The pork belly in the noodles was truly so absolutely delicious. The two rolls were good (Mt Fuji and I can’t remember the other one), but they felt underwhelming for the price point. One was essentially a California roll with a bit of seared salmon on top for $20, just felt like a mismatch. I wish I had done the chefs nigiri or more hand rolls. The only other issue was the sushi came out like 15 minutes before my husbands food so timing wise, it was a little awkward - you don’t want to be eating while someone is waiting or be completely finished before the other person gets the food.
