The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch is a vibrant and industrial space that offers live blues music, dancing, and Cajun-BBQ dining. Their bottomless brunch experience features a combination of breakfast classics like huevos rancheros and customizable eggs, along with fluffy buttermilk pancakes, all accompanied by 90 minutes of unlimited Rum Punch or Prosecco for an additional fee.
Food, drinks, ambience, service - 10/10!! Blues Kitchen is always such a good time and the standard is consistent. Would highly recommend the Popcorn Squid and Buffalo Wings as a starter. Their Brisket Sandwich and Cheeseburger is always a hit as well - perfectly cooked and extremely flavourful. I tried the Salmon for the first time yesterday and it was, as expected, sensational -marinated and cooked to perfection. The staff are always super accommodating which really adds to the experience :)

We waited for our cocktails for about 40 minutes. The waitresses were pushy, constantly trying to get us to order more food. I even went to the bar to cancel my order because waiting 40 minutes for cocktails, despite reminding them several times, is simply unacceptable. As soon as I complained and cancelled, the waitress came and asked us to pay for the food we hadn’t even finished yet. Awful! I was very disappointed. One of the cocktails we did receive tasted so bad that my partner couldn’t even drink it. Before the musicians started playing, we had about an hour and a half to enjoy our food and drinks — but we didn’t enjoy it at all. Once the music began, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear the waitress, my partner, or even myself. It felt more like a nightclub than a blues venue. I was expecting a real blues atmosphere. I had wanted to visit this place for a long time, but it turned out to be more about showing off than about quality. And it was so expensive! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent first time visit! All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, checked in on us multiple times and said thank you as we left. Service was spot on. Appreciated being given a jug of tap water straight away without even having to ask too. Food was so tasty, we had the pork belly rib, and bacon cheeseburger, both dishes were great but particularly the pork belly rib - I would come back just for that! 😋 Decor was cool and overall nice relaxed atmosphere (we dined around 5:30pm so before it gets busy). Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

Hands down, my new, absolute, favorite spot in London! Far away from all the touristy spots, this hidden, not-so-hidden, spot is a gem amongst the other establishments close by!!! From the door security, Justina, to one of the most fantastic waiters we have ever had (Daryl), and bar server (Michelle), the place radiates with a charming atmosphere screaming, "come and stay awhile." I was pleasantly surprised by the delectable aroma and essence of flavors that burst in my mouth from the smoked port rib (fell off the bone!!!!), and the earthy and nutty tastes of cheese from the macaroni and cheese. Daryl recommended the mac n cheese which I was hesitant about but glad I tried it! Daryl and Michelle managed to turn a routine work task of serving customers into a joyful, memorable evening simply by being attentive to our needs and having good conversation. Kudos to the restaurant manager for stopping by the table several times to check in on services. Well done! The staff worked well together and did so gracefully and happily. The drinks were well made! The live band was playing good soul music that encourage you to bop and sway while indulging in the atmosphere and your company. Timeless scenery and decorating... England has a sophistication with that that America can't match! A+..... I could stay there forever if I wasn't full from the delicious meal! Easily accessible place I'd visit all the time if I were a local. Thanks for a wonderful evening, all because of an outside conversation with a door staff. You're a wonderful person Justina! A+!

We had the best night ever! Jibreel was so welcoming, sweet and amazing. He really made our night and even sorted out karaoke for us! The food, drinks and vibes were all top notch. Other staff members were amazing too! Such a great venue, can’t wait to come back!

Such a cozy place to be at - went with my girls! We ordered drinks 🍸 and took so many photos 🤭 Sadly we went on a Monday so the music wasn’t great, we’ll go on another day next time fosho. The service isn’t that great but they’re very kind. The bathroom is where our pictures ATEEE though 💕

One of the best restaurants in London. The chicken wings are 10/10 both koran and ranch sauce, simply amazing, perfectly fried and crispy. Friendly staff, Bruna was truly amazing .
Havana M — Google review
The food was pretty good, however the service was slow, we wanted to order desert after our meal, we asked for a dessert menu but this was never brought to us, shortly after, we were told we had to leave as the next booking had arrived. It should be communicated that the restaurant want to turn tables quickly, and accordingly the service should be speedy to accommodate this goal which wasn't the case. Probably wouldnt visit again because of this. Good food though.

The Big Easy - Bottomless Brunch Covent Garden is a former power station transformed into an industrial eatery with an open kitchen specializing in hickory-smoked meats. With a pit master at the helm, this establishment has been a staple on King's Road for over 20 years, serving up authentic American BBQ. The new Covent Garden branch has elevated the game with renowned BBQ experts and imported smokers running on oak, apple, hickory, and cherry wood.
My partner and I have been here on more than one occasion and each time it is a Lovely experience. The warm staff look after you and are welcoming from your arrival. The menu is varied enough to try different options each time with certain deals that allow a nice mix and match. The atmosphere is bubbly and friendly and, whether it is ram packed or relaxed and thinned out, it is a comfortable venue. If you do repeat your choice of meal the standard is high and it will be the same thoroughly enjoyable quality = Recommended!!!

Amazing food and service. I was born in Louisiana, and this is one of the very few authentic tastes I've found outside of Louisiana. And the lunch prices can't be beat! I definitely recommend and will be back every time I visit London!

The best food I’ve had in London! As a true Brazilian, I love my meat — and Big Easy absolutely nailed it. The snacks were incredible too! I tried a few different cocktails, and honestly… be careful, they’re so good you’ll want to keep drinking! 😂 Outstanding service. We didn’t even need to call the waiter once — the staff were always aware and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived. Perfectly organised from start to finish. The place itself is stunning. One of the most beautiful bars I’ve ever seen! Hundreds of different bottles lined up behind the bar, amazing live music and that proper American-style vibe. The manager was a real highlight — super friendly, recommended great dishes and personally came to our table to check if everything was alright. That’s something you don’t always find in central London. In short, the perfect spot! I’m already a loyal customer, but honestly — you should be too.

Went with family for birthdays. Turned out to be more expensive than expected but the food was great. Worth going for the experience. We had the BAR.B.Q blowout sharer platter. The st Louis style ribs and brisket had a strong smoky flavour which some may not like but the BBQ sauce helps to cut through the intensity of the smoke. The cornbread was incredible. They should do a pulled pork and slaw sandwich for lunch. I'd be there very often. Photo attached was for 3 persons £30.5 per person. Also the food was very filling.

Amazing! The restaurant has a great vibe, with live music that really sets the mood for a fun night out. The BBQ and the lobster was both absolutely delicious. A special shout-out to Paulo and the staffs, they gave us such a warm welcome and a 10/10 service. Great experience!
Isabella V — Google review
A group of 11 of us went for the bottomless brunch in a Sunday. I had the steak and lobster and it was divine. Really impressed by the food, drinks and service. The men did say it was a long walk to the tables and the long table made it difficult to chat with everyone (some of us hadn’t seen each other for some years) but they are very minor points. Really couldn’t fault this place, from all the help when I was booking through to the actual Brunch. Thank you Kevin, Ana and all the team, we’ll definitely be back.
Paula — Google review
What a find!! Highly recommended. The staff were lovely. Food was delicious, Coconut shrimp, crispy calamari and two whole lobsters. We also had two complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you so much. We will be back in the evening to experience the live Blues vibe.
Chris B — Google review
Came here for pre-wedding dinner with 12 friends on Friday night and we all had a rather good time. The dishes were flavorful and delicious. The pulled pork and bbq beef were tender and juicy. The lobster bake was definitely my favorite. Nice vibe in the restaurant during the night with singer performing live on the stage.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Covent Garden, Christophers is a quintessential American steakhouse and grill that has been delighting diners since 1991. This stylish venue features high-ceilinged rooms that exude the glamour of Modern America, offering a Martini Bar on the ground floor for pre-dinner drinks, an elegant Dining Room above for savoring classic dishes, and a private Club Room perfect for special events.
Was my first proper meal after landing in london. Steak and pasta were absolutely delicious, french toast was pretty good as well but i would eat dessert somewhere else. Shout out to Adrian for being an amazing & super attentive server.
Jomana H — Google review
Christopher’s French toast is absolutely divine, seriously the best in London. I tried their Dubai style one too and it was a really cool twist that worked perfectly. Definitely a must try spot if you’re into amazing treats!
YP — Google review
Christopher's in Covent Garden is fantastic for any occasion. I celebrated my birthday there, and the atmosphere was buzzing and classy. The food was genuinely awesome. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the standout had to be the French toast with ice cream. It was the perfect, unforgettable birthday treat – rich, decadent, and utterly irresistible. Seriously, if you go, save room for it! Overall, Christopher's provided a brilliant birthday experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and that amazing French toast! We'll definitely be back!
Jana P — Google review
I was so excited to try this place since it has great Google reviews, but unfortunately, it ended up being our most disappointing meal in London. The eggs benedict had a strange, overly thick and salty sauce, and my egg white omelet with tomato and avocado was basically just plain egg whites. I even added smoked salmon to try to give it some flavor, but it didn’t help much. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Really disappointing given the hype.
Madison S — Google review
Went here for Sunday brunch. They have a different menu for Sunday brunch. The preparation is quite good and the potion size is decent. Enjoyed the fried chicken waffles. They gave us the centre table which is perfect for a group of 6. You have to order one mains per person

French toast with the chocolate sauce was delish! Would defo recommend! Our waiter was so kind and the atmosphere was lovely. Must try the iced latte 😍
Ski — Google review
Ordered prawn taco, crab linguine, lamb and chocolate brioche french toast. All food was excellent and restaurant ambience lovely at nighttime. Though the signature french toast was underwhelming and didn't live up to expectations. I would improve the ice cream quality.

The bar area is has a chilled atmosphere and a great place to sit and catch up with friends. The Belgian Chocolate Brioche French Toast was amazing and would definitely come back to have it again.

The menu features an array of enticing dishes such as Salsa Macaroni, Penne Arrabiata, Vegetable Burger, vegan curries like potato and spinach curry.
What an amazing experience. Was fortunate to come with a friend tonight and both of us were blown away with the Michelin BBQ platter. Out of this world. The short Rib was melt in the mouth absolutely the star of the show. Can't find fault. The service was also spectacular with a really personal touch. Highly recommend a visit for the Michelin BBQ as it's only on for a month.

This review is just for the interstellar menu. Saw a video on socials and decided to give it a shot. We upgraded to the Australian wagyu as well paying almost £100 each for the platter. Honestly it just wasn’t as tasty as we expected. Considering we’re meat lovers, we didn’t leave thinking “wow this was great”. It was more let’s finish and leave. Service was great though. Definitely can’t fault that. Cocktails were well made. Overall I don’t think the interstellar menu is worth the price hence the 3 stars. Apart from that everything else was great.

I'd never heard of the Ned before today. I think it's a hotel in a building that was once a bank. On the ground floor there are multiple restaurants including a sushi restaurant. We went to Electric Bar and Diner. The food is American diner but definitely not American fast food prices. We had the double cheeseburger and fries. The burgers were just okay. As a simple burger with just bun, patty, cheese and pickle, everything has to be top notch as you're relying on the simple flavours to shine. This did not. The bun was quite dry and cold and the meat was just mediocre. And for £22 it just isn't worth it. The service was great and the place its in is worth a look with what looked like a great bar on one side and a live singer and band playing. Other than this. I wouldn't have a burger here. Maybe the sushi is better in the restaurant on the opposite side of the room?
W S — Google review
We were fortunate to secure a reservation for two at The Ned's Electric Bar & Diner for the highly popular Interstellar, Michelin, BBQ pop-up. During the booking process, we were thoughtfully asked if we were celebrating anything. Coming from Texas, we were craving a taste of home. We went for the brisket, the official Texas BBQ meat, and the fare absolutely fulfilled that desire. Just to mention, it was £40 extra for the brisket. The food was sensational, with deeply smoky and tender meats and savory sides that brought us right back to our favorite barbecue joints. However, despite mentioning our anniversary during the reservation, none of the four servers acknowledged the occasion. It was a bit disappointing when they simply brought the check without any mention of our celebration. It was a bit of a letdown after such a fantastic meal.
Mitch H — Google review
The atmosphere was very nice and the vibe good. The service was great, the staff were very attentive. We went for the collaboration with the Michelin star BBQ restaurant, Interstellar. The bbq tray was quite average with the sides being much better than the meat. The milkshake was ok, slightly watery.
Dimitra D — Google review
We were lucky enough to catch Interstellar’s pop-up at The Ned, and it was hands down the best tray of authentic Texan BBQ we’ve had in London — Michelin star well deserved. The short rib was the standout: softer than butter and somehow even better than the brisket. The sausages were next-level too (and I know my sausages 😉) — the recipe’s still a mystery, as Harry wasn’t giving anything away. Harry looked after us brilliantly. He somehow knew exactly which cocktail to recommend (almost by telepathy) and was genuinely knowledgeable about how the food was prepared in Hackney and transported in throughout the day, happily sharing details in a way that made the whole experience more engaging. He was friendly, professional, and brought a great energy to the table — the kind of service that really adds to the meal. All in all, a fantastic lunch, and we’ll be looking out for Interstellar again when they’re back in London.
Andi S — Google review
Celebrated our wedding anniversary dining at the Interstellar BBQ residency at the Electric Bar & Diner (The Ned). We had a late lunch… my wife and I shared the bbq tray which costs £70/head. The tray had a massive Jack’s Creek Beef Shortrib, a couple of smoked Chilli Cheese sausages, Peach Tea glazed pork belly bites, pulled Lamb shoulder, a glazed duck leg and sides of Texas toast, Slaw, Interstellar Beans and Beef fat potatoes. Pots of bbq and Chimichurri sauces too. We shared the Banana pudding (w/ Jack Daniels’ caramel sauce). We also ordered a Pimm’s cup and a pint of Brooklyn lager. The dessert & drinks are not included in the £70/head cost. That beef shortrib will be making appearances in my dreams for sure. The sausages and pork were pretty exceptional too. Amazing Texas bbq…a memorable experience!
AJ L — Google review
Currently having the month only Texas BBQ “Michelin star” and I feel if you are going to emphasise Michelin star please have Michelin star service. Lots of staff standing around chatting, being table checked more than once by different people while we are eating. Having to ask for our plates to be taken away after being sat in front of us so long, waiter not even knowing what hardly anything is on the plates to tell us what’s what, when we didn’t even ask him he offered. Not at alllll the service you’d associate with anything Michelin star. Food was above average, pudding is very nice but I’d an additional £10 per person not a £10 add on to the main plater. I will say the lady that sat us was very friendly and chatty tho.

Located in the Criterion Building on Piccadilly, Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus is a vibrant and high-energy rock 'n' roll-themed chain. It's an ideal spot for families, offering a menu packed with classic American favorites like burgers, wings, nachos, and fajitas. The generous portions ensure that even the pickiest eater will find something to enjoy.
My recent visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly Circus was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the service was great, making us feel welcome and well looked after. And the food? Simply delicious! We started with the nachos, which were a generous portion and a great way to kick things off. For our mains, the "One Night in Bangkok" Spicy Shrimp was a definite highlight – perfectly cooked with just the right amount of kick. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Margarita Flatbread, which was fresh and flavorful. The serving sizes were huge, so come hungry! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a vibrant atmosphere, excellent service, and seriously tasty food in the heart of London, Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus definitely delivers.

Just wanna say we have received the best customer service at this Hard Rock Cafe! Restaurant was full, but the staff managed to find 2 seats at the bar for us. Loved the welcoming from an Italian staff named Marco.Super friendly! I was so pleased that he prepared a pot of hot water for me. It was so sweet of him! I am really not a big fan of western food. But I was so happy that I found 'Asian noodle bowl ' on the menu. It was really good and healthy! I was very impressed!

4077 / Eleanor 💜 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience at the Hard Rock Café Piccadilly Circus! What an amazing visit! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the unique atmosphere – vibrant, welcoming and absolutely iconic. The whole team is super friendly, attentive and full of positive energy – you instantly feel at home, as if you’re among friends. The food was simply sensational – juicy burgers cooked to perfection, crispy fries, and a dessert you’ll dream about long after. Everything was fresh, flavourful and served with that signature Hard Rock flair – loud, lively and full of character! A huge thank you to the fantastic team who made this visit such a memorable one. Everything was spot on – service, vibe and food all on world-class level! 🤘🍔🎸 Highly recommended – 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I visited the Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly on 11 August 2025. We had to wait about 30 minutes but used this time to walk around the shop. It’s such a great scene in there will lots of memorabilia. We have visited other Hard Rock Cafes but the service we got from Ivan at the Hard Rock cafe in Piccadilly really stood out. The service was fantastic. We were looked after by Ivan and I must say, Ivan took care of everything, and even sought advice from a senior on some first aid after my wife had got a wasp sting prior to visiting the cafe. Lots of ice made available to cool the sting. Thanks Ivan. The atmosphere and the food was great. We had the loaded smashed original burger. You can’t go wrong with that. You think you’ve had a good burger until you try Hard Rock Cafe burgers, which are something else! Such a great stop off and worth the wait if there is a queue.

Came for the One Direction, stayed for atmosphere. Came around 11AM for brunch, ordered burger and nachos. Nachos were very filling and fun to share. Burger tasted good but fries felt lacking. Good place to stroll around, see iconic pictures and outfits. Good selection of merch too, had some reasonable sales, different styles for anyone

Ideal atmosphere and tasty food. The price is not entirely affordable, but it’s worth it. I would like to highlight our great experience with the waiter Marcos. We went there for dinner on a Friday night, and since we are from Spain, he made a huge effort to communicate with us in his quite great Spanish. On top of that, his service was excellent and made our dinner truly wonderful.

Hard rock cafe is always a must when visiting London. Many people will sweep it under the rug and consider it too touristy but I find the overall atmosphere and vibe to be so enjoyable whether you're a first time Vistitor or a repeat offender. My bartender was Parth he was fabulous! He was attentive and enthusiastic but not in a forcefull and fake way. All the staff I saw seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and happy staff always make my experience so much better. The cocktails aren't badly priced for location, taste and novelty. I shared a cobbler and it was Devine and a very generous size for the price! Will always recommend

This is a heaven for all rock music fans! Others too, but be prepared to listen Iron Maiden and Alice in Chains while eating and looking at Rihanna's shirt or Noel Gallagher's guitar. Cannot help tapping feet to the music and nodding head to the beat while eating. You can find HRC's playlist on Spotify! Absolutely brilliant service! Thank you Dylan for taking care of us. Best server in London, hands down. Everything was smooth from entering to leaving. Recommendations were helpful, but they weren't pushing or selling forcefully. We had burgers and desserts, which were absolutely delicious. If ever in doubt what to eat, just remeber to book a table ahead, for this HRC is popular.

Nestled in the heart of London, Joe Allen is a cherished establishment that has been delighting theatre enthusiasts since its Broadway transfer in 1977. This New York-style brasserie serves up delicious fare from breakfast until the wee hours, making it a perfect spot for those looking to unwind after a show. The cozy dining room is adorned with posters of theatrical flops, creating an inviting atmosphere where patrons can enjoy live piano music while savoring their meals.
Joe Allen never fails to impress. Had a wonderful lunch with friends and they always make us feel so at home. There was a mix up with my booking but was quickly rectified. Food and drinks were wonderful as always. Secret not so secret burger is as lush as ever. Will keep coming back. Keep on being fabulous. Staff make the restaurant.

We wanted to express our most sincere thanks for the way you looked after our Son and Daughter in Law on Friday 22nd August 2025. What you and your staff did was exceptional. You were all so friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure they had the most amazing wedding reception. Nothing was left to chance, the table looked fantastic and the food was delicious to say the least. To say 'thank you' hardly seems enough for what you did in making their day and ours special, but our thanks is from the bottom of our hearts. Anne and Ivor Earl

Attended on a Saturday night, understandably a busy time. Service was fast, and overall fine. Waitress was polite and well intending, though some unexpected questions such as "would you like to keep the cap to your sparkling water bottle" that gave the impression of new staff. Overall, no complaints. Food was fine, though on the pricier side. Wish that sides were recommended alongside the cod chowder, but perhaps ignorance on our part. Atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasantl, though layout is unfortunate with no apparent easy access from kitchen to bar, and thin passageways between tables resulting in a constant flow of dishware between diners. Lighting is also on the dim side but that's by my preference.

Stayed at the strand palace hotel and went here before going to the theatre. Very nice decor especially if you are into theatre as loads of what looked like original posters adorning the walls. Excellent and friendly service, fantastic food with good choice and I thought reasonably priced. Would recommend

After a lovely cocktail at the Savoy we took the short stroll to Joe Allen’s for dinner. First, the lemon meringue pie cocktail, which isn’t listed any longer, is THE BEST! And the manager/bartender took time to create the classic for our table of 4! We felt honoured Royston put so much effort to recreate. We had the set menu - good deal and lovely food - the chicken was juicy, the prawns fresh. We felt everyone took time to look after us, we weren’t rushed. Lovely place to take out of town guests! Highly recommend!

Established in 1977, the restaurant has expanded to multiple locations across the United States and even internationally. Outstanding! I’ve been a fan of the midtown Manhattan location for decades. The standards are just as high for London. Beautiful decor, top notch service, absolutely perfect steaks, sides and desserts. Don’t miss out on the giant chocolate cake for two. It’s devine. Wine list to die for, with a price point for everyone. Perfect cocktails. Thanks for such a wonderful dining experience.

Smith & Wollensky London absolutely nailed it! An outstanding steakhouse experience from start to finish — classy atmosphere, a fantastic wine list, and truly wonderful staff who made the evening feel special. We started with the wedge salad and scallops, both perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For mains, we went all out with a Wagyu steak and a ribeye with a lobster add-on — the Wagyu literally melted with each bite, and the ribeye was juicy, rich, and flavor-packed. My Manhattan was spot-on (loved that it’s fully customizable), and the wine was bold yet approachable — a perfect pairing for the meal. An all-around amazing experience — top-notch food, drinks, and service. Can’t wait to come back! 🥩🍷✨

We had a super nice personal tour thru the restaurant and the food was just excellent as you can see in the pictures. Everything was just delicious. It's 6 star, not 5. The drinks always on point. The signature S&W cocktail was very tasty. We will be back next time. Overall a very special experience this evening. Thank You for the special time.

Goodman - Mayfair is an upscale steakhouse with a sophisticated ambiance, featuring leather-seated booths, pendant lamps, and dark wood paneling. The restaurant caters to a discerning clientele and offers a selection of premium aged beef cooked in a charcoal grill. The menu includes Scottish grass-fed fillet, USDA Angus sirloin, and rib-eye steaks. Additionally, specialty cuts are available for those looking to indulge.
Had the best beef tartare I’ve ever tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The steak was just as impressive: juicy, tender, and beautifully charred on the outside. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and know how to prepare them right. The restaurant was very clean and had a refined, welcoming atmosphere. It is on the expensive side, so not an everyday spot, but definitely worth it for a special occasion or when you want to treat yourself. Highly recommended for steak and tartare lovers.

What a great choice for a special meal on a day out to watch a show. Starting with a nice greeting at the door & shown to our table. The server gave us our menus and talked us through the Steaks on offer, from size to taste & so on. My wife had a stunning ribeye Steak & I had a New York Strip that tasted amazing & was a perfect medium rare. The chips had a great crunch & full of fluffy potato. The stunning garlic mushroom rounded of a great plate of flavour 😋

One of the best steakhouses in london. Quality of the beef is always top tier. Good selection of cuts. I always go for the fillet. Nice big portion of creamy mash potato (probably the tastiest mash i've had) and garlic infused mushrooms on the side. The venue has a chilled vibe and classy decor befitting of a high end steakhouse. Staff are well versed on the menu and are happy to provide recommendations

I ordered the filet at Goodman London, and it was phenomenal. The meat was perfectly seared with a deep, caramelized crust and stayed incredibly tender inside, cooked exactly to my preference. Each bite was buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor, easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in London. The chunky chips were crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and paired perfectly with the steak. Presentation was clean and elegant, and service was attentive without being overbearing. At £50, it’s not cheap, but the quality and execution absolutely justify the price. Highly recommend for any true steak lover.

SMOKESTAK is a trendy barbecue spot with an industrial-chic vibe, featuring a prominent smoker and grill. Chef David Carter's journey from working for renowned chefs to mastering the art of barbecuing in Texas led to the creation of this slow-cooked, wood-smoked specialist. The menu boasts delectable dishes like brisket smoked over kiln-dried English oak, coal-roasted aubergine with red miso, and wood-roasted bone marrow with parsley.
Super cool place. Exceptional service from David!!! Very knowledgeable and attentive. We got a starter, 2 mains and one dessert 🍮 and a sorbet 🏠 super full for 2 people. Definitely the sticky toffee pudding stood out the most. Good combo and not greasy. Warm dessert on a cool day. Otherwise beef brisket, beef ribs (super soft) and oxtail are all recs from us. Great thanks to David again very observative, when the starter came he realised we were waiting so he asked if we preferred all dishes to come together, and also when the bottles were empty he bought a new one without us saying or asking 💓. Super lovely and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely a revisit soon.

We shared this feast among 5 people, and it was absolutely perfect. The brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were all smoky, tender, and rich in flavour — each with its own character but balanced beautifully together. The sausage added a nice contrast, juicy and slightly spicy. Everything came with thoughtful sides: pickles, chili slices, and that signature house BBQ sauce that ties it all together. The charred greens with feta, pomegranate, and nuts were a great fresh counterpoint to the meat platter, and the fries with aioli disappeared instantly. Drinks were excellent too — the house lemonade with chili and lime was surprisingly refreshing and unique. Service was friendly and efficient, the vibe industrial rustic and warm, and the food came out perfectly timed for sharing. If you’re visiting with a small group and want to taste a bit of everything, go for the shared meat platter — it’s spot-on in both portion and variety. 📍 SMOKESTAK, Shoreditch 🔥 Perfect for: small groups, casual dinners, meat lovers, and anyone craving authentic slow-smoked BBQ in London.

Solidly good barbecue. I went to Smokestak for lunch with a friend on 17/08/25. We ordered the padron peppers and the crispy ox cheek to start. The peppers were well grilled with the right amount of char and were perfectly salted. The crispy ox cheek was also very tasty and very crispy, although the inside was slightly dry (it came with a dipping sauce so this can be excused). For mains we got beef+pork sausage, the pork belly and beef brisket; the beef brisket was perfectly tender and juicy while the pork belly was rich and fatty, both excellent. I found the sausage to taste a bit weird, but this may be personal taste. We also ordered the raw broccoli and chips as sides. The raw broccoli was a novelty but once that I don’t particularly want to repeat; a bit too crunchy. The chips were passable but the portions were a bit stingy. The service was good and the food all arrived in reasonable time. The atmosphere was good, but this was a Sunday lunch in the summer; lots of sun and open air. I’m not sure this would translate to the winter well. I paid ~£100 (50pp), which is expensive, but everything is in London. Overall a very solid dining experience.

Love love love.... what a geat carnivores treat!! Perfectly grilled meats and a vibe that's hard to match with a live open kitchen and the smoker in the main dining hall. I strongly recommend the main dining hall for your meal! The meats were all cooked to perfection and were faultless. Everything tasted came in sharing plates and was polished off with aplomb! Strong recommendation for meat lovers to try this place out.

We randomly decided to go in after a concert at Richmix, it was greater than what we could have planned for. We specifically liked the lighting and the wooden tables. We really liked the food specially the wings and the chargrilled aubergine with feta. For dessert we ordered the roasted plums which might just be the reason why my mouth is watering as I am writing this! I would definitely go back and take more friends with me!

We had lunch at Smokestack in Shoreditch and absolutely loved it! The place has a cool industrial vibe and great atmosphere. The brisket was incredibly tender, the pastrami was full of flavor, and the fries with homemade garlic mayo were just perfect. Fast and friendly service too. One of the best spots in London for amazing meat dishes!

I have been there on Sun 2nd Nov 2025 for dinner. The location was really comfortable and warm despite we were externally seated (terrace). Food was really good and the meat was both juicy and rich in taste. I have appreciated the fast service and the waiter's kindness. I have only a complaint about the scarce meat at that price. Actually, I know other places where they have the same quality at a better price. Anyway, I strongly recommend it.

This was a phenomenal find on our trip to London. Everything we tried here was top notch. From the sausage, to the brisket, and the charred greens, everything tasted great and it was obvious that there is a great amount of pride in what they are doing here. Legendary Restaurant in Hyde Park Corner This is an experience in itself to see a ton of memorabilia on Rock & Roll. The atmosphere and decoration is really grand. This is clearly one of the HRC flagships in the world. The food is also really good and tasty. It is the usual American staple but still really great. As usual too this is probably in London one of the best place for service as the staff tries to make your experience unique and enjoyable. Great experience overall!

We had an absolute awesome time at this Hard Rock cafe! We decided that we would try this one after visiting the Piccadilly one on one of our previous trips to London... saw a bit of a queue as we walked closer but managed to reserve a table without an issue. The lady showing us to our table did so with a smile, and engaged with the kids a little. Once we sat down we was greeted by our server, Tom, who was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant! He sorted the kids out with their drink, got them their toy and kept on top of my wifes soda refills - many of the time before she even got to the bottom of her drink! I was talked into (fairly easily I guess) into getting a cocktail... and later also a second...! We was very impressed, when he acted on my son telling him it was 'nearly' his bday by popping a candle in his milkshake as an its almost your birthday treat! Couldnt fault the chap, he was very on the ball! Thankfully food was also excellent, and I had tried the Halloween burger special (to go with the Halloween cocktail!), kids went with pizza, and my wife went with ribs. We had a great experience here - I suspect the kids will want to return, and based on this experience I probably wont be stopping them! 😀

The music and atmosphere were really good, and the DJ was definitely the highlight of the night. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The mac & cheese came without the bacon, the Philly cheesesteak was very dry, and the truffle cheese fries were nothing special. I also expected a lot more from the freakshake, but it felt a bit careless and uninspired. Great vibes, but the food didn’t live up to the location.

I visited Maxwell's Bar & Grill while touring London, almost by chance I was just walking by it and decided to give it a try. After having tried it I now believe it was not just chance or coincidence that brought me there. The Fates were smiling upon me and the Olympian gods must have decided to bless me with their all powerful favor. Hard to know where to start with such a divine experience. Firstly as a party of 3 we were seated almost immediately, no waiting time at all. The atmosphere, the decorations and the music (upbeat american) were great. It was just a pleasure to sit inside. Moving on to the service the waiters were simply outstanding, extremely friendly and polite, very attentive and constantly checking on us not only to take our orders, but also to check we were pleased and to be sure to ask when anything else was needed. I have to mention their names because they need to be nominated for employees of the month at the earliest possibility, Sebastian and Enrico were just extraordinary in their service, and any failure in elevating them will surely incur the wrath of the gods. Lastly to the food and drinks, we ordered the philly cheese steak with regular fries, also some extra truffle fries, the mac and cheese plate with bacon added and also their maxwell lager. This was a glorious and tasty feast with no equal, everything was extremely good, these were without a doubt the best philly cheese steak and mac and cheese plates we have ever had, and my son even shared this with the waiters because he could not hold the excitement. The drinks were also great, I am not a big beer drinker but I loved their lager very much and would have it many times over if I could. And to top off the evening, as if the entire experience was not already divine enough to hold any and all gods in awe, they were so appreciative of our positive feedback that they gave us a discount on the bill!!! These guys are simply legendary, if you are in London do not hesitate, this is the place to be.

Visited this restaurant with my partner and had a lovely time. We were quickly seated outside and ordered steak fajitas and the taco salad. Both were delicious, but the absolute can’t-miss is the lemongrass lemonade. Delightful! Our waiter was very friendly and talked to us about additional places to visit while we were in town. Highly recommended.

Let's start with saying me being me (stupid) I booked a table for myself and family and turned up at booking time and after being told no booking could be found I realised I booked it for the next day but not all lost the host was great he cancelled my booking and got me a table in less than couple minutes. Order was taken with no issues and food and drinks came out in good time. The cocktails were great and the food was even better. Advise kids have burgers off the kids menu not to try normal menu as kids sizes are just right for my 12 and 13 year old. Onion rings as a side was great for the 4 off us plenty to share and have at least 3 each. The kids loved the desert eventho the maxwells super sundae is massive and is 100% made for at least 2-3 people as my daughter found out bless her she did her best with it picture does not give it justice. Overall fantastic service and food would 100% go again when next in London. Total bill with service charge was £160 yes a lot but what we got for the 4 of us was well worth it 4 meals, 1 side, 1 desert 1 extra big desert, 1 milkshake, 1 coke, 4 cocktails more than happy.

This is our third time dining here, and once again, it did not disappoint! Every dish we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed evening out. The service is consistently quick and the staff are incredibly attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. This is the best steak I’ve ever had in London, and their margaritas are made with real lime juice—no syrup. And the portions are generous. We tried the fajita nachos, T‑bone steak, calamari, and a few other dishes, and everything was spot on. You really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

But it's not just the food that makes this place special. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing their culture with every guest. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or new to Mexican cuisine, the team promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended!

Excellent Food, outstanding service, great ambiance, full on 10/10 and 100% recommended. Fully Halal (except for the alcohol being served. Thanks to the lovely young lady who was serving us today.

Food was just okay, not great, especially for the price tag they have. Baked potato was too dry, wings lacked flavor and also tasted dry. Coleslaw salad smelled like bleach (maybe due to the mayo used. Ribs were a bit better and steak was not bad (don't forget to add salt). Food was okay, but wouldn't come back again.

Have visited this restaurant on several occasions. Service is friendly and attentive, food is great! Really great value for money! Beef tacos are the best! And ribs are falling off the bone..

Dining at Buffalo American Grill & Tex Mex in Greenwich London is such a vibe, myself and family have been to eat here a couple of times and it really does leave us feeling a need to return again . The staff are amiable and very prompt in taking orders and making sure we feel at home . Elias was very attentive , he gave us a first class service and made our dining experience go more smoothly , even when we split our drink, he was very empathetic , professional and very helpful. The dishes ordered were super tasteful , packed with mouth-watering flavours and generous portions . We were so stuffed we had no room for dessert, thus making it a worthwhile experience. If you been enjoying the beautiful landmarks in Greenwich , it’s a great place to put your feet up and fill your belly up 😀. Good value for money. I definitely recommend this restaurant. We can’t wait to be back.

Red Dog Saloon in Soho is an American-style restaurant with a rustic ambiance, offering hickory-smoked BBQ, burgers, sides, and drinks. The Texas-style grill boasts a Wild West decor and a diverse menu featuring slow-cooked meats, fried chicken, pimped-up burgers, and even an eating challenge called the crabby patty challenge.
Really impressed with Red Dog Saloon. Upon walking in, you feel teleported into a Texan ranch with music and decor working perfectly, among the nice but certainly not overpowering BBQ smells. The staff were lovely and polite. We ordered just the USS Oaklahoma for two people and it was sublime. An absolutely HUGE quantity, two really hungry lads still couldn't quite finish it. They were more than happy to swap out the BBQ Chicken for Nashville Chicken Tenders which were incredibly moist. I also really enjoyed the pork burnt ends, brisket and pork ribs. Amazing seasoning. The long horn beef rib wasn't as tender as I was hoping, but still tasty.

We had the Gooey Louie and The Pepperoni Pounder which were amazing. We also got onion rings to share which were good too. I would say it is quite expensive as our total came to £44.44 but the food is really good quality!

I have previously eaten at this restaurant a couple years ago and I really enjoyed the food. However this time was a different story. My friend and I ordered one of the platters with mac and cheese on the side. First of all the mac and cheese was quite literally disgusting. Felt like the melted cheese in the microwave then added the macaroni. The chicken was under cooked with I have added a picture of. My friend and I both ended up with food poisoning. Horrible experience.

Atmosphere was great with country chart music (5/5 for me), and service seemed fine at first with our small table of three. But when I asked to remove the automatically added service charge, the server became visibly annoyed. For me, tipping should always be my choice, based on the experience—not something decided for me. The food was okay but underwhelming; my pork belly bites were mostly fatty, which was disappointing given the reviews. Overall, not awful, but I’ll probably stick to Bodeans for smokehouse food in future.

Well worth it The food is out of this world! And was pleasantly surprised with the bill, really thought it would have been more for the amount of food we order and the QUALITY of the meat!! Delicious cocktail too! My partner says I am a Mac and Cheese critique as "we can do better at home" but we were both surprised when I kept reaching for the Mac. So smokey, so cheesy and DELICIOUS 😋 My new happy place, see you again soon!

I went to this restaurant with a friend, we had the US Texas platter. The ribs here were very tender and juicy and flavourful, the brisket was so juicy and tender, the sausage was delicious, the empanadas were okay, the coleslaw was good as well, and the toasted bread was buttery and delicious. The sauces given with the platter were just okay. The meats were better on their own. We also had buffalo wings as an appetizer, those were crispy and juicy but the buffalo flavour was absent in the sauce. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Overall it was a good experience.

We Walked in looking for a table, luckily they had space for 4 with no wait. Good atmosphere and the place looked cool with friendly staff. Ordered a sharing platter, a Lucy juicy and a parm. The food platter in my opinion mostly consisted of fat in all the meat, at least 40-50% which was not to my liking, and the pricing didnt match this. Think it was way overpriced for what it was. Im sure there is better and cheaper options out there.

Friendly enough greeting when we arrived at 4pm for a 5pm Saturday booking. Drinks came out fast, frosty glass tankard of ‘Red Dog Saloon Lager’, their only draught despite the 7 showing on the website menu. We came here for the smoked meats. Best was the beef brisket. It’s that British lean beef. Not bad smoke, tender but not moist nor juicy. Pleased that it wasn’t smothered in sauce, despite it being very good. Always forget to order on the side in UK. Pork belly burnt ends were quite dry and chewy but again the excellent sauce helped. Coleslaw had no onion or enough mustard to balance mayo - disappointing. Pickled cukes were delicious; we asked for more and they obliged with a huge bowl gratis. Service ended up being very good after all and the playlist was perfect and awesome. The Black Dog double cheeseburger with a slice of morcilla looked delicious but the beef lacked flavour and the sauce overwhelmed the sausage. Overall it was pretty good for the UK but wouldn’t really work in Texas, let alone Austin. Oh by the way in case you were wondering, the lone lager was really Becks!

Bleecker Burger Victoria is a popular burger joint that started as a food truck and now has three locations in London. Known for its minimalist approach, it offers classic American fast food and creative shakes. The menu features mouthwatering burgers made with rare-breed dry-aged beef, including the oozing bacon cheeseburger that's a favorite among meat enthusiasts. Additionally, they have a summer pop-up truck on the Southbank for those looking to savor their delicious offerings.
Just incredible. I've seen Bleecker listed as one of London's best burgers and I had a perfect chance to try after watching a musical. The burger is simply sublime. Extremely juicy and flavorful 2 smashed patties in a perfect, soft bun. One of the best I ever had for sure, and I was skeptical considering how many branches they have. Honestly kind of perfect.

I had a burger here with some friends one afternoon, and managed to get a seat as it wasn't too busy. I went for the Bacon Double Cheese Burger for £14.95. It had a double beef patty, double cheese, bacon, onion & house sauce...and it was fantastic! I had the burgers cooked medium and it was so juicy and tasty! The bacon and the cheese was perfect along with the onion and sauce! But why only 4 stars then? Well, it was a bit on the small size for the price I paid...definitely overpriced for what it is. Might be worth them starting a loyalty scheme to give something back to their customers. Staff were friendly and professional!

This burger spot is just a simple yet stylish hole in the wall restaurant. The menu is rather compact, making your choice(s) relatively easy. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the ordering process was painless, and the food came out in a timely manner. While this place is higher end than your typical fast food chain, it is still fast casual dining. They did ask how we wanted your burger cooked ("medium" vs "well"), and I thought that was a nice touch. Also, Bleeker has beer on tap and a variety of other beverage options. The burger itself was savory, and the bun less dense than I anticipated. The components are relatively simple patty(s), onion, burger sauce, and buns. You have tomato, mustard, and mayo in bottles at your table. The burger sauce is incredibly delicious. The fries are at least double fried and offer a nice crunch. Again, the bun was so airy, and the burger so simple yet delicious I could have easily eaten another patty. I should have ordered the double cheeseburger. I did like that there were wooden disposable forks available for the saucy fries. Also, the burgers and fries came in sleek little to-go boxes. Some tips: There are 3 locations in the city, so, check and see which location is closest to you. Order the House Fries. These are double fried fries smothered in their creamy burger sauce. If you order "well done," you may want to specify if you don't want any pink, as two people in our group ordered burgers "well," and there was noticeable pink in the patties. I know it might seem tacky to get hamburgers in London, but this spot came highly recommended, and now I know why. Definitely try local London foods, but if you get a craving for burgers... go here! Cheers!!

I've been a huge fan of Bleecker Street since it first opened its doors, and the quality has never wavered. It consistently delivers one of the best and most authentic burgers in London. The double cheeseburger is my go-to—perfectly seasoned and cooked to a juicy medium-rare. The place is small so you may have to wait for a seat.

I am not a big fan of burgers but my husband is so he asked me to eat here yesterday. I am pleasantly surprised cause I loved my Bacon double cheeseburger. So juicy and tasty! The Angry house fries were nice but too salty for me but I am quite sensitive with salty food. My husband really loved the fries. Service was efficient! Will come back next week to try the other burgers in the menu!

The best burger in London. Visited here for the first time 7 years ago and had the most delicious cheese burger. Returned to London last week and I had to return to Bleecker to see if it was just as good as I remembered and honestly? It was 10000x better. Such a lovely and juicy patty and a fluffy and light bun. I can't wait to return to London just to get a cheeseburger!

I’m the type who eats 4 burgers a week, so it’s not easy to impress me 😅🍔 After trying more than 10 burger spots in London, I can honestly say this is one of the best. The beef has a perfectly balanced flavor and the sauce is spot on. Solid 10/10. 🔥
Bassam “ — Google review
My recent visit to Bleeker Burger at Victoria was underwhelming. The overall setup is chaotic—there’s limited space to queue, use the touchscreen ordering system, or wait for takeaway orders. Indoor seating is cramped, with small tables and uncomfortable wooden chairs, and the open-plan kitchen occupies a significant portion of the already limited space. Though there is outdoor seating, it’s located on a busy street, which impacts the ambience and is very much weather-dependent. The food itself was a letdown. The “Blue Burger” was quite small, and although the meat patty was of good quality, the overall portion was unsatisfying. The bun was soft, but the burger was overly salty and average at best. Notably, chips are not included and must be ordered separately—adding about 50% more to the total cost. In summary, while the burger meat quality was decent, the cramped environment, poor seating arrangements, and underwhelming portion sizes made for a disappointing experience. I left still hungry and unimpressed.

The Breakfast Club Soho is a popular spot in London known for its cheerful and quirky atmosphere, serving English and American breakfasts, comfort foods, and burgers.
This place is great. We waited around 15 minutes for a table but understandably so. It’s so good. Well worth the wait. I went with my mum and she got scrambled eggs on an absolute door stop piece of sourdough. Both were cooked to perfection. I got the Big Stack and my god it was good. It had the best of both worlds: pancakes and bacon/egg etc etc. so full I didn’t finish it. Also had a delish vanilla matcha. They have a few locations in the city so if the one you want to go to has a queue then there will be another not too far away!

Extremely busy booking is a must. Good Quality products. 2nd time I've been this chain and I must say I was very disappointed with the temperature of the food, only things warm was the sausage. Had the same problem at there London Bridge location. Need to try harder in serving a hot breakfast!

We went there with my partner and our dog. We had to wait around 20 minutes to get in, as the place was absolutely packed, but it was totally worth it. Once inside, we had such a fantastic experience. Even though it was incredibly busy, every single member of staff was smiling, cheerful, and genuinely kind. You couldn’t feel any stress at all, even though they were clearly working nonstop. They immediately made us feel welcome, and they were so lovely with our dog, giving her cuddles and making sure we all felt comfortable from the start. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and the place itself is really charming. After so many years living in London, we’ve noticed how hospitality standards have sadly gone down in recent years, but this place truly stands out. It reminded us what great service and genuine warmth feel like. Highly recommend it, great food, great atmosphere, and truly wonderful people.

Cozy breakfast spot located right in the heart of Soho serving delicious savory dishes. An absolute refreshing change from the usual sweet heavy brunch menus. We visited as a group of six and were seated impressively quickly, which is rare for central London. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel welcome right away. I was especially impressed by their Strawberry Matcha. High quality, vibrant and just sweet enough. The Iced Latte with an extra shot of caramel was also excellent. As for food, I recommend the Smashed Avocado Toast topped with crispy bacon, and hash browns. Generous portions and packed with flavor. If you’re after a savory brunch spot with great service, central location and fair pricing, this place is well worth a visit.🥑🍳

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Breakfast Club in London serves a really good breakfast, and the quality of the food definitely stands out. I tried one of their classic dishes, and everything was well prepared, flavorful and satisfying. The only downside is the long queue at the entrance, which can be a bit discouraging, especially when you are really hungry. However, once inside, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made sure everything was brought to the table promptly. In the end, the wait felt worth it for a hearty meal and a pleasant start to the day.

Restaurant specializing in breakfast. The menu goes from a full English to fluffy pancakes and every breakfast item in between. There's a short cocktail menu if you need that morning mimosa. The service is friendly, swift and helpful. The restaurant is card payment only. Ordered the Eggs Benedict, my go to dining out breakfast item. The eggs were overcooked. The muffins were tough, spent a lot of time sawing through them. Overall it was tasty but not a pleasure to eat. I told the staff this after they asked and was offered a free coffee. Was disappointed with the quality of what I ordered, but would go back and order something different.

Overall a good experience, the staff were really friendly but the service was a little slow. We pre booked but were only allowed the table for 1 hour, so it felt a little rushed because we were celebrating a birthday. The food itself was really good but I would really recommend pre-booking as there was a long queue if you hadn't. For vegans there is a lot of choice.

The Ned London is a luxurious hotel housed in a 1920s Lutyens-designed building, offering Edwardian-inspired rooms and modern amenities. The Chuan Health Club features a swimming pool that was once a bank vault, now transformed into a relaxing space with vitality pools and traditional Chinese treatments. As part of the Soho House family, The Ned has its own separate membership and boasts 9 restaurants within its grand halls.
Went for the Sunday Ned feast. Which was amazing! So much good quality food! The waitress was absolutely super attentive. Everything was superb and "chefs kiss" The food is replenished all the time so it's not been left standing there dry and all fresh. Lots to choose from to ensure you go with a very large appetite! We received l got a glass of prosecco with our meal which was lovely. The only downfall is that it's meant to be 2 hrs max and the host was very pushy to get us off the table after 1.5 hrs without checking our booking. She could see that my friend was still eating her birthday dessert and practically throwing us off the table, albeit sincerely apologetic. This was the only thing that let the experience down though. We went to the rooftop across the road after and the difference in host being much more relaxed and friendly could be felt instantly. Overall I can't really fault it. Best brunch I've been to in long while, worth the money for a special occasion.

The Ned was incredible from beginning to end. The room is one of the best Ive ever had. Quality period 1920s furniture, great sleeping beds, clean hardwood floors, clean modern bathroom. The lobby had numerous dining options and was the place to be in the evening-lively and fun with live jazz. Also the location was really good. In the middle of everything and very convenient. Worth the price.

I went to The Ned for the Sunday feast and WOOOAAHHH this was the best buffet I’ve ever been to. The selection is unreal, of appetizers, seafood, roast items, and dessert. See the photos for yourself, this place means business… so you better come hungry to get your money’s worth! It is £110 a person, so your wallet sadly regurgitates but it means your stomach will be stuffed! Worth the price but definitely a special occasion spot. The venue is awesome and everything is so beautiful. The staff are also very nice and attentive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at The Ned From the moment I arrived, The Ned exceeded every expectation. The staff, both from the hotel and the restaurant, were absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, blending classic elegance with vibrant energy. Each evening, the live music filled the lobby and created such an amazing atmosphere that I never wanted to leave. The food was exceptional — try the fish and chips and the pizza! My room was spotless and gorgeous, with every amenity I could possibly think of. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, like a home I wish I could live in. The highlight of my stay was how the team made my birthday feel so special. I arrived to find a handwritten card and a little chocolate dessert waiting for me — such a thoughtful, personal touch that truly made my day. The Ned is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return!

A truly beautiful hotel. We've stayed a number of times and our experience is consistently positive and we are always impressed by the level of service. Beautifully appointed rooms, above and beyond amenities. The staff is always genuinely friendly and helpful. Our most recent stay we arrived very early in the morning, the staff helped us store our bags and directed us to showers and change rooms so we could freshen up after our flight. They were able to get us into our room early and took the time to walk us through all of the amenities and benefits we had access to within the hotel and it's numerous bars/restaurants. The bars, restaurants, spa, gym, etc etc that you have access to as a guest are all top notch. We love staying here and will be back again!

All Glitz with no Glamour- A 2 night stay. A classic example of overpriced pretentious marketing interjected into an old beautiful building. However riding off the back of old architecture isn't enough when charging ludicrous prices and the quality doesn't match the price tag, far from it. £12 for shampoo, £7 for a croissant, £6.50 for a singular glass of orange juice. It's absolutely ridiculous and on top of this, they put a service charge on and only a handful of employees at the Ned deserve that from my experience. If you raise these concerns to a member they'll just chortle and look down their nose at you "it's London what do you want", well thanks for the support Mrs Hedge-Fund. This being said the building is astounding and they have done a very good job with he upkeep of it and the historical aspects remain intact, it truly is like stepping back in time when going in there. Then the illusion gets broken when everywhere you look there's another item for sale, another gift shop or another corporate guest barging through you. This is obviously going to happen as the location is very good and accessible. The service in the restaurants was, for the price tag, abysmal. nearly £60 meal to wait 15 minutes to even get served and not even get a check back, the price by the way wasn't even including alcohol. The facilities in the hotel are good but you can't even use half of them unless you're a part of their snob club, otherwise you pay a surcharge. The overall experience feels rushed, unpleasant and uncomfortable, in most hotels you can retreat to your room but when you do get there after navigating the maze of the Ned, the walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests to the point of them coughing and even snoring. Then you can entertain yourself with playing guess what's free and what isn't in the fridges, it's a fun game where you don't know whether or not you'll be charged for something that's in the cupboard and fridges. If you want luxury and quality that actually meets it, just stay at The Ritz or something. The Ned gives the illusion of luxury by hijacking the original intention of the building and ramping it up to overpriced, pretentious sweet nothings. For nearly £500 a night minimum, you can do better.

The Colony Grill Room is an elegant and sophisticated restaurant located in a Mayfair hotel. The dining room exudes a gentlemen's club vibe with its wood-panelled walls, leather upholstery, and plush red carpeting. Despite being windowless, the ambiance is inviting and perfect for immersing oneself in a classic American grill experience. The menu features simple yet appealing grill classics such as shrimp cocktail, hanger steak, and rum baba.
Impromptu lunch for 2 whilst shopping on Bond Street. As walk-ins with no reservation we were greeted warmly and shown to a very comfortable booth table in the beautiful art deco dining room. Popular venue for singles, couples and larger groups. Attentive and friendly service, with our menu choices being a Cobb Salad and a Sole Meunière, with a glass of Chablis each. The hotel and the restaurant presented themselves beautifully; the architecture, artwork, and staffing are all of a very high standard. Recommended. David W, Dec 2024.

I visited The Colony Grill for my friend’s 30th birthday and truly enjoyed my experience. The food was exquisite, the ambience was amazing and portion size was very palatable, which was very surprising as usually restaurants in Mayfair tend to serve smaller portions. I felt at times that the service could’ve been a tad quicker as sometimes we were waiting to get the attention of servers for some time. However, Kitty who was an amazing server made our experience wonderful. She paid my friends and I special attention and made herself available to us especially when she noticed that we hadn’t been attended to. That attention to detail was much appreciated from my friends and I, and on that basis, I will most definitely be visiting The Colony Grill again!

We were looking for somewhere to enjoy an early breakfast in a relaxed yet luxurious setting after my best friend’s hen do and came across the Colony Grill. As part of the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, our bags were whisked away to make things easier, and we were seated in a lovely booth. I chose the pancakes, which were light and airy and served with real maple syrup which was absolutely delicious. Others in our party went for the full English breakfast, eggs Benedict and fresh fruit juices, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere calm and refined, and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. It was the perfect end to a busy weekend in London. While it is not a budget choice, the beautiful hotel setting and high end experience make it worth it if you are looking for a touch of luxury.

We went for the thanksgiving lunch, the food was lovely. We thought there could be a couple of little improvements to make the experience 5 star, our jackets were not offered to be taken on arrival, and we along with others waited ages to pay. The welcome drink was less than half a glass full and very rationed. There were also no tablecloths on the tables and the food came extremely quickly rather than pacing it to allow to enjoy a glass of wine so it was a little rushed, we were done in about an hour. The tables are quite closely packed in as well. Overall a decent experience to try once but could be better!

Came here for the Valentine’s Day special lunch menu for £90 per pax. Absolutely wonderful and pleasant experience. Staff were very courteous, welcoming and friendly. Food was really tasty. Special mention to the Monkfish Wellington - it had such a great combination of flavour and texture, and the mushroom and pastry that surrounded the monkfish was perfect. We absolutely loved the shellfish béarnaise that accompanied it - great pairing! Unfortunately I don’t think the a la carte menu serves monkfish wellington currently. The beef tartare was the other amazing dish we had. Never had I ate such tasty beef tartare! Foie gras was also one of our favorites and it had such wonderful pairing of flavours. The dessert was white chocolate mousse -Valentine Day special. Likewise, the flavour balance was well thought out, though we were misled by the menu that it was accompanied by sorbet! The ambience is lovely, and there is a pianist playing music live. Had a super enjoyable afternoon.

I've been going to The Colony Grill for the past few years. A great place to get steaks that is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the near by Oxford Street. The steaks are always great quality and perfectly cooked, the hanger steak is probably my favourite right now. A cut from the lower belly that is known for it's flavour and tenderness, not one you usually see on the menu. Perhaps better know as the butchers cut, as it was the cut the butchers always kept for them selves. The real treat is the deserts, want a sundae? You get to select everything you want on it from a small menu you fill out. Go crazy or go simple, it's always great.

Went here for our annual girls Christmas dinner after a carol evening at st Mary's church. It looked very busy but we had booked a table so readily seated. It's a very lovely ambient. Getting menus and ordering drinks was a little slow. I think we were briefly forgotten but it did give us a chance to catch up until our stomachs started saying otherwise;) We were given a generous bread basket but offered no alternative to butter. Two of us on the table couldn't eat butter but the bread was lovely on its own and I probably ate more than I should have. None of us had starters for various reasons so can't comment. I had a burger which was substantial but not the tastiest I've had. It came with chips which were heavily salted in my opinion. I couldn't finish either the burger or the chips. So I'm glad I didn't have a starter. One of us had the shepherds pie which had actual pieces of meat rather than mince! My friend enjoyed it. Another had the fish and chips another substantial dish. She didn't manage to get through it. Fish was good, chips salty. Another had the calf liver. She enjoyed it immensely. We had a vegetarian who had the gnocchi which she loved as well. They were a few side dishes but I was too full to try anything else. None of my friends had any alcohol so our bill was reasonable but it isn't a cheap night out. We were given courtesy mince pies. One of our party had never had one so it was hilarious getting her to try one for the first time. I would certainly recommend a visit. Would appreciate a bit more attention and a little less salt. The burger I would give a miss but I would try some of the other offerings.

The Colony Grill Room is a place I’ve always wanted to visit but I never had the time or occasion to actually go. I’m happy that I finally dropped by for a visit this week! We had the beef tartare, which was honestly the best beef tartare I’ve had in my life, to kick off the meal. We were also served with a bread basket, as is typical of any hotel restaurant. For mains, we got both the Turbot and the Ribeye Steak. The steak was really good, well seasoned, was perfectly cooked to medium rare, and complemented the chimichurri sauce on the side. We also ordered some chips to go with the steak. The Turbot was also well-cooked, very soft and juice on the inside and lightly seasoned so you can really enjoy the fish. I get what the hype is about now, with the steak here excellent and the cooking set at a really high standard. The food is really good, albeit it all comes with a pretty steep price tag. Worth it.

Dirty Bones Soho is a popular spot in the city, known for its American comfort food and cocktails. The industrial-style space with white-washed brick walls sets the scene for indulging in mouthwatering dishes like burgers, fried chicken, and milkshakes. Customers can also enjoy a variety of cocktails and beers. The menu offers options like bottomless wings on Wednesdays, Buffalo Chicken Burgers, Crispy Lamb Fries, and Coleslaw.
Excellent service and attention to detail by the service staff (an example being that we were celebrating and so at the end of the meal were given a complimentary shot, though the server/team, noticed that we were not drinking alcohol and made it non-alcoholic, which was pleasing). The food itself was delicious and great portions. The lamb ribs were some of the best ribs we have ever had and we left feeling very full and satisfied. Will definitely be recommending to friends and will certainly return.

Just had a fabulous bottomless brunch. Food was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive; we hadn’t finished our drinks before they were asking if wanted more. Tereza was amazing! Definitely had our money’s worth! £45 for an hour and a half bottomless brunch plus we had a dessert for £55 pp including service.

The majority of the food was good but, the portion sizes and the prices were not the best to say the least. The chicken tacos were good but the beef ones were below average if not worse. The chips were well received. Left the restaurant still hungry after spending £120 for a group of 4. The service was great tho and our main server was very chill and friendly.

Myself and fiance stumbled across this place (we had been recommended the French restaurant around the corner). The cocktails are amazing and the food is fantastic. The lamb fries are so filling they could be a main not a side. The mac & cheese burger is so juicy. While we couldn't manage a dessert we would definitely go back.

Had a Bottomless Brunch at Denman Street last weekend. Firstly let me say the KEN our waiter was excellent. Such a great example of how to host a table properly. He was attentive, knowledgable and made the whole lunch a very enjoyable experience - hence the star rating. The options for food for the brunch were excellent either from a set menu or from some of the main menu. The drinks were flowing as you’d hope at a Bottomless Brunch and we weren’t rushed during our allotted time. Overall a very nice experience with quality meat and sides.

Very average burger place, just off Piccadilly. Chicken was bland and truffle fries, when they arrived were cold. £ 33.00 for a bottle of Merlot, which I wouldn’t pay £3.50 for in the local supermarket. I’ve eaten better burgers in McDonalds and Burger King!

Stopped by here for snacks before the theater (which is very conveniently located). We had a drink and some appies. The service was good, the food was good (lots of spicy choices so beware of that). We found London expensive and this was pretty typical as well.

As a fan of buffalo wings, this was absolutely one of the best wings I’ve had. Nice blue cheese dip. Chicken club sandwich and nachos were also great! Props for also having PBR on tap and also a decent selection of beverages.

Great atmosphere, the food was amazing and great service as well. This place has been on my bucket list for such a long time and I’m glad I finally have a chance to swing by. My girlfriend, who’s American, said the food is as good as, if not better, than the ones she had back in the States! It’s so cool to have some authentic American food in London and would definitely come back to try the wings another time.

The WIZ cheese sauce was absolutely amazing and went with the tortilla chips really well. The beer was lovely and smooth and the vodka cranberry was nice and sweet. The bread was so soft and delicious and complimented the meat and cheese so well

Dropped in as a bucket list stop after visiting the Guards Museum, as I'd heard great feedback on social media about their Philly Cheesesteaks, but have never actually had one. Service, atmosphere, and food quality were top notch. Also, PBR at 5.75 a pint is shockingly cheap for London. One beer turned into three and I was already set up for a gig over in Shepherd's Bush.

My first visit here and was expecting the old fake 'American' bar in London.... but this place is the real deal no corny fake BS just authentic friendly enthusiastic staff and atmosphere Shannon and Kit are both friendly and attentive without being overly intrusive if you need anything they're there if you don't it's fine very cool Phillie vibes on the go 😀 Great place to watch American football lots of 📺 so you can see the game wherever you are. It's a small bar so if you're bringing a crowd (like me and a few of my friends are now planning after I sent them pics) book a table in advance. Haven't eaten yet but I'm planning to and overheard other customers complimenting their food so looking forward to that will post later

Waffle Jack's American Diner is a small and charming restaurant located on the edge of Wimbledon, offering a lively and casual space to enjoy typical American comfort food dishes. The owners are known for their accommodating and friendly nature, creating an infectious atmosphere that adds to the diner's larger-than-life feel. The menu features classic American comfort food classics such as burgers, ribs, sweet and savory waffles with various toppings like Nutella or chicken strips, bacon, and eggs.
Stumbled upon this lovely place while passing. Warm, friendly service, delicious, fresh food and generous portions. I had the waffles and they were so good. Now we know this place is here, we'll be back for sure.

Yes!! At last a real American style burger. All the other places don’t know what good is, well Waffle Jack’s is great! Run by a lovely couple who know quality freshly cooked food, if you’re craving juicy burgers and a fun atmosphere this is the spot. We’ll be back and will update based on the next meal we get.

Interactive games tables, great food for the kids, good coffee, interesting and tasty soft drinks (jarritos) beers and cocktails too. What’s not to like? The service is great, kids entertained, and a fun place to eat. The food is great. I had the Hawaiian burger( love it!!) Very worth a visit if you haven’t been.

Came on a Saturday morning. Clearly popular, people sitting inside and outside, and lots of different types of people too, from families with young children to older couples. We were greeted and immediately felt welcome, shown to a table and served in good time. It was a nice, chilled out atmosphere. We had the pancakes, milkshake and coffee. Everything was great! I'll be back for the waffles next time.

We had such a fantastic experience at Waffle Jacks! The service was warm and welcoming, honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The restaurant has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere, and my son absolutely loved that the tables turned into a digital game board we could all enjoy while waiting for our meals, such a brilliant idea! The waffles themselves were delicious, with generous portions that left us all more than satisfied. This has quickly become a family favourite spot, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

I attended with my kids last weekend to try out their waffles and wow. My kids loved them!!! I also couldn't believe the portion I received of ice-cream that came with it. While we were in the diner, we played the games on the tabletop screens which had us entertained until the waffles arrived. The customer service from the owners was extremely personable and we will definitely come back again if we are in the area. Can I say, you need to try the different flavoured waffles in the fridge section. We were gifted a box of these 😋

Went here for my birthday 2 days ago.......have had food poisoning ever since. The food is below standards for the price. The ribs were 100% purchased from a supermarket and oven baked and undercooked. They were not fresh. The pizza ordered for my son was also not fresh and was undercooked leaving him with a bad stomach aswell. Other than that, the customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable for my kids. Would recommend this place for the waffles but if you're looking for a reasonably priced quality meal, look elsewhere.

All Star Lanes is a retro-American, boutique 4-lane bowling alley with a lively atmosphere and an upbeat soundtrack. In addition to bowling, they offer karaoke for those looking to add some extra fun to their visit. The dedicated party rooms are stylishly decorated and equipped with large TVs and iPad-style controls for convenience.
We had the best time. We went for the Lodge area, where there are only 2 lanes and is almost empty. We had also a private karaoke session and it was so much fun! I had never tried it before and I cant recommend enough!

Pretty good bowling alley. Not the best beer selection in my opinion but enough for all tastes to be catered for. Just maybe not the brands you like. They do food as well, was not bad for that type of place. We had a great time so would recommend the place.

A small bowling alley (only 6 lanes) and really quite cramped. Was expecting a bit more for £18 each for 1 game / 30 mins. But it was nice enough and a good atmosphere. We had a few drinks but didn't eat. Lots of tables for eating.

Had a private event at All Star Lanes Holborn in The Lodge Room. An evening of bowling on Saturday night for around 45 guests. We were blown away, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, made us feel relaxed despite hosting so many people and were always kind and smiling. Thank you so much to Kat and Tim for running the event flawlessly, Veto for looking after us from the moment we arrived at the venue and to Aman, PJ and Sarvesh for keeping our guests entertained in the main bar after the event ended. We had such an amazing birthday party and it was all thanks to you guys.

Hidden spot with 4 bowling lanes and a swanky old-fashioned bar with glitter ball. Food is alright but better than expected (good southern fried chicken tenders). The bowling area is cosy but you have enough space for your personal belongings, discreet security at the door and good service overall.

Camden Diner is an American chain restaurant and bar that offers a diverse menu featuring shakes, burgers, all-day breakfasts, waffles, ribs, wings, hot dogs and pancakes. The diner has a refreshed look with exposed brick walls, neon signage and comfortable booth seating. It also boasts a great outdoor dining area for sunny days. Customers can enjoy creating their own pancake stacks with various toppings like vanilla ice cream, Biscoff, banana or Nutella.
If you’re a fan of the American Diner experience this is a must do stop in Camden. It may not look too spectacular from the outside, but the inside has a good vibe and plenty of comfy booth seats to set the scene. Burgers, hot dogs, mac and cheese and all the other classics are there alongside some decadent milkshakes. There’s even an “if you can finish it in 30 minutes it’s free” monster meal on the menu! If I had any negative if that’s some staff are a bit glum, which jars badly against the traditional lively diner vibe. Thankfully most of the staff are awesome. If you found my review or photos helpful please leave a quick thumbs up 👍 Thank you!

We had booked and on entrance we welcomed. It was calm & less busy for the time we booked but got busy as we left. The staff also accommodated our request to move seating. The staff were polite and professional. The service was quick. We both ordered The Hatch Chicken Burger with fries, the diner slaw to share & a milkshake each (Oreo & Snickers). The food/ drink was really good however a negative was that a 1/3 of the chicken in the burger wasn’t cooked and was raw. This was fedback to the staff, who was going let the chef know. Also, the communication between the staff could be improved, as a request was made to staff for more cutlery and we never received any until asking another member of staff, who provided us with it (and this was when the diner wasn’t busy at all). This was also the case when we highlighted the raw chicken in the burger, which we had to mention again when paying the bill. As a result, they deduct some money off the bill in view of this. Overall, a positive/ negative experience. Would come again and try other foods but will be make sure to check all is cooked well.

I recently dined at Camden Diner and had a delightful experience. I ordered their cheeky burger, accompanied by a side of curly fries and a refreshing coke. The meal was nothing short of delicious; the flavours were on point. What made this visit even more memorable was that it served as the perfect late-night stop after enjoying cocktails. The food helped soak up the evening's libations, leaving me feeling satisfied and content. The atmosphere at Camden Diner was exactly what I needed – chilled and relaxed, providing a comfortable setting for the late-night meal. The staff was attentive and made sure my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, Camden Diner exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return for another fantastic meal. Highly recommended for those seeking a tasty bite in a laid-back ambience with great service. Thank you Camden Diner

I tried this American's dinner place in Camden, and it was pretty good! The service is very quick, and the food was delicious. They also have beers, but not a huge selection. The place has a nice vibe and cool atmosphere with some NBA games from the 90s on TV.

Another great place to have breakfast and when I say breakfast I mean pancakes and syrup. I’ve also had Buffolo wings and blue cheese, sadly I have no photos, I ate them too quickly and forgot “whoops” This is a American style diner with a really nice atmosphere, really well decorated great pictures on the wall, really immersive feel to it when you are inside. Today was my third visit and I am pleased to say it has been consistently good. I love the staff at this place they are really hard working and professional. It really makes the food taste better if you are served by friendly faces and good attitude. I felt like a secret shopper on each visit knowing that I was at some point going to write a review. I think it’s only fair to shoutout the staff that served on each occasion and sometimes twice and each time they were consistently the same which thankfully was good. Don’t expect a cheap experience simply because of the location it’s in the middle of Camden so the prices reflect that, but the food is good and the service is good so it’s worth it. The building has a fantastic roof terrace also which adds to the experience. Outside they have loads of seating, today the outside was full so I sat inside which is just as good. They also have a fantastic range of drinks at the bar so you can eat and drink yourself to happiness. This place is located just off the main Camden high road just seconds away from all of the hustle and bustle but you can still feel the vibe of the crowds but you are just far enough away to relax. Anna has served me on several occasions and I must say she is great and a credit to this establishment “big up to Anna” and also I got great service from Nathalie who can be found most times behind the bar, she was great and was consistently great following several visits. This morning I was served by Angela who made sure I was ok, and that my food was good without being annoying which is always a plus. My experience at this place is very positive and I recommend it for a great American diner experience, let me know how your visit went. Hope you like the photos.

We had breakfast here on one of the first Sundays after lockdown. It was a family brunch with our 8yo. The roof garden is very cute and has heating. Service is excellent (staff lovely). I had the breakfast burrito (pictured), my partner had the full breakfast and the 8yo had pancakes. Portions are very generous (American after all) and we all thought our chosen dishes were delicious. I wasn’t expecting the background music to be so fantastic (lot of vintage soul). Overall top marks. Thank you for making our family outing special.
Diana V — Google review
I think a 3-star review for Camden Diner is fair, in fact perhaps generous. When we arrived, the table we were given was dirty - spilled drinks and crumbs from the previous customers, etc - we had to ask for it to be cleaned and our waiter didn’t seem happy about that. We decided on the order, but were told that they’d run out of portobello mushroom wings; they then also told us they’d had no mayo left for our fries, and a few other items too. Not a great experience for those who prefer vegan/plant based diets, poor choice for that demographic. Luckily for vegans - Purezza, Neat Burger and Rudy’s are nearby. The bathrooms (WC) were in a state! Just disgusting. Overall food was ok, 5.5/10; service not ideal and cleanliness a huge issue. I’d probably avoid

Right, So The Diner (Camden Branch, as they have a number of locations across London). Straight off the bat - the interior. Feels a lot like a traditional American Diner, with big booths and cushioned seats. The service staff are brilliant, checking up on you to ensure you are enjoying your experience and to provide you with additional drinks and nibbles as required. The food itself is brilliant - you won't need to spend a lot here to feel full and satisfied. They offer a wide range of dishes - but this is a venue for your cheat day, so don't expect too many healthy options! A brilliant experience, definitely pay a visit!

We stopped here mid afternoon for some late lunch so it was very quiet. Veronike was exceptional as our server. Very welcoming and friendly and made sure we were well looked after. The food was great and tasted fantastic. The Gumbo and Texas Chilli has bags of flavour and were perfect on a cold London day. If you're looking for some really tasty Southern US style food, this place is well worth a visit.

We had a great time at Americana. We used the Soft Launch discount for the 11-plate tasting menu. The buffalo cauliflower stood out on the veg board, whilst the rest wasn’t as good and quite oily. The meat and seafood board was delicious — especially the prawns and the chicken. . We were impressed at the serving size for the dessert board, they were huge! The pecan pie stood out. It was definitely worth it and we would come again. Props to our server Jovan for great customer experience.

Nice food but I can't say it was anything special. There are better options around for cheaper/similar price, but if you end up here you'll leave both full and satisfied. A good drinks menu and great service, our server Jovan was lovely. Overall a nice place, but the food wasn't really for me.

The service and atmosphere at this place is a ten! There was a lady going around tables playing live violin, because we went in December they were playing Christmas music. Fairy lights all around, staffs were very attentive. We came here for the 12 course tasting menu, so much food. The meat was tender and soft, you get both chicken and pork brisket(yes, it is pork, we had assumed brisket would be beef), but I didn’t personally liked the seasoning - heavily BBQ and ketchup so it was towards the sweet side.

Me and husband went here for a three course lunch. Staff: We were seated quickly and the staff came over to order, to check the foods quality and top up our water. We felt well taken care off without being smothered. The waiters and kitchen staff interacted nicely with each other and the atmosphere was friendly yet professional. Truly some of my favourite staff experience! Food: the dishes looked lovely and tasted better! My husbands medium steak was perfect, my haloumi salad was light yet spicy and filling. It was all very fresh. You can see the chefs preparing the food from the seating area which is great. The pacing between courses was good. We also enjoyed the unlimited home made iced tea! Prices: the prices are very fair, especially for the quality and amount of food and the location in tourist London, directly next to several theatres and the national gallery Restaurant: the seats were comfortable, the style and music really fit the the theme. Everything incl the bathrooms was very clean and tidy We can really recommend going there and we'll be back ourselves!

we enjoyed this place so much while in London that we came back for a second visit! It is beautifully decorated on the inside and service is always excellent! They have a two-for-one happy hour with great cocktails too!! The tropical punch was my favorite. The hurricane had a little bit too much ice. The bathrooms are downstairs, but my husband is disabled, they saw him having trouble and stopped him and allowed him to use the bathroom upstairs by the bar, which tells me how great they are at paying attention. The Louisiana burger was delicious, but the cheesecake is to die for!! If we lived locally we would be regulars!

Cannot recommend highly enough. We came on a Time Out offer prior to heading to the theatre afterwards on a Monday. The food was fantastic and well worth every penny we paid. But the service is really why I'm leaving a review. Veronika's service was second to none; often, I've found when dining out on an offer you end up with second class service but this absolutely was not the case. She was attentive and checked up regularly (but not too much to annoy!) She also very kindly offered to keep the leftovers for us in their fridge while we attended the theatre and we popped by to collect them afterwards. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Randy's Wing Bar in Hackney Wick is a popular spot known for its American-style wings and casual dining atmosphere. The restaurant has gained a strong reputation for its award-winning wings, earning the title of 'king of wings' and even being recognized as Europe's No1 Wing Bar. The menu features a diverse selection of wing flavors, including chimichurri, jerk, Gangnam, Kansas BBQ, and the classic Buffalo. In addition to wings, there are also affordable burger options available.
One of my most favourite places in London, I come here every year during summer! Food was genuinely so delicious. I received one of the meal deals for two people (it gives you 10 wings, 2 sides, and 2 drinks)— Korean wings are one of my favourites, the sauce is spectacular. I would recommend getting 5x2 wings of your choice, and 1x2 sides (so we got 5 wings of 2 different types, 1 chips, 1 coleslaw, and 2 cans of lemonade). Portions were good, the quality of the food was excellent. The service was amazing, they were really kind and gave us a meal deal (since we are students). Super friendly and chatty, made me ease up quickly into the place. There were only two servers dealing with a LOT of customers however, so it can get a little hectic trying to get their attention. Atmosphere was gorgeous, especially with the sun setting outside. Coming here during summer means you get to experience the wide open doors, the warm breeze soothing you over any hot dish, and the beautiful decorations really uplift the vintage/chill aesthetic of this place. It’s all so beautiful! The table my friends were on was quite sticky however, so remember to bring your own wipes to mitigate this issue! If you’re on a budget, then I recommend the meal deals (they’re around £20 with the addition of service charge). This place is not cheap of course, but from a lot of the ‘high-end’ fast food restaurants, this can definitely be affordable if you share the cost with more than one person!

Mixed feelings about our trip to Randys on Sunday. The coated and fried wings we had were really great although the Nashville Hot wings were not hot in the slightest in fact the hot honey wings my wife had are spicier so quite disappointing if you are a fan of spicy. Great flavour though so no issues there. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is due to the service and loaded fries which were both problematic. We ordered 3 portions of loaded fries in addition to 5 regular fries which were forgotten about and we had to raise this with the server who went inside and came back to tell us that the kitchen had missed them because it was a big order. There were 8 of us each ordering either wings or a burger with fries. Not exactly a challenging order and quite a poor excuse to give for forgetting almost a 3rd of the fries order. When the fries arrived the majority of our wings had been eaten so kind of pointless having them. In addition to that my fries were swimming in a yellow liquid (garlic butter I think). We had another portion of the same fries which were not sitting in this liquid so either one didn't have enough or mine had too much either way it wasn't very pleasant (see pics) Overall the experience was good and I would recommend the wings (I wouldn't order loaded fries again) & the Hazy IPA was really nice but if this restaurant cannot handle service on a quiet Sunday afternoon what is it like at peak times?

Second time here. Really enjoyed our meal and service recovery was good too. We tried their new recipe for the Korean wings as well and they were really good. & I’m also glad they carry local brewery (Signature) on draft! Special mention to H!

I’m never having Wingstop again after this place. The wings here are unreal – hands down some of the best I’ve had in London. All the sauces are made in-house and you can really taste the difference. We tried the spicy Korean, buffalo, and hot honey – each one was packed with flavour and perfectly balanced. We also got the Gravy Train loaded fries and the gravy was so rich and flavourful – 10/10. The frozen cocktails are also such a treat, and the whole place has a great canal-side vibe that makes it even better. A big shoutout to our server “H” – he walked us through the menu, explained their sauce process, and was so lovely throughout. He really made the experience feel special. Will definitely be back for more!

Absolute Gem of a Place The wings were crispy but sauced to the max, every option was a unique trip to flavour town, worthy enough to dethrone Wingstop, the entire experience had my girlfriend repeating "that's crazy girl" their loaded fries were delicious and flavoursome too, the staff was well attentive and they served with a smile, H in particular was an amazing host, you could tell they had a passion for their craft and love what they do. It's a cute little place by the canal with food just as breathtaking as it's service, will definitely come again

By far the best wings place in London! The staff is also very friendly. H was the person taking care of us, just a really friendly, easygoing and polite guy. Thank you, we always enjoy Randy's! Food came out super quick. We got the wing tray: Korean, Garlic Parm, Buffalo, Hot Honey. My favourites were Hot Honey and Buffalo :)

Used to come here a lot a few years ago but suddenly thought it’s been a while so let’s go again. The atmosphere was great (how can you go wrong on a sunny Hackney Wick), so was the service, but disappointed in the wings! We used to love them! The buffalo is watery and not spicy at all (I used to struggle to eat them - in a good way!) and they’ve added the breadcrumb or whatever it is, to the chicken whereas before it was just tender and crispy chicken and the sauce. The blue cheese use to be a lot better too and in a pot not covered on top. Again, unfortunately watery. As usual the chips and slaw delicious and the array of drinks is always good. Will definitely try again but upset it’s not what it used to be!

Popped in for lunch as my friend had been desperate to take me for ages. It didn’t disappoint. We ordered the wing tray with the choice of having them breaded with sauce. We asked for the: buffalo, Korean, hot honey and Kansas BBQ. We devoured them quickly with a side of gravy fries and washed down with a chilled lager. Would definitely return.

Batting cage center
Passyunk Avenue Waterloo is one of four locations in London, each with its own charm. The restaurant offers a taste of South Philadelphia with its sports dive bar atmosphere and hearty American fare. The menu features iconic dishes like the Philadelphia cheesesteak, pastrami Reuben, chicken club, and meatball parm sandwiches. Visitors have praised the friendly staff who went out of their way to make Thanksgiving special by accommodating requests to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving parade.
Our waitress Marisa was super attentive, helpful and overall great. The bar is super cool, great atmosphere. Great selection of food, was able to pre-order for large group of people and really tasty. Good value for money. Was able to open up a bar tab too which worked out well. Would definitely come back!

The decor and atmosphere is great. Food was decent but could improve a little on taste. Staff were also friendly. Will likely return to test out the batting cages, darts and shuffle boards.

OMG! Best Philly steak ever! I went with my partner and we’ve been here around ten times already. It really feels American, and it’s so cool to watch American football games while you eat. There’s even a baseball cage where you can practise your skills while having a drink with your friends. The chicken wings are unreal, some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are super nice and friendly, and the whole vibe is amazing. It’s so nice to have a place like this right in central London. Highly recommended!

Party of 4. 2x kids cheese burger and fries. Buffalo wings. Philly cheese. And chicken club. With drinks. Eldest didn't like the burger. Youngest did. There were no pickles nor ketchup within. Wings were great. Philly great. Club sandwich good. Both these last two came with quarter pickle gerkin. Atmosphere great. The street itself is worth a visit. So despite no soap in the toilet. Ketchup bottles brought way into the meals and an unexpected service charge of near a tenner bringing overall bill to near 80 quid. So must be more than 10%. There was another they stated where you could opt to tip extra. Forgot to mention dirty knife in utensils on table. The food is worth a visit. But the service charge put us off a revisit. Shame!

Great bar! Tucked neatly underneath Waterloo station in a subway adorned with excellent graffiti, this place is a hidden gem. It was a packed house for Canada Day, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, and more than happy to give me an accessible table. The service was swift and with a smile, and they have great advice on the menu. The food itself was great: a loaded Philly cheesesteak sandwich washed down with a cold one. I really wanted to have the poutine special too, but I was stuffed already! Prices were reasonable for London and there was no hard selling. Thoroughly recommended!

Been meaning to come and try the food here for ages, finally made it while working in London. Ordered an American hoagie and was so filling, made with fresh ingredients. Closest hoagie I have gotten to in the UK since I went to America. Nothing compares in the UK getting a hoagie until coming to Passyunk Avenue. Very full and happy, I will be coming back again for more food. While working in London. Highly recommend, also got to watch some of this week's football and baseball on the TV which is an absolute bonus

The Beaumont is a luxurious hotel housed in a 1926 art deco-style building, offering an elegant dining experience and a spa. The Gatsby Room exudes an Art Deco-inspired ambiance with dark woods and esoteric artwork, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea accompanied by the soothing sounds of a baby grand piano. The menu reflects a blend of European refinement and classic American flavors, featuring delicate sandwiches, warm scones, and an array of delectable pastries.
We stayed at The Beaumont Mayfair for 9 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The team was professional and kind, especially Ned who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue and they handled it with great care. The location is perfect, the room was spotless, and the restaurant food was delicious. We were celebrating a special occasion and they even surprised us with a thoughtful gift. Highly recommended!

My wife and I are long term clients of the hotel, and have dined there many times. The new decor is brighter, but we think gives it a 'lunch' feel more than evening. This is the first time we have tried the new menu. My liver was delicious, and she like her halibut, and we are delighted you have retained the ice cream sundae menu. Egidio and his team are lovely and attentive as always.

11/10! We had our wedding here! It’s an only destination if you want an unforgettable experience, service, food and staff… Carolina who made our wedding celebration incredibly special and memorable. Ned who made our stay unforgettable. Stefan who did everything so we could have an amazing wedding day/night. If i had to redo my wedding, I’d it here again without a blink. Food, Drinks, Vibe and everything else is just too good to be true.

I recently stayed at The Beaumont Mayfair for 7 days with a group, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service at both the hotel and the restaurant was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely polite. A special mention goes to Antonino, whose stellar service truly stood out—he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Five stars for The Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair. We checked out earlier today following a very pleasant weekend at the hotel - we recieved as a birthday gift. We were treated very special by staff, all of whom were friendly and polite - check in and check out process was smooth, room was beautiful. We had the luxury of staying in the Junior Suite in the newer part of the building, and it was truly magnificent. From the design and decor to the amenities, the room service itself was exceptional. Sunday Lunch was top notch, the hotel serves Noam Lager which indeed is a preferred beer of mine. In a nutshell, the room was spectacular, the staff were fantastic - we’d highly recommend to all and will most certainly be back. We usually find ourselves at another hotel, also local, but we have found ourselves a new spot ! The location is also great. The heart of Mayfair, walking distance to anywhere you’d want to be ! Thanks to all.

We visited the Beaumont for drinks on Friday evening, and whilst the service and food was exceptional, we were blown away by the doorman with whom as we left, noticed it was pouring down with rain and gifted us his umbrella to walk to the station. It really made our evening and was incredibly kind. Thank you.
James K — Google review
I cannot say enough positive things about The Beaumont! My family loves the Mayfair area, but this was our first stay at this hotel. We will most certainly be returning! We felt so welcomed and taken care of without feeling hovered over. The location is prime and the food was delicious. The best part, however, is the staff. Front desk workers, concierge, doormen, servers, and housekeeping - everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A perfect 5 star stay!

Joe Public is a small, buzzy joint with outdoor picnic tables for pizza slices and craft beer. The menu focuses on by-the-slice pizzas cut from 20 inch whoppers. Toppings are mostly conventional, though the chicken with chorizo, halloumi and oregano combination is a neat combo.
The pizza is delicious, served by the slice and as fresh as you could hope for. Maisie gave us incredible service and made us feel at home. I cannot wait to be back!!!

Service was really slow, even though the line wasn’t that long. It felt like there was no sense of urgency, and a few people in the queue ended up leaving because it just wasn’t moving. One of the staff members seemed more focused on chatting up a girl than helping customers, which didn’t help the situation. On the plus side, the pizza did look good!

Literally the perfect spot for a bite and a pint. Also all Elsa for any recommendations for the local area. Maisie also nailed the pizza choice - thank you both!

I popped in to buy a beer for the homeless man outside the tube ( that’s all he wanted…I offered food so don’t @ me please) and (I think it was) Olly (? So sorry if I have the name totally wrong but he was the guy working at 10:20pm) said he would comp this for me and him. He also told me you guys take the left overs out to the homeless people locally when you close. I was happy to pay but also so happy to hear this lovely act of kindness from your team. This is what makes a community ❤️

We wasn’t sure of what to get and they were very patient with us! The pizza tasted INSANE! All their pizzas, cocktails & sauce dips are made in house so you know you’re getting your food FRESH! Restaurant
The Diner is a delightful American chain restaurant and bar that offers an extensive menu featuring all-day breakfasts, mouthwatering burgers, and indulgent shakes. Recently, I had the pleasure of exploring their new vegan and vegetarian options for the second time. While I found the cheesy fries to be a bit cold this visit, everything else was served hot and delicious.
Fairly empty for a Sunday brunchtime. Great diner food, tasty milkshakes and a whole section of picklebacks on the menu. Will be coming back.
Megan W — Google review
The menu very much sticks to the American style diner theme - your usual burgers, hot dogs and shakes - and the food is okay, but the service... boy it is slow! I've been a few times since it's so close to my house, otherwise I would definitely not be back. It never disappoints in disappointing. I wonder if they have more than of person working the kitchen.
Marianna B — Google review
We waited 40 mins for food when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I tried to book via email yesterday, they told me they don't accept booking on pancake day, when we arrived they asked us do we have reservation. Buttermilk Fried Chicken: the meat was too dry and tasteless, the coating was very salty. Not even as good as KFC but the price was 4 times higher. Philly Cheese Steak: wr asked for medium but the steak was really chewy and plain, bread was cold and hard. Cheese burger: not bad. Oreo pancake: We went there because today is pancake day, but we had the worst pancake ever. Melted marshmallow didn't go well with the not-fluffy-at-all pancake, also it got that weird acid flavour in the marshmallow.
Amberose H — Google review
Good food and service. American style chain. The Oreo milkshake is to die for. Expensive cocktails which are low on the alcohol content. Usually go here for brunch on a weekend.
Manish S — Google review
I love the diners new vegan and vegetarian menu and this is the second time we’ve visited, and enjoyed it just as much, sadly the cheesy fries was a bit cold this time, so they werent too enjoyable, but everything else was amazing and piping hot, the vegan mac and cheese was slightly tasteless but still enjoyable, i appreciate companies trying out new vegan options! especially that this is their first vegan menu, its amazing and so many options!! the southern fried seitan burger was amazing! and the added jackfruit was the best ive ever tasted!

It's OK but a little "quantity over quality". Burgers, hot dogs, and various US-style heart attack fuel, including chicken + waffles. The mac+cheese is pretty basic. Lovely calorie heavy milkshakes, including hardshakes (boozy). Decent US diner vibe, with 50s/60s music. The service is friendly but a little slow.

Patty & Bun is a popular spot in London known for its delectable burgers and rosemary-salted chips that keep locals lining up day in and day out. With a starting price of 7.50, patrons can indulge in a variety of six mouthwatering burgers, such as the classic Smokey Robinson and the Lambshank Redemption. Easily the worst burger I have eaten. We tried the chicken one and the chilli one. The chicken one was burned. They even refused to take it back. The chilli one, the patty tasted like rubber. I don't usually leave bad reviews but *please* avoid this place.
Michael M — Google review
Shockingly burnt chicken. The kitchen staff denied to take the order back (which we didn’t have a single bite of cos it was pure charcoal) and made all sorts of excuses about how the chicken piece was too thick and it had to be fried for 7 minutes...appalling customer service.
Kostas K — Google review
Don't bother with the vegan brisket. It was just bland soya mince put on top of chips which just made the whole thing mushy. Couldn't be further from brisket if they tried.

My new favourite restaurant in London, absolutely stunning food and amazing staff. It was recommended to us by someone that lives in London, and what a find. You walk into a vibrant ( but not too noisy) atmosphere, the service from every member of staff is impeccable- Rita our waitress was particularly helpful and friendly. My pork chop was the best I’ve ever had, my wife’s salmon so so tasty and our desserts were simply amazing. For the price you pay it’s simply amazing value for money. Can’t wait to go back.
John W — Google review
We came for a quick bite and order three things, king prawns, escargot and a cheese burger The king prawns were probably 1.5-2 cms and when I mentioned it the manager came and insisted these were king prawns. There was no point arguing as he was adamant. The escargot were swimming in some oil and green paste without the shell and the burger was the worse we have ever had at a ‘nice’ restaurant. The patty was compressed and tasted equally flat. Overall the service was great and quick, the managers know it all attitude when he clearly was wrong and the food quality was very disappointing.
Mariam H — Google review
The restaurant exuded a vibrant atmosphere, beautifully illuminated and bustling with energy. As we walked in, we were greeted by our delightful hostess, Angeli. True to her name, she radiated warmth and kindness, her smile illuminating the space around her. Her genuine hospitality added an extra touch to what was already an extraordinary dining experience. She truly is a treasure! Wade, the doorman, effortlessly engaged guests with his friendly demeanor, setting a welcoming tone from the very moment we arrived. Our culinary adventure began with an assortment of starters that were nothing short of mouthwatering; I can still taste the exquisite flavors lingering in my memory. Embracing my love for variety, we chose to share three delectable dishes: 1. Sautéed King Prawns, elegantly presented and drizzled with a rich roasted tomato sauce, infused with garlic, chili, and garnished with a bouquet of wild rocket. 2. The Tian of Dressed Dorset Crab, which was a symphony of brown and white crab meat artfully combined with creamy avocado, refreshing pickled cucumber, and served with crispy crostini. 3. Baked Camembert, a heavenly treat complemented by drizzles of truffled honey and accompanied by garlic-toasted crostinis, exuding an irresistible aroma. For our main course, we savored Moules Marinière & Frites, a delightful medley of tender mussels cooked in a sumptuous white wine broth with shallots, cream, and fresh parsley. It was utterly divine! I couldn’t help but recall the flavors from Glogge Egge in Zurich; Balthazar’s version was equally satisfying, if not more so. We also indulged in the Roasted Rump of Lamb, beautifully cooked and served alongside velvety smoked pommes purée, crispy pancetta, earthy mushrooms, and sweet baby onions—simply exquisite! To cap off this magnificent meal, we indulged our sweet tooth with a couple of desserts that were spectacular: 1. The Paris Brest, crafted with a luscious hazelnut praline, rich vanilla ice cream, and delicately topped with white chocolate Chantilly—a true masterpiece. 2. The Rum Baba, a delightful concoction of macerated strawberries nestled in creamy vanilla, drenched in a tantalizing rum syrup that was irresistibly tempting. All in all, it was an unforgettable dining experience that left me yearning for my next visit!
Inna P — Google review
We had a truly disappointing experience here, despite being a long-time regular and booking well in advance for a party of eight. When we arrived, our reserved table wasn’t ready, and we waited nearly 30 minutes. We tried to stay positive and had drinks at the bar in the meantime. Once seated, we ordered oysters, several dishes, and 4–5 bottles of wine. While the food itself was delicious, every single course arrived very late, and the waiting time became exhausting. Still, we remained patient and didn’t complain. However, the situation turned unacceptable when, after only two hours, the staff repeatedly told us we had to leave the table for another group. This happened five times, even though the restaurant was far from full and there were plenty of empty tables around. By 10:30pm, the staff’s approach had become increasingly rude. Spending over £1,000 and receiving this kind of treatment was extremely disappointing. I have never experienced this issue here before, but this time I was left embarrassed in front of my business partners.

Very very good service and high quality food!!!! Amazing American bbq in the heart of London! If you like this type of cuisine, this is a must visit!!! We got the platter which includes a bit of everything and for two people it was enough! Shame that they were out of crispy baby potatoes! We visited on a Sunday afternoon at 7pm and we walked in with no reservation and 0 waiting time! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing décor, great music, truly an original aesthetic. The food was amazing. I got the brisket and the burger, and it was fantastic, as well as the fries, which have a very particular taste. They’re not just regular fries—there’s something in them. It was really great. We also had a tomato salad on the side with really fresh tomatoes. I’m not sure where they buy them from, but they were excellent. And then a couple of pints of Murphy’s, a stout I haven’t seen in some time. But best of all was the service—really happy faces and welcoming people. Definitely coming back.

I visited Bodean's Soho yesterday, and I'm still processing the sheer scale of the culinary masterpiece I experienced. This wasn't just a meal; it was a full-throttle foodgasm that left me in a happy, glorious state of meat sweats. Seriously, clear your afternoon schedule because you will need a nap after attacking this menu. The food was smoky, tender, and simply outstanding. Every single bite was a winner. However, what blew me away was the service. The staff member was an absolute hero. We had a minor issue where a piece of our bread was slightly burnt—a tiny speck of char, really. We pointed it out, and the staff instantly corrected it, bringing us a whole new, perfect portion. Their attitude was clear: nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel completely spoiled and taken care of. If you are looking for phenomenal BBQ and service that genuinely goes above and beyond, this is your place. Go get those meat sweats—you deserve them!

Food was delicious 😋 enjoyed the tuna starter & squid. Unfortunately the chicken wings were dry for me. We had burgers as mains, nice portion took some home. The dessert was a dark chocolate ganache with honeycomb. Strangely served in a drinking glass - nice, rich but small portion. Venue was gorgeous inside, unfortunately not enough staff, despite going up to pay I was told I had to await a server - that took age's!!. As part of First table.

Cannot recommend this place enough it is AMAZING! We went for a friends bday dinner last night and just had the most incredible time. The staff were absolutely fantastic like 100/10 amazing. We had the most incredible waitress Lotte and it was her first day!! She was so good with taking into consideration allergies, range of orders, providing information, just everything we were shocked it was her first day because she was so amazing. Also Serena was fantastic as well! Then the food was DELICIOUS definitely recommend as all sharing plates! Fave dishes were the artichoke dip and oxtail nuggets. Then the vibe - great live music, so much atmosphere, and even though there was a line to get in at the end of the night the bar still felt spacious. In case you can’t tell I absolutely loved my night here and will be back - thanks so much to all the team there for such a great night!

First time coming here, but definitely won’t be my last. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and affordable prices, and had a live band. I got the chicken burger with mac and cheese and it was definitely a hit! 😍😍I went on Tuesday and was able to get the £6 Tuesday tequila and tried margarita for the first time😍. I want to also thank my lovely waitress Sadie, I believe she said she was new, but she was the BEST host all night and made sure we were taken care of every time. She made us try the lovely Oreo doughnuts which is DIE for. She has also made me a tequila fan from her recommendations. I will definitely be visiting again and hope to see Sadie’s lovely smile. Thank you for making my anniversary more enjoyable🤩

Amazing food here! Really blew me away. Lovely, friendly and helpful stuff. Big thank you to Leticia for outstanding service! We had the mac and cheese (which was lovely), I had the brisket sandwich (which blew me away, it was cooked perfectly and had loads of flavour to it), and my partner had the fried chicken. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again sometime in the future!

Cocktail bar
COYA Mayfair is an upscale venue featuring three open kitchens that offer a variety of Peruvian dishes, including sharing plates, char-grill options, and ceviche. The restaurant hosts the Soul Grandioso event, a lively party brunch with live music and dancing in its vibrant Latin American bar. Guests can indulge in a selection of nibbles and Dom Perignon champagne before enjoying an ice platter filled with seafood dishes and choosing from mains like corn-fed baby chicken and sirloin steak.
Beautiful restaurant if you are looking for something special. The service and attention was refined and not overwhelming. The sommelier was knowledgeable and eager to help find that right wine. The food was cleverly presented and eye pleasing. That had several dining option which was very much appreciated. Set menu pair with drinks or order a la cart The thing you need to be aware is if you want a leisurely meal the set menu is at the kitchens pace. Felt a bit rushed and even the lunch menu states it’s designed to be an hour. Meaning looking to turn tables. The waiter never made us feel rushed but the pace nonetheless felt it. Waiter tried to accommodate. It is a bit pricey and value of food was almost there but was stretched. Again beautifully presented. We asked for our beef fillet medium rare but was medium well. But the value was made up by ambience and the staffs attention. So more of a destination dining experience than a culinary destination. That honestly stated , we had a most enjoyable dining experience.

The staff were excellent! very attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere. The food was decent, though I don’t think it fully justified the price, but it was still better than average. I also appreciated that the empanadas were made with corn flour.

Peruvian food. Guacamole is a must order with on hand waiter cooking the dish at your table. All dishes are excellent and their ice creams are home made with rambutan! The cup which ice creams are served was frozen cup to keep the ice cream cold. Amazing! On the top floor, there DJ playing fun music. Love it!

COYA is an Asian/Peruvian fusion restaurant with an eclectic vibe. The menu is extremely tempting as one is drawn to try a little of everything. Servings are small, and so I suggest ordering a variety of dishes. The service was excellent and the music was managed by a live DJ who played Indie house. Crowded restaurant, but we could speak without having to raise our voices. The bar area is inviting and quite lively. We ordered the Guacamole Dip - Wagyu Bao buns - Bluefin Tuna Tataki - Corn Empanadas - Sea Bass Ceviche - Pork Chops - Chilean Sea Bass - deserts - paired with Champagne and wine. Everything we tried was shared between the 3 of us and it was just the right amount of food that allowed us to appreciate the culinary delight. Very tasty - and very attentive staff. A welcome surprise is no cell coverage as the restaurant is 20’ underground. I did not see an elevator, and steps are steep / so at this point I would state it is accessible for those that may be challenged walking.

I went to Coya for my birthday lunch with friends, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every bite of food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding, 100% attentive without being overbearing. The staff really made the afternoon feel special. Highly recommend for a celebratory occassion out or just a great meal with friends!

Nothing special! Definitely not worth the fortune we paid. The waiter forgot one of our starters and generally, we were advised that we had ordered loads of food whereas we left the place hungry. The portions are extremely small for what you pay. Will not go back.

I had an amazing first experience at Coya Mayfair London! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warm smile of Zuzana, which immediately made me feel welcome. Even though the restaurant was very busy with a private event, she did her best to accommodate my request to change tables — something I truly appreciated. My server, Peter, was outstanding — patient, attentive, and explained everything in detail, which made the whole dining experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, and throughout the evening, different staff members checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Special mention to Zenek, the manager, who handled everything so professionally and ensured the atmosphere stayed smooth and enjoyable despite the busy night. Highly recommend this place for its incredible food, warm hospitality, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

Tried during June for 2, we weren’t super hungry so we got this and was more than enough: Tacos de Shiitake con Chalaquita (6/10), tasted soulless tbh, but others could enjoy it as a vegetarian option. Classic Sea Bass Ceviche (10/10) absolutely divine. Pollo a la Parrilla (10/10) so soft and full flavor, amazing. Would love to come here again to try other dishes 👍🏻

Chicken wings restaurant
Red Dog Saloon in Hoxton, London is a haven for those craving authentic Kansas City BBQ. The rustic wood decor sets the stage for a tantalizing culinary adventure, with slow-smoked meats and homemade sauces that are sure to impress any American food enthusiast. The menu features finger-licking ribs, burgers, and a variety of cocktails and beers to complement the flavors.
A very pleasant and atmospheric place. The staff is friendly and helpful. This was our third time there and we were pleased again. All the food was delicious and freshly prepared. We were a large group, and everything was served at the same time and kept hot. There's an excellent selection of juicy burgers and a variety of sets. The portions are really large, which justifies the prices. The meat mix was simply amazing, delicious, and melts in your mouth. To make eating the hearty burgers more comfortable, everyone is given a decent-sized cloth napkin, which is really convenient. On one of our visits, there was a live Latin American band playing, which really set the festive mood for the day. We've definitely become regulars. Thank you so much!

Came back here after 2 years, the food quality has dropped dramatically. We got a the US Kentucky platter and it left a lot to be desired. The ribs were tough, the brisket was dry, the mac and cheese was terrible, the fries were good (can’t go wrong). The best thing we had was the sandwiches, but at a relatively dear price of an average of £35 per person for platters, the quality was not up to standard. I would not recommend or be inclined to return again. The service was good though, so no complaints there.

I went there for the Hot Wing Challenge which was my hardest challenge so far but I still managed to pull it of which gave a photo on the wall of flame and a lifetime 20 percent discount. A week later I came back for lunch. We ordered a Newyork Platter (photo) which was really good and highly recommendable. The service was pretty good too, we immediately got a table, although we were served by two different waitresses who asked us the same questions each which was a bit confusing. The food came pretty quick. The price is definitely the one thing that makes this a 4 star review, because it is really hefty. We paid 70£ for this platter plus two diet Cokes, and the discount of 20 percent is already included. Food is really good, but because of the price I wouldn't come here too often. What I really liked about the food challenge was how nice the waitress was. She was there the whole time and kept asking if I'm okay which I thought was really nice. She offered to bring me milk as soon as I was finished and like I said was there the whole time for me.

My all-time favourite American style food in London Love the smoked meats and their unique sauces. The staff are always welcoming, and the overall look of this place is like an American shack! Great music to fit the theme. Go eat your meat here.

I came here with a bigger group, and even though we were polite and easy customers, the staff were just straight-up rude, shouting across the place and making the whole atmosphere unpleasant. It was too loud to have a proper chat, and the place was so cramped you couldn’t even put your bag down without being told off. The food was just as bad. I ordered a spicy burger, which came covered in a ridiculous amount of jalapeños and habaneros. I usually handle spicy food with no problem, but this one made me feel actually unwell. My stomach and throat were burning, and I even felt sick the next day. Safe to say this completely destroyed my appetite. Overall, really not worth it. Unfriendly staff, uncomfortable setting, and overpriced food. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

It's dude food. We ended up here accidentally because Odyssey on the other side of the square cancelled our reservation at the last minute because I am on crutches so couldn't make it down the stairs to a basement table. Staff are all very kind and helpful but professionalism and knowledge about the menu varies. We both got baskets where I got the platter with wings and my companion got the smoked brisket. Proteins were all well executed. My wings were deep fried but not greasy, the brisket was tasty and tender. However I hated the accompaniments like greasy chips, and slaw smothered in copious amounts of mayo. I didn't even try the greasy looking Texas toast. If I ever come back I will order a starter of wings and a side caesar to avoid all the greasy accompaniments.

I hosted a party here in their downstairs event space, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and I had rave reviews about the party food. Kostas helped with all the pre party organisation and support with the live band! Highly recommend if you are looking for a party venue!

Seasoning? Service? Basic manners? Not on the menu here! We ordered two mains, a peach iced tea and a vanilla malt. The ‘peach’ iced tea turned out to be nothing more than murky, sickly-sweet brown sugar water; no peach, just liquid diabetes in a glass. My daughter took one sip, returned it immediately, and I was still charged for it. When I pointed this out after paying, instead of an apology, another staff member (Maria – manager perhaps?) came over and tried to berate me for requesting a refund for the drink. Her dismissive, condescending tone was appalling – she even said, “Don’t do it again. You don’t come to a restaurant and order a plate of food and not pay for it” Excuse me?? What was she even on about? The DRINK was awful and I did not want to pay for it . Service was a shambles. The waitress kept forgetting things – my daughter asked for Coke and received a Diet Coke, I asked for Sprite which took over 5 minutes to arrive. She forgot my daughter’s chips and said she thought she didn’t want any even though I saw her write the order down and when I ordered my main she forgot to ask what side I wanted. I had to go up to the till to ask for onion rings. When I raised the iced tea issue, Maria doubled down, insisting the drink was “nice because everyone orders it.” There were three lots of diners - us included; the place was practically empty, so that excuse didn’t hold much weight. I pointed out that I didn't drink my malt but would pay for it (it was also too sweet I had to ask for ice cubes to dilute it, somehow). She then sarcastically asked if I wanted a refund for my malt, the service charge, or even the whole bill! Truly ignorant, shocking customer service and she needs to be retrained - ASAP! Between the bland food, sloppy service, and Maria’s arrogance, I won’t be back. Save yourself the grief – there are plenty of better places to eat in Hoxton. A very disappointing birthday dinner

Steak house
Restaurant
JW Steakhouse, located in London, is a top choice for a delectable dining experience. The restaurant specializes in serving only the most tender hand-cut selections of dry-aged prime beef, including USDA prime Kansas beef and British Aberdeen Angus. These cuts are seared to perfection in a high-temperature broiler to enhance their flavor. After enjoying a satisfying meal, guests can head over to the bourbon bar for some drinks.
This is our second time coming here. Both times we’ve come for a special occasion. The food is incredible, I don’t usually like steak but here it is perfection! The waiters are very friendly and you definitely feel very looked after. Complimentary bread is provided on arrival, it is absolutely delicious, warm and fluffy with thick salt crystals on top making it exquisite. We ordered scallops as a starter, again so tasty and fresh. When they serve you the steak they ask for you to cut into to check you are happy with how it’s been cooked. The peppercorn sauce is a lovely pairing with the fillet steak. The JW truffle fries are amazing! One portion is enough for two. Pecan pie was lovely, you can choose which ice cream to have with it, we had the cinnamon, it was amazing! Got a complimentary cheesecake as it was my partners birthday, very nice touch and again goes to show the level of service provided here. Cocktails were fantastic! A bartender came to make the old fashioned cocktails and gave a small talk about the history etc. Lovely atmosphere, particularly in the winter. There is a cigar menu available too! Will definitely be back!

A very nice steakhouse situated in the JW Marriott hotel. They have a great menu for beef lovers or vegetarians. I am informed that they also have one of the best whiskey collections in town, with some bottles dating to the early 20th century. The service is friendly and efficient. All the food that we've had here has been excellent. I typically don't like eating in hotel restaurants but this one is worth trying.

Very nice steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Grosvenor’s House hotel. Service was excellent. Loved the Old Fashioned Bar! Robert made my husband’s old fashioned an experience not just a drink. Filet was amazing. Also ordered salmon. I would not get the salmon again. Sides we got were the chopped salad (delicious!), the truffle fries (just ok), cauliflower (just ok) and mashed potatoes. Did not get dessert. Campfire after dinner drink was great! The Lager was so good too!

JW Steakhouse is an exceptional restaurant that offers world-class service and fine dining. They have an impressive selection of meats, seafood, appetizers, and desserts. However, they truly shine with their bartender, Robert, who possesses an extensive knowledge and expertise in crafting exquisite drinks. Their extensive inventory of alcoholic beverages is truly impressive! When it comes to food, JW Steakhouse is renowned for its exceptional meats. Their filets are incredibly tender and melt in your mouth. They also serve delicious seafood, including their salmon and grilled shrimp. However, I must advise against their fish and chips. Update: MUST HAVE their Fried Calamari!! So delicious. And their chicken sandwich was very good too!! Their desserts are always on point and bursting with flavor. Their cheesecake is particularly delectable.

One of the best filets I have had. Biggest selection of Bourbon from Kentucky with many rare and hard to find ones available by the pour.

Absolutely fantastic meal, the quality of the steak was divine along with the blue cheese crust and red wine jus. The cheesecake was absurd, but in a good way!

We had the most incredible meal at JW Steakhouse last Friday. The atmosphere, service and food are 5* plus plus.. Konstantinos, Ovidiu and Marius all looked after us and made you feel like you were VIP’s .. thank you for making a special evening … I also suggest a cocktail in the Red bar before and afterwards just to complete your evening. We visited JW Steakhouse on a Sunday night as a family of seven. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other table occupied. The average price of a full meal is around £80. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our steaks were forgotten, and after waiting 45 minutes we had to ask the waiter. He assured us it would be another two minutes, but the food only arrived 15 minutes later. When it did, several orders were incorrect — well-done steaks came rare, medium came bright well-done, and a ribeye was served instead of a fillet. The only dish they got exactly right was the lobster. To add to this, we ordered a double espresso at the end of the meal that never arrived, yet it appeared on the bill. It seems the restaurant has management issues: plenty of staff were present, but they were disorganized and inefficient. On the positive side, the quality of the ingredients was very good, the starters and desserts were served quickly, and the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant were excellent. Overall, while the food itself was fresh and enjoyable, the poor service overshadowed the experience. For a restaurant at this price point, you can find the same quality of food elsewhere — with much better service and attention to detail.

We visited on a random weekday without a reservation. We arrived about 90 minutes before close time on a cold day. We got a chicken burger and the pineapple burger. Both were really nice! Cocktails were also pretty decent, especially for that price range. However it was pretty cold outside and they kept the door open without too much heating inside. I usually don’t enjoy my dinner too much if I have to keep on wearing my coat. It felt not too welcoming.

Amazing service, in fact one of the best serví I have ever had in a restaurant. Lovely people, a very cozy atmosphere. Food is very good but my only concern is that the beef was missing a bit more of flavour and the chips can be better quality (at least in my opinion). I really enjoyed my time here and I will definitely come back for more!!!

The are better burger places in London. I had a cheeseburger and the cheesy fries but the cheese from the fries wasn’t good at all. And the burger was lacking something that prevented it from tasting better. My friends did like it tho so that’s why I rate this 4/4. The service was super fast though

Came here on a Wednesday night after work with a friend. I had assumed my friend was already inside so I went in telling who appeared to be the owner that my friend was there but he told me, in a rather rude way that wasn't the case when he didn't even know who my friend was or how she looked like. I was taken aback a little by this encounter so I waited for my friend to arrive before going back in. The owner probably then felt guilty of his attitude so he came out asking me if my friend was coming soon and said he would prepare a table for us. So in terms of service I would give it a 3-star because of this interaction. Also I feel like the other waiter treated us nicer because of what happened which made me think it was a shame. On the other hand, the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered da big chief with avocado, bacon and cheese in a sesame bun with sweet potato fries on the side. Burger was cooked to perfection, not too salty with the melty cheese which was right up my alley. Together with the bacon and ripe avocado it was just the best combo a burger can offer! One thing that I thought could be improved was that they didn't toast the bun with butter so it wasn't as crusty as I expected it to be. The sweet potato fries though were extremely well done, so crispy and salted just right. I really recommend both the burger and fries. Overall it was a good experience dining in this restaurant, despite the rude service initially. I could tell the waiter who took over from the owner tried very hard to make a better impression and was very attentive when serving us so kudos to him!

Nice spot to have a burger. The atmosphere is very laid back. There is ambient music in the background but the good thing is that it's not so loud that you can't hear conversations. The burger was nice, not too dry which is great. I had mine with the salted caramel milkshake which hit the spot. The staff are friendly and they don't hover around but now and then ask if you are okay, a delicate balance they seem to have nailed down.

Delicious Mahi Mahi sandwich. Overall pretty unassuming spot with some really good food. It's a small restaurant with only three staff but they find a way to take care of all the patrons; albeit a little slow. There's a pretty good children's menu as well. Overall really good food as well as a decent selection of beers.

Distinctly average burger served by friendly staff and quickly. The restaurant is quite large with downstairs seating. The staff are friendly, attentive and quick to help. The food let it down somewhat. Very average burger, nothing special about it at all. Perfectly fine but £12 should be something a bit nicer. Chips or anything are not included, need to buy them as extras.

Pretty cool restaurant in Kingly Court. Tacos and fried chicken were both decent but the cocktails were average. Quick service and fairly standard pricing for central London.

Most of the food was really tasty. We had crispy chicken tacos, cheeseburger gyozas, shorty tots and the Mac Daddy burger. If you like a splash of spice, its a good place to go. The Mac Daddy burger was the only let down, the mac cheese was really bland, and there wasn't any flavour to the burger - unlike the rest of the food we had. The waiting staff were really friendly, we were a walk up and the restaurant was pretty busy but we were seated, and served quickly. Everything was a reasonable price. We would return again.

Amazing atmosphere. Never been here before but looked at the menu and everything looked delicious. Was sat outside under a nice warm heater and a blanket which was incredibly cosy and made me feel all Autumnal. The service was quick and efficient. Jashir my service was amazing. Fast, friendly & bright eyed. He was attentive and made me feel not pressured to make a decision on what to eat until I was ready. Even turned the heaters back on for me when they shut themselves off. Grateful. The food was sooooo worth the wait. First time trying fried chicken and waffles together and my god they were amazing! Could have eaten more and more of them. All round, a 5 star experience. I will be returning and recommending.

After reading reviews online was really looking forward to visiting here. The restaurant itself is nicely laid out, we sat outside in the courtyard, very nice vibe. We were after a fairly quick lunch as off to the theatre. We both ordered burgers and skinny fries. The Mac Daddy burger i had was ok, the mac and cheese was bland to say the least. Burger itself was ok. Fries, well they were fries. £76 for 2 burgers and fries and a couple of drinks, had we wondering why I had popped in here Personally wouldn't return, don't think I would recommend. In a crowd market think there are better options and better value for money.

Latin American restaurant
Amazonico London is a luxurious rainforest-themed restaurant that offers a fusion of Latin American flavors and sushi, all prepared in a glass-fronted kitchen. The dining room is an oasis of calm behind the bustling front bar, with lush greenery hanging from the ceiling and live jazz music creating an elegant atmosphere. The menu takes traditional South American dishes and elevates them with innovative culinary techniques, such as intensifying chimichurri with grilling and adding sea urchin to guacamole.
Jonathan was a great waiter and Cubert who also took care of us was very nice and welcoming. Much better service than the one in Monaco. The food was great and super filling. The tiger prawn was my personal favorite. The rib eye was really heavy and satisfying. For dessert we had the banana compote and chocolate mousse but honestly they weren’t that good.

Definitely a place where the vibe is what's you're looking for. The food is fairly forgettable, beside the meat selection, but for the price, makes sense. One of my dish was below average and when confronted by it, the staff offered to give me another one, to my discretion. I appreciate the gesture. The live music is cool. I won't be returning though, as it's way too expensive for what you experience inside.

Came here for a networking lunch and wow the food was incredible. The staff were also so accommodating as the set menu we had tailored for our group had half a bottle of wine per person but as I wasn't drinking due to being pregnant, they let me order some mocktails - the virgin Pina colada was divine! The staff were also so good with my nut allergy (I'm allergic to cashew, pistachio and hazelnuts) and as the food was all sharing food, they provided me with alternatives so I would have things to eat. Really loved the Meriuza (Chilean bass) and the chocolate al moctezuma (chocolate fondant) which was incredible.

I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming spot to relax and have a great time 💖 We’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 🙌

Nice spot. Good value 3/4 course lunch with superb quality food. For a set menu, nice balance of flavours, ingredients, techniques. Delicious - not one dish we didn’t like (apart from my daughter’s aversion to avocado but that’s a personal taste). Very satisfying - prepares you for a good walk! Only 4 four stars for service because despite the warm welcome at the door and the really professional but deeply sincere gentleman from Bucharest, the rest of the service team (chefs and FOH) didn’t really acknowledge us. Great decor, comfy chairs, good size tables. Excellent loos though maybe needs a very minor attention to some minute details. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

On entering Amazonico, you are met with beautiful greenery and decor, reminiscent of the rain forest they are emulating. The staff were very friendly and professional. The live band was a delight and made me want to get up and dance. We had the Asado lunch menu and though it was for sharing, it was very filling. I loved the stone bass cerviche with it's tangy flavour. We all found the crispy pork belly too salty. The banana split was quite disappointing as the banana was quite hard, almost as if it was not ripe enough and the cream topping could have looked a bit more refined. Apart from the aforementioned issues, the food tasted good and the atmosphere and ambience was warm and inviting. It's a place to go for the experience as well as the food.

Breakfast restaurant
Big Moe's Diner Wembley offers a classic American diner experience with a menu featuring an array of options. The 1950s-inspired space is adorned with red leather booths, pool tables, jukeboxes, and music memorabilia. Located near the stadium, it's a convenient spot to enjoy a hearty meal before a game. The menu boasts double or triple-stacked burgers made from various patties, hot dogs, steaks, and barbecue dishes at affordable prices.
Stepping into this diner is like taking a time machine to the 50’s. Nostalgic retro vibe, plush leather booths, warm vintage lighting, classic Americana signs lining the wall. Staff are welcoming and friendly, almost as if they casted them instead of hired them. (Thanks Niyati for looking after our experience.) Any classic lover would enjoy dining here. Burgers both beef and chicken are delicious, nothing less, nothing more. Milkshake is a must. One of a kind vibe, could become a large hit if it was closer to the central.

We came to London for a concert and were a bit sceptical due to the mixed reviews on here but we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was incredible, it felt like we were in 1950’s America. The food was fantastic, you can tell that the chefs put their heart into it. The service was fantastic too and everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place for great food and an even greater atmosphere!

My daughter and I visited here as we were heading to a Guns and Roses concert at Wembley Stadium. I was greeted by friendly staff who sat us down at our table and was impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The thing that struck me initially as a nice touch was the Guns and Roses hits they had playing through the restaurant. It added to the atmosphere and build up to the concert so thank you for that. Food was beyond expectations and everything was cooked to perfection in my opinion. One thing to bear in mind is you order at the till and pay upfront. A service charge is added there and then but I don't begrudge that as the service was excellent when getting the food out and taking empty plates away. We had Cheesy Garlic Bread, Loaded Potatoe Skins, Cajun Onion Rings, I had the Fully Loaded Burger and my daughter had the Classic Buttermilk Chicken Burger. She also had a Chocolate Milkshake and I had the Classic Homemade Lemonade with a large bottle of water. This came to around £75 in total including service charge which I consider great value for such delicious food. We didn't have desert as we simply couldn't eat any more. One thing also to remember is all food comes out together, not starters first followed by mains. I didn't mind this as we were hungry but may not appeal to all.

We were around the Wembley Outlet when we decided to stop for lunch and try something new. We came across Big Moe’s Diner and really appreciated how Clay served us and provided detailed information about a food item. Great service and a pleasant dining experience!

So I was in Wembley to watch my beloved Oldham Athletic Vs Southend United in the National League play off Final, So after the match I headed to Big Moes Dinner 🍽 as I liked the look of it so I headed inside. Warmly greeted by a waitress who sat me in a booth, To drink I wanted a beer 🍺 but they don't sell alcohol so I opted for a Strawberry lemonade with a double chicken burger and cheesy fries. Restaurant was extremely quiet but it was a Sunday night, Food came fast, was well presented and tasted amazing, the bun was fresh and crispy, The burger 🍔, pickle and slight spicy mayo went together really well. Restaurant was spotlessly clean, Polite and friendly staff, Decor interior and exterior were beautiful like a American 1950's diner with a Cadillac Car booth. You can pay cash or card. 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆

When we arrived we were very warmly greeted by our lovely host Martina. She very kindly showed us to our table. She kindly took time to suggest some of Big Moe’s popular dishes. I must say the food was delicious. We want to thank Martina for such a brilliant experience. And taking care of us and our kids. She was fantastic . We would definitely come back. Especially if Martina is still there :-)

Big Moe’s Diner, tucked inside London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park, delivers a high‑energy slice of 1950s Americana—but with mixed results. Walking in, you’re immediately hit by retro flair: neon signs, Swing-era soundtrack, and even seating in a ’57 Chevy booth. It really feels like stepping into a classic diner, complete with paper-hat-wearing staff. Staff are generally friendly and courteous-servers standout, welcoming families with enthusiasm. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. Best to go in for the vibe, sweet drinks, and big portions—and temper expectations on kitchen reliability.

I went to dinner this week with my colleague. We were served by Martina, who did an excellent job. The meat was outstanding, and the milkshakes were great as well. We will definitely come back!

Frankie & Benny's is a family-friendly Italian and American comfort food chain restaurant located in London. The restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with attentive and friendly staff providing exceptional service. It has a classic 50s style diner atmosphere and is known for its delicious pancakes, including sweet options like blueberry pancakes and savory choices like triple stack pancakes. While the service may be spread thin during busy times, the staff remains friendly and helpful.
Lina was absolutely fantastic – friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. She made sure we had everything we needed and her warm attitude really added to the overall experience. She’s a credit to your team. Secondly, the food was excellent – fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. You can tell real care goes into the preparation and quality. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Thank you for a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending your restaurant to others.

We came here for a quick bite before a theatre performance. We had booked a table beforehand. We were seated quickly and our order for drinks was served quickly, unfortunately after that it went downhill. We asked the staff twice or three times, but it took a very long time for our food to arrive. When the food finally arrived, it was fine—neither better nor worse. The £190 spent on starters, drinks three burgers and a couple of pizzas was definitely not worth it.

The overall experience at this restaurant was okay. The food quality was acceptable, though not outstanding. We ordered BBQ chicken pizza and beef burger. The service could be improved, as the staff didn’t seem very attentive, and it felt like they were eager to encourage us to leave earlier!! When I asked for a takeaway container for our leftover pizza, they didn’t have proper packaging and instead gave me a paper bowl without a lid, asking me to cover it with a napkin. For dessert, we tried the pancake and the hot chocolate brownie. The pancake didn’t taste very fresh, though the brownie was enjoyable. I think with better service and improved packaging options, the dining experience here could be much better.

It wasn’t too busy. We came in for a quick bite for their 30p main offer. The staff had no idea what I was talking about and was dismissive. When the food arrived I asked for some condiments and they just kept saying no miss before I could even finish my sentence. The calzone was undercooked and wet, the pizza was too dry, not a drop of sauce. And everything felt under-seasoned and honestly horrible to eat. I probably wouldn’t come here again.

If you want burgers, pizza, or pasta, this place is OK. I don't have a big appetite so I was happy with my small burger and fries. If I'd been hungrier (perhaps as hungry as many people will be), I'd have regretted not having a starter. I was with family who were going on to see Lion King at the Lyceum. F&B's was very convenient for that.

I haven’t been to this restaurant for a while but we decided to go back today. We had a great experience today. Frankie & Benny’s has undergone a significant rebrand in recent times. They have a huge menu with loads of options from Pizza to Pasta to Burgers to Grills to Steaks and more. They have plenty of gluten free options on the menu as well apart from the starters which has quite a limited selection of gluten free options for starters. It would lovely to see the Wings be gluten free and the Fully Loaded Potato Skins to be back on the menu. They have greatly improved their brunch range for gluten free options as well. I hope to try the new gluten free brunch options soon. Because Frankie & Benny’s have so many gluten free options it would also be lovely to see Banana Tree offer more gluten free options too. The gluten free options or any options that can be adapted to be gluten free are marked by a red gf symbol on the regular menu. The service was great too and extremely efficient which is handy for going to the theatre. We often eat at Frankie & Benny’s before or after the theatre and it never lets me down even when they are very busy. The decor is lovely too and the toilets are clean. The food was amazing as always. For my main I went for the full rack of ribs which was delicious. The ribs were so delicious and the BBQ sauce was perfect. The Chips were delicious too. It’s lovely having chips as a gluten free option now. The Coleslaw was creamy, fresh snd delicious too. The portion size for the dish was fantastic as well. For my dessert I went for the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae as a gluten free option. The Sundae was amazing and the portion size was amazing. The Ice Cream was delicious and the Caramel sauce added a lovely and indulgent flavour. The Brownie pieces were really tasty and gooey. The Cream on top of the Sundae was nice as well and they added a mint leaf for garnish which made the dessert look really pretty and appetising. I would highly recommend Frankie & Benny’s in the Strand. I would also recommend going on to the Frankie & Benny’s website and get the code for the Slice the price to get £15 off when you spend £30.

Ordered eggs and avocado on toast. Plus extra toast because you only get one slice with the eggs and avocado. The whole meal wasn’t hot. I suspect it was ready and waiting whilst the full breakfast was being made? My toast was so pale it was more like stale bread so I asked for fresh toast (side order) and she brought the same bread back. I knew this because it had a bit avocado on and the stain from where I was starting to butter it. She saw I wasn’t happy and came over to ask if all was ok and I said it’s the same bread out back in the toaster which isn’t the same as having fresh bread. I ate it as it was but not an enjoyable meal. Disappointing from when I last remember eating at Frankie and benny’s..

Zoilo is a cozy dining spot and bar in Argentina that offers classic fare served as sharing plates. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with limited space, featuring an open kitchen counter in the basement and a long bar with additional seating above. Despite its size, Zoilo makes up for it with flavorful dishes that showcase a variety of Argentinean cuisine.
Had a fantastic lunch at Zoilo a couple weeks ago! The lunch set menu is a great value for money and every dish was delicious! We even received complementry piece of bread, ham and sweets at the end. The atmosphere was lovely with quality latin music playing in the background and amazing service 😊 Looking forward to my next visit!

Very lovely and warm place. Went with my husband for our anniversary and everything was perfect. From the reception to the waitress and the sommelier, service was amazing. The food of course was great from the empanadas to the dulce de lecce créme brûlée! As it was our anniversary we got a signed card with wishes from the entire staff and some sweet treats and some Prosecco bubbles! Definitely highly recommended!

First time here - broucb by friends and cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely cosy vibe, intimate but buzzy. Menu interesting, main courses meat heavy as you would expect. My pork shop was stupendous, the thickest most tender chop I have ever had. Starter of pumpkin with buffala also excellent. Wine great only slight let down was desert menu which was a bit limited. It's not a late night place, by 11 it was shutting down, but very classy place and would Def go back. £125 per head with wine...

Meat dish restaurant
Texas Joe's Slow Smoked Meats is a rustic, Texan-themed hangout in Bermondsey, London, founded by native Texan Joe Walters. The restaurant offers a variety of slow-smoked BBQ meats such as beef brisket, chicken thighs, pork ribs, and mutton shoulder cooked over oak for a smoky flavor. Side orders include bacon-wrapped jalapenos, cornbread, and mac 'n' cheese.
I first discovered this place through a Jolly YouTube video, and while I was initially skeptical that it might be overhyped, I’m happy to say it lived up to the praise they had given. We started with the cornbread, which was absolutely delicious—rich, moist, and slightly sweet. Even as the sides and barbecued meats arrived, I kept going back to it; it held its own throughout the meal. Alongside the cornbread, we ordered the beans and mac and cheese as sides—both of which were excellent. Then came the main event: the meat platter. We went for pork ribs, brisket, and a beef rib. All three were impressive, but the standout for me was the pork ribs—tender, juicy, and with a satisfying bite. The beef rib had a wonderful flavor and bark; though slightly dry in places, it was still a highlight. The brisket offered two distinct experiences: the point cut was rich and deeply beefy, while the flat cut leaned slightly dry but still delivered on flavor. The accompanying slaw and pickles were a perfect counterbalance to the richness of the meats, and we appreciated the generous portion provided. Though full by the end, I couldn’t resist finishing with a slice of buttermilk pie. To my British palate, it tasted like a cross between a Basque cheesecake and a lemon tart—slightly tangy, creamy, and the perfect way to round off the meal. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional—we felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with walls decorated in Texan and Willie Nelson memorabilia, giving it a cozy, down-to-earth charm. The only minor point here would be the restaurant felt cramped at times. I'll be heading to Texas later this year, and if the BBQ over there is anything like what we had at Texas Joe’s, I’ll be more than happy. Thank you!

My partner and I enjoyed our time at Texas Joe’s, and the food was amazing! The portions are very generous and well worth the price, and the mac ‘n cheese was crispy and bubbly, which we loved. The fries were also super tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive :) I would definitely recommend a reservation. The only thing I would say for improvement is that it is extremely cramped inside the restaurant, so it didn’t feel very comfortable.

Yee-haw! My wife and I have finally found our brisket place in London. We had tasted some phenomenal brisket on our travels in the USA and until we came here, UK places didn’t match up They’ve got a ton of memorabilia up to A&W root beer. The star of the show was the brisket and I also enjoyed the mac n cheese and pecan pie. Only disappointment was the bone barrow that didn’t have much marrow What stops me from returning more often is the solo-diner-unfriendly portions of the sides, which are too big. When I mentioned to the otherwise wonderfully welcoming head server, she laughed it off and didn’t really offer me a solution that would entice me to come back more

Definitely order the beef short ribs. (They were better than the pork.) Came straight off the bone. I also had the bone marrow, delicious. order 2. And just have the pecan pie. And don’t share it. If this is all you have you will be very happy. Thank me later. We sat outside as was lovely evening. Nice quiet spot considering you are 1 minute from London Bridge. Lovely attentive staff.

Really lovely restaurant. Service here was amazing, attentive staff and quick service. No complaints about the food. 4 stars given as we really wanted dessert and the only dessert on offer was the special of pecan pie would be good to add a desert menu. The atmosphere was good however my only criticism would be is the tables are quite small and close together. Not much room to maneuver. Also my son had to keep getting out of his seat to allow the servers to attend to other guests. In my opinion maybe a tad overpriced but food was tasty and a good place to go for a one off or a treat.

Howdy! Texan here. This is the real deal! I live in Houston now and lived in Austin for 10 years. This BBQ was as authentic as it gets. The brisket and tri-tip were amazing as was the Chili Mac & Cheese. Relaxed and chill atmosphere with a sweeeeet old Cadillac sitting out front. Jen our hostess was so friendly and accommodating we're ready to hand her honorary Texan status. Joe knows what he's doing here. Don't miss this spot if you love Texas style BBQ.

El Inca Plebeyo Restaurant is a cozy spot on Essex Road, offering a menu of traditional Ecuadorian comfort food. The restaurant's interior is adorned with colorful paintings, tiles, and pottery, creating an eclectic and rustic atmosphere. Specializing in dishes like hornado (slow-roasted pork), fritada, and quinoa, the restaurant also features a variety of ceviches including a vegetarian option with mushrooms and truffle oil.
Delicious and hearty! The menu is quite short, which is a great sign that each dish has been chosen carefully and perfected. This feels like the case here. We were two and shared the baby chicken and the slow roasted pork shoulder and the quinoa cream for dessert. That was a good amount and everything was really tasty. Particularly recommend the slow roasted pork. Homemade lemonade is nice too.

Lovely restaurant. It was my introduction to Ecuadorian food. I've been twice and already planning a 3rd visit. Good portions, my lunch companion split everything we ordered and left stuffed. We had the cerviche, patacones, tamal with pork, and the lamb with mushrooms and a side of fried cassava. Also, the quinoa creme brulee is a must have.
Teju O — Google review
I've never had Ecuadorian food before-- and this was terrific. I recognized some crossover with Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, tiradito and grilled ox heart. We shared a bunch of starters and sides. I ordered the tuna tiradito and ox heart. My companion ordered the baked aubergine and tamal. We got the trio of sauces from the sides section of the menu. Because we were still a bit peckish after the starters we also asked for the menestre or bean stew with pork, also listed as a side. The ox heart starter was terrific and grilled to rare which is great for this cut. It was accompanied by a a soft potato patty made from mash and some very large corn kernels. This dish would have been tasty eaten on it's own, but slathered with the sauce selection we ordered it was marvelous. Sauces were a hot raw salsa containing tomato, coriander, chilli, and onion, an Ecuadorian chimmichurri which was quite acidic and containing plenty of raw onion, and an ajioli. I also pinched quite a lot of the coriander sauce that accompanied my companion's tamal. The tiradito was good but rather restrained after the flavour bomb of the ox heart with different condiments. I should have eaten the tiradito first. My companion's baked aubergine was lovely, subtle and fresh. For my taste, his pork tamal was a little stodgy. However the punchy coriander sauce that was served alongside brightened it up no end. Our waitress explained that Ecuadorian food is a little different from other South American cuisines because the heat is in the accompanying sauces, not in the underpinnings. This makes it easy to customize the chilli level for individual preferences. We waited a while for the bean stew which was ordered after we finished everything else, and still wanted something to mop up the last of the sauces. Unfortunately we were delivered the beans with cheese despite ordering beans with pork. The waitress asked us if we wanted to keep the cheese version rather than wait for the pork and bean stew, and I was a little disappointed that the wrong order wasn't offered for free. So I decided for another wait to get the beans with pork, but it was worth it, having tasted both versions. The pork had been braised to smithereens and was soft shredded pulp, turning it into a succulent coating for the beans. The cheapest red house wine was a decent tempranillo for £30. We will be back and try some of the mains. Our order including a bottle of house red was just over £100. As starter portions are on the small side, mains might be better value. Don't miss the sauces, and if the trio from the sides section of menu doesn't include the coriander sauce (it is listed on the menu, but it wasn't in our sauce selection), definitely ask for the coriander sauce.

Ordered two mojitos last night. Albeit it may have been quite late as it was 11pm. However, I did not expect a deep sigh from the bartender when we politely ordered our drinks, especially from such an affluent bar. The mojitos were £30 in total and the service was absolutely abysmal. Especially when we are celebrating our anniversary it was ridiculous. Luckily it didn’t put a downer on our night but still absolutely ridiculous!!!

Wonderful restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The smoked salmon was delicious. Tasted very fresh and the capers and lemon paired with it was very nice. The lentil soup was very good. The Angus burger was horribly overcooked. I usually have a burger medium well. They cook their burgers to well done and over cooked it to the point of being a rock. It was very dry and they should reconsider cooking it to Medium well. Other than that, everything else was delightful.

Five Guys Covent Garden is a popular fast-food chain known for its made-to-order burgers, fries, and hot dogs. Despite the challenges of lockdown, the restaurant has remained open for takeaway and collection at 11 locations across the country. Recently, it has reopened 14 locations in London for dine-in services. The restaurant prides itself on using quality ingredients such as Irish beef and cooking everything from scratch without frozen components.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great quality and taste! I ordered a plain beef hot dog from Five Guys with a Little Fries on the side, and I was really satisfied with the quality. The hot dog was simple but full of flavor, and the beef tasted fresh and juicy. The fries were crispy and just the right amount for a small size. Considering the price, I think it was totally worth it — great value for money! I’ll definitely come back for more.

❌ AVOID COMING ! Terrible customer service. I was still eating and had just gone to the drinks machine — my table was literally right next to it. As I stood a step away filling my drink, a female cleaner came and started wiping down my table and removed my tray without even looking around. I clearly said, “Excuse me, I’m still here,” but she ignored me and even threw my receipt onto my sauce cup before walking away — no eye contact, no apology. When I said “What’s wrong with you? You’re not listening,” a male staff member came over to lecture me on my tone instead of acknowledging what just happened. Apparently I should keep my voice down while being disrespected — yet the store is happy to blast loud, irritating music that nobody asked for. The fries are not top quality, ugly ones. BIG NO! I didn’t swear. I didn’t shout. I simply asked for the most basic respect: don’t clear my food when I’m clearly not finished. This kind of service is disgraceful. I won’t be coming back, and I won’t recommend this location to anyone.

I really enjoyed the food. You can choose 15 variety of topics to the burger and everything is fresh. The drink is refillable, you can have nuts , add extra sausases if you wish

Ended up here quite unintentionally on a busy Sunday evening as a friend and I waited for the dinner crowd to thin out at the nearby Dishoom. We got the regular portion of Cajun fries and a vegetarian mushroom burger to be shared between us as we were still planning on getting dinner at the aforementioned Indian restaurant. We were both pleasantly surprised by the quantity of the fries. They lasted three hours of conversation and filled up our tummies quite nicely, so much so the burger became an afterthought and a chore to finish. To my taste buds, they were the best fries I have ever tasted- perfectly seasoned, perfectly cut and deep fried to perfection. The free refill of drinks was very much welcomed as well. We ended up becoming late night stragglers that evening as we were the last to leave, but the staff was polite and courteous in informing us the place was in fact closed for the day, which was very much appreciated. To sum it up, this place exceeded expectations for a fast place joint.

If you're in the mood for a no-frills, all-flavor burger experience, Five Guys delivers consistently on both food quality and service. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a lively, casual vibe and the comforting smell of freshly grilled beef and fries. Food: The burgers are the star here — juicy, customizable, and packed with flavor. Whether you go with a classic cheeseburger or load it up with bacon and grilled mushrooms, the ingredients taste fresh and high-quality. The portion sizes are generous; a “regular” burger comes with two patties, so come hungry. Their fries — cooked in peanut oil — are crispy, golden, and served in heaping portions. Cajun-style fries are a spicy favorite for many. Don’t skip the complimentary peanuts while you wait! Service: Service is typically fast and friendly, though it can vary depending on how busy the location is. Staff are usually upbeat, efficient, and happy to walk you through their menu if it’s your first time. Food is made to order, so there's a bit of a wait, but it’s rarely unreasonable. Expect a clean environment and a well-maintained kitchen area in full view of customers. Pros: Customizable burgers with tons of toppings (free of charge) Excellent fries Generous portions Friendly, energetic staff Cons: Slightly pricier than typical fast food No drive-thru, and seating can be limited during peak hours Calories can add up fast Rating: 5/5

The fries are gluten free but they packed it with the sandwich for my partner. So not very careful. They are too busy to be careful so I understand but I ordered her fries and mine separate. Which is frustrating. So be careful.
Colin S — Google review
My first burger in this chain, wait was a bit long as there was quite a queue. Lots of seating in the basement area so it’s quiet and fairly relaxing for a meal. Good burger, chips are not as good as other burger chains. Good beef. Overall I think it’s good but still prefer Shake Shack which is better burger and chips. Not cheap either for over £16 for a burger and chips without a drink.

Eggslut Fitzrovia is a casual spot that offers innovative egg sandwiches in a relaxed setting with a lounge area. Originating from Los Angeles, this franchise has made its mark by reimagining the classic egg sandwich. The Gaucho, featuring seared wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions and dressed arugula on a warm brioche bun comes highly recommended.
Eggslut was superb! I went in through a recommendation from a friend and it was worth it! Even though i am not big on eggs in general, but those were literally superior.. I went for the hashbrowns as well. Staff were nice, they even remembered me because I had to go twice since the first time they were out of buns. 100% recommended! Keep up the great job!
Mohammad A — Google review
Eggscellent as always the food is absolutely delicious I would highly recommend the truffle hash browns you taste the truffle immediately and you get five which I think is a pretty reasonable price and they’re a reasonable size. I also had the cheeseburger and it was so flavourful and I liked the touch of gherkins with the egg. My friend had the fairfax which she enjoyed although it was a little messy to eat there are forks available. The iced matcha was made well and not too milky. We did have to queue for a while but we went in the lunch rush and it quieted down quite quickly with many people taking their food to go we managed to get a seat very easily and there is additional seating upstairs. I would recommend if you enjoy a variety of different eggs or truffle hash browns.
Iris B — Google review
Lovely place and staff. The seating is upstairs but spacious. Food was great too. The prices are not cheap though. Staff brought us the order to the table upstairs, and they always checked that all tables are clean.

Amazing breakfast/lunch place!! Egg lovers gotta come here cus omg the eggs are perfection. Amazing service, order comes so quickly, nice atmosphere, cheap (for central London) prices!! Would deffo recommend for a quick lunch or a date!! And they have student discount!!!

Really really good food! The service is really nice and really friendly. I absolutely loved it there. Would definitely revisit if I were to be in London again!! The egg sandwich was delicious and the orange juice was fresh! The servers were sooo soo friendly and nice, big ups to them!!

I’m a big fan of eggs and eggslut was no disappointment. They serve eggs in a variety of formats and all of them are absolutely delicious, it’s very much worth a try! Also side note - their hash browns are amazing!
Keval P — Google review
Really lucky to track down the elusive egg truffle sandwich. This shop has short hours during weekdays compared to most restaurants in the area but I was glad to get served for a takeaway during their closing time unlike the restaurant in Victoria where only 1 out of 3 times did they not run out of ingredients (by 3pm on a Saturday) / kitchen not close (by 7pm). Staff are very friendly and needless to say the sandwich was absolutely delicious and filling!
C R — Google review
An excellent option for breakfast. Orders are usually processed quickly. The ground floor is often crowded, but you'll find a nicer, more suitable table upstairs.

New American restaurant
Restaurant
Darby's is a vibrant NYC-inspired neighborhood restaurant located in the wild south-west of Nine Elms, London. Despite its unconventional location, it serves as a popular spot for locals and diplomats from the nearby American Embassy. The restaurant features an oyster bar, bakery, and grill, offering a diverse menu with transatlantic influences. Chef-owner Robin Gill's Irish background brings an authentic touch to the dishes, such as Gallagher Atlantic oysters and Devonshire crab.
We had a great experience at Darby’s, where we had dinner one evening. Understated from the outside, but you do notice what looks like a huge outdoor smoker or wood fired grill. Inside is great decor, again understated but a beautifully designed space with classic American diner vibes, which I guess makes sense given proximity to the US embassy. The restaurant is a beautiful space, and there is a large in-house bakery as well. The team are super welcoming and friendly. The menu looks great and there is a very good selection of wine, including many by the glass. And the food was excellent. We had the chicken and the pork chop. Both were some of the best I’d had for a long time. The chicken was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, moist and seasoned, in a deep flavoursome sauce. The pork chop was cut off the bone and neatly sliced, but served with the bone. Again, perfectly cooked, slightly crisp on the outside and lovely and soft and moist on the inside. The sides were also perfect, the mash, broccoli and carrots. We then had the rice pudding and the sticky toffee - again excellent. Truly a great meal.

Service fast and friendly, The Beef Nuggets are amazing, could have a whole bowl of them! Love the homemade pickles and mustard that cut through the beefy morsels. Lamb shoulder was divine. Great value. Finished with the lemon sorbet and chocolate mousse with Guinness ice cream. Everything thing was fantastic. On par with Quality Chop House and Fallow.
Tom A — Google review
We went for Sunday lunch and we weren't disappointed. The service is great and so is the food. We had the Lamb for two and it was delicious 😋 we didn't have room for dessert but we did sample the frozen Irish coffee and that was good. It's well worth a visit in my opinion.
Elizabeth S — Google review
It’s our first time joining for Sunday roast, live band, ambience and so much character to the venue. I don’t recall asking how we want our meet cooked, the beef in particular was on the rare side. Flavours were very nice, staff nice a friendly too. Certainly recommend. Perfect for families, equally good for couples
T R — Google review
Excellent location. Stunning outside views. Very modern menu. Pets and kids are very welcome and of course last but not least they deliver on flavour and presentation. I've been again for dinner this time. We hard delicious snacks and starters. My main course red mullet with longstine bisque was delicious. My husband's sirloin steak was not so good. Quite chewy which is a shame. This is why I edited the review to 4 *s for food instead of 5. Still a lovely place. I will go there again
Mirna T — Google review
Amazing food seriously 10/10! The flavors were perfect. Service was friendly, but there’s still a little room for improvement. Would definitely come back for the food!

We went for a birthday celebration, food was amazing and the space is real cute. The staff was great and I give them 5 stars as they made some small mistakes which they did solve real quick.
Alex G — Google review
Atmosphere 10/10 - the live music and setting was so lovely. Food 8/10 - the Sunday roast was incredible. The sticky toffee was disappointing.... We had such high hopes, but it really didn't live up. Dry, lacking in flavour and a bit too boozy. Definitely not worth the £10.50 price tag. Service 6/10 - not amazing, our food didn't come until an hour into our sitting, and then an hour later we were told they need our table back 😅 The roast is incredible, but it comes with compromise.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Vincent Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Although I’m not a vegetarian, I noticed plenty of great options on the menu. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend!

I stopped by for the first time for a quick breakfast and I’m so glad I did. I had the best cortado and pancakes. A cool vibe and chill place to get your day started.

Having breakfast at The Vincent was truly amazing! The food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety. The Mediterranean breakfast, in particular, was rich and very satisfying. The service was absolutely perfect; the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick. With its cozy atmosphere and top-notch service, we had a delightful experience. I highly recommend it!
Umut C — Google review
I come here for brunch every weekend when I come to visit my girlfriend. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is amazing, and the staff are always so full of energy and quick to act. Some of the items on the menu can be a little pricey, but they are definitely worth it. Their cappuccinos are the best! I highly recommend the Mediterranean w/ hash brown. It is always very busy but the service is quick. My only complaint is that they don't tell you the calories on the menu.
James P — Google review
Been in the Vincent a few times now. Never been disappointed as the quality of their drinks and food never drops. Friendly and obliging staff, very clean and dog-friendly! It’s wheelchair accessible (I’m unsure on whether there are wheelchair accessible toilets on the ground floor!?). I love the big windows all round the shop as it’s just amazing on a sunny day! It might be slightly on the pricey side but it’s always busy with a lovely atmosphere. For me it’s a destination in the weekends where we go there for breakfast with my partner and our dog! I’d recommend it without reservations to anyone in the area and beyond!

Everything about The Vincent is just fabulous! It is certainly one of the nicest places in Hackney. My family and I are regular customers, we just love to keep coming here, for the following good reasons: Top friendly environment, and genuinely caring staff. Delicious food and drinks. Gorgeous location. Amazing working space. Well deserved 5 stars P.s. a few photos of some of our favourite food at the Vincent.

Manna, a long-standing vegan restaurant and deli located in Primrose Hill, has been serving vegetarian and vegan cuisine since 1966. The restaurant has transitioned to offering an entirely vegan menu with a focus on organic options. Manna aims to challenge the notion that vegetarian and vegan food cannot rival non-vegetarian dishes in terms of flavor and quality. The establishment's rotating menus reflect seasonal British produce and diverse international cuisines, providing returning patrons with fresh experiences.
Amazing burger one of the best i have ever tried. it melts in the mouth 10/10 The fries was crispy Nashville chicken was ok little dry The music was soooo loud you could hear the person next to u. Hope they lower the music to enjoy the place

I can’t seem to understand the low reviews! I loved the burger, tasted great. It reminded me of a gourmet Big Mac. I’d definitely add another patty to it next time. I ordered the platter, came with a tender, waffle fries and dips. Total was £16. I would say it’s on the pricier side and didn’t include drinks but I guess that’s standard for these days. My food arrived quickly, can’t complain about anything else! I’d definitely go back.
Rkzetan — Google review
Delicious smash beef burgers, loved the additions and good quality beef patties. If you like meaty burgers then go for the double. The waffle chips served hot and crispy 😋 it is located inside a very nice food court, you don't need to queu to order someone would take you to a table and you place your order through an app and they bring it to your table a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
J F — Google review
Very poor. We were told a £13.50 (£15.20 with service charge!) shwarma fries was for sharing. The portion was ridiculously small with hardly any fries and meat but just full of salad and chilli sauce! The presentation of the food was also poor. The customer service was also really poor - the way the waiter placed the food on the table was as if he didn’t care! Do not come here!
Ale R — Google review
Manna located in the centre point foodhall has a great atmosphere, loud but pleasant, with plenty of seating options around. The food was good but the burger was let down by a weak sauce that dragged the otherwise crispy smash burger down a few levels. The Nashville tenders and fries were all great though, but the jalapeño dip was rather bland. Overall for £20 it’s a sizeable portion of food that’s solid throughout but missing an edge to make it a great experience
S A — Google review
Burger is a decent smash burger. Not great, but not bad. Service leaves something to be desired as it simply takes too long. Nashville hot chicken was better than the burger. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit them again, but I also wouldn’t be upset if I had it. And it is significantly bigger in terms of actual burger size than Shake shake across the street. But prob not as good either… just my two cents.
Mark — Google review
Great smash burger. Not the best I’ve had. But definitely very good. Their fries are extra crispy. Though wished they made thin sweet potatoes fries too and perhaps like a pickled salad to balance all the fat. Their fried chicken sandwich is actually better than the burger itself.
Dor — Google review
Finally tried Nashville Hot Chicken...no regrets! Chicken tenders were crispy, loved the Creamy Jalapeno dip...didn't check there were dips included so ended up with 3 dips but all good as 2 servings were needed! Waffle Fries also very good. Can't wait to try the Smashed Burgers! Online ordering and payment also genius...smooth and efficient.... no more waiting for your bill when the place gets busy.

Chicken restaurant
Chick 'n' Sours is a modern twist on the beloved classic takeout experience, nestled in the heart of London. This vibrant eatery specializes in serving up mouthwatering fried chicken that perfectly balances crunch and comfort. What sets Chick 'n' Sours apart is its delightful selection of tangy sour cocktails, making it an ideal spot for those craving authentic American flavors.
Ignore the 1* review of this place. It's the best chicken restaurant in the UK. Every dish is absolutely fantastic. Easily my favourite restaurant I've been to in London
Tom S — Google review
Can't say if this is the standard across all their locations but food tasted very cheap and processed. I ordered the K-Pop burger, tenders, wings and cucumbers. The cucumbers were missed from my order and instead I got fries - no big deal for me but if you're picky with your food be sure to check what's in your order. The burger was bland and overwhelmed by cheap coleslaw which makes pictures look great but the burger taste very cheap. The wings were covered in cheap sauce - it tasted like the non-brand pack of 12 chilli sauce you buy from the Asian super market. Then spring onion was sprinkled over to make it look pretty. The chicken tenders were drowning in oil. This is the standard of food I expect from the chicken shops on Whitechapel Road but not from a branded kitchen charging £11 a burger. The QR code system for ordering is terrible too. Frustrating to use, poor experience and doesn't support Apple pay.

SO DELICIOUS! Had really excellent service from this restaurant. Everything we tried (and we ordered a lot!) was delicious. Loved their house cocktails too.
