I've recently become addicted to Oolong Milk Tea and this place did not disappoint. It averages around $8 which is not too bad. They also have a lot of drink varieties with many yummy options you won't know what to choose. I got my favorite but there were definitely many tempting and sweet options.

Highly recommend this boba and dessert shop. They have boba tea, slushy, smoothie, milk tea, and more drinks. They have so many dessert bowls, and puff waffles too. There are some tables to sit inside, but not much. The staff were friendly. Parking is very difficult to find.

Very nice and clean place and very good Boba smoothie and teas. They even custom-made a smoothie for me, which taste awesome. They also have a very good variety of ice creams etc.

I love their Chocolate Puffle dessert. I'm would normally give four stars because of the location and price, but the puffle is so good I gave it 5. They could make the same desserts for 3/4 the price. Other than that, I'd say their high-calorie desserts are delicious!

Lots of good boba and ice cream options. The Mango green tea is very good. They used to have Mango star jellies, and they don't any more. They may have other fun jelly options still.

Great little place! The taro smoothie with soy milk was perfectly creamy and the flavor was spot on. Got 25% sweet and might get even less next time, with extra boba. Only downside is the $1 charge for non cow milk / no dairy. $9.60 total for my drink, so a little expensive to come often.

Yummy puffle waffles every time. Staff is very friendly as well.

Decent boba, good drinks, and speedy service. It’s nothing unique or to die for though as long as you have basic standards for boba. Avoid that Oreo one at all costs (unless you’re here for something “American”). I had a bad experience with one since it was way too heavy, too thick, and too sweet.

One word: Authentic! There are soooo many Boba milktea places around San Diego, and in these few months of living in SD I already tried the most of them and ended up became KungFu Tea royal regular, I live in UTC but I don't mind to drive 20 mins to KungFu:). There are several reasons I love this place. First, their milktea reminds me of my childhood. I grew up in Asia, there were several neighbour boba shop around the town and KungFu milk tea taste really familiar with them. Second, the indoor decorations and the vibes that KungFu provides is super unique. Not like other "Photogenic" boba places. Third, there are so many cute game/anime cartoon figure toy! So freaking cute XD

Cool art, tasty milk tea. Definitely a unique style that has art work for sale and sweet milk tea for sale. The restrooms are clean but I guess they have a problem with people squatting on the toilet(see picture.) Prices are average for San Diego.

Finally a place with popping spheres! I got passion fruit tea with mange popping bubbles and it was really nice. What I also liked is that their menu was unique and had a lot more new and unique option to try. Have to got back!!

Destiny and KY were so kind to assist me. Lovely smiles and they are very nice. They gave me a medical discount too..nice! Make sure bring your IDs if you are working in the medical field, 1st responders and etc...helps every penny! Pudding on my Boba drink was great..I got Okinawa it was on sale.

Not sure what's going on with this share tea but the boba quality today is terrible. I had to spit out every other boba as it's uncooked and hard. If your going to charge upwards of 7 plus dollars a cup at least make the effort to make it palatable.

ShareTea has a wide selection of sweetened teas. So you can probably find one you like. My favorite is Halo Halo with no toppings, no added sugar, not blended, and enough ice. They have a few unsweetened teas, but they're too bitter for my taste; I need a little sugar. However, either their wifi doesn't work or they don't know the password. And I need wifi access... There was wifi with the prior owners. Please let me know when it's back up.

One of our favorite boba shops! Sometimes there's a long line and sometimes it's dead, but they are always quick to get the drinks out. I really like their wintermelon tea here. I order it with the least amount of sugar (30%) because the syrup is already pretty sweet. The wintermelon creama is also delicious. My family likes their matcha milk tea with pudding or small boba pearls and the peach green tea too. There are lots of tables for those who want to hang out but most order their drinks to go.

Love getting drinks here, didn't have to wait long. + Got the Coffee Ice Blended with ice cream, tasted just as said and expected 9/10. + my friend got the honey oolong tea 9/10, would get again. Can taste the oolong in it

We often stop by this place because of convenience when our son wants a boba drink. Yesterday, we ordered two drinks- Taro Ice blended with boba and Okinawa Milk Tea. Okinawa milk tea because it was a drink of the month($5.00). I realized I was overcharged, so I pointed that out to the worker. So they made the correct drink but didn't know how to refund. She told me, "I am sorry. I don't know how to do that, but I can give my manager's phone number so you can call." I mean, really? Why does a customer need to call the manager to figure out the refund on your behalf to correct the mistake you made? Absolutely incompetent. Whoever owns this business needs to train the workers properly. The guy who took my order didn't even apologize and left the girl to figure this out. He quickly hid behind the store and took the wrongly made drink with him. If the same situation happens in Starbucks, they will not only know how to refund but also give the wrongly made drinks too. I just left with disbelief of the level of service here. I didn't want to waster my time further, so I just left. The overcharged amount does not match my effort to call and explain the situation to the manager. To be honest, I didn't want to even come here to post this, but as I drove home, I started to get angry of this situation more. I will not be taking my family there anymore. There are so many other options anyway.

Flavorful milk tea with Boba, priced right. Small parking lot with cumbersome parking spots. I wish they had more outside seating (perhaps an additional table and 2 chairs?)… The 1 table they had outside, was already taken…..

Tan-Cha is one of our go-to spots in Convoy when the craving for boba hits. My usual go-to drinks are the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea or Matcha Drinks. The establishment itself is small, but it carries a cozy atmosphere with a few tables to accommodate smaller groups. The team is modest in size, doing their best to serve customers, but during busy periods, there might be a wait time. Having visited Tan-Cha multiple times, I've occasionally encountered longer wait times for the boba to be prepared. On some occasions, they've run out in the afternoon and couldn't make a new batch. Despite these hiccups, the team seems committed to providing a satisfying boba experience.

At first when I stepped in to look above at the menu, I was a bit overwhelmed on what to order. Their menu is more on the special side with tiramisu foam, cheese foam, matcha foam. I just wanted a classic milk tea drink with no boba and clearly this is not your typical basic milk tea joint. I picked one of the 7 top seasonal drinks. The Uji Green Milk Tea with tiramisu #3. I wasn’t sure what it would taste like. I did 75% sweet and less ice. It came out perfect! It wasn’t so sweet and it was light but with strong tea flavor almost like matcha. Then when you stir the tiramisu foam, it just made it so creamy and changes the taste for the better.

Ordered the melon smoothie with boba and the matcha tea with tiramisu foam. The smoothie was okay, but for the price it was not a generous cup. The shop also doesn’t list any pricing, so you don’t know how expensive everything is till you go to pay, which for me is not okay. The foam drink did come with a cute shovel, but it’s confusing, should be be eating the foam as a dessert or mixing it with the drink?

I have tried just about every drink they have to offer. I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. There are other tea places similar that I have tried and none of them are as delicious and consistent as Tan-Cha. I can't wait to try their pancakes!

You gotta try spot! Brulee Thai Tea, had it with Agar Boba in this pic, just amazing. This is now my goto spot now for drinks in Convoy. So many good options and combinations. Plus the strip mall here, so many amazing food choices, Chinese and Taiwanese Hotpot, Korean Bbq, Korean and Chinese food. Just simply an amazing strip mall. This cafe being here just made it my goto strip mall. They have alot more options too, didn't get a picture of the menu though.

A modern boba tea shop with tasty options. The lemon Yakult drink (see picture) was tart, sweet, and satisfying. Prices are a bit expensive. Overall recommended.

Locals recommended this as one of the best bubble tea locations in the city's Asian neighborhood. We arrived around 8:30PM and just beat the rush! The bubble tea was great (brown sugar milk tea with boba mmmm), and the Japanese pancakes were an unexpected treat (be prepared for a 30 minute wait though on slow times).

It's family owned. Nice! I support family owned businesses. It's narrow inside the shop. And can get crowded if there's more than 4 orders going on at the same time. My party ordered a smoothie, shake, acacia bowl, and macarons. Super good! They call our your order by receipt number and items ordered. Trendy vibe and decor. Patrons seem happy to stop by and get their drinks!

We ordered matcha pistachios, Oreo boba and coconut shakes. Boba Time has a large variety of drinks, more than other places in the area. We traveled from Otay Ranch to this location because all the other boba places near our area sucked ;)

First time coming to this location, I’m from LA and the staff here were very friendly and greeted me when I came in. The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming. The order I got here was the mango slush smoothie with mango jelly and the Tiger drink with brown sugar. Boba time is the best!!! Boba coffee with the coffee jelly is my favorite but they really have something for everyone! My family all has their own favorites!

We tried their Tiger Sugar Milk Boba. Smooth, sweetness is just right, and good service.

Five star because the service was great,place was clean. I am so happy to see a Boba place that also offers health options like fresh squeezed juices,smoothies and açaí bowls. I got the raspberry macaron and the rejuvenate fresh squeeze juice which has apple beet carrot cucumber and ginger. The macaron was so delicious! I will definitely get me a box next time, the rejuvenate juice was good, needed more ginger in my opinion. I felt that the size for the price was not as good as other 16oz juices at other juice places but still not too bad.my only other complaint would be the plastic envelope they use to place the macarons in. Please find a more environmentally friendly alternative. I am the type of person to support businesses who put the care our planet at the forefront and really would like to see other business get on board with it too.

Some slices of cake are frozen, the recipes are delicious, the price is good, but the cashiers don't know the menu. no aceptes rebanadas congeladas es una groceria

My friends and I drink a LOT of milk tea – we always go back to Camellia Rd. The quality of the tea and boba is unrivaled – both in San Diego and the Bay (where I live now). I’ll always try their seasonal flavor, and my go-to order is usually the camellia blend or matcha milk tea. Staff are always so nice, and the shop is really fun to sit in with the quirky decor and artwork. Nice to have outdoor tables, too. Always look forward to my next SD trip so I can carve out time to make a pit stop (or two or three) at Camellia.

Our neighbor said this is his favorite tea house because of the monthly specials. I wouldn’t say it’s our favorite. The menu is basic and customizable. You pick your choice of tea from a list of 11, sweetness level, milk choice, and toppings. We got the October specials. Strawberry Hojicha was more thick and fruity while the hojicha puer had sticky rice purr tea with creamy oat milk, infused with jasmine rice and tea. Tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Their tea is strong and kept me up. They also sell their loose tea leaf. Very high quality. If we’re in the area, I would check out what’s on rotation for their monthly specials. Parking in this plaza is not great as it shares the same lot as Daiso and many bars and eateries.

I ordered the Genmaicha Milk Tea, 25% sweetness with oat milk and chrysanthemum jelly. I appreciate the strong flavor of the genmaicha and it wasn’t too milky. My only complaint is the jelly pieces were in large pieces, so I couldn’t enjoy it with the drink, I ate it at the end. It’s not enough to deduct any stars though, still a solid drink overall with a lot of jelly!

Probably the best boba in San Diego. The boba texture is perfect and the right level of sweetness for me. The teas taste like actual tea, not like the sugary milk products at other places. I've purchased the bags of tea also and brew it at home. Highly recommend for tea drinkers and boba affictionados.

I absolutely love this tea spot. The atmosphere here is full of life and inviting and the customers service here is amazing. Now let’s talk about the matcha — WOWWW!! It’s seriously amazing! Rich, smooth, perfectly balanced… you can tell they use high-quality matcha and take real care in preparing it. It’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had, and I find myself craving it constantly. One of the coolest things about this place is that they switch out their tea flavors every month, which keeps things exciting and fresh. It’s always a treat to come in and see what new seasonal or creative blends they’ve come up with. I love that they’re always experimenting and keeping their menu dynamic. Best boba and best tea. Boba has a caramelly flavor to it and chewy texture. Teas are full with flavor and taste like actual tea and not dessert. Their seasonal rotations is fun and delicious

the tea they used is really good! we got the fujian and barley milk tea. i would recommend the oolong or black milk teas rather than get the barley again though. the boba was a good consistency and i liked the chrysanthemum jelly topping

Most expensive ding tea I’ve been too. Over $9 for a generic mango green tea with boba. Very astonished about the pricing. I love boba and get boba frequently, this drink typically isn’t more than $6.50. I’m not sure if all ding teas charge $9 for a drink now across all location or if this location is the only one hiking up the price. Will not be coming back to this location. Disappointed, as ding tea is one of my favorite boba places.

Shame of Tawanese tea shop!😡 Spent $8 having wintermelon tea, and got a nearly water like drink with wintermelon flavor. Was I spending $8 buying artificial flavor water??? I can't believe they even put Taiwan on their brand. Please take this name off. Taiwanese don't make trash drinks. Recommend buy a drink elsewhere.

Now I know why they have 3.7 stars! I will never go back there again! Over $10 for one drink plus poor service, not great flavor?! If they want to charge over $10 for one drink, the flavor and service should be great, or make it $5 for one drink with this service, will be happy to go back there! Was not good. Tea flavor was not strong enough. One was way too sweet and the other way completely bland, just tasted of milk. We had to mix our drinks together to something even remotely decent.

Whoever was working through the hours of 4:20PM on January 19th (Sunday) gave me and my cousin such an attitude. The guy working the register was nice however there was a girl who gave us such poor customer service. We were trying to order our drinks and at first the guy said yes but she soon came in and intervened and gave different responses and kept butting in. She explained very very poorly and was SUPER unapologetic. Ive never had an issue where someone refused to make such a basic drink. Had she been more apologetic I would've been okay, but she wasn't. We really didn't appreciate the way she treated us, and she should work on her customer service.

Ding was the sound going off in my head when I disappointedly realized this place was not everything it was cracked up to be. Their milk tea specialities were not bad, though. They had a cute aesthetic interior at least. Their add-ons and even the drinks themselves were quite expensive. I think I left that place with my wallet noticeably lighter.

Located on the upper level at Fashion Valley Mall. Okay still not a tea person but I really like this place. It's the second time coming here. The first time we tried the Waffle of the Day with Random Toppings(yep). And this time we tried the drinks (creme brulee monster boba latte and the matcha Oreo creme brulee). The Matcha Oreo was good but the oreo crumbs gave it a texture I wasn't a fan of. The creme brulee monster boba latte was sooo good...and the reason I will definitely come back. The boba was the right consistency and the ice level and sugar level were just right as it comes, the flavor on point. The waffle of the day is good but not sure I would order again, but glad I tried it once. Tried the Taro Brulee most recently and also really really good, even with half sugar.

Great atmosphere that the wife thought was cute. The strawberry slush was delicious but the kumquat lemon tea was not. It ended up being $8.50 each which is too high for the value.

Good selection of teas that offers a little something for everyone. I tried the peach oolong tea, and was surprised to hear they don't add any sweetener to it, which was a nice change. The staff are knowledgeable about the level of sweetness each beverage contains, which is usually what makes or breaks a boba place for me. It's a bit pricey for the size in my opinion, but as far as boba in the greater convoy goes it's among the best I've tried.

Ordered coffee jelly milk tea, 0 sugar. Glad it really tasted like that unlike some places you ask zero sugar and its still super sweet. Thank you! We also got PASSION FRUIT QQ, regular sugar and its not too sweet. Awesome! Boba is made nice and chewy.

A friend of mine recommended me this boba shop. I fell in love with this super cute place after my first taste of their boba and fruit drinks😍 The fruit drinks are so refreshing in a hot summer day. The bobas added in the milk teas are super fresh and chewy, definitely one of my many favorite things about Vivi. Not to mention the cashiers are very friendly whenever I come here😉 10/10👍🏼

We have so many boba shops on Convoy and through out San Diego but this place is our all time favorite. I always get the classic Vivi milk tea no boba. But this time I tried the coffee milk tea from the top 16 list. Wasn’t my favorite because I was craving for coffee and all I tasted was milk tea. Which is good if I had ordered the original classic milk tea. Reason I like their milk tea is that it’s strong. It has the right proportion of tea and flavor. My boyfriend also always gets almond milk tea. Not many places have that on the menu. (Vivi no longer has it on their menu). We were told Vivi took it off their menu because it never sold out..lol. However we like to think it’s from the “secret menu”. It’s not too sweet and you can taste the almond extract. Don’t forget to ask for a stamp card to get your 11th cup free!

We got the Vivi milk tea and it was perfect!! Not too sweet and just the right amount of ice/boba ratio :) Super cute inside too!

Went to Tea n More on a rainy day after shopping at 99 Ranch. The space was bigger than expected, and the menu was long. Ordered a Sukiyaki rice set, a crepe, papaya milk tea, and black tea. Sadly, the food was disappointing—overly strong flavors, and both my mom and I felt unwell after. The place didn’t smell clean, with a strong sewer odor near the restroom. Service was mediocre; the cashier seemed upset, forgot my hot tea request, and had to be reminded by another staff. Overall, not a place I’d return to.

This place is by far my favorite tea house in all of San Diego! No other place has captured my love for tea more than Tea N More. The raspberry iced tea is sweet and well balanced. I will keep coming for more. Furthermore, their popcorn chicken is very delicious. It's a simple snack box with a healthy side of boiled vegetables, steamed rice and a boiled egg. All combined together to give a satisfying end to your hunger.

The boba tastes great, as well as the takoyaki. Just the food items are a bit on the pricier side. What I really love about this location is how they have large tables, perfect for hosting meetup events and boardgames if you want. I go on Fridays during the daytime and there's always enough space for me to host a coding meetup group.

Went there twice within two days with cousins. Drinks were great! Bubbles were just perfect. Inside was big and spacious. Fun and creative environment. Staff were friendly and served us well. Will surely stop by and grab a drink from there when we are in town!

Great Boba drinks! I come here once a week when I want my boba fixings. The space and atmosphere are always great and lively. It is a social gathering for all. Plus, big parking lot!

Excellent 3rd space with great vibes. Plenty of tables and chargers to work/study. Handful of long tables for games (DnD, etc.). Looks like they’ll also let you borrow board and card games for free.

Nice boba tea place. The fried dumplings were good, as well as the taro boba. They have a small library of Japanese books and some vending machines that sell Japanese toys/trinkets. Nice place to just hang out.

Love the new seating arrangement here! From the moment your walk in, it smells like freshly baked goods (their bubble waffle). The drinks are made to order and love the ability to adjust to your liking. They have season menu items and promos which is always so fun to collect. One of our fave places for boba when visiting the convoy area!

I liked that they offer a few dairy substitute options, and the staff was really helpful in guiding me on what to choose. The spot itself is pleasant with good service. Parking can definitely be a challenge, but it’s worth it once you find a spot!

Ordered the matcha boba latte with cheese topping, although the topping was good the matcha was really milky. I know it depends on the barista but I wish they added a touch more matcha to the drink to taste it more. Other than that, the drinks were still good and service was good. 2 drinks cost $20 though so it was a bit pricey!

I love coming here! They always play good music and the strawberry matcha is *bomb*! The staff is super friendly and quick, even when it gets busy. The drinks are always consistent, and the vibes in the shop make it a great place to hang out or get some work done. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm craving something refreshing!

I love Happy Lemon! When it’s cold, it’s a must to get the HOT MILK TEA ws salted cheese!!! So yummy. Also, I loveee having my friends try the MANGO MATCHA. Sounds like a weird combo but I promise you it’s soooo good!!! They always make my drinks bomb and I never have to wait too long, especially since I also use the app :). The wintermelon milk tea with fresh milk with boba and salted cheese is a must-have after every dinner out in Convoy! Vibes are also cool.

I was quite impressed with the way my Mango Fantasy came out — there was plenty of pulp throughout, it was not too sweet, and overall I was surprised that this was very nicely done and more different than other shops. I had a good time and here's a video of the couch which needs a leg (I helped insert the pillow on the missing column).

My favorite milk tea place, mainly for consistency in flavour. It's not too sweet for me and the creaminess is just right. The price is better than most places for a simple cup of tea (~$5). Everything's one size so there's less indecision on my end. The ambience is peaceful and calm.

4.5 stars the strawberry overload is sweet and refreshing, and the four seasons tea flavor is rather light. My 0.5 star off is because I wished the tea were stronger. The space is large, clean, and quiet, and a great place to study or catch up with friends. Water is provided and there is a couch at the back as well. There are outlets along the wall and some outdoor seating.

Had diarrhea after having fruit au lait. I am lactose intolerant, so I double check before I order and it says it's lactose free. Now I doubt it's not. Don't order anything milk from them if you are lactose intolerant.

Great place for boba and dessert. I got a fruit drink called kiwi basil green tea with boba added. My son got a Thai iced tea with boba added. We grabbed a couple of desserts to go: Oreo Cheese and Matcha Love. The atmosphere is chill with rustic homey decor.

Food: 3.5/5 Service and Setting: 3/5 Value: 2.5/5 Feng Cha has been aggressively advertising to me, so I guess it is my time to review them. Located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Convoy, Feng Cha has plenty of parking. The interior of the shop is clean and dare I say, aesthetic. The seating is not overly cramped and overall comfortable. While everything looked good, the service was very odd. The workers looked at us blankly and did not really explain the menu well. I love carbonated beverages so when I saw that option, I jumped at it without being told that tea would be replaced with carbonated water. I don’t have a better way to put it, but the workers were very awkward and made my visit a bit unwelcoming. If I needed to study or work, I would come here for practical reasons but the drinks and vibes are lackluster. Fresh Lemon Black Tea with Carbonated Water: 4/5 Is it hard to make carbonated tea? Does it taste bad? I guess I will never find out. I will say, other than the lack of communication, the drink was quite good. I like my drinks on the sweeter end so this tasted like a well-made lemonade; sweet with the distinct aroma of lemon without any edge of synthetic flavors or bitterness. Also, people just don’t put enough bubbles. I want McDonald’s Sprite level of carbonation While it was good, being priced like tea feels bad and I’m sure the tea would be fantastic. Maybe next time.

I’ve been to this place at least 8-10 times. The first 2 times the boba was great, all the times since then they have given me boba which is either hard or has ZERO flavor. I’m not sure what happened but it seems that it’s gone downhill since. boba now tastes like cardboard. On another note, all the employees are great and very friendly. Some of the other things on their menu is good. (i’m also ordering their sweet honey boba)

Stopped here for lunch with friends after a motorcycle ride. I got the Matcha Me boba, which was good. One of my friends got Popcorn Chicken, which was really good with the sauce. The place is small with a few tables with chairs, but feels like you should grab and go. The decorations are fun. There is a single bathroom here for customers. The place looks clean overall. It's good, but not a favorite for me.

Trying new place. Nice deco, boba tea with good balance tea flavor, Lilly has not enough taro flavor with good pudding. The boba is a bit soft. The Popcorn Chicken is very good, crunchy outside and tender and flavorful inside. Highly recommend. They open from 12-12, great place for a late night light snack. Right next to the 15 and just east of the Convoy.b

Good experience. Luxe Boba is open late and thus we arrived at 10pm and were able to get boba. There was a bit of a car meet-up outside.

The drinks were flavorless, and the service left a lot to be desired. Staff was rude and dismissive, which made the experience worse. Disappointed overall, definitely not returning.

I hate writing negative reviews but want to save someone else the money. I spent over $40 on two drinks (the Thai tea with honey boba and green apple slushy) and two snacks (fries and popcorn chicken). The Thai tea was not good at all and had no sweetness but the flavor itself wasn’t even good. Genuinely took two sips and had to toss it. The green apple drink tastes like just a lot of whatever mix they were using like artificial pure sweet. One of the worst things though was that after tasting the bad drinks we still had hope for the food. Upon eating the fries we thought it would be fine since those were okay, but one bite of the chicken proved me wrong. In one small piece of popcorn chicken I had to spit out three bones. At that point I was frustrated and gave up throwing everything left away and at a loss of over $40. I would not recommend this place which sucks.

Love this place. The aesthetic is so cute, and the drink I got was tasty. I got a Cooky Crush, which is strawberry rose milk tea. The cups are nice quality and could definitely be reused at home. I also liked that they were open pretty late. Definitely would go again!

Jasmine green rose milk tea 75% sweet w boba: The jasmine flavor was much stronger than the rose but overall pretty decent. The boba is good but not the best; it could be more squish and bigger. Matcha maker w boba: Definitely cannot taste the matcha even by itself. Couldn't taste hibiscus either but the strawberry flavor was yummy, albeit very sweet. Miami vice w boba & strawberry heart jelly: I can barely taste the strawberry; the flavor is very pina colada heavy and quite sweet. The strawberrry heart jelly kinda tastes like plain sweet jelly w a very mild sweet tangy artificial strawberry flavor.

Passed by this every time we go to Zion Market for grocery and heard that their boba is good so we decided to try it out on a Sunday. They open at 12 and we visited shortly after they opened (boba batch freshly made). I got the Map of the Soul tea, and my partner got the white peach green milk tea. Service was pretty fast and the bobas were amazing. Would definitely go back again, and maybe do it after eating at the kbbq next door.

This is a pretty good boba place with some unique drinks! Their drinks are also all very pretty! We tried a few of their drinks and really liked their iced special drinks. It's especially refreshing and thirst quenching for hot summer days! We had the passion fruit orange guava (POG) and the rose blossom. Both were amazing but we prefer the POG. The basil seeds with the drinks are definitely a good idea! If you're looking for a tasty drink that's not necessarily a thirst quencher, we recommend the strawberry cheesecake. It's a really unique drink and they had Graham cracker bits mixed in there, so it did feel like cheesecake. We got it with strawberry heart jelly which was cute, however, they did keep getting stuck in the straw. Maybe boba would have been a better choice. The red velvet cheesecake also tasted like actual red velvet, but it was a bit heavier. We prefer the strawberry cheesecake for a more refreshing drink. The Miami vice which is strawberry Pina colada was also decent and a good choice if you like coconut! For covid guidelines, they only allow one group to order inside with the other people waiting outside. They bring the drinks outside on a table. Pretty efficient.

Yo, this spot is pretty dang good. They have a few different and unique flavor combinations. They have this drink called the Korean Rose; it's a nice hibiscus/citrus tea using Butteryfly tea. Probably my favorite boba shop in the area. The drink variety is amazing, the quality is great and the vibe....its just so NICE! When I go to other boba places I judge them by how well they compare to Korean Rose. My recommendation for milk teas is the Hokkaido milk tea. Haven't sampled too many Iced Teas but the Map to the Soul (picture added) was aesthetically pleasing and refreshing!

Ordered a lavender milk tea with boba and a mango passion fruit lemonade here. The milk tea was okay. The tea flavor was nice but the after taste was a bit bitter and left my mouth dry. The boba texture wasn't great either. It was mushy and felt like it had been sitting out for too long. The lemonade was really tasty though. Incredibly refreshing! Food: 6/10 Price: 8/10 Service: 7/10 The server started taking the person behind us order while she was finishing ringing us up. Kinda felt odd since we were the only two people inside, so the rush didn't feel necessary.

We were in the area for an event and needed to kill some time. This cafe was within walking distance. They have a good offering of coffee, Boba, smoothies, teas and even Haikaido soft serve ice cream. It's pretty small inside. The staff was nice and we liked our drinks. We had a vanilla latte and chai latte iced with oat milk. Street parking only.. not surprising for the area though.

I was new to town and was looking for a boba spot. I found this location on Yelp and trusted that it was a good place to grab a quick drink. Unfortunately, they didn't have the soft serve or parfaits which I was hoping to try. Service was okay and the store is small. Atmosphere of the store was also quiet. As for the drink, I had the Matcha Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly and it was decent. I tasted more of the Lychee Jelly flavor than the Matcha itself.

We tried the Hawaiian Blend fruit tea and Peach Nectar fruit tea! Both were so yummy but the Peach Nectar was just a little sweeter so I liked that one the best. We also got a Crunchy Rainbow Sandwich - I’m a sucker for sprouts on my sandos so this was perfect 😍 I definitely recommend for vegans and non vegans!

Good place to get a refreshing boba drink when you have that craving. Thru limit the amount of people at a time inside due to covid. I had the honey mango black tea with boba. It definitely helped satisfied my thirst. They also have some soft serve which I didn't pay attention to. I will have to try it next time I'm in town.

Excellent boba soft and squishy delicious brown sugar black tea. Girls that work here are adorable so friendly and made the perfect boba. I was going to get fifty percent sugar but they suggested zero and to try it. I'm glad I listened to their suggestion.It was perfect!

You really can’t beat the value and flavor of Wushiland’s drinks! Our favorites are the roasted oolong milk tea triple shots of tea with boba, and new Uji matcha latte in oat milk. The roasted oolong milk tea tastes so milky and being able to adjust triple shots for free makes the roasted tea flavor so pleasantly strong. When you get boba, they give sooo much boba and the drink size and topping amount is so much for what you pay compared to other boba tea shops. The new Uji matcha latte sub oat milk is so nice! Even my husband who doesn’t like matcha likes it. Extra points that subbing oat milk is free. Parking is relatively easy and free in K Sandwich parking lot. Service has always been friendly and they have self order kiosks too. Join their rewards program to collect points!

Great staff! Yummy drink. Great value! My biggest "complaint" would be that I got a 1/2 cup of boba. It was too much and didn't really get to enjoy the taste of the tea because the boba was overpowering it. High stars for the price and the individual there. She gave my kids stickers and was so incredibly kind. I look forward to coming back and asking for less boba and updating my review.

This is my favorite boba tea place! You have to walk inside the 99 Ranch building to find it. There's only counter service, no seating, but it's so delicious I don't care. I've tried other places once and never gone back because they were disappointing. But I've been to Wooshiland maybe five times over the past six months (I would go more often, but they're a bit out b of my way- yet I still make the drive because they're worth it). I get a black boba milk tea with regular sweetness and less ice. It's consistently delicious! The boba is always soft and fresh. The tea is a lovely rich black tea that is perfectly balanced by the creamy milk and sweetness. It never fails to satisfy and delight. ❤️ Also, the service is fast and friendly. I will keep going there and would definitely recommend them!

I used to frequent years ago and came recently to order a matcha slush with rainbow jelly. This is a chill hangout spot with food, games, macarons, and mochi ice cream😋 It’s small, so be prepared to not have a place to sit. I regretted ordering just the regular size because it was just so satisfying. Seriously… give it a try if you like matcha! Normally I would get the Thai tea slush with rainbow jelly, but I wanted to switch things up. I mean yes, the wait can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry… but can you blame them? The drinks are actually GOOD👌🏽 It was busy in there per usual just like back then and I see why… it was packed in there and I waited probably like 10 minutes with my mini pork eggrolls. The eggrolls were alright, but it isn’t your typical eggroll from the restaurants. I was expecting something bigger but it tastes great with the sweet chili sauce.

I actually was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed my time here and the drink I got, I would get again. The sweetness was right there, and as a cyclist it is something I appreciate but wouldn't do or recommend each day. Lots of calories.

Staff was welcoming, and helpful ! Food was surprisingly delicious, we got jalapeño poppers and curly fries and they were yummy. Then we tried the macrons (Reese’s, cotton candy, captain crunch, and lucky charm) they were all pretty good, mostly tasted sweet but the Reese’s was VERY good, it was more complex in flavor than the others. Our boba drinks were also great too !! I recommend their brownie batter drink & their coffee milk tea with coffee jelly !!

This place was really amazing. I didn't check the location before placing an order for pickup, and I was actually an hour's drive away. I called to let them know, and to ask them to put my drink (which was pretty inexpensive) in the fridge. They were very friendly on the phone and then happily kept it in the fridge for me until I got there. Despite being chilled for an hour, the boba was absolutely delicious. From the quality you can tell that it's made fresh. The Thai tea that I got with it was perfect, too. I definitely recommend this place -- it was 100% worth the hour long drive! 😋

We always love getting the avocado smoothie with boba and I’ve personally ordered 75%, 50%, and 25% sweetness and my personal favorite is 25%, since the hoba already has some sweetness to it, but my husband prefers 50%. Oh, and their popcorn chicken is delicious too! Service is always great and they’re pretty quick depending on how packed it is.

Not the best acai bowl but it'll do, if you're in the area. 1) Nobody is paying attention to customers walking up to order. The workers want you to use the self service kiosk. I opted for a printed receipt and nothing printed. 2) The worker called out my order as if it's complete but it wasn't. I had to wait again for them to pay attention to customers to ask for the rest of my order. I politely said, "excuse me. You called my order but I'm still waiting for the rest of my items." She gave me an angry stare, rolled her eyes and tossed her head back frustrated like a child, took a deep breath and then started the rest of my order, which was the Taiyaki and it came out slightly overdone. During my contact with her, she spoke no words to me. 3) They don't have spoons out for customers to get when they pick up the order. I asked the female worker for a spoon and she got pissed off and rolled her eyes and handed me a spoon. Again, she didn't verbally acknowledge me or anything when I asked for a spoon. 4) They got my order wrong. I didn't bother with having them correct it because they're NOT even paying attention to the customers! 5) The place is filthy and tables are sticky. There's straw wrappers all over the floor and trash overflowing from the trash can and it's hot inside the dining area and that's even with the door opened. Parking in the area is horrendous. Good luck finding a sizeable parking spot if you're in a truck or SUV.

Large boba is very tasty and affordable! I got the tiger sugar milk. I was afraid it was gonna be too sweet but I actually found it not too sweet at all. It’s very mild, slightly sweet, the milk flavor really comes through, and the boba is perfect consistency, nice and chewy. Next time I might add extra boba! TY boba time!

I really love this Black Gold Sesame Milk Slush drink from BenGong's Tea. With the first sip, a rich sesame aroma fills your mouth. Because it's a slush drink, there's no option to adjust the ice level, so it might be a bit chilly.

A great bubble tea spot with solid flavors! The only downside is how popular it is - expect a long wait to get in. Still worth it if you’ve got the time.

Tried the osmanthus rice milk tea, and I gotta say it’s pretty creative! Never had anything like it before, so if you’re feeling adventurous, definitely give it a shot. That said, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea (literally). Also had their special boba milk tea the other day. A solid choice. The boba was just right, not too soft but still perfectly chewy, and the tea had a nice, strong kick. No complaints there. Now, their fruit teas and green tea-based drinks? Ehh, could use some work. The green tea flavor was kinda weak, like it was afraid to show up to the party. Oh, and they have this wish tree where you can write down your hopes and dreams. It’s actually fun reading what other people wrote while waiting for your drink. Some are wholesome, some are hilarious, and a few make you wonder if they’re okay. *Update* Recently tried their new green grape sparkling tea and wow… it’s surprisingly good. I’ve also been coming here more often lately. Consistency could still use a little help some days the drinks hit perfectly, other days they’re just “okay” but overall, they’ve been solid. Definitely liking this place more now, especially with fun new drinks popping up.

Very busy place, and long line. Interior is a bit confusing and cramped, and there is no seating area for customers to drink boba or wait for orders. Wait time was slightly long, so we were just waiting in the gallery area. There is a tree you can make wishes at which is a cute touch. In terms of the boba, it is very mid and watery. We ordered multiple drinks, all of which fell flat. The passionfruit soda was the best out of all, and it wasn’t anything special. Jasmine milk tea was watery and not very flavorful. Wished the boba had more chewiness/qq to it, as it was somewhat soft and warm. Overall, the place is cute, but the drinks aren’t anything special to come back for, especially when you have to wait so long.

worker with the shaggy shoulder length red hair was INCREDIBLY rude. i ordered a tea that involved orange juice and 30 minutes after i made my drink i checked in for the second time and he told me he wasn’t making it cuz they didn’t have orange juice (totally fine!) but didn’t offer to make a different drink and was clearly angry that i was asking ???? a second worker had to come over and offer to make me something else 😅 it was a super rude experience - i didn’t make you run out of orange juice bro idk why you’re mad at me 😅 i asked for a refund and he was super rude and just walked away and made another rude remark didn’t offer to help in anyway. a supervisor had to come and apologize. i just simply would not go somewhere that allows people to treat customers like such. its not that hard to just be nice. wushiland is delicious btw 💖

I love this place and they have great drinks, however, they are very slow. The line was very long and moved extremely slow. They had one person on the register and three people on bar. We got in line right where the door was and waited about 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to receive our drinks. The boba is really good and recommend, just know it is worth the wait.

The best matcha I’ve ever had is right here! Omomo Matcha is out of this world—no matter how many times I go, I always order it! Their signature drink is truly the best. Back when they were only in Irvine, I’d always bring three cups back to SD to enjoy slowly. Now that they’ve opened a shop right by my place, I can go on weekdays when the line is shorter. Too bad online ordering isn’t available yet, so you usually have to wait in line. Sweetness level at 30%-50% is perfect! Fellow matcha lovers, don’t miss this!

My friend and I got matcha cortado and strawberry tornado. The lady helping us was very patient even though there was a line behind us. It is nice that you can customize your drink, add or eliminate the ingredients you don’t want. I didn’t get add added sugar or the cheese foam since tiramisu adds enough sweets. They have many varieties of tea on their menu. I would advise to pay attention to see what your drink has so you can customize it to your own taste. The only drawback is there is no seating available. Enjoy your visit. 😋

This place is the best I’ve tried in North County. It’s very fresh and well-made. The vibe of the place is cool too although there is no seating. There are many drinks I’ve never heard of that are unique to the shop, so I’d recommend doing your research before going.

On my way to Marshalls, I stopped by this locations which had an extensive menu. Initially, I considered the mango pineapple tea, but since it was afternoon and I wanted to avoid caffeine, I opted for the caffeine-free sparkling strawberry lime tea instead. The staff member was helpful in confirming caffeine or not, and the order was prepared quickly. While the tea tasted good, I found the strawberry purée a bit heavy, as I prefer smoother teas without pulp. Next time, I'll choose a tea without purée. Overall, I would recommend this refreshing option.

I've been coming back here more frequently for their outstanding services and delicious drinks, I'm a fan of matcha, bobas and still want to try more, I'd love to try their cakes when I could. We love MeMe Tea. Their desserts are really good (cheese cakes and mochi cakes) and their tea has always been a hit. We get 80% sweet on their milk teas and 50% sweet on their fruit teas and it’s amazing, very refreshing. Only complaint is they discontinued the peach green tea, which was our favorite. Still waiting for it to come back!

Honestly this is THE BEST BUBBLE TEA IN SAN DIEGO!! We literally get bubble tea 4-5x per week all across San Diego and have tried like 30+ spots and me me tea is the absolute best. They upgrade their menu constantly, have amazing add-ins, and the actual tea base is sooooo good!!

I always get the Tiger Milk Tea boba in store & have my drink perfectly how i wanted it to be, but for the first time I ordered through door dash the staff maybe forgot the brown sugar syrup on my drink ??? lol which doesn't makes sense because I everytime i ordered it I always got the drink with the brown sugar syrup on it...

I order boba from here often but I never had a problem until now! I ordered their popcorn chicken and instead they gave me fries, despite getting the ranch and the skewers correctly. I wasn’t able to get a refund either.

Love the crystal boba, must try. Crystal boba and rainbow jelly are my fav. Recently tried coffee boba and loved that as well. I have tried all the milk teas and all were good. Update: reducing one star for the hidden pre made powder they add in milk teas which is not mentioned in their menu anywhere. I used to get stomach ache whenever I drank the milk tea from here but was not sure then and I asked once and they mentioned about the powder. I was shocked, like why they would hide it? Anyways, from that day I ask before the order and make sure no powder is added in my order, and observed my stomach is happy again.

I love that basically every plaza in Mira Mesa has a boba shop. This is my second time here. The first time I got the Classic Milk Tea and it was well made so now I’m back. This time, trying the matcha Thai tea. I could taste the blend of matcha, Thai tea and the milk. All the flavors were there. I did less ice and 75% sweet. Perfect combo.

Very spontaneous. Stop over here after going to get my nails done at the salon nearby. My husband has been wanting boba for a really long time and he loves Thai milk tea so decided decided to stop here. Got Classic Milk Tea with Creme Brulee. The tea in itself had a good flavor and it turns out they had actual chunks of creme brulee inside! I thought it would be creme brulee flavored boba pearls or something like that. But no, it was actual chunks of creme brulee! Very unique take here. A little hard to have the creme brulee pieces through the straw, but maybe you can get a spoon and have it as dessert at the end of the tea. :) Would recommend trying for sure.

Loved this place! I got a peach sweet tea and added boba - which has real fruit in the drink (I believe it was pineapple and strawberry)! It was very refreshing, the customer service was great, and my drink was out in a couple minutes. Definitely will come back again.

I always try to stop by R&B tea if I am near one. There aren’t many in San Diego so it’s always a treat if I can get my favorite drink: brown sugar boba milk. Brown sugar boba milk - my favorite! The fresh milk is so tasty and mixed with a salted cheese foam with brown sugar. (Do not adjust the sweetness down or it won’t be as flavorful.) Some other R&B locations offer this is a XL size for $2 more, but not this location. The worker was friendly and made our drinks fast during a weekday afternoon. Parking is plentiful and free in large lot.

I’ve been coming here all the time!! Definitely one of the best Boba Spots I’ve been too since moving to Chula Vista. The Baristas Nathan and Jericho always get it done right and fast!! No problems ever!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Their new Japanese Burn and Coconut coffee are awesome, and so is the service. And the boba is soft, like marshmallows in your mouth. Update: Gone in 60 seconds.

Ordering is pretty much automated with kiosks. Service is quick and efficient and the drinks come out quickly.

My favorite boba shop in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from from milk teas to slushies. My favorites are the Matcha Cloud and Avocado Smoothie.

I've ordered no ice, but the tea came out with ice. I've politely told them that I ordered no ice, but I've heard no apologies whatsoever. They just got rid of the ice, and added water to the tea so the tea got too bland. Not worth the money, and terrible serivce

My kids love to get the matcha green tea or the Vietnamese iced coffee shaved ice here. So good! You can get whatever toppings you want and they charge you by weight. They have a punch card as well so you can earn a free shaved ice.

Our kids love this place. So do my wife and I. The dessert is really good and they have plenty of options. Taiwanese style ice cream and bubble waffles with several sweet syrup flavors to choose from. Plenty of delicious toppings. Our family favorite is the lemon ice or Nutella ice with a bubble waffle. The walls need new paint. The seating area is too small and a little dirty. They do not have enough staff. Parking is a pain, but always can be found in the nearby parking structure.

Love their Ube soft serve! Highly recommend. My friend got their tiger milk soft serve and it wasn't my favorite, definitely depends on your personal preference. I also got their pineapple Dole whip drink - knocking off a star because it was very messy and sticky when they handed it over to me. Takeaway: get the Ube soft serve!

I need one of these in Salt Lake. Until then I’ll stop by EVERY time I’m in the San Diego area. This place lived up to the hype. There are similar places in Salt Lake but they don’t quite compare to the flavor and texture of Icekimo. They have some preset menu items but you can always alter or add your own toppings. The large might look like it’s too big but trust me, you’ll still leave wanting more.

Such a great treat. My kids got the shaved snow with toppings and really enjoyed it. My sister and I split the Tiger waffle creation- it was delicious! The waffle was perfect and the ice cream and boba was so great!

Came here at around 8 on a Tuesday night and there was a line out of the door. We ordered a soft affogato classic coffee and it was so soft and delicious. And such a beautiful way of displaying it 😍. The shop is small so be prepared to wait in line. It is worth the wait though trust me! If we weren’t so full from dinner, we would’ve got more than just the affogato! The server was nice and gave good recommendations, we obviously went with her recommendation! Will definitely be back!

Frozen yogurt was alright, the salted caramel flavor is good but I wouldn't get any toppings next time. Service was fast and friendly when I went 🙂

The peanut butter frozen yogurt with strawberries was exceptionally delightful. The presentation was aesthetically pleasing, and the portion size was generous. The s'more crepe was equally delectable. The addition of banana was an unexpected but harmonious touch that enhanced the overall flavor profile.

Very enjoyable experience. Would go again. This election is not what I'm used to for frozen yogurt, however, would they lack in selection is made up by a variety of foods. They also serve crepes and shakes. Everything is made by the workers in front of you which may be atypical for frozen yogurt places. Parking is a little hard, but there is a grocery store with parking nearby. The location itself is kind of small but there are many seats indoors and out.

A pretty good juice and smoothie spot in downtown La Jolla. I like the interior and atmosphere, though the outdoor seating vs. the indoor is like night and day. The True Blood juice and Berry Berry Good smoothie were both very fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and fairly quick too. The reason I am rating this place 4/5 stars is for the prices, which seem quite high to me (but pricing is likely due to cost of location). Update: I’ve been back a handful of times since my first review and decided to change this to 5/5 stars. They’re really consistent with quality, and the prices aren’t all that crazy, especially for the location (a large smoothie is $8, which is pretty good for La Jolla). Love the beet and lemon shot!

I ordered the Green Mango smoothie along with extra protein and collagen during an afternoon walk in La Jolla. The nice day turned tropical and rainy; the covered patio was a perfect spot to hide out and enjoy my smoothie. Everything was clean, service was efficient, helpful and quick. Positive experience and great smoothie.

Acai bowl is very delicious! I added strawberry popping boba to mine because it sounded fun. It was delicious! Taro milk tea was also yummy. The free water is infused with strawberry and pineapple and is very refreshing. Staff is very friendly and professional. Witnessed them deal with difficult customers, trouble making children, and customers unwilling to read the menu and they did it all with a smile and kindness. Definitely will be returning! Excellent boba (fresh and soft) and pineapple jelly. I had the taro milk tea slushie, it was a well balanced sweetness. Speedy service, no frills or extras, just fast. The girl working knew exactly what she was doing and got right to it. A tad more expensive, but come on, it's La Jolla. They sell reusable stainless steel boba straws and they also have the standard plastic ones. The inside dining area isn't open, the outside seating is available. Definitely coming back!

Wanted a warmed up dessert and came here from good reviews. It’s called Up 2 You because you build your own dessert by choosing toppings which was kind of stressful; I wish they had more pictures for the different combinations. I got the honey toast with cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream, and condensed milk on the side. Bf got the brownie pie with cookies and cream ice cream and liked it but I liked mine better 😂 It’s like a block of bread that they heat in the oven, cut into and let the honey soak into it. I thought the toppings were too sweet and if I were to order again I’d just get the toast and ice cream on the side bc the honey toast part was the best and I would just want to dunk it in some ice cream. Def a portion for more than 1 person that I made into a single serving. They have games here and plenty of seating so it would be a fun place to hang out or study at!

Great service and even better drinks and dessert! The puffle waffle with ube ice cream is a must! It’s the perfect sweetness and so delicious. The banana matcha is unlike anything I’ve ever had, Minnesota Boba does not compare this spot. Fun and inviting atmosphere with board games available, the perfect spot to hangout with a group of friends!

We stopped by Up2You Cafe after a dinner for drinks and dessert. It’s a brightly lit and clean establishment and has a pretty extensive menu. The staff was friendly enough the evening we went but they seemed more interested in talking to each other and laughing than really focusing on the customers. It might have just been because the place wasn’t that busy. I ordered a Vietnamese Iced coffee and we shared a crepe with ice cream which was huge. It was tasty but not the best I’ve ever had. Also the prices were somewhat high for the area. Parking is available on the street if there is nothing available directly in front of their storefront.

I love coming here for honey toast. I don’t know any other places that serve honey toast, so I come here when I crave it because it is so delicious. If you’ve never tried honey toast it’s basically sweet toast with butter that is warm with toppings like ice cream, fruits, etc. We got it with matcha ice cream, mochi, bananas. It was delicious. Super busy but they made our dessert quickly. Parking is rough so make sure you plan accordingly. Other than that, 10/10!

Walked in and the place is very cute. It does get loud since lots of students just hang out there. Order at the counter and find a seat to sit at. Got our food within 20 minutes. Unfortunately small flies surrounded us and our food while we were eating. I ended up only eating half of my food only since the flies were landing on the food. Lava toast with strawberry - fruits were sweet but the chocolate in the toast wasn’t runny. Not warm enough. Cheesecake - it’s pretty good! The ice cream has a cute cat chocolate.

Stopped by here after CocoCurry. The puffle waffle with Nutella, almonds and a chocolate drizzle was delicious. And I don’t like Nutella. The other dish was the vanilla crepe cake with green tea ice cream and strawberries and blueberries. The ice cream was delicious. The cake was okay but definitely needs the ice cream. Definitely worth a try. 👍

Great desserts !! I must say that staff is so friendly, and the order comes out quick! We loved their icecreams and their drinks are great too. Could not try much but whatever we tried ...it was above expectations !! Rating 4 start as I found it on little bit costlier side and not everything was available that day. Definitely coming back to this place to try more. Have been going again and again and updated my rating to 5 this time :)

First time visited this cafe, and the cashier name Jesse was so rude. I ordered a lot of ice cream and crapes with a side of chocolate ice cream. However, the guy gave us a cup of vanilla ice cream already made inside the freezer for a while. Hey, we are not stupid guys. Also at the end I asked him for a plastic spoon, I havent said thank you yet and he responded to me "your welcome" thats so rude. I havent said it yet, its not like im not gonna say that. The way Jesse acted/ served us already weird at first. Anyways, my sister tipped them with a big tip and we regretted. I do not recommend this place and will never come back here again! The owner needs to train your employees with a better service and attitude please! Thanks

My daughter loves her strawberry banana Nutella crepe! In her words, the dough has a nice soft consistency, and there are a lot of fresh fruits inside. There’s a lot of Nutella she can taste with every bite which she loves. Bonus that there’s whipped cream on the inside. Overall a big hit! Just note, there are no gluten free options despite what Google, Yelp and other sites state so I couldn’t get anything for myself.

This place has a nice atmosphere and location is good plenty of parking. The staff was attentive just not very focused on offering a great customer experience. The ice cream lacked some flavor but was super creamy. The waffle cone was also stale which made for a huge disappointment cause waffle cones are one of my favorites. I would go back and try the waffles next time because they seem to be focused on those and have a wide variety of choices and flavors. My friend got the strawberry cheesecake crepe and its was a little chewy. For quality I think this place could step up their game. It’s definitely has potential.

Depending on the time of the day parking can be tight in the area. Wish the staff is more friendly to kids. Kids will not kmow right away what they want. Or maybe offer them to try. Just my thought. Otherwise gelato was good.

Heaven for Sweet Fan. Waffle and Crêpes are the best seller or the main reason people come here. You can see that by your naked eyes. They have impressive colorful ice cream. The drink is so not recommend. But this is the first hang out place in San Diego, my good memory. They have water machine . Wide parking lot. Fairly, this place deserves 5⭐.

First time coming to boba place! We got to have two teas; Jasmine and Sakura milk tea with oat milk and 50% sugar level. Sakura milk tea was fine for the sweetness but the jasmine milk tea seemed really less sweetness with 50% sugar level so 75% could have been better. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe of this store as it looked modernized. This place is located near the beach so it’s a good place to get hydrated when you get thirst. Cheers for San Diego!

I love all the variety of drink options that was offered. As soon as I saw flan frappe, they had me sold. I didn't know what to expect but let me tell you I was not dissapointed. It was not overly sweet and still had the taste of coffee. It was really good and the perfect pick me up. The shop was lovely, staff friendly and atmosphere just overall positive.

Best Thai tea I have had! Perfect taste, sweetness and ice level. They had a wide range of menu items to choose from-be it coffee or tea. Has ample seating options indoor and outdoor and is a very short walk from the beach Wish they had branches in Bay Area! Would definitely drop by if I’m in the area again.

Everything here is soooo good! So flavorful and many unique choices to choose from! The store is located next door to Ralph grocery store. They have outside seating area and overall it’s a nice and clean store. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Wish we had a Presotea in our area.

Easily my favorite (and arguably the best) boba spot in PB. Expansive menu, ideal location and good prices. Ordered the white peach oolong tea with crystal boba which was refreshing and delicious. FYI: crystal boba are clear and break down a little easier than boba (think gummy candy vs gum). Their passion fruit green tea will rock your world. Staff is super friendly and patient. Can’t wait to come back and drink more Presotea!

I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with Oat Milk and boba at 70% sweetness and less ice. The service was fast and the cashier was nice, but I felt like my drink was watered down and not flavored enough. I don't get Oat Milk with my boba normally, so maybe that could've interfered with how my drink tasted. And I don't know what they use or how they get the jasmine flavor, but the flavor doesn't shine the way I'm used to having it. Boba consistency was good though. Anyways, I wouldn't order the Jasmine Milk Tea with Oat Milk again but I'd come back and try another drink for another shot at redemption.

if you're in PB, this is a decent place to grab boba. it's right next to the Ralph's. plentiful indoor and outdoor seating. there are two kiosks as another option for ordering. the actual boba (tapioca pearls) itself were decently sized and chewy. also kind and knowledgeable staff!

Great boba tea with lots of options to choose from!! The popping boba bubbles and rainbow jellys are delicious 😋😋😋 Service is outstanding as well. Plenty of parking in the attached free parking lot. Next to a lot of great restaurants located in the same mall. Definitely recommend!!

The place was in renovation i think so it was a shame i could’t enjoy being inside, the menú had lots of variarity and my boba was delicious it was a brown sugar milktea oreo, i think is worth going for a drink

Came here on my birthday today it's 4:04 pm whoever is the Asian girl up front with short hair was awfully rude today on my birthday. Let alone my deal wasn't that great of 20% she rushed me and acted annoyed by me asking questions on the menu. Very rude the last person I dealt with was very rude as well. The drinks are good here. The first time I came in here it was a black girl that served me and she was so awesome and helpful. Made me feel right at home and not scared to ask questions by her reaction unlike these other girls who have served me after her. They have horrible customer service they are not the only place in town that has great bobla. That's not so great to get horrible customer service on your birthday. Due to that I will not be coming here anymore with my children after school or how we used to even so it's nearby. I definitely plan to pick up other establishment even so they have great drinks but horrible customer service is never acceptable no matter how great your drinks are .

Finally got to try their Boba tea drinks. A small storefront inside my favorite Asian Supermarket in Convoy St., San Diego, CA. There was a short line of customers which is ok as I needed to understand their menu. I had a taste for Matcha Green Tea with Boba...they only had green tea bags that they brew. I also asked for non-dairy milk option - coconut milk maybe, they didn't have it!. I ended up with a Green Tea Machiatto- which is brewed green tea topped w sweetened heavy creme - very good & rich, and with good Boba pearls at the bottom. I'm just going to give it away as I really cannot drink it but I wanted to taste it. The Green Tea flavor was very weak & watered down, hardly taste it, and the heavy cream took over the whole beverage. The staff was not very engaging, I asked what they could suggest as non-dairy option, and response I received was just a plain "no". It would help to train the staff to be more open to interact with their customers, also...have some non-dairy options. I shall try them again & hopefully, they would have improved service & options.

You really can't beat the value and flavor of Wushiland's drinks! Our favorites are the roasted oolong milk tea triple shots of tea with boba, and new Uji matcha latte in oat milk. The roasted oolong milk tea tastes so milky and being able to adjust triple shots for free makes the roasted tea flavor so pleasantly strong. When you get boba, they give sooo much boba and the drink size and topping amount is so much for what you pay compared to other boba tea shops. The new Uji matcha latte sub oat milk is so nice! Even my husband who doesn't like matcha likes it. Extra points that subbing oat milk is free. Parking can be challenging since it's a busy 99 ranch market and service is slower than KM since they're busier.

Drinks are really good but the service there is not. I went with my kids and the girl with glasses and a chubby face was not that welcoming. I could tell her vibe was off when she didn’t ask what I wanted instead she just stood there and waited for me to order. She doesn’t say thank you or anything too she’s just silent and she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to which is ridiculous

The line had at least 20 people in it so we though it was going to be amazing. Unfortunately, the tea was very disappointing. It just tasted like milk water without any tea flavor at all. They also served it without ice which was a bit of a bummer. The one good thing was that the boba pearls were pretty good but they put way too many of them! Not sure what all the hype is about and I definitely would not wait in that line again.

I heard that Wushiland is a famous Taiwan boba brand, and it is called yidiandian in China. The mini boba tastes very good, it is softer than the normal boba. Also, I really appreciate Wushiland add-on choices - three add-on mixes with the same money of one add-on only 👍

both their milk teas and fruit teas are fantastic, perhaps my fav in all of SD!!! came with someone, we ordered about 5 drinks and got it in just a few mins cashiers were chill and informative love the red bean milk tea and their orange based fruit teas

The macchiato foam is slightly sweet but in a good way (similar to Koi's foam, which is non-existent in California) It will come to UCSD soon, so Tritons be joy, you will have a second option for boba tea soon in your campus

They have a happy hour milk tea special that we took advantage of. They also had a special on their crispy chicken for $3. The milk teas were a little on the sweet side but the boba was good. The crispy chicken was ordered with a medium spicy level and it was delicious! Whatever flavoring that they sprinkled on the fried chicken was so good!

My cappuccino is 100 degrees (212 F), I burned my mouth. There is no foam at all. It's just overboiled milk, it's terrible. If you don't know how to make cappuccino, then remove it from your menu.

Great place for lunch! They have lunch specials for less than $10 and comes with a drink. The food is yummy and their boba drinks are my fave. Make sure you get the right straw size, the last couple of times I’ve gone I was given a small straw so I couldn’t drink my boba.

Biting into the chicken tasted like eating chicken marinated with soap. You cam really taste soap like taste. Not sure where it's coming from. Also the take out container is designed to give you less food. Just look underneath.

The menu here is expansive. Milk teas, fruit teas, coffee, slushes, small bites. There's a little bit of everything for everyone. Prices are fair and service is very fast. It's nice that you can order your drinks and customize the sugar level. I got the Earl Gray Milk Tea with half sweetness, it was disappointing to say the least. The tea flavor was just not there, it tasted watered down and sad. The boba in the other hand was pretty good! Just the right texture and brimming with flavor to make up for the bland tea.

Drove to Tapioca Express in UTC San Diego tonight March 23rd at 9:15pm (15 minutes before they close) but the two employees at the front said the kitchen is already closed. I reiterated that their Google and Yelp profiles say that they close in 15 minutes but they didn’t care. Seems like they were tired and wanted to go home early. Hopefully this review will help encourage them to keep their doors open until their allotted closing hour. ❤️

We love Tapioca Express! We pop in for boba milk teas now and again and it is always good. Last time we also tried the crispy chicken and wow, I highly advise giving it a shot. It was really tasty. Their boba is always a good consistency, too.

We have been to Wushilan (50 lan) in Taipei several times. We want to compare it to this one in La Jolla. Overall it was about the same but the price is substantially higher but their drink are good. Get the no sugar because they are really sweet

Good milk tea. Not too sugary at 50%. Tastes authentic and not powdery. A few seats inside but it’s on hard wood so not meant to be consumed on site.

If you select “extra” toppings, they will fill half your drink with it. My favorite drink spot along with C1 cafe in La Jolla. There isn’t anywhere to sit, but UTC is wonderfully walkable. Very customizable drinks, but the normal sugar level is really, really sweet so I recommend 30% sugar.

Yummy boba at Wushiland! We really enjoyed our brown sugar roasted oolong milk tea and brown sugar green milk tea. Friendly staff and waited less than 10 minutes. Recommend!

We stopped by the Wushiland Boba in UTC while walking around the mall, and it was pretty good! Their menu is simple, and you can tailor the level of sweetener & ice when you order. The cashier recommended the orange (or was it grapefruit? I can’t remember lol) with yakult and it was delicious! If you’re a yakult fan, I highly recommend. My friend got one of their teas with oolong and it had a nice nutty, roasty flavor. If you like boba and are at the utc mall, I recommend stopping by this spot

Came here on June 27, 2017 at around 21:00 (9:00PM) with 4 of my friends. The lines were long as most people came here to try the new Bobalicious, which is now called Square Bar Cafe after the remodeling a week ago. We came here on a soft opening according to the drink menu. They did not have a lot of choices on drinks, but I decided to order watermelon heaven drink. There is an extra charge for boba, so I decided not to get it as I was paying for 3 drinks. The total came out to be $4.50 for each of the watermelon drink that I had. The wait was 10-15 minutes to order and another 10-15 minutes for the drink. I wanted to give a shout out to the girl who was working at the register. As a person who worked at a retail it can be stressful. Lines were out to the door, people were anxious to get their drinks, and she was the only one who was doing both handing out the drinks and doing the register. There were 3 people in the kitchen. Much respect to the girl and the people in the kitchen for keeping up with the demand. Now, for the review of the drinks, it is disappointing. The watermelon drink I had was literally just water and some small pieces of watermelon mixed with ice that sometimes would not pass through the boba straw. In fact, it was too watery. I think I am better off just buying off a watermelon and eating it myself, which would be the same price as buying a drink here. My 2 other friends who ordered their drinks were disappointed. One of my friends could not even finish it as the drink did not taste good. I also think the remodeling is not that great, it seems smaller, the televisions that they had on each corner were taken out and is used for the menu board. The place seems a lot smaller now. Seats filled up fast so we sat on the last few tables outside. It is also disappointing in that there is no public restroom for a place that you have to sit down and hang out. Luckily, Target is a few minutes of walking distance from here for a restroom. Now, I can understand this is a soft opening and that it was busy. But unfortunately, the decision to not sell Bobalicious drink is disappointing. Most people in this town that I knew grew up buying drinks from Bobalicious. There is like no trace or any proof that they exist other than the brand name at the door. I hope they will include back the Bobalicious drinks(like the Chamango drinks). This is not a smart move and if they do not work on improving their drinks (the Kearny Mesa location was much better according to my friend) or bring back some of the Bobalicious drinks on their menu, then I would not see many people coming back here. This is the first one star I had to give a review because the old Bobalicious is so much better than the new Bobalicious or Square Cafe Bar, whichever one you want to call it.

By far the fastest boba run I had and I got there when it just open at 10 am. But few minutes a lot of people started to come in and the line was all the way at the door it is crazy how this place famous. I got the taro fantasy and it is an okay drink I had worst. Just wish that the price is lower for a not so great drink

First time visit so I was expecting one of those cozy local coffee shop atmosphere but when i went in it was totally different. Different is not bad but it's not a place where you can just sit and read a book or something, feels more like a big takeout/to go counter. I only ordered 1 drink, the green tea latte, it was definitely rich n creamy, it was more on the sweet side but the green tea flavor was there. And like other reviews, the boba was too soft....or maybe they really just serve or prefer boba to be not chewy.

The drinks are creative but it takes so time to get the drinks out. It’s more of a one time stop place to just try what they have.

This is the one-stop shop whenever I have a craving for some popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken are bite -sized crunchy, sweet and savory goodness.The service is pretty good. They are always friendly and fast. The ambience is pretty relaxed, casual, and laid-back. This place is also where you can get some boba, smoothies and juices.

Nice atmosphere and fast service. My tea was done in about 5 minutes. The Taro Latte that I ordered was a bit on the sweet side for me and lacked a strong tea taste. I personally perfer a strong tea taste when I buy tea. But the syrup that they added tasted good. If you want really sweet tea, you should go here

great place for boba & more ~the drinks are great, quality is high ~atmosphere is clean ~speed is not the best but it's not terrible ~friendly service ~and if you're hungry, order the fries &/or chicken, you have the choice of cajun or salted fries, definitely go for cajun, and they put it in a box along with sauce. i cannot recall the names of the sauces, but they are delicious. i come here every now and then, either to hangout or to grab a quick drink with my family enjoy

Nice quiet area to sit at. But the parking in this area isn't the best. (2hr Street parking only) There is only 1 person running it so orders can take a little bit. But there is enough stuff to look around while you wait for it. Or you can call ahead to pick it up. The boba runs a little sweet so would recommend ordering at 50%.

We have been here two times already and it is quickly becoming our to go place when we are visiting Sunset Cliffs or Point Loma. The shop is small and cute - we like the interior a lot, looks like a lot of care was put in it. There are a wide range of choices - you can craft your own drink or use a preset. First time we tried brown sugar milk tea with popping boba - it was good, but popping boba was a bit sour and it didn't go perfectly with sweet beverage. However, it was our own decision to combine the ingredients. The other thing we tried was Almond Milk tea with boba - this one was solid and the texture of boba is nice. The second time we ordered Raspberry fruit tea with cheese cream -- that was very refreshing and unusual! A lot of cream too which is a plus for us. The other beverage was passion fruit with coconut jelly -- also quite nice. Have their visitors card - already 4 drinks out of 10 to get a free one! Will return once in the area when we have a boba craving.

Finally got to try tea here. Boba pearls were great and other flavours were good as well. Big menu, lots to choose from, milk teas and fruit teas. There's a cozy seating area inside and free wifi.

Cozy local neighborhood tea shop. I've been ordering the milk tea with almond flavoring and brown sugar boba....would definitely recommend. Looking forward to trying a few other flavors as well.

First time visiting. Very inviting area both inside and outside. We got the mango & strawberry smoothie, Thai and taro bobas; all were just ok. We were disappointed that the mango and strawberry smoothie was made with flavoring and not actual fruits. Will not return but I do recommend for first time guests to try it out for themselves.

Had a great experience at this Boba Tea shop. Great atmosphere, great location and great customer service. They were friendly, helpful and patient with every customer. A large variety of tea drinks. Would definitely return and recommend to any friends around the neighborhood.

One of the famous Taiwanese boba spots located in Mira Mesa. The location here is convenient, with lots of parking and great staff. You can order from a kiosk or with a cashier. Great place to hang with friends or grab a drink to go. My recommendation? Any of the milk tea series. Brown sugar or milk green is my fave. Paired with boba balls! Make sure to download the app for points or mobile ordering.

I love finding a good boba stop! This one did not disappoint! They had so many options and choices.c toppings and add ons! I was so excited when I walked in seeing the wall of boba made me excited to try everything! I came here with my cousin and she ordered the brown sugar boba and I ordered strawberry milk boba. The brown sugar boba was good, you can’t go wrong ordering that. The strawberry milk boba was so so good! Usually when I get anything strawberry is pumped with strawberry syrup and just too sweet and makes the boba flavor not balanced but Gong Cha really got it right, they made the strawberry flavoring from real strawberries giving the milk such a simply but perfectly sweet strawberry taste. I got it with a crème brûlée topping that really helped bring the whole drink together.. I usually don’t have a lot to say about boba but this place really impressed me. And the inside was so fun with all the art in the walls. I can’t wait to go back!

Dropped in to get a limited edition Peanuts Keychain. Had to get a milkfroth green tea that was very tasty. Service was awesome. Always a challenge deciding on a drink there.

Ordered 2 teas around 4 on a monday, barely any wait. Drinks were spot on, no notes. The inside had a clean and relaxed vibe, perfect for studying in pairs or solo. Not a whole lot of tables, but enough for the space. Overall great experience, menu picture provided for all those price point people

Small shop with limited seating. Quick to order and didn't have to wait long for the drink. Tried the Pumpkin Pie Slush. Truly tasted like pumpkin pie, like straight up the filling. Was good though!

This place was good when they first opened up. The last time I came to get a simple iced taro milk tea with boba there were mysterious chunks of something hard in it. I was already on the road so I just didn't finish it. Today I figured I'd try it again and the same thing, chunks in the drink I returned it and not so much as an apology was given. Also it wasn't until after I ordered my drink as I was waiting that I notice not some but a lot of gnats flying around they were everywhere. That can't be safe or that's just gross.Even the guy that worked there was taking pictures of the gnats on the wall. I will not be returning to this place. Sad that they let a good place get run down.

Fancy decoration inside the store with the delicious drink and some sweet desserts. The Swiss Cocoa w Tiramisu is like the chocolate milk with a topping of tiramisu, which is attractive to the chocolate lover. TheOreo Brulee Jasmine Milk Tea is with much oreo crumbles at the wall of the cup. The White Peach Oolong is generally good! The Creme Brulee milk tea looks so fancy with the special torch for making the drink. They have some fancy furniture and special pattern stickers on the wall. Worth paying a visit for the milk tea here.

Randomly walked into this tea shop and it turned out to be a surprisingly amazing encounter! I ordered white peach oolong w/ cheese foam. The foam is quite soft and milky. And the white oolong tea especially, is super peachy and has pure tea aroma, which I barely had in other places. I heard that they make the tea when customers order. That may be the reason behind. Love the taste and wish I could come again😋

We drink boba almost on a weekly basis and have been to many places. Because Yun next door had a long line we decided to give this place a try since there was no wait. Spacious place with many tables to sit at. White peach milk tea- it was good, but we've liked this type of tea more at other places where we're both the peach flavor and the strength of the tea seemed stronger. Golden Phoenix milk tea- this just tasted like sweet milk. I did not like it. The tea was super mild. The Boba was chewy. I would have liked it softer.

Update 2nd drink. Strawberry green tea was good. Next time I need try more. My drink just average. Love the space. 45 degree table smart set up. Clean restroom.

I’m a frequent customer until one day, I found a dead BUG in the cup of ice I requested. I think immediately a refund should be offered not to redo a customers drink and pls don’t tell me you clean your ice chest daily. There’s no excuse for bugs. I’m giving a one star since they’re always friendly.

I've only started ordering Brown Sugar drinks this year so this might be very anecdotal, but this is the best one I've drank. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bobo Fresh Milk to go and when I drank it at home it was so good. The boba was chewy and warm, the drink had a beautiful layer look with the milk on the top and the brown sugar was flavorful. Came here on a whim since it was on my list of places to try and will keep coming back if I eat in the area.

Second time coming here and the prices have reduced (if I remember correctly). Boba drinks are around 5.65-6$. It’s a good portion of boba for the price, and the boba itself is good quality. It was warm when we got it, which was a good sign. The boba was fresh and perfectly sweet and chewy. I got Jasmine milk tea with cheese foam and boba, 75% sweet. The sweetness was perfect, and I think regular ice is good as well.

Finally got to try this tea house after dinner tonight! I’d first noticed it with a friend on a coffee run at Peet’s next door, but it wasn’t open early in the morning. The space is simple and small, but most importantly the classic milk tea was excellent quality, egg pudding and boba perfectly made. The signature milk tea was not too sweet with normal sugar and less ice. My sister didn’t care for the kiwi drink, but it was a gamble decision to try it. Staff was friendly, service was prompt despite a fairly consistent line. Happy to have a good milk tea place join our neighborhood!

Pick up sign is not really visible. They won't take phone orders. Yelp pricing is higher. One of orders was missing boba.

definitely a great tea shop for local styles! A lot of new flavors that Taiwan doesn’t have. But still good flavor I had a cup of HK Oolong milk tea with Oreo and sea cream. 30% super. Not too Taiwanesee on the one I ordered.

Quality of the tea can vary depending on when you get it. I would say its decent. Less stars for charging $1.99 just for boba with the signature milk tea when ordering online compared to $0.90 when ordering other teas. Don't know why they had to raise the price of boba just for this drink.

Better than the balboa location. Their drinks usually have good flavor but recipes are inconsistent and they frequently forget small details (sugar, ice, toppings) but they do honor the free remake. Fruit teas are definitely always too sweet, or any flavor with syrup. Boba itself hasn't been under or overcooked. Probably the best boba place in the area, just inconsistent.

I’m really impressed by this super cute drive-through boba shop. You might think their price is not cheap but when you know what do they use for your drinks, you will agree it is totally worthy. They do all their things from scratch, all natural ingredients. All the drinks’ milk is lactose-free 2% fat fresh milk! Is that impressive? I never see any other shops do that. Their tapioca balls are made by themselves only with 3 ingredients. If you like matcha, they also have matcha tapioca balls, so yummy! The drink I had is Game Set Matcha with matcha tapioca balls, the flavor is black sesame with matcha, it is definitely so delicious. I totally 💯 recommend this place. Also you can choose your sweet level!

I highly recommend Poppy Boba for any catering needs! I worked with them for my wedding reception this past November, and the drinks and snacks were a huge hit. We ordered a variety of drinks and snacks, and everything went smoothly without any major issues. The owner was incredibly communicative, responding quickly and providing straightforward pricing. She went above and beyond by adjusting the sweetness and adding extra lychee flavor to the "I, Really Lychee You" drink after our initial tasting. While we didn’t get to try the nem nuong musubi beforehand, we’re so glad we trusted her recommendation—they disappeared within minutes! Cool concept. Love the names of the drinks. Tasted average. I may have to order something different. The boba just doesn’t live up to the hype. I just expected more. I may come back and try something different.

Really tasty Banh Mi and drinks!! The highlight is definitely the pricing, the Banh Mi was $10 and the drink was about $5 :)

My most exciting new discovery. Saw it yesterday while transporting a patient on our ambulance and literally drove back after the call to get some because I’m a fiend for boba. I got the lychee jasmine tea with boba and OH MY. So good and immediately obsessed that I came back after shift this morning and got 2 drinks and some bao buns (because I’m a wannabe-on my way to be overweight lady lol) and finished it all. I got the lychee jasmine tea again with boba (still my absolute favorite and I can’t get enough), and then the Jamaica me crazy one with jelly. Then the breakfast and the pork boas. I scarfed them down too. Safe to say I’ll be spending all my money here.

This is our favorite Boba shop, and the staff are so sweet! Just knocking a star because there have been numerous instances where they should have been open but weren't. It would help if hours were correctly reflected online

The drink I got was expensive and tasted very mediocre. I ordered an avocado and black sesame smoothie but couldn’t taste any avocado flavor. The boba was still hard in the middle. The drink was probably 22 oz and it costs $7.35 (the prices on the menu at the time were not updated!) plus $1 extra for boba. So it came out to be $9 after tax! For a boba smoothie! I know inflation is a lot but this is a bit too much, especially when the quality is 2 out of 10 and they don’t even have an actual store, just a small kiosk so the overhead costs shouldn’t be that much compared to a shop!

My milk tea to go place. I really like the milk tea in here compared to our places. Would have given a 5 star if only the service is faster, there’s better parking and location. The parking really sucks as well as the location. It takes awhile before you they can finish making your order even tho you already ordered ahead but the milk tea is good as well as the boba.

This location is pretty consistently good but there have been a few times they were out of boba (always near closing so our own fault) and the parking lot scares me 😂. But the drinks are always made perfectly and when they have boba (which they do most of the time) the texture is perfect!

Even though we live closer to this location of boba, I haven't ordered from here in awhile nor do we get Boba nearly as much these days like we used to but we did an order tonight. It was my fault that I did not ask for half sweet in my wintermelon milk so it was full sugar. But if it was 100% sugar I would expect it to taste like a stronger full amount of the wintermelon taste. And yea no what a total disappointment, it was basically sugar water and a splash of some dairy milk and barely a taste of wintermelon. Sorry but I didn't have this issue any time I go up to the convoy location. I get that it is independently owned but I'm pretty disappointed when I already get this as a treat once in awhile.

3.5 stars Inside: clean and cute Cashier: friendly and nice Tea barista: didn’t pay attention to detail. The store wasn’t busy, but she messed up my drinks. How difficult is it to serve a medium size oolong tea with no sugar? :D The other one is oolong milk tea with less ice, no sugar. I split out what was in my mouth because it was loaded with sugar, tooo sweet! The store wasn’t busy and took a bit long to get my drinks. I give the person in charge at the time credit for replacing another drink without sugar.

First time coming to this location There was no welcome atmosphere, employee seem like she had an attitude or didn’t want to be there. They ran out of brown sugar so we couldn’t get the cocoa type drink. The two drinks we ordered was the Mango snow with the mango jello COCOA CREAM WOW

I ordered two drinks of Carmel slush with boba. I waited for my orders but for some reason the person after me who ordered 4 drinks received their order first? Even though I only had two orders. This happened today at 11:51am, so whoever has this shift please do orders in the right style since I was the first to order.
