American restaurant
Kingfisher is a renowned seafood house with a vintage interior and a popular happy hour. Co-owner Jacki Kuder describes it as an upscale yet casual restaurant offering fresh seafood, grilled meat, and American-style cuisine. The restaurant prides itself on flying in seafood daily from both coasts, ensuring the highest sustainability rating. The menu features inventive and classic dishes like Grilled Sea Bass with crispy pork belly and spicy stone fruit chutney.
Lamb was delicious, had a char, and was fall-off-the-bone. Each bite was great. Greens were cooked down and the couscous was the perfect addition to the lamb. Ribs were thick, meaty, and sweet. Clam chowder tasted like new England clam chowder. Chowder was very generous with the amount of clams. There was a clam in every spoonful. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious meal with great service.

I was told this was the best fish in Tuscon, and I wasn't disappointed! Delicious seafood options with seasonal menus to keep up a variety of offerings in addition to their main selection. Now, I don't know if this place uses the words "fine dining" in its marketing, but if they did it wouldn't be far off the mark. The service was like that of fine dining restaurants I've visited - highly attentive, respectful, non-invasive, well-informed servers. Hats off to the staff, I was treated like a queen. Now, because I'm an honest reviewer: The main thing that would give me pause on calling it a fine dining experience (as opposed to simply a high quality seafood restaurant) was the atmosphere. The lighting was high, the walls were vibrant blue (with some plain brick walls), and there wasn't much of a dress code (for patrons). And, maybe it's just preference, but the overall internal design sense felt plain. Great for a date. Probably great for a business outing. Maybe not the choice if you're looking for fully immersive fine dining, but ABSOLUTELY the choice if you just want delicious fish and excellent service to give you a stellar lunch or dinner.

What a great place for dinner. My Wife had the lobster roll and I am not the big seafood person so I had the Bacon Burger. She said it was fantastic and fresh. My burger was good too. The side of sweet potato chips were so good. Yes, it’s a little pricy, and good food always does.
Mike M — Google review
The food was incredible. I've been wanting to come here for years and it was worth it despite the prices. The seafood is cooked so well and the drinks, alcoholic or non, are house made and fantastic. The food is just amazing.

Thank you, Am Bar, for the wonderful service! I ordered calamari, oysters, and fish and chips—easily the best selection I’ve ever had. My server recommended the California oysters, and she was absolutely right. The staff were so attentive, always checking in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Polite, genuine, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!
Moape R — Google review
Everything was amazing! We started with a caesar and a wedge salad which were both delicious. Then we had the steak, the lamb, the paella and the lobster roll. I would recommend any and all of these! The cheesecake was delectable and even the drinks were great/well poured (lemon drop and old fashioned). I can't wait to come back and try everything else!
Ashley — Google review
This was a very good lunch for us. Their selection of seafood is really good. All of my oysters that I have were really good! My wife had salmon and she really liked it also. The service was good. The only negative thing I have to give about this place Is that the interior looked tired. I would come back.

We are relatively new to Tucson and just visited Kingfisher for the first time. It Certainly won't be our last! Every dish seemed well-planned and well executed. Extensive cocktail selection and all of the food we tried was delicious. Our server Gabby did a wonderful job, with great attention to detail. The white Gazpacho and shoestring fries were particularly outstanding! We'll be back soon!

American restaurant
Union Public House is an American gastropub located in St. Philips Plaza, offering a wide selection of draft beers and a creative menu featuring all-American fare made with local, sustainable ingredients. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu including pretzels, poutine fries, salmon cakes, meat and cheese boards, salads, flatbreads, and sandwiches. Additionally, it prides itself on having the largest whiskey selection in town. The daily social hour from 3-6 p.m.
We LOVED Union and on our five day trip we stopped here three times with and without our teenagers. The vibe is fun, music got the thumbs up from the teens and the live music outside was awesome. Did I mention karaoke? We had dinner here on our last night which happened to be St Patrick’s Day and though crazy busy our food was out quick, drinks good and we left happy. If you’re thinking bar food it’s so much more. We couldn’t believe how great their pickles were on the appetizer menu, cold, crispy and the brine so good! We also had quite a few pretzels. My kids were a huge fans. My hubby and son ordered fried chicken dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and the talked about how good it was for hours ha ha. I wish they had some sour beer options or more ciders, but the angry orchard on tap was good. Definitely better than the bottle. Service at the table lacked and took forever to get her attention for refills, but there were other employee running things who did step in to help. Latest night we stopped in at the bar. Bartenders were great and friendly. We did witness a few people cut of and asked to leave, but it was handled well and there were no issues. I was honestly glad to see safety was top priority. Inside and outside seating is beautiful. The courtyard is shared with other restaurants, but it flows well. I wish they had a place like this close by my house. Can we pick it up and move it ha ha ha Such a great vibe!

We were taken here when we went to visit family in Tucson. It was quite and eas to have a conversation. The food was good. Portions were big. Fish and chips were awesome. Crispy and very tasty. The Ceasars salad was very big and flavorful. The pork sliders were good. Again very flavorful. Only reason we knocked off a star was that the sliders were special ordered and they got it wrong, so we had to wait for that order after the rest of the food arrived. We'll still go back when we visit Tucson.

There's not a better way to spend a weekend! The beautiful open air mall is host to a beautiful array of specialty shops and eateries. Weekends are host to a Farmers Market which gives an insight to local artisans of all sorts, metal works, wood works, jewelry, baked goods & so much more. The early evening hours display of local live music is an added plus. This night I was entertained by the amazingly talented Ruta Verbena & it was a great surprise. A local band featuring Latin sounds, mostly their original composition, had the audience tapping their toes & hitting the dance floor while taking in the beautiful setting of the courtyard and it's fountain. This is definitely a wonderful place to spend the day !

We ordered chicken tenders and pizza. Both were great! Chicken tenders seasoned to perfection and crispy, its definitely a must! Honestly the best tenders anywhere in Tucson. We love the vibe at Union Public House! Definitely recommend checking it out. Save room for dessert! This place makes all their desserts from scratch, and they're incredible. The perfect way to end a great meal.
Shirley B — Google review
Good food and great service. My waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere was pretty cool as well. They had a band playing outside in the courtyard and sports on all the TV's. Will return if I'm back in town for work.
Anthony G — Google review
We went for lunch on Sunday 10/19. We walked in and were not greeted by the host or server. They seemed annoyed so we just greeted them and asked for a table for two. We were taken to our table and ordered appetizers which were delicious. We then ordered our lunches and again the food was great. However our server was not attentive at all. She checked back once and we had to ask for refills. Then it took a long time after we were finished to get boxes and the check. We saw other servers that were nice and taking care of their guests and we were pretty much ignored almost the entire time. Food was great, but the service was pretty bad.
Gladys C — Google review
We loved our time here. We came with a group of 17 and we all had a ball. The drinks were amazing. Espresso Martinis and Cucumber Coolers were the big hit. But the biggest hit of the night was the band! We wished they played longer!
Kerrie F — Google review
All of our dishes were either extremely mediocre or bad. The pretzel appetizer tastes like frozen grocery store pretzels, the chicken and rice soup tasted like it was from a can, and the macaroni and cheese was flavorless (neither of my kids would even eat it.) Their patio would be nice if 1) it didn’t smell like cigar smoke, 2) it wasn’t swarming with ants, and 3) there wasn’t a giant TV blasting sports (which I guess I recognize is appealing to some people). Definitely wont ever go back.

Was in town for Family Weekend for U of A. Found this place to have a bite and watch the game. It was packed. Got seated after about 15-20 mins. Food was good. Service was friendly. Not a bad sports bar.

Wonderful gem in Tucson, we got the Fish and Chips, Maui Wowie burger, and the chicken tenders, the chicken tenders were a little dry. The atmosphere is nice, and we got our food very quickly (it was a weekend too), overall a gem in Tucson, would go again!

🔥Reviewing: Trident Grill ✌🏼 🔥Rating: 4.5 out of 5 (will definitely go back) 🔥Address: 2033 E Speedway Blvd (there’s multiple locations but this one is the one we went to). 🔥Number of people eating: 4 adults (me being 38 weeks pregnant). 🔥Hours: Sun-Thurs: 11am-11pm Fri-Sat: 11am-12am 🔥Happy Hour: Mon-Fri: 3-6pm 🔥Atmosphere: Very homey and inviting. Relaxed as well. Loved the vibe. This was at 12:30, was busy but wasn’t loud at all and chill. 🔥Staff: Shawna was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely and checked on us a few times to make sure the food was good and if we needed anything. We all even had some conversations with her as well which was cool. Very personable and professional. 🔥Food: My order: Fish & Chips (subbed for sweet potato fries). Fish was soooo juicy and freaking delicious! Mouthwatering! My drink was Dr Pepper since I really wanted strawberry lemonade which they don’t have unfortunately, I originally ordered regular lemonade but it was nasty 🤢 I sent it back and got Dr Pepper since they didn’t have root beer either lol. *My bill before tip: $25 2 friends order: Chicken tenders with fries and Sandwich. 2 drinks. *Bill before tip: $36 1 friend order: Steakhouse burger and water. *Bill before tip: $16 We all really enjoyed this place and will return! 🙌🏼

Bar
The Canyon's Crown Restaurant and Pub is a family-owned establishment that offers a British-style sports bar experience. Located in charming surroundings, it serves a varied menu of international pub grub. Sues Fish & Chips, on the other hand, is a long-standing local favorite known for its traditional fish and chips dishes. With over 60 years of providing the finest seafood in town, the restaurant boasts friendly staff who are knowledgeable about their offerings.
Excellent experience from food, atmosphere, and service. Scotch Eggs were delicious and served with a honey mustard and a spicy mustard dip. Chicken tenders were flat and crispy. Fish and chips were moist and crunchy. Desserts were outstandingly delicious. Sticky Toffee Pudding was warm, sweet, with a uniformed texture throughout, and served below a generous portion of vanilla ice cream. Creme Brulee was the best I ever tasted. It had a strong Irish Cream taste which gave it a deep flavor. Server was kind and attentive. Several TV's with sports playing. I highly recommend this place.
Adam S — Google review
The Canyon’s Crown feels like a slice of Ireland and Britain tucked right into Tucson. From the outside it looks like a pub, but once you step in the warm wood, rich colors, and lively chatter make it clear this is a place where people come to gather. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance, cozy enough for a quiet pint but lively enough to keep the energy up when the room fills. The food is hearty and satisfying. Classic pub fare like fish and chips arrives golden and crisp, and the shepherd’s pie feels like comfort in a dish. There are burgers, sandwiches, and salads for those who want something a little different, but the real magic is in the traditional plates that carry the pub spirit. The portions are generous, and the flavors are as honest as the setting. The bar is well stocked, with a rotating draft list that blends local brews with international favorites. The staff are friendly and quick, always ready with a recommendation if you can’t decide between a pint or a whiskey. The Canyon’s Crown isn’t just about food and drink. It’s about the feeling that comes from being in a room full of laughter, good stories, and the comfort of a pub done right. Grateful Traveler’s Note
Chris K — Google review
This was a Facebook recommendation from a stranger so I didn't know what was coming. But first of all, it is super cute when you walk inside. A pub feel yes, but one that is well cared for. Then there is the cute seating area with plush red seats and cozy corner booths and the dark wood....it just not the usual for Tucson and it was a lovely change. The food selection had some traditional fare like french dips, burgers, and salads, but here where the magic happened for me. The menu also had dishes I've never tried before, like Scottish Eggs and sticky toffee pudding! Both of which I had to try and they were yummy! I need to come back to this place for sure.
Charlotte T — Google review
Was happy to see they had the Impossible burger as a Vegan option. It was not extra charge. Server was very nice.
Clare M — Google review
The Canyon’s Crown is a classic British style pub. It’s a perfect spot to pop in for a pint or plan on spending a bit of time and enjoy the pub meals. Service tonight was tremendous. We were greeted and seated immediately and had drinks on the table a short time later. We enjoyed the classic dark heavy wood atmosphere with red velvet seating. Food was average to above average pub fare. The fish was good the chips were great. The Guinness pie was solid and worth bringing home for another meal. Definitely try the sticky toffee pudding. We will be back to enjoy another round in the near future!!

Always awesome. Mushroom creamy chicken is a must; with some mashed potatoes and grilled veggies makes a great dinner.

We went for lunch on Friday, the Shepard's pie was delicious, the Ruben was one of the better that I have had, and however the chef's pasty was a little lack luster. It could have used a little more seasoning. Oh but the pretzel with mustard and cheese was out of this world. Their mustard is a spicy dream come true! The service was quick and the server was attentive! All in all a great pib in Tucson!

Crispy's Fish N Chips is a seafood restaurant located at 2545 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson, Arizona. With an average rating of 3.5 out of 5 based on 11 reviews, this establishment offers delicious seafood cuisine. Customers rave about the tasty fish and chips served here, which are made to order and well worth the slight wait. The food is described as great, and the fries are crispy and satisfying.
We love the fish dinners here. Fish servings are large especially the catfish. I get it breaded. Large servings of delicious fries, too. It's all done fresh so you wait a few minutes. But it's worth it. Very nice young lady takes your order and answers questions willingly. She even delivered the to to go order to my car as I had my cat coming home from the vet.
Debra S — Google review
I’ve seen this place a few times as I pass and made a mental note to check it out! Well today was the day…. I ordered Catfish and shrimp and chicken wings. The fish was actually catfish but fried in burnt oil or just cooked way too long. The only flavor to the fish was a burnt flavor that was overwhelming. Shrimp was decent but lacked the right seasoning. Chicken wings were hard and over cooked lemon pepper and garlic parm wet in the same oil as they cooked them in! Over all it’s a shame because they have the potential to be an awesome place but the love for what is coming out of that kitchen is lost or never had to begin with! The prices are high and that wouldn’t be a problem if the food was amazing! Instead I feel like I got robbed!
Michael H — Google review
This is definately a little mom and pop local place. The food wasn't bad per se but it wasn't what I have in mind when I picture fish n chips. I was thinking golden beer battered flakes white fish and what we got was really thick cut fish with a bread crumb style breading? Never have I had fish n chips like that. Also the fries had a great seasoning on them but they were somewhat soggy by the time I got home to eat. The atmosphere in my opinion needed a bit of updating. They could maybe get away with that very low budget generic looks like my grandpa decorated it aesthetic if the food was out of this world but the whole place left much to be desired. I feel bad giving this review but I know it's important to be honest.
Roxanne K — Google review
The restaurant is a little run down, yet I was very please with the shrimp tacos. When it comes to the service, it was acceptable yet I wasn’t impressed. They have the menu on the wall on top of where we place the order(menu picture attached) the prices are reasonable and they do have special. They have tables inside and outside yet u wouldn’t recommend eating here. I will recommend this restaurant and I will be returning.
Gmo P — Google review
We got both chicken and fish to go, spending $50.00, and the chicken was so over cooked our 2 dogs wouldn't even eat it. The fish was so dry that we had a hard time eating one piece between the 2 of us. Really sad because we had heard such great things about this place.
Gary W — Google review
First off Rafael was very nice when I came into the restaurant, I asked what was included in the combo , which he replied very polite .. I had eaten here before a year ago , this was the last place my deceased brother and myself shared a meal together , as I sat down at the same table , I noticed how clean the young guys had it ..I didn't mind the wait , cause I knew the fish would be fresh not sitting under lights.. My table was directly in front of the counter , instead of Rafael just handing my dinner to me he comes from behind the counter and hands it to me .❤️ Look at the fish dinner , my gosh crisp on the outside super moist and seasoned perfectly on the inside , I like my fries kind of crunchy but these were not instead , they were seasoned perfectly! The tarter sauce with just the right amount for two pieces of fish and with the correct amount of kick to it .. I will definitely go back , no wonder my brother said you are going to love this place and he was right .. Thank you Rafael ! And the hard working guys that work in that kitchen making amazing meals .

This is a hole in the wall place, food was good.

Not even the a star, definitely not for the dark skins that know how fish and shrimp should be especially not some frozen old breaded meat...can't speak for the shrimp I no longer eat bottom feeders...but when you can't get decent fries WHY BOTHER...I went off reviews which never meet my standards. But hey " they not like us" sooooo

Sues Fish & Chips is a seafood restaurant that has been a Tucson tradition since 1952. They batter their fish and shrimp every day to ensure they are fresh and crispy, making Sue's a popular choice for fish lovers in the city. The restaurant also serves up hot food, making it a great option for those looking for delicious seafood without having to travel far.
Lucky Wishbone and Long John Silvers can't touch this place. The food is absolutely deeeeeeelicious! It is definitely a must try! The service was the best, quick but old fashioned genuine service! And a very peaceful, family friendly environment! Loved it 💯🫶

dropped in after work to go check this place out, because it looked like a real Tucson original. The sandwich I got was two tilapia fillets, apparently hand dipped in panko, judging by their fresh appearance, flash fried and slapped onto a hamburger bun with a squirt of ketchup and a little bit of dill pickle. A little bit of lettuce or some shredded cabbage would have gone a long way in filling the sandwich out. another half a star taken away for any lack of hot sauce, which is unfortunate. $10.60 double fish sandwich

If you're looking for great fish that isn't overly salty but still packed with flavor, this is the place to go. The service is quick, usually taking about 10 to 15 minutes for exceptional, fresh fish. The combination of old-school and modern, respectful service makes this my go-to spot for fish in Tucson. This place has been around since the 1950s! ❤️

Was ok for frozen food. Pretty sure was frozen and i didn't see the cook battering the fish. Would I go again ? Meh... maybe if i was on that side of town and there was nothing else. Been wanting to try for years and now I have. Nice staff though!

I attempted to order the 3 piece dinner meal which the sign says is $13.00. Lady rings me up and asks for 16.09. I said that's not correct. She says, 'it's because of tax'. I told her no that tax isn't 3.09 on 13.00 and then she and another lady said 'oh, that sign is wrong. Those prices are not correct.' I politely said cancel my order and exited. And I shouldn't have ordered anyway because when I stepped inside, the floor was filthy. Which says a lot. Additionally, the surrounding area of the business is filled with what looks third world. There can't be much good (if at all) occuring in this area of town. Avoid, for obvious reasons.

Best fish and chips I have had. The service was very friendly. I have lived in Tucson my whole life and my husband just took me(he doesn’t like fish) but they have other things too. Just fabulous. Wish it wasn’t so far from us.

First time visiting ...it was very clean here. We ordered two pieces of fish and chips, and the crab cakes. (Which are balls) the price was commensurate with what we received. The fries were krispy. The portions were generous. I liked the fish fillets the most. Seems like there's a lot of history here. That's why we wanted to stop by.

The food was great, service quick & with a smile, food made while waiting, so nice & hot. The atmosphere was clean but the decor a little dated, old booths, so comfort was limited to eating in. Tables would serve as a more inviting environment.

This vibrant eatery boasts a casual atmosphere adorned with ocean-themed murals, creating an inviting space to enjoy authentic Mexican-style seafood. The menu features mouthwatering dishes such as ceviche tostadas, fried octopus, camarones rellenos, and shrimp tacos.
Wow! Delicious seafood. Our first time here for Mother's Day. Large portions at very reasonable prices. No longer waiting for a table or our food to arrive.

Order #318719 on 7/20/25 (Takeout, 4:33 PM) I’ve been a regular customer for a long time and have always enjoyed the food here never had any issues until this recent visit. Unfortunately, when my husband and I sat down to eat our takeout order, he found long blonde hairs in his fish. It was extremely disgusting and unhygienic. He couldn’t even finish his meal. This is very disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a restaurant. All staff handling food especially those with long hair should be required to wear hairnets at all times. It’s a basic health and safety standard, and I truly hope management addresses this immediately. I really love this place, but this experience was a big letdown. :(
Adriana D — Google review
The food and service is really good, the seafood was really fresh, and also the chips and salsa, but were you can taste the difference is with the shrimp it's so good not as in most of the seafood places. Also the order came really quick !

My fave dish is the grilled fish. It has great flavor and no fishy taste. I order without French fries because they aren't very good, I ask for extra salad. The limeade is fresh squeezed and refreshing. I recommend this dish!

There are several of these locations but my favorite one is on 12th & Irvington everything is good here!! Try there lemonade it is all natural and I love that ice they use. I love the Bacon wrapped with cheese and shrimp, can not go wrong with that at all. Hope you like my suggestion 📸❤😊

Nestled within the Lowes Hotel in Ventana Canyon, Flying V Bar & Grill offers an upscale Southwestern dining experience with breathtaking mountain views. Executive Chef Ken Harvey curates a delectable menu featuring tableside guacamole and other regional delights. Guests can enjoy their meal in the cozy indoor dining area or on the patio overlooking scenic landscapes. The restaurant's warm ambiance, complete with a fireplace and rustic bar space, adds to the overall charm.
It was one of the best dinners we had in Tucson. Outstanding braised lamb shank and perfectly cooked burger. The guacamole was awesome too. My smoky/fire mixed drink came with a square ice cube - loved! + It was very balanced and tasty

Came here for a Friday night dinner with a few friends. The restaurant is beautiful but the service was sub-par and the food hit-or-miss. For the prices, that was unacceptable. For example, we ordered the filet mignon, potatoes, beans, pozole, carne asada tacos, salmon belly, and corn bread. Of those, the steak, cornbread, and salmon belly were very good. The beans and potatoes were decent. And the pozole and carne asada tacos had NO seasoning to the point of being inedible. In the southwest? A carne asada or pozole without spices? And the waiter, who saw that we didn’t like those dishes because they were left mostly on the plate, didn’t check in to see if everything was ok. Nor did they check in with us when the food took 40 minutes to arrive. For the money, there are MANY better places in Tucson. Would not return here or recommend to others.
Gloria M — Google review
It’s been 13 years since I last dined at the Flying V Bar & Grill at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, and my recent return was both a nostalgic trip and a delightful rediscovery. The restaurant’s ambiance has only become more spectacular over time—walk through the elegant wooden doors and you’re greeted by a warm, Southwestern-inspired interior, with rustic wooden beams, earth-toned walls, and glowing pendant lights that create an inviting lodge-like feel. Just beyond lies the terraced deck, where you can sip your cocktails while gazing out over a serene lake, the well-manicured golf course, and the breathtaking Catalina Mountains and the Tucson city lights in the distance. It’s a magical setting that showcases the desert’s natural beauty in all its twilight glory. We began our evening with two signature cocktails: the PICANTE COWBOY and the CROWN JEWEL. The PICANTE COWBOY—featuring Maker’s Mark, Ancho Reyes Verde, ginger agave, lemon, and hellfire bitters—offered a bold, smoky flair underpinned by a subtle peppery kick. The ginger agave added a pleasant sweetness, balancing the tang of the lemon and spice from the bitters perfectly. Meanwhile, the CROWN JEWEL—mixed with Patron Reposado, pineapple turbinado, and orange bitters—delivered a tropical fruitiness that was neither saccharine nor overpowering. Both drinks were impeccably balanced and showcased thoughtful mixology, though at a premium price point. Sipping these alongside a basket of fresh artisan bread and a luxuriously whipped butter “concoction” felt like a quintessential Southwest indulgence. For dinner, we shared the GRILLED PRAWNS—a dish composed of leche de tigre, cucumber, serrano, coconut milk, cilantro, and confit squash. The flavors dazzled with their bright acidity, creamy coconut undertones, and fresh herbal notes. My only critique was the portion—three sizable prawns made it awkward to share, and we found ourselves playfully vying for the “odd one out.” Moving on to our main course, we opted for the CHILEAN SEABASS. Presented in a pool of walnut consommé with kabocha squash and a dusting of pistachio matcha, the fish was expertly cooked to a buttery, flaky finish, seasoned just enough to enhance without overwhelming its natural richness. Curiously, both dishes arrived with the same slice of undercooked squash. While flavorful in theory, the squash’s firm texture left parts of it inedible. It was a minor misstep but noticeable given the otherwise refined execution of the plates. Service throughout the evening was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable—servers appeared at just the right moments, kept our glasses filled, and were eager to answer any questions. The romantic atmosphere, panoramic views, and the warm glow from the interior’s rustic décor all contributed to a memorable night. Though portion sizes were on the modest side—particularly for the price—the overall experience of dining at the Flying V Bar & Grill remains elevated by the quality of the cuisine, the captivating setting, and the attentive service. After 13 years away, I’m delighted to report that Flying V continues to shine as one of Tucson’s most distinctive and enjoyable dining venues. JS ;-)

Wow! This place for dinner was amazing! My sister order scallops, I ordered duck, and my husband got steak. The price was worth it! The flavor for it's price was great! We also got the pork and fruit appetizer. But I would come back here just to get a tray of scallops they were so good, they were soft and buttery and flavorful and then crispy on the outside. The duck I got with the pico was not spicy at all which was nice and it was actually more of a sweet/savory, delicious! And my husband's steak flavor I don't know how to describe, maybe smokey? Very mystic type flavor and the fries he got with I believe their house made ketchup was also very good. We did decide to try dessert! My husband got butterfly lemon cake of some sort and I ordered the mousse, it was very rich! We all probably could've shared it if we wanted because I ate only a little then took the rest to go. The wait staff was very attentive to us and made sure our waters were full and checked on us to see if we needed anything else, ect.

Really unique ingredients. The flavors were much more interesting and complex than I'd expected. I thought the caldo de queso would be a straightforward cream-based, potato cheese soup. I was way off. It was so much more than that. And the mushroom tamales were something else. They're almost fried. Total game changer.
David A — Google review
The food was excellent! Our favorite was the special, which was the lamb shank with sweet potatoes mash and tortillas. The ribeye with crab bearnaise was very good though.
Kalynn H — Google review
The foods were delicious and mouthful. Be aware the full baby back ribs portion is huge so it might take a few men to finish. Great for sharing though. The portion of the Cesar's salad was small for sharing more than 2 people. View was nice and service was great! The worn chair cushions were kind of throwing me off but not such a big deal. Overall still earned a 5 stars for my experience.

We started at the resort and came here for dinner. The atmosphere was really nice especially when there was a live performance of guitar. The service was also great. The food was pretty good slightly short to the great level— the paella was a bit too sour and on the watery side, personally thinking; some of the asparagus was bit crunchy.

Located in downtown Tucson, Arizona, HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery is a trendy spot popular with a young crowd. The restaurant offers a modern twist on comfort food and serves homemade ice cream made just across the street. In addition to its delicious food offerings, the area is also home to several distilleries and breweries for those interested in local spirits and craft brews. Visitors can enjoy dishes like hot wings and cheese curds while savoring delectable ice cream flavors.
I don’t go to The Hub very often but when I do I am reminded why I like this place so much. I came here for my birthday dinner by reservation. Depending on the vibe you are going for this is a pretty classy place. The ambiance is very much on the chill side. The lighting isn’t overwhelming and bright. The view to the outside is beautiful as you can see downtown and the greenery outside. The food was spectacular! Made perfectly and absolutely delicious. Everything was made as ordered and flavorful. This was an overall great visit and place to eat with friends.

I visited The Hub Restaurant & Ice Creamery on a quiet Wednesday night (3/5/25), and while the experience had its highs and lows, it was overall a decent outing. Starting with the service—it was good. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was taken care of. However, the food itself was a bit underwhelming. I tried the Prime Rib Fries, and while the portion was fair, the meat was slightly dry. The cheese sauce, unfortunately, had seized up under the heat lamp, likely due to the slower night. The Buffalo Wings were at least served warmer and had a standard flavor you’d expect at most places offering wings, but nothing particularly stood out. What did stand out was the ambience. The mix of exposed brick and modern design gave the restaurant a stylish yet comfortable feel, making it a great spot to relax in downtown Tucson. Overall, The Hub delivers a nice setting and solid service, but the food could use a little more attention—especially when it’s not busy. I’d be open to giving it another try, maybe on a busier night when everything is fresher.

In my Tucson's top 5. The best pastrami meat Ive ever tasted, everythingelse we ordered was delicious too. Great customer service included.

Went here for dinner since it was close to the hotel I was staying at. I ordered the Calamari to start and I was surprised in a good way. It was a very Asian inspired dish that was very different for this type of restaurant. The tempura was the right amount of crisp. As my main I ordered the seared salmon over risotto. As the salmon was seared, I was expecting it to be a little raw in the center. Still great with the compliment of the cheesey risotto and the hint of cranberries. Very good overall and would go back.

The Hub was the spot. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted based on some social media posts. We chose the Mac n Cheese (with chicken) and the Pot Pie (with Chicken). They DOD NOT disappoint, delicious. Weather was pleasant so we sat outside, inside did look nice and comfortable. The bourbon whiskey selection was insane, reasonably priced pours.

Ordered a non alcoholic drink of blue color and it was so soothing. Took fish and chips. The fish was not fully marinated and cooked. The fries with cheese and herbs were good. The pistachio ice cream was delicious. The ambience is very family oriented and lively. The service is great.

North Italia is a trendy and chic trattoria that offers contemporary twists on classic Italian dishes. The restaurant boasts a stylish urban ambiance with sleek lines, white leather, exposed brick, and dark wood decor, as well as stunning panoramic city views. Their specialty lies in wood-roasted and grilled dishes, infusing a smoky flavor into everything from high-end pizzas to steaks to appetizers like grilled artichoke with lemon aioli.
My wife & I decided to try this place out for our date night. With an 18 month old at home, we don't get many nights out alone. North didn't disappoint. My Vodka Rigatoni was probably the best Italian dish I've ever had and my wife was also very happy with hers. Our waitress Olivia was awesome as well! I'd definitely recommend this place for any occasion of Italian dishes.

North Italia never disappoints. The short rib is incredible—rich, tender, and full of flavor. The shrimp scampi and eggplant appetizers are both delicious and perfectly executed. They also offer an excellent selection of wines to complement the meal. The staff is always attentive and accommodating, especially with gluten-free and other special dietary needs, which is greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is decent, but it can get quite noisy when the place is full—even out on the patio. Despite that, it’s a fantastic dining experience overall. Highly recommend!

From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone—chic yet warm, with thoughtful design touches that elevate the space without feeling pretentious. The service was impeccable from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. To kick things off, I highly recommend the New Italian Spritz. This cocktail is the perfect way to begin your evening, especially in Tucson’s warm climate. It’s crisp, refreshing, and expertly balanced—light enough to whet the appetite while packing just enough flavor to stand out. We started with the White Truffle Garlic Bread, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best appetizers I’ve had in recent memory. Rich, aromatic, and indulgent without being overwhelming, it was the perfect introduction to what would be a consistently excellent meal. Every dish we tried reflected careful preparation and a commitment to quality ingredients. From the starters to the mains, everything was flavorful, well-portioned, and beautifully presented. While it’s hard to single out one highlight, the overall experience was a harmonious blend of flavors, hospitality, and ambiance. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a standout Italian meal in Tucson, North Italia at La Encantada delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be returning—and next time, I might just order two rounds of that truffle bread.

My daughter and I shared a pizzas that were truly made with love, you could taste the care and intention in every bite. The flavors were delicious, balanced, and filled with an energy that felt like home. Our waiter was wonderful, thoughtfully pairing a Chianti with my pizza and a perfectly matched wine for my daughter’s. Everything was light, flavorful, and absolutely amazing. Honestly, there’s no other place I’d rather indulge in carbs. A truly special experience.

Had a great first time here. The service was amazing all around, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! Food was incredible with plenty of options to choose from. Recommend the Heirloom tomatoe and Burrata with some fresh bread; delicious and fresh. Views are incredible and tolerable to sit outside with covered patio.

I wish I could do 1/2 stars, it deserves a 4.5! The food was absolutely phenomenal and delicious. I think the tiramisu is a little disappointing and dry (not enough coffee soakage), but the pasta was to die for and had that fresh flavor and perfect aldente bite. The cacio e pepe arancini was my favorite thing I've eaten this month, sooo tasty! Drinks were great as well. For a Tuesday night I was surprised by how loud and busy it was, so service was kind but a little bit slow at times (I don't mind hanging out during a meal, so no biggie). It's a beautiful space but my one complaint is it was seriously so loud I could barely hear our waiter or my husband sitting across from me. That said, we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. The T Bone was cooked to the perfect Temperature. The French Onion Soup was excellent. The surprise standout was the Cowboy Beans, straight Fire. Even the desert was great. The Fried Mushrooms were hand made and not pre breaded frozen mushrooms. If I am in Tucson again I will have to stop here again.

Ate here while in town for business on a recommendation from a co worker. This place is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is typical old school steak house, which I love. The staff were friendly, courteous and on the spot with service. Our drinks never went empty. There were 3 of us and we had different steaks, Rib eye, Prime Rib and Sirloin and these were the best steaks we have had in a very very long time. They were grilled over an open flame using mesquite wood. The char was perfect, cooked to perfection and excellent flavor. Highly recommend this steak house if you are ever in town.

Traditional and old style steakhouse. I love that we can see how the meats are getting cooked and there is a self-serve salad bar. The staff was friendly and accomodating. As far as food taste, its not the greatest just okay. The ribs I got was kinda dry and the steak was a little chewy. The burger patty was dry as well. Not a bad choice to dine in if you are in the area.

I had mixed feelings about my experience at The Parish. The food was definitely the highlight — everything I ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in the dishes they serve. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. Our server wasn’t very attentive — we waited quite a while to get her attention multiple times throughout the meal. It felt like we were forgotten at points, which took away from the overall experience. The atmosphere was okay — nothing particularly memorable, but not unpleasant either. With some improvements in service and a little more energy in the dining space, this place could be a solid go-to.

Great food, I got the parish burger, if you like red onions its a great burger. My dads steak and frites were the highlight of the table, super tender and juicy and fries were fluffy and crunchy. As someone born in New Orleans, I can promise that The Parish is one of the best restaurants in Tucson for scratch-made, Southern-inspired food with a bold Cajun twist! This locally-owned gastropub delivers on flavor, atmosphere, and cocktails. The drinks were impressive. The Sister Lost Soul (Tucson’s 2024 City of Gastronomy Cocktail of the Year) was smooth and layered, while the Mrs. KC Mule, made with house-infused strawberry basil vodka, elderflower, and ginger beer— was refreshing and bright. We started with the Black & Blue Brussel sprouts, which had a great kick from the seasoning and blueberry hot sauce—crispy, smoky, and addictive. The Cast Iron Cornbread was fresh from the oven, perfectly crunchy on the outside with cinnamon and honey shining through, served with sweet bourbon butter. The Gumbo was hearty and deeply satisfying and the added Crawfish perfectly cooked. And the Drunken Angel pasta—Burgundy angel hair with shrimp, crawfish, lobster broth, saffron cream, and parmesan—was absolutely fantastic! For dessert, the bread pudding was warm, rich, and decadent—the perfect to end to a Louisiana meal. Our server Shawn was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. My water glass was never empty. The Parish nails it with eclectic vibe, warm service, and unforgettable food. If you’re searching for where to eat in Tucson, this is it! Highly recommend!

We love food and service. Needs a bit of maintenance. But never disappoints. Our Sunday bar waitress is so attentive and remembers how we like our drinks. It's comfort food and good service what keeps bringing us back.

I have no words for how good this place is! Brooke our server was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing. The views were amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!. We live about 45min to an hour from this place and it is so worth the drive. We will definitely be back!!

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. This place is seriously overpriced for what turned out to be bland, forgettable food. The cornbread came out cold—because nothing says “welcome” like stale and sad. The vibe wasn’t any better: the place looked dingy, the floors looked like they hadn’t seen a mop in days, and we waited way too long just to be acknowledged by the staff. For the price, I expected something to stand out—instead, I left wondering how this place is still open. Definitely not coming back.

Been wanting to try this place for years and finally got around to it. And it didn't disappoint. Always has good reviews!! My kid had the Mac n cheese and he totally approved. It was delicious. So were the fries!! I havmd the daily special, the vampire Birria tacos. They were so yummy. And with consume and rice and beans!! I was full! Good beer selection too!! Totally coming back!!!

Overall, the food was decent, not great. My wife and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. The atmosphere and location is picturesque and the service was excellent. The food tastes pretty bland, nothing overly exciting. Also ordered the beer flight which is four 4oz beers.

Saguaro Corners has been on my list for a while, and this weekend was the perfect excuse to finally make the escape—from the Fentanyl zombies shitting in the streets to the clean air and peace up north. The weather was perfect, the vibe out here is pure white utopia. Even the dishwasher looked like he walked straight out of a Scandinavian ski lodge. The place delivers on atmosphere, no doubt. Great beer selection, solid service, and that older interbreeder crowd chilling outside gave it a mellow, sun-drenched kind of charm. I’ll definitely be back for the ambiance, drinks, and that hit of "everything’s alright" you get sitting under the desert sky. But let’s talk about the food—specifically that $17 Reuben. I measured the thing: 6 inches by 2 inches. Then they cut it 1/2 with no shame .. That’s not a sandwich, that’s a damn canapé. And the meat? A stingy, teasing little layer like someone in the kitchen was told to stretch a single brisket across a week’s worth of orders. You can’t serve that and call it a Reuben. Call it what it is—a $9 appetizer dressed up to disappoint. Total shame. I left knowing I’d be hungry again in an hour. So yeah, come for the vibe, come for the drinks, just don’t come expecting to leave full if ya get the $17 Reaben 👍🏻

Bob's Steak & Chop House is a Texas-born chain located in the Omni Tucson National. The restaurant offers a classy atmosphere and serves big slabs of beef, seafood, and an extensive wine list. The menu features prime steaks, chops, seafood, and delicious desserts like Bob's Classic Bread Pudding with Grand Marnier Caramel sauce and French Silk Vanilla Ice Cream. The ambiance is elegant yet simple, with stiff drinks and an impressive wine selection.
I held a private event here and cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The service was exceptional from my initial phone call for information all the way to the end of my dinner. The manager, Vila Jarrell welcomed my mother and me during our initial consultation and helped make my evening everything I hoped it could be. She was very communicative throughout the process. Come the evening of the event, the entire meal was fabulous. The steaks were unforgettable. Vila helped pair wines for the dinner. Colleen and Joe also provided amazing service. The entire team helped such a special day feel celebrated. Thank you!

We had a good dinner, nothing outstanding. The tuna was fresh, the steak was prepared correctly Pittsburgh style medium rare, the crab cakes was delicious. The staff was professional but not too friendly. The view it’s beautiful and the ambiance is nice.

A really lovely place for our 14th wedding anniversary. Bruce was fantastic. We loved our steak, the ambiance, everything. The dry aged NY strip I got was one of the best steaks I've ever had. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Had a reservation for seated immediately. We ordered shrimp cocktail & crab cake appetizers. The shrimp was tasty but a little chewy. The crab cakes were really good. We split the 22 oz prime bone-in rib-eye it was good. Came with smashers and a whole carrot, very good. Also ordered mac n cheese & onion rings... delicious. The cocktails came quickly..refreshing & yummy! Celebrating my BDay got chocolate, huge slice moist and delectable. Took a slice of carrot cake home. Best carrot cake I have ever had! Carrot & cinnamon main flavors had so much going on! Loved the special touch of the menu "Happy Birthday" on the header. Almost forgot the bread was soft and crusty...oh so good.

Food was not amazing and it was a bit of a let down. Although, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Steaks were cooked ok but lacked some flavor and I was expecting them to be outstanding.

Horrible food compared to the price paid. Nothing special about the place. -The chef didn't know how to cook a well-done rack of lamb. I received a medium rack of lamb. Sent the lamb back and got a very dry meat that doesn't look edible. -Mocktails were fine. -Soup was seasoned with a lot of pepper. The food was dry with no sauce. Looked good but tasted awful!

Latin American restaurant
El Berraco is a vibrant Latin seafood restaurant located in Tucson, Arizona. The restaurant's colorful and creative submarine-like exterior sets the stage for a unique dining experience. Known for its fusion of authentic and innovative Mexican seafood, El Berraco offers high-quality dishes inspired by spicy Latin cuisine. The menu features a variety of seafood options including tacos, tostadas, and ceviche bursting with tangy flavors and bold spices.
This review would be 6/5 if that were an option. I called ahead on a Saturday night as I knew they’d likely be busy. I was told they did not take reservations but could put my name on a waiting list in person. I understand that a restaurant this busy does not need to bother with a reservation system as they’ll always fill up anyways, but it does make for a more frustrating experience. I was quoted a 30 minute wait and received a call right on time that our table was ready. We chose to sit outside. When I’d arrived, there was live music inside (a bit loud, but good). The restaurant decor is quite fun, with the outside wall looking like a submarine and a consistent nautical theme throughout. Take a trip to the bathroom, they’re cool as well! Our waitress was great and offered personalized recommendations. She was attentive and the rest of the staff seemed equally so. We were impressed by the speed the orders came out. The menu offers a wide variety of creative Mexican seafood options. We tried the calamari, a few tostadas, and the sailor rice. All of it was delicious. The sailor rice would be enough for two smaller portions. I can’t wait to return to try more entrees. Prices were fair, and quality was high. I was impressed in particular by the calamari. It was the most tender, least chewy calamari I’d ever had.

This place makes a few "must dine lists" for good reason. The seafood shots were amazing. We have some seafood allergies which they happily accommodated. Great mexican seafood menu. The submarine motif is interesting, but it works.

Wonderful experience, excellent food, top tier service. Our waiter was absolutely welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. He even brought us water after the meal, after paying and topping rather than rushing us out of the door like other restaurants. Octopus is a highlight at this restaurant and they did incredible, especially for how far from the coast Tuscon is. Highly recommend, the ratings are truthful.

A very neat and cool restaurant! The live music and the theme of the restaurant were really fun! For being in the middle of the desert the seafood was very fresh! Our server was the bartender and he had a full bar so I’m not sure why the restaurant made that choice so service was a little slow! The serving of food were on the smaller side but none-less very neat and cool food! A little pricey for the portion! It was a fun and neat experience! Would try again later in time!

I order to go a caldito de red grande(cosido) for about $14.68 + tips the caldo have 3 lil pieces of beef not even enough for the tortilla that comes with it. It's way better to buy a the carniceria herredero and they are not a restaurant and the flavor way better 100 % better. Never going back.

Great Mexican Food The first thing I noticed was the spectacular selection of hot sauces in the rack on our table! The full range from somewhat mild to extra hot. I tasted them all and enjoyed the variety. Warm tortilla chips and salsa were brought to the table as we sat down. My wife had the Cameron Taco Salad. A bowl made from a fresh fried tortilla filled with loads of warm, marinated cooked shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beans, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. She absolutely loved this salad and the flavor of the shrimp. I ordered the Borchetta. This was a skewer deep fried with five good size shrimp along with bacon, onions and bell peppers. Mexican rice and beans accompanied the entree. The bacon flavor on the shrimp was great. Service was attentive and we never felt rushed during our visit. I would definitely visit here again.

Please, avoid to order the milanesas, they’re deep fried then resulting in a hard breaded beef filet. Awful taste, the beans made me sick from my stomach, and one of the salsas was spoiled. Thirsty's Neighborhood Grill is a must-visit spot known for its delectable fish and chips, featuring Atlantic cod beer-battered to perfection. On Fridays, they offer an all-you-can-eat fish fry that's a hit with locals and visitors alike. The French fries here are highly recommended for their exceptional taste. In addition to the fantastic fish dishes, Thirsty's also serves up mouthwatering options like the phenomenal French dip and decent-sized cheeseburgers bursting with flavor.
OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! First time in for dinner on a Sunday night. Assumed I'd be walking into your typical neighborhood sports bar. Expecting loud, cramped and busy. You know what they say about assuming!!!!! It's a seat yourself place where you do not have to turn sideways to walk between tables!! It's clean and the chairs don't match. Which I love. You can easily tell that the owners care more about the neighborhood and the neighbors than spending way too much money on matching chairs. There was only 1 server tonight. Yes, 1. Her name is Isabelle and she was AMAZING!!! There is a pool table, a pinball machine and CORK dart boards!!! Quirky and interesting decor, it was not freezing cold inside, the bathroom was clean, the bartenders helpful and friendly (don't skimp on liquor in drinks) and holy God the food..... The FOOD!!!! Mozzarella sticks, Garlic Butter Burger with wedges and Ugly Steak Sandwich with tots. My 19 year old and I love Mozz sticks and the ones at Thirsty's are by far, the BEST we've ever had. The Burger was perfection on a bun. The ugly steak sammie..... WOW! Those tater tots? I was to full to finish them, had like 6-8 tots left on my plate....Guys, I asked for box and took those glorious 6 tots home. This is a place I can take my 84 year old Mom to, a place I can take my 4 & 6 year old nephews to and this is a place that I would feel completely safe being alone warming a bar stool as a woman. As a past server and bartender myself, I'm picky. Really picky. Thirsty's is a spot that my normally social anxiety riddled 19 year old daughter said she would be okay to chill alone at a table, enjoy amazing food and actually pull out her sketchbook and get lost in her art for an hour or two. I'll be going back. Often. I must try all the things, play all the games, meet all the people and finally be able to say "my home bar is Thirsty's"!

Food was good for a bar. The soups were yummy! Tartar sauce for fish was especially nice, had fresh dill in it. Fish and chips was good. Ok I want to come back and try their bratwurst and turkey Reuben and... The only negative is it's definitely a bar with lots of guys and some couples. Not a family place in my view. It is huge inside with plenty of tables.
Elise M — Google review
I've been here 2 times and each time my food wasn't edible. The first time, I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich but couldn't eat it. It was cold plus it was super thin and had seasonings on it that were just awful. The tatertots were also cold and dried out like they had been over cooked. The 2nd time I was there, I had the fish n chips. It came with 3 very small pieces of fish that were soaked in oil and way over cooked. It was so hard that I could knock it on the table and everyone could hear it. My friends that were work me that night also complained about their food too. It was either cold, over cooked or had way to much seasoning or none at all. I won't be going back. I wish I had taken pictures of my food so I could show you just how over cooked the fish was.
Pyr M — Google review
I felt totally comfortable as a single diner. The French dip had the perfect portion of thinly sliced beef and the jus was hot at service. The hoagie was fresh. Al dente potato salad is not my thing but it had a good flavor profile. This was basic American fare well executed. I will definitely be back. I can imagine the clientele changes by day part. Good eats, friendly staff, and management attention to detail found here. Go someplace else for attitude and misplaced culinary ego.

Howdy from TEXAS!! Yeeehhaaww! Just want to acknowledge the fantastic accommodating staff and restaurant of Thirsty's Neighborhood Grill. My family planned a 50th wedding anniversary dinner for my parents (15-20 folks). Unfortunately, I could not be present. Reservations and behind the scene coordination was made. Amy and her staff graciously made accommodations for the party size and a dedicated server-Katie. Although, I wasn't there, I received feedback that Katie was phenomenal at managing the orders. I heard she actually provided service for the rest of the restaurant as well. Anyone in the food service industry knows things can happen beyond your control, especially unpredictability of being short-staffed. Nonetheless, Katie barreled through it all. This makes Katie the Wonder Woman of the Day! I am glad my family chose this location. It was for a good reasons too. Thirsty's is the place that once you have been there, you will keep coming back. A personal choice over those other cookie-cutter chain restaurants. Food, Service, and Atmosphere is exactly what patrons look for. Thirsty's knocked it out of the park. Thank you Amy, Katie, and the rest of the Thirsty's staff for hosting my family's gathering.

We came for fish fry Friday. The fish was so so. The kids meals were large. My hamburger was average. The place is pretty run down. It was overall a not very memorable experience - except for the fact that we had the entire front room to ourselves so the kids could be kind of noisy and play a ring toss game.

My friend recommended this place last week and I’ve been in twice… she said it was kind of a divey bar but the hatch chile burger was damn good. I wanted the patty melt and I gotta say it was just as good the second time… service is quick and friendly and well I’ve always loved a dive bar.. I’m not sure what it is… but honestly the beef is some of the best I have had for a burger…. Yum!!!!!…. Oh and those waffle fries…. Yippee!

Great great great! Found a little gem right close to home! The food was amazing! I got the boy blue burger and it was delicious. The fries were good perfectly crisp! Everything is nearly perfect at this restaurant. I genuinely enjoy coming here, and the service is consistently fantastic. However, my main concern is the food quality. While it can be exceptional when it’s good, the inconsistency is an issue. You don’t always get the same high-quality experience with each visit. When the kitchen is on point, the dishes are truly great, but unfortunately, this level of excellence isn’t guaranteed every time.

I love this place!!! Daví is a great bartender and Natalie always takes the best care of me. Hockey game? She’s got me. My drink is ready when I sit down and I’ve never had a bad time if either of them are working. They are the lifeblood of this whole place.

I love Mulligans. I'll definitely go back, but I'll never order the Ruben Egg Rolls, again. Only because of the price. I asked the bartender how many came in the order and she gave me the impression that they were large; hot dog bun sized. In reality, they were panda express sized egg rolls. Only two and for $12. Total bummer. If you want yummy greasy egg rolls, worth your money, go to Brooklyns Beer and Burgers. Over there you get 4 fat, bacon cheeseburger eggrolls for $7. Just as delicious. I've never minded paying for things that are reasonably priced. $15-$18 for a good sandwich with a side. But $12 for two measly eggrolls is absolutely insane.

Local spot so we decided to try it out. The beer was good and reasonably priced. The food was a bit overpriced. The potato skins needed salt and pepper at least. The Philly meat had zero seasoning to it and just tasted of meat. The Jalapeño burger lacked seasoning. The fries were extra salted. The ranch was good. Service was excellent from Ashley.

If you find yourself in Tucson, a visit to Eegees is an absolute must! This beloved local chain specializes in refreshing frozen fruit drinks that are perfect for cooling off in the desert heat. Served in iconic Styrofoam cups with both a spoon and straw, these slushie-like beverages come in classic flavors like Lemon, Pina Colada, and Strawberry, along with a rotating flavor of the month.
I very much enjoyed my first experience as they seem to be an iconic brand in the city. I was gladly surprised with the flavor of the month Raspberry Lemonade, which was refreshing and delicious. The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arriving and leaving; only few QSRs do that. Looking forward to coming back

Horrible service! I asked for extra ranch/bacon bits and didn't get ANY on my fries. While im waiting in the drive thru, some kid cuts me off walking up to the window asking his friend (the girl taking orders) for free eegees. So I'm ignored while they continue talking back and forth. Completely unprofessional.. where are the managers!?

Do better eegees. We went through the drive thru and ordered a large eegee, a couple sandwiches and fries. The “large” had a huge spot on the bottom of the cup that was empty, and I wasn’t initially going to write a bad review until I spotted the missing pieces of the styrofoam cup IN the eegee. Trying to feed me styrofoam? Not cool, totally sloppy job.

Customers can indulge in menu items such as the popular mac and cheese balls, bacon cheese fries, Italian sausage with fries, and the whiskey burger. The bar also boasts a full selection of beverages at the bar.
Definitely my favorite bar grill. Really excellent food. Burgers, macaroni and cheese, salad, Italian food, soups, nachos, fish and chips, grilled or fried. It's all very good. Delicious. Friendly service. I like the music that's playing most of the time as well. I go there frequently. It's a great place to catch a delicious dinner.

This place has a full bar and outdoor seating. That cheesecake is insane. I have never had a cheesecake that tasted that good. The Italian sausage and fries is good. I didn't like the taste of the sausage but my wife loved it with all the cheese. The French fries are crispy and seasoned with salt/pepper. The Whiskey burger is delicious. The burger was cooked properly but whiskey sauce is strong. It does taste good but it overwhelmed that tasted of the burger. The bacon cheese fries are good. The remind me of the bacon Cheddar fries at Jack in the Box but better. I wasn't a fan of the avocado tacos. There was some kind of dressing that clashed with the fried avocados.

We absolutely LOVED it! My brother & mom brought me yesterday and they raved about the burgers. We all got a burger and I INHALED mine. It was SOOOO delicious. Also got the beer battered fries, they were also super good. Service was magnificent. Bartender was awesome and friendly. Our server was phenomenal. She got our drinks and food out so quickly. She didn't write one thing down, and got everything absolutely perfect. I was beyond impressed. I really feel awful because I can't remember her name, but she was AMAZING. Thank you so much for the awesome time, and I can't wait to go back 💙 Update: Went again last weekend (May 2025) and it was so damn good. My new top place. Thanks Hops! See ya tomorrow!

1st time here. Nice neighborhood sports bar. Beer was cold and you don't have to wait long for service. Our server was very attentive and had refills quickly. Prices are on par for the area. The food I saw looked good but. Was just there for a beer. I'll have to come back and try more! Is definitely worth the stop!

Parking spaces are super tight. I watched two people curb it on the end space and others had to try more than once to get into a space. I also found it difficult to park and get into/out of my vehicle without dinging doors. The waitress was super helpful and very organized, friendly, and timely. Food was great and super tasty.

I love this place. It is my go to with my friends. They have amazing food. Can't go wrong with their burgers but if it isn't your thing they have plenty to offer. Staff is super friendly as well and always makes you feel welcomed.

Heat little pub atmosphere/place to eat with additional covered outdoor pet friendly area. Sports on the big screens for fans. The whisky burger, fish and chips, patty melt were fantastic & so weree the poppers & onion rings.

Food court
Takeout Restaurant
Costco Food Court is a popular spot for a quick and affordable meal, with the convenience of self-order kiosks to speed up the process. The menu features fresh and delicious options like pepperoni pizza and hot dogs at great prices. While there may be some waiting time due to its popularity, the food quality remains consistently good. However, it can get crowded, leading to limited seating availability. Despite this, many visitors appreciate the fantastic savings on offer here.
We ordered a large pizza for about $9. It was surprisingly good quality. It tasted great, it wasn't too greasy or drizzled in excessive butter and garlic like other pizza places tend to do. It was a very large pizza for just $9. Service was great! They even gave us complimentary parmesam cheese and red pepper packets without us having to ask.
Arthur M — Google review
Food is always good to my standards. The service is very direct and staff are friendly. Although in a rush due to the atmosphere of being packed most or all the time. Other then that always a good experience
Leonardo M — Google review
I've noticed the prices are extremely high for less it used to be worth the cost. Now its ridiculous. It's not the bargain it used to be and the meat options are unaffordable. Not worth the price.
Sarah P — Google review
Personally I find a pizza very greasy I find the food just so so I'm not a big hot dog lover also I don't like outside eating
Nancy C — Google review
Gotta get the pizza! Good price and is one of our favorites!
JESUS A — Google review
Pizzas are always on point. Highly recommend calling in especially on Friday & on the weekends at least 1.5hrs before your suggested pickup time since it can be pushed back a bit because of how busy they get.
Jessa — Google review
It's my go to place for a quick bite which is now even quicker with the new self order kiosks. Just wish people would use them more often so as to not get the orders backed up. overall great prices for yeah fresh and delicious food. Can't go wrong with a slice of pepperoni pizza and a drink. Will never get tired of eating at this place.
Angel A — Google review
Full service food court. A little on the small size compared to other costco's, but they have everything. Line is never too long, and there is plenty of seating. I've ordered pizzas here before for parties, and when you order ahead they are always ready on time. I've also gotten lots of compliments, which is surprising because their pizzas are very large and only like $10 each, very economical. I think you can order from the app here, but I don't ever use that function.

Cocktail bar
Restaurant
UnCork'd Kitchen & Cocktails is a hidden gem that combines a moody ambiance with vibrant magenta faux croc leather booths, creating an inviting yet stylish atmosphere. Under the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Noah Tellez, known for his innovative approach to classic dishes, guests can indulge in playful interpretations of pub favorites. The menu boasts standout items like their fish and chips featuring walleye and perfectly executed triple-cooked fries.
This is a diamond in the rough in that the unpretentious facade on a main road hides this small windowless space that serves up some delicious food and great cocktails. The hanger streak was behind amazing. The fish and chips was very good but I do agree with other reviews that the green goddess cold slaw is “unique”, and they would be better off with a traditional version. Our bartender was great and made a mean Manhattan and our server, Erin, was great. The menu had some great stuff but it seemed lame to be on simple paper vs a nicer version. The food is so great, it’s hard to believe they have 3 TVs in such a small space that it’s almost sports bar on one side and nice restaurant on the other side. I did love the 80’s music that permeated the air. So, it’s a bit odd on some ways, but I loved it. And, it’s locally owned! VictorB

Really good and flavorful food and cocktails. Unpretentious. Come in, seat yourself. Menu has some unique appetizers (think duck foil gras) and the fish and chips or sandwich features Walleye. Wife and I went on a Fri eve. Plenty of seating tells us we found it before it gets TOO popular. I got the eternal sunshine cocktail, which was very light and refreshing..def a good summer drink. Wife got the From the Ashes... a coffee cocktail, but mild enough to be light a moderately sweet latte. For appetizers we had to get the fois gras toast. Jam was incredible and the fois gras was good... tho I'm used to it being in pate form vs the actual livers, but still texture wise was good. It's topped with a hazelnut praline. For dinner, my wife got the steak Sammy and in her words was an "explosion of flavor" and the chimichurri sauce was incredible. I got the Walleye and chips. Which was perfectly battered and fried. Had a coleslaw relish and tarter sauce.. I picked the homemade tater tots as a side and was not disappointed. Server was super friendly and attentive and food was prompt. Happy hour is $2 off classic cocktails, and $1 off house wine and all beer on tap. Bar holds about 15/16 peeps in a U shape. Some TVs to watch sports in the bar area only. Only thing neither of us were a fan of was the decor. Looked like either they shopped at IKEA and then got some random black curtains. We're not getting the decor vibe or what they were trying to accomplish. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back!

Came to try the uncorked at happy hour, just to feel underwhelmed and saddened, used to love the authentic charm of this historic dive bar. It was a gritty haven where the character of the neighborhood shone through every dented booth and chipped wall. It’s disheartening to see a beloved local institution sacrificed on the altar of trendiness and exclusivity with bland and overpriced cocktails. In short, this transformation isn’t just a change in décor or menu; it’s a loss of identity. The dive bar I cherished has become a shadow of its former self—a place where genuine character is sacrificed for a diluted, homogenized experience which is not a bad thing but also not Tucson staple.

Delicious dinner. We had the Sonoran Restaurant Week deal which included Starter, Main Course and Dessert. It was delicious! Props to the chef! Definitely coming back.
Jesus A — Google review
This redo of the Saloon is nice quick place to get a burger or fish and chips. Owned by the Cork it shares menu items as well. Brussel sprouts, calamari and other apps. Service was quick and friendly. Fish and chips was very good although the fries had too much salt. I heard some one else ask for less salt on fries so I take that it's normal. The portion was decent but not huge for almost $20 but that's the way things are. Parking is easy and I will definitely return soon.
Roger C — Google review
Great food and service. The place is a little on the dark side and has no windows. So, a little disappointing. But, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place as long as you are not claustrophobic.
Eric — Google review
The minute you walk in, you are in a completely different vibe! The atmosphere is stylish and adds to the experience in a huge way! The house cocktails are so unqie and fun! Mine was one where you add beer as you drink. Every stage of the drink was delicious. Get the mac and chesse!!! Portion sizes were large and absolutely delicious in the familiar flavors with an elevated twist!
Andrea B — Google review
The mussels i ordered were incredible. In a perfect broth, orange, wine ..hint of spice. Service was fast friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to coming back to try more on the menu
