A solid North American–style burger in a fun Copenhagen setting I had been looking forward to trying this place after seeing a video on YouTube. I love the whole concept behind the Gas Station burger joint — a stylish nod to North American burger culture — and they definitely nail the vibe. As a North American myself, surrounded by some of the best burgers in the world back home, it’s always a fun experience to try the European take on a “classic” burger. But I’ll be honest: most of the time, it ends up feeling like a much more expensive version of a budget comfort food I already have access to regularly. That said — this one was a standout. If you’ve never had a proper North American–style burger and you’re in Copenhagen, this is a fantastic place to start. I had a soft, fresh buttered brioche bun, sharp orange cheddar, a classic burger sauce (think Big Mac style), sweet pickles, and a perfectly grilled, pink, juicy patty. Super well-balanced and satisfying. Final thoughts: Is it a revelation for someone from the U.S. or Canada? Probably not. But it’s a damn good version of a familiar classic, done with care and quality ingredients. If you’re craving a legit burger in Copenhagen, this place will definitely hit the spot.

Best burgers in Copenhagen is an understatement. The line at this one was quite long but service was quick and efficient. Some seating outside. Butter burger was really good, as was the cheeseburger and vinegar fries. Lemonade not amazing but refreshing. Price quite high but worth it.

Good quality burgers, but nothing that really stands out – there are plenty of places serving equal or even better burgers. That said, the atmosphere is cool and unique, as the food is prepared in an old gas station that’s still in operation (gasoline, diesel, and electric). The setting definitely adds some charm. We waited around 10 minutes for our food, which was reasonable. Worth a visit if you’re nearby, especially for the experience.

After really enjoying our first visit to another branch, we decided to try the original Gasoline Grill. This one is located in an actual gas station with outdoor seating, which adds to the charm. Since we weren’t too hungry, we shared one Butterburger. Honestly, we preferred the cheeseburger we had at the other branch, but this one was still very tasty. The patty was cooked a bit more than we usually like, but it wasn’t dry at all. Definitely a spot worth trying.

Their hamburgers are very delicious,made with high-quality meat. The fries are also very tasty, and the drinks are good too. It's no surprise it sells so well. In the evenings, there's a very long line of people, and you have to wait for an hour, but it's delicious and worth the wait. The restaurant only has one or two tables for dining in.

We had to try the burger after hearing The New York Times call it the best in the world—and it totally lived up to the hype. We got both the hamburger and the cheeseburger. Super simple, but that’s what made the amazing beef and perfect grill flavor stand out even more.

Had a Bearnaise offer with ekstra bacon and a German Hell lagerbier. Really a great greasy burger, full of flavors... but small pieces of Fries are no go. OK beer Temperature and humidity is a killer

Great and friendly service. Had the spicy bbq burger and IPA. The burger had slaw and blue cheese and was cooked a perfect medium. The IPA was a great accompaniment to the "messy" but delicious spicy bbq burger. Highly recommend.

Huge burger, lots of fries and a good environment.. They have combo menus and veggie/vegetarian options. You need to wait at least half an hour but the employees are doing their best, it is just too crowded!

Very flavourful and filling kebabs. Very good value for Copenhagen. I had the falafel and bf had the lamb. We also shared some dukka fries. Staff was really friendly. We scored a table outside which was so lovely. Highly recommended. We may be back!!

One of the best kebabs I’ve had in Copenhagen! The meat is perfectly seasoned, the bread is soft and fresh, and the sauces bring everything together beautifully. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and everything tastes super fresh. The staff are friendly and fast, even when the place gets busy. Great spot in Vesterbro whether you want a quick bite or a late-night snack. Highly recommended!

Best kebab I had in Cph (and I definitely tried a few). One thing I did not like is that the guy that served us placed the salad in the kebab with his bare hands (although I did not see if he washed his hands or not prior to this); same hands he used for handling trays and other stuff behind the counter. I would have expected some gloves for handling food stuff.

I visited this location quite recently and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The person at the checkout asked all the necessary questions about my food and drink preferences, which was a great touch. Music was just on spot - not too loud and have the atmosphere of 2k! I got a falafel and can say it was 10/10, very unique flavors and texture. Haven’t had anything like that anywhere else. Definitely will come back with more friends

I have tried many kebab places but this one truly stands out. The meat is always juicy .Everything tastes fresh. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a valued customer every time.

This was one of the best meals I had in Copenhagen, and of the best kebabs around the world. The flatbread, meat and sauces are simply delicious. It’s gonna be the first place where I will eat when I visit again.

This is a dessert lovers paradise. Pastries, cakes and more. They have so many to choose from. No wonder it gets very busy. The staff were so amazing and helpful in every way. The coffee was good and the cake was delicious. You will come back for more. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Probably the best hot chocolate I have ever had, and it came with a free refill! I was on a mission to find the best cardamom bun in Copenhagen, and the one I had at La Glace was my favourite. Lovely atmosphere, elegant yet friendly. Would be very happy to go back on my next visit!

Hmm cakes are disappointing. They are too sweet for my liking. The only nice touch was the signature cake’s puff (on the side, looking like golden ball) that was coated with layer of caramelised sugar - it provided a crispy texture before you bite into the soft puff. I had the best decadent hot chocolate drink in Melbourne, coco black. So this is just average liquidy drink. The other chocolate toffee pastry was just way too sweet to finish. As what some others have shared, one would expect more for the high price. This didn’t hit the spot for a dessert lover like me. Down the road - Bertels Salon’s cheesecake had better cake texture and well balanced sweetness.

We visited based on all the recommendations and ordered the Sportskage and Georginelagkage. The Sportskage was too sweet and creamy for my taste, but I preferred the Georginelagkage, which was better. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the variety of options. However, I found the cakes themselves to be somewhat ordinary and not particularly unique, especially given their high price. Interestingly, the prices are not listed anywhere, which seems to be a deliberate choice.

Best sportskage and hot chocolate I tried in Copenhagen. Magrethekage also delicious. Was too full to try the cookies which is also very famous. Should definitely do it next time.

I loved this place. Great atmosphere, amazing ambiance music, excellent service. Everything was great. We got four amazing burgers plus the sides: standard fries, sweet potato fries, cheese chili tops and onion rings (although the onion rings weren’t all that good). My burger was the Biarritz and I thoroughly loved it, the goat cheese was :chef’s kiss: The staff was kind and patient and explained how ordering food works there with the six steps and everything (burger-bun-patty-extras-sides-sauce). Everything was great. I really recommend this place.

So we knew what to expect when in Halifax. I would describe it as old-style burgers, but in a very good way. A bunch of ingredients stacked together, and you gotta sit down and eat with a knife and fork. You can’t expect slightly pink meat, but you’ll leave full and happy. Fries are top though.

A simple and tasty eatery. Limited selection (hamburger, fried chicken sandwich, fries and a few starters). You order at the counter or through web/app and after a little wait get your order. The burger and fries were good. There are a few toppings you can add. The chicken sandwich was really great - juicy, crispy with great bun and sauce. Really recommended it! Note that it sits within/co-located with Bootleggers so the sitting is informal and there's great alcohol to drink with your meal (but maybe less child friendly)

I came to fatty’s with my wife and son after a long day. We got 3 burgers and the happy hour hot wings. The burgers were pretty good, although when I tried the wings they were not crispy at all. There was also no blue cheese dipping sauce with the wings. I went to the counter to ask for the sauce and the guy just said ‘you got the discount happy hour wings’ I responded that it would be better to have less wings but to include the sauce. The guy just stared at me blankly without offering to give me (or even sell me) the blue cheese sauce. I didn’t finish the soggy wings without sauce. I love hot wings, I make my own, I have ordered them in restaurants all over the US and Europe. I have never not been offered blue cheese sauce with wings, that is how the dish is supposed to be served. My constructive criticism for you guys - either remove the item from your menu. Or: learn to make them crispy, and offer sauce to your customers. What would have been a decent burger turned into a frustrating experience - I spent hundreds of kroner and they won’t offer sauce or give particularly friendly service, I don’t get it.

Upscale chain burger place conveniently located on the same premises as Bootleggers Island Brygge. Definitely recommend the fried chicken sandwich, really delicious. Top notch fries as well.

Cheap(ish) eats done very well. They make their own pickles (excellent)and everything else from scratch. Great fun sports bar ‘Bootleggers’ alongside. 20 beers on tap, no.17 was a beauty! Our currency against the Krona makes Denmark extremely expensive so to find a place like this for a great night out is golden!

We had a generally pleasant experience at Oysters & Grill. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which created a nice atmosphere. When we arrived, the waiter asked if we would like him to “offer” us a glass of Prosecco before ordering. Based on how it was phrased—and from past experiences at other restaurants—we assumed this was a complimentary welcome drink. So, it was quite surprising to see a charge of 130 DKK for the two glasses on the final bill. The wording made it sound like a hospitable gesture, not something that would be added to the check. A clearer approach would have been to simply ask, “Would you like to order a glass of Prosecco to start?” As for the food, everything we ordered was quite good. We had the padrón peber, moules frites (generous portion), grillet havbars (also well-sized), and the yellowtail. The yellowtail was especially tasty, although the portion was noticeably smaller than what we had seen in the photos. Complimentary bread slices were also brought to the table, which was appreciated. Another positive experience was the trust the staff showed when it came to redeeming our Cofoco points. I had called the restaurant beforehand and was told I could just provide my name and email to redeem points. So I didn’t bring my physical Cofoco card. Only upon arrival did I learn that the card was in fact needed. Thankfully, they kindly let me go home to get it without any issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience was good—just slightly dampened by the misleading Prosecco situation and somewhat high prices. Still, the warm staff and enjoyable food made it a worthwhile visit.

While the overall food quality was exceptional, a minor issue was noted with some oysters arriving with missing covers. However, this did not significantly detract from an otherwise highly positive experience. The delectable food and pleasant ambiance collectively contributed to a memorable visit.

This place just became an all-star-place for me! Apart from the ravishingly fresh fish, the people are very nice and walk the extra mile for you to feel welcome. I will definitely come back whenever in Copenhagen, and I recommend everyone to give this place a try, too!

This is IT ! One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had here in Copenhagen! It was so good the first time we went there that we had to come back the next day hahaha ☀️🍤🐠They have a lot of tables so there is always space for you. The decor adds beach and holiday vibes, and it’s so cozy! The staff was so friendly, especially one waiter we had both times (diner on 30th and 31th of August) , who recognized us the second time 🫶 The food was perfect with great portions and served in elegant plates! We loved the fact that the quality was so good but the place was lowkey. The prices are fair for the amount and quality that you get. They also have an extensive drink menu if you are looking for nice cocktails to add to your experience 🍹🍸We will definitely come back next time we’re in Copenhagen 🥹

We had the 8-course tasting menu. Apparently the dishes were designed by the restaurant to be shared. This concept worked reasonably well for the starters, but it did not felt right for the main course, which was unfortunately served cold. Overall, the execution of the menu didn’t quite meet our expectations. The service was warm and professional. However, our table was placed in a corner and we were often overlooked, which made it difficult to get the staff’s attention at times. All in all, a mix of thoughtful ideas and good service, but the experience didn’t fully deliver.

The shrimp open sandwich is heavenly good! Even the shadow is artistic! I wanna go back and try it again It’s weird though, that although there are empty seats, walk in guests were told that it was fully booked. Until I finished my meal, the seats were still empty. Maybe they thought everyone wanted a 2-3 hour proper dinner so there wasn’t enough time for that.

An excellent restaurant that caters to all tastes. It’s very well priced compared to some of the other restaurants in Copenhagen. The desserts are a must try, especially the one with Danish chocolate on brioche bread.

Had an amazing time at Aamanns! Trying the Smørrebrød for first time and it was delicious. The service was excellent and very attentive. They have the option for lunch menu which I choose. It lets you choose 2 savoury Smørrebrød and one sweet. I had the traditional salmon one ofcourse which was excellent and very fresh and they kindly also made the chicken salad one without bacon. Will definitely visit again if I am ever back to Copenhagen.

charging 70dkk for water is a lot. Food was good but overpriced. Them not giving a full basket of rye bread for the most expensive thing on the menu also feels insane. Especially because you are allowed to get more but they have to serve it to you like you are getting meat at a buffet is not a classy experience. I wish they would not do the random efforts to make more money when they already charging 200+ for something that cost them 25dkk to make. The salmon is the best on the menu btw to anyone who might be reading this. She also seemed a bit weird about me tipping 40dkk but I just don't think we have tipping culture in Denmark so I just did cause she didn't do anything bad. She seemed stressed out tho. I will end by saying that the cook is very gifted but that I think other aspects are lacking.

What a stunning restaurant - modern, elegant, and filled with natural light. Aamanns 1921 was recommended to us by a Danish friend, and as visitors from Australia, we were very pleased with our experience here. The food was outstanding - beautifully presented, rich in flavour, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Our waitress was not only attentive but also very knowledgeable, taking time to explain the dishes and share insights. It was a true fine dining experience with a Nordic twist. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

Mixed feelings about this place. The interior and service are good here yet they ask for tips here personally i really dislike it and feels bad. The food was good yet it was rather simple i had just rice and some meat but it cost quite a bit.

Great place with authentic Vietnamese food! The bread was warm, extra crispy and delicious. We arrived in the last 15 minutes before closing, but the staff were still very welcoming. Highly recommended!

The vegetable spring rolls were authentic and delicious served in a relaxed atmosphere on a pleasant spring evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It did seem a bit incongruous eating Vietnamese food in Denmark being served by a Dane, an Italian and an Argentinian. There was not a Vietnamese in sight. The spring rolls at 65K were well worth it.

Impressed! 😋😋😋 Very delicious and quite authentic food. Very friendly and polite staffs. We ordered Beef Stew and Beef Phon, the stew comes with a BIG Vietnamese French Bread, we thought it would be too much for us ; but eventually we had all of it, the bread is so fresh and crispy. Also the Homemade Mango drink is so tasty! It’s really a wonderful meal for us at Copenhagen city.

I had Banh Mi Xa Xiu, which is delicious. The Xa Xiu Meat is tender with right portion of fat. The bread is a bit over-baked so it could have been better. The Tonkin starter is good as well, esp the Wonton, crispy and flavorful fillings, personally think its it better than the spring rolls.

As a tourist from Ukraine, of course, it was a bit expensive for me. But if you compare in general with the prices in Copenhagen, then +- normal prices. The dish was very tasty, the place is spacious, there were few people in the morning in autumn. Only my plate was cracked, but maybe it all goes into the atmosphere of the place, I don't know🤪

Had breakfast here after being recommended by several people. I have to say they were not wrong. I had the porridge 1, and it was one of the best I ever had. Fresh toppings, right temperature and texture. The bowl may look small, but remember that it is porridge, that will fill you up. The hot chocolate was alright, nothing special but not bad either. The staff was very nice, and the place was very cozy. The price is not too bad for Copenhagen, I recommend it if you are looking for a more budget friendly breakfast in the city.

This review is written in a state of utter frustration and disappointment. We just left Grød after well over an hour of waiting for our food that we never got. The 3 teens who were working had no understanding of the words customer service and no awareness of their surroundings. After waiting for over an hour we finally got up to ask about our food. They looked at each other helplessly and said they “lost the order”. This is a very small space and we were sitting in plain site so how they didn’t come to realize that we hadn’t gotten our order is mind boggling. We asked for a refund and left in anger, frustration, hunger, disbelief, and disappointment, as we were really looking forward to what might have been a good meal. I would not recommend this place due to abominable service alone. (Also, we ordered a beer when we arrived and when we took it out of the fridge it was room temperature. When we asked the young girl who rang us up if they had any cold ones because this one was warm she said, “no, we just put those in there”. Mentioning that when we ordered it would have been helpful.) Very frustrating experience.

Lovely place for breakfast with excellent coffee and the best porridge I've had outside of home. It really is that good! I had the porridge 1 with apple, roasted almond and caramel sauce, delicious. My husband had the all in, an impressive amount of toppings although some of the flavors like peanut butter were a bit overwhelming. Prices are on par with any other breakfast in Copenhagen. If you love porridge, don't miss this place!

The famous Copenhagen porridge chain, for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you so desire. Sadly, the porridge is no longer gluten free, which was one of major attractions for us, but fortunately there were a few other non-porridge GF options which hit the spot for breakfast.

It's such a pleasure to eat at this place! Every dish is made with fresh, healthy ingredients without sacrificing flavor. You can really taste the quality of the products they use. The atmosphere is lovely, always clean and well-maintained. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. And the coffee... it's simply perfect! Aromatic and full of flavor. Open kitchen bar seating. I ordered the mushroom risotto for £11, the portion was very good and I was pleasantly surprised! However it was too salty so I did struggle to finish, it was tasty though just had to dial down on the salt. Not exactly Danish cuisine but this place was an affordable option, finally.

I came for the porridge. It wasn’t spectacular or hot, but it was tasty and I appreciated being able to customize the toppings. Great ambiance (credit goes to the marketplace it is a part of), but the caveat of this location is limited seating (not a bad thing—just know it is highly likely you’ll need to take your food with you).

Super delicious and healthy food & drinks, also you can have a seat in front of the shop at Torvehallerne. It is a good address to try matcha latte or chai latte as well but I would defined recommend you to try one of the bowls. It is quite tasty!

Good burgers but a long way to go. Spoiled with the last years burger-war in Stockholm. Bread: really good. But bread to meat ratio is way off, too much bread. Patty: really good cooked but lack of salt and pepper so doesn’t taste anything. Fries: great! Add salt. Overall filling: great ratio, clean. Nothing that drifts away and letting the burger talk for itself, like it! I had the cheese burger, and the potential is good but the details brings it to a decent 3. Don’t know Copenhagen but competition in Stockholm would have brought Jagger in to a really tough fight hard to survive.

I went for the gluten-free options. I could get a Jagger burger with a bread suitable for me, but I couldn't eat fries because of contamination. I ate a salad instead. The burger was great.

I recently visited Copenhagen last week and went to Jagger twice, because it was so good! They have a great lunch deal which is totally worth the price. Their veggie burger is probably the best burger I've ever had, I still think about it! The milkshakes are all amazing as well, my friends and I loved them. The manager here was so sweet and offered us free beer. Jagger is definitely worth the visit if you're in Copenhagen.

I waited over 45 minutes for a simple chicken burger, which felt unreasonable given how basic the order was. The prices are shockingly high! I’m from Los Angeles, and I’ve never paid this much for a burger anywhere. To make things worse, people were smoking all around me despite clear no smoking signs, which made the meal pretty unpleasant. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.

Really nice pie and very friendly service. We were there around five in the afternoon on a weekday and it was easy to get a table. We had both savory pie and a tasting set of dessert pies. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced for Copenhagen standards. We didn't have to wait long to get our order.

I am a huge fan of American Pie Company! I had the pleasure tasting so many of their delicious pies over a couple of visits! Not one of them was bad, hands down one of my favourite pies/cakes in Copenhagen! I also joined the Lemon Meringue Baking class, which was the best atmosphere! Cozy, down-to-earth, super vibes :-) Totally worth it with snacks and cake tasting in between the breaks! 🥰🥰🥰 I am for sure doing another class soon :-)

Very nice and cozy little spot and their pies are amazing. We had the apple/cinnamon pie and a key lime pie which was out of this world 🥧 and a pumpkin spiced latte. The Pie Co. gets big recommendation.

One of the best cafés I enjoyed in Copenhagen. Our orders were delicious, especially the lemon tart and the s’mores tart.

Cozy place, but the customer service is something else... we literally waited by the cashier in front of line for 10+ minutes before any of the 3 waiters at work even acknowledged our existence. 5 more people in line behind us. They don't seem to be able to juggle Wolt orders + orders in house at all

I stopped by without a reservation and luckily got a table outside. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. I went with the pizza trio: Margherita, truffle, and vegetarian pepperoni, and all three were delicious.

Staff is very nice and friendly. I accidentally made a reservation at a different Pico Pizza like a dummy, but the staff told me I could still dine in here. She even cancelled the reservation at the other location for me. I got the pico trio to try out different flavors, my favorite was the cheese one. I would definitely recommend!

Good concept, both for trying some kind of pizzas and for the crusts dippers (garlic, chili and some more sauces). The pizza was good but they were mainly crust and the toppings weren't always cooked properly. Overall it was a nice experience.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. I love how fluffy the pizzas were. Also, I very much enjoy the concept of having three different flavours. The vegan truffle pizza was very very good! I recommend getting the Pico Night Out offer! We were a party of 6 and it was so worth it. You get unlimited cocktails for 2hrs straight.

I got the Pico trio, a selection of 3 small pizzas. Of those three I got one with spicy lamb which was great, one with pineapple and ham which was good, although the pineapple was quite dry. Then I got one with Truffle and ricotta, honestly, not good at all, very tasteless, would not recommend. Additionally, it always felt as if the waiters were watching over your shoulder to rush you out as soon as possible. The decor is amazing though.

I like the idea of having 3 different mini pizzas. It was tasty. We came without reservation on Sunday evening and got a table for 1 hour, but it took almost 30 minutes to prepare our order. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time for dessert.

Nice place to have dinner. Tacos are freshly made and come relatively fast. We had the all you can eat on Taco Tuesday - sadly we were not aware of the certain time you had to come for the offer so we paid 500DKK instead of the 170DKK that are only valid AFTER 20:30 (on Tuesday). Had an amazing experience! We went for Taco Tuesday, and it was totally worth it—unlimited tacos with a great variety to choose from. Every taco was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Went for Taco Tuesday and that experience was amazing, great price and the food is really really good. We also got a really spicy shot on the house. Special notice to the brazed pork burrito and oyster mushroom tacos🤤 I subtracted a star because I would NOT go there if it weren’t for Taco Tuesday because the prices are pretty outrageous🫨 69,- for two tacos, each taco is 1-2 bites of food. Other than the prices, the food, the atmosphere and the drinks are really tasty and it’s a great experience. A special thanks also to our AMAZING server, I didn’t get his name, but he deserves a raise! He gave recommendations, was super attentive and our food was on the table 5 minutes after we sat down. He was also extremely friendly and chatty!

Really tasty burrito. I ordered the build your own burrito with chicken and it’s awesome. Very different flavour than I am used to in North America but not a bad thing! Next time I’ll order the habanero sauce because it was sadly too mild for me! But excellent experience with take out and the food is really tasty.

10/10 Thai Food Experience in Copenhagen! 🌟 This is hands-down the best Thai food I’ve ever had! The flavors were absolutely incredible — every bite was authentic, fresh, and satisfying. The portions were surprisingly generous; even a single dish could easily serve four people! What makes this place even more special is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A big shout-out to Miss Oui (hope I got the name right) — she was incredibly sweet, polite, and made our dining experience even better. Living in Dubai for many years, I’m used to great international cuisine. Still, this spot truly stood out — both in taste and affordability, which is rare in Copenhagen, especially when compared to UK, US, or Dubai prices. Great burgers, fries are somewhat soggy (I don’t live far away) but ordering take away included a soda in the menu not long ago. (Approx. 6 months ago.) The price hasn’t changed; you just don’t get anything to drink… 🙄 It’s easy to find other places with proper menus, so this was unfortunately my last time here.

We're looking around for the local restaurant nearby our hotel for dinner and our choice was at this restaurant. We got warm welcome from the staff and it was amazing experience. For burgerlover must try this! Tasty! And the vibe was great!

The atmosphere is quite nice in general, though it gets a little louder during the busy hours (we visited in the evening). I've ordered a Bacon & Cheese burger with Curly Fries and the houses' mayonnaise. The portion size is decent and I'd describe the burger itself as well balanced; every component was clearly recognizable and no single one was overwhelming. The sides were good as well, but there hasn't been anything that was really outstanding either. Even though they were exceptionally busy, all the staff kept very friendly and responded quickly, considering the circumstances.

Extraordinary! Very satisfying. This has got to be the best chicken burger I've had in Copenhagen, ever. The fries, perfectly crisp and delicious. And the veggies were fresh, cripsy and tasty. Everything in the right amounts. Also the meal wasn't overly greasy and didn't leave me with that typical unpleasant heavy junkfood feeling afterwards.

This is truly a good quick lunch opportunity. It's nothing fancy, but the service is great and the food is both tasty and of premium quality. The hostess was very kind, informative without being pushy and smiling, so the service was really good. The reason why it's four stars and not five, is because they don't stand out. There are many good burger joints in Copenhagen, and the have one thing in common; they produce a tasty burger. Five stars in my book, are great burgers that stand out, by being themselves in some fashion. Nevertheless, I will gladly be back.

Really great burgers at decent prices. We ordered the burger sets for takeaway and it was 79 DKK for a burger, side, sauce and drinks, with additional top ups for certain items. Waiter was really friendly and welcoming, and my order was done really quickly, I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. We ordered the bacon&cheese burger as well as the cheesy beast and they were really tasty, with great bursts of flavour, but would've liked the patty to be less cooked (it was close to a well done instead of a medium as mentioned on the menu), and I would've liked the bun to have a more buttery taste. Still, the burgers were really good and well done. We ordered curly fries and cheese fries and they tasted great and were cooked perfectly, and the ranch sauce was very good too. Would visit again for a quick bite at relatively affordable prices.

This local has such a cool vibe! I loved the interior! The dumplings were very yummy and quickly served. The local also has vegetarian options. However, the menu is quite small. Also, I needed at least 3 portions (=18 dumplings) to get full, as even two portions were still too small for me.

We went to this highly rated dumpling place and got surprised when we saw someone in the kitchen taking a dumpling bag from the freezer. The portions are also quite small, we got 2 portions per person and we were still starving after it. However, the terrace is cozy, the service is nice and efficient and the location is amazing. The dumpling scene is not too busy in Copenhagen so if you’re craving for dumplings and are not too too hungry it might be a good place to visit.

One of the very few places in this city that serve good Asian food at a reasonable price. We usually pay under 600kr for two, which feels like a rare win in Copenhagen. I absolutely love their peanut noodles and dumplings, really tasty and consistent. That said, I wish the atmosphere matched the quality of the food. There are three old, sticky tables outside that you end up sharing with strangers, and the indoor seating is in a half-basement with no air circulation. Definitely not cosy, just functional.. The staff aren’t particularly friendly, but that also feels like part of the general Copenhagen dining experience at this point. Come for the food, not the service or the vibe.

Great dumplings but took forever to make and the ambient sucks

Average. Not very satisfied with the quality, very plain flavors and some of them extremely spicy which made them difficult to enjoy. Also a bit overpriced. Nice people working there but the dumplings need further improvement.

I went there last Monday and had the spicy beef rice noodles. I don't know what was bad on it, bit I ended on having a food poisoning. As a foreigner visiting Denmark it just ruined my trip as I had to visit a doctor and now I'm on antibiotics. I never thought I could get poised by a lack of higiene in Denmark. That's the way this restaurant takes care of what you eat, do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Eaten at LeLe street twice including here. The service is friendly, the food OK, free coffee if you order the menu which I did. The places were clean and so were the toilets. But pricy to what it serves, there was not much Turkey/chicken meat to what they charge! The rice quite small as a portion.s

Was expecting a larger menu what I ordered came out promptly. The food was good and well prepared, nice presentation. It was a little pricey for what it was. The location is great, you can eat with a view of the man made canal/lake. Inside the restaurant is cozy as well with a good amount of seating with some seats outside as well. Its in a busy part of town so you can do alot of people watching. Try it this place out its healthy and fresh!

First of all, what does "Street Kitchen" mean? The food at LêLê is not at all like you would find on the streets of Vietnam, the prices are not either. This is just a branding gimmick with which they try to insult one's intelligence. Secondly, the coffee that they serve as being "Vietnamese coffee" is an offense to the delicious coffee that you would find in even the most remote part of Vietnam. Filter coffee plus condensed milk is not Vietnamese coffee. Skip this restaurant, there are other Vietnamese restaurants in the area that are much more authentic (Restaurant Hanoi is 3 minutes away and restaurant Vietnam a little bit further). The only thing that this restaurant has going is its premium location, directly in the afternoon sun.

Enjoyed the food thoroughly. The background story of the women who created this chain is amazing. Would like to see a traditional pho option on the menu as there are few pho options in Østerbro.

Overall experience is good, but I am rather disappointed with the food. This is not something exceptional. It is correct, good, but it lacks this specific taste you look in oriental cuisine. Too European...

Had all-you-can eat sushi and it was really tasty! It's not my favorite place in Copenhagen for this concept, but it's worthwhile! Only negatives were that the tables are extremely small and most items you order cannot fit on the table, it's quite cramped inside and there isn't much service about the place (probably because it's so small, the waiters cannot go around the tables). Other than this, it has its charm and the quality of the sushi was good!

As someone that worked in hospitality I hate to be the person that will complain but I have to say that I was so dissatisfied with the service in this restaurant. When we first got there it was busy so we understood why it was taking a while, but after things calmed down again the staff did not seemed to care at all, we waited at least 20min just to be able to do our first order, without drinks or anything. While the staff was behind the balcony chatting/eating, and that went on for the rest of our dining experience. The food was ok but I would not recommend it.

The food was very average, it is quite pricey for the quality and above all service was terrible. We were waiting at our table for more than half and hour while the waitresses were eating and socializing when many tables were awaiting service. When we were able to order food, it took a while to get it to the table and there was a missing sauce. We ordered a gin&tonic and we couldn’t drink it because it was so bad, we asked for a lemon slice to try to make it better but we were surprised to hear the waitress say she would have to check if they had lemon or lime available, which was funny because we knew they had since we had used some slices for a starter we got. The sushi was very average quality, it wasn’t rolled properly. Overall it was not a good experience, even at the end we had to approach the cashier because we did not get our bill to the table. I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are better places to get sushi.

What an amazing bakery! The pastries are not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. There’s a wide selection to choose from, and you really can’t go wrong with any pick. Everything we tried was spot on – nothing overly sweet, just perfectly balanced flavors and a fresh touch throughout. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend this bakery to everyone!

When you go to Copenhagen this place is a MUST and not only for breakfast. Their sandwiches are fantastic, too. We loved their cappuccino and Corrado cafè. The staff was very nice and pretty fast to take the orders and serve. The atmosphere in Buka Bakery is very cozy and comfortable . One of the best experiences.

So tasty Danish pastries and buns, especially in the morning. You can find sour and sweet pastries, everything is fresh. Coffee is also good there. They have good terrace outside, which is less crowded than in other locations of Buka.

It's definitely 5 star baked goods, absolutely fantastic. The coffee as well was delicious, not necessarily exceptional, but a delight accompanied with a pastry. However, the bakery itself did have some problems, one was that it had a big queue, which to be fair isn't really their fault, as they are somewhat hyped, and rightly so. The reason for the dropped star is that they don't show the prices for the baked goods, they just absolutely should, they're not even necessarily outrageously priced, given the quality and size.

Great coffee and tebirkes bun. My friends also liked their matcha and lemon bun. The concept of ordering the food is fast and there is enough seating. The filled croissant also looked good, but we haven’t tried them.

5 stars for this bakery in the heart of Copenhagen, a short walk away from Copenhagen City Hall! 🥐 We happened to walk by and saw the queue for afternoon tea and something told us we should try, and I am so glad my wife and I did! The pistachio croissant was so unique and tasty! 😋 Our other savoury bread was delicious too. The coffee was great. Staff were all friendly, patient, and helpful although it was busy. Love that we can do cashless payments here. There are seats indoor and outdoor, it is busy but thankfully turnover is high too. Huge plus there’s a toilet here too. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Nice bakery with good coffee in the center. Great croissant with pistachio cream or croissant pastry with cream and raspberries and other goodies. Service is fast and there is plenty of space. It's a great place to cool down on hot days.

Lovely concept and fair prices. Food however was a bit lackluster to be honest. I quite liked it, but my partner thought it was a bit bland which I can also attest to. Food needed quite a bit of salt, but in general the presentation and the assortment of food was quite nice. One big problem however was the portion size. Me and my gf are not big people at all, and we don’t need a lot of fuel but the portions were laughably small. We had to ask for more and were only handed a small bowl. At least we got some however, they could’ve easily said no.

I love the concept of this restaurant founded by immigrant women and the name literally translates to “send more spices”. I’ve attended several excellent and interesting community events here and the food and drinks are an added bonus and always cheap and delicious.

The dish of the day is good, but for 75 kr there are better deals in the neighborhood. Slow staff. Food sitting on the counter getting cold until all ordered is prepared. Tap beer is good here

Good food in taste and quality. Staff was helpful & quick. The machines to self order are a bit laggy though, but usable. I really like the vegan meat burgers even though I am a meat eater. Would be good to have more options with it. The milkshakes are also good but a bit expensive. The fries are nice with the herbs. The brioche is also nice in texture. The meat burgers are also good.

I normally don't review fast food spots but this Sunset Boulevard honestly deserves it. Every single time I've visited the service has been stellar, the food had been as advertised and the restaurant has been clean and orderly. On top off that the food has been made to order and quickly. Last time my partner and I ordered for pick up at closing time on a Monday evening and the staff was smiling, friendly and completely on top off things, while getting our order together fast. Huge plus to see great customer service at a very inconvenient time. That's probably the best service I've received at a fast food restaurant ever. As a plus, their chicken tenders are absolutely great.

Nice fastfood joint and we usually order chicken burgers and chicken strips. Both the burgers and chicken strips are delicious.If you have the sunset monthly subscription you save a percent on your orders as well. The food is always fresh and warm. Staff at this location is friendly and cooperative. There should be a change in the layout of the the table settings.

I enjoyed a lunch special, with lamb gyros, fries, 4 dips and a nice soda! Too bad that with the delivery the food arrived somewhat cold, but the food was really good! The fresh bread and the lamb were spot on, and so the roasted veggies dip. Looking forward to another meal fresh off the kitchen! :)

So I tasted their gyros and fries ans sauce for 139 dkk. It was so worth it. The price and the quality of food and service is amazing. Gyros were so tasty omg, but a bit little too salty so I couldn't taste seasoning a bit, but still so freaking good. Fries were seasoned so well and tasted so good, but they were little hard for my teeth and too crispy, not the most fresh ones, but they tasted amazing still! I just wish I got napkins when I ordered take out. I was given a bag that was closed off with staples, so I couldn't see I was given greasy food with zero napkin inside :) but the taste was amazing!

We wanted a quick, filling dinner and found this place on Google. The gyros (we got lamb and pork) were fantastic - flavourful pita, well-cooked and generous portions of meat - really delicious. I would give 5 stars for the gyros alone. However, the Greek salad was lacklustre and very expensive for a half-filled container. Come for the gyros alone!

The pork meat was great, it tasted like summer grill meat. The bread also very good and the fries come quite crunchy and have nice spices. They are quite busy so it's better if you order in advance. The place only has one table so its better to order for take away.

Very tasty food! The bread was very soft and definitely felt fresh and homemade. We had the lamb gyros with the aioli, chilli mayo and pepper dip! They were all great; packaging was also perfect. A bit of a wait time but guess that’s expected on a Friday evening! Will definitely go back, and probably ask for a bit more tzatziki on my gyros next time :)

Really tasty food, and very special. I ordered the gyros menu, which cost 150 DKK, and included gyros (chicken), fries, and a drink. In my opinion, a little expensive for such a modest menu. There is not much space for a quick snack inside and outside. In general, I was satisfied.

The pizza was really good overall. I asked for a vegan mayonnaise dip and thought it would come as a side dip but it came on top. Had too much mayonnaise but I think you can just ask for less sauce or as a side dip. The place was okay but really old furniture and dirty. But if cleaned the atmosphere would be a 5/5. Really good vegan pizza place in Copenhagen. While it's not centrally located, it's easily accessible by public transport or even a walk if you are up for it. The place has inside and outside seating. I sat outside as the weather was really nice and the outside seating is very pleasant in the afternoon, it's quiet and sunny. There are several outside tables, two smaller accomodating four people and one bigger for about six people. I say this because when I visited the place was really popular and everyone sat outside, so it's busy. Service is relatively quick given it's a small enterprise. The pizza was lovely, I had the spicy pepperoni one (Katla I think was the name) and they weren't kidding when they said it's really spicy. Minor area for improvement: I would have liked for the pizza dough to be crispier. But all in all, I liked the pizza.

this place was voted copenhagen's best pizza for a good reason -- it's just really good pizza, vegan or not. excellent napolitan style crust, interesting toppings and the most rare -- actually good vegan cheese. even my non-vegan wife who hates most vegan cheese was impressed.

The best vegan pizza (maybe just best pizza) I’ve ever had! 🤤 the service was amazing too, the staff are so friendly and kind. I can’t recommend it enough, either to eat in or takeaway. The Helsinki pizza is so delicious I had to go back within the same week to have it again.

The pizza is quite nice and they have lots of different flavours. It took a bit to arrive at home, even though it is not very far from the restaurant. I would recommend it to vegans in Copenhagen!

Fantastic vegan pizza place! We tried the Helsinki pizza on recommendation of the guy working, it was delicious. I would never think to put asparagus on pizza but it worked so well! We also tried some nuggets, the homemade lemonade and some chips. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for a fully plant based pizza spot. The only downside is they don’t open for lunch and no alcohol is sold there.

As a takeaway it's a really tasty and also quite cheap food. The pizza was amazing, but as we had to dine inside, the atmosphere wasn't really there. The Service was ok, but could've definitely be nicer.

We had the lunch menu for 69 kr with a drink and extra sause. I think this was a good deal for being central in Copenhagen. Little bit long wait with not too many people around. We had to wait around 25 minutes for our food. Pizza was very good. The Margherita was the best and the chicken with pesto less so. Nice with the extra sause. Too bad that the extra sause was cold. Would have been even better if it was warm. They had a bathroom available. Interior was a bit industrial. Not practical but not cozy or comfortable to sit for long. Overall, bang for the buck good lunch pizza menu.

We ate here twice during our stay in Copenhagen because of the good price! The restaurant isn’t cozy, you get the pizza’s on easy plates and clean up yourself, however we found it totally worth it to save some money. The pizza’s were just as delicious and fresh as in a ‘real’ restaurant!

Fantastic yummy pizza!!! Freindly staff, clean shop, good ambiance. My wife and I shared a mushroom and Kale pizza, The pizza crust was perfect- the temperature was very good- just straight out of the oven!! The taste of the mushrooms and kale were good! Highly recommended!!

I did not expect this but this was one of the best pizza I have ever eaten. At least in top 5. We had the lunch offer and the one with ham and mushrooms (nr 5).

Came here because I read they sold gluten free pizza, it was lovely and incredibly filling. There’s not a lot of space to sit inside about 10-14 seats in total so probably best to come at off peak times. For a coeliac this is a great place to get great pizza!

I'm still thinking about this sandwich a month later! I got the ham and cheese I believe, it was so filling and delicious. The bread is so fluffy and the tomato and pickles add crunch and freshness. The mustard was a little on the spicy side which I liked, but there may have been a little too much of it. The branding and ambiance are very aesthetically pleasing and it was lovely to sit in the space with a couple friends for a while.

This is the best food I have had in Copenhagen not only because of the value, but because of the execution. The egg and cucumber sandwich were perfection and I made a point to visit Abrikos at least twice on my journey. You can taste the organic components in this sandwich and it left a very strong impression on me afterwards especially given the affordable prices. Best sandwiches and most creative sandwiches I have ever had in my life.

Came here 2 times, both times were quite good. First time, I got the smoked salmon sandwich and their homemade lemonade. There was a lot of roe in it! But I liked it. Their sandwich bread is also really nice. Second time I got a ham & cheese sandwich. Love love love. The cheese they picked for this sandwich was heavenly combined with the mustard mayo. By the time I finished it, I was very full. Took me a good amount of time to eat my way through it, it was massive. The place is usually packed with customers and it is quite small so most of the time you have to wait for a seat. But it is a short wait. Other than that, all good.

Yummy sandwiches and such great service! There was a lot of sauce though, good for me, slightly too much for my friend. BEST PICKLES EVER! 👏👏👏

It’s a nice sandwich, quite light, I had Char Siu with pork one, it tastes good but not sure about 135kr for it as it’s quite small and not very filling😀 two tables to sit and a few chairs but it’s quite small place so more for takeaway - it’s easy to eat anyway. Right next to Nørreport

Abrikos is a sandwich place that I’ve seen a lot on social media. It’s quite trendy and hyped, and I finally went with a colleague of mine who also owns a sandwich shop. They were nice enough to let us try three different sandwiches, which was really cool. We had their regular one with ham, another with cucumber, and then a special one with sausages — the Käsekrainer, which is an Austrian sausage. All three were really nice. Actually, it’s a really, really good place. The owner is super friendly, and the service level here is great. You can just feel that they care about what they’re doing. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and almost everything is homemade — even the ham. This isn’t your average sandwich shop; it’s professionals making proper food. Everything is beautifully presented, and the setup feels very thoughtful and clean. Most of it is made in-house, except maybe things like the sausage, but you can taste the difference everywhere else. The one thing I really have to emphasize is the bread — the shokupan. It’s crazy good. Imagine a really soft, pillowy interior with this perfectly crusty outside. The texture is spot on, and the combination with the fillings just works so well. I was honestly really impressed. So yeah, a great combination of quality ingredients, really skilled preparation, and absolutely amazing bread. Super tasty and high-level stuff.

Did not disappoint huge sandwich shared between the both of us, small seating area. Unique monthly sandwich which they shared is a collaboration with a nearby restaurant pretty cool.

Do they only make good pad Krapow for the media?? Does it matter when it comes to a normal common customer like me? Ofcouse I have this conclusion after 6 times ordering their pad kra paw :( First time i heard about holy krapow was through a famous food blogger who writes about food scene around Copenhagen. So I ordered via hungrydanmark,first order was ok, i ordered 2x of their combo. After a few a weeks, I ordered again and the taste was so different, it was tasteless. But that didn't mean I wouldn't come back. Some friends of mine wanted to try so bad because of the hype, so we placed some other orders, again, this ones still lack of consistency. We ordered 2 combo recently, 2 orders with pork and the other 2 with chicken. The chicken krapow were incredibly tasteless, on the other hand,the pork ones were so salty we could only taste overwhelming oyster sauce for the rest of our evening. Enough said. Hopefully they'll improve their quality. Not only for people in the media. But also their normal guests. Disappointed :/

Ordered the vegetarian option, didnt taste good, so bland. The waiter (or maybe the owner of the place) showed quite an arrogant attitude.

Checked this place out in Reffen. To my surprise, it was very flavorful and the noodles were nicely cooked. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick Thai fix.

Delicious! Generous portions with well balanced flavour profile. Nice staff. Try it out if you are in the neighborhood.

Best Krapow in Scandanvia, reminds me of Thailand. Get Thai spicy.
