A must! Incredible views. We went up just before sunset and then after sunset, we had a drink and A DELICIOUS AND GENEROUS portion of their fries with truffle mayo and parmesan, so worth it. After that we went back out to experience the views of the lights. It's like 3 experiences in 1. Highly recommend it to locals and tourists.

Absolutely stunning views and great hospitality. The restaurant, which is accessible by a high-speed lift up overlooks the spectacular scenery of Rotterdam. Food was delicious and service was really friendly. Highly recommended for a visit if you're in Rotterdam.

The waiter was pretty rude! One of the waitresses got us a table with a nice view but that was all of the good experience. We waited 20 minutes to order and when the waiter came he told us that table has a reservation and we had to move to another one so we left the restaurant.

We saw Euromast from the outside. I think the entrance fee is too much. We didn't go up the tower. But it gives a different atmosphere to the city. The park right next to it is very well organized. There is a nice walking area.

Was great to br able to see Rotterdam from such a height and there is a small video you watch to show the history of Rotterdam. Would have been better if they had signs to show what you are looking at once you are on the viewing platform. Instead there is a QR code you can scan and then you are supposed to be able to point your camera at things and it will tell you what it was, however it doesn't work well at all. You also have to buy a more expensive ticket to go to the highest point. They also do abseiling down the Euromast which wasn't widely advertised.

Great views of Rotterdam, and the extra pay to go up to the top is worth it, but the down side is the wait to get into the Euro scoop, you wait out side is the wind and rain. But the view is worth it. Wrap up warm if you visiting in the winter

The entrance to the cafe was a little hard to find, but once you found it you were in a really idyllic cafe. The view of the skyline is beautiful. The cafe and rooftop terrace are urban chic and very inviting. I had an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup and the “Triple Omega”. My extra requests were accepted in a friendly manner. In general, the service staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was really delicious. There could have been a few small improvements (for example, the egg yolk could have been more runny), but that's complaining on a high level. The prices are reasonable considering the location. The portions are a bit small, but it was perfect for me. I recommend everyone to have brunch there on a city trip to Rotterdam!

Nice food, place is very instagramable, nice decorations, outside terrace is small and warm when sunny. Garden is not accessible. All in all very cute, romantic, and good food. Lift is old and creepy. You have to climb the last stairs from the highest floor reached by the lift to get to the cafe. Small cafe but unique. Difficult to find though

The rooftop garden is beautiful. The food is okay. The fries with parmesan and truffle mayonnaise are very strong in flavour. We asked an extra toast and it was not really good. The service is very bad. When we arrived, it was very disorganised. They asked for my name twice. The reception was not good. We had to get up to order because the waitress did not come to our table. We also had to go to pay the bill. I recommend it for the view, but only if you have a lot of time to wait.

What a great find! Really enjoyed the food, the cozy vibes and the friendly staff! Love that they have chickens roaming around outside… on the rooftop garden! Such a great place to relax, eat and get a good view of the city.

The room was so beautiful and cozy. Service was great, right from the moment I walked into the reception. The sauna gave me so much joy and the artwork was so beautiful and adorable😍 . The food was sumptuous and I loved the views too. Lots of food options surround it too and food lovers can take great advantage of that. Did I mention it was close to the tram stop, so easy access to other parts of the city?😄 I even forgot my Apple watch and gave them a call and they were swift in sorting out the details and sending it back to UK for me and that was so impressive. Will definitely recommend 💯

I've visited the nhow hotel in De Rotterdam from Septeber 9th till 14th 2025 with my parents. My parents were visiting Rotterdam for the first time and I have already stayed up to 6 times in this hotel, because of the view out of the hotel rooms to the city center of rotterdam as well as the Erasmus Bridge right in front of the Hotel. I would like to thank all of the hotel staff for the unforgettable stay and their friendliness. Everyone was always very welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Yani, who cheked us in on the first day and was always there for us at the reception desk. And also a very special shoutout to Lucia, who was always there for us at the guest relations desk and all the chats we had over the days. This made our / my stay at the hotel really special and exceptional. For me, this is definitly the place to stay when visiting Rotterdam, even if it is just a short trip, also because of the friendliest hotel staff I ever knew. I stayed at the hotel for two nights it was an incredible experience. I loved the place and the environment was very welcoming. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had thanks to Maria at the reception. When I arrived, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly helpful with any questions that we had. Her calm and capable approach made a stressful situation so much easier. Nice clean, modern style minimalist rooms. Weird being able to see the shower and toilet through the glass from the bedroom. Mattresses were definitely firm, too firm for my preference. Pillows were flimsy and didn’t give proper support. Make sure to bring and adapter if you have 2 prong plugs from the USA. Location is perfect if you are leaving on a cruise ship. The terminal and hotel are 10 feet apart.

Not very satisfied. The room was clean and nice at first glance. When you looked closely there was a lot of dust, mattress had a brown stain. The design of room is very not holistic. It was really dark in the bedroom and some lights didn't work. The doors from bathroom did not close. The water from shower was spilling everywhere. The drawers under sink had quite some holes... And the tv stopped working next day. Very disappointed. Breakfast was really good and fresh though. But overall for this price I'm not recommending it.

Enjoyed the three day stay. It was conference meeting and the meeting was well managed by the hotel. Also well managed was the food during breaks. it would have been better if components of food were displayed at some place so that those with food allergies/choices could pick appropriately

I went here frequently, because they have nice workspaces to study/work at. You need to buy something to sit there, thats no problem and I always do. Sometimes I bring my friends with me to study. We went multiple times there without there being a issue. Me and my friends took a seat in the cafe to work on a assignment. After 45 minutes or so the cafe owner told my friends that they needed to order something, mean while that was never a problem because I ordered. We took the discussion and we got kicked out by the owner. She was super disrespectful to my friends and this is unacceptable if you come there everyday and spend 6 euros. For the rest this place has good staff, they are nice and take a conversation. Only the owner needs to change her attitude to her customers.

This is the most odd business in Rotterdam. A cafe that's closed on Sundays, even in splendid weather. A business without official opening hours. If you happen to find them open and ask, how late they stay open, they say, 'Till sixish'. When open, they are usually severely understaffed, taking them about 15mins to serve you a glass of tonic.

It has the name of “best bitterballen in Rotterdam”, but I’ll kindly disagree. Service was great as well as the sandwich - very delicious salad served with it. Very much recommended for many reasons, view included. Ps: please add signage downstairs!

Nice coffee but very bad service. The place was also empty and the waiter complained that we ordered again a coffee. I don't think I'll come back, I didn't feel welcomed.

Food is ok, prices are ok. Thing is I used to go there to work and have a bite in the 2nd floor. Staff used to be friendly. I think some Months ago the administration changed or they must have had bad experiences Or something. Now they have this attitude and they simply don’t let you go up unless you Order first and you take it yourself up as well. Really a change from not so long ago. I don’t feel Like returning anymore.

The worst service. After waiting for almost fifteen minutes, no one asked for your needs. This is just a weekday afternoon and it’s very obvious that there are not too many people. The waiter’s eyes stared at the phone texting and did not want to take care of the situation. Such a pity for its location and potentiality. Strongly discourage the place!

Nice venue yet the security guard at the exit for me and my friends and at the entrance for people waiting in a stair also used as toilet cause so so smelling to pee, that man was rude. Dude if you don’t like your job look for another one. It was on saturday August 3 around 20H30. He was standing at the door and unpolitely and raising his voice to urge us to leave as soon as possible and also agressively imposing where and how to walk so that he could have a better sight to the bar. He should get replaced by someone professional. The cook were all friendly and polite. A bouncer ruins it for the rest.

Horrible experience with the security, I ask politely asked if I can go downstairs to check on my friend who was traveling from a far and I was told it was alright but I need to come back up again quickly. Which I did, upon arriving upstairs a new security guard called Nelson told me I am not allowed to enter even though I already had a stamp and have spend over 100+ euros on drinks and food, that I had to go downstairs to get a new stamp from which now suddenly had stand in a long line. Completely absurd... I tried to get the details of the security company but they were extremely vague about it. I'd fire that security company straight away as this is one of the worst experiences I've had with security personal. Never coming back because of this. If you wanna go do it at your own risk and be prepared of extremely rude security.

Wayyy overrated if you ask me. Standing in line& paying an entrance fee to a bar thats so busy ppl are sitting on the “grass” floor, which are the green carpets from action that roll up at the corners, yay tripping! There’s better places to get a good view of the city skyline while having a drink.

Extremely rude staff (a blonde lady) at the entrance. We had been waiting for a very long time to get in and they said they were doing all of us a favour by letting us in. They still told us to leave just because we were waiting for one extra person. Never again!

It was good, but the streets leading to the place were smelly and too crowded for my liking. But by itself, it was a perfectly fine event.

Rude and unpolite security people at the entrance, making a scene and bullying us just because we asked for our friends that stayed in line for 70 minutes and didnt come in. You got out for a relaxing evening and you find yourself in a violent situation. Wont come back, pitty

Nice location and concept, but I didnt like that waiters dont come to your table. So when you are ordering food/ drink, you risk loosing your table to antisocial people who simply dont care if you were sitting there before. Food is expensive for the amount you get (very little).

Aesthetically successful. There is a library, an archive center, drawings and models, a cafeteria. With the entrance ticket, the Sonneveld house, located on the other side of the street, is definitely worth a look.

I’m not sure if it was intentional, but as an Asian visitor, I couldn’t help feeling discriminated against at your museum café, or maybe just impolite. I sat there for over 15 minutes—staff made eye contact with me several times but never offered a menu or asked if I wanted to order. Meanwhile, I saw staff walking around serving other guests and handing them menus directly—completely ignoring me. I even moved to a central seat, but nothing changed. When I finally came to the counter to ask how to order, they just told me to wait at the table. The café wasn’t busy at all (see attached photo), so I really don’t understand why I was treated this way. It made me feel very unwelcome.

Really interesting and enriching exhibition. One really impressive fact is that they change their galleries whole time, so you can visit museum over again and see and learn new facts. When I have been there, they had opened three galleries. One related to AI, second to the Netherlands demography and it’s plan to make a sustainable living in the country threatened by sea level rising. The last one (with the uprising way to it covered by masterpieces about current and past century crisis) was composed by a lot of small exhibitions. In the last floor is a library with computers and in the first one is also a coffee with pastries and store with books about architecture etc. Amazing place!

Tones of different themes, the ones we've visited were mostly about political themes in the first floor, the second floor's theme was energy and solar panels, everything was interestingly put together very well, I l liked the atmosphere but it would take hours to actually read everything and understand them all deeply, would suggest you plan things taking this into consideration. I will visit it again, especially the third floor :)

Great visit with an interesting variety and out of the ordinary expositions. Including one about the modern house and the dark side of Disney which was my favorite. The main theme on some of them is a bit ironic, I guess it complements quite well the modern art in it. Museum card accepted. It could take you 1-3hs to explore depending on your interest. Really recommended!

We didn't go in, just took a look from the outside having added it as a waypoint on my walking map. However, it is interesting as it started to change my apprehensions about Rotterdam. Having never visited before, I suspected it might be a rather dingy port city, but the central area was full or wonderful architecture and sculptures making the whole downtown area quite charming. This oval shaped building started off our journey.

Fantastic stay still prefer the one in The Hauge though 😊

World Trade Center in Rottetdam is located in Beursplein, the heart of the city. This is a major business center. This architectural building is 93 meters in height. The tower of the building with modernist architecture is designed with grey green glass gives an equisite and dainty look. It is said to have housed 200 offices in this building.

A medium sized conference facility in the heart of Rotterdam. Very easy to access from Schiphol. A good range of room sizes. Comfortable and modern in appearance.

This gastrobar has a crazy view on Rotterdam skyline and this made us fall in love with the place. We booked a table on the website and so we could sit in the terrace and that set a very good vibe for us. Anyway, even with the reservation we had to wait inside for almost 20 minutes to be able to have a table outside. As for the drinks, they are good; the service is okay but not too professional. In general the bar has a very unique style. I reccomand this place for a fun and unique night with a fantastic view on Rotterdam skyline!

Had a great experience, lots of laughs with my friends. Great place for great views and pictures in the golden hour sunset. The food was ok. Not as memorable as the views. There is room for improvement. Food is mostly cold. I would prefer more warm dishes. They do have nice cocktails and drinks. Service was great. I forgot to thank the nice blonde lady who serviced us. So thank you! Atmosphere was great. Outside the music is enjoyable however inside its a bit loud. But overall no complaints from me.

The service was excellent! Me and my friend came in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, and Kinga made sure to let us know and that we will be seated asap. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, ordered immediately and our food was out in less than 20 minutes. The music, drinks and vibes were also excellent! During closing time Alexia helped us and made sure to let us know ahead of time that it’s the last round and didn’t rush us. I will definitely be coming back here!

Pretty good food, amazing cocktails and a really impressive service. Me and my partner went there to celebrate our anniversary and were gifted a card with a handwritten wishes from the elvy team and a very nice dessert - it was a very nice touch. View from the terrace is truly incredible, but interior inside is lovely as well. Good place for a date since music is not too loud, so you can actually hear each other during conversation lol (which is somehow pretty rare for bars, restaurants, etc.) Especially would love to point out the service: everyone is very friendly, smiley and welcoming. Our server (Sofia) was absolutely lovely, advised a great cocktail and helped us to have a very pleasant experience. Overall 10/10.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ignore the low overall rating; must-visit venue in Rotterdam for a cocktail or dining! Found via search for "high rise" or "rooftop" dining. We were two couples on our last night in Rotterdam -- a Saturday -- with no online reservations available. Easy subway access a block away. Very kind hostess welcomed us around 7pm and led us to a table right away saying availability was just for an hour; although, we stayed longer and there were plenty of open tables. The outdoor terrace was closed but the views were still amazing. Menu features tapas-type small plates that were quite delicious. Atmosphere was kind of upscale chic with fun lighting and a DJ, but music wasn't excessively loud prevening table conversation. Complements to the staff for one of our best nights in the city!

The outdoor terrace is small but the views of the Erasmusbrug and the river are spectacular. I always take my friends here when they visit me in Rotterdam. The ambience of the indoor seating space is nice as well. Servers are friendly and do their best to get you your order as promptly as possible even though the bar does tend to be busy.

Portions are way too small! However, the sliders, fish tacos, and nachos were very tasty! It’s a nice hangout spot as well.

I visited many skywalks and skyparks, I like them. Paris, Hong Kong, Berlin, Bangkok and more. This one does not make it to most others but for Dutch concepts it is quite nice. When I was there it was not possible to sit anywhere in the park. Nice as you are really in and on an old train station. Open from sunrise till sunset (google says differently). Bars in the immediate area. Unique in Netherlands End of the walkway is Biergarten :)

A unique place to visit especially if you know the history behind it

Very cool urban gardening project near the train station. It’s near the yellow bridge. The garden is located in an abandoned subway station. There are several benches and water fountains. We hung out there for a while. It’s not that crowded. People come and go but it’s fairly quiet.

Another very much Rotterdam-style place. It's quiet here now, no train will come to this no-more-in-use platform. Only plants, trees and diverse art! Just recently it became available to public 7 days a week from 10 till the last rays of sun.

Enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. However upon our first arrival our cab dropped us off next to the ship and it wasn't clear which of the three ways to board was the correct entrance, and eventually we figured out the entrance was the stairway tower with the broken elevator. There was also a noticeable difference between the breakfast buffet on the weekend and the weekday breakfast buffet. But we loved the retro vibe and the vintage luggage and ship displays. Plus walking the nearby small neighborhood which has a couple good restaurants.

A beautifully maintained ocean liner from a bygone era. Now it’s a hotel, museum and restaurant. It’s free to enter and roam around the public areas or visit the cafe and restaurant. However the all area tour requires the purchase of a ticket. There is a small cinema which is free to enter and showing a short video of what travel would have been like on this ship. From the top deck you also have a good view of Rotterdam and the harbour. I recommend to combine this visit with the FENIX migration museum which is in walking distance and gives a broader overview and shows videos of shipping of that era including film material of the SS Rotterdam.

Had drinks and appetizers in the Captain's lounge of the former Holland America flagship. They were very and the G&T was well presented, decorated with mint leaves and strawberries. While undoubtedly a great ship in the 1950s, I'm glad we are sailing on the new one tomorrow.

We had an excellent stay on the SS Rotterdam. We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room, including breakfast, and had dinner in the Lido restaurant on one of the evenings. This was our sixth stay on the ship. During previous visits, we stayed in a family room, which I don’t recommend due to ventilation system noise. The watertaxi platform is very convenient, allowing easy access to various locations in Rotterdam. It’s also a very pleasant walk from the ship to Hotel New York, the Erasmus Bridge, the Cube Houses and the Markthal. The staff were friendly and we had a wonderful time.

Honestly just a fantastic place to stay! Really felt like a unique one of a kind hotel. We were there for a week in July and my children talk about it every day. The little paddling pool for children on the top deck is fantastic!! The rooms are spacious and charming. But our favourite part was probably the water taxis which pick you up right outside and zip you across to the centre in minutes. Absolutely blew us away and we’d love to visit again one day!

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is excellent with water taxi service right onto the ship. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and restaurant. The Lido open air deck is fantastic! Our room was a suite which was very nice. Finally, free shuttle to the cruise terminal (at least when cruising on Holland America, not sure about other cruise lines).

Water pressure is too low for reasonable shower. Size of the rooms is very good. My biggest concern with this property is that I was locked into the emergency escape stairwell with no way either back into the rest of the ship nor out of it. This is dangerous and unacceptable and the front desk did not recognize this problem.

Surprisingly, the foods are amazing! Came here for a comedy night the other day, so didnt manage to enjoy the outdoor seating, but the foods were great! It’s too bad that their beef wellington (the menu I was super excited to try) has bacon in it, so could not eat any of it, but the rest of the foods are really nice. Really nice settings, helpful staff, great food, nice wines, and verryyyy romantic. Price is also very reasonable. Perfect for a date night or cute brunch spot

Pretty cool spot to grab a beer or some food. It's a floating brewery and also has gigs and events. I had the brewers wiezen and it was pretty good. Food wasn't bad but it is a little pricey.

We had a wonderful experience at Vessel11. I’d highly recommend you check it out! The food was delicious. I know I’m going to crave their fish and chips soon. But it’s not only their main, the sticky toffee pudding was delicious, and I can’t wait to return to try the banananoffee tart, the chocolate lava cake, or the millionaire’s slice. The waiter who helped us made great recommendations, they were attentive and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. The view from the top deck is lovely (if it’s a sunny day, make sure to check it out), but there’s also seating inside. If you needed any more reasons to visit - there’s a Pac-Man machine downstairs (which you can play for free) and a dance floor and piano. What a vibe! Go now!

A very nice unique restaurant on a boat. Beautiful red exterior and very cozy interior makes you feel very comfortable and excited. They have a nice terrace on the ship with a camp fire kinda setup in the centre and tables around the bar. The service is very nice and the food is decent. They also have a good options for the drinks you can order.

A fantastic, beautiful, and unique boat. It’s an old lighthouse vessel that has been renovated. We only had drinks, but the staff was attentive and friendly, and we had a great experience.

Had a very good time dining at Vessel 11. The food was fantastic. The calamari tasted great and was very well presented. The cheeseburger was delicious and the fries also tasted great.

It is an ok british restaurant. Staff was very kind, house beers were great, but the food was just ok. Chicken quesadillas were fine, although the chicken was dry. Beef Wellington did not meet the expectations for the price. The meat was overcooked and dry. Salad and fries were good.

We arrived late with our nervous dog and were welcomed so warmly at Het Witte Huis, even though the kitchen had pretty much closed. The staff went out of their way to make us a smashed burger, sardine spaghetti, and bitterballen – all of which were absolutely delicious. The burger in particular was one of the best I’ve ever eaten, clearly made with care. We tucked ourselves into a cosy corner with beers while our dog relaxed and fell asleep, and the staff never rushed us, even though we were the last ones in. We’ve rarely felt so genuinely welcomed in a bar, and the kindness of the team made the evening unforgettable. Thank you for such a lovely experience – we can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Rotterdam!

An iconic location with a great atmosphere. Cannot overstate that you need to visit this place. Experience something outside Amsterdam with history and atmosphere. This place is evolving and yet rooted in history. Just the best. The Bolwerk is coming back…watch this space.

Amazing building in the old harbour area. It looks most impressive in the summer when surrounded by green trees the white facade shines bright like a diamond. While visiting the cube houses (what everybody does) it would be a shame not to make those few steps and see this end of the XIXth century building.

We had the most hilarious night here last weekend. The private bar is perfect for your birthday party 💖 fair price and happy guests, it couldn't be any better.

A landmark building in Rotterdam. This building is known as the first skyscraper in Europe being 10 storeys high. Also this is one of the very few buildings which survived the world war bombings. Now this is functioning as a restaurant. Worth take a visit to this historical place.

The wings were amazing, the service was excellent—especially thanks to our waiter Mario—and the cocktails were divine. We also loved the Latin music and the vibrant atmosphere. Wednesdays is all you can eat wings, which is perfect. Highly recommended!

I usually have really great experience here but today Manager Mario made it extraordinary was very friendly and was openly honest when we asked about certain dishes/drinks even ended up recommending us a drink that wasn’t on the menu which was really good. He made sure me and my wife had a fantastic day. 100 out of 5 stars.

I first came here a few months ago for my birthday and, unfortunately, didn’t have the best experience. However, after the team reached out, I decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad I did! This time, everything was perfect. The food was excellent-everything was delicious 10/10, and the service was outstanding. I really appreciate the effort, and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for tasty food and drinks. I will most certainly be returning!

Amazing place, nice atmosphere, and very good wings! The homemade drinks are also delicious. We had so many wings and wanted to take home some leftovers, but instead of just the leftovers, Sami offered us to bring home 3 extra portions of our choice! Definitely recommend.

Tried the all you can eat chicken wings Wednesday for €25 euros and it was an ok experience. My party and I had the reservation from 4pm and the service was great. We were quickly seated and our order was taken fast as well. We did not have to wait long at all for our wings to arrive. The waiter was attentive and came every time we were about to finish our round and took the order for the next one. In the 2h we managed to get 5 round and 1 round to go. The experience was not the issue but the actual flavor of the wings. Many of them were a let down. And not all the flavors from their website menu are in the in-place menu that you are given. The waiter's recommendation of the Texas Dry Rub was the tables favorite as well. They were flavourful but not spicy at all. The 2nd favorite was the Lemon Pepper, where the taste of lemon is really strong so it was delicious but you could not taste any of the pepper. The worst one was the Buffalo, the wings were drenched in it so you couldn't even taste the chicken and the actual sauce wasn't that tasty either. For the others, the Furious was decent but order it if you can handle a bit of spice otherwise it will be too spicy for you. BBQ is exactly how you would expect it to be, so it was done well. Honey Parmesan was way too sweet that is overshadowed the parmesan. Caribbean Jerk Dry Rub was not flavorful at all, it was quite bland even though it smells good. Teriyaki was passable but I recommend getting Shanghai Nights instead. Overall, I'm happy I tried it because I heard about the place a lot, but I would not repeat it. It was an ok 1 time experience.

Service was really great, Mario constantly came to check on us and make sure everything was good! The Barbados and slinge cocktail was my favorite, it was recommended from Mario! The food was also really delicious!

Went there for the AYCE Wednesday wings and it was alright. Tried about 6-7 flavors between the 2 of us. There were no flavors that was like 'Hmmmmmm soo good" unfortunately. Some were even quite dry. So mediocre review for that. The staff (especially the girls) was very nice and lovely.

Went for an orchestral nutcracker performance and was shocked at how large the building was. The seats are getting older and there isn't great leg room but the building as a whole is pleasant. Not much today.

The is an eclectic center for having a conference but it was definitely well-suited for it and the many espresso stations made the king hours go by quicker. The layout is not your typical layout so don’t be afraid to ask for directions. It has a nice open feel to it as well.

Outstanding concert hall. Been here for Pletnev Rachmaninov festival in the Great Hall. Acoustics is great, although some noises (I think from stage lighting) were a disturbance. Using cloak room is free, concert programs are free, and in the intermission you get free drinks! (Wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee) They do it to attract young audience to classical concerts.

Before I write anything I want to say that the food and the drinks were very good, delicious even. Flavours and levels of flavours were present, also the presentation was amazing. The drinks were also very good, even though we had to wait almost an hour for the first one. We came for lunch, a late lunch so the restaurant was basically empty and we were lucky and got a really good seat with an amazing view of the river and the sunset. The whole place is decorated meticulously, you can really see a lot of thought was put into the design of the location. On the bar floor, I love the rows of table at the window looking outside, the hall with the big moon, and the room with the red bar. But something was missing, when I read the story of the man and the moon on the site, I thought I would see more of this story woven into the drinks and food. I feel like it's a missed chance, there's so much you could do with the theme. Or even a theme, I felt like it lacked the magic you're sold on the site and in the elevator up to the restaurant.

We went there to celebrate my parents anniversary, the view is amazing, although the bar is way bellow average: No one is at the entrance of the bar to greet you and give you a table, then no one came to take our order - in a bar half-empty, you would just see the stuff just hanging out around the bar an ignoring the customers. Then another chaos when we wanted to pay, stuff didn't even remember their passwords to login in the payment systems, didn't know which was our order, then overcharged us - it took like half hour to be able to pay and leave. That's quite unacceptable for a $$$$ cocktail bar and it's quite a shame because it really has potential: the location, the place and the view is nice, ruined by bad service and average cocktails. The only helpful person in this chaos was the manager who tried to help us that night, after the rest of the stuff failed to.

I had really high expectations for this place. They've done an amazing job with their marketing! But let me start from the beginning. It's not at all clear where the entrance to the building is, and my friend and I almost got lost trying to find it. Once we were inside, we had to go up to a welcome hall where they took our coats and directed us to the elevator up to the 57th floor. I was pretty impressed with the elevator itself; it had a digital screen displaying the moon in a really cool, dynamic way. It took less than a minute to reach the 57th floor, I think. But as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there was this weird, sour smell. And honestly, the hallway leading to the restaurant could have been much nicer. It felt a bit dirty and tacky. A hostess welcomed us and showed us to our table. We chose the chef's 3-course menu for lunch and ordered a bottle of water and some cocktails. The food was decent. Some dishes were delicious, but others weren't really to my liking. They served these small, fried, oily balls that I thought were pretty low quality. The presentation of the food was nice though. Now, about the drinks... we ordered two cocktails, a margarita and a paper plane, which took almost an hour to arrive! We had to ask the staff three times. Obviously, the food arrived long before the cocktails. I asked one of the waiters if we could be compensated for the wait, maybe get the cocktails on the house. They didn't give them to us for free, but they did give us a 50% discount. Not great customer service, in my opinion. To make matters worse, they charged us for two bottles of water when we only had one. They called it a "water arrangement" on the bill, which cost €7.95. They only poured us two glasses of water, but they charged us twice for this "water arrangement." So, we had to complain about that too, and eventually, they took it off the bill. The toilets were very high-tech, clean, and funky, which was a plus. And the views from the restaurant were absolutely spectacular! The interior design was also spot on. But the service really let the place down. The staff should pay more attention to their customers. Mistakes like waiting an hour for cocktails are unacceptable, and the manager only offering a 50% discount wasn't good enough. The double charge on the water was also frustrating. I also think they could be a bit more creative with the food and cocktail menu. The cocktail selection was very basic and didn't seem to have any connection to the skyline or sky-high theme of the place. This place definitely has potential, but it's missing something. It lacks a certain vibe or energy. It feels a little cold, impersonal, and empty. I don't know exactly what it is, but they need to improve the atmosphere and the service!

The service was fantastic – a special shoutout to our host, Izzy, who truly made our night. We ordered a few off-menu cocktails, and the bar nailed every one of them. It’s clear the service has stepped up and now lives up to the stunning rooftop setting. Looking forward to coming back again!

We dined at Renilde, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We opted for the 6-course menu, but the portion sizes were so enormous that we felt bloated by the third course. The menu was heavily plant-based, with just one chicken dish and one seafood dish, making the price feel unjustified. To make matters worse, nearly every dish included some sort of foam—clearly, they were overly excited about a new foam machine. By the end, we were completely tired of it. To add to the frustration, they served us the main dish before the starter. They only realized the mistake after we had already finished our main course. Since it was a surprise menu, we hadn’t noticed until they brought out the missed starter dishes. As an apology, they served us three glasses of an experimental red wine, even though we were in the middle of enjoying a bottle of dry white wine. The red wine clashed with the moment and ruined the vibe even further. Overall, it was a very poor experience, from the disorganized service to the uninspired and excessive food choices. Definitely not a place we’d recommend or revisit.

We had the most wonderful dinner on the Terrance enjoying the summer evening weather. We enjoyed the 4 course set menu (two of us swapped out the dessert for the cheeses). My favourite dish was the white asparagus “spaghetti” but every dish had amazing flavours and we certainly didn’t go hungry. They have matched wines by the full and half glass. I had the half glass option. The wines were interesting and well matched to the meals although I would rush out to buy any of them.

Great dining experience at Renilde. Ordered the 5-course menu and was pleasantly surprised by every single dish. Flawless presentation and exceptional service by (very stylish) Robin. Fantastic atmosphere, and we were lucky to catch a beautiful sunset from the terrace. A must!

The restaurant itself is very spacious, but still cozy feeling. We ordered the Menu Renilde. Even though we asked to only have seafood and vegetarian dishes, the food was excellent. All the flavours and textures went very well together and the wine pairing was perfect. The food is as local as possible and the wines were natural and fresh. The staff was so nice and you could tell they were comfortable and enjoying themselves; there was no sense that they were stressed or under pressure. All in all, it was a very relaxed atmosphere with simply excellent food and wine. We've already recommended it to our friends.

I went for advise on how to proceed with a dispute my landlord over abusive charges. The person that gave me advise was really negative and not helpful, the advise received was just to pay. Luckily I didnt took it and searched for further opinions and won!!

If you don't speak dutch very well and ask them to speak english, they hang up the phone. And it doesn't matter if you were waiting on the line for 20 minutes.

Station Bergweg is a really cool foodcourt set in an old train station. Especially the rooftop terrace is nice. The cocktail bar serves beautiful and tasty cocktails and mocktails! Food is very basic, small portions and overpriced. I guess the views are what you end up paying for and they're nice enough. Music is far too loud indoors. Service was decent. Some fun activities but fussball table was broken. The atmosphere overall is non-existant, it all felt a little forced. We went there for a girls night out, expecting a rooftop with nice interior. First of all we had to wait for our table even though we had a reservation. The waiter was not friendly at all. Cocktails werde mid and the rose star martini tasted terrible. We were seated at a table which gave hospital vibes. The staff was very overwhelmed even though there wasn’t much to do. Drinks were super expensive and when we went to check out Alexa was rude and didn’t even say goodbye. It was the First time in my life that I did not give a tip. Do not recommend at all!
