The cakes are awesome - Coffee moderate- but the only issue for me as a English speaker was there was a lady who were not very nice to me and I couldn’t understand her bc I am not fluent in German. Even I was trying to talk with my limited German knowledge to her but she was not very happy with that! but then there was a gentleman (the male staff) who gave us a great service :) Generally you should try once!

An incredible Konditorei with an incredible array of cakes, all made in store. Baum Kuchen was crazy good, incredible layering and textures. One to visit if you’re in Tiergarten/Charlottenburg Area. Double espresso had some real flavour to it

Very yummy cakes. Not too sweet and light. We were the only tourists there. Seems like this is a cafe loved by locals. One note: There were lots of wasps/bees in the display case with the cakes, but it doesn't look like any of the locals cared.

Very delicious cakes. The Konditorei has made a name for its Baumkuchen, so definitely worth a try. The interior design is very warm and welcoming, feels like sitting in your grandma’s living room. The place gets very crowded though, you may need to have some patience to get seated.

I went out of my way to have afternoon cafe and kuchen here, and was not disappointed—probably the best piece of cake I've ever had! The cafe is simple and authentic, a nice patio in a beautiful neighbourhood.

Super vibey coffee shop! Really good in house selection. No pour overs but the batch brew was excellent. The Kenyan was super clean and tasty. Also ordered their cheesecake and banana bread. Super tasty without being overly sweet. Jose the barista was friendly and helpful. Service quick.

A great spot if you're looking for a quick, no-fuss coffee to go. The space is quite small with very limited seating, so it's not the place to sit and relax for a while. The cakes, however, are absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight here—they're worth the visit alone. The coffee itself was a bit too bitter for my taste, but it gets the job done if you're in a hurry.

Incredible place in the center of Berlin! Just a few steps away from Alexander Platz you can find yourself away from touristic hustle and bustle and enter Berlin hipsterish vibe. It's truly difficult to grab a table, first come, first served but with a little bit of patience you can be happily chatting with your friend over a plate of delicious cake and tasty coffee :) Otherwise, you can order for take away and sit outside. Highly recommended!

Absoloutely fantastic little café! The staff are all so friendly and were wonderful to chat to. The pancakes were the highlight of my day. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Food was absolutely delicous!! I had the cinnamon roll and the cheese sandwich, loved both :) You could get free unlimitet water, which is pretty rare in Germany!! The place looked amazing with all of the plants. It was pretty full in the main room of the cafe when we were the (around 1 pm on Saturday), but they had a second room (which looked more like a hallway to be honest) that was completly emphty. The hallway with the tables wasn't filled with plants, what broke the atmosphere a bit. We had luck and later on got a table in the main room, so we had a great experience :) But don't expect to buy any plants there, because the prices are way to high 🥲🌱

A wonderful cafe tucked away in the old town which is quite unique. It serves coffee and cake and also sells luscious green house plants too. I opted for a cappuccino and a rhubarb scone. Both were delicious and the lady serving was very friendly and helpful too. An oasis of calm.

Coffee was great, the bowl and the tofu sandwich were so tasty I wanted another one. The cherry pie was delicious and homemade for sure. Plants create a truly aesthetically pleasing experience but some of them weren’t well taken care of. Overall we recommend. Have to add some of the tables are next to the cashier and in peak hours it’ll be uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my experience at this lovely and cozy place. It feels so warm and special. There are beautiful outdoor and indoor seating areas. The staff is young and hospitable. The coffee was so good. I ordered the coffee of the day and a latte with coconut milk. They sell plants and offer complimentary water.

They changed location and vibe completely. I've been here 2 years ago. It was this cozy, berlin-vibe coffee place, lots of wood and plants. Now it's just a tourist trap with no love and no system: in the front there's a sign that you should wait till you get seated. Meanwhile multiple people passed us and took seats that could have been ours. After waiting for 10min in the door I just went up to the service and interrupted them chatting, just to get the answer: "It's quite busy at the moment... maybe you just order, but then you have to wait a bit. Search yourself a seat...". So what is it, will I be seated? Or will you take down the sign? Messy and impersonal. I can't recommend.

One of Berlin’s hidden gems. The restaurant has an absolutely stunning backyard. It’s possible to find a cozy table on Sundays, but it’s better to book in advance. The hospitality is fast and very friendly. The food is interesting and, I would say, unique — somewhere between Japanese and American cuisine. Even if you order just desserts, they are nice and delicious. The main dishes are good too. I’ve already visited this place twice. I will definitely bring my friends here to show it to them.

Unusual Japanese restaurant set inside an old school. Food was so good! They had a copy of their recipe book for perusal, and I enjoyed flicking through it between courses. (Did I mention that I'm a chef?) I'm in Berlin rather a lot and I will definitely be back here.

One of the best places I've been in Berlin. If usually we eat VERY well in this city, House of Small Wonder was still one of my favorites. The beverages and food are high quality, and very tasty. As usual, there are great choices for vegetarians and vegans, and I would definitely recommend the Vegan Soboro. It was such a pleasure to eat in a beautiful garden under the sunlight. Honestly a great experience, with correct prices.

Not sure why the reviews seem so low. We’re here quite often and each time the food has been great. Portion size is quite good, quality is great and service even better. I definitely wouldn’t want the quality to go down just to appease price.. The environment is cozy outside and inside. I love the quirkiness and subtly. Obviously- we’ll be back.

It was really packed for a Saturday, but we still got a table. The food was amazing not a huge vegetarian option, but you can ask to remove the meat from the dish. I really love the place. The atmosphere was calm. I will recommend.

Every cheesecake is to die for! Absolutely in love with the shop and delicious quality of the slices. The staff was absolutely lovely and the shop was super clean and organised. Will definitely visit again for more tasty treats.

A lovely cafe selling elegant cakes with delicate flavours. I tried the poppyseed cheesecake which seems popular and it was truly lovely. It is based on German cheesecake. There are also other desserts - worth coming back several times to try them.

The mango cheese cake is delicious but need to respect the slow service. Don't come if you have another appointment but for what enjoying cheese cake in rush

I recently visited Princess Cheesecake and was absolutely delighted! The variety of cheesecakes on offer is impressive, and each one is crafted to perfection. I tried the I love New York cheesecake and it was creamy, rich, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you love cheesecake, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this bakery! Their New York and German-style cheesecakes are top-notch with a very fancy selection to choose from. Though they were a bit pricey, the quality and taste are unbeatable, making it worth every penny. Treat yourself to something fancy and delicious here.

Chai latte was below average BUT THIS CHEESECAKE WAS THE BEST I HAD IN BERLIN SO FAR

Expensive, 5 Euros for a mini cheesecake. Loved the beet root vegan cheesecake. The normal nonvegan chocolate cheesecake was okay. It didn’t melt in your mouth nor did it taste extraordinary. But the vegan beetroot was very good. Smooth texture, good flavor and good balance between sweet and tangy. I’m usually not a fan of beet root but this flavor was great! Wouldn’t come back to this bakery since it didn’t wow me but if I did, I would def get the beet root flavor again or try another one of their vegan flavors. Just wished they sold this in a bigger slice. Bathroom was clean, service was professional & polite, nice clean interior with seats. They don’t have take-out boxes though. They just wrap your cheesecake in paper which I was not a fan of since the cheesecake can potentially get squashed if you put it in your bag…

We ordered chocolate brownie cake, but seems to be very hard and dry. Too little cream in the middle, dry cake and overall hard. This is the second instance with a dry cake with little filling. I ordered the cake with rainbow sprinkles, and unfortunately for both, the price is NOT WORTH IT. I give 2 stars because they don’t add Gelatine and is vegan.

I recently tried a red velvet cake & a vanilla cake and was thoroughly impressed.Both cakes were moist and had a perfect balance of all ingredients. The cream frosting was smooth and tangy, adding just the right amount of sweetness. Visually stunning with its deep red color, this cake was a delightful treat from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I needed a last minute birthday cake to be delivered and Barcomi’s came to the rescue! Making arrangements from Australia via email was really easy, the staff replied promptly and let me know which cakes could be delivered the following day. A wonderful strawberry and vanilla cream sponge cake was delivered in time to make the birthday girl feel really special. The card and candle were great and the cake looked and tasted beautiful. Would highly recommend!

I ordered their marble cheesecake and was shocked to see that they sent me a stale slice. You can see the stringy stale lines in the picture. I've eaten from Barcomi's in the past and it's been good but this was shocking. Upset my stomach and my mood.

I was sent a birthday cake from this shop, but unfortunately I wasn’t home for the delivery. I thought that was the end of it — but wow, was I wrong! The team went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t miss out. We arranged a new delivery three days later and even baked me a fresh cake so I could enjoy it at its best. Special shoutout to Marcel, who was unbelievably helpful (even on his days off!) and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks to his effort and the shop’s kindness, the cake finally arrived — and it was absolutely worth the wait. Fresh, delicious, and beautifully made.

I already ordered twice from Barcomi, the carrot cake is amazing. And the service is so kind - I was positively surprised of how fast, personal and kind the lady who spoke to me on the website chat was. Definitely recommended! (Especially for birthday cakes)

Nice cafe, friendly staff, amazing bagels! The pastrami bagel was a monstrosity (in a good way), really loved it!

Super cool, building/house and the host was great. The servers are like a bit too European and attend to you when they are ready. Yeah they are busy on a Saturday afternoon but could at least acknowledge you when you have a need. Their colleagues don't acknowledge you if not their table and if luckily one stops they say, "Sorry you'll have to ask your server" and off they go. Strudel was tasty with but mixture and the Assam tea was quite nice

A good place for afternoon tea. The apple strudel is great and is recognized as the best in the cafe, but the other torte is disappointing. The peach cake is not special at all and not worthy.

Lunch is in the more formal "library" area while cakes and brunch is in the non table cloth brighter area. Nice selection of German food. Can be a bit pricey considering there are some good German restaurants around serving food that is just as delicious but I think it's still one of those places to be when you are a tourist. I didn't have any cakes but from what I did see, they're aren't better than most of the places that sell cakes in Berlin.

Eggs Benedict was pretty good. The omlette rather mediocre. Service was slow. Sad to see this restaurant with so much character and charm being so poorly maintained. A renovation is past due. It has lost most of the beauty and charm it once radiated.

Unexpectedly large space, can accommodate groups that came in for lunch. Back garden is lovely to sit in. On the expensive side but good service and a nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It definitely feels European, and it’s easy to see why lots of tourists find their way here.

Had an excellent breakfast here in their lovely garden. There was a wide selection available on the menu, including a number of typical German dishes and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food and drink was very good and reasonably priced for the quality. Well worth a visit.

One of the mosr classy brunch and coffee options in the city I’d say. Feels like a time travel in way, but a good one. The breakfast is great to share and you can have long, cosy and very authentic West-Berlin times there. Important to mention though: comes with high than normal price tag, but worth it ;)

Solid spot for breakfast/brunch, has their latte and avocado toast. Probably one of the most flavorful avocado toasts I’ve had, would highly recommend! Coffee shop itself is pretty spacious, good lighting and nice spot to work or hangout/chat.

The staff is always friendly, the vibe relaxed, and while the menu evolves from time to time, the food has always been flavorful, well-presented, and on point. Be prepared to wait 20-25 mins to be seated. The cafe was crowded and popular.The staff will let you wait downstairs before you get the seat. The staff were very attentive and cheerful. And the vibe is nice and cafe is cozy. The chia pudding wad ok but nothing special.The French toast too.But the presentation looked nice. The hot chocolate is the normal watery one not the thick one (which you can always get in Poland).

Not every place is worth waiting in line for. But as someone who queued in the rain, I can say Distrikt is absolutely worth it. The chia pudding in particular, truly live up to the hype. Also the matcha was great just as its vibrant green color promised.

Distrikt is in a tight run for best breakfast place in BER, coffe is top notch and eating options are on par with Annelies. I would say if you are a third wave coffee lover this offers the best combo of coffee/bkfst eats. Bkfst Sandwich was Eggcellent, great bright an juicy filter coffee. Service is slow but super nice, but hat’s normal in Europe.

Hidden gem in one of Mitte‘s back roads, vibey yet cozy. I particularly enjoyed the chocolatey note in my latte macchiato as well as the super chilled server. Maybe not the best of the best, but certainly among my top10 cafes in Berlin ☕️

Wonderful place, the way there feels like you’re entering a hidden spot, but once inside it’s lively and full of people. We were lucky to find a table quickly and got served fast. The staff were super friendly and welcoming with smiles all around. Not the biggest fan of the coffee, but the food was a solid 8/10. Definitely a good spot for a nice weekend hangout.

One of the best — and always a favorite! This is my go-to breakfast spot whenever I’m in Berlin. The food and coffee are consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and relaxed. I especially love the inner yard seating, but the inside of the café is just as charming. A truly lovely place to start the day.

Really nice place in a Berlin courtyard. We came on Saturday at about 11:30 and didn’t have to wait for a table. People who arrived 30 minutes later had to wait, so come between breakfast and lunch if you don’t want to wait. We ordered shakshuka and it was delicious. The coffee was also very good. The hospitality was absolutely kind and supportive. Prices were affordable. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel the Berlin vibe.

A great place for a proper Berlin brunch. Try the Barista Breakfast- a great way to sample several of their coffee offerings. What a great little restaurant for breakfast! The poached eggs with avocado was divine!! The FC Benedict with pulled pork was also a favorite!! The hollandaise sauce was pretty good for a German :) - ie it was excellent !! We were so excited for the food.. we only got a picture of our cappuccino and the Barista Breakfast.

It's a popular and always crowdy hipster place in a very cosy backyard. Drinks weren't the best. Food was ok. However for our stomachs it was a little bit too heavy

We tried the cinnamon rosemary pancakes for the first time — fluffy pancakes with cream cheese, rosemary, and maple-glazed apricots, topped with roasted almonds. Such a unique combination, and absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was warm and cozy, especially with the smell of freshly made chai latte in the air. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great spot for brunch in Berlin — highly recommended!

Generous portions and good looking and tasting plates. The pancakes are a must if you go there. Coffee also really good and the guys taking us were really nice as well. The only thing we didn’t like was the canele that tasted a little burned. Definitely a place to come back.

The beef melt and the french toast were both finger-lickin' good. The portions are relatively small unfortunately which makes it quite pricey (14/15 € each dish) but still have to give 5 stars for the taste.

The place is packed but obviously for a good reason. We got a table quite quickly and the waiter was incredibly gorgeous! The food was delicious (unfortunately didn’t catch a good photo) of this delicious beef sandwich. I gave 4 starts to the atmosphere because it was very hot inside.

Great atmosphere and location thats for sure. Friendly staff and good coffee I can say. The only bad thing how expensive was “ the smash “, and it hit me later cause I was having a meeting with a friend, I paid 11 euros for a toasted bread with avocado and cheese?! It is my bad to not talked with them about it but I recommend them to add more things on the bread or change the price. Otherwise doesnt worth it.

You must stop by here while in Berlin! It’s already my favourite coffee shop! The Tunisian Latte is wonderful and their coffee is very rich and fruity. The staff are also very friendly and the vibes are so calming!

Very excited by the written as well as the oral propaganda around Ben Rahim‘s outstanding coffee, I went there this morning and ordered an Iced Latte Macchiato. In contrast to most cafes, they served it with a frozen cube of espresso. The problem with that however is: It takes quite long (like 30-45min) to get to taste the espresso, bruh. Which kinda forces me to conclude that this is not a place for ice coffee lovers… Also, I was a bit disappointed by the almost non-existent vegan food options… Nonetheless, the very friendly service, the laid-back vibes and their embodiment of love for coffee make a visit worth it. Well, I‘m gonna come back, give them another chance, try one of their other (non-iced) creations and hopefully have a more satisfying experience and potentially adjust my review.

They have lactose free milk! It’s very hard for me for me to find places that don’t offer oat milk as an alternative. Actual milk makes the coffee ten times more enjoyable for me. This being said, the coffee was really good. However, there was a huge line and the baristas were rushing a bit with the preparation process. It was, nevertheless, still a very good cup of coffee.

Disappointing experience. Overpriced cakes that are very small and super sweet. Presentation is appealing and the place is cozy, however, it’s a one time experience only. You can get good quality cakes for much less price. Coffee wasn’t good.

The coffee is good 😊 Although the entremets are really beautiful and you can get in normal and small sizes I thought they are too subtle in taste. The cheesecake was not a baked one, which is not my favorite way of eating it. The flavor is too subtle. Maybe for people that don't like the strong acidity of the cream cheese it is a good choice. The dark chocolate one with red berries filling is confusing. While the dark chocolate outside is quite strong and crunchy the mousse inside is too blend or has too much cream, making the experience a bit disappointing.

One of my favourite dessert places in Berlin. I normally take the fruity options which aren't too sweet and fill the moth with freshness. I love how they play around with recipes. My favourite so far has been the chou with mandarine cream and poppy seeds (hope I'm not confusing the ingredients!). The service is also super friendly and the coffee is really good as well.

Very pleasant experience. The signature goat cheese cake has a very complex taste. It fuses the fruity sweetness of fig and pomegranate with a faint smell of goat cheese, resulting in a controlled explosion of flavours upon the tongue. The second plate consists of a liquor-filled chocolate ball, a second ball filled with passion fruit and custard, and a small chocolate cake. I heard that the chef here used to work in a Michelin star restaurant, but the strongest impression the cakes left on me is a very refined and elegant female expression and sensitivity, something that I have so far not experienced in other French patisseries. There is something unique with the cakes here and the chef has her very distinctive style. I would definitely come back to try more next time. The only problem for me now is that I don’t know between Jubel and cafe komine which is my favourite cake shop in Berlin.

Tasty cakes, beautiful presentation and balanced flavour. For someone who doesn't like cakes being too sweet, it's perfect. Bought 10 different one to try out, each of them is delicious in their own way. Definitely coming back for more. Recommend the Mango, Blueberry, Ananas and Olive. Update on Apr 11th: just came back there for more, they seem to have new cakes now. Bought another 8 again for a family tea party with my parents and the in-laws. Everyone loves them 🥰 this is my new favorite place now. Update on June 12th: bought 10 different cakes again. They got new flavors and all look good. I couldn't decide on which one to try and which not so, ended up buying 1 of each type 😅 Glad I did, yummy!!!

Went with a friend for tea and cake. We chose 4 and shared them, pavlova, raspberry,goats cheese and brownie. All were incredibly tasty and well made with a fine balance of sweetness, decadence and tartness. Super nice service, will visit again. Thanks a lot

Banana pudding matcha was so good! Went to their other location yesterday and stopped here to have it once more before leaving for the airport 100% worth the visit! Staff are friendly and the 2D concept is so cute and unique! The cups are also so adorable, wish they were available to purchase lol

Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was lovely and friendly, and the matcha was the best I’ve ever had. Matcha strawberry cake and croffle was incredibly tasty, and on top of that, the design of the place is just perfect for photos. Highly recommend ^•^

They have some really special drinks and sweets worth trying, and the ambience is definitely unique. I’d recommend visiting at least once for the experience. For me personally, it didn’t quite give that “I want to come back again” vibe, which is why I rated it 4 stars.

Loved this little 2D place; variety of things to choose from, from Bingsu to waffles or coffees. Place full of seats and not overly crowded. The Bingsu itself was very nice, especially in the hot weather like today! and the presentation was 10/10. Would definetely come back!

Had a super fun experience at 2D Cafe! The vibe is like stepping into a comic book. Tried their tiramisu and biscoff latte both were excellent! The tiramisu was creamy and flavorful, and the latte was rich and smooth. The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. Definitely a cool spot to hang out.

Perfect Americano? As cozy as Berlin Little cafes can get. Americano is on point. No more no less. Soft boiled eggs on the toast were great. It has a unique taste that I never tasted before. Maybe it was the green salsa. If you're around here I would say it is a must. Especially the eggs. It will set a new standard for eggs on toast for you. Thank you Kate and Amy!

Absolutely loved the food here, soo many nice options to choose from and everything was great. The coffee especially stood out, in a world of nice coffee. I love that they had almond berry custard pudding bread, I see it so rarely. The accompanying custard was tangy and nice too. My picture is horrible.

I was delightedly surprised by the Poached Eggs on Toast, particularly the salsa verde they make there. I haven’t been wowed by a breakfast in a long time, but this was a treat. Very nice staff.

One of the best coffees in Berlin and a nice selection of alternating dishes. They always have unique option with tasty flavors— but I do miss the shredded mushroom dish. For now the savory pastries, sauce for the seasonal veggies, and friendly employees are my favorites.

€14 for a soft-boiled egg on a slice of bread. Are you kidding me? The lentil soup is supposed to come with bread and butter, but they don’t bring the butter. I have to go and ask for it, and the waitress says, "But there’s no butter." I show her the menu, and she looks at it in surprise. To be fair, the food is good, but the service is incredibly slow (after 35 minutes of waiting to order the desserts, we decided to leave), and the prices are outrageous.

Amazing location, especially beautiful in the spring and summer cause it has a spacious terrace under the trees. Everything is perfect apart from the food, not because it's not tasty, but because it is bit overpriced. Still I'm always going because I love the area. You should definitely make a reservation if you are going on the weekend.

We went there for an anniversary breakfast yesterday (Sonntag). I was there with my friends before COVID and remembered the good food and beautiful scenery and wanted to show the place to my husband. Unfortunately… the food was such a disaster. We ordered the breakfast platters and all of the food /tapas were terrible quality. I really think lidl and Netto has better stuff. The fruit wasn’t fresh (browned apples), the egg omlet dry and cold. All of the tapas and spreads didn’t seem fresh or home-made. The bread was Lidl/Netto quality. The jam was from a jar, the salads were from that the dried out , ready-to eat-bag style, that is already discounted in a grocery shop because of the end date… We spent 50 euros for 2 people and got bad quality and sad food. But I have to say: the service, the surroundings and the ambiance was amazing. Coffee was good. Also I love the design of the platter. It used to be such a treat…

Food and coffee were delicious! Our food came very late but they were extremely apologetic and offered us a free drink as an apology so it was not an issue. I would definitely return!

Great service. Staff is really friendly :-) Great location Easy to park Prices are reasonable. The omelette was amazing. The cales were good. The cheese cake was like in NYC. My strong recommendations to anyone. They have a good selection of vegan dishes, but don't let that scare you. You can get a really wide selection of foods. Breakfast menu runs through the day ... which probably spells oodles about the many bars in the area. I will be back, for sure

Love this place—super cute and cozy, it reminds me of some of the cafes in Japan. The staff are so friendly and there’s a really cool, earthy vibe. It’s become one of my favourite coffee spots I found in Berlin! The matcha is incredible—made from a small pot and whisked right in front of you, which adds such a nice touch. Their coffee selection is great too, and the outdoor seating is a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

very good oat milk cappuccino, but their product selection is so small I almost wanted to ask if that's truly all they've got. the cake was too dry and the sandwich soggy. and they don't have a restroom. if you offer eating in, you should definitively have one of those on site.

I’ve given this place many chances over time, but unfortunately, the takeaway coffee is often poorly made — so be careful. When we’ve stayed to sit in, everything was fine. But recently, we grabbed coffee to go, and it was honestly undrinkable: the milk was scalding hot, no latte art whatsoever, and the taste was just bad. It feels like once you’re a takeaway customer, they stop caring — you came and went, so there’s no incentive to do better. Also, the tipping system where you’re expected to decide on a tip before even tasting your coffee is really off-putting. I tipped out of habit, but after getting the drink, I was left with a bitter aftertaste — and not just from the coffee.

I think The Barn is highly overrated, and after trying a few of its branches, it’s no longer a place I want to go to. The seating seems to be designed more for discomfort than comfort probably to make sure you drink your coffee quickly and don’t occupy the small shop for too long. I don’t like places like this because I want to sit and have a long chat with my friends over coffee. Another thing I dislike is that when you order a milk-based coffee, it’s served almost cold. Also, there’s no restroom available for customers. The staff are kind and try to do their job well. I wouldn’t call it a bad place, but I also don’t see anything worth praising.

The flatwhite was tasty, right on point, the Colombian beans never dissappoint. And it was 4€, which is very reasonable for being in Berlin, although the cup was smaller than other shops. The atmosphere was nice and well ventilated (inside), as well as a nice outdoor seatings. It was crowded, and I had to wait for quite a bit, but there were still some seats left. I had to order a takeaway though since I was short on time. Staffs were efficient in handling the orders. They seemed a bit rushed and impatient in the services, but its totally understandable due to the ammount of orders they have to process. Overall good.

Coffee was good. I had a flat white. Also got a peanut butter cookie, which was delicious. There were a lot of people hanging around outside when I went (3pm on a Sunday) but not many people sitting inside. There was a queue to order. Staff seemed a little stressed and overwhelmed with how busy it was.

Bonanza! It’s a coffee shop near Mauerpark. Vibe is different, I would say - a very “berlinish” place. Different vibe but it suits a place very well. Interiors are not so glamorous, but shabby. There is some old smell like in a grandma’s apartment. Looks like there wasn’t a big investment in that place it all. It has a toilet which is small and clean. For some tourists it could be important and for locals as well. Besides that - it’s Bonanza. Great coffee and service as always.

Usually I always come for the cascara soda (which btw is such gift to us not being able to tolerate too much caffeine) anyhow this time around i decided to try the iced latte, and wow! Not the biggest coffee fan but it was so delicious 😋 also they have double shots in all their drinks?! Definitely worth it!!

I had an iced filter coffee and a peanut butter cookie. I thought the iced filter was nothing special, but you can’t expect too much from a filter. That said, I have had filter coffee at other venues where the bean selected had some really impressive flavour profiles. I thought the peanut butter cookie I had was quite good - it was moist and the peanut flavour was present. I liked the atmosphere outside, it was lively, with a bunch of people sitting around chatting. It was really nice on a sunny day.

This was a great way to celebrate a birthday. We took the tasting menu for 60€ - the highlight were the Caesar salad & its yummy dressing (look at that cheese on top 🤤), the gnocchis and the mousse au chocolat. The service was great, they delivered all the dishes at a good pace, enough for us to enjoy each course. The cute and original location (being an old pharmacy) was the cherry on top, making us forget about the loudness of the place. Some dishes felt like they could be a bit more sophisticated but overall really worth the price. Also, we had one apéritif drink each, but were hoping for something a bit more unique considering the ingredients mentioned. That being said, I'd definitely come back to taste other drinks and go through that tasting menu again.

Food is created as a perfect set of well balanced menu - just go for the full option and you won’t regret it! Wonderful German Chardonnay. Lovely service. But the just after the food (which is obviously super good and the most important) just make sure you pay attention to the interior… with booking a spot inside, to feel the vibe :) great place!

After dinner the other night, I came back because of the cocktail program. I was impressed during my first visit by the sophistication of classic cocktails such as dry martini or a Manhattan. On my second visit, I wanted to doublecheck that I wasn’t hallucinating. I had sensed correctly during my first visit, The cocktail program is superior. Erin, a Mixologist from Melbourne Australia, does a remarkable job, paying attention to details such as temperature of the glass, temperature of the drink, and sourcing superior ingredients. These were probably the best cocktails I had during my stay in Berlin. If you like great cocktails, beautiful surroundings, delicious snacks, and a super competent mixologist, visit ORA. I had a great time. Congratulations to Erin and the team.

The ambiance is unique as the restaurant is a former Pharmacy shop, and they combined the old shelves and interior design. We went for the tasting menu. All the dishes were delicious but our favorite was the BBQ pork. The negroni is really good

We recently held an intimate event at Ora for a women's community and it was absolutely amazing! Giorgio and the whole team made sure we were well taken care of! The atmosphere is so warm, the drinks immaculate and the food exceptional! We will definitely be coming back! 10/10 experience!

We booked short notice for dinner and directly went from the airport. They had a little space for coats and small luggages, which was really handy! Really good ambiance for dinner and such lovely hosts/hostesses.

I was here for a conference, and after searching online and reading some reviews, we came to this restaurant with colleagues. What can I say... a slightly retro atmosphere that immediately won me over (even more beautiful in person than in the photos), and everything, from the friendly welcome from all the staff to the food, which I found perfect—simple, international cuisine of very high quality—made me feel good all evening. Special mention for the wine list ❤️ Highly recommended!

I ordered a birthday cake from this shop. The three stars are for the nice communication, nice people and for the nice looks of the cake. The communication was smooth and the size of the cake was also satisfying (nevertheless we definitely will not finish it due to criticism below) I am posting the inside of my birthday cake and you can judge the quality yourself. Me and my guests just ate frozen butter cream it was very hard to spot a piece of cake inside. I ate tons of butter cream cakes till today but this one is the only one that had weird sponge to cream ratio. The sponge / cream ratio does not make it possible to eat more than 2 bites. I know it is normal that it freezes in cold and we take it out and wait so that it gets softer. But even then it was just too much cream. I feel like the result should have been with more quality given the price we paid for it. So sorry to the chef for the brutal honesty but I am being honest so you don’t do the mistake again. Please take this as a constructive criticism.

Beautiful desserts! Very delightful place especially on a cold rainy fall day in Berlin. The staff is welcoming and cheerful. The espresso is one of the best I have had in Berlin. The deserts are large which makes them great for sharing. The place is very popular at lunch time and it does accept reservations. There is also covered sidewalk dining with blankets to shield you from the cold.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE CHERRIES IN THE CAKES We always come here to get birthday cakes and this was the first time we sat at the cafe section to have coffee and cakes. Be careful if you order Chocolate Mousse cake with cherries. My husband almost broke his tooth because the seed was still in the cherry. When we told the waiter, he told us this is their concept for 14 years and the seeds stay in the cherries.

Nice cosy cafe with a huge variety of cakes. Our cake was fresh, delicious and not too sweet which is what we like. The coffees were surprisingly good as well. Recommend a visit if you’re feeling like something sweet.

Such a lovely cozy place! I love that cocktails in the pictures with vanilla absolute. So five stars unconditionally!!Lol (But there is actually a certain bartender in the picture makes really really good cocktails. So If you see the bartender, try a cocktail! You won’t regret. Definitely!:-D )

The desserts are really worth a try, but better for take away. The place is tiny and even if you find a spot, the crowds of people in line make it rather unpleasant to sit there. Especially considering the fact that most of the desserts are 6-8€, I’d expect a nicer setup. The service is rather slow and not particularly friendly. So spare yourself from unnecessary stress and if you decide to go, then just take out.

I enjoyed the breakfast plate in the evening. The cafe is located at a quiet street, was so nice to have a rest without the tourist crowd. The plate is big enough for a hungry person. Also I charged my phone, which was super convenient. The service was good.

The WORST matcha latte in my life!✨ (The pic is after I paid 70 cents for extra shot, so in total 5.7euro. Still only 10% matcha taste!) At first, it did not taste any close to matcha at all. It tasted like pure milk. And it's not my own opinion, I let my friends try mine before I tell them if I like ir and they also said it just has 0 taste of matcha. We went to the counter and asked them if they can add matcha, and she said I need to pay 70cents more and I did. It has more taste before, still I could feel it only when I really focus my whole energy on tongue. So we described like 10% matcha. We talked to them, and they said they have "good matcha" and it already has "75 gram". But what does 75 gram mean when anyway that 75 gram includes liquid? I saw they just mix liquid matcha and in this case, 75 gram does not mean anything when we don't know the mixture. Also they said "it's matter of taste". Wow! So I guess their matcha is only for people who love pure milk with 10% taste like matcha paying extra 70 cents. Most importantly, this is not about if it's a good quality of matcha, but about if it "taste like matcha" at all or not. It would be nice if everyone can consider that their matcha does not taste like matcha but only pure milk when they order matcha here :)

A coffee place that runs on the mood of the Barista! Two days i ordered large cappuccino to go! One day i get a large cup and the other day a small cup. On asking why am i being served the coffee in a small cup when i did ask for a large cappuccino, very rudely the barista informed this is the right cup! Feels like day light robbery specially when you are paying 4,7€ for a cup of coffee and you are bot even getting the right size!

This is one of my happy places in Berlin. Every time I come here, I enjoy the coffee, the food, and the beautiful street view, people passing by, a calm yet lively atmosphere. Despite being on a half-busy street, it feels peaceful and minimalistic, with a great creative vibe. Their ciabatta sandwiches are super crusty and delicious, and the baristas are kind, smiling, and genuinely good people. Coffee competition in Berlin is fierce, but this place stands out with its energy and authenticity.

It was a really nice study space although you have to pay for something every 1.5 hours if you want access to their wifi for longer than that.

I like the place, love the concept and I’m certain I will visit again. I also think it’s fair to buy a new drink every 90min. However, drinks are super expensive and take forever to be made. WiFi sometimes cuts out or is too slow for meetings. Staff are nice, just service feels unnecessarily slow sometimes. Food isn’t really great most of the time unfortunately, some dried out croissants or a sandwich, cookies. If you’re lucky and they just got fresh ones, then it’s nice.

Great coworking space with plenty of outlets, office desks/chairs, and wifi vouchers that work for 10 hours. However, there is a huge fly problem here and I found myself swatting at flies half the time I was here, making it a bit of an uncomfortable experience.

I’m so happy that I found this beautiful with nature cafe near my app, there is a pool in front of the cafe, and also it provides both indoor and outdoor area for customers. Ppl can also just lay on the lawn around the pond, it’s free and chill. In this summer time, just enjoy the nature and sunlight in the afternoon or on weekends. The menu is very nice, caters from drinks, cakes, food to wins as well. And it opens until midnight, so you can really stay there as late as you like. I ordered, coffee, lemon drinks, cake, and also one Vietnam dish, they are all nice, and the price is acceptable because the portion is good.

The location and view are amazing. The service is good but contingent on how busy they are which can get very busy on weekends and holidays. Never tried the food so no comment on that. Prices are reasonable. Love this place and will be going back again and again.

The latte art was magnificent. Very silky froth. However the taste of the coffee beans were average, very light and almost chocolaty. They also only offer oat as alternative milks. And they don’t even have a toilet which is a bit ridiculous for a cafe of this size

Good coffee and food, although at a higher price point than other cafés. However, for the high price, there are no toilets. If you want to go to the toilet, you have to walk five minutes and rent a toilet (70 cents) in the shopping mall.

I had a great time at this branch of Bonanza Coffee. I tried their filter brew, which was delicious. They offered beans from Costa Rica and Peru, and both roasts were fantastic. The seating area is peaceful and perfect for catching up with friends.

I tried the handmade chocolates. They were quite good. However, I wouldn't say they were the best I've ever eaten at. The fillings were very flavorful. Atmosphere is very nice. Especially the first floor is one of the best chocolate shops I've ever visited. Although the chocolates were great, I decided to give it 4 stars in comparison to Neuhaus.

It was really nice — there were many different types of chocolate, and the bar on the top floor was also good. I gave it 4 stars because we had to wait about 30–40 minutes in line before getting two free seats. I also missed having windows for better air circulation. The prices were reasonable, and both the hot chocolate and the small chocolates were good.

We had a fantastic visit here. Not to be missed. This is a chocolate shop, a chocolate factory dedicated to the art of true chocolate, and a wonderful cafe on the top floor where exemplary coffee is served to accompany some beautiful chocolate desserts. Not overpriced like some I have been to but still easy to spend a few euros easily as the temptations are omnipresent. Service in all areas was super and we delighted in the experience. You need to book the cafe to get a seat.

One of the best chocolateries out there. I went to buy souvenirs and a little something for me to try. It is a bit pricey I won't lie BUT the quality and taste is totally worth the price. You can either buy boxes with fixed chocolate in or pick what you want from a huge selection they have.

What truly sets this store apart are the chocolate figures that beautifully capture some of Berlin’s historical landmarks. Even if you don’t have time to sit and enjoy their café, I highly recommend it. I’ve tried a few of their chocolates so far, and they’re absolutely delicious!

great place for hot chocolate (esp dark of upto 80%), we tried their 70-75% dark Ecudor and Costa Rica. Wierdly Ecuador 70 was bitter comparatively, but it was both thick and rich. However they could be a tad bit sweeter, costed close to 4.80e for one cup Staff are very kind and friendly, I love love love their choco lava cake (this is only available in their cafè upstairs) and kitchen closes by before or around 7ish, so best to check before going in (also has toilet if you need) Variety chocolate packs, great gift ideas and selection to buy from

There are a lot of chocolate varieties. You will definitely find something to but if you are chocolate lover. There are also two cafes. The one at the top floor has a queue and you need to wait to enter. The one at the basement is a small one, you can sit outside or inside with a few fast sitting options. Maybe I went there with high expectation, but I found this place a bit overrated. The brownie I had at the basement cafe and taste of choclates didn't impress me very much.

Best place in Berlin! The pancakes were on another level. I had the strawberry pancakes with white chocolate, and it was a true culinary festival. My chicken & waffle was absolutely magical, a perfect harmony of sweetness and savory flavors. The atmosphere was fantastic, with stylish décor that blends vintage charm and modern café vibes. It feels both cozy and vibrant, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were professional and very polite. Highly recommended!

Great place to eat breakfast all day long and read books 📚🤓 I ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon and it was scrumptious. I also had a fresh squeezed orange juice and an Americano. I am kinda a coffee snob and I can honestly say the coffee was great! The servers speak German and English and there is plenty of seating for a coffee date or a family outing for brunch. Also no issue with finding a parking spot which can often be an issue in the city. Last note, if you are looking for a place to work on the laptop they have internet which you can connect to 👍

This is a review of the take-away bake and coffee shop only. Looks fabulous but looks can be deceiving. Coffee americano in a little floppy paper cup tasted weak, and the pain au chocolate is a great looker and expansive but doughy and stale.

We found this place by googling. When we arrived we waited for 25 minutes to be seated. Don't worry, there is a hostess, she tells you how long the waiting time is, and calls you when your table is ready. The waiters are very friendly and professional. They speak English and German. I recommend the Philadelphia Sandwich. It was so good that we went there again the next day. The pictures are from both visits. The pancakes were also very tasty. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely visit it again next time we are in Berlin.

The food was amazing, nice cocktails and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The only downside is the long waiting list (plus it's not possible to reserve a table in advance). we had to stand next to the entrance and wait for about an hour before we entered the restaurant. The food and service definitely made us forget the long waiting time, but for future visits, I wouldn't go there on the weekends.

The food variety at this café is truly amazing. You might have to wait for a spot, and it doesn’t matter if it’s at the weekend or during the week, because it’s always busy but it's worth it for the delightful taste of the dishes. The service is exceptional, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The "Hello Tel Aviv" breakfast is my favorite, offering a nice variety of choices, and everything is incredibly tasty.

One of the best Brunch place in Berlin, it is a bit more far out but the area is super nice and hipster. Great service and nice staffs. - Cacio e Pepe is surprisingly my favorite, it has truffle salsa with strong taste and very crunchy fresh Ciabatta, perfect combination! - Smashed croissant is very satisfying and tastes fresh due to loads of Rucola on top - Pancake is alright but not the best, it’s getting cold relatively fast and tastes dry - Strawberry Matcha is tasty but too heavy due to the Sahne on top, and it takes away the Matcha tastes. Overall great positive experience!

Everything was just spectacular, food tasty, beautifully prepared, and truly top notch. 🥞🥗 Coffee was excellent as well ☕. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the mango lemonade, which was too sweet for me (more like mango juice), but that’s just personal preference. 🍹

Café Krone is, by far, my favorite brunch spot in Berlin. I have been going there since 2020 for the pancakes with eggs and bacon and they still taste the same. The service is friendly and attentive, and the decor is very cute.

We came on the weekend so we had to wait quite a bit, but that was expected so I won't complain about that. The food was sooo good! Looked great, tasted even better, and such a variety and selection of things they have on the menu. I can't wait to come again, but next time on a weekday.

It gets pretty crowded around 11am so don’t forget to book a table in advance. A lot of breakfast options. Their pancake with heidelbeer sauce looks great. Very friendly and kind service. Dogs are allowed inside. Thank you for bringing water for our dog!

The drinks have good prices, the outdoor patio is pretty nice and you can sit comfortably. It gives you a nice vibe and it feels like a place where you can easily talk and meet new people from around the world. But I must give three stars as I will never accept the fact that to use the bathroom, you have to pay. For me this is a big NO. And reason enough to take 2 stars away.

Café Cinema has a unique and charming atmosphere, perfect for film lovers. The decor is thoughtfully designed, with movie-themed pictures on the walls and lighting that gives the space a cinematic feel—almost like being on a film set. The coffee was excellent, definitely a strong point of the place. However, the overall experience was a bit disappointing due to the unfriendly staff. A more welcoming attitude would make a big difference. Also, the cleanliness could be improved, as the space didn’t feel as well-maintained as it should be. Great concept and great coffee, but there’s room for improvement in service.

So I don’t want to overly judge this place as this is not their original location however keep the standards up guys!!!! How did I order a salmon, avocado and wasabi sandwich and oh my was I sold the dream and given this for €10.50. Firstly the sandwich I could make it myself at home multiple times for the price it was sold to me at, secondly there was no wasabi in sight. Only thing I can say is the drink was good 😭😭had to edit this post so it can get posted crazy 💀

Great food, great attention, and cozy atmosphere

Very nice place, in the garden of the literaturhaus. Probably the best strudel that I tried in Germany. Not the authentic one Vienna style, however outstanding served and deliciously tasted. The service makes you feel like you are in a lux restaurant, while the views and atmosphere are very relaxed and peaceful.

A true gem of Berlin. My partner and I were in Berlin from a Wednesday to a Sunday and visited this place not only once but 3 times - and every time it was such a delight. The staff, the setting, the food and the general atmosphere of the place is special. For anyone wanting to experience typical German (delicious) dishes this is the place to go. A big shout out to the waiter Emile (hopefully, spelt correctly!) who made our time here so pleasant. The place is very lucky to have him - what a great guy. Also, for any vegetarians/vegans, there is plenty of dishes to choose from. We will definitely be back again soon. Thanks to all the staff!

After about 30 minutes waiting we finally got a table outdoors. The outdoor area was worth the wait followed by the popular apple strudel which was served warm and we really liked it. There is plenty of dessert choices in the menu and most looked amazing.

Rating it 3 stars because the sandwiches weren’t worth the price they charged us for . The baguette sandwich cost us like 8 euros . So if you are coming for food then I wouldn’t recommend but if you are perhaps coming for a glass of wine, or coffee and cake or even breakfast then this place is very good! The atmosphere, the ambiance, the gorgeous interior is what’s this place is all about .It’d make you feel very high end. Next time I’ll only come here for breakfast or tea time .

The baguettes and bagels were well made and delicious. The cakes were wonderful and the coffee was tasty too. The biggest downside to this place was that the waiter that served us was very arrogant. Besides the service, this place was very nice and lovely.

It's a small place but so comfy and cheap. I came here to study, and the waitresses were super nice to me. Even though I did not speak so good german, they were patient and helpful with it.

First time I was here in May, and really enjoyed atmosphere and cheesecake, service was good and cheesecake was tasty. My mother came (travelled) for a visit and I decided to let her try the best cheesecake here. As we came - terrace was full, so we decided to take for takeaway. When I made order, waitress asked me “do you want me to pack them?” I said “no”. Probably she didn’t hear me and start to pack it, when I nicely asked her “you don’t have to pack it, we will eat it in the park” - she rolled her eyes and with all nervous actions start to throwaway papers to the trash, we even had a eye look between me, my sister and my mom. Ok, whatever, she may had a bad day. As soon as we went outside, two tables were empty and my mother would like to sit, I said “sure”. We almost finished our cakes when waitress came and said “if you took cakes for takeaway you are not allowed to sit here, so I have to ask you to leave”. Well, no problem if there is a clients waiting for this table then I can understand, but there were no one, so I don’t understand what is the problem, especially we had only to make couple of bites from this cake. I left with disappointed feeling from service, in my opinion it wasn’t welcomed at all. I love their cheesecakes, but this bad way of service ruin everything. Not gonna comeback, not gonna suggest any of my friends to come here. UPDATED: after reading your answer for this feedback, I don’t know what type of the client service they teach you in the school that you finished, probably you skipped classes and should come back to it :) Please, notice, that I wrote very polite explanation even with understanding way, but I see that poisonous also came from your answer not only from the behave in the cafe with service us and rolling your eyes. This is a famous cheesecake place where you can visit your friends, family and kids in Potsdam. Their black coffee has a nice cremation. I normally take classic cheesecake here but this time I tried with lemon. It has nice texture, balanced sour and sweet taste. But ready to wait between 15-30 mins to seat. It’s usually crowded.

our friend suggested us to go to this beautiful bakery shop in Potsdam during our visit, the bakery is very cozy, we had a blueberry cake, a lemon cake one cappuccino and a green tea. The cheesecakes were very good. they have different types of flavors depending on the day, which i found really interesting. the cappuccino was good. prices personally weren’t that expensive is about 7€ per person. the only issue we had is that card payments are not allowed (very typical of this part of germany) but is always a bit uncomfortable not having all the payment options available.

It was our reward for riding all the way from Berlin. Big selection of cheesecakes at 3,50€ Nice service but not practical during COVID. We picked Nougat, it was ok. The sugar coating on top was too sweet and sour for me.

If we were to philosophize about coffee in football terms, I‘d say Five Elephant might not win the Champions League of Coffee, but they are a team you can count on. Their playing style may not be the most spectacular, yet decent and reliable. You can‘t do anything wrong by watching them on a Sunday afternoon.

Cute small cafe with some excellent espresso and sweet and savoury baked goods. Leafy sidewalk seating. Cozy nooks inside. Great for a chat with friends or reading a book. Cheesecake was great as was the kimchi toast. One of the few places with espresso tonic on the menu. Dog-friendly.

Wide selection of coffee serving styles and really tasty speciality coffee. Very good quality of cheescake and pastries. Everything seems to be a but pricey, but quality is assured. They also offer their speciality coffee beans to go. There's plenty of space outside and inside, but it's not a large place.

Service was super slow, it took around ~10 minutes just to take our order, where the condition was quite empty and another ~35 minutes just for the drinks (we ordered coffee frappe and cappuccino) to be served and had to wait for additional ~15 minutes for the food (we ordered beef pulled benedict and french toast) to be served, we had to ask literally for it, which in total we waited almost an hour for the food, and what made it worse was, the other person who just had ordered, their food came first than ours. The food was just okay, nothing special, for me personally, there's nothing that will make me come back, at least until they fix their service time, couldn't imagine if it was a busy hour. There are other options in the same neighborhood.

No Fire No Glory No Service: the WORST I have experienced in Berlin, as other recent reviews also state. Teenage waiters who preferred to film coffee pour-overs behind the counter for Instagram content, rather than serving multiple customers going up to order — before eventually telling them they should wait at their table for their order. We waited 10 minutes to be served, 27 minutes for a very mediocre flat white and cold espresso, and about an extra 20 minutes for food - the pancakes which, apparently, took so long because they had to be “cooked well enough to be fluffed up.” Poached eggs were overdone, pancakes were overly starchy, and menu is pretty underwhelming - so certainly not worth the wait. Multiple tables waiting for food, no sense of urgency to actually provide a service to customers, and staff roaming around with no idea of what table ordered what. Other tables served food and coffee before us, despite ordering after we did. And this was on a FRIDAY at 2pm, so hardly the Sunday brunch rush… Don’t let the ‘cool’ hype fool you; go somewhere else. There are MUCH better places in the neighbourhood without the hipster price tag.

Fine brunch place, service was slow and the table we got was not good, next to a speaker and several tiles in the floor were broken, which made the chairs wobble. Food was tasty, but was served a bit cold. We got the coffee way too early, which we had finished by the time the food arrived. French toast was over caramelised, which made it too sweet.

My recent visit to No Fire No Glory was unfortunately marred by exceptionally poor service, even by Berlin standards. We waited approximately ten minutes for drink orders, followed by another twenty minutes with no food order taken nor acknowledged. What truly added the our frustration was observing customers who arrived after us not only place their orders, but also receive their food before we even had a chance to order. We then decided to leave and literally go next door. Within 15 minutes of the place next door (44 Brekkie at the time of this review) we were seated, took our order, and served food. While the coffee was decent at No Fire No Glory, it hardly stands out in Berlin's competitive scene (44 Brekkie which doesn’t even specialize in coffee was on par with this spot). Ultimately, without the opportunity to order, the culinary merits remain unknown. Until service significantly improves, I'd suggest exploring other dining options in Berlin.

Food was very tasty, but took so long to arrive that it was almost not worth it. The staff seem to be overly busy, or not caring too much about being fast.

So we arrived at 11h with a reservation. It took over 10 minutes to get the menu. Then, we managed to order because the table next to us became impatient and went to ask for someone to take orders. Then we ordered and waited over 40 minutes to get our food. I had to stand up and ask for the food. Firstly the wrong order came, then we waited a bit longer for the right one. The pancakes were cold, soggy… I barely touched my plate and they didn’t even asked what went wrong so I guess they knew it’s not going that great. Was quite a frustrating experience overall. Also would be great to be able to close the toilets room door properly, so that the close tables to hear the constant flush. I tried to close it a few times but it wasn’t working. It’s indeed not “fire” and not a glorious place

Off the beaten path in Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood. Inside 3-4 tables and outside 4 tables for 4+ people. Laminated Menu with English translations was very helpful. Male server was happy to help me by speaking in English. Super friendly and welcoming. Delicious brunch served on Tiered platter of an assortment spreads, cheeses, meats, butter, and toast. Drinks were delicious. I had the special fruit Spritzer of Strawberries, Elderberries, Mint and sparkling water. So refreshing on a warm day. I would go many times again

We had breakfast here. The scrambled eggs were delicious and the coffee was good. Even though the portions are not big, they are enough to keep you going till afternoon. The staff is easy going.

The place to be calm and enjoy with loved one’s. It’s definitely worth visiting. The best part about the place is bread, it’s just yum. Their fresh orange was so good (might be hand picked oranges😉). They accept cash and Apple-Pay

We had a nice Sunday brunch here and we’re completely satisfied. The mixed breakfast platter let’s you choose from a variety of spreads. Some definitely better than others but overall very tasty. Mixed bread basket was okay, although next time I’d order more of my favorite type of bread (the dark grainy sunflower bread). Coffee and chai latte were also very good and the boiled egg was perfectly done. The staff was very friendly. Only downside might be that you don’t get direct sunlight at the outside tables.

This was one of the best breakfasts i have ever had. As always, i got myself a chai latte. Although it wasn‘t a "real" chai latte, it still tasted very good. I also shared some scrambled eggs and some kartoffelpuffer with my friend. I only have pictures of the scrambled eggs and coffee, but everything was delicious. You can tell that everything is fresh, and most importantly handmade. The atmosphere was great and the cafe looked very beautiful from inside and out.

If you‘re wanna be treated like shit, this is the right spot. Asking a normal question, you will get a rude answer. Only cash, but they don‘t have change. Sadly this was an embarrassing experience to bring my friend here. I felt so sorry. Don‘t want to be rude, but that‘s just my experience. 😮‍💨

Cocktails were good but it was not a good experience for us. We’ve been completely forgotten by the young bartender, we are tourist but we pay as people from the city, so it would be nice to be served as the other customers. I had to come back at the bar and stare at him to get our drinks

Came across this place by chance however it was the culinary highlight of my trip! We all got the Vegan Breakfast which was a delight. I loved all the little dishes, they were tasty and refreshing. We are not even vegan but would highly recommend this breakfast to everyone!

We came there for the Sunday brunch. The vegan food is really good and varied. We had the chance to try out something new there. However, it's pretty unorganized in terms of seating. If you come before 1pm, the queue is huge, people are standing inside and waiting to be seated, blocking the entrance and the way to the buffet, and usually you just have to do it by yourself and ask the tables around if it's ok to join them. It's super uncomfortable. Some people are almost fighting with others to get seated and your nice Sunday brucnch gets stressful becauseyou haveti fightyour way to it. We were waiting around 30 minutes to get a place, and although there was a waitlist, we had to find it by ourselves and to make sure we do it before the others in the queue do it as we were there earlier. I'd definitely recommend to go there after 1pm, when it gets more relaxed.

The coffee was great, tasted like heaven. Chocolate croissant was delicious, it was the only food i tried here tho. Stuff was very friendly, they were very patient when i tried to order in german and even laughed with me, they were very tolerant. Will definitely come back again with my next visit in Berlin.

Used to love this place, it seemed to have a spark. However, seems like a lot has changed and not for the better. Food quality has gone down, and coffee was alright. Did the owner change or something?? Seems like all food was of lower quality, as if I was in a normal Bäckerei. We had the mozzarella sandwich which was dry and had 3 mozzarella slices, 3 tomato slices, 1 leaf of lettuce and touch of pesto on one side of the bun and that for 5.5€. You can get a better one from any basic Bäckerei around town. Also, they warmed it up too long so top of bun was burnt (forgot to take a pic...). Then we also shared a mozzarella quiche, which was average, flavour edible, parchment paper got stuck to the bottom so was somehow also difficult to cut it. They also transformed the top floor into an open kitchen which since they now serve brunches for over 10€, like around 15€ mark. Kitchen makes the place smell strongly. All in all - not a great experience. What happened to the High-End coffee?? For coffee I got the bonanza blend, also very average tasting coffee. I will not go back unfortunately, not for this quality reduction, especially not for those prices.

My favorite espresso bar and roaster in Berlin! It is a tiny venue, always packed with people - regardless when I visited. Their coffee is really outstanding!

The style is very unique. They also have pastry. I ordere ice latte which is kind of good. Coffee itself is not so outstanding. Milk flavor is quite think which makes the coffee smell good. The staff doesn’t smile so much but very helpful. The service is fast. I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee. They helped me clean and offered a new one.

Mixed feelings. Offering a very good coffee that meets all of my expectations. But the coffee wasn’t strong enough for me, and on my second cup I asked for a double shot, only to realize that it was already a double shot. I have no explanation for this.

Very good strawberry matcha, not bitter, not overly sweet. Dark choco cookie was quite good as well. I was a little bit disappointed with the Chaï Mousse Cake. It was good but the Chaï flavor was very weak... The cake was good and light but the flavor didn't hit the spot. The end note was a disaster. Indeed I wanted to end this tea time with a double espresso for a last yummy experience. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was the barista, the machine or the beans, but the taste was very bitter almost burnt, whereas I expected a specialty coffee quality level here. In the end, I'm not sure to come back because I was quite disappointed by the coffee, knowing the price I paid. 😢

Coffee was good. I even had my own coffee grained since I'm traveling and always travel with my coffee, and Aeropress. They saved me! 🙃

Cafe Neundre is my favorite coffee shop in Berlin. The interior is simple with an almost Zen like feel. The service is pleasant and fast. The pastries are of excellent quality and very pretty. The raspberry coconut loaf cake was especially good, nicely moist and flavorful. The coffee and particularly the espressos are the best so far in Berlin.
