Had a reservation set for my birthday on 1/29/25 my wife made these reservation 2 days ahead of time and for them to cancel it on the day we were supposed to go for no reason or explanation at all is ridiculous and for that I give them a bad review. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL PLANNED THEY MIGHT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND LEAVE YOU SCAMBLING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE IN THE LAST MINUTE

Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled a service and received no meaningful communication until after 7pm—well after I had already planned my day around it. Fortunately, no payment was taken, but the disorganization and lack of accountability were frustrating. To make matters worse, the location appears to be closed, with no visible signage or indication of an active business. If they are no longer operating, they should take down their website and remove their listing from Google. Leaving this review to help others avoid the same mistake I made.

Made an appointment for my husband birthday read an email that it was canceled 1 hrs before the appointment canceled. If this is a special occasion try any one else I implore you.

Excellent! I was greeted as I walked in and the massage was great! She kept checking in with me to see how everything was going and made sure that I was relaxed the whole time. I will be coming here for all of my massages!

Absolutely amazing💞. I have had massages before from other places, and I felt like they were just simply rubbing my back, but THIS PLACE is so intentional and thorough on focusing on the “problem areas”, which in my case was the million trigger points in my traps🫣. I just left and feel amazing. My massage therapist provided great advice following the visit to maintain better extensibility that I plan to follow! I will be back for sure!!! 😍

My wife and I went for a couples massage and it was an incredible overall experience. The staff was very professional and attentive to detail to provide a great customer experience. They were great about addressing any and all of our requests, not to mention the price is a great value. We will be returning!

I so enjoyed this luxury massage. Kylie knew exactly what my stressed muscles needed. I was totally relaxed after my session. I was in from out of town and walked in hoping for some fresh color. Chandra did a consultation and despite my original ideas, she suggested a shadow root and low lights for my level 8 blond hair. She said that it needed some contrast to give depth. The result was amazing. Between the low lights and purple shampoo my hair was shiny and much healthier looking and the contrast made it pop. I highly recommend Chandra. She was so kind and an excellent colorist. I will definitely go see her again when in Memphis!

Linda and Isaac were wonderful for our deep tissue massages but we wanted the couples massage and on the website it makes you think it’s a room where you and your spouse can be together and that is not the case at all. It’s just a regular massage room and they don’t open the connecting doors until you both are on the tables and undressed which defeated the whole purpose of being able to talk to each other or even see each other before we closed our eyes for the massage. We picked the downtown Memphis location just for the couples experience otherwise we would’ve went somewhere closer to home in Mississippi. Anyways again our massage therapists were wonderful and made sure we were as comfortable as we could be and they showed us the utmost amount of hospitality

Was in town for an event and needed a haircut. Saw the good reviews and booked with Thomas online before my flight and when I arrived I had a great conversation and haircut. Thomas was easy to talk with and did exactly as I hoped when cutting my hair. I recommend him to visitors and locals alike looking for a solid cut at a solid price point or a new barber who knows his way around clippers. Clean facility and easy to access location. The staff at The Spa Midtown is always very welcoming and attentive. I have a monthly membership, which saves money on regular massages and custom facials. The Spa Midtown is a beloved place to me here in Memphis.

Angela was amazing!! I was very hesitant to try Botox again after a bad experience 10 years ago. I didn’t look like myself and swore I would never do it again. But after talking to Angela Bradley, I decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did! She listened to my concerns and made sure everything was done with balance and looked natural. I visited Eden Spa yesterday, and I saw Sandra for Juvederm injections. Let me just say, I am a customer for life!! I had a not so good experience at another place months ago for injections, and I am so glad I chose Eden Spa this time. I can’t say enough amazing things about the whole visit. The front desk staff was great and friendly. And Sandra is amazing! She corrected the mistake that was made from the other place, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She is so wonderful! I’m thrilled to have Toney as my manicurist. She is so dedicated to doing a great job and always upbeat and pleasant. She does go “ over and beyond “ for her clients. I’ve had some nail problems . She advised me to go to a podiatrist. He said she was right to refer me out and the problem was addressed. She is efficient but is super conscientious, taking enough time to do a good job. I always feel happy and relaxed after our appointments!

I have been going to Germantown Day Spa for almost 10 years. Todd is an excellent hairstylist and it is always fun to sit in his chair. I love everything about this place, especially the team. This salon makes you feel like you are a part of their family each time. you walk through the door. I highly recommend GDS!

Claimed they couldn’t find my gift certificate in the “new” system. The certificate which I showed read it doesn’t have an expiration date. She tells me that they are under new management and will not accept any certificate sold under old management. Hello….. I’m not in a hurry to use something that doesn’t expire! Shame on this business for not honoring what has been payed for. To top it off the person I spoke to could care less and was very condescending. Good thing there are many other spa choices in this city. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Eden Spa. They are HONEST and do a fabulous job.

Germantown Day Spa is an Well Known & Upscale Salon and Day Spa. The staff is professional as soon as you walk in the door and very accommodating. My stylist, Catie Miller, is EXCEPTIONAL !! Catie specializes in color, however she is a True Talent with Anything “Hair”! I highly recommending booking an appointment with her, especially if you want the most up-to-date and trendy color & styles for your hair. I am blessed to call her my friend. My ONLY Upset is checking out; the demeanor up front comes across completely opposite from when you arrive. The staff (usually different) come across a little rude & I hate to say, but somewhat “snobbish”; also there is never anyone who will offer help in regards to questions or information about all the products for sale 🙁 Regardless, I will continue to see Catie Miller as she always makes my HAIR look & feel Beautiful 🫶🏻

I’m a senior and I have sparse and graying eyebrows. I’ve always been a blonde before turning gray so my eyelashes usually go unnoticed. Bharti does an amazing job tinting my brows and eyelashes. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for this type of service.

I just finished a deep tissue massage with Jason and it was amazing!! He was so professional and kind, and gave a proper deep tissue massage. I have had two Virtue RF (microneedling) sessions with Ashley Riggs and the results are incredible. When I came for my consultation, Ashley promised that the procedure would make me look 10 years younger and she did not exaggerate. My face looks fuller and my skin is beautiful again. The hotel had an old English flare about it with southern hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious. It is apparent that they made upgrades to the room, but mine still had some mysterious water damage near the front door; I informed the manager, and I heard her addressing it right away. The duck theme is adorable. The hotel food was good.

We had such a wonderful experience at The Peabody Hotel! We met the Duckmaster, who told us all about the famous Duck Parade and even gave us a duck badge; such a fun and memorable touch. He even invited us up to the rooftop** to see the new ducks and enjoy the **beautiful view of Memphis— it was truly special. The bartender and drinks were excellent and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.You can feel the history and Southern charm everywhere you look. Definitely a must-see when visiting Memphis!

Oh wow! Just perfect... aside from our very first moments of arrival and first impression! We were tired from long drive and yet excited to arrive... front desk staff was just unwelcoming. being stand offish and seemingly bothered or cranky. The bell hop nearly ran us over at the very entry with cart with no apologies - was very disappointing NOT Peabody quality. However, moving on with much faith... Our reservation had been surprisingly Upgraded to the 12th floor which was a wonderful surprise as it came with happy hour drinks dining and candy bar!!😍Such a beautiful and amazing place! Janice was our reservation specialist and she was GREAT! She was friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooftop and duck palace is a must see and of course the duck shows are adorable! Lots to see, eat and drink as well as alot of shopping! Beale street was amazing as well! BB KINGS took the win! Met a ton of great people from all over the world....Thank you all for the experience!!

Oh, my sainted aunt, where to start? Seeing the Peabody ducks has been on my bucket list forever (since the 80s) and I finally got to see them! (Three times during our four-day visit.) My inner child is sqeeing with happiness. The Duckmaster, Keenan Walker, is simply the loveliest man, and we're now BFFs. 🤣 Our room was well-appointed and scrupulously clean. Breakfast and happy hour in the lounge was delicious - not a huge selection, but I don't like having too many choices. Everything was fresh every day, and there's an omelette station at breakfast. Every single employee I encountered here was welcoming and friendly. This has been simply one of the nicest vacations in my 60+ years on the planet, and I hope to return before too long.

This was my first time visiting Memphis, and the Peabody Hotel staff truly impressed me with their grace, dignity, and precision in everything they do. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency that unexpectedly landed me in the ER. Mahlik from the security team went above and beyond—he remained calm, kind, and professional throughout the situation. He took detailed notes, called the ambulance, and stayed with me until the emergency team arrived. His compassion and composure made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Beyond that, the hotel itself is stunningly clean, comfortable, and full of character. While the famous Peabody ducks are a delight to see, it’s the incredible staff that truly make this hotel special. I highly recommend staying here—not just for the history and charm, but for the outstanding people who make every guest feel genuinely cared for.

What a unique, amazing hotel. It is the pulse of vibrant Memphis. Really enjoyed our time there especially the history tour of the Peabody by Doug, and the wonderful meal at Chez Philippe looked after by Josh and his amazing staff who made it extra special. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The ducks were so fun and the room was above average and quiet. A mile walk from most museums and entertainment. Great location.

*UPDATE** The owner made up for this experience. I am very pleased with her willingness to improve customer service and care for her clients. Superb especially the way other places are these days. I usually love my experiences here. Unfortunately, this time, I got a massage therapist who liked to talk. I don't mind a little chit chat but I go to the spa to relax & not have to interact. She talked about herself & her life the entire massage & would stop massaging just to tell her stories. I truly felt like my money was wasted this time around. I don't know if I'll go back. When leaving I was asked how it was and I was honest but that was it. The more I think about it, it would've been nice to be asked if I felt like I needed another massage. The courtesy would've kept me as a client there but I may just have to try a different spa that is actually serene.

Was relaxing until I got to my actual service. I got the body polish wet table treatment. I wasn't given a place to put my clothes and so therefore I was forced to put them in the corner on the floor. The lady was a little clumsy and kept dropping the utensils on me. She scratched me a few times too. The music wasn't on when I came in the room and then shut off half way through my treatment and it was never put back on. She kept forgetting things and leaving in and out to go get them.. THEN her phone went off loudly twice and at one point she actually answered the phone and was talking on the phone during my treatment. I had really high hopes for this place - especially in the beginning. The lady at the front desk was great and the waiting room was super pretty and relaxing, but for an over $100 treatment (I got a mini facial as well) it was not worth my time or money. It just felt like a cheap spa experience, not the high end experience I was expecting. I was given no opportunity to relax from the moment my treatment started.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of providing excellent service, products, & exceeding the customer expectations. For my birthday, as a first time customer, I treated myself to the Miracle Massage spa package with enhancements (i.e. lunch, manicure, hot stone massage & pedicure). My day started at 10:30am and ended at 3:30pm. Everything was absolutely FANTASTIC with 1 exception. My one-hour, full body hot stone massage started at 11:25am and ended at 12:10pm...a whole 15 minutes earlier!!! After getting dressed, I was led downstairs for my hot stone pedicure. Trying to remain calm and professional, I decided to wait and mention it to the friendly lady at the front desk, who greeted me upon my arrival. However, I explained to her that my one-hour full body massage with hot stone (additional $15) was cut short. She apologized and said that she would speak to the massage therapist, but I was never offered a discount or another session, and I spent over $200 in services!!! It kind of put a damper on my birthday celebration. I felt so cheated. :(

My daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas. I went to redeem it and they tried to add an upcharge because the price of the miracle massage has increased since she bought the certificate. That doesn't make sense. So, as great as the massage was and the spa tub, I was a little peeved that they expected me to pay when my daughter had already paid for the treatment. If a business sells gift certificates, they should honor them. Period. I didn't pay extra because I didn't bring my purse and eventually the receptionist said I could go. I just feel it never should have been an issue to begin with.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the couples retreat. The massage therapists were professional and we were both very relaxed. The light dinner was great and very romantic in the private candlelit room. We would definitely go there again.

It’s hours later and I’m still smiling from my day here. I got my nails done by Shernic, a facial by Leigh Ann, and a massage by Andrea. All three ladies were so lovely and kind. They performed their services beautifully, efficiently, thoroughly, and even gave me information about what they used and were doing. I highly recommend any of them! All of the women I encountered there were helpful and kind too! Lunch was delicious. You can buy items used in your facial, I recommend the lip balm specifically. Great services, great people, great day!

Went in for a package of a full body massage and a manicure and pedicure and a spa lunch. Left feeling disappointed. The pedicure felt rushed and the technician kept throwing things around and dropping towels and tools on the ground and just tried to hurry through and get my pedicure done. The tub was disgusting, there was mold growing in the jets. Then there was dirt and paper all over the floor and tables next to me. It looked like they never bothered to sweep or wipe things down. Not very clean at all. Then came the massage and she just wanted to talk to whole time and I didn't feel any different then when I came in, I was not more relaxed or looser or felt better in any way. I even asked her for deep pressure and I still didn't feel better. Not relaxing at all. She hardly touched me as well, each body part she worked on was rushed through and never taken the time to work on. Then came the lunch which was decent but kinda felt like it was the kind of heated up lunch I could get at starbucks. Finally the manicure. The technician was nice and we had a great chat but the manicure came out terrible. It was chipping and messed up even as I walked out of the salon. Plus there were ants crawling all over the table and she literally had to squash them and wipe them off the table. Then she left me in the drier for at least 5 minutes alone and I saw her walk out side and around the building and when she came back in she smelled like smoke. I went in for a day of relaxation and came out even more stressed. I will not be going back. The only plus side was the front desk woman was very nice.

Excellent and fast service. They do the job and even gave me a brow massage which I never had when getting my brows threaded. They were very nice and polite.

My brows were super thick, I attempted to arch them with a razor which was a epic fail. I let my brows grow back wild and thick. And LISA waxed them and then threaded them when I say beautiful and it didn't hurt. And she is so professional and kind .

Sandy is awesome. My eyebrows are always a problem for every brow artist I’ve ever met. She handles them with ease and always gets them even EVERYTIME. I love this place.

Took my daughter here we had a technician (not going to say her name) she did my daughters treatment a few times no difference at all. Mind you it was about 3 sessions when the tech wasn’t here we had a different one. She was the best she explained the process all the way through in really specific details after seeing how she treated my daughter I immediately wanted to switch to her instead of the old one. She explained how it should be a slow process and not something that should be done fast with the last tech we were there for about 30 minutes but she was going very fast not just in one space she did it all throughout and not in sections it was unprofessional I’m so glad we now have a tech who knows what their doing. It is like they are hiring whoever I’m sure of it that all her patients have not seen a difference unless she changed her ways to stay.

Megan is the absolute best!! She takes her time and makes you feel so comfortable! She makes sure you get what you want taken care of and does a thorough exam to find your weak spots. I highly recommend her for an injections you may need!

I have been a customer at Pavo for many years. I absolutely adore my stylist and I think she is incredibly talented and I will follow her wherever she goes! I spend thousands of dollars a year at this salon, however, the level of grime is getting to a point that it is a problem. For the price you pay, I would expect a clean environment at the very least. The bathroom is disgusting and there is a ring in the toilet. Dust caked in the ceiling. Water damage (maybe mold?) in the walls. Disgusting floors and baseboards and grime in every nook and cranny. To the owners, please clean the salon and pay someone to do a proper job. The stylists and customers deserve a cleaner environment. Update: I got a call from Scot, one of the salon owners. He was pretty snarky over the phone and said they are “aware” of the issues. He said nothing about plans to address the cleanliness concerns. I don’t really know what the point of the call was if he was just going to be rude and not interested in having an actual conversation about my concerns. He alluded to some vague “logistical issues.” The salon has been dingy and dirty for a long time so I think it goes beyond that.

I have now had three stylists cut my hair at Pavo, and all have done a great job. I prefer to establish a relationship with a stylist, but scheduling conflicts and staff changes have proved challenging. That said, they’ve all been great. I am switching again for my next cut because of scheduling and hope to a) be as happy as I have been and b) find that the next person can be “my” stylist for a while. Starting over is not the easiest. The staff are well trained, friendly, helpful, and have proved to be good listeners when I talk about my preferences. I highly recommend this salon.

They killed my hair. I come in for a color consultation and told them about past experiences, unable to find a good color artist and product that would last more than 2 weeks. It had been probably 2 years since I last had it done being skeptical of artists in this area (had lived elsewhere before). They said no problem we can do it. I come in for my appointment and several hours later it was done. This wasn’t a drastic color change. In the same color wheel with highlights. $300 later, My color faded in 2-3 washes. Mind you I use only color protecting products and I don’t use heat. Not only that, my hair is so fragile and brittle after washing and even after deep conditioning is so matted it’s disgusting. It hurts to detangle my hair after washing. I finally found a detangling product that helps just enough so it doesn’t hurt that bad. Once I air dry, my hair gets dry and brittle. I’m so disappointed. I’ve never had an artist do this to my hair. So today I’m deciding it’s best to cut it off (my hair is mid back length) 🥺 I’m going to wash it this weekend and try to remember to attach photos so you can see the damage. It won’t allow me to respond to your response so I shall do it here. Yes you are correct. $155 for the service and $40 something for tip as I always do for any hair service I receive. I’m a big believer in tipping and it was the weekend before Christmas as that was the only time slot available. So yes total over $200. I know color is a process to the hair and thought it might get better with time. It took me a while to say anything because I was debating whether I should make a review or not. After a few months of dealing with this mess and deciding that I should cut it, I decided I should make the review. I’m not interested in any other service you have to offer and will not be doing business there again.

I was in town traveling from Florida to attend my step sons wedding . I knew I had to do my research to find the best place to go to make my hair look it’s best. I sent an email and they promptly emailed me back to schedule a phone call to go over what exactly my expectations were. I went there for both my rehearsal dinner and ceremony looks. They were very safe, wore masks the entire time, took my temperature and asked all of the appropriate questions. Terri was my stylist and she was amazing. She kept in touch with me for months with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. I was so pleased to have done my research and found this place. Thanks to everyone at Rachel’s for the amazing service and professionalism.

Everyone at Rachel’s is very professional and friendly to their clients. My experience is that my stylist, Mallory, works with me to get the exact color, cut, and products that I need for my fine thin hair. The owner is wonderful and always makes allowances for unplanned circumstances. She provides a warm and comfortable environment that I love coming to and the Aveda products they use have been great for my hair. As it is a downtown location a great bonus is that they pay for your parking too!

I was not the biggest fan of my lip filler from another place and Renee knew exactly how to fix it. She keeps up with new products and new methods so you know you’re always getting the absolute best. After reading several reviews, I tried them once along with one follow-up visit. Renee seems very knowledgeable and pleasant. I later wondered she is the only aesthetician and maybe the front office overbooks the calendar beyond capacity to allow adequate time for and between the various types of appointments. The first time I waited 1.5 hours, while they sent a new staff member in to chat with me. She was very nice yet in hindsight realized this was to keep me occupied between promises to be seen soon. As a result, I was late returning to work for a meeting I'd mentioned up front and to each person I encountered, which was stressful. I had also originally scheduled the consult for two purposes, one being weight management which was never addressed (although discussed with the nice lady distracting me from the wait). They insist on a follow-up visit for the service I received, noting I've had the same service multiple times in past other offices in 10+ years before moving here and never had to do that. I waited approximately 40 minutes for the follow-up visit before leaving without being seen, sharing above with the front desk individual (who was very nice) on my way out and offering the now-twice extended delays weren't workable with my calendar. This came after asking a couple of times for an estimated time frame to be seen with promises 'she should be right in...another five minutes', etc. Perhaps this is okay for clients with less of a schedule, and I'm good with being behind a few minutes, even 5-10, because things happen. Yet I juggle a busy career such that two similar instances demonstrated De La Belle wasn't a good fit for me. I hope they find ways to better manage their bookings, as Renee otherwise gave a great treatment and was reasonably priced for service provided.

Toni at message envy in Collierville at carriage crossing is amazing! She is friendly and you can tell she enjoys her gift of message therapy. After the initial consultation she got started immediately. I chose a firm message focusing on neck , shoulders, and back. Toni is firm throughout the entire message, it was very relaxing and refreshing. Toni asked how I was feeling and I said “awesome!” Toni used a hot towel behind my neck, that was amazing and was extra for me! I've been using Sneed Medispa on and off for 2 years now and have been very satisfied until my last visit. I purchased a "tox" package thinking I was getting my normal Botox, but turned out I was getting Letybo. Definitely not the same. The aesthetician for my facial was incredible. And the woman that did my injection was great. But the outcome of my visit was not what I was expecting after 2 weeks like I have been used to.

I got a Geneo facial and it was AMAZING!! The aesthetician was very sweet and skilled. Throughout the process, she shared the purpose and intended results. Afterwards, she made sure I understood the aftercare to ensure the best results. I have had so many people ask me about what I did because my skin looks fantastic! I’m already planning my next one. ;)

My first visit to this location was great! Seema was amazing, and took awesome care of me. She threaded my eyebrows exactly how I asked them to be, and waxed my upper lip. Monica service is amazing. I got a whole body scrub and body wrap. I sweat a lot and with the help of the wrap and sauna bag that serves like a cocoon. It helped with my cellulites and make my skin soft and smooth. It invigorates and detoxifies my body.

I took my daughter here for our Xmas experience. We were greeted warmly by Dejunna, who would be my daughter's therapist. I had Monica, and let me tell you that woman truly has amazing hands. I live my life in constant pain and Monica worked so hard that I felt amazing afterwards.. More than 3 days later and my SI pain is minimal. When I was finished and met my daughter in the waiting room she looked half asleep and was so relaxed. She said Dejunna made all of her pain go away. This is my official massage place. I had such a great experience! Monica was phenomenal. Very welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. I booked a 90 minute massage and wasn't sure what to expect as I'd never been before. I cycle regularly and do alternative workouts on my non-cycling days so I was super excited to pamper myself and have someone get right in there and work my tight muscles. I've had experiences in the past where I've visited a new massage therapist and it's been disappointing and this was definitely not the case. I highly HIGHLY recommend booking with Monica. I had several lymphatic drainage work done. Absolutely adore seeing Monica. She is great at what she does and she truly cares about her clients. My experience was fantastic. I needed someone who would pay specific attention to what I was going through and be able to take care of me in a short amount of time. I got off of an airplane and called in. They were able to get me in very quickly. The precise care and focus that they provided me was exactly what I needed. I had a very good massage at a Great massage Downtown today. The Spa is clean. It was so relaxed. The masseuse there did a very good job. It was very deep. I came to them based off of a recommendation from someone I know. I needed to get a massage ASAP due to some sudden onset pain and didn't want to wait for a booking to open up anywhere else. I went on to the site and was able to book for the following day (mind you it was 10PM when I was booking so I understood they couldn't get me in that day ha). Jamia was available for the following day (today) The website wasn't the most mobile friendly to sign up, but I got it booked. I got in 25 min before my appointment and still 15 min before my appointment I was brought back to begin. Jamia introduced herself and made sure to ask thorough questions to make sure I would be comfortable, especially since this was my first time here. The massage was a wonderful experience where I was left extremely relaxed and calm. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that when it was over, and she had left, I wasn't able to say thank you personally to her as she likely went to lunch. I will definitely be back.

I recently did a 1 on 1 training with Sharonda Walton, ANP and it was awesome. She is an amazing source of information and a great trainer on neuromodulators and dermal fillers. I highly recommend her 1 on 1 sessions. The spa is very well equipped to service your beauty and wellness needs!! The staff there were also amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend getting a facial from Liesl!! She is so delightful and fun; I only wish we could have talked more!! She made me feel pampered and relaxed the entire time. My skin felt softer than it EVER has before when I left, AND my hormonal acne cleared up overnight!! She’s a miracle worker!! I attached the picture, that area of my face was covered in acne and so inflamed before I went to go see her. If you go to Gould’s Academy for a student service, ask for Liesl. I can’t wait until she gets to graduate- she will be my go-to esthetician.

I would highly recommend reconsidering attending the evening nail program at Gould's Academy Park Place (Ridgeway). Despite the reputable name, which might lead one to expect a professional and well-organized experience, the reality falls short. The program is poorly organized and lacks professionalism. Although evening nail program options are limited in Memphis, this one is certainly not worth your consideration.

Goulds is a really great place to get your services. The staff and students are friendly and even though you’re at the academy, the treatment is premier as if you are in the actual salon. Danielle is a great nail tech and I wish her the best as she completes her Goulds educational process. They also send really good coupons in the monthly mailer; an overall great experience!

They are cheaper than a lot of other places . I got a color highlights and a cut. Between $100 and $130. Prices do vary (hair length how many colors …….. plus other factors)

Maiya did a beautiful job with braiding my 6 year old granddaughter’s hair. Even though she’s tender headed she said it didn’t hurt at all! Maiya did a thorough shampoo and conditioner, beautiful braids and finished with lots of beads. My baby was extremely happy when she got through and so was I. I highly recommend Maiya!

The BEST PLACE EVER! I’m not one to go into places I don’t know and I am so glad I swallowed my fear and went in! I’ve gotten several spray tans and they are AMAZING! The best part isn’t the tan, it’s the staff… they are so sweet. This is truly a judgement free zone. They make everything so comfortable and easy. I’ve had them come to my house and in the studio and professionalism is top notch! Can’t wait to try the other services they offer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went in for a Brazilian. It was the quickest, least painful wax I have ever gotten. After trying almost every DIY sunless tanning product out there and not getting the results I’d hoped for, I booked my first custom spray tan here with Regan. It’s hands down the best tan I’ve ever had. I have very fair skin and am so happy I braved the dark tan option as I wanted a deep brown over a sunkissed glow for an event (go big or go home!). Regan was so sweet and awesome, explaining my options, asking questions to ensure that not only the color was the right fit but the tan options I chose were the right fit for my upcoming plans. I came to Sundara several years ago for Pelvic PT and loved the atmosphere. Last year I tried acupuncture and was skeptical at first but Candace's calm demeanor eased me right away. I stopped for a few months due to a health crisis, but have recently gone back to resume sessions with Candace and I definitely see an improvement in my health when I'm regular with acupuncture. I have also had several facials done with Katie Delk and she is amazing. I have had Pelvic PT a couple times this year due to a recent surgery (cant recommend MOJO enough) and it was very helpful. Overall, I feel that it is a blessing to have such a great place especially for women in the MidSouth area that can help treat overall health and vitality. From the kind, friendly faces at the front desk to all the providers- therapist, acupuncture, massage, yoga etc. I highly recommend all that Sundara has to offer.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The acupuncturist repeatedly gave me the runaround about performing a diagnostic test—she kept saying she had forgotten to bring it, yet continued treating me without it. I also saw the pelvic health therapist but chose not to return after that visit. I’m now seeking a more reliable and supportive practice, especially as I’ve recently had another baby and am looking for a space that genuinely prioritizes the care of women of color.

I first went to Sundara for acupuncture, and since then have gone back to see their Nurse Practitioner, Esthetician, and Dietician. I love how they have so many different providers in house and their approach to wellness/health. Everyone is SO nice and it’s a welcoming environment! Exactly the kind of place Memphis needs.

We came from a different state and tried to find a hyperbaric chamber. When we called, Josh picked up the phone and provided all the information we needed. We eventually signed up for a package of 5 sessions because we had such a wonderful experience. Josh is soft spoken, kind and gentle. I was amazed when I walked into the building. It really was built to be a wellness center. The calming music, the decor and the smell of the building all gave us a very calm feeling. I even took a few pictures to share with my friends and told them I wanted to build a place exactly like this in my home town. I met the owner of the business. She was very welcoming and just a nice person in general. The price they charge for hyperbaric sessions is reasonable and affordable. It is a calming and peaceful experience just to walk in the door here! I had a custom facial with dermaplane with Katie and WOW. My skin has never been so smooth and soft. And I love that she uses all clean products. It was a dreamy experience that would be absolutely worth doing on a regular basis. Loved it!

My foot massage was heavenly! She did a great job of working on the kinks in my toes. I felt as if I were walking on a cloud when it was finished! I highly recommend this service along with any other service at Amani Spa.

I wouldn’t recommend. Bad experience. I wouldn’t go back. The lady that greeted me seem very confused about the service booked for me. A massage was booked for me and until someone said something the lady that greeted me was about to set me up with a spa bath. Had me in the room and everything. But honestly worst of all, the same lady played in my face about wanting a lady masseuse. She was very insensitive. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The Peabody is our favorite staycation. We love to go a few times a year and have a nice dinner downtown, dance at Rumba room, book a couples massage at Feathers and stay the night. Ismael is the best and I always ask for him when we go, but they are all excellent there. Beautiful facility, complimentary champagne and great service. Love it!

Not great for groups larger than 2 people. I came here over the holidays with my sisters and while everyone was very nice and helpful, they completely lost my sister’s 90 minute massage appointment that she had been looking forward to for weeks. This happened despite having a confirmation email and calling the spa the morning of our appointment and confirming our relatively large booking. They comp’ed her facial but it was still very disappointing. I won’t be back. Their gym was also kind of dirty.

We recently went to Feathers Spa for our 15th anniversary evening getaway. The atmosphere was super relaxing. The champagne while we were waiting for our massages was a nice touch and the massage itself was just what my wife and I needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would. I'm local and try to make it in every quarter for a facial. Last week, I combined a massage, a facial, and the new Vichy shower. My experience is never short of amazing. This is truly my favorite place in Memphis. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the service is always phenomenal. Of course, the complimentary mimosas are a fantastic addition. I spent the whole day there and ordered lunch between services. I always request Daeva for my facial. She is so educated and has given me so many tips to improve my skincare over the years, and it has made a world of difference. This is the best spa in Memphis. I highly recommend booking a service.

The first thing I want others to read is the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating we give our therapists, Ishmael and Breanna!! Ishmael was my therapist and Breanna took care of my mom. I highly recommend asking for either by name. This spa has perfected the art of the spa experience. My mom and I start every vacation with a visit to the spa where we are staying and this is the absolute best spa we have experienced! We were delayed while driving and called to give them a heads up. We were fully prepared to hear that we would have to reschedule. We were so excited to hear the spa was able to accommodate us by moving our reservation. At arrival we were given a private space to change and directed to a quiet room to relax. We were offered champagne, tea, and water. The beverage selection was offered again after our service. Every moment with this spa was top notch and worth every single penny.

My husband and I drove 6 hours to celebrate our anniversary at the Peabody. We had a 90 minute couples massage booked for 4:15. At 2:30 the spa canceled us due to the weather. We explained our trip and the distance we traveled. Not only did they send up complimentary champagne and cheese board, they rescheduled us for a complimentary service first thing the next morning! Deborah and Lisa gave us an AMAZING treatment, one of the best massages we’ve had! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Feathers Spa, for the unbeatable customer service and the perfect start to our day.

I’ve been to Flow 4 times over the last 14 months to use their sensory deprivation float tank. Every single time there has been an issue with the tank - my first 2 experiences in 2019 the temp was about a degree or two warmer than it should have been making it not that pleasurable of an experience. The third time the light would not turn off - which ruins the sensory deprivation aspect. The fourth time the speakers in the tank did not work. I like to play frequency meditation music for first 20 - 30 minutes then go silent. It has become apparent that the owners only care about the money they make off the float and not the clients experience since they never seem to have the tank operating has it was designed. I come to that conclusion based on 4 visits over 14 months. That is a lot of time in between visits for the owners to fix any problems, but again always seems to be a problem of some kind that takes away from the experience. I would advise calling and asking them if the temp is right, the lights turn off and speakers work - oh and make sure they turn off the jets!!!

First time floater. Not sure it was for me. Staff was very pleasant and professional but the experience was a let down on several fronts. I couldn’t go into a complete relaxed state, partly me and partly just the experience. I was taken out of a sensory deprived state when I could hear a loud conversation outside my float room’s door. I turned my music back on but it was a constant nuisance. I had a scratch on my leg unbeknownst to me which started to feel like razor blades in my skin. It was very, very warm and I kept opening my pod for fresh cool air, while attempting this I got water in my eyes and nose!!! Not pleasant. I did use the fresh water bottle provided for this situation but still 30 mins outside for the float my nose is burning. Another let down was the shower never got hot! It was so cold I couldn’t wash off completely and drove home looking like I rolled around in sand. I will say that I did achieve in the first 15 minutes or so a very trippy feeling of total weightlessness and I felt like I was spinning in space. I like that you can customize your float with controls allowing for music and light controls. And I experimented with these a lot. I was mostly bored and couldn’t wait for the experience to end. It’s truly weightlessness and a neat experience, but just not for me.

Not totally dark unless you turn off the light in the room which makes it dicey when getting out. Not soundproof. Could hear the ac or some other mechanical sound. Water was too hot; not burning hot just definitely notably hotter than 98 degrees. Left after 15min to avoid wasting an hour listening to their mechanical sounds and not being sensory deprived. Was really bummed as friend had had a great experience at a place in St Louis. Also the vapor off the water burned my nose, but that might have just been me. Wasted my money.

This really was an amazing experience! Initially I was a bit unsettled, but after relaxing and taking in the experience it became euphoric and an extreme stress buster. Afterwards I felt rejuvenated and had a ton of energy, although when it as time for bed I slept like a baby. Quite the experience! I can't wait to return.

Flow Cryotherapy has changed my life. I go 3 times a week without fail. I have lost weight, seen an improvement to my skin and hair, and experienced rapid muscle repair after hard work-outs. It is remarkable that you can get so much benefit, renewal, and exhilaration after a mere 3 minutes. Desmond, Kage, Allyn, and Lu Lu are enthusiastic, attractive, healthy: great ambassadors for the brand. I reccomend that everyone try whole body cryotherapy - it is a game changer.

This place is AWESOME! Not only do they offer the cutting edge of health and recovery equipment, the staff and management are extremely knowledgeable. These guys are the real deal, they are passionate about helping others get to the next level and know exactly how to do it. Highly recommend!

I love that Memphis now has a place that offers recovery options! The atmosphere is calming, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they will talk to you so that you don't realize you are freezing for three minutes (and this is coming from someone who avoids the cold!). They now also have Normatec which has been incredibly helpful in recovering from runs and general soreness!

I give the experience a 10 out of 10 stars. Her touch is so gentle you have chills going through your entire body. This is an entire experience and not just a service. She did my very first facial ever and I got the works. I suggested she name that service the orgasmic experience because baby I was in heaven literally. The fact that her place is like a one stop shop when it comes to the beauty field is everything. The environment is clean, she’s a perfectionist at what she does and well versed on what she’s doing. I trust her. Hands down will be back!

Today, I received services by Kimyona & let me say I am sooo happy with all of my results. I went in for my routine cluster lashes & ended up getting a microdermabrasion facial and brow tint. Overall experience was great. When I left, I felt like a new woman. She’s such a vibe and not only are her results immaculate, but her professionalism is top tier.
