Shopping
Nestled in Memphis, Tennessee, Wolfchase Galleria stands as the largest indoor shopping and entertainment hub in the region. Conveniently situated off I-40 and Germantown Parkway, this vibrant complex is a family-friendly destination that boasts an impressive array of over 130 stores. Anchored by well-known department stores like Dillard's, Macy's, and JCPenney, shoppers can explore a diverse mix of retailers including Forever 21 and The Disney Store.
I always have a nice time at the wolfchase Mall... I've never had any problems.. I got me some piercings out of Hot topic, wings, a slush and pretzels! My son got his shoes cleaned by a nice young man selling kits.
Ashli K — Google review
Super nice place to shop and chop some freetime down, Dillard's literally has everything you'll need from household appliances to top of the line fragrances. Check it out and enjoy your discoveries.
Vice - — Google review
It's an okay mall. I use to come here often due to my former employer being in Memphis. They should have done everything in their power to keep The Cheesecake Factory. I loved that place.
John D — Google review
After hearing a lot of negative remarks towards this mall, I can safely put them to rest. The mall was clean, and the layout was easy to figure out, a full functional food court, meaning more than two choices. Security and housekeeping are friendly and have great information on good places to eat.
Sean W — Google review
I visited mall on Halloween with my grandson. Most of the stores gave out candy and provided a safe and fun experience for the kids and their families. This mall seems to be doing very well. Plenty of stores and choices.
Chris P — Google review
One of the best malls I've ever been to. Alot of options when looking for cloths with plenty of brand name stores in this mall. I really like how close the stores were to one another. You don't have to walk all over the place to find the right store. You can't get lost in here. Loved the food court with their many and different selection of restaurants.
Kimberly C — Google review
Much like others, this mall is slowly lacking the environment we all loved. Many stores are shut down or are open minimal hours. It's sad. I will say, the food court here still has many of options unlike other existing malls. (Eastchase Mall in Montgomery only has 2 options that haven't shut down)
Korry M — Google review
As a exclusively pumping mom the "family bathrooms" awful. The nursing room is just a busted beat up old dirty chair. No table for any pumping equipment, bottles, bags etc. It's also 10000 degrees in the whole family bathroom it felt like we were in a sauna the whole time. The chair in the bathroom party that is suppose to hold your child for you whole you use the bathroom is broken. There no actual changing station just hard slabs no rails nothing. This whole room was made with no actual thought or efforts for moms/families. Do better. How does oakcourt mall have a better family room/nursing/pumping???

Oak Court Mall is a large shopping mall in Pennsylvania with luxury department stores, fast food restaurants, and popular chain retailers. It's located in an affluent suburb of Philadelphia and is popular with shoppers who want to find high-end clothing, shoes, and sporting goods.
We were glad this mall was here! We were in town for the weekend for St. Patrick's Day and his birthday, but he didn’t have anything green to wear. A quick trip to the mall solved that, and I was able to grab a green hoodie since I was chilly too. It was fun just walking around and window shopping for a bit. We didn’t try the food court since we had dinner plans right after the parade, but overall it’s a nice mall and a great place to spend some time.
Nhung V — Google review
I guess I had my expectations set to high when I found this mall on Google maps. It's near Memphis University's campus. Has lots of parking with various decks. Many sneaker and urban style catering stores. Macy's is going out of business. Food court has several eateries and one that sells funnel cakes, Yum! Overall, just a standard mall fighting to hold on to the regulars that visit with many standard mid scale stores. Police maintain a good presence there as well.
The S — Google review
This mall absolutely gorgeous! I love the aesthetics at this mall. The floor is nice! The fountain is lovely. The music playing in the mall is lovely. Everything about this place lovely. It’s just too bad the mall is starting to struggle a little bit.
Slacking P — Google review
Traveling to Memphis from SC first time in the area . We stopped at the food court & decided to try Magic Moments Bar-N-Thrill . Highly disappointed . They served a BBQ turkey sandwich shown below with the bun looking as pictured. When asked could we replace for another better bun we were refused. Definitely won't be coming back if in the area again. Terrible customer service .
Tanya W — Google review
I’m gonna be completely honest. This mall is not bad at all, especially if clothes is your main goal that day. I went into so many different clothing stores and they all had different stuff. The food options are limited but all places had some really good looking food, especially the Chinese. If you’re a clothes shopper, I’d recommend an afternoon trip here.
J — Google review
Tiny shopping mall on poplar - looks like still stuck in the 90s. They have Macy’s and Dillards- but they are also very small with less collection. It was the Friday afternoon, and still wasn’t much packed. Sone of the stores were closed inside. They have a food court too. Overall it looked a little cramming and depressing. I don’t see any point visiting.
Debisree R — Google review
Nice shopping mall , hope new owners keep it open. Love shopping inside where it’s warm unlike the outside malls where you freeze going from one store to the next or you get rained on going from one store to the next. Sorry it closed :(
Joe L — Google review
I love Dillards. The folks that work there provide the Best Customer service and are extremely helpful.

Shopping mall
Carriage Crossing is a mall with multiple stores and restaurants. It's ideal for shoppers looking for a relaxing shopping experience, with ample parking and convenient traffic. The mall has an elegant feel, with white tablecloths and black cloth napkins complementing the delicious food on offer. The service can be a bit lazy, but overall this is a great place to go shopping!
If you are a meat and potatoes kind of person I recommend the Grilled Pork Chops. They are very lean and seasoned to perfection. Very nice atmosphere. Our server was Christopher, I believe. He was superb. Very attentive and what I like most about him is his organization. We had a rather large group with several tickets. I was impressed how he placed each seat on the ticket it belonged to and never asked again who was with whom but every ticket was correct without one mistake. Very nice and enjoyable.
T. W — Google review
This place is wild! Tons to do and explore. Stopped at French Truck for a quick coffee.
Aaron E — Google review
Some of the stores at the Carriage Crossing Mall are closed, particularly Macy's. The GPS routed me there as if the store is still open, but it is not, and neither is the one at Oak Court Mall. It was a 37 monite frive for me. The responsible party should remove the address from the system.
Corine B — Google review
I recently visited this shopping mall and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience the mall is spacious well designed and very clean there is a wide variety of stores to choose from including popular fashion brands tech shops and local boutiques. The layout makes it easy to navigate and there are plenty of signs to help you find what your are looking for
Sarah W — Google review
Nice shopping area that is basically an outdoor mall. There are plenty of different shops and restaurants included in or in the vicinity of this shopping area. There is plenty of parking and during nicer days it is easy to walk to and from the stores you want to visit. Good spot and I will return.
Jackie D — Google review
It is an outdoor mall with many shops. You find Macy’s, Dillard’s, loft, American eagle, H&M, Claire, old navy, etc. There are many restaurants too if you want to spend a lot of time in the mall. All stores have good collection and none of them are overcrowded which makes me want to go there a lot. Easy to walk around and get lost, so keep your phone with you always. It’s really really big and you might not like it if you don’t like walking. The only thing that is missing in this place is children play area and entertainment centre. They should do something about children pay area so that people with kids can come too.
Anju G — Google review
I couldn't have asked for a better day to enjoy this mall 💯

Located in the heart of the city, Laurelwood Shopping Center is a well-rounded retail complex with a refined mix of specialty shops, local boutiques and eateries. I went to hopdoddy burger place it was wonderful and yes you can get an adult beverage with your burger sorry I forgot to take a picture
Katrina H — Google review
On 3/14, the employes at Joseph denied disabled people the right to walk down the sidewalk and repeatedly argued about removing an obstruction that they had placed that would only prevent the passage of a wheelchair user. They claim the right to deny disabled people the use of the sidewalk. According to their employees, the Americans with Disabilities Act and 504 do not apply to this business. They blocked the sidewalk and refused to move the obstruction claiming that they were having an event. They state that these laws do not apply on private property. This is untrue. If a business is open to the public, they must comply with these laws. People have disabilities or care about those who do, do not spend your money here.
Anna L — Google review
The atmosphere is so peaceful. Also never a long wait.
TENEKA G — Google review
Wonderful place to shop. I feel very safe in this part of town
Mae W — Google review
This is a clean shipping center with a steady flow of shoppers. Today was my first time to visit since they've renovated it. Also my first ever trip to Ulta cosmetics: I'll probably have to ban myself, as I love the cosmetics industry and i truly enjoy anything " about face"... and hair! I didn't go beyond the front of the store and found what i came for, and then some! Loved it!
MeChelle B — Google review
This shopping center has great places to shop. I had to drop off my engagement ring to Sissy's Log Cabin and I did not have any issues with finding parking. I just walked the strip for the first time just to see what stores and boutiques that was within the shopping center. I found a nice bridal boutique and it was absolutely exquisite.
Chiquita F — Google review
Great lil court, tons of shopping and food!
The S — Google review
Went to an early dinner at the Grove. The food, as always was good. However, the cornmeal oysters were over cooked and hard but the rest of the dinner was great. The parking at that mall is plentiful but laid out kinda awkwardly. The remodel works, the place looks upscale and nice. Do miss the bookstore.

Event venue
Overton Square is a lively and eclectic hub in Memphis, offering a mix of entertainment venues, dining options, and event spaces. The Atrium at Overton Square stands out as a premium events venue with modern decor and top-notch catering services. This vibrant destination was spearheaded by visionary developers who championed the allowance of alcohol sales, paving the way for iconic establishments like T.G.I. Fridays. Families can also enjoy free festivals featuring local artists, live music, and regional breweries.
I adore Overton Square so much, and my son and I go there all the time. There is a great courtyard in the back where kids can play and there’s a little house that he loves to play in and we can just get pizza and run around and go to the candy store and then they have this amazing light installation in the hallway that we could literally just sit in for days and stare at it’s so beautiful. Overton Square truly gives back to Midtown so much with this beautiful space and all of the wonderful businesses that are in it. I love it here. It’s a great location.
K G — Google review
Nice walkable are wth restaurants and bars. There is a theater and small store fronts too. Great place to visit. I love Maggie's Pharm,Bayou Grill and Bosco's
Dee R — Google review
Nice shopping area located in Memphis. There are quite a few different shops and restaurants located in this area so there is plenty to choose from. I have eaten at Bayou and Babalu and both were good. The parking situation could be a bit better and have better signage but overall it is a good place to walk around, do some shopping, and get a bite to eat.
Jackie D — Google review
I love Overton Square!! Lots of restaurants to choose from, live music, people walking around enjoying the atmosphere!!

A great place to take family and friends. There's even a play area for children. It's a must site for visitors to our city. You can spend quality time with your children there. These are videos of my grandsons from last weekend.

Shrimp Poboy was delicious per my friend from Maryland where he’s use to fresh seafood. I had the shrimp and grits and it’s the best I’ve ever had in Memphis. It’s a very unique taste in sauce/gravy. The shrimp were cooked just right and succulent. We had a wonderful waitress.

Southland Mall, located in the Whitehaven neighborhood of South Memphis, has a rich history dating back to its opening in 1966. As one of the city's first shopping malls, it initially housed around seventy stores and later underwent renovations that included a twelve-screen multiplex and four anchor stores. Over time, changes occurred with store closures and the mall being seized by the City of Memphis for redevelopment into a Civic Center.
Another one of my favorite places
Brenda P — Google review
We toured the mall for this first time in years! Lots of different stores and quiet ambience! Many selections of clothing and shoes. Very nice and clean!

This is a review for the AutoZone not the mall. When you ask for a part, make sure that they are pulling the right part for your vehicle cause they tend to give you the wrong part Even when you give them the exact information of your vehicle Make, model yr Even the type of engine and everything and they still get it wrong so just be mindful of that other than that they usually sell good parts
Quita P — Google review
Love how they have revamped the mall and love how they hold events(car shows, performers, e.t.c) gets

Crosstown Concourse, located in the Crosstown neighborhood, is a massive urban village that was once a Sears distribution center. It has been transformed into a mixed-use space featuring residential areas, retail shops, commercial spaces, educational facilities, and healthcare services. The complex offers an array of dining options such as Mama Gaia and Farm Burger for lunch and Muddy's Bake Shop in East Memphis for delectable desserts.
This is the old Sears building from the 1930s. Memphis got a federal grant 160 million to recondition the building and the surrounding community. It has high-rise apartments for young professionals who want to live in the downtown area. Restaurants and bars in the bottom have of the building, a gym, a health care facility, a brewery, and even an FM terrestrial radio station. A cool performing arts Auditorium, and an art exhibition space. Very dog friendly, It a place for the family.

Crosstown is such a great spot to hang in Memphis. Cozy up with a book, grab lunch with friends, run around with little ones, get some exercise in walking the steps, or sit and sip a brew (caffeinated or alcoholic). I wish I thought to come here more often. Highly recommend Global Cafe and the ice cream spot, and Art Bar has delicious craft cocktails. Definitely a Memphis favorite!

Very nice mixed-use venue in Memphis. There is plenty of seating and outlets, making it a great place to do some remote work or just chill out. There are places to get coffee, sweet treats, and even meals if you desire. There is paid parking on the premises and plenty of it as well. I came here and worked remote and it was quiet enough to do that, including teleconferencing with no interference. Great spot and I will return.

Great place to spend some time with kids. Plenty of places to visit, loved the homage to the Sears building and reconstruction history. We loved the arts, food, and photo ops. There is also a theater on site. I wish the parking was free and not charged. That’s my only complaint

It’s definitely a quiet place on the weekend but during the week is definitely somewhere you wanna be. A whole Lotta different food items and of course we have a particular restaurant that is actually waiting on Keith Lee to make an appearance back in Memphis to give them a shot at the Keith Lee review!

Discover the vibrant and eclectic Broad Avenue Arts District, a revitalized neighborhood in the heart of Memphis. Once a declining area, it now boasts an array of locally owned coffee houses, art galleries, shops, and restaurants that offer unique experiences. The district is home to quirky spots like The Liquor Store for breakfast and trendy shops such as Mbabzi House of Style and Falling Into Place. This offbeat collection of businesses brings vitality back to the area with its genuine and heartfelt atmosphere.
This is a tiny little district with no real artist living spaces.. it a neighbor revenue builder .. great bike lines tons of fun little events ... in the past I have found more support from tiny places outside this district it can be exclusive to certain trains of thought. But if your a breeder who wants to push a stroller around it’s great!!

Giving 3 stars because of the long wait! Placed order at 6:05 and didn’t get my 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks until 6:55! Too long of a wait for me. The pizza was very good though! Broadway pizza 🍕. The pizza was expensive but the quality was great. It was truly you get what you pay for. Thick cheese plenty of chicken and vegetables. The box was so heavy it required 2 hands to carry. The clerk was awesome and the order was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this business and will definitely do business with them again and again

Hickory Ridge Mall: A Shadow of Its Former Self Hickory Ridge Mall has been a shell of what it once was, especially after the devastating tornado hit years ago. The tragedy, which claimed lives, seemed to mark the beginning of the mall’s decline. Since then, the mall has never really bounced back. It’s often referred to as a “ghost town” — most of the stores have closed, and the few remaining businesses struggle to draw in foot traffic. Walking through the mall now feels eerie, with empty hallways and quiet spaces where bustling stores once were. It’s a shame because the mall was once a lively community hub. While some small businesses have tried to make a go of it, it’s clear that Hickory Ridge Mall still hasn’t recovered from the impact of that horrific event. For anyone hoping to shop or spend time there, be prepared for a somber experience. It’s a reminder of the storm’s lasting effects on the area. Unfortunately, unless something major changes, it feels like the mall is unlikely to return to its former vibrancy. You can adjust the tone or specific details based on your feelings or experience at the mall.

I can tell back in the day it was a nice mall, but my daughter and I visit. It was only one or two stores open and we went when it was 12 noon. I was scared to go in because I didn’t even know if it was open. It was only 3-5 people there. However, I would say you just go here to get your steps in. Hopefully, it gets more business.

Ate at Belly Acres with family. It was a nice place. The food was Amazing. The service was great. Just pricy! $$$$ $80+ for burgers with NO fries or sides. Kids meal had a large helping of nuggets and fries.

I just want to say how much I appreciate your security at night. There's many times I come after hours to go to Wells Fargo, and although it's safe, I do get nervous. Every night I come up the same guy drives up to me and waits for me to do what I do and then get back to my car. I told him thank you, and he said it was his job to make sure I'm safe.

Nice shopping center with some higher end stores and restaurants. There were plenty of parking spots and all the stores were easy to access and walk to and from. Boyfriend and I stopped in to dinner at Salsa - my first time, and his first time in quite a while. The spinach queso is amazing! I probably ate half of it before he even arrived, it was so good. My quesadilla was superb. I am so sensitive to onions I might as well be allergic, and our server made absolute sure, between her order and conversation with the kitchen, that no onions touched my food even though I ordered fajita chicken in my quesadilla. I really appreciated her efforts, and my quesadilla was delicious. I was full and kept eating, it was that good! Between the high quality of service and our food, I will happily return again.

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid is a renowned outdoor retailer with stores across North America, offering a wide range of hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear. The 535,000-square-foot megastore in Memphis boasts an impressive array of attractions including a cypress swamp, alligator pools, duck aviaries, and 10 aquariums with over 1,800 fish.
WOW simply amazing! Bass Pro Shops Memphis is truly like nothing I’ve ever seen before! From the moment I walked in I was immersed in a whole new world. There’s an actual swamp inside the store, complete with alligators and giant fish swimming around! It’s incredible to see what they've turned this pyramid into! The shopping selection is massive. They have clothing, shoes, candy, outdoor gear, fishing and hunting equipment, camping supplies, home decor, and so much more! No matter what you’re into whether it’s fishing, hiking, or just unique gifts, there’s something for everyone. I never thought I’d mention a bathroom in a review like this but theirs deserves a shout out, it’s designed beautifully, spotless, and truly impressive. The whole place is packed with fun things to do. There’s a huge sky-high glass elevator (the tallest freestanding in the nation!) that takes you up for an amazing view, an arcade, restaurants, a hotel to stay in, endless areas to explore! It’s not just a store, it’s a full adventure experience! If you’re in Memphis, do NOT miss this place. It’s part shopping trip, part theme park, and 100% unforgettable!
How L — Google review
I had the best time here! I really recommend going up the elevator ($8 per person, $5 for kids) because the lookout was amazing! I would say that if you’re looking to buy bass pro shop things specifically they didn’t have a ton of selection but a great day activity to do if you’re looking to shop in general.

I wanted to visit this location for a very long time so my best friend surprised me when I came to visit and this place did not disappoint. The location is very huge as it used to be a stadium. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable plan to spend a minimum of an hour because they have a lot to look at this location. Also had a Wahlburgers to eat inside and has one of the tallest elevators I have ever seen. It was very cool a wonderful experience.

REALLY COOL. Want to come back and stay at the lodge. Telling family and friends about this place. On top of being REALLY COOL (did I already mention that?) it was super clean and had friendly service. A great sightseeing and shopping experience. I’m still amazing at how big the place was and how many fish we saw! Oh, and there are gators too!
Helena L — Google review
One word… Amazing!!! If in Memphis this place is a must visit. It’s more than just a shop so highly recommend a visit. There is great shopping, loads of fish and gators to see, a restaurant to grab lunch and an observation deck at the top of the pyramid.
A J — Google review
This place is incredible, the observation decks, the restaurant at the top, a bowling alley, a shooting range, the hotel inside are just a few things inside the Pyramid. It's $8 per person to use the elevator to get to the observation deck. $10 for a half hour at the range isn't bad at all.
Young P — Google review
Traveling through the states this was a must stop for my fiancé. Huge bass pro shop, live fish in their ponds as well as live alligators. That was cool to see. For a small charge you can take the elevator up to the very top where they have a restaurant and you could step outside onto the balcony and get a view of Memphis and the river with the bridge that crosses into Arkansas. What’s also unique about this bass pro shop is that you could book a stay here in their hotel rooms. I would say it’s much on the pricier side but if you can, do it. And with their little restaurant they have a bowling alley which my fiancé and I did and it was so much fun. For my fiancé who is a fishermen and who enjoys the outdoors this is definitely a place checked off his list.
Meghan P — Google review
This place is probably one of the coolest places I've ever been. Was here 10 years ago and couldn't wait to make it back. Love the pyramid design. To see the trees, lagoons and everything they have under the roof is awesome. I couldn't wait to show my girlfriend and she was mind blown as well. I'm hoping that one of these days I can afford to stay at the motel. The rooms look amazing.

It was both of our first times attending a Redbirds game on the 4th of July, it was wonderful, can't wait until next year. It was a wonderful experience for the both of us. The people and food were great.

I usually give pretty good reviews of ball parks, this one didn't quite cut the 5 star. Overall the ballpark is great. I did like the design and it's a pretty good size stadium. Unfortunately our experience wasn't the greatest. It was a 93 degree day and a scorcher. While we do enjoying going games, the concession prices keep up from making purchases. My girlfriend asked for a cup of ice water and they would not give her any except for $6 price of a soda. While we were just in Biloxi and they had no problem with a free cup of ice water, the Redbirds did. What made it even worse is their drinking fountains don't work. Even after speaking with customer service, they did nothing. Pretty disappointed overall. Luckily they won the game 9-0.
Brian D — Google review
Really nice ball park with absolutely amazing city views and nice architecture. But Memphis is not a baseball city at all. I went to a Friday night game and it was at like 20 percent capacity so that kinda sucks but oh well.

Very nice ball park. It was clean, and the vendors had great food. Our son is in school there and we will proba ly go back again over the next few years.

I went with a group for a work event. General admission was $20 per person, though, and water was $8/bottle, according to neighboring attendants. Clear bag only policy! And bring sunglasses and a hat!! Almost every single seat will get hit by the midday sun. We had the coors lite lounge reserved, and there was food catered from Rendezvous (restaurant around the corner). It's a very good barbecue if you haven't been! You showed your ticket to enter, and they gave you a wrist band so you could leave and return as desired. The lounge was clean and had a good view of the field. But if you didn't get there early, you definitely had no chance of a seat inside with a view. I ate on the patio area and sat in the seats provided outside instead. The lounge also offered a bar, billiards tables, and tvs with the game. The ac was not as refreshing as you'd hope, though. The room-length wall was open so people could sit and watch the game directly. We parked across the street in P2727, $30 for 4 hours. So overall, it was fairly cheap, kid friendly, and a fun experience. Will visit again!

Visitors can also explore boats, ATVs, shooting ranges, and more.
The Lookout Restaurant at the Pyramid offers a very cool and unique experience from start to finish. The elevator ride to the top is thrilling and sets the tone for what’s to come. I had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The food was phenomenal with amazing presentation and flavour. Our server Allen was absolutely hilarious and took excellent care of our table, making the evening even more enjoyable. We also had professional photos taken and hand-delivered to us in a beautiful frame, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for both the food and the unforgettable atmosphere!

My visit to The Lookout at Big Cypress Lodge was such a thrilling experience! The adventure started with a nerve-wracking ride up the tallest freestanding elevator in the country, soaring 300 feet to the top. As someone who’s a bit scared of heights, I was hesitant at first, but the ride was surprisingly smooth and worth the trip once I stepped out onto the observation deck. It's also free to ride for hotel guests but all others get charged a fee. The design of the restaurant is really creative. I loved the floating metal fish artwork overhead, which gave the whole space a whimsical, underwater feel. The circular bar with its beautiful fish tank centerpiece was a major wow factor too The furniture and decor have a modern yet rustic vibe that really fits the overall lodge atmosphere. The designers really knew what they were doing! The food was good. We started with the shrimp appetizer however, which was so spicy it set our mouths on fire! Thankfully, the cocktails were top-notch and helped cool things down. I especially loved their espresso martini, it was rich and smooth made just right. After dinner, we walked around the observation area. The panoramic views were breathtaking. It was really peaceful, and perfect for taking in Memphis from above. I also appreciated how safe it felt, with reinforced glass and secure railings that made it easy to enjoy the view without worry. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that blended adventure, good food, and stunning scenery. If you’re visiting Memphis, The Lookout at Big Cypress Lodge is absolutely worth a visit especially if you want something unique and unforgettable.

Service was not on its game the night I came. It was hard to get a menu let alone served and the restaurant was barely half full on a Saturday. You must have a reservation to sit anywhere but the bar. A salad takes about 30 minutes to be brought out. Water also tastes of a chemical I couldn’t put my finger on, not dish soap but a chemical for sure. I would recommend sitting next to some nice Texans that make wonderful conversation while waiting about 45 minutes for their meal.
T M — Google review
Excellent! The hostess was very helpful when making reservations and getting our desired table for the night. Anna was friendly and provided great service. Our food and cocktails were amazing. The Red Fish with crab is life changing!! Also loved that a photographer was available to do a nice photo on the look out deck in front of the bridge. Overall, fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
Angela P — Google review
Be aware that it costs $8 for adults ($5 per child) to even go up the elevator to eat. The main website states that, but the food reservation site does not. Once you're up, you can go in and out of the observation deck as much as you want until about 7pm. Leaving is awkward for later reservations because the main store below is closed, so you are either guided out, or asked to go through Wahlburgers if you parked out back. Service was a bit rough, and it took a while to get things brought out. The menu is VERY small and changes often, so don't trust online menus. For the price, I think MOST of the portions were decent. Food: Bourbon wing appetizer: AMAZING, great sauce, and large chicken wings Smokehouse Bacon Burger: Pretty good flavor, but no condiments. Great fries Fried Catfish Sandwich: Disappointing. Very small piece of fish with little flavor Spinach (side): Terrible. Literally just cooked spinach in a cup. No seasoning or onion or garlic or aromatic herbs or anything. Decent drinks but a little pricey.
Joshua E — Google review
I LOVED this place. The price does seem like a lot, but you get your moneys worth. The bourbon wings were our appetizer. They are so delicious. Make sure you ask for a couple extra plates to come with it, though. My wife ordered the bourbon salmon, and I got the bourbon glazed pork chop. The food was phenomenal, and the view was gorgeous. The pork was very juicy and the bourbon glaze was so good. The flavors were so perfect. My wife said the salmon was a stretch for her to order, but she was far from disappointed. I also tried a bite and it was very flavorful and juicy. The sweet tea is homemade every day according to our waitress, and it tasted amazing. Finally, I was to thank our waitress, Dominique. She was so sweet and definitely made the experience worth it. She kept our drinks full and made us smile. If you are reading this, Dominique, thank you for serving us!
Alex S — Google review
Quite a unique dining experience with no complaints other than these: - Despite having a reservation in hand, you still have to pay $8 per person to ride the elevator up. I'd understand paying if you were a walk-in trying to avoid the observation fee but not with a paid for reservation. - The bathrooms were not well cared for, damp, and dank. - The water tasted like the bathroom smelled. - The prices are about what you'd expect at a tourist trap. I'd say the view justifies the extra cost...but I already paid for the view (see the first bullet)! Other than that: - The wait staff was immaculate, attentive, and friendly. - The pimento cheese appetizer was delicious, and the cheese cake was divine. - The redfish and crab entree was good. The mushrooms were a little under done, and the fish was a little over done for my taste, but the flavor was solid. - Of course, the views were great being perched on a pyramid!
Daniel R — Google review
The only thing good about this restaurant is the view, the drinks and the bartender Raymond. The pork chop looked amazing but was so dried out. The salmon was really fishy and the chicken was just mushy. In my opinion, it is just over priced food. Save yourself the money and eat downstairs.

Great museum, this place is a hidden treasure in Memphis. They have so much its crazy to believe this is all here. Rare peices and lots of intricate carvings like ivory. Amazing art and crafts to see from such old times.
Kenny P — Google review
There's so many amazing peices of art here. There's furniture, embroidery, sculptures, calligraphy, and more. It's insane seeing the expert jade and ivory carvings, especially ones involving chains or puzzel spheres. Make sure you read the plaques. It really gives important context to the pieces, like how one piece is a mammoth's tusk that's over 10,000 years old! It is a small museum, but it is worth the 6$

The Belz Museum is truly a gem, not to missed. I was astounded by the quality of the collection and by the superb craftsmanship of each object. Of the dozen or more museums that I visited on a multi-state two week trip, this was my favorite. I only wish the museum had a current book illustrating and describing the pieces (the one in the gift shop is dated 1995 and doesn’t include many of the pieces). This is a world-class collection and museum!
Dave W — Google review
This museum is truly amazing and deserving of 10 stars, if I was able to give that many. The exhibits are spectacular and worth taking the time to go see. My only criticism is that the person who was working at the ticket counter/gift shop could not have been less welcoming…just generally unfriendly and treated us like we were a bother. Even so, you won’t regret making time to go through the museum.

The Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art is an incredible hidden gem in Memphis. As I walked through the exhibits, I was struck by the diversity and beauty of the art on display. The museum features an extensive collection of Asian art, including pieces from China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia, as well as a large collection of Judaic art, including works from ancient to modern times. The Asian collection includes a wide range of mediums, from traditional ink paintings and porcelain pottery to contemporary sculptures and installations. The museum's collection of Judaic art is equally impressive, featuring a diverse range of objects, including religious texts, ceremonial objects, and fine art. What I found most impressive about the museum was the way it seamlessly blends different cultures and time periods. The curators have done a wonderful job of creating a cohesive narrative that highlights the similarities and differences between the two cultures and how they have influenced each other over time. The Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art is a unique and enlightening experience. It offers visitors the opportunity to learn about the art, culture, and history of two vastly different regions of the world. I highly recommend visiting this museum for anyone interested in art, culture, and history. Overall, the Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art is a must-see destination for anyone interested in art, culture, and history. It offers a unique and enlightening experience for visitors to learn about the art and culture of two vastly different regions of the world.

Absolutely loved this hidden gem of the Memphis Art Scene!!! Great staff, but even better exhibits. The level of detail in the tusk carvings is insane! A nice Holocaust remembrance exhibit too. The artifacts are dated to the era in which they were likely created. And any available info is provided. Craziest thing to me is that the staff told my group that this only represents 10% or less of the art they hold currently.
Shaggyrax — Google review
This museum looks unassuming from the outside, but don’t be fooled. The collection of jade and Asian work is outstanding! It’s a quiet, peaceful museum (so was a great way to spend a hot summer afternoon). If you enjoy looking at art this is $5 well spent, the detail on the pieces kept us busy for several hours. I also really enjoyed the Holocaust memorial exhibit with the stories.

If you're on the hunt for stylish, ready-to-assemble furniture and home decor, look no further than IKEA. Nestled in the Memphis suburb of Cordova, this Scandinavian giant is conveniently located just off I-40, making it an easy stop for both locals and visitors alike. With its modern and minimalist European designs, IKEA offers a vast selection that goes beyond just furniture; you'll find everything from textiles to lighting and even handy gadgets like phone stands.
Stopped in today for the first time with my wife and the staff was really friendly and helpful and the store was amazing lots of stuff and the layouts were great

They didn’t have the Swedish Restaurant open and alot of stuff I wanted was not in stock. I still liked going to this IKEA though. Also it’s not crowded.

I enjoyed visiting the Memphis ikea... they had a great setup..the staff was very helpful when we had a few questions.. the facilities were very clean.. and I was really happy that it wasn't overcrowded.. that being said I think the ikeas are a little more upscale in California.. way more variety..just my opinion.. but I'm really excited that I got to visit Memphis ikea... I'll be happy when they open an ikea in Alabama..

Never fails to amaze me. We drove 3 hours to go. It was a last minute decision to drive out to Ikea. I suggest if your driving any distance have all your measurements and a list of items you need with you. Otherwise it’s overwhelming. I was able to touch and feel and ended up with a different duvet cover than I thought I wanted.

IKEA has great furniture at good prices and a great inexpensive lunch too. I purchased this HAVBERG IKEA leather chair for my birthday. Wonderful fit and quality materials.

In the Bistro, the meatballs were only so, so. There were no knives available to cut the meatballs, even after asking at the food bar. Nobody wants to put a whole meatball in their mouth, or bite off of a fork. The drink selection was limited. I would recommend skipping the bistro.
Jack J — Google review
As it moves to a distribution center model they have taken away a lot of the display space and the sit down restaurant. So if you are wanting to do the whole-day-walk-through-plan-and-get-lunch experience that is gone. Not as many display areas and while they do have a 'bistro', it's hot dogs and a few chairs overlooking the parking lot. So it's fine, just not the same as it used to be.

The Nike Clearance Store in Memphis is a part of the chain retailer offering a wide range of Nike athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories. Located near Graceland, it provides an outlet shopping experience with discounted prices on iconic Nike gear. The store offers various categories of shoes for different sports and activities, catering to athletes and those looking for trendy sportswear. While some customers have reported feeling uneasy due to security presence at the store, others have found great deals on items like gym shorts.
I took by Brother here to buy some items for his Birthday. This Nike store is in a great location. They have a large variety of apparel to choose from. From Adults, Men's, women and children clothing, shoes, ect. My Brother wear a size 11 normally, but the tennis shoes run small, so he had to get a size 12 they fitted prefect, for only $49 plus taxes. Also he purchased to Nike tee shirts one for $11.99 and $14.99. You cannot beat the prices here. The customer service was outstanding. Also I loved the fact that they have armed security. This is my go to store when it comes to Nike shoes.
Deno T — Google review
I visit this store when the kids need new shoes. They usually only carry older or discontinued styles which is fine since the kids grow so fast and sizes change frequently. They have clothing as well at discounted prices. It is well staffed and they have always been friendly during my visits. Will continue to use this store.

Great styles and prices at this location. The store was extremely clean and the employees all had great energy and smiles while helping the customers..

Great selection just not sure about rude associate, name Makayla, or something like that. If a box shows a price and screen shows another price, it would be nice of the employee to talk and say she will fix it. Not be rude about it. Or are you working on commission to be all fast and rude about it. Smile too girl nothing wrong with smiling.
A P — Google review
Even though the prices of the shoes were clearly marked, the price at the register was almost three times as much. I complained about false tagging. They refused to adjust the price. I left the shoes there.

The representatives were very rude and unprofessional in their behavior. They showed a lack of courtesy, did not listen properly, and responded in an unfriendly manner, which made the experience unpleasant.” Would give 0 star but it won’t allow me too soo be happy with my 1 star only for shoes!!!!

Back-to-school shopping can be stressful, but CJ at the Nike Clearance Store made it an amazing experience! I went in with my two kids, my daughter quickly found shoes she loved, but my son was having no luck. We tried several pairs, and even when another associate found some Ja Morant shoes, they didn’t have his size. That’s when CJ stepped in and completely turned things around. He asked what we were looking for and said, “I have the perfect shoes, let me bring some options from the back.” He came back with not one, but two pairs of Forces that were perfect for my son—one all white and the other black and orange—both for just $39! My son was so happy. Even though my daughter already had four pairs picked out, CJ surprised her with some Forces as well (also just $39), and of course, we couldn’t pass them up. CJ went above and beyond to make sure both of my kids left happy, and he made the whole process easier. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope he’s there again to help with our shopping experience. Highly recommend asking for CJ!

Normally a go to Nike store but discovered today the manager has no integrity. They charged me $30 more than what the shoe was marked on the box. He said they “get a lot of shoes and don’t always have the time to check every box” and he’s “sorry” and if I want to return the shoe I can contact Nike.com. I’m assuming the manager is also uninformed because Nike.com no longer allows returns from clearance stores like they used to. If a store is careless enough to make a mistake and mismark shoes they should have the integrity to give customers the shoes as marked.

Got handed a coupon for discounted portraits walking around the Galleria. Went to the photo center in JCP and checked in. Waited 45 minutes. Then a worker asked me what time my appointment was.. ??? He asked a lady next to me and found out she had been waiting for an hour. Just silly. Felt ridiculous they couldn’t have told anyone they were going to WASTE 1–2 hours of our Saturday. We left.
Ben W — Google review
Vanessa who was in the children section feb 24 was amazing!! Love her and her help. The rating is so low because upstairs in the men section the employee was so rude and told me that the discount in store does not apply because it was not in the system and said that there was no way except buying it full price or having to go and take pictures of the discount and items and wait for a manager, which I understand but the tone of her voice was rude and unprofessional. She also stated that if I was to not buy the item I would have to personally take it back downstairs, which was quite rude considering we had said we would take a picture and wait for the manager. While Vanessa was very professional and even double checked that I would receive my discount.

I purchased a pair of shoes on Monday. I had to ring up in the makeup department because there were not a lot of registers open. The shoes are too little. I got to return them and I'm directed to an area dedicated to returns. The line is extremely long. They also have purchases and we all have to wait. Returns should be done anywhere if you can mix the lines. Highly disappointed.
Eric J — Google review
With this being a week before Christmas, the boys department was understandably unorganized. Even in all the chaos, I was able to find what I went in for. The lines were another matter. All the open registers had lines, although there were more closed registers than open ones. They had signs up stating they were hiring. When it was my turn to step up to the register, my foot slipped on a clear liquid and when I told the cashier, she immediately went into safety mode, calling for safety cones on her radio and looking for something beneath the register to wipe it up (which she never found) but the safety cones did appear and she warned all the people in line to be careful. Of course, I didn't mind being out on hold and waiting until she secured the safety of the customers in her area. I admired her for it.

The hair salon at JCP Wolfchase will rip you off! The hair salon manager Kimberly added charges that were fraudulent and unethical. It is VERY hard to get in touch with anyone to resolve these charges. Also the floors are NASTY. I was told one price and when I went to pay I was charged twice as much!
Deborah T — Google review
This store is dying and it is immediately visible upon walking in. It's falling apart. Sections are practically empty. Feels like the Internet is finally killing one of the last great old box stores. We did not have a negative experience with staff, but overall it was a rather depressing experience and it's easily the most run down store in Wolfchase Mall. After going there, I cannot really see any reason that I would ever need or want to go back. It's not that it's bad, it's just that it ain't good. Wolfchase struggled to bounce back after COVID but it really has now. JCPenny feels like it got left behind in that though.
Nathan D — Google review
So there is a lady that works in the hair salon in jc penny's upstairs that is very silently aggressive. Black, female, slim, at least late 60s, hair just slightly passed her ears, and 5'3. She literally will glare at you the entire time as if a wolf preparing to go in for the kill. Then when you get up to walk, she'll literally and intentionally block you and make you walk around her like some security guard working the front door at a club. First, it's very unprofessional for an employee to handle the public that way. Second, it's not very wise to do it to someone who is 30 years her junior. Intentionally block me, is she so far in denial to actually believe that she wouldn't get the short end of the stick if I just so happened to a little less mature? You shouldn't poke a bear when it isn't necessary. Foolish.

We ate at Magnolia Memphis. We ordered to go because it was based on reservation. Our food was still good, but my tea was in a small child's like cup. I asked if that the only size to go cup they had, and the hostess said yes. The hostess was very shy and spoke very quietly, almost as if she was scared? It was loud in there, and my cousin and I asked simple questions. Like, "Can we sit at the bar?" Or "is there seating upstairs?" She didn't even go upstairs, lol. But the ambiance was very posh & quaint. Perfect for brunch, date night, girls' night & family.

My family and me was there for an after graduation Brunch. We were met with courtesy from the hostess and taken to our reserve room and from there we was greeted by our server and it was on. This was at the Maghogney Restaurant serving soul food which is black own!! The food was excellent and the service was too! Try it and see for yourself and they get down with a band while you eat. I must go back on Friday night and hear the band live!

COP is a charming boutique mini-mall that features upscale fashion and somewhat eclectic art shops along with lifestyle heath businesses. La Baguette, featuring French breads, pastries along with cakes and cookies, is unquestionably the anchor shop, more so than ever since Pier One closed. La Baguette also has a lunch counter, with seating. The menu is centered on soups, salads and sandwiches. "La Bags" has been very popular for decades. There is also a fairly new restaurant. I have not tried it but the space it occupies is comfortable and attractive with an open upstairs dining area that overlooks the the mall walkway. In recent years, the last decade or so, COP has had more tenant turnover but that adds the appeal of new shops to visit. One thing that draws me is the ambience. One that would be inviting for an afternoon lovers stroll. Most of the shop spaces have interior and exterior entrys.

Another recommended option is Mid-South Hobbies & Games, which offers an extensive selection of board games.
Incredible selection of comics. If you're looking for new comics on Wednesday, chances are, they'll have it. Not just from DC and Marvel, but indie publishers as well. They also have an extensive collection of back issues to go through, not to mention the trade and toy selection.
Skoot S — Google review
To start, when I walked in I was greeted by the workers that i saw that were currently in there laughing and joking about the appearance and possibly disability of some of the customers that previously had come in. It wasn't a one off back handed comment, I was in there for ab 15 min and id say for 10 of it they were commenting about predominantly the appearance of the women they see come into the store. And then I saw the owner ( who I assume is because he's been in there every time I've gone in for the past few years I've been going) acting out a limp with a "hunchback of Notre Dame" style and made a crazy face to mock the customers and really drive home the fact that he thinks most of the customers he has come in are ugly and/or unpleasant to serve. I also got overcharged by two separate people for the discounted books that they offer. It was only about five or six bucks in total for the two times I got overcharged but the notion that you have to hold them accountable to the prices they are displaying is predatory.

Best comic shop in the Memphis area. Always a great selection of new and old comics, graphic novels, omnibuses, and action figures. Great discounted prices on new releases, and a huge half off table. Great group of employees as well.

Comics & Collectibles is a Memphis comic book staple! You want an authentic comic shop experience? You can get it here. Lots of products and selections, with the coolest stuff not for sale or ridiculously high. A knowledgeable staff who think they're better than you and will begrudgingly feign customer service.

Love coming here. Huge collection of new and back issues. I always find something to dig into at this shop whether I came in looking for it or not!

Love the selection here. They have comics, mangas, trading cards, and more. Bought two mangas from here today since my local comics store didn't have the volume I needed. Will be back again 😀

A great place to pick up loads. They have the paperwork on the back of the trailer. I appreciate that.

Came here to simply drop a trailer and bobtail out, got here at around 11pm Saturday but when i got there even though it says open 24h there’s nobody in the front gates and when talking to the guards they don’t pay attention to you because they are too busy on their phone and are too lazy to turn around to answer my questions, no restroom, no parking lot, Krystal says they open the front gates at 4am and that they don’t have the keys and there’s no manager or anybody that can help and nobody is supposed to go past the gates or get in the building until the gates open. Waste of time and unprofessional staff.
Carlos A — Google review
Easy in and out drop and hook, but the lady at the guard shack should be a correctional officer! Attitude was hooooorible! Never had any problems at the Williams Sonoma in Olive Branch ever! But the guard at the one in Memphis is the reason I'm declining every load from here on out that comes out of that place! Highly unprofessional...

The complex has a stunningly designed interior with a brand new gym and courtyard, which makes it one of the most Instagrammable places in Memphis. The staff are helpful and responsive, and the location is central.
It’s been very nice so far. I’m in love with this place and proud to call it home. Not to mention the staff and management here are top-notch. I would recommend the Brewery to anyone.

We are proud to call Tn Brewery our new home. We talked with Katie, she was very energetic and you could tell that she loved what she does. After talking with her and taking the tour. We came back with 2 hours to get information to apply.
Diane L — Google review
I lived here for two years and truly have no complaints. I was sad to move away. The property is kept up so well. The complex does a great job hosting resident events and activities. Maintenance makes sure everything is fixed quickly. The location can’t be beat. Everyone at the office is so nice. I’ve always felt safe at the Brewery. If you live in the wash house, the walls and floors are so thick. I was on the first floor facing the courtyard and barely ever heard my neighbors unless I was outside. The amenities are always being updated/refueled/repaired. Cannot say a single negative thing about the Brewery!
Anna L — Google review

I've lived in the TN Brewery for 3 months now and it's the best apartment I've had the chance to live in! The staff is helpful and responsive, the area is centrally located, and a new theater is opening down the street! The Good: The architecture of the old building The brand new gym in the courtyard Access to Tom Lee Park during Memphis in May :) The Bad: Honestly nothing to note so far Edit: I keep trying to attached a picture of the frozen fountain in the courtyard, but it won't upload for some reason.

Cristan was thorough and patient throughout our tour. She was able to paint a picture for us that had us excited about the spaces we were shown and the possibilities once potentially moved in. We highly recommend scheduling a tour. The views are amazing!

Shopping mall
This shopping mall is located right next to Graceland, a popular tourist destination. It specializes in all things Elvis Presley and is filled with memorabilia from the singer's life. There are also places to eat and sit back and enjoy a bit of music.
I wish I had enough time to write the full review that I want to write. Obviously this is a hot tourist attraction for the Memphis area… and deservingly so. They’ve done such a great job with everything about Graceland, the grounds, Elvis’ awards, clothing, cars, and planes. There’s just too much to explain and see at Graceland. Is the attraction pricey? Sure, it’s definitely not cheap. I wouldn’t go visit quarterly or even every 6 months… but every year or two, you betcha. The place has it all. For the Elvis fan, it’s a Mecca of information and displays. But even for the non-fan, it’s a fascinating tribute to an icon and history. Everyone should visit Graceland. Everyone should understand that before Elvis, music and entertainment were totally different. Am I a fan? Yes, definitely. I saw Elvis live in concert multiple times, as a child… because my dad was a fan. I remember the day Elvis died and how it affected my father… as I’ve grown older, I’ve learned to better understand my father’s feelings, as Elvis was not only a music icon for him, but he grew up in the same generation. Elvis was transcending and created a new way to entertain and perform music. We should never lose sight of Elvis’ impact on music and entertainment… and the grounds of Graceland are a perfect place to pay respect or to learn about him. I enjoy visiting Graceland every few years and will continue to do so.

It was the home of Elvis, yet it felt very commercialized. It started with the price of admission all the way to numerous gift shops. It was good, but I think it is a good one and done type of thing.

Donald R — Google review
Went there in 2002 and loved every minute of it. My mum got to have her photo taken and superimposed with Elvis. I bought the 45rpm record‘Trying To Get To You’. Edit: I believe the place has had a big overhaul and I wouldn’t recognise it now. When we were there in 02, there was a museum housing many of Elvis’s favourite things. We saw the pink Cadillac, the golf buggy, many of Elvis’s childhood momento’s. There was a great 60s themed diner and a huge superstore selling every type of Elvis paraphernalia which is where we bought our souvenirs. We stayed in The Heartbreak Hotel just down the road but I believe that has since been demolished and a much bigger hotel put in its place. I actually think that is a real shame as the original hotel had Elvis themed rooms, a heart shaped swimming pool, 24 hour Elvis films on tap, a jungle themed bar which mimicked his jungle room. I’m so so glad we got to stay there

If you're looking to dive into the vibrant happenings of Memphis, the "Commercial Appeal" is your go-to source. This daily newspaper not only covers local news but also highlights events and dining options that capture the essence of this lively city. For a more curated experience, you can explore additional listings on choose901.com or utilize the search feature on memphistravel.com/events for specific interests. Don't forget to check out Love Memphis, a beloved blog among locals that offers insider tips and recommendations.
My subscription was paid 4 months in advance, upon renewal. The paper never got delivered. Every agent gave the same exact answer when I called to find out what the issue was. They all said, you will get your paper delivered tomorrow, which never happened. Be careful, there is some type of scam involved with this matter.
Yvette W — Google review
Been a reader and contributor and vendor for many years sorry to say with the decline of the quality of the newspaper and the fact that they're moving strictly to an online format I have deleted my subscription. It's made me very sad. Every now and then I'll buy a daily paper because I would like to read it but I think that's going to have to stop because paying $2 for 15 pages is just a little steep

I have not received my paper for 3 days and have been trying to get someone on the phone to find out why, but it is an impossible task. my address is 5899 baird dr. there must be a new carrier because my neighbor who does NOT take the paper has been getting one ever since I have not been getting one. get it straight or I will cancel my subscription to this rag.

Dann and Micaela were super nice and helpful. The security guard was also very nice and went out of her way to help us. However, the people we spoke and dealt with through their calling service (which is in a totally different state) were a headache to deal with and some of them were also very rude.
Mary M — Google review
This rag is on a sharp decline in recent years but then which print medium is not? The leaders are apparently out of touch with local interests and issues. Sports coverage is a joke. Reporting is skewed with a decidedly White Anglo-Saxon Protestant bias. Issued daily so thats still working but better stories can be found in the free local weekly rags.
Samson O — Google review
This is no longer printeed or written from Memphis. Its printed in Jacksom TN and the writers are from Nashville. I would say 40% of the articles reflect a slanted view of Nashville superiority and skewed facts. I have commented and messaged the writers of these articles but they didn't change or edit their articles. I would recommend many other local publications with local writers and boots on the ground contributors. The Memphis Flyer and Memphis Daily News comes to mind.

Had some free time before I could check into my hotel in Millington, and I am glad I explored this historic district. So much history to see and read about. Felt like I was taken back in time to the earlier 1900's. Enjoyed the historical signs about the railroad and the town's involvement in the Civil War. Love the fact that there are train exhibits you can climb in and explore. Unfortunately, I was there before 1pm on a Sunday and several of the shops were closed. Such a hidden gem in Memphis. I come every time I visit my parents and it seems to keep getting better! They even opened a second store around the corner. I've gotten amazing deals at both locations now, on new designs and things that would easily cost me double had I bought them elsewhere. The staff is super helpful and great at fixing anything on the floor that needs some love. They wired lights for me as well with a 2 day turnaround time. This shop is honestly one of my favorite places to visit in the world!

Very difficult to work with. Prices are ridiculous for damaged items. Purchase two matching dressers but when it was loaded into my truck, and brought home, the pieces were two different sizes. They were unwilling to help exchange for the correct size and they refused to pick them up. they weighed 200 lbs each. Customer service was terrible after they made the mistake. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I was looking for any items in particular. I was then checked in on, brought clothes that were good suggestions/ complemented what I was looking for and overall I was treated how every woman should be when shopping for clothing! Monkee's made it a fun experience and I feel that this is a lost art for many boutiques or small clothing stores. I also felt that the feedback on each item I tried on was fair and honest and some of the items that were brought to me were similar to the items I picked out for myself so they were attentive to my particular style. I love supporting local businesses and I think that Monkee's is a very impressive boutique/ small business in the Germantown area. I am always willing to pay a little more than I normally would for clothing items when I believe in the product and am treated with excellent customer service!
