had the Yorkshire pudding, goats cheese and honey combo. Delicious. QR code payment didn't work, service good. Dishes expensive for what they are.
Simon M — Google review
Overall we had a positive experience. The food quality is good. However, the menu lacks imagination. The dishes were not particularly tasty. The portion size was VERY small. Going out for pancakes (a very cheap food to make) is always in my mind an opportunity to indulge in plenty of topping and a warm, hefty stack. Suffice to say that's not what you're getting here. The presentation is not very appealing either. It's fine in a pinch as the quality of the ingredients is very good, but for the price point I can't fully recommend it.
Denisa B — Google review
One of my favorite places for brunch or breakfast in London. I usually have the deep pan cobbler dishes, but optioned for the pancakes this time. Delicious! The pancakes had a nice compliment of the bacon taste and stayed maoist and fluffy. I only wished for a bit more syrup, but an incredible meal to start the day!

Spanish restaurant
Fine dining restaurant
Sabor is a vibrant Spanish restaurant with a two-story layout, offering a variety of dining experiences. The establishment is the debut solo venture of Nieves Barragan Mohacho, who previously led the kitchen at Barrafina Dean Street. Guests can choose to dine at the bar and indulge in tapas and sherry, or head upstairs to El Asador for traditional Spanish country cooking and wood-fired dishes like Castilian suckling pig.
The food is indeed fantastic and the Counter experience is recommended. Went there in June. Arrived 15 minutes before the 17 o'clock opening on weekday and all the people in the queue plus whoever arrived within 20 or so minutes got a spot at the Counter. Your next best chance is around 18:30 to 19:00 when the first people with happy tummies start leaving. Either ask for recommendations or choose what you fancy. Pan Tomate was absolutely delicious, and so was the Mackerel. The Cuttlefish pappardelle were lovely too. Well, everything was good. Cremoso de Chocolate at the end was a fantastic finish.

Amazing food. Loved their presentation of the seafood on ice at the entrance. Enjoyed the counter dining experience (walk-in only). Octopus, stuffed quail and sweetbread were all tasty with a little surprise each time the dish was served (creative flair). Dessert was superb, fluffy cream well balanced with fig. Definitely would love to return for more. I had a little to comment to make though: please consider having a tea and hot drink menu, and more interesting non-alcholic beverage options.

We had an amazing date on the restaurant. The food was peak, i am spaniard and my boyfriend choose the restaurant to try the food. I was not sure but i was gladly surprise that the food was another level. Every dish nailed it to the top. Authentic and best quality. Pedro was super nice accomodating us, our waiter was Mark, he was attentive and really sweet with us. Took care of every detail. We ordered the tortilla, the croquetas, the pig, the pulpo and the pluma iberica! 100% recommended.

Went to Sabor this past week and honestly the whole experience was brilliant. Caroline at reception deserves a special mention she was amazing on the phone when I called ahead, and even better in person. I waited about 15 minutes, but it didn’t feel like a hassle at all because the place has that lively, bustling Spanish counter vibe. Food-wise, everything hit exactly how people say it does in the reviews. The John Dory was cooked perfectly: soft, clean flavour, nothing overdone. The txistorra tortilla was rich and comforting with that smoky sausage. The croquetas were crisp outside and creamy inside. And the pan con tomate with cecina was simple but ridiculously good: sweet tomato, great olive oil, and that cured beef melting on top. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Overall, exactly the kind of place you go back to. Spanish food done properly, great atmosphere, and genuinely lovely service.

Had a truly amazing experience. Went with my girlfriend and her parents and we had such a good time. The food was some of the best Spanish I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in Madrid for a year. It was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was good without exceptions. We sat at the counter which was a very nice experience given it felt like you could order with the kitchen directly. Service was flawless and the atmosphere was very nice. I am planning to go back given I didn’t try all the dishes and forgot to take enough pictures, but judging by the ones I had, they are definitely worth another visit.

Service was really great - very knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was - we ordered side with the main course and it was served pretty much after we finished the main course. The place is a bit high, delicious but not 100% sure if it lives up to the price. I would probably come back to try other menu within the restaurant. Overall it was nice.
Ela N — Google review
The food overall was okay. Even though the portions are quite small and expensive they say it is an experience. First of all, if you hate you hate; the smell of egg on the plates and on the glass. We requested to rewash them. Guys, people pay a lot there and they deserve better hygiene. Please do not put your eggy smell dishes into same dishwasher with other dishes. It will end up smelling like egg. One of my friends ordered sangria and what she got is half glass sangria with 5 ice cube in it. The glass was wrong for sangria. The glasses were also smelly. The atmosphere and the weather outside was good. But i don’t think it deserves Michelin (since I am not the expert it is only an opinion). I will try another to see the difference this week.

After a year of living in London, we finally tried NOPI and it didn’t disappoint! We started with Ottolenghi’s spicy nuts and focaccia, both full of flavor and perfectly prepared. For mains, we shared a variety of dishes: aubergine, burrata, octopus, and lamb kofta, each one beautifully presented and delicious. The carrots and Wolves Lane greens made great sides. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the wait, we’ll be back!

Even despite being at basically full capacity they managed to find me a seat and served perfectly well past their closing time. The atmosphere is great, it's lively but also not too overwhelming thanks to lightning, candles, etc. Food wise absolutely incredible! The starter was divine, then the vege course was unfortunately very spicy for me but even so I could appreciate what an interesting taste it would've been if I could actually enjoy it 😅 And then the dessert... Delicious doesn't begin to cover it. I may or may have not moaned out loud from the first bite. 10/10, take it without even thinking. I got it because of a waiter's recommendation, after which he still described everything else in detail very patiently and helpfully. That's literally the standard of service business should aspire to be. Overall, highly highly recommend. The place is definitely not kosher though as they serve octopus, shellfish and pork. There are vege only options though! There's also no mocktails of any kind - missed opportunity in my opinion!

A fine dining Mediterranean spot with a modern, stylish vibe. Started with the Ottolenghi roasted spiced nuts. The fermented chickpea pancake felt too oily, but the server kindly swapped it for a heritage tomato and feta starter, which was excellent. For mains, the blackened chicken paired perfectly with the tomato dish. Friendly service and a thoughtfully crafted menu make this a great dining experience.

What a nice place, of course famous for its host Ottolenghi. We didn’t meet him there (neither did we expect to do so) but we had a very nice evening there with great food and service. The food is different than in other places but genuinely following the cooking style of its famous owner. The place is usually crowded so make reservations and get there in time.

Nestled off the lively high street, this hidden gem of a restaurant delivers fantastic service paired with vibrant, flavorful dishes and a diverse selection of vegetarian and meat options. I couldn’t resist sharing a couple of veggie delights—succulent aubergine, a delightful chickpea pancake, and the irresistible Valdeón cheesecake, which truly stole the show and was the highlight of our meal. Probably I was quite full from the first few dishes, the pork belly didn’t quite wow me as much. The cozy tables are a bit close together, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. Sadly, we were too satisfied to explore the dessert menu, but I’m already eager to return and indulge again!

While I was grateful they could squeeze us on a communal table in the basement, I could just about taste the underwhelming flavours through the raucous noise of neighbouring diners. The soy/gochujang sauce on the main was as sweet as caramel. The side of roasted carrots were served on the colder side and lacked any bite or texture. The best dish by far was the aubergine starter, scooped up with the bread, but it went downhill from there. I questioned whether or not the dessert would have been good, but I'll guess we'll never know.
Mark H — Google review
We came with high expectations as we have the chef's delicious books where we make weekly his dishes and are wowed everytime. The food is not cheap, we took 6 dishes plus dessert: - focaccia was good but not warm enough, it came with olive oil (delicious) - but was missing a balsamic sauce IMO - burrata was delicious - pumpkin was ok, I think it was missing a glaze so if you wouldn't grab all ingredients it was tasteless. - the skewer was delicious- the best dish, good flavours. Then the worst dishes - which I would expect better from this level of chef: - fish was literally bad, it came over some kind of veggie soup kind of sauce - which of course didn't compliment the fish and tasted stale. - the chicken - it came dry, those type of chicken on the bone should melt when you cut the meat, it didn't so it was a struggle to eat it, and too bad as the flavours did work. The waitress listened and they offered us a free dessert and they accepted the feedback very well. The 2nd issue is the noise, you can't hear yourself over people talking loudly. Overall - medium, id stay with making ottolongy's delicious food home.

Ottolenghi is a chic deli and takeaway spot that offers a fusion of flavors from North Africa and the Middle East. With multiple locations across London, each restaurant has its own unique charm and serves mouthwatering Mediterranean small plates and desserts. The elegant atmosphere makes it perfect for a date night or a gathering with friends.
Yes, it was delicious but it was more than that. The interior was fun right off the bat - pastries and salad items on display in front, a single round white table in the back for 6 or so. Order one main dish (hot or cold) and two salads. A riot of differing ingredients that somehow all worked wonderfully together. It was like being invited to a friend’s country home who also happened to be a world-class chef.

The food was good - some dishes were better than others of course, but I love the complexity and interesting combination of flavors. I've no idea why anyone would complain of small portions. My friend and I each ordered a main with 2-3 salads. Each portion was sufficient to generous. We also each ordered a dessert and coffee. Each dessert was fantastic. Really lovely crumb and great flavors for my cake. The seating was limited but we managed a seat inaide at the community table. The people we sat beside were lovely. We had wonderful conversation. The service was friendly and attentive. When I recognized the name of a chef, our server had him come out to meet us. It was an embarrassing fangirl moment, but I very much appreciated the thoughtfulness and time dedicated to us. We had a great meal and a truly memorable experience; it was a highlight of my trip to London.

What can I say, Ottolenghi is just fantastic. Top quality baked goods and beautiful fresh salads. This time we bought 3 cookies and 2 cakes and all of them were outstanding. Perfectly baked and superb flavours. 100% worth the money.

Everything I had was so delicious, well prepared, and had so much intentional flavor. Ottolenghi does it again. The Shakshuka was rich and packed with spice and complexity. The baked treats are vast and too many to just pick one, but if the three I had they were flawless. The table for 10 people in the back is cozy, first come first serve and is usually packed. No toilet so keep that in mind if you sit for a couple cups of coffee. The atmosphere and staff are warm and welcoming. It is a great stop and go or if you are lucky and can get a seat grab it for a truly wonderful experience.

Beautiful take-away shop with a little communal table at the back. Highly seasonal, daily-changing menu. Delicious mains and great selection of salads from the counter. A true gem. No customer toilets.

Great place with kind staff and tasty food. The food comes out very quickly. The shakshuka is excellent and comes with a unique smoky taste. Only down side is that there's only 1 table inside and no bathroom, so it's less ideal for sitting.

Ottolenghi is a trendy delicatessen located on Motcomb Street in Knightsbridge that serves Mediterranean cuisine. Yotam Ottolenghi, the author of 3 bestselling cookbooks has 3 other delis in London as well as a restaurant. As I arrived, the place was very busy. With just one shared table at the back full of people having lunch I decided to have a take away salad box. With an array of beautiful salads and cakes in front of me, it was a real feast for the eyes. I opted for the Roasted Aubergine with Saffron Yoghurt, Walnuts, Pomegranate and Basil as well as the Green Beans with Hazelnuts, Orange and Taragon. The salads were well flavoured, tasty and of good quality for a salad on the go. They also had a selection of mains to choose from including beef, salmon, tuna, turkey and chicken. I felt that this place has been way over hyped. The salads are very decent but not mouth watering. However, staff are professional and very efficient. Take away salads are priced by weight at 100g. Prices are on the high side. You could go home feeling hungry.

Lovely food, and the deserts are amazing if you know what to pick! Chocolate and hazelnut brownie was great, halva and caramel slice was good too - spiced caramel with a light shortbread-like base. The baked chocolate tart with tahini and sesame brittle was an unexpectedly harmonious marriage of flavours, and delicious as well.

The Hackney Road location features a colorful and buzzy atmosphere, with a cocktail bar downstairs that serves delicious citrus-infused classic cocktails. The modernist bar is adorned in orange and vibrant blue colors with golden uplighting, creating a cheerful ambiance.
this one is a favourite! bf took me there to celebrate my birthday and we had the best food/cocktails! so amazed we barely took any pictures 😂 will definitely go back there! only critic is that the food arrived all at once, with no time between the dishes… so next time i would order 2 or 3 dishes and then continue to order after finishing those. good service overall and cute ambiance!

Had a lovely dinner on a Saturday night here. We sat at the bar and got a variety of small plates. The humous was delicious with crispy shallots on top. The pumpkin was also really tasty. We ordered two bread baskets. The first was delicious, warm and soft. Sadly the second portion was cold and hard so we didn’t finish this. The pardon peppers were alright, not a standout. The red chicory salad was so fresh and the walnuts and blue cheese added crunch and flavour.

A pretty exquisite meal in a cool restaurant. We were able to walk-in with relative ease for a counter table on a Friday night. Menu is quite extensive, would highly recommend the hummus, tortilla and lamb chops. The suelovivo bottle of red was also delightful. Will be returning.

Very cool vibe in this open space restaurant with open kitchen and bar in the middle. Staff is very friendly and food is fantastic! I'd recommend to get the fries aubergine with the feta cream (too good to be true) and the pan con tomate! The chocolate mousse with olive oil is an interesting twist which I'd also recommend to try! Overall I do recommend it!

My partner and I went here on a Saturday night. We booked with ease through open table and secured a reservation for 7pm. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. Restaurant was quite cramped as people kept brushing off my partner. Food was good- however pricey. Portion sizes could be more generous however very tasty. We had the bread basket, houmous, labneh, beef, octopus and chocolate mouse. My partner had a half pint (the only option available) and I stuck to tap water. The total came to approx £90, which again was on the pricier side. Dessert was disappointing, we shared a chocolate olive oil mousse which lacked flavour. Service was good and staff were attentive. Overall it was still a pleasant experience with a good atmosphere!!

Amazing experience. Shakira welcomed me in a fantastic way, and the group of close-knit people organized a wonderful dinner. Spanish and North African flavors, new ways to taste food and learn about different cultures. I must say I’m really satisfied—I highly recommend this experience!

First of all, my friend got splashed with oil (on her jacket and hair) when the waiter passed a dish over her - even though there was plenty of space between us to avoid that. The waiter noticed it and just said, “Oh, I spilled some oil on you,” - with no apology and no offer from the restaurant to cover dry-cleaning costs. Secondly, the tapas portion was impressively small - the smallest I’ve ever seen. The taste was okay, nothing special. The interior is really nice, but it’s not enough to make up for the other downsides. Never coming back again.

Beyond our expectations and delicious. Love the bread!!! It was very delicious. Highly recommend the fried aubergines with goat cheese. The check peas one was good too. We were 4 people shared and no drinks, £19/pp. quite a fair price. Would like to try its brunch menu next time!

Bakery
E5 Bakehouse is an artisan bakery and cafe in Hackney with a strong community focus. It started as a supplier of excellent loaves and has now expanded to offer mouthwatering brunches, organic lunches, and a variety of sweet and savory treats. The bakery's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of fresh produce from its Suffolk farm, including organically grown wheat processed in its own stone mill.
I had an amazing time at the sourdough bread course at e5 Bakehouse last Saturday. It was a beautiful day, and the whole experience was inspiring from start to finish. Alex, our teacher, was fantastic—so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his craft. He made the learning process fun, clear, and really engaging. The rest of the team was just as warm and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere throughout the day. I learned so much and left with new skills, more confidence, and, of course, lots of bread! Highly recommend this course to anyone curious about baking or just looking for a special and enjoyable experience in London.

First time coming here and loved the space. Great selection of bread and cakes as well as drinks. I ordered a BLT and a slice of their danish which tasted great! They have outdoor and indoor seating. I had a lovely time catching up with a friend here for a few hours, staff were very attentive and quick to clear up empty plates. Laptop friendly environment, would definitely love to come back on my own and do some work.

This is one of east London's most popular artisan bakeries, located right next to the entrance of London Fields train station. There is only a small sign to let people know that it's there. But once inside, it's like doctor who's TARDIS, bigger on the inside! I paid a visit early on Saturday morning, and it was bustling. Despite being located only a 5-minute walk from Broadway market I would think that this place gets very busy about Saturday lunchtime to afternoon. This place also roasts it own coffee, hence my interest. Prices are par for the course for an artisan bakery in London. I had a pain au chocolate and a flat white, both were excellent. Competition for artisan coffee in this part of London is tough, it has to be good and it most certainly is. Recommended by myself.

Holy cow this was good!! I had the fried egg & halloumi bun, as well as a corn madeline/scone thing. The bun was yummm — super tasty bread with just the right balance of sweet/savoury/umami. I had the corn snack a little later and it really threw me off: moist inside but with a satisfying crust. Would 100% return, this time with an empty stomach and some grocery bags.

The Breakfast Club Soho is a popular spot in London known for its cheerful and quirky atmosphere, serving English and American breakfasts, comfort foods, and burgers.
We went there with my partner and our dog. We had to wait around 20 minutes to get in, as the place was absolutely packed, but it was totally worth it. Once inside, we had such a fantastic experience. Even though it was incredibly busy, every single member of staff was smiling, cheerful, and genuinely kind. You couldn’t feel any stress at all, even though they were clearly working nonstop. They immediately made us feel welcome, and they were so lovely with our dog, giving her cuddles and making sure we all felt comfortable from the start. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and the place itself is really charming. After so many years living in London, we’ve noticed how hospitality standards have sadly gone down in recent years, but this place truly stands out. It reminded us what great service and genuine warmth feel like. Highly recommend it, great food, great atmosphere, and truly wonderful people.

Extremely busy booking is a must. Good Quality products. 2nd time I've been this chain and I must say I was very disappointed with the temperature of the food, only things warm was the sausage. Had the same problem at there London Bridge location. Need to try harder in serving a hot breakfast!

Cozy breakfast spot located right in the heart of Soho serving delicious savory dishes. An absolute refreshing change from the usual sweet heavy brunch menus. We visited as a group of six and were seated impressively quickly, which is rare for central London. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel welcome right away. I was especially impressed by their Strawberry Matcha. High quality, vibrant and just sweet enough. The Iced Latte with an extra shot of caramel was also excellent. As for food, I recommend the Smashed Avocado Toast topped with crispy bacon, and hash browns. Generous portions and packed with flavor. If you’re after a savory brunch spot with great service, central location and fair pricing, this place is well worth a visit.🥑🍳

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Breakfast Club in London serves a really good breakfast, and the quality of the food definitely stands out. I tried one of their classic dishes, and everything was well prepared, flavorful and satisfying. The only downside is the long queue at the entrance, which can be a bit discouraging, especially when you are really hungry. However, once inside, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made sure everything was brought to the table promptly. In the end, the wait felt worth it for a hearty meal and a pleasant start to the day.

Really great breakfast/brunch. As other reviews say definitely try and book if you can as we waited around 35 mins for a table but well worthwhile. All staff really friendly and food was great, huevos rancheros and smashed avocado on toast both highly recommended and if you want a “boozy” start to the day try a paloma we loved them!

Restaurant specializing in breakfast. The menu goes from a full English to fluffy pancakes and every breakfast item in between. There's a short cocktail menu if you need that morning mimosa. The service is friendly, swift and helpful. The restaurant is card payment only. Ordered the Eggs Benedict, my go to dining out breakfast item. The eggs were overcooked. The muffins were tough, spent a lot of time sawing through them. Overall it was tasty but not a pleasure to eat. I told the staff this after they asked and was offered a free coffee. Was disappointed with the quality of what I ordered, but would go back and order something different.

I totally recommend The Breakfast Club Soho. It is casual and cozy. Staff was very kind and helpful. I got my tea and food just few minutes after ordering. I will come back for sure in my next visit to London and will recommend this pllace to friends as well

Overall a good experience, the staff were really friendly but the service was a little slow. We pre booked but were only allowed the table for 1 hour, so it felt a little rushed because we were celebrating a birthday. The food itself was really good but I would really recommend pre-booking as there was a long queue if you hadn't. For vegans there is a lot of choice.

My first time here. A great idea. Using the darts machine was really easy and the games suggested were good fun. The pizzas arrived on a paddle and were very tasty, hot and plenty. Good value. Which was surprising, considering where we were in London. Downstairs looked like fun. We didn’t go. Maybe next time. Plus, the toilets were really clean.

I had a very enjoyable visit with my mate for a few drinks. We sat at the bar and received top-notch service from a bartender who was both easy to talk to and genuinely passionate about his craft. The whole place had a good vibe, perfect for watching the game, playing darts, or just chatting. I didn't order food, but it looked very appetizing. The drinks were standard prices, but had some interesting options, and the bartender kindly made us a custom drink which was a fantastic personal touch. A solid establishment for a good night out.

Flight Club Shoreditch is a really fun and energetic spot that mixes the vibe of a lively bar with the excitement of social darts. The design is colorful and playful and the whole place feels ready for a good night out. It is easy to get into the mood as soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly and keeps the evening running smoothly. They explain the game quickly, help with any questions and make sure the groups are well taken care of. Service at the bar is fast and the team stays upbeat even when the place gets busy. The darts setup is the highlight and the automatic scoring system makes the games easy to follow and even more enjoyable. It works great for groups and adds a competitive but relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are good and the food options are perfect for sharing with friends. If I had to mention one thing, the sound level can get quite high during peak hours so it may not be the best choice if you want a quiet drink. Overall Flight Club Shoreditch is an excellent place for a fun evening with friends with great drinks, friendly staff and a lively atmosphere. The restaurant offers delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, making it a nice spot for branch . However, the prices are a bit on the higher side, and the portion sizes could be more generous for the cost. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience but slightly expensive for what you get.

Had a lovely brunch with my friends here for my birthday, however: - prepare to queue (we queued 1 hour) - service is waaaaaaay below average: for the amount of time you wait in the line, you wouldn’t expect to wait 20min for each coffee ordered, because let’s be honest: it doesn’t take 20min to make a cappuccino! I ordered 2 and waited 20-30min each time! - food was good - prices are London prices, nothing shocking! To be honest I didn’t get the whole farm/healthy vibe..I think it’s a regular brunch place, but the food was good, so if you are not bothered by the above points, I would recommend a visit. Dog friendly!

£16 for some scrambled egg and little bit of toppings and £13 for 2 small pancakes with barely any sirup and 2 sad looking pieces of bacon presented with barely any effort!! Sorry, but for the food offered AND the presentation the price needs to be much much lower!! Drinks were fine, matcha was very milky and not enough matcha and the cappuccino cup was quite small for the price as well. Ambience is nice and service was fine. But definitely not visiting again if I am hungry and want to feel satisfied after eating.

Definitely pass !!! Not worth the hype or price ! Honestly food was overpriced, not good and dry and pancakes were burnt and dry with no syrup. Drinks were mediocre. Wait was long. Restaurant was drafty. Staff was also not attentive and weren't very polite. Overall do not go here, so many other options

Okay - Farm Girl is cute spot, Boho brunch vibes, healthy-ish creative menu all checked. Reservations are recommended as the lines can be long & space is compact. While the food & drinks look super interesting, the taste can be a hit or miss. I guess you really are going for the vibes & to feel good about what you eat. Don’t go expecting much & you’d be pleasantly surprised. The service is decent. If the wait time is 30+ mins, I’d skip it or else maybe worth the hippie hot chocolate.

Highly-rated. For a good reason. Well-decorated and nicely-spaced seating means you’re not overly crowded. Staff friendly and quick to take drinks orders and ensure all have a food menu. A few dietary needs were noted and staff keep to check they could be accommodated; speaking to the kitchen and returning quickly. Well presented; piping-hot food served within 15 mins of ordering. Popped in for a table for 2, without a booking. Was given a table at the bar which was fine. Food was nicely flavoured with subtle spices and and rech flavours. Definelty quality and not quantity.

We had a lovely dinner. My husband cooks at least one meal a week from an Ottolenghi cookbook (we have 3). So I knew what to expect in flavor and, unfortunately, it just wasn’t there. Mind you the food was good, but I expected more. The service was excellent. Our waitress told us she was new, we wouldn’t have know it, she was great. The atmosphere is why I would never eat here again. We couldn’t hear each other. The only soft surfaces in the room are the dowdy curtains and the people. So everything echos and the people speak louder to be heard. In fact, Apple Watch gave me a decibel warning during dinner. 🙄

After my last meal at NOPI, Ottolenghi continues to impress with his great recipes be it the main course or the salads. The coffee chicken was grilled to perfection & the cabbage was a hit! Was told that different outlets offer a different menu so I’m keen to try more the next time

Stopped by Ottolenghi – Spitalfields (📍50 Artillery Ln, London E1 7LJ) and enjoyed the experience. I ordered a latte, which was smooth, rich, and genuinely well-prepared—one of the better ones I’ve had in London. Also tried their White Chocolate Cheesecake Tart with Raspberry Compote It had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, with a creamy filling and fresh raspberry topping. Light but satisfying. The space feels calm and inviting, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. A great spot to relax or catch up with someone over coffee and dessert. Would come again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant and was truly impressed by the depth and creativity of the flavors. I tried the lamb, chicken, prawns, beetroot salad, and labne with bread—and every single dish left a lasting impression. What fascinated me most was the way the flavors were combined—each bite was an explosion on my palate, perfectly balanced yet bold and memorable. I also loved that nearly every dish was paired with some form of labne or yogurt, which added a cool, creamy contrast that elevated the whole experience. If I had to rank the dishes based on my personal taste, I would say the lamb stood out the most—it was rich, tender, and beautifully spiced. The chicken followed closely, incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the prawns were delicate and fresh with just the right touch of seasoning. But honestly, everything was amazing—this ranking is purely personal because every bite was a delight. To top it all off, the passion fruit cheesecake was fantastic—light, tangy, and the perfect sweet finish to an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves bold flavors and thoughtful pairings.

The appetizer dish with raw vegetables was not quite to my liking, everything else was delicious food. There was a dish with grilled leek with whipped cod’s roe. It was so flavorful - amazing. Mr. Ottolenghi was there personally - what better way than to mentor talented chefs.

We had amazing food, it was fresh and tasty. The servers were very friendly and helping as having a full restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing and I will be coming back again without a doubt. The deserts at the end were very good, I do recommend them as well, they are very good quality.

Granger and Co. in Notting Hill offers an international dining experience with an Australian twist. The airy, no-reservations dining room features large windows and a welcoming, easy-going atmosphere. Known for its legendary breakfasts, the restaurant serves up cloud-like scrambled eggs, famous ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter, and wonderfully light corn fritters stacked with savory spinach and crispy bacon. Healthy options like almond milk chia seed pots and avocado toast are also available until 12 pm.
I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this lovely restaurant. The service was so warm and welcoming ♥️ it truly made my morning. The poached egg was absolutely the most delicious I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The pancakes were something special too, so unique and unlike any I’ve tried before. A perfect spot to start the day with a smile ♥️

Queue moved quickly and great service. Nice cocktails and lattes. Unfortunately we'd just missed the brunch menu. Ordered the avocado with poached egg on toast which was really well made but simple.

I am from America. My wife and I ate here three mornings in a row during our last holiday to London. The quality and the creative twist on the food was terrific. The service was first class. Zen was our waiter he was so kind and gave us great suggestions for new places to visit across London.

We stopped by Granger & Co around 3pm for an afternoon snack and coffee. There was no wait, though the restaurant was lively and buzzing. We ordered a pot of fresh mint tea, a latte, and their famous hotcake. The ricotta hotcakes were incredible—super fluffy, not too sweet or greasy, and perfectly paired with caramelized bananas. Latte was fantastic as well. Service was excellent, with attentive and kind staff. Looking forward to coming back to try more of their dishes!

We had such a great experience at Granger & Co Notting Hill location! Austin and Tony were so accommodating and genuinely friendly.. they made our last day in London extra enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the freshly-squeezed orange juice was a perfect touch. Highly recommend for great service and a relaxed, welcoming vibe!

Roast is a restaurant located in the former floral hall atop Borough Market, offering modern interpretations of classic British dishes with stunning city views. Whether visiting the bustling market to gather fresh ingredients or simply taking a leisurely stroll, Roast provides a convenient and elevated dining experience at the heart of it all. While known for its meat offerings, the restaurant also serves an enticing afternoon tea.
Had a table for 2 for roast dinner - One of the best Sunday roasts I’ve ever had! All of the food was spot on, from the vegetables, to the roast potatoes, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Views over the market, attentive staff. Pricey, but you get what you pay for!
Andy J — Google review
I have not been to Borough market for a number of years but the highlight used to be Roast to Go where they happily gave you chopped up pork and crackling with apple sauce and no bun. Or with the bun if you wanted it. I was crushed when I realised it was no longer there so decided to go to the Roast restaurant where I ordered the roast pork. Unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. The crackling was soft but not crackly. The pork was Ok but the middle bit very tough. The roast potatoes were OK but I have had better. Their bread was good Great views since they put me in a great window seat. Service was good and this plus the seat location is what got them to three stars. But I would be hard pressed to recommend the food. Shame. I had hoped to find a replacement for the stunning roast pork they used to serve. Happy to pay a lot more for the restaurant and it was about 4x the price but need it to be as incredibly good which it wasn’t. I shall have to find another option. The paella stall was busy so I might have to try that. I was sort of happy to get away from the crowds to eat but food needed to be better

We visited Roast in Borough Market for their special Halloween Afternoon Tea, and it was such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was elegant but warm, with great views over the market and just the right seasonal touch in the décor — festive without being over the top. The Halloween theme was really well thought out — from the spooky little pastries to the creative presentation. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The sandwiches were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the black, spooky scones came out warm with plenty of clotted cream and jam. The themed desserts were both fun and delicious — especially the chocolate spider and pumpkin tart! Service was friendly, always with a smile, polite and attentive without being intrusive, and the whole experience felt special and relaxed. It’s a great twist on a classic afternoon tea, and perfect for the season. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something festive and quintessentially London in the heart of Borough Market. 👻🎃☕

We had the afternoon tea at Roast, as a celebration for my sister's hen do. There were a lot of teas to choose from and all the ones we tried were great. The food was amazing. I had the vegan afternoon tea, and didn't feel like I was missing out or being given a poor substitute of the main thing. The warm food, sandwiches and cakes were delightful and very filling. We ended up taking the scones home because we were so full. The staff kindly supplied boxes for us to do so. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and makes it a really special place for an occasion.
Phoebe H — Google review
Amazing Halloween decorations definitely 10/10. We tried the vegetarian afternoon tea, which was nice but the scones needed improvements, they were not your typical scones in afternoon tea hard and flaky and we didn’t finish them as really not tasty at all. Service was slow and waiters not attentive but other than service and scones the experience was good. The Halloween decor made up for the slow service.
Rowena S — Google review
Great atmosphere. I didn’t try the cocktails but my companions loved theirs. The scallop starter was divine and my scotch egg was perfectly executed. My companions were happy with the generous portioning of their fish main and Beef Wellington, although the one with the roast pork had a small battle on her hands as the rind was more tough than crisp. Wonderful service and views.
Lara L — Google review
Beautiful set up of the restaurant. A bit compact so minimal room to move around including the restroom which was a queue. The food was delicious and service was lovely. However I wasn’t expecting to be rushed before I my dessert arrived because there was a queue waiting to be seated. It was quite busy for a Sunday lunch which made it a little difficult to fully enjoy the experience as it was a birthday treat.

From my mum. I visited with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter yesterday morning for a surprise birthday breakfast, and I want to extend my gratitude and thanks to the staff working that day, for making me us so very welcome. The breakfast was exceptionally good and your waiting staff ensured that our dietary needs were well catered for. We have dined at several high-end venues, and my family have been to the Berners Taveon a couple of occasions, but this was my first visit, and I am certainly looking forward to returning in the near future. I would also like to thank you for the beautiful bouquet of flowers, and also a very special thanks to the lovely waiter/host who was so attentive and smelt wonderful, and when I commented, surprised me at the end of our visit, by presenting me with his own little bottle of gorgeous scented rose oil to take home. That was the kindest gesture. I cannot remember his name but I have enclosed a photograph. Please can you thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I would also like to compliment him on his attentive service with a smile. He is a credit to you, and deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service and going the extra mile. Thank you all so much. With kind regards and very warmest wishes to you all,

Bread wasn’t tasty, coffee was nice, beef tartar was nice, Bloody Mary wasn’t to my taste and it costs £19, Roast beef did not taste very nice as well, veggies were too oily but tasted fine, cauliflower cheese only had 2 there tasted fine, pumpkin tart tasted ok. Overall far far from Kerridges Bar and Grill so won’t be back for sure.

I recently visited here with my boyfriend for my birthday meal for the first time and I was very pleasantly surprised. The setting was so romantic and the design gave such a lovely vintage chic vibe. The food and wine were both gorgeous. The staff were lovely and at the end they bought out a special (gluten free) happy birthday dessert for me. Catered very well for my gluten allergy, would definitely come again.

This was actually my second visit to Berners Tavern, and sadly it didn't live up to my first experience. The space remains a stunning and memorable place for a special occasion. However I was disappointed this time around with both the service and the quality of the food and drinks. When ordering cocktails as a pre-dinner drink we specifically asked to have them before the starters arrived, which I got up to clarify with the waiter when I realised perhaps he's misunderstood us. But in fact they turned up at pretty much the same time. Throughout the evening I also found that the waiting we had was weirdly more attentive to me (male) than my partner (female) in a way that felt quite dismissive at times. For the food and drinks, while not bad, for the price point (and based on a previous visit) I'd expect a far higher standard. The Octopus was a genuine highlight, and the Tuna tartare was nice but a little underwhelming. The Venison was cooked nicely but underseasoned and lacking in flavour for such a normal wonderful meat. And the pork belly seemed to suffer from the same. The wine was nice enough, but for the price point lacked the kind of character and complexity you'd expect. Overall, I'm not sure I'd confidently recommend people to go here in terms of what their expectations might be based on the style and price point that it's trying to offer vs the consistency of being able to deliver on that. Sadly I could imagine that if you booked this as a truly special occasion type meal it might be 50/50 on if you come away feeling delighted or quite disappointed.
Tom W — Google review
We recommended this place for a friend who initially had planned for a private dining, but later changed for for normal dining room for a smaller group of around 10 people. They offered a £90 set menu to select from a very limited selection - some of the combination barely make £90. One of the sommeliers hovered our table, instead of bringing drinks, kept asking random guests about "minimum spend" when our host already changed the booking from private dining to normal dining area - and unbelievably they "tried" to charge us for the minimum spend, of £250 per person. They dropped this only when challenged! The service was inconsistent - some lovely waiters and sommeliers, some really dumb. My steak came without a sauce because the person who took order never asked me - my steak was cold after 8 minutes. I had to walk to the kitchen to demand my sauce for the meat. About 15 minutes later, a waiter brought me a ketchup (I asked for the sauce for the meat, never asked for a ketchup). My drink did not arrive within reasonable time. Twice it was forgotten and I asked about 3 times, each time. I'm local and came here actually for the 3rd time. I regret recommending this place. Atmosphere and setting is great, but the service and food are both very inconsistent.

Nestled by the serene West Boating Lake in Victoria Park, Pavilion Cafe is a delightful waterfront spot that invites you to unwind with its airy ambiance. This charming cafe specializes in organic breakfast options and unique lunch specials, making it a perfect retreat after a leisurely stroll through the park. You can savor your coffee while observing playful ducks or take in stunning lakeside views from the deck that extends over the water.
Pavilion is one of my favourite cafés in East London. Located in the heart of Victoria Park, Pavillion offers some of the best pastries in town. They specialise in Sri Lankan food and have a unique breakfast menu. I had the Sri Lankan roti and dal which was absolutely perfect, extra points for fresh curry leaves! What makes Pavilion even more special are the staff at the cafe who are super friendly. Huge shout out to Sam who made us feel very welcome! If you’re visiting soon, would highly recommend trying the cardamom and turmeric buns.

This was a lovely stop. What an amazing cafe to stop by when you're having a stroll in the park. I had the cheese and kimchi toasty and it was perfect. Gooey salty melted cheese on a crispy sourdough bread, all balanced out with some sour kimchi to the side. Exactly what i wanted. We also got some baked goods. The Chocolate au pain, chocolate chip cookie and a cinnamon roll. All baked perfectly to my liking. Airy soft au pain, chewy dens cinnamon roll and soft and chewy chocolate cookies. Personally i liked the vibe a lot, especially with some nice reggae music to accompany my lunch. Thank you so much!

The cafe is nestled within Victoria Garden, offering plenty of outdoor seating—perfect whether you’re visiting solo or with a group. The garden and lake views are stunning. We ordered a flat white with oat milk and an Americano, paired with almond croissants. The coffee was excellent, and the croissants were outstanding—crisp on the outside, soft and tender inside, with a generous portion. You can tell they use premium ingredients and possibly even infrared baking. They also sell housemade granola and peanut butter to take home, which I really enjoyed with my breakfast yogurt. I’ll definitely be returning.

Despite the fact that it was very busy on Sunday, we were able to find tables with beautiful views of the lake. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The view is spectacular. P.S. The boats 🛶 on the water remind me of a movie scene from The Notebook. 📔

The best place for avocado toast. The best I had in my life! They use high quality of ingredients all the time. Always everything is in a good presentation and looking fresh. Matcha is delicious. Love their pastry as well. The view is amazing, the place is small but cozy and it is reallying pretty spot. #toast 522 — was debating between getting the Pb&J Brioche or the chili eggs but went with something savoury instead 🍳🍳 I think the flavors worked really well together and it’s a very refreshing flavor with the yogurt that isn’t overly garlicky 🍃 spent the early afternoon drawing in here and listening to someone talk about how to play the pokemon trading card game for 10 minutes which I thought was really in depth… like university lecture level. Came here as a solo diner and enjoyed the coziness of the small hidden gem in Neal’s Yard. Just a heads up, their kitchen closes at 4pm!! But drinks and pastries are still available after then :) Follow @nomkakaii on Instagram for more toast travels!

The omelette was truly one of the best I’ve had in London — perfectly cooked and full of rich, balanced flavors that make every bite unforgettable. The coffee added a whole different vibe, smooth and comforting with every sip. And the toast carried all the flavors beautifully, completing a meal that’s absolutely worth trying!

I had high expectations for this breakfast place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them. I had to wait in line for quite a long time, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. The menu was quite limited, with very few options available. The food was average and nothing stood out in terms of taste or presentation. There are definitely better breakfast spots that offer more variety and a better overall experience — and without such a long wait.

This place is brilliant, never done shuffle before but it was a hell alot of FUN haha. The pizzas are literally 10/10 I loved every single one they brought out. They was thin no to doughy and just about right I will certainly be going back and that’s even if it’s for the pizza 😍 me and my friend did the bottomless brunch which is cheap and money well spent for what you get. The staff - Nessna, Sam, Jorge and Renan really couldn’t not do anymore for us, they was quick with our food, drinks, showing us how to play the game and come over every time with a smile on there faces. I would highly recommend this for a bunch of friends that wanna kick start a fun day out. Can’t wait to visit again.

Barbecoa is a collaboration between American Adam Perry Lang and Briton Jamie Oliver, offering a menu of grilled British and Irish meats along with an extensive list of American whiskies. The restaurant is known for its steak and cocktails, as well as dishes like bone marrow and truffle mac & cheese. While some visitors have found the service to be inconsistent, others have praised the attentive staff and excellent sommelier.
What a wonderful place for a steak and cocktails! We go there at least once a year to see if consistency of flavours and service are there and it never disappoints! I definitely recommend getting the plate with bone marrow as well as truffle mac&cheese (to die for!). Their cocktails are amazing, there is a nice selection to choose from - I definitely recommend getting the old fashioned - not sure what they blend in but it's some kind of heavenly balance that you can't replicate at home! The best time to visit is the queen's birthday - you can have one of the best views of saint Paul's and planes flying over during the celebrations (that means you need to visit during lunchtime and ask for window seat ;)). Hope you'll love it as much as we do!

Amazing flavors. Impeccable cuisine. Incredible views! The pricing is completely justified by the location, sights, service, and quality. Definitely a gorgeous establishment, and a must-try when around St. Paul's.

One of my favourite places for meat. I don't come here very often and sometimes service is a bit hit and miss. We came here for the first time when it first opened and had a wonderful experience at the weekend. It was pretty empty as it usually is in the city at weekends so we got good attention and service, as well as an excellent sommelier. Came back a few times after that and generally thought the meat was a bit salty. Took clients to lunch this year and the lunch menu is a bargain. Food was great but service took a while due to the place being packed with city workers. Went again to dinner with visitors a month ago and service was rubbish, the waitress would not believe that the wine didn't taste quite right and insisted we didn't know what it should taste like. Eventually she got the sommelier to come and he replaced it. In summary: good food but mixed service

Best pork belly you'll ever eat! Sunday lunch here is just a dream - the views of St Paul's are stunning, staff are attentive and friendly, the whisky compendium is extensive, but ultimately it's the food that keeps me coming back time and again. Sunday roast doesn't get better than this!

Fantastic atmosphere, the food was outstanding and at a reasonable price. Their take on a scotch egg really hit the spot (Prawn Toast Scotch Egg) I ordered more than one. Excellent service and very pleasantly decorated restaurant. The fusion style menu brings together a refreshing mix of flavours and cultures. Our group of 5 ordered all the veggie small plates and enjoyed all (with the exception of the blood peach/tofu dish which wasn’t to our taste). The kale chaat was our favourite 👌🏽. Both the crispy aubergine and squash pakora dishes were delicious. Plates are definitely on the pricier side given the portion size but worth visiting for a special meal and to experience a different menu.

The ambiance was perfect with soft lighting and comfortable seating. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-rated restaurants near Marylebone London. As they mentioned..it’s a no border kitchen which serves food inspired by different cultures and flavours. We tried kale chat , vada pao bun , melon salad, green bean and cashew thoran, kuku paka with saffron rice which was a coconut based curry which we really enjoyed. Banana bread is a must try 😊 overall the best experience we had yesterday. Highly recommend this place to everyone…we will surely be back again to try rest of the menu 😊

Searching for a Restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Found Jikoni on CN Traveller review as one of the most romantic restaurants in London. Homely and relaxing feel and decor. Excellent Fusion food of African Indian taste reflecting the owner's Kenyan roots, I believe. Service stuff was efficient and good delivery was timely. Busy place cosy restaurant. The Venison samosa with Beetroot chutney was very tasty. The Chickpea Panisse that my wife had was delicious. She had the Hake and Moules with saffron rice was very tasty and inventive. I had the Scrag End pie (pulled lamb cottage pie) which was nicely flavoured , I think there should be more to accompany it like a salad, etc..looks bare. The paan Madeleine was made to order, warm and crispy with a touch of fennel seed. They give us a complimentary Banana cake for my wife's birthday was excellent. It was a lovely experience but mared by a freshly printed till recipe nonchalantly put on the table. Was expecting the bill to be put on a small tray or receipt holder/presenter. Feels careless. The nice gesture but afterthought of offering us complimentary fudge whilst we were putting on our coats feels out of sink. Tasty inventive fusion food but expensive price point for the Mains Courses and seafood items.

I had a great time there ! The restaurant is near my appartement and I went there without knowing the menu. It was a total surprise and I had such an amazing time. The food was delicious ! The staff as well. We were sitting outside but had a great time anyway. You can share everything with the table. All the dish were great, so as the cocktails. I have to come back to try the rest of the menu ! I will definitely recommend this restaurant !
Noé D — Google review
It's a nice place, I liked the interior and design. The colorful tablecloths create a cozy atmosphere. I didn't like the food; the presentation left much to be desired. The cocktails weren't impressive either; I had a Mimosa
Lara — Google review
Definitely a treat place but food was outstanding as was the service. A great cosy place for friends with such interesting food. Standouts were the lamb, and also the banana bread. Fusion cooking at its best. Must book!

We had a wonderful experience at Jikoni. Leilani stood out as an exceptional host. She offered her expertise with such confidence and warmth, guiding us through the menu in a way that felt both personal and knowledgeable. She painted a vivid picture of the flavours and the inspirations behind them. She didn’t just list dishes, she brought them to life. Her knowledge was incredibly informative and genuinely elevated our evening. It felt like so much more than just a dining experience as we got to appreciate the food on a much deeper level. This was for my birthday dinner and I was really taken aback in the best way by the warmth and hospitality. You could feel the care and it beautifully reflects the cultures the cuisine draws from. As someone from East Africa, I was delighted to see those influences represented so thoughtfully and creatively infused with flavours from South Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa. Jikoni has definitely become a memorable place that I will be returning to. Ravinder Bhogal has created something special with her vision and with staff like Leilani bringing that vision to life, the experience becomes unforgettable.

Modern European restaurant

British restaurant
Village East is a modern European brasserie offering a diverse menu and cocktails in an eclectic setting with brick and natural wood interior. The restaurant is known for its excellent service and cozy atmosphere. Guests can enjoy watching the open kitchen while waiting for their delicious, generous-sized courses. While it may get busy during weekends, it's still a great spot for group brunches with friendly service. Although the coffee might not be exceptional, the lunch/dinner menu offers promising options to come back for.
This is an outstanding restaurant with excellent service. Tried some very well-made cocktails at the bar whilst waiting for our table, and was made to feel very welcome. Enjoying the cosy atmosphere, we were then seated near the open kitchen where we witnessed dish after dish of mouth-watering food being made. Our festive sample menu was as good as anticipated and we enjoyed many beautiful, generous-sized courses, and a myriad of flavours. I loved the atmosphere and friendly, fun staff, and will definitely be returning.

Great spot for group brunches, friendly service but (as expected) gets busy and a bit slow on the weekend. Good pancakes! But the coffee was very meh. Lunch/dinner menu looks good though so- would come back!
Phoebe T — Google review
I had a very good hamburger here. It was a bit of a wait, but worth it. I like very much the ambience in front of the open kitchen. The bar area is also very nice. At the restaurant you feel a little tight in terms of space.

Very enjoyable lunch, on a relatively quiet Tuesday. Good cocktail options, as well as lunch. The Reuben sandwich was a delightful mission of a sandwich, and the chips strangely addictive.

Shockingly bad service, waited (starved) for 45mins waiting for restaurant to open, despite having a booking and bar staff knowing we were waiting to eat, no one bothered to come and get us from the bar (where I’d been surviving on strange oiled up almonds) Once we’d announced our booking to the foh & asked to be seated, were told we had 2hrs limit, it took further 20mins to order -there were 8 tables in service for some context. We’d finished a bottle of wine between 3 then had to ask where the food was as our reservation only had 30mins left before we’d need to vacate and food hadn’t come out yet.. food arrived -realised we’d not ordered sides to mains & equally surprised waiters hadn’t noticed or tried to up-sell us earlier. Every 20mins the smell of burnt toast filled the restaurant. There was a chef noticeably running between up and downstairs. Camembert was under baked and drenched in aioli, when sent back for re-baking it again came back on a burnt board, unmelted indicating it was infact a cheap camembert (that doesn’t melt). Squid was over cooked -batter burnt & greasy. Duck sharer was dry with hardly any dressing. Burger tasted charred in parts, chips hard, and some of the wines were massively overpriced for what they were. Staff apologetic but apathetic. One dish refunded. The only thing that arrived quickly was the bill. No one noticed nor said goodbye on exit, we could (should) have just legged it.

The bar is decent and quite spacious, spreading out across two asymmetric levels. It has enough tables to accomodate busy times. The food is alright and their drink selection OK although their portiobs are very stingy. I ordered a double whiskey and what I got was more like single. Their cocktails menu is limited.
Dimitris G — Google review
Amazing food and very good service bearing in mind it was packed. I loved the beetroot arancini. I'm definitely coming back to try other things in the menu. Quite a few vegan options, which is rare

Wild by Tart is a versatile space that combines a restaurant, bar, deli, event space, and photography studio. Located in Eccleston Yards, it offers a relaxed dining experience with a focus on seasonal and sustainable cuisine. The menu features dishes made with ingredients sourced from the owners' family farms in Somerset and Northumberland.
The food is amazing! Same for the cocktails and wine. Staff super friendly. We have dined here a few weeks before and also this time as a main we chose the Duroc pork tomahawk along with the charred hispi cabbage, wonderfully prepared and the best pork ever! The -delicious- starters are served rather quickly followed by a pause before main is being served so there is plenty of time to savour each dish. Definitely recommend and will come back.

This restaurant completely changed my outlook on food in London. Wow. Simply wow. You MUST try. We ordered the whipped feta, focaccia, a flatbread (the one with manchego), chicken, potatoes, & broccoli dishes. All were absolutely incredible.
Michael C — Google review
We were delighted to return to Wild Tart London and discover a completely new menu since our last visit — and what a treat it was. The restaurant continues to impress with its beautiful selection of modern Mediterranean flavours, skillfully balancing freshness, creativity, and elegance in every dish. Each plate was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing a vibrant mix of seasonal ingredients and unexpected flavour combinations that felt both refined and comforting. The menu feels like a journey across the Mediterranean, but with a distinctly contemporary twist. Service was warm and attentive, and the setting remains as stylish and inviting as ever. Whether you’re a returning guest or a first-timer, this place keeps reinventing itself in the best way. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service. The food was made from locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Good selection of vegetarian dishes in offer. The menu was a little confusing in terms of the sizes of dishes and which ones were specifically sharing plates. While slightly pricey, I can definitely recommend it for a nice meal for a special occasion.

Another memorable evening spent at Wild by Tart. The food is like a complete explosion on your palette, delicious dishes over & over. Wonderful atmosphere and literally the more times I go the more I love it. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant in Victoria.

We celebrated a birthday at Wild by Tart and had an exceptional experience. The service was genuinely outstanding. We all left talking about how knowledgeable, friendly and warm our waitress was. I wish I’d caught her name; she had the loveliest curly hair! It’s rare to receive service as impeccable as what we were given. The food was wonderful too. It is the perfect place to discover new favourites you might never have thought to try.
Elham M — Google review
Set in a beautifully converted former power station, the space is airy, plant‑draped, and effortlessly stylish. The menu is a celebration of bold, seasonal Mediterranean flavours — think burrata, crispy squid, charred hispi cabbage, wood-fired pizzas, lamb and pork dishes. Every bite is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with character. The staff however could use some training on etiquette and service.

Had a lovely dinner with two friends on Saturday and the food was absolutely delicious. The whipped feta with honest and the pizzetta with courgettes were a favourite. Out waitress was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Hotel 41 is a luxurious Edwardian hotel located near Buckingham Palace, offering chic accommodations and attentive 5-star service. The hotel provides South African dining, free snacks, and butler service. It also offers a special package for pets, including a Pet Concierge service with welcome hamper and custom-made pet bed. The establishment exudes warmth and exclusivity, resembling an exclusive members club.
WOW. An unforgettable experience from the moment you step through the doors. We had the most EXCEPTIONAL stay at this hidden gem of a hotel. The staff are utterly dedicated to ensuring you have the most comfortable time from start to finish. A special mention to Claudia, Gabriel and Jaya for providing us with impeccable service. The executive lounge offers a peaceful tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of London's streets. You can relax with a drink and some complementary snacks. The rooms offer a comfortable yet luxurious feel. Most comfortable bed ever! Thank you for making us feel so relaxed and being so attentive (and for our special room upgrade, what a treat!) Will be recommending to friends and family near and far. Looking forward to our next stay already!

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels thru the years. This hotel had the best hospitality, I’d give it 100 stars if I could. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to make our stay relaxing, easy and comfortable. Any questions or requests we had were answered with a smile. Perfect location, clean and unique room, steps from Buckingham palace. Can’t wait to come back!
Joseph B — Google review
I have had the opportunity to stay at some great hotels, but this was one of the finest. Located on one floor, across from Buckingham palace, this small hotel had charm, beautiful decore and excellent service. The rooms while not huge, was set up well with a fireplace, and two showers (excellent shower pressure). It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning system was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. My wife and I love it cold and this room did not disappoint. One night, we went to a concert. We just asked the concierge how to get to the music venue. When we returned late at night, they had a letter under our door with a Spotify play list of the musicians top songs. I have never seen anything like that before and it is why this hotel has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I had to say anything negative, I feel there should be more cheaper options for breakfast. It was kind of an all or nothing and feel it was overpriced for what we actually ate. All together, this was a great place and would highly recommend. I look forward to revisiting on my next trip to London.
Matt G — Google review
Really enjoyed my stay here. The service was great, and they even offered a small gift each night, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel has a classic, almost private club feel “very British in style” which I personally loved. As someone traveling solo for business, I really appreciated the high level of security. It made me feel at ease and helped me sleep well. Overall, a comfortable and memorable experience.

Hotel 41 is beautiful. We had a beautiful stay. The staff are excellent. The service is thorough, timely and effective. Lots of small touches made us feel valued and appreciated. Can’t wait to return.

Perfection. Every single aspect. They’ve got it down. They understand & know what the people want. The rooms, service, location, ambiance - it’s all at Hotel 41. Don’t look anywhere else , wasted time and energy. Already planning our next trip starting with this gorgeous hotel!
Sherrie C — Google review
A flat out exceptional place to stay while in London. The staff is amazing, friendly, and anticipates a guests every need. The whole stay here exudes luxury punctuated with top notch service. The rooms are on the smaller size compared to the US, but quite intelligently modernized while retaining all the character of a historic property. The amenities are too numerous to list and it is doubtful anyone would find anything lacking. Definitely consider the afternoon tea service which is executed at a high level. Location is across the street from Buckingham Palace, within a short walk to Victoria station, and locals transit abound. Simple put, it’s hard to imagine a nicer place to stay in London without spending a King’s ransom.

We were treated like royalty during our stay at Hotel 41! The room was beautiful and clean, the service was impeccable, and the amenities (which included a cake in celebration of my wife’s birthday) were fantastic. The breakfast is definitely worthwhile; the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
