Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a luxurious desert retreat nestled against the stunning Catalina Mountains. The resort boasts two golf courses, four restaurants, and two pools, including an adults-only pool. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and take advantage of amenities like a spa, gym, and lighted tennis courts.
I had a company retreat here, and it was a super nice experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doormen would open the doors for us, the front desk would ask if we had any questions, and the cleaning staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are amazing! The bathtubs were huge! They're large enough to fit two people comfortably. The beds are decent, although there were stains on some of the bedsheets and pillow covers. The room had a beautiful balcony view of the backyard (and the balcony was very cute, but I didn't use it because it was too hot). There's a small walk leading to a waterfall at the back, and the general backyard area is nice and shaded with a decently large pool, plenty of lounging chairs, and some scenic plants and streams to observe.

Absolutely AMAZING stay at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort! 🌵✨ The location is stunning — right against the Catalina Mountains with desert views everywhere you look. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with cactus gardens, koi ponds, and plenty of spots to relax. My room was perfect: spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush and cozy, and I slept so well. The bathroom was spotless with a huge shower — my only tiny complaint is that at 5’5” I had to grab the rail to step in without bumping my shin, but once inside it felt like a spa experience. Having a balcony view of the desert and mountains just added to the magic. The food and drinks were excellent at every meal. Their coffee shop is GOATED. The amenities made the trip even better: the golf course with sweeping views, relaxing pools, a tranquil spa, and trails that lead to a little waterfall. We even got to do stargazing on the tennis courts, which was such a unique and special touch. The gift shop also had fun souvenirs — I couldn’t resist grabbing a green glass cactus cup 🌵💚. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The resort also offers tons of other activities and experiences, but honestly the bed was so nice that I luxuriously chose to “bed rot” in the mornings instead. Zero regrets. I left feeling relaxed and recharged.Loews Ventana Canyon is an experience I’d recommend to anyone. 🌟

Stayed here for a conference for three days. Food was good, service was excellent. Staff were outstanding. The resort really is pet friendly. After my cat sitter fell through, I needed to bring my cat with me. For just a $100. fee, she was welcome. Views were beautiful, room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a truly spectacular property — the kind of place that makes you exhale the second you arrive. My partner and I were fortunate enough to spend one night here, and from check-in to checkout, everything was flawless. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. Nestled against the Catalina Mountains, you’re surrounded by desert beauty, a stunning waterfall right on property, and walking paths that make you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. As someone who’s always barefoot for religious and health reasons, I was welcomed without hesitation — not a single issue, just kindness and respect. That kind of open-minded hospitality matters deeply to me. We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant, and the food was okay. The only area for improvement would be expanding the vegan options — a little more creativity there would make it perfect. I also love that Loews Ventana Canyon was designed with the environment in mind. The resort’s architecture intentionally blends into the surrounding desert landscape, minimizing impact on the ecosystem. They also participate in Loews Hotels’ broader sustainability initiatives — reducing single-use plastics, conserving water, and sourcing responsibly. It’s a resort that honors the land it sits on. If you find yourself anywhere near Tucson, make time to stay here. Whether it’s one night or a week, this place feeds your soul. 💖 I love all you people. I stayed here for a conference and had such a great experience. My room was super clean and well taken care of, and the hospitality was amazing. From the moment I pulled up, there were staff outside ready to help, and check-in was quick and easy. The grounds are gorgeous. I loved walking the nature trails in the early morning; the sunrise over the resort was beautiful, and the waterfall was this unexpected little moment of peace I really needed during a busy week. Also, pro tip for anyone staying here: the button to turn off the headboard light is a tiny square button on the black outlet by the nightstand. Took me way too long to find it. Overall, such a great stay. I’d definitely come back.

If you've never stayed at Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ, do yourself a huge favor and book a visit soon. We had a wonderful family reunion experience there this November. It is a stunning desert retreat, well-located, quality built, staffed with folks who truly care about your comfort. Every aspect of our time there was enjoyable, from pool time to room service, top notch. Enjoy!
Gramma D — Google review
Beautiful, well appointed and yet not stuffy or out of reach for average people. This resort is nestled wonderfully the Catalina foothills north and east of Tucson proper. The city lights view is exceptional, as is the access to desert flora by way of nearby stellar hiking. The one thing to consider is reaching other areas of Tucson-time and traffic will be demands on your schedule if you don't plan properly.

Absolutely fantastic resort. I’m unsure there’s much bad to stay about my stay. The only negatives were explainable. Highly recommend this property. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was world class.

Nestled in the Santa Catalina Foothills, Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is a 32-acre Southwestern-style property with a rich history dating back to 1929. Once a finishing school for girls and later a popular guest ranch, it has welcomed famous guests like Clark Gable and Katharine Hepburn. The resort offers a range of accommodations, from historic rooms with fireplaces to newer rooms with private outdoor showers and mountain or city views.
Every time my friends and I come here, it’s the best experience start to finish. My friend Amber, who works at the spa, introduced me to this place years ago and always helps us get the perfect room — she’s the best! We love spending our days lounging at the different pools, drink in hand, taking in the gorgeous views from the water. The rooms are beautiful and always spotless (my only tiny complaint: the pillows are a little too soft for my liking). This trip, we even made it to the 8 AM yoga — such a peaceful way to start the day and I love that it’s offered. Sunday brunch is hands down our favorite part. Five of us gathered to eat our hearts out and, as always, we were impressed — I only wish I had a bigger stomach to try more! We even got to compliment the chef personally, and he, along with the rest of the staff, was so kind and welcoming. Antonio drove us back and forth multiple times and was incredibly helpful, and the new texting system with the front office made everything super convenient. We own a local beauty studio, and we Love hosting our yearly “business retreats” here. It feels like such a luxury to have somewhere so fabulous just a short trip from home — especially when it’s spent with my best friends. Can’t wait for the next one!

A 5-star hotel disguised as a 4-star. From the moment we drove in, we were impressed by location, landscaping, and cleanliness of the place. We were then upgraded to a more luxurious room as a complimentary service with hotel credit. Staff were genuinely helpful and kind, as opposed to the I-am-bored-to-be-here attitude I have seen elsewhere. 3 pools with 1 accessible 24/7; at least one of them with a great view of the desert, cacti, and mountains. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Me and my husband wanted a getaway to simply relax and recharge and a week at this resort was exactly what we needed and more! The grounds and views are just stunning. Very clean and not crowded at all. Pools were all great, room was beautiful and spacious. One of the best steaks we've ever had and everything else we ate was delicious. By day 3 we felt like royalty with how attentive and friendly the staff was, remembering our names and going out of their way to make our time special. Rick, Melinda, Ricky, Michelle, Klarissa, Justin, Kristopher, and Steve! These wonderful people really made our trip memorable, we did not want to leave!

Beautiful resort! Top notch service with great amenities. We stayed for our anniversary, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The setting was out of this world magnificent. We felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. The Grill offered a lovely meal and one of a kind service. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

I got married at Hacienda Del Sol on June 1st and it was such a wonderful experience <3 I spent a total of 4 days at the resort and I'm so blessed that its a place I can return to with my husband and family for years to come. The staff was kind and made us feel so special from the moment we arrived for the weekend until we left. I wish I could remember everyone's names but Juliette, Valentine, Acacia, and Summer are just a few of the folks that made our experience memorable. The food was delicious! Everyone at our wedding cleared their plates, the drinks were refreshing, and the cake lived up to family scrutiny. Everything I ordered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my stay was delicious. The views were breathtaking and it's clear that the property is kept in the very best conditions year round. The nature walk with Summer was a fun & educational experience and I was excited to share what I learned with my family&friends afterwards. The pools were relaxing and we were never without a cold drink in hand. I am counting down the days until my next Hacienda Del Sol stay!!

Wow. What a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful with great views of the Catalina's. The rooms are historic, clean, with modern amenities. EVERYONE I interacted with from the check in to the wait staff to the jazz trio playing in the dining room was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. So many relaxing spaces including inner courtyards and three pool areas with spas. I look forward to coming back!!!

This was such a beautiful hotel; I absolutely loved our stay here. The pool options (and the hot tub) were gorgeous, and I loved the history of the hotel, as well as the ecclectic feel of walking the grounds. The staff is also wonderful and very friendly.

Fabulous gem in the heart of Tucson! I almost didn't want to write this because I don't want the word to get out. Beautiful grounds, robust activities and amenities, AMAZING food, and incredibly attentive staff. 10/10 all around, need to find more reasons to come to Tucson to stay here because it was truly lovely.

Ventana Canyon is a sprawling desert resort located in the Catalina Foothills, just north of downtown. The architecture boasts an 80s design with interior cues inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie Style. Despite its vintage appearance, the resort offers modern amenities and excellent service from helpful and professional staff. Guests can enjoy beautiful surroundings, including walking trails and opportunities for cycling. For those seeking adventure, there are challenging hiking options available, including a two-day hike loop for the more adventurous traveler.
Great rooms at Lowe's Ventana Canyon. Staff was helpful, professional and courteous. We have listed this as a location to return to in the future.

Beautiful country. There is a very nice walking trail. It's a great place to ride bicycles. Parking seems to be an issue in the area, however.

Talking about a bushy different kind of hike. It's a workout tho. And, if you plan ahead you can do a full two day hike loop.

The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa is a luxurious haven nestled in the breathtaking foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, spread across 250 acres of stunning desert landscape. This upscale resort boasts five inviting pools, a thrilling waterslide, and an impressive 27-hole golf course for those looking to unwind or stay active.
We truly enjoyed our quick vacation at the resort. It was a beautiful resort with a lovely and large pool area that made for great afternoon relaxation. The staff was so friendly, kind and attentive. It felt clean and organized with a few different options for food and drinks. The rooms were a bit outdated compared to the rest of the luxury looking resort areas, but the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Great place to get away too. About 30 minutes away from downtown Tucson.

The Perfect Getaway — Truly Exceptional Stay! The Westin La Paloma is absolutely stunning — with sweeping mountain views and beautiful desert flora all around, it feels like a peaceful escape tucked into the heart of Tucson’s natural beauty. We stayed here for our minimoon and were treated like absolute royalty from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is gorgeous, but what truly makes it special is the people. A huge shoutout to George at the Sabino Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. He was so kind, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to — we felt like we were his top priority guests every time we saw him. Meeting George was a highlight of our trip, and we’re so grateful for the way he made us feel so welcome and celebrated. The team at La Luz also went out of their way to make our celebration special, surprising us with custom cocktails and dessert. The food there was amazing — seriously, the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had in my life! Dinner at Contigo was equally outstanding, with incredible food and service to match. From relaxing spa treatments to sipping drinks by the pool, every moment of our stay was pure bliss. The Westin La Paloma was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after the whirlwind of wedding planning. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming about our next visit.

We stayed at this property for UofA parents' weekend...3rd time we've been here this year. The customer service is outstanding every time! Brian at the front desk was able to get us into our room a few hours early, and then helped me with a late check-out (the Westin La Paloma takes great care of its Bonvoy Elite members!). I noticed every employee I came across all weekend, made eye contact, smiled, and said hello. That's pretty rare these days! Also...really fun vibe here. The lobby bar is amazing and the pool was packed with parents & students. We love this place!

First, I would like to give a HUGE ‘THANK YOU’ to Marque for making our day at the resort so enjoyable. We were glad to see Westin La Paloma finally added to the list of hotels offering day passes on resortpass.com. Below are a few pros and cons we experienced for the day: Pros: 1. Helpful and friendly staff 2. Waterslide (❤’d it) 3. Lots of seating 4. Towels and free bottled water Cons: 1. Pools need resurfacing 2. The two main pools were pretty cloudy 3. Women’s restroom was closed in the pool area so I had to make the walk up to the main resort building to use the ladies room making it inconvenient 4. Poolside food was just ok (quesadilla was small and the medium fruit cup was lacking in variety) Expected better for the caliber of resort 5. Food and beverages were pricey for the size and quality We still had a fun time at the resort even with all the cons against it, but not sure, if we will choose La Paloma as a first pick for our next daycation at a resort again unless they improve in some areas.

Honestly one of the worst experience at my first resort for my family and I. To start with I got a presidential room WITH A VIEW, for my anniversary and it came with a "all natural Gluten-free tarantula" 🙄😑 Can't forget to mention that my room had spider webs in the restroom. So to start my 3 nights. After the hotel groundskeeps removed the tarantula, I asked if they would do a sweep on the room because I definitely don't want to wake up to a scorpion or another animal on/in my room they, politely declined and said they were only here for the tarantula. Now I have to check the room myself and make sure my wife and son are good to sleep. Needless to say we didn't sleep well that first night. Also our VIEW was full the wonderfully mesquite tree. Wasn't a view at all. We also experienced poor customer service at the pool. after we got done we asked for a ride back to the room and one sassy girl at the pool blatantly said "there not answering" didn't even try for us. So there we go walking back to the room while people we saw at the pool getting rides back. Westin la paloma needs to do better! 👎👎👎
Joel J — Google review
My grandma and parents used to work here years ago and I’ve heard it’s amazing so I’ve always wanted to go there. Well, I finally went and it was just lovely all around, the view, the spa ladies were super sweet. Had dinner at Contigo and saw a family of javelinas and had breakfast at la luz super delicious. I loved everything and can’t wait to come back.

Five stars doesn’t even do this resort justice! Every staff member we encountered was absolutely incredible and so genuine. Suong was kind, and patient while taking our order with a food allergy. She went above and beyond to ensure there were no mistakes, even letting us read the ingredient label ourselves. We never once felt like an inconvenience, and she truly made our day 10x better. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who was so kind and personable and willing to make our experience the best possible, and Shelby, the bartender inside, who was extremely friendly and approachable. The manager, Audrey, was a delight to chat with and went out of her way to refund our pool day pass after we were asked to exit the pool area due to lightning..and she did so without hesitation. Even though the weather sent us home early, we left feeling so relaxed and cared for. The mineral pool was heavenly, the lunch was delicious, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We will forever remember all of the kindness and hospitality the staff showed today and we will be screaming it from the rooftops!!

It has been a while since we have stayed at La Paloma but we decided it was time to go again. We are pleased with the new updates. In lobby lower lever restaurant, floors, view and so much more. The adult only pools are such a pleasure. Something I am always looking for. We had a great time and will be back sooner than later.

Nestled in the stunning Sonoran Desert, Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa offers a luxurious escape that beautifully blends nature with comfort. Spanning 80 acres at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, this upscale resort features 241 well-appointed rooms, each boasting a private balcony to soak in breathtaking desert views. Guests can indulge in seasonal dishes crafted from local ingredients at Gold, the on-site Southwestern-style restaurant serving breakfast through dinner.
From start to finish, our experience at Westward Look was absolutely incredible. Olga, Ryan, and Misiell (The spelling is probably wrong) went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our fundraising event was perfect. From the moment our guests arrived, greeted warmly by the valet team, to the first glimpse of the stunning Gold Room; with its natural light and breathtaking views over the city, we knew we were in for something special. The AV setup was seamless, ensuring our speakers could be heard and seen without a hitch, creating the best possible atmosphere for our event. And then, the food. Large group events often sacrifice flavor for convenience, but not here. The culinary team listened to our vision for an elevated taco bar and absolutely ran with it. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the way everything turned out. The professionalism, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality made this a night to remember. I highly recommend Westward Look for any event needs; you won’t just host an event, you’ll create an experience your guests will never forget.

Great resort needing just a little more attention to detail. Beautiful resort. Only issues: sheets hadn't been changed for our arrival. EV charging wasn't available at the time, and the Internet wouldn't connect for us to log in. Still a great place to visit and relax in!
Jason A — Google review
Tucson, Arizona's perfect location made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was delightful, resembling a vacation house rather than a hotel. On-site amenities included a beautifully maintained garden, three swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, Pickleball, a spa, and a restaurant. The courtyards and nature walk around the property were standout features. Rooms were clean and tastefully simple. Although the pool temperature could be improved, the restaurant and hobby areas seemed due for updates. Initially, our impression was not ideal, but the cozy, clean rooms won us over. Friendly staff added to our positive experience. It genuinely felt like a vacation home.

Overall a great stay! My husband and I visited Tucson for four nights and stayed here. The property had great on site trails and two properly hot whirlpool tubs! I have been to many other hotels and resorts where the jets are broken and/or the water is lukewarm. They also offered clean towels and good tasting chilled water by the pool area. We ate breakfast from the onsite restaurant every morning. Judy was a kind, intuitive waitress. We will likely be staying here again when we come back to Tuscon and would recommend it to others! *The only reason i gave the rooms 4/5 stars is because the coffee maker and thermostat were slightly difficult to use.*
Katherine R — Google review
Changing my review because the Hotel did the right thing, and moved me to a room where there was no one above me. I had a very quiet, comfortable time the rest of my stay. My advice to anyone staying here: do not stay in any room that has a room above you. Each little casita-like building has six rooms: two are on the bottom, two are on the top and two are what they call wing rooms. I was moved to a wing room and it was very quiet and lovely. This was my original review when I had literally gotten no sleep the first night in the downstairs room: I am staying here right now in one of their downstairs king size junior suites. The sound from the upstairs room is unbearably loud. I hear every step, every time they rolled over in their bed , every chair scooted, every item dropped on the floor… Honestly, this is the worst hotel room I’ve ever experienced in terms of noise - and I’ve travelled a lot. It is alarmingly LOUD. I’m shocked if anyone stays more than one night in a downstairs room here. It is almost false advertising to offer this as a hotel room where people could have even minimal expectations to sleep. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged it was a problem and offered to move me - IF they have another room available. I will otherwise have to get another hotel today. This room is un-stayable purely because of noise. The bed is comfortable, sheets are nice, large spacious room, very clean. The surrounding desert area is very pretty (but my balcony door lock is broken, and the sliding glass door will not open!) The lone front desk woman last night seemed friendly and very apologetic.

Booked through my AE travel rewards, and there were more additional fees than expected. The room was not very clean and there were no mugs for coffee, only small paper cups. Questioned if it was bat droppings in our king studio room and the bed was sunken in the middle. The property is beautiful with two nature walks and the hot tub was deep. Good venue for a large group retreat but resort is a poor descriptive term for this location.

This place is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Rachel and her team at the spa, Rosa (a veteran) who keeps the pool area stocked and clean, and Jonathan the tennis pro are all friendly, warm, and great at what they do. Really enjoy our membership here with swimming, tennis, gym, and spa services. Highly recommend.

An unexpected treasure in the desert. This was my first visit to Tucson. I attended a conference at this location in early November. I had access to parking in close proximity to my guest room, and also free charging stations for my electric vehicle. The grounds have a lovely sampler of the Sonoran Desert with walking trails, multiple cacti and flowers, multiple pools for soaking or swimming, and plenty of literature available to suggest other area attractions.

Nestled in the scenic Santa Catalina mountains, Omni Tucson National Resort is a sprawling 650-acre property that boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Lehman. Renowned for hosting PGA Tour events, this resort offers luxurious amenities including a 13,000 square foot spa, tennis courts, and a zero-edge pool with private cabanas. Guests can also enjoy hiking or biking along miles of trails.
Beautiful resort, with a more traditional SW feel. Nice patio, soft beds, and quiet rooms. Enjoyed a cigar and a delicious coffee on the patio in the early morning, watching the golfers at the range get ready for a tournament while the sun rose over the Catalina Mountains to our east. I mean, it doesn't get much better. The food is delicious.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It wasn't even for 24 hours. I was there for a brief work trip. Beautiful scenery, lovely room, and okay customer service. I was escorted to my room. Lots of lizards if you're into that kind of thing. Plenty of parking too. I wish I had stayed longer to explore more. I hope to check it out again!

We are having a delightful experience here. I love our spacious room which feels like a 1 bedroom apartment, minus the kitchenette, of course...the balcony is beautiful, we view the golf course. The ceilings are nice and high with a mountain lodge feeling... Refrigerator, safe, in room coffee service, walk in closet, nice deep bath tub... we took advantage of the monday prime burger and caymus special of which SHANE AND TOM get a huge shout out for accommodating us and making it a fun evening! Happy birthday to me! Looking forward to a massage in the morning, a good workout and hopefully the weather lightens up so I can enjoy the pool.

We had an Amazing experience at the OMNI resort in Tucson. Room was great. Customer Service was exceptional. The Frank Family Wine Dinner at Bobs Steakhouse at the OMNI was INCREDIBLE! V (the GM and Sommelier) and her team did a wonderful job and made the event and our evening one we will always remember! Great job!! We will be back!!

A perfect weekend escape on the course We stayed at the Omni Tucson National for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful — peaceful, spacious, and right on the golf course, which made for incredible views and quiet mornings. We really loved the remodel — the updates give it a fresh, modern feel while keeping that relaxed desert vibe. The staff was kind and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had that cozy desert-luxury vibe without trying too hard. Being able to walk right out onto the course was a huge bonus. Whether you’re into golf or just want the serene backdrop, it’s worth it. The whole environment felt calm and perfect for recharging. I’m really hoping to make it back soon for one of their wellness events like a floating sound bath or yoga on the lawn — sounds amazing! Would absolutely return. Great service, beautiful setting, and a much-needed break done right. — A happy guest

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was newly updated and very clean. The grounds were well kept and all of the staff were extremely friendly/helpful. We also loved the pool!

When arriving on the property we were greeted by friendly faces, and accommodating energy…… Jayden the gentleman who checked us in at the front desk definitely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable! Everything about this resort exceeds expectations ESPECIALLY the staff! We will definitely book another stay here!

Very poor place. Service is horrible. My wife and I were looking to celebrate our anniversary at Omni. We had a voucher and they denied it saying they only had 13 rooms available. Even though the voucher was prepaid for, they wanted to make the money from the rooms. I find this a poor practice and should honor the deal. If you are using them as a gift to people...STOP and go elsewhere. They will make your gift feel more like a hassle.

Greentoes Nail Salon, Massage and Day Spa is a salon that specializes in manicures and pedicures. They use eco-friendly products to create a relaxing environment for their clients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making this a great choice for anyone looking for a day of pampering.
Maria did a great job! I don't get pedicures often but decided to treat myself before a wedding this weekend. Maria was very kind and thorough and offered helpful color advice. She also let my shy self read while she worked, which I appreciate. :) I'll definitely come back to greentoes next time I need my nails done!

I’ve just returned from my appointment and I’m extremely disappointed with the results of my brow wax. I came here specifically because the place that usually does my brows was booked until next week. There were issues from the start at this location. I initially picked a time that they apparently accidentally had listed as available. I was called and asked to come in right away, which was okay since I was close to the location, though this was still an inconvenience. I already have sort of sparse brows, but a good shaping makes them pop. I showed an image of what my brows usually look like as a reference and yet I somehow ended up with half an eyebrow on each side (both of which are blocky) by the end of this appointment. They’re also too far apart. They look nothing like the picture I showed her. This was not worth the $25. This is especially disappointing because I had an event to attend later that evening. I will not be returning to this location, ever. The first image is what my brows should’ve looked like and the second is how they ended up.

The salon is very clean and inviting, you are greeted warmly when you arrive, and all of the techs are friendly and helpful. My tech, Danielle, is incredibly professional, and she gives an amazing pedicure. Her foot and leg massage is the best I've ever received, and I love the warm foot and leg wrap. I would highly recommend this salon and Danielle!

Emily made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The facial left my skin feeling hydrated and firm. I cannot recommend this place, and this esthetician, enough!! She recommended I come in regularly, but was totally understanding when I said I would come as often as I’m able; there was no pressure. I will absolutely be returning!!

I've had a massage here that was amazing and then had a pedicure. I feel bad complaining , maybe the girl was new but I was really expecting more. There's a lot of polish around my toes. They didn't take very much time to clean the nail or cuticles. She did do a good job at massaging my legs and feet. Hopefully next time is better. I don't see a place to include a picture unfortunately.

Melissa was very courteous and professional. This was my first visit to Greentoes. I will definitely be back. The salon is clean, friendly and on time. I had an express pedicure that looks great and easy to incorporate into my schedule. Not hidden charges or up-selling. I enjoyed the visit and would highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal Greentoes Spa client for about eight years, and every visit feels like a little escape. The space is beautiful and inviting, and the service is consistently top-notch. I always book my gel manicures with Danielle, she’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and such a joy to chat with. The pampering is pure bliss, and I always leave with nails that look flawless and last beautifully. Truly the best spa experience in Tucson!

This review is from my stay during New Years 2024. I've to say that Canyon Ranch Tucson is an oasis of peace and a place to come to disconnect and recharge. The grounds are beautiful with lots of activities to choose from. The Sonoran Desert Landscape is unique and invites peace and reflection. The food is quite healthy, the suites are spacious and private. If you are into yoga, outdoor activities, meditation or just want to self reflect and energize yourself this is the place to come.

I received a call this afternoon from Canyon Ranch about a missed facial appointment. I reached out to Canyon Ranch to advise them that I had never been to Canyon Ranch nor had I ever made plans to visit/set an appt up and that they must have the wrong number. About 30 minutes after this I received a second call from someone named Kaylee with the skin care services at Canyon Ranch who proceeded to accuse me of not showing up for my appointment and talked over me multiple times before I was able to inform her that she had the wrong number. No apology was made for the mix up and she abruptly hung up the phone. While I have never visited nor plan to visit Canyon Ranch, I definitely can vouch that they need to work on their customer service skills.

I come every Memorial Day weekend and it’s always a great time! The grounds are so relaxing and beautiful. The pools are lovely with great facilities at each one. Each day I wake up, grab a coffee at the double u, do a cold plunge and head off to back to back workout classes. Then I get a healthy lunch, head to the pool until it’s time for my spa service either before or after a healthy dinner. Every spa service I had this year was fantastic! I highly recommend deep tissue massage if that’s what you like! And the Venn Age Defying facial was lovely. I already miss the ranch and can’t wait to return!

Have you ever been to an amazing spa and thought "How could they make this even better?" The staff really take this to the next level. Tucked away in the Tucson hills is this huge campus of exercise, classrooms, restaurants, pools and even a high-rope challenge. We got a day pass for the spa and enjoyed an included lunch with a made-to-order pasta bar and enjoyed all the spa amenities (hot tub, cold plunge, massage, facial) for half a day. Staff like Jason who go out of their way to acknowledge and welcome you and offer everything they can to make you feel taken care of are what elevate this to an incredible experience.

This is my first bad review I’ve ever written and had to decompress a few days before doing so. Canyon Ranch is in a beautiful location and it’s a shame I had such a bad experience at this resort. I purchased a day pass for $450, which included $250 worth of spa services, on Thanksgiving break. During my massage, I was body shamed by the massage therapist for the last 1/2 of my 80-minute massage. I’m in pretty good shape and exercise 5-6 days/week, but the massage therapist talked to me like I was an overweight, out of shape individual. He shared personal details of his spouse having battled anorexia, and I’m sure this had something to do with this poor treatment of me. It was pretty horrible, as I was in a vulnerable position on the massage table, and had never been spoken to like this before in my life! The front desk staffer that checked me in for the day seemed inexperienced and could have been a lot more helpful in explaining the way a day pass worked, so I wasn’t comfortable explaining to him what had happened in the massage room and wasn’t sure who else to speak to as no one seemed to be in charge at the spa, nor the resort check in desk. I went during Thanksgiving week and the resort seemed light staffed, so perhaps that’s why the restaurant was only open for a few hours too. I would not recommend spending money here for a day pass. It wasn’t worth half of what I spent, in my opinion.
Patty C — Google review
I had a fantastic time at Canyon Ranch. The food was incredible and all you can eat. I will say that for a "health spa", the food was pretty unhealthy - lots of high-carb Mexican food. I would like to give a special shout out to Chef Robert and his incredible omelette bar. The classes are great but a ton of them are an additional fee for no apparent reason. The services are also fantastic but insanely expensive. You can tell that private equity bought this place to extract as much money as they could out of health-focused individuals. If you want a spa getaway and want to drop $10k for the week then this is your place.
Cornelia M — Google review
I was there at a day pass, client got me a day at canyon Ranch for appreciation. Wow, what a gift. Learned meditation and yoga to a higher depth. Their massage was incredible. Food was clean and so good. Grounds are very much desert and well tailored to zen gardens. You must take some classes, lots to do so hard not to want to do them all. I love their robes and wish I had bought one.

I love this place. It’s very quite and private. It often feels like I am the only one there. They use dazzle dry which is by far my favorite nail polish brand, it dries faster and last 10 days+ Rosalie is great!

Me and my friend were on our way for our massage/facial and as we were driving up we got a phone call that they were going to cancel our appointment because the esthetician had a flat and couldn't make it. We were upset but we agreed to reschedule for the following weekend. They also offered to comp our facials which I appreciated. When we got there the next week Angel did my massage and he did such a good job! I asked him for light touch and he did exactly that. He was very kind. Then it was time for my facial. The girl was very nice and she massaged my face well but I feel like all she did was wash it and then put spf. My face felt very dry afterwards. Once I got up to the front desk I asked for the name of the esthetician she told me that she's actually not an esthetician and she works at the front desk. No wonder my face was so dry and it went by so quickly! Thankfully I didn't pay for my facial or I would have been even more upset. Did they not have enough employees that day so they just threw the front desk girl in? I will never go back. I want to give one star but I gave two because of Angel he did such a good job on my massage and he was very professional.

We booked services with spa solai for my sister’s bachelorette party! At every step, the staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate our group. They allowed us to decorate an area for us to lounge and enjoy, replaced services last minute when we had some unforeseen changes, and even ran out to the store to bring us ice for our drinks?! At the end of the day, they even offered to take our garbage for us. I would give this team 10 stars if I could. Thank you so very much for helping my sister feel beautiful and special. It will be a day she doesn’t forget. Special thanks to Diana, Alli, Kennan, and Kaitlyn, Clarissa, and Denise!

I have been here before and always had a good experience but today was subpar. The massage therapist told me it would be $10 more for a hot and cold treatment. He put IceHot on my back. I asked when he was going to do the treatment. He then told me that the IceHot was the treatment. The therapist’s nails were too long and were digging into my skin. I mentioned it to the massage therapist but there was no apology. The massage therapist seemed irritated that I said something. He didn’t check in with me at all about the pressure. I communicated to him what I needed several times regarding the pressure. Then he ended the massage two minutes before he should have and I didn’t get my full 50 minutes. I didn’t realize this until he left the room and I looked at the clock. When I pay for 50 minutes, I expect 50 min. The one thing I can say is that the massage therapist focused on the area I requested and overall the massage did feel good. I feel frustrated because I could have asked for a student to do the massage but chose a professional due to my neck issues, and I feel that the massage was student quality. I will be looking elsewhere for massages in the future. Afterwards , I felt more tense than when I went in for the massage.

I went in for the exilerate 4 1/2 hr spa package. It started with a facial which was very nice & relaxing by Rosalee. Then the mani & pedi with wax dip. Both were nicely done also by Rosalee. My complaint here is that my nails were not fully painted. Parts were left not painted. The polish was supposed to be chip free for 7 days but by the next afternoon my nails looked terrible & the polish was chipped & cracked. I was told regular polish remover would take the polish off BUT that didn't work even a little bit. I then had a massage by Leslie. I told her it was too rough but she continued & I continually grimaced in pain. The massage ruined by whole day. I expected to be sore the next day but it was much worse. By that evening I had bruises & was not able to sleep that night because of the pain. The pain also had me ending up in bed the next day too. No one should have to "recover" from a spa day. The point of a spa day is to relax.
Angel K — Google review
I’ve been super stressed and overwhelmed and also have a special event coming up this week, so I booked a spa day package (4.5 hours) to help relax. I told them ahead of time that I like a good amount of pressure, but the massage was bad. I felt like I was flinching the whole time, and asked multiple times to take the pressure down. I finished the massage (I even paid to upgrade it to 110 minutes) and didn’t feel relaxed or rejuvenated whatsoever. Later that night, it physically hurt to lay down on my bed because it felt like I had been punched all over my body. I woke up this morning and I am covered in massive bruises literally everywhere (neck, arms, back, legs, hips, shoulders) and it felt like I fell down a flight of stairs, not like I paid $500 for a spa day. To add insult to injury, I also paid extra to have my brows waxed at the same time as the facial. The wax was way too hot, but I didn’t say anything because wax is supposed to be hot. I went on to my manicure and pedicure, and my eyes were really really hurting. I took out my phone to look at my face and I had major burns all along the underside of my eyebrows. I asked for aloe Vera gel, and when that didn’t help the pain or burning, I asked for a color towel to hold against my face, and they gave me some skin salve. I was told that it would be gone by this morning and the burns have only gotten worse. I felt like this was supposed to be a great experience where I felt pampered and taken care of, and it feels like it was a nightmare, especially right before a big event in a few days. Do not recommend.

The spa at Hashani resort offers unique and rejuvenating body scrubs, facials, and massages that incorporate desert botanicals for a complete experience. The tranquil location is perfect for a relaxing spa treatment. Couples cannot use the same steam areas or saunas, but the prices are fair.
Me and my fiance booked the hashani wellness journey package, and I added a cactus body scrub. We had an amazing experience and have literally zero complaints. We arrived well before our first service to ensure we got a tour and use of the facilities. All my services were on schedule and on par to my liking. Staff was super friendly, and the facilities were as clean as could be. I loved the infused waters and the steam room most.

Don’t book last appointment of the day, the women will have an attitude with you as you’re gathering your stuff to leave. If you park in the “spa” parking lot and god forbid try to exit where you came in, they’ll freak out. The elevator didn’t work when an employee tried to escort me out so she took the robe off the stairs, called someone on the phone that I would be coming up to exit that way, and when I did, the woman up there acted like she had no idea I was trying to leave and gave major attitude/freaked out. Will not be returning, maybe be a little more calm with your guests and train employees on how to let last spa users of the day out of facility to the parking lot. Major let down and stress management 101 for a spa experience might be needed for that employee.
Sadie L — Google review
Awesome massage, the massage therapists were excellent. 1 star because if you book the last appointment of the day you get rushed out of there while the employees run around frantically locking everything up. Adjust your hours or at least let people know that they won’t be able to use the amenities that were supposed to come with their 200$ massage.

5 stars for HOLLIS! She is incredible and gave me the most personalized massage experience. I knocked off a single star because I am upset that they changed the robes. Although the last robes were a bit annoying I am unsure what about a hoodie style grey cotton boxer robe says luxury or elegance. I usually associate a spa robe with something a bit heftier and not as casual. Another thing to note is that the service charge should be explained in a transparent way. I ended up tipping like 50% on my service. I don't regret that in this particular moment because Hollis was literally the best; but I think that if I had an average massage I'd be pretty miffed about that. They don't tell you upfront that your technician is getting 80% of that service charge and they present the bill with an empty gratuity line. It just felt icky as other spas in the area are very transparent about what is expected. I would totally add an additional tip; but most people would not so if you are in that camp just keep that in mind.

The two of us came here the other week to celebrate our anniversary, just like every year. We try a new spa that we have not been to in town, and this one was a letdown. The spa intake forms told us to arrive 30 minutes earlier just to get the tour of the spa when we showed up. They ran my credit card for services and put the tip screen in front of me.And I tipped a couple hundred dollars extra on top of the services already being charged so I assumed being the only spot in town that charges you before anything is done that. It was going to be a great experience. The lady at the reception desk told us to go downstairs, and she took my wife to the female locker room and I stood at a desk, and she said, "The gentleman will be here shortly". I waited for twenty minutes after asking two different employees where the guy was only to have another guest show up and stand there and wait with me. A gentleman showed up at the desk. Finally 5 minutes before my massage was scheduled only to go into the locker room with both of us and give the guy that showed up after me a tour and just threw me in a locker with the wrong size shoes, so I had to find him and chase him down. Just to get a bigger pair of shoes to wear, which made me 10 minutes late to my massage. The masseuse was not very happy with this, and neither was I. We did sign up for a comprehensive tour of the spa, which we did not receive. And I also filled-out the spa pre intake forms for what oils or allergies, or what areas you want them to work on, which we both filled-out, which were clearly not read, because the masseuse massaged my head and neck two different times in the massage, and I asked her both times that was not on the form and I said to stay away from my head and neck because of a surgery. And on top of that, she did not use any of the scents or oils that I selected in the form and then after our massagers, we got facials, the facial went perfect, can't complain about that even tipped the therapist's a little extra because it was so great and then after that. We had our manicures and pedicures as part of their signature journey, which is what we both did that day. And just FYI, for the resort, don't sit 2 clients next to each other that are getting the same procedures done while one client, which was working on my wife clearly did 3 times the amount of stuff to her feet and hands than what was done to me. I watched her right next to me and got longer massages. More work was done on the nails and toes. The girl working on me seemed like she didn't want to be there to do it. Either way, I still tipped all the therapists, an extra 20, just because I'm that type of person. The experience was lackluster, and honestly, I've tried several other spas in this town, and a majority of them are significantly better than this one. This place does have great views. And we did enjoy the steam rooms, but you could get that anywhere because of the nonexistent customer service and the inability to follow forms and time schedules for your own business. We will not be ever returning to your establishment. And I do not recommend anybody wasting their time or money at this place because it'll be a letdown.

I've been going here for over 15 years and the service is always great. Staff is always warm and welcoming. If you're trying to enjoy the amenities and relax, book earlier in the day. I have zero complaints. My husband and I love to try new spas when we travel and this one, by far, is one of the better ones based on all that they offer. 10/10 recommend.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee of your spa. My wife and I spent the day at the Spa Pool and rented a cabana as well as dined there. Approximately 30 minutes prior to closing I went to shower. A female employee stuck her head into the men’s locker room and indicated we had to leave as they were closing. I rushed to finish showering, exited and put a robe on. I then proceeded to leave with my wife. After we were in the main corridor walking back to my room the employee (Ms. Marissa Bernal) chased us down and told me that I could not leave with the robe. I was naked underneath and walking with my wife. I told her that I was just going to change in my room and she can collect it. She became belligerent and implied that I was trying to steal the robe (when she had my room number and I had just signed my bill at the Spa) embarrassing me in front of my wife and others. We continued to walk and when almost at my room she called me on my cell phone to tell me I had left my Apple AirPods at the cabana. I then walked back and she refused to give me my AirPods until I gave her he robe and hid them in her hands. I indicated if she wanted to follow me that I was going to file a complaint with the general manager after which she told me that she is good friends with the GM and I can do what I want. At this point she gave me my device back and I went and filed the complaint. They had security come to my room to retrieve the robe which is fine. She was extremely unprofessional and in my opinion should not be interacting with the public. In addition the Spa was overpriced and service was extremely poor. Not what we expected

We booked a day pass at the spa to use the amenities. We paid $65 for the pass through resort pass. Overall the facilities were nice and the people were all very friendly. But the whirlpool was broken and they don’t have a sauna or cold plunge. So we pretty much just paid the money to use the outdoor pool, spa and steam room. It could also have been a little cleaner in the locker room and bathroom areas. Hair in the shower and on the sinks, etc. Overall it was a good experience but could have been better maintained.

I didn't stay here. I stopped by to play some slots... and let me tell you... this place is really really nice. A totally whole differant feel. Walking in right away u notice the ceiling... it's a back drop of the sky. It's crazy. I thought it looked pretty cool. And a nice bar in the middle and the games go all the way around it. If I happen to drive by this place again, I'll def stop again. Not sure about any thing else here. Rooms, no. Food, no.

UPDATE: Casino Del Sol called and different supervisor viewed the tapes and information and said that my boyfriend was no longer banned and that it was mishandled! Glad they made things right! Well, love this place but will not be back. My boyfriend and I had been gambling and drinking and during that time he was playing electronic roulette, and picked up a cell phone thinking it was his, again, alcohol was involved. When ordering a pizza before going to the room, he found the phone in his pocket and thinking it was mine, brought it to me. I said no. We turned it into security. They banned him for ten days saying he had it too long, he should have known. I tried to explain he didn't even know he had it . After he went to bed I went back down to try to explain what happen. We will be filing a complaint in the morning. If we were stealing a phone would we turn it in? Absolutely ridiculous. They said the lady said the phone was on then off. Perhaps it went dead? If they were watching the cameras as close as they said they could have easily have found us. I guess honesty doesn't pay

We stayed here 4 days. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was functional. I liked the toilet paper. I used the shampoo and soap that is provided by the hotel. So far so good, my hair hasn't turned colors. There's plenty of places to eat and they have a pool. You can gamble here. There's a spot in the lobby where they give out free stuff everyday. Things like cookie sheet, pans, pictures, warming trays. It's about 25 minutes from downtown.
Christopher C — Google review
The hotel was nice and within walking distance of the main casino. The only downside is there were no drinks you could buy from the reception area like most hotels and resorts have. They do have vending machines but nothing for a healthy and filling snack and no beer or alcohol sold. Even Hilton hotels have beer in the lobby.
J.P. Q — Google review
It was excellent. The staff was friendly and fun. Nice clean areas. I did not have a room. I was traveling in my RV and the spaces were nice. Well kept clean.
Aaron B — Google review
My experience with this Hotel has been awful. I stayed in September under the terms of a courtesy night. Put the credit card on file for a deposit and checked out with no charges. SURPRISE...I get the credit card statement and there's a charge....$5.00 for a water bottle. Now mind you, had I used or taken it, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for it. I carry a half gallon water bottle with me at all times and I can get free water on the casino floor, so I had no need for water in the room. Top that charge off with this event. The evening I stayed, the fire alarm went off on the top 3 floors at 11:36 pm and people evacuated myself included. We evacuated to the pool courtyard (a closed courtyard..no way out). I'm booking it down 7 flights of steps not knowing if the building is gonna collapse, smoke is going to take over the stairwell, your mind races about the danger when a real alarm and emergency is activated. 30 mins later, NO ONE comes to the courtyard. Eventually we start filing back inside and guess what, it's business as usual. They didn't even know the alarm went off, their fire alarm system failed to notify them. They didn't address evacuated people and Invite them back inside. They didn't offer an explanation or an apology for being falsely evacuated. They didn't contact us and say " we're checking the situation we'll let you know when it's safe to go back to your room". Absolutely no communication from NOT ONE member of this business. I'm thrust out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night, to be evacuated and then dismissed by personnel, staff and management. You think I'm paying for a water bottle, I didn't drink. Fighting this charge.

Overall a clean casino/hotel that is in a beautiful spot in the desert. The pool is the best part. The interior is modeled quite nicely and there are many dinner options
Anthony F — Google review
Beautiful, clean rooms. Awesome pool with excellent pool side service. Only downfall is that the casino keeps its air conditioning way too cold in addition to the restaurants on the casino floor. We love the cool AC coming in from the hot Arizona Sun, but it is uncomfortably cold be sure to bring a sweater jacket, and wear long pants.

Nestled in the Rincon Mountains, Tanque Verde Ranch is a historic cattle ranch turned upscale resort offering a true Southwest ranch experience. With 60,000 acres bordering Saguaro National Park and Coronado National Forest, it's an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. The ranch provides various activities such as horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, and hiking. Families can enjoy a full kids program while adults can indulge in amenities like tennis courts, swimming pools, and spa facilities.
We fell in love with the people, the horses and the location. The staff is absolutely dedicated, professional and so welcoming. We loved the food at the restaurant. Delicious options for a fair price. The breakfast buffet is a great value and so generous. The property is gorgeous and the horses kept at your footsteps. It is a dream to watch the horses in the paddock or coming back from the trail, with the desert landscape as backdrop. The sun sets are out of this world beautiful. The pool area is a welcoming place to relax and cool off . There is also an indoor pool. Kids activities and activities for adults are plentiful. Let’s not forget the fun cowboy cook out with live music. It really is an experience for young and old to cherish for a lifetime. Big Thank You to the staff of Tanque Verde Horse Ranch Collins , Alabama

Amazing staff and amazing place. Very accommodating and friendly. The food has been amazing. The staff are always happy to help and give you great advice. The horse riding is by far the highlight and the wranglers and instructors make everyone comfortable and feel safe. I really liked this about the place. All ages and riding abilities. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Bill for your great instruction!

We had an incredible experience at the Tanque Verde Ranch Cookout! The setting was beautiful—from the short desert walk to the event area, to the charming entrance, warm lighting, rustic bar, live folk/country music, and large fire pits surrounded by tables. The food exceeded expectations: perfectly seasoned, cooked beautifully, and plenty of delicious options. After dinner, we enjoyed playing horseshoes, which was a fun way to wrap up the night. The staff were incredible and helpful and attentive!! This was such a memorable evening, and we plan to return soon—next time for the sunset horse ride before the cookout. Highly recommend!
Kristy L — Google review
My husband and I spent 3 nights at this resort, and it was a wonderful experience. The daily activities available were numerous and fun. We focused on horseback riding, spending 3-5 hours per day on lessons and walks. At first we were dead set on passing the lope test, but we ended up deciding to just enjoy the walks, intermediate ride (includes trotting) and the intermediate lesson. The food was solid and sometimes standout - one night for dinner we had a cavatappi and short rib dish that rivals the best italian restaurants out there. The cookout was probably our most disappointing meal food-wise, but still solid and the music and ambiance were fun - they do have an amazing cast iron smores dessert that is ironically served at lunch (and should be at the cookout too!!!) which should not be missed. The breakfast ride was great. Service overall was warm and attentive. Our room - we stayed on Roadrunner ridge deluxe casita was nice and well located on the resort. We had a fire every night in our room. I also had a massage, which was quite relaxing. We came alone, but we hope to return with family, especially when our little one is old enough for the kids club!

Amazing resort with friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to John in reception for his wonderful customer service and hospitality. Marcia at the Nature Center was also great! She is very knowledgeable and our visit with her was so interesting. We stayed in a Desert Casita Deluxe room and it was a great value. Much larger than we were expecting and everything was super clean. The giant window lets you sit in the room and take in the beautiful scenery, too. We were in town for a wedding so we did not get a chance to participate in as many activities as we wanted (horseback riding, archery, biking, many more) but we are definitely going to come back!
Paul A — Google review
We had such a great time at Tanque Verde Ranch. The views, the lodging, and the food were all amazing, and the horses are extremely well taken care of. The staff overall was wonderful and made the stay really comfortable. The only thing I want to be honest about is that I wish the wranglers had been a bit friendlier. Some of them had a little bit of an attitude, which took away from the experience just a tiny bit. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The pool area is beautiful, and there’s such a good variety of activities — yoga, rides, hikes, biking, you name it. One thing I wish they offered is some live music or a bonfire in the evenings, just something to make the nights feel a bit more special. I completely fell in love with one of the horses, Scotch — he was my little ranch crush. Overall, I would absolutely return and can highly recommend the ranch with just a couple of small suggestions for improvement.

My Husband was a top performer with his job and there was a large group of us that had the pleasure of staying at the Ranch, compliments of his employer. What an incredible stay. If you love History like I do, you will love this place. From the food, to the rooms, the services offered, The Dog House and the views…the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a deep tissue massage and a facial and the experience was lovely. My massage therapists name was Shea and she is an absolute doll. Please make sure she knows she is amazing and I had so much fun talking with her during my hour and a half with her. She’s a keeper. 😃 thank you so much.

This was a great getaway to meet up with some friends, horseback ride, eat blueberry pancakes, falconry, learn about plants in the dessert and how to make blue masa corn tortillas, silversmithing and leather work! The food was delicious and the prickly pear margaritas were so good! Next time I plan to do the Jeep tour, yoga, pickle ball and tennis…I highly recommend Tanque Verde Ranch!

Cynthia has cut my hair three or four times now and each experience has been lovely. She is very sweet and able to understand my vision even when I’m not great at articulating myself. Definitely recommend her 10/10. While it doesn’t apply to me, my only note for those with mobility concerns- the hair salon portion is on the second level so there are a few stairs to navigate.

Kaelen Harwell Spa is a Tucson-based day spa which offers relaxation through quantum-harmonic-sound therapy. This service uses sound waves and vibration to deeply relax you.
I was recently traveling in Tucson for a whirlwind business trip, and am so happy I discovered this little gem right in the heart of downtown Tucson. I was exhausted, and in need of a reboot. The kind staff nudged me towards a one hour session on their "power nap" table. I have never tried anything like this before... basically the table vibrates with waves that gently pulse from your feet to your shoulders while you wear a blackout mask and listen to music that is in sync with the waves. I was skeptical and convinced I would not fall asleep as I'd had no less than 4 cups of coffee that day, but I passed out so hard, and woke up so incredibly refreshed and HAPPY! I'm a mother of a 2 year old, so that kind of indulgent midday deep power sleeping isn't something I often get to enjoy. I can't wait to go back and try their other services. Afterwards I enjoyed some retail therapy in their adorable and well-curated gift shop. Definitely a must for anyone in need of some pampering and self-care!

My mom and I got 90 minute swedish massages (with CBD) yesterday - I added 15 minutes of the infrared sauna. I had Gretell as my massage therapist, she was amazing and the massage was absolutely blissful. I recommend.

Beautiful and welcoming environment! The woman I met at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and responsive to my needs. She also was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to skin care and I felt so good after talking to her because she was so passionate about her craft. I ordered some new skin care products -- a mask and toner -- based on her excellent recommendations and advice. I initially went to just use their sauna, but came away with new insights about organic products and skin health. Wonderful service!

Clean, very professional, peaceful and beautiful environment, the best quality! Serene music, relaxing aromas. I came in at Tucson Arizona location for a Swedish massage, sauna and LED spa. I was able to shower before my sauna relaxation and before my massage. I felt clean and so comfortable. The massage by Gretell was fantastic. She made sure to ask me if I was comfortable and about the pressure. She made me feel very comfortable! I fell asleep during the LED spa. They also have useful and organic products in their lobby. I was able to get a nail polish and a pair of earrings. Five star! Really loved this experience with you guys!

I had a massage and it was wonderful. It was just what I needed after a long work trip. They were friendly and accommodating to my schedule. The complimentary 15min sauna before the massage felt special and relaxing. I would highly recommend this spa . Jessica gave me the massage she was professional and attentive.

I went to the Kaelen Harwell Organic Day Spa to have some waxing done and to have my brows tinted for the first time. Everyone who worked there was really friendly, and the woman who did my brows was kind enough to explain the process to me. When she finished and handed me a mirror, I couldn't believe how defined my brows looked. But my favorite part of the experience was the complimentary 30 minutes in the dry sauna. I used the use the one at the downtown YMCA until they took it out. I'm so glad there's somewhere else I can go to find warmth and relaxation!

I will definitely be returning to this spa whenever I am in Tucson. My boyfriend had a massage and I had the signature KH facial. Both of us were over the moon with our experience. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and professional. If you are into synthetic fillers, dyes and fragrances, this is not the place for you. The products are so incredible. The JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa is a luxurious property nestled in the stunning Tucson Mountains, surrounded by Saguaro Cactus and offering breathtaking views of the desert valley. With multiple dining options, three golf courses, a spa, lazy river, and pool, this resort provides an upscale experience for guests. Just 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and close to attractions like Gates Pass and Tumamoc Hill Nature Preserve, it offers a perfect blend of luxury amenities and outdoor activities.
⸻ My childhood friend and I spent a weekend at the JW Marriott Starr Pass, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled into the side of the mountain at the top of a winding road, the resort is surrounded by breathtaking saguaro cacti and offers stunning views of the city—both day and night. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were impressed by the consistently high-quality food and the well-curated wine list. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding. We did encounter a personal security concern involving my friend’s ex-husband, but Ben, the Director of Security, and his team handled the situation with professionalism, discretion, and care. Thanks to them, we felt safe and supported during the entire stay. Honestly, without their intervention, we may not have been able to relax and enjoy our visit the way we did. We had such a wonderful time that we’ve decided to make this getaway an annual tradition.
Dr. L — Google review
I just checked in to the JW Starr Pass and I must say it is the worst room I’ve ever been placed in at a JW property. My family of 5 is in town for my mom’s memorial service and I was hoping to bring the kids somewhere nice in lieu of the circumstances. There are stains in the tub and the furniture wood is peeling. Carpets have stains, terrible coffee maker, no wine glasses, not enough drawers to put clothes in - I could go on and on. We booked 2 rooms for a 4 night stay and I can’t wait to leave. I am a platinum member so in lieu of points I asked for breakfast. I received 1 voucher for 1 morning. Typically I receive a voucher good for 2 for each morning of my stay when staying at properties that don’t include a lounge - reminder I asked for this in lieu of my extra points so this wasn’t just an added perk. The front desk staff was great but I was told I was not allowed to use a luggage cart on my own which is fine but honestly I didn’t want to have to wait for my bags to be delivered because we had been traveling over 7hrs and quickly needed to unpack and get going. I believe they have renovated some of the rooms but if you get placed in Building 2 take my tip and ask for another room! I did get a lovely view of the parking lot with my status….Thankfully they have a nice pool but with the heat I was hoping for a nice room to relax and get some cold air. Sorry JW I wanted to love you but you fell so short. Felt like I was staying at a 2 star hotel.

Absolutely love this place, and had the most wonderful stay here! I can't say enough about the beautiful room, the even more beautiful view from our room (complete with desert views and javelinas!), the lazy river, and the delicious fruit infused water! But even more than all of this, my husband and I were so impressed with the 100%, above and beyond friendliness and helpfulness of every single employee that we had contact with. We arrived a day earlier than our reservation, and the employee at the front desk happily extended our reservation to accommodate another day. Another front desk employee even tried helping us with our Marriott points that had expired by 5 days. Both servers at the Signature Grill that helped us were awesome (and great food too!), along with the super nice employees at the Starbucks. Everyone in the pool/lazy river were great too. An extra bonus that made our stay even more fun were all of the decorations for Halloween, including a skeleton on one of the inner tunes in the river. This was our first time at this JW Marriott, but it won't be our last! When you combine the natural beauty, great accommodations, friendliness, and just overall charm, this place is wonderful!

Beautiful resort. A little overwhelming coming in at night for your 1st time. Its not really well lit and its out there. Being out there is nice once you settle in because it helps provide that nice quiet, calm, environment. I opted to park myself in the garage so be prepared to walk quite a ways to get to your room. They do offer valet as well if thats something you'd prefer. Theres many amenities that unfortunately I didn't get to partake but hopefully next time. The rooms were very nice, large, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time staying here and we loved it! Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing flavored water in the lobby every day. The restaurants were great — had lunch at The Signature Grill and our waitress was awesome. Our newer room felt super high-end and had a really nice enclosed balcony with two chairs and a table — it felt private and comfortable. The pool and lazy river were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was great too. We also hiked one of the trails across from the resort — absolutely beautiful! Overall, an awesome stay

Stayed 3 nights in mid October 2025 and enjoyed the incredible setting, natural beauty, service and "one-stop-shop" convenience of the JW Marriott Starrpass. In 3 nights / 3.5 days we did multiple hikes just minutes from the lobby, played golf, used the gym/spa, lazy river, pools, hot tubs, and ate at 4 of the restaurants (Creosote - new golf course restaurant, Signature Grill, Plunge, and the Lobby/Veranda restaurant (spectacular views). All of them were excellent, service was great, and prices were reasonable. The way the resort is oriented within the Sonoran Desert means you have an incredible view from almost anywhere. We will definitely be back. One final point is that there impressive and extensive remodel going on for the rest of 2025 doesn't impede the current experience for guests.

I’ve stayed here several times and never left a review. I would say I agree with everyone this is top 5 hotels in tucson, probably top 3. I was lucky enough to stay this time in one of the freshly renovated rooms. Amazing. So much better. Great new modern look top to bottom. Nicely done.

Shopping mall
Tucson Mall is a two-level indoor shopping destination with over 200 stores, including trendy apparel, shoes, and accessories for young women. The mall also features a food court and sit-down restaurants such as Red Robin, California Pizza Kitchen, and Kellys Cajun Grill. Visitors appreciate the variety of stores available and the spacious layout reminiscent of malls in Southern California. While some miss certain former stores like Sears, others enjoy browsing through shops like Dillard's for makeup or taking advantage of the arcade.
Still nice! Haven’t been there since Covid — I missed going there. Very clean and well maintained; a few empty stores but lots of people on a very hot Tuesday. Many people there with their dogs, which I was happy to see, both in the stores and the mall space. A nice cool place to walk your dog on a hot June day! Happy to see it still looking great.

This is a pretty big mall, which is great because it never feels too crowded, even when it's busy. Sometimes when it's slow it can feel a little empty, but overall it's a nice place to walk around and check out the stores. They have a ton of natural light which makes it feel really open and inviting. It would be cool if they did something with the old Sears space though, it kind of makes the mall look a little run down.

Great place to be when you just want to go on a mile walk inside a mall. My favorite place is Dilliards , Macys , and Victoria secrets. Don’t forget the food court. Great selections. Star bucks is there when you need that extra boost of energy for a double ☕️ espresso shot. I don’t have pictures of the mall but you guys know.. it’s a nice place to just hang out with your friends and family, a great time and place where you can enjoy 😊 your day. If you need a Master Tailoring she is always available. Besides, across the mall you REI, Best of all, Cheese cake factory!! 🏭 🤭😁

Great mall to visit and support. It feels spacious and inviting. Unfortunately, I found the bathroom situation to be abysmal. There's only one public restroom for this gigantic mall and it wasn't cleaned well. Parking is not convenient with one ways and cramped spaces. I will say, the selection of stores is unique and great for finding gifts.
Collin C — Google review
I’ve always enjoyed shopping here at Tucson Mall. It has all the stores that I need and the food court has some great choices. Of course different shops come and go but that’s the nature of a mall. Lots of my favourite shops though have endured which is great! 👍😎
Yodaman S — Google review
It's clean and all the stores are open. And they have a good selection of food options at the food court. It did not get 5 stars because the parking lot needs to striped desperately.
David S — Google review
I still like malls, grew up next to a great famous maĺl. We once had too many malls but economic shifts and right-sizing are taking care of that. But I like Tucson Mall - even though I've never been inside the mall proper - it has some good shops, REI, In-N-Out, the Container Store, etc. However the parking situation is a hazard, the spots not large enough for modern cars. And, while not the malls fault, people drive and park as if crazed...its a little Mad-Max in there. The parking hazard could spell the slow end of the Tucson Mall as people opt for safer places - for their person and cars - to shop.

Haven't been to Tucson in years and haven't been to this mall ever. It is such a a nice mall. Blows away the ones in the valley. It's a mall from back in the late 90s early 2000s. Busy. All big name brand stores and amazing shopping.

Earth's Healing South is a welcoming and clean establishment with knowledgeable and patient staff who are always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations. The employees are friendly, informative, and always greet visitors with a smile. The bud tenders are highly praised for their exceptional service, and the variety of cannabis products available is impressive. First-time customers have been blown away by the incredible selection of top-quality products that cater to both medical and recreational needs.
Luis M. Is by far the best budtender they have available that I have met thus far. Very kind, treats me like a person/human, genuine, charismatic and charming. Overall this place is great they have a good variety of a range of different types to suit most needs. Highly recommend their delivery service! Hope you get Luis M. If you do place a delivery order because he is just awesome.

Great product and customer service, as always. Am added bonus was today's 50% off everything sale. That, combined with my loyalty points, I paid under $30. It would have been over $50 after taxes with the 50% off sale. Or over $100 full price. Earth's Healing South is my go-to.

I love Earth Healings they have it’s one of the Best Dispensaries in Tucson they have the best flower and can’t beat the prices big thanks to Andy for helping me out today

The delivery driver Jeremy I give him 9+ stars. He was excellent in my opinion. Also earth healing I'm always coming there or ordering delivery and this is my 2nd delivery and I'm living it. But keep in mind when ordering it has to be over $150 to get free delivery. But enough if I wasn't spending I'll still pay the $5.00 delivery charge.

Each time I access this location everyone is super kind and very knowledgeable. The security guards are always making small talk and positive greetings, and the budtenders have been polite, professional and helpful. Today I was there and James helped me with an online pickup. When he checked the bag he noticed a slight error, corrected it right away, and asked how else he could assist me. This was all without my asking or prompting! Thanks Earth’s Healing!

This is my go to spot even though its a little out of my way. A big reason I do this is because of Tim. Tim is always chill and relaxed. Always asks if its my first time using any products then gives really good reviews if I say yes. He tells me the strain of all my products as he bags them. Tim just makes the experience a little better with his attitude and knowledge. Overall the best customer service experience of all the other dispensaries I've tried. Tim and all the employees are doing a great job.

Tim is always the best. You can tell when someone is doing something they truly enjoy. Tim enjoys selling and talking about cannabis. Also thanks for the compliment on my Towelie wallet glad it made you laugh.

Tried EH delivery for the first time. It was a little after 4 hours of waiting until I got my delivery but it's a Sunday afternoon and they were probably pretty busy. My driver was Cole and he did a fantastic job at explaining my order to me and just overall being a chill dude. Got a great deal doing a bogo and being a first time customer as well.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my results. I came in from getting my hair done at a different salon with hair that felt halfway done. The highlights looked more like chunky streaks. And the bleach looked way too bright against my dark hair. The highlights weren't blended and I felt embarrassed to do anything other than leave my hair down and try to hide the highlights. Lisa came in and delivered everything I had originally wanted with her color correction. She blended the hair to make it look so much more natural and I'm beyond happy with how it looks now. I will be returning to her with all of my hair needs from now on! I added my before and after pictures for reference.

I love how my hair turned out! Kasey was wonderful—she not only gave me a great cut but also took the time to show me how to style my curls more effectively. She’s super knowledgeable, and it really shows in her technique and advice. I also really appreciated how outgoing and easy to talk to she was—made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Kasey!

I’ve been going to Sheyla for a while now and I can honestly say she’s the best! Every time I leave, my hair looks and feels amazing. She really listens to what I want, gives helpful suggestions, and somehow always makes it turn out even better than I pictured. The vibe is super welcoming and comfortable, and I never feel rushed. I’ve gotten so many compliments after my appointments she’s definitely my favorite stylist!

I haven't been to many salons, but this has definitely set a new standard/high bar moving forward! From Kasey's excellent conversation to her professional advice, from end to end I had a really great time figuring out what I wanted to do, what would look good, and making conversation while the work unfurled! 10/10 will come again! Thank you for making my Saturday afternoon a wonderful experience!

Kasey was such a talent! It can be scary going to a new salon but I felt reassured immediately as we completed the consultation; she was knowledgeable and asked appropriate questions to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and plan on rebooking with her.

Kasey is professional and engaging, and is a very talented stylist and colorist. I just do classic styles and highlights but she can do really complex styles using all the colors of the rainbow - just incredible. I look forward to returning to her. I also really liked the environment of the salon and the overall vibe of the space. What a gem - and it has been operating for decades! Glad to finally find it, and heartily recommend it.

I just had a massage for the first time in a long time yesterday and Ellie was phenomenal. Really attentive about areas of soreness and haven't felt this relaxed and great in a while. The atmosphere was beyond calming and the whole experience was well needed. Will be back and absolutely recommended!

The wife and I had a couples' massage and we were both very happy with our experience. A warm greeting, relaxed atmosphere - Ellie and Jesus were excellent massage therapists and would recommend them to others and look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a professional (and reasonably priced) personal service. Great location and easy parking!

I've been getting regular massages for 30 years. My experience with Ellie was among the very best. Perfect pressure, perfect pace, completely in tune with addressing my therapeutic needs. I can't recommend her highly enough! Can't wait for my next session.

UPDATE: Had my massage this morning with Ellie and it was phenomenal. My body was so extremely tight, I am always in regular chronic pain. Not only was it physically everything I needed, but she made me feel very comfortable as well. Talked when I talked, but gave me silence as well. She matched my energy and it was a perfect experience. THANK YOU ELLIE Had to reschedule my massage, but my interaction with Sydney during this process was great. I am extremely excited to try this place out in a few weeks! Very professional, very kind. 10/10 customer service!

So happy we came here and wish we would of come sooner. I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been in serious need of a professional massage. We came in for a couples massage. Faith was so amazing and so sweet and helped me really relax. Olivia massaged my fiance and did a wonderful job as well. Definitely recommend coming here to get some relaxation! Especially pregnant! We will be back!

Alright, this is my first time coming to this spot.. I normally don't get a massage often... so I never really know what to tell anyone when they ask me what I want in the outcome.. all I can say is that my Masseuse was pretty professional. She did her best to ask the right questions and ask me. What I was there for and her name was Monique. She was pretty friendly and did her best to accommodate what she felt would help relax me the best she could. Now the reason for the 4 star had nothing to do with anyone being rude.. but.. I wish the signs were more clear on where the parking was.. I passed the location and got scared. I missed it and drove into another business, and I guessed my way to the allyway and hoped there was a back parking, and yes, there indeed was.. also, I did get a great rub down, but.. wished the background noises could be more flushed out.. I heard the neighbors kids playing and screaming and also the wood choice in the floors where pretty squeaky whenever someone walked on them.. So I couldn't fully relax and just enjoy the moment and really allow myself to just let everything around me go away fully.. if that makes sense... so again, Monique was great! There is nothing wrong with her at all.. I just wanted to really get out of my head and couldn't really do so.. but the place had its own unique charm.. oh! Also wished they had showers on the premises.. that would have been amazing. My skin doesn't do too well with oils or certain scents for too long.. curse my sensitive skin... 🥺 but if you haven't tried this place out, I would definitely recommend! prices were fair 😊 and my body enjoyed the much needed massage!. Thank you so much, Monique 🥰

Beyond Nails & Spa is a popular destination in Tucson, known for its desert outdoor recreational opportunities and distinctive dry climate. The area offers activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing, with attractions like Saguaro National Park and monuments. With over 500,000 residents, Tucson enjoys mild winters and hot summers. Beyond Nails & Spa is a favorite among locals and visitors alike for its exceptional service and stunning nail designs.
Ive been going to Beyond Nails since 2017. I moved away in 2019 and still cannot find another salon that does a pedicure like them! With any nail salon, when you've been going there for a while theres always going to be some issues, but they always address the issues. They can be pushy about extra services, but overall I would recommend this salon. They sanitizer their instruments and do everything and more for their basic pedicure. They are very efficient with painting and acrylic, if they aren't busy you be in and out super quick. Prices are very reasonable. Overall love this salon.
Jess — Google review
The main lady Lisa was very rude. I understand they don’t speak English much but they were not ready to listen what we wanted. They even did multiple cuts while doing my friend’s nails. I told them I want transparent gel but she wasn’t ready to listen. Not worth the money!!
Ani C — Google review
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The staff member who worked on me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain what I wanted, she literally told me “don’t talk.” I was shocked by how disrespectful she was. When I pointed out that my nails weren’t done properly and asked her to fix it, she actually told me to do it myself. I’ve never experienced such terrible behavior in any service setting. Not only was the quality of the work poor, but the attitude was completely unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will never go back, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic customer service.
Rosa R — Google review
I thought long before writing this review, but was led to share my experience. I had been going to Beyond Nails & Spa for close to 2 years. I had always been pleased with the service, hence my continued return to this establishment. My routine was a pedicure and my cuticles on my nails being cleaned up. Twice in the past 6 months I ended up with infections after my pedicures. Beyond Nails & Spa was willing to give me my money back for the Urgent Care Visit, medications, and a gift card to come back the first time (6 months ago) and the money back for the Urgent Care Visit and medications this most recent time (1 month ago). Despite this happening, I attempted to return to my usual lady (Kim) and planned on explaining what I wanted to do differently to prevent it from happening again. I called to make an appointment with her, which I always do, but when I got there I was told to sit with someone else. When I asked where she was I was told I would be getting a pedicure from someone else very rudely. I thought I misunderstood what she said so I ask her to repeat herself. And she did, with a major attitude. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have always tipped generously and to be met with this disrespect was uncalled for. I got up and went somewhere else. I wanted to write this review to prevent someone else from having to feel the same way I did when I left that day. It made me sick to my stomach. I hope the owner speaks with the workers and does things differently in the future.
Jessica B — Google review
They are not very clean, I will never go back. She used the same Dremel on my nails she had just used on someone elses feet without even cleaning it. I was so grossed out. Plus when I told them how I wanted my nails, they do what they want instead and over charge the price.....BOOO. MY NAILS SUCK FROM THERE. THEY ARE LUMPY AND CHIPPING!!!
Tami A — Google review
I have lived in Tucson for almost a decade and I have gotten my nails done at LEAST 100+ times while living here and 90% of all those times I came to THIS salon. I was a loyal customer, hence the word WAS. I called last evening to set an appointment for my daughter and I, and the manager lady who answered said to come at 6:30. So we did, on time. She rushed through the nails, and when I had stepped aside to get cash while she was doing my daughters nails, she rushed so much that she didn’t even have my daughter wash all the dust and grit off before painting. That really didn’t bother me too much, it was when she started talking to her co workers in her native language and then seeing her put a nail polish in her pocket. Well I had chose my color, and explained how it was sheer and that I wanted a couple coats. When I was looking away talking to my daughter while she started painting, I looked down as it came out of the UV light and had realized she put on an “under layer” of black nail polish because she said it was to sheer. Well it was closing time and she was already rushing and I didn’t want to argue, I truly tried to like the nails, and paid over $100 for our nails including a tip. Well today I woke up and just really didn’t like my nails because it wasn’t what I requested or wanted, so I called to be with my regular tech and she said she would fix it- which already made me feel uneasy. Well I go in with my daughter and explain to her again what I had wanted and she painted 3 nails and said “see, you can see the nail” and I said “I know, that’s why I like an extra coat” which she snapped with “well how many coats?!” I told her just one extra so 2 coats total. Well she started to paint only one of the 3 nails she painted and started saying something about making sure it looked right to me this time but the part of the sentence that made me decide I no longer will go to this nail salon is when she said “Don’t come back unless you have money” (I had cash I was going to pay her for fixing them, even though she made the mistake and displeased a customer, I was STILL willing to pay her a cash tip for FIXING HER MISTAKE) Who says something like that to a loyal customer… well I ended up deciding if she wanted to say I had no money, I didn’t give her anything considering they are supposed to fix mistakes for free anyhow. The comment got to me because how is a business manager going to tell a loyal customer “don’t come back unless you have money” when I was in the salon less than 20 hours prior getting a nail job not even worth $90 and I tipped her 15%. (Not 20% because of being rushed, and not painting my nails like I wanted) one of my nails are crooked and she didn’t even get the acrylic closer to my cuticle line. The color is the color I wanted now, but just look at the actual nail shape. I circled it, you can definitely see how crooked it is. Normally I wouldn’t even care, because I loved that salon. It was honestly just the comment trying to degrade me as if I didn’t have money to be there in the first place and that’s what lost me. I wouldn’t recommend, they aren’t very nice and they are constantly talking about you while getting your nails done like you’re stupid and don’t have a clue.
Caitlyn H — Google review
their work is good but Lisa is EXTREMELY RUDE and they seem to just make up prices i came here once and had a great experience and returned the second time they were picking and choosing how much they wanted to charge for gel, they all gave me different prices for gel so i stopped going. i decided to give them another try, i paid for dip and a pedi and was overcharged. one minute the man was charging my card 144 and some change then for some reason or other my card didnt go through, i had enough money of course the second time he charged me he decided to charge 140 my dip chipped in less than a week i spoke to LISA who seemed to be in a bad mood cleary said she would fix my nail and did my cuticles sine they didnt do them when i went initially for my service then she turned around and charged me $10 she argued with me and i asked for prices since they seemed to be inconsistent she started yelling, come to find out when i paid the $140 i was over charged $5 where did the $5 go? i wouldnt be so upset if she hadnt been so rude AND i tipped $20 when i went initially i will never return here, they seem to pick and chose what they would like to charge depending on the person from my friends prev experiences as well taking advantage of people clearly they feel or think have money like that
Renee M — Google review
Not worth it, my girlfriend and my friend went to get their nails done but had a horrible experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, there was some communication gap because of the language as well. They didn't get what they wanted inspite of repeatedly requesting for it. The staff didn't listen to them and just went ahead what they think was suppose to be right but at the end it wasn't satisfactory for my two girls and at the end the job wasn't done right and both of them have several cuts due to the ruff and unsatisfying work. I hope that the management can fix this in future, as of now it's not worth it, there are much better and more professional places in Tucson. Good luck.

Milan Laser Hair Removal is a pricier option compared to others, but the quality of service justifies the cost. The laser technicians are highly trained nurses overseen by a doctor, ensuring careful and professional treatment. Clients appreciate the personable and friendly staff who take time to explain procedures thoroughly and provide effective treatments without pressuring for additional services. Overall, clients have had positive experiences with knowledgeable and caring staff at Milan Laser Hair Removal.
I love my Milan clinic! Everyone is so friendly and I always feel so welcomed when I come in. Coming in even with 6 weeks between appointments, I’ve had the folks here remember things about me and my life, which always feels really nice. I’ve also been having an excellent experience with the quality of their laser service! I’ve had I believe five or six full body laser treatments so far and I’m having significant hair reduction. The laser techs are helpful and honest. I’d recommend Milan to anyone.

I am very pleased with my decision to sign up for Milan’s laser hair removal services. Not only am I significantly saving on shaving and waxing, but it is a pleasure to visit their offices. They are clean and comfortable. The staff is very professional and genuinely nice. I have developed positive relationships with them and feel like I am seeing a friends when I visit. They treat me like they care and want me to be comfortable and happy. I have no problem getting appointments at good times for my schedule, however, you have to be diligent and make your appointments in advance. Offices like this are obviously in demand! They communicate well via text as well which is a plus for me as I work in a place where I can’t be on personal calls.

I have had eight full face and neck laser sessions at Milan Laser and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The laser techs are extremely knowledgeable and always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Great human-beings work here, and from what I can tell, they hold genuine intentions in providing their treatments, as well as in spreading connection to their patients. Rose specifically is fun to have be the one zapping you with a laser, she provides a non-judgmental environment in helping you get through your treatment, is super kind, and open! Kenzie, I have less to say since she, for what I know, only works the front desk, but in terms of interacting with such a person, she is kind and likable. I don’t know these people to the point where I could call them friends, but if I were to interact with them in such ways, I’d bet they’d be good friends.

We look forward to continuing to receive massage from both of them. We highly recommend Rooted!

I have been seeing Megan Murphy for over 6 months for issues with migraines and her work has significantly helped me. She did an amazing job taking it slow and gentle at first with me as migraines can be triggered with too much pressure. The cranio-sacral work and lymphatic massages has greatly helped me get relief, and in the moment of having a migraine she's been able to help with blood flow and muscle relaxation and reduce the severity of the migraine. Shes helped me with issues that I have with congestion in my sinuses and lymph around my head and neck. She has a lot of various modalities she has experience with and blends in what would be the most helpful for me in the moment. Her professional approach to care is greatly appreciated as I have had practitioners in the past who ignored my limitations and pushed me to far, she's gentle and caring and attentive to her clients needs. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs help with migraines, pain relief, neck pain or even just for a great relaxing experience. I appreciate the Rooted Wellness center as it has a nice quiet calming energy and many practitioners for whatever modality you might be interested in. Their gift shop also has some great natural products that can further assist in your healing journey.

Everyone was very skilled in their area, and I learned some great self-care techniques which I can do at home. If you are struggling with any kind of pain and health issues, I think Rooted is a great place to go. Or, if you're just looking for a wonderful relaxing massage, this is also your place!

I scheduled a 90 minute massage with John. It was absolutely phenomenal! He placed careful attention to the areas we discussed during the initial intake, but also gave me a completely relaxing full-body experience. I feel totally renewed!

I'm so happy that I decided to go to Gadabout (for the first time), to get my hair cut. Marie was so patient and great to work with, and explained different techniques and styles for me. It was a fun experience, my hair feels and looks pretty and I will be back for sure. Thanks!

I've been going to Gadabout on River and Campbell for years, and am always impressed. From the call center to front desk to nails, the customer service is excellent. Big shout outs to Rene Sicilian (hair) and Vicente Moreno (massage). Rene always gives me an up to date and stylish cut. Love her Vicente has been such a wonderful and caring massage therapist. He is responsive to my needs and leads with skill and empathy. He even suggests extras like guided stretches before the massage. Also highly recommend using the steam shower before the massage

I've been going to Gadabout for about 20 years. LOVE IT! Even if the person I see is not available, everyone is amazing, from the customer service staff scheduling appointments to assistants washing hair, everyone. They've worked in family members who've come into town at the last minute. So helpful. I've been going to the same location but I've had family members go to other locations and it's always the same- awesome!

I love getting my hair done at Gadabout. I've been going there for about 5 years and have had 2 di$event stylists because my first one moved to Denver. My time is precious and so is yours. If you want a great haircut and style and be in and out of the salon in under 1 hour, this is your place. I can't speak to how long it takes to having color or highlights, but place is not a time suck and they do a fantastic job. The stylists are really nice and down to earth, too.

I've gone here 4 times in the last 2 years and had a different stylist each time. (Anisa, Claire, Mariella, and Victoria.)They have all done an amazing job on my hair. I'm grateful for the time they take to understand what I wanted and explain what they'll do to my hair. This place is definitely worth it!

I come here about twice a month and absolutely love the work Leslie does for me. She is absolutely amazing. I love how she can use colored lashes and can get creative with it. I get so many compliments and always encourage people to go get their lashes done by her. She is so easy to talk to and I promise anyone who goes to her once, will keep coming back.
Elaina T — Google review
This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I had Googled extensively to find a studio that seemed to have a high rating. My appointment itself was not the issue. When I returned home from the appointment, I did notice a few extensions were already falling out, but I thought maybe that was normal. The next morning, I woke up to a handful of extensions having fallen out. By early evening the next day, so about 24 hours after the appointment, I had a big clump missing from my right eye. I was very disappointed that when I texted Savannah (who had placed the extensions) pictures of what was occurring, I did not receive any acknowledgment of these messages. My total bill that day was $170, which included the extensions and a lash shampoo, and then I gave a $40 dollar cash tip. I definitely did not get my money's worth.

I got the “triple threat” which is a lamination, eyebrow tint, and wax, and I am very very very dis pleased with the results. Although the work itself is not good and nothing as advertised, it’s blotchy and she didn’t wax my eyebrows all the way. My eyebrows are dark and and just nothing like what I had expected. Would not recommend.

Savannah was great! This was my first time getting lashes, so I didn’t know what to expect. She was gentle and explained as she went. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. My lashes turned out beautiful!

The massage spa Spa Daze offers therapeutic massage, bodywork, aromatherapy and other healing services. They have a team of highly trained therapists who can help you relax when you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, and they offer customized pre-massage consultations to ensure that their services are tailored to your needs.
My first time here. Got a gift certificate for Christmas from my daughter. Very pleasant atmosphere upon entering. Very friendly receptionist, who offered me hot tea or water. I booked a 90 minute massage, but my therapist, Yvette, spent 30 minutes with me going over all my health issues before she started my massage, so she was very gracious and only charged me for the 60 minutes of actual massage time. She did an excellent job, very thorough, while being very careful of my trouble spots. I felt very rested when she finished. As I left, the receptionist made me a nice cup of hot herbal tea and I was given a gift bag as a first time customer. Yvette recommended that I go home and take a moderately hot bath with Epsom salts. I did so and then took a nap for 2 hrs. because I was so relaxed. Yvette and Spa Daze get an A+ from me! Mallory is absolutely amazing! She definitely addressed my requests and attacked my troubled areas with precision and accuracy. She also offered suggestions to further enhance the experience. Scheduling a massage with her (or anyone else) is very simple and, upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage. The waiting area was warm and decorated comfortably. The massage room was equally as comforting. My experience has, so far, been nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommended!!!

My two sisters and I booked massages at Spa Daze when they came to visit me this weekend. Our experience from beginning to end was phenomenal, I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people we encountered! Jay was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable and booked us each with the most incredible massage expert to match our individual needs and personality, it was amazing! Thank you to Kat, Ali and Maria Elena, you made our sister’s weekend the perfect mix of therapeutic, healing, relaxing and fun! I’m definitely booking another massage for myself and my husband and now my sisters won’t visit without an appointment at Spa Daze!

This place is a gem in Tucson. From the moment you enter, you feel the comfort. Jay is a warm welcoming person. I did the therapeutic massage with Antonio. He addressed my pain points very carefully. I’d highly recommend his massaging. The place is small but nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Scheduling online is easier with them.

I had a great massage at Spa Daze with Laura. She asked questions before starting and listened and adjusted her pressure to my preferences - targeting my areas of concern. Spa Daze provided a chilled washcloth , dry towel and a bottle of water in the room post massage, for freshening up. I received a little gift bag with info, tea, electrolyte powder and muscle gel...I'm assuming because I was a first time customer. Nevertheless, it was an unexpected and lovely end to a wonderful experience!

Thank you Kat!! You are exactly what I needed to reach my health and fitness goals. Kat is very skilled and attuned to the level of care your body needs. What a wonderful place! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. I was greeted by my first name when I walked in and then greeted again in the back by my massage therapist. He asked plenty of questions in order to make it a good personal experience and boy did he!! Antonio has 23 years of experience and he did an awesome job. I have never had a better massage and he tailored it to me. The smells and the music only added to the experience. I can't thank Spa Daze enough!!

I absolutely LOVE Bare Necessity Wax & Spa! Every time I visit, I’m treated with so much care and professionalism! The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming. The team is incredibly kind and makes you feel totally comfortable, no matter the service. Truly can’t recommend it enough—it’s my go-to spot and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Dinora A — Google review
I have been at this spa for years now and the services and products were amazing. Since the new owners took over, the new receptionists are very dismissive and rude. The products are double the price and I'm pretty sure not even their employees use them since they do not recommend any of them like they use to after facials. Now everytime I book something online , the appointment ends up being different when I show up, and I ended up getting different services. And all I get told is " the system is funky, oh well" attitude. Do not recommend this place !

Skyla is the best. I’ve been going to Bare Necessity for almost 4 years. Let me tell you… it’s been the best thing to happen to me ✨🥰 I been coming to Erica for about 3 years now, and she has never let me down! Always doing an amazing job and leaving me baby smooth and giving advice for after care. The other waxing ladies are amazing as well and recommend the whole staff highly! Y’all will not be disappointed. I wasn’t going to post this, but I’ve had so many friends and family tell me I should. I was a loyal customer for 3 years at Hush Salon. In may of 2023 I paid close to $500 (including tip) for a full set of hightlights. 2 days after I got it done, I called and told them I was not happy. They said they couldn’t fix my hair for another two weeks. I went to Ulta and they were able to fix my hair before I went on vacation. After I got back from vacation, I spoke to the owners of the salon and sent them the pictures of my hair, which are attached. They first offered to pay for Ulta plus $50. (Not even $200.) I respectfully declined their offer and requested a full refund. The owners were extremely rude to me. They said they would give me a full refund and then I said “ we think it’s best you don’t come back here” I went and picked up a check from one of the owners for not the full amount. When she saw the look on my face of distress, she said that she only gave me a refund for the highlights and not the cut. That is not what we had agreed over the phone.

I've been going to Tucson Touch Therapies for several years and have NEVER had anything less than awesome massages and total overall experiences! Currently I am getting body work from Alexis and I am tickled pink by having found her. Her technique is smooth and strong while not feeling like deep tissue work. She will work whole sections of your muscles at once creating a firm pulling sensation that releases any tensions in my muscles and facia. Do yourself a favor that you won't regret and book a massage with Alexis today!!

I've worked with Jacki Sellers in the past and she is just excellent. Her approach to treating clients and her skill at which she can provide a massage is just wonderful. I'm a landscaper and going to her has helped improved my quality of life tremendously. Can't recommend her enough.

I received an Ashiatsu treatment from Alexis back in 2018, and it was the best massage I've every had. I've been her client ever since for the past 6 years. I had a fantastic massage with Cynthia. I have chronic tension headaches and was going through another bad stretch of multi day headaches. Great experience start to finish. Rafe did a wonderful job providing two hours of perfect pressure and good release from tense muscles. The facility is clean and comforting. I could not be more happy with my experience at Lotus! I had gone through a mentally and physically tough couple months, and that stress was manifesting itself in severe neck and back pain. I called Lotus and explained my issues, that I had never been in to a massage before. They got me in same day. I was booked with Faith (who is an absolutely amazing body sorceress, so welcoming, calming and informative - this woman really knows her stuff!) When I arrived I was greeted warmly, the studio is spotless, smells WONDERFUL, and had the most relaxing music playing, offered complimentary tea. Faith spent some time talking with me about my body and its limits before we began our session. She offered me some stretches to take home to keep myself feeling okay between visits. Just 100% happy with my experience and will be back. Oh, and 90% of my pain reduced immediately. Well done, Lotus. Thanks for being a wonderful piece of Tucson.

Very hard to find them open if you do get appointment and they keep it hope it's not going to take long because they will put you car back together tell you you need to come back because they need more time. only good thing was the price only because it was a easy fix. I finally had a Spanish friend call them that's how I got it done.

I dropped my car off a little before 5 pm. They fixed three door locks and my power window. These wonderful people stayed open late and let me get my car after normal business hours. Prices were fair and the people working were extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place!!! Super happy customer!!!

Highly recommended. I took in my truck with two non-functioning power windows. Within 10 minutes they had taken it apart, diagnosed the problem and provided a repair estimate. Everything was fixed in less than 2 hours at a very reasonable cost. The people are friendly and honest. If you have a problem with power windows or door locks, this is the place to go.

My skin has never looked this good. I would recommend to everyone and plan on revisiting these treatments on a regular basis!

Wow!! I’ve been to Gigi’s numerous times over two years, amazing service, extremely comfortable and friendly.. Gigi asks questions and listens to your concerns. She suggested a daily routine for my face care, it’s been 3 months and what a game changer.. my face is so soft and the color is blended more incredibly.

I just had my first visit and got a facial by Elizabeth. It was amazing! She was very kind and did a great job. We talked about what my skin concerns are and she told me what the different products are and what they help with. I rarely go get facials, but this was by far the best one I've ever had!

Neat little pull off right at the entrance of the loop. This was where we saw our first ever saguaro flower. ❤️🌵🏜️ I recommend arriving early to avoid the crowd and the heat.

If you're looking for a rejuvenating escape, look no further than Thai Day Spa. Under the expert guidance of Orawan Breckenridge, an experienced aesthetician from Thailand, this spa offers a range of treatments including standard and specialty facials that leave clients feeling pampered and relaxed. Visitors rave about their experiences here; one guest enjoyed a delightful Mother's Day treat with friendly service from May, who provided an informative and soothing massage along with a chemical peel facial that was surprisingly comfortable.
May is awesome! I have had a few massages with her and each time I feel like a new person. She is a petite, little Thai lady but she is strong; she has a way of finding the perfect pressure in kneading away your stress knots and pain, but she is gentle at the same time. I never feel rushed and the focus is on me, compared to other places I have been to where there are phones ringing, door chimes, and just other voices in the background. Also, the stretching of your limbs that are incorporated in the massage have increased my mobility and has been like a pain killer after a gym work out. I also tried a facial with her which included a dermaplane and chemical peel as well for $150. I have never had a chemical peel before but through research I have read they can be a little uncomfortable and very sensitive for a few days. This was a magical and peaceful experience for me. It was so relaxing and there was zero discomfort with the peel. I could see a difference as soon as I got home. My skin was glowing, my pores seemed to shrink, and my skin is improved- I will definitely be booking another facial on a regular basis. Money will spent for me and I felt fabulous after. ❤️
Nimana M — Google review
Incredible. Already posted on yelp and other places. Plan to go home afterwards, shower and rest! You will be like a noodle! I bruised which is normal! Just be aware incase you have plans for short Sleeves, strapless clothing or shorts. Not recommended before a wedding. Took me 2 days to recover how drained I was. Slept like a baby! So much tension removed!

I hadn't had a massage in about 5 years & decided it was time to start getting regular massages again. I went online & found Thai Spa had 4.9 rating. May was FANTASTIC! I felt so relaxed I just wanted to stay & go to sleep. I'll be telling everyone about Thai Spa & I'll definitely be going back again.

Happen to walk in and was absolutely more than pleasantly surprised. My 30 minute neck and shoulder massage was excellent. I am a person who usually gets a massage every two weeks and sometimes weekly. I will definitely be back. Very reasonably priced for the great massage and customer service. Yes, it really was that great!!

Went here for Mother’s Day, a treat from my husband and kids. It was such a great experience. May is very friendly and informative. I had a great massage from her, was never once in pain. I also received a chemical peel facial which I was apprehensive about because I was afraid it would burn. It was a little tingly as expected but she gave me a small fan and reassured me. I enjoyed every minutes of it and I want to come back regularly for treatments. Their prices are so affordable and you get great service. Thank you May for making my Mother’s Day special!
Charli G — Google review
Hands down the best full body massage I have ever had! May is very talented and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I have had many messages at 5 star resorts - but May's head to toe message can't be beat! The spa is very clean and very nicely decorated. I received aromatherapy and Thai stretching for no extra charge! I am going to recommend Thai Day Spa and May, to all of my friends and family!
Danielle R — Google review
I just went here for a one hour Swedish-Thai massage. My masseuse was Rin. I am pretty sure that was one of the best massages I have ever had. I asked for medium pressure and she was right on point. She checked in with me at the start of the session, because I had indicated I wanted attention placed on my back. I confirmed that's where I would like her to spend most of her time and she did. That was really cool. I end up getting a total body massage with attention never placed in one single area as I had hoped.I will come back next week! Thank you.

Clients praise the attentive staff who take the time to understand their needs and preferences before each session. The therapists are skilled at addressing specific complaints and providing a perfect balance of gentle and strong pressure. Hot stones and jade face rollers are among the luxurious treatments offered, leaving clients feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
My husband and I just got massages for our anniversary. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very relaxing environment and we both left feeling like a million bucks! Bailey was amazing and we will definitely come back! Thank you ladies!

They were able to get me in same day, a few hours after my appointment but it wasn't a good experience. I had requested deep tissue and it was light at best. The massage therapist wasn't prepared, she left the room multiple times throughout the massage. I had paid for their new client package which was to include stones and jade roller. She forgot the stones and only used them on my neck. The massage also ended about 15 minutes early. Not the best experience.

We have been coming to this spa since 2019. Faith is a wonderful therapist who listens to my preferences and delivers perfectly with the perfect balance of gentle and strong. My husband is athletic and often times finds most massage therapists disappointing because they aren't able to address his specific complaints from past injuries or to have enough strength to undo the stubborn muscle knots. Peggy is skilled in both these areas and he has found relief from his aches and pains as well as improved range of motion. The facility is clean and serene. We enthusiastically recommend Nature's Spa.
Erik L — Google review
I would totally recommend this place to anyone. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They get to know you before your session starts, they ask what you are looking for and if there are any specific areas you would like to focus on. I had the hot stones and the jade face rollers used during my session. I feel so rejuvenated and refreshed. Please look them up and book an appointment with them.

Her expertise in skincare is evident as she tailors each treatment to meet individual needs. The use of quality yet affordable products allows clients to extend the spa experience at home. Michelle's professionalism and welcoming demeanor make clients feel comfortable during treatments such as Brazilian waxing.
I was so surprised at how well my spray tan turned out. Normally the feet, neck, and wrists are too dark or there are streaks. Not this time! The color turned a nice light brown (which is what I wanted - not too dark). I did the normal 8 hr tan.

First off Michelle’s workspace was so clean and welcoming I loved that ! I have never gotten a spray tan before and was nervous but Michelle made me feel so comfortable. My spray tan had me glowing and feeling gorgeous all week long. It was the perfect touch for my wedding day. I will definitely be going to her again for a spray tan and to try some other esthetics ☺️

Daniela V — Google review
I don’t often leave reviews (mostly because I forget,) but my experience at MiBelle was too wonderfully memorable to not review. Michelle’s combination of likable disposition, knowledge, and skill makes her a gem in the beauty business. I got a spray tan and had my eyebrows tinted, shaped, and laminated. I was in awe of how amazing her spray tan made me look and feel. I was very noticeably “sun kissed,” while still looking natural. There weren’t any streaks, uneven areas or orange tones, despite my sweaty drive home in Tucson’s afternoon heat. Be sure to follow Michelle’s maintenance tips to your tan longer than spray tans from other places. I was also impressed by how great my eyebrows looked once she was done. I have fairly sparse, low set brows that have little to no arch, but Michelle was able to make them appear fuller and lifted with a decent arch. I can’t believe how much these seemingly slight eyebrow adjustments improved the overall look of my face. If you’re contemplating micro blading, I recommend having your eyebrows done at MiBelle first. You might find that you love your natural brows once Michelle brings out their full potential. It’s been years since I felt this good about my appearance and I am so grateful for the confidence boost. I will be a repeat client for sure- and plan to add a facial next time.
Amelia S — Google review
I highly recommend Michelle for all your waxing needs. She's professional and precise. As soon as you walk in the door, her space is cozy and inviting. Her studio feels like home. I always feel so relaxed and comfortable when receiving any treatment from Michelle. Thank you so much for my beautiful brows.
Rachel T — Google review
I won a free spray tan! Michelle knew exactly what color to spray, to give me the best results. She also had great products to use with the tan, and was very thorough about how to keep the tan looking good! She was very professional, and had a very clean studio! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any skin care!
Amanda F — Google review
Definitely a 5 Star business. Michelle is so professional and welcoming. Not many people can go for a Brazilian and feel completely comfortable and at ease. I have had a few other services and I love that she explains what she’s doing and the benefits every step of the way. I was not one to take self care seriously, but now I’m addicted to getting pampered by Michelle. Can’t wait to try out her spray tans next. Pretty sure she’ll rock it.

A+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I use Michelle for everything! She's such a sweet lady. Highly recommend booking TC for your sound bath experience. I’ve done a few sound baths and she is by far the best one!! TC had more materials/sounds than I’d sever seen and it all sounded so beautiful. The whole experience was incredibly soothing (to the point where I fell asleep for 5-10 min). TC was also very knowledgeable in how the sounds related back to the specific parts of the body/which chakras and I appreciated that she took the time to inform us on that.
