The ambiance and service were phenomenal. The view was gorgeous, and let's not forget the chić decor. We got mimosas, espresso martini, breakfast sammies, a burger, and crab cakes. The only thing I cared for was the amazing burger that was seasoned well and their crispy, double-coated fries. It was simply dressed but delicious.

I stopped by as a walk-in because I wanted to enjoy a rooftop. The interior was beautifully designed with a luxurious feel, and the sunset view was great. I ordered a glass of white wine, but it was a bit disappointing to see the pour was less than half for the price. Still, it’s a nice spot to come when you want to enjoy the atmosphere and the view.

We chose Electric Lemon for a recent birthday celebration and it proved to be the perfect choice for a special occasion. Located conveniently right next to The Vessel, the restaurant boasts absolutely beautiful views that provide a spectacular, high-style backdrop for dinner. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the location. The dining room is vibrant and busy, filled with a lively buzz that makes the whole evening feel energetic and celebratory. We didn't discover the outside courtyard area until after dinner. It is absolutely beautiful, it's like you're in your own world. While the ambiance and service were excellent, the true highlight was the incredibly creative and delicious food. We fully expected the main courses to be top-tier, and they were—the steaks and pork chops were excellent and perfectly cooked. However, the real surprise was how Electric Lemon managed to make the vegetable sides and appetizers taste so unique and delicious. This is where the kitchen's creativity truly shines. The food is refreshingly inventive. A standout example was the Summer Squash appetizer, which was absolutely delightful. It featured a captivating mix of textures and flavors, including crunchy hazelnuts, fresh sprouts, and some sort of unexpected, complimentary puree. The combination of ingredients was so thoughtful and well-executed; every bite was a testament to how complex and satisfying vegetable dishes can be. Checked out the outdoor terrace area for a cocktail, burger and hamachi Friday after work to kick off the long weekend and was taken away by the amazing space and views. The burger was perfectly cooked medium just how it should be with cheesy goodness. The tequila cocktail was another standout, but it’s the decadence of the space itself that’s the true star. There was a bit of a breeze but so worth it.

Love electric lemon we come here for random occasions & important ones too! I think we have been around 6 times now since we have found it & I don’t think I’ve had a bad meal here. We love to switch up & get something different but I will always get their beef tartare 🥰

We arrived at Electric Lemon around 8:50 PM and were surprised to hear the rooftop closes at 10 PM—pretty early for a NYC rooftop, especially on a beautiful night. When we arrived, the host told us there were no outdoor tables available, but we were welcome to sit at the bar. Once we went out to the terrace, we noticed plenty of empty tables. Needless to say we were very unhappy with the hosts and how the situation was handled. Thankfully, a kind waitress ended up seating us outside, and we really enjoyed our time. The views are great, and the ambiance is lovely. Just left wondering why they didn’t let us sit from the start. It just seemed unnecessarily complicated. Still, glad it worked out in the end.

We love the place the rooftop is very nice with spectacular views of NY, the cocktaiks and the appetizers are good. But the food have a poor variety. For the appetizers: We like the nachos and the hummus. But we don't like the pasta, the fish and chips and the chicken fingers and chips. The only food is ok is the steak and fríes. I would recommend to visit because the rooftop is a good experience to see NY and they have a good music to drink and eat appetizers but not to eat dinner.

In my opinion the drinks here were average, but the food I did smell, did smell good. I really liked all the decorations they put up for Halloween, definitely made it a nice touch. Bar tenders were good with questions and the rest of the staff was friendly. The highlight of this rooftop, was definitely the views, even in the fog, still beautiful. Bathrooms were small, but clean.

Found this place on social media. It's quirky, but with the best views of the city and the Empire State Building. Food wasn't served until 4pm sadly, and there was no Rose wine (or hot drinks) despite the menu. Settled for 3 slices of pizza, a coke, beer and white wine hence 4 stars. Was a lovely hour, just a bit disappointed that we couldnt have the food we hoped for at the time we were there.

The view from 230 Fifth is truly hard to beat — few places in Manhattan offer such a spectacular, open view of the Empire State Building, especially at sunset. The atmosphere is undeniably vibrant: music, city lights, and that sense of being on top of New York. The rooftop has a certain magic that makes it a great spot to bring friends or visitors to the city. That said, the service could definitely be improved. When I visited, it was cloudy, and the staff seemed disorganized and a bit rude while giving instructions about whether guests could stay on the rooftop or had to move downstairs. The inconsistency made the experience a bit stressful, which is a shame considering how iconic the venue is. Drinks were decent but not exceptional for the price, and given the reputation of the place, I expected a warmer, more professional approach from the team. Still, if you’re in New York and want a rooftop experience with incredible views, it’s worth visiting once — just go with patience and don’t expect flawless service.

One of my all-time favorite bars. Nothing has changed in the last ten years, and it still has the best view of the Empire State Building. I love the dumplings there, the drinks are always solid, and the dance floor is a lot of fun. It’s one of those places that never disappoints and always feels lively and welcoming.

The folks at Eataly have created a unique and interesting greenhouse space on their roof that functions as a restaurant, called Amalfi and its current iteration. There are some lovely fake trees with lemons that decorate the space and create a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, we felt that the prices were very high for what you get, which was mid quality pasta, and small portions. Drinks are fully priced, appetizers are fully priced and while the spaces unique, you are not getting any spectacular views. We had a small group of five people, and we each had one drink, it ended up costing us $75 per person with three shared appetizers among the table. I had low expectations going in, and those expectations were met.

Great atmosphere, prices are on par with other places near by, and good service! Went to the bar area and was happy with the experience. Fun, great drinks. Had a few appetizers which were great, nothing spectacular but still was good! No bar wait time on Friday night to get table or seat, but there were times it got busy in the bar area. I would like to come back for dinner and try an entree!

With no reservations at around 1:30 we went for the high tops at the bar. While they said to go to the bartender to order, one was kind enough to come to us and was very attentive to both us and the bar over the course of the afternoon. Started with the limoncello cocktails— the cucumber one was so refreshing— and the stracciatella with tomato which was delicious. My friend had the avocado toast which was brimming with avocado and I had the prosciutto and melon. The prosciutto was good, the way I prefer it, with a mild flavor, but sliced a bit thicker than my preference. The melon didn’t have quite enough of the rind cut off. Great atmosphere and nice breeze despite the heat of the day— would definitely return.

Very charming atmosphere like dining in a garden but its actually indoor greenhouse space. Food is kinda tasty but its a little steep for the portions. Probably its just a one time experiences only. Great for group tho.

Sierra – Beautiful Atmosphere, but Slow Service. The atmosphere at the Sierra location was really nice — cozy and stylish, great for a relaxed evening. However, the service was quite slow, and we ended up waiting much longer than expected. The food was just okay, nothing too special. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re not in a rush and just want to enjoy the ambiance.

This cute rooftop was amazing. The atmosphere was great, and the food tasted very fresh and good. My drink wasn't as strong as I would have liked. The mojito was more club soda than the actual flavor. However, the espresso martini was on point and strong. The tiramisu dessert is a must. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. Loved the theme and all the detail through out the restaurant.

Been to this rooftop years ago and again recently (June 2025) for the Amalfi pop up. Great service, beautiful decor, great drinks, and a good vibe. We were here very early. So it. Wasn't crowded yet. Tourists go here but if you go early before the crowd it's a nice spot to grab a rooftop drink on a nice day. Hot in the summer however. So, if you don't like heat, come during a cooler day.

This is a nice bar. It’s not extremely high up, but the 13th floor is always cool and lucky. You don’t have a view all around but it’s still a nice ambiance. The waitstaff is nice and attentive. The cocktail was tasty. The food came out super fast, and it was very beautifully presented and quite tasty! The Thai wings is a nice “middle of the road” flavor! Not too sweet, not spicy. The tacos are quite good and the yuca fries are beautiful! The only situation out of the ordinary was the bathroom experience. I tried to use one that just became available and the attendant stopped me and said to not use it! I asked why and she said that it was only for handicapped. But a very capable female with 8” heels and a cocktail dresses came out running. I said “But she’s not handicapped!” And the attendant said “well but she’s a woman!” What was this about? So I waited for the next one but then when I got out a very capable male came out of the handicapped one!!! I suggest being cautious with this type of behavior. It can be perceived, as “peculiar!”

Best beet salad of my life! I had to order it twice during our 2 night stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Refinery Hotel just because this restaurant and hotel are incredible! Great staff. Ian and Ryan were great servers. We appreciate you guys and we will be back! 🙏🏼

You can reserve specific tables for a nominal fee directly through the website so plan ahead for a direct view! Staff is super friendly. Drinks were perfect. We stayed at the hotel which is also great and went twice.

I was really looking forward to visiting Refinery Rooftop to enjoy the food and the beautiful city views, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t turn out as expected. When we arrived, the entire outdoor seating area had been booked for a private event, which wasn’t mentioned ahead of time. We ended up standing by the bar and waiting for over an hour in hopes of getting a table. After about 1.5 hours of waiting with no seating available, we finally gave up and went to the restaurant downstairs instead. It was disappointing not to be able to enjoy the rooftop view or the full experience we came for. I’d recommend calling ahead to check for private events if you’re planning to visit.

I visited Refinery Rooftop with my girlfriends on a night out to celebrate an engagement for one of them. I can’t comment on the food, because we ate somewhere else prior and this location was an after dinner drinks spot for us. The 1st floor is very swanky and beautifully lit. After or ID’s were checked, we got onto the elevator to the top floor. When the doors opened, we were greeted to a dance floor and a DJ who was spinning all the right music that would appeal to all different crowds. This area was encased in glass so you were able to be in this area even if it rained. We made a reservation prior and they seated us quickly. Our table was in the outside area which had large tables, table umbrellas, greenery and soft lighting. And although this was all beautiful, the stunner was THE VIEW! This picture doesn’t do it justice! The drink menu has awesome hand crafted drink options as well as the usual favorites. The drink prices were typical for Manhattan. This is perfect for a girls night, or a date night! I would absolutely recommend this based on the vibe and drinks!

It’s a beautiful place with a nice vibe great environment and good drinks. Reservation is needed but if you don’t mind stand in the bar just walk in. The lady in the bathroom was a bit rude with my friend, and there was a line to get in . Parking two blocks away.

I would recommended sitting in the sun room with the brightness and fresh plants. Watching the coffee being churned out. Food serving was plenty and large , and the waiters were friendly. Enjoyed the ambience and food and energy.

The place is lovely, went on a sunny late morning and the skylight was charming. The staff was super friendly, but u found food a little dry for my taste. However my boyfriend enjoyed it so it might be on me. Had the poached eggs and those were really good. There’s also a rooftop; looked nice but only saw it on the way out. Will try next time

The place has a really nice environment. The hostess was not the nicest but our waitress was really nice. The place is not per friendly (not even the rooftop), so we has to seat outside which was okay. The french onion soup is not good but french fries were surprisingly good. My husband enjoyed the steak and eggs

I came here for brunch with my friends, and it was a lovely experience. We made reservations in the morning for five people, and they allowed us to sit, although our fifth Person wasn’t here yet. My favorite part of the restaurant is the hanging plants. They give the vibe of the French countryside. The food was good, and I would come back for brunch again.

The steak was a bit overcooked and not particular well-seasoned with no real crust on the outside. The bacon gnocchi was good, albeit very dairy-heavy. The restaurant was cute but more brightly-lit than I’d imagine a Parisian cafe.

I cannot rave enough about Juliette. The brunch is delicious and wholesome - good quantity and excellent quality. We ordered the eggs florentine, turkey club sandwich, croque monsieur, and blueberry dutch baby. The cocktails were tasty as well. What’s truly special about Juliette is the staff and their service. As an NYC resident, I’m used to general nonchalance from servers… but the staff here is so warm and kind. Thank you for a good time!

Everything was divine from the French onion soup to the salmon and steak, to the chocolate mouse. ARIEL the bartender was an amazing conversationalist, funny and attentive. The bar is a beautiful romantic, not so dim not so bright place. The music was nice, fit well with the vibe. Definitely coming back. Thanks again for everything!!

Mr. Purple was a lot of fun! The rooftop view of the city was immaculate, and they had a great selection of music as well. The drinks were solid, and I enjoyed the overall vibe of Mr. Purple as a whole. Would recommend!

Went here for their new brunch experience last weekend and had a great time. Fun rooftop party vibes and a classic brunch menu Absolutely must get the Bagel with Lox featuring that beautiful tompkins square bagel and locally sourced smoked salmon. They have all the brunch cocktails or check out their perfect espresso martini. Great for a date or group brunch

Mr. Purple is a very nice and spacious rooftop restaurant and bar. I love the fact that they have a pool which was nice. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves at an event we attended here. I would definitely come back again.

This was our second visit to this property, both times at sunset, this time as hotel guests. The view is breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for sunset cocktails. However, regarding the food and cocktails, both are of low quality and do not meet our expectations. We had the worst Aperol Spritz we have had. Bartenders had no clue. Additionally, the bartender was arguing with a client over a card and tried to involve me in the discussion, which was very rude and inappropriate. We had one drink, enjoyed the fantastic view, and left. Many rooftop options, avoid this one.

This place in the summer is a vibe! Great view of the NYC skyline, live house music playing in the background and a pool that's open from 10am-5pm. Also shout-out to Alina who was our super attentive server.

I had an absolutely incredible time at this bar. The vibe is spot-on, and the view of the city is simply breathtaking. I like that there are windows all around so you can enjoy the view even from inside sitting at the bar. The sound system was great, and the music perfectly matched my mood. The service is quick and very attentive. Special shout out to Trey, Christian and Ben who made the night even more memorable. The rooftop pool was the cherry on top—a true hidden gem in the neighbourhood that you can’t miss if you’re visiting town. I can’t wait to return!

I'm so happy we made a reservation for brunch. It looked so cute from the outside (we could see the restaurant from our hotel) and it was. It's of course on a rooftop, with pops of color from the flowers sprinkled throughout for decoration. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros based off the our server's recommendation and I'm glad I did. It had a nice healthy portion of avocado and the sauce was full of flavor. My friend had the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich which she liked but thought was kind of plain. But what stood out the most was the service. Our waitress Pandora was amazing from start to finish. As were all the other helping staff. The bottomless mimosas for brunch were definitely worth the price.

I stopped by over the weekend since it was really a nice rooftop bar kind of day. I made a reservation, but it looks like they accept walk ins as well for dining. The restaurant itself is quite lovely and the views are stunning. The staff here is very welcoming and Erik, my server was very friendly and helpful. The brunch menu is very limited, but they had some good items. I opted for the Shrimp Cocktail and Sliders and everything was good. I just wished that the sliders would have come with a little side order of fries. The food is a bit pricey here, but that is to be expected in this area. Overall, whether you are staying in the hotel or just passing by like I did, this is a nice spot to grab a quick meal or sit at the bar for a drink or two.

Would recommend trying if you are staying at the Santuary hotel or if you are need of a little oasis while in NY area near Times Square. What made my trip experience great was the service staff. Shout out to Luis he was personable and made a great recommendation. The decor In the space makes this a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy.

I took my daughter Sunday for a birthday brunch and the food was delicious, I had a lobster 🦞 roll and she had French toast ( which was the BIGGEST FRENCH TOAST I'VE EVER SEEN). brunch comes with chocolate cake and a birthday song. atmosphere and service was excellent, I highly recommend it.

Perfectly cooked salmon but the winner was the chickpea cauliflower .. what a tower. Watermelon salad had a bit too much mint but didn’t deserve a 4 star. Pretty good service as well.

My husband brought me here, and we had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Service was 10/10. The truffle fries were delicious, you can’t stop eating them once you start. We also really enjoyed the caviar appetizer. And the chocolate chip cookies with the salt garnish were warm and chewy, just everything. At the end, the waiter was happy to take photos of my husband & I . So kind! Definitely coming back here, thanks for the great experience

While it may not have the best food, it's not horrible but don't expect five stars, it made up in ambiance. Beautiful place on top of a gorgeous store. Everyone is dressed to the nines, which totally pleasantly surprised me, and the crowd, bluntly, were pretty good looking people. Never a bad thing. 😉 We weren't rushed, which was an added bonus, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Worth a visit.

Surprisingly, the food was actually decent. Very good flavors but prices are high due to the hype. You’re really going for the ambiance. The rooftop views are superb, but idk if I could really dine outdoors when it’s cold.

This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The food is amazing! The decor is stunning and chic. The vibes were perfect! I had an amazing 41st birthday!

Service was a bit awkward. Sat beside the server’s station yet no one checked on us after mains were served, and it took 30 minutes to clear plates after cutlery was in the finished position. The filet pictured here was ordered at Medium. Glad I ordered Medium because I’d be afraid to eat the Medium-Rare variant. Nevertheless the seasoning was exquisite, but can you really expect less? Mashed potatoes were excellent. I come here again and again for the ambiance of the place.

Considering the price point and the portion, the food and drinks were average and didn’t particularly impress me. However what made the experience unique was the ambience and decor of this place. The speakeasy-style entrance and the rooftop seating with outdoor heaters was stunning. Staffs were attentive and friendly. make reservation in advance and bring ID to be allowed in even you are just having meal without alcohol. They examine carefully at the entrance.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar The building is steeped in history and the quirky decor and music make this venue memorable. I went with a friend, however there are some simply stunning tables and booths in old railway style out buildings. There are picturesque walkways and whole walls with plants to take photos! I loved the food - I recommend the crudités for a healthy huge starter and the salmon was super tasty and cooked to perfection Service was fast and friendly

The space is really unique and beautiful, there were so many beautiful trees and plants and the music was nice and relaxing. The food was great! We had the calamari and chicken. We also had the steak but that was just okay. The drinks were nice as well, so many unique flavours and the presentation on everything was beautiful! Overall, would highly recommend this place!

Lovely place for hangout and to chill. Located on a 6th floor as part of a hotel/theatre complex. Lot of effort on the decor which is appreciated. The food and drinks menu was simple not complicated but little pricey. Loved the jazz music in the background. Reservation is recommended.

Recommend making reservations since it can get pretty busy! It's a roof top with okay views, but great for groups if you are looking for brunch! The drinks are well made and some are super aesthetic! The namesake Gallow Green is my fave. If you like a robust ginger taste then give it a try!

Serendipitously ended up at Gallow Green after an evening in Hudson Yards. It was a beautiful rooftop and such a cool set up, I was so happy to find it because it led me to an evening at the McKittrick Hotel the following day, which my friend had suggested I check out. I had the shrimp cocktail and the gallow green salad. The shrimp were large and worth the price, and the salad I expected to be alright but the flavors worked together deliciously. It had been raining that evening and afternoon but the rooftop was lovely and my server was great even thought I arrived very late in the evening. The back door elevator was so fun, the entire experience was excellent.

Went for their Champagne Brunch yesterday for a friend's birthday. Loved the vibe and overall concept. We were a big group but service was fantastic so special shout out to Gigi for being wonderful and attentive with the little things we needed, was easy to coordinate the birthday cake for the celebrant. There was also music so it was pretty relaxing and nice. The buffet spread wasn't really big but had some nice options. I especially liked the Porcheta and the salmon (first time to see a proper whole baked salmon, pretty cool!). The champagne was unlimited and was actually a proper Californian champagne so they didn't really go cheap and thus I felt it justified the overall cost. I'm a champagne drinker so didn't need the juices to mix with champagne but you practically have all other juices to mix aside from the standard orange juice. The 2 hours went by quick and we were reminded 15 mins before they closed out the buffet. Was able to then try the croissants and pain au chocolat which were actually pretty good. We also ordered the chocolate mousse, key lime pie and Panna cotta for desserts for the birthday girl and our table and it was pretty decent. Overall areas for improvement would be timeliness of the table. I think we only got it 15 mins after. The food temperature is also an area of opportunity. It was noticeably not warm. And everytime I wanted to finally try the french toast, it was out. Happened 3 times and didn't get to try it which isn't a deal breaker but I'd be remiss if I don't get to point this out for improvement. Still, I won't mind coming back. :)

ONLY good for aesthetics. We had a terrible experience with this brunch. First of all, we called to ask if my friend could bring her daughter and were told YES, but then they refused to allow them in. However, I was already inside, and there were two little girls there. The terrace was extremely hot, no fans in the summer heat. The waiter got our order wrong, even though she wrote it down? And then we had a long wait because the kitchen was closed. The spritz bouquet is $75 for flat lukewarm seltzers. The menu says chicken Caesar salad, but I was charged $12 exra for like 3oz of chicken! Just not worth it overall, all flash no substance. Would only recommend for a drink and cute pics.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday and not too busy. The vibes are on point, beautiful atmosphere. Great for photo ops so make sure to dress cute. Floral scenery, mini moving carousel for siting and taking pictures. The chicken parm sliders were good but extremely small. The egg sandwich is good, did think it has a little too much small but still good and hash browns are extremely crispy. Waiter did forget my water after telling her 4 times but that’s ok. The pina colada drink was good but tasted more on the lemon side. Did sit on a high seat which was kinda uncomfortable. If I had a normal sitting table maybe my experience would be much better. Made a reservation on open table. Cool open rooftop area. Overall was a good brunch day for pictures. This is somewhere I came once and I’m good so won’t be coming back. Go for the vibes and the atmosphere. One and done experience.

The place is stunning — the food and atmosphere are truly five-star quality, and it’s clear that most of the staff work hard to make guests feel welcome. However, our experience at the bar didn’t match the same level of care. The bartender seemed distracted and lacked the empathy and attention one expects in such a highly rated venue. I came here with my wife to enjoy what’s known as one of the best rooftop spots in the city, and it’s a shame that one person’s attitude can affect an otherwise wonderful experience. This place has everything to be perfect if all staff shared the same level of professionalism as the rest of the team.

The ambiance is great, with seasonal decorations and nice views of the Empire State Building and surrounds. Until Sep, they have a lovely Full Bloom display on the west terrace. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, too. However, our server was inattentive and too busy enjoying chatting with other staff to serve us. Both ordering and getting food and drinks took time. We’d made reservations and were seated at a table, but had to walk up to the bar to get utensils and ask other staff for the check. It’s such a cute spot it’s too bad the service level is so poor.

Overall fun place for taken awesome pictures with friends or fam. The brunch menu to me was limited. You get a nice view of the Empire Bldg and the Dj is very good. I hope that they have a large menu for evening dinner. I had a good time with friend.

Came from San Francisco excited to try Magic Hour since it was on our NYC list. The vibe was okay, nothing too special, although seems like everyone was crazy about getting a picture on the center rotating table piece. Happy hour was a letdown with only 3 options (a beer, rosé wine, and a spritz), so we ended up ordering from the regular menu. Food was good and the music was fun. The hostess was quick to get us food, but when we were ready to leave it took forever to get our check—we noticed the same thing happening to the table next to us too. Overall, this is NOT a must-do NYC rooftop in my opinion.

Very touristy but cute; a group of us reserved a table for dinner but we were seated at a lounge type of table NOT a dinner table. It was hard to eat in your lap. Beautiful spot for photos. Food and drinks are good but expensive.

I came with my husband for our anniversary and wanted to surprise him with something special. However, our experience was almost ruined by one of the receptionists. MD at the front desk is very unhelpful and rude. He sounds really unenthusiastic to be asked for help with anything. When we mentioned we were visiting for our anniversary, no congratulations or acknowledgment, just gave us out room cards and sent us on our way to help the next guest. When I called later on and had questions to ask for things, he didn’t know and transferred me to housekeeping to ask questions or to someone else multiple times. The other staff was helpful and had items I needed sent to my room or informed me if they didn’t have what I was asking for and apologized. Other than that, the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. Bell man was very energetic and welcoming, it felt like I was meeting an old friend every time I saw him. He also works very fast and was able to bring our luggage to our room before we even got there! Room service staff was also very fast at coming to deliver our food or pick up dishes when we needed them. The food was fresh and delicious! Housekeeping service was fast and came whenever we asked, even leaving extra items we asked for or just taking our trash and refreshing our towels when we did not want service. They also called promptly to follow up that we didn’t need any services or anything else. The rooms were great, spacious and well furnished, including the balcony. I love the thoughtfulness of the antique furniture, making the room feel more cozy and intimate. It felt familiar, yet luxurious. They also provided a minibar with various drinks and snacks that are refreshed daily. The beds and down pillows are very comfortable and soft. They also provided more firm pillows for my husband. I also had a little makeup room for myself to put my items and a large, well-lit mirror. Our room was on a higher floor, and we had a breathtaking view of the city. It was so lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset or city skylines in the evening with my husband. It felt surreal to see the city light up at night and the tiny cars on the streets below pass by. I felt like I was in a different world, away from the bustling city, somewhere more relaxing.

Best friend booked hotel for her birthday weekend. Hotel is very nice suite quite roomy and we had a small balcony. Nice to have small fridge in suite. Great amenities in room. Couch had pullout bed with thw comfiest mattress. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Location was good for us to get to upper and lower NYC, via uber, taxi or subway. Had dinner in the Italian restaurant on main floor, the pasta dish was very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Pricing was quite reasonable, imo. We went to the Upstairs after broadway play for beet salad, chicken satay and chips/guac. These were so-so...the chicken satay took awhile, I thought they had forgotten or did not put order in. The bellmen Ralph and Nick were most helpful!

We had a great NY trip and this hotel was a key part of it. The rooms are very clean and large, which was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff was quick and friendly and DJ at the front desk was especially kind to my party. The rooftop bar is very nice and the drinks were excellent. It is a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I have switched from a popular hotel after a recommendation for the Kimberly Hotel from a family member. This trip is one of several I have made thus far to this property The stays get better each time ..the front desk staff such as MD and Katy and all the door- men are really nice and helpful .I love morning meals and the penthouse. Great food and service with a lovely view. It's is a great way to start the day.The staff are always friendly and professional. Arian and his team go the extra mile all the time! As a business person involved in services, this level of friendly service is not easy... so hats off to the leadership and mamagemnt .The leadership is doing something right! Thanks Marsha! My wife and I returned to the Kimberly last week, having initially visited in May when we got married in New York. We just wanted to say thank you for another fantastic stay. The Kimberly is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location and the service we received was impeccable; Housekeeping did a fantastic job, the doormen were always so friendly, room service was efficient and reception / concierge staff were very attentive and helpful. A special thanks to Ralph for being an absolute gentleman and always being there to help. Ralph is a credit to the Kimberly and goes above and beyond! Thank you as well to Harry (very friendly and great craic), and to MD and Cheryl on reception. The breakfast at the Kimberly was excellent, with a wide selection of coffee, cooked food, pastries, cereals and fruit. Again, the service was impeccable. We also highly recommend eating at Empire Steak House next door, we had a fantastic pre-theatre meal with brilliant service. Thank you again for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kimberly and will be recommending you to friends and family. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimberly. Large, comfortable living room and separate bedroom with plenty of storage space. Cannot beat the location; staff was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Ralph for his assistance with a very early morning car reservation.

I have been coming to NYC for over 30 years but this is my first stay at the Kimberly. It is hands down the best hotel I have stayed at! Great location, elegant and spacious rooms with real furniture, quiet as could be (no internal or external), and the staff was fun, friendly and helpful. This will be my go to location for all future trips!

(Last visited 1/1/2023.) After celebrating New Year's Even in NYC, it's time to start the year off right, with mo' drankin'! Lol. We booked a brunch here at Taven29 because we loved it so much last time. Here's why! Atmosphere/Appearance: It's exactly a Tavern. They didn't lie in the name. Lol. Lots of light woods with a light, bubbly atmosphere. There are TVs behind the bar you can check out if you're here for a sporting event. Up front they have these super cute alcoves that you can sit in where you feel like you're separated from the rest of the restaurant. We sat here on our first visit, but at the bar on our 2nd. Service: I can't remember who took care of us either time, but we have never had an issue here, especially with having our bottomless mimosas refilled! Food: I've only had the wings here and I love them. Simple, straight to the point. The mimosas are also made to order so if you want light juice, just ask! We love that! Value: This place won't break the bank at all. Which is why it's so appealing. In conclusion, you'll likely see me here again! Make sure you check this place out if you're looking for a good brunch!

I stopped by this bar recently and was honestly impressed. The cocktails are legit — I had a Moscow Mule and it was perfectly balanced. The burgers are a must-try: juicy, flavorful, and cooked right. I also tried the lobster ravioli and the quesadilla — both were surprisingly good and worth ordering. The atmosphere inside is beautiful and well-decorated. It feels cozy but stylish, and the space is kept clean, which I really appreciate. Special shoutout to the bartender, Misha. He immediately understood the kind of drinks we liked and nailed the flavors without us over-explaining. Super friendly, professional, and attentive — he definitely made the experience even better. Overall, great food, great cocktails, and great service. Definitely recommend stopping by — especially for the burgers and Moscow Mule.

Nice rooftop for a happy hour after work! Hosted a networking event for 30 people and the space was nice with the weather being cooler after raining for a bit. The event manager was very easy to talk to to coordinate this :) Would come back again to try their happy hour food deals next time since I was too busy yesterday.

At first glance, the immediate impression of Tavern 29 is that it is a fancy sports bar. However, it doesn't take long to realize that it is much more. With 2 expansive floors and a rooftop beer garden, elegant decor, and intimate nooks scattered about, Tavern 29 is laid back enough for the low-key patron who just wants a simple, no-fuss meal while watching the game but also sophisticated enough for the dressed-up patron looking for a nicer experience. Brunch is offered every day from 11 to 4, and for $25, you can get a carafe of a mimosa, bloody mary, or bellini.

Visited NYC for Ryder Cup 2025 and stayed at Royalton Park Ave. Tavern 29 is right across the street and we visited three straight days for food, drink and sports. Jose at the bar was amazing. He poured great drinks and took amazing care of us. If you need some food or drink while catching the days games, this is the place. *The pretzel was the best food and Jose makes a great Manhattan & Cosmo.

Nice place, good live music on the roof deck for a Monday night. It's was not busy, hence the atmosphere stars. I am sure it is great on a busy weekend. Looking forward to returning when it's busier.

My best friend and I work in the area . So we decided to go after work and have something to eat. We’ve been there before and enjoyed it. This time around not so much. We were seated in the rooftop & order the sliders. My friend could seen the bar back/cool with our dish carrying on a conversation. Finally our food came and it was cold, we made him aware and his response was that’s how we serve it. Okay.... after seeing our facial expressions & asking really? We’ve been here before and had this same dish. He decided to take it. We don’t usually like to making a big fuss about things we work in the hospitality industry but the food was cold! Then the server brings over our food, we start eating and realize the meat isn’t cooked property or at least to our liking. We bring it up to her attention and she says oh I put it in that way. OKAY?! but not once were we asked for the temperature of the meat on the sliders! After that we just decided to let it be and asked for the check. It was whatever to her like if we were the issue or being a headache. The place wasn’t busy to even say okay maybe due to the volume of customer. After this I don’t think we will go back nor recommend this location to any of our guest.

Being at Catch NYC was a sight to see and a beautiful experience because I was able to speak to seemingly experienced staff including servers. The environment was refreshing and warm with greenery and soft lights. I experienced breathtaking views and weather as well as the surroundings of well kept plants and seats outside by a outdoor patio/terrace. I did not forget the food was incredibly prepared to its best. It was in fact, my first time there and I had a welcoming time. I was able to observe the chocolate cake being gently broken to be eaten, the sushi options being explained professionally, and the drink being made effortlessly. The next time I go to Catch NYC, I will bring someone who means a lot to me. I enjoyed my time.

Catch is a real Nyc vibes restaurant. The atmosphere is great but it can be loud. I went here for my birthday and i must say it’s the best sushi in Nyc. The cocktails are pretty good too. We actually waited a lot for our table even though we already had a reservation.

What a catch 😉 we sat on the terrace and got the sushi boat which was bomb. Good cocktails, good sushi. Didn’t try the wagyu but I’m not really a red meat or steak person. Get the porn star martini. It comes with a lil glass of sparkling wine as a buddy.

I went here on a dinner date, the location is great, the restaurant looks good, from the moment you enter the coat stand to being seated at the table everything is amazing! We ordered a few starters, some sushi rolls, pasta and chips and then dessert. The timing of the dishes was wonderful. Everything arrived on time. Presentation could be improved, but in the end the taste is the real test and everything was fresh, high quality and delicious. The restaurant was busy and there was a good atmosphere. The place is very clean including the bathrooms. I will definitely come back again!

I recently moved to NYC from LA. I have frequented the Catch in LA a bunch of times but I must say Catch NYC IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! Our server was Brian and he was immaculate from beginning to end. We only drink addictive-free tequila and he was well-versed in selections (which isn’t always common in restaurants), his personality and service was second to none, he catered menu suggestions to our diet restrictions and palette and paid attention to our questions and answered them over and beyond! Brian’s service was so amazing I had to request for one of the managers to come because I have eaten ALL OVER THE WORLD from hole in the wall places to Michelin star places and I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED service as amazing as Brian! Manager Steve came and he was amazing as well! I get why this Catch is so amazing because the food, service, and management are all astounding! This is definitely now one of my go-to restaurants in NYC now! The food was so good that I didn’t get to take pics lol! We ordered the catch sushi roll (must try), the rock Shrimp, the salmon entree, and the whole branzino entree! Everything was amazing! The margaritas with addictive free tequila and espresso martinis were some of the best we have had! And that dessert…whewwwww!!! Get the cookies & the “hit me” cake but just don’t hit it as hard as I did so it doesn’t splatter everywhere 😂😂😂

This restaurant has it all. It deserves a Michelin star or two as far as the food goes. The flavors and the presentation are top notch. Add to that a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and that would be enough to make for a great dining experience. But wait, there's more! The view! 60 stories up with most of Manhattan, the Hudson, the East River and beyond all in your field of view. Put it all together and you will have an amazing and memorable dining experience.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here and the views definitely made it a memorable spot! Had the steak (portion could have been better), the Gold Bar Squash with sauce ravigote side which was really really good, Potato Chips with umami powder was lacking the umami powder so it ended up tasting like your average crisps from a bag. Had the berry me in nyc which was delish. For dessert we had the Toasted Rice Millefeuille with Koshihikari Rice Cream and Hazelnut Cream which was prettier than how it tasted but the Milk Chocolate chicory mousse with white coffee cremeux and black cherry ice cream was so beautifully complex.

My friend made a reservation for us, and it was a stunning experience. The view, food/drinks, service were all amazing. It was one of the best ducks I’ve ever had. It’s a beautiful space and if anyone wants to celebrate special occasions or quality time I’d highly recommend.

I love the views from here! Very beautiful: the inside of the restaurant is wonderful. The service is great and they are really on top of it! I went for restaurant week and the food was very good! But it just wasn’t incredibly memorable so I took a star off. But I still had a great time.

We’ve been here a few times and Sam has been our server on two occasions. He’s the best! Last time we were here for lunch on Aug 4. We were seated beside the window and it was pleasant to admire the view outside while dining. The food was fine, except my mother’s fish entrée arrived undercooked and raw inside. She felt a bit sick afterwards. However, when she told Sam he immediately offered to have the dish replaced, which made up for it. She did enjoy the fish the second time around, once it was cooked properly. The great service made up for the mishap with the food. We had an enjoyable lunch overall - Sam really made the difference and turned it from an average meal to a standout experience.

Amazing views and fantastic service. Came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was perfect. A birthday card was a nice touch. You get to choose between 3 or 4 course tasting menu and also get a pre-appetizer and a pallet cleaner between main and desert. Everything was delicious and of course the presentation was beautiful. Magnifecent views most definitely add to the experience, especially if you are lucky to sit by the window, it is very romantic. Hope to be back one day.

First visit to Sunday in Brooklyn (fittingly, on a Sunday). We grabbed an outdoor table for two right away — surprising, since I expected the place to be packed. The vibe outside was great on a nice day. What we ordered: • Cheddar Scramble – Eggs with Long Island home fries, multigrain toast, and avocado. • Sunday Pancakes™ – Hazelnut maple praline, brown butter (we went with a double stack). • I added an iced mocha (okay), and I skipped the OJ since it didn’t look freshly squeezed. The food? Solid but not mind-blowing. Scramble was fine, pancakes were sweet and indulgent, but overall it landed closer to a 3/5 than a “wow.” Drinks were passable. Why 4 stars instead of 3? Quick seating, outdoor ambiance, and the novelty of hitting Sunday in Brooklyn on a Sunday. Food wasn’t bad — just not destination-worthy. The service amazing. For 2 people they offered a 2 person table, outside or inside, they sat us right away. The food was Fast and tasted fresh. Eggs were done perfectly, soft scrambled, bacon crispy, potatoes were a little too salty, and the shakshuka was a little disappointing, like salsa with pouched eggs, but the bread was crisp and yummy when dipped into the bowl. However, the Sunday pancake was amazing. It’s was like a mini fluffy yellow cake with delicious buttered maple all over. not a maple taste but like a chocolaty buttery nutty flavor. “It was like a reward”. We enjoyed it the most. Overall we understand the hype and definitely recommend to try it for yourself.

Visited Sunday in Brooklyn for brunch and honestly, wow. We got the pistachio hummus with wood-fired flatbread — probably the richest, most flavorful meze I’ve ever had. A total must-try (and so generous we couldn’t even finish it!). Also ordered the warm grain bowl, and it arrived in what felt like 5 minutes — unbelievably fast service. The bowl itself was pure comfort: warm, rich, and beautifully balanced. The eggs were cooked like a soufflé — soft and melting — topped with a gigantic half avocado and a generous handful of pepitas (which I love and rarely see done this well). The rice underneath was so delicious. Finished with a cappuccino, served instantly in a lovely porcelain cup — the perfect touch to end brunch. Great find for brunch in Brooklyn! I’m visiting family in town and decided to meet my bestie who lives in Queens for brunch. We searched for breakfast spots nearby and found Sunday in Brooklyn because of its high ratings and appealing menu options. As a former brunch server, I first discovered shakshuka at my old restaurant and instantly fell in love with the robust flavors and perfectly runny poached eggs. While I’m usually an American breakfast type of person, I occasionally love to branch out and try something more adventurous. The Experience: • No wait time - we were seated immediately outside (wasn’t asked about seating preference, though I would have loved to sit inside and check out the interior decor) • Perfect for people watching while catching up with friends • Our server Cameron was overall kind and sweet, though he seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy moments and missed a few requests - had to ask the server assistant for help with some items • Small note: servers should introduce themselves by name (I had to ask for his name after ordering, as I like to greet people personally) What We Ordered: • Oat milk masala chai - delicious and beautifully presented • S’mores latte - gorgeous display • Shakshuka with extra homemade focaccia bread (needed every drop of that amazing sauce!) - loved it, though next time I’d skip the feta • Hazelnut praline pancakes and BLT for my friend The portion sizes are generous and satisfying. not many vegetarian options and the one we ordered that we were told is a good veg option actually had pork in it which was so disappointing. beet hot chocolate was yummy and fries were yummy. Vibes were also nice but as a vegetarian did not enjoy much

The pancake looks great.. until you take a bite and feel like you're swimming in sugar syrup. Sweet tooth or not, it's overwhelmingly sweet. The black coffee is not great either. On the bright side, the staff are nice and the vibe is great. wish the food matched the energy.

I had the opportunity to visit this place twice. Once for brunch and the other for regular lunch day. The time I went for regular lunch we sat on the terrace which was beautiful. The food was soo great the drinks were definitely hitting as well 👌🏾. The time I went for brunch, we got the unlimited mimosas and meal deal. I had some French toast and a mango mimosa pitcher. The food was okay but not what I was expecting. It came out a little cold but I was sipping and hardly paid much attention to it. Our mimosas was going by so fast however the waitress wasn't refilling them fast enough within our said time frame so unfortunately we had to keep flagging her down and also asking another waiter for his help with refilling. The place was moderately packed not overly packed or crowded which is why we were like why is she taking forever to refill our drinks?! She also wasn't very helpful when it did come to us asking questions about the menu items but we just ordered and let her go on. The music was great the dj was a vibe so he kept us very much upbeat and happy. Overall, the atmosphere is beautiful, make sure you have a reservation when you visit as well.

Unfortunately if you stay at the Sheraton hotel next door, it is not free to enjoy the rooftop lounge for the Macys 4th of July fireworks. It’s $15 per person just to enter the rooftop, then food and drinks are separate! The atmosphere was very loud, people smoking and drinking, music blasting so loud you can’t think, not kid or family friendly, way too overcrowded, but then it became chaos when a fight broke out and NYPD had to come escort everyone out of the building. The views weren’t even all that great due to the new high rise buildings blocking most of the view anyways for the fireworks, nothing spectacular. The workers here were also very hostile and some were rude, the bald headed old man at the entrance acted like a macho man, the body guards make you feel uncomfortable. People were talking in the hotel lobby about the fight and some people were thankful they didn’t go to the rooftop lounge to see the fireworks. Worst experience for a rooftop bar!

Definitely a go-to spot! A nice restaurant and lounge that plays a variety of music, especially Caribbean vibes. The venue has a rooftop patio and two indoor sections. There are two DJs, one in each room, playing different music, which is great because you can switch rooms if the vibe isn’t hitting. The food is pretty good as well. The only downsides are that parking can be time-consuming, there’s just one main elevator, which can get crowded and the service can be a little slow depending on the night. Nonetheless, it’s a great place for good vibes, music, and a fun night out.

Had such a great experience at Kimoto thanks to Selena! Super friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down. I ordered the Very Berry French Toast and it did not disappoint—fluffy, perfectly sweet, and topped with the freshest berries. Paired it with bottomless mimosas (because why not?) and it was the perfect combo. The vibe was chill, the food came out quick, and Selena made sure we were always taken care of. Will definitely be back for brunch again soon!

Came here with my best friend for a birthday brunch and was not disappointed. Small plates were perfect for two girls sharing a meal on a Saturday. Music was 10/10. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all for a Saturday afternoon, so I felt very taken care of by my waitress Selena. Will definitely come back again!!!

I really enjoyed being served by Mani today at Kimoto. She made it her business to ensure that my time at Kimoto was smooth and memorable. I can tell as a customer she understands the drink menu through and though and that was impressive. May I add she also gave great food options. She was attentive, friendly, and I will definitely come back to get more great drinks by her again!

Great service had brunch here the French toast is to die for!! I had the mimosa for 2 hours and it came pretty fast my waitress Imani was attentive and assured that we had a great time. Hookah was really good like by far the best I’ve ever had. The DJ was great amazing ambiance. I do think the 2 hour limited mimosa should be 3 hours but hey I still had a great time!!

Had a fantastic brunch experience! The vibe was lively with a good music selection (top 100 pop hits with a sprinkle of hip hop) The service was friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome. We didn’t have a reservation but were able to grab a seat at the bar. The food didn’t disappoint—both the pizza and the burger were delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch. Definitely worth a visit!

Karina’s service and attention to detail was exceptional! Her personality and positive energy made the space extremely inviting. She was lovely, energetic, and made us feel at home. All of her recommendations were stellar and made the dining experience a 10/10. She was well versed on the menu and was able to give all the context needed for great bites and an even better time. My girlfriend and I had the Penne Alla Vodka with Burrata and the Cacio e Pepe, both with shrimp, along with the Caesar salad and wood-fired flat bread. She’s truly a star and is the reason we’ll be back! Trust me, the food was great, but great food is nothing without a 5STAR experience, and she gave us just that! Be sure to ask for her during your next time in, and you’re sure to have a great time!

First time eating at this establishment. I would recommend doing a better job with the food (pasta dishes) and the drinks. I felt like the pasta and shrimp were a huge disappointment especially how it’s an Italian restaurant and the aesthetics were on point. Tasted like poor quality tomato sauce and the shrimp tasted like pre-cooked shrimp. The pizza my bf ordered was good and fresh tasting though. We were there for brunch on yesterday. The service was good. The drinks were not based on the limited selections for the prix fixed brunch deal. They have other brunch drinks that were better sounding selections but they weren’t included in the special. The drinks were watered down or just weren’t good. I’m not sure why there was an up charge on the Hugo spritz (watery and tasteless). I wish these types of places would put more effort in the food quality and drinks because eventually people will realize the gig is up.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and one of the things I can say with real honesty is that Karina is absolutely an amazing server. She remembers me and my partners drinks and our favorite foods and she always has such a warm, friendly and welcoming vibe that makes us feel right at home. Truly exceptional service provided by Karina and the rest of the team is very nice and kind as well. Great food highly recommend the woodfired wings one of our favorites, pizza is great, Cacio Pepe w grilled chicken is bomb and Overall, the vibes are awesome! Great place for a brunch or really any meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pizza was a bit lacking but everything else was very tasty. Would recommend if in the area!

I enjoyed my visit. Actually getting my drink’s worth with my bottomless Bellinis made the day a little hazy, but I remembered the food was delicious. I was expecting home fries would brunch, but those French fries touched a spot I didn’t even know needed touching and my eggs Benedict were perfection! Major shout out to our server Gabriel, he’s one of the reasons the is place was so memorable!

What an experience!!! Everything from the greetings, care, service, plating, taste, views and experience is pure perfection and out of this world. The taste menu was spot on. Every bite was like an explosion. The Moroccan tea they served was exceptional and had the perfect ratio. The menu really allows you enough time to truly relax and have a good time with your partner and they truly treat you like royalty. They present and explain every dish to you and there are so many. The views from the floor are also out of this world. I would love to go back!

I was able to make a last minute reservation a couple days out for a Friday evening. The restaurant was on the 63rd floor and in the lobby, once we checked in, we took a seat. Someone came to get us when the table was ready and we took an elevator up. We were sat outside with an absolutely gorgeous view. Liam provided top notch service and when it got chilly, we asked for blankets which they provided. The view here is absolutely unparallel. It was quiet and you could enjoy the conversation. The food were all amazing and we enjoyed everything. There was one dish that was overly savory but everything was still very good and cooked to perfection. After, we had asked if we could check out upstairs (Over Story) for a drink and they helped escort us upstairs. It was incredibly busy and the music was very loud but once we were able to get our drinks, we did make our way outside for the night view. Overall, what a beautiful view at a lovely restaurant and we would absolutely come back.

I recently dined at Saga and had a mixed experience. There’s no denying that the restaurant has incredible views, a stunning space, and a very polished service team. The setting itself is truly beautiful and theatrical. That said, the food didn’t live up to the hype or the price point for me personally. Several dishes felt more focused on presentation than actual flavor, and overall the menu lacked the depth and balance I’d expect at nearly $300 per person (before wine, tax, and gratuity). It was also disappointing to be served a “Late Summer” pre-fixe menu in the middle of October. For a restaurant of this level, I expected the menu to reflect the season more thoughtfully — especially when the price and reputation set such high expectations. I can appreciate the ambition behind the concept, but it simply wasn’t the right fit for my palate or sense of value. A nice experience overall, but not one I’d rush to repeat at this price.

SAGA is truly one of my favorite restaurants in New York City. Unlike most Michelin-starred spots, SAGA puts on a show—and does it the NYC way. From the moment you arrive on the 63rd floor, you’re welcomed with a custom cocktail and then guided out to the terrace to soak in the breathtaking city views. The experience is unforgettable! The design perfectly blends modern aesthetics with the character of a 1920s high-rise, giving off a cool, almost John Wick vibe as soon as you walk in. As for the food, it’s just as impressive. The chef draws inspiration from cuisines all over the world, seamlessly fusing them into a harmonious and creative tasting menu. SAGA is an amazing restaurant on every level—highly recommended!

We had a great experience. From start to finish service was friendly and personal. Alisa was amazing. Delicious Drinks from the Overstory. Weather was perfect for the Terrace. Stunning views and great food. We woke up next morning with the smile.

Night view was good but sunset might have been better. The tasting menu was around 12 courses for a little under $300. Food on average was good but some dishes ended up being a bit too salty for my taste. Ask for the bill breakdown since they did my bill wrong and if I didn’t check I would’ve overpaid by a lot. The wagyu add on for $85 was worth it! The beef was very tender and flavorful.

I've been to probably 40+ Michelin starred restaurants around the world, and I can confidently say Saga was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Just classic continental tasting menu vibes - no bullshit. Not too experimental, I feel like the focus was on serving insanely tasty food with the highest quality, fresh ingredients and eye catching presentations. They really perfected that whole experience at Saga. I feel like they could have 3 stars even... I'm convinced that anyone who leaves a negative review for Saga is just too picky, insufferable and perhaps miserable... I came with my immediate family for my Mother's 60th Birthday, and the staff made it an unforgettable experience, so so special. The food spoke for itself. Everything was a flavor bomb. Each plate was a work of art. Attentive staff, amazing views from the roof, cool music and sleek decor. I do not drink alcohol, and even their mocktails tasted unique and were fun to try. If you ever want to have a special night go to Saga... they will take you away to a magical, cosmopolitan place for a couple of hours, away from the hardships of life. My favorite dishes were the "potato salad" with caviar, as well as the Hokkaido scallop in a spiced broth. They also served a crazy good sea bream. Cornbread with caviar on top too... sheesh. The Moroccan tea service was fun as well. Everything. Amazing. Thanks Saga!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is with an immense amount of sadness to say that we did not have a good experience at elNico. Leading up to our reservation I had heard a lot of hype about this place, so going into it my expectations were high. It has the potential to be more than amazing, from the stunning Manhattan views, deliciously crafted cocktails, and flavorful Mexican food. Once we were seated (we had a res) we sat down at our table for about 30 minutes before anybody checked in on us. At this point, we still didn’t even get water which is the bare minimum. We had to go inside the main dining room to ask the bartender for drinks AND food. Once we sat down again they kept bringing out various dishes and cocktails that we didn’t even order. Once the food finally arrived, we still didn’t have any water so we asked for some. It was incredibly frustrating and I don’t think I will be back, unless some serious work can be done within the service department. Quality service is equally as important as the food and drinks in my personal opinion. I also want to quickly add that some of the drinks made at the bar seemed very skimpy… some glasses were only 3/4 full :/

Delicious Mexican food with a view! Juan our server was so kind and attentive. We will be going back! And we’ll definitely be bringing our dog next time (they’re dog-friendly). We noticed the hostess didn’t have enough menus and had trouble keeping people from stealing tables outside. If she had a little more help, elNico would be a top tier Williamsburg restaurant!

This place is 100% dog-friendly! I was pleasantly surprised when they gave us a spot right in the center of the restaurant.. it’s rare, since most places usually send us to the patio when we’re with our dogs. The space is cozy and beautiful, the service was a 10/10, and the atmosphere was just perfect. I absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

We were *obsessed* with our experience here. The food was incredible, the drinks were creative and delicious, and the views were stunning. The outdoor area fills up fast (we came in at 6:30 on a Tuesday and it was already full) but the covered patio area was just as nice. Whoever our server was in that area was such a gem. Such a lovely guy!

I’m surprised not many people know about this place, I think they need more advertising on TikTok! Loved the vibe, food, view, and service. The view outside was so beautiful, but as it got chillier at night we asked to move inside and they quickly found a table for us. Also, special thanks to Francisco for the service and for taking such amazing pictures of us on my friend’s birthday. Will definitely come back! :)

This Mexican restaurant has a lot of potential. The food and the view will blow you away, the service can be hit and miss. That said, we went several times during our stay at the hotel on which this reataurant sits, and we only had a bad experience once during peak times. Defnitely recommend the elote or the quesadillas, also they have orange wine

We visited The River Café over the holidays with high expectations, especially considering it has been, and still is, regarded as the most exclusive fine dining American restaurant on the water in NYC since 1977. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what one would expect from such a prestigious establishment. From the moment we arrived, the service felt cold and uninviting. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness—it genuinely felt as though we weren’t treated like guests. The level of hospitality simply didn’t match the reputation the restaurant carries. The food was also underwhelming. For a place with such a longstanding legacy, I expected a memorable and refined culinary experience. Instead, the dishes lacked flavor, creativity, and finesse. For the price, it’s simply not the most worthwhile food in New York there are plenty of other restaurants in the city offering far better meals at a similar or even lower cost. The only highlight of the evening was the ambiance the view of the Brooklyn Bridge is undeniably beautiful and adds charm to the setting. Sadly, that was the only part of the evening that lived up to the restaurant’s reputation. Overall, what should have been a festive and elevated dining experience turned out to be a major letdown. For a restaurant that claims such exclusivity and history, it simply didn’t deliver on food, service, or value

Definitely not worth it. I was very disappointed in this experience especially considering the steep price tag. The best part of going here was the entrance autumn decor and the sunset drive over Brooklyn bridge. We were seated at a rubbish table even though I had booked back in February and the restaurant wasn't fill at the time of reservation. So we had a horrible view of the back wall and the service station (I saw they did this to numerous young couples). If you have a yearning for the "experience" I would recommend you stop by the outside to take in the views of the exterior decorations and maybe pop in for a glass of wine at the bar, and then take yourself elsewhere for a decent meal and good service. Service is just meh, the food is not memorable or particularly well executed. The duck was very tender and so was the octopus. But the dishes as a whole were not tasty or good quality. The souffle was curdled and had scrambled eggs vibes and the cheap chocolate used on the bridge dessert made it pretty awful.

The River Café offers a dine-in experience or a dine-in experience for extravagant weddings. I recently had my sister’s wedding reception here and everything from the ceremony to the cake cutting was handled with care. It was a top-notch experience. The staff were very polite. The prices were high, and the high costs will bring you top-quality service and Michelin-starred dishes. I highly recommend you try this restaurant out.

I had an amazing birthday here. The service and food were amazing. The drinks were prefect. They made me feel like I was the only one there. The steak with the bone marrow had me wanting seconds. Don't forget the brandy flight they were so smooth and flavorful even if you're not a brandy person you will enjoy

My husband and I came here for to celebrate our one year of marriage. The staff were very attentive and the waitress was kind enough to take photos of us. The view is gorgeous and the food was amazing. The salmon melts in your mouth!! Thank you River Cafe for making our evening so special

Best Michelin-star restaurant for me! Had great experience with all food we got and drinks. Only I don’t like they give us kind of old jacket for man to wear. I understand dress code rules but it’s kind of not pleasant to wear something after other people. But even with this rule food experience was amazing for us!

If you’re looking for something a bit different in the West Village. It’s one of a few locations globally which makes it feel extra special. We came for brunch and were glad we arrived early—it gets busy quickly (long wait line). The cappuccino was great, and the pastries were perfect. The breakfast offerings are on the lighter side, but everything was fresh and simple. Seating is a bit tight, but the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Great food and service! Do not expect American oversized portions. The servings are typical of what you would get in France. Freshly squeezed orange juice with lotsa pulp. The Belgian Waffle didn't need any syrup at all. The fruits and toppings added enough flavor. The tap (still) water tastes very decent. Couldn't smell or taste any chlorine. Definitely will go back!

We came here for breakfast! We ordered the Belgian Waffle, Waffle Sandwich, Cappuccinos, and Tartine with Prosciutto, Fig Crostini, Goat Cheese, and Honey. Everything was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh! We also wanted to try the Chocolate Mousse, but that’s for another time. That’s why we’re coming back! They have both indoor and outdoor seating which a very small, cute patio. The service was excellent! Highly recommend it!

Walked in. Line looked really long (>10 groups ahead), but we were still seated in ~20 mins. The avocado toast, eggs and salmon were all excellent. I thought the orange juice was just okay. Our table was a bit cramped / close to the group beside us (they really cram as many people as possible into their space). Overall happy and would like to come back.

I arrived early (09:30 AM) to avoid the queue and I am glad I did! The place has a very nice atmosphere and the service was great. I had the egg and prosciutto toast and it was delicious. The coffee was also tasty. Worth the visit if you don't mind queueing.

We had a lovely Saturday brunch at Buvette, a charming little French spot. It was busy around 11 AM, and we waited about 40 minutes, but it was worth it! The helpful staff managing the line checked in often with updates, and the servers were all very attentive. Just a heads up, your whole party needs to be physically present before you can be seated. The space is a bit tight, but the food made up for it. We had cappuccinos one with oat milk and one with regular milk, ginger tea (which I really enjoyed), freshly squeezed OJ so good, chevre the steamed eggs that were so fluffy and light, pain perdu that wasn't too sweet, croque madame, waffle sandwich, and almond croissants. Everything was delicious! FYI-No reservations, walk-in only.

I ordered a chicken & waffles, it was delicious and also the Watson Cocktail 🤤 my friends ordered steak and eggs and espresso martini 🤤 everything was perfect. 👌🏻 The service excellent.

Wanted a night out and selected the Upstairs. I was not expecting the poor level of service or the unpalatable food. I’ve honestly never sent food back - this was a first. Everything tasted microwaved. Cold and unseasoned. The server was colder somehow. Most of the staff stood by the bar are gossiped. Wouldn’t recommended.

Wonderful cocktails. Less than wonderful service. Cool view. Would come back, but cross our fingers we'd get a different waitress.

Upstairs is located in The Kimberly Hotel. Upon entry The Kimberly is a show stopper. The lobby is immaculate & smells amazing. When you take the elevator to the penthouse you’re greeted by polite, beautiful servers & hostess. Like seriously they must hire aspiring models only. The view is beautiful on a lovely day. The weather was just perfect for this rooftop bar. We order a French 75, Mimosa, Lobster Roll & Truffle Flatbread. The Truffle flatbread was amazing and the arugula gave it a tangy kick. The fries on the lobster rolls were pretty good. Perfectly salted. The lobster rolls were tasty. They werent stingy with the lobster either. Definitely would recommend and return.

The vibes at the Seaport Pier in NYC are simply unmatched on a beautiful day. I recently spent an afternoon there and absolutely loved just sitting out in the sun, soaking it all in. The fresh air coming off the water and the incredible views of the city skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge create such a serene yet energetic atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to escape the city's chaos without actually leaving it. What I enjoyed most was just vibing with all the different people there. There was a diverse crowd—families, couples, friends, and people just enjoying a quiet moment alone. The energy was so positive and relaxed. You can watch the boats go by, listen to the distant sounds of the city, and feel completely present. Whether you’re grabbing a drink from one of the nearby spots, a quick bite, or just enjoying the view, the pier offers a unique and beautiful urban retreat. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh perspective and a moment of peace.

I came here for a NYFW show I was invited to. It was really nice and a great concept! It was mermaid themed and on the boat! It was such a fun show. The pier itself is clean and has a nice selection of shopping and restaurants around.

the venue is so nice and open with some of the best views of the city. went to a disco party here and it was so nice to feel the breeze from the water and be surrounded by music. the restrooms are also easily accessible and there’s also a water fountain. the only reason i subtracted a star was that the escalators stopped working when we were exiting the event and after a night of dancing in heels, this was practically a crime.

Pier 17 is a fantastic spot in New York with one of the most stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the open spaces make it a perfect place to relax, take photos, or enjoy an evening out. The view, especially at sunset, is simply magnificent and unforgettable. A must-visit for anyone looking to experience the city’s beauty from a unique perspective.

I took my son to see Dropkick Murphy's. The show was phenomenal. The view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, although the Rooftop has snacks and drinks as well. A great time was had!

We took a boat tour from here just walking distance from hotel. Tour was of the Statue of Liberty and the local area by water. It was great we bought tickets last minute no problem. Plenty of room onboard and they served drinks and lite food. Debbi our guide was very knowledgeable and kind.

Pier17 is really a great place for a little tour and exploring city & east river views. Also has welcoming deck where we can sit and relax. Absolutely stunning view at afternoon especially Brooklyn Bridge side.

Held a corporate dinner event in the carriage house and it was amazing. The venue is perfect for a private, upscale feel. The staff was incredible. They helped customize the menu, print additional documents and let us overstay our welcome at the end of the night. All the food was great, would say the pasta could be better seasoned, but I loved the salad, chicken and chocolate cake. I can't recommend the venue enough for a corporate event!

For the last few years, Vinegar Hill House has been our go-to when we have something to celebrate or just want a delicious night out in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. So when we were deciding where to have an intimate dinner as our wedding reception in June 2025, this was our first choice, and SO GLAD we did! We booked the back garden and everything was just perfect, including the attention to dietary restrictions. Shout out to Karl, the events manager, who was amazing throughout.

We had the beets, focaccia, rigatoni, and halibut, with the panna cotta for dessert. The beets were outstanding, with the piquant sauce complementing the earthy sweetness of the beets. The rigatoni was also solid. The halibut itself was under-seasoned, but the accompaniments were flavorful. It felt like the dish needed a touch more acid and salt, but I still enjoyed it. The panna cotta was solid--it is not a sweet dessert, but not all desserts need to be. However, the peaches were not the best (perhaps too late in the season or frozen?) and the lemon verbena was too perfume-y. Waiter was excellent, decor was nice, but it was quite loud.

Phenomenal food, service, ambience, and more. The food didn’t try too hard. Seasonal ingredients with balanced flavors. Chicken liver mouse and beets were one of the best I’ve ever had. I LOVE that they didn’t hide any ingredients in drenched sauce but rather just showcased it with accompaniments. Besides the food, their wine list is actually one of the best in the region. No overpriced, overhyped names but rather unique smaller producers. Such a unique and eclectic mix of wine that again doesn’t try too hard to be complex. The server was so nice and welcomed my wife and I right away. I’m only upset this is the first time I’ve been here after living in Brooklyn for 4 years.

What an absolutely fantastic experience at Vinegar Hill House! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A huge shout-out to the manager, Gikas, who was incredibly kind and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We also had some amazing drinks thanks to Bartender Crosby, who is a true professional and mixes a fantastic cocktail. Now, the food—wow! We started with the Red Kuri Squash with stracciatella, hot cherry pepper, and boquerones. It was phenomenal; so creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of kick from the pepper. It was perfectly paired with a Hungarian white wine recommended by the staff. For the main, I had the pork chop. You can tell it's thoughtfully sourced. It was cooked to absolute perfection and served with jalapeño cheddar grits that were the ultimate comfort food pairing. I highly recommend getting the Hungarian white wine pairing they suggest (I believe it's from the Valley of Beautiful Women). It complemented both dishes beautifully. This was a 10/10 meal. We will absolutely be back!

Wouldn’t recommend the omelette or the egg sandwich but the sourdough pancake and the sausages on the side menu are worth the hype and totally worth the trip! 🤤 Likely the best pancakes in the city! Better than the pancakes at Golden HoF - which used to be our favorite before we discovered this place

I booked here for an anniversary dinner recently and had a terrible experience, which I feel bad even saying because everyone talks so highly of this place. While the food was very delicious, though keep in mind they are small portions, the service was atrocious. We made a reservation a week in advance for our anniversary and yet we were shoved into an afterthought table squished between others that should be saved for walk-ins. (A couple who walked in without a res shortly after us was given a cushy four top...was gently fuming over that lol). We struggled to flag service attention from anyone, which progressed through the night to almost totally ignoring us. This persisted from both server and hostess who both spent time chatting with friends at the bar. It's a tiny space so I'm not sure how our attempts were ignored so fully but the tables next to us also struggled. After many attempts we finally got the dessert menu, and then were promptly forgotten about, and 20 minutes later without having ordered dessert we finally flagged the check down. It takes a lot for me to review service poorly, and we still tipped 20%, but for such a well-recommended restaurant I was surprised by how poor the service was, especially on a Saturday night. Would only return for a casual lunch, if that.

I recently visited The Peak at Hudson Yards and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The view is absolutely breathtaking you get a sweeping panorama of New York City and even complimentary access to The Edge, which makes the visit extra special. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful amenities for its guests. Since it’s located in such a popular area, the elevators can get busy, but diners at The Peak are given priority access, which is a nice touch. We had cocktails and tried the burger. The drinks were excellent, and the burger, while not the very best I’ve ever had, was unique and flavorful. Service throughout our visit was warm and attentive, and the manager in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, The Peak offers a stunning setting, great hospitality, and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hudson Yards!

Simply exceptional. The VIEW! No need for further explanation. Terrific! The service was great from A to B, the food was truly amazing. My wife ordered a well cooked Streak Frites, and it was perfectly cooked, still tender and very tasty. Btw, Entrees means Main for them. Courtesy access to the Edge platform as a plus. Special mention to our waitress Cris who was very professional and nice all along! It’s a bit expensive sure but considering the view and the food, it’s worth it. I recommend!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Peak, and the evening was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made the occasion feel special—attentive, warm, and perfectly timed service that elevated the entire experience. My boyfriend thoughtfully chose a table by the windows, and the breathtaking views of the city skyline were absolutely unmatched—easily one of the highlights of the night. The food itself was good, though leaning toward the simpler side. My entrée of roasted chicken with squash was flavorful but not particularly inventive, and my starter of burrata with tomatoes was very fresh yet straightforward. On the other hand, the scallops were a standout for me—I tried them for the first time here and was pleasantly surprised at how rich and delicious they were. A lovely touch was the complimentary birthday dessert, complete with cake, truffles, and fruit pastes, which added a thoughtful and celebratory note to the evening. Overall, Peak delivers a phenomenal atmosphere and exceptional service, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. While the food may not push culinary boundaries, the combination of impeccable service, ambiance, and views made for a night I’ll always remember.

Oh! This is a gorgeous restaurant, it's worth it. My wife and I were there just the two of us, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everything was sooo delicious, even though my wife is a vegetarian (it's hard to impress her; not every cook cooks vegetarian dishes well), the chef at this restaurant created culinary masterpieces! The friendly waiters completed the overall positive picture. P.S. I reserved a table by the window a month in advance. The fixed price for these tables is $135 per person. Plus wine, plus tax, plus tip. All in all, I paid $450. I don't regret it at all.☺️

Wow, what an awesome experience this restaurant was. I would like to say the food and drinks are the best part, but you would have to be blind to say the view does not take your breath away. 101 stories high overlooking New York. I do not think there is a better place to view the city, especially with a meal. The restaurant is pricey, but that's to be expected with what is included. Food and drinks were presented wonderfully and tasted exceptional. You also receive free admission to the Edge observatory, which we did after our meal (retails for ~$50pp). Highly recommend dinner at or just before sunset, and then the observatory for the evening. Makes for great pictures.

Absolutely incredible experience. Highly recommend getting the crab pasta, one of the best pastas I had in a very long time, and also the carrots as a side dish. The two plates were amazingly executed, full of flavor. Definitely coming back! Drinks were delicious as well, service was good and friendly with a beautiful view!

We went to Celestine to celebrate my brother’s birthday and it turned out to be a great choice in terms of food and location. The setting is stunning — right by the water with an amazing view of the Manhattan Bridge. It creates a beautiful and memorable backdrop, especially for a special occasion. The atmosphere is modern, airy, and cozy at the same time, which makes dining here feel unique and relaxing. For the food, everything we ordered was excellent. From Eggs Norwegian, Chicken Breast, Branzino, Golden Beets, Miso Caesar, Burrata, Hamachi Crudo, Buttermilk Pancakes, and Fries, to the desserts like Chocolate Tart, Lemon Cake, Basque Cheesecake, and Salted Caramel Ice Cream — each dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The highlights for us were the seafood and desserts, which were prepared with great balance and taste. The only weak point was the drinks, which looked nice but lacked flavor compared to the high standard of the food. Unfortunately, another downside was the service. While some staff were polite, the overall experience was disappointing. We were rushed off our table even though there were still plenty of empty tables around. On top of that, when we tried to move a chair slightly to take a photo, a staff member came over and told us, rather rudely, to put it back — something we already intended to do anyway. It felt unnecessary and left a bad impression, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion. Overall, Celestine is a restaurant with an unbeatable location and delicious food, but the service could be improved to match the quality of the kitchen. The setting and dishes make it worth a visit, but I hope the staff can be more considerate to ensure that guests leave with a truly positive experience.

Heavy on recommending this restaurant for any occasion or celebration. Michael at the bar is literally the best, suggest having a drink at the bar with him before moving to dining room service. He really set the mood for our night in such a beautiful and connected way. Kevin out waiter was also stellar, very attentive, and great with his entree suggestions.

The food at Celestine was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The view is stunning and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing meal, especially outdoors. However, we waited over an hour for our main dish which was frustrating and definitely took away from the experience and they forgot about one appetizer - we had to remind we ordered it. Also, the dips were great, but they only come with three pieces of bread so I recommend asking for extra bread right away. Overall, it’s a gorgeous spot with quality food and a great vibe, but be prepared for a possible wait.

Celestine feels like that friend who’s effortlessly cool, good-looking, and also happens to make you an amazing drink. Speaking of drinks- let’s start there. We tried the gimlet, last word, old fashioned, their gin-based “Whatabout,” and a cosmo. Every single one slapped (in the best way). Even when we got picky and asked for little modifications, they nailed it. Whoever’s behind that bar deserves a standing ovation- or at least a round of applause before the next round of cocktails. For food, we started with arancini, burrata, beet salad, and Caesar salad. The burrata and Caesar were the headliners here - creamy, fresh, crunchy, and basically making the arancini feel like a background dancer. Entrées were a whole lineup: steak, crab pasta, pork, and chicken. All tasty, but let’s be honest - the steak walked on stage, stole the spotlight, and left the audience screaming. If you’re ordering one thing, let it be that. Dessert was our curtain call: chocolate tart, caramel ice cream, and cake. The chocolate tart especially? Rich, smooth, and 10/10 would not share. Between the killer drinks, the food that actually lives up to the vibe, and that unbeatable bridge-side view, Celestine is officially on the “bring friends here to impress them” list!!!

Yesterday I went for brunch with my friend and we really liked the place. The burrata was amazing and the pancakes were great too. It’s a very peaceful spot, the atmosphere is nice, the staff is young and friendly, and the views are unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back.

Super underrated BK brewery. Great brew options the cover the full gambit of beer types + solid cocktails & a full bar. Food was great too. Chopped cheese sliders are A1. Used to pass this place all the time thinking it was a small bar/brewery but it had a great standard bar with nice seating, a great pretty fun arcade and a gorgeous rooftop that has some of the best views the city has to offer. I’m talking midtown + Statue of Liberty! Definitely worth pullin up.

Randolph Rooftop is a solid spot for drinks with a view. The food was good, definitely enjoyable and worth ordering. Well-made cocktails with good flavor and a nice selection. The real highlight is the view. You get a great look at the city from up top, especially around sunset. It’s a great place to unwind and catch up with friends without feeling overcrowded or chaotic. Definitely a spot I’d return to.

If you’re looking for a swanky, fun spot to host your next party or get-together, look no further than Randolph Beer! This place is an absolute gem. All of my guests were obsessed with the retro arcade games, easy-to-win claw machines, DDR, and Skeeball-- plus, feather bowling was a total hit! The food was delicious, with generous portions and many vegan options, clearly labeled on the platters. Great presentation as well! The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. A special shoutout to Serena, the director of events, who made the booking process effortless and was incredibly responsive at every step. My friends and I had such a blast, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Randolph Beer, for making my birthday one to remember! 🎉🍻

Fantastic selection of beers - with even the most outlandish sounding ones (like a Gatorade-based craft ale) being amazing. The service that I received from Ruben was nothing short of brilliant, too. Went for the chicken wings and must say they are the best wings with incredible buffalo sauce.

Adam and Wes are the best waiters we have had!! We got off a long flight and this was a late night spot that we came to grab food and they made it amazing. I went to brunch with a group of friends on Saturday, and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, and the spiced melon margarita is a must-try, refreshing with just the right kick. Our server was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our server Ed recommended the food for our anniversary dinner tonight and when the food came I could not believe it! UNBELIEVABLE. The service was amazing perfect way to celebrate and we ended dinner with Champagne 🤩. Wife was happy that is all that matters. Yes the Food was good but they have very loud music playing and the Waiter kinda went on his own to add stuff to our dining experience that to be honest with everyone since it was so loud could hear him so when we order these 2 pieces $133.00 Porterhouse and $168.00 Tomahawk steaks understand were 4 guys so that really wasn't the problem the problem was adding a money to season the meat one with peppercorn curst for $6.00 and $12.00 for a small piece of butter that they tried to melt table side with a small torch and a Zingy rub for $7.00 ,and Umami butter $12.00 got to love that one, also adding bone marrow over everything, but doing it like it was part of the menu item not knowing it was an $26.00 add on. If know this was going to be add to the meat i would have said just season the meat properly and no need for the added fat that changes the flavor of the meat. They have a pair on them and actually get away with it. Also had 6 shrimp $72.00 and 2 lobster $84.00 tails .This goes back to the subject to loud in the Restaurant. Also a little advance Still water not regular water it a $9.00 bottle of water that they will keep opening new bottles without asking want another one so got hit for 2 of those. And I believe we got over charger with 2 extra liquor drink. 1 shot of tang 10 which is gin $20.00 not one of us drink gin as a shot. and a $23.00 Mojito. One guy drank titos and club one had a Modela and switch to 2 titos espresso Martini. The otherguy had 2 tequila and gotta love the up charge for rocks. $4.00. I had 2 glass of white wine the pour could have been more for the price ,but over all taste good. This is the best part the Dessert menu say one price say $19.00 and they charge $20.00 just had to laugh. The food was good just feel that if the music wasn't blasting and was able to understand the waiter when he told use about the menu item . It probably would have been a better experience it this restaurant. So just remember if you can't understand something just ask again.

Food was good but over priced in my opinion. The cloud Dessert sucked big time. Way too sweet. The drink was just ok, they didn’t have passion fruit for the drink I originally wanted. We waited forever for water and it was an empty Sunday night. The server Levi was very nice at least

Well, any real estate in a roof in NYC is premium, but here you could barely see over the wall. It is what it is, an option for a rooftop treat with $24-30 cocktails (the cost.i was good at least as were the mojitos) and the food options were in the finger food category with sliders, fish tacos, tartar, mushroom flatbread and the like. An option for a special occasion. Servers were pleasant as was the lovely hostess, which is more than I can say for many other such locations in the attitude heavy NYC entertainment industry.

I had such a great time at Bamboleo Brunch at Elsie Rooftop! The live Gipsy Kings–inspired music set the perfect vibe, and the views were absolutely stunning. I ordered the lemon meringue pancakes and the croque madame—both were delicious. Paired with 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas, it made for the perfect brunch experience. Highly recommend for a fun, lively weekend!

Food was great although portions were small. Drinks were awesome and strong. Staff was attentive and nice. We were a party of 4 ladies and had an absolute blast during Sunday's Moroccan Nights. Definitely a great interactive night full of dancing.

Lovely venue with a great view of the city. Came here for an event. Unfortunately, the acoustics weren’t audible enough for attendees who couldn’t squeeze in the front. The space is rather vertical vs. an auditorium style that’s conducive for talks and panels. Drinks were great, however, and the hors d’œuvres too.

Came here to celebrate the birthday. We used a PULSD for the Moroccan themed night. Had a party of 14 people. Everyone had a splendid time. Food was amazing We had the chicken skewers, Hummus and Moroccan Salad for appetizers. LOVE LOVE LOVE. the apps were full of flavor & a great size. For dinner option we had Salmon/Beef / Mushroom plates and those had good flavor as well. The rice and couscous wasn’t as flavorful but if you mixed it with food you’re good. Drinks were good Our waitress was amazing and patient with our party and the Manager was awesome. The dancers were great and they encouraged participation so don’t be shy to get up and dance with them when they come your way. Thanks for a great time We have no negatives at all.

The atmosphere was excellent — not too noisy, very comfortable to sit and relax. The food was delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service. Everything we ordered felt well worth the price — no regrets at all!

The server was excellent. We needed somebody that understood gluten allergies and she was on-point. That said, the food was just not good. Only the starter plates are have gluten free options. Further, in order to make things gluten free, they have to exclude sauces. The wings, for example, came out overcooked because there was no sauce on them. The Korean ribs had no flavor, but they nicely fell off the bone. They couldn't flavor them because they use soy sauce which has gluten in it. It's really an impaired experience if you have a gluten allergy and I can't recommend this.

absolutely loved our experience here! We seated immediately, the atmosphere and surroundings were really nice, and the food was great! Service is slightly slow, but really good still. Highly recommend for a hang out with friends or a date calamari is excellent, and the drinks are good always have a great time here.

Came here for a quick bite after a comedy show at Comedy Cellar. The rooftop is huge with 3 levels, a full bar, big screen, and Dj on weekends. Let's not forget the great view of the city. The staff was attentive and polite. Very nice artwork in the lobby entrance as well as on the roof. The breeze felt really good as I ordered a BBQ choken flatbread and a glass of Rosè prosecco which the waiter recommended. The flat bread was good.. I would definitely return to Versa. I had heard of it but never been.

Food was ok. Service was good. Outdoor area needs some work. Its such a night and day difference from the indoor area which is nice and upscale and the outdoor area which looks like a low class bar.

Great spot in the heart of the city. Food was fantastic - served fast - and the servers were super friendly. We didn’t get a chance to try the outdoor space due to a private event. The first part when you come in is a restaurant/bar vibe with some TVs. Walk through a bit and it has a sports bar vibe. It is very noisy but wasn’t an issue for us.

We came to Versa on a date. I've been here before for office parties and love the atmosphere. The service was excellent from all involved. Unfortunately this is is a restaurant and based on the food we were served, the chef should be arrested. We started with the calamari. It was nice and crunchy but void of flavor. The sauce that accompanied it didn't help. My date ordered the bbq chicken. While it was under the Flatbread section, what she was served was flatbread with some cheese and onions and no chicken. To be fair there might have been 1 or 2 squares of what looked like chicken, but there wasn't a square to spare. I asked the waitress about this and she offered to bring out a side of chicken. What she brought out was a plate of flavorless chicken cubes, which of course they charged extra for. I ordered the steak frites. It was a skirt steak that although properly cooked, was so salty it was nearly non-edible. The only nearly edible food they brought were the fries that came with the steak. They were ok. So we split those. The amount I spent included a bottle of wine. After the meal we walked out to the deck to enjoy the view on a nice winter evening. That was the best part of Versa. For drinks this may be a fun place to bring a date, but for food, we could have gotten a better meal at the $1.50/slice pizza place on the corner.

Castell Rooftop Lounge is a great spot to relax with amazing views of Midtown NYC. The vibe is chill and stylish, perfect for drinks and a meal with friends. I tried some of their small bites and everything was tasty and fresh. It can get busy, so booking ahead is a good idea. Definitely worth a visit if you want a laid-back rooftop experience.

I visited this beautiful rooftop bar for Tini Tuesday. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, the views were incredible. This in my opinion is the best deal for cocktails at any rooftop in the city. Service is wonderful, I definitely plan on visiting again and would highly recommend this establishment.

Stopped in for a bite to eat, before a show at the Town Hall to see Celeste Barber. My sister, and BF were welcomed and we sat in several different areas to get a good feel for the environment and to see views of Manhattan. We were not disappointed, the staff, food, drinks, cleanliness and the overall rooftop bar was awesome. We go to as many as we can while visiting from NJ, and Castell Rooftop Lounge is one of the very best. Great Happy Hour menu, and comfortable sitting.

Cool bar roughly 20 stories high with decent views and outdoor covered and heated area. They did ask for a minimum spend for a group reservation but it was reasonable for the number of people and pretty standard ordering. Overall thought it was just ok. For starters the “oven” was broken so our menu was limited to only a handful of cold plates (and somehow the al pastor tacos too). They were all good but portions were a little small and tough for sharing. Drinks menu was great and I thought prices reasonable. If they had more menu items available I’d give a 4th star but was a little disappointed with limited offerings due to the oven issue.

Decor of the place is top notch and pretty solid views on the patio deck. Prices are naturally what you’d expect but drinks were good quality. Happy hour is significantly cheaper. Main disappointment was the relatively small selection (and in particular variety) of house cocktails in the menu considering its a rooftop bar establishment

Castell Rooftop Lounge is a Midtown gem! We stopped by for after-work drinks and loved everything about it — great happy hour, an impressive cocktail list, and an atmosphere that feels both upscale and effortlessly relaxed. The views are great — you get to enjoy the city skyline without the chaos of Times Square below. Even when a thunderstorm rolled in, we stayed perfectly dry under the covered terrace while watching the rain, which made the evening even more special. Service was attentive and friendly, and the whole vibe is just cool and comfortable. Highly recommend Castell for anyone looking for a classy rooftop escape in NYC — we’ll definitely be back!

Everything we ate was exceptional! The service was amazing! Marcos/Marcus was so sweet and diligent for anything we needed. Especially when topping off our bottomless mimosas! Absolutely love! Definitely plan on coming back on our next NYC trip!

Glass Ceiling Rooftop is a spacious, rooftop restaurant that offers delicious food, amazing cocktails, and a relaxed but vibrant ambience. The restaurant features a large, open-concept glass enclosed space, that offers great views of the surrounding Midtown area. They also have a small terrace area for outdoor dining. They offer an extensive brunch menu that features unique and delicious dishes, and offer a bottomless drinks option for $35. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. The atmosphere was energetic with lively music being played the entire time, but was kept at a volume to allow the free and easy flow of conversation. Definitely a new addition to my favorite brunch and rooftop spots.

We had such a wonderful brunch at Glass Ceiling! The rooftop atmosphere was beautiful and made the whole experience extra special. Marcos and Lindsey were absolutely amazing – so attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Their service really stood out and made our brunch feel memorable. Highly recommend this spot for the food, the views, and the people who make it all come together!

Would have been at solid 5 stars if the service wasn't crappy. Let's just say the food is delicious. Hands down some of the best burgers I've ever had. The place is also beautiful, the decore is timeless. Host was great, we were seated within seconds. It wasn't very packed for Sunday brunch. There were many empty tables. After being seated is when it all went downhill. We waited for at least 20 mins before anyone even came over to offer water. Server finally came and took our orders, we did the bottomless mimosas. Food came out quickly. The mimosas came shortly after the food. First time I've ever had the food come before the the drinks, but ok. Presentation is beautiful, you get your glass of bubbly accompanied by your little serving of juice. So you get to control how much juice is actually in your mimosas. Love it!. The glass was empty in a few minutes and stayed empty. Whats the point of bottomless if they aren't flowing until I say stop? 10-15 mins after the glasses stood empty the server finally returned and asked if we needed another round? Excuse me? We did the bottomless option and had one glass. Ofcourse that took a while to arrive. We had to keep calling him every time the glass was a little low for another round so we didn't have to wait too long between drinks. Table also kept piling up with glasses and plates, they take a while to clear the table. Besides the time you have to wait for service, and having to keep signaling for the server; the server and other staff were very nice. Will definitely return.

I got the smoked salmon and it was delicious. Light but the right amount of salty for me. Marcos was our server and an absolute delight. So friendly and charismatic. 10/10 would come again.

We had a fantastic experience Saturday night with our server Marcos who went above and beyond to help us celebrate a joint birthday and bachelorette! We really enjoyed our apps and entrees but especially the cocktails and espresso martini shots.🥳 Would recommend to any group of friends ready to start the night off on a great foot💃🏼

I recently visited this place and, although I had high expectations, I didn’t leave fully satisfied. I was hoping to enjoy a nice view, as the concept of a rooftop usually offers interesting scenery. However, all I could see around me were the walls of other buildings, which completely took away the visual charm I was looking for. As for the food, my companion ordered some chicken skewers that turned out to be quite bland, and the salad that came with them didn’t add much. I had a margarita, which honestly wasn’t anything special either. The overall dining experience was underwhelming. That said, the place is nicely decorated and visually appealing. Also, the service from the person who attended us was polite and attentive, which is always appreciated. In summary, it’s a nice-looking spot, but if you’re looking for great food, memorable cocktails, and an impressive rooftop view, in my opinion, this place falls short.

Went to Highkey for a girls’ night out with my mom and in-laws, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience with good vibes all around. The steak and potatoes were definitely perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The shrimp tacos were also tasty, although we did have a little hiccup with that dish. Unfortunately, there was a hair in one of the tacos, but the staff handled it well and quickly swapped it out for lemon pepper wings, which ended up being really good too. The drinks were both pretty and delicious — definitely Instagram-worthy and had a nice balance of flavor and strength. One downside was that a lot of menu items weren’t available when we visited, which was a bit disappointing. All in all, though, the atmosphere was fun, the food we had was enjoyable, and it made for a nice night out. Would go back again, especially once they have a fuller menu available.

I had my birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The food was delicious, the drinks kept coming (I did a bottomless drink package), and the atmosphere made it feel like a true celebration. A huge shoutout to our host/server B—she was incredible! So attentive, warm, and on top of every detail. She made everyone feel welcome and taken care of, and honestly took the whole experience to another level. She even took a special song request our party had. If you’re thinking of hosting a special event or just looking for a great night out, this place is a must. Already looking forward to coming back!

Highkey Rainforest Rooftop is wild! It felt like stepping into a jungle party on a rooftop with lush greenery, neon vibes, and nonstop energy in the middle of FiDi. The music was on point and the cocktails were straight up tropical art. Definitely not your average night out in FiDi. Food is great with generous portions. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for birthdays, night out, or just showing up. Come dressed to impress and get there early as it fills up fast.

My friend and I were looking for rooftops and saw the photos…. It looked nice but the place is nothing like the photos. It reeks of cleaning products that ruin your appetite. The floor is out of place. The waitress has a terrible attitude. The food is not great, drinks may look cute but taste like cough syrup. Worst experience I’ve had in the area. By far.

If you're not into big portions, but small portions with flavor this is the place. There are many photo ops that women especially would love. Not the best views from the rooftop. But very scenic inside.

I found this spot on Google and decided to give it a try since it looked like a nice rooftop vibe. When I walked in, I didn’t really see a skyline view — it felt more like a closed terrace with some faux greenery and lights for decor. I have to say though, people working the bar were quick to acknowledge me and hand me in the menu. Unfortunately, the atmosphere wasn’t very fresh. The place had a strong scent that made it a bit uncomfortable to stay, and it honestly seemed like they could use a deeper clean overall — tables, floors, even the bar area. I wasn’t able to get a drink before I decided to leave, but hopefully they can freshen things up because the location itself has good potential.

I'd had this place on my list for a long time and finally got the chance to visit! I was not disappointed. We were seated on the outdoor terrace (which was pretty loud and cold, because of the AC). Volume aside, the food was amazing! Standouts: the tiramisu and corn pasta. A great neighbourhood spot, though a little pricey!

Celebrated a birthday dinner here. Food was great. Atmosphere was excellent. We were seated in the back patio area, which was cooler than indoors, so you may still need your jacket. And all the staff were very friendly. Staff overheard me wish Happy Birthday and went ahead on their own with a candle and wishing Happy Birthday, too, when we ordered dessert.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Cafe Spaghetti and it exceeded our incredibly lofty expectations. We selected here after having a wonderful dinner, so we knew how good the food and service were. They still managed to absolutely blow us away with the level of service and quality of food. The meatballs, eggplant parm, and rigatoni were especially big standouts. We can't recommend having a rehearsal dinner (or even just a meal) highly enough

We had high expectations and found ourselves a bit disappointed by the food. the burrata appetizer just ok, the linguini with clams in white sauce dry, few clams, disappointing, overall ok.

Everything we tried was good. The baked clams weren’t that chewy and came with bread so that was nice cus the bread and sauce are always so good. Everything is slightly salty but good. My sister got this pasta with crab meat and there was a good amount of crab meat. The orecchiette had really good flavor but tasted slightly overcooked. The gnocchi was mid. Would get the crab pasta again cus it tasted better as I continued to eat it. Brussel sprouts were good and the crostini was good and had lots of hazelnuts ;) would get the salad again. Service was okay. They’d like you to place your whole order instead of breaking it into parts. We placed our apps in first and then someone came and asked us what we’d like and then clarified their preference. Family friendly. Lots of kids when we went and was a little loud but service was great with kids. Someone dropped their cup of water and they were really accommodating and kind.

This place is incredible. We had recently come back from a trip to Italy and didn’t think we’d ever eat the kind of food we got there. Cafe Spaghetti blew us away. It gives the quality and authenticity of true Italian in a cozy Brooklyn location. Highly recommend for a date night and to wow guests from out of town. The staff are also extremely kind. We waited only a little bit of extra time for our reservation (only about 5 minutes), but because of that, we were gifted with a very generous slice of tiramisu. Thank you Cafe Spaghetti for the heart you put into your food and service!

The service was top notch, absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They have a retractable roof and sting lights that curate a very cute, fun and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious. We had the Brussel sprouts, spaghetti and the tiramisu. The drinks were also great.

Cool place that let us make last minute reservations. They open at 12 p.m. Sundays every other day at 5 p.m. We made the reservation for Sunday brunch around 11:15 for the 12 p.m. brunch they gladly accepted us. Be careful getting there because you have to cross the FDR and try to avoid the runners/bikers in both directions it seems like everyone and their mama runs this path. Nicely decorated clean with a snooty feel but actually had very nice Waiters/hosts that check on you numerous times... I got up once during my meal and came back to a folded napkin and straightened area my friend informed me the waitress did that. The views of the East River were great and the food was surprisingly tasty I have to admit I thought it would be bland. They bring you warm cranberry scones and banana nut bread while you wait we got them straight out of the oven. Reservations should be highly considered this place fills up fast with groups of people and I do mean groups... about 98% were senior citizens dressed to the nines we felt kind of out of place for a minute but it was cool. I'm sure dinner time is a madhouse.

Beautiful views of long island city. Bread comes as corn muffins scones, sourdough as well as other selections. Dress nicely as you admire the ships as they pass while drinking cocktails and seafood. They also have some memorabilia of nautical historical significance which you can check out while there.

Great venue, beautiful and perfect spot for the summer. Very nice it’s right next to the river. Drinks, food and service has always been great when I come here. If I don’t arrive in a car I arrive on the Ferry.

Enjoyed dinner with my girlfriend in celebration of her birthday. Our first time at the Water Club, but hopefully not the last. In terms of location, ambiance, and views - this restaurant will not be bested. We arrived just before the sun began to set which made for a romantic dinner on the water. Service was phenomenal as multiple waiters and servers assisted us seemelessly without ever missing a beat. Food was good, but not exceptional (7/10) and the reason I am not rating at 5 stars. While more than decent, it was a bit bland and not as flavorful as one may expect given the menu prices.

I was here for an event held by the, Committee Noviembre, for Hispanic Heritage Month. This is a beautiful venue with breathtaking views of the Ed Kotch 59th Street Bridge, Roosevelt Island and Long Island City. The service is always impeccable and the food and orduerves were very tasty. The evening was wonderful, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves very much. I would return again given the opportunity and would probably come for brunch in the future.

Visited this bar (from Australia) with my daughter and initially it was brilliant. Great cocktails and lovely service from Zoe. Met some locals and started hanging out with them. The trivia started so we all joined together as a team with a couple of other guys who arrived. It’s was a hoot until….the angry manager guy told us we couldn’t group together for trivia. We tried to explain we were all joined up but he started getting agro and in a minute escalated to kicking us out!! Unbelievable. We were having such a great time, bonding with locals who were so welcoming. We all had to leave. A couple of guys we were talking to even left in protest since it was so out of order. That guy is ruining the place. Sad.

Always love finding a new neighborhood spot to watch the football game, and this Spot has the vibes (and the chicken wings) to be my new go to Spot. Plenty of TVs to enjoy Thursday night football with a cocktail and maybe the best wings in the West Village. Quality chicken and super flavorful, you’ll need multiple orders. We also loved the Lobster Roll and Crab dip alongside the wings.

Such a fun spot for drinks and seriously delicious food. Their fries are hands down the best in NYC—no lie. The vibe is always great, and our server Tori made the night even better! She was so kind and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of having dinner @duewestnyc Tender skirt steak with shoestring fries and salsa verde was amazing I wanted more. My daughter and I also ordered 2 lobster mac and cheese which had bread crumbs and chives. Mouth watering. She ordered the bacon cheeseburger with shoestring fries as well. Happy hour was on so I also had the hush puppies which were piping hot and banging. The whole meal was excellent and we left stuffed but in a satisfied way and even took home leftovers. This gastropub has big screen tv’s, Trivia Night every Monday at 7pm and Happy Hour Mon-Friday 4-6pm. I love the quiet block in the west village that it’s located in. The staff is amazing and present and the chefs are on point with the food that comes out of that kitchen. Just delicious!!!

Tori was our server and was great! Honestly the food rocks. For a bar vibe, I wouldn’t expect to be impressed but we all were! Homes made guacamole and chips, the shrimp cocktail and oysters, all amazing. I think we were most impressed by the staff though.

My friends and I were standing waiting for a table for hours. We got 250 dollars worth of drinks at the bar. We got seated finally when the place died at 1:15, they sat us and told us the table minimum was $350. We were then served one round of drinks at 1:30. The waitress comes back around at 1:45 saying last call. We order another round of drinks having not finished the earlier ones. They tell us they are closing and we are short $150. The waitress says we are good to close out. The smooth-brained manager comes over arguing with the waitress on how they need to charge the deficit. The manager showed no respect to anyone in the bar and charged a hefty amount over what was stated initally. Not a common reviewer of place and this place definitely deserves 1/10 for the service provided and how rude the manager was. Overall, overpriced drinks with bad management. Would avoid.

Love this place. Cocktails are topnotch. We ordered a gazilion starters tonight and they were all delicious. Our top three: shishito peppers, crab dip, calamari. I've been there different days of the week, sometimes with one friend and sometimes five. Always great. Our server tonight was super pro.

This place is a phenomenal restaurant! 🍴 The View 🪟 on top of the Marriott Marquis hotel 🏨 at Times Square 🗽 offers a fantastic 360 rotating view of the city! 🏙️ They serve incredibly delicious 🤤 dishes 🍽️ - definitely get the American 🇺🇸 Wagyu Steak 🥩 with Potato 🥔 au Gratin 🧀 on the side and the Banana 🍌 Oat 🌾 Sundae! 🍨 The staff 👨‍🍳 is super friendly and professional, service is quick ⏲️ and upscale, the place is beautifully decorated 🛋️, and the ambiance 🎶 is wonderful! I wish I came here sooner and more often!

To be honest, the food is a bit salty... The gentleman who delivered the bread was not very friendly, but the black waitress was very kind. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very romantic. It is very suitable for couples... Recommended 👍

The service was excellent, and I loved how the restaurant slowly rotates, offering different views of Times Square as you dine. Our favorite revolving restaurant in the world! Had to come here when visiting NYC. We loved it and are always excited to come back for the amazing, ever-changing scenic experience of NYC in all its beautiful spectacular lights! Worth every penny for food we enjoy while slowly spinning around up there!

We came in on a whim after seeing an ad near the elevators. ATMOSPHERE: It's a revolving restaurant that takes about 1 hour to do a complete rotation. The views are amazing being on the 47th or so floor of the Marriott Marquis. There are tables for two along the viewing windows and larger tables on the second and third rows in. It's dimly lit and decorated with modern cues. It wasn't crowded at all on a Tuesday night. MENU: Unfortunately it's buffet style eating only. A bit steep for maybe 4 different entrees, salad bar, and dessert station. We passed on food as it looked unimpressive and we're not buffet fans. BEVERAGE: Brooklyn Brewery Lager Pricey per bottle (even for big domestic brands like Bud!?) Oh well, we had a great time and that's what matters. Imports are a tad more. SERVICE: Our server Pete was very friendly and professional. TIP: They have a cover charge if you're not a hotel guest, and there is a 1 drink order minimum for everyone. OVERALL: Great place to have some pricey drinks with an amazing view.

I hadn’t been to The View in decades, so I was pleased to see the upgraded decor and menu courtesy of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. All of staff we encountered were attentive and personable—namely, our waitress (Camila), sommelier (Albert) and floor manager (Morgan). The meal was very satisfying. I’ll now keep The View in mind when I’m in town as a destination for a good meal, rather than a tourist attraction that I had written off years ago.

Ambiance (5/5): To enter the restaurant, find the Marriott hotel and take the escalators to the third floor. Check in with the receptionist who called an elevator for us, then we’d go up to the top level. If you are afraid of heights be warned—these elevators are SO fast and the views were cool! The restaurant goes a full rotation in 2 hours. You don’t feel the movement while its moving at all. It’s very cool to see the panoramic view of the city but of course there are moments where you will see the back of a building obfuscated with nothing. It was not very busy on a weeknight at 6pm but did seem to fill out more as the night progressed. Most people were very dressed up, like button up, dresses, etc. Live piano music (all night?) Service (5/5): Every moment, we felt like we were helped when we needed it. Our server was a sommelier and helped to pick the wine for one of us. The food timing was great. We had no issues. Our dining experience was at least 2 hours. Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Cake (5/5): The crab cake meat was very generous, fresh, and tasted superb with the spicy remoulade! Fried Artichokes (5/5): Although a very standard app, the artichokes were fried to perfection and the garlic dip made each bite very creamy and delicious. Caesar Salad (5/5): The salad was large enough to share among a few. Dressing was heavy with several toppings and depth to textures. Tuna Carpaccio (4/5): While the tuna was very fresh, it didn’t blow me away compared to the other items that we tried on the menu. Cocktails are outrageously priced at $22 but expected for the views of the city. My Opening Night was delicious but can’t fathom paying for that except for the view. Dry Aged Ribeye (5/5): Wowza, the crust of the ribeye is out of this world!! Definitely the better choice over the prime au jus prime rib. While it was very flavorful, the dry aged slice seasoning felt enjoyable on its own a little bit more. I favored the creaminess of the Béarnaise sauce a bit more than their Au Poivre. Lobster Spaghetti ''Alla Chitarra' (2/5): This was a recommended dish and was a bit of a letdown. Expect a pasta dish with some tomato sauce with small chunks of lobster. Sauce was a little spicy but overall there wasn’t much to it. They make the pasta in-house! The side accompaniments were not hugely standouts: Potatoes Au Gratin, Creamed Spinach, and Grilled Broccoli However, their desserts were great, namely the: Banana Sundae (5/5): I loved the chunks of banana cake! The caramel dressing melted into the ice cream and everything incorporated really well. Cookie (4/5): The cookie was warm so the chocolate melted and the cookie itself fell apart while picking it up. Perhaps because it was too soft, not sweet enough, or something—the cookie wasn’t it for me despite the rest of the group loving it.

I was doing a late-night work shift and ordered from here with my co-workers. There wasn't any spillage and they included the appropriate amount of condiments. The food arrived fresh and everything was accounted for (it was a large order). Taste-wise, the boneless ribs were a bit dry but tasty. The low Mein was decent, nothing jumped out. My co-workers also expressed that their food items were just decent as well.

I would give this place zero stars. I work overnights and decided to order from here. I ordered through seamless and had to pay $24.00, $6.00 delivery fee included and I tipped the driver. I waited an hour just to get COLD general tso chicken with hardly any sauce on the chicken and crab rangoons that didn’t have any filling in any of them (ALL EIGHT). It’s literally like someone sucked all the filling and sauce off of my meal. I am so furious and will never be ordering from them again.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Food was terrible. Egg rolls are tiny, half the size of regular ones. There is no pork in "pork fried rice" and rice is dry. Boneless spare ribs are extremely dry and burned to a crisp, had to throw out. General Tso's chicken was ok, the only reason this review is not 1 star. Shameful.

I know the owner JENNY for years. Unfortunately this Chinese takeout went down hill. Prices on Uber eats make no sense at all.Plus the FOOD TASTES HORRIBLE NOW. upon delivery it’s crazy considering that I used eat here 15 years ago everyday. 3.2 rating is also crazy af.

Me and 2 of my friends ordered and this was the ABSOLUTE worst chinese food. Chicken amd broccoli 2 of is ordered and we're still tasting the grease. Pork egg roll had no pork in it. NEVER AGAIN

Worst Chinese I think I’ve ever had. Food was cold, soggy, missing ingredients. I got heartburn after a few bites of fried rice and something that was supposed to be chicken but couldn’t really tell. It’s 10pm and I threw it all out and ordered something else. Hate to waste the money but it was truly not edible.

I ordered the food via Ubereats. Wasnt able to rate through the app so here it is: food was GROSS. I had ordered "Pad Thai with Shrimp" - it tasted nothing like Pad Thai, and it was the complete OPPOSITE of fresh. The noodles tasted like they rotted throughout the day. I ate few shrimps and I threw the remaining (whole) contents away. It was late at night so could not call, but i will be foĺlowing up with UberEats about this. I hope i dont get stomach issue from this - had to get a soda to mask the after taste.

Very disappointed, came with a group of friends- the gentleman and I had thought this would be an excellent spot to relax and play pool while drinking. Firstly, the service is unprofessional the bartender was extremely agitated and snappy, come to find out it was the owner himself (from speaking to another guest.) Even after we spent a hefty amount on the drinks themselves which are overpriced for tasting watered down. I felt I could’ve just drank water and have been more pleased. Shocking. It was impossible to know if someone was working at the bar that was actually well knowledgeable in communication ethics. Overall a complete mess, I do hope that this is not the case and that it’s just a bad day. I do believe there are way better bars around the area that can provide some nice tunes and some fun atmosphere to be fair. With all due respect, I usually don’t make reviews this way but the lack of professionalism and disrespect agitated me beyond reasonable expectation especially if we were being polite and friendly. At no point did we cause any disruptions of any kind. If so I would rather have someone come and politely warn me than come out their face for no reason given. Once again, I do hope this is not the case. I’m simply expressing my thoughts in order to provide some insight to others. If you do decide to come to the bar, there’s a gentleman named Engel who is quite respectful and attentive to guests. We should have more people like him who have a welcoming aura and atmosphere, and the bouncer is quite a chill dude. I would give the bar a five star rating only for those two, give them so much respect. But the rest of the staff and some guests are rude. I genuinely see this place closing down soon due to the unprofessional behavior as I mentioned before. Also at some points it seems bland from the lack of music mixture- feels like there’s only techno and the place could be quite vacant. Heed the warning. I wasted so much money here and for the service given to us- I could’ve went to Mc’Donalds or Taco Bell for more entertainment at a cheaper price. All I wanted to do with my friends was play some pool and have fun, seems like you can’t have that here. Be safe out there. I’m speaking from common sense and concern. Thank you and have a good day.

Interesting vibe here. I waited almost 15 minutes at a not busy bar to get zero service. It felt a bit purposeful as the bartenders had enough time to pour themselves a shot, cheers and drink it. I ended up just walking away without getting anything. It felt a bit unprofessional. On the plus side, they offered an hour open bar band for $25. But that would require you to actually get the bartenders attention, so it felt like a mixed bag. Pool tables were nice. It was definitely a “dive”. I would probably pick another spot.

Great bar! It's got pool tables, card tables and good vibes. They have a good selection of beer and liquors. The staff are all very professional and very pleasant. I can't think of one bad thing about the place. Bathrooms are clean and there's a back yard. Good music is always playing and karaoke can start up at any time.

This beautiful place .it has back yards. Drink are great. U can rent it for parties . They have dj music. TV in the places n 2tables to play pool. Very nice people. So much love. Great spot to play pool, 2 very well kept tables. If u like to play, come ready cause everyone there is a beast, but very nice. There is a great dart board too with good darts, kinda rare for the area. The drinks are priced fairly, and its always fun. Also there is a large area to sit, drink, and dance. The backyard is great as well.

Avoid this place at all cost! Service is unprofessional the bartender would not even acknowledge anyone, it was impossible to know if someone was working at the bar. People were mean and looking for trouble, staff was drunk which created even more chaos. Overall a complete mess, there are way better bars around the area. If you are thinking coming here I recommend going to Tuffet, Ore Bar, the Commodore or We Got Company instead. Don’t waste your time neither energy coming here

It's ok. Nice large space. Drinks are overpriced a bit. The sound system is good though... you definitely feel the music in your bones... pool tables are a definite plus. The backyard smoking area needs to be cleaned out so that people aren't on top of each other when they go out to smoke.
