We have been coming here for years. We have always had great service great food and great memories. I highly recommend. Mimi was our server tonight and was so attentive and sweet. In photo is the Veg Head and California Dreaming Burger

This is a relatively large brewery with a wide range of brews. They had 11 different brews on tap spread.out between IPAs to Stouts. They do flights of 4 here and all were good with the Mocha Java Stout being my favorite. This place has a full kitchen / menu and I had the fish tacos which were great. This place has a lot of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. They have a large bar and lots of TVs.

We came here for beer tastings and lunch. The food was all great- i got baja tacos, my friends got a sonora dog and a turkey blt. We tried most of the beers between three of us and they were all very good! None of them were super heavy to drink, which i like. I really enjoyed the Ruby Rae Grapefruit IPA! Our service was amazing as well!

What a brewery! Great beers! Many options! Great atmosphere and TVs with sports on. Service was excellent! Plenty of seating and the food was excellent! Wings were great and pretzels were great to start off with some of the beers!

The printed beer menu at the table clearly listed the prices, yet the bill didn’t reflect them. For example, three NCAales should have totaled $17.25, but I was charged $18 (a $2.25 discount instead of the $3 shown). Similarly, the Mocha Java was listed at $5.75, but the discount was only $0.50 instead of the advertised $1. The service was commendable! The management is a farce!

I saw a review that said the Baja Fish Tacos were under cooked and greasy. The waitress assured me that they were very good and if I was not satisfied she would replace them so I ordered a serving and they were some of the best Fish Tacos I have had. I recommend this establishment and certainly the Baja Fish Tacos!!!

Enjoyed the visit here for dinner and a flight. A good variety on the menu for both beer and food. Flights available. The food was mostly pub fare that was really good. What really got me was this place was really hopping on a Friday evening and the service was fantastic. Our sever along with the manager kept checking on us throughout the meal. I really expected that our meal would be slow getting to us, but the food came out quickly. This is a nice spot for locals to visit. And a spot to hit for those visiting Tuscon.

This is one of the best breweries anywhere, and staffed with some of the most considerate, professional folks any business could hope to employ. We no longer live in the area, but visit often, and always make a point to grab a Dragoon pint (or two or three) when we're in Tucson. Fortunately for us, we can purchase cans of their flagships in nearby Fredonia, AZ. We always keep a stash in our fridge! Can't recommend these folks enough! Note they have temporarily adjusted their hours to compensate for the triple digit temps -- closing at 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Excellent beer, better on tap here than anywhere else in Tucson. The Imperial Stout was especially good. The Pilsner and Amber were also tasty

Dragoon has great beer. The atmosphere is very bland and boring. No windows, no character, nothing fun to do or look at. No food options when we were there on a Wednesday night. It’s a very boring spot for non drinkers/youth. Find a cool place with their beer on tap and go there instead.

Great brewery with a modern, clean setting and a welcoming atmosphere. The beer selection is solid, offering something for a variety of tastes. A great place to relax and enjoy a well-crafted drink.

Say you’re on Grant Road near I-10 and you don’t know what to do. Or maybe you’re on I-10 near Grant Road and you don’t know what to do. Go to Dragoon for a beer. Why? Well… why not??? I had the Pils; it was great, as always. My girl had something called Öhaygrrl (a “gose"), which she described as “light & refreshing, but probably not something I would get again.” But they have quite a few brews to choose from… I do wish their barstools had backs, but I guess that’s to keep you on your toes. My girlfriend mentioned the lack of hooks under the bar for hanging ladies’ purses… the purse either ends up on her lap or on the bar.

Tucson has a burgeoning brew scene. While I’ve enjoyed Dragoon beer at festivals and restaurants, this was my first time in their tap room. The Octoberfest Pilsner was super approachable & went down quick. The Ocho Stout was robust and coffee delish. Oh & managed on a tour too! Make sure to put Dragoon Brewing on your Tucson must visit bucket list! - Evelyn

Great beer. I've always been a fan of their IPA and now I've had one in their Brewery! We had a good size group and they accommodated all our needs. If you like their IPA they also have an imperial IPA... and several other beers and NA options our group loved.

I found this place on accident making a u-turn trying to get to Campfire Cycling and I am glad I did. I had the Toole Ave Hazy IPA and the Smash Burger, both of which I really enjoyed. This place has a great atmosphere, in a really old building along the railroad tracks. There is also plenty of outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. It is a complete travesty that Live Nation and Peach Properties is forcing this local brewery to permanently close its doors so they can turn it into a comedy club.

Visiting Tucson and this place was pretty highly recommended and I was a little disappointed. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and there were only a few small groups of people there. The beer was okay, but the patio was dirty. It didn’t seem like anyone had picked up any trash in a while. There was a nice pile of dog poop by our table.

Modest beer selection, the sour and ipas were good. Good margaritas as well. The food track has great tacos and burgers. You can't beat the atmosphere with a HUGE outdoor beer garden, games, and big indoor space as well. Parking at the garage across the street is only $2 for 2 hours. It's a little hard to find the entrance as it's located behind Playformance.

A good place to have a beer close to downtown. Mostly, it attracts a young crowd, but there's a few older tourists as well. The beer selection is ample, and the bartenders are open to give you advice even though the line is busy most of the time. Order the food at the main counter as well. There was a live dj on a Saturday

Cool building and awesome patio. They have a food truck with tacos, chips, salsa, nachos and a few other items. Beer is unfortunately very poor (minus the imperial churro, which is pretty good,although a little overpowering on the cinnamon). Bartender was pretty aloof and inattentive. There is free parking on the opposite side of the building from the Playformance suite).

Brought the family and my parents here after a visit to the Reid Park Zoo and was not disappointed. Enjoyed the hazy IPA and particularly the tangerine infused version. Really enjoyed the Churro cream ale. Very surprised how well that turned out. Had to buy a 6 pack on my way out even though it was expensive. We got a few tacos and fresh made chips from the food truck which were bomb. Seemed like a fun place in general. Nice patio, they have a couple old school videos game stations set up, seems like they do some sort of evening event like disc golf, games, etc. we'll be back.

Came here in the afternoon on a Sunday. Got a flight of all their Toole IPAs, all were delicious! We didn’t realize a concert was happening so the place filled up quickly outside. Was a lot of fun people watching and jamming our. We also got the taco flight, the barbacoa was my favorite! Highly recommend for a fun afternoon of drinks and music on the weekend!

Amazing beer selection. *No food* but they let you order delivery if you want. Great service. When I went the place was nearly empty but it was mid day on a Monday. I sure hope this place gets busy because it deserves to be packed.

Excellent beer list! I had a very creative and complex, citrusy cream ale and Ty had a beautifully balanced blackberry sour. Tony is welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and chill. BlackRock Brewers hots all the high points! 🍻 HIGHLY recommend!

Great Beer In A Relaxed Atmosphere We visited on a Tuesday afternoon, taking a break from a little shopping. It's located in an industrial area, a little hard to spot the first time there, but worth the trip. You enter into a large taproom, bar to the right and plenty of low and high top seats and tables. Simple bagged snacks are available to munch while you enjoy some beer. All beers are made by them, in sizes of 1/2 and full pints and growlers. I tried a pint of VIP, a vanilla porter and it was tremendous. Great vanilla and smooth. Tasters of any of their beers are gladly served. The bartender recommended a BlackRock and Tan and putting my trust in her hands, I had her mix what she thought was the best combo. I think she mixed the SUN dry Irish stout with Fairway, a rye blonde and it was very tasty. There's a fairly large selection of games that patrons can bring to their tables to make their visit more enjoyable. During our visit a group of three younger folks were enjoying beers and playing dominoes. A couple with two little kids came in, shared a flight and played some of the games with their kids. As the afternoon got later, more people came in. The bartender was very personable and she knew the beers. I did see on an events board that they have karaoke and trivia on some days and I'm sure that helps draw in beer lovers. Give them a visit, stay for a beer or two.

Had a great time. There were several beer choices and all are brewed in-house. Tony was super knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were great. There are some board games available to play while you drink. Looking forward to going back on Thursday for trivia night.

Excellent beer to be had at this out of the way east Tucson microbrewery - make the effort!!!

It’s off the beaten path, in an industrial park, on Tucson’s east side, but it’s small and nice. Good selection of beers and nice staff. They had Karaoke tonight but it was pretty slow and local, but we were there early (5-6pm) so hopefully it gets lit later. They also had an Asian food truck that was ok. VictorB

Very good brewery. Great service and atmosphere. They had a few standout beers, but the majority were nothing special. We got food here too, a burger and chicken sandwich (tots upgrade is a must), which were both phenomenal and paired well with the beer. Definitely worth a stop!

Good beer selection with creative recipes. Distill their own rums too so serve limited cocktails. Wine and soda available too. Really good pizza with house made Italian sausage. Good service.

So I am actually visiting from out of town, and my while driving around my friend spotted this place. We pulled in and had a great meal I ordered the steak special. It was amazing and they have great service and pool tables to play while you wait over all the food was awesome, the atmosphere was outstanding and our waiter did a awesome job as well! Thanks guys for the great night.

Amazing! Microbrewery, their IPA selection although limited is very good. Service was really well, the place was clean and very modern. We ordered some appetizers, and they came out perfectly. Must try the pretzels and beer cheese. Definitely a must see place in downtown Tucson

This is a nice place to visit if you’re in downtown Tucson on its east side as you head out into the suburbs! Fairly large space with a urban warehouse vibe. Not upscale at all. They have a stage for live music be we came early on a Sunday so no one was performing. Appetizers looked good and they have burgers, sandwiches and salads. The beer was great as expected! Perfect place to stop for a fresh hazy beer and a good service from a nice bartender. The foods are also great. Ps: the sandwich I got was delicious, the best ever! Fresh stake cut in it for a delicious Tucson meal.

If you are in Tucson and want a great beer, go stop by Harbottle, it will give your tastebuds a delicious treat! I had their stout and it was amazingly smooth and lighter than most!

This is a nice taproom with a nice indoor ambiance, with holiday and eclectic decorations. Their beer is average to above average. They have a nice sour selection. They have 10 beers on tap. Prices are reasonable. The bartender was hospitable and friendly. Unfortunately, there isn't much of a patio here. There are a few tables outside where you can sit, but there really isn't much ambiance out there (the taproom is in a commercial/industrial area). There is free parking. It would be nice if they had a few more non-alcoholic beverage choices (they had Sprite, Diet Dr. Pepper, and Coke). A root beer option would be nice. They do a pretty nice job of enforcement of covid procedures and have a cute penalty bucket for those who violate the rules (similar to a "swear jar").

Fun place with good beer. Tried the pickle juice beer which is unique. I bought a can to take home and share. My favorite was their Good Behavior Red, followed by the Saisan

If you saw the movie "Sideways", you know the characters Miles and Jack. Miles had the sophisticated pallette. Jack's standard response was, "It tastes good to me." I'm Jack. I had the Saison. Tasted good to me. But my friend, the Miles character, said he tasted esters in the aftertaste. If I knew what esters tasted like I might have agreed. We ended up with 4 total, the Saison, the Belgium pale ale, the kolsch and the English bitter. He had no complaints with the other 3. Tasted good to me. The location is convenient but not funky or cool. The staff is friendly.

They now are serving wine, so both my husband and I love coming here.

Outstanding beer. I had a few different styles and they all were very good. The restaurant next door, Chopsticks, will deliver food to you at the brewery. You definitely need to go have a few beers here. Also had a cool menu board that posted your Untappd check in's on. It was neat seeing your name on the board.

Good selection of beer, although I'd like to see a porter or 2 in there! Very cool atmosphere and attentive bartender! I will be going back, it felt like going to a good friend's border for a drink!

Enjoyed every beer I tried, and I tried a good number. Owner keeping bar was really friendly too. Definitely worth checking out. One of the best breweries in Tucson in my opinion.

I'm not one to be overly impressed with beer or tap houses (I'm a different judge), but the triple IPA is one of the best I've ever had. You'd never know it was 12.8% ABV unless they told you. It drinks smooth and is tasty. The Argentinian golden ale was also a favorite (particularly if you like lighter beers). The tropical IPA is the real deal as well. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable. There are about 15 tap options. The sarsaprilla was also very good and the kids loved it. Prices are reasonable. They offer Crowlers on most of their beers at a reasonable price. Chips and salsa were surprisingly good. There are other beer snacks as well. There's a nice outdoor patio area with bags. Various board games are available. One of the best surprises of Button Brew is that no on in our group felt unhealthy after drinking their beer (even those who had a gluten sensitivity)!

Wow! What a neat find. This is a wonderful brewery. It’s a very comfortable environment. The inside is very welcoming. Along with the owners/staff. I was greeted warmly and was engaged in the menu right away. Love their selections. The Sonoran hot chocolate is amazing!!! And the seltzers!!! Absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back.

Oh my! I've been looking for a draft cold IPA and I finally found it!!! It was amazing! We also got their "nothing but the zest" sour which was equally as awesome, totally perfect balance of zesty and tart! We tried the Mexican lager which was perfect, and the west coast ipa which was also great! The vibes were totally welcoming and relaxed, I cant wait to go back in cooler weather when we can fully enjoy the patio and beer garden! We had a great time, cant wait to visit again!

Todd Button integrity and his brewing process and how he is able to serve his clientele whether it's a walk into the bar or a keg to a business, ect. If you haven't been I would say, check it out!

Great local Tucson brewery with handcrafted beers that are all amazing! The owners are a small business that takes pride in their product and supports the local and state community. Great place to visit while in Tucson, a must visit!

Nice customer service, although a little slow. But it was packed: there was a car show and a mile race that morning. Also only had 2 people serving, which might had been the culprit. I didn't particularly like most of the beer flavors but that is not to say that others may enjoy them. The owner is really nice and; it's admirable she has her kids with her at the brewery. I wasn't feeling the atmosphere; seemed crowded and needed a little warm touch. They don't have a changing table for babies but they do have an ottoman that works even better if you sit on it while changing your baby's diaper.

Walked into a dead empty building which was fine since we were hoping for a quicker bite but unfortunately we were met with a long wait. Long enough that other people had come in, sat, and were given waters and left after also waiting. When our food finally came out it looked absolutely delicious but the taste did not match. They also were out of lots of ingredients, for example every bread but rye which is why we both had to get rye bread with our sandwiches. The Buffalo chicken mac was supposed to have shredded chicken but instead it was huge chicken pieces like they half shredded it and gave up. Water was not refilled a single time. Wasn’t terrible but I probably wouldn’t go back.

We are from out of town and traveling with our two dogs. This place was VERY dog friendly (gave a bowl of water with ice to each of our pups) and the service was fantastic. They weren’t crowded. We got our dinks and food quickly. I had the hatch chili mac&cheese and it was incredible! My husband had a deluxe pizza and it was wonderful. This is a great place to eat - especially if you want to bring your fur babies.

What a fun place to kick back and have a brew — FireTruck Brewing at Grant is where it’s at! I’m a big fan of the connected patio, which is spacious and dog-friendly. The service is welcoming, and the food is made to order (the aromas from the grill will have your mouth watering before you even order). Especially appreciate that there’s plenty of variety on the menu — the green-chili turkey melt on sourdough is huge and loaded with bacon, and the tater tots are crisp and not greasy. It’s also a breath of fresh air to find a local restaurant that plays such a wide spectrum of music. Really love that they host live music there too! Our visit last Friday night featured an excellent local guitarist, and the slide-up glass garage door was open, so tunes were flowing inside and out. Perfect place to chill out and sip a hefeweizen at sunset!

Tyler our server restored my faith in customer service! My first time here, 8pm on a Tuesday night. Love the atmosphere great seating - tall boys, standard, couch. We sat outside we were greeted promptly by one server (he was not ours, but friendly thanks mister!) Tyler then introduced himself also friendly, personable, and very informative. Food arrived shortly there was hot and delicious (thank you to the chef). We will most definitely be back and highly recommend!

Okay this is a great little brew house. Our server Tammy was put to the test. I told her the beer flavor I was looking for, and she narrowed to a beer and brought me a sample to test. It was great! She even found a beer for my father in law liked when he asked for a beer like Coors Lite. She had great patience. The food selection is some of the largest I have seen at breweries. From BBQ to sandwiches to yes salads. The BBQ is awesome. My wife loved the BLT with Turkey. The sides with my BBQ were recommended by our waitress Tammy and she nailed the Mac and cheese and the potato salad. Fun atmosphere for whole family, indoor and outdoors seating with eat at the bar options. Having been to many breweries, this was best food selection with full line of beers. Definitely worth a stop by for meal and a beer. Will go here whenever I'm in town.

All in all a disappointment. Ordered appetizer ( simple dip trio - chips, guacamole, queso, salsa) at the same time as drinks. Ordered meal about the time our appetizer SHOULD have come. Barely started eating when meal came. Guacamole and salsa were really good. Loaded mac was kinda dry and not all that tasty. My lemonade was great Girlfriend said beer was warm. Happy to have supported local business. Way too expensive for what it turned out to be.

Probably the best wings we've ever had and we eat a LOT of wings. The hatch mac n cheese was really good too. We visit family in Tucson a few times per year and like eating/imbibing at local places with local brews. Firetruck Brewing hit all the high marks including great service. Will definitely be back!

We have some beers, it was mostly not that good, but the service was amazing and the ambient also helped a lot to have a great experience.

I love Indian food by far but no other food in this town that is Indian food anyway curry wise can match exactly what flavors they have like. I’ve tried other places, but they definitely have that flavor that you go looking for when you’re actually looking to Get and I love them. Their service alone is always pleasant never rude fast and the food is just divine and I don’t even care if you can pick what veggies are on the side because everyone that I’ve had on the side that they’ve made has been fantastic. That’s not a downfall that’s a plus I always get the chicken curry bowl. Not that I’m not willing to try anything else they have other options obviously but that one seems to be my favorite and I’ve loved them since I first tried them. You can ever take me anywhere else to try any type of Indian food because they match exactly what I’m looking for a favo flavor wise and I tell anyone I met in town and friends coworkers about the curry pot it will never leave anyone disappointment that’s for sure

Excellent little tap house with rotating taps and food trucks. Tons of beers on tap and in cans. Friendly staff, clean and bright, but it definitely gets loud whether you’re inside or on the patio. The guys with Johnny’s Philippine Grill were incredibly kind and dished up some seriously good eats. Be kind and tip a little extra and they’ll hook you up.

I really liked the casual vibe and large choice of draft beer and near infinite options of bottled beer, mead, sours, etc. Staff were nice. No food in the place but there were two food trucks on site with ok options. VictorB

Beers are always changing. Chill atmosphere and there is usually an interesting food truck. They have coolers full of all kinds of interesting beers and interesting labels. Fun to look at all the labels. You will inevitably end up picking one.

I have to say, the most positive and uplifting experience I have ever had with a beer 🍺 house was last Monday when I went to do yoga and then drink beer. The beer tastes fresh and there were a good array of brew choices. You definitely need to make it on a busy night to feel the vibe. The beer house posts a regular list of events and rotating food trucks that offer a range of foods from Asian to comfort. The best part is the popcorn and that’s always free!

Such a fantastic local neighborhood tap room. The epitome of local business with an incredible selection of craft beer on tap and seemingly endless selection in coolers. The restrooms are always clean. The glass garage doors are open on cool days and nights which adds a nice open feel into their patio. Live bands? Yep! A/C? Yep! Friendly and knowledgeable staff? Yep! Growler fills? Yep! A wide variety of food trucks? Yep! Are you still reading this and not drinking beer at Arizona Beer House? Yep! I'll see you there yesterday, today and tomorrow.

We were visiting a friend in the area and he took us to one of his favored stops. We enjoyed it and would recommend. Large selection of canned beer which you can select from the cooler and bring to the bar. They open & pour for you. There is wine also, but we didn't check it out. We did not have food. The place is dog friendly, but a little too much so in my opinion.

Quaint wine/beer bar that serves flights and does tastings. We stayed at an Airbnb near there and walked to it. Very cute.

Had a nice date at Tap & Bottle. It's a cool, chill atmosphere. There are plenty of beers on tap and they even sell products to go. I recommend the Heffeweisen. Though I didn't notice any food, patrons were allowed to bring in meals from the food truck that was outside.

Solid to-go craft beer selection. It's the kind of place you want to order one off the tap while you shop around for the fun of it. Genuinely nice service too. Would recommend if you're visiting Tucson more than 2 days and have a fridge.

So, first time here. I went on recommendation from a friend and she met me there as well. Mainly, I wanted to buy her dinner from the other place she recommended (a sri lanken food truck that's there on Thursdays). Honestly, I'm not sure what Tap and Bottle has in the way of food. We ordered drinks, and I went out front to the truck and got us dinner (which they allow you to eat inside Tap - thank goodness as it was steamy outside). Even early on a Thursday evening, Tap was pretty busy. My friend had her pup, Penny, and there was at least one other customer with their pet. They have a large selection of beer here. Several ice boxes with cans and bottles (nicely organized). There are also quite a few choices available on tap (again, the menu is nicely organized, which makes ordering so much easier - want an ale, go to that section, IPA guy? They're all listed together). My only gripe was the noise level, and not sure what they could do to help with that. At times it was difficult to hear each other. With that, solid recommend for Tap. They have many drinks options I can't wait to explore, and (of course) Casa Video is right there (and those vintage movies bring back memories). Check Tap out for yourself, and try the sri lanken food truck on Thursday - good stuff!

Our absolute favorite bottle shop in Tucson. Every time we are in town this is one of our first stops. Amazing selection on draft and in the coolers. Amazing owners and staff. They always have the great special releases and fun events. Great location and close to coffee, breweries, food, and hotels downtown. There are just not enough positive comments I can say about this place. The North location is great too, if you are in that area.

Nice little place great building alot of brick makes it very unique in that part of town. But most importantly great beer, they have a full bar. Great choice of beers to take home. We enjoy coming here. Service and customers are also great!!

Decent burger, good beer selection with a bunch of local options from their related brewery, weird vibes. The inside of the place doesn't look like what you would expect, almost a little brighter and fancier looking than the place actually is. Apparently staffed mostly by University students who did a pretty great job. The cookie brownie dessert was especially good

Main Gate Square’s finest. Excellent managing of the establishment during chaotic times by Eric S. — Mia, Cyrina, Levi, Evan, all excellent servers — even the hostesses, bussers, Faith, others, all AWESOME. Food is always great. Wings are seriously good, brussel sprouts are great. Burgers are huge and tasty. Drinks always cold. Can’t beat the atmosphere for Wildcat games. Iconic spot at UA. Bear Down.

Didn’t have food just beer flights and michilada . Flights were good and service love atmosphere nothing special about the Michilada . Only place that decided not to have a happy hour between dates we were visiting because of graduation so was a bummer decided to just have a drink and move on .

Solid sports bar! Ton of seatings, pretty good beer, super convenient location if you’re staying anywhere near campus. Staff members were very attentive (if anything, maybe too much, but I wasn’t bothered — they were really nice)

The Western Burger is a thing of beauty. The staff are friendly and attentive. No surprise because this restaurant is owned and operated by the same people that own two other nearby restaurants... Agave and Bacio Italiano.

If you're into the University of Arizona vibe, this is a must-visit! They offer great drinks, food, and top-notch customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and really took care of us.

Me and my friends wanted to go out and came here ! We were greeted at the door by the most handsome men ever Roman and Martin. Absolute studs :) asked for the number but got rejected but that’s okay will for sure be coming back <3

Cool little craft brewery that’s got a great selection of beers, fun atmosphere, and awesome Bavarian pretzels. Dog friendly too! Beat the AZ heat, play some games, and enjoy a cold one at 1912 Brewing Co!

It’s in an out of the way industrial park location, but it is worth the drive. The small venue brews some great beer. Very nice bartender and casual urban atmosphere. VictorB

Super Selection of Beers In my pursuit of visiting all the brewers in Tucson this winter, I visited 1912 had some great beer. It's located in an industrial park and well worth taking the time to find it. I led off my tasting adventure with a Mescalero ($8.00/ 16 oz). A 7.8% ABV Stout that was delicious. A touch sweet and silky smooth. I tasted the Del Bac version of this same stout, 12% ABV, and it fits right in with other imperials aged in whiskey barrels. I followed this stout with a Weapons Check ($6.00/16 oz), an Irish red ale at 4.7% ABV. Not hoppy and very tasty. It was a nice warm day when we visited and we were happy that they had a outdoor area set up on the parking lot with picnic tables so we could enjoy our drinks in the sun. A very comfortable taproom with knowledgeable bartenders and a variety of games available to pass the time as you enjoy their offerings.

There was a couple performers playing guitar and singing there that were awesome. Natalie was the name of one but I can't remember their groups name.

I love Public. Great, small, local spot. Limited capacity, so they might not have exactly what you thought you wanted, but just deal with it. Get one of their beers and you'll be happy. Be nice and friendly to the crew and you'll be even happier.

What a welcoming and friendly brewery! The vibe is very chill and neighborly, with lots of folks bringing their dogs in for that extra cool atmosphere. There are two outdoor seating area patios, one in front and one in the back, both with nice tables and chairs, hanging white lights and shade from trees; they're very inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful if you're not sure about one of the brews. Lots of awesome beers and ciders, and you can get a flight of 5 oz. glasses to enjoy as many different ones as you like. They don't serve food, but have various food trucks at times, and there's a pizza place on the other side of the front patio, and each one that I saw being brought in looked and smelled fantastic. The decor is dark wood, with tons of art on the walls, both from local artists and commercial businesses (signage, etc.). It was instantly appealing as soon as I arrived, and I'm looking forward to returning as soon as possible!

My friend and I brought our dogs. Nice outdoor patio, great beer choices. We also shared a pizza from next door and next will try the gelato shop. Highly recommend. Just a few minutes from the Brandi Fenton Memorial dog park.

One of the most creative spaces in Tucson! Theres so many areas both in and outside to enjoy a local beer. Cozy lofts, comfy furniture, and awesome that you can order food from the pizza shop next door or try out a food truck that might be parked out front. They also host fun art events and is a popular midtown gathering space. Love the parking lot feature too!

I have been a loyal hop shop customer and have always loved to go with friends or by myself since they opened. Lately though two bartenders I have found to be very rude and lacking customer service skills and I hope management can address. I write this review in hopes in can reach managements and they can work to improve. There are two male bartenders (unfortunately don’t know theyre names) who are aggressive and frankly rude. They yell at customers, seemed annoyed to serve you or answer questions and yesterday I witnessed an elderly gentlemen with mobility and hearing issues be yelled at by them. The gentlemen could not open the door by himself and unfortunately dropped his pizza. None of the bartenders helped him except to yell at him they would clean it up. I helped the elderly couple with their dishes and walked them down and held the door open for them. It was not that busy when this happened. I found this behavior very unfortunate and unbecoming and I hope the hop shop can instill better training to curate the friendly and fun vibes we all know and love.

One of the bartenders was nicer than the other. I wish I knew their names. This is a nice place to go and relax while having a drink! I went during the week and it was busy. I imagine it gets packed on the weekends. I didn't get any food but I saw a pizza and it looked good. I'll come back to try the food.

What a gem of a place. We are visiting from NYC l, and try to find a cider house whenever we travel. This was so fun, it was trivia night so the atmosphere was buzzy. My husband daughter and I each had a flight and enjoyed it. My favorite was the Honey Prickly Pear. Highly recommend.

The bartender recommended two different cider flavors, which were excellent. I personally highly recommend the Strawberry cider. Food was just ok, perhaps too simple but just because the ciders are excellent that moves the needle. Most people usually sit at the bar but they do have a few booths.

I came here for a painting event. I tried a few of their ciders. I’m not usually a cider person but I loved the orange cream cider. They do have a few local beers. The quesadillas were delicious. I had the southwestern quesadilla, the green chilies on it really added some zing. Great, friendly service too.

We stopped in, not knowing what to expect, and had a fabulous time! The cider is bomb, staff extremely nice, environment super cool. We even grabbed some cans to go, the cider was so good, we needed to take some back to Phx with us. This is certainly a place we'll revisit when in Tucson!

Came in on grad night looking for a chill bar. Never found one, but Bawker was the most chill out of all the ones I walked past. CJ and Don were running the show and did a great job. Really made sure they ID'd everyone while still getting out drinks out quickly. They both had a great attitude despite staying open over an hour later to accommodate the huge crowd. I had two ciders and both were very good. I really appreciate them letting me stay an extra 10 minutes after they kicked out the college kids so I could finish my cider in peace without chugging it.

The best vibes and best ciders we’ve ever had. My husband and I wanted to have a low key night out for my birthday. So we looked up reviews and decided to go to Bawker Bawker. Being from out of town, I didn’t know what to expect. But this place is awesome! After ordering our drinks, we found out they were doing bingo with a drag queen. Completely free and literally the best time I’ve ever had. Everyone working there was so welcoming, and one of the bartenders pointed us in the direction of a bomb Sonoran hot dog stand. When we visit Tucson again this place will definitely be on our must go list!

We went and service was quick! The barbacoa tacos were very good and flavorful they and a good selection of interesting beers. Our nachos were a different story though, they had no flavor and the chips were burnt. Although the presentation was amazing, they were just not good and needed seasoning. Probably won't go back.

Great selection of beers tried a couple of them. The horchata beer was delicious. Had the nachos and the green chili grilled cheese. Both were very delicious definitely recommended and I will be coming back.

The new menu curated by Karson Trainor is really turning this place around. Everyone there was very kind and the beer is good. But the new menu is incredible. What a great change for Borderlands. I hope to see some more items from Karson who made this new menu!

Good beer, good food I wish I lived closer

Excellent Beers, Food and Outdoor Patio After visiting the Downtown Taproom, I had to try the new taproom in the Sam Hughes neighborhood. While they do offer some food, I just wanted to try some beers. We sat outside in a nice patio area, but as the desert air cooled off, we retreated inside to a cozy space with comfy couches, chairs and tables. I had to start with the German Chocolate Cake Porter that is just that - that famous, tasty cake in liquid form at 7.3% ABV. Absolutely delicious! I then had the Noche Dulce Vanilla Porter also at 7.3% ABV. Great vanilla aroma and flavor. I got in my dark beer fix and visited someplace new - a perfect evening!

Great tacos and a full bar, in a repurposed service station. Cold A/C inside and cold beer on tap from local and guest breweries. What more could you ask for on a hot summer day! One of my local favorites.

It’s an interesting combination- beer and coffee, with some bakery pastries and savory snacks for food! The beers were big, cold and great. Seemed like an older college vibe, but we enjoyed it. Probably is more crowded when the UofA is in session. VictorB

Love this place! Their sparkling blueberry basil limeade was to die for. Other people in our group had beer, matcha, and an americano and those were great too. Plus their pastries are yummy. The staff was so kind! The only downside is there were college students smoking in the outside seating which meant we had to sit inside.

Love that they put as much love into their n/a bevs and coffees as the beer! There’s truly something for everyone! Very cozy vibes inside, love that they often host local markets and art nights too! My go-to is their house made blueberry latte.

I want to love this place, especially as a local who lives nearby & stays in Tucson in the summer, who loves local beer, and wants to come back. But the service has to improve. We were ignored when we walked in (just say hey, welcome in or something) & our beers had to wait while the bartender & her boyfriend (?) at the bar got a food delivery. Bartender reaching over my shoulder to get her uber eats delivery while we stood at the register, without her saying anything (like - hey sorry, just grabbing my dinner), was really rude. Sorry we interrupted your dinner on your paid time at work by trying to get beers at your beer place. :( not the first time we were treated as an inconvenience by this bartender. There are too many good places to walk to nearby to deal with this again.

Awesome selection of beer and seltzers. Wide variety of beer options. The Let’s Berry Cancer is light with hint of strawberry and proceeds go to Pints for Pink. On a cool evening in February, the Noche Dulce Vanilla Porter was a perfect choice.

Love going to Voltron! Plenty of great drinks to try, great weekend vibes and even better service. Lucas is an awesome bartend and helped me find my favorite drink - their horchata ale is the best I've had so far! Looking forward to coming back next weekend

Voltron is a beautiful tap room attached to the main brewing facility for the best bar/restaurant in town, FireTruck Brewing Co. They also have Borderlands beers on draft which compliment the FTB beers well. The taproom itself is a good size and perfect for a good night out or even private events! It has large windows to view into the main brewing facility which is really cool to see while enjoying a beer brewed right there.

Luke is an awesome bar keep, entertaining and fun to shoot the shifff with. This establishment brings two phenomenal breweries together the way five minibots form a full voltron fighting machine.

Great service. New manager is a nice young man with a good head on his shoulders. Good selection of beer, I recommend the prickly pear wheat

1st time to ID. Overall just ok. Staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks are of the $10 "craft cocktail" variety, but the Old Fashioned that we ordered was about 90% ice ball and 10% alcohol and mixers. Didn't last long enough to finish a conversation. I'm not sure who was responsible for the music or dj on a Saturday night, but it's was obnoxiously loud... This coming from a dj who's spent countless Saturdays at actual clubs. May try again, may not...

If you’re looking for unique drinks in downtown this is the place to go! You can’t ever go wrong with the sidecar or the old fashioned.

The Derby is my favorite. Freshly muddled drinks with rustic decor in a trendy alley. Definitely a rewarding spot to spend a few hours.

Very nice, cool room with good cocktails. Pretty much empty on a Monday night and the music wasn't pumped up to artificially make up the noise, so it was easy to hear ourselves talk. The cocktails are all the fussy kind, so don't expect them to be fast or under 10 dollars.

Aaron was a FANTASTIC bartender, happy to chat about the gins and vodka. I don't even like fun, and I had TWO gin smashes! Dog friendly in downtown, service impeccable, and libations oh-so-tasty. Definitely a must-visit in Tucson!!!

Bartenders there are absolutely top shelf. Make no mistake: these are true Keepers of the Bar not your ordinary night club drink slingers. As a former bartender i like to throw curveballs at other bartenders to see if they know their stuff. If they have to look it up then i tip the norm but if they don't AND it turns out not only correct but also EXCEPTIONAL (as it did during my visit) then ill tip the price of the drink or 5 bucks a drink. Suffice to say for that reason it gets pricey to drink there for me but hey IMHO its money well spent :)

What a gorgeous hotel, lots of cool original items to check out on your visit. The potatoes were delicious and the cubano coffee as well. We saw the community radio booth on our way in "on air" sign and everything and bought tickets for jazz at century room on our way out

This was fantastic. The coffee is the Havana, also perfect. Wasn't too hot to sit outdoors. Great experience. I'd go back if I wasn't just here for work. And yes, I pretty much ate the whole thing...no way to save it, couldn't bear to waste it. 😋

On my way out after breakfast, I caught three employees at the front and I told them “your food is disgustingly….delicious”. I witnessed a nanosecond group panic emerge followed by relieved laughter. I genuinely felt bad for the scare I really gave them. Good thing I don’t say the same thing twice. For real, the care and craftsmanship that went into my Huevos Rancheros with poached egg covered in optional green chilies and jalapeños on top of homemade tortillas cuddled up with crispy papas could not have been improved if Jesus himself was in the kitchen. Maybe he was? Of course, I always have to have dessert with my meal and the half order of orange French toast topped with optional chocolate chips and real maple syrup made my Tuesday morning feel like Friday at 5 PM. Super cool historical location with shaded patio seating and amazing service made this a saved location for every future downtown Tucson visit.

Great place for dinner, but I'd recommend getting a reservation! (Which we did) Food was delicious, and came out quickly. Dad got the pork schnitzel and loved it. I got the burger and fries and had every bite. The fries had the perfect texture!

Last year we had breakfast here and loved the food, so this year we had to come back. The place is quaint, we requested seats inside , it was a bit warm outside. The food was delicious and the service was on point as always. Not a place for super large parties. I' d say parties of 4 to 6 size ok. Pet friendly if you sit outside. Overall, I recommend.

A neat spot with seemingly good gluten free options... Went for breakfast and their potatoes are not gluten free! They are fried in a fryer with gluten food so not safe for true gluten free needs. This greatly limited my option to one plate of food the chilaquiles. I like to eat healthy, not chips, and would have liked better options. Meal was good for what it was, wish they could figure out how to make potatoes gluten free, or have a gluten free option for those that need it. The rest of my party does not have dietary restrictions, and enjoyed their meals. Waitress was awful. I had to ask for coffee multiple times, and other drinks. I had to ask other staff for refills as I saw her come by but not even make make eye contact with the table to check on us, even as I held up my empty cup. Coffee cups very small. Heaters available outside for tables if too busy inside that work well.

We ordered for a catering event of 30+ people and I cannot say enough great things about our experience! From placing the order to pick-up, everything was throughly communicated and supported. I cannot believe we fed that many people for less than what it would cost in a restaurant and less than what large chains quoted us, with plenty of leftovers! We had 3 tamale flavors, pan of rice, beans & street corn, more than enough chips with pico and 3 salsa flavors + limes, including white chocolate macadamia cookies. Not only is their food packed with tons of flavor, everything stayed fresh, nothing was over-dried, even outside in the heat. I am so grateful and pleased with their quality and service and would do it again and again. Thank you so much Tucson Tamale 🫔‼️

I was next door at Plato's Closet when I saw the banner largest hot sauce selection in Tucson. I couldn't pass that up! They had a really good selection of all varieties from mild to extremely hot. I just picked up almost $100 worth of hot sauces from them. Can't wait to get home and try them out. They even have samples for you to try while you're there . Very friendly as well

We're in Tucson for a long weekend. My wife recommended this place because she ate there on her last trip. I was skeptical. First time I ordered I had a chicken tamale and a pork tamale. After you took our order I went over to the salsa bar and got the condiments that I wanted. They had different salsas to try and jalapenos and limes to grab as well. When our food came I was absolutely blown away. It was so good! I haven't had tamales too much in my life and these were so good that we returned another time before we left. This time I had the pork chicken and beef tamales. All are absolutely fantastic! The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was fun. They had hot sauces that you could buy from several different brands. Most of what I've never heard of before. There was an area where you could also sample some of the hot sauces as well. I look forward to going again when we return.

The tamales were generously filled and not a bit dry, which cannot always be said at other places. The salsa bar was pretty mild as far as heat. Service was great.

The black bean - cheese tamale was great . The blue masa - veggie (vegan tamale) looked like it was not steamed to me - the flour was uncooked . When I brought it up with the lady at the counter, she affirmed that I was cooked and that she could offer me another one if I liked. I didn’t take another one , but that was that. The salsas were excellent, the Spanish hot and spicy rice for the side was not spicy at all and kind of lacked flavors.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat at in Tucson. You literally can't go wrong with anything on their menu. I usually order and dine in because I love their salsa bar and it's a store too so you can buy items to give as gifts to family members and friends that aren't fortunate enough to live near this gem of a place. The people that work there are great and they're always so kind and nice to talk to. I must recommend their Mexican slaw with any order. The tamales are good with subtle flavoring and you have to appreciate the hardworking crew that makes the tamales basically by hand at the production facility. I'm never disappointed whenever I leave here and it is a must for anyone visiting the Tucson area.

Tuscon Tamale is a nice spot to grab legit tamales. They have a great selection, including a vegan option, and the sides and salsa are all freshly made - including the chips. They also have a huge selection of hot sauces to buy and a big case of the samplers to use with your meal. I wish they had prices labeled on the shop side, but they do have a friendly staff, so asking is not difficult. They have nice clean, single person bathrooms and the nicest murals in them. It's definitely a stop worth making if you are in the area.

Bison Witches gives me an off-the-beaten-path vibe that solely makes it popular among locals who know of the good food it provides! I came here because my partner knew of the location, and wanted me to be try it. We were encouraged to pick our own seats, and we were so lucky to visit when we did, as it got filled up quickly! Our waitress was very kind, and started us off with some water before we ordered nachos for starters and a BLT sandwich for myself (the sandwich comes with a side of bagged chips). I was a fool to think I could consume both things in one sitting, because I didn't know how HUGE the portion sizes were. Even someone who eats a lot may have trouble with an appetizer and a main entree. Bison Witches delivers on hearty portions and satisfying flavors. I really enjoyed the cheese that came with the nachos, as it tasted natural and not store bought like some movie theaters sell. Even my partner, who normally dislikes nacho cheese, ended up really enjoying it. The BLT tasted good too, even though I only had 2 bites, but it still holds up after heating it back home. I would come here again, but EARLY! I can see stopping by in the heart of the afternoon can get really crowded. But that's the price to pay for some quality food.

100% I'm a kid at heart and got the pb&j, and it was SO good!! Forgot the name of the other sandwich but it was the one with turkey bacon and sprouts also very good! Always love the patio vibe, and drinks are always satisfying. Great place for lunch and drinks any day of the week

Tucson favorite for a reason! The nachos are seriously good, fresh, loaded, and perfect for sharing. Drinks are awesome, strong, and reasonably priced. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making it an easy spot to relax with friends. Great vibe, great food, and great people—I’ll definitely be back!

Great local sandwich shop on 4th! Although a bit expensive, each sandwich is loaded with meat and toppings to justify it's pricing. Staff are always super welcoming and good comes out quickly. Certainly one of 4th Ave's gems

Our waitress was really great and we were seated quickly . While they had plenty of vegan options my veggie hummus sandwich lacked flavor & I had to add a ton of Russian mustard & other spices to make it interesting . My friend at the table also commented on lack of flavor . My avocado was barely visible , sliced thin and just didn't match the giant bread slices . I went , tried it . Would I go outta my way to come back - no I wouldn't .

A lightly toasted, extremely soft sourdough loaded with super thin, very delicious turkey, cheddar cheese, and can't forget the crispy bacon with a tasty parmesan peppercorn dressing. Every bite was delicious. We enjoyed this restaurant a lot more than we thought (kinda like a hole-in-the-wall type of place). They have a lot of good-looking sandwiches and bread bowls. We will be back to try more. Staff was attentive and very friendly.

The nachos could be a two person meal, but they were great. The soup chowder soup bowl was delicious. I would recommend putting the chili verde from the nachos in the soup but that's just me. The booth seats need to be replaced. I sat in a hole, but other than that it was a good time.

Love the design of the space and the change in lighting/ambiance. Seat yourself One of the bar backs was eating as I walked in but cordial. I got water and a drink order in, within 3 minutes of sitting down. Came at 430pm and only two other tables (HH 4-6 daily) Drinks are 3-4 oz at $14 is disappointing :( they tasted good but could be a little more balanced. Music in the kitchen competes with the music in the patron area. Servers were attentive but I prefer to enjoy time with those I am with rather than being asked every 10 minutes (timed it) if anything else was needed. I think there couoved been better balance. Tacos were cool to mix and match but $13 for two tacos and No sides in Tucson is not good. Overall would go back but it's pricey for what is offered.

A great atmosphere in downtown Tucson, it was the perfect weather to sit outside. They accommodated our large group on short notice and everyone had a good time. Everyone liked the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer, fries were my favorite, burger and Cubano were tasty. All in all I think the food is very good, but the price point would keep me from coming here regularly. We're also not big drinkers, but everyone we were with seemed to enjoy theirs.

Very tasty food and fun atmosphere with lots of different drinks options. This location gives the feel of a large city artisan bar with a wide selection of alcoholic drinks paired with a detailed-taste menu spanning local tastes to unique twists on general favorites. The spicy chicken sandwich was not really spicy, but was very tasty and the chicken was tender with a nice, crisp fried shell. The fries and nachos were surprising tasty as well. The decorations inside are complimentary to the neighboring Portal bar and modern. Kind staff and quick service as well.

Excellent as always! Birra taco's and a couple of drinks. Great taco Tuesday. Went back again for my third visit on Father's Day 2023 and had a great meal with family. Cashew chicken curry, fried catfish, lobster mac and cheese, regular mac and cheese, beer flight, margarita, Caesar salad, and a lobster roll. All excellent!

Came here on a Saturday night with a group of three and the service was great. We ordered chickpea curry and Alfredo pasta (both vegan) and they were pretty good. They also have a nice looking burger that I plan on trying next time. We placed ourselves on the wait list for the lounge while we ate in the main dining area. The lounge was fantastic and I loved the “mint condition” cocktail, which tasted like a York peppermint patty. Just note that you cannot take food into the lounge, but they do sell appetizers such as olives and manchego cheese.

The elote app was the best appetizer I've had in a long time. It was light and refreshing, full of flavor. We also split an order of fries. Perfectly seasoned and addicting. I ordered the steak with tarragon mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The steak was the perfect medium rare. The sauce packed all the flavor you want. Others got the seared ahi sandwich which was also delicious. We also split 2 flights of local beets. All absolutely amazing. Can't wait to visit again!

The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, the space was gorgeous, the beer selection was excellent, our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers on tap, and the flight we put together did not disappoint. We didn't get food, but the menu selections had us drooling. It was an all around great experience and I would definitely recommend it if you're into good beer and chill places.

My beautiful friend and I thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful, fresh and delicious lunch earlier today. We both loved our Ropa Vieja plates paired with our iced Prickly Pear lattes, as well as chips and salsa. Fernando, Wendy & the entire staff are incredibly generous, exceptional, warm, attentive and inviting. The decor was wonderful as well and the products and salsa bar are well maintained and look so tasty. We look forwarding to returning in the near future.

The food was great, but my biggest complaint was on their special that featured cactus as apart of the main dish. Super enticing, so I said why not. First impressions when the dish was brought out, was that I should have bought two... I knew it wasn't going to fill me up. And go figure, it was $17 for the main course alone. I also bought chips and salsa which you can't typically mess up, but the salsa was like water, and the chips were way to thick and oily to scoop up the salsa. I felt like I was trying to eat soup with a fork. The dessert was perfect, no complaints there, but the main dish needed to be more full, and they need to add some viscosity to their water salsa. Flavor-wise, delicious. The paprika was a stout seasoning, and made the flavor a solid 10. The flavor of the salsa was mild, but greatly enhanced when you added salt, but the chips were too thick like crackers, and very oily. Id love to give it a round two and see if I have a better experience next time. The dishes customers had around me looked much fuller than mine. I was able to eat 100% of everything but still didn't feel full. (Forgot to take a picture of the main dish, sorry)

This is one of my absolute favorite places in Tucson! As a long time vegetarian this was a great comfort restaurant to enjoy when I wanted to eat out! Everyone is always so friendly and there isn’t a wrong choice on the menu! The serving sizes are amazing and the drinks are always fresh/high quality. I recommend trying their specials, they’re always 10/10!

This restaurant is the best vegan Mexican food I have ever had. I loved that it wasn’t greasy and fried. We were welcomed immediately into the space and the menu was explained to us. I wish we could have this type of food in Minnesota! We ordered the nachos and tostadas. We also got the turmeric lemonade. It was delicious! When we got home I went onto the website and watched the interview about the chef and owner. It was so inspiring and beautiful. Congratulations on all of your hard work. It really shows!

Tumerico has been voted the #1 vegan restaurant in the U.S.—and after eating here, wow, we completely understand why! From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm, vibrant, and welcoming. Every dish that came out of the kitchen felt like it was made with love and creativity. We ordered the Sonoran Barbacoa, Machaca Plate, Posole Soup, a Sampler Plate with Al Pastor & Cuban Tacos and a Frida Kahlo Tostada. We also tried the and the Mesquite Mole Enchiladas. Each plate was bursting with bold, fresh flavors and beautiful presentation and came with a side salad, fresh guacamole, beans and Cilantro Rice. All were FANTASTIC and over the top DELICIOUS!! To sip, we tried the Elderberry Lemonade and Creosote Lemonade—both refreshing, unique, and the perfect complement to the meal. The flavors are bold, fresh, and rooted in local inspiration. You won’t find cookie-cutter vegan here—every plate is inventive and scratch-made. There was plenty of seating and the walls were decorated with local art and murals! Tumerico’s story is as inspiring as its menu—it all started with the owner selling her beloved vegan tamales out of a cooler, and today the restaurant has grown into a national destination. Portions are generous, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff clearly care about making your experience memorable. Whether you’re vegan or not, this is the kind of food that makes you excited to eat plant-based. Tumerico is a Tucson treasure and absolutely worth the hype. We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant has a serious reputation now...it's not cheap, but it's a good treat for yourself. You deserve it! You order, pay, and take a number to your table of choice. You'll find a collection of clean forks on the table. There's a self service salsa bar and ice water is also nearby the salsa. Don't miss out on the house speciality beverage. The prickly pear latte. You won't get one of these in Chicago or Minneapolis. This restaurant has been voted the best restaurant in the US 2x in a row. Both 2023&2024. Will they continue to be queen of the yelpers? Only time will tell. At the end of the meal you bus your own table. Im hoping to meet the owner in person one of these visits. Her passion for her roots, her culture, and her ability to provide good healthy vegan and vegetarian food that tastes magnificent, are inspirational. If I have not mentioned it yet, no meat at this location carnivores! But across town there is another place owned by Wendy Garcia, LA chaiteria a place with both meat and vegetarian options.

We were traveling from Tucson to Las Cruces. We stopped for a pizza and we were surprised at how good their pizza was. The crust was perfect and had plenty of ingredients. We had the Carnivor. It really hit the spot. I kept the business card so I won't forget the place. I will be back.

What a lovely pizza shop! Excellent customer service from all the staff. I appreciate their safety measures with masks and social distancing. The food is amazing. I can’t believe how cheap the lunch special is, $6 for a GIANT slice and a drink! I’ve tried the pizza, salad, meatball sub and cannoli so far and have loved them all. I can’t wait to try more of their items. Go and give them your business, you won’t be disappointed!

Closest to NY style pizza we have had while in AZ this winter. Great lunch deals with a huge slice (really 2 reg slices in 1) for a plain cheese pizza and a 20 Oz soda for $7. We added sausage for $1. Very good and quick friendly service too!

Interesting flavors. Reasonable price for a bottle of Italian wine. We sat out back, which was much quieter than inside. We were a bit surprised by the amount of self-service. Portions were good. We enjoyed our visit to this re-purposed mortuary, the oldest in Tucson.

A solid spot for pasta and wine, though some dishes were disappointing. Visiting as walk-ins on a Sunday evening, we were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, but we could sit at the bar and order drinks while we wait for a table. We accepted and enjoyed a glass of Pinot Grigio at the bar. Soon after, we were seated at a nearby table where a friendly server took our orders. We started with brussels sprouts as an appetizer, which unfortunately arrived overly burnt and excessively oily, making the flavors overwhelming and unenjoyable (3/10). For mains, we chose the vodka rigatoni and a classic pepperoni pizza. The rigatoni was excellent and the highlight of the meal (8/10). However, the pepperoni pizza was greasy, oily, and overall nothing special (5/10). The service, although friendly, felt somewhat distant as we rarely saw our server for the rest of the evening. Prices were about average, but aside from the enjoyable wine and pasta, the pizza and brussels sprouts left much to be desired and overall a disappointment.

This is my go to spot for brick oven pizza , they never disappoint ! The craft drinks are ways so great and refreshing too. Recommended! The ambience is low lighting and mostly always busy on weekends. They also have an outside patio area with a bar which is nice.

Was in town for the weekend on work and was craving some pasta. Came here and was greeted by some friendly staff including Sadie and enjoyed a very delicious espresso martini. I ordered the rigatoni and had a great time in this very cozy restaurant!

I went at 17:00 and booked a table. I gets very busy. The Simple salad was a mix of salad leaves with a dressing. It was huge. Enough for two people. Pizzas were thin crust so that was just right.

Summer was super friendly and helpful! Darlena, the mixologist at the Tough Luck Club, was phenomenal and explained and answered all of our questions! In addition, she was nice and made amazing drinks! I highly recommend it!!!!!

This is a go-to place for my husband and I. It’s an excellent date night place. The food is always delicious and I feel well priced. Some of my personal favorites are the Brussels, roasted cauliflower and for a cocktail, the iron horse old fashioned. Yum! I haven’t gotten the chance to enjoy the garden they have outside but the speak easy down stairs is another fun stop. They have some fun cocktails.

Meh at best. Love the concept but delivery on the concept lacking. Charro breakfast burrito looks nothing like the pic when you order. Chilaquiles was more like a tostada, but great flavor. Cinnamon roll took FOREVER as it was cold when delivered initially... took it back up and after 10 minutes had to go find out where it was. Disappointing experience and on the fence for returning .

My food was yummy and didn’t take long to come out at all, neither did the food for my two friends. The music was great, the atmosphere lively and despite the huge group of people there that Sunday didn’t take long for a seat at all. I only give 4 stars because one of my two friends got her food, the chicken and waffles first before we got ours and now it makes sense like they may already had on hand and didn’t want to waste because was super dry and not very yummy. But the other two plates to come out were delicious and fresh! Especially my steak and eggs 🤤 I’d go again.

We ordered the Meat at Monica Pizzetta, and it was absolutely delicious 🤤. Seen in the pictures are also the two mocktails from the bar. The restaurant has seating options to match every vibe, from private booths to relaxed couches, along with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s well-lit and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We really loved our time there💕

The menu may be "tipica americana", but the food is ridiculously good, the cocktails are fantastic (get the "Screw the Diet" while you can), and the service is impeccable. Great big shout out and kudos to bartender Stacy, an incredibly gracious hostess and deadly mixologist - she elevated the whole afternoon. The Monica is the best thing going downtown. Thank you all!

Weekday lunchtime can be busy. This is a walk up to the counter and order place. While they have individual table QR codes to order from your table, the connection is very slow so we went up to the counter. Follow the arrows on the ground to order. Accepts El Charro gift card....remember get them in July for special discounts. The seared ahi tuna tostada was delightful and had a wide variety of toppings including edamame. A little light on the spicy guacamole. Tostada shells were average. Pickup some extra napkins as it can be messy. The burger was delicious. The walnut brownie is simply great. Moist and with a firm top. Patio tables are available and a lot quieter.

I got a steak with fries and gravy. It was yummy. We also got the risotto at the table. It was loved. The outside seating worked out well for us. I'm pretty sure I got a beer too but I don't remember if it was local or not. Please don't forget to tip your server.

IDK… It’s just… fine. It’s overpriced for just counter service. Had breakfast here a few times over the years and it’s always been just kinda average, but for the price especially, not really worth it. Flavors and food all are just mid. Also, can y’all step up your coffee game? Ordered a cappuccino and it had no foam, was way too big(like 12oz), a cap should be 6oz max, and it was served in a to-go paper cup. I noticed coffee mugs on the way out the doors… why do you have mugs then? $85 before tip for two adults and two kids.

Food was delicious and of course love the fries with the ranch! The pizza was actually really good and my husband got turkey and cheese hero sandwich which also was very good the staff was nice and food came out quickly! Love this place! The icee drinks are also less sugary than other places and were very yummy

First time here. Wonderful food and service! Diego and Sky were Amazing and provided excellent service! We will be back and won't ever go to their competitor eegees. This place is cleaner, friendlier staff, more food choices and better tasting frozen drinks. Their flavor sweet tea frozen drink tastes like a raspado!! Love it here!!!

The pizza is the beat thin crust pizza I've had. Their sandwich both hot and cold are great. Nothing beats their fancy fries garlic or pizza. They have many different kind of food and they ate all great I'm 75% of the through the menu and it's amazing. The Italian shaved ice is so much better than anyone else's. The lunch snack box is the best lunch price around especially for the size and taste.

So delicious! We tried the watermelon and OJ creamsicle Italian ice flavors. The “snack box” is a great deal for half a cheese pizza and a large portion of fries.

I ordered online, and went to pick the food up. There was a child taking orders and money. The person that had to pay right before me was charged for an item three times. Visually the food looks fantastic. The bread is fresh and fluffy. I can't deny that the presentation was great. There was no flavor to any of the food though, very bland. I might revisit when they aren't as busy.

I had a great time at Slice and Ice. The food was delicious and pricing was really good, too. The "snack box" was a fantastic deal. Cheese pizza nice and crispy. Nice portion of fries, got the garlic fries which was delicious. The strawberry lemonade ice was really good, right portion of sweetness. My mom got the veggie hero. She mentioned multiple times how good the sandwich was and well-toasted the bread was. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed. We look forward to coming again.

Drove 30min one person ahead of me took almost 10-15 in drive thru waiting. Didn’t give me the two ranches on the side I asked for. Almost forgot to give me my pizza and on top of that couldn’t even enjoy it since it was all burnt…

I just had an excellent experience here! Told the bar tender I wanted a cocktail made with mezcal, but had no idea what I wanted beyond that. He made me the perfect cocktail (called a dirty word—like the name of the drink is "dirty word") Well done sir. ALSO the wall with iconic Tucson-related things is SO COOL and even includes KITT PEAK NATIONAL OBSERVATORY!! WHERE I WORK! I am so impressed! Everything is red in the bar, which was a little unsettling to my friend, but it didn't bother me too much. It's dark in there, so it's not like, glaring red (except maybe in the restrooms, where there's more light). My final not is that upstairs, they have these spinning stools, which seem like a bad idea, given people are drinking, but my friend and I had a great time with them, and didn't hurt ourselves. We had a great time at R Bar, and I hope to return before long.

Absolutely amazing! Went on a rainy night with my wife and there was a live band playing romantic jazzy tunes! Stunning atmosphere and delicious drinks! Definitely will be returning!

Went with a friend to watch his friend's band. Was drinking cranberry and vodka's. The bar tender made good drinks. Also the patio heaters were very welcoming got a table close to one and watched the band. Was a good experience but then again downtown is always fun.

It's my favorite bar to hang out at downtown. Happy hour drink prices are great. It has a nice atmosphere and its laid back. It's a nice bar to just hang out at. It's not too loud so it's a good place to take someone and conversate. They have a dj that comes in later and I've enjoyed the music.

The greatest cocktail bar of all time... In my opinion. Its menu is a delight of drinks ranging from creative and strange to perfected classics. The atmosphere ranges, depending on the night, from small a d clubish to intimate and upscale. In short something for everyone and always my top Pick.

Food here is all frozen and reheated, if you want a burger there are fresh and cheaper options. The chips came from a bag, not made at location. Drinks are OK and decently priced. Would recommend another place to eat though.

Bartenders ignored us for over 15 minutes, but helped people who sat down well after us and next to us. Bar was half empty which made no sense. We tried getting anyone behind the bars attention and when we finally did they never put in our food order and took forever to get the beer we ordered. I get this is an airport bar but with 7 people behind the bar and this poor of service is insane.

Skip charro's as you come up the ramp. Come to this place for the food dos equis on draft and food that's worth the price! Get the Cuban, Benji's way! Totes worth it. Charro was OK, but not worth the prices, $20 for a tiny plate of nachos... come to thunder canyon and eat and drink like a king!

Had the dry river pilsner, its a good light beer. Tropical wheat is a really sweet and partially sour beer but still good. Blueberry Gose is definitely a sour and sweet beer as well. Old west ipa is not as hoppy but definitely bitter. Had the personal pan pepperoni pizza and was a good snack before the flight.

Thunder Canyon is a great bar centrally located for layovers in Tuscon. Solid selection of beers, wine, and some spirits. They offer a very limited menu, but people seemed to enjoy it. I had already grabbed something earlier. Staff is attentive, even when this place gets swamped. if you are looking for a bar in the Tuscon airport, don't look any further, you'll just come back here.

The beer is as good as I remember it. I was super excited to see that TCB had brought back the Warhead Stout. Nothing gets you relaxed for a flight like a 20oz beer at 11% ABV. My flying companion enjoyed the Doble Diablo (8.0% ABV). The bar was packed, but the bartender was quick to get us our beers. If you want an authentic Tucson craft beer, stop by and give it a try. Why not support a local business? I have not had the pleasure to try their spirits, but if they are anything like their craft beer, you will not be disappointed. I think I will continue to pick Delta out of Tucson, just to grab a TCB craft beer before my worldly travels.

Pulled up at 6am, 2 hours before appointment. Delivery guy helped me figure out receiving. Forklift operator got me to correct dock and and parking lot. Started unloading as soon as I docked the wheels and was complete in about a half an hour. Everyone in staff that I came across was polite and professional. Great experience. Will definitely take another load there without hesitation.

I delivered here on 03/23. The staff here was very professional and polite. !!This location only unloads by appointment!!. My original appointment was for the 24th, my carrier rescheduled for 09:00 on the 23rd since I was running early. I arrived at 06:15. The gate was locked so it took a while to find someone, but once I did they let me dock early and got me & another truck unloaded quickly. /// Docked at 07:15 Unload started at 08:15 Empty at 08:45 /// There is plenty of room to pull in the gate and u-turn around towards the entrance and then straight-back into the docks. I would gladly deliver here again. Though, I don't recommend showing up more than 1 hour early before appointment. But if you do and the gate hasn't been unlocked yet, pull to the side of the street, bring your papers and wait patiently by the gate until you get the attention of a forklift operator.

Great place for any driver. They start receiving at 6 am. I got here and immediately received a door. I informed the fork lift driver that I was a new driver and he was very polite. Everyone I've encountered here were professional and polite. 10/10 would haul for again. Also received a free water. Only if other shippers/receivers gave us this much respect.

Good experience unloading here. Looked like a tight place to turn around from Google maps but lot was empty and easy to turn and dock in. Would deliver here again

Great place for an outdoor cold beer on a warm or sunny day. At the end of Tucson’s 4th Ave commercial area and 9th st. Great draft beers and the Dillinger signature draft was great. It’s pretty small outside so seating is limited and inside it’s even smaller. Staff was nice. VictorB

Good IPA and a nice tap list. Has a food trailer outside with a limited menu of tasty hotdogs, tacos, and nachos to eat with your beer. My favorite beer was the Dillinger IPA.

Simply some of the best beers around. They boldly go after different flavors like no other brewery. Most flavored beers seem like half-baked attempts. These taste different, because they actually put care into their brews. In particular, I’ve been impressed with the mangonada and the Serrano chile beer. They have a new, stronger, version of the mangonada as well. Flights offer a fun way to try multiple. The location is ideal. Right off 4th avenue and close to the other breweries off congress. Though this is right in the heart of a bar district, the crowd in this brewery always manages to feel civilized. The prices are fair and the staff rock!

#169 on the world brewery tour. Loved the atmosphere, an old hotel! The serreto chili beer was my favourite!

Beers are phenomenal. Also, what a perfect place to be situated! Right along 4th Ave, very close to Congress. Fantastic atmosphere — in and out. Great bartenders, too. Can’t wait to come back!

Great experience here. The bartender was so over the top friendly that we ended up staying for a couple hours just to hang out and chat with her! The beers I tried were all delicious. I highly recommend the mango sour. Took some to-gos home with me that weren't on tap (I might have picked those just because the can was hilarious with the birds are fake thing, but the ipa inside was great too lol). She even gave us a great recommendation for her favorite place to grab dinner down the road since their food truck was closed.

Great place, great beers, and great staff. I ordered one beer, Ghost (sp?) IPA and talked with the bartenders only to find out they were from back east just like me and we even seem to have met some of the same beer industry folks. About eight minutes before closing time, they offered me another beer and had no problem with me staying a half hour after they officially closed to drink up. I definitely recommend the brewery for their beers and their enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders. I only wish they had some food and were open a bit later.

This place is absolutely incredible. I would go as far as to say it is the best apartment building in Tucson (especially if you would like to live downtown). The management is one of the main reasons for this. It’s hard to explain exactly why they are so on point however, every resident I’ve talked to always agrees. They just really care and take a lot of pride in their work. The building we live in is not so big which really makes it a community. We also love the rooftop deck, the newly remodeled doggy relief area (which is so cool now), the Luxerbox 📦📫 and the convenience of living downtown. Our apartment itself is really nice too and we love the view.

I had an absolutely wonderful time living at One East because the fit was right! When I moved in, I was a late 20’s working professional who had recently returned to the United States after living for several years abroad. I wanted to get to know the city, live downtown, be within walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants, and all the elements that comprise the heartbeat of the city – and that it did provide! Unexpectedly, the apartment complex itself provided a strong sense of community as it generally drew other working professionals, graduate students, retirees or empty nesters, all of whom seemed to have the shared interest of living downtown and experience what it had to offer. As a result, the management actively hosts gatherings ranging from Friday Art exhibits to trivia nights to, around the holidays, just having festive snacks to grab on the go. In terms of the support elements, the management also does a great job. Service requests are tended to promptly, information pertinent to all residents is disseminated quickly via email, and multiple safety measures are implemented throughout the building; you can just tell that the property and community are proactively managed. Just as a particular phase in my life had brought me to live downtown and at One East, entering a new phase of my life has caused me to purchase a home...otherwise, I would not have left! Hope you end up in Apt 607! That was ours :D

We had a nice viewing experience with Crystal while we were in town house-hunting for our work transfers. She showed us an available 2BR unit in 1 East Broadway, and the shared amenities at 1 West Broadway. On the upside, we were impressed with the upkeep and security of the two buildings. They've especially gone the extra distance to cater to dog owners and art aficionados. We were less impressed with the plan and décor of the unit we viewed. It seemed smallish and cramped, and the light gray color palette didn't help matters. The rooms away from the exterior wall also lack natural lighting, although the frosted window between the living room and bedroom were at least an effort.

Been here for a year and a half and it's been great. Good location; all the restaurants and cafes and bars of downtown Tucson are a short walk from the building. Amenities are pretty good: rooftop deck, lounge, and small gym. The apartments themselves are fairly small but nicely appointed. It's not the cheapest place out there, but the apartments are solid and the location can't be beat.

One East has been a fantastic place to live. All of the tenants and staff are friendly, and the complex feels so safe. The apartments isolate sound very well, even the street noise is very faint. Amenities are everything you could ask for. It’s a great little community to live in.

An absolute nightmare. This is without a doubt the worst place I've ever lived, do not believe the shill reviews posted here. Just consider this, I paid $6000 to get put of my lease to end my nightmare living situation at this terrible apartment. First off, when I moved in the guest toilet wasn't working, one of the bulbs was out in the master bedroom, there was a stain next to the guest bathroom toilet that looked ALOT like fecal matter. Also, the exit gate has been malfunctioning since I moved in, it has consistently failed to open, and it has repeatedly closed on multiple residents cars (including my own). It has gotten to the point where an email was sent to residents apologizing for the issue. This is NOT OK, but it doesn't seem to be a big concern to management as the issue continues. Okay, I'm a reasonable person, I understand that things can be missed by the maintenance people that apparently check the unit before someone moves in and electronics can malfunction. However, this pales in comparison to what I'm about to describe. There is absolutely no sound isolation coming from above, every morning between 4-5am I was woken by what sounded like a circus by my above neighbor. Also, something is seriously wrong with the plumbing, imagine being woken up on a nightly basis by what sounds like an earthquake, because one of the above neighbors flushed their toilet. You would think $2200/month would be enough to secure a decently quiet place, this is not the case at 1 East Broadway. This is not a luxury apartment, it is more like a college dorm. Finally, the management, specifically Crystal. She is one of the rudest most insincere people I have ever met. You do not want this person as your landlord because she will not help you one bit with respect to your concerns. I can sum up her attitude with one of my nightmare experiences of dealing with her: The noise above got so bad one night that I decided to take the elevator up to have a reasonable chat with my upstairs neighbor. I pressed the button for elevator and almost missed it because I was looking at my phone. As it was closing I stuck out my leg to block it so that I could get in...Crystal apparently saw this on the cameras and accused me the next day of kicking in the elevator door. All I could do was look at her in shock, it was obvious that she could care less about helping me deal with the upstairs noise. This was a valuable lesson for me, you don't always get more by paying more. Do not make the same mistake as me, avoid this apartment like the plague. Believe it or not the $6000 I paid to get out of the lease was the best decision I've made, my nightmare is finally over. I am now living in a much cheaper place and I can actually sleep at night. There is much more, but what I've described above are the most egregious failings of this apartment. BEWARE, you have been warned so you have no excuse. I'm writing this because I wish someone would have warned me. One final note: I was charged $75 move-in fees after I’d moved out for the master bedroom sink (which came easily unattached when using it normally during my 1st week there) and the blinds (which were also poorly put together and fell on their own). A fitting end to my nightmare at One East Broadway.

I have only been living here for three months, but I have had an incredible experience so far. An initial FaceTime tour (because I was previously living out of state), smooth move-in operations, immediate response from management and maintenance teams, and the locker package system have all made my experience here amazing. Oh, and all of my neighbors and other residents are so friendly! Very secure building/community.
